Bannon's War Room - Episode 3551： Handing Democrats the Keys To The Kingdom

00:00:00.000 What an extraordinary moment of this is. You have a temporary break in congressional dysfunction.

00:00:07.080 What you saw on the House floor today was basically a bipartisan coalition government.

00:00:13.880 The other extraordinary thing is whatever happened with Mike Johnson, who did drag his feet and lead to so many deaths in Ukraine,

00:00:23.440 but somehow did find religion on Ukraine. So this is a really remarkable moment that you have this very,

00:00:32.840 very strong bipartisan vote for Israel and for Ukraine, more than 300 votes in defiance of Donald Trump's opposition to this bill.

00:00:43.860 So somehow they have managed to muddle through. You know, I don't know Mike Johnson well enough to say,

00:00:51.700 you know, what's really going on. But, you know, he apparently is willing to risk his job to do the right thing.

00:00:58.720 Now, this may be a parenthesis. And, you know, all the caveats are in order here.

00:01:03.140 Mike Johnson is was down in Mar-a-Lago kissing the ring.

00:01:06.840 These Republicans have all fallen into line behind Donald Trump. They will continue to do so.

00:01:12.100 But at least for today, we have a glimmer of what a Congress that is willing to be functional,

00:01:18.540 a Congress that is willing to do the right thing to step up at a key moment.

00:01:24.800 And I have to say that I was completely surprised by Mike Johnson's reversal on this and his almost Churchillian declaration

00:01:35.100 that that this was the moment when when we needed to step up and defend the world against Vladimir Putin.

00:01:42.560 Well, this is the way it always used to be done when I covered the Hill.

00:01:45.940 These votes were always bipartisan.

00:01:47.360 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:01:55.900 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:02:01.120 I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people.

00:02:05.380 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:02:07.360 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:02:08.780 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:02:11.400 It's going to happen.

00:02:12.700 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:02:15.380 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:02:22.840 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:02:26.620 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:02:32.820 Welcome to the War Room.

00:02:43.520 It's Natalie G. Winters hosting, filling in for Stephen K. Bannon today, Friday, April 19th, in the year of our Lord, 2024.

00:02:52.460 Now, you know it's bad when MSNBC is wheeling out Charlie Sykes and a couple of those other intellectuals to be basically praising Speaker Mike Johnson.

00:03:02.860 I thought he was supposed to be the MAGA speaker, though.

00:03:05.400 I'd say when you have Joe Biden co-signing on the foreign aid packages that you're supporting, not necessarily the endorsement that I would be touting since this morning's show.

00:03:17.800 They've had, I believe, a rules vote on it, progressing into two separate votes on these foreign aid packages tomorrow.

00:03:24.680 But I think there's an interesting moment from that MSNBC clip I just tortured you guys and made you watch when Andrea Mitchell goes.

00:03:31.580 That's how it used to be.

00:03:33.580 It was bipartisan support.

00:03:36.600 Exactly.

00:03:37.240 We're going back to the old ways, not the America first. 0.96

00:03:40.280 Trump-inspired MAGA way of doing things in the House where we don't just jam through, frankly, useless foreign aid packages to just continue.

00:03:49.360 More forever wars.

00:03:50.900 Fun fact.

00:03:51.860 I just put a story up.

00:03:52.940 They've actually authorized federal government spending.

00:03:57.120 You can look at it on the usaspending.gov website.

00:04:00.420 Ukraine contracts for ammunition, other forms of military defense supplies for Ukrainian forces coming from American companies through the year 2030.

00:04:12.060 That's right.

00:04:12.480 Actually, the end of 2030, almost 2031.

00:04:14.680 They're trying to make Ukraine the next forever war. 0.97

00:04:17.420 We have a small cohort of Republicans in Congress who are trying to stop it.

00:04:20.940 I believe one of them joins me now, Congressman Tim Burchett, the one and only emphasis.

00:04:28.360 I say that a lot, but you truly are the one and only.

00:04:32.040 Congressman, if you want to give us an update on where we stand on these foreign aid packages, and then we'll drill down on Mike Johnson, where he stands.

00:04:39.940 Yeah, I have no doubt when CNN comes out for something that I'm against, that I'm on the right side of history.

00:04:49.620 You know, we're $35 trillion in debt.

00:04:53.000 Every hundred days, we add another trillion.

00:04:55.700 And this bunch is just pushing us towards the edge, man, or over the edge.

00:05:00.760 And we can't claw our way back.

00:05:03.160 This adds another $60 billion to the already $112 billion we've given Ukraine.

00:05:08.600 You know, I try to get an amendment.

00:05:09.800 You remember what they said, Natalie, that they – and thank you so much for having me on.

00:05:13.540 Remember they said that we were going to – this was going to be a loan.

00:05:17.900 They're going to pay us back.

00:05:19.580 Well, the amendment that I had that would do that was actually killed in the committee.

00:05:29.440 It was not considered in order.

00:05:32.440 So, you know, paying us back is not considered in order.

00:05:37.440 This ought to infuriate people.

00:05:39.040 And this is people on both sides of the aisle.

00:05:40.720 And these are some of the people that are wanting to get rid of, you know, Mike Johnson, for goodness sake.

00:05:45.820 So, you know, it doesn't make a lot of sense, this whole thing.

00:05:49.640 It's just the Uniparty runs this town.

00:05:52.800 It's not a – as I like to say many times, everybody wants to call it a swamp.

00:05:56.960 A swamp is an ecosystem created by God, and it actually works.

00:06:01.800 It filters water.

00:06:03.280 It does some miraculous things.

00:06:05.540 This is an open sewer.

00:06:07.460 It just all flows in, and nothing comes out.

00:06:10.080 It's just stagnant.

00:06:11.460 And that's what we've got.

00:06:12.600 We've got the Uniparty that wants to run us off the cliff.

00:06:15.560 We've got a bunch of lemmings in our party that basically agree to do that so that they can be patted on the back. 1.00

00:06:24.500 And at the end of the day, I'm sure they'll say, here's a biscuit for you to take home with you. 0.99

00:06:28.340 You know, it's just – it's just pathetic. 0.94

00:06:31.800 It's really – it's very depressing, but we've got to stay in this fight. 0.59

00:06:36.180 And this is why it's important for people, check your members' voting record.

00:06:42.220 I get so tired of seeing these guys and gals come down here and cut deals with the left or the Democrats, whatever you want to call it. 0.98

00:06:52.660 And then they run home and they, you know, oh, Nancy Pelosi, she's evil. 1.00

00:06:56.880 Joe Biden, he's evil.

00:06:58.660 And then they come up here and sell us down the river.

00:07:01.320 We can't afford this.

00:07:02.860 We can't afford this.

00:07:04.040 And this is because 20 million so-called conservatives decided to stay home on Election Day.

00:07:10.040 It's insulting to MAGA's intelligence when they do, just like you were talking about, those tricks where they vote basically with hardline Democrats, but then they just use the red meat talking points and they think if they say – or even frankly, it's what they're doing with the southern border right now, right?

00:07:26.160 It's shiny toys, they try to use it as distractions, but I'm just curious to get your thoughts on this, not to trigger you too much, but it always strikes me that it was late last year that the White House, when they noticed that decline for what was going on in Ukraine, was starting to really plummet here at home among American voters, that they switched the messaging and they reached out to local newspapers,

00:07:52.580 the mainstream media, and they tried to say that the Ukraine war is actually good for American manufacturing jobs, it's good for America's industrial base, I would argue, it's probably really only good for the CEO of Boeing and Raytheon and Lockheed Martin and that swampy, sewer-y class, but put the war room posse in the room. 0.83

00:08:10.740 When they give you guys flack for not voting with them, if there's back and forth exchanges, even if it's being duked out on cable, is the only line of defense,

00:08:20.300 the only argument that they make is that Ukraine is just imperative for democracy, what is their argument as to why you guys are so crazy?

00:08:29.580 It is, and I've got some notes, if I can find them, but just the GDP, oh here they are, excuse me, the GDP of Russia, sorry,

00:08:38.760 the state of California has a greater GDP than Russia, Russia is a threat, and Canada and France are right there with Russia, 0.95

00:08:54.320 so you're not talking about a mega power that's going to dominate the world, and I, you know, today, this week,

00:09:02.760 they said in one of the committee meetings that, you know, if we don't do this, I'll be sending my kids and grandkids to defend Poland.

00:09:11.080 Well, again, why are we getting in the middle of Europe's war? This is not World War II. I hate when they draw,

00:09:18.680 but they try to draw some similarities to it. There aren't any. Putin is a thug, but so is Xi Jinping.

00:09:24.660 What are these, you know, these war pimps going to do when China moves on Taiwan, which they probably will do under this weak White House? 0.94

00:09:33.480 What will they do? Are they going to clamor for more war? You know, are we going to go further in debt?

00:09:38.460 We won't have a country when this is over. We've got enough money to do all this stuff.

00:09:44.220 We could have built Trump's wall 12 dadgum times for this amount of money that we're putting in Ukraine, 0.74

00:09:51.460 and yet they won't let us do it. I say we send them a vote every week on the wall and make them vote on it.

00:09:58.760 Let the American public know they don't care about the wall or keeping this country whole.

00:10:05.820 All they care about is getting reelected and soundbites and raising money.

00:10:09.920 Now, you mentioned the war defense contractors. They're going to get $23 billion out of this.

00:10:18.380 And so, but there's also money in there. Get this. There's money in there for Ukrainian legal aid for refugees when they enter the U.S.

00:10:31.360 What the heck is that about? And we know when this war is over that we're going to be the ones,

00:10:36.580 the American taxpayers are going to be the ones that rebuild that country.

00:10:39.500 I just, I just don't buy it all. There's more to this than we're being told.

00:10:46.020 And we may never know the full story, but it's ridiculous. It is ridiculous. 0.99

00:10:50.600 And we don't have the guts to do the right thing about it. 0.87

00:10:53.400 And we ought to just say, no border, no budget, shut the thing down, shut this country down until we can fix our border situation.

00:11:03.400 And that lame bill that came over from the Senate, if you had, you had to have 5,000 encounters in one day.

00:11:10.580 So 5,000 illegals would have to cross our border before it was enacted. 0.90

00:11:15.620 That's just ridiculous. 5,000? So 4,999 is okay? And then they say, well, it is bipartisan.

00:11:24.020 They always say that when one Republican gets on a Democrat bill. It just drives me crazy.

00:11:29.680 So don't buy what they're selling. Get people registered to vote. Get their butts to the polls.

00:11:35.300 And let's get some guts. And let's take our dadgum country back, top to bottom, from the county commissions, the school boards, the county mayors, the dog catcher.

00:11:47.480 I don't care. You know, we have got to get control of this country.

00:11:51.640 We've got to get control of runaway spending.

00:11:54.280 It's out of every hundred days we add another trillion dollars on.

00:11:57.900 Another trillion dollars, if you can imagine that, every hundred days.

00:12:01.520 And it's such a disgrace that, you know, we can't even have meaningful discussions about sovereignty and border security without them just inherently linking it to Ukraine aid.

00:12:11.960 You know, I know it's cliche, but they do care more about the borders of Ukraine than they do our own, I think, epitomized by the fact that they gave them a cutout of, what, $300 million for Ukraine's border services?

00:12:22.860 How about that for a slap in the face to MAGA?

00:12:24.960 I've got a few minutes. I'd like to hold you through the break, but I do have a question.

00:12:29.040 It seems like an audit, some meaningful kind of explanation to the American people where these funds are going.

00:12:37.300 Of course, they're never going to do it because we know it's subsidizing yacht purchases and new vacation homes for Boeing executives.

00:12:43.960 But is there any discussion of trying to actually make a substantive appeal to the American people, why Ukrainian aid is worth giving?

00:12:53.000 Or is it just this old cycle that they think they can lie to us and get away with it?

00:12:59.040 Uh, line's much easier. And you're right. They've done, they sold it to the local newscasters and, and things.

00:13:07.540 And, you know, it's, we just sat here with our hands folded, the conservatives do, and we just take it every dadgum time.

00:13:14.760 It was so predictable what they were going to do. They're going to show the horrible scenes on television and all the, uh, things, but, you know, look what's going on in our own cities.

00:13:25.180 They're big cities are burning down and people are, you know, they're getting in trouble doing things that you would, you would think almost medieval.

00:13:34.260 And, um, and we've allowed these people to come into our country that are, that are doing these things.

00:13:39.160 So, you know, I, I don't know. I get crazy frustrated over it. It just seems so obvious to me what's going on.

00:13:45.260 But the bottom line is, look, these anarchists, they want to destroy this country and they're going to take it and they're, and they're succeeding right now.

00:13:54.900 And they know, they know Donald Trump is winning this election except for one demographic.

00:14:00.920 And that is the radical Marxist who don't think Biden's done enough. If you can believe that.

00:14:06.400 So that's why you're seeing Biden doing things like transgender day on Easter Sunday. That's a slap in the face to conservatives everywhere.

00:14:14.560 Everybody knows that. And, um, and so he's got to get that base to the polls. He knows he cannot, he's losing every other major demographic and that's the one where he's, he's losing ground actually to be more accurate.

00:14:28.260 So I think that's the bottom line with this bunch. And, and we've got a bunch of willing folks to go along with it.

00:14:37.200 Useful idiots who are aiding and abetting the destruction of America from within Congress. 0.99

00:14:42.020 And if you can hang with us through the short break, I would appreciate that. Warren Posse, we will be back. 1.00

00:14:47.200 We got a packed show. We got Colonel John Mills joining us to walk through Chinese cyber security attacks too.

00:14:54.700 Never a dull day under Joe Biden. We'll be right back after this break.

00:15:01.700 Hey folks, if you watch war room, you know,

00:15:03.900 we talk every day about the geopolitical and other forces driving the price of gold.

00:15:07.780 There are actually a couple of reasons this is happening. Let me walk through them.

00:15:12.300 The cost of goods continues to rise despite interest rate controls by the fed since January, 2021.

00:15:19.140 Cost of living is up 18%. The national debt continues to skyrocket now significantly north of $34 trillion,

00:15:29.000 causing many to worry when the house of cards will come crashing down and a presidential election year

00:15:35.880 that will have massive implications on the future of this country.

00:15:39.920 All this adds up to instability and uncertainty. And that is why so many Americans are turning to Birch Gold Group.

00:16:44.120 Done.

00:16:45.400 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.

00:16:53.540 Welcome back to the War Room.

00:16:55.380 It's always a good Friday when Congressman Birchert decides to join us.

00:17:00.180 And we will release you to your weekend, although I don't think you get much of a weekend

00:17:03.260 thanks to the fact that you're a member of Congress and you got a vote on sending more

00:17:07.240 of our taxpayer dollars to countries that hate us and are super corrupt.

00:17:11.280 But all of that aside, before I let you go, I would just love to get your thoughts on kind

00:17:16.580 of where you stand on Speaker Johnson, the motion to vacate, all things to do with Republican leadership.

00:17:25.120 Right.

00:17:25.720 I think what could possibly happen is we give the gavel to Hakeem Jeffries because I know

00:17:32.000 there are three people that are vocal that are out there that want to take Johnson out.

00:17:38.580 I just don't think right now that would serve the party or the cause if we took him out.

00:17:43.920 I honestly don't.

00:17:45.380 I think we could possibly see some folks that would put somebody in there that could do us

00:17:53.280 a great deal more harm.

00:17:56.280 And you got to imagine if they had all three branches of government, just how fast we would

00:18:05.200 descend, I think.

00:18:06.180 And if they were to just get the House, the Senate and the White House, we would, I just

00:18:16.420 think it would be an open war on our Constitution.

00:18:21.140 I think because they know if Trump gets in there, he's going to put a stop to it.

00:18:25.480 He's going to clean out the State Department, the Justice Department and some of those others

00:18:30.540 that have been harboring a lot of liberals that just hate this country and hate what it

00:18:34.840 stands for.

00:18:35.460 So I think they know they got an opportunity to be a limited window.

00:18:39.760 And I believe that that would could make us descend into some incredible turmoil.

00:18:48.500 Do you think that Hakeem Jeffries would do less damage as Speaker of the House than some

00:18:55.080 of your establishment Republican colleagues if they were to get in there and replace Speaker

00:18:59.700 Johnson?

00:19:00.120 I do.

00:19:01.120 I do.

00:19:01.680 I do.

00:19:02.260 Because I think he just, he has to, he has to have his hardline liberal base.

00:19:10.480 And these moderates, they'll, they don't have the backbone to do much of anything.

00:19:15.600 They'll just be a gatekeeper or they'll be leaning to the left a lot harder.

00:19:21.760 You've got to realize, too, that everybody fusses about the Republican Party about, you know,

00:19:27.600 like when we were shut down for 30 days.

00:19:30.920 But at that time, no more bad policies were passed.

00:19:34.860 No more Nancy Pelosi back, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden-based policies were passed during that 1.00

00:19:42.720 time.

00:19:43.060 So, generally, when we see a system that basically is slowed down, the American public can figure

00:19:50.900 out a way to maintain or to survive, so to speak.

00:19:56.400 So, I really don't, I don't think we'd be well served by doing, by changing our leadership

00:20:04.040 right now.

00:20:04.800 I really don't.

00:20:05.680 Because, you know, I don't mind.

00:20:06.660 I did it before.

00:20:08.620 And I don't, I'd step out again on that ledge easily if I thought it was the right thing

00:20:13.400 to do.

00:20:13.760 But I just don't think it's the right thing to do at this time.

00:20:16.220 Because I honestly think Hakeem Jeffries would be the speaker.

00:20:20.780 Wow.

00:20:22.120 Congressman, I was going to say thank you for joining us and have a nice weekend.

00:20:25.720 But I, with what you just said, it's a dark day to be a member of the MAGA movement and

00:20:32.640 a supporter of the America First agenda when Hakeem Jeffries could do less damage to this

00:20:37.600 country than some of your Republican colleagues.

00:20:40.100 Congressman, if people want to follow you, support you, go to your campaign website, keep

00:20:45.320 up to date with all the things you've got going on, UFOs too.

00:20:50.220 We don't, we don't forget those here in the war room.

00:20:52.140 Where can they go to do all that?

00:20:54.860 I can go to my ex-account, at Tim Birchett.

00:20:57.760 That's the cool one.

00:20:58.620 That's the one where I do most of my political talking.

00:21:03.300 And that's, that's my official one, at Rep Tim Birchett.

00:21:07.500 It's not as cool, but you can get a lot of details on there.

00:21:11.080 It's got a good following.

00:21:12.020 It has a lot of my videos from when I'm on cool shows like this one.

00:21:16.560 So, thank you.

00:21:18.340 I like the unofficial one better.

00:21:21.060 So do I.

00:21:22.700 So do I.

00:21:23.800 A must, a must follow.

00:21:25.200 Yeah, we, we still don't, we still don't know who, who, who ate Uncle Bozy.

00:21:30.580 So, you know.

00:21:32.660 One day, one day.

00:21:34.320 It was probably Zelensky.

00:21:35.620 No.

00:21:36.300 Congressman, thank you for joining us.

00:21:37.980 You have a good one.

00:21:39.420 Thank you.

00:21:40.040 See you, girl.

00:21:41.760 Of course.

00:21:42.460 We got Bradley Devlin from the American Conservative joining us to give us some more refined, I would say, analysis of what is going on when it comes to Speaker Johnson's fate.

00:21:56.460 But Bradley, before we get into the wonderful piece you wrote for American Conservative, I'd love to just get your thoughts on what Congressman Birchett said in terms of Hakeem.

00:22:04.520 I mean, that's a pretty out there proposition that Hakeem Jeffries could do less damage to this country than some, you know, swamp, as Birchett says, sewer member type Republicans could do if they were to replace Speaker Johnson.

00:22:17.580 I'm just curious your thoughts on that.

00:22:19.040 Well, Tim's a tough act to follow, Natalie.

00:22:22.600 He's an absolute legend.

00:22:24.240 And sorry, Congressman, I'm going to be stealing the D.C. is an open sewer, not a swamp, because the swamp at least serves an ecological purpose line.

00:22:32.320 I'll be stealing that for the American Conservative quite soon.

00:22:35.460 But that said, I think it is incorrect to say that Hakeem Jeffries would do less damage.

00:22:42.280 The Speaker has a whole lot of power.

00:22:43.820 The Speaker gets to determine everything that goes on in the inner workings of the House of Representatives.

00:22:50.180 And that said, any Republican member that would side with Democrats are basically committing political suicide if they decided that once Speaker Johnson was out, they're going to side with Democrats.

00:23:01.560 The Democrats are going to ram through as much of Joe Biden's agenda as possible before November.

00:23:06.180 And you are just handing Democrats the keys to the kingdom.

00:23:09.140 Because what do we see here?

00:23:10.400 Even with a so-called conservative speaker, the Democrats have effectively handcuffed the Trump administration's diplomatic options when it comes to Ukraine for not only the first year of his presidency, but even beyond that.

00:23:22.380 The CBO scoring shows that, shows how this aid package will affect discretionary outlays for defense all the way up until 2031.

00:23:32.000 So, I don't think that it would be, I don't think Hakeem Jeffries would be less damaging than an establishment Republican, though I think it'd be pretty close.

00:23:42.680 It's just way too much power to put in Hakeem Jeffries' hands.

00:23:44.920 And speaking of House Democrats, your piece sort of walks through that while they have sort of bailed out Mike Johnson, when it comes to the foreign aid packages, the three kind of regions that they're going after, though, for the most part, it's Ukrainian aid.

00:24:00.000 The question is, will they be able to save his speakership?

00:24:03.140 So, if you want to run the audience through your piece a little bit, I'm sure they'd appreciate it.

00:24:06.780 Yeah, Democrats have been put in a can't-lose situation with what's going to transpire after these aid packages are likely passed tomorrow.

00:24:16.480 If Gosar, who has now joined Massey and Green, if Green decides that she asks for privilege on that motion and they get the three of them to oust the Speaker,

00:24:26.760 then we enter a phase where Democrats could once again save Johnson by voting against the motion to vacate.

00:24:34.800 So, a few Democrats would join Republicans and increase the threshold that conservatives would need to kick Johnson out.

00:24:41.540 The reason they would do that is because Johnson has given every single deliverable that they could possibly want in a GOP-controlled House thus far.

00:24:49.760 They got appropriations.

00:24:51.120 They got the FISA that they wanted.

00:24:52.560 They got the Ukraine aid that they wanted.

00:24:54.180 And they did all of that without having to cape at all on keeping Joe Biden's border open.

00:24:59.700 What they fear is that there's enough Republicans ticked off in the course of the appropriations fight, the FISA fight, and this Ukraine aid fight that they would actually end up giving the speakership to someone more conservative, a Jim Jordan type.

00:25:16.180 I don't think that's true.

00:25:18.620 I think the next Republican speaker will probably be in the same ilk as Mike Johnson, right?

00:25:24.880 Someone who talks the talk but doesn't really walk the walk when it comes to positions of power.

00:25:31.380 Then you enter into the other can't-lose situation, right? 0.88

00:25:36.380 The other option is they decide to let Johnson fail, and they don't save him, and they end up just making the House Republican Conference look like a bunch of fools for a while, and then maybe they'll come in and save him later.

00:25:51.920 But I really think that they might save him since they saved him in the rules committee, and they saved him on the floor today, and they'll probably save him again on the floor tomorrow and actually pass these bills.

00:26:06.660 They're getting everything that they want.

00:26:08.540 So why rock the vote too much at this point?

00:26:11.320 I'm just curious, heading into this weekend, obviously they have the two votes scheduled for, I believe, Saturday evening.

00:26:20.280 Not necessarily asking for predictions, so if you want, you can give them.

00:26:24.120 But how do you think that those votes are going to shake out?

00:26:27.940 Do you think we will see a motion to vacate?

00:26:30.360 What do you think is going to, really, his future is going to look like?

00:26:35.400 Well, chances are if Marjorie asks for privilege on that motion, you know, leadership will have 48 hours. 1.00

00:26:41.440 And so they'll kick it until after recess.

00:26:44.980 If these bills go through, I think you're going to have a number of conservatives come out of the woodwork and say, hey, I'm supporting this motion to vacate as well.

00:26:53.800 Maybe Democrats do save Mike Johnson in exchange for what?

00:26:56.880 I don't know.

00:26:57.280 If they don't, then, of course, Republicans will just look even more in chaos.

00:27:01.200 And that is the number one reason why you've seen Mar-a-Lago come out, not fully against Mike Johnson, right?

00:27:08.720 The truth social post that he had clearly showed that he wasn't in favor of more Ukraine aid.

00:27:14.940 But he didn't come out and say, speak your Johnson should be vacated.

00:27:18.280 He's played this pretty close to his chest because insiders from Mar-a-Lago have told outlets like Politico that they don't want to sow more division and make Republicans look incapable of governing in the lead up to the November election.

00:27:31.100 And I think that's what you want to hope for the most, right, is that you want to put as much pressure on the speaker as possible while letting Democrats capitalize off of the chaos, right?

00:27:41.220 Oh, my goodness.

00:27:41.820 Well, we have all these wars going on and the Republicans in Congress just cannot behave.

00:27:45.780 So I understand the danger there, but I think Johnson has basically sealed his fate by doing something unprecedented, by having the minority support him in the rules committee, the minority support the rule on the floor.

00:27:56.700 I mean, this is John Boehner levels of smacks in the face to conservatives.

00:28:00.560 I had a source tell me, Rachel Bovard from the Conservative Partnership Institute, that Mike Johnson is breaking all sorts of House traditions, and he's being more tyrannical, arguably, than Joe Cannon was in the early 19-teens when he was basically in control.

00:28:16.840 And, Bradley, we've got to jump to a break.

00:28:17.700 If people want to follow you, get more of your analysis, where can they go to get it on Twitter and American Conservative?

00:28:23.360 Yeah, check out theamericanconservative.com.

00:28:26.880 I'll have a number of pieces come out through the rest of today and tomorrow about this motion to vacate.

00:28:33.140 Will Johnson be saved or not?

00:28:34.540 Who knows?

00:28:35.220 And then my Twitter is at Bradley Devlin.

00:28:38.160 Bradley, thank you so much.

00:28:39.660 Warren Posse, we'll be right back after this break.

00:30:00.840 What do you say?

00:30:01.960 We also are seeing an active shooter.

00:30:04.520 An active shooter is in the park outside the court.

00:30:06.700 We have a man who has set fire to himself.

00:30:09.600 A man has emblazoned himself outside of the courthouse just now.

00:30:13.200 Our cameras are turning right now.

00:30:14.680 A man has now lit himself on fire outside of the courthouse in Manhattan where we are waiting a history to be made.

00:30:20.480 A full jury panel is gone.

00:30:22.100 We are watching a man who was fully emblazoned in front of the courthouse today.

00:30:26.120 We are watching multiple fires breaking out around his body and person.

00:30:30.120 We have seen an arm that has been visible that has been engulfed in total flames.

00:30:34.280 There is chaos that is happening.

00:30:35.660 People are wondering right now if people are in danger.

00:30:39.000 I'm looking across the courtyard.

00:30:41.280 There is a man racing to his aid.

00:30:42.980 There is coats coming off to try to put out the fire.

00:30:45.880 We have members of security details.

00:30:48.140 NYPD is rushing to the scene.

00:30:49.960 They are trying to come out.

00:30:51.220 Officers are on the scene.

00:30:52.700 A fire extinguisher is right now present being put on this man to try to put out.

00:30:57.000 People are climbing over barricades to try to separate the public to put out the flame on this man.

00:31:02.100 He has lit himself out in fire in front of the courthouse right now.

00:31:05.580 We are watching as they're playing.

00:31:06.980 We can smell the air.

00:31:08.480 I can smell the burning of some sort of flesh.

00:31:11.260 I can smell the burning of some sort of flesh.

00:31:14.220 That's enough fake news for me.

00:31:16.720 No, CNN.

00:31:17.300 There was no active shooter.

00:31:18.560 Let's start the clock.

00:31:19.660 How long will it be until they start telling us that this is another example of domestic terrorism

00:31:24.240 and the MAGA movement gone awry, gone estranged?

00:31:27.200 Luckily, Laura Loomer was on the ground when it happened. 0.99

00:31:30.540 She's joining us by phone.

00:31:32.840 And like always, she has the receipts on who this individual was.

00:31:36.840 But, Laura, before we get into how the media is spinning this, can you walk us through?

00:31:41.260 The viewer saw a CNN clip of it, but from your true objective journalist eyes,

00:31:47.160 can you walk us through what happened outside the courthouse?

00:31:50.280 Yeah.

00:31:50.720 So I've been here all week, as you know, covering the Trump trial.

00:31:54.940 And for the first few days, I was covering for Rav.

00:31:57.140 And I saw this individual, this Max Azzarello guy, on the second day, so Tuesday.

00:32:03.880 And I was actually just talking to Harry from Rav.

00:32:07.080 And I was like, oh, my God, do you remember that guy that was walking past us while I was doing my hit

00:32:10.940 that had the sign talking about how Trump and Biden were in a coup?

00:32:14.120 He goes, yeah, we saw him.

00:32:15.260 And I said, that's the guy that just lit himself on fire.

00:32:17.480 And he apparently came from Florida.

00:32:20.280 And, you know, he doesn't live in New York City.

00:32:22.480 He traveled here.

00:32:23.960 And all week long, he was carrying around a sign that was anti-Trump.

00:32:27.700 And from the very beginning of this week, and people can see this from my videos,

00:32:31.880 they separated with barricades the Trump side and then the leftist side

00:32:35.960 because they wanted to segregate people by their political affiliation and their signs.

00:32:40.280 And so this guy had been walking back and forth, mostly on the left-leaning side all week long.

00:32:45.980 And he was, you know, shoving a sign, like walking around silently.

00:32:50.320 He wasn't screaming anything.

00:32:51.460 But I did see him waving a sign around by the media.

00:32:54.860 And it's worth noting that he lit himself on fire in the Trump section.

00:32:59.320 So when I arrived, well, when I was there and I was live streaming outside of the courthouse this morning,

00:33:06.060 the reporters were like, oh, and he was next to the woman in the MAGA hat.

00:33:10.300 Maybe he was a Trump supporter.

00:33:11.760 And then I was shouting into the cameras as other journalists were doing their live hits.

00:33:15.420 I'm like, oh, no, he was here all week long waving a sign.

00:33:18.640 And then finally, a woman who watched him burn to death said, yeah, he had a sign that said,

00:33:23.480 you know, Trump and Biden are in a coup together.

00:33:26.860 And the back of it said Substack.

00:33:29.800 And I described the sign to her.

00:33:31.020 And she goes, yes, that's exactly the sign that I saw.

00:33:33.240 And then Viral News NYC, which is a big account on X that does photojournalism here,

00:33:39.800 got a photo of the NYPD carrying the same sign away.

00:33:43.720 So it's really interesting how the NYPD took that sign, but they left all the pamphlets on the ground

00:33:47.960 because they didn't want reporters clearly taking photos of the sign that showed that this guy was a Trump hater.

00:33:53.900 And so they're trying to make it seem like Trump is bringing chaos to the courthouse.

00:33:58.360 But it just goes to show you that, you know, the media really, honestly,

00:34:02.200 their Trump derangement syndrome is starting to affect people.

00:34:05.040 I've dug into this guy's social media and I found that he is a Bernie Sanders supporter.

00:34:10.660 He is an Obama supporter. 0.77

00:34:12.680 His his handle is dipshit underscore secrets. 0.99

00:34:17.160 And then it's just add dipshit secrets on Twitter. 0.98

00:34:20.700 And he actually follows me. 0.94

00:34:22.020 I saw he follows me on X.

00:34:24.180 He's liked one of my posts.

00:34:25.320 He does.

00:34:27.200 Yes.

00:34:27.980 You're a must follow.

00:34:30.120 But, Laura, I want you to double down on on one thing real quick.

00:34:33.500 You said that you saw the NYPD taking away the sign that was explicitly anti-Trump and anti-BIDEN.

00:34:40.880 Yet they left a lot of the pamphlets that had to do with sort of his, for lack of a better word, manifesto out there.

00:34:47.700 Can you just we have the picture up on the screen?

00:34:49.620 I don't know if you can see that.

00:34:50.820 But can you just walk us through what you're saying the NYPD did one more time?

00:34:55.740 That's it.

00:34:56.780 Yeah, I'm actually sitting here right now with my with my video editor.

00:35:00.740 And we actually have we have video footage of them doing this, too.

00:35:04.360 So so we we have we have video exclusive video footage of NYPD confiscating the sign and flipping it over to the side that was talking about Trump.

00:35:14.180 It says Trump is with Biden and they're about to fascist to us.

00:35:18.580 And so that's what the sign is.

00:35:21.380 And I apologize.

00:35:22.740 You know, I'm not I'm not trying to curse on the show.

00:35:24.800 I'm just giving you guys the actual name of his of his handle.

00:35:28.060 That's his Instagram and his Twitter handle before they try to delete it, because as we've seen, whenever there's some type of politically motivated attack, the social media companies always rush to silence, silence the account by deleting all of the evidence.

00:35:42.460 And the media wants to make it seem like this is President Trump's fault.

00:35:46.720 But this guy is a leftist.

00:35:48.640 He also appears to have been a really big germaphobe.

00:35:52.780 He talked a lot about covid and his paranoia with covid on his Instagram account.

00:35:57.860 And police said that it wasn't gasoline that he used to light himself on fire with.

00:36:02.220 They said during the press conference that it appeared to be rubbing alcohol, some type of accelerant.

00:36:08.540 And on his own Instagram account, there's a post about rubbing alcohol and how people should invest in rubbing alcohol.

00:36:15.280 I've also seen that last year, nearly one year to the date, he sued the Clinton Foundation and he also sued Hillary Clinton.

00:36:23.900 And that lawsuit was filed on April 13th of 2023, nearly one year to the date.

00:36:30.540 And so this clearly he clearly was very politically oriented, suing the Clintons, openly supporting Bernie, openly supporting Obama, criticizing President Trump, walking around with an anti-Trump sign.

00:36:41.120 And he wrote a manifesto on his sub stack as well.

00:36:46.040 It's the Ponzi papers dot sub stack dot com.

00:36:50.780 Laura, if people want to follow you, watch that exclusive footage.

00:36:54.620 I'm sure you'll be breaking many more stories throughout the day, throughout the weekend.

00:36:59.420 Where can people go to follow you, watch your shows, support you?

00:37:03.060 Yeah, people can follow me on X and Truth Social at Laura Loomer.

00:37:06.500 And then be sure that you subscribe to my Rumble, rumble dot com slash Laura Loomer and my sub stack, Laura Loomer dot sub stack dot com.

00:37:14.620 Laura, thank you for always being on the front lines and getting us the truth, getting us the the Loomer version of the truth.

00:37:22.240 We love it. Thank you, Laura.

00:37:23.560 Have a good weekend.

00:37:24.380 Thanks for having me.

00:37:25.660 Of course.

00:37:26.340 I believe we got Colonel John Mills.

00:37:29.940 But hey, in the meantime, you got to check out Public Square if you don't want to be beholden to tech companies that hate you, the tech companies that rush to delete anything that's remotely anti-Trump from people who set themselves on fire outside of courthouses.

00:37:44.900 I'm just saying you got to go to Public Square and while you're at it, go to Birchgold.com slash Bannon 2 to get the latest installment of The End of the Dollar Empire.

00:37:55.260 It's one of the finest books I've ever read.

00:37:58.300 I really like the forthcoming installment.

00:38:00.480 So get it while you still can before they probably scrub it from their website because it's probably deemed misinformation.

00:38:07.760 Birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:38:09.060 And someone else who I'm sure gets deemed as spreading misinformation is our next guest, Colonel John Mills, who always brings the best graphics, the best slides, the best presentation.

00:38:21.180 I think I will just let you rip. 0.98

00:38:23.320 But we've just to set the stage, we've been hearing a lot about impending cyber attacks coming from the Chinese Communist Party. 0.89

00:38:30.740 You're kind of an expert on that.

00:38:32.180 So why don't you walk the audience through what is going on there?

00:38:36.920 Well, yeah, thank you, Natalie.

00:38:38.420 Well, there is a Chinese cyber attack, a massive attack ongoing right now.

00:38:47.640 We have a we have a slide I prepared, especially for you, Natalie, and the war room posse.

00:38:52.480 Thank you.

00:38:53.580 Let's walk through this.

00:38:55.180 This is Volt Typhoon.

00:38:56.800 Everybody should remember the term Volt Typhoon.

00:38:59.420 This is the name given to Chinese cyber attack that was first publicly reported May of last year.

00:39:08.280 May of last year.

00:39:09.660 But it really there was a couple of events that preceded it that are that are very important.

00:39:15.420 In December 22, Biden signed the fiscal year 23 National Defense Authorization Act, which gave a lot of support to Taiwan.

00:39:28.700 And it also had a section 1088.

00:39:31.740 Most of this went right over even even the experts went right over their head.

00:39:35.040 It called for a tabletop exercise to be run to test the resilience of domestic critical infrastructure in case of war with China over Taiwan.

00:39:48.280 This means our power plants, our power grid, water, information, telecommunications, the Internet service providers, air traffic control, cranes, all those all those spike cranes, everything.

00:40:04.820 So we knew that what that telegraphed is the the air quote experts knew something was up.

00:40:12.160 New things were getting a new thing that things were getting ready for kinetic war with China.

00:40:19.100 And so also in January, February, both Chinese carriers were at sea and ran a lot of exercises toward Guam.

00:40:26.260 So very, very scary scenario.

00:40:29.520 But so Volt Typhoon is going on now.

00:40:32.440 Now, what happens in a big breach like this?

00:40:34.640 What they were doing was preplace the Chinese were preplacing malware onto critical infrastructure. 1.00

00:40:40.860 And originally they just said in Guam, but then it kind of expanded Hawaii.

00:40:44.980 And essentially, if they're doing it there, they're doing it all over the United States.

00:40:50.120 Everything kind of went quiet from May until December.

00:40:53.420 Everything kind of went quiet.

00:40:54.660 Why did it go quiet?

00:40:55.740 Well, because you form all these interagency teams.

00:40:58.500 They do all the analysis.

00:40:59.540 You bring in Department of Defense.

00:41:01.620 You bring in DHS, you bring in NSA.

00:41:04.640 You bring in the FBI and Department of Justice.

00:41:07.360 And you say you figure out what were they doing?

00:41:09.820 What are they up to?

00:41:11.000 Where are they doing this?

00:41:12.600 And then all of a sudden, starting in December, you had FBI Director Christopher Wray, DHS SISA Director, Jen Easterly, NSA Director.

00:41:24.700 They're now the NSA Director, Cyber Command Director, General Howe.

00:41:29.260 So now they are just – this has been going over everybody's heads.

00:41:34.700 But they are saying – I mean, Jen Easterly's word were, this is truly an everything, everywhere, all at once.

00:41:42.760 I mean, that was their quote.

00:41:43.980 So they gave congressional testimony December, January, February.

00:41:49.560 They were screaming with megaphones.

00:41:51.900 I've never seen such animated presentations in congressional testimony.

00:41:57.400 And, I mean, are they being serious?

00:41:59.560 I think in some ways they're being serious.

00:42:01.160 But in some ways they're also part of the problem because precious resources that should have been apportioned to dealing with this were doing what they deem more important, like chasing J6ers or parents at school boards. 1.00

00:42:15.120 And seriously, this is the Intel Collection priority stack.

00:42:19.180 They're porting more resource to that than the Chinese cyber.

00:42:22.380 But they are screaming with megaphones right now, this is preparation for war.

00:42:28.860 They are putting malware on our domestic critical infrastructure so they can turn things off when the bullets start flying.

00:42:37.180 So this is very serious.

00:42:38.740 And it's crossed the Rubicon as far as generally accepted principles of dealing with other countries.

00:42:47.680 They are unabashedly placing malware all over our networks so they can turn off our cranes and our ports.

00:42:54.580 They can turn off our Internet service providers.

00:42:57.280 We couldn't see this show.

00:42:58.640 This show would be off the air.

00:43:00.880 And telecommunications would be off the air.

00:43:03.440 You would not get streaming anything.

00:43:07.360 And so this is a very, very serious matter.

00:43:09.180 It's not getting a whole lot of attention.

00:43:10.520 But basically, the Chinese are, it is a full-blown bum rush, full spectrum in preparation for conflict. 1.00

00:43:21.980 And in addition to this, you need your, that's what all these Chinese special operators are on the ground for.

00:43:28.900 We're coming up against, we're coming up against a break.

00:43:31.460 I would love to keep you, but we've got to go to Cain from Citizen Free Press.

00:43:52.020 Thank you so much, Colonel Mills and Warren Posse.

00:45:10.080 Action, action, action.

00:45:11.900 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:45:20.820 Welcome back to The War Room.

00:45:22.380 It's always a privilege to be joined by Cain from Citizen, that singular, free press, citizenfreepress.com.

00:45:30.900 The man, the myth, the headline, stacking legend.

00:45:34.900 Cain, I want to leave the audience with some good news

00:45:37.320 because I feel like I've been dumping some very depressing news on them this whole show.

00:45:42.220 I know you just put it up in the stack that Turning Point is expanding their sort of ballot-chasing,

00:45:47.200 ballot-harvesting operations to another critical swing state that is Michigan.

00:45:51.640 You are always ahead of the curve when it comes to swing state polling

00:45:54.520 and where Trump really has a chance in these states.

00:45:57.240 Can you walk us through what Turning Point's doing

00:45:59.040 and how you think they'll actually be able to secure Michigan through these efforts?

00:46:04.120 Yeah, that's great that you brought that up.

00:46:06.140 So, Turning Point has this thing.

00:46:08.580 It's called Chase the Vote.

00:46:10.840 And Charlie, when the RNC was being run by Ronna Romney,

00:46:15.760 Charlie had—they weren't doing anything at the RNC.

00:46:18.400 So, Charlie sort of took it upon himself,

00:46:20.080 and he's tried to raise $100 million for these Turn Out the Vote efforts in the seven swing states.

00:46:26.080 In reality, it's just 19 counties in these seven states.

00:46:30.100 And he had previously announced programs, Chase the Vote programs,

00:46:33.920 in Arizona and Wisconsin.

00:46:35.740 And he sort of famously put Scott Pressler, gave him $5 million,

00:46:39.920 and has Pressler in charge of get out the vote in Wisconsin.

00:46:43.540 So today, Turning Point Action announced that they're expanding this to Michigan.

00:46:47.940 So they're already—in the tweet, Charlie talks about, you know, the Trump campaign,

00:46:53.840 I understand the reasons, but they're way behind in staffing Arizona.

00:46:57.380 I put up a tweet actually about two weeks ago that shows where they were in 2020 compared to now,

00:47:02.240 and they have no one hired in—actually in seven swing states.

00:47:06.180 But so Charlie is on the opposite end of that.

00:47:10.320 He's got big staffing going.

00:47:12.560 And he had a New York Times profile that was in the stack about three weeks ago.

00:47:16.740 That was just a great, great piece, actually.

00:47:19.200 New York Times didn't really take shots at him.

00:47:21.200 All about the effort in Arizona.

00:47:23.220 So now it's expanding to Michigan.

00:47:25.340 We'll see if it gets expanded to any other swing states.

00:47:28.720 But regarding the polls, yeah, Fox, you know, I post every new poll I can find, you know,

00:47:34.020 which I know you read the stack, and so you know this.

00:47:37.700 I'll post them from the left side to the right.

00:47:41.360 I post aggregations of all the models.

00:47:44.300 And the newest stuff out is actually from Fox News.

00:47:47.060 It's Michigan and three other swing states.

00:47:50.000 Trump expanded his lead to three points, 49-46, in a head-to-head with Biden in Michigan.

00:47:55.760 And in the five-person race, it's Trump leading 44-42.

00:48:00.680 And then the other three swing states were 51-45, Trump in Georgia, and then tied in Wisconsin

00:48:09.240 and tied in Pennsylvania.

00:48:11.920 But one thing to mention when we talk about these are national, excuse me, when we talk

00:48:16.700 about these swing state polls is let's look at where they were four years ago in 2020.

00:48:21.380 So in the case of Michigan, Trump leading 49-46, you know what that is, Natalie?

00:48:26.540 That's, it was Biden in this month of 2020 leading by eight points in the same Michigan

00:48:33.400 poll.

00:48:33.940 So it's an 11-point flip.

00:48:35.620 And we know that Trump did so much better than a minus eight, right, that the polls were

00:48:40.040 showing for him in Michigan.

00:48:41.340 I think he ended up losing by about a point and a half.

00:48:45.040 So the swing state polls are still looking good.

00:48:48.660 The national polls have tightened a bit, right?

00:48:51.200 I post links to betting sites so people can see what the bookies think.

00:48:56.400 I post links to aggregation from FiveThirtyEight as well as RealClearPolitics.

00:49:02.480 So I've been posting the Virginia polls recently as well as Minnesota.

00:49:07.680 Why?

00:49:08.320 Because Virginia and Minnesota are the states that aren't even talked about.

00:49:11.900 They aren't included in these seven swing states.

00:49:14.920 And they're both three or four points.

00:49:17.640 You know, Minnesota was really close.

00:49:19.520 I don't know if you remember 2016, Trump ended up losing it for a while that night.

00:49:24.160 We thought he was going to win Minnesota.

00:49:26.480 So Trump has a chance.

00:49:28.700 And Charlie mentioned when I was on a show, actually, that Democrats are starting to staff

00:49:34.860 up Minnesota because they're afraid of losing.

00:49:37.220 So your question was about the swing state polls.

00:49:39.920 He's still looking strong in those.

00:49:41.660 Biden's tightened up the national polls just a bit.

00:49:45.300 And then the last thing I'll say is Kennedy got on the ballot in Michigan.

00:49:49.100 So that's another thing.

00:49:51.620 Kane, I always love it when you take a break from watching golf to join the war room because

00:49:57.280 you give us such good analysis, whether you're watching the primary or the secondary event.

00:50:03.180 If people want to follow you, you're coming very hot on Twitter or get the stack.

00:50:08.960 Give us the domain name that they can go to.

00:50:11.360 Not the one Steve says, but the right one.

00:50:13.780 Well, they can go to either one.

00:50:15.640 But the right one is citizenfreepress.com.

00:50:19.460 I'll let people know.

00:50:20.580 Here's why it's a great site.

00:50:22.020 It loads in half a second.

00:50:23.360 There's no ads.

00:50:24.280 There's no graphics.

00:50:25.280 I'm there slaving away from nine in the morning until usually two o'clock in the morning.

00:50:29.740 All the new headlines are at the top.

00:50:32.440 You can load it.

00:50:33.380 You can load it on your phone instantaneously.

00:50:36.320 And then the Twitter page, we rock that out seven days a week, 12 hours a day.

00:50:41.620 And that's at citizenfreepress at Twitter.

00:50:45.100 And that's it.

00:50:47.340 You know, we got six months to go till November.

00:50:49.360 Natalie, let's win.

00:50:51.440 Kane, thank you so much for joining us.

00:50:53.300 Have a wonderful weekend.

00:50:54.960 All right.

00:50:55.460 You too.

00:51:07.020 Just cold, hard facts.

00:51:08.520 And I'm sure probably a lot of gold.

00:51:10.340 But even more importantly, you got to get your pillows, too.

00:51:13.320 I think we have Mike Lindell joining us.

00:51:16.260 Mike, if you have any new, well, any news updates on the election integrity front,

00:51:20.280 but equally important, any pillow deals that you want to let the posse in on.

00:51:24.320 Yeah.

00:51:24.880 And everybody, we're still waiting on the Supreme Court today to see if they're taking the case or not.

00:51:29.000 I want to quick say a thing about ballot, when they were just talking about ballot harvesting and stuff.

00:51:34.820 What Turning Point's doing is called ballot chasing, not to be confused with ballot harvesting,

00:51:39.300 which is illegal in most states.

00:51:41.220 And by the way, everybody, you still vote same day, even after they chase them and get them.

00:51:45.900 Same day voting.

00:51:46.720 And we have the great specials on them for the War Room Posse.
