Bannon's War Room - Episode 3724： WarRoom Special： Next Man Up (Continued)

00:00:00.000 Okay, we're going to take it. Can we go to do a break? We're going to blow a break. I tell you what, we're going to toss it back to Dave Bratt. We're going to shift the flag here a little closer to the prison itself. We'll pick up coverage here in a few minutes. Royce White, Eric Prince, Bernie Carrick will make a surprise appearance. We're going to shift the flag up to where Congressman Green is. We'll pick the show up there in a few minutes. Until then, we're going to shift back to the war room itself with our own Dave Bratt. Dave, thank you very much, brother. We'll talk to you in a few minutes.

00:00:28.320 You bet. Thank you, Steve. All right, back in the war room, sitting in with great Steve Bannon, is sending him off today. But the war room posse is well prepared and ready to go to keep our strength, to keep the momentum. We are the force multiplier. This show, for the next four months, will be about how to support Steve, how to support our country, how to support our Constitution.

00:00:53.340 You just heard Eric Prince lay it down very eloquently on the three-letter agency, some of the special rules that apply to the CIA, the FBI, and it's all about bringing justice back to the country.

00:01:06.820 That's what this whole discussion about, all the Supreme Court decisions you're hearing about, some of them get a little complex. Some of you, I get to meet you around the country when I give my economic talks and nothing I like better than getting out across the country, meeting with everybody.

00:01:21.720 I got a chance to go back to my home turf a few weeks ago and talk with my friends, and that was super as well.

00:01:27.980 But one book, I don't want to be the professor here, but one book that you may want to check out is National Security and Double Government by Michael Glennon, G-L-E-N-N-O-N.

00:01:43.320 When we're talking, we'll get Mike Davis back in here on the Chevron case, et cetera, in the days to come as well.

00:01:50.700 But this book lays out what it's all about in the simplest terms, and it's 120 pages of examples that show who's been running this country.

00:02:01.340 And the person that wrote it probably isn't a war room guy, but he's a factual guy, and there's footnotes all over everything.

00:02:07.980 National security and the double government shows the contrast between the Madisonians.

00:02:14.720 That's the hopeful state. That was the founding of this country.

00:02:17.980 That's what I believe in. Rand Paul, the constitutionalists, when Steve says we've got to get back to an honest republic, that's what he's referring to, is this is a nation under God and under the law.

00:02:30.780 And the law is a proxy for God, right? It's God's laws.

00:02:34.600 We seem to have forgotten that piece. That's a major piece.

00:02:38.320 But this book contrasts the Madisonian vision with the new reality that started going into place with President Truman.

00:02:47.880 And this is not all Truman. That's not a knock on Truman.

00:02:50.880 He started putting in the three-letter agencies, right, in the beginning of the administrative state and the deep state.

00:02:57.520 And that is what has led us astray.

00:03:00.640 That is the weaponization, right?

00:03:02.940 When you watch the Jim Jordan, the weaponization committee, those guys need to get all over this.

00:03:10.060 And the goal here is to return this country to its original position where the states were supposed to be in control, right?

00:03:18.460 All powers not given to the federal government were supposed to stay back with the states and, more importantly, with the people.

00:03:26.360 And that's what the war room is all about.

00:03:28.780 When we say populism, we're fighting for you.

00:03:32.000 That's the fight.

00:03:32.840 And in order for that fight to happen, as Steve says over and over and over, they're not going to hand you the keys, right?

00:03:41.160 So when we talk about a fight, we need to take the car keys, take possession of that car,

00:03:47.260 and return our constitutional republic to its original form.

00:03:54.260 And you just heard Royce White, right, very eloquent on the two big issues.

00:03:59.960 And he included all the LGBT sexualization of the kids in school. 0.99

00:04:07.060 And the constitutional setup, right, was Judeo-Christian to its core.

00:04:17.180 The Christians were so gullible, right? 1.00

00:04:19.320 The Madisonians, so gullible and so Minnesota nice.

00:04:23.060 We gave the universities over to the secular realm voluntarily.

00:04:28.080 Now they're being run by leftists with Palestinian protesters all over the country.

00:04:32.960 You know what's going on.

00:04:34.160 So what did Royce say when it comes to the sexualization of the kids, et cetera?

00:04:41.080 This is a rule by the minority over the majority.

00:04:45.860 The majority of the country doesn't want that.

00:04:48.520 It's a 90-10 issue.

00:04:50.700 And how the 10% has amassed so much power, that's what you need to figure out so you can spread the word and educate everybody around you.

00:04:59.380 That's what this next election is going to be about.

00:05:01.340 All political views are my own, but I'm not talking politics right here.

00:05:06.180 This is a return to the original God-given republic.

00:05:10.000 The left cannot also explain where human rights come from, right?

00:05:14.220 They come from God because we're all made in his image, everyone out there.

00:05:18.960 And so the idea that the conservative wings, these right-wingers and whatever, are fascists and Nazis, you know, go look it up.

00:05:29.080 It's called nationalist socialism, right?

00:05:32.820 Nationalist socialism.

00:05:34.720 That's not freedom.

00:05:36.580 That was a takeover, right, of the Nazi party in Germany.

00:05:41.420 We're against all of that because we believe in the dignity of every single person watching this show, whether you agree with us or not.

00:05:51.040 But the basic issue that Royce brought up was the minority position is now ruling the country.

00:05:57.580 The Constitution set it up so that minority rights are protected.

00:06:01.820 We just went over that with Senator Rand Paul and Steve, right?

00:06:05.620 The First Amendment, the freedom of speech for everybody.

00:06:09.320 Minorities in particular were accorded special protections and rights because they're minorities.

00:06:14.400 That's what keeps democracy from getting carried away, right, and mob rule. 0.78

00:06:21.240 We do not want mob rule.

00:06:23.480 We want an ordered liberty.

00:06:25.560 In order to have liberty, the irony is you have to have the rule of law.

00:06:29.900 There's no such thing as liberty without the rule of law.

00:06:33.220 The left, the Marxists, et cetera, the globalist folks, the one thing that stands in their way of their order is the United States of America.

00:06:42.540 That's what we're all fighting for.

00:06:44.140 We are a nation state out of the tree of Westphalia, going way back to the 1600s.

00:06:50.100 This country is the greatest country on earth because we're morally good.

00:06:55.180 And the moment we cease to be morally good, that day will mark the end of this great country.

00:07:01.400 We are still there.

00:07:02.500 We still have 70 percent of the people on our side of the football.

00:07:07.080 We want that 70 percent to roar.

00:07:10.400 It's up to you to keep roaring, right?

00:07:13.220 Follow Steve Bannon.

00:07:14.500 Follow the war room.

00:07:15.960 Find your favorite link out there from the war room.

00:07:18.920 You young kids, educate the senior folks out there like me with the gray hair how to do social media.

00:07:24.560 Show everyone how to share this stuff.

00:07:26.320 Seniors, you got the big lists that you've acquired over years and years and years doing your business.

00:07:31.920 Get the young kids to help you message.

00:07:34.320 Share your favorite link from Steve Bannon.

00:07:36.140 Mike Davis, who's sitting in the war room with me.

00:07:38.280 He's joining us right now.

00:07:40.200 And we'll all team up together and keep Steve's message and the American message alive and going.

00:07:47.780 And so do we have Mike Davis booted up with us here in the war room yet?

00:07:53.120 Can your savings weather an economic storm think about what you've put away for the future?

00:07:58.680 Inflation can render cash worthless.

00:08:02.540 Real estate can crash like in 2008.

00:08:05.140 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.

00:08:08.820 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.

00:08:15.260 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.

00:08:20.060 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.

00:08:24.020 It's why people are flocking to it now.

00:08:25.820 Why Birch Gold is busier than ever.

00:08:28.300 Through a little known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold.

00:08:36.460 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:08:40.100 Let me repeat that.

00:08:41.260 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.

00:08:43.940 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.

00:08:53.480 Let me ask you this again.

00:08:56.620 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?

00:09:01.860 If it can't, call the people I trust.

00:09:04.740 That's Birch Gold.

00:09:05.580 Text Bannon to 989898.

00:09:08.720 Secure your savings today.

00:09:11.180 Birch Gold Group.

00:09:12.820 Cameron?

00:09:13.420 Mike Davis.

00:09:14.000 Mike Davis, ready to roll?

00:09:15.780 Mike Davis, give us, you were just on the steps of the Supreme Court.

00:09:20.000 Now you're sitting in the famous chair, Steve Bannon.

00:09:22.800 Great to have you with us, first of all, brother.

00:09:24.380 Thank you.

00:09:24.860 I would say this.

00:09:26.960 With Steve Bannon going to jail, this show just got so much better looking.

00:09:30.780 Just like that with Dave Brack.

00:09:33.300 But anyway, thank you for having me over here, Dave.

00:09:36.340 I just left the steps of the Supreme Court where the Supreme Court in a 6-3 monumental decision held that essentially Biden's prosecution of President Trump on this January 6th case in D.C.

00:09:53.700 is going to be derailed, right?

00:09:57.040 We're not going to be able to—President Biden's not going to be able to try President Trump in D.C.

00:10:04.100 before Obama judge Tanya Shutkin before the election.

00:10:07.840 This case is going to go away just like the rest of these cases are going to go away.

00:10:12.640 This is nonsense.

00:10:14.040 The only case that they were able to get on Trump was this bogus case in New York with this Soros-funded Manhattan D.A., Alvin Bragg,

00:10:24.900 teaming up with this former Obama and Biden top political operative, Matthew Colangelo,

00:10:31.160 and this Manhattan corrupt Democrat Biden donor judge, Juan Mershon, whose daughter raised millions of dollars off of this trial,

00:10:42.660 this corrupt trial in New York for the non-crime of a businessman settling a nuisance claim

00:10:50.460 and putting that as a legal expense in his books.

00:10:54.840 A settlement of a nuisance claim is a legal expense.

00:10:57.340 I don't know what the hell else you would call it.

00:10:59.660 They are trying to throw President Trump in jail.

00:11:02.320 We're going to find out on July 11th if this corrupt judge, Juan Mershon, who should have recused,

00:11:08.340 who is required to recuse under New York statute because his daughter is raising millions of dollars off of this case,

00:11:14.940 we'll find out on July 11th what he does.

00:11:18.760 I think he's going to try to put President Trump in jail for a long time.

00:11:22.160 We saw the Biden debate.

00:11:24.320 It's a disaster.

00:11:25.580 The Democrats are turning on Biden.

00:11:27.740 This is their Hail Mary.

00:11:28.720 If you can't beat Trump, you have to try to bankrupt him.

00:11:32.520 You have to try to throw him off the ballot.

00:11:34.280 That didn't work.

00:11:35.020 You try to throw him in prison.

00:11:36.700 In the federal system, that's not going to work.

00:11:38.460 So they have this corrupt, rigged, partisan process in New York, and they're going to try to throw Trump in jail there.

00:11:44.680 Guess what?

00:11:45.200 The federal courts are going to step in.

00:11:47.060 They're not going to let Trump go to jail.

00:11:48.820 They're going to grant Trump's 2241 habeas petition.

00:11:52.320 Trump's going to be back in the White House after November 5th, 2024.

00:11:57.080 Yeah, Mike, can you explain to us this, right?

00:12:02.500 The probability of Peter Navarro being in jail right now in a run-up to the biggest presidential election of our ages.

00:12:12.040 Steve Bannon going to prison today, precisely staying for four months.

00:12:17.680 The chief messenger under President Trump and the war room energy going to jail today for four months leading up.

00:12:25.320 President Trump coming up July 11 or 12 or whatever that date is.

00:12:29.560 All the other lawfare that's in place against some of our Jeff Clark, against some of our preeminent lawyers, constitutional lawyers, otherwise boring people like myself, who have done the right thing in support of the Constitution of the United States, they're under attack now.

00:12:46.940 How in the world, to us lay people in the lawyer land, this seems like an awful coincidence.

00:12:56.100 How was this laid out, who orchestrated this in simplest terms so people can see, hey, this thing was orchestrated.

00:13:03.980 It took years probably to put all these major pieces in place, legally, constitutionally, with the courts, reaching up to the federal courts.

00:13:11.680 How did that come to be?

00:13:13.560 President Biden is how that came to be.

00:13:15.940 His fingerprints are directly on all four of these unprecedented criminal prosecutions of President Trump.

00:13:23.360 It was Biden's deputy White House counsel, Jonathan Suh, who worked with Gary Stern, the general counsel at the National Archives, along with Jay Bratt in the Biden Justice Department, to orchestrate the Mar-a-Lago raid, the political hit on Trump for presidential records.

00:13:43.880 Trump is allowed to have under the presidential records act, and that led to two of the indictments against President Trump by Jack Smith.

00:13:53.860 We have Nathan Wade's fingerprints. 0.86

00:13:58.640 Nathan Wade, Fannie Willis' boyfriend slash special prosecutor, was stupid enough to actually bill his time, 16 hours, to the Fulton County taxpayers, $250 an hour, 0.99

00:14:10.420 as part of the $700,000 Nathan Wade billed, and then took his big, dumb girlfriend, Fannie Willis, on these trips around the world, these illegal kickbacks. 0.98

00:14:21.080 Nathan Wade billed his time for his two meetings with the Biden White House, including the White House counsel, 0.93

00:14:26.020 before Big Fannie's unprecedented indictment of President Trump down in Georgia,

00:14:32.580 a RICO indictment for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887.

00:14:40.420 And the First Amendment, and then you had Matthew Colangelo deploy from the number three office in the Biden Justice Department,

00:14:47.940 a very senior Biden Justice Department political appointee, who went to Alvin Bragg's office, the Soros front of Manhattan D.A.,

00:14:55.700 to resurrect this zombie case that the prior Manhattan D.A., Cy Vance, a Democrat,

00:15:00.700 the Manhattan U.S. Attorney, the Federal Election Commission, and Bragg himself declined to prosecute.

00:15:08.400 This is lawfare by Biden, and he must face severe consequences.

00:15:13.440 Right. Okay. Excellent. Outstanding. Answer was President Biden, Biden's White House, legal counsel, years in the making.

00:15:24.120 And then the American people next want to know, that's just Article 2, the executive branch.

00:15:30.920 You're Article 3. I was Article 1, the Congress.

00:15:35.360 How in the world, right, what forces are at play, right?

00:15:39.720 In that book, I just remember, National Security and Double Government,

00:15:42.360 that book showed that even Obama was not able to significantly shift foreign policy away from George W. Bush.

00:15:48.720 There were forces above his head.

00:15:51.440 The billionaire class, the elitist class, the globalist class, the Davos class,

00:15:57.520 the national defense establishment class, all, it's very complex.

00:16:01.440 Our side has not done a good job of explaining that to the American people.

00:16:05.640 But for the president to be able to do that, the White House to be able to do that,

00:16:10.120 the American people find it hard to believe a single president, right, a single person,

00:16:14.500 even an administration, single-handedly could pull that off.

00:16:17.200 So how does that fit into the administrative state, the deep state,

00:16:21.300 that architecture of government we have in place right now that we have to fix, right?

00:16:25.860 How does the executive fit into the major powerful forces at work,

00:16:30.460 which seems to be run in our country right now?

00:16:32.500 So we have these career executive branch civil servants who run the executive branch.

00:16:38.580 You can't get rid of them.

00:16:39.540 They have civil service protection.

00:16:40.780 It's very hard to get rid of them.

00:16:42.380 And this is particularly true in the FBI with people like Andrew McCabe,

00:16:47.800 the deputy director at the FBI, who was a career bad actor.

00:16:51.680 This is particularly true at Maine Justice,

00:16:54.260 where you have these bad actors like Jay Bratz,

00:16:57.800 who was the top career person in charge of counter-espionage, counter-intel.

00:17:03.260 You had Jack Smith, who was one of those people before he got chased out of government,

00:17:09.060 after he brought the bogus political prosecution against former Virginia governor Bob McDonald.

00:17:14.700 They got overturned unanimously by the Supreme Court.

00:17:17.260 You have people like Gary Stern, the career general counsel of the National Archives.

00:17:23.320 These are bad actors.

00:17:24.920 These are partisan operatives.

00:17:26.740 These are leftists in these key jobs.

00:17:29.140 And the reason Biden's able to get away with this is because they're politically aligned, right?

00:17:34.100 And so they're very happy to go along with what Biden's doing to Trump.

00:17:36.940 And, I mean, you just jogged my memory.

00:17:39.120 I knew Governor Bob McDonald, right?

00:17:41.460 And so these guys were in on that show as well, all cleared after the fact, but ruined a good man.

00:17:49.780 Yeah, that's what Jack Smith wanted to do to Trump.

00:17:51.740 They wanted to run the same play.

00:17:54.240 Jack Smith brought bogus charges against Bob McDonald, the Virginia governor,

00:17:59.280 because he was going to run for president or maybe vice president.

00:18:02.500 So they brought these bogus political charges, destroyed him.

00:18:06.160 The Supreme Court reversed that conviction by Jack Smith, 8 to nothing.

00:18:09.560 It would have been 9 to nothing, but Justice Scalia passed away.

00:18:12.380 Years later, after we lose.

00:18:14.380 Yes. 0.82

00:18:14.780 And this is the clown show that has to end, right?

00:18:17.880 And so what should constitutional, I don't want to even put it in partisan language,

00:18:23.280 because it cheapens the message.

00:18:25.160 What should constitutionalists have done after the McDonald effort failed?

00:18:32.660 That side should have fought and gone after who, right?

00:18:36.700 Was that, can you put a fair spin on what they did to McDonald legally at all?

00:18:45.000 Or was that also, was that being run from higher levels on down?

00:18:48.500 It was absolutely a partisan hit by Jack Smith.

00:18:52.040 Remember, Jack Smith's wife produced a documentary on the Obamas.

00:18:57.080 They're very close to the Obamas.

00:18:59.100 Jack Smith is the Democrat partisan scud missile sent in to take out Republican presidential or vice presidential contenders.

00:19:09.080 They don't care about the fallout because they know that generally these cases will not get fixed until years later,

00:19:15.360 like what happened with Bob McDonald.

00:19:17.180 What saved President Trump here is presidential immunity must be immediately decided.

00:19:22.840 Meaning you have to decide it before the trial, not after the trial.

00:19:26.500 And I would say this, that Trump's lawyers, John Sauer and Will Scharf,

00:19:31.100 are the ones who came up with this argument on presidential immunity.

00:19:35.520 They saved President Trump's legal behind here.

00:19:39.300 And if they didn't raise this argument, Trump would be in prison right now after Jack Smith railroaded him in D.C.

00:19:44.940 Well, let me go, I think we have Jeff Clark, you on deck.

00:19:48.800 Jeff, hey, let me flip to you on the issue Mike and I were just talking about.

00:19:53.760 Because you're in the middle of this mess too, right?

00:19:56.440 They went after Governor Bob McDonald.

00:19:59.520 Everything gets wiped away.

00:20:02.700 And the good guys lose and the bad guys win.

00:20:07.100 And this is no way to run a government is the main point, right?

00:20:10.240 This is no way to run a government long term where you just annihilate each other using lawfare.

00:20:17.080 And so what is the solution going forward to end this kind of corruption where you can just sue the small guy, right?

00:20:23.880 When I went to Congress, I was a liberal arts professor, and I had to deal with lawsuits that were, you know,

00:20:31.080 drawing redistrict lines, all sorts of attacks going on that keep the American people from having a government that represents them.

00:20:39.800 So, Jeff, you're free to comment on what we've been chatting about, but also what's the solution?

00:20:45.320 How do we get a solution to this mess?

00:20:48.480 Sure, Dave.

00:20:49.380 Well, thanks for having me, especially on this historic day with the Supreme Court immunity decision to see the great Mike Davis,

00:20:57.200 who I saw just Saturday where we were plotting together on various issues that include solutions,

00:21:03.780 and on the day that Steve Bannon is sadly being sent to federal prison.

00:21:08.240 So it's a very important day.

00:21:10.500 And, look, first I've got to say on the Supreme Court immunity decision, this decision is huge.

00:21:15.460 It is the most important constitutional decision in a very long time.

00:21:19.840 It cements the framers' vision of the presidency.

00:21:23.300 I think it undoes significant amounts of damage done to the presidency as a result to the weak period

00:21:29.840 when the Congress went after President Nixon and tried to strike while he was weak.

00:21:37.700 I think this undoes a lot of that damage.

00:21:39.760 And, look, it creates a trifurcation where, at the top level,

00:21:45.220 the president is absolutely immune for things within the core of his office.

00:21:49.060 Then at a middle level, there's a presumptive immunity for other official acts.

00:21:54.720 And then, finally, there's no immunity for acts that are unofficial.

00:21:59.560 And where does he put it?

00:22:00.500 And you raised the issue, Dave, of where does the Supreme Court put the issue that relates to me

00:22:07.320 about President Trump working with the Justice Department?

00:22:10.400 Well, it says that the president has absolute authority to investigate whom he chooses

00:22:15.080 and to prosecute whom he chooses because he is the chief prosecutor of the United States.

00:22:20.620 So that means that falls into the absolute immunity category, which means that, you know,

00:22:25.380 just from a personal standpoint, I shouldn't be having to deal with all the stuff I've had to deal with

00:22:29.200 over the last three and a half years.

00:22:31.060 So I love the vindication of that.

00:22:33.720 You know, my opponents in the bar and my opponents like Fonnie Willis, et cetera,

00:22:38.660 are going to be seeing new briefing on that.

00:22:40.780 And, look, I think that this also gives great ammunition to President Trump

00:22:45.740 to fight against the office of Jack Smith because Jack Smith was essentially established

00:22:51.040 as a kind of independent official.

00:22:53.400 But the whole logic of this immunity case is that there are no independent officials at the Justice

00:22:57.760 Department.

00:22:58.260 So this is a major vitamin shot in the arm to President Trump's arguments in front of Judge Cannon

00:23:03.960 down in that documents case.

00:23:05.680 I hope it, you know, foretells the dismissal of that case.

00:23:09.900 I also think it re-strengthens executive privilege, which is on the line in terms of Steve Bannon

00:23:16.380 going to jail, right?

00:23:17.500 I think that that's been watered down since the Nixonian era.

00:23:20.720 I think this will portend a, you know, a strengthening of executive privilege.

00:23:26.180 So it's just great all across the board.

00:23:28.400 And then, Dave, you asked the question about what can we do as a matter of solutions.

00:23:32.860 The first and most important solution is to get President Trump back in the White House

00:23:37.140 because the Justice Department can be reformed with new regulations, with new policies, with

00:23:42.200 new presidential directives to stop this ridiculous lawfare, but to pursue righteous cases against

00:23:48.360 true lawbreakers.

00:23:50.280 And then, second, we need, as a matter of federalism, for the states to step up.

00:23:55.440 The bars have become weaponized, and state legislatures can pass new laws to block that, block that kind 1.00

00:24:02.060 of lawfare in front of bars, and ensure that complainers are people who actually have first-hand

00:24:07.020 knowledge of the lawyer-client relationship, which none of the complaints against any of

00:24:11.680 the people tied to President Trump, you know, really fit into.

00:24:15.160 And then also, look, if, you know, people in the private sector need to do their work, right?

00:24:20.560 It's action, action, action.

00:24:22.260 And if they're going to fight with this lawfare on the Democrat side all the time, they need

00:24:26.280 to face lawfare coming back from the people of the United States against Democrat officials.

00:24:31.300 And then, once they get a taste of it, I think they'll stop this nonsense, and we'll get

00:24:35.580 closer to the vision of the Republican the framers had in mind.

00:24:39.980 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:24:45.620 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:24:50.080 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email

00:24:55.380 and tracking our movement across the internet.

00:24:57.660 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence

00:25:03.060 and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this

00:25:08.680 governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.

00:25:11.720 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will

00:25:15.540 soon expand their powers to track our every move.

00:25:19.120 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or

00:25:24.820 even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:25:30.120 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.

00:25:35.660 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to

00:25:39.960 educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility

00:25:45.680 of programmable money.

00:25:48.140 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.

00:25:53.760 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.

00:25:55.760 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:26:01.300 Jeff, thank you very much.

00:26:03.000 Hang with us for a minute here.

00:26:04.300 We're going to Darren Beattie, but the brilliance of Stephen K. Bannon, who has about the greatest

00:26:13.180 breadth, I call him the Oxford Don, across all issues, political economy, geopolitics,

00:26:19.960 lawfare, the politics, running the White House, the administrative state.

00:26:25.240 He gets the smartest people on this show.

00:26:27.080 It's just an honor for me to be able to sit in.

00:26:29.640 And Jeff Clark of Harvard, and now we have Darren Beattie coming up, a Wittgensteinian

00:26:36.780 philosopher, mathematician, brain.

00:26:41.000 Darren, are you with us?

00:26:42.600 No, Darren.

00:26:43.780 No, Darren.

00:26:44.240 Yeah.

00:26:44.360 Okay, good.

00:26:45.200 We'll just, we'll keep, is Jeff still there?

00:26:47.780 I'm still here.

00:26:48.560 I'm still there.

00:26:49.400 Hey, Jeff, good, good.

00:26:50.520 Let me go back to you and follow up a couple other just common sense issues.

00:26:55.900 A lot of Americans, and I've checked in with some lawyers on this, with Steve, and Steve

00:27:01.500 doesn't like us talking about this, so I'll make it quick.

00:27:05.140 But how do we understand, right?

00:27:08.000 This committee was misconstrued.

00:27:11.120 Speaker Mike Johnson has come on multiple news shows, the morning mainstream news shows,

00:27:16.160 and said the committee was improperly set up.

00:27:19.980 There was no counsel.

00:27:21.460 The people that were supposed to be on it weren't on it.

00:27:23.460 The minority, McCarthy didn't get to name the people he wanted, and so on and so on.

00:27:28.860 That was the basis for all the activity and action that took place.

00:27:32.540 And then the legal beagles tell us, well, you can't go back in time to what happened.

00:27:37.640 It's not legally binding or something like that.

00:27:40.120 How are we to understand, is there no recourse for injustice?

00:27:44.920 What all of us just see as common sense justice?

00:27:47.960 So, Dave, first, obviously, Steve Bannon deserves a pardon when Donald John Trump becomes the

00:27:55.320 president of the United States again, you know, in 12.01 p.m. on January 20th, 2025.

00:28:01.240 Hey, Jeff.

00:28:01.920 Hey, Jeff.

00:28:02.520 We got Steve Bannon coming right back in.

00:28:04.500 We're switching to him right now.

00:28:05.800 Steve, welcome back.

00:28:06.720 Well, I recognize what all the people watching at home recognize, that this is a war, and

00:28:13.920 it's a political war, and it's a political persecution, and it shouldn't be happening,

00:28:18.960 Steve.

00:28:19.220 So, I came here to support you, support the American people, the January 6th defendants

00:28:23.900 that have been wrongly prosecuted, and President Trump.

00:28:28.140 Let's take some.

00:28:28.620 We got some media that, first off, I want to thank everybody here for turning out today.

00:28:34.080 We got your back.

00:28:36.360 We got your back.

00:28:38.460 And remember, the show is going to be bigger and better than ever.

00:28:42.480 We got all kind of co-hosts.

00:28:44.400 Nothing's going to change.

00:28:45.420 It's going to be incredible, right?

00:28:46.820 Right.

00:28:47.060 Next man up.

00:28:48.220 Right?

00:28:48.540 Next man up.

00:28:49.700 Next man up.

00:28:51.580 Next man up.

00:28:53.240 Next man up.

00:28:55.000 Next man up.

00:28:56.720 Next man up.

00:28:58.900 It doesn't matter that I'm going to prison.

00:29:01.840 If it took me going to prison, come here, if it took me going to prison to get to House

00:29:06.760 of Representatives, to reject J6, and now to actually start an investigation, to start

00:29:13.240 an investigation, it's a victory, right?

00:29:15.960 That is a victory, and that's what we have to do, Steve.

00:29:18.600 We have to move the Republicans in the House of Representatives to act and actually do the

00:29:24.440 job that the people voted for them and sent them to Congress, too.

00:29:28.340 People didn't vote for Republicans to go to Congress and do nothing.

00:29:32.100 They voted for Republicans to do their job.

00:29:35.160 And sitting around and saying, oh, we're going to wait.

00:29:37.480 We're just going to wait.

00:29:38.640 That is not good enough.

00:29:39.920 And they're going to hear from people all over the country.

00:29:42.140 This is multiplying the war room posse by 10,000, Steve.

00:29:47.460 Thank you so much.

00:29:48.220 Look, this is a Democrat district.

00:29:49.480 Hopefully 10,000%.

00:29:50.960 Yeah, but look, this is a Democrat district, and where's the Democrats?

00:29:54.740 Yes.

00:29:54.980 Where are they?

00:29:56.160 They're nowhere.

00:29:57.460 Yes.

00:29:58.880 Look, folks, if it took me going to prison, because remember, the reason I chose Danbury,

00:30:04.380 I asked for Danbury for a very specific reason.

00:30:07.240 Back in 19, the only other person that's ever been sent to prison for a congressional subpoena,

00:30:16.580 not going to a House subpoena for contempt, held in contempt, was Reg Lardner, Jr.

00:30:23.300 back in the 1940s, during the House Un-American Activity Investigation.

00:30:28.820 Columbia Studio fired him, okay, because of his political beliefs.

00:30:33.280 And then he was found guilty.

00:30:34.820 They sent it to the DOJ.

00:30:36.840 He was sent to prison.

00:30:37.920 He was sent to this prison.

00:30:39.480 That's why I requested Danbury, because there's no difference in his fight than in our fight.

00:30:45.480 I'm a political prisoner of Nancy Pelosi.

00:30:47.980 I'm a political prisoner of Merrick Garland.

00:30:50.260 I'm a political prisoner of Joe Biden and the corrupt Biden establishment.

00:30:56.540 And you saw on Thursday all the lies that they told, right?

00:31:00.820 All the lies they told.

00:31:02.600 Any group, any group that would sit there and lie to you about the shape of the president of the United States

00:31:08.960 with the national security element of that, lied about the 2020 election.

00:31:13.500 They've lied about COVID.

00:31:15.240 They've lied about everything that they've done to the American people, and they're not going to stop.

00:31:19.540 Until we stop them, they're not going to stop.

00:31:22.200 And the way you stop them is you do things like this.

00:31:24.480 Hey, if they're going to send me to prison, it's not going to matter if we take this fight and take it up the next level, okay?

00:31:30.420 Anybody from the press have a question?

00:31:32.760 Is that Sarah Murray of CNN?

00:31:34.360 I don't want to talk about my conversations with the president, but I think you can see on his true social, he's very supportive.

00:31:44.300 And remember, the most important thing, that was Sarah Murray, the great CNN reporter.

00:31:49.920 Sarah, the most important thing to remember, the most important thing to remember,

00:31:54.000 is President Trump is going to be sentenced to prison on July 11th.

00:31:58.360 Me going here for four months is nothing.

00:32:00.400 They're going in a very sham trial, totally illegal.

00:32:05.220 They are going to sentence Donald J. Trump, the greatest president of the 20th and 21st century,

00:32:12.800 to prison in a sham trial in New York on July 11th.

00:32:16.440 So I know he supports this.

00:32:20.780 Okay, it's very important.

00:32:23.000 Sarah Murray asked, well, how can I influence the campaign?

00:32:25.360 How can I do War Room?

00:32:26.880 You can't run a business from a federal prison.

00:32:29.580 I have no intention of doing anything in the business.

00:32:31.820 But I have a First Amendment right.

00:32:33.500 I have a First Amendment right to have my voice heard.

00:32:36.680 And my voice is going to be heard every day.

00:32:38.800 And more importantly, their voices are going to be heard, right?

00:32:42.400 You don't need my voice.

00:32:44.820 We're a populist movement.

00:32:46.560 We're a populist movement.

00:32:47.720 When I say next man up, it's just not our other hosts.

00:32:50.520 It's just not Congressman Green and Matt Gaetz and all the people that support the show.

00:32:54.980 It's all these people.

00:32:56.020 These are our co-hosts, right?

00:33:01.980 That's why this is only going to get bigger.

00:33:04.240 It's Nancy Pelosi and Merrick Garland that made me a martyr, right?

00:33:10.580 But martyrs die, and I'm far from dead, baby.

00:33:13.260 And this right here grows every day.

00:33:15.680 Any other questions?

00:33:17.680 Any other questions?

00:33:18.800 Get it!

00:33:19.340 Get it!

00:33:20.300 Get it!

00:33:21.320 Get it!

00:33:23.640 Get it!

00:33:25.640 Get it!

00:33:26.820 Steve, we have a priest here that was in New Jersey.

00:33:32.380 Oh, Father Robinson.

00:33:33.940 See New Jersey when churches were shut down because of COVID.

00:33:37.400 So you're a person.

00:33:39.620 And guess what?

00:33:40.420 He also became an American citizen in 2018.

00:33:42.980 By the way, I am—thank you.

00:33:45.940 I am going to prison.

00:33:47.520 I'm proud of going to prison.

00:33:49.720 I am proud of going to prison today.

00:33:55.620 I am proud to go to prison.

00:34:00.480 If this is what it takes to stand up to tyranny, if this is what it takes to stand up to the

00:34:05.940 Garland Corrupt Criminal DOJ, if this is what it takes to stand up to Nancy Pelosi, if this

00:34:12.760 is what it takes to stand up to Joe Biden, to Joe Biden, I'm proud to do it.

00:34:17.800 Father, can you say a few words?

00:34:20.280 I'm not authorized to talk to the media.

00:34:22.720 You're not?

00:34:23.240 No.

00:34:23.660 Well, thank you for coming.

00:34:24.580 I agree with your positions.

00:34:26.880 I'll be praying for you.

00:34:28.240 I'm in the St. Ignatius Retreat House, 15 minutes away.

00:34:31.180 You are?

00:34:31.760 Yeah.

00:34:32.120 I'll get you whatever you need.

00:34:33.520 Father, don't pray for me.

00:34:35.700 Pray for our enemies.

00:34:36.960 Right?

00:34:37.880 Pray.

00:34:38.420 They're the ones who are going to need the prayers.

00:34:41.140 Thank you, Father.

00:34:41.720 Father, Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

00:34:44.500 Be our protection against the wickedness and the snares of the devil.

00:34:47.920 May God rebuke him, we humbly pray.

00:34:49.980 And do thou, Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and

00:34:55.120 all the evil spirits who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls.

00:34:59.080 Amen.

00:34:59.820 Ave Maria Purisima.

00:35:01.740 God bless you.

00:35:02.300 Thank you.

00:35:02.660 Thank you, Father.

00:35:03.640 Thank you, Father.

00:35:04.680 Appreciate it.

00:35:05.180 Thank you, Father.

00:35:06.180 Thank you, Father.

00:35:07.180 Thank you, Father.

00:35:08.420 Thank you, Father.

00:35:09.180 Thank you, Father.

00:35:09.680 Thank you, Father.

00:35:10.180 Thank you, Father.

00:35:10.800 Thank you, Father.

00:35:10.860 Thank you, Father.

00:35:10.920 Thank you, Father.

00:35:11.700 How are you doing?

00:35:17.000 Thanks for coming.

00:35:18.380 You were at all the trials, weren't you?

00:35:20.920 You're from CBS News, ABC.

00:35:24.560 We have a representative of ABC.

00:35:26.620 Did you like the way I bench-pressed Jonathan Karl yesterday?

00:35:29.980 Did you like the Jonathan Karl interview?

00:35:31.720 Yeah.

00:35:40.160 Come over here.

00:35:40.740 I can't-

00:35:41.240 You were standing with a priest and a congressman.

00:35:44.080 Yes.

00:35:44.480 Do you have any regrets?

00:35:45.640 Do I have any regrets?

00:35:49.520 ABC News just says that I have not only no regrets, I'm actually proud of what I did,

00:35:55.080 and I would have felt terrible if I didn't do it.

00:35:56.540 I don't mind going to prison today, particularly if Congressman Green and Matt Gaetz and Anna Polina Luna and other warriors in the House turn the focus on Nancy Pelosi.

00:36:09.060 The J6 committee was completely illegitimate and set up.

00:36:12.100 It's the reason it didn't have the impact, that didn't have the impact of Watergate, it didn't have the impact of Iran-Contra, because you had no ranking member, no minority council, they couldn't see the evidence, and they couldn't cross-examine witnesses.

00:36:25.640 We need to reconstitute the J6 committee today.

00:36:28.980 Yes.

00:36:29.980 Yes.

00:36:30.980 We need to do it in the proper way.

00:36:32.480 The Democrats should have a ranking member.

00:36:35.380 Yes.

00:36:35.880 The Democrats should have a minority council, it could be Goldman, it could be anybody.

00:36:39.280 We need to get the evidence, because I'm going to tell you, when we investigate J6, you're going to see that Donald John Trump was not just completely innocent, he was the one individual that wanted to protect the Capitol and wanted to protect Washington, D.C.

00:36:53.080 You're also going to find out what is the federal government's involvement in this, DHS, FBI, Department of Justice.

00:37:00.460 This was a fedsurrection, and the way we should do it is to have a complete investigation and let the Democrats have a minority, a ranking member, let them have a minority council, let them cross-examine the witnesses, let them cross-examine Ray, let them cross-examine Bill Barr, let them cross-examine the people that want to do it, the Secretary of Defense, and let the American people need that truth.

00:37:23.600 If it takes me going to prison to get that, I would do that any day of the week, and that's what we're trying to drive here.

00:37:29.840 Councilor Green, some thoughts?

00:37:31.680 No, I totally agree with what Steve said, that the lack of action in the Republican-controlled House has been the problem at all.

00:37:40.480 The fact that Steve did not obey that congressional committee was the right thing to do because the committee was illegitimate from the beginning.

00:37:49.080 Nancy Pelosi broke her entire House rules. 1.00

00:37:52.160 She broke her House rules when she created that committee. 1.00

00:37:55.620 And then look at the two-tiered justice system. 0.96

00:37:58.960 She prosecuted Steve Bannon.

00:38:01.000 They prosecute Steve Bannon.

00:38:02.360 They prosecute Peter Navarro.

00:38:04.520 But yet, who did they not prosecute?

00:38:06.620 Others that they subpoenaed.

00:38:08.500 Why pick two and not prosecute others that were subpoenaed for Congress?

00:38:13.620 That makes no sense whatsoever.

00:38:16.040 And then they're not prosecuting Merrick Garland.

00:38:18.300 Here's the bet that Nancy Pelosi and Merrick Garland, the Biden regime, has made.

00:38:25.780 They think, by prosecuting me, they're going to shut down one of the top advocates for President Trump.

00:38:32.260 They think, and they think they're going to say, any chance of me working on the campaign.

00:38:36.620 They think they're going to shut down the war room as this massive platform for MAGA.

00:38:41.040 You see this right here?

00:38:42.460 They're never going to shut it down.

00:38:44.080 They're only making it bigger.

00:38:45.320 These people aren't going to be shut down.

00:38:46.660 The American people have learned one thing.

00:38:49.720 When their voice is heard, change happens.

00:38:53.300 And that is what the war room's all about.

00:38:54.960 It's only going to get bigger.

00:38:56.140 So Nancy Pelosi bet the wrong way. 0.91

00:38:58.160 The show's only going to get bigger.

00:38:59.840 My message is only going to get bigger.

00:39:01.720 The platform's only going to get bigger.

00:39:03.360 So I'm proud of it.

00:39:04.280 It takes prison to show the American people that they're prepared to put, in the first time in history,

00:39:10.240 one of the largest hosts of one of the largest shows in the nation,

00:39:13.980 that the line we've crossed right now, and if we don't stop it right here and right now, it's going to continue.

00:39:20.280 So we've got to stop it.

00:39:21.260 And it's not going to stop until we stop it.

00:39:24.040 We have a question for Nancy Pelosi.

00:39:25.320 In the mic.

00:39:26.180 Make sure you're speaking on the mic.

00:39:27.700 Are you ready?

00:39:29.040 This exists outside.

00:39:30.960 Are you personally prepared?

00:39:32.560 I was on a destroyer for four years in the Navy.

00:39:36.540 I am prepared for whatever prison has, right?

00:39:40.160 Our prisons are run very well.

00:39:42.120 The Bureau of Prisons does a great job.

00:39:44.420 I'm prepared to do this.

00:39:45.620 Whatever tasks I do, I'm totally prepared mentally, physically, everything for prison.

00:39:51.240 I do it with gratitude to these people.

00:39:55.440 If Nancy Pelosi and Merrick Garland are going to think that Steve Bannon in this little podcast

00:40:00.880 has done from a basement in Washington, D.C., it's so important that they will do something

00:40:05.940 they've never done before and put a voice that supports an opposition to them in the

00:40:11.660 run-up to the election.

00:40:12.660 If they think that's big a deal, I will do that gladly.

00:40:15.580 And whatever prison holds, prison holds.

00:40:17.820 Look, I went to a military school.

00:40:19.760 I served in the Navy.

00:40:21.460 I've done the war room.

00:40:23.220 So I'm prepared mentally and physically to go.

00:40:26.320 But what's most important is that these people are empowered.

00:40:29.720 If my going to prison empowers these people, I'll do it every day of the week.

00:40:40.700 Well, first off, the question is, how am I going to be heard every day?

00:40:45.180 It's very simple.

00:40:46.100 You know how I'm going to be heard every day?

00:40:47.540 These people right here and our host.

00:40:49.740 The show's not going to change.

00:40:51.820 Hey, folks, one of the reporters wants to know, how am I going to be heard every day?

00:40:57.220 And I say, it's you.

00:40:59.720 We are a populist, we're a populist movement.

00:41:09.620 President Trump, they're going to put in prison.

00:41:11.920 Steve Bannon's going to prison in a few minutes.

00:41:14.360 Alex Jones, they're trying to liquidate.

00:41:16.200 The Gateway Pundit, they're trying to put in bankruptcy.

00:41:18.500 It's next man up.

00:41:19.720 They can't stop this.

00:41:21.320 This is our power.

00:41:22.340 Our power is right here.

00:41:24.480 Our power is an informed and empowered American people.

00:41:28.980 It doesn't matter about me.

00:41:30.740 It doesn't matter about me.

00:41:32.000 It doesn't matter about anybody else.

00:41:33.760 They're going to try to imprison President Trump.

00:41:35.780 It's next man up.

00:41:37.080 What the ruling class in this country has to understand, there's nobody they can imprison.

00:41:42.740 There's nobody they can assassinate.

00:41:44.480 There's nobody they can bankrupt.

00:41:45.740 There's nobody they can de-platform to stop the MAGA movement.

00:41:49.820 MAGA's on the rise.

00:41:51.020 Look what happened in France yesterday.

00:41:52.960 Right?

00:41:53.760 The people of France started to take back their own country from the globalists. 0.93

00:41:57.340 In Germany, they're taking back their own country from the globalists. 0.86

00:42:00.480 In England, Nigel Farage had a rally that was like Donald Trump.

00:42:07.000 And Donald Trump, you saw Thursday night, what Thursday night showed you, the same people

00:42:12.280 that lied about the 2020 election, right?

00:42:15.180 Lied about Biden, would lie for four years and hide that.

00:42:19.360 And that was on CNN and Living Color.

00:42:22.560 We saw exactly what it was.

00:42:24.560 So no, they're going to hear my voice every day.

00:42:30.480 You have a message for former President Trump.

00:42:34.020 For former President Trump, my message?

00:42:36.160 Thank you.

00:42:36.820 What outlet are you with?

00:42:38.800 CNN?

00:42:40.240 I have two.

00:42:40.960 I've got two.

00:42:43.460 The message of President Trump is very simple.

00:42:46.360 Fight on.

00:42:47.680 If we don't stop, if President Trump continues to fight, victory is going to be ours.

00:42:52.620 We're going to win in a landslide.

00:42:53.820 We're going to pick up the Senate with 55 seats.

00:42:57.460 We're going to pick up five seats in the House.

00:42:59.320 We could win in a landslide.

00:43:01.380 Remember, if he doesn't quit, they don't win.

00:43:05.000 President Trump's on the path to victory.

00:43:07.020 And you saw last night on CNN, in all its glory, what they have hit.

00:43:11.540 And he was a hero for doing that.

00:43:13.280 He shouldn't have debated Biden until September or October.

00:43:18.180 He did it for the country to be able to expose and took all the rules that CNN gave, right?

00:43:24.460 Every rule.

00:43:25.060 And I disagreed with that.

00:43:26.120 And I told him that he did that.

00:43:28.360 He did that for the country.

00:43:30.120 And he wanted to expose the lies of the ruling elite in this country.

00:43:34.740 You have a cadaver in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue that is now a national security threat.

00:43:40.980 Don't ask me.

00:43:42.180 Ask Zelensky how he felt after that debacle, right?

00:43:48.400 Ask Jerusalem what they felt about the debate.

00:43:51.400 With Netanyahu, ask the people in Taipei what they felt after that debate.

00:43:56.680 Trump did that to expose the lies of the ruling class of this country.

00:44:01.460 And that, my only advice to him is fight as hard as you fight every day.

00:44:06.020 And victory is going to be ours.

00:44:09.400 Excuse me?

00:44:10.300 What advice did Trump have for you?

00:44:11.900 I think he said it today.

00:44:15.820 Just keep doing what you're doing.

00:44:17.260 They're not going to shut down our voice.

00:44:18.860 President Trump, you can see by the rally speeches, you can see what's on War Room.

00:44:24.180 The War Room is the platform for the Trump movement.

00:44:28.560 Okay?

00:44:29.020 The War Room is the platform for the MAGA movement.

00:44:31.840 So, President Trump's message to me is the exact same.

00:44:34.740 Just continue to fight on.

00:44:35.860 Should we go ahead and bounce?

00:44:40.480 What time is it?

00:44:41.460 If you want to do 10 more minutes.

00:44:43.260 If not, we can bounce now.

00:44:44.640 Any other?

00:44:45.500 What's your opinion on the SCOTUS decision?

00:44:47.480 Hey, hang on.

00:44:49.300 Where are you from?

00:44:51.160 NBC.

00:44:52.120 NBC?

00:44:53.520 Do you like my Vaughn?

00:44:54.640 I bench-press Vaughn Hilliard, too.

00:44:56.440 So, I bench-press Jonathan Karl, and I bench-press Vaughn Hilliard, your brave man.

00:45:01.520 We love MSNBC.

00:45:03.840 The Supreme Court, if you look at the last 90 hours in political history, starting with

00:45:14.220 the debate, that was a debacle for the ruling class. 1.00

00:45:17.380 If you look at the overturn of the Fischer decision, if you look at the killing of the

00:45:22.540 Mac Daddy, the administrative state, which is the Chevron deference, okay?

00:45:26.540 Then you look at Le Pen's massive victory yesterday in France, Nigel Farage now on the run in England

00:45:35.620 to destroy the Tory party.

00:45:37.980 If you look at the alternative for Deutschland, 100,000 Antifa have to come out to shut down

00:45:42.600 their country in Germany because they're leading all throughout the world.

00:45:45.740 And that's all like Brexit was in 2016.

00:45:47.580 That's all a predicate for 2024.

00:45:50.700 And then this morning, the Supreme Court in a 6-3, it's a massive decision.

00:45:56.580 And most importantly, it proves that Jack Smith, this is a rigged game.

00:46:01.540 You've had the Supreme Court of the United States 9-0 about should President Trump be on

00:46:06.380 the ballot.

00:46:07.140 What is it?

00:46:07.520 6-3 with Justice Brown-Jackson joining us.

00:46:12.200 Right?

00:46:12.920 Brown-Jackson joining us on Friday in overturn of Fischer.

00:46:15.940 And people in the Justice Department, and quite frankly, people like Andrew Weissman,

00:46:20.200 should be investigated and go to prison of putting innocent Americans in jail right now 0.96

00:46:25.600 for felonies.

00:46:26.580 And then today, the massive 6-3 win on immunity.

00:46:30.960 And of course, they're going to fight that.

00:46:32.380 But this is just, this is just immunity.

00:46:34.600 You've got to fight.

00:46:34.880 Oh my God!

00:46:35.260 Absolute immunity.

00:46:36.720 So, so for NBC News, it's quite simple.

00:46:40.440 We're winning everywhere, right?

00:46:42.380 And we're going to win more.

00:46:43.720 This has just started.

00:46:44.900 And the last 90 hours has been historic about the right wing, not just in the United States,

00:46:49.780 but throughout the world.

00:46:55.440 Bernie, you guys want to come and say something?

00:46:59.380 I'm good.

00:47:00.100 You?

00:47:00.580 You're good?

00:47:02.660 By the way, I want to introduce, I got Bernie Carrick here.

00:47:05.580 I got, uh, I got Eric Prince, my buddy.

00:47:08.920 I got, uh, Mo Bannon, my daughter.

00:47:10.840 She'll take over. 0.99

00:47:11.720 She'll be the CEO of War Room.

00:47:13.920 Hold it.

00:47:15.180 Come here.

00:47:15.880 Roy, the Royce White, our Senate candidate.

00:47:18.500 Royce, come here.

00:47:20.540 Tell him, Royce!

00:47:21.520 Yeah, baby! 1.00

00:47:22.980 Love you, brother.

00:47:23.820 Royce, Royce White is our, is the, is the Republican-nominated candidate in Minnesota

00:47:29.920 running against Klobuchar, another neoliberal, neocon.

00:47:33.140 Royce, Royce, Royce, Royce, Royce.

00:47:34.420 We won't take a single back step.

00:47:36.960 That's the bottom line.

00:47:38.560 You can throw him in jail all you want to, but we will not take a single back step.

00:47:42.500 We understand the threat of communism.

00:47:44.560 We can read.

00:47:45.540 We have computers.

00:47:47.080 Black people are waking up to it. 0.88

00:47:48.720 You're praying that we don't wake up to it, but I'll see to it that they will.

00:47:51.880 We will not take a single back step.

00:47:55.200 We love this man right here.

00:47:56.420 He's an American hero.

00:47:57.240 It's a shame that you let this happen.

00:47:59.520 And they're coming for you next.

00:48:01.220 You better understand that.

00:48:02.500 You can cheer now. 1.00

00:48:04.360 These idiots back here can cheer now. 1.00

00:48:06.720 But when the gulag opens up, all of you will be in it next. 1.00

00:48:09.720 Understand that.

00:48:11.220 God bless America.

00:48:12.220 Love you, brother.

00:48:12.760 Love you, man.

00:48:13.420 Hold on, hold on, hold on.

00:48:14.680 Hold on.

00:48:16.100 Royce White is running in Minnesota on Thursday, the Declaration of Independence, July 4th.

00:48:21.900 Where are you going to be, Royce?

00:48:23.840 The heart of corruption.

00:48:25.440 The Federal Reserve.

00:48:27.160 You all know how the money works.

00:48:29.360 I'm sure you all know how the money works.

00:48:31.160 You don't like Steve because he knows how the money works.

00:48:34.920 A man who went to Harvard, who was in the Navy and who worked on Wall Street is never supposed 0.94

00:48:38.700 to talk about how the system actually works.

00:48:40.980 All of you know.

00:48:42.500 You know what it is to be a wage slave.

00:48:44.240 You know what it is to be a serf.

00:48:45.500 You know you're being crushed.

00:48:47.660 And yet you peddled a narrative anyway. 0.99

00:48:49.500 It's disgusting.

00:48:52.180 On July 4th, why are you leading, you're running a campaign, why are you leading a march like

00:48:58.240 you did during the situation in Minneapolis in June of 2020?

00:49:03.800 You led a march to the Federal Reserve.

00:49:05.500 Why are you going to do it now?

00:49:06.540 After George Floyd died, the focus was on police.

00:49:09.560 The focus should not be on police.

00:49:11.640 The global corporate community is stealing from the American people.

00:49:15.160 They're getting wise to it.

00:49:16.580 The Federal Reserve is the heart of the corruption.

00:49:19.660 That's the bottom line.

00:49:21.220 The Federal Reserve is the heart of the way the whole thing works.

00:49:23.800 And we're going to go march back there where it all started on July 4th.

00:49:26.980 All right.

00:49:27.520 All right.

00:49:28.300 In the Fed.

00:49:30.080 In the Fed.

00:49:31.740 In the Fed.

00:49:33.200 In the Fed.

00:49:34.660 In the Fed.

00:49:37.060 Eric, just get up here for a second.

00:49:38.560 Eric Prince, when President Trump wins again, how important it is for us to go after the deep

00:49:44.960 state.

00:49:45.620 And I mean criminal investigations to break it up.

00:49:48.300 Now that we got the Chevron deference, that starts to break apart the administrative

00:49:52.040 state.

00:49:52.460 But the deep state, the one that stole President Trump's first term, the one that helped steal

00:49:57.080 President Trump's second victory.

00:49:59.100 What do we have to do?

00:50:00.400 Elections must have consequences.

00:50:02.360 The real constitutional crisis is we're supposed to have three branches of government.

00:50:05.380 We have four.

00:50:06.500 The fourth must be accountable to the American people.

00:50:09.560 Enough of the permanent bureaucracy.

00:50:11.240 It's why we're failing.

00:50:12.500 It's why America's standing around the world is collapsing.

00:50:15.460 It's why every foreigner I encounter asks, please get Trump back in office. 0.99

00:50:21.100 America can't stand any more of this insanity. 0.98

00:50:23.660 And I would also say we turn my friend Steve Bannon over to the guards at the prison here.

00:50:31.960 We will be here in four months to collect him in good health, maybe a little thinner

00:50:35.860 and in better shape.

00:50:37.440 But we expect that they take good care of him, or there'll be accountability for that as

00:50:41.660 well.

00:50:42.120 What do you recommend we do with the FBI, DOJ, the CIA, DNI, all of it on the afternoon of

00:50:48.940 January, of 20 January, 2025?

00:50:51.480 First of all, it's the power of the purse.

00:50:54.080 All those hyper-bloated organizations need to go on a severe diet. 1.00

00:50:59.100 They do a lot of really stupid things. 1.00

00:51:00.740 They will be less stupid inevitably if they are smaller. 1.00

00:51:04.120 So you're saying break them up. 1.00

00:51:05.520 You agree with that?

00:51:06.220 Yeah, I totally agree.

00:51:07.140 Jump up here.

00:51:07.780 Tell us what Eric, what is Eric talking about?

00:51:10.400 Thank you.

00:51:10.880 Thank you very much, Eric.

00:51:12.440 And that, that there's been a message sent.

00:51:14.620 Steve, Steve will be fine for four months.

00:51:16.840 And thank you.

00:51:17.940 Thank you for that.

00:51:18.820 And Eric is absolutely right, everyone.

00:51:21.460 The American government is overgrown. 0.68

00:51:23.700 It's turned into a monster.

00:51:25.880 And the American people are having to pay for it all to the point where they're over

00:51:29.440 $34.5 trillion in debt.

00:51:33.020 This is unsustainable no matter how you vote, Republican or Democrat.

00:51:37.320 And Americans need to say enough of it.

00:51:40.020 We've got to shrink down the federal government.

00:51:42.520 We need to slash down the giant agencies.

00:51:44.960 We need to reduce it down and get control of its power.

00:51:49.100 It's totally out of control.

00:51:51.360 And that is absolutely the message that Americans say every single day on streets everywhere.

00:51:56.060 I'd like to go back to Nancy Pelosi, Steve, if I may.

00:51:59.440 You know, everyone needs to ask Nancy Pelosi, why wasn't the National Guard at the Capitol 0.65

00:52:04.900 on January 6th?

00:52:06.500 Amen.

00:52:06.900 She is responsible as Speaker of the House for the security of the Capitol.

00:52:11.860 I was a brand new member of Congress.

00:52:13.860 I'd only been there three days.

00:52:16.480 Three days. 0.74

00:52:17.420 I could have been killed because of Nancy Pelosi.

00:52:20.640 She did not secure the Capitol for anyone.

00:52:23.460 But she made sure that she's always protected with armed guards with guns, while her and 0.92

00:52:28.880 her party work hard to take the Second Amendment rights and guns away from Americans.

00:52:34.000 This is who the Democrats are.

00:52:35.980 They're the party that wants to take away your security while they keep it for themselves.

00:52:40.200 They're the party that will bring in the National Guard by 30,000 after January 6th to tell America

00:52:46.900 that they have taken over the federal government.

00:52:49.860 That's who the Democrats are.

00:52:51.560 They're the party that will shut you down and take away your First Amendment, destroy your

00:52:56.420 small business, take away your children's education, and force you to stay in your homes, all for 0.90

00:53:02.420 tyranny so they can control all of it and affect an election. 0.54

00:53:06.280 The Democrats are the party covering up a president with dementia. 0.81

00:53:10.880 And they've been covering it up.

00:53:12.820 They have all known that Joe Biden has had dementia since 2019.

00:53:18.300 And they have lied and lied and lied to your face. 0.97

00:53:21.800 And then they dare call President Trump a liar.

00:53:24.680 They stand behind a man that has no clue what he's saying, what he's doing, and he has the nuclear codes.

00:53:31.020 They stand behind that.

00:53:32.600 And then they sit there and accuse President Trump of a lying.

00:53:35.660 And America knows he's telling the truth.

00:53:37.640 And they agree with President Trump.

00:53:39.720 And that needs to be said more and more.

00:53:41.920 President Trump is telling the truth. 0.96

00:53:43.800 And it's the Democrats who are the liars.

00:53:47.040 I see all the Lao Bajing here, OK? 1.00

00:53:49.580 Not one.

00:53:51.760 Take down the CCP.

00:53:53.980 Take down the CCP.

00:53:56.060 Take down the CCP.

00:53:58.140 Take down the CCP.

00:53:59.580 This show's not going to back off.

00:54:01.560 This show's not going to back off one foot from taking down the Chinese Communist Party 0.82

00:54:06.920 and having the brave people and the noble people in China's back.

00:54:10.400 The Lao Bajing will eventually run and rule China like they should have. 1.00

00:54:15.640 Take down the CCP.

00:54:17.740 Take down the CCP.

00:54:19.820 Take down the CCP.

00:54:22.120 OK, we're going to wrap up here for a second.

00:54:24.120 I'm going to pass the baton over to the team at the war mode. 0.83

00:54:26.440 Mo, the CEO, you got a few words to say?

00:54:28.140 You guys on the left, think by putting him in there, you're going to silence him.

00:54:32.420 Steve Bannon's voice will not be silenced while he's in there.

00:54:35.460 And War Room will not be silenced.

00:54:38.300 All right.

00:54:39.540 Whoa.

00:54:41.240 OK, I want to turn.

00:54:42.340 I want to thank Real America's Voice.

00:54:43.800 I want to thank all the media for coming out here today, including the—

00:54:48.140 I tell you, if this is a lesson that we can help CNN and NBC and ABC News,

00:54:53.440 you know, our brethren over there, they're a little misguided.

00:54:57.080 And Fox News, the Murdochs, this is just a step that we make in that direction, OK?

00:55:02.920 Rob Sig, Parker Sig, Brian Glenn, our great reporter, Harry, the production team,

00:55:08.220 want to thank everybody that did this.

00:55:11.140 We're going to pass it back to the studio.

00:55:12.940 Remember, just two things, victory or death.

00:55:15.480 And what I mean by that, we either win or you're going to have the death of a constitutional republic.

00:55:20.900 It's next man up.

00:55:22.200 Everybody here, you've got to step into the breach.

00:55:25.060 Everybody in the home audience has got to step into the breach.

00:55:27.840 I'm going to be here, but my voice is not going to be silent.

00:55:30.540 And the reason it's not is because of you.

00:55:33.240 OK.

00:55:34.020 Father, I'd like to do a blessing.

00:55:35.120 I want to give you a blessing before you go in.

00:55:37.640 Bow your head and pray for God's blessing.

00:55:39.220 Bless you.

00:55:48.500 I'm at your service.
