00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 Mega Media.
00:00:29.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:34.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:38.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:48.000 Wednesday, 3rd of July, Anno Domini, 2024.
00:01:00.000 This is Ben Harnwell, live from Rome, here on Steve Bannon's War Room.
00:01:06.000 And it's a shame that the founder and host of this show can't be with us at the moment.
00:01:13.000 He is rotting in one of Joe Biden's federal prisons.
00:01:17.000 But something that Steve has long, long predicted is a right-wing populist nationalist revolution
00:01:25.000 that's going to take place right across the world.
00:01:28.000 And we've been tracking this in real time as it has been doing so.
00:01:33.000 And we are on the eve of something spectacular taking place in my beloved homeland,
00:01:39.000 the United Kingdom.
00:01:40.000 We're going to go live now to Raheem Kassam and Ben Berkram,
00:01:44.000 who are going to outline for us just what the developments are on the eve of this historic event
00:01:51.000 that's going to be taking place on Independence Day tomorrow.
00:01:54.000 Raheem, good morning to you.
00:01:58.000 Good morning, Ben.
00:01:59.000 Good morning, America.
00:02:00.000 And good afternoon from here in Clacton-on-Sea.
00:02:04.000 This is the parliamentary seat that Nigel Farage is fighting for,
00:02:08.000 that the election will be held tomorrow for.
00:02:11.000 And, of course, you can probably see quite a lot of fighting going on behind me here.
00:02:15.000 We are at the seconds-out gym in the constituency
00:02:19.000 where any moment the Reform Party leader, Nigel Farage,
00:02:23.000 will be walking in with legendary British boxer Derek Chisora.
00:02:27.000 This will be one of the last campaign stops on the trail.
00:02:31.000 As you say, the election is indeed tomorrow, Ben.
00:02:35.000 So it's all to play for.
00:02:36.000 And if you've had a look at the reporting we've been doing up at the National Pulse
00:02:40.000 over the last 24 hours,
00:02:42.000 while everything is being thrown at Nigel Farage and the Reform Party right now,
00:02:47.000 it does look they are cautiously optimistic about his election.
00:02:53.000 Raheem, I never thought in my life I would ever see you in a gym.
00:02:58.000 Seeing you give live broadcasts from a pub with a pint glass in hand, yes?
00:03:04.000 A gym? No.
00:03:06.000 Look, I'd like folks to go to thenationalpulse.com.
00:03:09.000 You clearly don't follow my Instagram, Ben.
00:03:12.000 I'm not on Instagram.
00:03:14.000 I'm not really...
00:03:15.000 That's a joke, right?
00:03:17.000 That is a joke.
00:03:18.000 Or do you actually do shots from the gym?
00:03:20.000 Oh, I do a lot of gym shots on my Instagram.
00:03:23.000 You know, we've got to...
00:03:24.000 I especially want the ladies of the audience knowing that.
00:03:27.000 All right, okay.
00:03:30.000 I'm going to have to check out your Instagram.
00:03:32.000 I'm not sure if I buy into this.
00:03:33.000 Doesn't quite learn to respond to that.
00:03:36.000 Yeah, I'll have to check this out because I'm not sure if I buy into it.
00:03:40.000 Okay.
00:03:41.000 Look, nationalpulse.com, you had a story up about the mail-in voting calamity in the UK.
00:03:48.000 What's going on there?
00:03:49.000 Do folks need to be alert for some kind of dodgy business taking place?
00:03:54.000 Yeah, look, Ben.
00:03:57.000 I mean, you know, everywhere it happens,
00:03:59.000 mail-in voting causes calamity, catastrophe, corruption, and cheating.
00:04:04.000 And the United Kingdom is no different.
00:04:06.000 The mail-in vote system has been dominated by the Labour Party,
00:04:10.000 who are known for their massive ballot harvesting mechanisms here.
00:04:13.000 And in addition to that, just like you've seen in the United States,
00:04:17.000 especially in the 2020 election,
00:04:19.000 you've had now issues with the mail service, the postal service,
00:04:22.000 the Royal Mail in the United Kingdom,
00:04:24.000 not managing to get people's postal votes to them on time.
00:04:27.000 So there's a huge story about that that's been breaking over the last 24 hours.
00:04:31.000 It's massively important because, you know,
00:04:34.000 so many older voters have chosen to vote by mail now
00:04:37.000 and have not actually received their ballots in time.
00:04:39.000 So what they're now being told is that actually, you know,
00:04:42.000 you're going to need to go to the polling station.
00:04:44.000 Sorry if you were planning to be on vacation.
00:04:46.000 Sorry if you didn't, you know, get your postal vote in the mail already.
00:04:51.000 You know, it's change of plans.
00:04:52.000 And for a first world, supposedly, country running an election,
00:04:55.000 it's pretty embarrassing.
00:04:57.000 The general election in tomorrow isn't the only election up imminently in Europe.
00:05:06.000 We've got the second round of the French elections on Sunday.
00:05:12.000 What's going on between the press?
00:05:14.000 The mainstream media and the press seem to be hard in on an apparent expression of Nigel Farage.
00:05:21.000 Again, referring to the National Pulse, you've done the breakdown on this,
00:05:25.000 but that he's alleged to have said that Marine Le Pen will be a disaster.
00:05:31.000 Could you quickly just give a bit of background about that
00:05:34.000 and draw the necessary conclusions for us?
00:05:38.000 Yeah, absolutely, Ben.
00:05:39.000 It's a really interesting and important point
00:05:42.000 because a small publication here in the United Kingdom
00:05:45.000 did a brief interview with Nigel Farage in Birmingham just a few days ago.
00:05:50.000 And instead of quoting him at length as to what he said,
00:05:54.000 they literally just pulled the word disaster out of his interview
00:05:57.000 and attributed that to comments about Marine Le Pen.
00:06:00.000 Now, obviously, I asked Nigel Farage what he meant by that.
00:06:03.000 He said no.
00:06:04.000 I've said that some of the economic policies that she's expressed over the past decade or so
00:06:08.000 would be a disaster for France if they got implemented.
00:06:11.000 However, he is very supportive of her party,
00:06:13.000 is very supportive of their attitude towards the EU,
00:06:15.000 very supportive of their attitude towards immigration,
00:06:17.000 very supportive of their attitude towards populism,
00:06:20.000 listening to the man on the street,
00:06:21.000 and making sure that, you know, people like globalists,
00:06:24.000 like Emmanuel Macron, are kept out of power.
00:06:28.000 And that's what's happening in France right now.
00:06:30.000 So much so that Macron is now turning to the far left,
00:06:33.000 to the communist Marxists like Jean-Luc Mélenchon,
00:06:35.000 looking for a deal to take place in the second round of voting.
00:06:39.000 But, no, I can say that we fact-checked the fake news reports
00:06:44.000 from the UnHerd website, The Telegraph and The Express,
00:06:47.000 and Nigel Farage is nothing but supportive of Marine Le Pen's Assemble Monash.
00:06:51.000 Now, this is what they do, Ben.
00:06:53.000 They try to drive the wedge.
00:06:54.000 They publish fake news.
00:06:55.000 They're trying to cause, you know, an upset for the populist right,
00:06:58.000 both here in the United Kingdom and obviously in France too.
00:07:02.000 I suspect at this point it might be just a little too late for their games.
00:07:07.000 How's the one argument that the Tories are trying to use,
00:07:13.000 that a vote for Reform UK is basically an extra vote for Labour?
00:07:18.000 That's their one argument that has apparently some small degree of resonance.
00:07:24.000 In your experience out there in the UK right now, talking to people,
00:07:29.000 is that actually going to have, because they have no record,
00:07:34.000 the Tories have no record to stand on.
00:07:36.000 They're pretending to be in opposition.
00:07:38.000 They're campaigning like an opposition,
00:07:39.000 saying what they would do if they had another five years,
00:07:42.000 which is always a worrying sign that the government has provided nothing but failure.
00:07:48.000 But this argument, this scare tactic,
00:07:51.000 what kind of resonance in reality are you detecting around that?
00:07:54.000 Well, look, unfortunately they have hit upon two things,
00:07:59.000 and we saw this take place in 2015 as well,
00:08:01.000 when the scare tactic at the time was,
00:08:03.000 if you vote for Nigel Farage in the UK Independence Party,
00:08:06.000 you may end up with the Scottish Nationalist Party in coalition government
00:08:10.000 with Jeremy Corbyn's Labour Party, or Ed Miliband's Labour Party.
00:08:15.000 At the time, it worked.
00:08:18.000 They managed to convince enough people, just enough people,
00:08:21.000 to keep UKIP down, to keep Nigel Farage out of Parliament,
00:08:24.000 and they're deploying a sort of similar tactic here as well.
00:08:27.000 The difference this time, Ben, is that everybody knows,
00:08:30.000 everybody serious knows that tomorrow night we'll find out
00:08:33.000 that the Labour Party has won a stonking great huge majority in the House of Commons,
00:08:38.000 and so it's allowing people a little bit more to be able to vote with their hearts,
00:08:42.000 rather than voting along tactical lines.
00:08:44.000 The other big scare tactic that they're using at the moment is that,
00:08:48.000 you know, Nigel is somehow tied to Russia.
00:08:50.000 We've heard it all before with the Trump, with the Russiagate stuff.
00:08:52.000 They're now doing it here as well with the Reform Party.
00:08:55.000 And believe me, having seen enough of the Reform Party's offices here in Clacton, in London,
00:09:01.000 I could tell you, if Putin is funding that, he's not doing a very good job of it.
00:09:05.000 It's a bare-bones operation. The charge, the allegation that they are somehow in cahoots
00:09:12.000 with any foreign government authority politician is an absolute nonsense.
00:09:16.000 But it didn't stop the former Prime Minister, Boris Johnson,
00:09:19.000 going up yesterday in front of a party audience of so-called Conservatives
00:09:23.000 and making the allegation again.
00:09:24.000 He, in fact, called Nigel Farage a Kremlin crawler
00:09:28.000 and said that the Putinistas would be helping the Corbynistas in for the American audience.
00:09:33.000 That is the far-left Jeremy Corbyn, who used to lead the Labour Party.
00:09:39.000 So, you know, there's more of this like people have seen before, like you've seen in the United States.
00:09:45.000 And I think we're just moments away from seeing Nigel Farage here in the Seconds Out gym in Clacton-on-Sea.
00:09:52.000 Well, if there was one person I was never expecting to see in a gym being you,
00:09:59.000 the second person I'd never expect really, you know, even if I went to Nigel Farage's Instagram
00:10:05.000 and saw pictures of him working out in the gym, I'd say it was photoshopped.
00:10:09.000 So this is, well, at least he's not bungee jumping, as I think Ed Davey over the Liberal Democrats is doing.
00:10:16.000 When was the last time you were in a gym?
00:10:18.000 I've never been in a gym. I've never been in a gym in my life.
00:10:25.000 This is my daily exercise, OK? This is my daily exercise.
00:10:30.000 And I make sure I keep my reps up when it comes to that.
00:10:35.000 And I'm perfectly happy with that.
00:10:37.000 Listen, whilst we've got you here, I saw that Richard Tice had made a statement yesterday
00:10:44.000 talking about a complete realignment of the right.
00:10:47.000 What are you looking at when you're there and you're seeing these, the provisional estimations coming in?
00:10:53.000 What are you expecting to see take place in the House of Commons and in the broader political sphere generally after July the 4th tomorrow?
00:11:03.000 Yeah, well, just to sort of break it down for the American audience, you know, the Conservative Party is sort of governed to the centre left.
00:11:10.000 A lot of wokery, a lot of high taxation, multiple lockdowns during Covid, you know, a lot of quantitative easing, money printing, so on and so forth.
00:11:19.000 And they sort of represent the rhino faction of the broader right in British politics.
00:11:25.000 They have now governed for 14 years. They have, you know, supported the Ukraine war.
00:11:31.000 Boris Johnson, as I mentioned, has actually been one of the critical lobbyists for war, an anti-peace lobbyist, as it were.
00:11:38.000 When the Accords were first written up in, I think, 2022, he was the one that flew over there to Zelensky and said,
00:11:44.000 please don't sign this, you know, we need more war, we need more defence spending.
00:11:48.000 And you're starting to see just a sort of general disaffection with the Conservative Party.
00:11:53.000 So, yes, a lot of votes will move over to Nigel Farage's Reform Party.
00:11:57.000 There is a lot of talk about kind of a reverse takeover of the Conservative Party through the Reform Party.
00:12:03.000 But you can't forget at the same time, unfortunately, as Ben Berquam and I discussed on a special that we've yet to air on this very subject from Clacton on Sea,
00:12:13.000 the Labour Party will be in majority and quite a huge majority as well.
00:12:17.000 So things are probably likely to get far, far worse in terms of woke and left-wing policies plaguing Britain than before they get better.
00:12:24.000 Now, Nigel Farage has a long-term plan here. He doesn't expect to win in this election.
00:12:29.000 The Reform Party are predicted to win anywhere between one and 17 seats.
00:12:34.000 It's very hard to tell, given the fact that they're coming from a standing start, basically.
00:12:39.000 This party didn't even really truly exist at the last major general election.
00:12:43.000 And so he has a five-year plan to make sure that he is the official opposition in the House of Commons,
00:12:49.000 make sure that he is making the loudest noise on behalf of ordinary Britons,
00:12:53.000 ordinary members of the British public who have been let down and ignored for so long.
00:12:57.000 But it will take a lot of work. It will take a lot of money. It will take a lot of time. It will take a lot of resources.
00:13:02.000 And one of the things that the political establishment has figured out is actually,
00:13:07.000 with so many candidates, 650 candidates for Reform standing in this election,
00:13:11.000 it's very easy to find one or two who have made some odd, awkward, rude,
00:13:16.000 and even, you know, they would say racist comments over the past, you know, 10 years of their lives.
00:13:22.000 So all of those sorts of things have managed to, a little bit,
00:13:25.000 try to chip away at what Nigel and Reform are trying to build here.
00:13:29.000 I don't think it will really particularly get, that is a roadblock that will get in their way for the foreseeable future.
00:13:34.000 This is sort of like the Trump train and the momentum seems to be growing and growing.
00:13:43.000 Now, we're going to go a little later on in the show to France and also to the Netherlands,
00:13:49.000 which has just finally succeeded in putting its government together.
00:13:52.000 And obviously, one of the big themes, both in France and the Netherlands, is the immigration issue.
00:13:57.000 What sort of, how's that playing here in this particular election cycle?
00:14:03.000 Yeah, so a lot of people will say, and you've probably heard me say as well,
00:14:10.000 that immigration is the number one issue at this election.
00:14:13.000 I think if you were to break it down on an issues by issues basis, that is true.
00:14:17.000 But I think sort of the number one thing that I keep hearing from people is just sort of the endemic corruption, right?
00:14:23.000 Everything is broken. Nothing works. Our communities are downtrodden.
00:14:28.000 The money that's being spent is ending up in the pockets of the hyper-wealthy globalist class.
00:14:33.000 None of it is trickling down to the ordinary person.
00:14:36.000 Our voices are not heard. Our kids are being indoctrinated.
00:14:39.000 You know, it's the kind of, it's the broader sort of disaffection I worry about with the British public,
00:14:45.000 especially when we talk about days like tomorrow, especially when we talk about going out and voting.
00:14:51.000 There are so many people, I think, who may just sort of throw their hands up in the air and say,
00:14:55.000 why bother? Nothing ever changes.
00:14:58.000 And that is the big challenge for Nigel Miller's Reform Party is actually to say to people,
00:15:03.000 and I encourage people to look this up, places like Jaywick, J-A-Y-W-I-C-K,
00:15:08.000 are just, they have been so left behind for so very long that it's even,
00:15:13.000 it's even sort of problematic to approach them and say, no, listen, we are listening.
00:15:17.000 We're the party that's listening. We want to change things.
00:15:19.000 And so for Nigel Miller Reform, it's not just a standing start.
00:15:23.000 It's also an uphill battle.
00:15:25.000 A lot of the data that we're seeing out of their support at a local level are typically voters
00:15:32.000 who either didn't vote in the last several general elections, they may have voted in the Brexit referendum.
00:15:37.000 You know, the largest democratic mandate that this country has ever seen.
00:15:42.000 But besides that, they don't really believe that politics can be changed out of the ballot box.
00:15:48.000 Well, it's a very dangerous situation for a country to be in.
00:15:52.000 And I think that's probably one of the globalist sociopathic overlords' great tactics
00:15:58.000 is to try to instill this sense of apathy in the people by convincing them
00:16:04.000 that all the changes they would like to see are impossible to achieve, impossible to affect,
00:16:09.000 because they've wrapped everything in on a supranational level via judicial activism.
00:16:17.000 What's going on about behind you right now, Raheem?
00:16:20.000 I can see a photographer.
00:16:21.000 Can your savings weather an economic storm?
00:16:23.000 Think about what you've put away for the future.
00:16:26.000 Inflation can render cash worthless.
00:16:29.000 Real estate can crash like in 2008.
00:16:32.000 Economies built on a mountain of debt can fall like a house of cards.
00:16:36.000 There are very few physical assets you can invest in that can stand the test of time.
00:16:42.000 Gold has withstood this as a valued form of money for millennia.
00:16:47.000 I actually think for 8,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:16:51.000 It's why people are flocking to it now and why Birch Gold is busier than ever.
00:16:55.000 Through a little-known tax loophole, Birch Gold lets you convert a retirement account
00:17:00.000 into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold.
00:17:04.000 And the best part, it doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:17:07.000 Let me repeat that.
00:17:08.000 It doesn't cost you a penny out of pocket.
00:17:11.000 To learn more about this, to immerse yourself in information, text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N,
00:17:16.000 to 989898 and claim your free info kit on gold.
00:17:21.000 Let me ask you this again.
00:17:24.000 Can your IRA or 401k weather an economic storm because a storm's coming?
00:17:29.000 If it can't, call the people I trust.
00:17:32.000 That's Birch Gold.
00:17:33.000 Text Bannon to 989898.
00:17:36.000 Secure your savings today.
00:17:38.000 Birch Gold Group.
00:17:40.000 Which is moving into place.
00:17:41.000 Yeah.
00:17:42.000 I was just about to say, Ben, I think we're seeing the arrival of the man right now.
00:17:47.000 We're going to pivot to the front door with Nigel Farage walking into the gym here in Clacton-on-Sea.
00:17:53.000 This is the second out gym in Clacton-on-Sea.
00:17:56.000 This is the political constituency that Nigel Farage is fighting.
00:17:59.000 You see to his right, Derek Chisora, who is a legendary British boxer.
00:18:04.000 I think he's got perhaps one of the owners or managers of the gym with him on the left there.
00:18:10.000 But yeah, this is the Farage train rolling in here for one of the last big public events before polls open tomorrow.
00:18:18.000 We are just hours away now from polls opening in the United Kingdom.
00:18:22.000 We are just hours away from knowing the fate, not just of the governing Conservative Party, but of course of Nigel Farage and his reform party, Ben.
00:18:32.000 This is an interesting moment, a deeply, deeply fascinating period of time to be broadcasting here out of England.
00:18:40.000 And of course, after this, we'll be heading straight over to Paris for Real America's Voice to bring you more coverage from Europe.
00:18:46.000 But there you have it. Nigel Farage is here at the seconds out gym.
00:18:49.000 He will address, by the way, a huge rally of activists and supporters on the Clacton pier this afternoon and evening.
00:18:57.000 We'll be trying to bring coverage to Real America's Voice from that as well.
00:19:02.000 But yeah, you've seen it on your screens right now for his Farage and still a lot of fighting going on.
00:19:07.000 Well, you can certainly get a sense of the electricity in the atmosphere just by watching this over on the screen right now, Raheem.
00:19:16.000 Will Nigel be making a few words at some point in his visit here to the seconds out gym?
00:19:23.000 Well, I was hoping that he'd be he'd be dressed for it and go and spar a little bit in the ring.
00:19:29.000 But I don't know if he'll be doing that in his suit and tie this morning.
00:19:33.000 But or this afternoon, I should say here in the United Kingdom.
00:19:36.000 But I should expect he would I should expect, especially given how many reporters are present, I should expect he'll say a few words, maybe maybe throw a few punches in the ring with Derek Chisora as well.
00:19:46.000 So we'll we'll hang about here and we'll keep you abreast of that situation as to as to whether or not he he he addresses the crowd.
00:19:53.000 But he will be making, as I say, a huge address out on the Clacton Pier this evening.
00:19:57.000 It is their eve of poll rally.
00:19:59.000 And for anybody who's ever had anything to do with British politics, that is indeed a major, major occasion.
00:20:04.000 So they'll be hoping for a turnout of hundreds and hundreds on the on the stage there this evening.
00:20:09.000 And right now, as you can see, Ben, if we can pivot over back there, I think he's signing autographs now and and trying to try to say, you know, he's grateful to the people here at the gym because they are supporters as well.
00:20:21.000 If you come with me here, I'll show you that they've got up on the wall and they've got up on the wall here a Reform UK sign.
00:20:28.000 And we'll just get you some more shots from the media scrum here also.
00:20:36.000 And there he is, the leader of the UK Reform Party, Nigel Farage, always always a smile on his face.
00:20:41.000 I will say that about him, Ben.
00:20:44.000 I like the visuals of this, the sort of pugilistic fighting aspect of Nigel Farage coming into a gym where there's all the boxing, practicing going on.
00:20:56.000 Because, you know, at the end of the day, that's actually really the spirit that you want to see in an elected official, right?
00:21:03.000 In your member parliament, you want to see someone with the Coglioni who's going to come out there and fight for his values, fight for your values, and not just supinely cower away like conservatives hiding behind a few platitudes whilst doing nothing.
00:21:20.000 I think that's right.
00:21:23.000 That's right. And you can probably see as well in the shot that they've got Reform Party logos on their boxing gloves.
00:21:30.000 So they've come fully prepared for this.
00:21:32.000 And I think you're absolutely correct in why they're here on the eve of Pole is to show the fighting spirit.
00:21:40.000 I believe, indeed, Nigel Farage once published a book called The Fighting Bull.
00:21:44.000 So this is probably the best spot that they could have been.
00:21:48.000 And as I say, they're supporters here.
00:21:50.000 You know, the people who are running the actual gym are big Reform fans.
00:21:54.000 We've seen Reform placards, posters, banners all over the constituency over the last couple of weeks.
00:22:00.000 So, as I say, I think it's time for some cautious optimism.
00:22:04.000 Maybe we can get a question in very quickly.
00:22:07.000 Nigel, how's the campaign going so far?
00:22:09.000 It's going very well.
00:22:11.000 I mean, goodness me, I've been doing this one month exactly.
00:22:13.000 So it's a very short campaign.
00:22:15.000 We're making a lot of noise.
00:22:16.000 And there's actually a debate now about issues.
00:22:19.000 Thank goodness.
00:22:20.000 All right, don't hit me.
00:22:21.000 He's got the gloves on.
00:22:22.000 I wouldn't be scared of me.
00:22:23.000 It's him.
00:22:24.000 I'd be scared of you.
00:22:25.000 He's got the gloves on.
00:22:26.000 You heard it there first.
00:22:27.000 From the horse's mouth, Nigel Farage here at the Seconds Out gym, live for Real America's Voice.
00:22:33.000 Raheem, thanks so much to you.
00:22:35.000 Thanks for Ben Burkram as well, doing his silent role today, assisting you with this.
00:22:41.000 And thanks, by the way, for getting us a few words for the war.
00:22:44.000 Thanks, Ben.
00:22:45.000 Thanks, Raheem, for getting us a few words.
00:22:47.000 Thanks, Ben.
00:22:48.000 Cheers.
00:22:49.000 You're doing a great job, Ben.
00:22:50.000 Godspeed.
00:22:51.000 Thanks, Raheem.
00:22:52.000 Before you jump, where can folks stay up with all the great work that you're putting out?
00:22:57.000 Where do they go?
00:22:58.000 Yeah, make sure you're following Ben Burkram on social media.
00:23:01.000 He's got a lot more video and stuff on his Twitter and his Instagram.
00:23:05.000 We're doing more coverage at thenationalpulse.com and, of course, at Raheem Kassam on all the
00:23:09.000 social media platforms, too.
00:23:10.000 We'll stay rolling here.
00:23:11.000 If you need to come back to us, we'll be here for you, Ben.
00:23:14.000 Bless you.
00:23:15.000 Thanks so much for him.
00:23:16.000 God bless.
00:23:17.000 And I'll catch up with you in the show later.
00:23:20.000 Great.
00:23:21.000 Well, that was great to hear a few words from Nigel Farage, the man himself.
00:23:26.000 And we'll find out within 24 hours time whether he's going to have the two letters MP after
00:23:33.000 his name.
00:23:35.000 We are now going to France, as we just briefly mentioned.
00:23:40.000 We're going to talk to Jérôme Rivière, who has had a number of roles in his political
00:23:45.000 career.
00:23:46.000 He's actually been, let's call it, say, the majority leader for the national rally in the
00:23:50.000 European Parliament.
00:23:51.000 He's also been the vice president, having left the rally, went over and joined the reconquest
00:23:58.000 movement headed by Eric Zemmour.
00:24:00.000 And I thought he'd be, having just completed a term in the European Parliament just a couple
00:24:04.000 of days ago, I thought he'd be the perfect guy to sort of help navigate what's going on in France for us right now.
00:24:14.000 And as we saw, as we hit on the show, I think Marine Le Pen's party, the national rally, they've got
00:24:21.000 about 30, 32, 33 percent last Sunday.
00:24:26.000 And the deadline was at 6 p.m. yesterday for candidates, assuming they hit the 12.5 percent
00:24:36.000 threshold, I think it was, to go through to the second and final and decisive round this
00:24:41.000 Sunday.
00:24:42.000 The big issue, Jérôme, that I'd like to ask you, is what's going on in the background?
00:24:48.000 Because there's the talk of coalitions between this new united left and the unbowed, and then
00:24:56.000 you've got Macron, and they're all sort of panicking, saying how can we drop out if we're
00:25:01.000 in third place, to give the party that was in second place a better chance in defeating
00:25:07.000 the rally on Sunday.
00:25:09.000 Can you give us sort of an analysis?
00:25:11.000 And good morning, by the way.
00:25:12.000 Nice to see you.
00:25:13.000 Yes.
00:25:14.000 Hi, Ben.
00:25:15.000 Can you give us some kind of analysis?
00:25:17.000 What happened?
00:25:18.000 What is the speculation following the 6 p.m. deadline yesterday?
00:25:21.000 And how is this sort of, what are the projections looking like for this Sunday?
00:25:28.000 Hi, Ben.
00:25:29.000 It's good to be with you.
00:25:30.000 And it is a very exciting time in France, but all over Europe.
00:25:35.000 I just saw Nigel Farage, I think that the ideas that we have been fighting for, which
00:25:40.000 is a revival of nations, are going to be winning ideas, especially in France, but I hope for
00:25:47.000 the same in the UK and here with President Donald Trump having a great momentum.
00:25:54.000 So what's going on in France is that we are renewing the Congress.
00:25:57.000 After the European election, Macron, President Macron, freaked out because he was badly defeated
00:26:02.000 at the European election.
00:26:04.000 And he thought he has the power as president to kick the Congress out and recall election.
00:26:09.000 He did that hoping that the French people would be scared of the national rally and would
00:26:14.000 give him a clear majority.
00:26:15.000 What happened, in fact, is that the national rally came in first by a very large margin.
00:26:21.000 And at the same time, the French people were voting in mass.
00:26:25.000 We have reached 67% of people voting last Sunday, which is 20% more compared to the previous
00:26:34.000 legislative election.
00:26:35.000 So it is a huge turnout, meaning that the French people are very excited by this election.
00:26:42.000 The issue with our system is the fact that, as you mentioned, any candidate that reaches
00:26:49.000 12.5% of the electoral corp can remain for the second round.
00:26:55.000 Our elections are two rounds.
00:26:57.000 At the first round, anybody can run.
00:26:59.000 The second round, you need to have reached 12.5% of the electoral corp in your district.
00:27:05.000 So there were around 310, um, places, district in which three candidates, sometimes four candidates,
00:27:15.000 were able to run.
00:27:16.000 Uh, but in most of them, the national rally is ahead.
00:27:19.000 So, as you said, some people were freaking out and they are trying to revive some kind
00:27:25.000 of, uh, of, of front, common front.
00:27:28.000 But this is, this is really a, a disgusting, uh, gesture because right now people that were
00:27:35.000 with Macron that are running as candidate for backing Macron's policy are making alliances
00:27:41.000 with extreme left, anti-Semitic candidates that have been pledging, uh, to do terrible
00:27:49.000 things to France if they get elected.
00:27:51.000 So what we are seeing is a, is a move by the people that feel that the national rally is
00:27:57.000 going to win to make a coalition that makes no sense.
00:28:01.000 They have no common policies.
00:28:03.000 They have no common views on what France future is going to be, but 210 candidates out
00:28:10.000 of the 310 backed out, which gives a better fighting chances for Macron's candidate.
00:28:17.000 And in some cases for the extreme left candidates, but I believe that this is definitely not going
00:28:23.000 to be sufficient to make the electors forget what Macron's policies were.
00:28:29.000 And I, I expect we're going to have a large turnout and I expect that the national rally
00:28:34.000 and its allies, one has to say that the, the, the French Republican Party led by, uh, Eric
00:28:40.000 Ciotti was a, a congressman from Nice decided to join forces with national rallies.
00:28:45.000 This is a very first time in the history of French politics that, uh, another major party aligned
00:28:52.000 itself with national rally.
00:28:53.000 I think that together they, they will have the majority of, uh, of, uh, members in Congress
00:29:00.000 on, uh, this Sunday.
00:29:02.000 So, um, let's just, let's just, uh, confirm that your, your, your speculation is then after,
00:29:10.000 um, how many candidates, by the way, did drop out yesterday?
00:29:15.000 210.
00:29:16.000 210 candidates.
00:29:17.000 Yeah.
00:29:18.000 There were 310, 310 district where you had three candidates.
00:29:24.000 And so two thirds basically backed out all of the, all of the extreme left candidates.
00:29:30.000 They had received very strong, uh, instruction from the party to, to back out.
00:29:35.000 So all the, the, the, the, the people from this, this parties, when they were in third
00:29:41.000 position backed out, uh, on the other hand, for the people that were backing out Macron,
00:29:47.000 some of them refused to do so.
00:29:49.000 And I think it is quite, it is, it makes quite some sense because two weeks ago, two weeks ago,
00:29:55.000 Macron was explaining how Mélenchon, who is the leader of the extreme left, was represented
00:30:02.000 by Macron.
00:30:03.000 And I think that everything that we French people stand against is antisemitic.
00:30:07.000 He doesn't believe in, uh, in any control of any type of immigration.
00:30:13.000 He wants massive immigration in France.
00:30:16.000 And he promised a huge increase of taxes as soon as he gets in power.
00:30:21.000 So Macron aligning himself with him makes no sense at all.
00:30:24.000 And I think that the, the French people are looking through the moves that are made by
00:30:29.000 the party and are not going to give the votes neither to the extreme left, not to Macron.
00:30:34.000 So the national rally will, and it's a lie, uh, the Republican party will, will end up first
00:30:40.000 on Sunday.
00:30:41.000 Well, we've just got about a minute left before we head over to the break, but I just want to
00:30:46.000 just confirm something that you said.
00:30:48.000 Your, your speculation is then that between the rally and Les Républicains, there will be
00:30:55.000 an absolute majority over 289 seats.
00:30:59.000 That's what, that's what I believe.
00:31:01.000 And this is what I truly hope.
00:31:02.000 Otherwise, France will be in a very tough position.
00:31:05.000 We won't be able to do it anyway.
00:31:07.000 Okay.
00:31:08.000 We're here with Jérôme Rivière.
00:31:10.000 Uh, thanks very much, very much.
00:31:12.000 Hold on till after the break and then we'll come straight back.
00:31:14.000 Thanks very much.
00:31:18.000 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.
00:31:24.000 First, think back to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:31:28.000 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email
00:31:34.000 and tracking our movement across the internet.
00:31:36.000 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence
00:31:41.000 and New York Times bestselling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:31:49.000 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:31:57.000 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:32:08.000 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:32:14.000 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:32:21.000 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:32:26.000 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:32:32.000 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:32:34.000 That's RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:32:36.000 Now, to see the video.
00:32:38.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Banff.
00:32:43.000 Welcome back, folks.
00:32:45.000 If you've just joined us after the break, I'm here with Jérôme Rivière,
00:32:49.000 who's just completed a term in the European Parliament just a couple of days ago.
00:32:54.000 And he's navigating through to us what we might be expecting on Sunday.
00:32:59.000 Now, am I wrong, Jérôme? Am I wrong?
00:33:01.000 This would be a fundamental transformation, wouldn't it?
00:33:04.000 Not only for France, but for the European Union as well.
00:33:08.000 You know, France and Germany are often called the motor of the European Union.
00:33:12.000 If France leaves the globalist clutches of Emmanuel Macron
00:33:18.000 and decisively comes over to the national rally,
00:33:21.000 that has implications beyond France itself.
00:33:25.000 It has, and via the European Union, basically for the world itself,
00:33:30.000 this is a very important thing that will fundamentally define, I think,
00:33:35.000 the trajectory of political discourse for the next generation or so.
00:33:40.000 I agree with you, Ben. It is very important.
00:33:43.000 But it goes with a momentum that began a while ago in other countries,
00:33:48.000 such as Hungary, where you have, where Viktor Orban is leading his country
00:33:54.000 toward non-globalist policies.
00:33:57.000 It's the same thing with Italy and Georgia Meloni.
00:34:00.000 So I think the fact that France is going to be led by an IRN majority
00:34:07.000 will change the shape of the European Union.
00:34:11.000 It will have to take into account the desire of the people.
00:34:14.000 It is something that has been ignored for so many years.
00:34:18.000 We have to understand that in France, we usually have referendum,
00:34:22.000 which is asking the people what they believe about specific subjects.
00:34:26.000 The last one was held in 2005.
00:34:29.000 And this referendum was about a European constitution.
00:34:32.000 Basically, the European Union wanted to give itself a constitution
00:34:37.000 to become some kind of United States of Europe.
00:34:40.000 The French people and other, like the Netherlands people, refused it.
00:34:43.000 They backed out and it was a clear no during this referendum.
00:34:48.000 The thing is, a couple of years later,
00:34:50.000 President Sarkozy made some kind of deal
00:34:53.000 and through Congress imposed some kind of constitution,
00:34:57.000 a smaller kind, but imposed it against the will of the people.
00:35:01.000 And since 2005, the French people have never been consulted on anything.
00:35:06.000 I believe that the turnout that we have seen last Sunday
00:35:09.000 shows that they want to be heard
00:35:11.000 and they want to express themselves.
00:35:13.000 The globalist position that Macron
00:35:16.000 and before him, Hollande and Sarkozy led them to,
00:35:19.000 they don't want this anymore.
00:35:21.000 And they are fed up.
00:35:22.000 It led to poverty.
00:35:24.000 It led to insecurity.
00:35:26.000 It led to massive immigration.
00:35:28.000 And massive immigration is massive insecurity in France.
00:35:32.000 So this is going to change indeed the way Europe
00:35:35.000 is going to go towards the future.
00:35:37.000 And I'm very excited about it.
00:35:39.000 Now, let me read to you a quote, if I may,
00:35:44.000 from Marine Le Pen.
00:35:46.000 She said, there's a push.
00:35:48.000 I think she said this just recently.
00:35:49.000 There's a push for Islamist fundamentalism in France,
00:35:53.000 which is helped by the political class, the present political class.
00:35:57.000 It's a major danger for our freedoms.
00:36:00.000 I find the veiling of little girls appalling.
00:36:04.000 It puts us all on the verge of nausea.
00:36:08.000 Now, I think the anti-immigration position of the national rally is its signature policy,
00:36:16.000 which obviously I know you share 100%.
00:36:19.000 You perhaps, if I may frame it like this, but you go,
00:36:23.000 you personally go slightly beyond the immigration issue itself.
00:36:28.000 And you're more sort of, in addition to the immigration issue,
00:36:32.000 you're very much interested in the wider influence and aspects
00:36:36.000 regarding the battle for civilization, right?
00:36:39.000 The battle for Western civilization.
00:36:41.000 Now, I know you know, obviously, very well, Marine Le Pen.
00:36:44.000 You know, Jordan Vardella, the presumed, hopefully, new prime minister,
00:36:50.000 incoming prime minister.
00:36:51.000 Knowing these people as well as you do, what, and given your background
00:36:57.000 and your passion for defending this idea of Christendom,
00:37:03.000 the elder daughter, the eldest daughter of the church, traditionally France, right?
00:37:09.000 Knowing these people as you do, what sort of things can we expect to see
00:37:15.000 in a new national rally government?
00:37:19.000 I think that the very first thing you will see is the fact that the French laws
00:37:25.000 will be put into action.
00:37:27.000 In France, for example, we have had recently a lot of, you know, people stabbed,
00:37:34.000 killed by immigrants that were illegally in France.
00:37:39.000 So I think that the first move of a Jordan Vardella-led government would be to make sure
00:37:45.000 that every decision by a court to kick out an illegal immigrant will be put into effect.
00:37:53.000 Right now, you have less than 1% of the court decisions that are put into motion.
00:37:58.000 I think that you will see 100% of the court decision put into motion.
00:38:03.000 Then there will be a discussion with all the country where immigrants are coming from
00:38:08.000 to decide how they can have the illegal immigrant brought back to them.
00:38:14.000 Right now, they do refuse, but we have a lot of tools that can be used.
00:38:19.000 For example, in a lot of those countries, the French government is giving money for development.
00:38:25.000 So we are going to tell them, Jordan Vardella will tell them, look,
00:38:29.000 if you don't take your illegal immigrants back, we are not going to give you development money.
00:38:34.000 And I believe this is what President Trump did with a couple of countries when he was a sitting president.
00:38:40.000 I think what you are going to see is a policy that will be serious about regulating immigration.
00:38:48.000 And regarding the very important subject of civilization, I think that we will implement the laws in France that say that France is a lay country.
00:38:58.000 It is quite different from the United States, but one has to understand, especially when you are here,
00:39:04.000 the immigration that you face in the United States is very different from the immigration we face in Europe,
00:39:10.000 and especially in France.
00:39:11.000 People that are coming are coming with a very aggressive vision of Islam.
00:39:16.000 And a lot of them are saying that they want France to change and they want to make France an Islamic country.
00:39:22.000 We do not want that. The French people do not want that.
00:39:24.000 So this is going to be something important to say, France is a lay country.
00:39:29.000 You can practice any religion you want, but you cannot impose your religion on others.
00:39:35.000 Well, Jerome, from your lips to God's ear, I think this would be an important transformation to see in France.
00:39:45.000 And then that will have obviously an impact on the rest of the wider European Union and the rest of the world as well.
00:39:53.000 Listen, I'll ask you now if you can come back on the show next week after we have had the results out from the second round
00:40:00.000 and help break those results down for us.
00:40:03.000 In the meantime, Jerome, where can people continue to stay in touch with your thoughts and your analysis on social media as these events unfold?
00:40:15.000 Thank you. I'll definitely be happy to come next week.
00:40:18.000 But you can follow me on my Twitter handler.
00:40:20.000 It's Jerome, J-E-R-O-M-E, underscore Revere, R-I-V-I-E-R-E, as shown on TV right now.
00:40:28.000 Thank you very much.
00:40:30.000 Jerome, wonderful, wonderful to catch up with you.
00:40:32.000 Thanks so much for coming on the show.
00:40:34.000 And we'll catch up with you next week.
00:40:36.000 Thank you for having me, Ben. Bye.
00:40:38.000 Thank you. God bless. Bye-bye.
00:40:40.000 Well, now, so this is interesting, because we haven't planned it like this, but it is interesting how the various themes here lead from one to the other.
00:40:50.000 We've just started off with Rahim in the UK talking about immigration on the agenda.
00:40:56.000 Same issue as it always is right across the world right now as this revolution continues to unroll.
00:41:06.000 Same issue, therefore, also in France.
00:41:08.000 And as I was mentioning that Jerome does have very strong interest, not only in the wider immigration issue, but specifically the impact on Western civilization in and of itself.
00:41:21.000 Now, what better way to cap up those two segments that we've just done than to go to Oklahoma, which has just mandated – and I think the word here, inverted commas, is immediately teaching the Bible in schools, I think, between the ages of 12 and 18.
00:41:43.000 To break down this is the guy we've got on the show today, the guy responsible for this, the superintendent of Oklahoma, Ryan Walters, superintendent.
00:41:53.000 Good morning to you.
00:42:01.000 Folks, I don't have any order.
00:42:03.000 Thank you very much for having me on here.
00:42:06.000 Thank you.
00:42:07.000 Could you just break down, please, for the war in policy?
00:42:10.000 What exactly has happened in Oklahoma?
00:42:13.000 Because it seems to me to be – obviously very much to be welcomed and embraced.
00:42:19.000 It seems to be a slightly similar development as to what happened in Louisiana with the Ten Commandments in schools.
00:42:28.000 There's something going on now, I think, state by state in the United States.
00:42:33.000 Break down and explain exactly what has happened in Oklahoma and why you pushed this.
00:42:40.000 I think it was pretty much part of your mandate, wasn't it, in fighting wokeism in schools when you were elected in 2022.
00:42:47.000 Absolutely.
00:42:48.000 You know, when you look at an issue like this, what you've seen in our schools is a radical left, the teachers union have come in and they pushed indoctrinating of our kids.
00:42:57.000 They've told kids to hate America.
00:42:59.000 They have lied about American history.
00:43:01.000 And one of the things that they've done is they've taken the Bible out of schools.
00:43:04.000 They say, listen, you can't talk about our rights coming from God.
00:43:07.000 You can't talk about what Abraham Lincoln talked about in so many of his speeches.
00:43:11.000 You can't talk about, you know, even Martin Luther King Jr. talking about the civil rights movement.
00:43:15.000 You know, he used biblical references throughout his speeches, throughout his letter from a Birmingham jail to justify the civil rights movement.
00:43:23.000 But the left doesn't want our kids to know about our traditions.
00:43:27.000 They don't want our kids to know about our history.
00:43:29.000 And that's where you've seen our republic completely go off the rails here.
00:43:33.000 I mean, you see what's happening to President Trump right now where they're arresting him.
00:43:37.000 They're giving this banana republic nonsense in a courtroom.
00:43:41.000 Look what they're doing to Steve Bannon right now.
00:43:43.000 Well, what you've seen is they have lied to our kids.
00:43:46.000 They won't talk about our history.
00:43:48.000 They won't talk about our traditions.
00:43:50.000 And the reality is, is this is a historical argument.
00:43:53.000 Quit lying to kids.
00:43:54.000 The reality is, is the founders cited the Bible.
00:43:57.000 Our presidents quoted the Bible extensively.
00:43:59.000 And you know what?
00:44:00.000 We're going to make sure that our kids understand that part of our history.
00:44:02.000 We want our kids to know our traditions.
00:44:04.000 We want our kids to understand American history.
00:44:06.000 And so the Bible is absolutely a part of it.
00:44:08.000 So we're very proud to be the first state in the country to put the Bible back in the classroom.
00:44:12.000 Are you in touch with other states?
00:44:16.000 Have other states reached out to you in the last day or two asking for more details over what you've done and the strategy, the successful strategy you have employed to implement this so that they can do the same thing in their own states?
00:44:33.000 Yes, sir.
00:44:34.000 We've been in contact with many states across the country.
00:44:36.000 I think, you know, we're leading the charge.
00:44:38.000 But you're going to see several states follow up.
00:44:40.000 And reality is, every state should do this.
00:44:42.000 You know, I've been talking a lot.
00:44:43.000 You know, you've heard President Trump talk about make America great again.
00:44:46.000 President Trump in his first term towards the end, he launched the 1776 Commission, which helped lay out to districts and schools across the country to say, you've got to get back to teaching what the founders said, what made America great?
00:44:58.000 What was it that they described as making America exceptional?
00:45:01.000 What did the founders say?
00:45:02.000 And so the President Trump did a tremendous job of fighting back against this wokeism in our schools to say, let's get back to understanding our history.
00:45:09.000 Let's get back to studying our history.
00:45:11.000 It's time for all states to do it.
00:45:13.000 We've got to get President Trump back in the White House so we can continue to fight on this front and do it nationally.
00:45:18.000 Because the reality is, is we are not going to be able to have a constitutional republic.
00:45:23.000 We're not going to be able to continue to be the greatest country in the history of the world if our kids don't even understand our history and how we got to this point.
00:45:30.000 I'm going to ask you if you can hold on over the break, which we have coming up in a minute or so.
00:45:37.000 In the meantime, could you just say something about you personally?
00:45:41.000 What does the Bible, Holy Scripture, the Word of God mean to you personally?
00:45:47.000 That's a great question.
00:45:49.000 And I want to give you a little bit more context, too.
00:45:51.000 My background before I came into this position, I was a history teacher.
00:45:54.000 So for 10 years, I taught a history class to public school students in the state of Oklahoma.
00:45:59.000 And one of the things is, how do you teach these core concepts I just talked about?
00:46:03.000 Why did the pilgrims come to America?
00:46:05.000 What were they talking about?
00:46:06.000 What religious freedom exactly were they describing?
00:46:08.000 What were we talking about with the Mayflower Compact?
00:46:11.000 You see throughout American history that you've got to have an understanding of the Bible.
00:46:15.000 And frankly, in world history, right, you have to have an understanding of that.
00:46:18.000 And for the left to claim that you're going to go to a history class, it's the number one bestselling book in American history.
00:46:24.000 It's the number one most read book in American history.
00:46:26.000 And the left says, well, that's the one book that can't be in the classroom.
00:46:29.000 That's absurd.
00:46:30.000 Okay.
00:46:31.000 Superintendent Walters, please hold on for a moment and we'll be straight back after a couple of minutes.
00:46:37.000 We're going to make an important announcement today regarding the Bible and the Ten Commandments.
00:46:43.000 My staff has been looking at Oklahoma statute.
00:46:46.000 We've been looking at Oklahoma academic standards.
00:46:49.000 And it's crystal clear to us that in the Oklahoma academic standards under Title 70, multiple occasions, the Bible is a necessary historical document to teach our kids about the history of this country, to have a complete understanding of Western civilization, to have an understanding of the basis of our legal system.
00:47:10.000 And it's frankly, we're talking about the Bible, one of the most foundational documents used for the Constitution and the birth of our country.
00:47:19.000 We also find major points in history that refer to the Bible, that reference the Bible.
00:47:25.000 We see multiple figures, whether we're talking about the Federalist Papers, constitutional, conventional arguments, and Martin Luther King Jr., who use it as a tremendous impetus for the civil rights movement, and tie many of those arguments back to the Bible.
00:47:41.000 It is essential that our kids have an understanding of the Bible and its historical context.
00:47:47.000 So we will be issuing a memo today that every school district will adhere to, which is that every teacher, every classroom in the state, will have a Bible in the classroom.
00:47:57.000 And we'll be teaching from the Bible in the classroom to ensure that this historical understanding is there for every student in the state of Oklahoma in accordance with our academic standards and state law.
00:48:13.000 Well, Superintendent Walters, the first thing I have to say is God bless you for this work.
00:48:19.000 Look, even if the left promised that they're going to do something when they're elected and they do it, I don't have a problem with that.
00:48:27.300 What I have a real problem in politics is people saying one thing, not doing it when they're elected, and then implementing a whole globalist program, which is the very opposite, really, of what people want.
00:48:38.120 But what you've done here is this is what you said you were going to do, and now you have done it.
00:48:42.800 And that has to give, you know, because we are, we do hold Republicans' feet to the fire on this show, Steve Bannon's war, and we couldn't do anything less, right?
00:48:52.240 So when you have people elected promising to do one thing and not doing it, that just drives us and the posse absolutely crazy.
00:48:59.800 What you've done here, I think, gives us a sense of renewed hope that even at the state level, change is still possible if people are willing to organize, willing to elect, select and elect committed Christians for public life.
00:49:17.160 Because, you know, we were talking with Jérôme Rivière in the previous segment about the importance of Western civilization, what Steve himself calls the Judeo-Christian West.
00:49:27.840 If we're going to have this renaissance, right, this spiritual renewal, it's not going to be really on the basis of any legislative act.
00:49:38.560 It's going to be because individuals are living their faith with Jesus Christ far more intimately and authentically and sincerely.
00:49:46.760 And that's where education is such an important part of formation, right?
00:49:52.020 That's why the left, the secularist left, and I've got the quotes here, this is why they are so up in arms against what you're doing, because they have a very radical idea of what they think the formation of the next generation should be like.
00:50:06.040 But it's not a view that has majority support.
00:50:10.080 You and your supporters have a different view.
00:50:13.000 So I think what you've done here is absolutely incredible.
00:50:17.260 Could you just say something to me about sort of a possible potential future over the next 10 years as how you might think you could map out as one state after another perhaps takes this mandatory teaching of Bibles initiative in schools that you promoted in Oklahoma?
00:50:36.100 Perhaps they take Louisiana's route about promoting the Ten Commandments in schools.
00:50:42.320 Perhaps they do both.
00:50:43.260 But what do you think the future is now, especially, of course, if Donald Trump wins in November?
00:50:49.280 You'll get a lot of support, I imagine, from the administration in that regard.
00:50:53.260 How do you see the future mapping out to the United States?
00:50:57.700 And what kind of practical difference do you see these two initiatives making?
00:51:05.420 Yeah, boy, you made a lot of great points there.
00:51:07.340 Can I say this first?
00:51:08.440 You made a great point about elected officials saying one thing and then when becoming elected, doing another.
00:51:16.000 I'm going to tell you, of course, the left is losing their mind over things like this.
00:51:19.480 But I do want to tell you and your audience something here.
00:51:22.320 I'm amazed at how many Republicans have come to me over the past year and a half and said, you know, Ryan, I know you said those things to get elected.
00:51:28.860 But, you know, when you're elected, you don't do them.
00:51:30.780 You just wait till re-election time and then go say you're going to do them again.
00:51:33.920 And I go, guys, you know, that's not how I operate.
00:51:36.980 When I looked voters in the eye and said, listen, I'm going to make a firm commitment to you.
00:51:42.000 I will fight for your values.
00:51:43.780 I will fight for your principles.
00:51:45.220 I will fight every day to move Oklahoma forward in line with the conservative values of the state.
00:51:51.180 I meant it.
00:51:52.200 And so I'm amazed at how many in my own party, how many Republican rhinos that get up here and say, no, no, no, no, you're not actually supposed to do it.
00:52:00.740 You just say it, right?
00:52:01.820 And then you govern differently.
00:52:02.960 Well, that is ridiculous.
00:52:04.540 And I am glad that Republican voters are rejecting individuals who operate that way.
00:52:09.300 And we've got to keep doing it.
00:52:10.360 To your point about President Trump, that's also why people love President Trump so much, right?
00:52:14.580 Because President Trump means what he says and he gets in there and he actually does the thing.
00:52:19.040 And here's what I would say about that.
00:52:20.580 If President Trump wins this election, and he will and he needs to, here in November, what you're going to see is, first of all, he's going to abolish the Department of Education.
00:52:27.560 It should be done.
00:52:29.080 That is a Marxist cesspool where they have pushed the most left-wing ideology onto the states from that department.
00:52:35.340 He is going to abolish it.
00:52:36.620 It will be done once and for all.
00:52:37.780 So I thank him very much for that effort.
00:52:41.140 Then, also, what you're going to see is you're going to see a push from the White House to say, listen, if we're going to teach history, you've got to teach history the right way.
00:52:49.640 So that means all states need to be adopting the same measure we have here to say, listen, you have to put the Bible back in the classroom.
00:52:57.060 We have to understand our history.
00:52:58.900 You have to understand how the Bible influenced the founders.
00:53:02.300 You have to understand how the Bible influenced the president.
00:53:04.160 So this should be in every state in the country.
00:53:06.640 And, look, the left doesn't – they can be offended.
00:53:09.040 They cannot like it.
00:53:10.120 But they cannot rewrite our history.
00:53:12.140 We cannot allow them to lie to the next generation of Americans.
00:53:15.240 Because for this country to be great again, our kids have to understand what made it great in the first place, that comes with an understanding of history.
00:53:22.180 That's how we get the country back on track.
00:53:26.140 You know, I think it was Mario Cuomo who said to campaign in poetry and govern in prose, to which I respond.
00:53:35.360 And I think this is what you're doing as well.
00:53:37.700 No, campaign in poetry and govern in dactylic hexameter.
00:53:45.240 Look, I think the Warren Posse are going to be absolutely thrilled to see what you're doing.
00:53:50.600 And they're going to want to keep an eye on you and your progress.
00:53:54.240 How can they follow you on social media and keep the great stuff you're doing?
00:54:00.660 Well, I appreciate that.
00:54:01.640 Ryan Walters, SUPT.
00:54:03.940 So Ryan Walters superintendent on Twitter.
