00:01:28.680 grand jury that he is not reliable. So there's nothing that he presents here that should be given
00:01:34.520 any weight at all by a jury and certainly not this judge. They have placed a ridiculous and
00:01:38.560 unprecedented gag order on President Trump. They were overriding his constitutional right to
00:01:43.760 defend himself from political smears from his harshest critics at the most important time.

00:01:55.100 president. And they have him tied up here in this ridiculous prosecution that is not about justice.

00:16:56.020 cross. It was kind of explosive. Our own Andrew Giuliani is outside the courthouse, sir.
00:17:02.840 Steve, good to be with you, man. We knew that really with the cross examination, fireworks
00:17:07.000 would start, but they started with the grand finale. Todd Blanche got right up there.
00:17:11.820 And one of the first questions he asked to Michael Cohen is if recently on his podcast,
00:17:17.880 Michael Cohen called him, and I quote, this is a quote of Michael Cohen, a crying little
00:17:23.640 shit. That's what he asked. The Cohen said, that sounds like something I would say. Blanche
00:17:29.900 is about to go into more questioning about what Cohen said about Nicholas and Blanche on
00:17:37.800 a recent podcast. But the judge got pissed and called up the prosecution, called up the
00:17:42.480 defense, struck it from the record. But Steve, I have to tell you, I think that alone, along
00:17:47.400 with what was said afterwards, when Blanche asked if he had recently called Donald Trump
00:17:51.840 dictator. Again, this is a quote, dictator douchebag, where Cohen affirmed that it sounds like something
00:17:57.960 that he would say, I think that might have done everything it needed to do with the jury.
00:18:02.240 If somehow, and I don't know if this is possible, but if somehow in the jury there was a little
00:18:06.440 bit of sympathy for Michael Cohen, man, just within that 90 seconds right there, it was
00:18:12.360 all gone immediately. And the defense was off and running with the cross examination.
00:18:17.720 Now, why do you say that? This jury looks like it's never Trump to the nth degree, maybe
00:18:23.500 one, maybe two people. Why are they not loving this? I mean, they support Michael. They're
00:18:27.840 the type of people that go to Michael Cohen's site. They're the type of people that support
00:18:32.700 the sponsors of Michael Cohen. Why would you say it ended any sympathy?
00:18:37.980 Well, that's what I worry. If they are actually, you know, that Manhattan jury pool where we're
00:18:43.240 seeing 86 percent voted for Joe Biden in 2020, I think that number's gone down significantly.
00:18:48.440 And 79 percent voted for Alvin Bragg. Then you wonder if some sympathy has built up there,
00:18:55.500 Steve. And again, I got to say, this jury has done a very, very good job of keeping their poker
00:19:00.180 face on. It's tough to really tell where they are. I'm hopeful there are just a couple unbiased
00:19:04.720 members on there. If they are, then I think they can't look past just the fact that the prosecution
00:19:09.880 was never able to prove the case. And remember, it's still prosecutions can still call witnesses
00:19:15.660 at this point. But they're still relying on Michael Cohen's word on all of this. There's been no
00:19:22.240 documentation that the prosecution has presented that does not rely on Michael Cohen's word.
00:19:28.980 Remember that. And I think that's very, very key when you consider all this.
00:19:33.340 Andrew, hang on a second. I just want to back up a second. They finished the cross of Michael Cohen today.
00:19:38.660 In your mind, have they been able to ascertain or put in front of the jury exactly what the crime is
00:19:46.700 that they're trying to get Michael Cohen's testimony to kind of basically bury Trump?
00:19:53.780 Not clearly, Steve. They're trying to try to concoct this falsified bank records,
00:20:00.960 talking about how it was involved in election interference with 2016. And that's why Cohen did
00:20:09.900 it. There was even a suggestion that Cohen continued it because he was trying to interfere in the 2020
00:20:16.320 election in 2017 and early 2018. Cohen, certainly you could tell, was coached to answer the questions
00:20:25.100 with regards to what the motive was from the prosecution by saying that he wanted to make sure
00:20:30.820 that this stuff did not get out before the 2016 election, even saying that he would not have
00:20:37.140 paid this had it been after election day of 2016 right there, whether or not the jury bought it or
00:20:44.080 not. I I don't know if they did. I certainly didn't buy it. I think most people with an unbiased mind
00:20:49.540 would not buy it. And again, you have to reiterate any time that you talk about this, that Michael
00:20:54.960 Cohen is a perjurer of a United States Congress. He's a convicted felon and somebody that almost
00:21:00.440 every witness that has been called to the stand has said they've caught him in numerous laws.
00:21:06.120 They, you know, Cohen had a very different house style than he normally has in front of this jury,
00:21:11.960 right? Trying to be judicious, trying to be calm, not trying to be a wise guy.
00:21:16.180 And that, you know, clearly they were trying to play that up in front of the jury.
00:21:19.940 Todd Blanche went right at him today with stuff he's put up because the stuff he's put up at TikTok,
00:21:24.460 even the prosecution couldn't stop it. We had President Trump in an orange jumpsuit,
00:21:29.800 I think, behind bars. Why did the judge, when Todd Blanche goes in there and basically talks about
00:21:36.200 what Cohen actually put up and actually said on his podcast, why would Mershon appear to fall into
00:21:43.420 the trap of people that say, this guy's so biased? Why would he jump in when he hasn't jumped in
00:21:49.240 before on anything with Cohen? Why would he jump in to protect Cohen and do it in front of the jury?
00:21:54.780 Well, Steve, let me just answer that by saying, man, the judge's daughter must have been pretty
00:21:58.520 happy when he did that because she has had her company's profits of $90 million from Democratic
00:22:05.560 candidates, including $37 million from Adam Schiff, including over $10 million from Kamala Harris and
00:22:12.060 Joe Biden combined. So that's, I mean, that has to be potentially one of the reasons when you end up
00:22:18.700 looking at this, why Mershon would continue to intervene, it seems like, on the Trump case over
00:22:23.920 here. So when you look at a motive right there in terms of the judge, Steve, it's tough to go beyond
00:22:29.420 that there. But to your point, what you were saying before about Cohen and what he had said on TikTok,
00:22:36.580 I think Blanche did a great job of laying out what Cohen is actually selling, merchandise with coffee
00:22:42.760 cups saying, take him to the big house, not the White House, referring to Donald Trump. You mentioned
00:22:47.580 the shirt Cohen just wore it on his podcast a few short days ago of Donald Trump behind bars on
00:22:53.080 there. And Cohen has a line called Convict 45. So you want to see motive? You want to see Michael
00:23:00.400 Cohen profiting off of Donald Trump going to jail? What's going to happen to that line of clothing and
00:23:05.780 line of coffee mugs if that doesn't happen? Do you think Mershon's going to eliminate any of that
00:23:11.440 from coming in? Because to me, that's totally relevant about intent, motive, all of it, right?
00:23:17.620 You know, Cohen's sitting there going, I should have been attorney general. I thought Trump is going to
00:23:21.480 make me chief of staff. Anybody that was around the time knows that's a total joke. He was never
00:23:25.760 considered for anything. The guy who's looked at his bad news, incompetent bozo and a bad guy
00:23:31.400 from the get-go, right? He had these, you know, he's very grandiose about how he thinks.
00:23:37.500 He's going to be chief of staff. He's going to be attorney general, right? So this has this
00:23:41.780 grandiosity that's quite dangerous because he's an incompetent buffoon. But are they going to allow
00:23:47.160 Todd Blanche and the rest of the defense team to get this in front of the jury?

00:24:23.120 is you're going to get a lot more documented. This is what Michael Cohen said then. This is what he's
00:24:29.420 saying now. And it's not just from 2015, 2016, when he was publicly supporting Donald Trump.

00:24:40.780 the prosecution did not rebuild Cohen's credibility. I think they thought that it was

00:31:09.040 on April 10th, 2024, D.C., the District of Columbia held a training event titled, quote,
00:31:14.680 Non-Citizen Voting Education Virtual Training, in which D.C. announced non-citizen voting would begin
00:31:20.360 in 2024. They amended their code, all the way back to 1955, to change qualified elector to include
00:31:27.160 otherwise eligible non-citizen residents, including illegal aliens. And this is joining a chorus, 0.61
00:31:33.260 by the way. They replaced San Francisco, Oakland, California, some cities in Maryland, Vermont,
00:31:37.660 I think parts of boroughs in New York City. This is happening across the country, okay? Now,
00:31:42.120 to be clear, under federal law, yes, technically only citizens can vote. But here's the problem.
00:31:48.580 Well, federal law also prohibits states from being able to check citizenship. So that has been a
00:31:54.880 barrier. So that has led to, for example, Arizona, who has two systems. Arizona passed a law saying
00:32:00.700 they want to require citizenship. So for state elections, they do check citizenship. For federal
00:32:05.660 elections, they do not because they're prohibited by federal law to do so. This is why I've introduced
00:32:09.980 two bills. The first bill last year was a bill that would, you know, take away funding to D.C.
00:32:16.540 or make it contingent on not allowing non-citizens to vote at the H.R. 486. You know, that was,
00:32:22.920 I think, two years ago. Senator Cruz has it in the Senate. Then I introduced last week, along with
00:32:28.260 Speaker Mike Johnson, 50 of my colleagues, a growing list, Mike Lee and the Senate introduced it,
00:32:32.740 H.R. 8281, the SAVE Act. And that bill is designed to make sure that there is a requirement
00:32:38.560 of proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections in the United States. So we're not just going to make
00:32:43.620 it possible. We're going to require it because under federal law, we can and we should do that.
00:32:49.900 Why is the Biden administration, why is Merrick Garland, why are they not all over helping you
00:32:55.760 guys push this forward as quickly as possible? Well, they're going to hide behind saying things
00:33:00.780 cryptically like this is already against the law. It's already the law that you only have citizens
00:33:05.300 voting. But what they're hiding is, is that states and jurisdictions who want illegals to vote are
00:33:10.140 moving in that direction. These guys want that to occur. That is precisely what they've been doing
00:33:15.220 by flooding our country with people who are from all over the world, from all 180 different countries. 0.60
00:33:20.960 That's purposeful. It's not just, oh, we want labor and it's nice for asylum. I'll say,
00:33:25.380 both. This is to flood the zone with people to increase voters. And they'll say, well, they're

00:33:35.280 that by knowing the system will be abused. We've got evidence clearly of people voting who are not
00:33:40.420 citizens. And now we have cities who are trying to make it easier for them to vote. And they'll say,
00:33:45.260 don't worry, we'll only do that in local elections. Not true. We know that's not true. And the federal
00:33:49.820 government, the current attorney general, the current Department of Justice, the current president,
00:33:54.160 they want that. So our job is to stand up against that. And by the way, if somebody has a problem with
00:33:59.900 our bill and they say, well, it's already against the law, then what are you worried about? My argument
00:34:03.600 back to them, what are you worried about? Well, it would be a burden if they might get in the way
00:34:07.060 of people. It would be an undue burden on the right to vote. But to show up and demonstrate your
00:34:10.560 citizenship, to provide a passport or provide your birth certificate with a driver's license
00:34:14.220 or some other mechanism by which you can prove it? That's insane. Of course, we should only have
00:34:18.820 citizens vote. It is an 87 percent issue, Steve, even in this divided country with crazy people out
00:34:24.540 there who will vote for Joe Biden. Eighty-seven percent of Americans think only citizens should vote.
00:34:28.920 We should stand up and pass this. One of the most powerful parts you've got of this is what went
00:34:34.120 on in D.C. Just take a second, explain to people what Washington, D.C., the nation's capital, was

00:35:16.660 Vermont. This is going to continue unless we do something about it, right? We saw the evidence that
00:35:22.280 came out in South Carolina last week with the Department of Health and Human Services,
00:35:25.280 because they're using under current law, if you go to go get, you know, welfare,
00:35:29.920 that they put you in registration to vote under voter voter. Our bill would clean that up. But
00:35:35.300 let's be very blunt. Like last week, we passed a bill that would require the census to check a
00:35:41.080 citizenship. You'd have to check whether you're a citizen on the census. And then it would require
00:35:45.940 that only citizens be counted in the apportionment of our members of Congress. Well, guess what?
00:35:51.000 It passed on literally a party line vote. Not one Democrat, not one, voted for the proposition
00:35:57.280 that we should count citizenship and that only citizens should be counted in apportionment.
00:36:02.820 This is where the Democratic Party wants to go. So just know that and know what they're trying to
00:36:06.980 do. They want this in this election, the election we're in. They want illegals to be able to vote,
