00:00:00.000 Why do the Democrats wheel out a retread like Robert De Niro to try to change the subject?
00:00:06.680 You can see the look on the Biden campaign staffers faces. They knew this was a bad idea.
00:00:12.100 They didn't want to be here. But somebody at Central Command told them that everything is
00:00:16.740 going down the tubes for Joe Biden. I'm going to hand it over now to Caroline Levitt.
00:00:21.680 What you just heard from is a desperate and failing and pathetic campaign who knows that
00:00:28.400 they are losing. Joe Biden's sending his campaign outside of this criminal courthouse. It is a
00:00:33.600 full-blown concession that this trial is a witch hunt that comes from the top, comes from Joe Biden,
00:00:39.920 and he is using a far-left district attorney in this city, Alvin Bragg. This case would have been
00:00:45.700 laughed out of any other courtroom in America. Legal scholars on both sides of the aisle,
00:00:50.480 even liberal legal scholars agree there is no crime, there is no case. But Joe Biden knew he
00:00:56.060 could use Alvin Bragg, who is sitting in that courthouse today, wasting away the tax dollars
00:01:01.300 of the hardworking people of this city to go after Joe Biden's political opposition.
00:01:07.000 And the man overseeing this case is a corrupt and highly partisan and crooked judge who is highly
00:01:13.700 conflicted for reasons that President Trump can't even talk about because this judge imposed an
00:01:18.400 unconstitutional gag order on the former president of the United States and the leading frontrunner in
00:01:24.120 this election. This is a disgrace. President Trump has been locked up in that courtroom for six
00:01:28.860 weeks. But guess what? The American people see through this witch hunt and this scam. And that's why
00:01:34.560 President Trump continues to rise in the polls. That's why he pulls a crowd of more than 25,000 in the
00:01:39.920 deep blue Bronx. That's why he pulls a crowd of more than 100,000 in deep blue New Jersey. Everywhere he
00:01:46.120 goes, everyday Americans, not elitist, out-of-touch Hollywood actors like Robert De Niro, who have no idea the
00:01:53.280 real problems that people in this city and across this country are facing. President Trump is backed
00:01:58.160 by the hardworking men and women of this country. And I could not help but laugh when Joe Biden's
00:02:03.680 spokesperson actually came out here and said, accused President Trump of being the threat to
00:02:08.500 democracy. Joe Biden is the real threat to democracy. He is weaponizing our justice.
00:02:14.400 Jason Miller and Caroline Levin on point because this is the Biden campaign now. That's where we played
00:02:19.920 the De Niro thing. They got spokesmen and people for surrogates for the Biden campaign in there
00:02:25.040 trying to tee it up. So this is outright. They have nothing else. Rasmussen showed you that. And
00:02:30.520 the Rasmussen numbers have been right since we've been having them on. Now all the pollsters agree.
00:02:35.300 Okay. Hard pivot. We got a lot to cover. We're going to juggle some balls. We're going to go to
00:02:40.760 Jerusalem and to Geneva. We got the World Health Organization and also what's happening in
00:02:45.300 Israel. Let's play it. We got a cold open for Congressman now, Dean Michelle Bachmann. Let's
00:02:50.600 play it. Thanks to the outstanding research and development of life-saving vaccines and thanks
00:02:58.500 to the determined action and leadership at global level, including of this organization, the WHO.
00:03:07.220 The European Union too has shown full commitment. In the past five years, we mobilized more funds and
00:03:14.720 resources than ever before. We have taken immediate and concrete actions with the World Health Organization
00:03:22.560 as our key partner. One of these actions is the ambitious Team Europe initiative for regional and local
00:03:31.920 vaccine manufacturing hubs in Africa. We are now expanding to South America and Asia. And this is at the core of
00:03:41.680 Europe's global health strategy, one of the main pillars of Europe's health union. And it is the right way forward.
00:03:51.040 We all know that every crisis comes with opportunities. COVID-19 has given us a chance to reset our approach to
00:03:59.360 public health to public health, to come back stronger and more united, to be better prepared and more coordinated
00:04:07.280 within and between countries and globally. The way we govern our global health architecture is an essential
00:04:16.160 element of this. We therefore remain committed to concluding a pandemic agreement that makes a real difference
00:04:24.720 on the ground. Ladies and gentlemen, preparedness goes far beyond the outbreak of a new pandemic.
00:04:32.480 The challenges we face, regardless of where we live.
00:04:36.720 Could that get any more Orwellian? That was the president of the European Union. Of course,
00:04:40.960 they're on the chopping block, what, the 6th and 7th, 8th of June here shortly of the European
00:04:46.800 parliamentary elections. Ben Harmon will be with us at 6th tonight to talk about the rise of the populist
00:04:53.040 nationalist sovereignty right to do away with folks like that, to sweep them into the dustbin of history.
00:05:02.000 Dean Michelle Bachmann, the World Health Organization, didn't quite work out like the EU president thought,
00:05:07.680 did it? I think we've got at least a mini victory here, ma'am.
00:05:10.480 I think we do. We have a victory in process at least. Last Friday afternoon, the negotiations
00:05:17.760 collapsed for the pandemic accord agreement. And so they had to issue a letter that said,
00:05:24.080 we probably won't be taking it up. And then Tedros Jibrachis, the head of the World Health Organization,
00:05:30.480 gave a kind of a stiff upper lip speech saying that we're going to put this together. They talk big,
00:05:36.320 but they don't have anything. Right now, as we're speaking, the meeting is going on regarding the
00:05:41.520 amendments to the international health rules. They still haven't released any final language. It was
00:05:47.600 all supposed to be released last January. So they have nothing. But what they're doing is they're
00:05:54.400 trying to plan a way forward. So one statement that they made earlier this afternoon is that they're
00:06:00.240 going to try and put a plan together where they can combine both the pandemic treaty and the proposed
00:06:05.760 amendments. And they said they may consider it at the end of this week. So I don't want anyone to
00:06:11.360 think we're out of the woods. We're not out of the woods. They're desperate. But the thing is,
00:06:16.560 it's very clear there's a huge level of disappointment here in the building, which is great. So we have to
00:06:23.680 keep the pressure on. But we have incredible good news that's happened. I've got letters in front of me.
00:06:29.120 I've got a letter from half of the governors in the United States saying they oppose what the WHO is
00:06:35.680 trying to do. We never had that before. Then I've got a letter from half of the attorney generals in
00:06:41.440 the country saying the same thing. They oppose what's going on with the World Health Organization.
00:06:46.640 Then I have one from half of the U.S. senators in the United States. It's amazing. We also found out
00:06:53.120 that there is a process available where any country can file a letter of disruption and we can slow
00:07:00.560 this whole thing down. So today, Steve, I was here. I had a meeting with the president of Israel
00:07:06.080 on many things, but one of them was on the WHO. I gave him all this information I just held up and
00:07:12.320 told them they can stop this. Because quite honestly, what this is, the WHO is trying to empower
00:07:18.880 themselves so they could declare a boycott divestment sanction on any country in the world.
00:07:26.320 So once they declare a public health emergency of international concern, then the head of the WHO
00:07:33.120 would have the power to essentially shut a country's economy down. And any country that gets crossways with
00:07:39.920 what they want in their global governance structure, they could shut that country down economically.
00:07:47.120 That got the attention of the Israelis. They're getting it. I'm meeting with members of Knesset tomorrow
00:07:52.320 on this, but also members of the Swedish parliament I've met with today who are here in Jerusalem.
00:07:58.720 So anyone that I can catch on this issue, this is what we're trying to do. But the posse needs to know
00:08:05.440 they've made an incredible difference. It's because of them that we have half the U.S. senators,
00:08:11.040 half the governors and half of the attorney generals in the country now opposing what's happening at the WHO.
00:08:18.400 And once we have a change at the White House, this ugly thing won't ever rear its head again.
00:08:24.960 Dean Bachman, also in my research to get ready for you today, the war and posse, amazing and delivered
00:08:34.160 once again at the ramparts. But also this movement, it's like the populist right in Europe.
00:08:39.280 My understanding is they were inundated with millions of requests, millions of letters,
00:08:43.840 millions of people concerned in Europe and throughout the world. We've got many kindred spirits.
00:08:48.880 It's just not MAGA in the U.S. This has really gone global to fight this. Millions of people
00:08:55.280 throughout the world, once they were aware of this, said, no way. We don't want this. We saw what they
00:08:59.520 tried to do during the pandemic. We saw about the Great Reset. We don't want it. Your thoughts?
00:09:05.120 Well, you're exactly right. When I was in the meeting with the Israeli president this morning,
00:09:09.120 I talked to an individual who's planning to travel to Geneva because they're planning to have a
00:09:14.560 protest in the streets. Even tractors are coming with farmers. Truckers are planning to come in
00:09:21.120 because they see what's been happening in the European Union with all of this centralization
00:09:26.560 and globalization. They don't want the WHO empowered. They want to deep empower those people.
00:09:32.560 So it's been thrilling. I have to say, being in Jerusalem, it's been thrilling meeting people
00:09:38.080 from other parliaments. We're having the Jerusalem prayer breakfast this week. And so people are coming
00:09:44.000 in from parliaments all over the world. They're catching wind to what's going on at the WHO, Steve,
00:09:50.560 and they don't want anything to do with it. So this is really good news. It's not over. I'm not
00:09:56.400 declaring victory, but we're in a better place than we were in the last two years. And so hopefully these
00:10:02.960 people just go down in flames and this never rises its head again. I know you've been working with
00:10:10.000 Frank Gaffey and the team over there. Where do people go now? Even people are coming late to this.
00:10:13.840 to get their voice in there. What's the website they go to to get more information?
00:10:18.000 Okay. I recommend, and if they don't have it up, I'm going to tell them to put it up. Everybody needs
00:10:23.280 to download this letter from half the attorney generals. We have another letter from half the
00:10:28.800 U.S. senators and another letter from half of the governors. And we also have a proposed letter that
00:10:35.520 any country could file with the United Nations to stop this process. And I'm urging everybody,
00:10:42.000 download these three letters, hand it out to everybody you know, and also if you know anybody
00:10:48.720 in another country, that can be filed to stop this process. So let somebody else know. Go to
00:10:54.960 sovereigntycoalition.org. Sovereigntycoalition.org. And the materials should all be there and more.
00:11:05.680 Sovereigntycoalition.org. Grace and Moe, if you can push that out. Carly Bonet, all the teams.
00:11:11.360 Congressman Dean Bachman, we're going to talk to you obviously every day during the week while you're
00:11:15.920 in Jerusalem for the prayer breakfast and you're doing so much more. Honored to have you on here.
00:11:20.000 Thank you for changing your schedule to come on today. Thank you. Thank you to the posse. Huge
00:11:25.520 work. And you're making a difference. We rarely get a victory. We're close to a victory.
00:11:32.640 Thank you, ma'am. So everybody to, by the way, everybody go to sovereigntycoalition.org.
00:11:38.320 Let's get all the information. You got all the letters. You've got all the contact points.
00:11:42.640 It's amazing. Nora bin Laden. We played the EU president at the beginning because she's like an
00:11:48.720 automaton, right? It's so scary. But you have led this fight from the very beginning from the belly of
00:11:56.560 the beast, Geneva. Talk to us about where we stand and what do we need to do?
00:12:02.240 Thank you, Steve. I'd just like to say I am much more cautious and unfortunately less optimistic
00:12:10.000 than some of the people have been over the past few days with the quote news on the so-called pandemic
00:12:18.960 treaty. And there are a few reasons for that. Let me just give a little bit of context. First of all,
00:12:28.400 the pandemic treaty is not the only thing on the agenda here this week in Geneva. So yesterday,
00:12:35.280 the 77th World Health Assembly kicked off, which is the annual meeting of the WHO. And yes,
00:12:44.880 it was announced last Friday that the pandemic treaty was not ready to be presented this week.
00:12:53.280 But we cannot forget that there is also the IHR amendments, the International Health Regulation
00:12:58.960 amendments that are being presented as we speak right now here in Geneva. So that's like the second
00:13:04.640 track, amongst other things on the agenda. One thing that I would like to point out with regards to
00:13:10.720 this horrible character of Ursula von der Leyen, in that clip, in that speech she gave to open the
00:13:18.080 WHA yesterday, she said the following, we remain committed to concluding a pandemic agreement. And Tedros
00:13:28.000 Gabriel Jesus himself, the director general, said on multiple occasions since Friday,
00:13:33.920 where there is a will, there is a way. So we really need to be level headed,
00:13:39.440 wait to see what happens. By the end of the week, the WHA ends on the 1st of June.
00:13:46.320 So we'll be monitoring what's going on at the UN headquarters where this meeting is taking place.
00:13:52.640 We're going to monitor what's happening with the international health regulations. But this fight
00:13:57.600 is, uh, is, is very much ongoing. We're, we're, we're going to hold you into the next break. I
00:14:05.520 want to get into details. This is what we have. Noor is in Geneva and she understands, man, they're,
00:14:10.160 they're, they're, they're backstabbing you. They're, they're, they're snakes and vipers all over.
00:14:14.880 And they're playing for keeps here. This is one they've worked on for a couple of years. This is,
00:14:18.560 this is the instrumentality of how they do the great reset, right? We stopped them in every
00:14:23.680 other way. This is the instrumentality. Noor Bendline is going to join us on the break.
00:14:26.960 Uh, enough turbulence for you. You think nothing? You ain't seen nothing yet. You wait to the end
00:14:33.440 of this week. And I'm so proud of Jason and, uh, and, uh, Caroline Levitt and this folks,
00:14:38.000 the Senate been calling out Robert De Niro. Uh, um, Raheem already has a great piece up in national
00:14:44.240 pulse about the, the dumpster fire. That was his press conference. But in times of turbulence,
00:14:49.280 look to precious metals as a hedge, birchgold.com slash Bannon, Philip Patrick and the team,
00:14:54.480 talk to them today, not tomorrow today. Can your savings, whether an economic storm,
00:15:02.160 think about what you've put away for the future. Inflation can render cash worthless. Real
00:15:09.360 estate can crash like in 2008. Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.
00:15:16.080 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time. Gold has
00:15:22.560 withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia. I actually think for 8,000 years
00:15:28.720 of man's recorded history. It's why people are flocking to it now. Why birchgold is busier than
00:15:34.080 ever through a little known tax loophole. Birchgold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax
00:15:40.800 sheltered IRA in physical gold. And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny at a pocket. Let me repeat
00:15:47.280 that. It doesn't cost you a penny at a pocket. To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in
00:15:52.560 information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold. Let me ask you
00:16:01.360 this again. Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?
00:16:07.920 If it can't, call the people I trust. That's Birchgold. Text Bannon to 989898. Secure your savings

00:16:52.780 If you give up, they win. But what if we look back and we realize we were just inches
00:16:58.140 away from victory? And that's when we decided to give up.

00:18:04.540 We're going to return to Geneva and Noor here in a moment. Look at the New York Times book review
00:18:13.020 over the weekend. This is where the intellectuals drive the message. MAGA on the march. That is a
00:18:19.500 picture of you right there at a Trump rally. The crowd, right? This is all about finish what we
00:18:26.780 started. The book about the precinct strategy. We'll break all this down when we have time
00:18:32.540 over the next couple of days. Look at that beautiful cover right there. We're going to
00:18:35.340 get this made into a big poster. That's you right there. MAGA on the march. They're quaking in the
00:18:41.900 boots. You've seen this from the polling. Two-thirds of the nation. I think the National Review has
00:18:47.580 actually got a piece up about this. Finally, after, I don't know, 10 years, finally waking up over there
00:18:53.500 in the awfully, awfully precincts of the Upper East Side in New York. Yes, two-thirds of the nation is MAGA,
00:19:01.100 and MAGA is on the march, and we're getting victories everywhere. Noor bin Laden's warning us
00:19:06.700 that it ain't over until it's over. So, Noor, here's the thing. Michelle Bachmann did say,
00:19:10.620 hey, look, the pandemic may have stopped, but they got the health regulations. They may do some merger.
00:19:15.980 You can't trust these people at all. You've done such an amazing job of laying out for us
00:19:20.700 why all they do is plot and scheme, and this one's a big one for them. So walk us through where you
00:19:27.260 think we really stand and then what we need to do to combat it because they've, like, Biden and the
00:19:34.140 team have put all their chips on lawfare. They've put all their chips on this pandemic treaty and
00:19:39.260 other kind of offshoots from it, ma'am. Listen, you really need to view this as a giant octopus with so
00:19:47.180 many different players working together in lockstep from all these globalist institutions as spawns of
00:19:56.700 the UN, and we'll come back to this in a moment, our own governments and different corporations. And
00:20:02.940 there's so much to break down, Steve, because it's so well layered how they function. It's so perverse in
00:20:12.940 so many different ways. And just to let you know, yes, you do have this so-called pandemic treaty that
00:20:18.860 everybody is focused on, right? And now I don't know if this news is a sort of decoy, if it's just a delay.
00:20:25.980 As you said, we'll see how the week goes. But there is, for example, another treaty that is
00:20:32.780 not well known and not being discussed from another specialized UN agency from WIPO, the World
00:20:40.220 Intellectual Property Organization. They signed just this past Friday a treaty on intellectual property,
00:20:49.420 genetic resources and associated traditional knowledge. And it seems to me from the research
00:20:56.620 I've done and also working with James Rogusky, that this is kind of a workaround where the pandemic
00:21:03.660 treaty stalled, because the point or the main point of contention of the pandemic treaty was the fact
00:21:09.900 that member states couldn't really agree on this PABS system, the pathogen access and benefit
00:21:17.660 sharing system, whereby member states would disclose genetic sequences of different, quote,
00:21:24.380 pathogens that they would find. And from this material, obviously, all the derivative products
00:21:32.540 would ensue of big pharma. And this is the main point I wanted to make and bring to the attention of
00:21:39.980 the posse, is that this has nothing to do with health. And it's so ironic, you know, because
00:21:46.380 the theme of this year's World Health Assembly is all for health and health for all. But it's not
00:21:54.140 about health. Once again, it's about this. This is the logo that I created with my friend, Nick Cerruti.
00:22:00.540 Give me the Orwellian. What's their tagline this year? Give me that again. It's so good.
00:22:10.140 All for health and health for all. I'm not kidding. You know, they always have these taglines. You know,
00:22:16.140 as we were discussing in January together, rebuilding trust, they always come up with these.
00:22:21.820 I mean, it's it's it's insane. There are no words for how malicious and in your face they are. But yeah,
00:22:29.660 no, that that is what it is. And the point that I wanted in the octopus and it. Yeah, go ahead. Go ahead.
00:22:37.180 Continue on. Because I was saying this is not at all about health. This is about the institutionalization
00:22:43.420 of the pandemic industry of big pharma pushing these fake quote diagnostic tests, pushing their drugs,
00:22:51.660 pushing their jobs, which do the exact opposite of providing health to the population. It's about
00:22:58.700 poisoning populations. And this is what the WHO is about. And the WHO needs to be seen as a sort of
00:23:06.700 facilitator broker middleman that is coordinating all of this with our governments, with corporations.
00:23:16.460 And the other important point I wanted to make for people not to lose sight of it is our own leaders
00:23:24.220 that called on the WHO to work on a pandemic treaty back in March 2021, led by Boris Johnson and over 20 other
00:23:36.300 heads of states. They put out a public leader urging and imploring the WHO to work on to draft this
00:23:46.380 this so-called pandemic treaty. And yes, we need to look at the WHO. We need to exit the WHO. We need to
00:23:52.940 dismantle the WHO, the UN and all of its associated organizations. But we also really need to focus on our
00:24:01.420 our own governments that have been captured and that are pushing willingly this agenda forward.
00:24:08.300 And we have to look at the legislation that is coming out, the health, quote, health programs of
00:24:13.980 our own countries. For example, in the United States, you have Biden's, the Biden regime, which published in
00:24:21.980 April 2024, the US government's global health security strategy. People need to be looking at this
00:24:28.220 document, which is in perfect lockstep with the WHO program. In my own country of Switzerland,
00:24:35.100 they are working on a legislation on epidemics and they're drafting it currently to be presented
00:24:41.660 in 2026, which is actually even more strict than these legal, these international legal instruments
00:24:49.900 being drafted at the WHO. They're all in it together, Steve. And we really need to understand
00:24:57.260 the architecture that was set out to trap us into this system.
00:25:05.580 We have this session that's happening in Geneva right now with the WHO and the World Health
00:25:11.820 Assembly. We then come out of that and we have the European parliamentary elections, which
00:25:17.580 I'm going to get into hopefully tonight at six and then every night, every day going forward with
00:25:21.980 Ben and others about the rise of the populist right. You then have in July 4th and the Tories are in
00:25:28.780 total freefall here. You know, Boris Johnson had that massive parliamentary, you know, parliamentary
00:25:35.260 majority, but he squandered it doing things like you just said, kicked off with Ukraine and World
00:25:39.900 Health Organization, all of it. What are your thoughts about the political awakening of people
00:25:45.980 that if you want to stop Ursula van der Leyen, you got to stop her. You got to stop her in these
00:25:50.780 European parliamentary elections. Give us your sense of the political solution here that's coming
00:25:57.100 in these elections, not just ours in November, but the ones in Europe leading up to this.
00:26:03.500 Listen, the one thing I'd like to say about that is that nobody is going to come and save us until we
00:26:09.580 all act. And this is why I appreciate your message so much, Steve, because you really focus on acting
00:26:15.820 locally and we each need to look in our own lives and see what it is we can do to reclaim our sovereignty,
00:26:24.060 our own personal sovereignty and our nation's sovereignty. Because as you as well have been,
00:26:30.780 you know, hammering on for years now, this is about the destruction of the Westphalian system.
00:26:35.980 They want to destroy the nation state to instore a worldwide centralized one world government,
00:26:43.420 Great Reset, New World Order. You know, they have all these different terms for it.
00:26:47.740 And it is up to us in our own respective countries to completely change the whole system. You know,
00:26:56.460 you were mentioning the FBI earlier in the show. People really need to look into the history of
00:27:04.460 these institutions and realize that they are illegitimate, completely illegitimate in and of
00:27:11.100 themselves. And, you know, the FBI in particular was created on a fraudulent basis. The Congress had
00:27:21.100 not accepted the creation of the FBI in 1908. It was the Attorney General back in the day that shuffled
00:27:29.820 around funds, Charles Bonaparte, to create the FBI. You know, very much at the image of Mary Garland today,
00:27:36.940 who is also completely working against the interests of the American people. So we're talking, you know,
00:27:44.300 a hundred and ten years later, it's exactly the same thing. And we need to understand that all of our
00:27:52.140 institutions have been infiltrated and hijacked and are working against us. And we need to reclaim
00:27:58.220 those that are still salvageable and completely dismantle those that have no, that are just too rotten
00:28:04.940 and have actually no purpose in existing.
00:28:09.180 Noor, can you hang on for a second? We're going to go back to Geneva. I think we're going to get

00:29:41.900 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:44.380 Okay, uh, bombshell. Judge Cannon just, uh, yeah, but Julie Kelly is going to join us come back,
00:29:55.660 uh, by phone. Uh, Judge Cannon just came out, denied Jack Smith's gag order that was predicated
00:30:03.420 upon Julie Kelly in here in the war room. Mike Davis and I talking about it and they had a clip
00:30:07.580 as one of their exhibits, denied it, also beat up Smith and warned him she'll bring sanctions if he
00:30:15.900 breaks the rules again. We're going to get Julie up here in a minute. Noor, I, we're going to have
00:30:20.460 you back on Thursday in, uh, probably the six o'clock show to actually take an entire hour and break all
00:30:26.220 this down. You'll have more information, but this is a firefight in Geneva over the world house. I think
00:30:31.660 Noor and, and Michelle Bachman kind of said the same thing, but Noor, I think raised it up higher
00:30:36.060 because she knows all these demons we're dealing with in Geneva. Remember that's the engine room
00:30:40.540 of world governance. The, the thing in New York is just that's, that's the happy talk where the
00:30:44.460 media gets the engine room or where they're doing it all is in Geneva. Noor bin Laden, uh, closing
00:30:49.980 thoughts. And then where do people, uh, follow you, ma'am? Because you're putting up great stuff
00:30:53.580 every moment of the day. Thank you so much, Steve. Um, people can find me on Twitter at Noor
00:31:01.340 Bin Laden, substack norbinladen.substack.com. Please check WeHeardOthers.com for updates. Uh,
00:31:09.100 and everything, you know, you need to know about the world health organizations con. And, uh, we also
00:31:16.380 have a very special, uh, series podcast series on my podcast, Noor Bin Laden calls with James Rogoski,
00:31:23.260 where we really do regular updates, where we dig into, uh, the WHO and their machinations. So this is
00:31:29.980 something you don't want to miss for very accurate, uh, news coming out of, um, of Geneva.
00:31:38.300 Amazing. Uh, we'll see in a couple of days. Great work, Noor, as always. Thank you.
00:31:42.460 And Redusky, Norm Bin Laden, you can't put anything by her. You can't get anything past Noor. That's
00:31:46.460 where we, that's where we fought these guys already. And we're winning, having closed the deal,
00:31:51.180 that's where you still need people to the ramparts. Julie Kelly, uh, huge breaking news. What do you got
00:31:56.700 for us, ma'am? Well, related to our conversation this morning, as expected, Judge Cannon just issued
00:32:02.780 her order denying special counsel Jack Smith's request for a gag order on President Trump,
00:32:09.580 prohibiting him from making public statements about law enforcement agents involved. Uh, in this case,
00:32:16.380 she called, she denied, uh, without prejudice for lack of meaningful conferral. As we talked about this
00:32:22.700 morning, they spring this on the defense, uh, Jack Smith's team spring this on the defense and the
00:32:28.780 court late Friday night before the holiday weekend, violating local rules that require meaningful
00:32:35.580 conferral between the two parties before a motion is filed. Um, she also said that it was wholly lacking
00:32:43.500 in substance and professional courtesy, as well as implicating substantive and or constitutional
00:32:50.460 questions. Furthermore, um, she demanded that in the future that, uh, Jack Smith adhere to the local
00:32:58.300 rules about conferring back and forth, going back and forth with the defense before they file something.
00:33:04.780 Failure to comply with these requirements may result in sanctions. That is Judge Aileen Cannon's
00:33:11.260 latest smackdown of special counsel Jack Smith.
00:33:14.780 Uh, Julie, you've been dead spot on all of this. Where do people, give us the social media so
00:33:21.420 people can follow you moment by moment in your sub stack. Uh, sub stack is declassified with Julie
00:33:27.260 Kelly. I'm at, uh, Twitter x Julie underscore Kelly two and real clear investigations. I will be writing
00:33:33.260 about all of this, but I expect more from Judge Cannon, uh, this week as she still has several motions
00:33:38.700 pending before her. God bless her. Massive fight down in Florida. God bless her, Julie, and God bless you.
00:33:45.740 As you going through the documents and highlighting, got this all going. Thank you, ma'am. Thank you.
00:33:53.180 So Merrick Garland and, uh, Jack Smith suck on this. The team of, uh, Mike Davis and Steve Bannon.
00:33:59.980 That's like an old Volville act. Davis and Bannon, right? Like something from a Bob Hope and, uh,
00:34:04.860 Bing Crosby movie. We ain't stopping. You guys have, you have, uh, you have, um, smeared your own
00:34:13.500 institutions. Institutions that once that at one time American people looked up to, they don't anymore.
00:34:20.380 The polling will have Rasmussen on tomorrow, but the polling, you did it, not us, you, your actions.
00:34:25.820 And now you're being called out by the federal bench. Just, just, Jack Smith, bad guy, incompetent guy.
00:34:35.500 Uh, I want to give a shout to Patriot Mobile. Go to PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon for your discount.
00:34:40.540 They got the new Patriot One offer that you can have two systems that kind of come in and out as you go
00:34:47.320 around for coverage, but we wouldn't be in Texas if it wasn't for their, uh, political action committee
00:34:53.420 and what they do over with Lee Wamsgans. They are been on fire. They have your values. And what's
00:34:59.980 happened in Texas is because of Glenn's story and these guys, this is a company run by Christians
00:35:06.540 and support Christian values. Go check it out today. And what's happening in these primaries and in
00:35:12.380 these, not primaries, these runoffs is historic. What's happening in Texas, not for Patriot Mobile,
00:35:18.060 would not happen. Do I have Raheem Kassam up? Raheem Kassam from National Pulse, founder, editor,
00:35:25.260 uh, food and beverage director. Raheem, you've been all over. We cut to, I could only take a few
00:35:31.100 minutes of it. Robert De Niro, but this is a deeper issue in that Biden's basically surrogates in his
00:35:37.180 campaign is outside the courthouse, understanding the Politico story, the numbers that they're in total
00:35:43.840 meltdown now. They've got it. Everything, all chips are on the table on this lawfare this week. Raheem
00:35:49.680 Kassam. Yeah. Um, we've got, uh, we've got some big breaking news coming up on the pulse in just a
00:35:58.240 moment, but before, uh, before I hit the publish button on that, let's talk about what just happened
00:36:03.840 outside the courtroom in real time, almost, uh, Robert De Niro, uh, the, uh, let's, let's just be kind,
00:36:11.680 the actor. We won't say, we won't say failing and desperate actor, Robert De Niro. We don't say
00:36:16.960 things like that. Um, you know, he shows up outside the courthouse with, uh, the, the Biden
00:36:23.720 campaign surrogates with Harry Dunn, who just lost his race to join Congress, former Capitol police
00:36:30.760 officer with Michael Fanone. These are the people who aided and abetted the Jan six committee, which
00:36:37.040 you will be familiar with Steve and, uh, kind of got heckled, kind of got rattled outside that
00:36:44.520 courthouse. Lots of pro Trump, uh, protesters out there shouting them down. They had car alarms going
00:36:51.580 off in the background of De Niro. Uh, De Niro really looked rattled by the whole process. He kept kind of
00:36:57.880 saying he was there on behalf of the Biden campaign. He was really just there to talk about how Trump is
00:37:03.560 a threat to democracy, so on and so forth. And, and the, the juxtaposition, right? We talked about,
00:37:09.120 I talked about in my podcast from this weekend, the, the song for the cold bloodedness, um, of,
00:37:14.840 of Donald Trump on that stage at the libertarian convention, that seems to be catching because
00:37:20.060 the cold bloodedness in which, uh, Jason Miller, uh, Caroline Levitt and Steven Chung got up to those
00:37:26.320 sticks immediately after they kind of even pushed Harry Dunn to a side, uh, you know, Harry Dunn is like
00:37:32.060 six foot seven and 500 pounds. And they got up there and just completely dismantled the case that
00:37:37.540 was made arduously made, uh, by Robert De Niro and those two capital police officers. But, but,
00:37:43.520 but there's more to it than this. And I think this is where Democrat, you combine this with what's
00:37:48.820 being said in Politico this morning, this full fledged freak out by Democrat strategists and donors,
00:37:54.860 you combine those things. And I'm, I'm starting to wonder where is all this money going from the Biden
00:38:01.560 campaign. They claim to be raising so much money, hundreds of millions of dollars. They have this
00:38:05.740 huge war chest. I think the Biden campaign donors need to start asking that question. Is the money
00:38:11.060 going to Robert De Niro to go in and do table reads of scripted campaign lines outside of Manhattan
00:38:17.100 courthouse? I just pulled up, I mean, I noticed, I remembered De Niro has been kind of offloading some
00:38:22.620 of his properties recently. And then I pulled up this 2021 story, which says he still has a huge,
00:38:27.980 um, outstanding tax bill with the federal government. He's being forced to work, he says,
00:38:33.320 to, to uphold his, uh, ex-wife's lifestyle. So is this what's happening here? I think,
00:38:38.900 I think Democrat donors need to start asking that question. Are they paying Robert De Niro millions
00:38:43.320 of dollars to go outside that courthouse and read campaign talking points?
00:38:48.660 Did he blow it by saying they're here to represent the Biden campaign? Does Biden campaign
00:38:53.240 actually want to be outside the courthouse this week? That obvious that the whole campaign is
00:38:58.940 dependent upon, uh, this jury or elements of this, the liberal progressive jury from the upper East and
00:39:05.580 upper West side, finding Trump guilty in the sham trial. Is it, is it too obvious that is that not a
00:39:11.980 major screw up? Well, I think they've run the numbers on this, Steve, and they kind of realized that
00:39:18.060 most people in America already believe it is a partisan, uh, prosecution. They already know,
00:39:23.500 um, that Biden is behind this. So now they're just trying to, uh, save what little face they can.
00:39:29.160 It was the first question, in fact, that was asked, um, to the Biden Harris, uh, spokesman out there
00:39:34.220 outside the, uh, courthouse said, you know, why are you here outside this courthouse? And, and he
00:39:40.020 responded, he said, well, we're out here because the media is out here. And, and, and this is,
00:39:44.440 if this is where we need to go to get coverage, uh, then, then this is where we'll go. And that's,
00:39:48.880 it's, it's, it's, it's an amazing kind of defeatist, uh, mentality to talk about the fact
00:39:53.020 that a, you can't get any traction in, in Washington, DC, all the, all the strings you
00:39:56.960 have to pull with your buddies in, um, in, in establishment media, you can't get any coverage.
00:40:01.940 And then secondly, you have to roll up to the courthouse, car alarms are blaring in the
00:40:05.940 background. Uh, people are shouting you down. They're screaming the, the less polite version of
00:40:11.400 let's go, Brandon out there. And Robert De Niro, uh, even, even lost it when somebody in the crowd
00:40:18.420 there called, uh, Harry Dunn and Michael Fanon, uh, traitors. He said, I don't even know how to
00:40:23.480 deal with that. I don't even know how to deal with you. Yeah, that's right. Because he had a piece of
00:40:27.660 paper and he was reading off the piece of paper and anything else he was unable to address.
00:40:32.080 It was, I say in my editorial this morning up on the national pulse.com, uh, if people thought
00:40:37.920 that four seasons mishap with Rudy after the, uh, after the Pennsylvania, uh, election after the
00:40:43.380 2020 election, uh, was, was, was a fumble, then this was a humiliation for Bob De Niro and the
00:40:48.860 Biden-Harris campaign. Like you haven't seen before. It was extraordinary.
00:40:54.220 The, uh, my favorite was the, uh, was the four seasons. Of course the four seasons, uh,
00:40:59.620 landscaper, not the four seasons hotel real quickly bombshell today in, um, in Politico is the
00:41:06.520 lead story where they said the quiet part out loud. It's not just, it's a total freak out and
00:41:10.440 panic mode, right? Cause they looked at the cross tabs and it's coming from every direction.
00:41:14.860 I've never thought they would get rid of Biden, but there's an active move now behind the scenes
00:41:19.940 to do something. Is it not Raheem? Yeah, well look, it's the disruptive nature and the, and the, um,
00:41:26.800 the, the, the, the kind of unpredictable nature of the Trump campaign and the people who are helping
00:41:31.400 out with this events like Wildwood, New Jersey, events like the Bronx, even events like the
00:41:36.880 Libertarian convention for all that the media tried to try to spin that as something, something it
00:41:42.060 wasn't from, from inside the room. I did a podcast about it this weekend. Um, it's things like that
00:41:47.060 that have the ordinary person out there looking at the, the dynamism of Donald Trump and his campaign
00:41:54.240 versus the, the antithesis of that. Uh, the, the, the fact that Biden is, is ducking his way out to
00:42:01.380 Delaware every weekend and effectively going back into hiding, uh, no longer with COVID-19 as an
00:42:07.340 excuse to be staying in his basement. Um, this is the thing that is freaking them out. They cannot put
00:42:12.620 him out there. They know he cannot do a proper thing. You know, he, they now have to sit down to
00:42:17.060 debate, uh, at the end of June, they can't put him out there like a proper candidate and they are
00:42:22.220 absolutely petrified. I mean, Robert De Niro, that's your surrogate this morning. I, I, I mean,
00:42:27.900 78 year old actor. No, not even 78. He must be older than that. It must be 80 year old. This is
00:42:34.120 your dynamic campaign. Uh, quite something, by the way, breaking news up at the national pulse.com
00:42:39.400 right now too, regarding the Texas speaker race. Um, give me, give me 30 seconds on that before we go
00:42:47.460 to break. Well, um, Dade Phelan, uh, obviously the guy who was, uh, behind, uh, the, the impeachment
00:42:54.260 process of Ken Paxton, uh, we have obtained information. Uh, we have obtained court records
00:43:00.000 from 1999 that shows Dade Phelan, uh, had a little run in with the law. And so I think people who are
00:43:06.000 costing their votes today in Texas may want to take a little look at this story. This has been buried
00:43:10.580 first time it's ever been out there. The national pulse.com, uh, right now.
00:43:14.140 Go to national pulse real quickly, where they go to sign up, Raheem,
00:43:19.420 the national pulse.com forward slash war room, w a r r o o m the national pulse.com forward slash
00:43:26.860 war room. We're 100% reader funded. Go over there and sign up right now. Thank you.
00:43:32.260 Raheem. Thanks for jumping on. Absolutely. Amazing. A lot going on short commercial break. We will be
00:43:38.360 back in a moment. Criminals have access to more advanced tools than ever.
00:43:44.140 And now they're using them to steal our most valuable asset. That would be your home.
00:43:50.540 In Miami, an elderly woman didn't find out an empty plot of land she owned was stolen until she
00:43:56.840 went to pay taxes. A stranger had already paid them and property records showed she had sold the
00:44:02.740 land. They had forged her signature and registered a fake deed. How scary is that? That's why you need to
