Bannon's War Room - Episode 3689： Leftist Fear The Power Of Trump's SCOTUS; Media's Trashing Of The Judges

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to

00:00:09.840 medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people

00:00:16.440 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do

00:00:20.620 everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and

00:00:23.960 where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of

00:00:31.780 these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer

00:00:38.900 is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.380 it's monday 17 june in the year of our lord 2024 uh we have breaking news here we're going to start

00:00:59.140 we're going to go to nashville tennessee the lead story on zero hedge this morning one of the lead

00:01:04.040 stories yesterday on daily mail our own michael patrick lahey of the tennessee star and also the

00:01:10.200 john fredericks radio network is going to court today in front of a judge and may be thrown in jail

00:01:15.660 uh about this story about the transgender uh assassin or terrorist out in nashville this is

00:01:22.200 a very confusing story michael so since you're going before the judge uh in under an hour and i

00:01:27.600 know you're pressed for time just walk us through what has happened tell me about the writings that

00:01:32.300 you guys had uh that you you got your publishing of it and and what is the judge's specific problem

00:01:38.080 sir well the judge has yet to identify her specific problem but let's go to the background on this

00:01:44.220 so march 27th 2023 28 year old audrey elizabeth hale born female self-identified transgender walked

00:01:52.120 into covenant school murdered three nine-year-old students and three staff members that very day

00:01:59.180 metro national police department went in and secured some journals from her car some journals from her

00:02:05.840 house and uh took a number of crime scene photos we immediately asked metro national police department

00:02:13.360 to release those documents under the tennessee public records act they denied that request and so we

00:02:18.840 sued them to get those documents that was back in may of 2023 the judge who is in charge of this case

00:02:27.380 is judge licia miles may of 2023 they provided to her uh uh all of audrey elizabeth hale's writings

00:02:36.520 which she is has been reviewing in camera for over one year we are ably represented in that case by

00:02:43.960 america first legal a terrific attorney based here in tennessee nick barry fast forward to june 5th of

00:02:50.500 2024 i legally obtained uh the writings from the journal that audrey elizabeth hale kept and left in her

00:03:02.180 vehicle to be discovered by metro national police department i also legally obtained a number of

00:03:08.040 documents from the investigation and crime scene photos we published a series of stories

00:03:16.600 uh based upon those uh shooting documents covenant shooter documents but we did not publish any of those

00:03:25.880 documents even though steve i have the right to do that a local competitor at the great television

00:03:33.040 owned uh wsmv the nbc affiliate uh a guy by the name of stacy cameron called up the judge last monday

00:03:40.400 and said hey that lahey at the tennessee star is publishing documents that are currently under review

00:03:47.560 you should sue him for you should call him in for contempt of court now that was not a true statement

00:03:52.460 although we have the right we've not published any of these documents later that day at 4 44 p.m

00:03:58.640 she issued a show cause order compelling me to appear in court today and explain to her uh why

00:04:06.460 the alleged publication of documents which we didn't publish were in a violation of her court orders

00:04:12.640 um she didn't specify the court order there is no such court order that prohibits me from using my

00:04:18.520 first amendment rights so that's where we are and i'm appearing uh in court today

00:04:23.000 hang on you're telling me that this uh it was driven the action was driven by an nbc nbc news

00:04:32.840 reporter local in nashville called the judge and said he demanded that the judge take action

00:04:38.940 yeah in fact after she issued the show cause order for me to to explain to her why she shouldn't

00:04:45.760 charge me with criminal contempt he bragged uh in a tweet that he that his call to the judge prompted

00:04:53.700 the show cause hearing order yeah are you uh is a tennessee star are you guys going to sue nbc

00:05:01.860 news and that guy personally step one stay out of jail win the case step two we'll see what just

00:05:08.960 might happen steve just give us the can you give us a summary the reason this is so explosive there's

00:05:16.400 been a lot of things come up as you read the tennessee star uh and breaking news from some of

00:05:20.520 the other outlets there about institutionally a lot of people knew about this to give our audience

00:05:27.260 maybe who hasn't had a chance to read the story uh about how explosive what's in this journal as you've

00:05:34.120 summarized it because you haven't published it then what else is we know from the leaked manifesto

00:05:39.380 but also vanderbilt i mean there's a lot of people involved in this you have this young uh looks like a

00:05:45.700 very sweet young girl next thing you know she's a she's a she's a terrorist shooting kids at point

00:05:51.700 blank range with a high-powered rifle and and uh innocent unarmed uh teachers we also obtained documents

00:05:59.940 legally uh in addition to the covenant killers journals and a couple of those documents we have

00:06:07.700 published those documents are not under in-camera review by judge lachia miles one of them we talked

00:06:14.180 about the other day a memo from the fbi dated may 11th 2023 to national police chief john drake in which

00:06:21.960 they stated it was the topic was protection of legacy tokens they said a legacy token according to the fbi

00:06:29.180 is a writing or a video left behind by a mass murderer for the purpose of claiming credit

00:06:35.720 and uh providing motive they told the chief don't release any of these because people won't understand

00:06:42.260 them it'll be misinterpreted and perhaps some particular interest groups might uh might be

00:06:48.420 viewed unfavorably okay then they also said by the way there's a precedent precedent at a columbine for

00:06:55.620 destroying these quote legacy tokens so that's item number one the big news the real thing about

00:07:02.380 the story here uh about this transgender killer is the following nobody knew this until we published this

00:07:09.660 story about 10 days ago the killer and the metro national police knew this from day one of their

00:07:16.980 investigation the killer had been under uh care of vanderbilt psychiatric part of vanderbilt university

00:07:23.540 medical center for 22 years starting when she was six years old in 2001 until she died uh in 2023 0.89

00:07:33.580 nobody knew that uh also from the sources that we've seen uh the the notes on the police report

00:07:42.020 from the warrants that were sent to vanderbilt university um the police notes say uh that the

00:07:49.220 mental health professionals at vanderbilt who interviewed her knew that she wanted to kill 0.99

00:07:55.100 her father knew she wanted to do a mass murder at a school and failed in their duty to warn the victims

00:08:02.440 which was the key point at issue here there is a law 33-3-206 that requires mental health professionals

00:08:10.760 to warn potential victims and according to the notes that we have from from the police uh in metro

00:08:18.000 nashville uh from the documents they recovered from vanderbilt university vanderbilt university

00:08:22.560 medical professors failed in that duty to warn that's important because under tennessee law that

00:08:29.280 would expose any mental medical health professional who failed in that duty and vanderbilt university

00:08:34.740 medical center would expose them not to criminal liability but to civil damages

00:08:39.140 this is so explosive correct me if i'm wrong this has been so explosive since the event happened

00:08:47.260 but after that it's gotten more explosive because of not simply the event but the cover-up

00:08:53.020 of both the event and things that happened around it and led up to it but also the long history of this

00:08:57.660 because it cuts to the core of this transgender ideology and what some people are saying

00:09:02.840 the violence inherit inherent in in much of this am i correct in that yes in particular the other

00:09:09.820 thing that we have reported uh based not upon the information in the journals of the covenant killer

00:09:17.260 audrey elizabeth hale but in the police investigation files that we've seen um she was taking uh a number of 0.89

00:09:25.020 what's called ssri drugs which have uh very very bad side effects and we've published the names of those drugs

00:09:35.020 and uh that's really the key issue uh here the failure of the mental health system the the

00:09:41.080 prescription of these drugs uh and their failure in their duty to warrant

00:09:45.040 what uh so then how does this play out today what does the judge want your sources that they want

00:09:53.640 that they want the documents back they promulgate this i mean what is the purpose of of uh bringing you

00:10:00.540 into keelhaul you into court today what is the purpose of this it's kind of i think it's lost on

00:10:04.620 most people yeah well it's lost on me as well what is the purpose because um there she has no cause 1.00

00:10:10.760 whatsoever i've done nothing wrong i've not violated any court orders and the twist in this

00:10:16.160 uh thursday evening um she put out a one sentence order thursday evening there will be no testimony

00:10:24.520 from live witnesses what does that mean it's a show cause hearing i've compelled to show up to explain

00:10:31.940 to her why i did not uh commit contempt of court by publishing the stories that we did about the

00:10:40.880 covenant killer writings and related issues uh but now she won't take my testimony or the testimony of

00:10:48.180 any any live witness uh what i think is going to happen today she did invite metro nashville to come

00:10:56.140 in uh metro nashville government they are going to present some evidence i suppose my attorneys will

00:11:01.480 push back against that at the end of this what i think she's likely to do is to there's a very weird

00:11:09.220 element of tennessee rules of criminal procedure which would allow a judge to appoint a special prosecutor

00:11:15.620 to go after someone uh who they claim is involved in contempt of court it's been used rarely the last

00:11:23.300 time i think it was back in 1996 for a judge for a lawyer who yelled at a jury in in the presence of

00:11:30.540 a judge and when a when a verdict came out he was convicted but my case is you know entirely unlike

00:11:36.720 that but what i suspect is that she will indeed appoint a special prosecutor to investigate and prosecute

00:11:43.360 me for basically exercising my first amendment rights

00:11:46.200 is it your i mean this has been going on a long time is this judge slow walked us if it was not for

00:11:56.180 you and other members of the press and that would not include nbc news who's part of the cover-up

00:12:00.320 um and and i think you ought to sue those guys immediately but i'm sure you'll get to that

00:12:05.520 later this afternoon the judges slow walked this they haven't been for why why the why is vanderbilt

00:12:11.260 why did the police why did the fbi why does the courts and this judge particularly why are all the

00:12:18.080 institutions associated with this case why do they continue to slow walk and suppress the evidence here

00:12:25.080 that that the community needs to see so that we can come to some sort of to figure out how this is to

00:12:30.720 be handled in the future that's a very good question uh you know the judge has had the writings

00:12:36.340 of the covenant killer it for in camera review for over a year i think that's plenty of time for her

00:12:42.760 to make her decision uh under tessie public records act uh these these uh documents should have been

00:12:49.960 released uh without the need for a lawsuit so clearly they want to keep them from the public

00:12:55.260 um i don't know what the motivation is we will be very eager to find out what that motivation is

00:13:01.600 ultimately michael patrick lay how can people follow this story throughout the day uh your

00:13:08.300 court appearance social media probably not going to be doing your show this afternoon at least for a

00:13:13.180 while how do people follow you yeah uh go to tennessee star.com tennessee star.com i'm on uh twitter

00:13:20.080 x uh getter true social michael p leahy if you go to tennessee star at the top menu there's a category

00:13:27.740 called covenant shooter investigation boom hit that all our stories there and by the way we've

00:13:32.080 got a donate button there it's very expensive to defend yourself against war uh lawfare from uh the

00:13:38.700 regime however it may come so just uh hit the tip jar we'd appreciate it this is lawfare no doubt

00:13:47.580 about it michael patrick layhee thank you very much hey steve thanks so much for this uh talk

00:13:52.380 always brother but this story is uh this story is a very high priority for us because you got to get

00:13:59.900 to the bottom you got to get to solutions both for the families that are caught up in this the

00:14:04.660 children that are caught up in this the innocent children that are being gunned down at point blank

00:14:08.220 range this violence the whole you know you got major institutions vanderbilt's one of the best

00:14:13.400 medical schools in the country right the tennessee the nashville police are highly thought of

00:14:18.940 i don't understand i don't understand why nbc this has got to be pro why nbc is instigating this

00:14:25.840 i thought they stood for the first amendment they talk all the time non-stop about how trump's going

00:14:32.240 to destroy institutions that maga's all about destroying institutions no we're about rejuvenating

00:14:37.540 institutions because they're corrupt you can see it there's no better example of this radical

00:14:43.320 transgender ideology and the violence that comes from it and now they by the way if they had good news 1.00

00:14:48.020 about anything you they'd rub your nose in it every second they don't they're hiding this

00:14:51.900 and a hero like michael patrick lahey may go to jail this afternoon short break back in the moment

00:14:57.440 can your savings weather an economic storm think about what you've put away for the future

00:15:04.760 inflation can render cash worthless real estate can crash like in 2008 economies built on a mountain of

00:15:13.600 debt can fall like a house of cards there are very few physical assets you can invest in that can

00:15:19.760 stand the test of time gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia i actually think

00:15:27.520 for 8 000 years of man's recorded history it's why people are flocking to it now why birch gold is

00:15:33.480 busier than ever through a little known tax loophole birch gold lets you convert a retirement account

00:15:39.900 into a tax sheltered ira in physical gold and the best part it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket

00:15:46.720 let me repeat that it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket to learn more about this to immerse

00:15:52.120 yourself in information text bannon b-a-n-n-o-n to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold

00:15:59.440 let me ask you this again can your ira or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming

00:16:07.960 if it can't call the people i trust that's birch gold text bannon to 989898 secure your savings

00:16:16.720 today birch gold group oh absolutely i mean i think there's a crisis on the court i mean in

00:16:22.700 particular with respect to justice alito and justice thomas what justice thomas is engaged in

00:16:27.200 is just a grift right he's got a major political player on the outside who absolutely has political

00:16:33.940 and business interests at the court paying off a justice justice alito is openly displaying

00:16:41.700 affiliation with political causes in public i think it would be irresponsible for the president not

00:16:48.340 to talk about the fact that this court is becoming brazenly corrupt and brazenly political and it's up

00:16:55.960 to the american people this election to do something about that it's also up to congress to step up and

00:17:00.980 pass a code of conduct a code of ethical conduct for this court before it's too late i think in this

00:17:06.520 election the supreme court is definitely taking center stage for a lot of people who might not

00:17:11.080 have thought it thought of it so much in their vote but with alito hanging flags upside down in his

00:17:17.700 house and then lying about it his wife old face lying about we don't know if his wife did it we don't

00:17:24.340 know if anything they're saying is true there was some altercation with a neighbor where the wife was

00:17:28.820 called a bad name that happened after the flag was hung upside down outside their house and at their

00:17:36.140 beach house we don't know what their what the truth is about that because they keep lying about it so

00:17:42.100 that's one supreme court justice then you have clarence thomas who literally refuses to follow ethics rules

00:17:50.300 when it comes to taking gifts from republican donors refuses i mean he's been asked now for several years

00:17:56.980 to please cough up the information and he keeps forgetting 250 000 plane flights i mean this is

00:18:04.860 the u.s supreme court and simone for women 0.70

00:18:07.980 okay um they talk about institutions i want to stay on this for a minute we are going to do i'm going to

00:18:16.720 get to my traditional more traditional cold open at the bottom of the hour because of what happened

00:18:20.540 this weekend it was amazing the um the unity that came out of charlie kirk charlie kirk's also going

00:18:26.280 to join us we got uh carrie lake's going to join us bob good i think we're trying to track him down

00:18:30.860 he's going to join us a lot going on this morning uh todd bensman another explosive report by him

00:18:35.740 but i got to get to mark payoletta because obviously now mark and the lead story this morning on the hill

00:18:41.880 was jewish democrat senators are now putting uh the supreme court and particularly the christian nature

00:18:52.180 of justice alito and justice thomas front and center of issues they have which i thought was

00:18:59.500 pretty shocking and they're on the record with quotes ben cardin particularly of of maryland

00:19:03.760 the the and you can see from the hollywood uh 30 million dollars raised last night by jimmy kimmel 0.96

00:19:11.860 and the the the group of scumbags cloning these guys out and anti-american uh non-patriotic hate 0.96

00:19:19.120 america and everything america stands for last night with biden freezes up and has to be walked off the 0.99

00:19:23.780 stage by obama like an automaton it's it's the centerpiece of of what they're running now you can see

00:19:31.820 this is this is something that they think can get voters out can get their voters enraged

00:19:36.360 and i just don't see enough voices on the right in an organized effort to defend uh these good men

00:19:43.680 particularly they they go after they go after alito and thomas over the weekend but remember

00:19:48.200 uh they drove the hatred on kavanaugh so there was an assassination attempt of which americ garland uh

00:19:55.580 didn't did nothing about and has really done nothing about since so mark payoletta where are we this

00:20:01.040 i keep warning people this is getting more and more serious every day and their claims are getting

00:20:06.680 more and more deranged every day and they're trying to stir up hatred against the institution of the

00:20:12.920 supreme court but particularly three of the justices sir

00:20:17.500 yes steve this is you know the beginning of a new week and it's the the attacks continue the attacks

00:20:25.980 are ramping up you have joe biden president biden attacking the supreme court uh over the weekend at

00:20:31.580 this at this fundraiser um and i i saw that article this morning in the hill i i saw that one democrat

00:20:38.080 senator was an absolute coward right here's an elect who he was anonymous uh to attack the supreme court 0.77

00:20:44.580 an elected member of kind of the senate uh wanting anonymity why because it's because he's so 0.98

00:20:51.360 irresponsible or her who knows uh it's a democrat and a jewish uh senator it says um so all of these 0.68

00:20:58.200 attacks and particularly this this article was just off the rails um you know justices are allowed

00:21:04.000 to have their faith right we're a country founded on christian judeo values okay that's our country uh

00:21:10.080 they talk about the appeal to heaven flag in that article yes that was george washington's flag right

00:21:15.320 that that he um was involved with creating and and flying uh you know during the revolutionary times

00:21:22.760 so they are attacking symbols they are attacking our our justices uh you know there's another article

00:21:29.760 there's a reference in that article to justice alito's opinion on um upholding the the the um

00:21:38.400 a statue of a 40-foot cross in maryland right that's been there for many many years honoring our

00:21:44.200 world war one veterans right and guess what some lefty crazy group wanted to take it down and guess

00:21:48.760 what a leader wrote the opinion saying why it's perfectly fine okay under our constitution to flat

00:21:54.600 to have that that cross up and guess what justice kagan right who's jewish joined that opinion so this

00:22:02.320 gaslighting that somehow this was a christian nationalist opinion right or that there's this rising tide of

00:22:08.620 christian nationalism i'll tell you what there is a rising tide of right it's an actually a

00:22:12.200 a tidal wave is anti-semitism right toward the left towards jews that the left is perfectly fine with 1.00

00:22:20.540 all of these democrat senators these jewish democrat centers i'd like to see where they are on hamas

00:22:25.600 right who butchers jews who who attack uh in in their in their in their in their supporters right who

00:22:32.380 accost students and people and get on subways and you know scenes from like the 1930s germany

00:22:40.520 of going after jewish people right they're talking up they're going after these justices there's another 0.87

00:22:46.360 reference in there i'm sorry to keep referencing this article because it's so inflammatory that

00:22:50.080 the dobbs opinion had something to do with christianity and and justice uh alito's faith he wrote the

00:22:56.300 the majority opinion in there it had nothing to do with his faith right it had everything to do with

00:23:01.160 what is in the constitution that's what these justices do they apply the constitution they're called

00:23:06.180 originalists originalists are people who say what did the constitution you know uh mean the words in

00:23:12.580 the constitution when it was adopted and ratified and let's use those terms and those meanings to

00:23:17.900 apply uh you know to to apply uh to to to decide our our cases and if you don't like it guess what

00:23:24.320 there's a provision in the constitution that says you can amend the constitution and just like in that

00:23:28.120 bump stock case right with the second amendment on friday if there's a statutory interpretation you can

00:23:32.780 also you know pass new statutes congress has abdicated their role of passing legislation

00:23:38.860 and and and and doing things that they're supposed to do and what they want to do right is to attack

00:23:44.240 the supreme court and bully them right to to to to to to do opinions the way they want them to do that

00:23:50.660 but but but but here's what happens is is here's what has happened and it's very obvious on this

00:23:58.380 first off the boldness they went on the sunday talk shows and went after individual justices

00:24:04.260 of the supreme court members of the u.s senate which has never been done in the history of this

00:24:08.560 country then you see this article that comes out saying that they're christian nationalists these are

00:24:14.860 these are the worst guys in the world they got to remove from that and lie about everything

00:24:17.920 and and a press say hey these are progressive jewish senators they got a problem with it

00:24:22.420 but last night in hollywood the the piece that the thing that got the biggest applause the thing

00:24:28.000 that galvan the the organizing principle of that entire fundraiser was the supreme court and you

00:24:35.000 had a sitting president for the first time in history attack sitting justices they talk about

00:24:41.780 they're the institutionalist last night biden to get any traction on this at all because as you know

00:24:48.280 many democrats are very frustrated with what how he's saying the economy the invasion they just think

00:24:54.100 this guy's a stiff and a loser he's using this to rejuvenate his campaign he is attacking now a 0.87

00:25:00.840 president look we know he's illegitimate but illegitimate or not he attacked the supreme court 0.99

00:25:07.180 and he attacked the justice as the centerpiece of his big fundraiser and to get the cultural

00:25:12.700 the low culture mavens out in hollywood to focus on the attack of these people from now

00:25:18.640 until election day with worse things to come we've crossed the rubicon have we not sir

00:25:24.540 yes you're right steve you're dead on right they want to destroy this institution you had chuck

00:25:29.520 schumer standing outside the front again another norm-breaking exercise standing on the steps of

00:25:33.520 the supreme court threatening physically justices kavanaugh and gorsuch to vote a certain way on what

00:25:38.560 an abortion case back in 2020 and guess what out of that i think there's a direct line from that to

00:25:43.600 the assassination attempt on justice kavanaugh during the dobbs opinion and so biden is doing it

00:25:49.140 again he's ramping up this rhetoric he's making it dangerous um and and it you know the supreme court

00:25:54.920 like i said this is the first time the supreme court does not do the bidding of the left right for for

00:26:01.900 100 years the supreme court was always a left of center uh institution and now with these original

00:26:08.660 justices uh the left is mad and so they want to burn the supreme court down i truly believe they

00:26:14.320 want to destroy it they want to destroy these justices they want to foment this anger towards

00:26:20.100 them that it will be a very dangerous place uh you know because of their actions of the left because of

00:26:25.720 the actions of joe biden remember remember right joe biden is the person who led that high-tech

00:26:31.540 lynching of justice thomas in 1991 the good thing steve and it's for the posse and others out there

00:26:38.120 you know this is an issue that they need to let their voices be heard that they believe in the

00:26:43.480 supreme court they believe in these justices go on x where you know however you can voice your opinion

00:26:50.340 and go to the accounts of um of durbin senator durbin senator whitehouse uh president biden uh jamie

00:26:58.980 raskin hank johnson these are the leaders of the assault on the supreme court let them know how you feel

00:27:05.300 flood the airways flood flood x with the fact that you are fed up with these attacks and i do a lot

00:27:12.120 of writing on this on this on this stuff with facts exposing well what everything everything they say

00:27:18.000 is a lie you just need to dig down you know and sort of come up with it mark yeah i'm a big believer

00:27:25.100 in reciprocity as people know can you just hang on for a second just want to hold it for a few more

00:27:30.120 minutes on the side of the other break because the war and posse is all in don't get me wrong and

00:27:34.500 when i was out in uh detroit over the weekend it's a huge topic of people to defend but the point is

00:27:40.580 the institutions on the right where are they we're going to walk through in detail with you about how

00:27:45.540 we kickstart that birch gold if you didn't think there was going to be turbulence understand that

00:27:52.460 the peace conference in switzerland which we're going to address tonight at six o'clock

00:28:04.800 guess who didn't vote for that the bricks nations the global south go to birchgold.com

00:28:09.880 slash bannon understand it all understand it for your country your community your family

00:29:30.880 the business talk to the consultants my patriot supply.com

00:29:33.740 here's your host steven k band

00:29:38.540 like i said a ton of huge developments in uh in ukraine with this peace conference over the weekend and

00:29:47.940 uh putin's kind of response to it uh particularly economically also i think bb just dissolved his war

00:29:54.200 cabinet all types of activity there we're at six o'clock we're gonna take time and and break this down

00:29:59.380 for you also we're going to go more in depth i'll do a little bit here we're going to go more in depth

00:30:04.080 with uh more in depth with the conference over the weekend which was extraordinary in fact my team if

00:30:09.740 you can get ready i want to play i think we have a cold open regarding the the uh the um the conference

00:30:15.800 which was amazing that in my speech and other things i want to play in a minute mark here's the

00:30:20.580 thing people have to understand something in political warfare and information warfare there's

00:30:25.600 certain ways you can see in certain notes where things get ratcheted up when a

00:30:30.260 guy who's illegitimate but their their president shows up out in hollywood to an event that they're

00:30:37.820 going to raise 28 to 30 million dollars and you have cluny and kimmel and these guys and they bring

00:30:43.600 obama out this obama's deal and biden you've seen the clip many people have seen the clip on biden he's

00:30:49.540 absolutely you know he's got the hands down like the dementia people he's a stiff they got to walk him 0.88

00:30:54.180 off the stage but when he does speak the centerpiece of his speech to get their energy back that they've

00:31:01.260 kind of lost out of dobbs because a little bit of that is is not as intense as it was in 22 midterm

00:31:07.040 they he makes the supreme court and they call it lawless i mean he attacks the institution of

00:31:13.340 supreme court no president has ever done that not even before the civil war with some of the not maybe

00:31:19.320 the best decisions that came out like uh uh the scott decision and others that were maybe not the

00:31:26.400 best you didn't see outright attacks on the institution and particularly the individual

00:31:30.780 justice they're calling these guys out by name this is now a centerpiece of their campaign a

00:31:36.880 centerpiece particularly get these progressive billionaires to write huge checks and remember the

00:31:43.120 left always comes at things very legalistically they control the law schools they control the law

00:31:48.200 faculties they control the bar associations you've seen this with john eastman and rudy they can't give

00:31:53.700 that up that that's their ultimate and last source of power and they're outraged that we've taken a

00:32:00.120 a court that's not just not progressive and left wing but every republican puts in another gutless

00:32:08.180 rhino establishment republican and so when they come to dc and dom again and you mark payoletta did that

00:32:14.200 amazing charts their their decisions get more liberal over time the more cocktail parties uh they go to in

00:32:20.660 georgia because they get intimidated these guys are not you know they're not marine snipers they're not

00:32:26.760 uh navy seals they're not guys on uh you know they're they're not uh they're not physical warriors and so

00:32:33.320 they're intimidated now you've got people with you've got people with uh with with thomas and and and

00:32:39.160 gorsuch and kavanaugh and justice alito and just alito and and and thomas's and alito's mates

00:32:45.780 who are tough as boot leather and going to do what's right for this republic and do what's

00:32:50.620 original they're originalist about the constitution that is what's infuriated these people and they are

00:32:57.280 out to destroy this constant they're out to destroy the court and people better see that and here's my

00:33:01.620 beef and i ain't no lawyer but i know there are institutions on the right that deal have loved the

00:33:09.320 constitution and praise the constitution and have society set up around the constitution in the legal

00:33:14.460 profession that devolves from that and institutionally you've got jim jordan that's out there you've got

00:33:20.340 mike lee that's done an amazing job you got rampa you got ted cruz that's doing a good job but that

00:33:25.580 ain't good enough and it's not good enough mark payoletta coming on war room and you and i trying to

00:33:30.060 hammering this thing every day this needs to be the institutions on the right as institutions must

00:33:36.140 step up and say hey this is a this is this is wrong we're not going to allow it happen it's not going

00:33:42.940 to happen on our watch and once again put all the burden on trump uh to win the election and then trump's

00:33:48.060 going to figure it out there's too much burden on trump this needs to be figured out by institutions hey

00:33:52.880 i'm an institutionalist the institutions money them have to be purged and rebuilt and rejuvenated

00:33:58.780 but i'm an institutionalist i want to know where the institutions on the right are that can take

00:34:04.360 this on and you got to take it on now you got to take it on politically in the campaign but you also

00:34:08.800 have to go back on these senators they ought to be outing people about they can't you can't be

00:34:12.800 anonymous in a hill article and do that people investigative reporters have to be on this this is

00:34:18.320 going to be a huge problem because they're going down a path to say even if trump wins they're out to

00:34:25.860 destroy the court they're out to smear the court they're out to now sick investigative reporters on

00:34:29.700 every aspect so just like the law firms you back off you said the quiet part out loud if they can't

00:34:36.720 shrink the court to then expand it if they can't get what they want just like the bolsheviks they'll 1.00

00:34:41.620 take a bite they want people to trim their sails they want people to pull their punches they want

00:34:47.280 people to understand if you write these opinions now we're coming to your house and we're going to

00:34:52.000 bring violent people there your life's going to be changed you're not going to just be some quiet

00:34:56.240 judge who's revered and write your own opinions no they're going to actively engage in political

00:35:02.960 and information warfare sir yeah you're seeing it they go after family members of the justices

00:35:10.380 write stories to try and make life painful and as you said steve my view is they try and make it so

00:35:16.760 painful that they're going to trim their sails meaning like they won't write an opinion as strong

00:35:21.940 as as the constitution requires because they don't want to be attacked you know this is a new world

00:35:26.160 this is new this is a new this is a new environment and i agree with you that the conservative institutions

00:35:32.520 i'd even say the legal institutions right law firms the big law firms in in washington across the

00:35:37.820 country who practice before the supreme court who believe in the supreme court should be stepping up

00:35:42.900 in defending the court and the federal society uh you know which had a lot to do with developing

00:35:48.620 you know the originalism for you know as a jurisprudential matter and justice scalia was a big

00:35:54.640 member of the the federal society a big leader in there um back in the day uh they need to step up

00:36:01.340 and do more and it just needs to be not not be a a an op-ed or or or a letter or whatever a comment

00:36:07.640 it needs to be day in and day out because that's what the left is doing that's what the left does we've

00:36:11.380 seen it before we're seeing it right now it is an all-in comprehensive multi-billion dollar effort

00:36:16.660 to attack the court that's what we need to meet it we need to meet that with the similar kind of

00:36:22.060 effort and you know i you know people are putting in the work i'm doing a lot of work mike davis has

00:36:27.820 been great defending the court he's been on the on your show a lot but but it needs to be a lot bigger

00:36:33.220 than us a lot broader than us in terms of defending the court showing the lies like bringing the receipts

00:36:39.160 again i urge everyone look go to my site or go you know go on my my ex account at mark payoletta

00:36:44.520 everything the left is saying is a lie about the justices everything they say about justice thomas

00:36:49.960 is a lie uh and chris murphy who showed up again he was involved with attacking the court before he

00:36:56.060 kind of went solid he's uh silent he's back there there's no conflict of interest rules and law in

00:37:02.020 the senate uh they allow senators to do stuff to help their spouses and themselves guess what senator murphy i

00:37:07.140 think i i posted on this last year i think he had introduced 28 bills on education and guess what

00:37:12.060 his wife is an education lobbyist in washington dc uh and having connected up at all but i'm sure

00:37:17.640 she's benefited in her firm and her clients have benefited from senator murphy's actions uh so it's

00:37:23.380 just so outrageous the hypocrisy of the democrats and in the senate uh and senators to be attacking the

00:37:30.640 supreme court when you look at their own conduct but the larger issue i agree with you we need to defend

00:37:34.900 the court this needs to be actually a big issue for the 2024 election right do you want a you know a

00:37:41.280 legislative body acting at you know that that's the supreme court implementing left-wing policies or do

00:37:48.080 you want the court the way it is now which is an originalist court uh where they know what their role

00:37:53.960 is in our society right you know you know we have elected officials to to enact statutes and not having

00:38:00.960 the supreme court step on it to say this is what we want with respect to abortion on demand or race-based

00:38:05.600 affirmative action or things like that this is an existential crisis for the court in terms of the

00:38:10.700 attacks on it it's not going to stop it's not going to go away they see this as their road to 2024

00:38:16.340 and again you're right biden unprecedented to attack the court in in this way i think it's dangerous

00:38:22.740 um and and then this this follow-on hill story and there'll be more stories today and tonight

00:38:28.120 and tomorrow attacking the supreme court we need to get the facts out there everyone needs to get

00:38:33.260 the facts out there including the federal society the american bar association which used to defend

00:38:37.880 the court um and law firms and you know sort of big lawyers and corporate law firms that that uh you

00:38:44.280 know have bought in to the wokeness and don't defend the court uh yes we're going to work on that

00:38:52.560 because it has to happen only reciprocity only only a pushback it's a centerpiece of biden's campaign

00:38:57.480 now mark where do people go to that twitter feed to cra to your site the book movies all of it

00:39:03.920 to to get their hands around this you've got a populist army the army that awakens and back you

00:39:09.640 but we need some of the big hitters in the legal profession to step up mike davis great job uh jim

00:39:15.040 jordan great job mike lee amazing job but we need institutions now to step up uh where do people go sir

00:39:21.300 institutions day in and day out um i agree with you um at mark paletta on x mark paletta.com is my

00:39:28.980 website uh again one of the antidotes to to kind of um you know all these smears on justice thomas is to

00:39:35.340 read his uh his memoirs called my grandfather's son a beautiful book uh it will blow away any you know

00:39:43.360 misconceptions that the the left has put out there on justice thomas uh and then i i did a book on

00:39:48.840 justice thomas called created equal clarence thomas in his own words uh which is based on 25 hours of

00:39:53.560 interviews with justice learn about him learn about justice alito learn about these great americans

00:39:58.380 so you know how much the left is lying about them these are good men great justices uh and we're lucky

00:40:06.400 to have them they need to be defended uh by by by everyone including the legal institutions out there

00:40:11.920 mark paletta uh i knew when i first saw this months and months and months ago it was going to

00:40:20.860 metastasize and the reason metastasize is because enough people didn't fight back the only way that

00:40:26.460 stops is you fight back thank you brother we will make sure that we round up uh round up folks now

00:40:31.560 this has got to stop this is absolutely got to stop thanks terrible

00:40:35.680 this is uh the message i'll play at the top of the hour at top of the hour i'm going to play the uh

00:40:43.920 the cold open we're going to do at the beginning of the show this weekend was a uh was um amazing i

00:40:50.320 want to thank charlie kirk and the team uh and we're going to have charlie on i hope at the bottom of the

00:40:56.120 second hour to talk about it because what happened in detroit was quite extraordinary it was a show of

00:41:01.380 unity in a show of force also the amount of young people that were there the young people were just

00:41:07.340 absolutely absolutely incredible um and the energy there was incredible uh what i want to do one of

00:41:14.580 the things i want to do is to make sure because they had a secret service there was a issue with

00:41:19.880 the detroit police of the secret service i still haven't figured it out i don't want to explain it to

00:41:24.020 me but as you know we were there to have the big saturday show we had a great friday show uh natalie

00:41:30.320 and mo uh and um citizen kane from citizen for i did an incredible job jane zirkle all of it

00:41:36.720 had a huge show we're going to do that top it with a saturday morning show that was going to be all

00:41:43.040 world we had mtg and eli crane and uh and matt gates and jack basobin so many people lined up and then

00:41:49.540 we start with a huge audience and people are still pouring in and next thing you know the secret

00:41:53.960 service has to has to clear everybody um so what happened particularly my meet and greet i could only

00:42:00.140 get halfway through it because they had to rejigger the speakers given what had happened uh and i want

00:42:05.400 to make sure that people get directly to captain bannon or to grace make sure you get to captain

00:42:11.960 bannon and grace now if you're on getter you can direct message them but you get access you can email

00:42:16.820 grace i'll have her put up the uh i'll have her put up the uh uh her email and and mo to put up her 0.92

00:42:22.680 the best contact for them anybody because it looked like half the line was still there anybody that

00:42:28.140 was there that i didn't get to greet i want to make sure that we know we get your name we'll

00:42:33.080 figure it out we'll get photos we'll make contact somehow one of the reasons i do these events and do

00:42:39.100 the show live as folks know that i've come to the i don't know the dozen that we've done over the last

00:42:43.840 couple years is actually to meet the audience and to get feedback from you guys and to get uh and to

00:42:49.780 get uh you know to talk you know things about the show what's happening in your personal life one of

00:42:54.020 the most powerful things i've heard now from the event we did in palatine a couple of weeks ago to

00:42:59.020 this is people saying how much the show changed their life in the fact that they volunteered and

00:43:04.520 committed whether it's precinct strategy whether it's county supervisor what it's school board

00:43:09.920 working uh on your on your town commission that this concept that when you get in the fight also

00:43:17.040 doors open and you meet more people in the camaraderie i mean we had a lot of mission

00:43:21.280 gangsters there on saturday but man two-thirds of the crowd were from outside michigan it was

00:43:26.420 amazing the camaraderie is amazing we want to make sure we make contact with each and every one of you

00:45:33.160 not participating the switzerland thing this was uh this was india china uh saudi arabia uae um some

00:45:42.100 pretty big nations right uh persia iran many of our enemies but the bricks brazil uh they have uh and

00:45:49.840 they're coming with alternatives they're condemning the the seizure of these assets this is only going

00:45:54.980 to lead to the deterioration of the dollars the prime reserve currency and i really appreciate the

00:45:59.140 folks i talked to at the at the uh convention we're saying hey we love the economics we love to see

00:46:33.660 grass fed beef liver from sacred human health.com also when you go over there there's all kind of

00:46:38.740 other products i rave about the uh the beef livers but you got the grass fed beef liver give you that

00:46:44.440 energy boost don't take it from me it's all your compadres here are are logging in all the time using

00:46:49.820 the products and then leaving a reviews and that's what you should look at look at their views look at

00:46:54.180 what your fellow worm posse members are saying also the great feedback we got the conference or

00:47:00.500 the convention over the weekend on um on warpath coffee to get on the warpath folks love it it gets

00:47:06.880 them jacked up i've converted a lot of people to dark roast they've never drank dark roast before because

00:47:11.680 it had too much acid it was too acidic they do it now uh because of warpath but they have over i think

00:47:17.300 4400 five-star review i think it's 4400 five-star reviews right now 4300 go check it out just read

00:47:24.360 some of the reviews and check out warpath coffee put it in warm get discount one thing i talked to the

00:47:29.760 the young people about was the economy and how tough how tough their lived experience is the lived

00:47:34.380 experience is because their wages haven't gone up and the cost of living is exploded and the purchase

00:47:38.900 power of the dollar is down 20 pretty simple math then it's not quantum mechanics how do they gap that

00:47:44.560 now to even keep a lifestyle it's credit cards where the apr is 25 to 29 percent it's the most high

00:47:50.560 form of of short-term financing they're unsecured loans but hey if if you're late with them and there's

00:47:57.520 1.3 trillion dollars total and rising your credit card debt and i think 10 is not performing another

00:48:03.220 10 is on the bubble that's 20 uh that's what four or five hundred billion dollars and it's affecting

00:48:10.620 young people and people in the working class more than ever you just can't gap this julian uh

00:48:16.440 barbary joins us now from done with debt this is a problem it's getting worse what i warned people

00:48:21.500 when i told people the convention on the weekend you can't when you get the notification they're

00:48:25.340 gonna cut the card off you just can't put it in the drawer because just the card being cut off

00:48:29.000 the ticking time bomb is still there so julian you've had this problem before what what are people

00:48:35.020 to do with the ticking time bomb doesn't go away putting in a drawer and not being able to use

00:48:38.640 a card ain't it's not a solution what's the solution you know it's it's it's so easy to do

00:48:44.300 that to put it in the drawer make it go away just make it go away and at the time i was dealing with

00:48:48.520 medical um single mom of two i was working in radio at a station i believe he worked at and i um had

00:48:56.840 another job and it was i quit the second job so i could help pay what i owed and it just never was

00:49:03.600 enough and so yes i'm bald and huge because of steroids and i'm putting all my stuffing all my

00:49:10.080 mail away and it not only did the hair grew back but the bills didn't go away sadly uh so done with

00:49:17.220 debt and what they do it's so so so simple steve because most of us that are in that kind of a debt

00:49:23.520 and if you're in the public life like you were in life you were mentioning hollywood earlier and by

00:49:27.600 the way there are a lot more conservatives out here than one would think um you are feeling people

00:49:34.460 are going to watch you what happened to her why did her money go you don't have to be ashamed first

00:49:39.940 of all because so many americans are in this position be it a truck driver a teacher a person

00:49:45.640 who delivers the news uh it doesn't matter we all find ourselves at some point in life if you haven't

00:49:51.900 plan perfectly since you were oh i don't know in the womb um and and flux and so what done with

00:49:59.020 debt will do is they'll come in and they'll stop those harassing calls and letters which absolutely

00:50:03.880 freeze people i would just absolutely freeze up with this and they get rid of that for you and then

00:50:09.780 they start their plans of attack they don't want you on a huge loan and they certainly don't want you

00:50:15.200 to file for bankruptcy so what they do is usher in all kinds of plans to suit you your family your

00:50:22.760 lifestyle make sure that you can get by and still have a little bit on the side and they do it in

00:50:27.920 different ways because they're the ones with access to all of the banks and all of the institutions that

00:50:33.960 loan the credit card companies those people in and of themselves have different programs and some of

00:50:40.120 them will wipe you clean i didn't know that i worked in tv news for 33 years and had zero clue that you

00:50:47.640 can actually not only forget working with them some of them will just completely wipe the slate clean

00:50:53.880 that's a nice start the second part is peace of mind right so i always say money can't buy you

00:50:58.220 happiness but it certainly will buy you peace of mind at night you can sleep better and uh what they

00:51:03.700 will do is bring back that peace of mind for you so done with that dot com is some yeah done with

00:51:11.940 that dot com and it could be great it'd be nirvana if they wiped it slick but what they definitely can

00:51:17.500 do for you if you get into it with them and they because they know all the they know all the they

00:51:21.140 have all the relationships and this is all process it's just a process is they can work to get the

00:51:25.840 interest rate capped the ticking time bomb to stop ticking and to work to get the face amount of it

00:51:32.060 down as they work out a program like you said a payment program that doesn't require you to

00:51:36.920 declare bankruptcy and bankruptcy is not a panacea if you go bankrupt now people say well i'll just go

00:51:42.140 bankrupt and that's not a panacea you can't get a car loan you can't sign a you can't sign a rent

00:51:47.660 agreement you can't get a job so what these guys do is is try to cap the interest and take care of

00:51:53.640 the fake get a knockdown on the face amount work out a structured program where you can pay it back

00:51:58.960 and have some to live on i mean that's the whole purpose look it's not your fault this happened

00:52:03.920 interest rates things got control but it is your fault if you just avoid it because it ain't going

00:52:09.300 away you put it in the drawer that bomb is that bomb is ticking so where do they go jane one more

00:52:15.280 time you've worked with these guys for a long time that's right yeah these guys are terrific go to
