Bannon's War Room - Episode 3548： WarRoom Force Multiplier： Live From Las Vegas

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.600 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.180 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do

00:00:20.340 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and

00:00:23.680 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of

00:00:31.520 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:00:38.620 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.140 it's thursday 18 april the year of online 2024

00:00:57.980 live from the a heart hotel in las vegas nevada you're in the war room

00:01:05.180 war room

00:01:30.520 Trump! Trump! Trump! Trump! Trump! Trump! I hope you can hear that in Manhattan. By the way,

00:01:37.880 we're live here at the Ahern Hotel. I want to thank Don Ahern, the owner and, of course,

00:01:44.400 founder of this magnificent hotel right here in Las Vegas and Nevada, and George Harris,

00:01:49.560 the CEO, for allowing us to have the academy. I finally figured out how we can get Cameron,

00:01:57.440 the producer, off his 8 to 12-minute MSNBC cold opens. Open in Vegas. Cameron, take notes.

00:02:08.300 Okay. For the next two hours, we're going to go, hopefully Capitol Hill, Russ vote. There's a lot

00:02:15.280 going on at Capitol Hill today. The most important thing that's going on is President Trump took time

00:02:21.700 out away from the kangaroo court to send a tweet out saying, Mike Johnson, nobody speaks for me.

00:02:29.220 Only Trump speaks for him.

00:02:33.620 And he's not happy about where this thing's going. Okay. Jane Zirkle's in the audience.

00:02:38.760 We're going to go to some audience participation. We've got the great Mike Lindell up here.

00:02:43.400 And no, we're not going to start with an infomercial on lumpy pillows or free shipping.

00:02:52.180 I'm a cold war room.

00:02:54.460 Good man. Slip it in there.

00:02:57.000 We've got an illustrious panel. We're going to talk about the Supreme Court, but we're also going to

00:03:00.740 intercut with interviews, hopefully, for people with Capitol Hill, the firefight going on there.

00:03:06.060 First question I've got to ask you is, how did you guys like and enjoy the first on-the-road

00:03:14.040 Force Multiplier Academy?

00:03:23.940 It's the free meal, right?

00:03:26.700 I didn't even realize. I've got to talk to Mo and Grace after. I didn't even realize.

00:03:30.400 Amazing swag.

00:03:31.560 The first war room, did it come with a number two pencil?

00:03:37.240 No, it didn't.

00:03:37.860 Okay, we're going to get that.

00:03:40.020 I want to thank Rob Sick.

00:03:41.740 I want to thank Parker Sick.

00:03:43.640 Harry, Harry, take a bow.

00:03:45.140 Harry, our veteran producer.

00:03:50.100 The team in there, they're number two pencils. 0.99

00:03:54.000 Okay.

00:03:55.300 First off, we're going to get some guys calling.

00:03:58.120 Rusto's going to come in, so we're going to interchange.

00:03:59.960 That's one of Mike's guys up here.

00:04:01.120 Mike, give a two- or three-minute summary, because all day, right, all day, we've had

00:04:08.580 ballot chasing.

00:04:10.000 We've had the great Charlie Kirk team at Turning Point USA.

00:04:13.200 President Trump's team's obviously focused on this.

00:04:15.960 Ballot harvesting, ballot chasing.

00:04:17.540 I realize, hey, if it's not, you know, don't turn the ballots in.

00:04:20.980 There's still some contention.

00:04:22.160 But there's not an insignificant amount of our compatriots here that are machine people. 0.97

00:04:29.620 Don't want to tip it off.

00:04:30.720 What are you going to show us today?

00:04:32.880 What are we going to be able to, because there's going to be audience participation.

00:04:35.960 You've got the top experts.

00:04:37.320 They're up to the Supreme Court.

00:04:38.420 Who do we got, and why are you here?

00:04:41.540 Well, first, I'm going to give you a little backlog of this case.

00:04:45.340 By the way, this is at the Supreme Court right now, and it's up for consideration tomorrow.

00:04:51.920 Tomorrow's the big day, everybody.

00:04:54.600 Well, you mean by consideration.

00:04:56.360 The clerks all get together, and they see what's in, what's out, what they're going to take up.

00:05:00.620 Because the Supreme Court doesn't have to take it up.

00:05:02.380 It's whether they accept it or not.

00:05:04.460 It's been docketed a month ago.

00:05:06.260 It's whether they accept it.

00:05:07.280 But I've got to give you a little background on the case.

00:05:09.920 Back in the spring of 2022, Curt Olson, the great Curt Olson, attorney of Big Hand here.

00:05:15.760 He's fighting for this country.

00:05:19.340 We talked about, let's go at a different angle with these machines.

00:05:23.760 And what if you had a car that the brakes didn't work?

00:05:26.160 You get recalled, right?

00:05:27.180 It's called a defective device.

00:05:29.340 So we were going into, we were going to go, my dream was let's go into all 50 states,

00:05:34.100 and we'll go after them with a lawsuit that they're defective devices, okay?

00:05:38.060 We started in Arizona in the spring of 2022.

00:05:41.760 But I'm finding out, well, you've got to have plaintiffs, and then you've got to have lawyers within that state.

00:05:46.380 We went from there, and we get to Alabama.

00:05:48.400 But in the meantime, in Arizona, you need plaintiffs.

00:05:51.440 Well, Carrie Lake and Mark Fincham said we'll be those plaintiffs.

00:05:55.200 And what great plaintiffs they have standing because they're running for office, right?

00:05:59.300 And we hired, I hired other attorneys, and I hired Alan Dershowitz, who's a Democrat.

00:06:05.140 We thought, you know, this isn't a Democrat or Republican thing.

00:06:08.700 It's let's secure our elections and not use these computers, right?

00:06:12.260 So we did that.

00:06:13.300 And if I get the dates wrong, too, who's going to fact check me?

00:06:16.100 Alan Duke?

00:06:16.620 It doesn't matter.

00:06:18.920 So I guess in the, I think it was the summer of 22, the judges ruled, is that right, that they didn't have standing?

00:06:25.900 Is that correct?

00:06:28.640 Yeah, August of 22, they ruled that we didn't have standing.

00:06:33.040 What?

00:06:33.900 How did Carrie Lake and Mark Fincham, the run of props, they don't have standing?

00:06:37.220 So anyway, and Alan Dershowitz said, well, of course they have standing.

00:06:40.540 I've been around, he's been around forever, you know.

00:06:42.500 And anyway, they ruled they don't have standing.

00:06:45.840 Well, then we all know, in the election of 22, 142 machines go down, or 242, over two-thirds of the machines go down.

00:06:56.540 Well, that kind of, there's kind of a defect there, right?

00:06:59.420 So now, now to keep all that aside, whatever they did with the lawsuits there, they just follow this lawsuit.

00:07:04.980 So you go, so then you have this 242 or whatever, it went two-thirds of the machines go down at the same time, and they're defective, right?

00:07:13.400 Don't even say what else.

00:07:14.540 If nobody tampered, that's defection, right, I would think.

00:07:17.200 Well, anyway, then we brought it before the Ninth Circuit on appeal in Arizona.

00:07:23.360 They affirmed it, that you didn't have standing, and they added one thing to it.

00:07:27.820 They sanctioned the lawyers, including Alan Dershowitz, who was a coward, and he said, I'm out of here, I'm out of here.

00:07:33.920 Can I say that instead of thing?

00:07:36.240 Powered.

00:07:36.680 You already did.

00:07:37.780 Powered, I already did.

00:07:39.500 It's like Rudy, it's like Rudy, right?

00:07:41.740 Rudy cracks an off-color joke, can I say that on TV?

00:07:45.340 Sure, Rudy.

00:07:46.020 So he's a coward, he bows out, but Kurt, these brave people, they kept going.

00:07:50.840 Because one of the things, when you take it to the Supreme Court, because they ruled that they didn't have standing, you can add evidence to it.

00:08:00.800 And there was evidence discovered this last fall that what you see here today, what they're going to tell you.

00:08:05.840 Well, you could do that because they said the injury was speculative.

00:08:10.340 So, by the way, do you all guys have mics?

00:08:12.780 Right there.

00:08:14.280 So, under the 28 U.S.C. 1653, for those that are interested in looking up, when there is a issue with...

00:08:21.700 Get your number two pencil out.

00:08:23.180 You've got to speak up here.

00:08:24.640 Okay.

00:08:24.840 So, if there's an issue with standing or jurisdiction of which standing falls under, you can add new allegations that support standing, as long as the allegations relate to events that existed at the time the complaint was filed.

00:08:39.320 We were able to get data from the 2020 election from Maricopa.

00:08:44.960 And that data showed three things.

00:08:48.600 One, that Maricopa's software had been altered.

00:08:52.660 It's a Frankenstein-like creation that has never been certified by the Secretary of State or the EAC.

00:08:58.660 And Maricopa has repeatedly and falsely represented that they're using EAC certified software to the courts, to the public, and to the Arizona Senate in that audit.

00:09:11.780 The other thing that they falsely represented was that when they perform logic and accuracy testing prior to the election.

00:09:19.840 And if you don't know what logic and accuracy testing is, it's a statutory requirement, and it's designed to give the public confidence that these machines will actually properly read and tabulate the ballots.

00:09:32.660 And so, to that end, you have to have advanced public notice.

00:09:37.380 It can't be performed more than 30 days before the election.

00:09:41.100 You have to have required observers.

00:09:43.600 Maricopa goes through this kabuki theater of logic and accuracy testing.

00:09:48.640 They're required to test all deployable voting equipment.

00:09:52.440 Every single one of their 400-plus tabulators that they use.

00:09:56.540 Tabulators are what the ballots are inserted to to read and tabulate the votes.

00:10:00.940 It's the critical piece of election equipment.

00:10:03.520 They test five spares.

00:10:05.700 They test five spares.

00:10:07.140 That's expressly contrary to the statute, and they certify that they comply with that statute.

00:10:13.600 That's false representation number two.

00:10:16.320 The third item that we have found is that with respect to every Dominion machine we have seen,

00:10:23.300 that's from Maricopa to Georgia to Colorado to Michigan to Pennsylvania.

00:10:30.940 Dominion leaves in what's called the election database, there's a table there.

00:10:36.620 These machines are full of tables.

00:10:39.160 In those tables, they leave decryption keys, which are designed to unencrypt data,

00:10:47.940 as well as private keys for secure communications.

00:10:52.380 Clay will be able to talk much more about this.

00:10:54.940 But every single encryption key, there's three keys.

00:10:58.000 Reindel key, remember that word, Reindel key.

00:11:01.180 An X509 security certificate, that's for communication.

00:11:05.220 And what's called an HMAC, the hash management key.

00:11:10.380 And so...

00:11:10.840 Can I interrupt you?

00:11:11.780 I want to say something.

00:11:12.560 Isn't it like having a bank vault and you have the combination written on the vault?

00:11:16.940 Well, it's...

00:11:17.940 Yes.

00:11:18.280 On my ATM card where I used to write my password on the back?

00:11:21.760 It's like saying you have the most secure vault in the history of the world and putting the combination on a post-it next to it.

00:11:29.840 Hang on.

00:11:30.280 I just want the Dominion lawyers to know, these guys were just wandering by on a bus.

00:11:35.240 And we had to have some fill time, so they're up here.

00:11:39.400 Just please, the guys...

00:11:40.820 No, seriously.

00:11:42.780 Ricker, Bill Gates, not the Bill Gates of the COVID, but Bill Gates of Maricopa County,

00:11:49.920 hasn't over and over and over again, those guys have been challenged.

00:11:54.420 And have we been...

00:11:55.280 I mean, I realize you've got new evidence, but haven't we been over this like 20 times?

00:12:00.180 And how come it hasn't been exposed, and why is no one rallying to our cause besides the war room and the war room posse?

00:12:08.780 So, this is the first time that we have exposed any of this.

00:12:12.840 It's a fair question.

00:12:14.060 It's never been exposed before with respect to this case and the 2020 election.

00:12:19.740 Because we just got...

00:12:20.940 And this is Maricopa's own data.

00:12:23.440 These are the tabulator system log files that show that the software they are using has been altered.

00:12:30.620 That's a felony to knowingly alter election software without the approval of the Secretary of State.

00:12:37.020 I think what Steve's saying, why wasn't it...

00:12:39.040 You just discovered this, right?

00:12:40.500 Correct.

00:12:41.440 How could it just get discovered?

00:12:43.160 And even when you file to the Supreme Court, since it's a felony, and I think it's got criminal charges to it,

00:12:48.780 have they come forward and said, you're mistaken?

00:12:50.860 Or have they come forward and said, oops, you're right?

00:12:52.560 I mean, these are not small allegations you're making in this new addendum to the Supreme Court, correct?

00:12:59.520 They waived their right to respond to our allegations in the Supreme Court.

00:13:04.520 So, they have not directly addressed it in any court.

00:13:07.600 But they have...

00:13:08.240 They've waived it.

00:13:09.080 They waived their right to file a response in the Supreme Court.

00:13:13.240 This evidence...

00:13:15.420 And Clay is one of the testifying experts who reviewed the system log files.

00:13:19.300 And Clay has a very unique background.

00:13:22.560 Clay, before he became involved in all of this, was hired by the Voting System Testing Lab, ProVNV.

00:13:32.100 Jack Cobb is the one who started it.

00:13:34.260 From 2008 to 2017, to perform EAC certification testing.

00:13:40.360 So, when Clay speaks to an issue with these electronic voting machines, he knows exactly what he's talking about.

00:13:47.960 It's a very funny story.

00:13:49.520 When we had the hearing on the preliminary injunction motion that is the case that's currently before the Supreme Court, we had John come up and testify.

00:13:59.380 We had several other experts, Ben Cotton, Doug Logan, Sean Smith gave a declaration, and others.

00:14:05.740 The defendants of Maricopa County were critiquing Ben Cotton, saying, well, you're not an election machine expert.

00:14:13.540 You don't have any experience with election machines.

00:14:16.340 As if election machines are something special.

00:14:18.540 They're a computer.

00:14:19.400 They use Dell components, Microsoft components.

00:14:21.900 There's nothing special.

00:14:23.000 But that was their line.

00:14:24.080 That was their line of attack.

00:14:25.340 I had met Clay just before that hearing.

00:14:29.840 And when he told me his experience with EAC certification testing.

00:14:35.120 Because he was like a contractor.

00:14:36.640 I said, this is gold.

00:14:38.420 Perfect.

00:14:39.120 Okay, we're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:41.900 We're going to return in the war room.

00:14:45.780 Just a moment.

00:14:46.560 Just a moment.

00:14:51.560 We rejoice when there's no more.

00:14:55.340 Let's take down the CCP.

00:14:58.680 Hey, folks, if you watch War Room, you know we talk every day about the geopolitical and other forces driving the price of gold.

00:15:07.600 There are actually a couple of reasons this is happening.

00:15:10.980 Let me walk through them.

00:15:12.120 The cost of goods continues to rise despite interest rate controls by the Fed.

00:15:17.200 Since January 2021, cost of living is up 18%.

00:15:22.140 The national debt continues to skyrocket.

00:15:25.020 Now significantly north of $34 trillion, causing many to worry when the House of Cards will come crashing down.

00:15:33.720 And a presidential election year that will have massive implications on the future of this country.

00:15:39.860 All this adds up to instability and uncertainty.

00:15:43.720 And that is why so many Americans are turning to Birch Gold Group.

00:16:43.200 We're in Las Vegas, Nevada.

00:16:56.500 At the Ahern Hotel, Ahern Luxury Boutique.

00:17:02.380 If you're going to stay at a place, you've got to stay at the Ahern. 1.00

00:17:04.740 Don Ahern is a huge, huge supporter of President Trump and MAGA.

00:17:08.700 Try to get down up here in a little while.

00:17:10.040 Can we finish what we're talking about?

00:17:11.860 Because we have some questions from the audience.

00:17:14.220 Russ Vogt's going to join us.

00:17:15.280 And I want to...

00:17:15.820 Oh, real quickly.

00:17:16.940 At the far end, Pat McSweeney.

00:17:18.740 Pat, you're one of the lawyers.

00:17:20.820 Pat McSweeney, one of the finest lawyers in the United States.

00:17:28.440 How he ever ended up working with Mike Lindell.

00:17:32.140 That's the question.

00:17:33.020 Pat was in the Nixon White House.

00:17:34.580 He's also...

00:17:35.720 My mother and his mother were the best of friends.

00:17:38.580 He lived down the block from me when I was a small kid.

00:17:40.980 So he's always been an idol of mine.

00:17:43.340 Because Pat was always the one going to the best schools in the country.

00:17:46.320 Everything.

00:17:46.640 Pat McSweeney, thanks for joining us, brother.

00:17:48.460 Thank you later.

00:17:51.760 Okay, let's finish this.

00:17:52.840 Because I want to go to the audience.

00:17:54.260 Okay.

00:17:54.720 So I want to...

00:17:55.480 Because this is a great story.

00:17:57.340 We are at this hearing with the judge.

00:17:59.400 We have experts.

00:18:00.420 It's for a preliminary injunction to ban the use of electronic voting machines in Arizona.

00:18:04.860 We had telegraphed, because we were required to, the experts we were going to bring, except

00:18:10.600 for Clay.

00:18:12.180 Because I met him after we made the filing.

00:18:14.760 And Clay is our secret weapon.

00:18:16.840 So the defendants get up there and they question the cyber experts saying, well, you have no

00:18:21.540 experience before Maricopa with electronic voting machines and implying that they don't

00:18:26.320 know how these things work and so forth.

00:18:28.660 We bring our secret weapon, Clay Parikh.

00:18:32.860 One of the first questions out of their mouth at that hearing is, well, you don't have any

00:18:37.720 experience with electronic voting machines.

00:18:40.800 And then Clay proceeds to tell them, well, actually I do.

00:18:44.140 And I was performing CEAC certification testing for nine years with these machines.

00:18:49.680 And the defense attorney's jaw just dropped and he walked away like this.

00:18:54.020 It was the funniest thing I'd ever seen.

00:18:56.500 Clay, do you have a microphone?

00:18:57.720 Do we have microphones over there?

00:18:59.080 Can we just, is it, can you test it to work?

00:19:01.820 Test, test.

00:19:02.460 Can you stand for a second?

00:19:03.280 I just have one question, for you to be honest.

00:19:06.440 Why, and I'm not a machine guy, right?

00:19:09.020 I'm the mail-in ballot guy, but I'm over.

00:19:11.600 You're changing, brother.

00:19:12.500 I'm changing, I'm open.

00:19:15.200 I'm evolving.

00:19:16.720 Devolver.

00:19:17.780 Why are the machines so complicated?

00:19:21.840 Why are they so complicated, given that they have, should have a fairly rudimentary?

00:19:26.500 It shouldn't be much more sophisticated than this city counts dollars, right?

00:19:31.320 It should be the moral equivalent of the cash counting machines that every casino in Vegas has used since the 1950s.

00:19:40.900 Am I wrong in that?

00:19:41.720 Why are these machines so, because when they start explaining the technology to me, and I can handle technology okay as an investment banker to understand how to finance things, I get totally cross-eyed and lost in this.

00:19:52.220 Right.

00:19:52.980 So what I want to tell you is, why they're that bad, it's intentional.

00:19:57.060 Because I've dealt with over seven vendors, seven of them.

00:20:01.920 If they were that incompetent about software and system design, they wouldn't be able to get their shoes on in the morning and get out their front door.

00:20:09.440 And that's based on my experience, and that's exactly what it is.

00:20:14.400 And I see Mark Cook out there.

00:20:17.020 I've got people in Alabama that work for me, database, people that work on financial databases.

00:20:23.100 Every IT professional that looks at these systems is just astounded at how awful and sloppy they are.

00:20:31.520 And it can't be accidental.

00:20:34.020 It's purposely done to confuse everything, and there's a thousand ways in.

00:20:41.120 Right, Mark?

00:20:41.820 A thousand ways in.

00:20:43.700 Why then do you have Bill Gates and Ricker are examples of what's throughout the country?

00:20:51.660 I mean, you went throughout the country, Alabama.

00:20:53.360 Why do all these election officials at the local level all the way up to the state level, and we've had President Trump's head of cybersecurity at DHS continue to buy these machines, buy add-ons to these machines?

00:21:07.300 I mean, remember, Kemp, the governor of Georgia, for eight years, his job was secretary of state.

00:21:14.620 That's how he cut his teeth, right, in buying these machines.

00:21:17.480 If they're so awful and so out of the ordinary, why do thousands of election officials, state legislatures, local jurisdictions continue to buy them, continue to have add-on contracts for them, all the way up to President Trump's head of cybersecurity say they're the most secure system you could possibly have?

00:21:39.340 There's two reasons.

00:21:40.980 One, they're spending your money, not theirs.

00:21:45.060 And two, it got them into power, so why are they going to get rid of something that could cost them their job?

00:21:54.040 And I would just add, look at what Georgia Secretary of State Rapsenberger, if you know going into 2022, he was over 15 points down in the polls.

00:22:06.580 Somehow, he eked it out on Election Day.

00:22:10.320 51-49.

00:22:11.860 And never dropped.

00:22:13.060 51-49.

00:22:13.920 I want to add about Brad Rapsenberger, one thing.

00:22:16.500 You guys realize that Brad Rapsenberger, in the Curling case, he was the defendant before the 2020 election to get rid of the machines in Georgia.

00:22:25.340 It's called the Curling case.

00:22:26.940 That case finally made it this spring where an Obama-appointed judge said, hey, these experts, Alex Haldeman and stuff, they looked in the machines and they said there's a problem.

00:22:36.660 So we're going to move this case forward.

00:22:38.200 And if you question the machines, you're not a conspiracy theorist.

00:22:42.720 I got to take off my tinfoil hat on national TV.

00:22:45.860 So, and one more thing, that case went to court on January 9th and Alex Haldeman with a ballpoint pen flipped the election right in front of that judge.

00:22:54.960 Now, that judge is sitting there right now.

00:22:57.760 It's, that case is over.

00:22:58.940 So she's got to decide, do we continue to use these or not?

00:23:02.240 That Curling case is very similar to what we were going to do in every state.

00:23:06.980 Correct, Kurt?

00:23:07.460 It's not only similar, it is almost exactly a light in certain aspects of it.

00:23:12.920 Because the first time I met you, Steve, is when we got found a declaration by Professor Haldeman dated September 21st, 2021, in which he found vulnerabilities that were so severe, he was asking the court to unseal the record so he could tell CISA about it because it was a matter of national security.

00:23:33.360 It wasn't just Georgia's machines, it was machines used in 16 states, including Arizona.

00:23:42.120 And that was a watershed moment, and the judge would not rule for six months, and CISA backed off, wouldn't do anything, and Haldeman was screaming from the rooftops, this is a danger.

00:23:53.340 I just want to make sure we can put a pin in something and get it out there, that people understand it.

00:23:58.200 This is not just the Trump movement, it's just not MAGA, it's not sour grapes.

00:24:03.360 From 2020, the Curlin case had liberals and had Haldeman, the way you cut your teeth, Amy Klobuchar in Minnesota, it was Elizabeth Warren, it's the point you make.

00:24:14.900 It was both sides, it was basically the professional politicians class, but the Democrats had huge problems with this before Donald Trump ever thought of being a politician, correct?

00:24:24.720 Steve, if I may, I've assisted in over 20 states right now, several counties within the states, and I'm telling you, the Republicans cheat in Alabama, because they cheat on the primaries.

00:24:37.680 It is both sides.

00:24:39.060 When I talk to people, it's we the people against the uniparty. 0.99

00:24:44.180 The R&D is irrelevant.

00:24:46.040 It is irrelevant.

00:24:46.840 Does it, hold it, does the name Rory Moore strike a bell, right?

00:24:52.440 You think Rory Moore lost fair and square?

00:24:54.280 No way.

00:24:54.960 They absolutely put their thumb on the scale.

00:24:56.980 So you're convinced in Alabama and other places that are Republican strongholds that this goes on?

00:25:03.380 It definitely goes on.

00:25:05.160 I can tell you, me, Moabby is not the legitimate governor of Alabama.

00:25:09.360 I like the thing, in Georgia, you guys in the primary, this nice Democrat lady, three Democrats running, and she got zero votes in her own precinct with her and her husband. 0.75

00:25:21.520 Now, if they'd have done it smartly, they'd have gave her two votes and said, I'm sorry, ma'am, nobody loves you but your husband.

00:25:26.400 But they gave her zero.

00:25:28.360 If they'd have gave her one vote, they'd be in divorce court.

00:25:30.800 Hang on one second.

00:25:31.720 Before we go to commercial break, let's get some questions in.

00:25:33.920 Jane, you've got to speak up so everybody hears you.

00:25:36.120 Your name and where you're from.

00:25:37.240 Your name and where you're from.

00:25:38.880 What's your question?

00:25:39.900 My name is Roy Piscadlo.

00:25:41.280 I'm from Salt Lake City.

00:25:42.800 And my question is, the Supreme Court does not have to take this case.

00:25:47.500 If they do not take the case, is there a plan B, C, and D?

00:25:52.820 Yeah, there is a plan B for sure, which is this new evidence that we have put forward will be used in an injunction to be filed in Arizona.

00:26:01.100 We're not going away because this is for 2024.

00:26:04.180 They are using altered software and they are falsely saying it's EAC certified.

00:26:10.380 That's false.

00:26:11.100 They are saying they do L&A testing.

00:26:13.300 That's false.

00:26:14.580 And they have these encryption keys that are wide open that allow total access to the machines to change the results in any way without detection.

00:26:25.180 And it violates, so Dominion represents in their contract with all these counties that we've seen that they, quote, protect election data, close quote, with encryption levels called FIPS, Federal Information Processing Standards.

00:26:41.580 Yet they leave these keys unprotected on the election database except for the Windows login, which is easily bypassed in plain text.

00:26:51.040 We actually have a video, a very short video, that will show you where you can see this encrypted gibberish all of a sudden magically become readable by applying these keys.

00:27:02.520 Hold it, hang on, hang on, hang on.

00:27:04.320 If all that's true, why did old man Murdoch write them an $800 million check when the Murdochs throw nickels around like they're manhole covers?

00:27:16.520 Kurt Olson.

00:27:17.680 Come on, don't pick on Fox.

00:27:19.420 No.

00:27:20.560 I can't say why he did that.

00:27:24.520 What I can say is it makes no sense.

00:27:28.320 It makes no sense because Dominion's enterprise value, and Steve, you're a finance guy, an $800 million settlement is many, many, many, many multiples of what that company was valued at.

00:27:39.640 So why would you do that without really engaging in any discovery?

00:27:43.820 We know, for example, because of Sheriff Darleif has released emails with Dominion where, lo and behold, they talk about Serbians that are tunneling into the election management system through a VPN, that they're transmitting results through the Internet. 0.73

00:28:02.340 And here's the kicker.

00:28:03.580 There's an email that was released from Serbian engineers that says, from an engineering standpoint, we don't want unencrypted election data because you can't guarantee the accuracy of the results.

00:28:18.380 Yet they leave the keys right open for anybody.

00:28:20.700 Okay, hang on.

00:28:21.320 Fabulous question.

00:28:22.440 Audience had a great one.

00:28:23.420 Okay, we're going to have a short commercial break.

00:28:25.620 We're going to be back.

00:28:27.000 Hopefully get Russ followed up in the war room.

00:28:29.280 Just a moment.

00:28:29.980 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:28:49.620 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:28:53.600 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:29:02.460 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:29:15.680 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:29:23.060 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:29:34.100 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:29:39.620 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:29:51.940 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:29:57.720 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:29:59.720 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:30:03.940 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:30:08.980 Wow!

00:30:14.800 Look at that shot.

00:30:16.580 Amazing.

00:30:18.180 Amazing.

00:30:18.740 Amazing.

00:30:18.840 Amazing.

00:30:21.940 You guys have been fantastic.

00:30:25.660 And it's not even happy hour.

00:30:28.760 We're just going to hold off for a while.

00:30:30.480 We're going to get right back to the machines, the Supreme Court, all of it.

00:30:33.600 Just hold our questions.

00:30:34.880 We're going to get right back there.

00:30:36.320 I want to make an announcement.

00:30:38.040 Twelve jurors have now been selected in President Trump in the kangaroo court show trial in Manhattan.

00:30:45.680 How do you pick 12 jurors in like two days?

00:30:48.780 How does he only get 10?

00:30:50.140 I mean, they all watch MSNBC.

00:30:51.700 They all read the New York Times.

00:30:53.060 Is that a jury of his peers?

00:30:55.360 Is it fair?

00:30:57.100 Do you guys think President Trump could get a fair trial in Manhattan?

00:31:01.660 Is this a kangaroo court?

00:31:05.380 Yes.

00:31:05.940 Is it a witch hunt?

00:31:07.380 Yes.

00:31:08.220 Are President Trump's numbers going to go up because of this?

00:31:11.300 Yes.

00:31:12.540 Hang on, hang on.

00:31:14.180 Not just being Trump supporters, but as you saw when he went to the bodega, you saw about

00:31:18.860 his connection with the Bodega Society Alliance people in the store.

00:31:23.620 Do you think that if he comes to the sticks every day, and if the war room and you as social

00:31:27.780 media warriors are able to amplify his message, that President Trump's polling can actually

00:31:34.260 go up?

00:31:35.160 Yes.

00:31:36.340 Okay.

00:31:37.660 Well, starting Monday, it looks like if they pick some more jurors tomorrow, they got six

00:31:40.900 more.

00:31:41.540 There's the alternatives.

00:31:42.560 It looks like it'll start on Monday, and we got a long, that's going to be a six-week

00:31:46.540 grind because they're going to try to drag this thing out. 0.99

00:31:49.360 Something else they're going to try to drag out is now we're into the second year of

00:31:53.760 talking about the $60 billion.

00:31:55.360 Let's go to Russ Vogt.

00:31:57.280 Russ, get us up to speed.

00:31:59.060 Everything's changing on Capitol Hill.

00:32:00.580 Even to speak, Johnson was going to add an increase to the motion of vacate.

00:32:04.940 Do you like that that Johnson's trying to pad it so it's harder to get rid of him?

00:32:08.280 Do you support that?

00:32:11.080 I think that got shot down.

00:32:13.260 Russ Vogt, can you get us up to speed on what's happening?

00:32:16.700 Sure.

00:32:17.060 It's in real time right now.

00:32:18.860 The House Rules Committee is in what we call recess right now because they're trying to

00:32:25.120 make sure that they get the Democratic votes to be able to override the fact that the three

00:32:30.920 conservatives, Chip Roy, Ralph Norman, Thomas Massey, have said that they will vote against

00:32:36.780 the rule in committee.

00:32:37.980 And so until that gets worked out and we don't know the play call ultimately that Hakeem Jeffries

00:32:43.760 is going to make, it's probable that he's going to allow the Democrats to vote for that rule.

00:32:50.040 And then it goes to the floor.

00:32:51.440 And we'll see how many Democrats are willing to support it and how many Republican rule

00:32:57.280 individuals will vote against it.

00:33:00.700 And I think right now we've made a ton of progress in educating both on the procedural

00:33:06.080 dishonesty of what he's doing and the reality of how much of a cave this is on behalf of

00:33:12.080 Mike Johnson to move forward in this fashion on this bill.

00:33:15.600 Look, when you have Tom Massey, who's one of the is the leading House libertarian.

00:33:23.580 If you have Ralph Norman, who's an old schooled conservative and Chip Roy, that's one of the

00:33:28.740 leaders right in this movement and one of the big deficit hawks.

00:33:32.400 If all three of those say we're not going to do this and we're not going to vote the

00:33:35.960 rule, is it not historic for a speaker if this party's saying they're not going to move

00:33:42.340 the rule to the floor to then go to the opposition to go to the minority leader and ask him to

00:33:48.260 provide the votes in the committee, even to take it to the floor?

00:33:51.640 Is that something that's ever been done in American history?

00:33:54.580 It is certainly historic in modern times.

00:33:57.500 And honestly, Steve, if you recall, this is why we fought so heavily as a movement.

00:34:02.400 With the war room movement to be able to have the rules committee independent of leadership,

00:34:08.560 because it allows it used to be like this.

00:34:11.640 Right. Up until John Kennedy's first year, the rules committee was independent.

00:34:15.780 It was like any other committee.

00:34:17.160 And for the first time in the last two years, we have drama and independent power that conservatives

00:34:24.180 have. And so we we had at the debt limit and we have it now.

00:34:28.000 We may not ultimately be able to prevail, but we're having a break on the process for the first

00:34:35.140 time because of this kind of arrangement in allowing these three members to vote

00:34:41.200 uneducated by where Mike Johnson is.

00:34:46.500 So this is big.

00:34:47.780 We're not there yet.

00:34:48.960 We've made tremendous progress.

00:34:50.340 We need to keep lighting the place on fire with the phones and beating back the arguments that the 0.98

00:34:55.660 arguments they're making are ridiculous. 0.75

00:34:57.180 They're making arguments like, oh, my gosh, there's no way to get Israel any funding if 0.88

00:35:02.880 you don't attach it to Ukraine, because that's what Joe Biden has said.

00:35:06.400 That is that is an unsustainable political position.

00:35:09.720 Everyone knows that they are only using that as a pretext to be able to use the attack on Israel 0.63

00:35:15.560 to get something through that has been delayed for the last several months and over a year now.

00:35:21.940 And is there any border security at all going to be even mentioned as they try to jam down and try to

00:35:30.700 ram through the Ukraine, the funding of the Zelensky's oligarchs?

00:35:34.920 Any discussion at all about securing the southern border?

00:35:39.280 No, no discussion, because, of course, Steve, if the Senate can object to anything and you as the

00:35:45.400 neocon speaker have decided that you are going to attempt to prop up Ukraine at all costs because

00:35:52.820 you went into a skiff and got scared, as a result of that, if Senate gets to say, no, we're not going

00:35:59.320 to anything that we don't want, we get a veto on it, then it's not going to be in there.

00:36:03.200 And that's the situation we are in.

00:36:04.840 And it's very honestly scary that you have a speaker of the House that is this compliant by the

00:36:11.220 intel state, to go into a skiff, and we've been all in them, Steve, you and I, to go into a skiff

00:36:16.820 and have these types of rudimentary analysis that are given to the Speaker of the House and it changes,

00:36:22.940 it flips them on a dime, whether it's FISA and the need for a warrant requirement or whether it's

00:36:27.640 what's occurring in Ukraine.

00:36:29.320 The reality is that Ukraine will not be saved by whether this package goes through, because there is

00:36:36.840 no amount of U.S. dollars that can prop up reality on the ground.

00:36:42.920 And this is why the neocons are trying to scare the movement, scare these members into voting for it.

00:36:49.820 They don't want this to occur on their watch.

00:36:52.200 And somehow these members are either oblivious to the debate that we've had about what is our national

00:36:57.320 interest in Ukraine, or they just haven't been paying attention like they're an ostrich.

00:37:01.640 But whatever is occurring, we are now come to a head, and somehow we have been able to

00:37:08.820 determine conclusively that Mike Johnson is in fact a neocon, and as a result, he's making all of

00:37:16.340 these decisions based on that worldview.

00:37:20.780 Okay, I just want to ask a question about extremists.

00:37:23.680 CNN this morning had a massive headline that it's the Trump movement, it was America first,

00:37:30.200 America first extremists, war room extremists, correct me if I'm wrong, the last time I looked,

00:37:36.040 the head count is a majority of the majority of the conference do not want to go forward with

00:37:41.560 Ukraine funding. And now you're telling me, I think the three members on the rules committee

00:37:45.640 don't want to go forward to it. So who's the extremists? Is it MAGA that now has convinced a

00:37:51.560 majority of the conference not to go forward with this? And even on the rules committee that we

00:37:57.000 dominate now with our logic and the rationale of why not to go forward on this? Or is Mike Johnson

00:38:02.520 and these neocons, are they now the extremists because they're working, they're working with

00:38:07.560 Democrats and Biden. Biden said he loved all four of these. He endorsed this right away. President

00:38:12.280 Trump had to come out and say, hey, nobody speaks for me. I hate this deal. Where's the Europeans' money,

00:38:18.120 sir? Yeah, the speaker got a big brush back from the president today with that statement. And

00:38:25.160 obviously, the speaker is moving in and governing with Democrats. It's anti-democratic. This is not

00:38:34.360 how you approach your own voters that have made it clear. You think those members just came out of

00:38:39.480 nowhere? They didn't. They came and moved their position and reflected based on the information that

00:38:46.280 they were getting from their concerned citizens, many of them who watch your show. And as a result,

00:38:52.280 you have a majority of the conference that says, we're done with this. This is symbolic of the

00:39:00.920 expectation of U.S. involvement in the world. We're not saying the U.S. can't be a leader in

00:39:05.640 the world or the leader. We're saying that the expectation that we're going to be the third-party

00:39:10.600 payment for an endless war in Europe when Europe can step up themselves. And that was embedded in

00:39:16.680 very clearly in President Trump's statement today. That notion needs to be rejected. And if the entire

00:39:23.400 international globalist elite community needs to have a collective freakout, then they can go and

00:39:28.200 have that. But that shouldn't change the realities of the votes and the majority in the House that rejects

00:39:35.160 this Ukraine funding. And ultimately, Mike Johnson has created a coalitional government the likes of

00:39:42.760 which we have never seen from a Republican leader in the House of Representatives to the extent to

00:39:49.400 which he is aligned with Speaker Jeffries. And I take it the motion to vacate number has not changed.

00:39:56.360 He's backed off that. He tried to attach that as an addendum, but now he's backed off so we still

00:40:01.960 have the same procedures that we can move forward on vacating the chair.

00:40:06.920 It is still the case. The rules are in place. But I would caution us to read the statement carefully.

00:40:12.520 He didn't say that he was opposed to changing it. He said that he didn't have the votes,

00:40:18.280 which suggests to me that he went to the Democrats and they were not willing to change the rule

00:40:23.720 for their own optionality at the line of scrimmage. So I think he was making a statement. I got a lot

00:40:31.640 of fires burning right now. The last thing I want to do is have this hanging over my head right now

00:40:37.400 with members. Because I will tell you, if you have members who are on both sides of the vacate question

00:40:43.640 for good reasons, right? Do you want to go into three weeks on the floor and come out with Mike

00:40:49.240 Johnson the second? That's the argument against. If you've got members on both of that and he pulls

00:40:55.960 that, he gets rid of a rule effort to get rid of the rule itself, a lot of those members are just

00:41:03.640 going to go and be in support of the vacate. So I think that's what he was reading. But I think it's

00:41:09.800 important for us to know that that hasn't gone away. And that's going to be something we're going to have

00:41:13.960 to be watching very, very closely, if not in the days and the weeks ahead.

00:41:19.160 So Russ, what is what is our what is our recommendations to the war in posse when they're

00:41:26.360 calling, contacting people? What should be the what should be our our message today?

00:41:33.160 Absolutely. Vote against the rule. Vote against the procedural dishonesty. Do not fund the war in

00:41:40.360 Ukraine. And I think that's really important, right? Keep the focus on the main thing that we are

00:41:46.680 opposed to, which is this third party payment of an endless war. And it is the rule. And you got

00:41:52.680 to be specific, right? Vote against the rule. And everyone's doing a fantastic job of it. When we

00:41:58.360 make these procedural issues cut through the national narrative, the member that's responding is like,

00:42:03.720 I can't believe my my voters are are registering this much information on the procedural matters.

00:42:10.440 But that's where we win. That's the granularity. That's the that's that's that's the moment that you

00:42:15.880 have an ability to to let them know we see exactly what you're doing. We're opposed to it and you're

00:42:23.000 not going to get away with it. We are in the very hours to see whether we can win or whether we lose

00:42:28.680 over the next the end of the day and into tomorrow. Russ, what is your social media so people can follow

00:42:37.160 you? At Russ vote. And if they go to America renewing dot com, they can also get a primer on

00:42:45.160 the bill itself, which, of course, is represented in the rule that I just encourage everyone to call

00:42:51.000 and say that should be taken down. Taken down. Russ vote. Thank you very much. Appreciate it. Great work.

00:42:57.400 Thanks, Steve. Here's here's here's the power of this audience. For the first time in the history of this

00:43:09.240 republic, they've never had people up in their grill talking about the level of specificity and detail.

00:43:16.440 They are freaked out that you even know what the Rules Committee is. They are freaked out that you're sitting

00:43:21.560 there on procedural and process and you're saying there and you're calling them out. They used to be able to hide behind

00:43:26.520 all that. They can't hide now. That's the power of social media. That's the power of empowering you

00:43:32.520 with information because I'm telling you, they are scared to death of your phone calls because now you

00:43:38.280 know exactly what the scam is. OK, short break. You guys, you guys have done it. This is all because of

00:43:47.480 you. You're the ones that held them up. You're the ones that had Trump's back. They would have jammed this

00:43:52.440 through. Short break. We're back to the machines in just a moment.

00:45:53.960 We are at the Ahern Luxury Boutique in the heart of Las Vegas.

00:46:14.840 For the War Room Posse throughout the world, this crowd has been up since, what, 9.30 this morning,

00:46:20.200 Pacific Time. Unbelievable. Early than that. Early than that. Been very fired up. Okay.

00:46:25.640 We're very honored to have a member of the Rules Committee himself, Congressman Chip Roy of the

00:46:31.320 great state of Texas. Congressman Roy, what in the hell is going on? Have we blocked this yet or not?

00:46:38.000 Well, Steve, great to be on. Thanks for all those great patriots out there. Thanks for what you do,

00:46:41.560 bringing the truth out there, because we can't stop the nonsense here without the people.

00:46:45.380 What we're seeing unfold right now is, obviously, unfortunately, the Speaker, Speaker Johnson,

00:46:52.600 is advancing legislation that the vast majority of the people that I represent, I guarantee you,

00:46:57.560 everybody in that room, opposes. It's legislation that will fund Ukraine. It will fund Israel. It

00:47:03.860 will fund Taiwan at $95 billion. It has $9 billion that can go to Hamas and Gaza and through the

00:47:10.060 humanitarian assistance. It has $8 billion that can go sit at Ukraine's government for them to use for

00:47:14.960 whatever that's not legal aid. All of that without securing the border one iota. The Speaker tells

00:47:22.140 everybody, hey, I'm going to give everybody a vote. Well, that's nonsense. What this really is,

00:47:27.140 is a prepackaged effort to deliver the Senate Democrat bill. There's a reason that Joe Biden

00:47:31.880 has said he supports it. There's a reason Chuck Schumer has been bragging about the bill on the Senate

00:47:36.140 floor. So last night, we had a rule, a separate rule. I want to be very clear. It's very clear.

00:47:41.580 You've got a smart audience. We had two rules. We had a rule last night to bring forward another

00:47:47.820 version of HR2, our great border bill that conservatives fought for last year. They

00:47:53.040 wanted to put that on the floor, watering down and taking out the conservative e-verify piece

00:47:58.300 and inserting some other provision. They did that. And so Thomas Massey, Chip Roy, and Ralph Norman,

00:48:05.840 we objected. So we killed that rule. We objected because it was a part of the sham. That's the

00:48:12.440 first time that's happened in a long time. And that lit a fuse. And now they're all calling for

00:48:16.840 us to be kicked off the committees and they're calling for the rules to be changed. And we're

00:48:21.220 all saying, whatever. I mean, make our day, right? We're going to keep fighting. Today, we've got the

00:48:26.520 rule that we went and we had a debate on. There's, I don't know, a couple of hundred amendments that have

00:48:31.380 been filed, I think. And some of them are good amendments. They're going through it. But I'm not

00:48:36.240 being invited to the normal discussion about the amendments because I've already publicly said I'm

00:48:40.520 going to oppose this rule. And so have Ralph and so have Thomas. We oppose the rule. A lot of

00:48:47.560 Republicans oppose the rule. The Freedom Caucus took an unusual, first time ever, I think, official

00:48:53.240 position opposing a rule today, which means you've got a large number of the Freedom Caucus that will vote

00:48:59.060 no on the rule. So now Mike is apparently the speaker, I should say, trying to go get Democrat

00:49:04.580 votes, which is unusual, on the floor and possibly in the committee to move the rule through. We're on

00:49:10.700 recess, on break right now, trying to figure out what's going to happen.

00:49:15.740 Hold it. I just want to make sure I got this right. Because you and Ralph Norman and Tom Massey

00:49:21.680 said you're opposed to the rule. You're not even in the room right now looking at the amendment,

00:49:25.420 something normally the rules committee would be doing. You've been kind of banned on this.

00:49:30.420 Yeah, I mean, we're, I mean, I want to overstate it, but we've normally, we're very actively involved

00:49:34.640 in trying to figure out which amendment should be brought forward under the rules and germaneness

00:49:38.260 and all that stuff. And my staff is actively involved. And, you know, we, we pinged them out

00:49:43.180 an hour ago and we said, Hey guys, what's up with the amendments? And they said, what do you mean

00:49:46.140 about the bill that you guys are already opposing the rule? So they're over there making their own

00:49:50.600 decisions on that. They'll follow the basic rules about germaneness and whether they're

00:49:54.560 appropriate and all that. But the real issue is, is that they're working this to prepackage it

00:49:59.680 regardless of the amendments that get through. They know how the votes will shake out and you'll get

00:50:04.280 a modified version of what the Senate already passed.

00:50:09.820 What impacted President Trump? I mean, in the middle of this court case, this kangaroo court,

00:50:14.080 for him to have the presence of mind to send something out on true social that says nobody speaks for him,

00:50:19.560 what kind of impact? Cause that was kind of a shot across Johnson's bow. What, what kind of impact

00:50:25.060 did that have? Yeah, a huge impact. I mean, God bless the former president. He's sitting there

00:50:30.260 between fricking like jury pools, getting selected in New York by this radical DA, which is completely

00:50:35.340 unlawful, a complete violation of norms, stretching a federal crime into a state crime. It's all a sham.

00:50:41.840 We all get all that. And the president to take the time breaking between all of that nonsense

00:50:46.600 to make this statement is really important. He believes as I do that sure there's a world in

00:50:52.800 which you could figure out making sure there's appropriate lethal aid, uh, if they're actually

00:50:56.940 lethal aid, but I want everybody out there in the audience to remember the $113 billion or repeat

00:51:02.880 the $113 billion. It's already been appropriated for Ukraine. Only 44 to 47 billion of that two different

00:51:12.020 reports I've seen is lethal aid. So what was the other 66 to $69 billion for? If they had held that

00:51:19.440 back and used it responsibly, then maybe they'd still have money to come over and try to buy the,

00:51:25.360 you know, uh, stuff they need. I want to get into the details in terms of classified stuff,

00:51:29.420 but the stuff that they need to continue to fight. So, you know, that's what they did. And so now

00:51:34.260 we're trying to be responsible. We want to secure the border where, as the president is, look,

00:51:40.000 I'll listen to you on what you need for lethal aid. We don't want to see Putin march through Keith, 0.79

00:51:44.140 but you aren't putting America first and you aren't being responsible for the money. So the

00:51:48.200 president is exactly right. Don Jr. is exactly right. This is a complete capitulation by the

00:51:53.660 speaker. It's completely irresponsible. And we, you know, he basically got set up last fall

00:51:58.880 because we were fighting the establishment here and now he's walking away. He walked away on FISA.

00:52:04.620 How on earth can the speaker pass one of the tie-breaking votes to prevent us from having

00:52:11.280 a warrant with respect to FISA? It makes no sense.

00:52:16.900 Chair, real quickly, what is your marching orders here for the war room posse today?

00:52:21.940 Yeah. I mean, like, just make sure every single congressman that you all, you know,

00:52:27.280 live in their districts, call your congressman, call your senators, but particularly your congressman

00:52:32.300 and say, look, you should not be voting for this. You need, you need Republicans to vote against this

00:52:36.840 rule. You need Republicans to vote against the bill on final passage. They should oppose this

00:52:42.380 because of simple reason. One, we are not securing the border of the United States. Why would we secure

00:52:49.180 Ukraine's borders or anybody else's borders before we secure our own borders? Make sure they know that. 0.92

00:52:55.480 Call them. Tell them. Let them know you do not support it. Make it loud. Make sure they understand

00:53:01.780 it. And make sure they know that the former president agrees that this is not the way we

00:53:06.060 should be doing it. Don Jr. agrees. A whole lot of people out there. Charlie Kirk's been out there

00:53:10.360 talking about it. Bannon's been talking about it. Everybody out there that I talked to as a

00:53:14.420 conservative, they get it. And I know there's people in the audience, you probably have different

00:53:18.240 views out there, right, about Israel, about Ukraine and everything else. Why? I know that because

00:53:21.620 conservatives have varied views. But don't listen to the BS that, oh, this is all about open process

00:53:27.720 and regular order. We're going to let there be a bunch of votes on the floor. No, there's not.

00:53:32.320 That's not true. They're going to package it all together and jam it through. They're going to

00:53:36.080 package it all together and jam it through and send it to the Senate. Chip, what's your social media?

00:53:40.220 Where do people go to get you? Chip Roy, T-X, C-H-I-P-R-O-Y-T-X on Twitter, or my official
