00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to
00:00:10.040 medieval on this people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people
00:00:16.620 the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you've tried
00:00:20.620 to do everything in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen
00:00:23.820 and where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any
00:00:31.820 of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that
00:00:38.560 answer is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band
00:00:53.820 you're here in milwaukee coming at you live from the rnc welcome to the war room it's natalie g
00:01:00.120 winters hosting today wednesday july 17th in the year of our lord 2024 i'm flanked by two war room
00:01:09.140 diehards i think you probably hold the record for the most frequently appearing guest i don't know
00:01:14.840 if that's a good thing or a bad thing well i was going to say natalie i have a face for radio but
00:01:18.760 terry takes it to a whole new level it's a low bar here in the war room it's how i got my job
00:01:23.800 i'm just saying i i'm so glad to be back you guys like blacklisted me or something it's been
00:01:29.900 weeks since i've been on we did mike took all my spots we've been wanting to bet on transgender
00:01:35.520 athletes and female swimming that's how war room's been making up the lost sponsorship money and your
00:01:40.820 advocacy has made that really hard oh yeah you get it done in 24 states when you protect girls sports
00:01:45.760 in 24 states it's going to make it a lot harder to bet on it true true and speaking of 24 states it
00:01:50.240 seems like there's almost 24 states that they're bringing cases against president trump
00:01:53.780 right we know they just dismissed or at least as of yesterday last time you were on uh the florida's
00:01:58.500 classified documents case but it seems like uh jack smith is trying to re-up that case reintroduce
00:02:04.000 it can you walk us through those efforts if you think they're going to prevail or what the future
00:02:07.960 of that case looks like yes judge eileen cannon correctly ruled that jack smith's appointment of
00:02:14.980 as special counsel violated the appointments clause and the appropriations clause of the constitution
00:02:20.500 because the special counsel office was just made up it was made up through through fiats through the
00:02:26.780 justice department it was not created by statute which is required under the constitution we had a we
00:02:31.920 had an office of the independent counsel before by statutes and congress let it lapse after ken
00:02:37.340 star's investigation of clinton and so the justice department wanted to be able to keep doing this
00:02:43.180 and so they created the special counsel office which is not supervised on a day-to-day basis by a
00:02:49.460 senate-confirmed officer of the united states like the attorney general or the deputy attorney general or
00:02:55.280 united states attorney it has essentially an unlimited budget and so that violates the constitution
00:03:00.180 jack smith and the biden justice department are going to appeal that they said it's going to go to
00:03:05.220 the 11th circuit uh but guess what that's not going to get resolved before the election and president
00:03:10.520 trump's going to beat biden like a drum on november 5th 2024 and on january 20th is president trump's
00:03:17.580 acting attorney general should dismiss these cases on day one and fire jack smith and open their own
00:03:24.900 investigation on jack smith and his uh his weaponization of our justice department to go
00:03:30.260 after biden's political enemies two programming notes before i bring in terry shilling on this
00:03:35.340 one we have some special effects for today's show
00:03:39.340 very classy here in the war room like i said steve's in prison so i have ultimate job security
00:03:48.360 and can't get fired
00:03:49.340 we're having a little fun terry and i were doing some stand-up before uh we went live but then they
00:03:55.900 cut our mic just teasing friends just teasing friends and second note is that i'm wearing a dump
00:04:00.780 him shirt if you can read it because we are dumping joe biden here at the rmc there you go
00:04:05.500 now i want to link what you're talking about i know you're the mr lawfare expert and you're mr
00:04:10.320 i was gonna call you mr transgender but i won't say that mr transgender all the culture warfare stuff
00:04:15.740 um but how much of that have they been kind of waging that level of cultural warfare
00:04:20.220 from a lawfare perspective i'm inclined to bring up what gavin newsom recently did in california how
00:04:24.860 you're seeing they're sort of stripping parents or rather children away from their parents outside of the
00:04:29.780 classrooms their kids can become trans and they won't even know can you walk us through the how
00:04:33.240 they're codifying it into law so the good the great news natalie is that president trump's first
00:04:38.660 term in office but he was able to get through a lot of really good judges that are actually holding up
00:04:44.180 some of the worst legislative pieces of law in the country from these blue states but we just saw last
00:04:50.660 week gavin newsom passed this piece of legislation that would eliminate parents rights to know if their
00:04:57.140 child decides to identify as a different gender he is saying essentially that the state comes before
00:05:02.580 parents that has never been had that has never happened in the history united states i mean there's
00:05:06.980 some issues where you have to remove custody from parents everyone knows that but not when it comes to
00:05:12.120 giving your kid a sex change procedure that's something that's totally different and frankly it's
00:05:16.760 un-american but i want to go to mike's point earlier because i was looking at the 2024 election
00:05:21.700 polls from this this week alone donald trump now has a 2.5 advantage percent advantage over joe biden
00:05:29.620 nationally and that's the rear clear politics average i think that it's not just the judges
00:05:33.820 and the courts that are seeing through biden's lawfare and the weaponization of our government
00:05:37.920 it's the american people too that's exactly right i will tell this to the war room posse
00:05:42.200 make don't let's not take this for granted make sure you bank your votes vote as early
00:05:47.700 as possible uh do not wait till election day to vote and vote in person that people think that's
00:05:53.780 your patriotic duty no it's not because if you think the blm and antifa riots were bad in 2020
00:05:59.740 wait for the hamas riots in 2024 they may scare the hell out of republican voters on election day and
00:06:06.140 they may not get a chance to vote so bank your vote vote as early as possible and president trump
00:06:11.440 delivered that same message and you're talking about how the state is effectively coming for your
00:06:15.520 children it brings me to an axios article that we just saw today talking about how the supreme court
00:06:20.400 is really reshaping i think what exactly constitutes the state right how the president is interfacing
00:06:25.480 with congress is interfacing with the supreme court can you walk the audience through those
00:06:29.960 developments just in general the sort of reaction to the chevron deference case and just
00:06:34.300 of that ilk how you think president trump when he is re-elected how his hands will either be tied
00:06:39.640 or will he be able to be unchained and and do everything that he wanted to do in his first term
00:06:44.020 president trump's biggest and most consequential accomplishment of his first term was the
00:06:49.460 transformation of the left of center courts to the clarence thomas courts and we have the first
00:06:55.840 constitutionalist majority on the supreme court in 90 years and this court understands its limited
00:07:03.400 but crucial role is to keep the government in check and that includes the executive branch especially
00:07:10.360 the executive branch over the last 90 years you've seen the federal government grab power from the
00:07:17.080 states and the people that it does does not have and then they've consolidated congress's lawmaking
00:07:22.720 power and the court's judicial power into these unelected unaccountable executive branch bureaucrats and
00:07:29.800 you're going to see with this this constitutional supreme court they're going to start rolling back
00:07:34.780 the governments including the executive branch to where it was intended by our founders now when you
00:07:40.080 say rolling back the government i kind of get deja vu to like old 20 maybe old y2k what the shirt
00:07:46.280 channeling that energy but sort of older conservative talking points right of small government right cut
00:07:51.760 taxes but i don't really think that we're in a time right now right we need something that is much
00:07:55.620 more intense than that we are up against the behemoth that is the the weaponized federal state so in terms of
00:08:01.600 congress now i know you used to come on the show and you would always kind of you're tough on them
00:08:06.140 but justifiably so because from an investigation standpoint they weren't producing the evidence i
00:08:11.360 don't think they were being tough enough for for what we're up against but how do you think adjudicating
00:08:15.280 it from the lens of oh when president trump gets back in office we're going to have the evidence we
00:08:19.300 need to carry out the intended investigations and frankly criminal referrals which i think we do need
00:08:24.360 to see do you think that they are setting president trump up to be successful we see speaker johnson
00:08:29.100 coming out earlier today saying he's not exactly sure if merrick garland needs to be held in contempt
00:08:33.600 of congress how do you kind of adjudicate where we stand now what president biden and these biden
00:08:39.200 democrats have done to president trump with this unprecedented republic ending lawfare and election
00:08:46.580 interference is reprehensible they they tried to bankrupt trump they tried to throw him in prison for the rest
00:08:53.640 of his life they tried to throw him off the ballot and then trump's enemies even tried to take him out
00:09:00.100 with a bullet on saturday this is unacceptable and i blame president biden for what happened on saturday
00:09:05.760 because it was biden's campaign strategy to label trump essentially as a fascist dictator who's going to
00:09:13.380 destroy america and must be stopped by any and all means and we just saw on saturday the natural
00:09:19.540 and probable results of what joe biden has been doing i want to link this to something because those
00:09:25.340 very same people who are trying to destroy this country make no mistake they are up and in your face
00:09:29.860 about it and they have been for a very long time transforming this country i don't i don't really think
00:09:34.320 so that's a euphemism if i've ever heard one unity is now the word that they're pushing and i don't know
00:09:38.800 about you i don't want to unite with people who threw my boss stephen k bannon in prison i don't want
00:09:42.660 to unite with people who want your children to become transgender i don't want to unite with
00:09:46.920 people see there you go do you guys want unity with the neocon establishment republicans we don't
00:09:53.960 have i don't know if you can hear them but they don't not surprised they also don't want unity with
00:09:58.780 the democrats who are quite literally trying to kill us but from the cultural cultural warfare
00:10:03.380 perspective can you unite with people who fundamentally want this movement dead no and you
00:10:07.960 can't unite with people that want to destroy you right it is it is it is a contradiction in
00:10:13.500 beliefs you cannot unite with people that want to destroy you that want to ruin your family that
00:10:18.040 want to trans your kids that want to indoctrinate them into hating you hating god and hating their
00:10:22.920 country it's just not possible the reason they want you to unite with them is because they want you
00:10:28.680 on board rowing in the same direction that they are in trying to destroy this country we won't stand for
00:10:35.100 it we will win we have to beat these people we can't sit sidelines we have to punch them twice as
00:10:42.800 hard as they punch us those are the rules no unity is and always has been a trojan horse that the
00:10:48.280 establishment uses whenever maga makes gains whenever we have victories they want to claw it back it only
00:10:54.120 works one way when we're in control when we're taking over the rnc when we're transforming the policy
00:10:59.200 planks you ever thought you'd see the words make america great again at the rnc not me but you know what
00:11:04.640 i'll take it um mike davis your thoughts on how we make sure when we do have the second trump term
00:11:11.780 that the people who are in office do not subvert his agenda you don't have these nameless faceless
00:11:17.040 government gangsters uh like victoria newland any fans of victoria newland at the rnc
00:11:22.220 okay there we go how do we make sure that happens that is a very important question and i've been at the
00:11:27.980 republican national convention for the last nearly two weeks helping with president trump's platform
00:11:34.360 talk about how much of a critical role president trump has been the man in the room making those
00:11:39.320 decisions well i'll tell you this this is we are a united and strong republican party the democrats are
00:11:45.960 divided and weak that's right and that's that's the unity i want and i want us to be united and win
00:11:54.000 and then i want us to bring accountability starting on january 20th because what biden and these democrats
00:12:00.140 are doing is destroying our country with their speaking of accountability you do you guys think
00:12:04.800 merrick garland needs to be in prison for contempt of congress yes yes you guys don't want the ten
00:12:10.660 thousand dollar a day fine you guys want prison time should we put anthony fauci in prison too
00:12:16.300 see it's not it's not retribution it's justice it's justice for what they've done to stephen k bannon
00:12:27.360 and peter navarro have you guys seen peter navarro i just saw him on media row he looks fantastic
00:12:33.120 for having been stuck in a federal prison he'll be hosting live i believe from here tomorrow morning
00:12:38.800 uh doing war room take taking my job giving me the morning off thank you all it took was four months of
00:12:44.980 a prison sentence for that to happen i'll say this natalie this is very like we were talking about this
00:12:49.620 is very much president trump's party you see it with his platform it's an america first platform
00:12:56.020 that's going to be a winning message come november 5th 2024 we see that it's president trump's party
00:13:03.240 with his pick of senator jd vance to be the vice president jd is a an all-star he's young he's
00:13:11.580 brilliant and he's going to carry on trump's america first agenda long into the future so it's
00:13:17.700 an exciting time we're going to win on november 5th with all of your help and you guys need to get out
00:13:22.820 your friends and family and neighbors you have to show up and vote because if we don't win
00:13:26.700 think about it this way do you want president trump or president biden replacing justice clarence
00:13:33.880 thomas and justice sam alito on the supreme court because if you think if you think that the blm and
00:13:39.800 antifa and hamas riots and the the the the covid lockdowns and the gender chaos in schools if you
00:13:48.020 think it's bad now wait till there's not a supreme court as our last president biden in office the
00:13:53.960 next time whether it's bird flu you name it the next time a pandemic comes around you guys know
00:13:58.880 they're going to be pushing that ahead of the next election we need president trump back in office i
00:14:03.200 think i see congressman tim burchett who's going to be joining us shortly the ufo guy he's great i think
00:14:11.080 mike davis will stay with us if he can i can terry i gotta go i gotta i gotta better people to see
00:14:17.500 it's over but i do want to say it is amazing what president trump has done he has built such a movement
00:14:23.780 he's brought on people like jd vance he's he war room wouldn't be here without steve bannon and and
00:14:29.920 president trump and what they are building is going to save this country there we go
00:14:35.300 and no unity with the people who spent decades trying to destroy those accomplishments keep
00:14:42.840 people like stephen k bannon and president trump out of the fold no unity only victory unity is code
00:14:49.120 for uniparty we don't want that war room posse we will be back after this short break with congressman
00:14:55.880 timber chet live from milwaukee at the rnc the elites are getting desperate they now want to use the
00:15:02.940 technology behind bitcoin for their own orwellian purposes their gold to dominate our economy by
00:15:08.720 forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies which they control imagine your every
00:15:15.320 purchase being called into question your every move tracked like you live in a communist country
00:15:21.160 this is not the america we want but it is the america they want to create fortunately you can fight

00:16:16.560 biden sinking in 14 states not just the big the seven battlegrounds but more traditionally democratic
00:16:22.960 states reliably democratic new mexico and new hampshire and virginia and minnesota and colorado
00:16:28.440 this poll also found uh the four democrats in particular did much better uh in head-to-head
00:16:35.680 matchups with donald trump than did donald than did joe biden those democrats are arizona senator mark
00:16:41.120 kelly uh maryland governor westmore pennsylvania governor josh shapiro michigan uh governor uh gretchen
00:16:48.120 whitmer welcome back to the war room mike davis is departing just ever so slightly for a little
00:16:56.880 bit but we're joined by the one and only congressman tim birchett i think one of the
00:17:01.540 best members there we go we got round of applause obviously they've opened the bar early these ladies
00:17:07.540 are yelling for me some aliens that you uh you brought in i don't know about that i don't know
00:17:13.260 about all that we'll get into that in battleground no i'm good thank you for joining us it's always
00:17:20.220 an honor to have you on the show now there's so much that i want to cover with you you're obviously
00:17:24.280 a member of house oversight but i think what people really want to get your insights on is a kind of
00:17:29.400 post assassination attempt you guys called for a hearing you want the secret service director to
00:17:34.580 come in but we're already hearing reports that at least per mayorkas dhs and secret service is being
00:17:40.220 told to no longer cooperate with you guys mayorkas is gutless and this whole administration is just
00:17:45.980 covering up upon covering up their ineptitude you got a dei hire she needs to go back to pepsico
00:17:51.940 and work and guard fritos and cans of pepsi cola she does not have any business any business whatsoever
00:17:58.280 covering joe biden or donald jay chump for that matter this thing was a disaster from the start you
00:18:05.200 got to ask yourself how does a guy a 20 year old walk a mile with a with a high powered rifle and a
00:18:11.360 and a ladder and there's a confusion over which ladder he bought they're saying is a five foot
00:18:15.480 ladder but that roof is 20 feet you saw the head of uh secret service who the president of the united
00:18:21.840 states said when they said if you talk to secret service director and he said i have not talked to
00:18:26.420 him yet him and it's a lady this thing is just it just shows you the ineptitude from the white house
00:18:33.280 to the secret service and it cost a brave fireman his life because of that that guy should have never
00:18:39.340 been there he should have never been within that perimeter and it's just a cover-up upon cover-ups
00:18:44.660 i mean you could rattle off fact after fact that i think really only leads you to the conclusion that
00:18:50.260 it was not a result of incompetence frankly i think one of the most damning i think piece of evidence
00:18:55.220 is that the fact not only that the roof was unsecured but that this individual even thought that
00:19:00.000 a roof less than 150 yards away from the podium would have been unsecured that's sort of a bizarre
00:19:06.040 oversight to have we now know there was what 26 minutes before authorities sort of caught wind of
00:19:12.160 this individual and his parents apparently had called the police you know and and i i talked to a marine
00:19:18.300 sniper i talked to a um navy seal um cia operator and um uh and a um and just an operator and they um
00:19:30.780 and they all really told me they said you know my the marine said it was a punk shot anybody could
00:19:36.040 have made that shot and that i should have never been within those those parameters and it's it's just
00:19:41.340 by the grace of god i i said you know that america god has his hand on america we got to quit pushing
00:19:48.440 him away swatting him away and that's exactly what we're doing every time i think what the the irony
00:19:53.600 is and all of it is that had democrats not come after president trump with the ridiculous barrage
00:19:59.380 oh my gosh take away his secret service protection take away all of that and then um you know put a
00:20:05.240 bullseye on him and then trump and then biden said no i said crosshairs i meant bullseye you know
00:20:10.060 it just it's unbelievable and then comparing him to hitler and so and then you got a 20 year old
00:20:16.380 nut it's always it's always a loner you know under the age of 30 i mean it follows a certain i'm a
00:20:25.120 loner and i'm under the age of 30 yeah but i would trust you on the roof of a building but you know
00:20:31.480 it's always the same until it isn't until it isn't you know what do we know about oswald we don't know
00:20:36.960 a lot about oswald 60 something years later president trump said he would release those
00:20:42.160 files that's that's very telling well take us to what already seems to sort of be a a premature
00:20:48.080 cover-up and i'm not just talking about how they're already sort of stonewalling your oversight
00:20:52.500 investigation but it seems like when some of your colleagues go on cnn or other mainstream media
00:20:57.100 outlets and ask the questions that i'm sure everyone in this audience would be asking they look at them
00:21:01.480 like they're crazy which is something that we're we're used to but how do you see this cover-up
00:21:05.800 already sort of starting to evolve and i see the media backing off of it because again and then
00:21:12.000 they they they tried to protect biden as he was his his mental state was perfect you know and we all
00:21:18.080 know it wasn't and now it's come to a path that it hasn't and this has just unfolded before america
00:21:22.580 you know don't believe your lying eyes they tell you one thing and then the cell phone started coming
00:21:26.940 out and then you saw the media backing up on this thing and that's what they've continued to do
00:21:31.140 and i think they've literally washed their hands of this thing because they know there's a cover-up
00:21:36.040 they know something else is going on and and i i don't think we'll ever again the guy's dead dead men
00:21:42.180 tell no tales that's a very convenient just like lee harvey oswald there's a very convenient occurrence
00:21:46.780 yeah he could have just been a lone guy that got in that breached a security perimeter of the best
00:21:52.320 security team in the world but to me something else went down well then that's certainly a big and
00:21:58.080 interesting comparison to make but i want you to walk us through what you think house oversight
00:22:01.940 is going to be focusing on in other words are you going to be going down the kimberly cheetle is
00:22:07.340 incompetent we need to focus on dei and how they were maybe redirected to focus on jill biden or are
00:22:12.420 you going to get to i'm sure what steve would say the thing itself i agree i agree i think everybody
00:22:16.780 knows she's a dei hire she's incompetent i think that that that doesn't even need to be stated anymore
00:22:21.940 i think what we better do is find out how this happened who who that guy was talking to and how
00:22:28.460 he was able to get within that perimeter without being detected that's the key to the whole thing
00:22:32.900 and then i have a question i know this is not directed towards you you're one of the good
00:22:36.940 members of congress but for i'm sure the audience that is standing here who has said
00:22:40.400 no offense but every other committee that you guys have put together absolutely it's a joke
00:22:44.540 to do anything that's the question are republicans going to have enough guts to do something about
00:22:50.000 it are we going to and yeah yeah and i'll tell you what these republicans what i don't know about
00:22:55.840 y'all need to put elected republicans and go home and tell you how great they are and then they vote
00:23:00.040 us down the river every dadgum chance they get do we need more members of congress like timber chat
00:23:05.360 i think so thank you i think i don't know what you said but they cheered so i'm all for you the ufos
00:23:12.060 and the aliens disagree yeah although you you give up you but here's what we got to realize though
00:23:16.780 if this if if the white house doesn't want to play ball with us there's only one thing we can do and
00:23:22.020 that is cut their money off do they do we have the guts i've got the guts i've signed on a bill to do
00:23:27.040 that yes cut their dadgum money off bring them to the table bring them to their knees and then we'll
00:23:31.960 see what happens until then though this is all bogus and i'm sure you guys know it right it's dhs that
00:23:37.060 oversees the secret service that's the same dhs that congress has given billions of
00:23:41.860 dollars to weaponize against maga they've effectively reworked the definition of domestic
00:23:46.140 terrorism and domestic extremism to mean you guys right to mean people who love this country so no
00:23:51.620 wonder why it's someone like that shooter would slip through the cracks and also the secret service
00:23:55.540 the same secret service that investigated the cocaine that was in the white house his little
00:23:59.980 packet moved from one end of the white house to the other to a secure box that that was that the lock
00:24:05.840 was not broken on but it was sitting right in there for the picture and then it was oddly enough
00:24:09.880 destroyed so they could analyze it so they could not get any dna off of it and then they were got
00:24:16.200 down to 200 people that were on the list and they called the investigation off that's the same secret
00:24:21.120 service that we trust to investigate this it's a lot like military intelligence or congressional ethics
00:24:26.440 it does not exist and what do you make of this new reporting that iran apparently yeah okay iran now iran
00:24:34.960 has come out and they they put a hit out on the president and then we had our not our b team out
00:24:40.760 there guarding president trump but our c team a bunch of dei hires that are that much shorter that iconic
00:24:47.740 picture of president trump raising his fist that should have never been able to be had because that
00:24:52.740 secret service agent should have been taller than the president their job is to take a bullet for
00:24:57.480 the president they failed at their job they cowered in fear and they should have never been in that
00:25:02.580 position but do you buy that or do you see that as another form of sort of information warfare in
00:25:07.980 other words in other words they always want war with iran right i'm sure john yeah and i'm not worried
00:25:13.600 about iran as much as i am the fact when they got that notice the head of the secret service did not up
00:25:19.760 his up his up president trump's security as a matter of fact it was in decline because you saw the people
00:25:26.020 that he had on day one here at the convention those were some burly dudes over six feet tall and you saw
00:25:33.040 the ones that were there they were some of them were five foot or less i think kenny chesney could
00:25:37.220 have probably guarded him better than some of those guys okay so so walk us through though some of the
00:25:43.600 other investigations that you guys have going on it seems like they've sort of uh it's always the same
00:25:48.880 it's a family show but yeah well we stink at it because we don't have the guts to follow through
00:25:54.520 and the way it's called the holman rule it's a very very little i was able to get would you use
00:25:59.480 that against kimberly cheetle yesterday i would do that right now in the holman rule basically we can
00:26:05.940 reduce her salary down to one dollar and that's what we need to do she won't come before us she
00:26:11.560 they'll defy the subpoena they sent steve bannon to jail for goodness sakes yet this administration
00:26:17.400 the very administration that did that their own people are allowed not to not to to disavow a
00:26:23.660 subpoena so yeah we got a real problem very same people who are telling us that we need unity right
00:26:29.320 and that we need to unite with them we want they need unity when they're in the minority when nancy
00:26:34.060 pelosi was in the speaker's office she never asked for a compromise when she was in the majority did
00:26:39.660 she ever ask you guys hell no compromise is the reason we don't control both ends of the panama canal
00:26:45.600 the reason china controls it we're 35 trillion dollars in debt that's what compromise has gotten
00:26:51.280 us do not compromise do not compromise now i know usually i just say anthony troy nails would
00:26:59.320 never compromise do not compromise he talks funny but he's a good guy how many of your colleagues do
00:27:06.620 you feel like have your back on the the do not compromise they will not fall for the neocon siren
00:27:10.800 song that is unity that is a trojan horse for just ceding all the ground that we especially you
00:27:16.260 guys the grassroots activists have helped gain within the rnc so much so that the platform policies
00:27:21.600 here now are make america great again on a good day about 45 members on a bad day about 12 that seems
00:27:30.860 high yeah well you're rounding up i'm being optimistic we always could use some optimism i'm always so
00:27:36.920 negative you're so negative so i'm trying to be positive inflation right joe biden there you go
00:27:41.660 well warren posse we're gonna be back we got a short break don't go anywhere i'm enjoying the live
00:27:46.540 crowd we haven't had it it's our first live show without steven k bannon so i'm sure from prison he
00:27:52.020 would be very happy to see all you guys here and he's oh i thought you said steve's doing great steve's
00:27:56.460 doing great we love steve we wish he could be here but peter navarro like i said we'll be hosting
00:28:01.380 war room tomorrow morning i saw him and he looks fantastic so i'm with bonnie so we will be right
00:28:08.220 back after this short break with the are you tired of progressive corporations that continue to further
00:28:15.220 alienate conservative let me go again here we go starting over are you tired of progressive
00:28:24.060 corporations that continue to further alienate conservative americans all the while eroding
00:28:30.040 the future of the american dream companies like starbucks strong strong army customers to support
00:28:35.460 abortion or paypal canceling accounts over political views maybelline making a mockery of
00:28:41.420 women by supporting transgender models and bud light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is

00:29:49.440 welcome back to the war room it's natalie g winters still holding the fort down for the one and only
00:30:06.220 stephen k bannon i guess to keep the viewership up we had to put the the fire keep them off of us
00:30:12.100 and we're still joined by congressman tim birchett always an honor now i i want to get your thoughts
00:30:19.600 on sort of the evolving narrative that we see around joe biden and him potentially dropping out
00:30:24.740 but particularly through the lens that the media is always lying through a mission right they've known
00:30:29.140 this for a while why do you think we've seen the media sort of rally the troops circle the wagons
00:30:33.960 to officially oust him now well that's a great question i think the reason they kept him in because
00:30:39.140 they're the ones who got him elected they put this fraud upon this country they they were helped
00:30:44.460 take out trump literally and um and i and i feel like what they're doing now is is america has seen
00:30:52.100 it they thought surely he's going to be jacked up on um he'll be jacked up during the the debate and
00:30:57.720 obviously he wasn't and then they got no leg to stand on and now you're seeing them backing up because
00:31:04.380 america has just said hey this is over this is crazy i mean now you're seeing ranking
00:31:08.900 democrats pelosi's making calls trying to get him out schumer is is in doubt the only person
00:31:14.720 sticking with him is is aoc our friendly neighborhood marxist buried lead in the politico article saying
00:31:21.100 that nancy pelosi's been making those phone calls saying that she doesn't think that biden can make
00:31:25.180 it through the finish line and i think the dnc has just postponed the biden nomination process for
00:31:30.220 what is it seven days from your perspective you can't say aliens um but who do you who do you
00:31:36.360 think they're going to or in an ideal world kind of plug and play and and put in i think it's going
00:31:41.760 to i still think it's the governor of california if if they do that if they don't they just ride it out
00:31:46.340 and they they they take the fall with biden and try to focus all their money on um on the house and
00:31:51.200 the senate i think what the everybody says well why why the governor of california i said well when they
00:31:57.780 went on strike he he moved to um to pay them um unemployment and when you go on strike voluntarily
00:32:05.080 in all 50 states you do not get unemployment and i started with with hollywood and who could recreate
00:32:11.720 the dismal failure of the governor of california only place it can the land of smoke and mirrors
00:32:18.380 is hollywood california i'm originally from los angeles and i co-sign on that entirely i think we're
00:32:25.160 going to bring one of your colleagues up here congresswoman mary miller if we can there we go
00:32:31.000 a thorn between two roses i'll take it i saw him here and i was going to say get the clown off the
00:32:37.500 stage yeah i just rushed up here i've been making a bunch of celsius and luna didn't even bring it to
00:32:42.860 me well tim makes me laugh every day he makes me laugh every day he's a good one i'm very humorous
00:32:50.380 you're a good one too i see you have announced or you've been calling that kimberly cheetle needs to
00:32:55.680 resign as their director of secret service i think the audience strongly agrees with you yes walk us
00:33:02.160 through from the perspective of how this wasn't just a result of incompetence or dei hires there are so
00:33:08.620 many things that had to go wrong why do you think she needs to resign well i mean it's obvious to the
00:33:13.580 american people and as things are unfolding it's i mean we're going to have hearings so i don't really
00:33:20.160 want to speak to it right now i think the point is that we're going to have hearings we're going to hold
00:33:24.580 people accountable i mean no one's been fired it uh the biden administration has been such an
00:33:31.080 embarrassment from day one and i have been furious that there hasn't been accountability over afghanistan
00:33:36.880 over the open borders over the forced vaccinations there's so many things so i think taking a step
00:33:43.520 back and either of you or you guys can both answer this question i know the war room posse
00:33:48.100 the word that i think they are most concerned with is accountability right yes and i think when we first
00:33:53.500 saw this congress when you got when it started when we were setting up the weaponization committees
00:33:57.180 the narrative was that you know you guys were going to be hauling these people in for interviews
00:34:00.500 getting the transcribed interviews doing depositions hopefully to create criminal referrals for people who
00:34:06.300 deserve it but it seems like that goal post has sort of shifted in other words now the narrative is oh
00:34:11.240 well we're just creating the evidence for when president trump is you know back in office and runs the
00:34:15.540 doj where do we stand on the actual you know i love the talk of accountability i love that's important
00:34:21.760 but you guys haven't been able to hold no offense but really anyone accountable why should we trust you
00:34:27.560 to hold the director of secret service accountable it is offensive to me and that is the truth
00:34:32.060 we are not holding anyone accountable again we elect republicans to do republican things they go home
00:34:38.820 to the maga dinners the lincoln day dinners the reagan day dinners they tell the good folks all the
00:34:43.940 red meat and then they come back down there and they compromise and they get us in trouble every
00:34:48.920 dadgum time and that's why it's very important who's sitting at the head table and that donald trump
00:34:55.240 will hold these guys accountable they will be afraid to go against him because they know what's
00:35:00.120 happened to the ones that have in the past they need to be held accountable the ultimate
00:35:04.300 accountability is with the voters and we're going to put president trump back in the white house
00:35:09.840 we're going to take keep the majority in the house and take the senate and donald trump is going to be
00:35:17.020 amazing i mean i'm he's learned so much in the last eight years he's learned who to trust
00:35:22.920 and he's going to put his uh america first agenda on skids so we're we're going to be moving forward
00:35:29.580 you know when he was in office they impeached him twice now because he's not there going the you know
00:35:34.340 other lawfare routes of course they just dismissed the florida case but do you guys think congress
00:35:39.560 assuming we maintain the majority are you guys going to have have backup for him do you think we have
00:35:44.260 enough good republicans who are actually on his side i think if donald trump goes back in the white
00:35:49.480 house and he should but i warn america i was i remember when bill clinton was running and he was
00:35:54.760 a legitimate draft dodger he avoided the draft he went to canada i mean excuse me went to england
00:35:59.520 and that was before we knew just how bad his wife was he went we thought george bush is going to walk
00:36:05.540 in he did not they smoked us and that's what happened because we got cocky this right here is a pep rally
00:36:12.060 but it's got it's like the friday afternoon pep rally if you let if we let it lull down before the game
00:36:17.480 time friday night we will lose and we will lose the house the senate and the white house because
00:36:23.000 we got to put so many points on the board they cannot steal it from us and speaking about the
00:36:27.740 rnc i'm sure you've been watching you guys have been seeing all the wonderful speeches what what
00:36:31.540 has your experience been like so far do you think that we are are winning the messaging game i think
00:36:35.380 most of the talking points that you see democrats are better we have great messengers someone asked me
00:36:40.800 who my favorite was i couldn't pick it out but i particularly appreciate that we have been bringing
00:36:46.540 everyday citizens forward to share how their life has changed under the america last biden agenda
00:36:53.240 compared to president trump's america first agenda and i think it's been emotional but americans are
00:37:00.760 razzed up i mean the democrats have been trying to force americans to deny reality and it's in people's
00:37:07.740 faces that we are being invaded you can't go to the grocery store and afford groceries i know
00:37:14.280 six hundred dollars more a month average americans paying out of pocket so do your when you talk to
00:37:19.620 your constituents you know the the whole narrative and prevailing theme that we're hearing now is
00:37:23.880 unity unity unity do they want unity with the same elites who have led to this drastic inflation well i
00:37:30.140 always say you have to unify around something and we have a constitution and a party platform and
00:37:36.020 that's what we need to unify around not not uh no neocons we don't want to unify with the
00:37:42.940 establishment and the problem is we got so many in now we'll have them in there but now's the time
00:37:47.260 to hold them accountable because i think they're very malleable the one thing they want to do is
00:37:51.400 keep that 172 thousand dollar a year job they got and the american public can do that we can do that
00:37:58.000 but we've got to have we got to have the reinforcements there to back it up and i'm curious with
00:38:02.680 your investigations into the director of secret service are you guys going to focus primarily on
00:38:08.260 her given that dhs oversees secret service the same agency that has received billions of dollars to
00:38:13.840 perpetrate mass scale weaponization against the american people do you think this is sort of a
00:38:18.540 symptom of a broader kind of rot that is going on at dhs lawlessness the democrats are lawless they
00:38:25.400 don't respect our laws or our constitution they don't respect the history of our country
00:38:31.760 what made us great is that we have one system of justice not two and we we are a nation of laws
00:38:39.860 and they they are just lawless and we're gonna hold them accountable when we take the house the senate
00:38:45.140 and uh uh put president trump back in the white house and do you think that these congressional
00:38:52.300 committees particularly the weaponization one or or comer over on oversight are making it so
00:38:58.580 that the doj under president trump will have i'm gonna go with a sports metaphor here
00:39:02.720 first time for everything but a nice easy layup to get people again it's not retribution it is justice
00:39:08.200 because it's justified do you think that the the evidence that money good is the evidence there i do
00:39:13.040 and i think chairman comer in his heart and he does a good job with it but he just doesn't have the
00:39:17.740 backing of even all the committee members so it's a tough it's a tough job i mean what i think his job
00:39:24.080 really is to do is to expose the american public just how lawless this group is and and that's what
00:39:30.680 he's doing i mean they're openly marxist for goodness sakes they they want to destroy everything
00:39:35.000 we have in our country they hate our god they hate our country they hate our military they hate all
00:39:39.640 the things that we as americans hold near and dear to our hearts and they want to destroy it and
00:39:44.420 they're doing a pretty darn good job of it well one of the tools they're using to provide us well
00:39:49.560 several is um keeping the american people uninformed encouraging apathy fear and then obviously
00:39:57.640 division but i'm so grateful for turning point i tell my kids all the time whoever controls the
00:40:02.920 information controls the people and you guys are getting into the universities you're getting into
00:40:08.060 the spaces that we as republicans haven't been in the past so i really appreciate the great work that
00:40:14.380 charlie and you all are doing thank you and speaking of getting into spaces that you haven't been
00:40:18.980 allowed to in the past i know you introduced the bill that was i believe it authorized the house
00:40:22.900 to keep men out of women's sports title nine rewrite can you walk the audience if they're not familiar
00:40:28.540 with what your bill was what exactly that it just passed the house a congressional review act
00:40:33.120 and the purpose of it is to block joe biden's ridiculous and unconstitutional title nine radical
00:40:40.900 rewrite title nine was uh written to give girls and women opportunities and academics and athletics
00:40:48.280 and now joe biden wants to use it to force men into our girls showers locker rooms sports it's also
00:40:55.980 going to be forcing compelled speech i mean now gender is supposedly fluid so you know teachers
00:41:02.800 administrators students they're going to be getting in trouble for misgendering someone so this is just
00:41:08.520 part of their radicalism they are 100 on the wrong side um even uh npr did a survey and i believe it
00:41:18.200 was like 62 percent now they're not conservative oppose men and girls private spaces and athletics so
00:41:25.900 do you think this is one of those issues that is going to help propel president trump over the victory
00:41:30.100 line absolutely cross the board it's a great bill now riley gains is from tennessee and she swam in
00:41:37.460 kentucky i haven't seen her she's wandering around anyway she her dad and our big buddies and
00:41:42.860 it's just it's unbelievable what happened to her you know she a guy's 435th best man in the world
00:41:49.320 so he he's terrible swimmer so he swims against women obviously the physical difference and they tie
00:41:56.080 and they give the the medal to the guy because they don't want to retire from congress like don't get
00:42:01.500 any ideas don't know i don't look good in a speedo i'm out oh boy oh actually i do look pretty good
00:42:09.020 in one i should have said that but we wouldn't even know about that if riley gains did not
00:42:14.540 courageously step up she put her own plans her life on the line yes and she's been traveling the
00:42:20.900 country messaging she's fighting and rallying the troops to join her so you know i tell people all
00:42:28.940 the time about the power of one person or a remnant that doesn't quit and i remind people george
00:42:35.440 washington did not win that many battles ultimately he won because he didn't quit and we need to be

00:45:18.420 welcome back to the war room i'm honored to be joined by three beautiful ladies who are all very very very pro-trump
00:45:30.980 there seems to be an interesting correlation there we've got a tight segment i want you guys all to
00:45:35.060 get your thoughts in so real quick about two minutes each who you are what you do and why you are here
00:45:39.780 supporting president trump okay my name is julianne murray i am the state chair of the delaware republican
00:45:44.440 party delaware is in the house okay i am a staunch trump supporter i took over the republican party about a year
00:45:53.560 ago in delaware and we are here in force um i am so excited to just be part of this but they actually
00:46:00.640 they made me the co-chair of the rules committee so i was on stage on monday which uh long time since
00:46:04.980 the republicans been on stage at the rnc but we're going to deliver delaware to trump i i know people
00:46:10.000 think that's crazy but we do not have vote by mail in delaware and he beat biden on the machines in
00:46:15.380 2020 and he is more popular now we can absolutely deliver delaware to trump and we are going to do it
00:46:21.060 we're going to do it we're going to do it what do you want to hit before we're coming live she goes
00:46:24.860 we're going to deliver delaware for trump i said okay we're going to do it now tamra tell the audience
00:46:30.580 what state are you from what are your thoughts aloha everyone i'm tamra mckay the state chair from
00:46:35.820 hawaii yes and as you can see we're here to make hawaii great again we have a long way to go but it's
00:46:43.320 been fabulous getting to know everyone and all the help that everybody wants to give we've got it's such
00:46:49.360 a blue state and unfortunately we're rated as the number one most corrupt state in the in the country
00:46:55.440 so i want to be that flashlight you know that you shine on cockroaches and they scatter so we need
00:47:01.700 everybody to come around and help us fight those big billionaires that are moving to hawaii and china
00:47:06.300 coming in and taking over because we're battling people like zuckerberg bezos oprah obama so we're here
00:47:13.920 to fight hard and expose them with no fear i love it no no unity with those people and to lois
00:47:19.880 who are you what you doing here uh de lois stallman i am a delegate for virginia i'm on the state central
00:47:26.820 committee uh first district first congressional district um in virginia and it is true that
00:47:33.440 virginia is definitely in play we saw a lot of movement toward the republicans with glenn youngkin
00:47:39.500 and we're looking to maximize our turnout in virginia once again so that we can deliver
00:47:45.460 hung cow to the senate to help gain a majority and uh we also want to turn virginia red which is its
00:47:53.840 real color um on the board on election night as well and so virginia is getting a lot of attention
00:48:00.400 we had a great rally in chesapeake a few weeks ago and uh we we're all going to work very hard we just
00:48:06.980 apparently got a bunch of signs delivered to virginia and we're going to put them all over
00:48:12.320 the counties and get the vote out for trump i see mike lindell waiting in the wings we're going to
00:48:17.140 bring him on in one second i just want to give you guys real quick where they can follow you help
00:48:21.300 support you guys my personal is murray the number four de uh and then delaware gop.com awesome
00:48:28.080 hrp chair at gophawaii.com i'm on getter at delois and uh twitter at delois ray r-a-e now someone who i
00:48:40.140 don't think i need to tell you where to find is mike lindell there we go indeed no no lumpy pillows
00:48:50.360 right on mike how has your rnc been so far it's been awesome i've been getting the word out
00:48:56.540 everybody you need to request your mail-in ballot and take it don't open it when you go to vote if
00:49:02.940 they say that you've already voted you say no i have not have you been hearing a lot of discussion
00:49:09.100 about election integrity are you satisfied or do you think they need to cover it more we need to
00:49:13.900 cover it more we've have you know obviously we've got to get to what our great real president wants
00:49:18.280 same day voting paper ballots hand counted precinct level signature required they're trying to censor
00:49:24.580 you already i didn't say no machine no machines cut the feed no um but okay walk us walk us through
00:49:34.860 though what you think the rnc needs to cover when it comes to the election integrity stuff they they
00:49:40.460 really need to cover obviously the rnc last year passed a resolution same day voting paper ballots
00:49:46.760 hand counted signature required precinct level that would be the ultimate goal to get to that point
00:49:52.520 but we're not there yet okay so we have to take what we're dealt with and and the biggest thing is i
00:49:59.300 have lindellplan.com you go there this is something we don't we won't have that we didn't have any other
00:50:05.020 two elections when many people went in there to vote and they say you'd already voted well now it's
00:50:10.400 very simple request your ballot get your ballot don't open it and when you go there you pull that
00:50:15.740 out and now it becomes identity theft which is it's a crime and they the sheriff has to investigate it
00:50:21.680 and this will be stuff that we can use in every county in the united states whether you know we
00:50:27.020 want it you're too big to rig is our president the way he says it you gotta own it you we got it we've
00:50:32.300 got it again but that's what i've been fighting for that's what they attack me for is because i want
00:50:37.460 to secure our elections 17 countries have outlawed voting machines and many more have outlawed early
00:50:43.660 voting and mail-in voting we we in the united states have the worst election platforms in the world
00:50:50.100 from zero to 100 being totally secure if you compare contrast the 2020 election to what we're
00:50:58.340 barreling towards now with 2024 how close are we to having a secure election have you seen enough
00:51:04.380 changes where if you want to give it a number where would you put it i would say you know i would
00:51:08.700 say you're probably about 50 the reason i say that is because we're going to be watching and you know
00:51:14.280 what because of where our president is polling now there's going to be huge deviations right
00:51:19.900 they're going to have to steal another 10 million votes on top of the 15 million they took last time
00:51:25.920 so so imagine this you have a teeter-totter and you're pulling names from the dirty voter rolls or
00:51:31.380 they're using illegals or whatever if you got to take all these names to balance it out here
00:51:36.480 you're going to have more votes than voters like pennsylvania they're importing voters illegal aliens
00:51:41.860 it's all for votes but we're watching them we know how to make this uh secure we make and people
00:51:46.680 aren't going to put up with uh election stole what 2.0 real quick we got a minute wouldn't have you we
00:51:52.620 wouldn't have warm if it weren't for my pillow right and i promise i promise steve man and we would

00:52:55.300 think back to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the
00:52:59.960 government power to spy on innocent americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our
00:53:05.640 movement across the internet now jim rickards editor of the independent financial newsletter
00:53:11.060 strategic intelligence and new york times best-selling author is warning about a coming
00:53:16.140 event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact
00:53:21.580 some of the guests i've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers
00:53:26.460 to track our every move if we say the wrong things on social media donate to the wrong causes
00:53:32.620 buy firearms or even vote maga the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts
00:53:38.800 i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's an interesting and dire warning fortunately jim
