Bannon's War Room - Episode 3663： Defunding The Justice Department

00:00:00.000 warming to the idea of mass deportation which is alarming to me 51 percent say they're for mass

00:00:04.820 deportation 68 percent of republicans but also 46 percent of independents and even 42 percent of

00:00:10.360 democrats and when axios harris asked what the greatest concerns were about immigration

00:00:15.500 people related to increased crime rates drugs and violence the additional cost to taxpayers

00:00:21.360 and the risk of terrorism and national security none of which are factually actually issues what

00:00:28.280 do you to what do you ascribe this increased hawkishness is it just fox propaganda it is and

00:00:34.760 the problem is that the president seems to be listening to that right i think what we heard

00:00:38.660 today is a decision that is based on exactly what you just read and not on actually policy solutions

00:00:44.380 the numbers say it very clearly right for the first time since 2019 immigration is suddenly listed as a

00:00:50.400 top problem among u.s voters we know that we also know that at least 55 percent of u.s adults believe

00:00:57.280 that undocumented immigrants in this country pose a critical threat to their lives and to their vital 1.00

00:01:02.000 interests and to your point we also know that among latinos suddenly this anti-immigrant rhetoric

00:01:07.340 seems to be resonating to the point that even in the bronx of small but still a pretty significant

00:01:12.860 number of black and brown voters are singing build the wall so i think what we all have to confront and 0.99

00:01:18.740 it's uncomfortable but we have to confront this idea that this anti-immigrant rhetoric isn't now

00:01:23.740 just spreading among right-wing circles and conservative circles it's also creeping into

00:01:28.380 democratic spaces and among communities of color and i think that's exactly what we saw today

00:01:32.460 um i mean that's not actually i mean that's not actually what's happening what's happening is the

00:01:36.640 problem has gotten a lot worse and i think what's happening is not it's not just that the problem has

00:01:41.920 gotten worse at the border but i the reason part of the reason why i think we've seen such a change

00:01:45.580 in public opinion is because migrants are in um cities across the united states and it's not it's no longer

00:01:51.800 being experienced by americans it's just a border problem right so if you live in new jersey or

00:01:57.580 connecticut or new york you are seeing a lot of coverage about the impact that migrants are having

00:02:03.440 on local governments on state governments if you live anywhere near chicago you're seeing the same thing

00:02:08.320 so i think that that is part of what is happening i think that's why at least why the president

00:02:12.980 felt he had to reluctantly take this action you know he gave congress every opportunity to act

00:02:19.560 it is um you know i mean he knows he talked about how the american people have run out of patience

00:02:24.260 he is trying to ward off president trump from becoming president he is trying to ward off you know he said

00:02:30.300 he wanted to do things in the second term that would be a more positive and actual solution but you can't

00:02:36.000 do that right now when congress is standing in the way because donald trump said that they should not

00:02:41.380 pass a bill that would fix the problem and i think that they felt just not even in terms of politics

00:02:47.340 but in terms of being a responsible president he had to take some action and while it might be

00:02:54.240 reluctantly and this is what he needed to do so what the biden people are doing next is they're going

00:03:00.500 to propose this executive order that they know is going to get sued on right away uh and then they'll

00:03:08.420 go into negotiations and settle and they'll say well if only we had this bill the republicans just

00:03:14.680 you know thwarted us again on the on the langford bill uh it's their fault that i can't close the

00:03:21.760 border this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:03:33.380 these people i got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have had a belly

00:03:40.460 full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything in the world to stop

00:03:44.380 that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people like that go to share

00:03:48.740 the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people had a conscience ask yourself

00:03:57.700 what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my country this country will be

00:04:06.200 save war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:04:10.280 it's wednesday um five june the year of allure 2024 let's go immediately to todd bensman todd

00:04:22.160 you called it you called just about everything on this phony executive order that's all for optics and

00:04:28.760 and politics acou in fact today sued but to call shot tell us where we are in this this fiasco

00:04:34.040 well it seems to be following the original blueprint which is pretend that you're going to do something

00:04:41.320 tough an executive order uh proclamation on securing the border with a fact sheet uh really drawing uh

00:04:50.680 lots of media attention all the cameras all the networks really bringing everybody in knowing that

00:04:57.520 the aclu and other organizations liberal organizations are going to sue this thing into oblivion

00:05:03.880 so that they don't actually have to try to do anything the next step if if the blueprint is uh being

00:05:10.320 followed is you will start to hear biden campaign officials blame the republicans and trump

00:05:17.480 for killing the langford bill the senate bill that was supposed to supposedly um secure the border

00:05:26.920 uh terrible bill it did the exact opposite that's why the uh republicans the maga republicans killed that 0.97

00:05:35.160 thing had it killed it needed to be killed it deserved to be killed so we're going to start to hear 0.96

00:05:41.560 uh this ginning up of it's the republicans fault they took every tool i had i i only had this executive 0.99

00:05:48.280 order thing that i could do and now oh my god it's you know being law suited to death uh that should gin

00:05:56.360 things up for really the big show which i believe is the televised presidential debate in a few weeks

00:06:03.720 that's what i believe this is all about really uh tell me about that just break that down what do you mean by

00:06:12.280 that well obviously immigration illegal immigration and the broken border it's not a broken border i'm

00:06:20.280 sorry it's a purposeful mass migration uh crisis engineered from the white house for three years

00:06:27.400 straight but now it's polling uh so badly for the biden administration that they could lose the election

00:06:35.160 over that alone and so they must get a narrative going where they can defend what they did down

00:06:43.960 there in a way that a lot of americans or enough americans especially independents might kind of buy

00:06:50.520 into well the republicans are the ones that are doing this it's it's it's a deflection play it's a

00:06:57.400 political deflection play on a very very apex political issue for the campaign uh a lot of what

00:07:06.520 we're seeing happen right now i think is queuing up for this televised debate which is going to be

00:07:13.320 the biggest show on earth uh when that happens when they have that televised debate on the biggest issue

00:07:20.200 issue of the campaign uh next to um inflation it's right up there with inflation i think that's what

00:07:27.560 this whole eo is about hey i tried i've tried to do things i tried to get this bill passed uh and the

00:07:35.080 republicans killed it i needed that bill i tried to do the aeo and it you know these people came in and

00:07:41.400 my own people came in and and uh law suited at death we must just have to endure this terrible border

00:07:49.400 crisis there's nothing i can do all of which is really demonstrably objectively untrue uh they could

00:07:57.880 shut that border down in 30 minutes with remain in mexico and using the 212f authority out of the ina

00:08:09.160 and arm twisting panama costa rica mexico and guatemala to shut it all down like they did with 0.78

00:08:17.640 covid this thing could end overnight um it hasn't gotten the traction i've just new york post i'm

00:08:27.880 gonna get to an article about you in the new york post or uh in the second uh but the new york post just

00:08:33.560 popped that quinnipaic i think they've done polls post the hushbunny trial and trump's still

00:08:39.400 up nationally still up in all the battleground and swing states so it looks like an epic fail at least so

00:08:45.640 far on on the verdicts um do you think this is getting any traction to help biden politically to

00:08:52.440 help him with those americans and maybe lower information voters you heard in the cold open

00:08:57.720 that all they're talking about is uh it's become such a political issue because as we said for years

00:09:03.400 every town's a border town every state's a border state todd benson i think they did get quite a bit of

00:09:10.040 attraction they they put they popped the smoke uh on the battlefield pretty well when they when the

00:09:17.720 lankford bill was killed the first time they got a great narrative out of that the senate republicans

00:09:24.680 handed this them this incredible gift of a narrative um and i think that schumer brought it back

00:09:31.800 uh last week or the week before last because it was so it it worked so well i've said this a bunch

00:09:39.800 of times and i believe it to be true that and and i don't mean to demean anybody uh in the country it's

00:09:46.360 just that immigration policy is incredibly complex and a lot of americans on both sides don't understand

00:09:54.920 how it works all the little policy uh you know turns of screw and mechanisms that caught that make

00:10:03.320 mass immigration start and stop and so the biden administration is able to exploit that that

00:10:11.800 complexity to put out false narratives and make them work for them and one of the biggest false narratives

00:10:19.960 that i've heard lately is that the lankford bill was the panacea it was the magic pill but actually

00:10:28.120 it was a deadly poison pill it was fentanyl laced that thing uh it was exactly the opposite of border

00:10:36.760 security it was codifying we've talked about this a lot on this show it codified an open border and

00:10:46.520 would have made it impossible for say a trump administration to undo it because it was legislation

00:10:53.480 that guaranteed 5 000 illegal entries a day when the law says zero a day uh the this eo thing they're

00:11:04.040 thinking oh well we'll we'll codify it at 2500 a day uh every day uh i mean the whole thing is just

00:11:13.080 it's absurd it's it's not it's not serious policy uh nobody we should not be normalizing

00:11:21.240 five thousand a day that's how many we are accepting and i said it yesterday on your show

00:11:27.720 that it's it's very similar to what some of the blue precincts in california did with shoplifting

00:11:34.600 where they said we're not going to prosecute anybody who steals uh up to a thousand dollars in goods so

00:11:41.880 we're seeing gangs rampaging all through these places picking up eight hundred and eighty nine

00:11:47.400 worth of goods right well that's what they're doing here with with the the langford bill and

00:11:53.240 also with this eo that they just put out we're going to just give you this nine hundred dollars free

00:12:00.680 but i don't think the american people can accept that and the republicans certainly didn't

00:12:05.560 trump got behind the killing of that thing i think that was a good move it was bad policy and bad

00:12:11.400 legislation it still is both of them you broke the story i think you're the one that or at least uh

00:12:19.080 amplified it on the yemenese i think it's yemenese at quantico you have another piece up in the new

00:12:24.360 york post today about another set i guess of russians tell me break this down yeah quick correction

00:12:30.760 that were they were jordanians one of whom crossed the border jordanians yes yeah across the border and

00:12:36.760 did it try to vehicle ramming attack on that marine corps base south of uh of washington dc uh i believe

00:12:44.520 that was an islamic motivated terror attack but now we have another case i just wrote about it it just

00:12:52.120 went up in the new york post border crossing russian from the region of chechnya crosses over the southern

00:13:00.600 border and goes right into jihad and starts sending cash overseas to his um friends in syria on the

00:13:09.000 ground fighting the assad government russian back to assad government uh he gets caught prosecuted and

00:13:16.280 the fbi in this case uh said that had we not arrested him he would have gone uh he would have he would

00:13:25.640 have conducted a terror attack himself uh and i think that that that case and he crossed that southern

00:13:32.760 border is yet another example of you know how this open border uh links to a significant national

00:13:41.720 security threat that the dhs department of homeland security's current threat assessment calls out and

00:13:49.080 even fbi director ray calls out uh the elevation the the the threat is really

00:13:57.800 todd where everybody go this story grace and mo are going to push out we've got it up right now on

00:14:01.880 the site uh where where can they go social media to all your uh all your content books you've called

00:14:07.400 it on overrun the book you called it on the jihad on the border where they go right so you know i work

00:14:13.480 for the center for immigration studies you can get most of my stuff at cis.org uh the book is available

00:14:20.760 anywhere books are sold it's the only one about this mass migration crisis how it started uh and and

00:14:28.200 you can find that my new york post piece at the new york post right now it's up there about the russian

00:14:34.600 terrorists who crossed the border and is now convicted on terrorism charges

00:14:39.240 uh amazing uh thank you very much todd you've been all over this we'll check in obviously tomorrow

00:14:46.280 as uh biden tries to play his hand here absolutely absurd okay we're gonna take a short commercial

00:14:52.200 break we're back in the war room we've got noel fritch we have julie kelly andy klein on next in the war

00:16:40.280 today no french national file you've had this amazing story down at fort bragg tell us what's

00:16:46.280 going on with these chechians sir hey steve thanks for having me so uh several weeks back uh the story 0.96

00:16:52.760 broke with this colonel that got into this uh uh what you might call a police related shooting here

00:16:58.840 where we had uh chechen illegals inside of moore county north carolina right next to fort bragg now

00:17:04.600 they call it uh the woke dei dod calls it fort liberty i'll never call it that it's fort bragg uh

00:17:10.600 they decided to surveil this colonel and there's a bunch of just bad news out there from uh folks like 1.00

00:17:18.200 fox news and bad reporting false reporting even from folks like stripe uh stripes uh some of the

00:17:23.400 military reporting about what happened here and uh and i'm on the ground talking uh with the sf

00:17:29.480 community and um what's going on here is is nuts steve you have chechens who are illegals these people 0.98

00:17:36.760 are jihadis uh in america on u.s soil next to major military installations surveilling uh high-ranking

00:17:45.880 special forces officers and um basically what happened is here is that uh this one chechen

00:17:54.680 basically recognized that he was made uh or identified and then got into a fight and got

00:18:00.200 himself shot there's a lot of fallout from this uh of course the mainstream media does what they do

00:18:06.600 they will cursorily touch it and then move on steve uh as rush used to call them the drive-bys they did

00:18:12.360 their drive-by job uh and the big story is that there were 20 more of these guys and um they were

00:18:20.840 they've been known about for a long time and these are chechens and steve if you remember the the guys

00:18:25.400 who did the boston bombing were also chechens and you just had todd bentzman on you're talking about

00:18:30.440 how there's uh chechens that are funneling money back to syria to fight against russia well all of our

00:18:37.080 mainstream media is saying that that oh these guys were russians no these were not russians

00:18:41.320 so you have more of the fake russia hoax news coming out of fox news and the rest of the media

00:18:46.200 these were chechen muslim jihadis who want to do uh jihad on american soil surveilling uh how do we 0.85

00:18:56.600 know how do we know how how do how do we know there's 20 how do we know there's 20 of them so in

00:19:02.280 in the immediate fallout so there were some um you you might know this but uh you you have some

00:19:09.160 folks down here steve that every every six months or a year or so there's these unconventional warfare

00:19:14.280 exercises and there were there were troops yeah that were actually out in uh in the space they

00:19:20.040 call it pine land they run these exercises and they practice to basically uh uh give a lot of green

00:19:26.200 berets training and so that we had folks out and about and and um and with ears on ground uh

00:19:32.120 and they knew what was going on and we have a lot of sf folks who are in touch with law enforcement

00:19:36.840 here there's a connex there's a trailer that uh has a bunch of stuff in it and the sheriff here in

00:19:43.160 moore county is currently trying to get uh access to that trailer we don't know if he's gotten access

00:19:48.600 yet we don't know who's protecting it the question is is if if it's being protected who in the federal

00:19:53.480 government is protecting it and why and what else was in there and steve you know down here in

00:19:57.800 moore county about a year and a half ago we just had this super mysterious um eod attack uh explosives

00:20:04.760 and ordnance uh basically attack on our um electrical system in december of 2022 and it was it's a total

00:20:12.280 mystery and the story then was oh a couple of bubbles did it with some bush light and some shotguns 0.87

00:20:17.640 that's not how that happened everybody that knows anything about this knows that's not how that happened

00:20:22.120 and of course they never uh apprehended anybody and so what you have to assume here and what many of

00:20:27.960 the folks in the sf special forces community down here near near bragg are are are positing is that

00:20:33.560 this was part of the same operation and we guarantee in that in that connex trailer that storage trailer

00:20:39.800 you're gonna find uh arms potentially and weapons and these folks are preparing for some military the

00:20:49.160 the headline is this steve we're moving out of fifth generation warfare and we're moving into

00:20:54.360 full-on chinese unrestricted warfare that's the next step unrestricted no no where do p where do

00:21:02.200 people go to national file your social media to follow the story you guys seem to be the only people

00:21:07.160 really on top of it where are they at national file at national file national file dot com uh please go

00:21:12.920 and read the story uh we got more coming on this uh and and on on more of course they're going to run a

00:21:18.760 total chaos operation it's 2024 the 2024 chaos operation steve is going to look a little bit

00:21:23.720 different than the 2020 chaos operation and their job is just to muddy it up enough to make it believable

00:21:29.720 enough that maybe just maybe they could steal this thing for uncle joe the pedo uh it is um

00:21:39.080 summer of love part two thank you very much brother appreciate it thanks steve uh julie kelly

00:21:45.320 we had a lot of good news today coming out and also some confusing news can you break it all down

00:21:49.800 for us ma'am right so it looks like and this is normal steve of course pending the appeal uh in the

00:21:57.080 georgia state court of the disqualification motion of sanny villis um that space now is on hold

00:22:05.800 pending pending the appeal i feel the oral arguments are set for october which means typically you see

00:22:14.600 four to five months after oral arguments at a decision and then of course whatever their decision

00:22:20.840 is if it is to uphold uh mcadie's decision to not remove sanny willis from the case and then it will go to

00:22:29.320 the uh georgia supreme court not only does that that means not only will this case not go to trial

00:22:35.080 in 2024 there's a chance it won't go to trial in 2025 either or really of course ever uh when

00:22:43.960 hold it hang on hang on hang on because because everybody's about this thing's blown up on the

00:22:48.200 internet explain that to the audience again what just happened so the georgia court of appeals

00:22:54.600 set a oral argument in the appeal of judge mcadie's decision not to remove sanny willis from the case

00:23:05.800 they set oral arguments for october what was announced today is that the entire case now

00:23:12.200 is on hold it's called a stay pending appeal this is usually how things like that happen that's what

00:23:18.920 was happening in the washington case with donald trump as well but that means just to break down the

00:23:24.200 timeline again oral arguments are set for october usually four to five months after oral arguments

00:23:30.840 the appellate court comes down with the opinion could be a little bit shorter since it's a state

00:23:35.720 court and then depending on the decision if the appellate court comes back and upholds

00:23:42.280 judge mcadie's decision to not remove sanny willis obviously the defense will then

00:23:47.960 uh move that to the georgia supreme court what that means again no trial in fanny willis's rico 1.00

00:23:55.640 indictment against donald trump and associates and very likely will not put a trial in 2025

00:24:03.160 forever of course if uh of when donald trump is elected president perfect so let's go to florida

00:24:11.560 the trial of jack smith on the 27th 28 29th is that not happening now correct so as you and i talked

00:24:19.800 about this is breaking news i broke it on the war room when judge cannon last month at four days

00:24:26.200 appearing later this month one on the motion to dismiss based on the unlawful appointment of special

00:24:32.280 counsel jack smith and then three days of hearings after that on a separate motion to dismiss

00:24:37.800 um or or compel evidence based on the prosecute scope of the prosecution team now to put that in

00:24:45.560 layman's terms what this motion bombshell motion in january from the defense disclosed evidence of

00:24:51.960 collusion early on early 2021 between the biden white house specifically his general counsel's office

00:25:00.840 national archives and doj officials to manufacture some sort of documents case

00:25:08.040 against president trump she was holding three days of hearings as i described it and we discussed it

00:25:14.360 was basically judge cannon putting jack smith and doj on trial to defend how this all came together

00:25:22.920 behind the scenes in 2021 not what we were told was oh this happened after the archives found

00:25:29.240 classified papers in the boxes that trump turned over to the archives in january of 2022

00:25:35.880 two she has reset the schedule for this month it's a one-day hearing on the motion to dismiss on the

00:25:44.040 unlawful appointment of jack smith it will go for a day and a half so friday the 21st then reaching

00:25:50.440 into monday the 24th on the 24th and 25th she will also hear um discussion the debate over jack smith's

00:26:00.520 proposed gag order on the president prohibiting him from criticized publicly criticizing law

00:26:07.160 enforcement agents involved in the case of course that came about faster again we broke the news

00:26:14.040 about uh the fbi's raid plan of mar-a-lago which included uh use of lethal force language in that plan

00:26:23.000 um so are we going to get the trial jack smith the 27 20 it's just going to be pushed is that's

00:26:30.440 just going to be pushed a month or two we're still going to get to that which what she said is it will

00:26:35.080 be postponed that she will reset those three days of hearing escaping jack smith and the doj on trial

00:26:42.120 and um presenting in court evidence of this collusion with the biden white house he said that

00:26:47.560 that that will be rescheduled so it hasn't been canceled just rescheduled my death is she will

00:26:52.360 push that into july if she does not um it you know if she doesn't dismiss this case based on

00:26:59.640 pending motions uh not the least of which of course is the unlawful appointment of jack smith which we

00:27:05.640 saw tom massey representative massey confront merrick berlin yesterday about that unlawful appointment

00:27:12.600 um real quickly uh two criminal referrals today hunter biden and james biden correct so that was

00:27:22.680 house judiciary house oversight sending uh perjury uh criminal referrals to the doj for both of them

00:27:31.160 lying to congress and then to come to cover up i think only crime racket so we'll see where that goes

00:27:38.280 i thought the big news but at least go ahead infuriating this is the state yeah do what

00:27:49.240 the same fbi that held on to the hunter biden laptop that refused to investigate it

00:27:57.000 at that time everyone called it russian disinformation same fbi today julie what is that it was legit

00:28:05.560 yep uh what is your uh real quickly social media julie underscore kelly too at uh twitter x julie

00:30:49.000 hedge on times of financial instability for five thousand years of man's recorded history check it

00:30:54.600 out congressman andrew clyde joins us congressman clyde you've been all over this and these writers

00:30:59.160 mike davis keeps talking about about defunding i guess the justice department today a couple of

00:31:03.880 criminal referrals is this a big deal is just this more republican house performance art

00:31:08.840 uh no i think this is a big deal because i think we're putting a marker down and we're telling the

00:31:16.520 country what we have found in that there is corruption here and there's lying here and so

00:31:23.720 therefore a criminal referral is a very serious thing for congress uh the department of justice should

00:31:29.960 take it up will it probably not um but at least at least not until uh january of 2025 but you know it

00:31:37.320 could very well help us uh convince all the members on the republican side to vote for a

00:31:42.920 contempt of congress um resolution for merrick garland so i i think it is it is significant i think

00:31:52.520 why is it why can't you do you talk about things during the future in the new budget can't you go

00:31:57.160 back today and have a hearing and actually look where they spent the money and start getting the

00:32:01.160 emails and the text messages between matthew colangelo i mean what people are frustrated about is

00:32:06.120 everything still essentially waiting for president trump when is the house actually going to take

00:32:10.920 independent action and get something done now and not have to wait for president trump to win the

00:32:15.560 presidency well i mean that's what i've been trying to do literally since august steve i mean here we

00:32:21.960 have this defund of the prosecution of a presidential candidate um prior to the 2024 election i started

00:32:28.920 that in august of 2023 and i got an amendment made in order for the commerce justice science appropriation

00:32:35.320 uh for fy 24 uh we did that november of last year uh it um it was it was made in order by the rules

00:32:44.520 committee and it never got a vote on the house floor all right um but it's something that i'm not

00:32:51.000 giving up on i is speaker is speaker is speaker is speaker johnson who's who's is a speaker johnson is

00:32:58.120 a jim jordan who's why did that not come to the floor why did we fund doj in the last bill which we

00:33:04.840 could have stopped your thing could have come up who stopped it was it was it speaker johnson uh no

00:33:10.360 speaker johnson actually was his rules committee was what made it in order okay uh it didn't get a vote on

00:33:16.440 the house floor um and and i wish it would have um it was it was part of the process that never

00:33:22.840 happened we had a number of appropriations that simply didn't get a vote on the house floor and

00:33:27.480 they were all put together in an omnibus and they or a two-part omnibus actually and and then and then

00:33:33.800 passed um you know earlier this year but um but speaker johnson could right now tell the appropriations

00:33:42.280 committee and subcommittee um that he wants this amendment in the base text of the bill and it could

00:33:48.600 very well be put in the base text you know if that doesn't happen i can get it in in committee and if

00:33:54.520 that doesn't happen i can also i can try again to get it um onto the house floor for an amendment where

00:34:00.760 everyone then gets put on the record as to how they vote it's the entire congress is he since nothing

00:34:07.800 seems to happen unless they band that's to the back is he actually supportive is this just all

00:34:12.840 you know yesterday axios came out and said his mentor was john boehner who's the worst of the

00:34:17.640 worst so how can people have any faith in johnson whatsoever is he actually doing anything well

00:34:24.600 you've got a great point there i mean look at the failures that have happened so far uh you've got the

00:34:29.080 two-part omnibus you've got fisa uh you've got the america last foreign aid package i mean those are

00:34:35.160 failures of the speaker no doubt but here he has an opportunity actually to do something right

00:34:41.240 and that is to put this amendment in that actually will defund from the federal level every one of

00:34:47.800 these prosecutions so where do people go right now congressman clyde to get this we want the audience

00:34:55.560 to totally get up to speed and then we will man the ramparts to get on johnson and other people to

00:34:59.480 make sure it's in the base text but first i'm first up where because mike um mike davis has been

00:35:04.840 raving about this that's fantastic where do people go to see what you're trying to accomplish

00:35:10.200 they can go to clyde.house.gov they can also go to rep underscore clyde at twitter or rep clyde on

00:35:17.320 true social i'll tell you we have been all over this and we will continue to be i will never give up on

00:35:23.400 this president trump has will never give up on america he'll never give up on us we will never

00:35:29.080 we will never give up on him

00:35:33.160 congressman clyde thank you so much we'll send everybody over there right now to check it out

00:35:36.520 appreciate you thank you thanks steve great to be

00:35:40.920 you got clyde you got these you got these warriors there but then you got the leadership's

00:35:44.520 just nowhere president trump's not going to give up on america but they've given it the house

00:35:47.960 leadership's given up on him now realize today because we're causing a firestorm from the new

00:35:52.920 york times article axios all of it they feel they have to act because you the posse is on 0.97

00:35:58.200 their ass that's the only way you get any action otherwise they're just going to sit there and do 0.95

00:36:02.840 exactly what they what their donors and what the lobbyists want them to do eduardo investigate joins us 0.99

00:36:08.360 now eduardo uh mexico voted i say mexico has fallen you have a uh a left wing amlos uh mentee

00:36:17.800 who's farther left wing than he is i mean at first when when sound of freedom came out we were

00:36:21.800 talking about maybe you running but at least the country having a catholic or christian uh candidate

00:36:28.280 that uh that got into trafficking in the cartels brother we're not not getting that we're going in the

00:36:34.440 absolutely opposite and wrong direction a cartel controlled socialist leftist eduardo what in the hell is going on in mexico

00:36:42.520 a tragedy very sad what happened on june 2nd um very sad brother you know i think it's very very

00:36:53.320 disrespectful for the mexican mothers who gave their lives to defend our catholic faith 1.00

00:36:58.600 and then a few years later now we are governed by an atheist uh globalist and uh but

00:37:11.480 you know it's very sad very sad but at the same time you know crisis and an opportunity is synonymous

00:37:17.960 so we're going to keep fighting for freedom we're not going to give up this is a um uh an opportunity for

00:37:24.840 the more than 60 million people that almost almost 60 million people uh didn't vote for her 0.99

00:37:33.320 and 40 million people didn't vote yeah okay yeah yeah yeah i i got that but she wanted a landslide 1.00

00:37:40.520 so is mexico if people are not voting in that part of the process you're you're we're not we're not

00:37:45.000 where sound of freedom is or making that movement going forward we're going about as you're putting it

00:37:50.520 about it in reverse as hard as possible what's the reality down there because it sounds like mexico's

00:37:55.560 gone i think mexico has fallen the cartels run it socialists run it it's going to have no economic

00:38:00.520 growth you have nationalization this thing's going to turn into the biggest is this a failed state

00:38:05.880 that's now become a failed narco state eduardo yeah we deserve this because you know it's our fault 0.98

00:38:12.280 uh evil triumphs when evil triumphs when good people remain silent and so many good people who

00:38:17.320 you know who didn't do what they supposed to be uh doing so now with the surf this is what we

00:38:24.680 this is what we have you know the people of mexico show up even though 40 million people didn't vote

00:38:30.200 it doesn't matter those who vote they voted for for for this woman and uh but at the same time you

00:38:36.760 know what what are we going to do uh i think this is uh we're going to keep fighting uh we're going to

00:38:41.480 build our own conservative party next year and as i mentioned to you the other day you know we give the

00:38:46.920 fight and only god gives the victory and that is very sad to me that this is a catholic country 0.98

00:38:51.480 governed by anti-catholic government but it's not new it's been like that are you are you going are

00:38:56.600 you well one of the reasons they don't have an opposition party are you now committed are you

00:39:00.200 actually going to start an opposition party that stands in opposition to these atheistic marxist uh

00:39:06.040 socialist uh cartel controlled um a party that controls the country sir well totally i mean that's the

00:39:13.080 only we have no other option because those seven political parties that we have right now they're

00:39:17.720 all the same it's the same party it's like almost uh imagine in the united states it's like if bernie

00:39:23.560 sanders has one party kamala harris has another party hillary clinton has another party they're the same

00:39:30.040 so you know we don't have a real opposition we the the the the right wing and the conservative

00:39:37.160 movement here in mexico we don't have a political representation so not yet we will we will build one

00:39:44.200 and on 2025 we are going to start the restoration and the uh construction of the future of mexico

00:39:51.400 new party that is going to be called viva mexico

00:39:56.120 i love it eduardo where do people go on social media to follow this this is

00:39:59.480 very important and not simply to mexico but to the united states of america we have a failed narco 0.83

00:40:03.640 state now on our southern border you don't need to go to afghanistan or iraq or anywhere to spend

00:40:08.920 your trillions of dollars because we're going to have a collapse on our southern border where

00:40:12.600 do people go eduardo to find out everything about viva mexico well first i want to uh send another

00:40:19.240 message to all the mexicans and hispanics who live in united states please please if you want to save

00:40:25.160 america mexico and the whole world vote for donald trump on november 5th is very important those

00:40:31.000 elections are the most important elections in the world and in the history and by saving washington

00:40:36.040 by saving america then there is hope for mexico too okay so go to eduardo verastegui on instagram

00:40:42.120 and facebook and e verastegui on twitter we are going to start a revolution we're going to save

00:40:47.960 mexico we're going to save america and we're going to make mexico and america great again it's just

00:40:52.920 a matter of time we are suffering right now but i believe that if the good people of america and the

00:40:57.480 good people of mexico come together only good things will happen and that's what that's why

00:41:01.880 steve we need to be together in this fight brother eduardo we love you brother we got your back can't

00:41:08.920 wait till this starts up you're right got to vote for trump then we got to get sorted down there in

00:41:13.160 mexico a great country great people a tragedy mexico has fallen not all the way eduardo and this team

00:41:19.720 down there are going to pick it back up and turn it around sir thank you so much for joining us today

00:41:23.560 very bad news out of mexico trust me it's only going to get worse now the southern border crisis

00:41:30.840 uh chris whore they had a massive outage at&t i asked you to please come on and can you help the 0.99

00:41:35.960 posse out on these satellite phones these outages seem like they're happening all the time and they're

00:41:40.760 never explained by the cell phone companies tell me what's going on and what can you do to help us

00:41:45.720 well yeah steve you're absolutely right second major outage this year and it just goes to show how

00:41:49.880 uh vulnerable the uh the cellular communications networks are you know that we all rely on them

00:41:56.440 and we all use them all the time but when they go down what are you going to do well the only

00:42:00.920 alternative you have is a satellite phone and we have free satellite phones today at sat123.com with

00:42:07.960 activation satellite phones work steve when the cell tower cell phones don't because satellite phones

00:42:13.640 connect directly to the satellites in the sky they don't need any kind of ground-based infrastructure so

00:42:19.720 when the uh salsa cell towers are down for whatever reason i mean again at&t looks pretty bad at this

00:42:25.720 point but uh there's all kinds of other issues and all kinds of other people trying to take down these

00:42:30.680 networks so you know if you want to be prepared and you want to be ready for what is seemingly

00:42:35.320 inevitable then a satellite phone will keep you connected and again at sat123.com we still have

00:42:41.640 a few left i think we're down to a couple of hundred now steve for this year uh free with

00:42:45.640 activation it's been a busy year but sat123.com or you can call us sorry yes

00:42:53.560 no i want to make sure they where they call you they can talk to somebody if they need more

00:42:57.000 information where do they go yeah they call 941-841-0844 that's 941-841-0844 our sales

00:43:36.040 we are two days ago good hi steve how are you um two days ago we filed the third lawsuit here in

00:43:44.600 nevada um we filed the lawsuit on the mail-in ballots as we know united states postal service

00:43:52.600 does not uh show postmarks on ballots and the way the law is written in nevada it says that

00:44:01.640 ballots are counted up to four days after election day as long as the ballots are postmarked

00:44:09.800 on or before election day but what do you do when the law is written uh so that seagal just hang on 0.99

00:44:16.440 hang on hang hang hang on one second short break going to come back to you for 10 years patriot

00:44:22.280 mobile has been america's only christian conservative wireless provider and when i say only trust me they're

00:45:36.840 switch today patriot mobile dot com slash bannon that's patriot mobile dot com slash bannon support

00:45:43.160 people that support your values hello i'm steve stern ceo of flag shirt dot com a third generation

00:45:51.080 veteran-owned small business i believe that the american way of life is for all of us i'm asking you

00:45:57.400 today to visit flag shirt dot com help keep the american dream alive be a flag waver carry a nation's

00:46:05.880 heritage use coupon code action 10 for 10 off site wide and buy a flag shirt today action action action

00:46:14.840 steve stern had his huge uh call today also people are taking are leaning into this and taking action

00:46:22.280 arizona gina sobota we're gonna try to get her on tomorrow huge lawsuit about the voter rolls seagal 1.00

00:46:27.560 chata out in nevada once again just make this make sense to me exactly what was the problem and what was

00:46:32.280 this lawsuit about okay so nevada has a law that allows for the clerks and the rovs to count ballots

00:46:40.760 for up to four days after election day problem is is in nevada uh usps does not postmark ballots so

00:46:49.080 the lawsuit is to ensure that ballots that are received after election day with no postmarks will

00:46:55.720 be discarded and not counted so they can't steal elections anymore through mail-in ballots in nevada

00:47:01.720 well they'll still be able to try to steal but at least you cut off so not in other words if the

00:47:07.160 u.s post office doesn't do it you're saying if there's no if there's no marking on there it gets

00:47:11.480 tossed out is that what this lawsuit's about we're going for what's the probability you're going to win

00:47:17.720 this well we'll see uh we're in the first judicial district court which is up in carson city um we're

00:47:25.080 going to see how favorable the judge is going to be to election integrity or stealing an

00:47:31.640 election based on on postmark ballots the law is in our favor and i'd like to think that we will

00:47:38.520 get a judge that follows the law so that's what we're hoping for that's fantastic ma'am uh where

00:47:46.840 do people go to find out everything that's going on in nevada genus robota will join us tomorrow she 0.99

00:47:51.160 had a technical issue we couldn't get her up out in arizona and when the president's in arizona 0.51
