Bannon's War Room - Episode 3661： House Republicans Spineless Fight For Trump; Buckle Up And Lawyer Up

00:00:00.920 It's a before and after moment for America.

00:00:04.280 What just happened today is a line we can't uncross.

00:00:09.420 And these Democrats will rue the day they decided to use lawfare to stop a presidential candidate.

00:00:19.820 I'm not talking about violence.

00:00:22.120 I'm talking about tit for tat.

00:00:24.940 You just wait and it won't be Hunter Biden the next time.

00:00:30.120 It's going to be Joe Biden.

00:00:32.300 It could potentially still be Barack Obama.

00:00:35.220 It could still potentially be Hillary Clinton. 0.99

00:00:38.020 We're going to have to look at what the statutes of limitations are on the various crimes they surely committed.

00:00:44.320 We're going to have to look at passing laws to revive those dead crimes, felonies or misdemeanors, so that those cases can be brought out of time.

00:00:55.480 That what that's what may be in the interest of justice, just like they did for E.

00:01:00.380 Jean Carroll with a New York state law that was passed so that she could sue him. 0.82

00:01:07.900 That's what happened.

00:01:09.140 Turnabout is fair play.

00:01:11.800 And John Yoo, an amazing lawyer who worked in the Bush administration, Department of Justice, has a great piece out today talking about how that's the only way they'll learn.

00:01:23.720 The only way to save the republic now is to give them a taste of their own medicine.

00:01:29.760 That's it.

00:01:31.580 That's it.

00:01:33.120 They tasted blood today.

00:01:35.420 They're the wolves with the bloody piece of meat in their mouths.

00:01:39.720 That doesn't stop the wolf from coming back for more.

00:01:42.400 This is what Donald Trump is promising Americans if he gets elected, that he's going to throw Hillary Clinton in jail, that he's going to throw political opponents in jail, that he's going, well, he's going to throw people on this show in jail.

00:01:58.860 Steve Bannon's promise that that he's going to get banned networks that aren't favorable to him, that he's going to execute generals who are not politically allied with him, that he can use still team six to execute political opponents and be immune from prosecution.

00:02:18.140 He actually had his lawyers argue that in court he's going to terminate the Constitution.

00:02:23.940 He's going to encourage Vladimir Putin to invade NATO allies.

00:02:29.980 He could go on and on and on.

00:02:32.460 But these are the things Donald Trump has promised.

00:02:36.600 This isn't what some crazed left-wing ideologue is saying he might do.

00:02:43.540 No.

00:02:44.420 These are his words, Chris.

00:02:46.540 Underline that danger if this authoritarian-in-waiting gets back into the White House.

00:02:54.680 We have a banana republic.

00:02:56.620 We're no longer a serious country.

00:02:58.600 But you want to know what, Steve, you know what they talked about in conference this morning?

00:03:01.780 More tough talk in support for Israel.

00:03:05.060 More tough talk in support for Taiwan. 0.93

00:03:08.060 Talking about supporting and protecting other countries' borders.

00:03:11.360 While our border is under invasion.

00:03:14.500 What I wanted to hear in our conference today is that we were going to shut down the government and demand that the state of New York turn over these convictions.

00:03:24.140 We want them turned over.

00:03:25.780 But you want to know something?

00:03:27.000 No.

00:03:27.580 Republicans up here in Washington just want to toss it over to the Supreme Court and say the Supreme Court needs to do their job and they need to stop all of this mess.

00:03:37.120 Well, let me tell you.

00:03:38.300 Let me tell you what they do not understand.

00:03:40.300 Again, thousands of people have been put in jail and are continuing to be put in jail every single day for protesting the 2020 election.

00:03:50.820 Protesting.

00:03:51.820 And many of them peaceful protesters.

00:03:54.240 And they're being put in jail.

00:03:56.320 It's going to continue happening because now they've succeeded.

00:04:00.820 I agree, but you fight a lack of principle with a principle defense.

00:04:05.860 You don't get down into the gutter with them and allow the pendulum.

00:04:10.040 You know who we need?

00:04:11.260 No.

00:04:11.740 You know, I thought I'm going to utter words I never thought I would utter in my life.

00:04:15.960 You know, we need Steve Bannon.

00:04:18.580 That's how I feel today.

00:04:20.440 Bring it on.

00:04:21.660 Get somebody who knows how to fight dirty.

00:04:24.500 Calling the shots.

00:04:25.560 We're losing.

00:04:26.840 They're taking out our people.

00:04:28.260 This is about the president's records.

00:04:31.120 He ran for president because he knew he was going to be prosecuted.

00:04:35.840 Yeah, that's the bet.

00:04:37.000 If he wins, it all goes away.

00:04:38.520 And he's actually outside of the case that was just decided with a 34 felony guilty verdicts against him last week.

00:04:44.800 He successfully has used delay tactics.

00:04:47.280 His team has to probably get these push past the election.

00:04:50.060 He thinks if he wins, Merrick Garland's out.

00:04:52.620 He puts, I don't know, Don Jr. in as attorney general or something and everything goes away.

00:04:57.040 And, Jonathan, there is actually, Axios has a little bit of reporting this morning quoting Steve Bannon, take it for what it's worth, but a voice of a MAGA world saying that they're going to go after Alvin Bragg first and try to put him in jail.

00:05:10.580 So, you know, this is a lot of people go, oh, it's Donald Trump popping off.

00:05:14.780 It's what he does.

00:05:15.780 He's, you know, he's calling into Newsmax.

00:05:17.640 But you've got to take this stuff seriously, given not only who he is, but who he has surrounded himself with.

00:05:23.140 We've learned that when he makes a threat like this, we have to take it seriously.

00:05:27.220 And what's different here, I mean, there's a lot of, there's been Republican anger for years now.

00:05:31.020 They claim the witch hunts against Donald Trump.

00:05:33.020 But what's different about this verdict is just how out in the open it is and how they're not trying to be subtle.

00:05:38.500 There's no euphemisms here.

00:05:39.900 There's no sort of, like, let's be clever.

00:05:41.820 They're flat out saying we are going to go after those who have done this to Donald Trump.

00:05:47.620 Yes, Steve Bannon talking about Alvin Bragg.

00:05:50.620 We have Speaker Johnson, the House Speaker yesterday, saying they're going to look at the Department of Justice

00:05:55.220 and try to defund a lot of what it can do as payback, they say, for the Biden DOJ going after Donald Trump.

00:06:02.260 Now, of course, there's a limit to what they can actually do, but the threat is still there.

00:06:05.960 And it erodes Americans' faith in our institutions.

00:06:09.560 This has been one of the most dominant themes, Mike, of the Trump era, is going after, perceiving, you know,

00:06:17.120 whether it's the FBI or the media, and they've singled out those of us there as well as targets for retribution

00:06:24.520 and trying to get Americans to say, hey, look, they're not on our side, they're for them,

00:06:28.980 and really vilify everyone, and it's putting us in a very dangerous place.

00:06:32.520 So you won't comment on it, Mr. Attorney General, but you had no problem dispatching Matthew Colangelo.

00:06:37.660 Who's Matthew Colangelo?

00:06:38.380 That is false.

00:06:39.420 I did not dispatch Matthew Colangelo.

00:06:41.720 That's false.

00:06:43.000 Matthew Colangelo became the Assistant Attorney General at the very beginning of the Biden administration,

00:06:48.040 without having been Senate confirmed, goes and gets the senior role at the DOJ,

00:06:52.560 and then after, I believe it's Gupta replaces Colangelo, Colangelo makes this remarkable downstream career journey from the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.,

00:07:04.720 and then pops up in Alvin Bragg's office to go get Trump.

00:07:08.780 And you're saying that's just a career choice that was made that has nothing to do with the lawfare coordinator.

00:07:15.160 I'm saying it's false.

00:07:16.700 I did not dispatch Mr. Colangelo anywhere.

00:07:20.420 Well, do you know how he ended up there?

00:07:22.560 I assume he spoke, he applied for a job there and got the job.

00:07:26.500 But see, you know what?

00:07:27.400 I would tell you I had nothing to do with it.

00:07:29.000 Well, you might not have had anything to do with it, but we've got this contemporaneous evidence in Mr. Pomerantz's book.

00:07:34.780 So Pomerantz writes this book, which I'm sure you're aware of, where he says, we put together the legal eagles to get Trump.

00:07:42.620 We got all these folks together and we assembled them for that purpose.

00:07:46.280 And so when we on the Judiciary Committee think about attacks on the judicial process,

00:07:51.400 our concern is that the facts and the law aren't being followed.

00:07:55.940 A target is acquired here, Trump.

00:07:59.340 And then you assemble the legal of talent from DOJ, Mr. Pomerantz, and you bring everybody in to get him.

00:08:05.740 And meanwhile, the judge is making money on it.

00:08:08.820 The judge is making money on it.

00:08:10.220 The judge's family is making money on it for stuff that you yourself wouldn't do.

00:08:16.700 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:08:21.580 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:08:25.520 The judge has not got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:08:31.160 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:08:33.120 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:08:34.540 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.

00:08:37.180 It's going to happen.

00:08:38.460 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?

00:08:41.840 Mega media.

00:08:43.200 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:08:48.600 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:08:51.740 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:08:58.800 War Room.

00:08:59.560 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:09:01.660 Bannon.

00:09:08.340 It's Wednesday, 5 June, in the year of our Lord, 2024.

00:09:11.720 I want to thank my crack team of producers here at the War Room,

00:09:16.560 and also the Real America's Voice team in Denver.

00:09:19.660 That was extraordinary.

00:09:20.780 That sums it up.

00:09:21.380 Lead story this morning in the New York Times about seize the day, fight fire with fire.

00:09:31.140 Many people quoted Mike Davis, John Yoo, yours truly, others, about taking the torch to the enemy.

00:09:39.160 It has to happen.

00:09:40.480 It won't stop.

00:09:41.480 Yesterday, two of President Trump's lawyers and Mike Roman, one of the best men in this country,

00:09:47.200 indicted on felony charges in Wisconsin.

00:09:49.460 It will not stop until it's stopped.

00:09:53.240 Axios lead story, also about this.

00:09:57.100 Morning Joe in full meltdown about it.

00:10:00.160 National Pulse.

00:10:01.080 Raheem Ghassan has done a great job of kind of summarizing everything.

00:10:04.180 Raheem's going to join us in a minute.

00:10:06.140 But also two other important stories.

00:10:07.980 A major op-ed in the Washington Times by one Peter Navarro.

00:10:12.200 The reason Dr. Navarro is not on the show a couple of times a week with his brilliant calls on the economy

00:10:18.100 and how Bidenomics has been an epic fail is because he's in a federal prison.

00:10:21.720 Also, the great Matt Boyle over at Breitbart with an incredible jailhouse interview,

00:10:27.820 prison interview with Dr. Navarro.

00:10:30.600 I want to bring in Sergio Gore, publisher of not just Dr. Navarro's new book,

00:10:35.520 but also I think you've got MTG on your back list.

00:10:39.300 Sergio, you've been at this a long time.

00:10:41.480 In fact, we've had – you used to work for Michelle Bachman in her rise to run for the presidency.

00:10:48.440 We've had her on a lot.

00:10:50.260 Where are we right now?

00:10:51.320 You've been in a lot of these fights, a lot of these wars since the Tea Party got here.

00:10:56.020 Where are we right now, brother?

00:10:57.640 Good morning, Steve.

00:10:59.800 I think it's a shocking day.

00:11:01.400 I think the points that you made in the New York Times are 100 percent correct.

00:11:04.840 I think the fighters that we have in Congress on our side are standing up.

00:11:08.720 We need more of them.

00:11:09.900 We need more individuals like Matt Gaetz.

00:11:12.140 We need more individuals like Marjorie Taylor Greene. 1.00

00:11:14.440 They're 100 percent right.

00:11:15.560 We laugh.

00:11:16.260 We go about our evenings.

00:11:18.000 In the meantime, the other side gets together and figures out a way how to destroy us. 0.94

00:11:22.420 And so when you have members of Congress who go on TV networks every night and say,

00:11:26.340 we're going to investigate, and then nothing happens, that's a problem.

00:11:30.260 And we saw this.

00:11:31.220 This is not new.

00:11:32.060 This has been going on for years.

00:11:33.660 For many years, Lindsey Graham would go on Hannity every night, and he would say – this

00:11:37.620 is when he was chairman of the Judiciary Committee.

00:11:39.940 I worked for almost a dozen years on Capitol Hill.

00:11:42.760 And he would say, we're going to subpoena them.

00:11:44.780 And guess what?

00:11:45.520 Did Hillary get subpoena? 1.00

00:11:46.600 No.

00:11:46.860 Did the Clinton Foundation get subpoena?

00:11:48.340 No.

00:11:48.880 Did Hunter Biden?

00:11:49.780 Did Joe Biden?

00:11:50.780 Did anybody?

00:11:51.660 We didn't have one subpoena going out.

00:11:53.260 The other side gets in.

00:11:54.780 On day one, they politicized everything.

00:11:57.140 They took control of the judiciary system.

00:11:59.680 And this is the result, that we have people like Peter Navarro who are sitting today in

00:12:04.580 jail.

00:12:05.080 This guy had an office in the West Wing, and today he's in a Miami prison.

00:12:10.260 That's just abhorrent.

00:12:11.260 No, he's one of the top.

00:12:14.780 By the way, this whole – the whole phony – the whole phony situation with Biden

00:12:19.200 in the border, we'll try to get to that a little bit later, if not this afternoon.

00:12:23.900 Peter Navarro came with a solution about tariffs.

00:12:26.540 I mean, Peter Navarro just wasn't the China tariff guy.

00:12:30.180 He was one of President Trump's right hands on the – on everything – all economic

00:12:35.100 policy.

00:12:35.580 And in fact, the book, The New MAGA Deal – and I recommend if you want to support

00:12:39.680 Peter Navarro, get the book.

00:12:42.300 And the book is a tool, a learning tool for yourself, and particularly as launched Trump

00:12:47.340 Force 47, part of that is individual canvassing is going to be part of it.

00:12:52.800 This is the type of thing that will arm you with the economic arguments, the arguments

00:12:57.800 of what really MAGA policy is in the White House under President Trump, as he talks about

00:13:01.540 in all the – in all his rally speeches and interviews.

00:13:06.340 Of course, the mainstream media twisted, twisted.

00:13:10.000 Sergio, what – you worked for Rand Paul.

00:13:13.360 You worked for Michelle Bachman.

00:13:14.660 You were a major staff person up on the Hill.

00:13:17.860 What is stopping Johnson and his people from fighting back?

00:13:20.920 You know the inner workings over there better than anybody.

00:13:23.040 What is holding – what are holding people back?

00:13:26.340 Because if you don't engage this, if you don't fight it, if you don't take the torch to

00:13:30.760 him, it's going to continue.

00:13:32.400 They just indicted two Trump lawyers yesterday and Mike Roman, one of the best guys in the

00:13:37.540 MAGA movement, indicted for felonies in Wisconsin at a state AG.

00:13:43.160 The only way to stop it is to fight it.

00:13:45.280 Sergio.

00:13:46.540 You're 100 percent right.

00:13:48.000 I mean the issue is here.

00:13:49.520 People get to Washington and they catch Potomac fever.

00:13:51.980 And for those that don't know what Potomac fever is, they want to get invited.

00:13:55.880 They want to be included.

00:13:56.900 They want to be part of the club.

00:13:57.900 And so you get these fighters that genuinely, I think, get elected on a good platform.

00:14:03.600 They arrive there and they want to be part of the club.

00:14:06.060 And so you have individuals who just get mesmerized by Capitol Hill.

00:14:09.760 We need individuals that want to go there, fix things, burn things down, frankly, because

00:14:13.360 things are out of control.

00:14:14.740 You mentioned Peter Navarro in this great interview with Matt Boyle, which is available

00:14:18.840 this morning on Breitbart.com.

00:14:20.360 He talks about how he's not surprised that Trump got convicted.

00:14:24.780 And he also predicts that just like he ended up in prison, they could actually put President

00:14:28.900 Trump in prison.

00:14:30.140 This judge in New York is out of control.

00:14:32.120 The fact that he's doing sentencing four days before convention, that if that's not

00:14:37.080 election interference, I don't know what is.

00:14:39.180 How do you have sentencing and the president won't be able to go to his own convention to

00:14:43.840 accept the nomination?

00:14:44.820 This would have never happened before.

00:14:46.980 For decades, the Department of Justice had a policy that for the year leading up to the

00:14:50.900 election, they would stay away from politically sensitive cases such as this, because that

00:14:56.540 was election interference.

00:14:57.260 Sergio, hang on.

00:14:59.000 You're going to...

00:14:59.840 Can your savings weather an economic storm?

00:15:02.340 Think about what you've put away for the future.

00:15:05.380 Inflation can render cash worthless.

00:15:09.240 Real estate can crash like in 2008.

00:15:11.300 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.

00:15:16.280 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.

00:15:21.920 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.

00:15:26.780 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:15:30.640 It's why people are flocking to it now and why Birch Gold is busier than ever.

00:15:34.940 Through a little-known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into

00:15:40.200 a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:15:43.720 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:46.820 Let me repeat that.

00:15:47.960 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:15:50.440 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to

00:15:55.700 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.

00:16:00.220 Let me ask you this again.

00:16:02.660 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm?

00:16:06.900 Because a storm's coming.

00:16:08.560 If it can't, call the people I trust.

00:16:11.560 That's Birch Gold.

00:16:26.680 Read the New York Times.

00:16:29.000 Read Axios.

00:16:30.840 Read Matt Boyle's great interview from prison of Peter Navarro.

00:16:36.460 Read Peter Navarro's op-ed in the Washington Times.

00:16:39.920 If you think it's turbulent, you ain't seen nothing yet, baby.

00:16:43.260 It's coming.

00:16:44.340 It's got to.

00:16:45.480 It's not going to stop.

00:16:46.800 Let me repeat.

00:16:47.480 They indicted two Trump lawyers yesterday on felony charges and Mike Roman, one of the

00:16:55.820 best operatives out there, a mega superhero.

00:16:59.200 Not going to stop.

00:17:00.320 It will not stop until it is stopped.

00:17:04.960 And how do you stop it?

00:17:06.140 You fight fire with fire.

00:17:07.480 Megyn Kelly, we've got to go Old Testament.

00:17:11.320 Sergio, I want to bring back, but I've got to comment on something from MTG who's been on

00:17:16.300 fire about this.

00:17:17.000 MTG, your thing on Potomac Fever is the audience, write that down.

00:17:22.520 What happens is that the people you work for in these districts, good folks, they come here

00:17:26.680 and they get enveloped by and embraced by the system, the cocktail parties, the conferences,

00:17:33.660 the dinners, the private dinners, that not just the lobbyists, but the apparatus, the

00:17:38.500 administrative state and all the hangers on.

00:17:40.940 And they look at all the glory of the architecture and just the presence of the imperial capital

00:17:46.120 because this is like imperial Rome, not a small Republican city like the founders set up.

00:17:53.240 That's where they look to Republican Rome.

00:17:55.240 This is a different deal.

00:17:56.600 This is the imperial capital of a global empire.

00:17:58.840 And they tell them, they tell these Yahoo lawyers to blow in from, as you know, from districts all over the country.

00:18:05.000 And they tell them, you're going to be a big shot.

00:18:07.220 You're a statesman.

00:18:08.220 You're a man of purpose.

00:18:09.460 You know, this is why we've got to give, you know, hundreds of billions of dollars to NATO.

00:18:13.580 This is why we've got to be all over the world.

00:18:15.180 This is why you've got to give money everywhere.

00:18:16.520 This is why you've got to support the open borders because it helps the economy.

00:18:21.840 That's in Politico Day.

00:18:22.720 It helps the economy.

00:18:23.620 You can't shut down the border because it helps the economy and it helps people.

00:18:26.380 You're going to be a good guy.

00:18:27.720 They're going to say good things about you in the Atlantic magazine and on MSNBC and the New York Times.

00:18:33.240 They're going to say good things about you.

00:18:35.140 That's Potomac Fever.

00:18:35.980 There's a story out there about Johnson.

00:18:37.740 Polly Pockets went over during, remember the flip-flop he did on Ukraine?

00:18:44.040 They took him over to the Situation Room.

00:18:46.440 And remember, the West Wing, as you know, Sergio and Raheem, the West Wing is essentially a military command post with an old kind of office on top of it attached to the residence.

00:18:56.700 You have the Oval Office and you have these small cubby holes where everybody else works.

00:19:00.760 It's, you know, the thing is, I don't know, 100 and some years old, right?

00:19:03.860 But below that is a military command center, a very sophisticated military command center called the Situation Room, in Rooms.

00:19:11.800 They take Polly Pockets over there.

00:19:13.240 He's never been there.

00:19:14.660 They take him down there and he's got those big eyes.

00:19:17.020 He's looking around and they're doing all the things on the screens and doing all this.

00:19:19.940 They give him the brief.

00:19:21.080 They throw a little top secret stuff in there.

00:19:23.000 And he comes back and goes, golly, you know where I just was, right? 0.81

00:19:27.160 And it's a clown show.

00:19:29.600 But now he's part, that's Potomac Fever. 0.89

00:19:31.480 Now he wants to be part of the club.

00:19:33.060 You want to know why Johnson switched from biblical worldview, MAGA Mike, to now John Boehner's mentee as Gordon Axios?

00:19:42.920 That's why.

00:19:43.840 Sergio Gore, you've seen it so many times.

00:19:46.080 That's how we lose the fight, is it not, sir?

00:19:48.820 You're 100 percent right.

00:19:50.060 I mean, I've been there.

00:19:50.940 I remember coming to your office.

00:19:52.020 And if I can share with everybody, nobody had an office with so much paper on the wall about what they're going to do and how they're going to save the country.

00:20:00.140 But that's not what they show people when they want to impress them.

00:20:02.260 You're right.

00:20:02.880 They bring them into that dark room downstairs.

00:20:04.820 They've got screens.

00:20:05.580 They've got satellites.

00:20:06.420 They've got all kinds of drones flying around the world.

00:20:08.720 And they tell you, you want to be the next Winston Churchill?

00:20:11.660 And if you do, you've got to send your money to Ukraine.

00:20:13.820 And forget about the border.

00:20:14.760 That's not the priority here.

00:20:16.360 We've got to fund Taiwan instead.

00:20:18.600 And so you're 100 percent.

00:20:19.540 Look, the reality is there's very few people, and we know most of them.

00:20:23.260 It's Peter Navarro.

00:20:24.300 It's President Trump that are willing to put everything on the line.

00:20:28.840 Who do we know that is willing to just frankly go to prison?

00:20:32.660 I don't think there's ever been a case where somebody went from the White House to a prison.

00:20:37.440 Dr. Peter Navarro is one of those patriots.

00:20:39.500 He put it all on the line out there because he was not impressed by those shiny objects that they try to sway you with.

00:20:47.720 One more time, I want you to give this judge.

00:20:50.260 So, folks, understand something.

00:20:52.320 On July 11th, look at the sign.

00:20:54.640 There ain't no coincidences.

00:20:56.380 It's one week, I think, to the day when President Trump would take the stage in front of the world and accept a Republican nominee and give a blowout speech like in 16 and 20.

00:21:06.420 They will send him to prison.

00:21:08.280 Now, they may delay that with home confinement or something, but it's all to election interference.

00:21:14.440 That he's got to come and be a supplicant to Mershon to make sure that he can go to Ohio or he can go to Wisconsin or he can go to Michigan.

00:21:21.940 How big a concern is that for you, Sergio Gore?

00:21:25.440 It's a massive problem.

00:21:27.000 I'm a delegate from Florida for the president.

00:21:28.980 I was actually with the president last night.

00:21:30.680 He appreciates the massive support that he has received, that our ticket has received from everybody, and that includes heavily this audience.

00:21:39.860 The president has raised close to $200 million in the last two, three days.

00:21:45.500 So that has been absolutely incredible and heartwarming to him.

00:21:49.520 But it's concerning.

00:21:50.440 And such is president.

00:21:51.500 He could bar him from leaving New York.

00:21:53.240 He could bar him from leaving his apartment.

00:21:55.100 He can bar him from leaving Mar-a-Lago.

00:21:57.020 They've got 100 options under their belt. 0.88

00:21:58.880 So if that's not election interference, again, I mean, it is beyond ridiculous. 0.89

00:22:03.780 This is what you see happening in Africa. 0.73

00:22:05.620 You have one candidate running.

00:22:07.240 They arrest the opposition, and they throw away the key because that's how they get their reelection, frankly.

00:22:14.340 And so we're seeing the exact same thing happen here under the guise of justice.

00:22:18.740 Well, there is no justice today.

00:22:22.160 Where does this book is a key part of the campaign going forward?

00:22:25.600 Where do people – it's going to be published, I think, at the campaign, at actually the convention.

00:22:32.000 And hopefully Peter Navarro will be out by then and can address the convention.

00:22:35.380 Where do people go to get the book?

00:22:37.160 And you've got a backlist of amazing – you've got Carrie Lake's book.

00:22:39.700 You've got NTG's book.

00:22:40.760 So we started winning team publishing.

00:22:41.900 You guys have done an amazing job.

00:22:44.060 We started winning team – thank you, Steve.

00:22:45.820 We started winning team publishing about three years ago, Don Jr. and I, and we published the president's books.

00:22:50.340 We published Don's books, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Carrie Lake, Janine Pirro.

00:22:54.780 So we've got quite a few MAGA and America First authors.

00:22:58.760 And so if you go to newmagadeal.com, newmagadeal.com, you can get a signed copy from Peter Navarro.

00:23:05.560 You can get a regular copy.

00:23:07.020 But that's a great way to support him.

00:23:08.320 And you're absolutely right.

00:23:09.420 Right now, if everything goes to plan, Peter gets released on the morning of the 17th.

00:23:15.120 That is the day before convention ends, and our plan is for him to fly to Milwaukee and join everybody, including President Trump, at the convention.

00:23:25.960 Amen.

00:23:26.720 Incredible.

00:23:27.340 By the way, the Matt Bull piece, Matt's the best reporter we got.

00:23:29.960 Matt Bull's piece is incredible.

00:23:31.820 The op-ed in The Washington Times is incredible.

00:23:33.840 Make sure you get that and go to newmagadeal.com.

00:23:36.560 One last thing, Sergio, make sure you tell your partner.

00:23:39.620 On Morning Joe this morning, they mentioned Don Jr. as Attorney General.

00:23:42.920 Hey, I've got to say, I think it may go to the top of my list.

00:23:46.280 It may go to the top of my list.

00:23:48.020 You don't need a law degree.

00:23:49.160 You need common sense.

00:23:50.460 Don Jr.'s got common sense.

00:23:51.940 I want to put him at the top of the list now for AG, which I would love to be there for the confirmation hearing, sir.

00:23:58.900 I love that idea, and I'll share that with him.

00:24:00.840 I'm actually flying out with him in about an hour, so that'll be our topic of conversation.

00:24:04.220 Yeah, tell him we're going to push it hard.

00:24:07.740 Thank you, brother.

00:24:08.300 Appreciate it.

00:24:08.980 Sergio Gore.

00:24:09.660 Sergio, what's your social media?

00:24:12.360 Where does everybody catch you?

00:24:13.760 I'm going X, and it's just at Sergio Gore.

00:24:16.620 Right there.

00:24:17.080 They got it.

00:24:18.600 Sergio, thanks.

00:24:20.340 Appreciate it.

00:24:21.040 Thank you, Steve.

00:24:22.520 Raheem Kassam.

00:24:23.620 Thanks, brother.

00:24:24.380 Raheem Kassam, you've got an amazing kind of summary piece up on National Pulse, I think, as the lead.

00:24:31.800 And also a very good picture.

00:24:34.060 I don't know where you get that picture.

00:24:35.160 My staff doesn't get those pictures.

00:24:36.840 Raheem gets it.

00:24:38.200 A great picture.

00:24:39.260 I think it's from one of Charlie Kirk's deals.

00:24:41.920 Tell me about your thoughts.

00:24:43.220 You did the consolidation of all these pieces.

00:24:45.680 What do they say?

00:24:46.840 What's the meaning of them?

00:24:47.900 And what's the meltdown response been already?

00:24:49.720 Well, look, this is a lot more of the kabuki theater, I think, that you start to see from the left as they profess to panic.

00:25:00.580 And there is a lot of profession of panic out there at the moment.

00:25:03.140 There's a lot of professional panic out there at the moment.

00:25:06.200 These people are paid to do this.

00:25:07.660 It's whipping up the frenzy against Donald Trump and his allies, whereas, well, at the same time, you know, they are the ones who are complicit in totalitarianism, real totalitarianism, American totalitarianism.

00:25:25.040 You know, on this continent, in this nation today, there is a political party, there is a political movement that is routinely, routinely called for to be to be locked up and persecuted and prosecuted and dragged through the streets and sent to the long houses and the gulags and so on and so forth.

00:25:42.220 And so, you know, this this this status quo that we have at the moment on the political right, which basically says, oh, you know, and I'll give you an example of this.

00:25:54.340 Right. When when the when the verdict was handed down last week and I was outside that Manhattan courthouse, I texted a bunch of people in Congress and I said, look, you know, where where are the where are the legislative remedies here?

00:26:07.240 What can be done? Who can be hauled in? You know, what what are you working on?

00:26:11.760 And the answer I got from most of them was, you know, under under what article to authority would I be exercising this?

00:26:18.900 You know, you know, and I was just like, I really don't care, actually.

00:26:22.660 You know, they don't care. The left has not cared for a very long time.

00:26:26.740 The globalists certainly don't care. This isn't a constitution.

00:26:29.800 It isn't a legal settlement that they even believe in, let alone believe in adhering to.

00:26:34.580 And all the while, our people are running not towards the fire, but towards the rule book and going, oh, where can we fight back?

00:26:48.700 Where does it say in this rule book that we're allowed to fight back?

00:26:52.200 And so this is these are the thematics. Right.

00:26:54.300 So on the one hand, very few fighters, very few.

00:26:59.260 And as much as you have Potomac fever, let's go.

00:27:04.300 I want to go back. I want to go. Hang on.

00:27:05.760 I want to go back to your point and I want to hold you to the break.

00:27:08.020 Mike Davis is going to join us. Raheem is going to stick a lot.

00:27:09.940 And Raheem is doing yeoman's work here because Raheem is not is under the weather.

00:27:15.400 But it's so important that he's up and actually working.

00:27:18.040 So we would have him in the war room, but he might get me sick. 0.91

00:27:21.100 Raheem, do you believe like Mark Levin and Mark Levin, I always take it as the authority in this because he's so smart about the Constitution.

00:27:30.620 Do you believe like Mark Levin that we're in a post-Constitution America?

00:27:35.940 Well, firstly, I thought I thought being in the war room was the cure because I thought no no malign germs or influences could survive near your near your clarifying presence.

00:27:47.680 Right. The presence, the presence.

00:27:49.660 Hang on. Stop. I'm going to bring you back.

00:27:51.780 You're so good. You're coming back as a starring role in the next segment.

00:27:56.540 Raheem Kassam, go to National Pulse.

00:27:59.760 It's got an amazing summary of everything that's happened overnight in this morning on this firefight between patriots in the administrative and deep state in lawfare in defense of President Trump.

00:28:14.060 Short break.

00:28:14.620 Criminals have access to more advanced tools than ever, and now they're using them to steal our most valuable asset.

00:28:25.940 That would be your home.

00:28:27.420 In Miami, an elderly woman didn't find out an empty plot of land she owned was stolen until she went to pay taxes. 0.52

00:28:35.920 A stranger had already paid them, and property records showed she had sold the land.

00:28:40.780 They had forged her signature and registered a fake deed.

00:28:44.120 How scary is that?

00:28:45.640 That's why you need to get Home Title Lock today.

00:28:49.080 Go to HomeTitleLock.com and immerse yourself in this information.

00:28:53.220 Think that it can't happen to you?

00:28:56.820 When's the last time you checked your home's title?

00:28:59.340 All a thief has to do is forge your signature, refile as the new owner.

00:29:04.420 And once your home is not in your name, it can get really ugly, and it can get really ugly fast.

00:29:10.840 They can take out equity loans or even sell your house to an unsuspecting buyer who shows up at your door one day and says,

00:29:17.580 Hey, this baby is mine.

00:29:19.820 Don't think your home insurance policy will protect you.

00:29:48.240 Do not let these thieves steal your home in broad daylight.

00:29:54.700 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:59.740 I have Raheem Kassam from National Pulse.

00:30:02.100 Go over to National Pulse right now and check it out.

00:30:04.540 It is absolutely fundamental reading every day.

00:30:07.420 One of the first sites I go to to get a summary of what the important news is.

00:30:11.100 Also have Mike Davis.

00:30:12.600 Mike, Raheem, I'm going to do a little – I'm going to reverse the order here because Raheem tells you about these congressmen whining.

00:30:22.360 Where's the Article 2 power?

00:30:23.880 You're our guy.

00:30:25.280 Walk me through – and I think even some of the stuff maybe didn't get in the New York Times article with some of your other quotes.

00:30:32.440 You've got a real plan, and other people are working on that plan.

00:30:36.220 Local DAs are working on this, certain attorney generals and states.

00:30:39.780 But walk us through when people are whining, I don't have the power.

00:30:42.420 We don't know what to do.

00:30:44.040 Mike Davis, you've thought this through.

00:30:45.400 Have you not, sir?

00:30:46.040 I have, but I would say this, that President Biden, his top aides and his allies are running a republic-ending criminal conspiracy against President Trump.

00:30:59.180 His top aides like Peter DeVarro, who's sitting in prison, like you, Steve Bannon, who they're trying to send to prison.

00:31:06.900 His attorneys like Jeff Clark and John Eastman, his supporters on January 6th.

00:31:12.580 They are violating their constitutional rights, and they're doing this for the purpose of their Democrat lawfare and election interference.

00:31:21.100 They fear American voters on November 5th, 2024, so they just want to have President Trump die in prison after they tried to bankrupt him

00:31:30.440 and after they unsuccessfully tried to throw him off the ballot.

00:31:34.260 And if Republicans are scratching their head in the House right now and trying to figure out how they can fight back,

00:31:40.960 that's just, that's shocking to hear, actually, that they are this weak, that they are this feckless.

00:31:48.660 They have, I can think of four constitutional authorities right now where they can do something about this.

00:31:56.760 They have the power of the purse, and so they can investigate how federal funds are being spent on this Biden lawfare against President Trump.

00:32:07.400 There is the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution where the federal government must provide due process of law

00:32:16.280 and equal protection of law to all Americans, so that would apply to Jack Smith's two criminal charges.

00:32:23.440 You also have the 14th Amendment to the Constitution where states must provide due process and equal protection of the law.

00:32:32.240 And there's Section 5 of the 14th Amendment that gives Congress very broad power to enact federal legislation

00:32:41.080 to make sure that states are providing due process of law and equal protection of law.

00:32:48.940 So there's your legislative purpose on the first three.

00:32:51.920 Number four, the House can open an impeachment probe on President Biden, on Attorney General Merritt Garland,

00:33:00.980 on any of these Senate-confirmed officials like Matthew Graves in D.C.,

00:33:06.140 who has politicized and weaponized the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office to go after just about every person who trespassed

00:33:14.520 and took selfies on January 6th.

00:33:18.160 He's gone after elderly Christians who are praying outside of abortion clinics,

00:33:24.120 while he's gone after Trump's aides, like Peter Navarro, like Steve Bannon,

00:33:31.300 while they give amnesty to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and James Biden. 0.93

00:33:35.520 Every scumbag Biden, except for the six-year-old granddaughter who they finally acknowledge seems to have gotten a piece of that 20-plus million dollars 0.93

00:33:44.320 that House Oversight Chairman James Comer has been able to track going from these corrupt foreign entities into every Biden, 0.99

00:33:52.120 just about every Biden's bank accounts, right?

00:33:55.280 So there are four hooks right there that House Republicans can use.

00:33:59.660 I want to go back to you first, because they're talking about defunding it in the appropriations bill.

00:34:05.740 We're going to have Andy Clyde on there.

00:34:06.640 He's got some writers, and you talk about Andy Clyde a lot.

00:34:10.080 But you're saying something different that could happen, like, this afternoon.

00:34:13.600 It's the use of appropriated money that is being spent and has been spent that they have full authority and oversight to come in and to look at.

00:34:23.980 Walk me through.

00:34:24.640 I want to see every penny that's gone between justice and any – and finally was.

00:34:28.900 I want to see every phone call, every email.

00:34:31.280 I want to see the collaboration.

00:34:32.480 You know, the judge in Florida, a federal judge, Cannon, a hero, the onslaught of her, they're getting 1,000 ethics complaints from the Antifa left, the BML left on her every day. 0.71

00:34:45.620 They've had to kind of stop it.

00:34:47.340 She's going to have a three-day trial in, I think, 27th, 28th, 29th in Miami to go through the details of Jack Smith.

00:34:55.200 The House has a legislative purpose.

00:34:57.080 They appropriate the money that's been spent.

00:34:59.100 I don't care about – going forward, yes, we've got to do that.

00:35:01.660 But today on what they've already spent in the coordination – and you can see the conspiracy right there.

00:35:08.320 They have every authority to do that this afternoon, do they not, Mike Davis?

00:35:13.540 Yeah.

00:35:13.880 I mean all they have to do is look at – take Andrew Clyde's appropriations rider that the Article III project championed, and I think Andrew Clyde is an all-star, so we really commend him, and then hold a hearing on that rider.

00:35:25.520 And as part of that hearing on that appropriations rider to cut off federal funding for this republic-ending lawfare and election interference by President Biden against President Trump, call in all these witnesses, ask for their documents, ask for staff depositions.

00:35:40.900 You don't ask.

00:35:41.620 You subpoena.

00:35:42.080 So you subpoena their documents.

00:35:44.340 You subpoena these witnesses for staff depositions.

00:35:47.600 You subpoena these witnesses to come in for public hearings, and you hold them accountable. 0.88

00:35:51.900 And you get the communications between – Nathan Wade, for example, Fannie Willis' dumb, unqualified boyfriend in Fulton County, Georgia. 0.97

00:36:00.300 Big Fannie paid her dumb boyfriend $250 an hour, $700,000, right, and he's stupid enough where he actually built his time for his two meetings with the Biden White House, including the White House counsel. 0.95

00:36:14.900 He built this to Fulton County taxpayers, Fulton, this is – and they used COVID funds on this investigation. 0.99

00:36:21.400 There's your hook.

00:36:22.220 Call in Nathan Wade, right?

00:36:23.580 Call him in.

00:36:24.560 Ask him about his communications with the Biden White House, including the Biden White House counsel, right?

00:36:29.600 Do the same thing with Gary Stern, the general counsel of the National Archives, and Jay Bratz at the Justice Department.

00:36:36.920 Call them in.

00:36:37.620 Ask them about their communications with Deputy White House counsel to Joe Biden, Jonathan Hsu, who orchestrated the Mar-a-Lago raid, which led to Jack Smith's January 6th and Mar-a-Lago bogus indictments.

00:36:50.500 I mean, call in Matthew Colangelo and ask Matthew Colangelo about his communications with anyone in Biden world about the bragging.

00:36:59.600 Hang on.

00:37:00.340 I want to play the – I want to play the Garland thing again, but hang on.

00:37:04.440 So, Raheem, you just had Mike Davis walk you through a menu of four things immediately from the Constitution you go after.

00:37:12.120 Did you hear any of that from these congressmen that were texting you after the judge rule – you know, the verdict came in on the 34 felony, sir?

00:37:23.220 No, I did not.

00:37:25.800 No, I did not.

00:37:26.720 And look, I know it's complicated, and I know it requires reading, and it requires, you know, doing some work.

00:37:33.380 But, you know, those are the sorts of things and also just the starts of the sorts of things that can be doing.

00:37:38.680 And look, you asked me another question.

00:37:39.960 I haven't answered that question.

00:37:41.140 You know, the fact of the matter is that if they want to play in a post-constitutional America, then we have to show them that we are ready and willing to play in a post-constitutional America.

00:37:50.740 I understand.

00:37:51.420 That's not the ideal.

00:37:52.260 We're not living in an ideal world.

00:37:53.440 We're not living in an ideal time.

00:37:54.740 And all of these things, you know, barring the legal remedies, the constitutional remedies, you also have to show the other side that just as they are willing to overreach, we are willing to overreach.

00:38:06.940 In fact, I'm not just willing to overreach at this point.

00:38:09.580 I'm happy to overreach at this point.

00:38:11.840 You have to be glad about the scenario in which you find yourself in.

00:38:16.180 Otherwise, you're not any use to me on the battlefield.

00:38:18.220 Mike Davis, before I play this Garland clip, you keep talking about republic-ending conspiracy.

00:38:27.320 Do you agree with Mark Levin and Raheem Kassam that right now we're in a post-constitutional America?

00:38:33.040 And you've got to accept that as it is.

00:38:34.700 To get back to a constitutional America, you've got to fight on the battlefield that they've laid out, sir.

00:38:40.460 Your thoughts?

00:38:40.900 There's no question.

00:38:41.900 No question.

00:38:42.600 And I call it the dead chicken strategy.

00:38:44.100 If you don't use power against the left, if you don't give them a healthy dose of their own medicine, this will never end, right?

00:38:52.480 This has been a one-way ratchet.

00:38:54.320 I would say to the House Republicans, pretend like President Trump, his last name is Zelensky, or pretend like the Trump campaign is Google.

00:39:04.880 If you actually put it in those terms, House Republicans may actually start fighting for President Trump in the Trump campaign.

00:39:11.420 Wow.

00:39:13.300 Wow.

00:39:13.940 Okay, I want to play.

00:39:15.860 I believe strongly that under Matt Gaetz's tough questioning of Garland, he perjured himself in a bald-faced lie.

00:39:23.160 But I want to play it again so you can hear it, and then I'll bring in Raheem and Mike Davis for commentary.

00:39:28.160 Let's go ahead and let her rip. 1.00

00:39:29.520 You won't comment on it, Mr. Attorney General, but you had no problem dispatching Matthew Colangelo.

00:39:34.640 Who's Matthew Colangelo?

00:39:35.380 That is false.

00:39:36.400 I did not dispatch Matthew Colangelo.

00:39:38.680 Matthew Colangelo became the Assistant Attorney General at the very beginning of the Biden administration, without having been Senate confirmed, goes and gets the senior role at the DOJ.

00:39:49.560 And then after, I believe it's Gupta replaces Colangelo, Colangelo makes this remarkable downstream career journey from the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

00:40:01.560 and then pops up in Alvin Bragg's office to go get Trump.

00:40:05.760 And you're saying that's just a career choice that was made that has nothing to do with the lawfare coordinated by the election.

00:40:12.380 I'm saying it's false.

00:40:13.640 I did not dispatch Mr. Colangelo anywhere.

00:40:17.400 Well, do you know how he ended up there?

00:40:19.600 I assume he applied for a job there and got the job.

00:40:23.500 But see, you know what?

00:40:24.380 I'll tell you I had nothing to do with it.

00:40:26.000 Well, you might not have had anything to do with it, but we've got this contemporaneous evidence in Mr. Pomerantz's book.

00:40:31.780 So Pomerantz writes this book, which I'm sure you're aware of, where he says, we put together the legal eagles to get Trump.

00:40:39.660 We got all these folks together and we assembled them for that purpose.

00:40:42.920 And so when we on the Judiciary Committee think about a tax on the judicial process, our concern is that the facts and the law aren't being followed.

00:40:52.940 A target is acquired here, Trump.

00:40:56.600 And then you assemble the legal of talent from DOJ, Mr. Pomerantz, and you bring everybody in to get him.

00:41:02.720 And meanwhile, the judge is making money on it.

00:41:05.800 The judge is making money on it.

00:41:07.240 The judge's family is making money on it for stuff that you yourself wouldn't do.

00:41:12.920 Mike Davis, did he just purge himself?

00:41:16.680 Is that a bald-faced lie?

00:41:19.300 Look, so Matthew Colangelo was the acting associate attorney general on the Biden parachute team into the Justice Department on January 20th, 2021.

00:41:32.220 Then when Vanita Gupta got confirmed by the Senate as the associate attorney general, the number three, Matthew Colangelo was the principal deputy associate attorney general, the number two to the number three.

00:41:46.260 And so the people out in real America with real jobs, they may don't understand how powerful and influential that job is.

00:41:52.540 That's the job that my former boss, Neil Gorsuch, had in the Justice Department before he became a Tenth Circuit judge in Denver and then went on to the Supreme Court.

00:42:02.300 Matthew Colangelo took a different path.

00:42:04.060 He went from that very top-level political appointment in the Biden Justice Department, where he was essentially the chief operating officer for the entire civil side of the Justice Department, the civil rights division, civil division, tax, antitrust, office of justice programs, cops, all the money that goes out of the Justice Department.

00:42:24.960 Matthew Colangelo went from that very senior job to Bragg's office with very little experience as a prosecutor to go work in a dingy DA's office to run this lawfare and election interference against Trump.

00:42:42.160 It's just not believable that Matthew Colangelo would not have had a conversation with Merritt Barlow before that happens.

00:42:49.520 He's the number three guy, come on, and they're going to reward him by making him dag as soon as they can if Biden was to ever win, which will never happen.

00:42:58.320 It strains credulity.

00:43:00.260 He lied.

00:43:01.760 There is zero probability, and when we get the text messages and the emails and we get people under oath and you start grilling them in a star chamber, right, they're going to break and they're going to cough up the fact he went as the chief architect.

00:43:15.180 There is zero probability, zero.

00:43:18.440 He left one of the most powerful jobs in all law in this nation, the number three job in the Justice Department underneath Lisa Monaco and Garland to go take some assistant district attorney in the hellhole of New York working for Bragg and the rest of the clowns up there.

00:43:40.240 He went as the architect.

00:43:41.240 He went as the chief architect of this.

00:43:43.920 Pomerantz tells you that because they're effort failed.

00:43:46.960 He went as the chief architect.

00:43:49.240 Garland perjured himself.

00:43:50.820 He lied to Congress and America.

00:43:53.180 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:43:58.880 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:44:02.880 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.

00:44:11.740 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:44:24.580 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:44:32.500 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:44:43.360 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:44:48.780 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:45:01.440 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:45:07.000 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:45:09.000 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:45:54.160 So make sure you go check it out today.

00:45:55.760 Also, you can reach out to JoJo, our coordinator for all things engagement.

00:46:00.280 I want to thank her for coming on a great interview last night.

00:46:02.740 Mike Davis, I know you've got to bounce.

00:46:04.360 Your closing thoughts on this, sir?

00:46:06.060 I would say to these Democrat politicians and operatives, including in the liberal media,

00:46:13.780 who are panicking right now about what the Trump 47 Justice Department could do in response to President Biden's Republican lawfare and election interference against Trump,

00:46:25.640 his top aides, his attorneys and supporters, I would say buckle up, guys, and also lawyer up.

00:46:31.860 Because unlike this Biden lawfare where you're bringing bogus charges like settling a nuisance claim seven years ago or objecting to a presidential election,

00:46:43.020 which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment or having your presidential records in the office of former president,

00:46:51.980 which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act, what the Biden Democrats are doing, those are actual federal crimes.

00:47:00.420 You have a conspiracy against rights and related civil rights crimes under 18 U.S.C. 241 and 18 U.S.C. 242.

00:47:10.020 These are very serious federal civil rights felonies up to 10 years in prison.

00:47:17.520 And it's very clear that's what's happening with these illegal, unconstitutional gag orders on President Trump and people like Roger Stone,

00:47:27.720 that this politicized and weaponized justice at every level with Jack Smith, with Alvin Bragg, with Fannie Willis,

00:47:36.320 with Matthew Colangelo, Jay Bratt, Gary Stern, Nathan Wade.

00:47:41.880 I mean, there are so many.

00:47:43.580 Judge Mershon, Lauren Mershon, Tanya Chukkin in D.C.

00:47:48.060 There are so many Democrat prosecutors and judges and witnesses and operatives who are at a minimum fact witnesses

00:47:55.300 in this criminal conspiracy against the rights of Trump.

00:48:00.180 His top aides like Peter Navarro, who's in jail right now, Steve Bannon, who they're trying to send to jail,

00:48:05.740 John Eastman, Jeff Clark, these January 6th supporters.

00:48:09.640 The Biden Justice Department is selectively prosecuting, persecuting Trump and his aides and his allies and his supporters

00:48:17.420 while they give amnesty to Joe Biden and James Biden and Hunter Biden for their obvious foreign corruption and bribery.

00:48:23.520 They have a bogus show trial and a gun charge in Delaware right now where there's no chance this jury's going to find him guilty,

00:48:30.920 even though there's overwhelming evidence of Hunter's guilt.

00:48:34.120 And they're giving amnesty to BLM and Antifa and Hamas and trans terrorists. 0.57

00:48:38.880 They're going after parents. 0.96

00:48:40.420 They're going after Christians. 0.99

00:48:41.480 There's going to be a reckoning come January 20th, 2025.

00:48:45.580 So buckle up. 0.96

00:48:47.120 Boy, you're up.

00:48:47.740 Mike Davis, where's where did you go to Article three, your social media, all of it, sir?

00:48:55.640 Article three project dot org, article number three project dot org.

00:48:59.400 You can donate there.

00:49:01.060 You can take action there, like supporting Clyde's appropriations writer to defund this lawfare until after the election.

00:49:08.800 You can also follow us on social media.

00:49:10.860 Thank you, Steve.

00:49:13.200 Thank you, brother.

00:49:14.060 Appreciate it.

00:49:15.020 Raheem, any any closing observations, sir?

00:49:17.740 Yeah, I mean, you know, I'm sick and and the way you deal with the sickness is not to kind of wag your finger at it and go, oh, that is that is a terrible thing to do.

00:49:28.240 Why would you possibly attack the host body like that?

00:49:32.380 And if the host body is America, then then then the Democrat Party, the globalists behind them are the cancer. 0.98

00:49:39.100 And and and it needs it needs eviscerating. 0.93

00:49:41.860 I just we've got to a point now where, you know, and we'll we'll say it till we're blue in the face.

00:49:47.280 I'll certainly say it till I'm blue in the face.

00:49:49.460 When you look at what's taking place over across the other side of the ocean at the same time as well, whether it's the European parliamentary elections, whether it's the election of the United Kingdom, people are kind of done being like, oh, but, you know, can't we just go back to a time?

00:50:03.120 No, you actually can't. You've got to get it out of your head.

00:50:07.000 You're not seeing that time again in your lifetimes.

00:50:09.080 Maybe if you're lucky, your kids, your grandkids might see that time again, but you're not going to that time again in your lifetimes.

00:50:14.320 So act appropriately.

00:50:17.660 Rahim, we'll have you back on about Nigel and Normandy and all that in the next couple of days.

00:50:21.580 Right now, where do we go for National Pulse?

00:50:23.560 Yeah, so I am thinking also of making a trip over there to do some reporting for this audience.

00:50:29.680 If you want to do that, let's go to the national pulse dot com forward slash war room.

00:50:34.340 Support our work, support our endeavors, our intrepid reporting.

00:50:37.880 We'll continue the national pulse dot com forward slash war room.

00:50:43.200 Let's go do it now.

00:50:44.340 I'll have Rahim back on about this trip to Europe.

00:50:46.260 Thank you, sir.

00:50:46.960 Charlie Kirk's going to take us out.

00:50:48.340 Ninety seconds.

00:50:49.060 We'll be back.

00:52:59.580 Seeing ain't always believing.

00:53:02.320 It doesn't mean it ain't true.

00:53:04.760 Oh, and there's unbathomable label right under you.
