Bannon's War Room - Episode 3769： Kamala's Rush To The White House

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.500 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.100 had a belly full of it I know you don't like hearing that I know you try to do everything

00:00:20.940 the world to stop that but you're not gonna stop it it's going to happen and where do people like

00:00:24.600 that go to share the big line mega media I wish in my soul I wish that any of these people had a

00:00:32.860 conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my country

00:00:40.640 this country will be saved war room here's your host steven k band

00:00:47.420 welcome back to the war room with mark pale letter here mark um can you uh just sort of finish off

00:00:59.620 what you're saying here does um does my okus have the constitutional authority to to to prevent the

00:01:07.020 director of the secret service uh kimberly and cheadle does he have the discretion to tell her

00:01:13.100 not to obey a congressional subpoena no and there's a lot of news moving around as to what's

00:01:20.420 going on here uh you know we need answers from the secret service director uh they dropped the ball

00:01:25.780 uh and everything we hear from them is is gets more and more disturbing in terms of certainly their

00:01:31.640 incompetence uh there's been some reports that mayorkis uh who's the head of dhs is is telling her

00:01:37.160 not to testify ordering her not to testify um he doesn't have that authority the only person who could

00:01:42.580 direct a executive branch of employee official to not testify is the president of the united

00:01:47.440 states invoking executive privilege she's been subpoenaed um as i understand it and so she has a

00:01:52.740 she's required to show up before congress and unless the president directs her not to answer a

00:01:57.440 question and she needs to answer the questions uh you know both legally and i just think morally uh

00:02:02.740 and and for the american people to to to explain what they know right now uh because it's very

00:02:08.740 disturbing how unprepared how much they dropped the ball on saturday

00:02:14.200 if they dropped the ball i my my standing presumption is that there's this there's too much on this

00:02:22.380 to assume good faith too much incompetence too many mistakes too many coincidences to to assume the good

00:02:29.820 faith and just dismiss this as incompetence you would think that this administration would be

00:02:35.480 au fait with the with um obeying or not obeying a congressional subpoena rights the reason i mean

00:02:43.920 i i'm in rome i'm in rome i'm not i'm not in washington but the the but but the the reason

00:02:48.820 stephen k bannon is in jail right now is because he refused uh to uh obey an invalid uh subpoena issued by

00:02:58.760 an invalidly constituted committee um and and where's merrick garland coming out against mayorkus

00:03:05.160 coming out against kimberly cheedle saying no one is above the law i haven't seen him have you mark

00:03:11.040 pay letter where is he with this no one is above the law disc no one is above the law discourse today

00:03:16.580 correct and and and just generally uh this administration i think is the least transparent

00:03:23.480 administration in history this is the democrats talking they like to talk about democracy they like

00:03:28.100 to talk about uh transparency they're not they stiff arm congress non-stop they don't turn documents

00:03:34.300 over they don't show up for briefings they don't do any of those things in terms of the back and forth

00:03:39.340 of the of the you know of congressional oversight over the executive branch you're seeing it right now

00:03:45.220 and you saw the frustration right of these of i think it was five members right five senators at the

00:03:51.060 at the convention seeing cheedle at this you know this luxury box uh thanking members and hanging out

00:03:57.840 and having a good time and not being willing to answer questions uh from congress from these

00:04:03.680 senators on a call i think earlier that day so it it shows the arrogance and the um and the lack of

00:04:11.480 transparency uh that this biden administration has towards everyone quite frankly yeah i would like

00:04:18.700 to see gop issuing subpoenas and drilling down on this with the same degree of fanaticism that the

00:04:26.180 invalidly constituted j6 committee tried to drill down against a largely peaceful protest um but

00:04:33.400 we're probably not going to get that because the gop are professional performance artists they will 1.00

00:04:40.220 issue some strongly worded press releases they will go through the motions but you know i would

00:04:45.100 actually i would not be surprised i would not be surprised if there are some sitting republican

00:04:50.180 congressmen some sitting republican senators that saw the events of saturday unfold and were left

00:04:57.200 disappointed at the end of it so to look look to these people i think to drill down on this um is going

00:05:04.320 to be a hope that ends in delusion fundamentally but there's so much that went wrong on that i would like to

00:05:12.180 see a subpoena for every single incident that went wrong so ben something something something doesn't

00:05:18.740 add up so i spent 10 years on on capitol hill as a chief oversight counsel okay so there are good

00:05:24.480 people up there uh you know i think jim jordan's a great chairman uh and a great oversight guy you have

00:05:31.180 you have to understand that if he issues a subpoena right and wants to hold somebody in contempt where

00:05:37.920 does that contempt go it goes to the department of justice okay which is not going to do anything as

00:05:42.520 we've seen what we saw the double standard right with respect to steve bannon and others peter navarro

00:05:48.980 is that when you have an opposite party person in in in charge of the department of justice they will move

00:05:54.540 fast so what i say to that is is that you know here are the alternatives you try and get criminal

00:06:01.160 contempt if somebody's not listening to you it's going to go to the department of justice it will die they 0.55

00:06:05.660 will do nothing or you can go to court right which will take two or three years all right to enforce

00:06:11.160 a subpoena so it is tougher than you know it's it's a tough job i think they've been that they've

00:06:16.880 been pushing hard on it uh but this the way the government is constructed right now it's very

00:06:21.900 difficult i will tell you right that when president trump gets re-elected and there are republican

00:06:27.120 congresses uh you know hopefully a house and senate are running things when they do subpoena people

00:06:33.880 then and they don't obey that gets referred to who the trump justice department right to to enforce

00:06:40.720 a subpoena to criminally enforce a subpoena uh so there's going to be a different dynamic in terms of

00:06:46.200 getting information that's why november is also so important for truth finding and accountability

00:06:51.340 right you will have the stars aligned in terms of accountability right now it's very very difficult

00:06:57.940 okay and i i we can we can talk more on this topic but but um but it's a very difficult um

00:07:04.700 environment for the congress to be able to get answers legally in terms of their their subpoenas

00:07:12.260 they can issue subpoenas they've issued tons of subpoenas when the administration or individuals

00:07:17.280 blow them off uh and don't comply uh your your like your hammer is to go to the department of justice 0.89

00:07:24.280 and say enforce this as they did right with with steve bannon but with respect to and they don't do

00:07:30.140 it with anyone else that's why it was a two-tiered system of going after steve bannon um but but when

00:07:35.460 when november comes and a republican house and senate and president are elected i think you're

00:07:41.780 going to see some some ability to get accountability because of the way that it'll play out but the way

00:07:47.740 the levers and the and and the agencies and the the government entities will be able to act on those

00:07:54.080 things and will act on those things outstanding mark peter absolutely outstanding analysis i couldn't

00:08:00.100 agree with you more if you want if you want to see folks if you want to get to the bottom of what

00:08:04.240 happened last saturday in buckler pennsylvania if you really want to get to the bottom there's only one

00:08:09.820 way you're going to do that and that's by handing over this weaponized doj into the trump administration's

00:08:17.960 hands and then the republicans can do with this weaponized doj exactly what the democrats have been

00:08:23.800 doing um and i can't wait for that day to come mark peter how can folks uh keep up with your analysis

00:08:30.420 um especially with regard to the supreme court generally but how where can they go to to find out

00:08:36.080 your your your commentary on day-to-day events thanks ben um at mark paoletta i'm on x uh and

00:08:42.840 then my website is mark paoletta.com where i write on um uh the supreme court in particular and defending

00:08:49.260 justice thomas defending the attacks on the court uh just also we put up a paper i'm with the center

00:08:54.380 for renewing america we just did a 25 page paper on the impoundment control act and how president trump

00:09:01.280 in the next administration should impound lots of funds that's his constitutional authority in the

00:09:06.680 70s congress passed this law that made it illegal for the president to to impound funds and uh russ vote

00:09:13.060 uh and i uh just came out with a paper and i have some op-eds up on there saying okay in terms of getting

00:09:18.760 control of spending and out of control programs like dei like foreign aid uh like funding uh foreign

00:09:25.440 international international organizations the president using his inherent power to impound funds

00:09:31.320 uh is is is is is up on this website for you to read mark paoletta thanks very much uh we'll catch

00:09:38.800 up with you hopefully tomorrow god bless thanks for coming on the show today thanks ben now um folks

00:09:45.400 you've been listening um as we've been discussing what sort of suggestions question marks over what has

00:09:53.220 been going on um with regards to secret services lapses i'd like to go to germany now if i may and

00:10:01.280 talk with an old friend of mine peter byston who's who's a member of the german parliament for the

00:10:07.280 alternative for deutschland peter please forgive my german um pronunciation um now your home you you um

00:10:16.080 you were telling me the other day that your home has now been turned upside down for like the 15th or 16

00:10:22.240 time by the german security services simply because the authorities don't like what you have to say

00:10:29.240 you're a german patriot right you're a member of parliament for the afd and yet you are being

00:10:34.500 persecuted by the security services and i will draw some parallels i think between what you're saying now

00:10:40.240 and the situation in america after you spoke peter welcome onto the show um thanks for coming on uh

00:10:46.620 could you tell us a bit what happened uh your home last week hello benjamin and nice regards to all

00:10:54.600 to everybody who is watching the war room and especially a nice regards to my friend steve

00:11:01.600 to prison i hope he is going to be free uh soon well benjamin you are not up to date uh it's uh not 15

00:11:11.660 home searches but already we are we are already at number 19 uh so you see the german police is very

00:11:20.840 active um they tried uh first day with eight home searches they recognized that they have found

00:11:28.560 nothing so they invited with four more um they searched friends of my friends people i never met

00:11:36.220 and afterwards when they discovered second time that they have found nothing they just search even

00:11:41.440 my property my flats which i am renting since years where uh are people living i i met just two years ago

00:11:48.840 just for signing the contract and the most horrible thing they search even uh the hospital room where my

00:11:55.780 my old mother is is now hospitalized um this is a pure terror pure terror it has nothing to do

00:12:04.500 uh with it uh investigation it's uh it's just terror and um you know it's just this is a part of of uh

00:12:13.620 yeah i'm allowed sentence you know this is a this is a part of uh how how the government is uh handling uh

00:12:21.200 the opposition in germany it's not just about me this is happening to many many people in germany

00:12:27.460 when you say the opposition let's be clear they're not they're not doing this to to the cdu they're

00:12:33.520 doing this to the afd right um well the cdu is is just on paper opposition but uh they are the same

00:12:42.080 globalist club uh like all the other parties but i when i say opposition i mean even uh opposition which

00:12:48.660 is not in parliament uh for example the head of the demonstration against corona michael balweg

00:12:56.320 was put into prison for nine months without the trial without the trial he was kept in prison

00:13:03.020 for nine months and afterwards the judge said well oh we have nothing against you you can go

00:13:08.080 and the same is happening to journalists what what is what now happened to me many journalists who

00:13:15.540 are critical against the government they have home searchings uh they are they monetarize uh we it's

00:13:23.160 just three days ago a big uh big newspaper was closed what was was stormed by police uh and uh they the

00:13:33.000 police took everything outside of the editorial office they took given the chairs and the tables

00:13:38.080 everything they they just closed it this is the first time side the hitler side since since second

00:13:44.260 world war then that the germany uh big publishing house is closed just because they were publishing

00:13:50.640 uh critics uh criticism against the government peter we have um a two-minute break coming up in one

00:13:59.660 minute um but before we go to the break let me ask you when they um when the secret services come in

00:14:05.340 and and basically turn your home upside down looking for whatever they claim they're looking for are they

00:14:13.640 armed when they come in

00:14:15.260 they coming with the black mask with special forces they they storming the halls you know and they're

00:14:28.720 coming always in the morning like half half past five in the morning when the people are sleeping

00:14:33.420 um the for example what i told you now about the editorial halls they they stormed even the the flat

00:14:41.700 of the wife of the chief editor she was sleeping she was naked under the blanket and they they run into

00:14:48.440 the into the room and they asked her to to come out it's terrible peter peter hold on we'll be back

00:14:55.380 i've been telling you about cyber scammers who try to steal graceland the fbi calls this house stealing

00:16:05.420 welcome back to the war room here with peter byström german member of parliament for the alternative for

00:16:18.900 deutschland if you're just joining us now he was explaining how his home has been turned over 19 times

00:16:26.100 by the german security services they come in at five o'clock five-thirds of the morning with black

00:16:31.780 balaclava masks um now the question i asked you just before the break peter um because and i i'll give

00:16:38.320 the reason why i ask this a lot of people have a suspicion against the fbi in america when it raided

00:16:44.920 mar-a-lago looking for um restricted papers confidential papers um that the fbi agents were armed and had been

00:16:53.200 given permission if necessary to use um to to to use their guns um and there has been the suspicion

00:17:01.660 made on this show that that was back then a few months ago that that was a a a potential assassination

00:17:09.140 attempt um institutionally so my question to you is when they come and turn your home over at five

00:17:17.800 thirty in the morning are these secret service agents armed do they have pistols so they have guns on

00:17:23.120 them uh when they do this and are they authorized to use them against you and or your family

00:17:29.440 well sure sure we had uh two uh different uh police forces um during the homesteadings

00:17:40.200 uh one is a normal police which is armed and the second was a special special police and they are

00:17:48.380 heavily armed they that those are uh really special forces they are masked like this is anti anti-terror

00:17:55.940 unit and um you know because this is not the first time and this is really becoming a very usual

00:18:04.200 tool against the opposition those home searching and this terrorizing i some kind expected

00:18:10.040 it because i was uh we we had the election for european parliament i was the number two of our

00:18:15.940 party so and this is always in before elections stuff like this so they can put it into the newspapers

00:18:22.000 that there is some investigation against us against the politicians it's the same blueprint like

00:18:28.240 like with donald trump in the us so i don't need to tell you you know it you all know it so i i i

00:18:34.560 expected somehow that it will happen and for that reason uh i gave away my weapons because i am i am a

00:18:41.400 hunter i have legally weapons in my home and uh the rules are for the police that if you have weapons

00:18:48.760 in your home they they can shoot sharp because if they have a suspicion that that you are defending

00:18:54.980 yourself you are defending your house uh they are armed for that purpose that they they will shoot

00:19:01.740 um incredible um i think yeah it is of course i i think more more attention um in the world needs

00:19:13.380 to be given to um to what's happening here because what's happening in in the uk what's happening uh

00:19:20.880 in germany what's happening in the united states it's all part of the same narrative it is absolutely

00:19:28.300 astonishing to me peter it is absolutely astonishing to me to hear a sitting member of parliament

00:19:34.900 recount that his home has been searched by the german uh by the national secret services 19 times

00:19:44.820 um and that that as a sitting member of parliament you you have fear to keep your legally owned rifles

00:19:53.800 as a hunter in your home because you don't want uh to give the security services in germany an excuse

00:20:01.300 to shoot you that is absolutely astonishing because the narrative is if you read the mainstream media

00:20:07.280 the narrative is it's the it's the christian democratic union the social democratic um union these are the 0.51

00:20:14.120 bulwark in germany against the afd which is a crypto fascist crypto neo-nazi organization that's the

00:20:22.280 narrative from the mainstream media it seems to me from what you were saying about the suppression of

00:20:28.700 this newspaper the intimidation tactics dangerous intimidation tactics against you personally that

00:20:35.440 i would put down in the same way that this show put down suggested that when they did this to donald

00:20:40.360 trump it was a it was a it was a it was a potential assassination um scenario i'd say that they're doing

00:20:46.840 exactly the same to you and the fact that you've removed your legally owned weapons from your own home

00:20:51.560 indicates that you have the same sort of suspicion as well it seems to me peter bystrom that far from

00:20:59.160 the mainstream parties being a ball walk for for against fascism and neo-nazism in germany these are

00:21:05.760 parties that are actually mirroring what the nazis did in the 1930s in germany against you guys

00:21:12.400 of course but uh you have to know one thing the nazis they called themselves national socialists

00:21:22.360 i i repeat national socialists so they define themselves as as a socialist there are quotes from

00:21:32.000 goebbels who said in the 20s yes we are uh decisively left movement and uh this way of thinking it's a it's a

00:21:42.000 it's you know totalitarian um this way of thinking uh i would say still continues in the

00:21:49.600 international socialists nowadays and what we are experiencing this terror against any opposition any

00:21:57.280 civic opposition this is the same like in the 30s um and for sure uh absolutely the same what the

00:22:07.280 communist stasi and the gdr has done just 30 years ago so um yeah his story is repeating

00:22:17.920 well when people suggest to me uh or they try and synthesize because i i i make the same point

00:22:25.560 and then people say so basically what you'll say is that um the the the soviet the soviet communists

00:22:32.680 and the the german nazis are um are different sides of the same coin different faces of the same

00:22:41.380 coin no they're the no they're this they're not different sides of the same coin they're the same

00:22:46.980 side of the same coin right there's very little difference right but the left because the media

00:22:53.980 is part and parcel is a continuum um with with the with the left um they they they it has been their job

00:23:04.380 as is academia it has been their job what i called on getter i think a couple of weeks ago

00:23:09.000 one of the most successful hoax in human history is to convince the world that adolf hitler was right

00:23:14.720 wing um it's absolutely astonishing how the media and academia have got together and to convince people

00:23:21.380 of that when it's absolutely not that not the case absolutely true as you say i mean i literally said

00:23:25.800 what you said in in in in those very words it was a national socialist movement they were socialists

00:23:32.320 the nazis were socialists and yet they've done this mind trick like like is it david copperfield who does

00:23:38.120 these great uh optical illusions they've done this mind trick a jedi mind trick on the whole of 0.99

00:23:43.800 humanity to think that you know hitler was right wing and then if you wanted to be safe and not repeat

00:23:49.700 history you need to come over to the left um and of course not only is it not true but from what you're

00:23:54.940 account account recount recount recount recounting to us today peter bystrom not only is that not true

00:23:59.880 but the german left is actually repeating in the same way what the national socialists did in the 30s

00:24:06.880 and yet tell me are people waking up to this in germany are they are they starting to see the truth

00:24:12.460 for what it is yes sure uh more and more look at the afd we are the youngest party in germany we were

00:24:23.660 established just 10 years ago but we are the most successful party and we are the only systemic

00:24:29.060 opposition you know we gain all the states parliaments we uh come into the german federal

00:24:35.440 parliament uh several times and now we come for the third time to the european parliament and we are

00:24:42.880 becoming always stronger and stronger so this is the proof that more and more people uh they got the eyes

00:24:50.920 open they are understanding what's going on they are not believing the lies of the system they are not

00:24:57.360 believing the lies of the state's own media uh and they're coming more and more to free media and

00:25:04.180 they are coming more and more to us but uh again look at the last elections uh to the european parliament

00:25:11.400 in the polls a few months before we were over 20 percent we had more than 20 percent and then the system

00:25:20.540 started uh campaigning against us the first campaign was produced by an ngo which is paid by the

00:25:26.880 government paid by soros and others and and they put uh some fake news uh into the air and everybody

00:25:35.520 from the mainstream media was copying it and they were spreading it and then they started um other uh fake

00:25:41.760 news about me yeah but my colleague um kra and others and they put us down from more than 20 uh to 16

00:25:50.160 15 percent and guess what the state owned television they were proudly announcing after the election they

00:25:59.400 were displaying uh pictures graphics with it and saying look our campaigns did work we put the afd down

00:26:08.880 so this is what the state on television uh is doing uh before election is uh putting uh opposition down

00:26:19.380 and is proud of peter peter looking at looking at the american context first they'll try and destroy you

00:26:26.640 at the butter box when that doesn't work they'll try and put you in prison and when that doesn't work

00:26:32.160 watch out for the assassination attempts coming back exactly exactly this is what is happening this is

00:26:40.060 uh now we all are watching what is going in the us we all saw the assassination attempt to donald trump

00:26:47.640 uh we had a similar thing here in europe there was an assassination of robert fitzo who is a prime

00:26:53.780 minister of slovakia i think um victor orban is in very big danger too all those leaders who are

00:27:02.020 against the globalistic agenda especially all those leaders who are against the upcoming war i'm sure

00:27:08.460 that the nato is a preparing war and everybody who is against this war uh is in big danger

00:27:14.500 uh look on that point i have a quote look i'll ask you if i may just to hang on over over this last

00:27:21.660 break and then we're going to go over to the managing managing editor and ellen kruger fantini um of the

00:27:29.080 european conservative i've got a quote um from victor orban here who said just what you said

00:27:36.420 uh basically but you know what i'm going to hold it on until after the break because i think victor

00:27:41.720 orban who is now clearly the european leader of the the nationalist movement i actually think he's in

00:27:48.200 very grave danger uh personal danger and it would not surprise me if uh there were security lapses

00:27:55.860 when he next speaks peter stand by we'll be back up at the break

00:29:31.940 welcome back folks i'm just finishing off here with peter boston german

00:29:41.180 member of parliament for the alternative for deutschland listen let me just read this quote to you

00:29:47.740 um this is what victor orban said this um this morning all these attacks talking specifically about

00:29:54.420 attacks against uh donald trump uh and robert fitzer in in slovakia all these attacks are against anti-war

00:30:02.400 pro-peace politicians pro-war forces are so stirred up tense abetted and organized that they are trying

00:30:10.320 to clean out the pro-peace forces from the stage from the center of political life that quote by the

00:30:17.620 way is up at the very top of my feed on getter uh right now if you want more details as is the article

00:30:22.900 that that's taken from from reuters uh peter i think you absolutely something like you know this

00:30:27.500 isn't sort of um nationalists um fantasizing um or or sort of foaming at the mouth of the idea that

00:30:38.160 victor orban is himself um uh needs to take care there's a clear line you can join the dots right

00:30:46.000 you can see what they're doing to donald trump see what they did to robert fitzer in slovakia

00:30:50.760 see what they did to jae bolsonaro in um in brazil um see what they did to to abe prime minister

00:31:00.000 abe former prime minister abe in um in japan these people every single one see what they're doing to

00:31:07.400 you when they break into in balaclapis and after the teeth in your home as a sitting member of parliament

00:31:14.660 19 times at 5 30 in the morning all you guys you're nationalists um and more or less um

00:31:24.160 more or less you you don't accept the mainstream media military industrial complex narrative on

00:31:30.500 vladimir putin um and you know that's why there's a danger if you want to be a patriot in public life

00:31:37.180 in elected office as you do there is a danger that is a factor now uh that you have to factor in right

00:31:43.440 that you have to weigh a price in uh to entering in into public life what i think it actually

00:31:49.100 casts what you're doing on under a certain uh heroic light uh peter where can people i know you have

00:31:58.340 yourself have a podcast where can people go to keep up with with what you're doing because i've seen some

00:32:04.160 of the stuff um that you're doing so the photos for example that you were taking a recent protests

00:32:10.680 um in germany um well uh for first uh my my uh phones and computers were confiscated so i am

00:32:21.380 since weeks i am not able to serve my instagram and my uh my twitter account my x account uh but you

00:32:30.880 still uh you still can reach my website and for um especially you can you can reach this uh website

00:32:39.140 night talk a night of berlin and there is one excellent english interview with eduardo bolsonaro

00:32:47.760 from brazil he is talking about uh what's going on in brazil how the judges on the supreme court

00:32:54.940 were trying censor uh x uh were uh the doing censorship on on twitter and if you think oh it's been

00:33:03.640 brazil brazil this is not interesting no watch it listen it because this is the same

00:33:08.780 blueprint if you understand if you listen uh what's happening in brazil you will understand

00:33:13.580 what's going on in europe and in the usa is everywhere the same peter final question just

00:33:19.980 before you go final question the view amongst your parliamentary colleagues in germany with regards

00:33:25.860 to the assassination attempt on donald trump does he still need to take care of himself do you do you

00:33:32.240 do you think he needs to to continue to to spend a lot of attention on his own personal security between

00:33:39.400 now and november what what what what are folks saying in the german parliament is he okay now is it gonna

00:33:46.100 be was it one attempt and then they're gonna leave him or do you think he still needs to to to be very

00:33:51.180 very careful might there be more coming well of course he must take care um of him uh but i see a

00:34:00.240 different danger i think the democrats will switch uh the candidate um they will put some younger woman 1.00

00:34:08.240 uh in my opinion i i i i predicted it already several months uh earlier i said michelle obana will have a 0.98

00:34:17.600 comeback uh and uh this will and all the mainstream media will then promise a change something fresh

00:34:26.180 something new uh they will create kind of positive hysteria um and uh this is the real danger this is

00:34:34.680 the real manipulation of election okay peter bison very very happy for you to come on the show today

00:34:42.680 we're trying to get you on for a long long time because you have some real interesting experience that

00:34:47.780 i think um especially our our viewership in america uh will be very glad to to hear uh informed to know

00:34:55.780 of what life is like for an afd parliamentarian in germany please come back uh at some point in the future

00:35:02.880 and i wish you the very best and we'll stay stay in touch catch up soon peter bison thank you very much

00:35:08.560 god bless with pleasure and thank you very much for your work and nice regards to everybody in the

00:35:15.140 u.s god bless you god bless peter thank you okay it gives me a great pleasure now to bring on the show

00:35:22.640 ellen krieger fantini from the european conservative talking about guests that i've wanted to bring on

00:35:28.600 the show for a long long time finally or as they say in italy finalmente ellen um because right now you

00:35:35.600 are in here in italy i'm up in the north of italy um welcome on to the show uh look what i wanted to

00:35:43.840 ask you and i declare an interest i am i do have let me see i am a contributing editor for the european

00:35:50.280 conservative what i must go to source i i check out the website every single day has superb analysis

00:35:59.540 on what's going on in europe i don't feel suitably informed unless i i cast my eyes over over your

00:36:06.940 front page in the morning i say that as this shows international correspondent international editor

00:36:12.300 and thanks coming on can you just tell us a bit now because something that we were covering um

00:36:18.420 right sort of right up until the the european elections was the possibility that ursula von der

00:36:24.900 lion or as i call her on my getter feeder sula von der liar uh was was going to be nominated for a 0.95

00:36:30.780 second uh mandala i actually didn't think it was going to happen i didn't think the numbers added up

00:36:35.720 for her i think there's too much um legal challenges now to do with pfizer hanging over her recent 1.00

00:36:43.400 charges i think came out against her in the last few days and yet she's done it she has now been as of

00:36:48.300 yesterday i think um renewed in a second mandate um what can you tell us uh about this and what does

00:36:56.260 it mean for the development of the european uh commission over the next five years and what does

00:37:01.700 it mean for americans and and a future trump administration right so um thanks so much for

00:37:10.280 having me on ben great to see you uh yes queen ursula was re-elected after she sold herself to the

00:37:17.480 highest bidder and uh made promises to gang up on the patriots sovereigntists and anyone else right

00:37:24.500 of center in the parliament so just imagine what's happening to peter happening to others and i think

00:37:31.600 it's it's important the first thing to understand is that we say she's re-elected president but she's

00:37:38.440 never actually won a single european citizens vote and um she's been elected uh for ignoring exactly what

00:37:47.180 they did vote for so um a little background despite the european elections in june overwhelmingly

00:37:53.960 shifting the balance of power to the right in the european parliament um von der Leyen's promises to

00:38:00.500 this motley crew she uh put together for the vote she needed to keep her herself at the helm 1.00

00:38:06.240 effectively pushed eu decision making even more to the left so um she was re-elected um in a secret vote

00:38:16.720 uh last time around she had a coalition that included her centrist um we'll call it centrist

00:38:23.620 uh european people's party the social democrats and the liberals um these groups still hold a nominal

00:38:31.060 majority despite losing seats in the june elections but because um the the vote was secret there was a 10

00:38:39.560 to 15 percent defection rate let's say not voting the way they were expected to vote so she

00:38:46.300 included the radical greens the greens by promising them continued support for the green deal in

00:38:53.500 exchange for their votes and also vowing to keep a cordon sanitaire against the popular right-wing

00:39:00.400 parties who recently saw a surge in the elections this is the point right this is the point yeah this is

00:39:06.280 the point this is the point so she basically sold her position out she she i don't say prostituted 1.00

00:39:12.940 prostituted herself out to the left in order to secure a second mandate but she prostituted herself 0.82

00:39:18.860 out to the left to secure a second mandate um and interestingly one thing that never happened

00:39:25.180 though everyone was projecting this apart from me i said i don't believe this is going to be how it works

00:39:30.480 out but georgia maloney who was projected to be kingmaker in fact didn't really have any influence 1.00

00:39:37.240 whatsoever um in this i think georgia had some good cards and she played them badly by the way um what 0.62

00:39:44.060 does this mean for the um for for for the the nationalist the sovereignist movement in europe

00:39:49.660 right now has it been frustrated or will its dissatisfaction and anger grow uh with this with this

00:39:57.640 reappointment well i i think both things are true so of course the national conservatives and

00:40:05.220 sovereignists in the new le pen uh victor orban alliance called patriots for europe and the other

00:40:12.680 new group uh europe of sovereign nations of course they voted against her um but in her last minute pitch

00:40:19.920 right before the vote of course she said um we want to continue the absurd green deal and the wildly

00:40:25.960 unpopular migration pact which are of course strongly rejected by at least a quarter of the european voters in

00:40:32.680 june but worse was to cement her standing with her leftist allies she attacked the right-wing

00:40:40.980 sovereignists and euroskeptic forces that she claims quote threaten the european way of life whatever

00:40:47.400 that means she called them demagogues and extremists and said she would fight for democracy she also

00:40:53.640 reinforced that she strongly committed to this cordon sanitaire and that is think about it the term

00:41:00.700 cordon sanitaire is meant to create a barrier to stop infectious diseases a dividing line between

00:41:06.460 the healthy population and an infected one and so she and the bureaucrats like her are treating their 0.95

00:41:13.340 democratically elected colleagues like they have the plague so they have no say in any policies so what

00:41:20.080 this really means is that millions and millions of europeans who voted for a change in brussels will have

00:41:25.620 no say over what happens in europe um and it is important ellen ellen it is important to underline

00:41:32.180 the point that you just made and that this is here someone with no democratic mandate

00:41:37.060 sidelining exactly who do and doing that in the name of democracy exactly exactly well as we as we know

00:41:46.580 both in europe and america when um when these bureaucrats say our democracy or saving democracy what they

00:41:54.900 mean is the outcome they want otherwise it's not democratic so uh go ahead no i i wanted to very

00:42:06.660 quickly pivot could we have a break coming up in just a minute i just want to have a very quick pivot as

00:42:12.340 you are american based here in continental europe favorite drastic pivot to to the to the u.s context

00:42:19.860 by biden is the democrats are going to ditch biden right in in 30 seconds the democrats are going to

00:42:26.180 ditch biden as an analyst as an analyst who are they going to put in um in her uh in his place

00:42:34.020 well that's a great question i mean i'm not sure that peter's wrong uh by saying a fresh face

00:42:43.380 michelle obama will come and save america but the fact is any any democrat who actually has political

00:42:51.540 ambitions is not going to want to be their pick because donald trump's going to win

00:42:58.100 perfect perfect and that's what we're saying at the beginning of the show excellent analysis where

00:43:02.820 can folks i i'll give out the the the eurocon uh website but just briefly what's your twitter

00:43:09.220 where can people go in the next uh 10 seconds to keep up with your great analysis okay on getter

00:43:16.820 we have we're at eurocon and on x we're eurocon official and i'm fantina vienna

00:43:24.660 elm catch you on the show america is facing a real danger the kind of danger only real americans are

00:44:36.020 group of individuals career bureaucrats who have been installed by what we call the deep state

00:44:42.500 into every agency and department in the united states government had donald trump not won in 2016

00:44:48.420 he would not have exposed the flank of the deep state and their weapon of choice the two-tier system

00:44:53.220 of justice from russia gates hunter biden's laptop to joe biden's classified documents case to january 6

00:44:58.900 to the 51 intel letter and everything in between we would never have learned that these people are

00:45:03.700 dangerous and vindictive learning from their mistakes and perfecting ways to hide their corruption it is

00:45:09.540 finally time for a straightforward assessment of the state of our nation

00:45:25.460 welcome back to the closing segment of today's morning edition of the war room philip patrick good

00:45:43.300 morning thanks for coming on the show in time of in times of instability gold is a hedge right and

00:45:52.580 that's never more true than recent events and we've seen in real time they tried to take out

00:46:02.420 the former and future president of the united states these are in state unstable times i have

00:46:08.500 a little ticker on my phone that actually gives me the uh the gold price it's hovered around two thousand

00:46:14.820 dollars i think per ounce for like two years it's now what two thousand four hundred or something and

00:46:21.940 there's there's a rally right now what are your take what's your take on this your thoughts

00:46:27.220 yeah great question so so so absolutely gold and precious metals in general shooting up in this

00:46:33.620 climate gold is up over 20 percent for the year silver's up a little over 30 and as you rightly point

00:46:40.900 out it is a reflection of instability and the realities of a biden administration to see an

00:46:47.780 assassination attempt of a a former president and you know the next president of the united states was

00:46:53.620 just absolutely mind-blowing but it's a reflection of what's happening you know politically but also

00:47:00.660 economically let's not forget under this administration we've seen inflation surge we've seen the global

00:47:06.580 supply of us dollars increase dramatically and through policy he's incentivized the world to

00:47:13.540 start looking at alternatives to the us dollar all of these things are very problematic but it creates

00:47:20.180 a very conducive climate for precious metals and for gold and silver in particular and of course we're

00:47:26.660 seeing that in their in their growth and if people are now sort of reading the daily newspapers and

00:47:32.100 they're actually thinking well you know i thought about it you know i was open to it but i was a bit

00:47:36.100 undecided now i actually think that is the time to get in um what do they do where do they go where can

00:47:42.100 they find out more yeah so so so i agree look we've seen movement but with everything in front of us i think

00:47:48.180 there's a lot more to come so it's very simple for us it always starts with information so they go to

00:47:54.500 birchgold.com forward slash bannon again birchgold.com forward slash bannon that's going to give them

00:48:02.420 access to a free information kit on how and why to invest in in precious metals they can also get access

00:48:09.940 to the end of the dollar empire series written by steve which you know it's a it's a project that he was

00:48:17.700 very invested in and it gives people a really good history and overview of the current financial

00:48:23.860 system and how we got to where we are today so lots of good information at birchgold.com forward

00:48:30.180 slash bannon birchgold.com forward slash bannon philip patrick thanks so much for coming on the show today

00:48:40.020 uh because as you know we we cover this on the war in real time but these are unstable times right

00:48:46.420 thanks very much thank you god bless thanks philip mike lindale um sad news right uh good morning to

00:48:56.180 you sad sad news uh on the death of lou dobbs grateful for you coming on the show this morning

00:49:02.100 uh to tee up to to preview you're going to be talking about him uh in more detail i think at

00:49:09.780 five o'clock this afternoon is that right yes that's right yeah it's a very sad day for me i i lost a very

00:49:16.180 close friend um lou and i when i hired lou to come over to frank speech uh back in november ever almost

00:49:23.300 every day we would strategize and he was such a mentor and uh just uh um he stood for um inspiration

00:49:31.380 he inspired me and he just uh he just kept fighting right to the very end and he uh uh even through it

00:49:37.700 you know he his his illness or the stuff that he had going on uh he he um just wanted to keep going

00:49:43.940 hit and his first interview was with donald trump uh on my network and his last one was and uh yeah

00:49:50.900 i passed away yesterday and and i know he's looking down he said continue the fight continue the fight

00:49:56.500 we've got to save our country and just um it's it's so sad i'm uh um i'm praying for his i talked to his

00:50:03.140 wife yesterday and we prayed with her and and um we're just praying for the family and him but i'll i'll

00:50:08.980 go into a lot more this afternoon everybody when i'm back on the show today so and that that's at

00:50:14.980 five o'clock right yeah that's at five o'clock and they uh um and you know the um you know all this

00:50:21.140 news is such a mixed everything that's going on we have miracles going on and and yet uh you know

00:50:27.460 such tragedies going on and sadness but the uh um i know steve being in in in prison in prison you

00:50:34.420 know he's he's uh upbeat and he's just wanted me he said mike you know keep uh keep things going and
