00:19:57.400 patriots a kind of a laundry list of actually what's happening out there that we need focus
00:20:03.140 from the Trump campaign, from the RNC, and from all the different groups that are working

00:20:14.600 Yeah, so right now I'm less concerned about what happens when Trump gets into office and
00:20:18.460 the January post, and I'm very concerned right now about getting him there.
00:20:21.220 And we are seeing a number of changes to our election laws that are happening right now,
00:20:25.280 and if we don't get organized and into court fast, then they could steal this election from
00:20:29.080 us in the next couple of months.
00:20:30.840 Remember, the Democrats did not steal the election from us in November of 2020.
00:20:34.740 They stole it from us between March and August of 2020 when they used COVID to systematically
00:20:39.240 change our voting laws and automatically register everyone to vote in mass mail-in ballots and use $600

00:20:46.480 And we sued after the fact in 2020, and a number of judges said, hey, if you had actually brought
00:20:50.700 this lawsuit to us between March and August, we would have ruled in your favor.
00:20:53.460 Well, right now, we are in that window of time, and the Democrats in these swing states are
00:20:58.260 doing the exact same thing again.
00:20:59.960 And so if you look in South Carolina, actually, a state legislator, thank God, got in touch
00:21:04.780 with a refugee who applied for Medicaid assistance in a South Carolina Medicaid office and was
00:21:09.420 automatically registered to vote.
00:21:10.940 This is not a U.S. citizen, by the way, and they aren't screening for that.
00:21:14.600 And it turns out that this is happening all across the country.
00:21:17.140 Through the Secure Automatic Voter Registration Act, the Medicaid offices use information already
00:21:21.740 collected by government agencies to automatically register people to vote, and it appears they're
00:21:25.840 not screening for citizenship.
00:21:27.980 I've talked to people in Arizona, and Michigan has said this is happening here, too.
00:21:31.540 We have to get in courts, right?
00:21:32.580 We cannot sue after the fact and say, hey, they allowed all these people who weren't legal

00:21:38.060 And then the other thing is, the governors in a state like Michigan, last month, Gretchen
00:21:41.900 Whitmer signed an executive order to automatically register to vote every single person who's
00:21:47.120 a felon released from prison.

00:21:49.560 So right now, if you are on one of these campuses in Michigan and you're participating in a violent
00:21:54.400 protest and you were thrown into prison, you are going to be automatically registered to
00:21:58.240 vote when you're released.

00:23:58.860 but he said, on the weekend before Thanksgiving, no later then, Joe Biden will be declared President

00:25:04.640 they just passed a law that automatically registers to vote anyone who applies for a chauffeur's license.

00:25:13.680 boating license, a hunting license, a gun license, a fishing license? You're automatically registered to
00:25:18.380 vote. Let's fight fire with fire here. And to me, those are the type of things that we need to be
00:25:23.560 more aggressive and looking to do if we are not going to win these lawsuits.

00:25:33.120 the official apparatuses out there? Are people saying, yes, you're correct. We got to get on top of this?

00:25:50.600 meet with this whistleblower immediately, and we are going to launch a full investigation into this.
00:25:55.620 But luckily, I mean, we have a Republican governor in South Carolina. We do not have Republican
00:25:59.500 governors in Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona. And so we do need some
00:26:05.540 of these red states to step up and to, it could work if Governor McMaster brings this lawsuit forward
00:26:10.620 and then they challenge it through federal courts. That could be a way to do it, is going through the
00:26:14.020 red states to accomplish this. But we are really at a disadvantage having Democrat secretaries of state,
00:26:18.940 AGs and governors in these swing states.
00:26:23.320 This is exactly why what she just said is exactly why in the omnibus bill, Mitch McConnell and these
00:26:29.580 guys, Mitt Romney, changed the Electoral Count Act of 1887 to be totally, completely unconstitutional.

00:26:40.620 from state legislatures, and they've turned it over to the secretary of state, or particularly governors,

00:33:36.260 goofball in Nebraska. We've got the two heroes who are running against him. Derek Evans now joins us
00:33:42.000 from West Virginia. How's the early, I think early voting started. How's the, how's the campaign going
00:33:47.180 so far? She's quite frankly, pretty pathetic, is she not? Oh, she is. And the campaign is going
00:33:53.120 great. We've, our team's knocked over 17,000 doors so far. I've personally knocked on over
00:33:57.560 3,000 doors. We're, you know, sprint through the finish line. It's been a long, grueling process,
00:34:01.700 but we're excited right now to, to see the end inside, if you will. And as the people of West
00:34:06.460 Virginia learn more about Congresswoman Carol Miller, and more about my story, they're just
00:34:11.660 coming over to us in droves right now. So, I mean, she's got a 65% rating as a conservative. It's,
00:34:17.200 it's absolutely atrocious to rep, to be representing one of the, the, the most conservative
00:34:21.640 districts in the entire country and have that sort of voting record. Derek, here's what's
00:34:27.260 fascinating about West Virginia. It's, it's, it's pure MAGA country. I mean, it, I don't think
00:34:33.060 maybe Montana, maybe Wyoming, maybe some that have President Trump's back in such huge spreads,
00:34:40.620 but politics in West Virginia has always been a closed shop because it's like Mexico. It's like
00:34:46.200 three or four or five families run the deal, right? And they pass it on to their cousins and nephews
00:34:51.120 and sons and daughters. Is that correct? It's really, West Virginia politics has traditionally
00:34:54.900 been kind of a closed shop. You got to be one of the, was it five families that control the state?
00:35:00.240 That, that is absolutely correct. And to your point, this is MAGA country. This is not just
00:35:03.780 a Republican district. This is a Trump district. And that's what makes our race so unique. To your
00:35:09.180 point, it's a typical, you know, million, millionaires and political dynasties have been,
00:35:14.520 been running things. And, you know, because of my story surrounding January 6th, we've been able to
00:35:19.020 fundraise nationally. And so this is the first time in at least my lifetime that an average
00:35:23.700 everyday blue collar, West Virginian has been able to compete in terms of funding with the
00:35:29.660 establishment sort of circles here in West Virginia. And that's really what has everyone,
00:35:34.040 not just in West Virginia, but across this country running scared right now is we out-fundraised
00:35:38.000 Carol Miller in the, the, each of the last two quarters. And it's, we don't have a single dollar
00:35:42.920 from a pack or any sort of a special interest group. Every single dollar we've raised has been from
00:35:48.460 everyday blue collar Americans all across the country. We have over 10,000 donors,
00:35:52.140 probably getting close to 15,000 now. And we've raised over $800,000, all from just people chipping
00:35:56.980 in 10, 15, $20 here and there to help us, to help us out and get us across the finish line.
00:36:03.240 But this is why West Virginia, West by God, Virginia is the center of what I call the great
00:36:08.360 awakening, because you have MAGA folks up there. These are not Republican, these are MAGA districts.

00:36:45.240 the great awakening is, as average people see it, they say, hey, maybe a guy like Derek Evans,
00:36:50.580 maybe he, with his common sense, maybe he is the guy that go down to represent our real values
00:36:54.740 in the nation's capital. Or is that along the lines of what you're finding as you go run a campaign?
00:37:00.320 Absolutely. There's a couple of things here. When people learn her voting record,
00:37:02.840 they learn that she even most recently voted for FAISA to allow the government to spy on us without a
00:37:07.520 warrant, when she voted most recently to fund transgender care for miners, when she voted for
00:37:13.720 red flag gun laws, when she voted to expand taxpayer funding of abortion, when she voted
00:37:17.080 for the Green New Deal to the tune of one and a half trillion dollars, which absolutely crushed our coal
00:37:23.340 industry and our oil and natural gas industry here in West Virginia. When people learn that,
00:37:27.620 and then they also learn that I'm the January 6th guy. The reason that's important here in West
00:37:31.840 Virginia is everyone knows the story. I'm the highest ranking government official in the entire
00:37:36.020 country, outside of President Trump, to be targeted by the deep state the way that I was. I was elected
00:37:41.720 to the state house here on January 6th when I went to the Capitol and stood with President Trump that
00:37:45.900 day. They all remember it, but it's been three years ago. So now when they make the connection that,
00:37:50.400 oh, that's the guy, that's Derek Evans, they come over, literally, they open the door,
00:37:55.780 they come and shake my hand, they thank me, they take pictures with me, and they say,
00:37:58.900 thank you for being the first politician with a backbone to actually stand up and actually fight
00:38:03.280 for us. And when they learn those things, we're just scooping up votes every single day left and
00:38:08.460 right now. So the thing is just getting the message out there and making sure people are aware of our

00:39:52.020 uh, Don Bacon and there's been a revolt out there. Bacon has been censured. I mean,
00:39:56.180 he goes on CNN, he goes on MSNBC and he thinks, I guess he thinks people in Nebraska,
00:40:01.620 particularly Republican voters are not going to see this, but I mean, he's trashing people all the time,
00:40:06.020 come up with these weird ideas, uh, on, on, on deficits. I mean, he's just so far off the map,
00:40:12.500 but you're holding him accountable. I hear this race is very tight, sir.
00:40:16.600 This, this race is tight. And I've got to tell you, Steve, we like where we're at right now.
00:40:21.360 Um, we have got the support of the Nebraska Republican party, but more importantly than
00:40:28.000 that, we've also got the support of every County that makes up district two. So, so put your,
00:40:35.120 wrap your mind around this. We've got three counties, the largest being Douglas. We've got
00:40:39.260 Sarpy and Saunders County. Every one of those counties have endorsed the challenger, myself,
00:40:44.800 my candidacy and rejected the incumbent. Even in his home district, they've rejected Don Bacon
00:40:51.320 at the local level. Not only that, but two of these counties have censured Don Bacon for his votes and
00:40:58.200 his actions there in DC. So this is going to be a change election with that. It's, it's interesting
00:41:04.040 because what we've done here in Nebraska is exactly what, what you had promoted on your show.
00:41:11.200 And it was, you had a guest not too long ago or some time ago, uh, Dan Schultz, the father of the
00:41:17.120 precinct strategy. Nebraska has 93 counties. There's about 85 to 87 of those that have organized parties.
00:41:26.360 The majority of those with the exception of about three or four have been taken over
00:41:30.840 by Patriots. We now control the, the, the Republican party at the state and County levels
00:41:36.300 across this state. And it's the average person. It's the average Joe that looks at what's going
00:41:40.640 on in DC and says, we've had enough. And they're taking back the party and they're tossing out the
00:41:46.320 incumbents.
00:41:46.920 I want to, I want to just replay that. That's what this book finish. What we started is about
00:41:54.040 is about, it's a three year. This is why people should get it written by a left winger from the
00:41:58.680 Washington post. But it just basically says what Dan says is that people finally with Dan
00:42:03.060 Schultz's precinct strategy said, Hey, I've had enough of this started at the very grassroots.
00:42:07.860 Tell me how that's changed Nebraska politics. People thought Don Bacon was, was, it was impossible
00:42:12.980 to run against him. How's that? How's the precinct strategy and Patriots saying, Hey, I'm going to
00:42:17.940 take our party back and then take our country back. How has that changed politics in Nebraska?
00:42:22.160 Well, up until that point, the, these parties were controlled by the establishment. And right now,
00:42:27.900 what we've got is that we've got Patriots that have, that have stepped up and stepped into every
00:42:31.600 one of these County parties and they're tossing the establishment out. As sad as this is, there's
00:42:36.600 very few incumbent Republicans from either the house or the Senate that has been endorsed
00:42:42.840 by any of these local parties. So it really is a welcoming effect for those of us that want to
00:42:48.700 stand up and they're, they're looking for, and they're appreciative and they're grateful for
00:42:52.120 those of us that are stepping up and saying enough's enough. It's time, it's time to stop this.
00:42:57.080 If you're going to run on a platform or a campaign that you're going to reduce the size of government,
00:43:00.560 then when you get to DC, take actions, it's actually going to, that's actually going to deliver
00:43:05.180 something. If you're going to, if you're going to run on a platform that says you're going to secure
00:43:08.460 the borders, then it's time to step up and do something about it. So, you know, the, the,
00:43:14.300 the time of giving lip service to the, to your constituents and then going to DC and doing
00:43:19.140 something completely different is done. It's over. So they're, they're looking for Patriots that are
00:43:24.240 going to go to DC and actually deliver on what they campaign on. You know, it's interesting because
00:43:28.680 Don Bacon had been on meet the press, uh, Easter morning. It was about an 11 minute interview.
00:43:34.860 And he spent the majority of that time speaking about how he's going to get money and fund Ukraine.
00:43:40.420 It wasn't until about the seven minute and 45 second mark that he spoke about what was the most
00:43:45.420 important issues that are coming out of his district. And that was secure the border, secure
00:43:49.780 the border and secure the border. He's done nothing to do that. He didn't have any solutions to do it.
