Bannon's War Room - Episode 3647： Unhinged Attack On Alito

00:00:00.000 As you've noted with respect to Judge Marchand, I mean, I am I'm like now, you know, I have to look a man crush on him.

00:00:06.160 He is such a great judge that it's hard to see that the jurors wouldn't have the same impression.

00:00:12.800 And he's just you just keep on thinking if you looked in a dictionary for judicial temperament, that's what you get.

00:00:19.200 And my feeling has always been the same as what Nate Cohn said.

00:00:22.920 He's already done the hard part. Right. He's already done the hard part.

00:00:27.720 I always say in politics, in politics, conversion is the hardest thing to do.

00:00:33.720 What Joe Biden has to do now, as Cohn says in this article, he needs to bring his base home.

00:00:40.980 Black voters, Hispanic voters, young voters. Much easier to say, come home. 0.97

00:00:47.720 It's going to be OK. Stay with me here. We're facing a real and imminent danger.

00:00:53.040 Much easier to say, come home than say, hey, go to that other house over there that you've never been in before.

00:01:01.220 Go. No. Conversion's hard. In politics, this is this is my Crest and Colgate thing.

00:01:07.300 If your family and I've told people this since I was 30, I said, no, no, no, don't convert.

00:01:11.920 If the family's been a Crest family their entire life, they're not going to switch to Colgate.

00:01:17.280 That's, you know, 1980s, 1990s toothpaste wars. But it's like marketing.

00:01:24.020 Biden just has to bring them home. And you look at these three states.

00:01:27.780 They are very close. They are very tied. And what I always talk about is blocking and tackling.

00:01:33.160 They are light years ahead right now. Light years ahead.

00:01:36.400 The Biden team is organizing on the ground.

00:01:38.840 Thank you very much. Here we go again. Five weeks.

00:01:43.000 I've been here. I'm ganged. I'd like to answer all of your questions.

00:01:47.240 They're very easy questions to answer. But I'm ganged.

00:01:49.580 So I can't talk as much as I would like to about this ridiculous case that's hurting our country so badly.

00:01:56.260 Some of the reviews from yesterday are the...

00:01:59.060 And by the way, everyone's against this case.

00:02:00.780 I haven't seen one legal scholar or expert in the law saying that this case should have been filed.

00:02:10.720 It should not have been filed. Or at a minimum, it should have been filed seven years ago.

00:02:15.240 It's seven years old. Everybody turned it down, including federal elections turned it down.

00:02:21.260 Southern District turned it down.

00:02:23.480 Bragg turned it down.

00:02:24.620 Then he rejuvenated it when I was running for office.

00:02:28.180 It's a terrible thing. At the request of Biden, the editors of the National Review say,

00:02:34.920 quit Trump. Bragg has failed to prove his charges. Totally failed.

00:02:40.800 Greg Jarrett. Who exactly was defrauded? Voters who had already voted.

00:02:46.460 Well, they already voted because all of the stuff came in after the election.

00:02:49.940 So how were they defrauded?

00:02:51.820 And then you say, what about Hillary with the dossier?

00:02:55.580 What about all of the good other things that go? And this is nothing.

00:02:59.160 This is nothing.

00:03:00.600 But what about all of the corruption, the voter fraud,

00:03:03.740 that you've seen over the last year on behalf of the Democrats and nobody talks about it? 0.90

00:03:07.860 This is ridiculous what they're talking about. 0.60

00:03:10.240 This is called running for office. 0.80

00:03:12.840 Ellie Honig, legal analyst for CNN.

00:03:15.900 The crime here is not easy to explain or to understand.

00:03:19.920 It's just not understandable.

00:03:21.660 In other words, there is no crime.

00:03:24.560 This is CNN.

00:03:27.760 Catherine Christian from MSNBC.

00:03:32.480 I call it MSDNC.

00:03:33.700 Legal analyst.

00:03:34.920 It's difficult because it's a very nuanced argument.

00:03:38.140 It's never been prosecuted before.

00:03:40.180 This is an argument that has never been prosecuted before.

00:03:44.520 And hopefully it'll never be prosecuted again.

00:03:47.440 Is this a pep rally for Joe Biden?

00:03:50.860 No, it's not.

00:03:51.560 I'm just, I just, just like it wasn't a pep rally for Trump in 16,

00:03:55.540 whenever he said, oh, he can't win, he can't win.

00:03:57.140 I said, yeah, he can.

00:03:58.280 He can get 270.

00:03:59.640 We were mocked and ridiculed and abused

00:04:03.120 because we predicted the hurricane was coming

00:04:06.060 in September and October.

00:04:08.980 I'm here to tell you the freaking out, 0.58

00:04:11.060 the Democratic freaking out is just so tiring. 0.74

00:04:14.680 And I think the thing that bothers me the most is

00:04:19.440 they're freaking out about things in a national campaign, right?

00:04:26.220 They're freaking out whether it's about

00:04:28.580 this obsession with the national race

00:04:31.920 and the national polling,

00:04:33.420 whether it's truth social tweets,

00:04:35.960 whether it's all the crazy things

00:04:37.800 and confused things Donald Trump says at rallies.

00:04:41.020 That's fine.

00:04:43.140 But this race is not going to be won

00:04:45.220 in the courthouse in Manhattan,

00:04:49.400 regardless of the outcome of the case.

00:04:51.440 It's going to be won by knocking on doors in Kenosha,

00:04:55.980 by planting yard signs in the suburbs of Detroit,

00:04:59.840 by making sure you've got the Philly suburbs locked down

00:05:04.420 and you get the margin you get,

00:05:06.680 by making phone calls, knocking...

00:05:08.900 I'm sorry to go so far into this, 1.00

00:05:11.140 but again, the stupidity that I've been listening to 0.99

00:05:14.460 over the past several months 1.00

00:05:16.000 about how this race is over

00:05:18.740 and, you know, Democrats are freaking out

00:05:21.500 and Trumpers are so overconfident.

00:05:24.100 So that's it. 0.90

00:05:25.220 It's a disgrace.

00:05:27.180 The millions and millions of dollars

00:05:29.140 that are spent daily on this case.

00:05:30.800 Outside, it looks like it's Fort Knox,

00:05:33.300 like Nick Gardner is.

00:05:34.280 I've never seen so many policemen.

00:05:36.460 Now, with Columbia University,

00:05:38.120 you can plant a tent right in front of the main door,

00:05:40.340 no problem.

00:05:41.960 NYU, just put your tent up.

00:05:43.620 Don't worry about it.

00:05:44.380 Over here.

00:05:45.760 But I just want to say that

00:05:47.380 this is a very sad day for America.

00:05:50.040 The whole world is watching.

00:05:51.540 And it's a very sad day for New York.

00:05:53.180 I've gone through two of these trials already.

00:05:55.660 It's a very...

00:05:56.080 We're the same kind of a judge.

00:05:57.680 It's all worked.

00:05:58.460 It's all rigged.

00:05:59.280 The whole thing, the whole system is rigged.

00:06:01.360 Judge N. Gorin was overturned five times in my case

00:06:04.560 and he's going to be overturned again.

00:06:07.880 And we were treated very, very badly.

00:06:09.740 And the outside world is watching

00:06:11.980 and the outside world is just not going to bring

00:06:14.000 their business to New York.

00:06:15.280 And that's going to cost the city trillions

00:06:17.640 and the state trillions and trillions of dollars.

00:06:20.620 Businesses are leaving.

00:06:22.360 And people are fleeing.

00:06:23.760 So you can see the quotes yourself.

00:06:26.180 And thank you all very much.

00:06:27.260 We'll comment later on in the evening.

00:06:29.580 But we'll be here.

00:06:30.200 It looks like a long time.

00:06:31.140 Thank you.

00:06:34.140 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:06:39.020 Pray for our enemies.

00:06:41.040 Because we're going medieval on these people.

00:06:44.000 You're just not going to get a free shot

00:06:45.520 on all these networks lying about the people.

00:06:48.640 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:06:50.580 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:06:52.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that.

00:06:53.700 But you're not going to stop it.

00:06:54.640 It's going to happen.

00:06:55.900 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:06:59.320 Mega media.

00:07:00.220 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:07:06.180 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:07:09.860 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:07:16.140 War Room.

00:07:17.060 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:07:19.480 It's Thursday, 30 May, Europe, our Lord, 2024.

00:07:27.260 Morning, Joe.

00:07:28.060 They're already trying to shift the narrative.

00:07:30.980 They understand what's happening.

00:07:32.840 They understand the math.

00:07:34.800 And it's a – and Biden in a free fall.

00:07:36.780 By the way, Joe and Mika.

00:07:38.080 Let me ask Mika.

00:07:39.000 Joe's the side piece.

00:07:40.960 Mika, where's the 81 million votes?

00:07:43.300 Where are they?

00:07:44.920 Why are Democrats in the savviest Democrats?

00:07:47.240 This is not the low information voters.

00:07:48.960 This is not the infrequent voters.

00:07:52.880 This is the most knowledgeable people of the math in the Democratic Party are freaking out

00:07:57.180 and trying to remove Biden and trying to come up with some, I don't know, Michelle Obama.

00:08:01.700 Why is it – why is it that the smartest people, the people with the inside baseball in the Democratic Party

00:08:08.000 and the Atlantic for the Editor's Atlantic?

00:08:11.540 Why the Atlantic?

00:08:12.440 Why the Washington Post?

00:08:14.080 Why the New York Times?

00:08:15.000 Why is Maggie Haberman, you know, wringing her hands? 1.00

00:08:17.740 Why is everybody wringing their hands, pulling their hair out, gnashing their teeth, starting to cry?

00:08:24.660 Where's the 81 million votes?

00:08:26.320 Where are they?

00:08:28.020 Where are the 81 million votes?

00:08:29.540 It ought to be easy.

00:08:30.160 Start at 81 and go up.

00:08:31.240 Where are they?

00:08:33.040 They were manufactured.

00:08:34.880 They were fictional because you stole the 2020 election, and he's illegitimate.

00:08:39.620 And you know it, and we know it, and we know that you know that we know it.

00:08:45.660 They're not there.

00:08:47.640 Now he's back down to – now they're back down to three states.

00:08:51.260 The blue wall, that's not going to hold.

00:08:52.800 Even with stealing it, you barely won it.

00:08:57.000 Even with manufacturing all those votes, you barely won it.

00:08:59.420 Those are blowouts.

00:09:02.080 Those are blowouts.

00:09:03.200 And they finally said the quiet part out loud because of our hammering and MAGA standing up

00:09:09.580 and conservative media doing a great job, or at least some of it, breaking this apart.

00:09:13.240 And most importantly, President Trump, President Trump coming out there every day,

00:09:18.060 and that was the best, most succinct analysis of where we are, President Trump coming today,

00:09:22.240 off the top of his head.

00:09:23.300 Hey, Robert De Niro, Trump ain't reading off a script.

00:09:26.900 He's giving it from the head and the heart.

00:09:29.800 He lays it out right there.

00:09:31.460 And can we play the morning, Mika, the second hit again?

00:09:36.300 I've got to hear the – this is not going to be determined in a courthouse, no matter what the outcome.

00:09:40.580 They're finally – it's the quiet part out loud because this audience stood up to the plate

00:09:46.780 and braced these folks up.

00:09:47.940 Let's hear it.

00:09:48.340 Is this a – is this a pep rally for Joe Biden?

00:09:52.480 No, it's not.

00:09:53.140 I'm just – I just – just like it was in the pep rally for Trump in 16,

00:09:57.160 whenever he said, oh, he can't win, he can't win.

00:09:58.740 He said, yeah, he can.

00:09:59.840 He can get 270.

00:10:01.240 We were mocked and ridiculed and abused because we predicted the hurricane was coming in September and October.

00:10:10.680 I'm here to tell you the freaking out, the Democratic freaking out is just so tiring.

00:10:15.640 And I think the thing that bothers me the most is they're freaking out about things in a national campaign, right?

00:10:27.840 They're freaking out whether it's about this obsession with the national race and the national polling,

00:10:34.800 whether it's truth social tweets, whether it's all the crazy things and confused things Donald Trump says at rallies.

00:10:41.920 That's fine, but this race is not going to be won in the courthouse in Manhattan, regardless of the outcome of the case.

00:10:53.060 It's going to be won by knocking on doors in Kenosha, by planting yard signs in the suburbs of Detroit,

00:11:01.820 by making sure you've got the Philly suburbs locked down and you get the margin you get,

00:11:07.880 by making phone calls, knocking. 0.98

00:11:10.520 I'm sorry to go so far into this, but again, the stupidity that I've been listening to over the past several months 0.98

00:11:17.620 about how this race is over and, you know, Democrats are freaking out and Trumpers are so overconfident. 0.99

00:11:25.720 First off, they're a total lie about those guys in 16.

00:11:32.160 They were mocking us for spending time up in the blue wall on states we would never carry. 0.98

00:11:37.020 This guy's a clown, but I got to look to Mika. 0.96

00:11:40.120 She's the adult supervision. 0.99

00:11:42.160 It doesn't matter what happens in the courthouse.

00:11:46.000 And if they have to depend, remember, we're the grassroots, we're the folks where the rubber meets the road, right?

00:11:58.840 The precinct strategy, the school boards, if it's got to come down, Joe Scarborough,

00:12:05.840 to you guys knocking on doors in Kenosha that you don't have to pay people and they're not really knocking,

00:12:11.260 if you have to do yard signs, they're not manufacturing and paying people to take them.

00:12:14.780 And in Philadelphia, they don't want to hear about it.

00:12:17.220 They hated Hillary Clinton, right?

00:12:19.320 They hate Joe Biden more. 0.70

00:12:20.500 He came to draw a crowd when he had a thousand paid max, a couple hundred paid black quote-unquote supporters yesterday.

00:12:28.180 You can't, you can't unpack a junior high school tiny gym.

00:12:32.980 If that's, if this is what it is, it's up, it's us against that on that.

00:12:36.540 We're not overconfident.

00:12:38.040 We have steely resolve and our folks know what they're doing and you're not going to win that fight.

00:12:42.600 And you know you're not going to win that fight.

00:12:44.160 That is why people are freaking out because you never got 81 million votes.

00:12:48.460 They were all manufactured with the phony mail-in ballots, all the breaking of the laws in Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, in Georgia, in Arizona.

00:12:58.000 And that's a long way from perfect.

00:13:00.400 A long way from perfect.

00:13:02.120 Remember, they got three ways.

00:13:04.560 Lawfare, and that's what you're seeing in Manhattan.

00:13:06.700 And even Joe and Mika, because they've seen the numbers, Washington Post, Philip Bump's got a big piece out.

00:13:11.800 How we've inoculated MAGA against this.

00:13:14.220 Lawfare, the big steel, and wag the dog.

00:13:18.800 Those three.

00:13:19.320 Just keep those in your mind.

00:13:20.400 That's the only way they can possibly even keep this close.

00:13:25.000 Otherwise, a blowout.

00:13:25.940 And we're not overconfident.

00:13:27.060 In fact, we're working harder and harder and harder and harder every day.

00:13:30.800 Because the afternoon of January 2025 is going to be a new national holiday, accountability day.

00:13:40.020 We're going to let the nation take off by the Trump second term gets down to business on DOJ, FBI, also MSNBC, also Andrew Weissman, the guy up there at the beginning.

00:13:52.100 I don't know if it's a good sign for Andrew Weissman to be saying he's got man crush on people during family TV hours.

00:13:57.180 Is that like, you know, shouldn't it be adults only or something?

00:14:01.620 Andrew Weissman, I've got a man crush on him.

00:14:04.660 He's so delicious.

00:14:07.560 No, not a good look.

00:14:09.340 You're getting blown out on your lawfare.

00:14:12.280 It's phony. 0.86

00:14:13.680 It's sick. 0.99

00:14:14.640 It's repulsive. 0.99

00:14:15.580 It's disgusting. 0.95

00:14:16.500 The American people have had a belly full of it. 0.77

00:14:18.180 And particularly minority voters that understand they will do anything to crush Donald Trump.

00:14:24.780 And they're empathizing with Trump and now are hearing his message.

00:14:29.360 Once they hear the message, you're done.

00:14:31.660 So once again, Morning Mika and the Morning Mika producers, where are your 81 million votes?

00:14:37.040 Why do the savviest, most inside baseball people in media in the Democratic Party, they're the ones freaking out.

00:14:42.880 Why?

00:14:44.100 Because, you know, you stole it in 2020.

00:14:46.260 And you know you can't steal it at that scale again.

00:14:50.760 Let's match up against Trump's 74 to 80.

00:14:54.180 Locked in this time.

00:14:55.360 Short break.

00:14:56.100 Mark Pialetta on the other side.

00:14:59.740 Can your savings weather an economic storm?

00:15:02.340 Think about what you've put away for the future.

00:15:05.400 Inflation can render cash worthless.

00:15:09.240 Real estate can crash like in 2008.

00:15:11.860 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.

00:15:16.280 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.

00:15:21.960 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.

00:15:26.760 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:30.640 It's why people are flocking to it now.

00:15:32.500 Why Birch Gold is busier than ever.

00:15:34.480 Through a little known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:15:43.180 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:46.820 Let me repeat that.

00:15:47.980 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:50.640 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.

00:15:59.420 Let me ask you this again.

00:16:03.360 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm?

00:16:06.900 Because a storm's coming.

00:16:08.560 If it can't, call the people I trust.

00:16:11.560 That's Birch Gold.

00:16:18.740 This letter is nominally addressed to Congress.

00:16:21.680 It is a giant, double-fingered FU to the American public.

00:16:25.020 This man is not simply saying he is not fond of flying flags, but his wife is.

00:16:29.500 He's basically trolling Americans who know that he is the author of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization,

00:16:36.540 the decision that withdrew the constitutional right to an abortion that Roe v. Wade established.

00:16:41.880 He wrote that decision, and he says not once, not twice, but three times he refers to his wife as a private citizen who is in possession of rights,

00:16:49.740 rights that allow her to, quote-unquote, make decisions that he has always honored and respects her choices to do so.

00:16:56.800 Again, this is the same man who withdrew from millions of American women the right to make decisions about their own body.

00:17:04.360 This is a trolling, trolling letter, a giant FU to the American public.

00:17:08.720 He does not dispute the fact that the flags flew upside down at their home in Fairfax County,

00:17:15.460 nor does he dispute that the flag, the Appeal to Heaven flag, was flying at their vacation home in Long Beach Island, New Jersey.

00:17:22.260 Instead, he just says, she did it.

00:17:23.860 It's her problem.

00:17:24.300 And I can't control her.

00:17:25.260 That's the best part of this.

00:17:26.800 What is going on among these conservative justices where they cannot seem to control their own wives?

00:17:34.140 Clarence can't stop Ginny Thomas from texting Mark Meadows in the middle of an insurrection.

00:17:38.720 Justice Alito can't seem to stop Martha Ann from flying the American flag upside down at their home. 1.00

00:17:44.940 But nonetheless, they have decided that they are going to write opinions that seek to control every other American woman.

00:17:52.000 So Democrats have an opportunity right now.

00:17:54.440 Dick Durbin should be holding hearings today, right?

00:17:57.820 He can do this.

00:17:58.900 If he were a Republican, he would be doing it.

00:18:01.160 And if he doesn't want to hold those hearings, he can step down and let Sheldon Whitehouse do it.

00:18:06.340 Because Sheldon Whitehouse has wanted that job.

00:18:08.340 It even gets, okay, it gets nastier.

00:18:11.300 It gets nastier than this.

00:18:15.440 Jamie Raskin, I'll send a letter.

00:18:16.740 So we're going to get into all that.

00:18:17.620 But I've got to ask, Payaletta, you heard Morning Mika.

00:18:20.060 And Morning Mika is kind of the nerve center of the established order. 0.90

00:18:26.200 The Washington Consensus is what they call it.

00:18:28.760 So, folks, take your number two pencil out. 1.00

00:18:30.360 Write that down.

00:18:30.940 The Washington Consensus.

00:18:32.360 This is what the Uniparty, the brain, the giant brain of the Uniparty thinks.

00:18:37.660 The Washington Consensus is all of a sudden trying to run away a little bit from New York City.

00:18:43.000 He says, regardless, we're not going to win it in the courthouse no matter what happens today.

00:18:47.540 Your thoughts, sir?

00:18:49.420 Yeah, it's fun to watch them melt down.

00:18:51.980 You know, when the left is on display and their tactics are on display, they're so offensive, right,

00:18:56.740 that they know the American people are recoiling from this.

00:19:00.240 This is the most unfair, un-American trial up there, you know, persecuting President Trump.

00:19:07.360 And you saw it happen, right?

00:19:08.940 I always go back to—I'm an old-timer here, Steve, right—to Justice Thomas and Anita Hill

00:19:13.140 going after him and the Democrats doing that to him and even Brett Kavanaugh.

00:19:16.600 When the American people see the unhinged, baseless attacks in full display, it blows up in the left's face.

00:19:24.460 And that's what's happening here.

00:19:25.640 So, yeah, they're in full retreat.

00:19:26.820 You know, the Biden campaign does a press conference right across the street with Robert

00:19:31.800 De Niro, of all people.

00:19:33.480 And somehow they're not promoting this outrageous, unjust, un-American trial against President

00:19:39.620 Trump.

00:19:40.080 But it's blowing up in their face, and they're running hard.

00:19:43.280 And that clip you just saw on the Alito letters is something to—

00:19:47.460 Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.

00:19:48.320 I want to—hang on.

00:19:48.960 I want to get to the clip.

00:19:50.140 Hang on a second.

00:19:51.620 David Axelrod even trashed the De Niro thing, saying the Biden campaign clearly doesn't have

00:19:56.380 a strategy.

00:19:57.460 I want to go back to the—I want to go back to the clip for the details.

00:20:00.300 Are they—are these progressive women, these feminists, are they saying we should have

00:20:04.620 handmaid's tale?

00:20:05.980 Did they just say, can't you muzzle your own wife? 0.99

00:20:08.860 I think that was a quote.

00:20:10.720 What is going—are they that unhinged?

00:20:12.940 Because Justice Alito's wife, right, is now on my short list to be VP. 0.65

00:20:21.300 She's a hammer. 1.00

00:20:22.780 And I don't think you're—she's not a handmaid. 0.99

00:20:24.760 I don't think you're a muzzle.

00:20:25.720 Did a woman—did a feminist just say, hey, can't you, conservative justice, muzzle your 1.00

00:20:30.480 wives? 0.70

00:20:31.740 Yeah.

00:20:31.960 Mark Payaletta.

00:20:33.380 It's crazy.

00:20:34.060 It's—again, it shows the sexism, the misogyny, the, you know, even the racism, right, with

00:20:42.720 respect to the Thomases that the left has.

00:20:45.920 I mean, they get triggered and show their real feelings.

00:20:49.320 Yes, these people have—these individuals, these women have the right to their own opinions. 1.00

00:20:55.000 They have a right to do their job.

00:20:57.780 And when you're on their same page, they'll protect you to—the sky's the limit, right?

00:21:02.520 But you see, when you disagree with them, they don't really believe in those rights.

00:21:06.420 It is astonishing.

00:21:07.420 I hadn't seen that clip until just now.

00:21:10.400 But yes, Martha Anilito can have her views.

00:21:13.180 She can fly her flags. 1.00

00:21:14.660 She can—she can even comment on issues that are out there in the public domain.

00:21:18.880 You know, there's a case—I always refer to it, you know, I mean, beating the same

00:21:22.440 drum—where Stephen Reinhardt, a left-wing judge on the Ninth Circuit, had a wife who was

00:21:27.240 the ACLU head out in California, Southern California, and she filed a brief in a case

00:21:33.220 on same-sex marriage man, and that case went up to her husband, and he didn't recuse. 0.58

00:21:37.820 And you know what he said?

00:21:38.560 He said, my wife's—my wife's views are her views, mine are mine, and I don't condition

00:21:43.120 my views on her views.

00:21:45.100 And then you had the left-wing, you know, judicial ethics machinery weighing in, saying the same

00:21:50.880 thing.

00:21:51.080 Stephen Giller's filed a brief.

00:21:52.580 So it is astonishing that this—that, yeah, that there's this idea of muzzling your wife.

00:21:59.340 I mean, how offensive, how bizarre.

00:22:03.220 And Joy Reid, right?

00:22:05.080 Joy Reid is sitting there, shaking her head agreeing with her.

00:22:09.480 It's astonishing.

00:22:11.300 It's funny, actually.

00:22:13.040 I want—it's funny or sad, whatever, because their true colors come out.

00:22:18.780 Okay, Jamie Raskin—and this is one of the reasons I wanted to have you on this morning,

00:22:22.860 because, folks, you've got to focus on the judicial branch now, because they're trying

00:22:27.740 to go after Judge Cannon in Florida.

00:22:29.900 They're trying to go after the justice on the Supreme Court.

00:22:32.620 Raskin came out and said, hey, why are we wasting time in having Mark Payoletta come on 0.96

00:22:36.340 Bannon's show and talk all kind of trash? 0.96

00:22:38.520 We don't need anybody. 0.98

00:22:40.080 We don't need them to recuse themselves.

00:22:41.680 We can use the DOJ.

00:22:43.360 Merrick Garland can go and take them off.

00:22:46.060 He can, quote-unquote, recuse them himself.

00:22:49.960 Talk to me about Jamie Raskin, who's by far one of the biggest—you know, he comes from

00:22:53.720 a Marxist family.

00:22:54.600 He's a red-diaper baby.

00:22:55.960 His dad was a Marxist, an ally of the Soviet Union when he was around.

00:23:01.100 He's a red-diaper baby, a total Marxist.

00:23:04.200 Talk to me about Jamie Raskin's radical idea of using the Justice Department to muscle—you

00:23:09.840 know, they've already been muscling.

00:23:11.220 We had Tiffany Justice on last night. 0.72

00:23:13.000 They're muscling the folks, the parents.

00:23:15.180 They're monitoring the parents going to school boards.

00:23:17.540 They're trying to—FBI's trying to muscle all the innocent parents, trying to sit there

00:23:20.780 and make sure pornography is not rammed down the throat by these groomers and these teachers, 1.00

00:23:26.780 these groomers, and these groomers on these school boards. 0.82

00:23:29.640 Now he's recommending they go—the Gestapo go and muscle Alito and Thomas.

00:23:35.180 Your thoughts, sir? 1.00

00:23:35.880 Yeah, it's one of these—I think it's like a clickbait article because it's so stupid 1.00

00:23:40.920 and so absurd. 0.99

00:23:42.040 I mean, literally, Jamie Raskin is saying that the Department of Justice and every prosecutor

00:23:47.360 under the sun should file—here's what he's recommending—they should file a complaint

00:23:52.220 with the seven other justices on the Supreme Court, right, to make them, right, force the

00:23:59.120 recusal of Alito and Thomas.

00:24:01.460 OK, so that's what he's advocating, that I'm going to mention the Department of Justice

00:24:06.400 so people think, oh, it's—but all they're going to do is file a complaint with the Justice

00:24:10.840 Department citing—here you go—the Constitution and the recusal statute, which is 28 U.S.C.

00:24:17.680 455, which Alito talks about in his letter and why it doesn't merit his recusal, right?

00:24:24.220 But here's the thing about Jamie Raskin's op-ed.

00:24:27.260 He obviously hasn't read the Supreme Court Code of Ethics, right, which literally says

00:24:32.320 that individual justices—I'm just reading—rather than the court decide recusal issues.

00:24:37.880 That is a document that was signed, I think, in November of 2023 by all nine justices, OK,

00:24:44.360 of the Supreme Court, every single one of them, that say that I am the captain of my ship because

00:24:49.720 that's the way it works under our Constitution, right?

00:24:52.200 There's no body that sits on top of the Supreme Court.

00:24:55.220 What Raskin is arguing is let's have these other seven justices gang up and say we're

00:25:00.700 kicking Thomas off this case or we're kicking Alito off this case.

00:25:05.040 It's—one, it's not going to happen.

00:25:07.960 It's absurd. 1.00

00:25:08.640 It's stupid, OK? 1.00

00:25:10.060 But secondly, if you were going to do this—this is, again, a classic Democrat lefty idea, right, 1.00

00:25:16.200 just like these attacks on President Trump, on Kavanaugh.

00:25:18.820 It blows up in their face.

00:25:20.460 If you were going to do that, right, they would have kicked Ruth Bader Ginsburg, right,

00:25:24.420 off of every single case dealing with the Trump administration, right, if you had this

00:25:28.700 rule that Jamie Raskin is talking about.

00:25:30.940 Because why?

00:25:31.600 Because she absolutely and publicly attacked President Trump, showed hatred for him,

00:25:37.360 attacked him on his not releasing his taxes.

00:25:39.560 And guess what?

00:25:40.060 That's clear bias.

00:25:41.460 Did she recuse any case from the Trump administration?

00:25:43.960 No.

00:25:44.420 If they had this rule that he's proposing, yeah, I think all seven, eight justices would have

00:25:48.280 said, you're out of here on those cases, or on abortion cases, where she auctioned off 1.00

00:25:53.840 an opinion of hers to raise money for NOW, National Organization of Women, pro-abortion

00:25:58.880 group, where she has a lecture named after her at the National Abortion Rights Action League,

00:26:03.740 NARAL, and she spoke at it.

00:26:06.020 And she celebrated abortion rights.

00:26:08.080 And did she ever recuse from an abortion case?

00:26:10.000 Of course not.

00:26:10.580 But under this crazy rule, this ridiculous idea that Jamie Raskin has, she would have been

00:26:17.120 kicked off of those cases by the other justices.

00:26:19.400 So they're just flopping around.

00:26:23.360 I think it was great that Alito came out with this letter and answered, right?

00:26:27.300 You saw Professor Murray saying, you know, this isn't just a letter back.

00:26:31.540 That's what they asked for.

00:26:32.360 They asked for a response back, you know, to White House in Durban, who wrote to the chief

00:26:37.660 justice, Sam Alito responded, why?

00:26:40.260 Because he's in charge of the recusal for himself, no one else.

00:26:43.480 Not Chief Justice Roberts, not the rest of the court.

00:26:46.600 What I find a little disappointing, Steve, is that the legal institutions, the legal groups,

00:26:52.800 right, that you would think are defending the integrity of their court, the independence

00:26:57.940 of the court, are not defending the Supreme Court.

00:27:00.400 I think I talked about yesterday, the ABA, the American Bar Association, even the Federal

00:27:04.660 Society, right, a group that worked hard, right, on the rule of law.

00:27:09.120 They have been radio silent on these attacks on the justices, right, on the attacks on

00:27:14.000 Justice Thomas, on Justice Alito, our greatest justices for the rule of law.

00:27:19.160 And they are stone cold silent on defending the Supreme Court and individual justices.

00:27:24.560 And I think they need to suit up and get on the field.

00:27:27.400 OK, this is not a partisan issue, right?

00:27:29.400 This is a rule of law issue.

00:27:31.960 And that's what I would recommend right now, that more people—I'm glad you're having

00:27:35.580 me on.

00:27:36.380 You've had me on several times, and I appreciate it—to talk about this issue, about the attacks

00:27:40.580 on the court, how the left wants to control it, how they want to burn down the court,

00:27:44.160 and how that's so dangerous for our democracy.

00:27:48.660 Hang on.

00:27:49.200 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:27:50.540 I'm going to hold you for a couple of minutes on the other side about your theory of the case

00:27:55.220 of shrinking the court than to pack it, and why, quite frankly, the Federal Society and

00:28:00.840 other conservative groups are not outraged by this.

00:28:04.940 Birchgold.com.

00:28:05.940 I think we've proven the case that it's a time of turbulence.

00:28:10.060 Precious metals have always been a hedge against times of turbulence.

00:28:13.340 Don't ask me.

00:28:14.240 Ask Philip Patrick and the team.

00:28:15.440 Birchgold.com.

00:28:16.780 Slash Bannon.

00:28:17.580 Go there.

00:28:18.240 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:28:23.380 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:28:28.260 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email

00:28:33.480 and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:28:36.600 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence

00:28:41.060 and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate

00:28:46.500 this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:28:49.440 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will

00:28:53.640 soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:28:57.360 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or

00:29:02.920 even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:29:08.220 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:29:13.760 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission

00:29:17.860 to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility

00:29:23.780 of programmable money.

00:29:26.080 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:29:31.880 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:29:33.880 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:29:37.340 You can see his truck peeling through the Pride Intersection in Delray Beach, leaving behind

00:29:42.300 black tire marks through the symbol of unity and support for the LGBTQ plus community.

00:29:49.800 For you guys to see that video, would you consider it a hate crime?

00:29:52.600 Absolutely.

00:29:53.260 There are a lot of, I mean, there are a lot of intersections.

00:29:55.740 You pick that intersection because you want to make a point.

00:29:58.080 The teen was charged with felony criminal mischief and reckless driving.

00:30:01.520 The same crime a 20-year-old was charged for three years ago at the same intersection.

00:30:09.180 It's a message.

00:30:10.420 It's a message of hate.

00:30:11.580 It's a message of intolerance.

00:30:12.800 And we need to have, I think, more of a deterrent for that.

00:30:17.400 Deputy Vice Mayor Rob Long wants to memorialize the intersection, hoping it allows stricter charges

00:30:23.160 to be made, but it'll be up to commissioners to agree.

00:30:26.660 I wanted to bring you an update on a story I brought to you back in February of this year.

00:30:30.420 You guys might recall, I covered this incident that took place in downtown Delray.

00:30:34.100 This is the LGBT whatever mural you want to call it these days. 0.50

00:30:37.980 It is in the center of downtown Delray, obviously poorly maintained.

00:30:41.760 But interesting enough, Palm Beach actually charged a 19-year-old with allegedly doing

00:30:46.380 burnouts on this mural.

00:30:48.520 Now, like I mentioned, it's badly maintained.

00:30:50.280 They hit him with a felony charge, claiming he caused over $1,000 worth of damages.

00:30:54.800 And interesting enough, those tire marks they alleged that he created, they actually naturally

00:31:00.680 faded away.

00:31:01.700 Now, keep in mind, we are a beach town, so obviously there's a lot of sunlight in the

00:31:05.000 area.

00:31:05.500 So they did fade away, and then new burnout marks did appear.

00:31:08.840 Now, he has not had those charges dropped against him, even though the marks disappeared.

00:31:13.740 And obviously, as you can tell, they needed to repaint over it anyway.

00:31:17.060 Currently, though, it looks like there's signage all around the area saying that they are going

00:31:22.520 to paint over this mural.

00:31:24.880 And we don't know if it's still going to be the same rainbow nonsense they have on it right 1.00

00:31:28.220 now.

00:31:29.120 But they will still be doing some type of construction in the area and painting over this.

00:31:34.620 But interesting enough, the suspect in this case is a 19-year-old named Dylan Brewer, like

00:31:38.200 I mentioned earlier.

00:31:39.560 And Dylan is charged with a felony.

00:31:41.920 Those charges are still pending.

00:31:43.600 So it's interesting that they're going to cover it prior to his trial.

00:31:49.800 Brianna Morella joins us now.

00:31:51.700 Brianna Morella joins us.

00:31:53.300 Brianna, here's a question.

00:31:54.940 Is just your reporting on this, does that, like in England, are you now crossing the line

00:32:01.580 for a hate crime of how you just described that, ma'am, according to at least, it looks

00:32:05.920 like the county commissioner, the city manager?

00:32:09.360 Well, they're not officially charging with a hate crime, but they want to.

00:32:12.640 And it's pretty absurd in itself, because if you're familiar with that intersection, that

00:32:16.740 intersection, a lot of cars kind of gloss over it because it is a very glossy finish

00:32:21.500 to it.

00:32:22.360 So it's prone to be damaged anyway.

00:32:25.840 Those, though, on the left want to say that it is a hate crime.

00:32:29.240 But again, it's not because it's an intersection.

00:32:32.080 Tire marks take place at intersections.

00:32:33.920 If you don't want tire marks, don't paint political statements on intersections.

00:32:37.680 And I think that's the key point to all of this here.

00:32:39.300 Tell our audience that are maybe not familiar with these towns and some of these beach towns

00:32:45.060 in Florida, what exactly has happened?

00:32:47.060 I think people have seen it in Washington, D.C.

00:32:48.960 or by the Hay Adams Hotel, I think, and other places.

00:32:52.460 What exactly, what's the beef?

00:32:55.100 They've made this a monument, this painting of the rainbow flag.

00:32:59.000 And anybody that goes over it or some kid that decides to do a wheelie or a burnout all

00:33:04.160 of a sudden is a felon that could go to prison, I don't know, for five or 10 years?

00:33:08.340 Yeah, as absurd as it sounds, that's kind of what they're doing here in the state of

00:33:11.460 Florida, it looks like.

00:33:13.020 Because this isn't the first kid who's done it, as that news package detailed.

00:33:16.880 This is actually at the same intersection, the second one, allegedly, who has committed

00:33:19.920 this.

00:33:20.520 But honestly, at this point, it's absurd because, again, we're a beach town.

00:33:24.300 We're actually not even that left-leaning.

00:33:25.940 We just elected a Republican mayor.

00:33:28.860 So it's pretty interesting on how extreme the county is willing to take this right now,

00:33:33.220 just to put that in perspective.

00:33:34.920 There's also another case going on right now in St. Petersburg as well, where just recently

00:33:39.400 they say there was a burnout done on another intersection with the rainbow flag.

00:33:42.540 And they're trying to charge that suspect as well with a felony.

00:33:46.440 So they're trying to cook up these charges.

00:33:48.160 And I think that's the real issue here is the left likes to manipulate laws. 0.65

00:33:52.040 And they like to charge people aggressively in order to go after them.

00:33:56.680 And for them, it's a slap in the face because they can't exactly charge you with a hate crime.

00:34:00.580 So they're going to teeter and see how far they can actually take it.

00:34:03.460 And so it's extremely frustrating because, as many of you know at home, we're supposed

00:34:06.980 to be the free state of Florida.

00:34:08.180 We're supposed to be a very red state.

00:34:10.380 And yet, for some reason, I can't find a single Republican lawmaker, our AG, our governor 0.82

00:34:16.480 to step in and say, this is ridiculous. 0.88

00:34:18.480 You have gone overboard and shutting this down. 0.75

00:34:21.380 Now, interesting enough, too, that video I took yesterday morning, I went to go revisit

00:34:26.000 this scene just a couple of hours afterwards, and they immediately repainted over this.

00:34:30.200 So if I didn't grab that footage of how badly it was fated, people like Brewer wouldn't have

00:34:37.220 the footage to prove that the damages were extremely harsh and that his car really didn't

00:34:45.520 cause much in the way of damages that they're alleging.

00:34:47.920 And so he would have potentially had to pay for all of this.

00:34:50.440 He shouldn't have to pay for any of this at all if he is found guilty because, again,

00:34:54.060 folks, he didn't do any of those damages that you saw in that video.

00:34:57.140 Those were already there.

00:34:58.320 So they're trying to sit here and kind of offset it a bit.

00:35:00.560 But it's really just nonsense at this point.

00:35:02.960 He's a 19-year-old kid.

00:35:04.400 He shouldn't be prosecuted for this.

00:35:06.060 This is going too, too far.

00:35:07.400 Brianna, hang on for a second with us because the Gay Pride Month, which has been an epic

00:35:14.720 fail, is about to start.

00:35:16.080 And this is one of the reasons they're trying to come after everybody for hate crimes and

00:35:20.820 all this.

00:35:22.160 Anthony Sabatini, you're the lawyer here.

00:35:24.840 Brianna makes a good point.

00:35:25.920 This has been happening throughout Florida, but you don't see a lot of Republican representatives.

00:35:31.400 I don't even think you see DeSantis' I don't see lawyers.

00:35:34.340 What is going on here?

00:35:35.300 Why the crickets?

00:35:36.500 Why is it just Sabatini jumping in here?

00:35:39.800 That's exactly right, Steve.

00:35:41.140 The legislature and the governor, sadly, are ignoring this issue.

00:35:44.540 Now, this is the second time a person in Florida has been charged with speeding over a transgender

00:35:50.540 flight.

00:35:51.100 They're using—these cities are using taxpayer money to put these giant displays up, and

00:35:55.380 they know.

00:35:55.920 They absolutely know it's going to entice the supermajority of the public, which has

00:36:00.900 to take these streets every single day to go to work, and they're annoyed by it.

00:36:04.500 And so they're using it basically to start friction and start this sort of drama.

00:36:09.060 Now, like Brianna said, the police department in St. Petersburg and Pinellas County in central

00:36:14.840 west Florida said this is their number one issue right now.

00:36:17.100 They have pretty much every single cop on the lookout trying to find out who sped over

00:36:23.240 the flag over there.

00:36:24.920 The legislature and the governor in Florida, sadly, always ignore these issues until basically

00:36:29.960 people who listen to your show, like the War Room Nation and other Americans, start speaking

00:36:34.280 up and demanding that they actually do something.

00:36:37.140 And that's coming now.

00:36:38.380 I mean, Brianna's video yesterday actually had 3 million views, so people are starting

00:36:42.040 to pay attention to this, and they're wondering why we have a supermajority Republican state

00:36:46.180 legislature, a governor, supermajority on the Supreme Court, and yet they're still allowing

00:36:50.500 the cities and counties to use taxpayer money for these gross displays and then turn around

00:36:55.200 and prosecute all these people.

00:36:56.940 So in Florida, the legislature has almost supreme power.

00:37:00.560 They could shut this down in two seconds.

00:37:02.420 They could preempt any city or county from spending money on these crass political displays. 0.96

00:37:06.900 I've actually personally been advocating for this for two years since I left the state

00:37:12.020 legislature.

00:37:13.240 Right when I left is when this became a major issue in Florida, and yet it just goes completely

00:37:17.700 and totally ignored.

00:37:18.540 We even have a Republican representing that area who could easily file a bill to fix this

00:37:22.420 thing.

00:37:22.660 But in the meantime, more importantly, more timely, we're calling on the governor to pardon Mr.

00:37:27.980 Brewer and the other individual who is actually prosecuted under this previous law.

00:37:35.800 And by the way, this isn't like a speeding ticket.

00:37:37.740 When I say prosecute, I'm not talking about like a $1,000 fine.

00:37:42.060 He's facing a felony for what we call in Florida criminal mischief, which means destruction of

00:37:46.900 property more than $1,000.

00:37:48.720 In addition to that, he's being faced with reckless driving, which is a misdemeanor, even

00:37:52.900 though he quite literally never lost control of the car or even went faster than anybody

00:37:56.640 who would have been going through that intersection had there been, you know, had they just continued

00:38:01.380 at their normal speed.

00:38:02.400 So the whole thing is a fabrication.

00:38:04.380 They know it's a fabrication.

00:38:05.200 But who is it being brought by?

00:38:06.500 It's being brought by the radical left Democrat state attorney in the area, Dave Ehrenberg,

00:38:11.480 who, if you Google, one of the first stories that comes up is a guy who got divorced three

00:38:16.040 years ago because his wife was a hardcore Trump supporter and he hates Trump.

00:38:19.520 It was like national news.

00:38:20.540 He's a real radical left-wing Democrat.

00:38:22.920 He's leaving office pretty soon here at the end of the year.

00:38:27.520 There's an election for his position.

00:38:29.040 But in the meantime, he's trying to bring down every conservative he can in the meantime.

00:38:32.280 And so the governor has the power to fix this.

00:38:34.620 The legislature has the power to fix this.

00:38:36.680 And of course, the court system does too.

00:38:38.840 We're going to be taking this all the way through trial.

00:38:41.060 Mr. Brewer absolutely knows he didn't destroy any property like Brianna showed through the

00:38:46.280 evidence that's going to be in the case.

00:38:48.000 None of the tire marks even lasted.

00:38:49.560 They didn't destroy any of the pain, although quite literally the pain should have never

00:38:52.980 been there.

00:38:53.520 So on the political and legal front, you know, we need to be fighting this as much as we

00:38:56.740 possibly can.

00:38:59.520 Sabatini, one of the things that concerns me, the one of the reasons I want to jump on

00:39:02.420 this story now, because, you know, we played this documentary last night about what Hemteric,

00:39:08.260 Michigan, outside of Dearborn.

00:39:09.780 We follow what happens in the UK and in France.

00:39:12.360 This issue of hate crime, you just had that.

00:39:15.020 I think the county commissioner on there saying that they want to add charges, that this is

00:39:19.100 a hate crime and they want to send a message and they're going to add additional charge.

00:39:22.920 Not it's bad enough that it's a felony for, you know, a thousand dollars worth of damage.

00:39:27.860 They want to add more hate crime to this.

00:39:30.060 What is anybody standing up?

00:39:31.780 This is the way it spirals out of control.

00:39:34.260 Either shut this down at the beginning or it starts to take on a life of its own.

00:39:38.280 And it's just crickets down in Florida.

00:39:39.720 What in the hell is going on there about raising this up to hate crimes?

00:39:43.740 Well, the big the big picture here is that the problem is the Republicans in Florida are

00:39:46.900 still always in defense mode.

00:39:48.280 I mean, you've got a little city manager here always on offense saying we need new criminal

00:39:51.400 laws.

00:39:51.760 We need to go further than prosecuting 19 year olds for this.

00:39:54.340 We need to go further and put them in jail forever. 0.51

00:39:57.000 And the Republicans are just too weak.

00:39:58.540 They're always in defense.

00:39:59.540 They don't realize they should be quite literally zeroing out that man's job.

00:40:03.160 They can quite literally fire him from Tallahassee, from the state legislative power center that

00:40:08.340 they have, because that's how much power the state legislature has. 0.83

00:40:10.860 Not every state is like that, but the dynamics here are different. 0.99

00:40:13.480 Thankfully, he's stupid and wrong and doesn't realize the cities and counties are preempted 0.99

00:40:17.780 from making criminal laws. 1.00

00:40:18.760 So there's zero chance that Delray or Palm Beach can enhance, you know, new hate crimes. 0.99

00:40:24.440 Now, do I think that the Republicans in Tallahassee are weak enough and dumb enough that they 0.95

00:40:28.000 would buy into that logic and try to, like, push a bill like that? 0.99

00:40:31.740 Probably.

00:40:32.420 I mean, you literally have people who still wince at these types of issues, and they still

00:40:36.240 don't understand that the left's only position and best tactic in destroying the First Amendment

00:40:43.120 and lessening it is through this idea of enhancing hate crimes.

00:40:47.800 That's the way you destroy the First Amendment is by broadening this umbrella of so-called hate

00:40:52.240 crime to the point where it's all speech that they disagree with.

00:40:54.760 And then the First Amendment's gone.

00:40:56.200 And so, of course, this is just another articulation of that.

00:40:58.580 But thankfully, the city and county can't do that.

00:41:01.120 They don't have that power.

00:41:01.980 This guy, of course, probably didn't know that. 1.00

00:41:03.640 He's just dumb and speaking aimlessly. 0.98

00:41:06.000 But the legislature needs to go on offense and actually repeal the city's authority to 0.99

00:41:12.700 even do these sorts of things and commence these types of investigations and crimes and,

00:41:17.760 of course, doing these crass displays to begin with and also take away this prosecutor. 1.00

00:41:22.140 This prosecutor is identical to Andrew Warren.

00:41:24.000 Andrew Warren was the radical left-wing Soros-financed prosecutor in Tampa Bay, in Hillsborough County,

00:41:30.140 which is Tampa, who DeSantis removed two years ago for saying he was not going to enforce

00:41:35.180 laws that he disagreed with.

00:41:36.700 Well, this is the opposite of that.

00:41:37.780 You're enforcing laws that are made up, fabrications, and politically motivated.

00:41:41.520 So guess what?

00:41:42.180 DeSantis, you need to remove this guy too. 1.00

00:41:44.260 You need to remove Dave Ehrenberg because he's a radical left-wing moron that's commenced war 0.99

00:41:49.520 against MAGA and average people. 1.00

00:41:50.820 And this is a 19-year-old kid.

00:41:52.340 You're trying to destroy his life with a felony at this point in the so-called free state of Florida.

00:41:56.480 So he can fix this.

00:41:57.760 The legislature can fix this.

00:41:59.060 And we need to just stay on them throughout the summer until it gets done.

00:42:03.940 Hang on one second.

00:42:04.880 Brianna, where is the story going to go?

00:42:06.660 Where is your reporting going to take us on this?

00:42:09.140 Well, I've tried reaching out to Governor Ron DeSantis directly, as well as our Attorney General

00:42:13.000 Ashley Moody's office, for comment on all of this.

00:42:15.300 And unfortunately, for the last few months, they have not returned my request for comment.

00:42:19.500 So I'm hoping that the public outrage, the people who are sharing this online, will actually 0.95

00:42:24.580 create them, create a fire under their butts. 0.99

00:42:27.360 Because honestly, at this point, it's outrageous that we're going to allow this law affair to 0.98

00:42:30.960 take place in our state.

00:42:32.480 It's happening at a local level where our governor could step in.

00:42:35.340 You know, most of the time when I try to get them to intervene, it's on a federal level,

00:42:38.200 and they always say that they can't do anything about it.

00:42:40.020 But this, as Anthony Sabatini just described to you all right now, is something that's

00:42:44.540 well within their wheelhouse.

00:42:45.780 So we want to create pressure so our governor gets involved, because we need Democrats to

00:42:49.520 know you can't sit here and manipulate laws to go after people you politically disagree

00:42:53.240 with.

00:42:53.860 We've had enough of that.

00:42:55.000 We're not going to tolerate it.

00:42:56.260 And our governor needs to step in right now.

00:43:00.080 Brianna, where do people go to follow your reporting?

00:43:02.680 Where do they go for your social media?

00:43:04.620 Yeah, thank you, Steve.

00:43:05.500 Everything, you just go to briannamorello.com.

00:43:07.480 That is a platform where you can find all my other social media content as well, and

00:43:16.660 Thank you.

00:43:16.900 Fantastic.

00:43:17.400 Look forward to having you back on the store.

00:43:59.660 They had forged her signature and registered a fake deed.

00:45:45.920 Some people may say a junkie.

00:45:47.740 And I absolutely love this stuff.

00:45:49.140 It's incredible.

00:45:50.260 Also, for the bolt of energy, SacredHumanHealth.com, the grass-fed beef livers.

00:46:05.260 Change your life.

00:46:06.020 Change the arc of your life.

00:46:07.180 Sabatini, this is dangerous because hate speech, they're going to start throwing this

00:46:11.660 all out.

00:46:12.200 And you can already see the Gay Pride Month is a collapse.

00:46:15.100 It's an economic failure.

00:46:16.920 They're going to be striking out everywhere, particularly on hate speech.

00:46:20.020 You're running a one-man crusade right now.

00:46:21.920 But where do people go to get more information about what you're fighting?

00:46:26.080 And how can they actually make this a big deal in the state of Florida?

00:46:29.040 Because it's got to be made a big deal.

00:46:30.760 And the legislatures and the attorney general and the governor cannot be putting their head

00:46:34.880 in the sand of this thing.

00:46:35.660 It's going to metastasize and do something serious, sir.

00:46:39.820 The first thing I would tell folks is to follow me and Brandon Morello.

00:46:43.620 So I'm at Anthony Sabatini or at Brandon Morello to stay updated on what's happening because

00:46:49.100 we're going to be pushing this issue all throughout the summer.

00:46:53.320 The second thing I would tell people is to actually tag and reach out and push the DeSantis

00:46:58.660 comms team. 0.99

00:46:59.660 The legislature in Florida, sadly, is so pathetic. 0.99

00:47:02.360 They're just, they do whatever, you know, they wait until the leadership tells them to 0.99

00:47:05.720 do something or the governor tells them to do something and they'll react.

00:47:07.660 They're almost, you're almost going to have no luck with the legislature leading on this

00:47:10.800 issue until session begins in January.

00:47:12.740 But the governor might do something.

00:47:14.420 So I would tell people to reach out and tag his communication staff, people like Christina

00:47:18.840 Poushaw, Jeremy Redfern, I think Kate Strickland.

00:47:23.340 These are the names of the people who work for the governor.

00:47:25.380 They're on Twitter.

00:47:26.040 They float around talking about him all the time.

00:47:27.920 But there is eyes and ears.

00:47:29.000 If you're tagging them, pushing them, calling on them, then to letting them know this is

00:47:33.200 a very important issue, then I think it's going to get back to the governor.

00:47:36.440 And the governor is going to be forced to do something on this.

00:47:38.220 He cannot ignore it as every single couple of weeks, another Floridian gets thrown in 0.95

00:47:43.000 prison in the court system with a potential felony because of this ridiculous fake crime. 0.85

00:47:48.680 So follow me and Brandon.

00:47:49.620 We'll keep you updated.

00:47:50.840 But definitely reach out and push the governor and his communication staff to take a stand.

00:47:54.720 And he could fix it right now with a with a pardon and an executive order telling the

00:47:58.460 state attorneys of Florida that this is an invalid crime, that the FDA, the Florida Department

00:48:02.700 of Law Enforcement and the attorney general don't don't see these as valid crimes and they

00:48:07.340 should not be prosecuted. 1.00

00:48:08.280 They shouldn't be clogging up the court system with something is so political and stupid. 1.00

00:48:11.980 And, you know, we got 800,000 illegal immigrants. 0.99

00:48:15.580 We just had a El Salvador and like murderer arrested in my county here next door in Sumter 1.00

00:48:20.540 County two weeks ago, who is a pretty medicine guy.

00:48:23.240 I think that should be the focus of the court system, the sheriffs and the state attorneys

00:48:26.240 in Florida, not the 19 year olds who are speeding too quickly over transgender flags.

00:48:33.360 Sabatini, thank you so much for doing this.

00:48:35.400 And thank you so much taking time away today to come on.

00:48:38.220 Appreciate it.

00:48:39.560 Thanks, Steve.

00:48:40.020 Anthony Sabatini, tip of the spear.

00:48:43.540 Got to get on top of these this this whole thing of hate crime.

00:48:47.620 Mark Paoletta, walk through and thank you for sticking around.

00:48:51.660 Shrink the court now in order to pack it later.

00:48:55.980 Take your number two pencil out in the audience. 0.83

00:48:57.720 Write this construct down.

00:48:59.160 This is what they're trying to do.

00:49:00.220 Walk us through what that means.

00:49:02.520 Yeah, Steve, unprecedented times right now.

00:49:04.440 So basically the left.

00:49:06.720 Right.

00:49:07.000 It's the springtime.

00:49:08.360 These big decisions are coming down.

00:49:10.020 You know, the abortion case in 22 affirmative action last year.

00:49:15.360 These Trump cases coming down in a couple of weeks.

00:49:18.060 And they want to shrink the court by forcing justices to recuse themselves, you know, from

00:49:25.080 these cases.

00:49:25.620 Right.

00:49:25.960 And so there's a working five, six, you know, vote majority.

00:49:29.760 Right.

00:49:30.200 Of conservatives.

00:49:30.780 If you can take a couple off through recusals, right, you're increasing your odds of having

00:49:36.280 the liberals cobble together something and have a winning, you know, winning decision for

00:49:41.780 them.

00:49:42.040 So they've lost control of the court.

00:49:43.820 They hate it.

00:49:44.520 They're trying to shrink the court, take people off by recusal.

00:49:48.120 Right.

00:49:48.360 And get like a working majority of the leftover liberals.

00:49:53.040 You notice they don't attack any liberals on the court.

00:49:55.520 Right.

00:49:55.820 For ethics violations or anything like that or recusals or that sort of stuff.

00:49:59.060 Um, then as they've softened up the court, made its, um, poll numbers go down, although

00:50:05.780 thankfully, uh, I think with some of this exposure of how crazy they are, the numbers

00:50:09.620 are seem to be coming back up.

00:50:10.760 But the idea is drive the poll numbers down, get people not believing in the Supreme Court

00:50:14.860 and then say, we need to correct this.

00:50:16.980 If we wouldn't, you know, if, if, if we lose in 24 and the Democrats take over, right, the

00:50:22.440 House and the Senate and they have the presidency, they will, okay, they will try and pack the

00:50:27.160 court.

00:50:27.500 What does that mean?

00:50:28.040 They will pass legislation saying we are going to add four justices to the Supreme Court.

00:50:33.680 And this is not Mark Paoletta saying this.

00:50:35.160 This is, you know, Hank Johnson, Jeremy, um, uh, Jamie Raskin, many other, um, you know,

00:50:40.960 Democrats saying, and, and I think White House, um, we need to pass legislation to increase

00:50:46.200 the number of justices.

00:50:47.360 Those will be liberal.

00:50:48.540 They will then basically wipe out the governing majority that's on there right now.

00:50:52.700 That majority came through, uh, you know, a time honored, you know, nine justices on

00:50:57.120 the Supreme Court, I think since 1879, something like that.

00:51:00.400 It hasn't changed.

00:51:01.200 They want to change the number of the justices so that what happens then that they control

00:51:05.740 the Supreme Court again, they can have the court be their super legislature to enact all

00:51:10.240 these left wing, crazy, destructive anti-American policies.

00:51:14.560 And so that's the game here. 0.95

00:51:16.340 Shrink the court right now, go after them, go after these justices.

00:51:19.900 And the other thing, Steve, also is there's also this idea of making the justices or forcing

00:51:24.800 the justices to trim their sails on some of these opinions, right?

00:51:28.260 That, that they'll get attacked even more.

00:51:30.080 So they, so they get shy, they get gun shy of, you know, standing up.

00:51:34.100 I do think going back to the greatest American and the, our greatest justice of all time,

00:51:39.080 Justice Thomas has set that flag down to show, I will, you know, I will do my job.

00:51:44.580 I will issue my opinions, come what may bring it on, attack me.

00:51:48.280 It's not fun for him.

00:51:49.760 That's why people need to go out and defend him and the other justices.

00:51:52.420 But, but that's what's going on here.

00:51:53.840 They want to, they want to attack the court and these justices on so many levels.

00:51:57.840 I, I know you're busy, but I'm going to take a 90 second break.

00:52:02.080 I need you to hang on because I want to get to the heart of this.

00:52:04.060 This is why I played the last segment.

00:52:06.080 I bifurcated yours.

00:52:07.660 We have a crisis now.

00:52:08.980 And the crisis is that the left is smart, understanding ours is a rule of law society

00:52:14.060 and predicated upon the courts and the law.

00:52:17.940 They're going at, they're trying to freeze lawyers in place. 0.95

00:52:20.900 They're either trying to say things are hate crimes or you're working for haters.

00:52:24.740 So they're trying to freeze the law firms, the lawyers, you got project,

00:52:27.620 what is it, 65 that's going after so many lawyers.

00:52:31.380 This is the crisis.

00:52:32.320 And now more than ever, we need the institutions on the right,

00:52:36.500 not simply individuals, the institutions on the right need to step up.

00:52:40.540 Mark Paoletta is going to stick around.

00:52:42.520 We've got a packed second hour, but this is one that we've got to lay down today.

00:52:45.740 It's one of the reasons President Trump, they're all over President Trump

00:52:48.620 and trying to make sure he can't get great legal counsel,

00:52:51.240 trying to freeze everybody out.

00:52:52.400 We have an institutional issue on the right we have to take care of now.

00:52:56.120 Also, I'm going to spend some time maybe at the 6 o'clock.

00:52:59.740 No, 6 o'clock or we're going to do a special in Taiwan,

00:53:01.720 but I've got to get to HomeTitleLock.com.

00:53:03.940 The situation at Graceland, if you don't think they can get to your title,

00:53:08.640 you're wrong. 0.83

00:53:09.460 They got into Graceland's title and almost auctioned it.

00:53:12.320 Have you heard of cancer-fighting foods?

00:53:14.900 The American Cancer Society discovered diets rich in fruits and veggies
