Bannon's War Room - Episode 3627： Mass Corruption In Arizona; FBI Plot To Assassinate Trump

00:00:00.000 We've got a country with the worst economy, worst inflation, who allowed Russia to go in to attack the Ukraine, who allowed Israel to be attacked and now it's not even helping Israel, and Jewish people that go for Biden and the Democrats, they should have their heads out of you. Thank you very much. 0.89

00:00:19.360 Mr. Trump, were you referring to Matthew Kulantzko?

00:00:23.740 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:32.700 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:37.960 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.

00:00:43.880 I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.

00:00:49.300 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega Media.

00:00:54.260 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:00:59.680 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:01:03.440 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:01:09.640 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:01:13.080 It's Tuesday, 21 May. Oh, excuse me. It's Monday. No, it's Tuesday, 21 May. Wow.

00:01:24.680 Tuesday, 21 May, Euroville, or 2024.

00:01:26.880 President Trump, we just caught the final few seconds of it, but it was another master class in explaining exactly everything that's going on.

00:01:34.820 Big, huge fight today about jury instructions, exactly what the charges are, etc.

00:01:41.100 Mike Davis, we're trying to track down Mike Davis, going to have him on shortly.

00:01:45.440 David Zier, Andrew Giuliani in the courtroom. I think they'll be leaving shortly.

00:01:49.620 Maybe even Don Jr., if we can round him up.

00:01:53.980 But another throwdown today in Manhattan.

00:01:58.920 Also unbelievable, the, and we're going to try to get Julie Kelly on. 1.00

00:02:06.320 Julie Kelly's reporting in her substack, she went through the documents that the judge in Florida unsealed.

00:02:14.740 And we're going to get Julie Kelly, even if we have to get her by phone.

00:02:17.380 And the FBI, in the paperwork that they had to go to the Mar-a-Lago raid to get authorized to get signed off by the judge,

00:02:28.180 actually had the use of a deadly force.

00:02:33.280 And they had notified, they had notified a local hospital and said if there were any casualties, they bring them there.

00:02:42.800 A local medical facility. I kid you not, this is Julie Kelly, a tweet that literally just came out.

00:02:49.760 Tons of new unsealed filings and classified documents case.

00:02:53.620 I'll try to post as much as I can.

00:02:55.660 It goes to work, it's mind-blowing.

00:02:56.860 FBI authorized the use, FBI authorized the use of deadly force at Mar-a-Lago raid.

00:03:04.620 Okay, we're going to get all this to you, all the legal.

00:03:06.760 I want to start in everything else going on.

00:03:08.780 An arraignment today in Arizona, we have Kelly Ward, and I hope we're going to have her lawyer, Brad Smith.

00:03:14.980 Kelly Ward, former head of the Arizona GOP.

00:03:18.460 Thank you for joining us, ma'am.

00:03:20.440 Why were you arraigned in a court in Arizona today?

00:03:24.820 Hi, Steve. It's great to be with you.

00:03:26.640 This is my attorney, Brad Miller, my husband, Mike Ward, because Mike and I were both arraigned today.

00:03:32.220 And Brad's got a lot to tell you.

00:03:35.240 Absolutely. Thank you, Steve.

00:03:36.820 We were arraigned today for what we believe is an unconstitutional attempt at criminalizing speech, criminalizing being a Republican,

00:03:47.780 and criminalizing the questioning of our elections and the things that happened in the Arizona election in 2020 and 2022.

00:03:58.300 So develop that a little bit more.

00:04:01.100 What do you mean by that?

00:04:02.480 Kelly, I guess the grand jury both out there at the last second, I mean, this thing's been around for years, at the last second,

00:04:10.860 it looked like, at least to us, more lawfare.

00:04:13.060 Where they indicted both the people who were the electors, which seems like, you know, the president and his campaign team had every right to have that in case this,

00:04:24.980 in case uncertifiable things happen or state legislatures felt they were uncertifiable, Arizona being the one in play.

00:04:32.860 But also people associated with it, some of the lawyers and other officials associated with it.

00:04:38.660 So when you say it's about free speech, just what do you mean by that?

00:04:41.340 Yeah, so what they've essentially done is they've created a new crime, and that's the crime of questioning an election.

00:04:50.060 So in most states, and Arizona included, crimes are set out in statute, and there are defined elements of what a particular crime is.

00:04:57.780 It took the attorney general months and months and months and thousands and thousands of pages to convince a grand jury that a crime, in fact, had occurred.

00:05:06.040 But what we intend to show, and this is our first day, because today was the arraignment, our first time to answer and say,

00:05:12.540 no, my clients are not guilty of any particular crime because no crime was defined.

00:05:20.680 Okay, I want to go back through that just for a second, Brad.

00:05:24.140 You're saying that the questioning of an election is not a crime, and it took the attorney general,

00:05:29.400 who people should remember is only up, what, 208 votes in an election where there's, I believe, 8,000 or 9,000 uncounted ballots in one of the precincts over there in Arizona.

00:05:44.300 So, you know, people question her legitimacy every day.

00:05:48.420 We do it on the show every day, or every day we talk about Arizona, which is about every day.

00:05:52.180 You're saying she's made a crime of questioning an election, and it took thousands of pages of research and writing for her to convince this grand jury.

00:06:05.260 What were in those pages, and how did she convince a grand jury to actually indict Arizona citizens, sir?

00:06:12.900 So what she's done is she's claimed the passions of those particular individuals.

00:06:17.920 Now, today is an important day for our rule of law and our democratic republic,

00:06:25.740 in that it's the first time that we finally get access and start getting access to those documents,

00:06:30.760 and, in fact, what actually occurred in the grand jury.

00:06:33.800 What we think is disconcerting is that the attorney general has gone all over the media talking about how many crimes occurred

00:06:41.620 and what these particular electors did, what they did what was wrong.

00:06:46.120 But she has not produced any of the documents that back any of her claims.

00:06:51.760 And here's the other important thing that I really want to bring up that's very important in this,

00:06:56.520 is that they've alleged that my clients have committed some sort of conspiracy.

00:07:00.720 What I would like to know, in terms of full transparency for the Minister of Justice in Arizona,

00:07:06.320 what I would like to know is this.

00:07:07.820 Has the attorney general spoken to the attorney generals or anybody in Michigan, in Georgia, in New York,

00:07:14.900 to draft this particular indictment, to get ideas about this indictment,

00:07:19.480 or to have a conspiracy against the individuals who are supporting Trump in the 2020 election?

00:07:25.820 That's really what I want to know, and I hope to get through discovery.

00:07:28.980 Your discovery process could take a long time.

00:07:34.680 One of the things we've been arguing for legislative purposes to make sure this can't happen again

00:07:39.840 is that the House of Representatives that has judiciary, has oversight here,

00:07:45.040 should be conducting hearings and subpoenaing the AG in Arizona, the AG in Michigan, the AG in Georgia.

00:07:52.760 To get to that answer today, don't we need to know that answer?

00:07:56.940 Was there some conspiracy?

00:07:58.420 Because it appears, since there's no coincidences, it appears that that happened.

00:08:04.580 And what strikes me, it seems like the Arizona case, at least the way she propels it, is the simplest.

00:08:10.320 Why did she wait all the way until you're 100 days away from a primary in Arizona? 1.00

00:08:15.280 Because we believe, like, unfortunately, what's happened over the past few years

00:08:21.320 is that Democrats do what they're accusing their opponents of doing.

00:08:25.600 They're actually stifling speech.

00:08:27.720 They want to stamp out and have no questions about the electoral process,

00:08:32.900 even though in 2000 there were many questions.

00:08:35.720 In 2008 there were many questions.

00:08:37.600 In 2016 there were many questions.

00:08:40.180 I remember all the news media going down to Georgia,

00:08:42.600 questioning the gubernatorial election with Stacey Abrams.

00:08:46.780 And, of course, in none of those cases did criminal charges occur.

00:08:51.060 I think that we should support and we should defend people's ability to question the electoral process

00:08:58.980 and question and bring account people for election integrity issues.

00:09:06.640 Do you think that this was brought at this time by the AG this late in the process,

00:09:10.940 given that most of these facts, I think, and I'm not saying there's a crime,

00:09:15.460 but most of just the facts have been known for years and years and years

00:09:18.940 to basically suppress people questioning the 2024 election, sir?

00:09:25.360 Yeah, and that's definitely one of the issues that we're going to bring up.

00:09:28.360 One of the advantages we have in Arizona is we have a statute on the books that talks about

00:09:35.060 bringing a prosecution for a political purpose.

00:09:37.660 It's called an anti-slap legislation.

00:09:41.100 And so we plan on bringing an anti-slap legislation,

00:09:45.360 that legislation against our attorney general.

00:09:48.420 And what this does is this, is it flips the burden of proof on its head.

00:09:53.020 So if we present a prima facie case that there was some sort of political nature to this prosecution,

00:10:01.080 then it now becomes the attorney general's duty and their job and their burden to prove that it was not.

00:10:06.700 That's what we intend to do.

00:10:08.360 I don't know if Attorney General Mays will be able to take the witness stand,

00:10:13.280 but we would encourage her to take the witness stand. 0.72

00:10:15.640 If this is totally above board and full of transparency,

00:10:19.420 then she should be willing to face questions and face questions in the public with cameras there,

00:10:25.380 just like there were today, from attorneys like me,

00:10:29.120 so that we can question her about the political nature of this prosecution.

00:10:36.740 Brad, one of the things we've talked about on the show many times, including this morning,

00:10:41.260 is how they are attempting to make sure that Project 65 is going after all the attorneys.

00:10:48.180 They're going after John Eastman.

00:10:49.380 They're going after Rudy Giuliani.

00:10:50.980 They're going after the law firms to make sure that they're not qualified, talented,

00:10:56.360 and tough lawyers to defend people like Kelly and Mike Ward.

00:11:00.940 Talk about yourself.

00:11:01.960 Why are you risking everything?

00:11:03.660 Because you're going to be as big a target as the wards are in this process,

00:11:08.180 because they've got to take out the attorneys.

00:11:09.920 Why are you taking on this case?

00:11:12.680 The reason I take on this case is because I believe in our democratic republic.

00:11:17.380 I've taken the oath of office multiple times as a Maricopa County prosecutor,

00:11:22.180 and I currently serve in the United States Marine Corps as a judge advocate.

00:11:26.720 And I believe that we should put ourselves, our lives, our families on the line to protect what we have.

00:11:35.140 I think it's very, very precious.

00:11:36.940 And that's not just to protect our views.

00:11:38.780 That's to protect the views of the people we disagree with, too.

00:11:41.480 And that's the important piece, is that the remedy to issues regarding election integrity is not the stifling of speech.

00:11:49.200 It's the encouragement of speech.

00:11:50.760 It's civil engagement.

00:11:52.740 You know, I've received many, many questions over the past few days regarding my clients,

00:11:57.860 talking about they committed some sort of wrong because they filed lawsuits or questioned the election.

00:12:02.320 Absolutely not.

00:12:03.320 I think that's a sign of a healthy democratic republic because people are feel free to question their government,

00:12:11.240 to hold government officials accountable.

00:12:14.060 Unfortunately, what this type of prosecution does is it stifles that type of debate.

00:12:19.400 And that is absolutely incorrect in America today.

00:12:23.120 And that's why I believe that we need good people to stand up and fight.

00:12:26.400 Kelly and Mike, is there anything you can say at this time or under advice of counsel, you're just holding fire?

00:12:36.200 Well, I'll say we're blessed to have an attorney like Brad who is willing to take on something that many attorneys are too afraid to take on.

00:12:45.100 Our Constitution, our wonderful country, our liberty, our very liberty and freedom are at stake.

00:12:52.280 We're the ones they're going after right now.

00:12:54.400 We're glad we have Brad to defend us.

00:12:56.380 And if people out there want to help us, they can go to kellyward.com.

00:12:59.340 We do have a legal fund set up.

00:13:00.740 It's going to cost money, not just for Brad.

00:13:02.460 We're going to help patriots who are being targeted like this in Arizona and other places.

00:13:08.260 If we have funds that are available, we will be using it only for that.

00:13:12.920 And so I hope people will go there and that they can keep us in their prayers.

00:13:17.800 If you can't give money, you can always pray.

00:13:19.980 We need our prayers.

00:13:20.840 We need that protection because I see this as a battle of good versus evil.

00:13:24.920 It's been going on for a very, very long time, but it's really, really spinning up and getting hot right now.

00:13:30.360 So I'd love everybody to help cool it down with those prayers and with any support you can give us at kellyward.com.

00:13:36.820 And, you know, Steve, like you and like Brad, I've served this nation as well.

00:13:41.300 I served the state of Arizona and the country for 33 years in the U.S. Air Force, and it is disappointing to see what's happening to our republic because it's sad.

00:13:57.520 It's really sad.

00:13:58.360 Oh, I think Kelly and Mike, you guys have the patience of Job.

00:14:07.120 I think it's going to get a lot hotter before it gets cooler, and I think it's beyond sad.

00:14:11.900 I think they're trying to destroy this republic.

00:14:13.480 And one way they're going to destroy this republic or attempt to destroy this republic is to come after folks like you, come after you and Kelly, who have been patriots and stood in the breach many, many times.

00:14:24.740 And the new targets are going to be the brads of the world that sit there and try to stand up for people.

00:14:32.200 They're coming after the lawyers because they understand these are legal processes.

00:14:35.140 In lawfare, one of the things they're going to try to do is take out, you know, your knights and your warriors.

00:14:40.900 That's the Rudys and the John Eastmans and the brads. 0.57

00:14:44.980 If you guys can hang on, I'm just going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:47.480 I want to come back.

00:14:48.160 We're also going to go to New York.

00:14:49.940 David Zier is outside the courthouse.

00:14:51.740 Mike Davis is going to join us.

00:14:53.300 Raheem Kassam.

00:14:53.980 We're packed on a Tuesday, on a Tuesday afternoon here in Washington.

00:14:59.720 Can your savings, weather and economic storm think about what you've put away for the future?

00:15:05.300 Inflation can render cash worthless.

00:15:09.180 Real estate can crash like in 2008.

00:15:11.800 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.

00:15:16.140 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.

00:15:21.020 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.

00:15:26.020 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:30.340 It's why people are flocking to it now.

00:15:32.460 Why Birch Gold is busier than ever.

00:15:34.960 Through a little known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:15:43.560 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:46.660 Let me repeat that.

00:15:47.920 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:50.600 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.

00:16:00.220 Let me ask you this again.

00:16:02.620 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?

00:16:08.520 If it can't, call the people I trust.

00:16:11.520 That's Birch Gold.

00:16:12.240 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:16:15.360 Secure your savings today.

00:16:17.960 Birch Gold Group.

00:16:19.540 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:16:21.740 Bannon.

00:16:26.080 Kelly and Mike, obviously prayers are with you from this audience.

00:16:29.520 I suppose it's going to take even more than prayers.

00:16:32.300 It's going to take agency, some muscle.

00:16:36.260 So, Brad, walk us through where people can go to find out more about this case.

00:16:39.660 Where can they go to find out more about you?

00:16:41.340 Because, Brad Miller, you're about to become a big league target because they're going to try to take out every lawyer associated with this as they have been on all these other cases.

00:16:50.300 So, any closing thoughts or observations?

00:16:53.540 And where can people go to find out more?

00:16:54.860 Yeah, where they can go to find out more is you can find me on Twitter at Brad L. Miller.

00:17:02.180 And also, you can go to my website, www.bradlmiller.com, to find more about me.

00:17:09.920 But I think the most important thing is this, is that this is a good day for our constitutional republic.

00:17:15.480 This is a fantastic day, and the reason why is that we finally get to get into the weeds of what our attorney general is alleging, and we get to start pushing back.

00:17:27.220 In most countries, we don't get the right of defense.

00:17:30.140 And so, we look forward to our opportunity to prove that my clients are not guilty, even though it's not our burden, and to show the American public that freedom of speech still rules today here in America.

00:17:44.660 And we look forward to that vindication.

00:17:48.120 I love your optimism.

00:17:50.220 I love it.

00:17:51.720 I hope we're this optimistic as we go through this fight.

00:17:54.600 But, Brad, you're a good man.

00:17:56.200 Thank you for doing this.

00:17:57.080 One more time, what's the social media?

00:17:58.840 You can find me on X or Twitter at Brad L. Miller.

00:18:06.780 Thank you, brother.

00:18:07.720 Appreciate it.

00:18:08.220 Mike and Kelly.

00:18:10.680 Everywhere.

00:18:11.600 Kelly Ward, thank you very much.

00:18:16.700 We got your back.

00:18:17.500 We'll be on top of this one.

00:18:18.820 Thank you.

00:18:20.960 So, the arraignment today of these patriots out in Arizona, it's a full throwdown, whether it's Michigan, whether it's Georgia, Florida.

00:18:28.840 All over.

00:18:29.900 You want to see how corrupt it is.

00:18:35.220 We're going to have Julie Kelly. 0.74

00:18:35.940 Your mind's going to blow when you see these documents.

00:18:40.200 David Zier is checking out.

00:18:41.480 There's some technical aspects of these jury instructions.

00:18:44.080 Mike Davis, David Zier is on it.

00:18:47.020 We're going to get – they're going to get back on.

00:18:48.980 We're going to get David up here momentarily.

00:18:50.460 Raheem Kassam, I don't know if you saw the Julie Kelly tweet, but just unbelievable what's being exposed in this Florida situation.

00:18:59.740 You see why Judge Cannon is – and I got to tell you, I think there's going to be some folks in very deep trouble here.

00:19:06.500 Lieutenant Governor Patrick said it today at the sticks.

00:19:10.400 That's what I've been saying.

00:19:11.220 I think you've got to indict Alvin Bragg for this fiasco in New York, or you don't have a justice system.

00:19:17.020 I think you've got to indict Michael Cohen for larceny, for everything.

00:19:21.540 I mean, it's just outrageous.

00:19:23.420 The media today.

00:19:24.560 Tucker Carlson.

00:19:25.380 We woke up, Raheem, until you made things straight.

00:19:28.980 Newsweek magazine, and then picked up by Rolling Stone and others, Tucker Carlson had a new show that was going to launch on Russian state TV.

00:19:36.920 Was that accurate reporting, sir?

00:19:40.200 Yeah, thanks, Steve.

00:19:41.420 And I still want to know, by the way, as it pertains to Jack Smith and what happened down in Mar-a-Lago, I still want to know, call me crazy, what the governor of Florida knew and when he knew it.

00:19:52.220 But maybe that's just mischief-making on my part.

00:19:55.460 I think it's all pertinent information that's coming out because of these disclosures by Judge Cannon.

00:20:01.500 And, yeah, I think you're right.

00:20:02.400 A lot of people are in trouble as a result of it.

00:20:04.160 Look, we always have to be on the alert, especially for disinformation and misinformation, as President Trump now says, in almost every rally, right?

00:20:14.400 And that's why when this story came out this morning, I think I texted you immediately, kind of as soon as Newsweek published it, to say, you know, Tucker Carlson is in bed with the Russian state media over some new show that they're doing over there.

00:20:28.460 And it just didn't—I mean, it didn't pass the smell test for me, but like you say, Rolling Stone picked it up.

00:20:32.960 National Review picked it up.

00:20:35.000 The Daily Beast picked it up.

00:20:37.320 It was being circulated all over the place.

00:20:38.900 Rick Wilson, of course, the Lincoln Project guys, all of them, they're all tweeting it out.

00:20:42.700 And it only took less than an hour, I think, for us to debunk it, and we had the first debunking article out there about it, that what had transpired was that the Ukrainian Pravda website, which ironically is, in effect, state media in Ukraine,

00:21:01.060 was peddling some information that came out of another organization, a Ukrainian organization, an NGO, which appears to be kind of an information war entity on behalf of the Ukrainian government.

00:21:14.060 So what happened here is the great defenders of democracy, right, the great media class that is supposed to protect us from all of these foreign meddling and so forth,

00:21:25.480 were actually peddling foreign disinformation about not just obviously any old U.S. citizen, but in fact probably one of the most impactful U.S. citizens of our generation, Tucker Carlson.

00:21:37.240 Now, it would be fine if that information stopped there, and you could just put it down to kind of, oh, you know, maybe some journalist got spoofed by this Pravda report, bad enough as that is, by the way, but I don't think that is what's happening here.

00:21:50.860 When you look at the history of the so-called reporter in London, by the way, working for Newsweek, you will find a long history of peddling the Ukrainian state line on all manner of positions,

00:22:03.440 as it pertains to the war, pre-war, and all of that.

00:22:07.380 So with my tinfoil hat firmly off, I would hazard to say that there is a massive operation now out of the Ukrainian government to dupe American reporters,

00:22:20.240 to dupe, not that they need much duping, by the way, to dupe the American public, and what is the likely end result here?

00:22:26.160 What are they going for?

00:22:27.300 They're going to try, and they are trying actively to change the results of the election.

00:22:32.480 This was designed to try and limit the impact of the things that Tucker Carlson says between now and November the 5th.

00:22:39.280 It failed.

00:22:40.160 It failed massively.

00:22:41.320 Big time.

00:22:41.560 But there is a huge op out there right now, and people need to be hyper-alert to it.

00:22:47.140 No, this is the same thing that would just happen in Arizona about the dropping of these charges and Iranian people.

00:22:53.900 Raheem, hang on for one second.

00:22:55.560 I got Julie Kelly on by phone.

00:22:57.460 Julie, you're dropping bombshells today on these documents that Judge Cannon is putting out.

00:23:04.920 Can you walk us through some of the highlights, ma'am?

00:23:06.800 So, again, this is related to more unsealed, unredacted motions that Judge Cannon has ordered to be publicly docketed.

00:23:16.840 And these are two motions.

00:23:19.340 Donald Trump's motion to suppress the evidence collected during the Mar-a-Lago raid, primarily based on it was unlawful.

00:23:26.600 The affidavit was incorrect and misleading.

00:23:29.740 And, of course, it was executed improperly.

00:23:33.580 And part of this disclosure today, as I'm reading through this, Steve, and I really had to read it a few times to believe it,

00:23:41.680 is that in the FBI operations plan, they give guidance on how to, on the use of deadly forks at Mar-a-Lago.

00:23:51.640 This is part of this 20-page whatever plan that the FBI and law enforcement put together.

00:23:56.840 In addition to that, they discuss how these agents, they had about 30 agents, 25 from Miami, four from Washington's field office, who were armed.

00:24:08.280 They had weapons.

00:24:09.480 They had ammo.

00:24:10.700 They had handcuffs.

00:24:12.460 And they talked about what would happen if Donald Trump showed up at Mar-a-Lago during this raid.

00:24:17.740 And what, first off, they had authorization for deadly force.

00:24:26.700 Then they go through, they have all the accoutrements.

00:24:30.600 What did they say was going to happen?

00:24:32.560 They weren't going to handcuff, they weren't going to handcuff Trump, were they?

00:24:36.300 Well, I don't know.

00:24:37.320 I mean, they were obviously prepared, and they talked about this in this document, for contingencies and what agents could do or how they would handle if the former president showed up and how they would engage with Donald Trump and the Secret Service.

00:24:53.600 Then there was a little caveat in there about giving really vague instructions if there was some sort of resistance by Secret Service agents to this raid.

00:25:04.720 That is the word that they used, what happens if the Secret Service resists or interferes with the FBI timeline or process.

00:25:14.360 This is directly from this document.

00:25:16.480 And then they give the agents instructions about how to engage with the Secret Service and presumably allow the armed raid to move forward.

00:25:26.500 Then they discuss how they're allowed to apparently ransack the guest rooms at Mar-a-Lago.

00:25:32.820 And it says if the staff at Mar-a-Lago refuses to hand over the keys, that the search team will just knock on every single door, go door to door, and the FBI, this is directly, again, from the document, will request a map, a list of rooms, skeleton key cards for all the rooms.

00:25:51.040 If staff doesn't turn it over, the FBI also was equipped with lock-picking equipment so they can terrorize the guests at Mar-a-Lago who were staying there in August of 2022.

00:26:02.820 I want to go back for a second to number one, the use of deadly force.

00:26:09.380 Didn't I also see in your Twitter stream that they also had a plan for triaging people if they had casualties and they actually had notified or they had a place to take people if they had casualties?

00:26:23.040 Did I read that incorrectly?

00:26:24.620 No, you read it correctly.

00:26:27.500 With the FBI team embedded was a medic, and they talked about in another form how to treat anyone who was injured during the raid.

00:26:36.520 And they identified a trauma center about 18 miles from Mar-a-Lago, and they inserted a map of how to get from Mar-a-Lago to this trauma center if anyone was injured or hurt during the raid.

00:26:51.300 Don't, okay, don't bury the lead.

00:26:54.560 Okay, we got the lead.

00:26:56.920 Just everything, no, picking the lots in the room and, no, no, no, no, they're all, but no, there's one lead and this is it.

00:27:04.420 But they actually got authority for use of deadly force, and they had plans for casualties.

00:27:13.080 They brought a medic.

00:27:14.280 They had plans for casualties.

00:27:15.940 They had a trauma center set up, and they had a map to the trauma center.

00:27:20.420 That's all part of a component of one thing, I take it, Julie Kelly?

00:27:23.860 Correct.

00:27:26.120 This is part of the plan to conduct the nine-hour armed raid of Mar-a-Lago.

00:27:32.580 And I know some other people are extrapolating that this was a plan to harm the former president or someone at Mar-a-Lago, staff, if God forbid his family.

00:27:43.420 I'm not so sure that that is where this leads.

00:27:47.600 But it's not hard to come to.

00:27:48.860 I think it, I think it, by the way, hang on, hang on, why, when the use of deadly force against a former president of the United States who just had an election stolen from him yesterday or before, hang on for one second.

00:28:01.860 The attempted assassination of President Donald J. Trump.

00:28:06.680 Is it not?

00:28:08.360 Is it not?

00:28:10.400 Is it not?

00:28:12.400 Short break.

00:28:13.500 Julie Kelly, Raheem Kassam, Mike Davis next in the war room.

00:28:16.320 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:28:23.740 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:28:28.240 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:28:35.720 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:28:49.780 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:28:57.180 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:29:08.200 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:29:13.740 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:29:26.060 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:29:31.820 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:29:38.600 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:43.660 Times of turbulence. Just listen when Julie Kelly walks through these documents.

00:29:48.480 These are the documents that have been hidden from you. This is why Judge Cannon is so furious.

00:29:51.820 It's BirchGold.com slash Bannon. End of the dollar empire.

00:29:56.360 I think it's going to be more than the end of the dollar empire.

00:29:58.600 We keep going down this route. It's going to be the end of the American Republic.

00:30:03.100 Go to BirchGold. Ask for Philip Patrick on the team. Do it today.

00:30:07.300 Julie Kelly, Judge Cannon, as you can tell, has been very upset.

00:30:12.420 You've been the one most on top of this and have signaled this.

00:30:16.760 She's upset. Now we know why, right?

00:30:18.460 She's known this from the beginning, and this is why she's outraged?

00:30:22.340 Oh, she's known this from the very beginning.

00:30:24.440 She's known this since the few weeks after the Mar-a-Lago raid in August of 2022.

00:30:28.900 She got the lawsuit that Donald Trump filed after the raid seeking a special master,

00:30:34.100 a third party, to vet all of the evidence.

00:30:36.680 And she consented to that.

00:30:38.360 She appointed a special master in September of 2022, basically saying,

00:30:41.760 I don't trust the DOJ. You guys have already mishandled evidence.

00:30:45.220 You're already leaking information to the press.

00:30:48.820 So, no, we have—this is an unprecedented case against a former president.

00:30:53.180 We have to make sure that the American people can trust the process.

00:30:56.740 Now, she was overturned by the 11th Circuit.

00:30:59.600 Shame on those judges for doing that, because she's been completely exonerated.

00:31:04.360 Everything she predicted back in September of 2022,

00:31:08.200 everything she confronted DOJ about has come to fruition and more.

00:31:13.300 So that's why she is doing her part.

00:31:15.820 She is fully on board with transparency, accountability.

00:31:19.600 I will be at the courthouse again tomorrow.

00:31:21.480 There's a hearing on Trump's co-defendant Walt Nauta's motion to dismiss

00:31:25.460 for selective addictive prosecution.

00:31:27.740 We should have some big fireworks tomorrow,

00:31:30.720 because it will also be the first time she sees a team who lied to her

00:31:35.420 and told her that evidence was in its original condition after the raid

00:31:39.240 and then came back and said, no, it wasn't.

00:31:43.900 Also, these folks came in—one of the boardroom engine room texted me and said,

00:31:48.620 hey, they were itching for a fight when they went down there.

00:31:50.840 They were itching for a fight.

00:31:52.180 Talk about how the Visigoths—what they did to Melania's suite, Melania's room, and Baron's room. 1.00

00:31:57.860 I'm just looking through.

00:31:59.800 There's another filing disclosed by Trump's team,

00:32:02.240 and this is an FBI document categorizing all the photos that were taken.

00:32:06.960 There are dozens of photos taken out of Melania's room

00:32:11.540 and several taken out of Baron's room.

00:32:14.640 I don't know exactly what they were.

00:32:16.200 It just refers to the location.

00:32:18.780 But what—and there's actually—and I'm going to be posting this,

00:32:21.400 and Mike Davis, your ears are going to be burning as soon as I say this.

00:32:24.680 There are probably 16 citations of pictures of binders in Melania Trump's suite.

00:32:34.760 Binders, that's the word that they use.

00:32:37.180 Now, I know what Mike Davis is going to say,

00:32:38.960 which is what he's been saying from the beginning,

00:32:41.140 that this whole thing was based on trying to retrieve Trump's copy of the Crossfire Hurricane document.

00:32:47.980 So what were they doing in Melania's suite,

00:32:51.580 and why were they taking pictures of binders that she allegedly had in her bedroom?

00:32:57.480 So that, again—but whoever said that the FBI was spoiling for a fight,

00:33:02.320 that is absolutely what this looks like.

00:33:05.960 And we are lucky that no one was hurt during that raid

00:33:09.560 because they were prepared for a fight.

00:33:12.020 One of my smartest folks in the engine room texted me when Julie Kelly was halfway through

00:33:19.280 and said, hey, they were looking for a fight.

00:33:21.580 They wanted a fight, and they wanted a gunfight down there.

00:33:24.620 Julie Kelly, how do people get to you?

00:33:26.220 We'll have you on tomorrow.

00:33:27.360 You're down in Florida.

00:33:28.500 By the way, some of the left is so upset with Julie Kelly,

00:33:31.080 they keep mentioning in these mean tweets,

00:33:32.960 she's not a lawyer. 0.99

00:33:33.960 She's not a lawyer. 0.99

00:33:34.740 Thank God you're not a lawyer.

00:33:36.480 You've got common sense.

00:33:37.560 But, man, that's the big hit on you by the left

00:33:41.160 because you're doing such a great job.

00:33:42.680 Where do they go, Julie?

00:33:43.480 What's your social media?

00:33:44.640 Where do they go for your Substack?

00:33:46.260 I've been called way worse things than not a lawyer,

00:33:48.780 although that's a pretty, you know, insult.

00:33:51.640 Oh, no, I'm not a lawyer.

00:33:53.800 So my Substack, I've got a piece on this.

00:33:56.100 I hurried up and posted that this afternoon,

00:33:58.140 declassified it with Julie Kelly at Substack,

00:34:00.480 Twitter, xJulie underscore Kelly, too.

00:34:02.980 And I'm posting a bunch of stuff now on Truth Social,

00:34:05.200 Julie underscore Kelly.

00:34:06.140 And, yes, we will talk tomorrow.

00:34:07.640 I will be in the courtroom tomorrow at 10 a.m.

00:34:10.160 to see more drama.

00:34:14.740 Grace and Mo, let's push out hard everything

00:34:17.300 that Julie Kelly's right now.

00:34:18.520 Julie, thank you so much.

00:34:19.760 Mike Davis, your rise to national prominence

00:34:23.320 started on the afternoon of this raid.

00:34:25.980 You called it then.

00:34:27.760 Now that you've seen these documents, your thoughts?

00:34:29.780 There's no question that President Biden orchestrated this raid on President Trump

00:34:37.740 to go get those declassified crossfire hurricane presidential records that are so damning

00:34:43.960 to Obama, to Biden, to Hillary, to the AG, to the FBI director, James Cumming, to the CIA,

00:34:51.780 to the DNI.

00:34:53.000 They made up the Russian collusion hoax in 2016 because Hillary Clinton had her illegal home

00:35:00.620 server as secretary of state that not only had our nation's most classified secrets,

00:35:05.360 it had the evidence of the Clinton Foundation's pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes when Hillary was

00:35:13.320 the secretary of state.

00:35:14.600 And the Russians and the Chinese almost certainly hacked this server. 0.86

00:35:19.040 And the Obama regime and the Hillary campaign were worried this hacked material was going

00:35:25.460 to come out on this bribery and foreign corruption from the Clinton Foundation.

00:35:29.300 So they said it was a—they made up the crossfire hurricane investigation, the Russian collusion

00:35:35.320 hoax, so they can say when this came out that this was a dirty campaign trick from the Trump

00:35:40.200 campaign.

00:35:40.660 And you say, that sounds crazy.

00:35:42.120 How could you possibly say that, Mike?

00:35:44.060 Well, they did the same thing in 2020 with Hunter Biden's laptop from hell with the Biden

00:35:49.960 family corruption.

00:35:50.880 They had the CIA work with the 51 former intel officials to say it had all the hallmarks of a

00:35:56.800 Russian disinformation campaign.

00:35:58.260 They deplatformed the New York Post, America's oldest newspaper.

00:36:02.480 Trump declassified the crossfire hurricane records via presidential memo the day before he

00:36:08.420 left office.

00:36:10.080 The FBI, the intel agency said, you can't release these—

00:36:13.480 Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike, what is—but what does Jim Jordan and Mike Johnson need?

00:36:18.820 This is—you should start impeachment proceedings just on that.

00:36:22.440 They authorized deadly force.

00:36:24.160 They had a medic.

00:36:25.620 They had a plan to triage the wounded.

00:36:28.280 They had a trauma center 18 miles away in a map.

00:36:31.640 This was an attempted assassination attempt on Donald John Trump or people associated with

00:36:38.480 him.

00:36:39.160 They wanted a gunfight.

00:36:40.240 They brought a—they had use of deadly force authorized by the director of the FBI and

00:36:46.780 Merrick Garland.

00:36:48.700 They brought a medic, a combat medic.

00:36:51.420 They brought—they had a triage plan for the injured, and they had a trauma center.

00:36:55.980 What more do we need?

00:36:56.920 Good God in heaven.

00:36:58.140 What more?

00:36:58.580 President Trump just truthed out when he walks out the courtroom.

00:37:01.160 What more do we need to shut this down?

00:37:04.380 What is it going to take?

00:37:06.220 Are we going to send a sharply worded letter, Mike Davis?

00:37:08.420 Is that what—look at what the evidence is.

00:37:11.020 The judge has known this.

00:37:12.280 She's got a—she's pleading for help. 0.72

00:37:14.880 That's why she's got this trial of Jack Smith on the 27th, 28th, and 29th of June.

00:37:20.960 Sir, how can we—if we tolerate this, we're tolerating the end of this republic, sir.

00:37:25.120 Yeah, that—this just—the fact that President Biden had his librarians send in assassins to

00:37:34.000 go get these crossfire hurricane records, it shows you how—how damaging these are to

00:37:41.700 Biden, to Obama, to Hillary, to the deep state.

00:37:45.460 If these get out, it is—it is going to destroy these—the intel community and the law enforcement

00:37:51.460 agencies, because they ran the biggest scandal ever with Crossfire Hurricane.

00:37:57.460 They spied on a presidential candidate.

00:37:59.580 They spied on the president of the United States.

00:38:02.300 They lied to the FISA court.

00:38:04.180 They lied to Congress.

00:38:05.220 They tried to hobble the Trump presidency, and now they're trying to throw him in prison

00:38:10.740 for the rest of his life based upon these four bogus indictments in four different jurisdictions. 0.98

00:38:18.300 They want Trump to die in prison.

00:38:20.120 They're trying to gag him, because they know that if he gets back into the White House

00:38:24.620 and releases these Crossfire Hurricane records, it's game over for Obama, Biden, Hillary, the

00:38:31.180 FBI, the CIA, the broader law enforcement and intel community.

00:38:35.520 This is—this is the biggest scandal in American history, and that's why—that—that is why

00:38:40.380 President Trump is facing this unprecedented lawfare.

00:38:43.480 This is why they sent in deadly force to go get these records.

00:38:47.320 Mike, before I let you go, I know you've got to bounce, but another fiasco up in the court

00:38:54.160 today about the jury instructions and Colangelo, what was it?

00:38:57.280 Well, with Colangelo, you have Matthew Colangelo, this Biden political operative who worked

00:39:04.460 for Obama in the Justice Department, worked for the Obama White House, worked for the

00:39:08.800 Obama DNC, worked for the Biden Justice Department, who went up to Manhattan to bring these bogus

00:39:14.380 charges seven years later against Trump for these non-crimes.

00:39:18.600 They're trying to have this Democrat judge, Juan Mershon, this corrupt judge whose daughter

00:39:24.580 is fundraising, raising millions off this trial.

00:39:27.840 They're trying to have the jury instructions where they take out the criminal intent, where

00:39:33.160 they don't even have to prove all the necessary elements of criminal intent.

00:39:37.180 So this jury is instructed to find Trump guilty, even without the required criminal intent that

00:39:44.500 you would need under these statutes.

00:39:45.760 For example, willful doesn't mean willful anymore in this Orwellian trial up in New York.

00:39:52.740 And again, they don't care if this criminal conviction ultimately gets reversed by the

00:39:58.600 appellate courts, by the Supreme Court of the United States.

00:40:01.080 They want to label Trump a felon before November 5th, 2024, because they think that's the only

00:40:07.600 way that Biden can beat Trump.

00:40:10.120 But guess what?

00:40:10.740 We have been out there for the last 22 months relentlessly to turn this lawfare against them.

00:40:18.480 Mike, where do people get you, sir?

00:40:21.300 Article3project.org, article3project.org.

00:40:24.120 You can take action.

00:40:25.480 You can donate.

00:40:26.260 You can find our social media.

00:40:27.420 Thank you.

00:40:33.400 Mike Davis.

00:40:34.700 Raheem Kassam, observations, use of deadly force.

00:40:38.860 They brought a combat medic.

00:40:40.900 They had triage planned for the injured, and they had a trauma center set up 18 miles away

00:40:45.500 with a map of how to get there on the gunfight they wanted in Mar-a-Lago.

00:40:49.980 Raheem Kassam, your thoughts and observations?

00:40:52.040 Well, the first, the most important observation, I think, is that of President Trump, who just

00:40:58.860 posted a truth about this just moments ago.

00:41:02.040 I won't do the impression yet.

00:41:04.540 But he said, wow, I just came out of the Biden witch hunt trial in Manhattan, the icebox,

00:41:09.680 and was shown reports that Crooked Joe Biden's DOJ in the illegal and unconstitutional raid

00:41:14.300 of Mar-a-Lago switched to all caps, authorized the FBI to use deadly lethal force.

00:41:20.900 Now we know for sure that Joe Biden is a serious threat to democracy. 0.89

00:41:23.780 He is mentally unfit to hold office, 25th Amendment. 0.67

00:41:27.940 And, you know, there's obviously a lot of truth there, and there's obviously a lot of

00:41:31.560 truth behind the idea that Joe Biden doesn't have full control of what's going on.

00:41:37.240 There are real, genuine, modern-era fascists at the heart of the Biden regime who would

00:41:44.160 use deadly force against a political opponent, or authorize deadly force against a political

00:41:49.200 opponent.

00:41:49.660 And I think you need to stress—I need to stress to America how seriously to take this, because,

00:41:57.000 you know, when they talk about our democracy, our democracy, they're not talking about the

00:42:02.540 process of voting.

00:42:03.500 They're talking about the stitch-up.

00:42:06.860 They're talking about the top 1 percent of the top 1 percent, their international rules-based

00:42:13.000 order, their institutions, their livelihoods, their safety, their security, not yours.

00:42:17.820 They're not interested in it.

00:42:18.720 And so, you know, when Trump talks about Biden being the threat to democracy, he's using that

00:42:24.680 word to mean, you know, what it actually used to mean, right, which is freedom and liberty

00:42:30.480 as the United States has known it.

00:42:32.180 Steve, I think everything that's coming out from this right now—and I was talking to

00:42:37.220 somebody about this earlier—you couldn't have dreamed that they would have shot themselves

00:42:42.780 in the feet just over and over again with these court cases.

00:42:46.720 You look at Fanny Willis' behavior on Rachel Maddow.

00:42:50.200 You look at what's going on with Jack Smith, as we've been discussing.

00:42:54.940 And you see what's coming out of this trial, even today, by the way.

00:42:58.540 But it took—no, but it took—go ahead—but it took this audience and others to stand

00:43:04.980 in the breach and to be force multipliers on information warfare and get it out over

00:43:10.140 and over and over again.

00:43:12.540 Yeah, yeah.

00:43:13.400 And as much as we should never forget the people who have perpetrated these lies and

00:43:17.200 this fascism, we should also never forget the people who failed to stand with Donald Trump

00:43:23.480 through all of that because I remember them and I can count them and I've lived that life.

00:43:28.260 And while some of us were there in real time standing shoulder with him, we remember who

00:43:33.480 left the battlefield.

00:43:34.360 Hang on one second.

00:43:36.580 We'll go to a break.

00:43:42.660 virtue signaling when you're simply trying to buy products?

00:43:47.480 Progressive corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative

00:43:53.540 Americans, all while eroding the future of the American dream.

00:43:58.560 It's prominent all over the country.

00:44:00.760 Companies like Starbucks strong-arming their customers to support abortion.

00:44:04.840 Financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.

00:44:09.980 Makeup companies like Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender 1.00

00:44:14.240 models.

00:44:14.940 And beer companies like Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is 0.99

00:44:20.800 to enjoy a cold beer.

00:44:23.020 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer with our hard-earned dollars.

00:45:40.160 War Room.

00:45:41.840 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:45:43.920 Bannon.

00:45:47.580 Raheem, your closing thoughts and observations on what has been a very brutal day about the

00:45:54.580 state apparatus pointed at President Donald J. Trump.

00:45:58.800 Yeah, look, I think we've learned over and over again now, right, that as far as our perception

00:46:04.860 on what the establishment is willing to do to stop Trump, to stop this movement, to not,

00:46:09.880 as you once said, toss the keys back over and leave it up to MAGA to run the country, is

00:46:15.180 to use another cliche, where there is smoke, there is fire, right?

00:46:19.580 There is nothing that they are not willing to do.

00:46:21.680 There is nowhere they're not willing to go.

00:46:23.480 As it pertains to the trial today as well, the details of which I would add, I would say

00:46:29.500 that Will Upton over at the National Pulse has the single best roundup every single day

00:46:36.480 of this trial that it's been going on now.

00:46:39.220 It's a little longer than the stuff that we usually publish, but it's all in there, and

00:46:43.080 we'll have that up, gosh, just in about an hour's time at thenationalpulse.com.

00:46:48.200 We'll go to it tonight.

00:46:50.460 Your social media, Raheem.

00:46:51.940 Yeah, everything's at Raheem Kassam, R-A-H-E-E-M-K-A-S-S-A-M, and the Nat Pulse on X, and thenationalpulse.com

00:47:03.520 forward slash war room to support our work.

00:47:07.920 You're great, sir.

00:47:09.060 Keep going.

00:47:09.820 David Zier, you were in the courtroom.

00:47:11.340 What's the bone of contention about this meaning of intent?

00:47:13.840 Well, I guess it helps Bovee and the defense just, you know, portray what was in the mind

00:47:22.600 of Donald Trump throughout this whole thing, and they're trying to take that definition

00:47:26.820 out, and the judge kept shutting down Bovee, who wanted to bring up the Cohen testimony

00:47:31.820 that Pecker told him this agreement was bulletproof.

00:47:34.520 I watched Bovee and the judge go back and forth, and there was also contention over what's the

00:47:40.340 and definition of a retainer agreement according to New York state law, and Bovee disagreed with

00:47:46.320 the prosecution, who said that it has to be in writing, and they brought up case law

00:47:51.880 each side, and the judge said he would go back and look at it and decide on that, but

00:47:56.240 it sounded like what your previous guest said, that they're trying to take away the ability

00:48:02.380 to, you know, understand what was in Trump's mind here at the time of all this going on.

00:48:10.340 Real quickly, you also know about, there's going to be supposed to be protests against

00:48:15.140 President Trump in South Bronx on Thursday.

00:48:17.620 You've got a scoop for us?

00:48:21.380 Yeah, well, I've been talking to a lot of people on the ground here, and these protests

00:48:24.860 are pretty significant here, Steve.

00:48:27.700 We've got elected officials.

00:48:29.280 You've got the SEI, Service Workers Union behind it.

00:48:32.500 They want to shut down the subways.

00:48:34.660 John Zaccaro Jr. is behind it.

00:48:36.720 New York State Assembly member Amanda Septino.

00:48:39.000 Richie Torres, the New York District congressman from the Bronx.

00:48:42.840 The Bronx is the most Democratic area there is, he said, and they won't buy snake oil from

00:48:47.680 Donald Trump, who's on a mission to dismantle the people of the Bronx social safety net,

00:48:52.220 which is ridiculous, because like two-thirds of the kids in the Bronx are living below the

00:48:55.740 poverty line.

00:48:56.640 So I expect there's some fireworks on Thursday.

00:48:59.240 They will try to shut down the subways.

00:49:01.720 This is an area that went about 80 percent for Joe Biden, about 80 percent for Governor Hochul,

00:49:05.900 too.

00:49:06.520 So a lot going on on the ground here.

00:49:08.820 Yeah.

00:49:10.300 Zier, great reporting.

00:49:11.880 Great work in the courtroom.

00:49:13.480 Real quickly, your social media, where do people get you?

00:49:17.240 Yeah.

00:49:17.900 At Dave Zier on X and at David Zier on Getter Truth Social and Facebook and David W. Zier on

00:49:24.860 Instagram.

00:49:25.340 Thank you, brother.

00:49:28.540 Great work, David Zier.

00:49:29.960 So lawfare from Manhattan to Arizona, the arraignment in Arizona.

00:49:35.600 Shocking news.

00:49:36.840 Julie Kelly's work on these documents are going to be incredible, incredible, incredible,

00:49:42.720 incredible.

00:49:43.200 We'll get more into that as the show goes on.

00:49:45.580 The next hour is going to be on fire.

00:49:47.640 You don't want to miss it with our guests that we've got lined up.

00:49:49.940 Now I want to introduce the new spokesman for Done With Debt, Jillian Barbary. 0.95

00:49:55.040 Jillian, Done With Debt, I just the other day I read a report, I think it was Business

00:49:59.320 Insider, 9.8 percent of credit cards are suspended because people can't make the payments.

00:50:07.540 Why is Done With Debt?

00:50:08.460 You're the spokesman.

00:50:09.360 What can Done With Debt, how can they help our audience?

00:50:12.940 Well, you know, not all of us are brilliant soothsayers with money like Steve Bannon.

00:50:21.420 But inflation, you know, we are now one in three Americans are maxed out on credit cards,

00:50:28.060 22 percent interest rates.

00:50:30.540 And the average American is over a lifetime $120,000 in debt.

00:50:37.000 And the worst part is, it's not from like overspending, sometimes it's, it can be medical.

00:50:45.800 Like in my case, it was cancer, right?

00:50:47.940 So I had death and taxes at my door, don't ask.

00:50:51.440 It was a nightmare.

00:50:52.660 And so when you're under financial stress or disease or both, knock knock, your life's a living hell.

00:51:01.280 And the last thing you're thinking about, you have anxiety, you don't sleep at night.

00:51:04.700 And let's face it, the system is rigged against you, right?

00:51:08.280 So Done With Debt, what they're going to do is they're going to be the middleman.

00:51:12.500 You're not going to get any more of the annoying phone calls, the scary letters.

00:51:16.540 I didn't want to open my mailbox.

00:51:18.000 I was terrified.

00:51:18.800 I used to live on my phone, Steve.

00:51:21.100 I was terrified of getting calls.

00:51:24.040 And most debt collectors make their money, you know, from bill consolidation.

00:51:30.500 Or they'll say, okay, we'll put you in BK, a bankruptcy.

00:51:36.200 So what, think of it as football, because I worked in the NFL for 10 years.

00:51:39.640 Here's what we do.

00:51:40.680 Done With Debt is like the middleman.

00:51:42.560 They're just like your defense.

00:51:43.780 They're going to run defense. 0.98

00:51:45.040 They're going to block.

00:51:45.960 They're going to tackle the collectors.

00:51:47.380 They're going to be out of your way.

00:51:48.540 So no more harassing calls.

00:51:50.020 But more importantly, they're aggressive.

00:51:52.080 And they're going to negotiate for you.

00:51:54.040 So they know the ins and outs.

00:51:56.680 They know what they can do with the banks.

00:51:59.140 They know what they can do with timing.

00:52:02.380 They're the insiders.

00:52:03.700 It's sort of pennies on the dollar.

00:52:05.020 They'll say, okay, you don't want to take this deal?

00:52:07.600 Yeah.

00:52:08.400 You'll get nothing then.

00:52:09.580 Yeah.

00:52:10.920 I just, we got to bounce.

00:52:12.240 We're going to be back on.

00:52:12.900 But just for the audience, you can't put that letter in the drawer.

00:52:16.200 It's a process.

00:52:17.060 You have to engage in the process.

00:52:18.680 That's what Done With Debt helps you get into the process.

00:52:21.120 They're going to cap the interest rates.

00:52:22.660 They're going to cap what you own.

00:52:23.660 They're going to negotiate hard.

00:52:25.120 But I just want our audience to understand.

00:52:26.640 And you can't put it in the drawer.

00:52:28.380 It's not going to go away.

00:52:29.640 It's there.

00:52:30.520 It's going to, it's a living, breathing thing.

00:52:33.180 And you've got to stop it.

00:52:34.200 Am I correct there?

00:52:35.680 You're 100% correct.

00:52:36.980 I put it in the drawer for a long time.

00:52:39.060 I ripped it up a few times because I had medical, massive medical.

00:52:43.360 I was thinking about living instead of a bill.

00:52:47.000 And they won't go away.

00:52:50.460 It's the biggest part of people's stress.

00:52:53.660 And so what Done With Debt will do for you is just take all that away.

00:52:57.980 They will take on the responsibility of dealing with all of these creditors.

00:53:02.000 They'll roll it into a bundle.

00:53:03.460 They'll figure it out for you.

00:53:05.160 And they'll just take all of the stress that you're facing on a daily basis away.

00:53:10.140 Great hit, Jillian.

00:53:13.460 Look forward to talking to you and having you back on.

00:53:15.460 Done With Debt.
