Bannon's War Room - Episode 3549： Johnson Casts His Lot With The Democrats

00:00:00.560 And then let's move on.

00:00:03.320 And with that, Mr. Speaker, I yield back.

00:00:05.760 The gentleman from Massachusetts yields back.

00:00:08.880 The gentleman from Texas is recognized.

00:00:10.480 Thank you, Mr. Speaker.

00:00:11.480 I will yield myself a balance of our time.

00:00:13.520 The gentleman is recognized.

00:00:15.520 Mr. Speaker, our adversaries, notably Russia, China, Iran, are watching to see how we will

00:00:24.880 respond.

00:00:28.960 Our reaction to these crises will determine how they will choose to proceed.

00:00:35.160 An important difference between this pact of bills today and the previously passed Senate

00:00:40.660 supplemental is the addition of the 21st Century Peace Through Strength Act.

00:00:47.840 Legislation is important as it includes sanctions and policies that counter our adversaries through

00:00:53.560 the inclusion of the Repo Act and the removal of our payment for foreign pensions and requiring

00:01:02.760 the administration to provide a game plan in Ukraine.

00:01:06.760 something that many of us have been asking for some time.

00:01:12.960 Ronald Reagan told us peace comes through strength.

00:01:17.580 By failing to act now, it will signal the opposite of strength and it will invite future aggression,

00:01:27.340 as failure to act has done so often in the past.

00:01:33.540 Mr. Speaker, I also feel obligated to point out that this Congress has had two votes on providing

00:01:45.800 aid to Israel, one that occurred in October right after Speaker Johnson was elected.

00:01:53.000 Indeed, it was one of his highest priorities.

00:01:55.000 And I thought responsibly that aid package was offset through cuts to other federal agencies here.

00:02:04.200 Senator Schumer didn't see it that way and said, we've never conditioned aid to Israel with anything,

00:02:09.000 so it has to be no offset, can't be paid for.

00:02:17.240 So the House in February of this year, I think it was Mr. Calvert of California who had a bill

00:02:23.000 to provide the same aid to Israel without the offset.

00:02:29.320 And it was blocked. Blocked this time by people on my side.

00:02:36.040 So the Speaker said, okay, let's bring it up under suspension.

00:02:40.280 Maybe we can't agreement between members on both sides.

00:02:45.320 But in fact, under suspension, the two-thirds majority required was not achieved.

00:02:50.920 So that bill failed in February as well.

00:02:55.400 Had any one of those bills passed, we might not be here today.

00:03:01.640 Because we all know, a week, 10 days ago, Iran attacked Israel. 0.54

00:03:07.800 Missiles and drones originating from Iranian soil, first time that's ever happened.

00:03:15.800 And the crisis advanced.

00:03:18.280 Yes, we did have an opportunity to provide that aid to Israel.

00:03:22.120 Might not have been what my friend from Massachusetts would have wanted.

00:03:25.720 But at the same time, we had the opportunity to provide that.

00:03:29.640 And unfortunately, now even members of my committee are upset with where we are today.

00:03:36.600 But we had the opportunity to sort of head off all of this problem by simply passing

00:03:43.880 that age package last February.

00:03:47.000 And we wouldn't do it.

00:03:48.120 So what happens if we don't do this today?

00:03:50.200 Does it get better or worse for us down the road?

00:03:53.400 Nobody knows the answer to that.

00:03:55.480 But history tells us it is very likely to get worse.

00:03:58.840 So we've got two votes now, Mr. Speaker.

00:04:01.720 Israel aid and on both counts.

00:04:04.920 I think most of us in this body want to see that pass.

00:04:10.440 I will stress again that weakness invites aggression.

00:04:13.960 And we cannot allow our allies in the Middle East and the Indo-Pacific and the Ukraine to be abandoned.

00:04:20.840 By doing so, we will not prevent future aggression, but we will invite it.

00:04:27.640 Today, we have an opportunity to deliver critical aid to our allies.

00:04:33.960 And I believe it's appropriate to do so.

00:04:37.560 So, Mr. Speaker, with that, I'll yield back the balance of my time.

00:04:39.960 I move the previous question on the resolution.

00:04:42.680 The gentleman yield back with objection.

00:04:44.520 The previous question is ordered.

00:04:45.720 The question is on adopting the resolution.

00:04:47.800 All those in favor say aye.

00:04:49.560 All those opposed, no.

00:04:50.920 In the opinion chair, the ayes have it. 0.99

00:04:55.400 The resolution...

00:04:57.480 Mr. Speaker.

00:04:58.120 For what purpose, gentleman from Texas Secret?

00:04:59.960 I would ask for a recorded vote.

00:05:03.480 Does the gentleman ask for the yeas and nays? 0.65

00:05:05.400 Yes.

00:05:08.200 The yeas and nays are requested.

00:05:09.800 Those favoring a vote by the yeas and nays will rise. 0.97

00:05:13.560 A sufficient number having risen, the yeas and nays are ordered. 0.86

00:05:17.240 Pursuant to Clause 8 of Rule 20, further proceedings on this question is postponed.

00:05:22.120 Pursuant to Clause 12A of Rule 1, the chair declares the house in recess subject to the call of the chair.

00:05:31.240 Okay, welcome.

00:05:37.960 It is Friday, 19 April, in the year of our Lord, 2024.

00:05:42.760 What you're going to see, what you just saw a moment ago, is the vote about this rule.

00:05:47.560 They're going to, they passed the, late last night, after we finished the show in Las Vegas, that we,

00:05:55.080 we, they, the Democrats basically got the rule out of committee.

00:06:01.720 So just understand something that your, your entire house with Polly Pockets Speaker Johnson is now being run by the Democrats.

00:06:11.080 You're going to have a vote on the floor here momentarily, or I think we're going to get some more debate.

00:06:17.160 I think the votes are scheduled for 1030, the overall vote.

00:06:20.200 We'll pick up more of that.

00:06:21.240 They've started here about, at about 930 this morning.

00:06:26.280 It looks like the votes are there using Democrat votes.

00:06:29.320 We're going to see who in the conference actually votes for this, to pass this.

00:06:32.920 And it's going to be a pretty historic day.

00:06:36.600 I think it's the first time ever.

00:06:38.360 I haven't found anybody that can look at the history and see otherwise.

00:06:41.560 First time ever that a, that a speaker turned to Democrats to actually get the rule even to the floor.

00:06:50.440 So this is, this is no longer divided government.

00:06:53.080 You have to face the fact that Johnson and who's been completely encaptured

00:06:57.960 by the, uh, by the, um, the unit party after a couple of, uh, you know, security briefings.

00:07:05.480 And he's out there with the, oh, you know, I saw the security briefing and, uh, you know,

00:07:10.680 the tanks are going to roll through to Paris.

00:07:13.560 The tanks are going to roll through, uh, to London.

00:07:16.920 Uh, you know, this is, it's like the first time you ever had a security briefing and he's

00:07:21.240 completely wet himself, uh, and he's thrown in with the Democrats.

00:07:27.400 Understand that what's going to happen here in the next 24 to 48 hours,

00:07:31.800 not one thing is going to be done for the border.

00:07:34.920 Nothing.

00:07:35.800 We're going to give $60 billion.

00:07:37.880 And do I have that, do I have the, uh, clip of, uh, yesterday from, um, from Chip Roy?

00:07:43.640 Chip Roy, you know, came in live to the, to the, uh, evening show last night

00:07:48.120 and laid out something that I think needs to be reiterated and reiterated and reiterated

00:07:52.600 of the 113 billion.

00:07:54.520 And I think, I think Chip might be wrong mathematically there.

00:07:57.880 I think we've now proven with heritage and others that have done such a great job finding

00:08:03.960 where the money is.

00:08:05.080 I believe that what we found is that it's been 124 to $129 billion, as we keep saying of

00:08:11.480 the $129 billion right now, they can only figure out 47 billion actually went to arms into the

00:08:17.000 battlefield.

00:08:18.600 And this is why Zelensky and this crowd have been buying yachts down in Monaco.

00:08:23.240 And then people say, oh, you can't prove that.

00:08:24.840 That's nothing there.

00:08:25.640 Well, yeah, we can prove it.

00:08:27.560 It's a observable fact.

00:08:30.360 And, uh, people like the Kiev post have to understand when president Trump's returns,

00:08:35.720 we're going to have forensic audits.

00:08:38.200 And I believe give criminal indictments to Zelensky and this group of oligarchs been

00:08:42.520 stealing with both hands.

00:08:43.480 It's an open secret in Washington.

00:08:45.080 Everybody talks about from the CIA that the amount of money stolen by the oligarchs who

00:08:52.520 were funding, we're funding the worst people on earth, not the Ukrainian people. 1.00

00:08:55.880 Ukrainian people, very courageous, have shown tremendous valor as the, as their lives have

00:09:01.240 been tossed away, have been thrown away because Zelensky's in business with Davos.

00:09:06.360 Zelensky's in business with Brussels.

00:09:09.480 Zelensky's in business with the Imperial capital of Washington.

00:09:11.640 And you see, let's play the chip.

00:09:12.600 Can we play the Chip Roy clip?

00:09:13.640 Let's play Chip Roy clip.

00:09:15.000 This is from last night.

00:09:16.840 We're going to come right back.

00:09:17.800 We're live today.

00:09:18.920 We're on the road with Russ Vogt in the team.

00:09:21.800 Got in very, very late, I guess, early this morning from Las Vegas.

00:09:25.240 We'll talk more about that moment.

00:09:26.280 So let's hear Chip Roy.

00:09:27.320 We'll come back.

00:09:28.520 I want everybody out there in the audience to remember the $113 billion.

00:09:32.680 I want to repeat, the $113 billion that's already been appropriated for Ukraine.

00:09:39.640 Only $44 to $47 billion of that, two different reports I've seen, is lethal aid.

00:09:45.640 So what was the other $66 to $69 billion for?

00:09:49.560 If they had held that back and used it responsibly, then maybe they'd still have money to come over

00:09:54.840 and try to buy the stuff they need.

00:09:58.280 I want to get into the details in terms of classified stuff, but the stuff that they need to continue to fight.

00:10:02.680 So, you know, that's what they did.

00:10:04.520 And so now we're trying to be responsible.

00:10:07.560 We want to secure the border.

00:10:09.080 We're, as the president is, look, I'll listen to you on what you need for lethal aid.

00:10:12.920 We don't want to see Putin march through, Keith.

00:10:15.080 But you aren't putting America first and you aren't being responsible of the money.

00:10:18.920 So the president is exactly right.

00:10:20.200 Don Jr. is exactly right.

00:10:22.040 This is a complete capitulation by the speaker.

00:10:25.080 It's completely irresponsible.

00:10:27.080 And we, you know, he basically got set up last fall because we were fighting the establishment

00:10:32.440 here and now he's walking away.

00:10:34.520 He walked away on FISA.

00:10:36.120 How on earth can the speaker pass one of the tie-breaking votes to prevent us from having

00:10:42.360 a warrant with respect to FISA?

00:10:44.920 It makes no sense.

00:10:45.800 The, uh, the operant, uh, phrase there is complete capitulation.

00:10:53.240 This is complete capitulation.

00:10:55.080 You're seeing, you're seeing a borning right now, um, the beginning of two separate political

00:11:01.960 parties, a populist nationalist America first political party and a, uh, elitist globalist,

00:11:09.160 um, uh, radical party and Mike Johnson for all his happy talk about social conservatism.

00:11:15.880 And this is where social conservatives, the life movement, you got to do a gut check

00:11:21.240 because you've got one of the leaders of the life movement.

00:11:24.280 He's thrown in with the Democrats.

00:11:25.640 He's throwing in to propel and promulgate democratic rule of the people that are, are, are, you know,

00:11:35.080 many in the life movement think are murderers when it comes to the abortion.

00:11:41.880 Mike Johnson, that's his entire career up to now.

00:11:44.120 And you can tell he's totally unprepared, uh, for the real world to give him one or two briefs.

00:11:49.960 And I know this from people who talk directly to him about this, that he comes back and goes,

00:11:54.280 oh man, I can't blood on my hands.

00:11:55.880 I can't blood on my hands.

00:11:56.680 I refuse.

00:11:57.080 I can't sleep at night.

00:11:58.600 They have scared this guy so badly, uh, by just giving exactly what the Intel community

00:12:05.160 does all the time.

00:12:07.400 Remember the Intel community that didn't give us a heads up on a nine 11, the Intel community

00:12:12.680 is totally wrong about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

00:12:15.400 The Intel community that's gotten every significant event wrong in the 21st century.

00:12:21.640 And I can go back most in the, in the 20th century, that Intel community can cook up and

00:12:26.680 spin you any way possible.

00:12:29.400 It can't be anything to anybody that votes for these bills today to give money to, uh, Ukraine,

00:12:40.200 right, to give money to Ukraine.

00:12:41.640 And I think to give it to Israel without offsets or Israel should just start buying weapons from 0.89

00:12:46.600 it.

00:12:46.760 Israel is a rich country and yes, they are an ally.

00:12:50.200 We are, uh, our interests are aligned there, but hey, we're 35 trillion heading there.

00:12:56.040 We're putting on trillion every month and nobody's coming to bail out the United States.

00:12:59.080 Nobody's coming to bail out you.

00:13:00.360 Nobody, zero.

00:13:03.000 It's only getting worse.

00:13:05.400 And right now it is beyond irresponsible.

00:13:08.600 What we're doing today is reckless.

00:13:11.800 There's no justification for it.

00:13:13.320 They've come forward and made no case to you and showed no empirical evidence of why we need

00:13:19.080 to put $60 billion more to the oligarchs in Ukraine.

00:13:21.640 In fact, no one's answered what, uh, what Chip Roy just said right there, what Chip Roy

00:13:27.640 just said right there, which is, hey, they've only used 40 to 50 billion that they've told us

00:13:33.480 on the battlefield.

00:13:35.160 We've put in, he says 113, I say 129.

00:13:39.320 So there's another one, 60 to 80.

00:13:41.400 Where did that go?

00:13:42.280 I tell you where it went.

00:13:43.480 They're stealing it with both hands.

00:13:44.840 It is an open secret in the imperial capital of Washington, D.C.

00:13:49.880 that you can't mention Ukrainian corruption because it's so in your face.

00:13:55.800 You know, the CIA director just had to fly over there to tell him, hey, if you guys keep

00:13:58.920 stealing it so brazenly, money will get cut off because we won't be able to support the

00:14:05.240 scam over here.

00:14:06.680 So this is where we are today.

00:14:07.800 Remember, they're going to pay, we'll come back.

00:14:10.040 I think there may be some more, uh, debate.

00:14:11.800 They're actually going to vote, I think around 1030.

00:14:13.560 I don't think they're quite voting yet.

00:14:15.320 We'll keep you up to date on all that, but the votes on actual, the individual bills

00:14:20.440 will be tomorrow.

00:14:21.480 I think that'll be between one and one 30 or around one o'clock.

00:14:24.840 We'll do the pregame on that, obviously live tomorrow morning.

00:14:27.480 Uh, we're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:30.280 I want to thank everybody that was in Las Vegas yesterday.

00:14:32.920 That was an extraordinary event.

00:14:34.520 So we've had CPAC, we've had Las Vegas, both have turned out far beyond our expectations.

00:14:41.320 So we're on a roll on this right now.

00:14:42.920 We're going to get a lot more information out to you.

00:14:45.000 We're going to do our next one, hopefully within the next two or three weeks in some

00:14:47.640 other part of the country.

00:14:49.240 Until then, make sure you go to birchgold.com slash ban and find out why the spread between

00:14:54.440 the dollar and gold continues to increase as the dollar gets destroyed by events like today.

00:15:01.880 Hey folks, if you watch War Room, you know, we talk every day about the geopolitical and

00:15:05.880 other forces driving the price of gold.

00:15:07.560 There are actually a couple of reasons this is happening.

00:15:11.000 Let me walk through them.

00:15:12.120 The cost of goods continues to rise despite interest rate controls by the Fed.

00:15:17.320 Since January 2021, cost of living is up 18%.

00:15:22.760 The national debt continues to skyrocket, now significantly north of $34 trillion, causing

00:15:29.400 many to worry when the House of Cards will come crashing down and a presidential election year

00:15:36.040 that will have massive implications on the future of this country.

00:15:39.880 All this adds up to instability and uncertainty.

00:15:43.720 And that is why so many Americans are turning to Birch Gold Group.

00:16:40.440 Text BANNON at 989898.

00:16:42.440 Done.

00:16:44.440 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:48.440 Okay, welcome back.

00:16:52.440 I think the vote is going to be at 1030.

00:16:54.440 I think they're going to call back and have a vote at 1030.

00:16:56.440 So you'll be able to ascertain which of the Republican collaborators.

00:17:01.160 And that's, look, people saying, hey, why don't you just throw in with the moderates?

00:17:05.400 So you can't do this.

00:17:06.760 Remember, the Labor Republican and Democrat don't mean anything anymore.

00:17:10.480 You have many people in the Republican Party that are part of this Uniparty.

00:17:15.520 They're backed by donors that are, at best, centrist to slightly left-wing Democrats.

00:17:25.760 You saw that down in Texas.

00:17:27.680 That's just the reality.

00:17:28.640 Just so somebody has an R by his name is meaningless.

00:17:31.600 It's how they stand in the breach.

00:17:33.680 You saw this in the phony ads they're taken out against Eli Crane and others that served McCarthy.

00:17:41.440 McCarthy had to go because McCarthy got us in this jam because of what McCarthy did

00:17:45.280 on the debt ceiling.

00:17:47.600 McCarthy lied to everybody and then purposely took the vote out of MAGA's hands in this

00:17:54.240 November by giving them a two-year deal.

00:17:56.000 That's the original sin of McCarthy.

00:17:58.000 That's why he's gone, the first speaker in history.

00:18:00.800 Johnson was kind of a fallback candidate when you couldn't get Jim Jordan across the finish line.

00:18:06.640 Not that I actually think that Jim Jordan had been all that great anyway.

00:18:15.680 But here's where you are, and now this is a great unmasking.

00:18:20.080 I mean, it's the neoliberal neocons versus populist nationalists, okay?

00:18:26.800 That's what the breakdown in really in politics today, people may not think about it like that.

00:18:33.040 Intuitively, I think in their hearts, they know there's two different sides to this.

00:18:36.400 This is why you have all these quote-unquote Republicans voting for this nonsense.

00:18:41.360 Not one penny after Mike Johnson gave you his word as a biblical worldview Christian.

00:18:50.240 A biblical worldview Christian.

00:18:52.560 And all his thing, you know, quote in the Old Testament, leaders are raised up this, God raises leaders, all that, all that.

00:19:00.160 Over and over and over again.

00:19:02.000 Not one penny here going to go to secure the southern border.

00:19:07.360 No interest in the southern border whatsoever.

00:19:10.440 This is 100% to get money to the oligarchs in Ukraine.

00:19:14.140 They're not even that gung-ho on the Israel.

00:19:16.100 And the Israelis just start buying the weapons.

00:19:18.520 It's a rich country.

00:19:20.020 You get free, you get early pensions, you get free, you know, basically a socialist country, kind of the way it runs.

00:19:26.960 Very progressive.

00:19:28.460 Hey, pass the hat around, raise taxes, and buy some American weapons. 0.74

00:19:32.240 Do it this afternoon.

00:19:33.060 If that's the issue, buy some weapons.

00:19:37.300 Last night you had this, and it's very performative.

00:19:39.280 I don't know if Israel sent in a message that we don't need the United States and we can hit with impunity the Persians. 1.00

00:19:47.100 That might be it.

00:19:48.460 But there's something not right about this whole thing.

00:19:50.400 The whole aspect of the Persian front of this war seems quite performative right now.

00:19:57.340 I want to bring you Colonel Derek Harvey.

00:19:58.640 First, Colonel Harvey, you were actually one of the leaders as an officer in the army of helping think through how we got out of the quagmire in Iraq.

00:20:13.300 Now we're in another quagmire.

00:20:16.100 After being in a quagmire in Vietnam, a quagmire in Iraq, a quagmire in Afghanistan, our globalist elites now want to get us into – they want the American – what they want is the American people to go to war with the Russian people. 0.66

00:20:30.600 That's not going to happen.

00:20:32.380 The Russian people are not our enemy.

00:20:35.460 And Putin is as bad a guy as you've got until you get to Beijing where you got the worst.

00:20:39.900 Putin is on the level right – kind of equal with the mullahs who are bad guys, but nobody tops the CCP. 0.91

00:20:47.280 And now we forced the Russians into an alliance with the mullahs and with the CCP. 0.77

00:20:54.500 That was the doing of the same people trying to put this Ukraine bill forward that has nothing whatsoever to do but the only thing we care about is the southern border of the United States.

00:21:03.360 Your assessment strategically of Ukraine – this $60 billion is just a payoff to Brussels, a payoff to NATO, a payoff to the arms manufacturers, a payoff – so Zelensky and his crew, they'll skim their 10 to 20 percent.

00:21:19.740 They're carried interest in American cash.

00:21:22.920 But this has nothing to do with any type of real strategy of how Ukraine can actually win against the Russian army.

00:21:30.440 Is it, sir?

00:21:32.160 Absolutely right, Steve.

00:21:33.680 You know, when I was on the show last year and other times, the Ukraine war is not going to end well.

00:21:42.800 We can continue to throw money in it for years, but strategically, they do not have the ability to win.

00:21:50.500 They don't have the strategic depths, whether it's resources, conscripts, volunteers.

00:21:56.960 They just cannot win the war against what Russia can bring to bear. 0.88

00:22:02.400 And it's strategically so vital to what Putin and the Russians want to do that they're going to stay committed to it regardless of the cost.

00:22:09.940 We do not have an endgame here.

00:22:12.980 How does this end well for NATO, the United States, and the Ukrainian people?

00:22:18.500 Absent a black swan event, it's not going to end well.

00:22:23.000 So why are we talking about Reaganism and Churchill by Chairman McCaul and talking about backing Ukraine and this is a test of the Western society?

00:22:33.680 Ukraine is not – there is no way forward.

00:22:37.560 And Russia is not going to roll into Poland or other places.

00:22:42.180 There's no evidence for that.

00:22:48.280 Colonel Harvey, let me go back to that for a second.

00:22:51.560 Because this is one of the fights we got into yesterday.

00:22:53.800 MTG in conference has asked McCaul and others to either declassify what they're talking about or come forward and show any empirical evidence that the Russians right now are gearing up to roll through Warsaw on the North German plain all the way across into France to Paris, right, to take down NATO.

00:23:13.960 She says it's been crickets.

00:23:15.160 They haven't really gotten any briefings whatsoever.

00:23:17.040 I want you to reiterate that.

00:23:19.160 The Russian military capability, at least at the start of this war, couldn't even take Kiev, right?

00:23:25.060 Are they a threat?

00:23:27.740 Is it a ticking time bomb right now given all the other ticking time bombs we actually have about the Russians rolling into NATO? 0.84

00:23:36.880 Russia is overextended as it is, but they are committed to winning.

00:23:41.180 Coming out was at least a stalemate, but winning and holding on to what they've achieved as far as territorial acquisitions to date.

00:23:50.020 Remember, Russia is about the same size of a GDP as Italy, okay?

00:23:54.440 And when they, the foreign minister or the secretary of defense or Putin talk about, you know, opening up another front, saber rattling towards Finland or Latvia or Lithuania, this is a threat that's not backed up by muscle and brawn, okay?

00:24:11.900 It's a distraction.

00:24:13.340 But it does get the attention of, you know, the Biden administration and others who start quaking in their boots.

00:24:19.200 Because the Russians do not have the capacity nor the desire to extend the fight beyond Ukraine.

00:24:31.620 Right now, with the $60 billion, if the $60 billion went tomorrow, the Ukrainians are going to come back for more money next week, the week after, because we've had no strategic plan laid out.

00:24:43.440 Everything that's been put forward in MSNBC and CNN by Stavridis and all these guys for the last two years has been dead wrong.

00:24:51.760 We've been right.

00:24:53.140 We've had you, Posobiec, others on here.

00:24:54.880 We've been right 100%.

00:24:56.240 They've been dead wrong.

00:24:57.160 You know, we're going to have, we're going to take back the eastern, the Russian-speaking territories. 1.00

00:25:01.180 They're going to be in Crimea.

00:25:02.520 They were going to do this.

00:25:03.920 The Russian army was going to collapse.

00:25:05.520 They're going to turn on Putin.

00:25:07.320 Putin's government was going to collapse.

00:25:08.820 Their economy was going to collapse.

00:25:10.200 The ruble was going to collapse.

00:25:11.340 Everything, not some things, everything.

00:25:15.400 And remember, we went to economic war with them against their central bank more than we did against the Nazis and more than we did against Imperial Japan financially.

00:25:24.580 Have any, has the deep state and their running dogs, is there anything you remember over the last two years they've told us has been correct?

00:25:33.600 They have been wrong.

00:25:34.720 I was on the House Intelligence Committee leading up to this conflict, and the intelligence community was wrong about Russia's ability to overrun Ukraine in three or four days, and they were wrong about their assessment of the Ukrainian defense.

00:25:48.260 They've been wrong on so many of these big issues going back to Iraq, going back to the first Gulf War, going back to Vietnam, going back to the number of missiles.

00:25:57.160 There's a consistent pattern here of a lot of these big issues they've just gotten wrong.

00:26:02.180 They even missed the ICBM and nuclear increases in China here in the last decade.

00:26:07.720 So here we are today.

00:26:10.720 You know, what can we believe with the intelligence community?

00:26:13.940 They are good at scaremongering leaders and neophytes like Speaker Mike Johnson, that's for sure.

00:26:20.200 And the same thing on FISA, the scaremongering there and the threats that if a terrorist strike hits, you're going to be blamed for because you didn't reauthorize FISA.

00:26:30.680 That's what we're dealing with here.

00:26:32.220 There is a deep state.

00:26:33.200 And, again, they cannot answer the question, how does this end?

00:26:38.420 What's the strategy to get this over the top so that there's an outcome that is not going to go on for 10 or 20 years with us weekly walking out of it at the end of the day?

00:26:48.700 This is a disaster waiting to come home, and it won't come home probably on the Biden administration.

00:26:53.580 It will be a subsequent administration that would have to deal with the catastrophe of what's left behind.

00:26:58.200 Now, that's the problem, another issue they're going to leave for President Trump.

00:27:05.700 I want to hold you through the break, but real quickly on the – tell me about the Israel strike.

00:27:12.420 Is this to show that they're Arab allies and to show the region they can hit Persia with impunity, or is this whole thing performative? 0.59

00:27:20.620 We've seen last week because it's quite confusing to me.

00:27:23.340 Well, we are trying to sort through it.

00:27:25.300 And, you know, I think they wanted to reestablish deterrence, and I think they've demonstrated that they can strike with impunity.

00:27:33.800 As you say, they hit at, you know, the Isfahan International Airport, where there was a squadron of F-4 Tomcats there.

00:27:44.700 They accomplished complete surprise, and cyber helped a lot.

00:27:50.140 The Arab countries did assist in this, but it was not an extensive strike.

00:27:56.280 I was hoping that they would not do a tit-for-tat and something that's proportional, because that never really achieves your strategic objectives.

00:28:05.320 You need to hit at the head of the octopus with, you know, strategic weight, and they didn't do that.

00:28:11.280 And we can talk more about that.

00:28:13.580 This is about managing conflict rather than establishing new deterrence and showing Iran that they cannot mess with Israel. 0.65

00:28:23.300 And I don't think they achieved the ultimate objective if they needed to.

00:28:27.940 Colonel Harvey, just hang on.

00:28:29.240 We're going to return to the war room in just a moment.

00:28:30.660 Are you tired of progressive corporations and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy products?

00:28:54.200 Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative Americans, all while eroding the future of the American dream.

00:29:06.120 It's prominent all over the country.

00:29:08.120 Companies like Starbucks strong-arming their customers to support abortion.

00:29:13.000 Financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.

00:29:17.540 Makeup companies like Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models. 1.00

00:29:22.360 And beer companies like Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer. 0.93

00:29:30.580 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.

00:29:36.340 With Public Square, we now have a solution.

00:30:48.640 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.

00:30:53.940 Okay, so times of turbulence, as we've told you, are here.

00:30:57.660 It's only going to get worse, particularly this today with no southern border shutdown.

00:31:02.640 I mean, it's absolutely stunning that there's nothing being done on the southern border after all the commitments, all the promises, everything.

00:31:09.940 But that's the reality.

00:31:10.840 The vote's started.

00:31:12.600 We'll have that up in a box.

00:31:14.520 I'll bring Colonel Harvey back.

00:31:16.860 My team will be giving us updates on how this is breaking down.

00:31:19.460 But expect the Democrats, basically, to vote this rule through with a bunch of collaborationist Republicans so they can spend up to another $100 billion.

00:31:28.080 They just finished.

00:31:30.580 The ink's not even dry on, I don't know, what is it, $6.5, $7 trillion of spending with a $2 trillion deficit that we can't finance.

00:31:39.860 The international community is topped off. 1.00

00:31:42.960 They own more, I think, a higher percentage of treasuries than in history.

00:31:47.460 They're telling people they're topped out.

00:31:50.760 So you're going to stop monetizing the debt.

00:31:53.640 This is why you're seeing this relationship between the dollar and gold.

00:31:58.080 Go talk to birchgold.com slash Bannon right now.

00:32:00.860 Get Philip Patrick on the team.

00:32:02.400 We've got the new, the fifth installment coming out today.

00:32:07.000 If you go to birchgold.com slash Bannon, you can sign up and get it.

00:32:11.460 This is all about economic security centered around what is money, what is currency, what is fiat currency, and what is the central bank digital currency.

00:32:21.340 Why the federal government and the Federal Reserve is paying so much time on that when the central banks and the rest of the world are buying gold.

00:32:28.080 And the de-dollarization movement is even just going to pick up.

00:32:30.760 And this $100 billion, and they throw around $100 billion like it's nothing.

00:32:35.040 The chickens are coming home to roost.

00:32:38.380 This audience, we will be in the driver's seat when that happens.

00:32:41.120 There's going to be a lot of agony.

00:32:42.620 There's going to be a lot of agony in this country.

00:32:44.300 There's going to be a lot of agony in this country, particularly when you have to cut this massive federal spending.

00:32:49.960 You watch.

00:32:50.860 Just wait for it.

00:32:51.620 So, Colonel Harvey, so give me this again.

00:32:53.940 You actually think Israel achieved there?

00:32:55.600 Because the Biden regime is clearly on the side of the Persians in this.

00:33:00.240 They have been forever.

00:33:01.300 John Kerry, that entire crew, they're on the side of the Persians.

00:33:04.380 It's also announced today, I think, on oil.com, that the highest output ever from the Persians selling to the Chinese, right?

00:33:12.160 These are the guys who are so concerned about climate change.

00:33:15.480 The Persians have these 40-year output deals right now, and that's how the Chinese Communist Party is funding the Mullahs. 0.98

00:33:21.920 That's how they're funding the Russians, the KGB. 0.60

00:33:25.060 It's all through the oil.

00:33:26.860 Your assessment, though, is that Israel completed its strategic necessity they had to by showing the Persians that even if the United States doesn't agree with them, that they can hit them with impunity? 0.87

00:33:38.560 Well, they demonstrated that they could strike even at the most densely defended area of Isfahan, which, you know, is an important element, and it caught the Iranians totally by surprise. 0.98

00:33:52.500 The attack was proportional, and they did it despite, you know, the United States not wanting them to do it, and it showed the Arab allies that Israel has a capability, and the Arab allies worked with them on this.

00:34:04.960 So I think that's important, but I don't think it was enough to really change it.

00:34:09.740 It was not really an eye for an eye, and in the Middle East, you know, brutality and aggression and being very hard in response to things matters because they think very differently about some of these issues in their calculus than we do in the United States State Department or in London.

00:34:28.700 That said, let's think about oil.

00:34:32.200 You know, the United States did not want Israel to strike Kargisland, the oil terminal for the exports, which goes to China and benefits China overwhelmingly.

00:34:41.320 And they didn't want Israel to hit the import facilities that bring in all the refined fuel that would have shut down the Iranian economy within three weeks.

00:34:50.660 Why is that?

00:34:51.720 You know, it would have benefited Russia and would have allowed Russia to finance the Ukraine war, but the Biden administration, I think, was most concerned about the impact on oil markets and what that would do to gas prices here in the United States, causing inflation, rippling through the economy and undermining their campaign.

00:35:09.660 So Israel was very conscious of that, I think.

00:35:12.920 And I would have liked, you know, Benjamin Netanyahu and the War Cabinet to strike some of those facilities to send a message not only to Beijing, but also to the Biden administration.

00:35:27.440 Wow.

00:35:28.180 Before I let you go, if you had a chance to talk to Speaker Johnson today before these votes, because the rules are going to pass, the Democrats now control essentially the floor of the House.

00:35:37.760 First time in history that's ever happened.

00:35:39.660 Before these votes tomorrow on what they call the foreign aid things about this national security votes, what would you tell Johnson and those Republicans who are going to team up with the Democrats?

00:35:51.700 What would be your your words of wisdom to them about this Ukraine situation and what they're voting for?

00:35:58.680 I'd tell them to ask some big questions, the tough questions and get all outside views.

00:36:04.120 I think he needs to hear a team A and a team B perspective, because I don't think the IC, the intelligence community, can back it up.

00:36:12.680 And I think that's an important element.

00:36:14.840 Ask him the hard questions.

00:36:16.120 Do we want a 10 year war there that's going to drain the United States already, overstretched financially, as you've been hitting, you know, day after day for, you know, over a year now?

00:36:27.480 So I think he needs to ask those questions and he needs outside counsel because there are too many holdovers from the Boehner and McCarthy staff there around the speaker.

00:36:39.820 Colonel Harvey, where do people get to you, all your content, everything?

00:36:47.260 OK.

00:36:48.200 At Derek Harvey on True Social.

00:36:50.720 At Colonel D Harvey on Twitter.

00:36:54.680 And my Web page is Derek Harvey dot org.

00:36:57.860 And that's where I can be contacted for more content and speeches and that type of thing.

00:37:02.900 Colonel Harvey, thank you so much for your assessment.

00:37:07.840 Appreciate it.

00:37:09.180 Take care, Steve.

00:37:13.060 Also at five o'clock today, we're going to have at five o'clock, I think we're going to have a Colonel.

00:37:19.720 By the way, Andrew Giuliani, I think Dr.

00:37:21.620 Gene allowed to join us at 11 for an update on everything with President Trump, the jury.

00:37:26.760 And I don't know how you go forward with this jury.

00:37:28.760 I don't know how this was signed off by the lawyers, but I don't know if they use all their chits or whatever they did.

00:37:34.780 But I think this jury is the makeover of this jury.

00:37:37.820 I don't think looks great.

00:37:39.260 In fact, I think it looks opposite of great.

00:37:40.800 I could be wrong.

00:37:41.880 I'm not there.

00:37:43.440 Just my observations.

00:37:44.820 I'm kind of coming down on the Jesse Waters side of things where he thinks there's operatives have been in there.

00:37:50.400 But we'll have an assessment by Dr.

00:37:53.280 Gina and Andrew Giuliani at 11.

00:37:55.480 And Colonel Mills is going to join, I think, Natalie today at five.

00:38:00.580 I'll be back for the six o'clock show.

00:38:03.380 One thing she's going to talk about is this vault typhoon.

00:38:08.060 This is even the FBI now has woken up to this to say there's a the Chinese hackers, both Chinese state hackers and kind of not, you know, non-state.

00:38:17.060 They kind of have a degree of separation, but they totally control them are going to have massive cyber attacks in the United States.

00:38:25.540 In fact, when we were in Vegas, the 9-1-1 system was taken down.

00:38:28.700 I think there were six states that that happened.

00:38:31.280 And that was not a coincidence.

00:38:32.420 So there's a lot going on, as we've warned time and time again about our infrastructure.

00:38:38.680 There's two things that we're very proud of our sponsors.

00:38:41.920 Number one, Jace Medical.

00:38:43.540 We're trying to get Dr.

00:38:45.820 Sean Rowland to come on later.

00:38:47.320 A huge article in the Daily Mail about how we're running out of these medicines, how you can't go to a drugstore and just get the basic stuff anymore.

00:38:53.180 Plus, with all these hacks coming in, particularly hacks and these unprepared health care organizations.

00:39:01.300 Plus, this also shows you the Chinese Communist Party is thinking something.

00:39:04.520 They're thinking downrange.

00:39:05.760 There's something happening about the South China Sea, Straits of Taiwan.

00:39:09.280 They're thinking strategically.

00:39:10.460 And it doesn't have to do with the vote in the Ukraine.

00:39:13.380 They realize that's a joke.

00:39:14.400 That's where they're trying to bleed us out.

00:39:16.200 Once again, you just heard Derek Harvey right there.

00:39:17.900 It didn't hit the oil and gas infrastructure in Persia.

00:39:23.820 That would have stopped the Persians from sending the oil to China that gives them the cash to operate.

00:39:30.800 This is why, because the Biden regime doesn't want it, because gas prices will go up and it'll make their reelection harder.

00:39:38.380 And this whole thing of these cyber attacks are getting worse.

00:39:41.060 That's why at Home Title Lock, right now more than ever, you've got to go talk to the Home Title Lock team.

00:39:46.120 HomeTitleLock.com slash Bannon.

00:39:49.140 You get a free month, but talk to them.

00:39:50.700 Immerse yourself about what's going on, the exposure to your title.

00:39:54.020 Also, free medicines.

00:39:55.780 Are you prepared?

00:39:56.820 Do you have the go kit?

00:39:58.460 Do you have all the key medicines you need?

00:40:01.300 Do you have it, and do you have it stockpiled for use?

00:40:06.620 That's why you've got to talk to the Jace Medical Team.

00:40:08.880 Things are getting more and more uncertain.

00:40:10.940 Now you've got the FBI that never gets anything right.

00:40:12.980 Now they're up saying, hey, this Volt Typhoon, these hackers look like they're coming after infrastructure in a massive way.

00:40:20.600 And this thing the other night in Las Vegas with the 9-1-1, that was not a coincidence.

00:40:25.200 It happened in, I think, six or nine states.

00:40:27.680 So make sure you're on top of things here.

00:40:30.100 E.J. and Tony, just – I want you to give me your – I know you're not partisan.

00:40:40.340 You're an economist.

00:40:41.320 Just a step back.

00:40:42.780 What we're doing today or over the next 24 hours is voting another $100 billion without securing the border.

00:40:49.540 $100 billion with no border security on top of the seven training that just passed.

00:40:55.500 And right now, as we've been reporting to you, they can't come to a top-line number for the budget year we're in.

00:41:02.020 That's got to be done by September 30th or you're going to be on other CRs.

00:41:06.020 The reason the process is not moving forward, they can't even agree to the top-line.

00:41:10.280 It's so disparate because the Biden regime's budget they put forward is $7.3 trillion with another couple of trillion-dollar deficits.

00:41:19.160 And the world is not just prepared to buy this.

00:41:23.800 This is why they're having a tough – they're not selling 10s and 30s.

00:41:26.400 They're doing all the financing on the debt in these short-term notes and bills.

00:41:32.260 E.J. and Tony, your observations and thoughts on that.

00:41:36.600 Steve, I think that the recent reacceleration of inflation is set to continue because of all of the things that you just articulated.

00:41:45.660 We are not slowing down the spending.

00:41:47.740 We are not slowing down the borrowing, and eventually it means we're going to have to get back to the printing.

00:41:54.220 Now, one thing that's important to remember is that even though the Fed is technically selling off its balance sheet

00:42:00.620 and conducting what they like to call quantitative tightening,

00:42:03.880 the fact is that the Fed has a lot of other mechanisms at its disposal,

00:42:08.080 which it has been using to increase bank reserves.

00:42:11.580 Now, that's important because those bank reserves are the basis upon which banks can pyramid out additional loans,

00:42:18.280 which creates money, in other words, grow the money supply and further devalue the currency.

00:42:24.500 So that's just a way of saying that the system is still creating money,

00:42:30.080 even though the Fed likes to talk about the fact that they are doing the opposite.

00:42:34.280 And so as long as we continue to have the big spenders in charge in Washington,

00:42:38.420 you know, clearly from both parties, it's not as if the Democrats have a monopoly on this problem.

00:42:44.460 It is a party with the political establishment, the uniparty.

00:42:48.440 And so as long as those folks are still in charge,

00:42:51.400 we're going to continue to see the American middle class hollowed out, 0.97

00:42:55.560 and we are going to continue to see the American people made poorer through the hidden tax of inflation.

00:43:01.340 All of this government spending has to be paid for one way or another.

00:43:04.920 It's just a question of, are we going to pay for it with explicit taxation or implicit taxes, a.k.a. inflation?

00:43:14.800 Have you heard any argument at all from the Republicans right now,

00:43:18.440 outside of the hawks that come on the show, the deficit hawks?

00:43:21.600 Have you seen the people like are going to partner with the Democrats that have owned this?

00:43:25.600 Have you heard any argument from them that makes sense to you about how you right this ship?

00:43:29.860 No, I haven't heard anything, frankly, from them that that makes any sense at all.

00:43:36.680 I mean, they're they're putting forth some ridiculous arguments about how,

00:43:40.340 well, since this money is going effectively to American defense contractors,

00:43:45.340 you know, the money's staying here at home.

00:43:47.740 No, it's not.

00:43:48.840 You are spending money on weapons of war. 0.88

00:43:52.380 In other words, we are going to kill people and destroy stuff.

00:43:56.100 That is not a path to prosperity.

00:43:58.780 You know, war is about two things, killing people and breaking stuff, period.

00:44:02.380 That's it.

00:44:03.240 There is nothing in there that means that people are going to be better off in the long run.

00:44:09.120 We are effectively lighting hundreds of billions of dollars on fire

00:44:13.480 in the hopes that our enemies are going to light a couple of billion dollars on fire.

00:44:18.140 This is a losing strategy.

00:44:20.220 It has lost thus far and it will continue to lose.

00:44:23.460 And again, it's just accelerating the hollowing out of the American middle class. 0.50

00:44:29.080 Nothing from the proponents of these proposals makes any sense at all.

00:44:34.220 Their reasoning is completely backwards.

00:44:39.240 Just hang on for one minute.

00:44:40.840 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:44:42.400 E.J.

00:44:42.680 Antonio on the other side.

00:46:37.440 Action.

00:46:38.160 Action.

00:46:39.280 We remember the terrible idea last year

00:46:41.680 when eight renegade Republicans joined with every single Democrat in the House

00:46:45.300 to throw the Republican Speaker out of office.

00:46:48.040 It was a terrible idea.

00:46:49.140 It didn't make America stronger.

00:46:50.360 It didn't deliver any conservative victories.

00:46:52.560 Well now, again, we've got a small group of people

00:46:54.980 who are upset that they're not getting their way.

00:46:56.800 It's the era of divided government.

00:46:59.080 Nobody gets everything they want.

00:47:01.040 So they want to throw out the current Speaker of the House.

00:47:03.900 It's a terrible idea.

00:47:05.400 I'm working with a group of members to change the rules

00:47:07.680 so that they can't get that done.

00:47:09.240 So that one knucklehead can't put the whole House into disarray

00:47:13.080 by forcing another Speaker vote.

00:47:15.420 We've got real problems.

00:47:16.660 We have a southern border in crisis with $34 trillion in debt

00:47:20.280 and America needs to be projecting strength abroad.

00:47:23.040 We should focus on that instead of these D.C. power games.

00:47:28.680 Okay, there's a lot of consternation in the chat

00:47:30.840 and we think there should be consternation

00:47:32.420 and there should be anger.

00:47:34.300 I 100% agree with that.

00:47:35.920 And people are saying, what can we do?

00:47:36.980 I'll tell you what you can do about it.

00:47:37.960 It's very simple.

00:47:38.560 You see that guy right there, Dusty Johnson from, what, South Dakota?

00:47:41.300 He's the problem.

00:47:44.980 Not the sole problem, but he's part of the problem.

00:47:47.800 These guys are going to get their votes today

00:47:49.480 and these people that, Dusty Johnson,

00:47:51.520 the 34 trillion in down-south,

00:47:52.760 you haven't done anything about it, bro.

00:47:54.480 You have backed the establishment on everything.

00:47:58.740 And this is in South Dakota.

00:48:00.100 The last time I looked at South Dakota, a MAGA stake.

00:48:02.960 Let's replay that.

00:48:04.340 Because what this geek, and just look at that.

00:48:07.900 You'll see that he's the personification of leadership.

00:48:11.300 And this is the problem.

00:48:12.180 Most of those guys up there are like this guy.

00:48:14.700 That's the problem.

00:48:16.240 You want to start with the problem?

00:48:17.580 You've got two things.

00:48:18.260 You've got to back President Trump.

00:48:21.020 And President Trump's not perfect.

00:48:23.160 But President Trump, hey,

00:48:24.400 is nine billion times better than any alternative.

00:48:28.520 We've got to get him back in the White House

00:48:30.160 and have his back.

00:48:31.020 But also, you've got to start changing these guys out.

00:48:35.220 And this is in MAGA states.

00:48:37.020 If you look at the most MAGA districts 0.66

00:48:39.160 in my beloved South,

00:48:43.240 most of the establishment,

00:48:44.860 the cardinals on the appropriations,

00:48:47.260 the establishments,

00:48:48.180 the guys like Womack,

00:48:49.240 are all from those districts.

00:48:51.520 This is not about close districts

00:48:53.100 like Lawler and these guys in New York.

00:48:54.880 I'm talking about MAGA-red, 0.51

00:48:56.940 Trump-red districts

00:48:59.040 represented by uniparty members.

00:49:02.120 And then you've got places like in Montana

00:49:05.440 and in South Dakota,

00:49:09.160 places like this throughout the country

00:49:10.840 where you have this beauty, right?

00:49:14.220 And he's going to sit there

00:49:15.100 and give you all the happy talk.

00:49:16.360 He's not going to really come in

00:49:17.820 and vote hard on hard no's

00:49:21.580 with continuing to burying us

00:49:23.180 or to take the hard votes you need to take

00:49:26.300 to say, no, we're not giving,

00:49:28.180 we have to project strength.

00:49:29.420 What does this guy know about strength?

00:49:30.660 We have to project strength.

00:49:32.900 Let's play this thing again.

00:49:35.740 You probably remember

00:49:36.980 the terrible idea last year

00:49:38.560 when eight renegade Republicans

00:49:40.000 joined with every single Democrat

00:49:41.620 in the House

00:49:42.180 to throw the Republican Speaker

00:49:43.680 out of office.

00:49:44.920 It was a terrible idea.

00:49:46.020 It didn't make America stronger.

00:49:47.260 It didn't deliver

00:49:47.880 any conservative victories.

00:49:49.440 Well, now, again,

00:49:50.480 we've got a small group of people

00:49:51.880 who are upset

00:49:52.280 that they're not getting their way.

00:49:53.820 It's the era of divided government.

00:49:55.960 Nobody gets everything they want.

00:49:57.940 So they want to throw out

00:49:59.040 the current Speaker of the House.

00:50:00.660 It's a terrible idea.

00:50:02.320 I'm working with a group of members

00:50:03.400 to change the rules

00:50:04.580 so that they can't get that done,

00:50:06.140 so that one knucklehead 0.99

00:50:07.620 can't put the whole house 0.88

00:50:09.060 into disarray

00:50:09.980 by forcing another Speaker vote.

00:50:12.160 We've got real problems.

00:50:13.980 We have a southern border in crisis

00:50:15.320 with $34 trillion in debt,

00:50:17.320 and America needs to be

00:50:18.400 projecting strength abroad.

00:50:20.100 We should focus on that

00:50:21.180 instead of these D.C. power games.

00:50:22.820 We should focus on removing guys

00:50:26.800 like you from office.

00:50:27.660 Then you can start

00:50:28.160 having some solutions.

00:50:29.340 You can't have a conservative party

00:50:31.080 that votes with Democrats.

00:50:33.420 And remember,

00:50:35.100 who came out on this package

00:50:36.880 immediately and said he supported it

00:50:38.440 was Joe Biden.

00:50:39.980 Joe Biden, this was his package.

00:50:41.560 This is what's taken the floor today.

00:50:43.860 So you're going to have

00:50:44.600 the great unmasking.

00:50:45.700 It's all going to be there,

00:50:46.440 but the Dusty Johnsons

00:50:47.460 of the world is where it starts.

00:50:49.280 They're coming after Eli Crane,

00:50:51.580 one of the great heroes

00:50:52.840 in all this.

00:50:54.380 They're coming after Eli Crane

00:50:55.660 now with this phony.

00:50:57.280 In fact, we've got a new ad

00:50:58.200 from Eli that counters this.

00:50:59.840 But you've got McCarthy's money,

00:51:01.960 the uniparty money,

00:51:04.100 the folks that got us in here.

00:51:05.240 It's all dark money

00:51:06.120 going after the eight

00:51:08.100 that stood up to him.

00:51:09.940 That is not the problem.

00:51:11.200 The problem is

00:51:12.540 we still have too many gutless,

00:51:14.440 feckless individuals

00:51:16.140 that will just go along. 0.95

00:51:17.400 Johnson's the whole excuse for this.

00:51:19.820 Is that, oh,

00:51:20.680 I've gotten all these

00:51:21.340 intelligence briefings.

00:51:22.360 And remember,

00:51:23.380 Johnson wasn't the first pick anybody,

00:51:25.160 but at the end,

00:51:26.180 he was a compromised candidate

00:51:27.280 when Jim Jordan took three shots

00:51:28.960 and Jim Jordan couldn't

00:51:30.420 push it over the edge.

00:51:31.680 And hey, I'm not so sure

00:51:32.680 Jim Jordan would be that great.

00:51:34.120 You're going to have to keep,

00:51:35.100 I agree with MTG,

00:51:36.220 if it's got to be a revolving door

00:51:37.640 until you get the right person,

00:51:39.540 let it be a revolving door.

00:51:41.140 E.J. and Tony,

00:51:42.180 there is,

00:51:42.800 I want to talk about

00:51:44.060 what J.D. Vance is doing

00:51:45.780 because J.D. Vance

00:51:46.480 is one of the few leaders

00:51:47.520 over in the Senate

00:51:48.160 that's standing up here.

00:51:49.820 J.D. Vance is obviously

00:51:51.040 the intellectual leader

00:51:52.780 of No More Money for Ukraine,

00:51:54.880 and he puts out

00:51:55.660 a very compelling,

00:51:57.280 in fact,

00:51:58.120 bulletproof analysis

00:51:59.100 in the New York Times

00:52:00.140 where he says,

00:52:01.800 hey,

00:52:02.440 the math does not add up here.

00:52:04.620 But also,

00:52:05.340 he's doing something,

00:52:05.960 he's taking a lead

00:52:06.660 on reparations from China,

00:52:08.760 the Chinese Communist Party.

00:52:10.240 Number one,

00:52:11.060 we've got to get on the table

00:52:12.380 the reparations for COVID

00:52:14.620 because it clearly

00:52:15.740 came from the Wuhan lab.

00:52:17.500 But he's also talking

00:52:18.260 about these Chinese railroad bonds

00:52:19.580 as a huge piece up

00:52:20.440 by Heritage.

00:52:21.080 Walk me through

00:52:21.640 when they're talking

00:52:22.380 about these bonds

00:52:23.120 that the Chinese Communist Party

00:52:24.660 stiffed the American people on.

00:52:26.200 We followed this for years.

00:52:27.820 Looks like J.D.'s getting serious

00:52:29.040 about doing something

00:52:29.640 about it, sir.

00:52:30.220 Well, Steve,

00:52:32.960 essentially we're talking

00:52:33.960 about these investment securities

00:52:36.280 that are over 100 years old.

00:52:38.000 They belong to

00:52:38.880 the predecessor government

00:52:40.500 to the Chinese Communist Party.

00:52:42.360 But under international law,

00:52:44.440 when one government

00:52:45.620 takes over from another,

00:52:47.100 even if it's a violent coup,

00:52:49.100 they assume all of the assets

00:52:51.480 and all of the liabilities

00:52:53.380 of their predecessor.

00:52:55.700 And so that is exactly

00:52:57.060 what has happened here,

00:52:58.000 except in this case,

00:52:59.080 while the Chinese Communist Party

00:53:00.860 clearly took up

00:53:01.800 all of the nation's assets,

00:53:03.540 they sloughed off

00:53:04.360 a lot of these liabilities.

00:53:06.040 In other words,

00:53:06.580 they have failed to pay

00:53:07.960 these bonds

00:53:09.080 and the bondholders.

00:53:10.640 Now, in full disclosure,

00:53:12.380 there have been a couple

00:53:13.180 of very negative,

00:53:14.800 I guess you could say,

00:53:16.220 counterparties involved here.

00:53:18.280 You know, for example,

00:53:19.120 our own Securities

00:53:20.400 and Exchange Commission,

00:53:21.540 because they are in the thrall

00:53:23.620 of the uniparty

00:53:25.080 political establishment,

00:53:26.460 which is in turn

00:53:27.460 in hock to the Chinese 0.99

00:53:28.900 Communist Party,

00:53:30.280 the SEC has come out

00:53:31.880 and called these things

00:53:32.840 nothing more than

00:53:33.580 collective memorabilia.

00:53:35.240 In other words,

00:53:35.880 they have tried to say

00:53:36.940 that these bonds

00:53:37.680 have no value,

00:53:39.020 even though according

00:53:39.860 to international law,

00:53:41.000 which everyone else

00:53:41.700 abides by,

00:53:42.820 these bonds do have value,

00:53:44.680 a value of over

00:53:45.680 a trillion dollars.

00:53:47.280 And so you have,

00:53:48.960 on one hand,

00:53:49.740 our own government

00:53:50.600 telling its citizens,

00:53:51.760 look, these pieces of paper

00:53:53.000 are worthless.

00:53:54.000 And then you have

00:53:55.140 international law,

00:53:56.160 which is saying,

00:53:57.120 no, these things

00:53:57.920 are worth quite

00:53:58.900 a substantial amount

00:53:59.780 of money.

00:54:00.860 You also,

00:54:01.660 unfortunately,

00:54:02.520 have another piece

00:54:03.580 of bad news,

00:54:05.160 I guess you could say,

00:54:05.900 in here,

00:54:06.300 where you have had

00:54:07.520 some financial hucksters

00:54:09.560 try to defraud people

00:54:11.160 by saying that

00:54:12.320 these bonds

00:54:12.940 were already

00:54:13.700 under some kind

00:54:14.960 of guarantee,

00:54:15.500 which is clearly

00:54:16.260 not the case.

00:54:17.060 We need strong leaders

00:54:18.240 who are going

00:54:19.140 to actually enforce

00:54:20.580 the law that's

00:54:21.640 on the books

00:54:22.100 and get these

00:54:22.960 bondholders

00:54:23.520 their money.

00:54:24.460 We've got

00:54:25.080 90 seconds break.

00:54:28.000 Just hang on.

00:54:28.540 I want to finish up

00:54:29.360 with E.J. and Tony.

00:54:30.420 We're going to go live

00:54:31.360 to the trial

00:54:32.300 of President Trump

00:54:33.020 up in Manhattan.

00:54:39.440 The apples

00:54:40.280 in your holiday pie

00:54:41.340 taste amazing,

00:54:42.620 but it's not exactly

00:54:43.560 the recommended

00:54:44.180 five servings

00:54:45.080 of fruits and vegetables.

00:54:47.520 The Mayo Clinic

00:54:48.060 says if you want

00:54:48.960 to help prevent

00:54:49.780 heart disease,

00:54:50.720 lower blood pressure,

00:54:51.900 and your cholesterol,

00:54:53.320 eat five servings

00:54:54.620 of fruits and vegetables

00:54:55.680 every day,

00:54:57.100 which as you know

00:54:57.840 is almost impossible.

00:54:59.220 That's why you need
