Bannon's War Room - Episode 3646： Defending The Supreme Court

00:00:00.000 But what felt so stirring, and I think the reason it's, I mean, people are writing paragraphs on city streets with chalk.

00:00:08.500 It is really, really, really, really hard to give a commencement address right now.

00:00:13.260 One, because young people are so much smarter than we are.

00:00:15.480 And two, because they're feeling the pain of everything, the strife of everything going on.

00:00:19.820 But you take that on and it's not Israel or Palestine.

00:00:23.180 It's not red or blue.

00:00:24.780 It's not black. 0.98

00:00:25.500 I mean, just tell me what your advice is for people that want to get this right.

00:00:29.540 So this is it.

00:00:31.060 And I realized people said, oh, you're not going to talk about Israel and Palestine.

00:00:34.000 I said, of course I am.

00:00:35.140 How can you possibly ignore this 800-pound gorilla in the room, just as you can't ignore the presumptive, you know, four-time indicted Republican nominee.

00:00:45.580 Gorilla in the room.

00:00:46.740 Exactly.

00:00:47.640 And so what I was trying to say is that, look, you have three great religions.

00:00:50.580 They're all children of Abraham.

00:00:52.200 They all believe in the sanctity of human life.

00:00:54.660 They all have a claim to this land and they have turned it shamefully into a perpetual graveyard.

00:01:03.180 And I just said, God does not distinguish between the dead.

00:01:06.140 And then you take the onus.

00:01:07.640 Well, I'm for this.

00:01:08.660 OK, nobody likes oppression in any form.

00:01:11.880 Well, I'm for that.

00:01:12.680 And you and you realize that you need we have to find a way to set aside these impulses.

00:01:18.980 Oh, well, Joe Biden isn't handling who has been able to handle this ever.

00:01:22.820 And therefore, I'm not voting for I'm withholding my vote out of some sort of protest.

00:01:27.320 And I said, look, however flawed you may feel this republic is right now, there's no choice if you like America.

00:01:35.940 And I would say this to a hog farmer, a Republican hog farmer in Iowa or a Montana, you know, wheat farmer or a mechanic in Alabama.

00:01:46.960 These are people that are invested in the American dream.

00:01:51.740 And if you think despotism is going to stop with just 15 million immigrants that you're going to get rid of or your political enemies, it doesn't end anywhere. 0.72

00:02:00.740 And today there's an article about the Stassi files about to be even more stuff released where so many hundreds of thousands of German East German citizens were ratting on their neighbors.

00:02:13.100 That's what you want.

00:02:13.980 I do feel like we are in in this election cycle in particular, we are in an era of newly in our lifetime, newly overt, out and loud electoral racism.

00:02:28.040 And I mean that not like I'm discerning racism in something that you're doing.

00:02:32.120 I mean, no, like just being out and loud, proud racist.

00:02:34.700 I mean, the Steve Bannon in Europe addressing conservatives in Europe saying you will be called racist where it is a badge of honor. 0.55

00:02:42.420 Stephen Miller, who's a Trump administration official running ads in Florida, saying that the only real racism is racism against white people.

00:02:53.280 And what white people need is white racial solidarity in a government that finally works for white people. 0.59

00:02:58.660 I mean, they're running, they ran ads to this effect in Florida and they're now, they've now written it into policy for the, what would be the incoming Trump administration as part of Project 2025.

00:03:11.460 And so, I mean, and you see it in right-wing culture too.

00:03:15.920 You see people like Elon Musk at Twitter endorsing pseudoscientific racism, all of this quackery about IQ, right, and pseudoscientific racism.

00:03:26.380 That's all newly popular among the tech bro right wing.

00:03:29.720 This stuff is not subtle and it is not something that you need investigative journalism to figure out.

00:03:40.320 This is out and proud.

00:03:42.020 And so that's an important distinction because it means that exposing it or trying to put a spotlight on it doesn't necessarily work because they are not ashamed of it.

00:03:51.420 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:03:59.200 Pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on these people.

00:04:04.420 You're just not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:04:08.680 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:04:10.600 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:04:12.020 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:04:14.720 It's going to happen.

00:04:15.980 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:04:19.400 Mega media.

00:04:20.280 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:04:26.160 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:04:29.940 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:04:36.320 War Room.

00:04:37.140 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:04:43.500 It is Wednesday, 29 May, Eurovalor 2024.

00:04:47.160 The jury's gone for the day.

00:04:48.340 They had a reading of a certain testimony and then they don't get to take a copy of the jury instructions in the jury rooms.

00:04:56.480 They went back and had it read again.

00:04:57.960 And long faces over at MSNBC because the jury went home.

00:05:01.380 They thought this would be a couple hours and it would be – they'd be celebrating convicted felon tonight.

00:05:06.420 That's not the case.

00:05:08.480 A lot of explosions all over the place politically.

00:05:12.200 And remember, they're coming for the Supreme Court.

00:05:15.840 They're coming for Judge Cannon.

00:05:17.740 They're coming for Justice Alito.

00:05:19.580 They're coming for Justice Thomas.

00:05:21.680 Anybody that will stand up to these folks and try to be fair and impartial, that is not a Nazi judge like you're seeing in New York.

00:05:29.760 We don't have unanimity.

00:05:32.180 It's – you know, it doesn't have to be unanimous.

00:05:37.940 It can be four for this, four for that.

00:05:40.920 President Trump's tweeting out, still don't know what he's charged with.

00:05:43.980 He would like to know.

00:05:46.660 Unbelievable.

00:05:48.040 Mark Paoletta.

00:05:50.000 One person who's got courage is Justice Alito.

00:05:54.060 He ain't – he's not backing off on this thing.

00:05:56.260 Tell me about it.

00:05:56.640 He sent a letter today that they're in a – well, frame this for us.

00:06:00.200 What are they trying to – why are they singling out Justice Alito after Justice Thomas?

00:06:07.380 What are they trying to do here to our judicial system, sir?

00:06:11.520 Steve, the left does not want an independent Supreme Court.

00:06:15.980 That's what this is all about.

00:06:17.060 They want to control the Supreme Court.

00:06:18.660 They're furious that the first time in 50, 60 years, they don't control the Supreme Court.

00:06:23.200 It always used to be left of center.

00:06:24.780 And they would be able to implement their, you know, vision, their policies, their left-wing

00:06:29.720 policies onto the American people.

00:06:32.040 And with these appointments, you have a working majority of conservative, constitutionalist,

00:06:36.500 originalist justices, not liberal justices.

00:06:39.100 And Justice Thomas and Justice Alito are the two leaders of that wing of the court.

00:06:47.460 And they are doing everything they can to undermine the Supreme Court and undermine these two people

00:06:51.960 and these two justices.

00:06:53.280 And what they're doing, Steve, is they're trying to come up with these baseless recusal arguments so that they'd have to step aside.

00:06:59.020 And presto, right, now you have less conservative justices on the court to decide these important cases.

00:07:05.260 What are the cases coming up?

00:07:06.460 There are these two Trump cases coming up, right, that the left desperately is fearful of losing,

00:07:12.360 like they saw themselves lose in the Dobbs case a couple years ago, right, striking down Roe v. Wade.

00:07:20.520 And then last year you saw them lose the affirmative action.

00:07:23.500 Those are, in my view, the two twin pillars of the left, right, race-based, you know, affirmative action and abortion on demand. 0.95

00:07:31.420 And they saw those things go poof, right, gone, wiped away, right, 50 years of this garbage.

00:07:39.460 And now they see this court is solidified and moving forward.

00:07:45.160 So this case right here, what happened here is Justice Alito's wife had flown some flags in her home on their property.

00:07:56.300 And there were calls, right, one of them was an appeal to heaven flag, right, a flag that dates back, as you've talked about,

00:08:03.080 to George Washington and the Revolutionary War, right, an iconic American flag, right.

00:08:08.520 The other one, she had gotten into these awful neighbors in her neighborhood who attacked her, called her horrible things,

00:08:16.780 and she flew a U.S. flag upside down as a distress call, okay.

00:08:20.940 Both of those decisions, both of those flag flyings, if you were, were just Mrs. Alito, Martha and Alito's decision.

00:08:29.200 The left went crazy, saw an opening.

00:08:31.560 Oh, we can make Justice Alito recuse, force him to recuse over these J-6 cases. 1.00

00:08:38.120 Oh, he's taken a position because his wife is flying a flag.

00:08:40.980 It's absolute nonsense.

00:08:42.580 And today, Justice Alito sent a letter back, I think you just showed up on your screen,

00:08:47.480 back to Senators White House and Durbin, who are the two leaders of attacking the court,

00:08:52.640 saying, you know what, there's no way I'm recusing.

00:08:55.120 It's not required at all.

00:08:56.200 And he's absolutely right.

00:08:57.680 Recusal is only required if, like, your wife or family member has an interest in the case,

00:09:03.560 like a financial interest in the case, if they're a party to the case, if they're a lawyer to the case,

00:09:07.260 if they're going to be a witness to the case.

00:09:08.880 And then there's this general thing of, you know, if there's a reasonable basis to believe that you can't be impartial in the case.

00:09:16.780 And I think it's most people, you know, view that you and your wife can have separate views.

00:09:22.280 It doesn't, you know, you don't control your wife's views and your wife doesn't control your views. 1.00

00:09:26.420 You can have separate views.

00:09:27.460 And that's not a basis to recuse.

00:09:30.480 And what's astonishing here is that the left has always, right, when it's been a liberal judge,

00:09:35.720 defended and filed briefs in the Supreme Court saying that the political views of your wife have no bearing on a justice's views.

00:09:46.440 And it's no basis for recusal.

00:09:48.000 So that's what's going on here.

00:09:49.220 It's just, you know, it's another day that ends in Y and the left is attacking the Supreme Court.

00:09:57.060 And I pointed out recently, this is like clockwork, you know, in the springtime.

00:10:00.960 All the Supreme Court cases, the big ones, get decided in June, usually the end of June.

00:10:06.760 So what you're seeing right now is the left trying to damage the court, trying to force recusals,

00:10:11.460 but also trying to get the American people to not believe in the Supreme Court, think it's corrupt, think it's ethically challenged.

00:10:17.860 When, in fact, it's the left and these Democrat senators, right, who live in an institution where there are no conflict of interest laws, right?

00:10:27.560 They can help their spouses.

00:10:29.080 And, in fact, they do in the legislation that they promote.

00:10:32.260 Just Senator Whitehouse repeatedly helps his wife, right, who's an environmental activist working for companies.

00:10:39.980 And he sponsors legislation all the time, helping her company out directly.

00:10:44.420 And so it's absolutely outrageous.

00:10:47.620 It's the gaslighting of the American people.

00:10:50.300 I'm so—I put up a post today on X.

00:10:53.200 You know, thank God for justice—God bless Justice Alito for taking this strong stand, not backing down, right, to the mob, not backing down to these partisan attacks.

00:11:03.120 And thank God for Mrs. Alito, right, for standing up for her rights and being a patriot and expressing her views.

00:11:09.700 And if the left doesn't like it, tough luck.

00:11:13.700 I'd love—by the way, I put on Getter the other day, she's going to the top of my list for VP.

00:11:21.080 She's tough.

00:11:22.920 No, I love her.

00:11:23.900 She's tough.

00:11:24.680 And she puts the fear of God in people.

00:11:26.280 But is—she's a fighter. 1.00

00:11:29.320 Does—did this warrant Justice Alito sending these guys a letter?

00:11:36.220 He's a Supreme Court justice for life.

00:11:39.000 There are a couple of grundoon senators about to be in the minority, and they know that. 1.00

00:11:43.540 But why would Alito deem to use his letterhead and to send him a letter?

00:11:48.840 Explain—why does he have to explain himself?

00:11:52.040 You know, Steve, I think Justice Alito, he previously wrote an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal defending one of his—another time he didn't recuse.

00:12:01.100 And I think he—you know, the organized bar, right, when I say that, the ABA, the legal profession, used to defend the Supreme Court as an institution, used to, you know, defend the justices against these types of attacks.

00:12:16.240 And there's, you know, sadly not that many people who do it.

00:12:20.080 I'm so glad you're devoting time on your show to talk about this because people need to defend the Supreme Court.

00:12:26.840 And your posse should get out there on X, retweet some of my stuff at Mark Paoletta, defending these justices and showing the American people you're standing up for the Supreme Court.

00:12:37.000 It is the most independent, you know, branch in our government right now, right?

00:12:42.780 It's not run by the Democrats.

00:12:44.020 It's not run by the Biden administration and all these other state and local governments that are getting, you know, coordinated with Biden to go attack President Trump, right?

00:12:53.440 The Supreme Court is independent.

00:12:55.480 Why?

00:12:55.880 Because of President Trump's appointments, right, of three Supreme Court justices.

00:13:00.940 And so going back to Alito, I think he just wanted to be very clear why he wasn't going to recuse.

00:13:07.520 And, you know, senators, White House and Dermott had written a letter to the chief justice.

00:13:12.240 They were seeking a meeting with the chief justice to talk about a recusal.

00:13:15.620 That's such an invasion, OK, of the judicial process.

00:13:20.720 A recusal decision is a part of the of the case, right?

00:13:25.700 So the fact that they're trying to interject into a case to affect the outcome of that case is outrageous.

00:13:32.500 It may be, you know, maybe there's an ethics complaint there about seeking to involve themselves in the decision with respect to the Trump case and essentially reduce the court.

00:13:45.700 Right.

00:13:45.800 That's what they're doing.

00:13:46.500 They're trying to shrink the court so that they have their preferred justices make these decisions. 0.98

00:13:50.760 And I think that's unethical, actually, to be filing a request like that in the middle of a case.

00:13:56.740 So, you know, God bless, as I said, God bless Justice Alito, Justice Thomas. 0.53

00:14:02.400 He gets these these seem ridiculous requests.

00:14:06.220 He he's not going to I think to date, at least he hasn't dignified them with a response.

00:14:12.200 And, you know, and friends like me will go out there and and defend the justice and and show how I want to I want to get your I want to get your hang on for the break.

00:14:23.440 We're going to hold you through it.

00:14:25.820 Tiffany Justice is here.

00:14:27.280 Another big explosive expose on the FBI in the parents across this country.

00:14:34.200 Lee Wams, Wamsgan is going to join us down in Texas about the establishment down there spent millions of dollars and won by a couple of hundred votes on two different races.

00:14:45.480 We're going to get into all that.

00:14:46.980 We're going to talk about Attorney General Paxton.

00:14:49.820 Birch Gold, time of turbulence.

00:14:51.280 You can tell that only going to get more turbulent.

00:14:54.300 You need to talk about a hedge for your financial future.

00:14:57.060 Birch Gold dot com slash band and do it today.

00:14:59.900 Can your savings weather an economic storm?

00:15:02.340 Think about what you've put away for the future.

00:15:05.500 Inflation can render cash worthless.

00:15:09.240 Real estate can crash like in 2008.

00:15:11.860 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.

00:15:15.540 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.

00:15:21.920 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.

00:15:26.780 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:30.740 It's why people are flocking to it now.

00:15:32.520 Why Birch Gold is busier than ever.

00:15:34.360 Through a little known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:15:43.700 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:16:17.880 Birch Gold Group.

00:16:19.160 As you've noted with respect to Judge Marchand, I mean, I am like now, you know, I have like a man crush on him.

00:16:25.260 I mean, he is such a great judge that it's hard to see that the jurors wouldn't have the same impression.

00:16:32.320 And he's just, you just keep on thinking, if you looked in a dictionary for like judicial temperament, that's what you get.

00:16:41.460 Yeah, just screaming at witnesses in the courtroom.

00:16:44.360 I mean, Mark, this is the twisted – that's Weissman, who is the architect of the Russiagate fiasco.

00:16:52.660 This is a guy that's obsessed with taking down President Trump.

00:16:57.660 And here you just see the total corruption of the system, right?

00:17:00.200 You see it right there on MSNBC, which are following every tiny detail so they can finally get President Trump as a convicted felon.

00:17:07.780 I mean, how do we – what do we have to do to pull out of this?

00:17:11.760 We had Ken Paxson on here this morning.

00:17:13.660 And by the way, you were the guy that – you and Don McGahn were the one on that special committee we had to select the Supreme Court to narrow it down so President Trump could interview, you know, half a dozen people and start to narrow it down.

00:17:27.180 And you walk through the importance of not just of biography and not just of opinions but federal judges who had – or appellate judges who in their writing could be people that drive the court like Gorsuch and like Kavanaugh, not disasters like taking Souter from, I guess, a Supreme Court of a state, right?

00:17:50.480 That's what the guys in New Hampshire left you or O'Connor who has had a great biography but became a centrist to left judges.

00:17:59.800 Most of them do eventually except for icons like Justice Thomas.

00:18:06.440 I mean this thing is so corrupted now.

00:18:10.160 How are we to pull ourselves out of it when you've got Weissman sitting there going to have a man crush on a judge that has clearly got it out for not just President Trump.

00:18:20.140 But his defense counsel and any witness he puts up there, sir.

00:18:23.760 Yeah, I mean incredibly biased and just all in for the prosecution in every single way to try and help the prosecution on a case that had no crime that he wouldn't allow any instructions on with respect or expert testimony on why it's not an election violation, election law violation.

00:18:41.180 It's just stunning.

00:18:42.600 And as you said, he loses it because a witness is looking at him.

00:18:46.960 He clears the courtroom and yells at him.

00:18:48.400 I mean, you have a man crush on a judge like that.

00:18:52.500 You know, and going back to the Supreme Court selections, you know, looking for people, Steve, and how we get out of this, the Supreme Court is our beacon of integrity right now.

00:19:03.460 And what we were looking for, what President Trump wanted to find, right, were judges, as he's exhibiting now, and I think Justice Thomas has exhibited for 30 years, are people who are going to stand up, right, for what's right, not be cowed and not be seduced by the siren calls of the left, right, for respect.

00:19:20.660 Like Justice Kennedy was, or lots of other justice, Justice Souter, an awful selection as a justice, at least.

00:19:29.140 And so, you know, you're seeing that with Alito.

00:19:32.460 You're seeing that with Thomas.

00:19:33.920 You know, they stand.

00:19:34.960 They rule what they believe in.

00:19:37.320 And sometimes they're not on the same side.

00:19:39.400 Most of the times they are.

00:19:40.500 But it's for the right reasons, right?

00:19:41.960 And they're not looking for public approval.

00:19:44.520 And that's what we need to do with the Supreme Court.

00:19:48.200 And that's why we need to defend the Supreme Court against all these attacks on Justice Alito and Justice Thomas.

00:19:54.380 You know, Mark, and you know me well.

00:19:56.480 I'm not a lawyer.

00:19:57.200 I don't pretend to be one.

00:19:58.340 In fact, I get concerned when I think we have to deal with too many legal issues on this show.

00:20:04.560 But we have to.

00:20:05.920 I'm here to break it down.

00:20:06.440 And particularly the courts and the judiciary.

00:20:08.640 No.

00:20:09.480 So, but on the left, it's nonstop.

00:20:13.240 It's the New York Times.

00:20:14.380 It's the Washington Post, right?

00:20:16.300 So, it's MSNBC, CNN.

00:20:19.180 They are relentless.

00:20:19.980 And all the big broadcasters, CBS, ABC, The Atlantic Magazine.

00:20:24.260 I mean, they're pounding, pounding, pounding every day.

00:20:27.960 Do you see it on the right?

00:20:29.380 I mean, Fox does a little bit.

00:20:30.640 But it's not like when Ailes was there.

00:20:32.500 You've got, you know, Real America's Voice and Charlie Kirk and people like this.

00:20:37.760 You've got the guys at the Daily Wire, sometimes the National Review.

00:20:40.760 But do you see the media defense of the judiciary like it would warrant at the level you weren't given what?

00:20:51.200 Because they are maniacally focused on taking out whether it's Judge Cannon or Justice Alito or Justice Thomas, sir.

00:21:01.100 Yeah.

00:21:01.340 I mean, you don't see the defense of the court.

00:21:03.760 It's really sad.

00:21:04.560 We need to do more of it.

00:21:05.660 And you're seeing it on the left.

00:21:06.740 And, you know, Steve, that Washington Post story was a great example where their previous reporter, as left-wing as he was, right, Robert Barnes, he went out, you know, did some reporting, realized this was just a local dispute amongst neighbors.

00:21:21.920 And he never wrote a story on it, right?

00:21:23.480 Now he retired.

00:21:25.480 These new reporters with the Washington Post came along, and now they wrote a story on it attacking Mrs. Alito, attacking Justice Alito.

00:21:32.560 Why?

00:21:33.000 Because they want to undermine the Supreme Court, right?

00:21:35.020 They're not going to allow these people to have private lives just as normal citizens.

00:21:39.000 Yes, they have a day job, very important day jobs, but they're also just private citizens, you know, who are living their own lives.

00:21:45.960 And you're seeing all of these major organizations, news organizations, left-wing organizations like the New York Times, like the Washington Post, they are hiring investigative journalists.

00:21:56.180 The newest to hire to the Washington Post for the Supreme Court is an investigative journalist coming out of Salon Magazine, okay?

00:22:02.720 And so what they want to do is they want to dig up dirt on all these justices and their spouses and their family to attack them, to make life hell for them, right?

00:22:11.520 That's what's going on here, too, right?

00:22:12.700 They just – because this way they can – it's on a multi-level attack on them, right?

00:22:18.720 Make life difficult for them.

00:22:20.060 Maybe they trim their sails on opinions.

00:22:22.000 Maybe they change their vote on an opinion.

00:22:23.920 Maybe they recuse.

00:22:25.080 Maybe they resign.

00:22:26.340 You know, it's all of these attacks.

00:22:28.420 And it never happens, right?

00:22:29.900 In terms of the rule of law, we've lived through, right, I've been in this town since 1983, saw awful Supreme Court decisions over and over and over.

00:22:39.640 My heart was broken so many times, right?

00:22:41.900 Did I go to a justice's home and picket or attack them or try and assassinate them?

00:22:47.200 No, of course not.

00:22:48.460 But that's what the left does, right?

00:22:50.300 You know, conservatives tried their best to get great appointments through the years onto the court.

00:22:57.820 Many of them failed.

00:22:58.740 We had terrible decisions for many, many years, right?

00:23:01.520 And we sought to actually, you know, answer that by, you know, winning elections and getting better appointments to the Supreme Court.

00:23:09.560 And what you see with the left is they cannot tolerate that.

00:23:12.920 They want to blow up the Supreme Court.

00:23:14.760 They want to burn it down.

00:23:16.300 The leader of the Democrats right in the Senate, Chuck Schumer, literally went to this Supreme Court steps during an abortion argument in 2020, funny enough,

00:23:25.660 and threatened Kavanaugh and Gorsuch that they better vote a certain way or you will release the whirlwind and you won't know what hit you.

00:23:36.300 OK, this is coming from not a fringe person.

00:23:38.980 This is the Democrat leader in the Senate, in my view, physically threatening Supreme Court justices if they didn't vote a certain way on a case.

00:23:49.080 And you're seeing that today, right, with this letter from White House in Durbin saying, I want to meet with you, Chief Justice Roberts, to talk about recusals.

00:23:57.880 Like, we want to control your court.

00:23:59.200 It's so anathema, right, to a separate branch, an independent branch of government.

00:24:05.000 And that's what the left is doing.

00:24:06.500 That's why we need to push back.

00:24:07.860 We need to expose this.

00:24:09.300 And the pasta needs to, you know, read up on this and push back and get out there on Twitter, write your articles, do whatever you can to show support for the Supreme Court.

00:24:17.520 Because it's under attack and it's the last bastion to protect our liberties right now.

00:24:21.460 OK, we need folks to be for small turtles. 1.00

00:24:24.460 By the way, the Kavanaugh confirmation and then Dobbs and affirmative action.

00:24:28.240 That's what got the media and the left so worked up to try to destroy the court as we know it.

00:24:33.620 Real quickly, FBI, Attorney General Paxson came in hard today.

00:24:37.880 He agrees with me.

00:24:38.760 We ought to take it in part, dismantle it brick by brick and purge DOJ.

00:24:43.100 Your thoughts, Mark Paoletta.

00:24:45.340 Look, over the years, right, literally since since, you know, 16 or so.

00:24:49.400 Right. They have been weaponized and, you know, it's there.

00:24:53.360 There are great people in the FBI, but the leadership and down through the middle ranks, I think, have just been, you know, Trump derangement syndrome, that everything is viewed through this very, very political prism.

00:25:05.000 And we've seen some terrible abuses of power, of people's liberties.

00:25:11.020 And there needs to be a house cleaning and there needs to be some accountability at the FBI.

00:25:16.040 And I hope when President Trump is reelected, that happens.

00:25:21.960 Mark, where can people get all your content?

00:25:24.780 You guys at CRA are doing an amazing job.

00:25:26.660 Where do they go?

00:25:28.100 Sure.

00:25:28.660 Russ Vogt, head of Center for Renewing America, a great, great American, great patriot.

00:25:33.120 At Mark Paoletta on X.

00:25:35.160 And then markpaoletta.com is my website where I have tons of op-eds defending the court and defending President Trump.

00:25:42.140 So go check it out.

00:25:43.840 You'll have lots of reading to do there.

00:25:47.460 Thank you, brother.

00:25:48.440 Appreciate it.

00:25:49.580 Great work.

00:25:51.360 Tiffany Justice is joining us.

00:25:54.120 Tiffany, and we didn't time this beforehand.

00:25:57.060 We didn't talk about this beforehand.

00:25:58.420 Talk to me about this Daily Wire story about the FBI and Moms for Liberty.

00:26:04.040 That's shocking.

00:26:04.840 You make me follow Mark.

00:26:05.900 He's so great with you sharing such important information.

00:26:08.520 So good job, Mark.

00:26:09.800 Yeah, shocking, breaking story today, Steve, that the Department of Justice has something called the Community Relations Service and that they have been tracking Moms for Liberty along with a lot of very inflammatory words.

00:26:24.780 And the KKK and some other groups.

00:26:27.760 And it's just shocking, first of all, that the Moms for Liberty would be considered to be anything like any of those groups.

00:26:32.720 And we know that.

00:26:33.500 But, again, parents, a huge threat to apparently the federal government and the Biden administration.

00:26:39.240 The thing is, Steve, this Community Relations Service was sending emails to school board members.

00:26:45.780 So Luke Rosiak, who put this story forward, saw and realized that Roanoke County School Board was considering putting into place a policy that Governor Youngkin had written regarding how to handle any issues of transgender students in schools,

00:27:01.460 making sure that parents were notified when students were experiencing any type of mental distress.

00:27:06.080 Well, apparently, this Community Relations Service didn't like that.

00:27:10.140 So they sent email after email to school boards to basically intimidate them to try to make sure that they weren't implementing policies that literally some of these school board members ran on and won on these policies to implement in their school districts.

00:27:25.300 So just really shocking stuff coming out of the DOJ and the FBI after they ignored a FOIA request.

00:27:32.100 And I want to say thank you, Steve, to America First Legal.

00:27:34.940 They are an amazing group.

00:27:37.900 Stephen Miller and the folks at America First Legal are warriors on the front lines.

00:27:42.880 And when they see that the government isn't responding to information requests, when they see moms and dads across the country that are getting hurt, America First Legal steps up time and time again.

00:27:52.120 So bravo to them for helping Daily Wire and Luke with this story.

00:27:56.620 Hang on one second.

00:27:59.400 We're just going to hold you through the break because I want to make sure people understand exactly what's going on and what people are doing.

00:28:06.940 And we didn't tee this up beforehand or from this morning.

00:28:10.360 This is America First Legal.

00:28:11.960 This was the guys at Daily Wire.

00:28:13.940 This is about parents, moms for liberty. 0.99

00:28:17.140 It's outrageous.

00:28:17.840 Short break.

00:28:18.180 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:28:23.740 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:28:28.260 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:28:35.760 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:28:49.820 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:28:57.200 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:29:08.240 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:29:13.760 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:29:26.080 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:29:31.860 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:29:37.320 Mr. Trump, how are you feeling about today?

00:29:41.460 Very good.

00:29:43.100 Very good, thank you.

00:29:44.040 Do you have affairs, Rick?

00:29:46.100 I mean, what is very unfair is that I'm not campaigning.

00:29:48.700 I'm in this room all day long, from morning to night, in the Biden witch hunt.

00:29:54.100 Take a look at where the people come from.

00:29:56.540 It's a Biden witch hunt.

00:29:57.980 It's weaponization.

00:29:59.820 So it seems that there are a lot of witnesses, a lot of people, that they could have called that they didn't call.

00:30:08.300 Now, they didn't call them, obviously, because they would have been very bad witnesses for them.

00:30:12.760 But take a look at the list.

00:30:13.940 Because of the gate court, I won't go down into individual names.

00:30:17.720 But you have a lot of big players, very big players, that would have solved their problem or actually would have given us the win.

00:30:24.440 And we already have the win.

00:30:26.300 If we had a fair judge, this case would have been over a long time ago.

00:30:30.860 But a lot of key witnesses were not called.

00:30:34.660 Look at your list.

00:30:36.140 Look at the players.

00:30:37.600 And you know who I'm talking about.

00:30:38.980 You can take five or six of them.

00:30:41.000 Why didn't they call those witnesses?

00:30:42.860 They didn't call them because they would have been on our side.

00:30:46.760 And it's a shame.

00:30:47.740 And in particular, one witness who's now suffering gravely because of what's happened, because of the viciousness of these thugs, the vicious people, what they've done to that person.

00:30:59.760 And you know who I'm talking about.

00:31:01.880 And they didn't call them as a witness.

00:31:03.480 They didn't call anybody as a witness.

00:31:05.060 And all these people, they could have called and solved the problem.

00:31:08.400 The other thing, the confusion is, nobody knows what the crime is because there's no crime.

00:31:14.740 Nobody knows what the crime is.

00:31:16.160 The DA didn't name the crime.

00:31:19.520 They don't know what the crime is.

00:31:21.140 That's what the problem is.

00:31:22.800 It's a disgrace.

00:31:23.820 This thing ought to be ended immediately.

00:31:25.440 The judge ought to end it and save his reputation.

00:31:28.820 Thank you very much.

00:31:33.680 Can you name, you know, we try to follow this and do as much as needed to keep this audience the most powerful audience in all media.

00:31:44.880 Up to speed.

00:31:46.780 But can you name the crime?

00:31:49.020 Can you name it?

00:31:50.140 We curate, and we have a team, we curate MSNBC and CNN all the time in the New York Times, the Washington Post.

00:31:57.600 They can't name the crime.

00:31:59.760 You see them on here.

00:32:00.480 It's all kind of hubba-da-hubba-da-hubba-da-hubba-da-hubba-da.

00:32:02.960 It's basically orange man bad.

00:32:06.180 Orange man evil.

00:32:07.340 Orange man powerful. 0.99

00:32:09.020 Must take down orange man. 0.99

00:32:11.040 That's it in summary.

00:32:13.360 Because Trump represents you.

00:32:14.940 The commonality of the folks at the Coca-Cola 600 at NASCAR the other day was in Charlotte and the South Bronx, that crowd there, and the bodega run, and outside the court.

00:32:32.740 And when President Trump went to Wildwood, New Jersey with 100,000 people, think of the history that's been made in the last couple weeks.

00:32:40.820 And when he goes to these rallies is that in the imperial capital, not in the room, not in the deal.

00:32:47.380 And you are not in the room.

00:32:52.440 There's one person that puts you in that room, and that's Donald Trump, and that's why they hate him.

00:32:56.500 They feel he is a traitor to the ruling elite, and they hate him.

00:33:02.500 And it's not to defeat him. 0.86

00:33:04.440 It's to destroy him.

00:33:07.440 Always remember that. 0.95

00:33:08.960 Always and everywhere, it is about the destruction of Trump.

00:33:11.940 And with the destruction of Trump, they believe the destruction of the Trump movement.

00:33:17.380 And that's not going to happen.

00:33:19.360 Even the New York Times.

00:33:21.260 MAGA on the march.

00:33:23.380 You are ascendant.

00:33:25.320 And they know you're ascendant.

00:33:27.260 On every different aspect.

00:33:29.860 That's why it's lawfare.

00:33:32.100 They got to steal it.

00:33:34.060 And we're going to play Wag the Dog here.

00:33:36.540 Wag America.

00:33:38.920 On some sort of October surprise or something to do with the Third World War.

00:33:43.240 Wait.

00:33:43.720 Third World War.

00:33:45.200 Just wait for it.

00:33:45.840 That's why it's going to get more turbulent.

00:33:48.340 That's why we make sure you have access to people at Birch Gold.

00:33:51.480 Go to birchgold.com slash band and talk to Philip Patrick and the team.

00:33:56.000 And get information and get knowledge.

00:33:59.040 You have to make your own decisions.

00:34:00.420 We're not here to say anything.

00:34:01.580 We're not here to pitch you anything.

00:34:03.740 You're free men and free women. 0.99

00:34:05.160 You make your own decisions.

00:34:06.200 But we do give you access to leaders of causes and to services and goods so that you can make up your own mind.

00:34:15.520 Tiffany Justice on the day that the attorney – this is not – and I love Vermont.

00:34:21.560 It's a great state.

00:34:22.280 But this ain't Vermont.

00:34:24.520 Right?

00:34:24.920 This is Texas, arguably the most powerful state in the most powerful country in the history of mankind.

00:34:33.880 The Attorney General Ken Paxson, who already went through an impeachment and fought through it and today for the first time told the story about the FBI investigation that he was going to do that started this when they came and tried to investigate him.

00:34:46.160 And he said they're a group of gangsters, and the DOJ has got to be purged.

00:34:51.740 I want to take a second and just walk through Daily Wire, what America First Legal, Stephen Miller and the team, and the Daily Wire team.

00:34:58.300 What is this story?

00:34:59.620 Walk us through it.

00:35:01.300 Because once again, they're targeting innocent Americans who are trying to stand up for their children, their families, and their communities.

00:35:09.300 Walk me through it.

00:35:09.900 So there's a Department of Justice unit called the Community Relations Service, and they are dedicated supposedly to preventing and responding to hate crimes.

00:35:21.040 They have been tracking Moms for Liberty in the same manner that it tracks the KKK and other groups that are hate groups.

00:35:31.660 And you know the SPLC put us on that anti-government extremist group.

00:35:35.640 There has been such a concerted effort by the media and by the left to villainize moms and dads that dare to question the education establishment in America.

00:35:45.640 There is so much money that is siphoned out of our public education system that is put into politics in order to guarantee outcomes.

00:35:53.100 And so we are a threat.

00:35:54.960 And so we were being tracked along with a number of other words.

00:35:59.660 And Luke Rosiak found out about this.

00:36:02.300 So he did a FOIA, a records request, for this information.

00:36:06.960 He wanted to know how we were being tracked, in what manner.

00:36:09.720 And the Department of Justice completely ignored this FOIA.

00:36:12.940 And so thank you to America First Legal, Stephen Miller, and your team for fighting on behalf of Daily Wire to get this information from the government.

00:36:20.820 Because the government is keeping secrets from the American people and targeting everyday American moms and dads.

00:36:26.640 And so what Luke was able to find out was that, in fact, this community relations service is contacting school board members directly.

00:36:35.520 So they're tracking us to be able to see where there are conservative school boards who are trying to enact the policies that they ran on.

00:36:44.080 And one, Governor Youngkin had a sample policy that he had written around the fact that parents should know if their children are saying that they're transgender at school.

00:36:55.320 And so this school board in Roanoke, Virginia, apparently, was contemplating introducing this policy in their school district.

00:37:03.800 Well, the Department of Justice sent emails directly to school board members, in fact, pestering them, it seems, over and over that they wanted to act as a mediator.

00:37:13.720 So we're talking about a mediator for five woke people who are fighting against this because Roanoke has been a pretty conservative county in general.

00:37:22.180 And the DOJ is pressuring school boards to not enact conservative policies.

00:37:27.960 And as a former school board member, I just, what a level of intimidation coming out of our Department of Justice.

00:37:36.020 It's a huge obliteration of parental rights and of the rights of Americans to be represented by people in their local communities on school boards.

00:37:46.740 What are you guys going to do about this?

00:37:48.800 Where do we stand on this?

00:37:49.780 And once again, I want to thank America First Legal for getting involved here.

00:37:52.900 But where do we stand with Moms for Liberty and parents? 1.00

00:37:55.560 Because here's what they're trying to do.

00:37:57.180 They're trying to let parents know if you do this, the FBI is going to be tracking you.

00:38:01.080 So most parents say, hey, look, you know, I've got to keep my job.

00:38:04.300 I've got enough problems at home.

00:38:05.860 I've got enough problems at the job.

00:38:07.640 I can't take on another problem, which is the FBI trying to defend my kids.

00:38:12.020 You know, the FBI is going to get on me.

00:38:13.380 What am I supposed to do?

00:38:14.140 I'm just one schmendrick, right?

00:38:16.460 So what are people going to do?

00:38:18.260 What is Moms for Liberty going to do? 1.00

00:38:20.580 Obviously, they know you're powerful.

00:38:22.940 Obviously, they know you're making a change, making a difference.

00:38:25.680 What are you guys going to do?

00:38:26.600 This lets us know that we're right over the target and we're going to continue to grow and expand.

00:38:32.180 I came on the show.

00:38:33.520 I talked to you a little bit about our growth campaign in four different states right now.

00:38:37.260 We're going to continue to expand across the country.

00:38:39.840 We're going to continue to endorse in school board races and get conservative-minded individuals

00:38:43.800 elected onto school boards.

00:38:45.560 And we're going to continue to change education from the bottom up.

00:38:48.440 Education is supposed to be of the province of the states.

00:38:51.100 It's not the federal Department of Education has way overreached in what they do.

00:38:55.760 And it's really time to dismantle that department.

00:38:58.160 And we hope in the next four years we're going to be able to help to do that.

00:39:01.380 But at the local level, it's very important to take action at the school board and to support

00:39:07.360 your elected officials.

00:39:08.380 So it's not enough to get people elected.

00:39:10.580 You have to, as a community member, go out there and support them.

00:39:13.940 So, Steve, this isn't going to stop us.

00:39:15.640 This just shows us that we're exactly over the target, that there is a very coordinated

00:39:21.200 attempt to silence American parents because we are calling out the failure of our public

00:39:26.060 schools.

00:39:26.520 The real fraud, to be honest with you, over $840 billion spent on American public education

00:39:31.680 every year, and only a third of kids are reading on grade level.

00:39:34.760 That is abysmal.

00:39:35.940 It has to stop.

00:39:37.020 Kids deserve to learn to read in school.

00:39:38.740 And we're going to make sure that happens.

00:39:40.100 Do you agree that we ought to continue on in our focus on the FBI and the DOJ, major changes

00:39:47.320 that have to come?

00:39:48.480 Would the community around Moms for Liberty support that?

00:39:53.420 Absolutely.

00:39:54.220 I think the community around Moms for Liberty is looking for major changes at every level

00:39:57.720 of the federal government. 0.75

00:39:59.080 We feel that we are totally being silenced and targeted, and it is absolutely ridiculous.

00:40:06.060 You know, moms and dads are the stakeholders in the future of our country.

00:40:09.600 Our children are going to inherit the future that we create for them right now.

00:40:13.440 And I think I've quoted Thomas Paine before on your show, but I'll say it again.

00:40:17.860 If there must be trouble, let it come in my time so my children may live in peace.

00:40:22.000 And that is exactly the way that we feel about that.

00:40:24.680 So yes, Steve, I think Moms for Liberty members will support major reforms at the federal level

00:40:29.800 when it comes to the Department of Justice, the FBI, and certainly the Department of Education.

00:40:37.120 Thank you, Tiffany Justice.

00:40:38.380 Thank you very much.

00:40:39.120 Look forward to having you back.

00:40:40.320 Let's push that out, Grace and Moe, Carly Bonet, if you could, Elizabeth over at Telegram,

00:40:46.160 Vish, everybody.

00:40:49.340 Somebody's dedicated their life, Lee, the lead story in Politico is about how the establishment,

00:40:56.180 both in Washington, D.C. and the Bush establishment in Texas, spent millions and millions of dollars

00:41:01.100 and beat some of these key candidates by hundreds of votes.

00:41:05.420 Give us an update.

00:41:06.420 What happened?

00:41:07.360 Well, in the Dade Phelan race, which is our Texas speaker race, Phelan spent over $13 million

00:41:13.420 with him and all of his special interests to win by a 366-vote margin.

00:41:20.260 He won by 366 votes last night.

00:41:24.480 Let me explain to you why that's significant.

00:41:28.120 The significance of that is we had our early voting last week and we pulled the data from

00:41:33.080 last week and we found almost 1,500 hard Democrats had crossed over and voted in our primary.

00:41:40.120 We don't have the data from Election Day yesterday.

00:41:43.360 It'll take a couple of weeks to get that back, but you can do the math right there.

00:41:48.580 There is no way that Dade Phelan would have won that race had it not been for those 1,500

00:41:55.220 Democrats that voted early and we assume that another equal amount voted yesterday on Election

00:42:01.340 Day.

00:42:03.860 So how are we to stop this?

00:42:05.560 You run the Patriot Mobile Action Fund.

00:42:10.400 You guys are one of the leaders down there.

00:42:12.000 We had Ken Pax on the side.

00:42:13.500 What is the solution?

00:42:14.820 What do we need to do?

00:42:15.760 Because Texas is MAGA.

00:42:17.220 We know we're winning.

00:42:18.060 We're getting closer.

00:42:18.760 We want a bunch of seats.

00:42:20.120 What is your call to action?

00:42:22.240 So my call to action is close the primaries and we have been trying to do that for years.

00:42:27.580 And once again, I talked to you last week from our Texas GOP convention and that is definitely

00:42:33.760 a plank in our platform and it's a legislative priority.

00:42:37.540 But I will tell you there is a group of very conservative activists, myself included, forming

00:42:44.920 a consortium to go outside of the legislative process to get the Texas primaries closed.

00:42:52.120 So in case your audience is in a closed primary state and you don't understand how this works,

00:42:57.900 in Texas when you register to vote, you do not choose a political party.

00:43:02.140 You are just a registered voter and you can go to either primary and you can say, give

00:43:08.960 me a Republican or a Democrat ballot.

00:43:11.560 And what that opens the door for is for Democrats to come into our conservative areas and to vote

00:43:17.420 for the most liberal Republican or even a Democrat posing as a Republican in the Republican primary.

00:43:23.960 There have been some court cases and sorry, go ahead.

00:43:29.480 No, hang on for one second.

00:43:31.000 We're taking a short commercial break.

00:43:32.320 We're going to return.

00:43:33.600 I think you just dropped a bomb there that I want to expose.

00:43:37.420 Criminals have access to more advanced tools than ever.

00:43:40.540 And now they're using them to steal our most valuable asset.

00:43:44.580 That would be your home.

00:43:46.280 In Miami, an elderly woman didn't find out an empty plot of land she owned was stolen until

00:43:52.880 she went to pay taxes. 1.00

00:43:54.820 A stranger had already paid them and property records showed she had sold the land.

00:43:59.740 They had forged her signature and registered a fake deed.

00:44:03.020 How scary is that?

00:44:04.520 That's why you need to get Home Title Lock today.

00:44:07.960 Go to hometitlelock.com and immerse yourself in this information.

00:44:12.780 Think that it can't happen to you?

00:44:14.440 Well, you are wrong.

00:44:15.220 When's the last time you checked your home's title?

00:44:18.220 All a thief has to do is forge your signature, refile as the new owner.

00:44:23.300 And once your home is not in your name, it can get really ugly and it can get really ugly

00:44:28.700 fast.

00:44:29.720 They can take out equity loans or even sell your house to an unsuspecting buyer who shows

00:44:34.380 up at your door one day and says, hey, this baby is mine.

00:44:38.620 Don't think your home insurance policy will protect you.

00:44:41.560 It won't.

00:45:17.840 A can with my face on it.

00:45:19.140 Starbucks will pay travel expenses to access abortion.

00:45:27.060 And I'm here to show you how.

00:45:28.420 You're in good hands.

00:45:32.080 I have a lot of experience in the shopping games.

00:45:34.680 This is great, fancy, as fashion means function means travel means every day.

00:45:42.100 I'm your host, Erin Elmore, and you're watching Public Square Live.

00:45:51.480 Hello, I'm Steve Stern, CEO of flagshirt.com, a third generation veteran owned small business.

00:45:59.340 I believe that the American way of life is for all of us.

00:46:02.880 I'm asking you today to visit flagshirt.com.

00:46:06.920 Help keep the American dream alive.

00:46:19.360 Action, action, action.

00:46:23.540 Steve Stern, the great guy with Dan Schultz at Precinct Strategy.

00:46:28.500 Also, Public Square, that live show, you got to see it.

00:46:31.180 Seven o'clock, it comes after the repeat on Saturday afternoon of the War Room's Saturday show.

00:46:38.080 My favorite, as you know.

00:46:40.540 So make sure you don't miss it.

00:46:42.140 They highlight all these entrepreneurs.

00:46:43.700 It's fantastic.

00:46:44.720 So, Lee, let me deconstruct what you just said.

00:46:48.160 You are not just going to wait for the normal legislative process.

00:46:51.960 I take it you're thinking of a proposition or maybe even going to court because this thing about the open primaries is the way that these phony Republicans basically win with Democrat votes.

00:47:03.860 And then they go to the assembly and turn over power to the Democrats.

00:47:08.280 That's absolutely right, Steve.

00:47:10.380 And I want to tell you this has been long coming.

00:47:13.900 Republicans have requested our state legislators pass a bill in the state house to close our primaries.

00:47:22.800 In lack of their action, we have multiple, we're looking into multiple options here.

00:47:28.360 I want to tell you multiple states have closed their primaries by party rule and they've defended that action and won in federal court.

00:47:36.760 There's been several cases.

00:47:38.520 Here's just one.

00:47:39.380 In Idaho, in 2011, a federal court decisioned that the primary system being closed was unconstitutional because it restricted the state GOP's First Amendment rights to freedom of association.

00:47:55.100 The case states that a state must act within constitutional limits when it regulates a political party's internal processes.

00:48:02.720 But among those constitutional limits include the First Amendment right to freedom of association.

00:48:09.560 And so our Republican Party has a First Amendment right to freedom of association with each other.

00:48:15.820 And freedom of association also includes a freedom of dissociation, which means we do not want the Democrats playing in our primary.

00:48:25.760 We want to keep Texas red.

00:48:27.400 And Texas has been heading down this road of liberalism step by step, incrementally, and then it feels like most recently so fast.

00:48:37.720 And this speaker's race is just one glaring example that Texas needs change.

00:48:45.720 Lee, where do people get you?

00:48:47.600 I know our audience is vast in Texas, and for a reason, we have the back of the grassroots in MAGA down there, and it's not a better state with better people.

00:48:55.620 Where do people go?

00:48:56.940 Because I know they're going to want to join you in this crusade.

00:48:59.320 Where do they go, ma'am?

00:49:00.780 Go to PatriotMobileAction.com.

00:49:02.860 We are just now updating this project on the website.

00:49:06.500 You can contact us there, and you can email at info at PatriotMobileAction.com.

00:49:14.060 This shows you about Glenn's story.

00:49:15.980 You know, that's the company.

00:49:17.380 She's the action, political action, but it shows you they support your values.

00:49:21.140 Lee, thank you so much, and thank you for all the hard work.

00:49:23.380 You're one of the driving forces down there.

00:49:24.860 Thank you, Steve.

00:49:28.080 Texas is too great a place to have this continually happen, particularly now that people are awakened to it, and they know what's going on.

00:49:36.780 The establishment is still going to fight you, fight you, fight you, fight you, fight you.

00:49:40.980 And here, Politico said it.

00:49:43.520 Millions and millions of dollars, look, $13 million in the House race, and it went by 300 votes.

00:49:47.780 They're going to try to crush you with money, and it's time now that he, and they only would have won with Democratic votes, Democrat votes.

00:49:56.380 Is Brother Lindell up?

00:49:57.740 Brother Lindell, I've got to get a Wisconsin fix.

00:50:00.260 Robin Voss, I know you're obsessed with him.

00:50:03.300 In the war room, we're obsessed with him, too.

00:50:04.660 We're obsessed with blockers, Republican blockers.

00:50:07.220 That's right.

00:50:07.680 Get us lit up.

00:50:10.240 Give us a quick update, and then you've got to talk a deal before I go to the 6 o'clock hour.

00:50:16.600 Right on.

00:50:17.280 Well, everybody, it's going great.

00:50:19.200 All the petitions are in.

00:50:21.960 The signatures are in.

00:50:23.060 We overshot by a couple thousand.

00:50:25.220 They haven't, wexed, did not come back to us and said anything's wrong, which is a good sign.

00:50:30.000 Last time, they discredited a whole bunch of signatures.

00:50:33.120 Robin Voss has 10 days to dispute anything, which we know he will, and then our lawyers step in, or the lawyers, the lawyers step in, their lawyers.

00:50:40.940 I guess I say us, we the people, step in, and then we have five days.

00:50:45.260 We believe we're well over what is needed, and then it'll be a primary in August, I mean, a recall, a new recall election in August.

00:50:55.420 So we're looking for it, Steve.

00:50:56.520 I really believe that we've got it all together this time, and we're going to get it to the finish line.

00:51:01.100 We're never going to stop.

00:51:02.500 Robin Voss has to be stopped.

00:51:04.600 He has to be gone.

00:51:06.080 And we're going to talk about that tonight, Steve.

00:51:08.500 I'm actually in Virginia.

00:51:09.580 I'm going to be on Tim Pool tonight.

00:51:11.420 And you guys can watch that live streamed at Lindale TV on my show at 8 o'clock, and I'm looking forward to that.

00:51:19.600 We're going to be talking about all the blockers in the country, the election platforms, and everything.

00:51:24.380 So I'm really looking forward to going on that.

00:51:26.200 Let's make an announcement.

00:51:27.120 We're going to take the Tim Pool's show.

00:51:29.140 By the way, you're about to leave Virginia and go to West by God, Virginia, to God's country, Tim Pool's place.

00:51:36.060 Real quickly before you go, we've got about 60 seconds.

00:51:38.440 Give me a deal before we—when you go to Pool's place, you don't know if you're going to come back or not.

00:51:43.240 Give me a deal before we lose you.

00:51:46.200 Right on.
