Bannon's War Room - Episode 3641： Lawfare, Polling, And The Failed Attempts To Eliminate Trump

00:00:00.000 And now I'm reading stories that President Biden is discussing his polling numbers and his staff is discussing the polling numbers.

00:00:09.520 And they don't believe in polls and they're mad because there's emphasis on the age issue.

00:00:16.280 Stop it. Stop it. Your poll numbers are not good.

00:00:19.760 Oh, get over it. I hate to say that.

00:00:22.960 Now, why don't you tear his face off and talk about and you've already fought. 0.91

00:00:31.900 No one would know it, but you keep it a secret. You're far raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour.

00:00:37.140 You know what? It's a really good idea. You know why it's a really good idea?

00:00:41.460 Because it doesn't cost jobs. They have economists that have looked at this every way you can.

00:00:47.000 And when you raise the minimum wage and say, well, it's only X people get the minimum wage.

00:00:53.920 Yes, but there's X million people that get 20 percent above the minimum wage. 0.96

00:00:58.740 And if you raise it, it'll go up. No, that's not a new idea, James.

00:01:01.960 That's, oh, democratic populism. Mark Penn is not going to like that.

00:01:06.940 Well, who gives a s**t what Mark Penn likes or doesn't like?

00:01:10.760 It's try it on the poll. Try it on the poll. 0.92

00:01:14.100 And I'm going to take something else, you know, that Mark Penn is not going to like or the, oh, we've got to be, we've got to understand these people, James.

00:01:26.880 We've got to, we've got to balance, you know. Oh, no, no, you don't.

00:01:30.880 So next year, the Trump tax cuts are coming to be renewed because they want 10-year budget projections or something. 0.98

00:01:41.300 Oh, s**t, it's just all bulls**t that I don't even tell you about. 0.56

00:01:45.520 We're not going to do it on incomes over $400,000 a year. 0.97

00:01:48.880 And we're going to take that money and we're going to put it into something that helps young people.

00:01:53.800 Because the generational thievery that has occurred in this country is criminality of the first order.

00:02:04.760 And we keep wondering why these young people aren't coming home to the Democrats, which is, why blacks are not coming home to the Democrats? 0.99

00:02:16.060 Because Democratic messaging is full of s**t. That's why. 0.99

00:02:21.460 And talk about cost of living. 0.96

00:02:24.800 And we're going to help deal with this. 0.97

00:02:27.340 And don't talk about f**king Gaza and student loans. 0.87

00:02:31.040 That's so out, the Harvard, the guy De La Vope is pretty good. 0.97

00:02:35.060 Give him 15 issues.

00:02:36.320 You know what the number 14 and 15 issue are total?

00:02:39.980 Student debt in Gaza.

00:02:41.440 I forgot which order it's in.

00:02:44.260 And why are we forgiving student loans for people that go to Harvard?

00:02:50.100 Which, according to Scott Galloway, quite accurately, is nothing but a hedge fund that has classrooms. 0.52

00:02:56.440 Well, they got a $52 billion f**king surplus.

00:02:59.500 Why are taxpayers going to bail these people out?

00:03:02.480 Why don't you come out for a proposal to tax every university endowment over $5 billion and use that money to give their former students relief?

00:03:16.920 Or the Harvard Board of Overseers or whatever the f**k they call it, Harvard Corporation or whatever, like that. 0.98

00:03:23.880 And my niece, you know, came home from Princeton and all the young people there are mad about Gaza and s**t and all of that crap you hear on TV and all that crap you read in a newspaper. 0.98

00:03:40.760 So I'm not going to—we all know where we are. 0.98

00:03:46.240 We all know the position we're in.

00:03:49.080 We all know what the polls say.

00:03:51.580 We all know how old President Biden is. 0.94

00:03:55.460 Quit f**king arguing what's right in front of your face and start laying something out there. 0.97

00:04:00.680 This is a time for choosing. 0.95

00:04:02.860 This is a time where—not just us, because we know the stakes.

00:04:07.700 This is a time of Constitution.

00:04:08.740 This is a time to see if these—well, it's not fair to criticize him for having a flag in his yard.

00:04:16.300 Or Alito went on a fishing trip because there was an extra spot on the G5.

00:04:22.580 Or we don't like the minimum wage because it's not a new idea.

00:04:26.820 Or we don't like taxing the rich because it'll hurt their feelings and they won't feel respected.

00:04:35.380 And they won't go out and leverage middle interest rates or whatever these s**t people do.

00:04:42.420 And Harvard is going to feel bad if you have anything to do with their endowment.

00:04:48.680 Okay, let's get over all of this. 0.98

00:04:51.320 Let's get over all these silly-ass, irrelevant elites worrying about it. 1.00

00:04:57.940 And let's go between now and Election Day and just kick ass. 1.00

00:05:04.700 I'm serious. 0.98

00:05:06.980 Come up with simple, understandable, popular—yes—proposals that people can understand where there's a distinction.

00:05:18.480 Ask about syphilis.

00:05:20.060 It's a relevant issue.

00:05:22.620 Don't spin the polls.

00:05:24.420 Change the polls.

00:05:28.540 Who cares what the poll is?

00:05:30.520 What I'm trying to do is—it's like going to manage a baseball game in the fifth inning where you know you're down five to three.

00:05:37.580 Yeah, I know I'm s**t down.

00:05:38.600 I'm trying to get six runs before I can stop them from getting another one.

00:05:42.980 That's what normal people do.

00:05:44.800 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:05:52.940 Pray for our enemies.

00:05:54.860 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:05:58.040 Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:06:02.320 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:06:04.220 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:06:05.420 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that.

00:06:07.400 But you're not going to stop it.

00:06:08.360 It's going to happen.

00:06:09.640 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:06:13.040 Mega media.

00:06:14.380 I wish in my soul—I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:06:19.740 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:06:22.920 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:06:29.840 War Room.

00:06:30.780 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:06:38.600 Tuesday, 28 May, Year of our Lord, 2024.

00:06:41.140 The Democrats in a total complete meltdown to kick off a historic week.

00:06:46.400 They've got one error in the quiver.

00:06:48.220 No, James Carval, it's not syphilis.

00:06:50.760 What?

00:06:51.380 Where did that come from, bro?

00:06:53.180 No, it's not syphilis as a major campaign issue.

00:06:56.860 It is lawfare.

00:06:58.180 The only error they've got left is to try to imprison President Trump.

00:07:04.980 Okay, we've got the polling with Rasmussen.

00:07:07.000 We're going to go to Texas.

00:07:08.660 Huge day today on the runoff elections.

00:07:10.980 We're going to go to Geneva.

00:07:12.000 Good news.

00:07:12.720 World Health Organization pandemic treaty not happening, at least now.

00:07:16.940 We are packed wall-to-wall here in the War Room.

00:07:19.340 Let's start with Julie Kelly. 0.99

00:07:20.420 Julie, you kind of started this all off, this firestorm.

00:07:23.200 10 o'clock on Friday night, Jack Smith filed and included not just exhibits from President

00:07:32.020 Trump, but exhibits with yours truly, Stephen K.

00:07:36.480 Bannon, in the smiling visage of Mike Davis as we were saying mean things about Biden and

00:07:44.300 the FBI and DOJ.

00:07:46.060 And he was whining and crying and wanted to stop.

00:07:48.460 And President Trump just came back.

00:07:49.860 Tell us, where do we stand on the gag order, the trying to shut down President Trump in

00:07:54.620 every way possible, put him in prison this week, gagging this week?

00:07:58.860 Where are we?

00:07:59.320 So, this late night, Friday night, holiday weekend motion to modify Donald Trump's release

00:08:08.300 conditions in the Southern Florida case, this is a direct result, Steve, of my, not my discovery,

00:08:16.920 but what I posted on Tuesday when those motions were filed that disclosed that in the operation

00:08:23.960 order for the Mar-a-Lago raid, the government included use of lethal force guidance in that

00:08:30.560 order.

00:08:31.680 So, and of course, I went on your show right away after those motions were posted, and

00:08:36.740 I was one who broke the news.

00:08:39.040 And this has caused chaos everywhere, including in my own life for the past week.

00:08:45.660 Who would have thought that?

00:08:46.920 But at any rate, this is a direct result of that reporting, Jack Smith using the legal

00:08:52.880 process to refute what certainly could have been a potentially dangerous situation for

00:09:00.760 the former president and his family.

00:09:03.120 We saw Tuesday night, FBI Director Christopher Wray came out with a rare statement downplaying

00:09:08.520 what I had reported and what was included in those motions.

00:09:12.100 Merrick Garland addressed it the next day.

00:09:14.080 So, this is all spin, Steve.

00:09:16.940 This has nothing to do with respectfully using the legal and court process to advance his case

00:09:24.300 in the classified documents case in Southern Florida.

00:09:26.700 This is a coordinated spin because it has been so damaging to this case, to the DOJ, to the FBI,

00:09:35.380 Jack Smith.

00:09:36.640 And so, this was his asking for Judge Cannon, of course he won't, Judge Cannon to prohibit Trump

00:09:43.640 from making false and inflammatory public statements about law enforcement involved in the case.

00:09:49.500 Not law enforcement involved in the race, because, of course, all those means are automatically 0.51

00:09:53.780 redacted in the filing.

00:09:55.860 They want to prohibit, ban him from saying anything about law enforcement.

00:10:00.720 What does that mean?

00:10:02.000 He can't say anything about Jack Smith?

00:10:03.340 We know that Jack Smith, in his gag order, proposed gag order in Washington, asked Judge

00:10:10.560 Chetkin to prohibit Donald Trump from saying mean things about Jack Smith, who has been

00:10:16.400 skinned, obviously.

00:10:18.200 And so, this was a very broad order.

00:10:20.980 It has nothing to do with protecting law enforcement.

00:10:24.260 It has to do with protecting Jack Smith and the DOJ and FBI's hide.

00:10:27.820 And we are learning more about this dirty, unprecedented, and potentially dangerous raid at Mar-a-Lago

00:10:36.680 in August of 2022.

00:10:40.620 How did President Trump responded, right?

00:10:43.380 They put in a counter.

00:10:45.660 Give me the, what's the takeaway from that?

00:10:48.220 I think you just posted it.

00:10:49.260 Yeah, so, Donald Trump's lawyer filed a motion last night, Monday night, and not only asked,

00:10:56.440 obviously, for her, Judge Cannon, not to grant Jack Smith's motion, but also to hold the

00:11:03.460 special counsel's team in contempt, because they did not allow for meaningful conferral on

00:11:09.960 a proposed motion.

00:11:11.040 And this is a local rule in Florida courts.

00:11:13.300 And I will tell you, Judge Cannon is such a stickler for the rules.

00:11:19.120 I have watched her upgrade both the government and defense team for not properly formatting

00:11:25.120 their briefs.

00:11:26.700 She wants them double-spaced.

00:11:28.000 She wants them in a certain count, in a certain font.

00:11:31.180 So, she is a real stickler for the rules, and especially the idea of each side conferring

00:11:37.120 with the other before they file a motion.

00:11:38.960 Well, what came out in Donald Trump's reply motion last night is that, of course, they

00:11:44.840 waited until Friday night, around 5.30 before a holiday weekend.

00:11:48.840 Keep in mind, one of the attorneys in the Florida documents case for Donald Trump is also one

00:11:54.700 of his attorneys in the Manhattan case. 0.76

00:11:58.240 So, as soon as Jay Bratt, who I call the degenerate little midget, who has been running the show 1.00

00:12:03.880 from the very beginning, as soon as they emailed Donald Trump's team, and they came back and

00:12:10.380 said, look, you know, we've got this going on right now.

00:12:12.740 It's a holiday weekend.

00:12:14.420 Can we discuss this on Monday?

00:12:17.020 Went back and forth for a couple of hours.

00:12:19.800 Jay Bratt, Jackson's police prosecutor, said, no, this is too urgent.

00:12:24.040 We're filing this motion anyway.

00:12:25.940 And I think it hit the docket around 9 o'clock on Friday night.

00:12:29.060 So, this will not be taken well by Judge Cannon, not just the process that was violated, but

00:12:37.460 also the allegations.

00:12:39.960 Donald Trump, either your, you know, his postings about an assassination attempt locked and loaded

00:12:46.340 or any other media coverage about a potential assassination, that threatens the lives of law

00:12:52.860 enforcement.

00:12:53.200 She has already called Jack Smith out for making those big, broad allegations.

00:12:57.840 The media is after Alito and Thomas to recuse themselves on immunity in the Fisher case.

00:13:07.840 They're also, all weekend, they're saying she's incompetent. 0.99

00:13:11.240 She's got to go.

00:13:12.120 I think the 11th Circuit's got to remove her. 0.84

00:13:14.720 Can you give us a minute on that before you bounce?

00:13:17.420 I do.

00:13:17.920 And I've got a piece up on my sub stack, Declassified with Julie Kelly, that speaks specifically

00:13:21.520 to why they're going after Justice Alito.

00:13:23.580 Because of the 1512 C2 ruling that's pending and also the immunity question that's pending,

00:13:29.540 in both oral arguments, he indicated that he was going to vote against the government.

00:13:34.040 So, that's what this is about.

00:13:36.580 And so, moving forward now, I'm expecting something from Judge Cannon in the next few days, how she

00:13:41.960 will respond to this. 0.99

00:13:43.500 If she, this is why Jack Smith is also dumb. 0.87

00:13:46.980 Open a can of worms, because there is a lot of documentation about this raid, including 0.96

00:13:53.080 grand jury testimony by Secret Service agents and FBI.

00:13:57.220 She ordered that sealed pending additional litigation, which is exactly what Jack Smith

00:14:02.420 just opened the door for.

00:14:04.060 If she holds an evidentiary hearing, if she permits the unsealing of other records related

00:14:09.080 to this raid, we are going to find out more dirty details, and the people who defended

00:14:14.960 this, especially on our side, former federal prosecutors, former FBI agents who said this

00:14:21.860 is standard operating procedure, they are going to eat those words, because there's a lot more

00:14:26.940 to learn about this raid.

00:14:30.200 Julie, where do people get you?

00:14:31.700 Substack, all of it.

00:14:32.700 It's powerful and good.

00:14:34.620 Thank you.

00:14:35.260 Substack, Declassified with Julie Kelly, Real Clear Investigations.

00:14:38.140 I've got several pieces about the Florida documents case, and of course, Twitter, Julie

00:14:41.640 underscore Kelly, too.

00:14:45.840 She's on fire.

00:14:46.640 Julie Kelly, thank you so much for joining us.

00:14:48.340 A kickoff historic week.

00:14:51.140 We're going to Manhattan.

00:14:52.420 We've got Mike Davis.

00:14:53.560 We've got Rasmussen.

00:14:54.480 We're going to Texas.

00:14:56.160 Strap in.

00:14:57.360 You're in the war room.

00:14:59.960 Can your savings, weather and economic storm think about what you've put away for the future?

00:15:04.740 Inflation can render cash worthless.

00:15:09.240 Real estate can crash like in 2008.

00:15:11.840 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.

00:15:16.200 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.

00:15:21.920 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.

00:15:26.060 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:30.740 It's why people are flocking to it now.

00:15:32.520 Why Birch Gold is busier than ever.

00:15:35.020 Through a little known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:15:43.700 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:46.820 Let me repeat that.

00:15:47.960 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:49.900 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.

00:16:00.160 Let me ask you this again.

00:16:03.340 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?

00:16:08.560 If it can't, call the people I trust.

00:16:11.560 That's Birch Gold.

00:16:12.300 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:16:15.420 Secure your savings today.

00:16:17.880 Birch Gold Group.

00:16:18.740 Bannon keeps saying courage is contagious.

00:16:22.320 That sentence inspires hundreds of thousands of Chinese Americans.

00:16:27.580 That's why we stand up.

00:16:28.960 You know, Chinese, most of us, very quiet.

00:16:32.440 Like, you know, we used to be chicken, but now we stand up.

00:16:35.720 We became very loud.

00:16:38.340 Loud.

00:16:38.960 Why?

00:16:39.320 Because we have a strong sense of crisis of losing this country and freedom.

00:16:45.020 You know, we run from communist country, China.

00:16:48.880 Well, we don't want, we don't want American to become a communist.

00:16:53.620 That's why Trump sacrificed a lot to save our country.

00:16:59.380 We appreciate him.

00:17:00.520 We don't personally idolize him.

00:17:03.720 No.

00:17:04.140 Because people say, oh, you idolize him.

00:17:06.280 No.

00:17:06.740 We run from a communist country where people idolize their dictators.

00:17:11.080 Trump is a common sense president.

00:17:14.340 He tried to save our country, and we support him because he loved this country.

00:17:19.140 Right there, right there, right there.

00:17:23.520 We don't come. 0.94

00:17:25.480 Okay.

00:17:26.840 Let me have it.

00:17:29.320 Incredible.

00:17:30.200 Courage is contagious.

00:17:31.140 That's the best 30-second spot.

00:17:32.860 President Trump's team, I'll just cut that right there.

00:17:34.760 That's right from the heart.

00:17:36.600 They don't idolize him.

00:17:38.160 They respect him.

00:17:39.160 He's their guy.

00:17:40.520 And they're seeing, they've come from communist regimes.

00:17:43.240 They're seeing exactly what's happening in Manhattan, this show trial, which closing arguments are right now.

00:17:50.060 Ben Burkwam, there's going to be a press conference by radical Democrats in a minute.

00:17:55.040 Yeah, that's what we're hearing.

00:17:56.780 We're hearing Harry Dunn and Robert De Niro.

00:17:59.400 Actually, I'm on scene right now.

00:18:01.260 Right in front of me, you're going to have a Democrat press conference here in just a few minutes,

00:18:05.500 and then followed by President Trump's team is going to be out here as well.

00:18:08.880 So it's going to be somewhat of a – it'll be interesting.

00:18:13.160 It'll be interesting.

00:18:13.900 I'll keep it PG.

00:18:15.420 Good.

00:18:16.220 We're going to give as good as we get.

00:18:17.760 Okay, give us a heads up when De Niro, particularly De Niro, the hate-filled Robert De Niro, comes to the sticks.

00:18:23.460 Ben Burkwam will come right back to you.

00:18:24.940 I will.

00:18:25.500 Mike Davis, Mike Davis, we kicked up a little news on Friday night about this Jack Smith thing.

00:18:34.060 He included an exhibit from the war room of my interview with you.

00:18:40.660 Lay out our position on this, Mike, because we're not going to back down on this one inch, and Jack Smith can shove it, right?

00:18:48.320 Tell us – walk us through what our position is here.

00:18:50.920 So Jack Smith and his little midget henchman, Jay Bratt, filed a pleading on Friday essentially asking for Judge Eileen Cannon to put this unconstitutional gag order on President Trump 0.92

00:19:06.920 because President Trump criticized the protocol that President Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland used to run their unprecedented raid against him in Mar-a-Lago,

00:19:18.180 unlawful raid against him for presidential records President Trump is allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act.

00:19:24.880 And there's no criminal component to the Presidential Records Act.

00:19:27.860 If there's a dispute between the Justice Department and the librarians at the National Archives and the former president,

00:19:33.880 that's handled through mediation and negotiation and, at best, civil litigation.

00:19:39.000 It's not handled through an unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful raid on the office of former president.

00:19:45.680 And with this FBI raid, it's very clear that Garland, that President Biden, through Jonathan Suh as Deputy White House Counsel, orchestrated this raid.

00:19:56.640 Garland personally signed off on it, and they all knew that this FBI raid was an armed raid with shoot-to-kill orders if necessary.

00:20:05.620 So it is very reckless what they did with this unlawful raid on President Trump.

00:20:12.140 And so the people who are complaining, that were complaining about that, I think that they should ask themselves,

00:20:19.240 would it be acceptable if President Trump and the Trump 47 Justice Department sent an armed raid on President Biden with shoot-to-kill orders?

00:20:29.300 What would their response be?

00:20:33.060 Yeah, you know, they say this is standard operating procedure,

00:20:36.800 but Vivi Fry and Michael Barnes over the weekend had a great podcast.

00:20:41.800 It's not.

00:20:42.240 This is not close to being standard operating procedures.

00:20:44.920 And Judge Cannon is going to call him out for that.

00:20:47.160 I mean, he's opened a can of worms.

00:20:49.360 This is going to be a debacle for Smith.

00:20:51.000 This entire thing in South Florida is a joke, as is Jack Smith's all.

00:20:55.280 Talk to me about the pressure on Cannon, Alito, Thomas.

00:20:59.560 I mean, the left, which has revered the judiciary when it worked for them,

00:21:04.480 now that you have actual conservatives with stones that will stand up to this,

00:21:10.860 all they want to do is throw people off the court, throw people off the Supreme Court.

00:21:14.520 They want to remove federal judges.

00:21:16.640 Your thoughts, sir?

00:21:17.980 Yeah.

00:21:18.140 Isn't it amazing that the same Democrats who say that it's a threat if President Trump merely raises the fact

00:21:27.300 that Judge Juan Mershon's adult daughter, Lauren Mershon,

00:21:30.100 is raising millions of dollars off of her father's prosecution of President Trump,

00:21:36.040 criminal trial over which he's presiding, requiring Judge Mershon's recusal under New York statute,

00:21:41.860 somehow that's a threat.

00:21:43.460 If we point out that any of these prosecutors or any of these law enforcement agents are not doing their job properly,

00:21:53.980 they may have a political bias, whatever the issue is, if Trump or his allies raise this,

00:21:59.960 that's somehow a violent threat.

00:22:02.080 But the Democrats, Joe Biden, his Justice Department, his White House press secretary,

00:22:07.220 who say that these are somehow protected by the First Amendment,

00:22:09.980 but they can run these illegal obstruction of justice campaigns outside of the homes of Supreme Court justices

00:22:16.360 while a case is pending, while the Dobbs case is pending.

00:22:20.440 That forces these justices and their families to go to safe houses.

00:22:24.940 They encouraged these illegal obstruction of justice campaigns against the Supreme Court justices

00:22:32.580 from the Biden White House press secretary and the Biden Justice Department, Merrick Garland,

00:22:37.040 even after the 1 a.m. assassination attempt against Justice Kavanaugh, his wife Ashley,

00:22:42.800 and their two teenage daughters.

00:22:44.740 These same Democrats have been harassing and doxing and trashing Judge Eileen Cannon constantly, 0.90

00:22:52.160 constantly for her decisions and threatening her and threatening to, you know,

00:22:57.320 essentially to get a mandamus order from the 11th Circuit, from the Trump deranged 11th Circuit.

00:23:03.500 I mean, it's just unbelievable that if you have legitimate criticisms about a political bias,

00:23:11.080 including ethical issues, including recusal issues, on the Democrat side, it's a threat by the Republicans.

00:23:18.480 But if you actually run illegal doxing, obstruction of justice campaigns outside of the Supreme Court justices' homes

00:23:27.020 or threaten judges, that's not a threat, according to these Democrats.

00:23:32.480 Talk to me about New York, because by Friday night, unless there's a hero or two on this jury,

00:23:40.580 you know, all they're going to do over the weekend,

00:23:42.560 political is talking about convicted felon, convicted felon, convicted felon.

00:23:45.780 I'm going to have Rasmussen on here in a minute.

00:23:47.440 The thing's over right now for Biden.

00:23:50.500 He's done.

00:23:51.560 They're hanging everything on lawfare, and they're holding everything on Mershon 0.93

00:23:55.180 in this jury in Manhattan.

00:23:58.100 Your thoughts, Mike Davis?

00:23:59.960 This corrupt, partisan Judge Mershon, Judge Juan Mershon, will certainly deliver for Joe Biden.

00:24:06.140 Joe Biden's counting on it.

00:24:07.560 Joe Biden's planning a campaign rally in front of the New York courthouse after the verdict.

00:24:12.160 They know that this is not going to go well for Trump because this is a partisan, corrupt, rigged process in New York.

00:24:22.160 You have a partisan, corrupt judge, Juan Mershon, who donated to Biden, donated to another anti-Trump cause,

00:24:29.020 got reprimanded.

00:24:29.940 We just learned several months ago about those donations.

00:24:32.340 That didn't deter him.

00:24:33.420 He has a daughter, Lauren Mershon, who's raising millions of dollars off of this unprecedented criminal trial over which her father is recusing.

00:24:41.440 She gets a percentage of that, so she has a financial stake in this criminal prosecution.

00:24:45.380 That requires Judge Mershon's recusal under New York statute.

00:24:48.900 That's not just me saying that.

00:24:50.560 A former federal Clinton judge from New York City said that on Caitlin Collins' show on April 5th on CNN.

00:24:56.800 How did Judge Mershon respond?

00:24:58.380 He retaliated against Trump with his illegal, unconstitutional gag order.

00:25:02.880 You have these partisan prosecutors who campaigned on getting Trump, like George Soros funded Manhattan D.A., Alvin Bragg.

00:25:09.420 You had Matthew Colangelo deploy from the Biden Justice Department, the number three office of a senior political appointee to resurrect this zombie case passed over by the prior Manhattan D.A.,

00:25:19.900 the Manhattan U.S. Attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and even Bragg himself, who campaigned on getting Trump.

00:25:25.240 Even Bragg thought this case is ridiculous.

00:25:28.160 Their star witnesses are a porn star, Stormy Daniels, who's changed her story way too many times. 0.91

00:25:35.540 She's making money off of her porn site on Twitter.

00:25:39.200 You have Michael Cohen, the serial perjurer, convicted felon who testified that he hates Trump, he's trying to get Trump, he's raising money on TikTok, and he extorted Trump, $60,000.

00:25:51.380 You have this jury pool that voted 87 percent for Joe Biden, and they further rigged this.

00:25:57.320 Mershon, Colangelo, and Bragg further rigged it, where they bounced people from the jury pool who follow Trump on social media, the three people who follow Trump on truth in Manhattan, and they kept the Biden people.

00:26:08.780 Well, this is a rigged, partisan, corrupt process, and this will get overturned on appeal, no doubt, but Joe Biden wants this campaign victory.

00:26:18.880 He wants to be able to say that Trump is a convicted felon.

00:26:21.020 He's got to.

00:26:22.680 Convicted felon, they're going to start that Friday night as soon as this verdict comes back, unless there's a couple of true American patriots that can withstand the heat.

00:26:31.540 Mike Davis, where do people go to Article III to get you?

00:26:34.160 Big week, historic week.

00:26:36.700 Article3project.org, article3project.org.

00:26:39.380 You can take action there.

00:26:40.520 You can donate there.

00:26:41.360 You can follow us on social there.

00:26:45.340 Mike Davis, thank you very much.

00:26:46.880 Honored to have you on here, brother.

00:26:47.960 Thank you.

00:26:49.500 Big week, Julie Kelly.

00:26:52.260 The DOJ is completely corrupt from top to bottom.

00:26:56.460 It's going to have to be purged.

00:26:58.300 It's going to have to be restructured.

00:27:01.360 They're going to have to get rid of tons of billets over there and lots of personnel on the afternoon of January 20th, 2025.

00:27:07.740 They understand this.

00:27:08.940 And the FBI is the American Gestapo.

00:27:11.500 As an institution, they are not worthy of going forward.

00:27:15.100 That's going to have to totally be restructured.

00:27:18.860 I've been strongly for getting rid of the FBI, starting over again with some federal law enforcement to the degree you need it.

00:27:27.000 But they've proven how corrupt they are in going after President Trump and others, but particularly President Trump.

00:27:34.100 This week's a historic week.

00:27:36.060 They can't win unless they get some traction on lawfare.

00:27:40.600 They cannot.

00:27:41.260 It's impossible.

00:27:41.900 Rasmussen will be up in a second, and we'll talk about that.

00:27:45.260 Mark Mitchell from Rasmussen.

00:27:46.220 We're also going to go to Texas, where MAGA is in a throwdown in these runoff elections, particularly, I think, the first time in 70 years, the Speaker of the House in Texas job on the line.

00:27:57.920 We're going to have it all on a historic week here in the world.

00:28:03.260 Remember, there are weeks in which decades happen.

00:28:06.820 I think we're here.

00:28:08.200 Short commercial break.

00:28:09.460 Back in the war room in just a moment.

00:28:11.900 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:28:23.740 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:28:27.760 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:28:35.760 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:28:49.440 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:28:57.360 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:29:08.220 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:29:13.640 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:29:26.300 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:29:31.860 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:29:33.880 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:29:37.340 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:47.720 Okay, I thought we were going to go.

00:29:49.280 Okay, let's go straight to the presser, guys.

00:29:51.260 When we agree about something in the break, let's do it.

00:29:52.980 Let's go.

00:29:54.160 Abortion bans are playing out brilliantly across the country. 0.99

00:29:57.380 He wants to talk about Trump's embrace of political violence and the core threat he poses to our democracy.

00:30:02.620 Lastly, he wants to talk about Trump's economic plans and how they'd make Trump and his rich friends richer at the expense of working families, just like he has his entire life.

00:30:14.060 So that's what this campaign is going to be focused on and talking about over the course of the next month.

00:30:19.260 We're going to make sure that Trump has to answer for all of the above and for his extremism on the debate stage.

00:30:24.980 That started last week when we launched our new ad, narrated by Mr. De Niro, which underscores Trump's increasingly unhinged and dangerous quest for power.

00:30:33.840 And we're not going to let our foot off the gas.

00:30:35.940 You'll be hearing and seeing.

00:30:37.500 You keep your foot on the gas, douche, like we could care.

00:30:41.840 I want to get De Niro up this.

00:30:43.440 So, Denver, let's get focused here.

00:30:44.880 When we say go to the sticks when De Niro's there, we want to go to the sticks when De Niro's there.

00:30:48.600 We've got Ken Paxton on the phone.

00:30:50.880 Attorney General Paxton, today's a big day on these runoffs.

00:30:54.360 How big are the stakes in Texas, sir?

00:30:56.800 Well, it's huge.

00:30:57.600 Yesterday was a one-year anniversary of Dade Phelan and the Republicans in the House impeaching me.

00:31:02.740 Today we're going to get victory over a lot of Republicans, including the Speaker.

00:31:06.000 I'm on my way this morning down to Beaumont to campaign and poll greet, and then hopefully tonight.

00:31:11.420 And I'm very confident this is going to happen.

00:31:12.940 We're going to knock off the Speaker of the House in a primary, which I don't know has ever happened in Texas.

00:31:20.000 Who else?

00:31:20.660 The rest of these races, can you give us a quick highlight?

00:31:23.860 We're going to try and get as many folks on here this morning. 0.81

00:31:26.120 I think we've got Kavi is going to join us.

00:31:28.980 Chip Roy is going to give us some perspective here in a minute.

00:31:31.460 What other races should we be looking at? 0.97

00:31:33.980 So, we've got Andy Hopper, who is running, is coming up in the Denton area, which is close to Dallas.

00:31:39.280 We've got Helen Kerwin, who's running over in the Fort Worth area.

00:31:44.160 We've got, I think there's 12 of them that we're watching today.

00:31:49.280 And I think David Lowe is another one.

00:31:52.040 But they're all either tied or in the lead, at least in the polls that we have.

00:31:56.360 So, if voter turnout is on our side, which I think it will be, because in a runoff, typically more conservative voters show up.

00:32:03.480 I think we've got a really good chance of winning almost all of these races.

00:32:08.580 Real quickly, your social media, where can people go to find out, get to everybody in all these races and where they go to vote?

00:32:14.940 Can you give us your social media handle?

00:32:17.180 Yeah, at KenPaxsonTX.

00:32:18.740 And we will tweet something out today.

00:32:20.460 And then KenPaxson.com.

00:32:21.660 We'll see you next time.

00:32:51.660 KenPaxson was used to tolerate him when he was just another grubby real estate hustler masquerading as a big shot.

00:32:57.780 A two-bit playboy lying his way into the tabloids, pretending to be a spokesman, a spokesperson for himself.

00:33:06.880 He was calling it as himself for himself to fool the press into inflating his net worth. 0.99

00:33:16.880 A clown. 0.97

00:33:17.960 But this city is pretty accommodating. 0.99

00:33:22.120 We make room for clowns. 0.98

00:33:27.480 We have them all over the city. 0.94

00:33:29.320 People who do crazy things in the street.

00:33:31.440 We tolerate it.

00:33:32.260 It's part of the city.

00:33:33.700 It's part of the culture.

00:33:35.100 But not a person like Trump who will eventually run the country.

00:33:40.300 That does not work.

00:33:41.940 And we all know that. 0.94

00:33:45.080 Anyway, we make room for clowns for each his own. 0.73

00:33:48.540 But no one takes him or took him really seriously. 0.69

00:33:51.300 They take him seriously now, of course.

00:33:52.980 But around the country, people who didn't know him, as we did, started to support him. 1.00

00:34:01.160 They bought into his bullshit. 1.00

00:34:02.720 Trump bought their votes with outrageous lies and empty promises. 1.00

00:34:11.200 He got the most religious evangelicals to applaud a sinner who bragged about sexual assault. 0.97

00:34:19.700 And just a couple of blocks from here, a jury found him liable for sexual abuse.

00:34:24.640 Somehow, he even got self-styled patriots to support a man who called for terminating the Constitution.

00:34:38.060 And on January 6th, rallied an angry mob to threaten democracy, leaving death and destruction in its wake.

00:34:45.640 That's why I needed to be involved and wanted to be involved in the new Biden-Harris ad.

00:34:54.000 Because it shows the violence of Trump and reminds us that he'll use violence against anyone who stands in the way of his megalomania and greed. 0.65

00:35:07.180 But it's a coward's violence. 0.94

00:35:09.860 You think Trump ever threw a punch himself or took one? 0.95

00:35:13.520 You think Trump, this guy who ran and hid in the White House bunker when there were protesters outside?

00:35:19.240 No way.

00:35:20.140 Let me have it.

00:35:21.260 I want to make sure Denver gets this whole clip so we can play it later.

00:35:24.420 Robert De Niro.

00:35:25.260 By the way, two best ads we could have is juxtapose the Chinese immigrant patriot versus this. 0.96

00:35:33.940 He's despicable. 0.90

00:35:35.120 But we'll do more of that later. 0.91

00:35:37.000 Let's go to Mark Mitchell.

00:35:37.820 Mark Mitchell, the reason they're out there, the reason they put all the chips on the table on lawfare is they're getting blown out otherwise.

00:35:48.360 Politico's got the lead story this morning in Politico is how they've now panicked.

00:35:53.160 They've hit the panic button.

00:35:54.080 They've looked at the cross tabs and they know it's over.

00:35:56.780 Your thoughts, sir?

00:35:57.480 A hundred percent.

00:35:59.460 And, you know, we came out about a month ago with Trump up 10 and 12 and the news was all about how it was an outlier.

00:36:05.420 And then, of course, CNN, Bloomberg came out and confirmed it.

00:36:08.400 And you know what?

00:36:08.980 It wasn't just a swing.

00:36:10.340 I have unreleased numbers we haven't put out yet that, again, in a two way, Donald Trump is up 10 points over Biden.

00:36:17.140 But there's just a lot of tears because I think that they really did put all the chips on lawfare.

00:36:22.220 And it looks like it's not going to work out for them.

00:36:24.120 And unfortunately, Joe Biden is not a popular president.

00:36:28.000 He's losing to Donald Trump and he's a drain on the ticket.

00:36:31.620 Since the last time we talked polling, we came out with generic ballot numbers and we have the Republicans up five, but Donald Trump up 10.

00:36:39.860 Biden's not even getting above 40, but the Democrats get to 42 percent in the generic ballot.

00:36:45.100 So he's a drain on the ticket.

00:36:46.740 And I think they're starting to realize that and they're really starting to panic.

00:36:50.340 Let's talk about lawfare.

00:36:54.580 You've done some work on what American people think about who's actually in back of this and who benefits from it.

00:36:59.620 What's your – because I think the American people now are working through this even if this jury aren't patriots who can stand up for the rule of law if they crumble.

00:37:09.120 Because the White House's entire messaging, they've already said that they're going to do a press conference from the White House, convicted felon, convicted felon, convicted felon.

00:37:18.000 That's all they're going to do in there, have these – have these – this vermin like De Niro out there in the Hollywood machine.

00:37:24.360 Just repeat, repeat, repeat.

00:37:26.160 But you're saying the American people may be on to him here, sir?

00:37:29.100 Oh, the deep state is burning their assets left and right.

00:37:33.120 Throughout our polling history, the FBI had about a 60 percent low 60s favorability rating.

00:37:38.600 The very first thing that for the first time put the FBI favorability underwater, 45 percent to 49 percent, was the rate on Mar-a-Lago.

00:37:45.640 And that's the same question set that we showed that a majority of Americans, 53 percent, said the FBI was acting as Joe Biden's personal Gestapo.

00:37:53.100 Unfortunately, I don't have the numbers yet, but we're going to refresh that set tomorrow and also go after the use of deadly force.

00:38:00.360 But then 64 percent of American voters say the FBI has been politically weaponized, starting at the top in D.C.

00:38:07.200 And, you know, now a plurality of Americans basically think the republic has fallen and a strong majority of Americans are concerned that we're living in a police state.

00:38:16.500 So that's Biden's America.

00:38:18.100 That's what they've had to do in order to stay on top.

00:38:21.640 And, you know, I think that that's why people are fleeing Biden.

00:38:25.140 And there's I don't think, you know, James Carville, I don't think there's really anything that they can do at this point.

00:38:30.300 We've been going after this, but they lost the Hispanic vote. 0.96

00:38:33.460 They're losing the 18 to 39 year old vote.

00:38:35.780 And even the black vote doesn't look like a shoe in a month ago in our two way matchup.

00:38:41.780 We had 61 percent of the black vote going to Joe Biden, 21 percent going to Donald Trump.

00:38:47.620 Now, it's a smaller subsample.

00:38:49.500 It's going to swing back and forth.

00:38:51.120 But believe it or not, in this latest set, I have Trump winning a two way matchup against Biden by one point among black voters.

00:39:00.040 And these numbers are less than three days old.

00:39:02.920 So that's Donald Trump getting hold it.

00:39:05.720 Hold it. Hang on. Hang on.

00:39:07.600 Don't don't drop a bomb like that.

00:39:09.680 Don't bury the lead here, brother.

00:39:11.840 Hit rewind on that.

00:39:13.280 Give me that again.

00:39:14.100 You were you were the first guys and I want to make sure everybody knows Rasmussen was the first to report this tectonic plate shift of the black vote to President Trump of the 6121. 0.56

00:39:25.300 And of course, they were mocked and ridiculed.

00:39:27.220 Give me what's the latest number.

00:39:28.720 You haven't published this yet, but you're you're you're coming out of the field.

00:39:31.820 What's the latest number?

00:39:33.280 You're going to make me wear this one around my neck.

00:39:35.340 It might just swing back next month.

00:39:36.860 But we are numbers USA sponsors the monthly immigration index for Rasmussen reports, and we've been putting matchups in it.

00:39:45.200 And we have a two way and a five way matchup.

00:39:47.560 You know, Trump versus Biden in this one data point.

00:39:51.020 Trump got thirty nine percent of black vote, Biden thirty eight percent.

00:39:54.500 And in the five way matchup, we have Trump getting over forty percent, forty three percent of black vote, Biden thirty one and Kennedy twelve.

00:40:03.040 And also the eighteen to thirty nine year olds Trump's up three points in the two way and five points in the five way.

00:40:10.500 So that's, you know, a pretty solid lead, considering that Joe Biden has spent about as much money as you would need to fight a proxy war with Russia to buy young voters with student loan bailouts.

00:40:23.040 And that didn't work.

00:40:24.040 So, you know, throwing them a couple of bucks in the minimum wage, it's not going to move the needle. 0.53

00:40:29.060 So, so to speak, I really think that I mean, you know, of course, something can always come out of the blue, but I think they're stuck with the switcheroo.

00:40:37.320 I think Vivek was right.

00:40:38.780 This debate is Joe Biden's audition.

00:40:42.680 Hang on.

00:40:43.320 Yeah, the debate can't happen.

00:40:44.660 It's not going to happen, but we'll work on that in a minute.

00:40:46.600 Hang on for a second, Mark Mitchell.

00:40:47.820 I've got I've got Dave Phelan's opponent, brother Covey down in Covey down in Texas.

00:40:55.640 Sir, where do we stand in this race today?

00:40:58.160 How do people where they go to vote?

00:40:59.660 This is the most important political contest this year so far.

00:41:05.380 So what's going on?

00:41:08.200 Well, I'm here at the polls and they'll be open until 7 p.m. tonight.

00:41:13.020 People are coming in and they're voting and this vote, you know, nothing less than the balance of the power in the Texas House is rest on this election.

00:41:22.500 So there's a lot at stake here.

00:41:24.960 We have a chance to throw out the most liberal and corrupt politician in Texas in the last 50 years.

00:41:31.640 And so people are coming out.

00:41:33.020 They're expressing they're making their voices heard.

00:41:35.040 And and I'm excited that we're almost at the end of this process.

00:41:37.380 I've been running for now almost a year.

00:41:39.580 So tonight finishes that and we finally get some answers.

00:41:43.020 They've hit you with everything, right, because they got all this money.

00:41:48.560 What has been your counter argument?

00:41:50.760 Because they've come at you.

00:41:52.460 They've come at you as hard as they could possibly come.

00:41:55.120 And you represent MAGA in the grassroots.

00:41:57.080 What's your counter to everything that the Republican business establishment and Dade Phelan is throwing at you?

00:42:04.180 You know, they keep trying to push this idea that, well, they can do a lot for us with their power.

00:42:09.760 But, you know, just because you have corrupt power doesn't mean you're helping out.

00:42:15.500 I would rather have people that have integrity and do the right thing in office, serve the American people, serve the people here in Texas, rather than using that to boost the establishment.

00:42:25.720 And so they've spent millions trying to destroy me.

00:42:28.140 But ultimately, President Trump saw through it.

00:42:30.860 He endorsed me.

00:42:32.180 He's the candidate that wants to secure our border.

00:42:35.720 He wants to secure elections.

00:42:37.860 I'm supporting that agenda.

00:42:39.540 And I think ultimately the majority of Texas and southeast Texas where I'm at support that agenda because ultimately that's what's best for our families.

00:42:47.200 Sir, where do people go now?

00:42:52.320 Where can you send them that folks know where they can vote, the timing of it, any issues they may still have unresolved?

00:42:59.500 Where do they go?

00:43:00.940 Yep.

00:43:01.280 You can go to Covey for Texas and get a link to the local election pages.

00:43:06.100 Find a location near you and go vote.

00:43:09.420 You know, I think the main lesson I've learned in this whole campaign is that it only takes one person to make a difference.

00:43:15.340 So if we all step up, do a little bit more, we can save this country.

00:43:21.600 Courageous campaign you've run.

00:43:23.200 You forced a runoff, today's runoff day.

00:43:26.240 Historic.

00:43:26.860 Good luck, sir.

00:43:27.720 We'll talk to you later this evening.

00:43:30.060 Have you heard of cancer-fighting foods?

00:43:32.220 The American Cancer Society discovered diets rich in fruits and veggies may actually lower, let me repeat that, lower your risk of cancer.

00:43:41.780 Now, hopefully, you're motivated enough to run out to the store and get five full servings of fruits and veggies.

00:43:47.340 Okay, let's get back to reality.

00:43:49.080 You're not going to do that.

00:43:50.300 That's why you must consider adding Field of Greens to your daily health regimen.

00:43:56.960 Each fruit and veggie and Field of Greens was doctor-selected for studied health benefits.

00:44:02.420 There's a heart health group, lungs, kidneys, metabolism groups, even healthy weight.

00:44:09.440 What your body needs is in each scoop of delicious Field of Greens.

00:44:15.080 Will Field of Greens prevent or cure cancer?

00:44:17.480 No.

00:44:18.260 But it's so powerful, it promises at your next checkup that your doctor will notice your improved health.

00:44:24.940 Or you get your money back.

00:44:27.300 Let me repeat that.

00:44:28.000 If your doctor can't sit there and say, hey, I can see that you're actually in better health, you're improving, you get your money back.

00:44:36.800 I got you 15% off and free rush shipping.

00:44:40.420 So visit fieldofgreens.com today and use promo code Bannon for your discount.

00:44:45.540 That's promo code Bannon at fieldofgreens.com.

00:44:49.520 Fieldofgreens.com and you get a money back guarantee.

00:44:54.200 Yes, sir.

00:44:54.940 Thank you.

00:44:55.360 God bless.

00:44:56.060 Covey down in Texas.

00:44:59.160 Do I have a trip, Roy?

00:44:59.960 Okay, I'm going to get back to Mark Mitchell in a second.

00:45:02.140 Mark Mitchell just dropped a bombshell.

00:45:04.140 I hope we're ripping that right now and putting that online because that is a bombshell off the Rasmussen polling.

00:45:10.440 Chip Roy, first, give us perspective of how important, how historic a day this is for the MAGA movement and grassroots and liberty-minded folks down in Texas.

00:45:20.900 Yes, Steve, good to be on.

00:45:23.240 I mean, right now we've got a really important election going on down in Texas, as you were just highlighting.

00:45:28.060 This is a question today for voters in Texas. 0.57

00:45:30.660 Are you for the status quo and maintaining the garbage that we've been doing for forever now? 0.86

00:45:35.020 Or are you actually wanting to try to change things? 0.87

00:45:37.620 And, you know, it's not just the Texas House and the Speaker's race that you're just talking about.

00:45:42.320 But we have congressional races going on, in particular, obviously, Texas 23, where you've got Brandon Herrera, who represents kind of an insurgency of change, wanted to take on the status quo against Tony Gonzalez, who represents essentially just more of the big government appropriations that have been messing up Washington for far too long.

00:46:01.100 He voted for the FISA reauthorization.

00:46:05.040 He voted against the warrant protections.

00:46:07.540 He was the only member of the Texas delegation who did not sign on to the Texas border plan that formed the basis of H.R. 2.

00:46:14.140 He called by H.R. 29 bill, which requires that we detain or turn away, quote, unchristian. 0.70

00:46:20.220 He has referred to conservative members of the House and the Freedom Caucus or otherwise as effectively members of the Klan.

00:46:26.540 He did that on national TV and has doubled down on that.

00:46:29.000 He's voted for massive spending bills, voted for gun control.

00:46:33.100 When we need leadership to stand up against gun control, as you saw, I had a hearing last week with the ATF director.

00:46:38.980 They're now using the legislation that Tony supported to try to make sure that they're going to go after law-abiding citizens and make it to where I don't even know if I need a license to sell a gun.

00:46:47.640 So just go down the list of things.

00:46:49.000 It's more of the same.

00:46:50.120 Today is the day to try to change that in Texas.

00:46:52.280 He also called you, Gates, others, anarchists, that you don't know how to run the House.

00:47:00.740 You're just a bunch of anarchists.

00:47:01.920 Your thoughts?

00:47:03.880 Well, I can tell you that what's been happening in the House of Representatives for decades is the actual problem.

00:47:07.920 Continued empowerment of elites to make decisions behind closed doors to drop mega-billion-dollar bills on the floor of the House, trillion-dollar bills.

00:47:16.140 Continue to rack up debt, spend money we don't have, leave our borders wide open while kissing the butt of the Chamber of Commerce, leaving us exposed and dangerous.

00:47:24.460 They're the people that have been messing up America for far too long.

00:47:26.980 It's why the approval for Congress is always about 15% to 18%.

00:47:30.300 I'm happy to side with the 80% to 82% of Americans who want to see change.

00:47:34.480 I'm proud to be a member of the Freedom Caucus.

00:47:36.160 I'm proud to align with people who are tired of the status quo and want to change things.

00:47:40.460 Tony represents the status quo.

00:47:42.000 It's that simple.

00:47:44.780 Talk to me about, you've got a bill up.

00:47:46.580 It's about voting, I think, illegal aliens. 0.88

00:47:48.940 Walk me through this.

00:47:50.560 Yeah, I've got a bill.

00:47:51.640 Actually, it's about illegal aliens voting. 0.67

00:47:53.560 As you well know, the SAVE Act, we've introduced legislation that passed out of committee last week.

00:47:59.340 Hopefully, it'll be on the floor of the House, either the week we get back or the following week.

00:48:03.260 It would require documentary proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections.

00:48:08.640 Yes, it is currently unlawful to vote in a federal election if you're not a citizen.

00:48:14.660 But there's no real strong mechanism to enforce it.

00:48:16.960 And in fact, federal law prohibits states from enforcing it.

00:48:20.480 It's so bad that Arizona has two different systems.

00:48:23.200 A state system where they pass legislation to require citizenship.

00:48:26.600 And then a federal system where they're prohibited from doing it.

00:48:29.940 So we want to clear the decks.

00:48:31.460 We want to have a requirement nationwide, have a standard nationwide.

00:48:34.580 It's totally constitutional.

00:48:36.060 There's not a federalism concern here because we have the authority as Congress to set the terms of our elections.

00:48:41.200 So we can do that.

00:48:42.420 We should do that.

00:48:43.560 We should require citizenship.

00:48:45.200 I hope the House will vote on this.

00:48:46.640 Credit to House leadership last week, we passed a bill that was D.C.-focused to prohibit D.C. from allowing illegals or non-citizens to vote in elections in D.C. and state and local elections.

00:48:59.520 There are other jurisdictions like Oakland and San Francisco and New York who do that as well.

00:49:03.420 So the SAVE Act, we should make sure we pass it.

00:49:06.060 Make sure you let all your members know that they need to support that bill.

00:49:09.340 And if you're a Texan, get out and vote today.

00:49:12.500 Vote for change.

00:49:13.680 Vote against the status quo.

00:49:15.540 Vote for members who said they will affiliate with the Freedom Caucus.

00:49:18.420 Vote for members like that will agree with, say, Brian Harrison and the folks in the Texas legislature who want to fundamentally change the place.

00:49:25.100 Stop allowing Democrats to be chairs and make sure that we can take the Texas House back, but also the U.S. Congress in Texas 23 and other important races.

00:49:33.280 We want to have you back later in the week to talk about spending appropriations bill, but we'll save that for another day.

00:49:39.940 It's not quite so hot.

00:49:41.620 Chip, where do people get you on social media?

00:49:44.580 Chip Roy, T-X, C-H-I-P-R-O-Y-T-X on Twitter or at Roy.House.gov for my official website.

00:49:53.540 But, yeah, please get out there and follow it again.

00:49:55.280 Show up in Texas today.

00:49:56.340 Big race today.

00:49:57.440 Make sure that you show up and vote for the people who want to change the place and not for the status quo.

00:50:04.540 That means showing up.

00:50:05.800 Make sure you support Herrera over Gonzalez and you do other things throughout the state of Texas.

00:50:12.520 Huge day today.

00:50:13.540 Chip, thank you so much.

00:50:14.460 Congressman Chip Roy from Texas.

00:50:17.200 Grace and Mo, if you put it, I think I've got on Getter.

00:50:19.520 I put down a voting chart earlier in the morning, if you can put that up.

00:50:24.640 Huge, huge day in this runoff in Texas.

00:50:27.000 Quite frankly, it's stunning, some of the folks that were driven to runoffs.

00:50:32.280 More of that a little bit later.

00:50:34.200 Let's go back to Mark Mitchell.

00:50:36.500 Mark, just to reset, because this is – you're really the framing device here.

00:50:42.860 Biden, because of his policies, because of him and his lack of character, they are collapsing all around.

00:50:50.160 You're seeing Carville and some of these old hands of the Democratic Party are just coming off the chain now

00:50:54.680 because these guys have looked at the crosstabs.

00:50:57.060 They've looked at enough polls.

00:50:58.620 They've looked at internal Democratic polls.

00:51:00.820 They understand it's not working.

00:51:02.380 That's why all the chips are on the table, whether it's Jack Smith down in Florida or particularly up here in this show trial in New York,

00:51:12.380 because they're already talking at the White House how they're going to weaponize this in a talk from the White House Friday evening

00:51:19.520 if the jury comes back by then or early next week when the jury comes back.

00:51:23.120 If you don't get a hung jury, some courageous individual up there stands up to this Marxist, the Soviet-style court that convicted felon, convicted felon, convicted felon.

00:51:37.300 As you see it now with the polling you've done on this law fair about the institutions of the CIA and FBI collapsing of –

00:51:47.460 or the public support of it and just the basic feeling of what people feel of Biden now as the president,

00:51:57.940 do you believe that a guilty verdict here, even on a couple of charges, can change things?

00:52:04.860 Back to Biden.

00:52:05.580 I don't think so.

00:52:07.620 Maybe Trump loses a few points.

00:52:09.240 He probably gains it back.

00:52:10.560 There will be lots of news about appeals.

00:52:12.100 I just don't think so.

00:52:13.020 We've asked this kind of question a couple times, and the results, I mean, I just forget them.

00:52:17.100 They were so unforgettable.

00:52:18.580 You know what I mean?

00:52:19.120 You get about 35 percent of the population that says that they're less likely to vote for Trump if he gets a conviction, something like that.

00:52:26.580 You know, another 35, 40 who say more likely and everybody else that doesn't say – you know, it makes no difference.

00:52:32.540 But it's all people who've made up their mind.

00:52:35.580 It's just not going to move the needle at all.

00:52:37.420 And I think the biggest data point is, you know, look back at what happened in March of 2023 when those indictments came out, and then all of a sudden Trump is just absolutely crushing it in the GOP primary race, right?

00:52:50.020 And I think that's when his national numbers went up too.

00:52:53.360 I think, you know, Americans like a fair fight.

00:52:56.060 They don't like cheaters.

00:52:57.840 As we know from all of our polling on election integrity, one of the few pollsters out there that does it, Americans just hate the idea of, you know, a fraudulent democracy, so to speak.

00:53:07.340 Mark, I don't want you to give the numbers yet, but you're in the field on a couple of other huge polls.

00:53:15.100 Before we leave, just tell us what we can look forward to of what you guys are looking at because you get down to the issues that other pollsters won't touch.

00:53:21.600 Where are you this week?

00:53:24.180 Yeah, okay.

00:53:24.940 Three major things.

00:53:26.560 One, the switcheroo candidate, and for the very first time, a majority of Democrats do not want Biden on the ticket.

00:53:33.140 But I think the big news is that everybody in the pundit class would tell you that Michelle Obama is the runaway favorite.

00:53:38.040 But only 21 percent of Democrats would pick her over Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, Gavin Newsom, or Gretchen Whitmer. 0.85

00:53:45.420 One.

00:53:46.080 Number two, go to RasmussenReports.com.

00:53:48.260 Sign up for our daily update of polls.

00:53:50.660 So tomorrow you'll see our new FBI numbers when they come out.

00:53:53.800 And what I'd really like for people to do is go to our YouTube because we just had a really incredible vaccine question set that came out.

00:54:01.000 I think really changes everything.

00:54:02.600 I know people want to go to Rumble to watch videos.

00:54:04.680 Rumble's great.

00:54:05.240 But on YouTube, it could go viral and a whole bunch of normies can see it.

00:54:08.900 Our biggest viewed videos on YouTube are about election integrity and the vaccines.

00:54:12.900 And in this one, what we found is that only 42 percent of Americans actually know somebody who died of COVID.

00:54:18.500 But 19 percent or almost one in five Americans said they know someone who died from COVID vaccine side effects.

00:54:25.200 So right there, that implicates hundreds of thousands of people potentially died, right?

00:54:29.800 So this also confirms our previous set that 10 percent of people know somebody in their family that died from the vaccines and only 11 percent from COVID.

00:54:40.580 Where do people go again, Mark, to get all your material heavy back on tomorrow?

00:54:44.040 Where do you go right now?

00:54:46.180 Twitter, RasmussenOtorscorePoll.

00:54:48.140 And hit us up at YouTube.

00:54:49.140 Also, RasmussenOtorscorePoll.

00:54:50.680 Thank you, brother.

00:54:53.640 Appreciate it.

00:54:55.000 My pleasure.

00:54:55.700 Okay.

00:54:56.340 I want to thank Real America's Voice on the Barrow below the break.
