00:30:41.760 But interesting enough, Palm Beach actually charged a 19-year-old with allegedly doing
00:30:46.380 burnouts on this mural.
00:30:48.520 Now, like I mentioned, it's badly maintained.
00:30:50.280 They hit him with a felony charge, claiming he caused over $1,000 worth of damages.
00:30:54.800 And interesting enough, those tire marks they alleged that he created, they actually naturally
00:31:00.680 faded away.
00:31:01.700 Now, keep in mind, we are a beach town, so obviously there's a lot of sunlight in the
00:31:05.000 area.
00:31:05.500 So they did fade away, and then new burnout marks did appear.
00:31:08.840 Now, he has not had those charges dropped against him, even though the marks disappeared.
00:31:13.740 And obviously, as you can tell, they needed to repaint over it anyway.

00:34:37.220 the footage to prove that the damages were extremely harsh and that his car really didn't
00:34:45.520 cause much in the way of damages that they're alleging.

00:34:50.440 He shouldn't have to pay for any of this at all if he is found guilty because, again,
00:34:54.060 folks, he didn't do any of those damages that you saw in that video.
