00:00:00.640 Breaking news right now, President Biden has decided to step out of the race for the White
00:00:05.980 House. I'm going to read you the statement that he released in full.
00:00:09.500 My fellow Americans, over the past three and a half years, we have made great progress
00:00:13.900 as a nation. Today, America has the strongest economy in the world. We've made historic
00:00:19.020 investments in rebuilding our nation, in lowering prescription drug costs for seniors and in
00:00:24.720 expanding affordable health care to a record number of Americans. We've provided critically
00:00:29.800 needed care to a million veterans exposed to toxic substances, passed the first gun safety
00:00:35.840 law in 30 years, appointed the first African-American woman to the Supreme Court and passed the most
00:00:42.120 significant climate legislation in the history of the world. America has never been better
00:00:48.460 positioned to lead than we are today. I know none of this could have been done without you,
00:00:54.720 the American people. Together, we overcame a once in a century pandemic and the worst economic
00:01:01.080 crisis since the Great Depression. We've protected and preserved our democracy and we've revitalized
00:01:08.320 and strengthened our alliances around the world. It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve
00:01:15.380 you as your president. And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in
00:01:21.720 the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my
00:01:30.460 duties as president for the remainder of my term. Joe Biden is grounded. He's grounded in his faith,
00:01:37.540 in his family and in our state. Excuse me.
00:01:42.320 I'm sorry. This was a very difficult decision. Joe Biden is a patriot. I love him. I love his family
00:01:51.560 and I love what he's done for the country. He had authenticity and touch, whether you saw it or not,
00:01:58.960 but everything about him, even sometimes the stutter and the bumbling was part of the touch,
00:02:06.460 part of the sort of empathic, very loving, very clear, clear eyed touch that he had that allowed him
00:02:17.040 and enabled him to be an effective president. But all of that turned against him after the debate
00:02:23.740 for all the reasons that we discussed. And he would say no time to complain about it.
00:02:29.040 Let's move on. It's go time. I mean, this is just this is history writ large. You know,
00:02:37.120 we'll all remember where we were and what we're doing at this moment. And just thinking about the
00:02:42.000 president right now, you know, what a what a man, what a patriot. What an act of selfless devotion to
00:02:50.540 your country. And he he has been a phenomenal president. He brought us back from COVID.
00:02:57.020 He, you know, gave us the best recovery from COVID of any major nation on Earth at a time when the
00:03:06.300 world has economically been struggling in the wake of COVID. The Biden economy is literally the envy of
00:03:12.940 the world. He ended the presidency of of Donald Trump at one disastrous term. And he did it while
00:03:22.900 being decent and civil and honorable and normal and occasionally boring at a time when boring was
00:03:32.340 absolutely what we needed. And I just, you know, his career of decades in public service as a senator
00:03:41.220 and as a very successful vice president and as a phenomenally successful president, there is no
00:03:48.740 single thing that he has done in that entire career that is a greater or more consequential act
00:03:55.160 of service and sacrifice to this country than what he has done today. And I cannot I mean,
00:04:00.320 knowing him a little bit, knowing his personality, having spoken to him, you know, a number of times
00:04:05.900 in my life, both in sort of official and unofficial capacities, I cannot see anywhere in his personality
00:04:11.700 where this decision today was possible. This is not this is the opposite of something that is natural or easy
00:04:18.800 for him. He is just not built to do something like this because he his superpower is being underestimated.
00:04:25.900 And that's why he's been so resolute and resisting all these calls for him to drop out. But him making this
00:04:30.500 decision today is to give the country a chance, a reasonable chance at not putting Donald Trump back in the
00:04:40.400 White House, not putting a president back in the White House who refused to leave the last time
00:04:45.640 and summoned an angry mob to try to overthrow the government government rather than go. This is Joe
00:04:50.060 Biden saying, apparently, it's not me, the one that gives us the best chance to do that. It's got to be
00:04:55.340 somebody else. And so I will step aside. I'm just blown away by the sacrifice and the patriotism that
00:05:00.920 this moment embodies. Donald Trump is not easy to beat. He is not easy to beat. And anyone who thinks he is,
00:05:09.000 is back in 2016, when they're laughing at the concept. And you can see how quickly they tried to steal the unity
00:05:17.960 narrative. And I've heard from inside Republican circles and right wing media that the hate campaign against
00:05:24.960 Kamala Harris has begun. You'll notice they purposefully pronounce her name wrong. They say Kamala. They do it all the
00:05:33.580 time. It is on purpose. But the talk is to start that hate campaign and get it going and start it
00:05:40.100 churning. So my hope is that major Democrats and major Republicans from the Obamas to the Bush family
00:05:47.600 to military leaders get behind the democracy ticket. And we move on that same lens, whether it's opinion
00:05:56.200 writers or thought leaders, that same lens, that focus needs to be put back on Donald Trump, because
00:06:03.720 he's the old one now. And many would argue he has been unfit since day one of his first presidency.
00:06:10.280 And if you use that same lens, you will find a man who is mentally unfit every day, who doesn't make
00:06:17.440 sense every day. When he does make sense, he sounds like a white nationalist. When he does make sense,
00:06:23.360 he seems to be in love with Vladimir Putin. When he does make sense, he calls the convicted criminals who rioted
00:06:30.020 at the Capitol, defecated all over the Capitol, tried to kill the vice president and Nancy Pelosi, the people who
00:06:37.060 were convicted and in prison. He calls them hostages and says he will pardon them. And obviously he's a man who
00:06:44.940 tried to steal a free and fair election. So, Simone, how does the lens, the same lens, in all fairness, get put back on
00:06:53.340 Donald Trump, the lens that was used on Joe Biden when he had moments that's where he seemed a little
00:06:58.800 bit less than clear?
00:07:00.000 Look, I think across the board, not obviously here at this proverbial table we are at, but across the board, people
00:07:08.880 have to get serious about Donald Trump and J.D. Vance. And I mean, this whole I don't understand how they sold this new
00:07:16.500 tone mess post the assassination attempt because Donald Trump has been clear exactly about who he is.
00:07:26.000 He's never minced words about who he is, what he believes and how he rolls. And so the idea that I mean, after you saw
00:07:34.860 Ron Johnson on that stage during the Republican National Convention and Carrie Lake literally pointing up to the
00:07:41.420 press saying, putting targeting the press in her convention speech, I don't think that was in the prompter, that there was
00:07:47.880 going to be some new tone I didn't understand. And then we got to Donald Trump, who literally halfway through the speech
00:07:54.040 when he decided to go off the teleprompter, when he started shouting out people's names. That's what he does at a Trump
00:07:58.460 rally. We America witnessed a Trump rally in prime time last week, and I'm so glad that they were able to see it. But people
00:08:06.700 have to vigorously cover the Trump Vance campaign because what you have to take Donald Trump at his word, what he's saying he
00:08:13.380 will do. Sometimes his words are slurred. OK, and we need to ask why we're going to be speaking with Senator Elizabeth
00:08:20.780 Warren in just a moment, as again, we are seeing just the floodgates open in terms of the Democratic Party throwing the full weight of its its influence and its money behind the candidacy of Kamala Harris.
00:08:36.380 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:08:49.400 I got a free shot, all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:09:00.720 And where do people like that go to share the big line? MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:09:11.140 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:09:21.100 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:09:24.540 It's Monday, 22 July in the year of our Lord, 2024. I am Mike Davis, the next man up, filling in for Steve Bannon, a political prisoner of Biden.
00:09:41.380 In the clink right now, co-hosting with me today for the first hour is Josh Hammer of Newsweek, my colleague at the Article III Project.
00:09:51.020 And in the second hour, my co-host will be Monica Crowley. It's going to be a great show, and I'd like to bring in Josh Hammer now.
00:09:58.540 It's epic news coming out this weekend. I mean, look what Biden tried to do to Trump.
00:10:03.840 The Biden Democrats, they tried to bankrupt President Trump. They tried to throw him in prison for the rest of his life.
00:10:13.740 They tried to take him off the ballot. One of Trump's opponents tried to take off his head on national TV, and it was by the grace of God.
00:10:24.120 It was less than a centimeter and less than a millisecond that he was just in the right position at the right time, and it saved his life.
00:10:33.280 This has been unbelievable, and it's Donald Trump who's still standing.
00:10:39.680 The Trump Republicans after the Republican National Convention are united and strong, and you have the Biden Democrats divided and weak and in chaos.
00:10:50.600 They just threw Joe Biden overboard, and now it is a dogfight.
00:10:56.200 It was a bloodless coup by these Democrats to throw overboard Joe Biden.
00:11:03.360 He was the Democrats' useful idiots, and I guess he's no longer useful.
00:11:08.100 So I want to get your thoughts on this, Josh Hammer.
00:11:10.080 Well, Mike, look, I mean, you know, first of all, I mean, we think it's a bloodless coup.
00:11:15.780 I mean, we haven't even seen from the president in the past 24 hours.
00:11:18.900 I mean, so, you know, I don't necessarily want to jump right into that rabbit hole right off the bat now.
00:11:24.240 But it is more than a little weird that the president of the United States announced to the world that he is not running for reelection via tweet.
00:11:32.160 You know, I think I saw someone on social media put it this way, you know, it's basically the equivalent, you know, of breaking up with your boyfriend or girlfriend of, like, five years via text message.
00:11:42.540 I mean, like, you don't do that.
00:11:43.860 I mean, like, go ahead, you know, and address the nation, you know, be a man, you know, have some dignity here.
00:11:50.320 So, first of all, I mean, that element to me is just absolutely crazy.
00:11:53.880 But zooming out and kind of just focusing, I think, on where the two parties currently are right now, Mike, this is the starkest juxtaposition of where one party is versus where the other party is, I think, in my entire adult lifetime.
00:12:09.400 You're looking now at a Republican Party.
00:12:11.440 I mean, you were there in Milwaukee.
00:12:12.580 I wasn't able to make it, unfortunately.
00:12:14.600 This party is unified.
00:12:16.260 This party is unified, and this party is ready to go.
00:12:19.640 You know, you had all the other various people who lost in the primary there, Haley DeSantis.
00:12:24.860 They were all up there on stage.
00:12:26.280 This party is all in, especially in the aftermath, as you said, of the near assassination on national television of President Trump.
00:12:35.860 And after that remarkable speech he gave on Thursday evening, the Republican Party is completely and wholly unified.
00:12:42.020 The Democratic Party, Mike, is an epic and utter poop show right now.
00:12:46.400 I mean, I'm not sure that I have ever seen a political party as divided as this one currently is, let alone as divided just a couple of months, a few months now, three plus months to be exact, before the presidential election.
00:13:00.320 I mean, how is this going to end?
00:13:02.180 I don't pretend to know.
00:13:03.240 I don't pretend that anyone pretends to know.
00:13:04.980 How could they possibly know at this point?
00:13:07.060 I'm honestly so much shocked, Mike.
00:13:09.160 I mean, I contributed to this symposium that Politico magazine put up today.
00:13:13.040 They reached out to 15 so-called experts.
00:13:15.740 They got a quote from me.
00:13:17.420 And what I said was that I was shocked.
00:13:18.880 I was honestly shocked that this is how it ultimately went down.
00:13:22.220 I've been saying for over a year that I thought that Joe Biden would just power through.
00:13:25.860 He's wanted to be president of the United States since literally before I was born.
00:13:29.620 He first ran for president in 1988.
00:13:31.420 I was literally born in 1989.
00:13:33.780 He's got this Lady Macbeth wife.
00:13:35.420 He's got the drug-addled, prodigal son, Hunter, who desperately needs a presidential pardon, which, you know, he's going to get one way or the other, I suppose.
00:13:42.420 But I did not see it unfolding like this.
00:13:45.220 I really, really, really didn't.
00:13:47.220 And they've got their coup.
00:13:48.680 You know, Nancy Pelosi is the big winner yesterday.
00:13:50.900 She was the ringleader all along.
00:13:52.400 Chuck Schumer, Barack Obama definitely had, you know, their hands are definitely bloody here as well.
00:13:57.960 But I don't think this is going to work out well for the Democrats, Mike.
00:14:00.980 I would love your take on that.
00:14:02.480 But, I mean, at the end of the day, the American people care about democracy.
00:14:06.440 And this is a party that purports to care about democracy that first tried to do what you just said, Mike.
00:14:11.400 They tried to take Donald Trump off of the ballot, the most quintessentially undemocratic thing literally in the textbook.
00:14:17.380 Second, they tried to, as you and I discussed every single day, they're trying to incarcerate him, prosecute him across four different jurisdictions, trying to bankrupt the Trump organization, the whole Arthur and Goran corporate fraud nonsense.
00:14:28.340 And this party, in their own primary, Mike, and I'll close with this, in their own primary, they closed down all of their rivals.
00:14:36.520 You know, Dean Phillips ran this token campaign with zero, zero, zero, zero support from anyone in power at the Democratic National Committee.
00:14:45.180 They ran the most undemocratic Democratic primary, you know, irony fully on display there.
00:14:50.620 And now, what are they doing?
00:14:53.000 We're going to hold you over through the break, Josh, and we're going to get your thoughts on the other side of the break.
00:14:58.340 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:01.880 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.340 Their gold?
00:15:07.240 To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.380 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.400 Your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.140 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:25.840 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:27.960 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:30.520 Why?
00:15:30.860 Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings.

00:16:12.320 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:15.280 Welcome back to The War Room.
00:16:21.100 I'm Mike Davis with my co-host, Josh Hammer from the Article 3 Project and Newsweek.
00:16:27.340 We also have Charlie Spearing from the Daily Mail.
00:16:31.060 He is the author of a book that's pretty relevant right now.
00:16:34.760 It's called Amateur Hour, Kamala Harris and the White House.
00:16:38.400 And let's just talk about that, Charlie, right off the bat.
00:16:41.720 Tell us about your thoughts on Kamala Harris.
00:16:46.080 Yeah, Mike.
00:16:46.960 I first wrote this book.
00:16:48.080 People were asking me, why are you writing a book about the vice president?
00:16:51.420 That's not necessarily a big, important topic right now.
00:16:55.180 But my reply was she could very, really be the 47th president of the United States in a position
00:17:02.040 that no other vice president has been in a long time.
00:17:04.700 So it really focused on who is Kamala Harris, what was her relationship with Willie Brown
00:17:09.940 like, and how did that catapult her to the upper echelons of power in California?
00:17:16.180 And how did she end up being Biden's running mate, even though she failed spectacularly during
00:17:21.160 her 2020 campaign?
00:17:22.180 That's kind of what we cover in the book, and it's good material for anybody looking
00:17:26.360 up for, you know, who is the candidate behind the word salad.
00:17:30.640 So, Charlie, in your book, Amateur Hour, let's talk about, other than winning elections, what
00:17:37.060 has Kamala Harris accomplished in her political career?
00:17:42.160 Well, it's a real difficulty, Mike.
00:17:44.680 She really has sort of stood up on social issues like abortion and same-sex marriage.
00:17:50.440 And that's been sort of the highlight of her time in California.
00:17:54.740 But her biggest, of course, her biggest claim to fame is tormenting Trump officials while
00:18:02.980 being in the Senate, asking them questions, making them uncomfortable.
00:18:07.460 The Democratic elites certainly liked that, certainly saw her as possibly presidential material.
00:18:13.380 But as soon as she got to her campaign, it was very, very difficult for her to tout her
00:18:19.140 accomplishments because she didn't have any.
00:18:21.020 She was very good at positioning herself and changing her mind on several issues, but didn't
00:18:26.240 really come off as very authentic to Democratic voters who ultimately sort of turned aside her
00:18:31.700 campaign.
00:18:32.280 She had to end before she even got to Iowa.
00:18:35.260 Josh Hammer, jump in here.
00:18:38.480 Yeah.
00:18:38.700 Hey, Charlie, you got Josh Hammer here.
00:18:40.320 So, Charlie, I mean, you wrote the literal book on this.
00:18:43.020 So is this thing a foregone conclusion?
00:18:44.600 I mean, put on your kind of crystal ball, so to speak.
00:18:46.740 I mean, how do you see this?
00:18:48.160 How do you see this playing out over the next few weeks in the lead up to the Democratic National
00:18:52.100 Convention in Chicago?
00:18:53.240 Is this a done deal for Kamala?
00:18:55.700 Yeah, I think she certainly starts off strong.
00:18:58.100 You know, she made all the calls and got even potential challengers on board to back her claim
00:19:02.680 to the throne, as it were.
00:19:04.540 Very interesting that Gretchen Whitmer has still not endorsed her.
00:19:09.020 Interesting that Barack Obama has also not stepped in to sort of crown her.
00:19:13.680 It appears that Obama wants a sort of open process, whereas, you know, Biden and certainly
00:19:19.240 the Clintons have already gotten on board with the Kamala Harris claim to the throne.
00:19:24.080 So it'll be very interesting going forward.
00:19:26.020 I think she certainly has a strong lead here.
00:19:28.580 Not many Democrats, even with a possible political future, want to step in this mess.
00:19:35.800 It's one that not many people would want to take on, you know, running a presidential
00:19:40.060 campaign in 100 days and hoping that you can compete with Trump, who's never looked stronger.
00:19:46.080 So let me ask you this, Charlie.
00:19:47.960 We have President Biden, who has put his vice president, Kamala Harris, in charge of the
00:19:52.800 border.
00:19:53.160 She's the border czar.
00:19:54.280 And over the last three and a half years, we have had the biggest mass invasion in American
00:20:01.700 history.
00:20:02.200 Over 10 million illegal immigrants, unvetted and unvettable fighting age men from some of
00:20:09.700 the worst trouble spots around the world.
00:20:12.380 And we've had this resulting migrant crime where people are getting raped and murdered and
00:20:18.960 robbed and kidnapped.
00:20:20.560 Talk about Kamala Harris and her competence.
00:20:25.700 Let's talk about what this means for America's national security if she's the president of the
00:20:31.060 United States.
00:20:32.660 Absolutely, Mike.
00:20:33.580 It's a big issue because, and this is something the Trump campaign said during the Republican
00:20:37.820 convention.
00:20:38.980 Chris Lasavito, when talking to reporters, he said the number one issue they're going after
00:20:43.040 Kamala on is that that sort of failed borders our position.
00:20:46.380 Harris famously wriggled out of that assignment, claiming she was only in charge of the root
00:20:51.660 causes.
00:20:52.560 But Republicans successfully painted her as responsible and incapable of handling a serious
00:20:58.260 crisis.
00:20:59.200 And it's really one of her first tests of leadership that she obviously failed.
00:21:03.620 And Republicans feel like they have a really great position to go after her on that because
00:21:07.620 it's such a focal point of the election.
00:21:09.200 Charlie, one question that I've been talking and thinking about a lot for the past 24 hours
00:21:15.380 or so, I mean, if it actually is Kamala, I mean, who is the running mate going to be?
00:21:20.200 I mean, you said yourself a minute or so ago.
00:21:23.540 I mean, to me, this is kind of like hopping to be in the passenger seat of a kamikaze plane
00:21:28.640 during the during the battle of Midway.
00:21:30.360 I mean, this is not exactly an enticing offer.
00:21:32.600 So, you know, there are a lot of rumors of like Josh Shapiro, who to me seems like he probably
00:21:36.340 has better things to do, but I'm just speculating here.
00:21:38.600 What do you think?
00:21:39.640 I mean, if it is Kamala, who are the two or three leading contenders to be her running
00:21:44.260 mate?
00:21:45.360 Well, certainly Kamala would want a central figure in those Rust Belt states.
00:21:49.720 Trump picked J.D. Vance for this issue, to tackle this issue of the Rust Belt states,
00:21:54.380 to really bring home the message that Republicans represent you, not Democrats anymore.
00:21:59.740 So I think Kamala will sort of look for that kind of figure.
00:22:02.540 One interesting figure, not necessarily being named, but someone who very much wants the
00:22:07.060 job is Democratic Congressman Tim Ryan, who famously ran for Senate against J.D.
00:22:13.080 Vance and was ultimately not picked by voters to serve in that seat.
00:22:18.540 Tim Ryan, I'm sure, would like a rematch with Vance.
00:22:21.920 And he is from Ohio and kind of has that rhetoric in his in his toolkit.
00:22:27.520 And it's also very interesting.
00:22:29.100 He came out a couple of days before and said Kamala Harris should be the nominee and really
00:22:33.360 did as much as he could to endorse her, trying to convince Democrats that she was their best
00:22:38.780 shot.
00:22:39.760 I mean, look at this.
00:22:41.060 Democrats have to win Pennsylvania.
00:22:43.760 So you would think it would make sense for Kamala Harris to pick Governor Shapiro, who is
00:22:49.320 popular in Pennsylvania.
00:22:50.720 But the problem with picking Governor Shapiro is he's Jewish.
00:22:54.580 And so that turns off the Democrats Hamas base and makes it very hard for Kamala Harris to
00:23:02.480 win Michigan so that the Democrats are in a real bind here with their VP pick.
00:23:06.780 You have right now they have an incompetence, a mentally incapacitated president of the United
00:23:13.260 States.
00:23:13.740 And some would argue that they have an incompetent, slightly less mentally incapacitated vice president
00:23:21.820 of the United States.
00:23:22.980 So the VP pick for Kamala Harris might be a lot more important than VP picks in the past.
00:23:29.660 And I guess the question people should ask is, what state does Kamala Harris pick off from
00:23:36.900 President Trump that Joe Biden did not?
00:23:39.240 And that's that's the problem with Kamala Harris.
00:23:41.400 And I want to get your thoughts on that, Charlie.
00:23:43.380 Yeah, I saw some Kamala Harris supporters talking over the weekend about how Harris might be stronger
00:23:48.600 in states like Georgia or North Carolina.
00:23:51.380 So maybe the governor of North Carolina, Roy Cooper, could also be a potential VP pick.
00:23:56.700 Maybe you don't get all the Rust Belt states, but if you can pick off Georgia, that's a big
00:24:00.140 win.
00:24:01.480 It's certainly I don't really see her picking a Josh Shapiro.
00:24:05.280 I don't and I don't see Josh Shapiro, you know, the governor of Pennsylvania actually
00:24:09.500 wanting to serve in this position because he has a bright political future on his own.
00:24:14.380 Yeah, so I agree with you about Josh Shapiro.
00:24:18.220 I mean, that is a name that that's gotten floated a lot.
00:24:20.380 I think on the predictive betting market online, he probably is the leading contender right now.
00:24:24.800 But Charlie, I have the same instincts as you, which is I think he's a very viable 2028 contender.
00:24:29.420 So why would you try to go down with it with a sinking ship right now?
00:24:32.880 On the other hand, I mean, Democrats have a long habit of just falling in line.
00:24:38.200 And then, you know, I think you'd be hard pressed to expect that if he's actually asked that
00:24:43.040 that he would say no.
00:24:44.780 But I guess let's kind of zoom out for a little bit here.
00:24:47.660 So my own prediction is that I think that this bloodless coup is going to backfire tremendously
00:24:52.460 on the Democrats.
00:24:53.360 I think that they're probably going to lose either way.
00:24:55.840 It's not looking good for them right now.
00:24:57.240 In my opinion, they probably would have been better off just trying to limp across the finish
00:25:00.920 line with their shot dog rather than try to trade horses with like 100 days to go.
00:25:05.460 I'm curious how you view that particular tradeoff, though, Charlie.
00:25:08.060 Yeah, what's very interesting about this tradeoff is that there was no public passing of the
00:25:13.520 torch from Biden to Harris.
00:25:15.240 There was no, you know, warm moment and exchange of friendly, you know, support and understanding
00:25:20.720 from, you know, both Harris and Biden.
00:25:22.880 That's going to make it more difficult for Democrats to sort of process this sudden last
00:25:27.500 minute switch.
00:25:28.700 If Biden's not out there full throatedly endorsing Harris, how are voters supposed to take it
00:25:34.440 seriously?
00:25:35.160 You know, if he's sort of disgruntled, bitter and angry behind the scenes, which is what
00:25:39.060 we've seen in reports, that makes it even more difficult for Harris to sort of pick up
00:25:43.660 the torch and carry it past the finish line in November.
00:25:47.420 Charlie, let's come back to the national security issue.
00:25:51.160 We have a president of the United States who is stepping down as the Democrat presidential
00:25:57.500 nominee.
00:25:57.980 Everyone knows he's not up to the job of running for the president of the United States.
00:26:04.700 So how can he serve as the president of the United States?
00:26:08.460 Kamala Harris has known for years that Joe Biden is not mentally fit to serve as the president.
00:26:16.120 She has covered this up.
00:26:17.940 And how is this not a major national security threat to the United States that the president
00:26:23.860 is not mentally fit and the vice president is not competent?
00:26:28.080 I mean, would this not be the perfect time for China to try to make a move on Taiwan, just
00:26:33.720 like Russia made a move on Ukraine?
00:26:36.360 This is a national security problem for our country.
00:26:39.380 Yes, it's kind of lingering transfer of power is going to be a big problem.
00:26:44.000 And maybe there maybe the Democrats are sort of keeping this card in their pocket.
00:26:47.640 If Kamala doesn't resonate as much as they hope, maybe maybe Biden does step down
00:26:52.840 eventually and pass, you know, the presidency to Kamala Harris, that would significantly
00:26:58.100 change things for Democrats and really make it clear that she is sort of the chosen successor.
00:27:03.900 So that that's still a card that they're holding on to.
00:27:06.420 I don't don't know why they didn't just rip off the Band-Aid right away, but it'll be
00:27:10.420 interesting to see if they try to use that in the future.
00:27:13.620 Yeah, Charlie, we're going to hold we're going to hold you through the break that's
00:27:17.740 coming up here.
00:27:18.440 But Josh, go ahead.
00:27:19.120 No, Charlie, I just want to go back to Kamala briefly, because, again, you literally wrote
00:27:23.760 the book on this.
00:27:24.460 You're something of a subject matter expert.
00:27:26.080 Many of us don't fully understand Kamala Harris as an individual.
00:27:29.760 I mean, I don't claim to understand what exactly motivates Kamala Harris other than just power
00:27:34.540 qua power.
00:27:35.520 I mean, this this insatiable desire to just climb the ladders of power.
00:27:41.220 But when you come back on the other side, Charlie, I'm going to want to get your thoughts
00:27:44.340 on that.
00:27:44.640 I mean, like what actually drives her?
00:27:46.440 I have no idea.
00:27:47.100 I really don't Charlie Spearing will be up after the break.
00:27:50.740 I'm co-hosting here with Josh Hammer.
00:27:53.060 I'm Mike Davis, the Viceroy, the next man up for Steve Bannon.

00:29:22.000 I'm Mike Davis with the Article 3 Project.
00:29:25.480 Guest hosting today, the next man up for Steve Bannon.
00:29:28.520 My co-host is Josh Hammer with Newsweek and Article 3 Project.
00:29:33.580 We have Charlie Spearing up with his book, a great new book that's very relevant right now.
00:29:39.280 It's called Kamala Harris, or excuse me, it's called Amateur Hour, Kamala Harris in the White House.
00:29:44.660 And I'll tell you, Charlie, I had the honor of working with Kamala Harris on the Senate Judiciary Committee,
00:29:51.000 and it was Amateur Hour in the Senate.
00:29:53.220 So it doesn't surprise me that it's Amateur Hour in the Biden White House.
00:29:57.200 But talk about where can the viewers get your book and what are your coordinates?
00:30:02.180 Yes, absolutely.
00:30:05.160 Check out the book, Anywhere Books Are Sold, Kamala Harris, Amateur Hour, Kamala Harris in the White House.
00:30:11.100 It's available on Amazon or wherever books are sold.
00:30:13.720 And check me out on at Charlie Spearing on Truth Social and on Twitter.
00:30:19.100 I'm happy to bring up any questions the viewers have about Kamala Harris.
00:30:23.500 And do check out the book to understand exactly who she is and how she got where she is now.
00:30:28.660 Thank you very much for joining us, Charlie.
00:30:31.600 And Josh, we're going to go to the House Oversight Committee where the chairman, James Comer,
00:30:37.800 is having a critically important hearing trying to figure out what the hell happened on Saturday
00:30:44.080 when a sniper got on the roof and almost killed the former and future president of the United States on live TV.
00:30:50.380 But we're going to go to the hearing now.
00:30:51.400 Time period where those discussions are had about what the perimeter is going to look like,
00:30:57.080 what the size of the event is, what the venue is.
00:30:59.820 And then from there, there is a request made to mitigate potential risk and threat.
00:31:07.100 And I'm saying that on that day, the requests that were pushed forward were granted.
00:31:11.440 So the Secret Service did not know that the gunman actually had a weapon before President Trump was allowed to get up on the stage?
00:31:17.860 To the best of our knowledge and the facts that we have at this point, that is correct.
00:31:23.900 So can you answer this question, which I think is on the mind of most Americans thinking about this?
00:31:29.240 How can a 20-year-old with his father's AR-15 assault weapon climb onto a roof with a direct 150-yard line of sight
00:31:38.440 to the speaker's podium without the Secret Service or local police stopping him?
00:31:43.780 So, again, sir, I will say we are nine days out from this event, and I would like to know those answers as well,
00:31:51.540 which is why we are going through these investigations to be able to determine that fully.
00:31:56.160 Okay.
00:31:57.480 It's been reported that the shooter was not carrying a driver's license or any form of identification.
00:32:05.200 They had no idea who he was.
00:32:07.000 But then he was quickly identified, I think within 30 minutes, by using the serial number on the AR-15
00:32:14.740 under a tracing system that is now controversial.
00:32:20.080 Some people say we should get rid of it.
00:32:21.460 Some people want to keep it.
00:32:22.600 But is that right, that the serial number was the key information which led to the identification of the shooter?
00:32:30.780 That is my understanding, sir, yes.
00:32:32.520 Okay.
00:32:35.520 If an American citizen were just to stop you and say,
00:32:41.800 Director Cheadle, we support your work to the tune of billions of dollars and thousands and thousands of employees,
00:32:48.460 what went wrong?
00:32:50.340 What would you say?
00:32:52.560 Again, knowing that we're nine days out, I would say, as I have said from the very outset,
00:32:56.960 I accept responsibility for this tragedy.
00:32:59.500 We are going to look into how this happened, and we are going to take corrective action to ensure that it never happens again.
00:33:07.780 Well, I appreciate that, and I hope you will act with vigor and focus and intensity,
00:33:14.220 and it seems you understand the gravity and solemnity of this to the American people.
00:33:18.580 This is unbelievable.
00:33:20.360 We'll pull out Josh Hammer here on this.
00:33:21.860 We have this Jill Biden hand-picked DEI Secret Service director.
00:33:28.320 We're nine days out from a former and future president of the United States almost having his head blown off on national TV.
00:33:38.200 It was just merely by the grace of God that that did not happen.
00:33:42.940 We're nine days out, and this DEI Secret Service director doesn't have any answers.
00:33:47.580 He doesn't know how this 20-year-old kid got into a roof.
00:33:51.940 This is after this Secret Service director intentionally defunded President Trump,
00:33:59.940 did not provide him enough Secret Service protection.
00:34:02.260 President Trump's Secret Service detail asked for more resources,
00:34:06.680 and this DEI Secret Service director said,
00:34:09.960 no, we're not going to provide him more resources,
00:34:12.040 even though he is the leading presidential candidate.
00:34:14.940 They wanted to provide him the Secret Service detail of a former president like Jimmy Carter
00:34:21.200 sitting in a room down in Georgia instead of the president of the United States
00:34:24.760 who's running for office and is going to win back the White House,
00:34:28.080 and he's doing rallies with tens of thousands of people.
00:34:31.340 This is, look, this is inexcusable what this Secret Service director has done here,
00:34:38.740 and this is so much bigger than this DEI Secret Service director.
00:34:42.620 I blame this on Joe Biden himself, and let me tell you why.
00:34:47.180 Joe Biden put in this director, they underfunded President Trump's Secret Service protection, right?
00:34:55.920 They, President Biden ran this unprecedented republic-ending lawfare
00:35:01.100 and election interference against President Trump.
00:35:04.260 They tried to bankrupt him.
00:35:06.160 They tried to throw Trump in prison for the rest of his life.
00:35:09.440 They tried to take him off the ballot, and then when that didn't work,
00:35:13.260 after President Biden ran this vicious campaign strategy that President Trump is essentially a dictator
00:35:21.360 who's going to destroy democracy and must be stopped at any and all cost,
00:35:26.580 and then talks about putting a bullseye on President Trump.
00:35:29.760 The assassination attempt on Saturday was a natural and probable result of this extreme rhetoric,
00:35:38.620 this campaign strategy, and this malicious denial of Secret Service protection.
00:35:44.780 But I want to get your thoughts on that, Josh Hammer.
00:35:47.420 Well, you know, first of all, Mike, you know, they've done a 180 on the denial of additional Secret Service detail.
00:35:53.240 I mean, this just broke over the weekend.
00:35:54.600 I mean, in the aftermath of the Butler, Pennsylvania tragedy, the Secret Service initially denied,
00:36:00.220 that they had in turn denied President Trump his request for additional Secret Service.
00:36:04.460 And then this weekend, you know, they kind of just dropped this footnote that you're going to have to scour to see,
00:36:09.140 and they were like, okay, you know what, it's actually true, we did deny.
00:36:12.100 Well, you know, shouldn't you have been forthright about that when people were asking those very questions
00:36:16.180 in the first few hours, the first 12 to 24 hours in the aftermath of that horrific tragedy just nine days ago?
00:36:22.300 But, you know, my second point, Mike, you know, this DEI Secret Service director,
00:36:26.800 as you have very accurately and colorfully described her,
00:36:30.040 does she not have a morsel of pride or sense of shame or dignity or anything whatsoever in her body?
00:36:38.560 How did she not resign in disgrace within minutes, within minutes of what happened last Saturday?
00:36:44.860 If you are the head of the U.S. Secret Service, you ultimately have one job,
00:36:50.240 which is to keep the people safe that your agency is tasked with keeping safe.
00:36:55.040 And as you said, we were literally within millimeters,
00:36:58.400 within millimeters of a presidential assassination on national television in front of the world stage.
00:37:03.860 If she has any integrity in her body, this former Pepsi co-executive,
00:37:08.420 the woman who came from packing Cheetos chips to now trying to protect presidents and comically failing at that,
00:37:14.840 she would have been out of a job of her own volition prior to Congressman Comer having to drag her sorry butt
00:37:20.700 before the House Oversight Committee today on Monday.
00:37:23.660 This thing is disgusting, Mike.
00:37:25.920 And the news cycle is just moving so quickly at this point.
00:37:28.960 We are currently in the midst of what I think has to be the craziest three to four week news cycle
00:37:33.540 in a half century, maybe in American history,
00:37:36.400 that I worry that people are going to forget about this.
00:37:39.900 The Biden news, Kamala Harris, this is dominating so much right now.
00:37:43.720 We almost had President Trump assassinated before the world to see nine days ago.
00:37:49.100 This is a scandal of the highest order.
00:37:52.240 The dude was there.
00:37:53.280 He had drone surveillance.
00:37:55.220 He literally flew a drone over the facility there.
00:37:58.400 Mike, look, I am increasingly of the opinion that there was just no way that he acted alone.
00:38:03.900 I'm not saying that there were additional bullets flying from other shooters,
00:38:06.660 but surely he had outside help.
00:38:09.000 He had outside training.
00:38:10.600 He was able to case this entire field.
00:38:12.720 He had the drone surveillance there.
00:38:14.440 You're telling me this is a 20-year-old community college kid with zero outside help?
00:38:18.600 I'm not buying it.
00:38:19.480 I don't claim to know who exactly was helping him,
00:38:21.940 but this whole thing just stinks to high heaven to me,
00:38:25.160 and I fear that this DEI Secret Service director is frankly only the beginning of our worries
00:38:29.380 and the beginning of our troubles.
00:38:30.940 I want people to remember this.
00:38:32.720 I tweeted this out this weekend, and Elon Musk retweeted it,
00:38:36.840 and it blew up, and it's had like over 20 million views.
00:38:39.600 Remember this.
00:38:41.040 President Biden and his Secret Service beefed up Secret Service protection for Ukraine President
00:38:49.340 Zelensky, and they denied the request to beef up protection for American President Donald Trump.
00:38:56.740 That tells you all you need to know about what happened on Saturday.
00:39:00.920 We're going to go back to this hearing room if we can.
00:39:04.080 I think Jim Jordan is up, or he was up.
00:39:09.640 Talking with him and his wife about the raw atmosphere in Jackson.
00:39:15.080 Later that day, he took me to the bus station for my trip to my assignment.
00:39:21.220 That night, he was assassinated outside his home.
00:39:24.780 His name was Medgar Evers.
00:39:26.780 I condemn the political violence.
00:39:30.100 It is a threat to democracy.
00:39:32.440 I want to discuss one of the roots of political violence, guns.
00:39:37.300 For years, Republicans, including a member of this committee,

00:41:06.300 Do not wait.
00:41:07.840 Take action and do it today.
00:41:09.780 I want people to know this.
00:41:11.880 There are still nine House Democrats who are actively sponsoring legislation to take away President Donald Trump's Secret Service protection.
00:41:24.140 And they are still sponsoring this legislation after President Trump almost had his head blown off on national TV.
00:41:33.120 And this is an absolute disgrace.
00:41:35.640 And if you go to the Article 3 Project's website, article3project.org, you can take action there.
00:41:42.780 There's a take action link on that website.
00:41:46.140 And on that, if you go to that take action link, there is a phone to action action link where you can light up your members of the House, your member of the House of Representatives and tell them to condemn this.
00:41:58.980 Look, it's very obvious that these Biden Democrats and his allies in Congress, these nine House Democrats, want President Trump to be a sitting duck.
00:42:13.880 They want to have extreme rhetoric.
00:42:16.760 It's Biden's campaign strategy, or it was his campaign strategy, until that demented old loser dropped out.
00:42:23.020 He got forced out in a bloodless coup.
00:42:25.580 But his campaign strategy, entire campaign strategy, again, Trump is essentially a dictator, a threat to American democracy who must be stopped at any cost.
00:42:37.720 And then Biden and his Secret Service director, his DEI incompetent Secret Service director, picked by Jill Biden, underfunded President Trump's Secret Service detail.
00:42:49.820 And then Biden's allies in the House of Representatives, these nice nine House Democrats, are still trying to take away President Trump's Secret Service detail.
00:43:00.600 I can't think of any other conclusion other than these Biden Democrats want President Trump killed.
00:43:07.560 Because guess what?
00:43:08.600 They tried to bankrupt him.
00:43:10.240 They tried to have him die in prison.
00:43:12.400 They tried to throw him off the ballots.
00:43:14.460 They've used extreme rhetoric.
00:43:15.980 What the hell do they think would happen?
00:43:17.500 And if they're going to blame President Trump for January 6th for telling his supporters to go peacefully to the Capitol, right, peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol, if they're going to blame Trump for January 6th, how the hell do we not blame Biden for the attempted assassination of President Trump?
00:43:33.820 You know, Mike, unfortunately, there was a very long history of left wing people being riled and ginned up into hysteria by MSNBC and various other far left organs and then going to commit acts of violence or trying to commit acts of violence on their own.
00:43:51.080 So in 2012, someone showed up in Washington, D.C. at the FRC, the Family Research Council, the Tony Perkins organization, with a gun trying to kill people at the FRC.
00:44:01.200 Thankfully, he was taken out by a security guard.
00:44:03.000 That guy back then was an MSNBC Rachel Maddow viewer.
00:44:06.860 Fast forward five years in 2017, you had someone who tried to shoot up half the Republican congressional baseball team, grievously wounding Steve Scalise of Louisiana in the process.
00:44:15.920 Who was that?
00:44:16.480 Was it a far right Republican?
00:44:17.680 No, it was another Rachel Maddow MSNBC viewer.
00:44:20.520 In 2022, someone flew cross country, cross country from California to Maryland with gear to try to get into the home of Brett Kavanaugh, the man who you helped put on the U.S. Supreme Court, Mike, in the aftermath of the unconscionable leak of the Dobbs abortion decision.
00:44:37.120 That guy had a gun.
00:44:38.420 He had a rope to try to tie down someone, his suspect.
00:44:42.020 Who was he?
00:44:42.580 Was he a far right MAGA Republican?
00:44:44.680 No, he was another Rachel Maddow, Joy Reid MSNBC viewer.
00:44:48.720 The left at this point, Mike, they have done so much, so much to poison the well, to try to turn their people not merely into the kind of people who hate people like me and you, Mike.
00:45:01.100 They have done so much to turn their people into the kind of folks who will go down and take out a knife or something much worse than a knife or their own two fists if necessary and if that's all they have on them and to try to commit violence against people with whom they don't agree.
00:45:17.260 I think back to that meme that went viral back in 2016 during the 2016 election where the left was talking about the obligation to, quote, unquote, punch a Nazi.
00:45:26.620 And they were talking there about actual Nazis.
00:45:28.540 They were talking about anyone who was ready to vote for Donald Trump.
00:45:32.240 They have been normalizing and justifying retribution in the name of outright political violence for a very, very long time now.
00:45:40.080 And, Mike, I'm not on pins and needles waiting for them to start to take responsibility for their actions because I don't think these people have an iota of integrity to do so, to actually look in the mirror and to soberly conclude, you know what?
00:45:51.620 You know what?
00:45:52.320 Maybe my actions, maybe my rhetoric actually is contributing to the problem.
00:45:56.140 In fact, Joe Biden, before he had the bloodless coup on him in the aftermath there of the near assassination just about a week ago, he had that sit down interview with Lester Holt on NBC where Lester Holt simply said, are you done talking about him as a threat to democracy?
00:46:10.340 And Joe Biden said, you know, like, no, I'm not done.
00:46:14.000 I mean, what am I supposed to do?
00:46:15.140 I mean, like, he's a threat.
00:46:16.640 I mean, I don't care if I incite anyone.
00:46:18.260 So he literally doubled down within 48 hours of the near assassination.
00:46:22.500 These people are scum.
00:46:24.100 These people don't have any kind of a soul in their conscience whatsoever.
00:46:29.300 And the most charitable, best thing we can possibly say about them, Mike, is that even if they are not deliberately trying to incite violence against conservatives, against MAGA, against Republicans, the best case scenario is that they do not give a you-know-what at all.
00:46:45.100 That is the most charitable possible ruling I can think of.
00:46:48.080 Yeah, let's talk about the party of violence.
00:46:50.980 These Democrats claim that Trump Republicans are the party of violence.
00:46:55.780 Look what happened on Saturday when President Trump almost had his head blown off on national TV because of President Biden's recklessness at best.
00:47:06.820 Did you see a stampede at that rally?
00:47:09.760 Did you see riots on the street?
00:47:12.480 Did you see the Trump supporters?
00:47:14.220 We have a hell of a lot more guns than Biden supporters, do I can assure the Biden supporters of that.
00:47:19.740 Did we go riots?
00:47:21.560 Did we go loot?
00:47:22.320 Did we go do our Christmas shopping early like the Biden Democrats do when they go riots?
00:47:26.800 I mean, they look for excuses to riot so they can go get their Christmas presents.
00:47:30.760 That doesn't happen on the Trump Republican side.
00:47:33.280 We are a strong and united and peaceful party.
00:47:37.660 It's the Biden Democrats who are weak and divided and disarray and angry and violent.
00:47:42.660 Like you said, look what they did with Justice Kavanaugh, right?
00:47:46.180 This was after President Trump, his White House press secretary, and his attorney general – after these Supreme Court justices were doxed, their home addresses were doxed, the president, his press secretary, his attorney general encouraged these illegal –
00:48:09.180 Well, I think we lost Mike.
00:48:14.480 Hopefully he'll be right back here momentarily.
00:48:16.240 But just to pick up where Mike left off there.
00:48:20.540 So in the aftermath of the Dobbs abortion leak, let's go back to – and think back to what happened in May of 2022.
00:48:27.000 And by the way, here we are.
00:48:28.180 It's been over two years since the leak of the Dobbs abortion decision, the decision that overturned Roe v. Wade in 1973.
00:48:34.400 And we still don't know to this day who actually leaked that, which, by the way, I feel like I'm the only crazy lunatic out there in the media space who continues to beat this drum on a fairly regular basis.
00:48:45.240 I mean, has the rest of the world just totally forgotten about the fact that we literally do not know who at the United States Supreme Court actually leaked this decision, clearly with the intention of trying to sick left-wing nutjobs onto the conservative justices to try to change their mind?
00:49:01.420 By the way, a tactic which actually worked out shockingly well when this guy did fly from California to Maryland with a burglary kit, with a rope, with hand ties, with a gun to try to invade the home of Brett Kavanaugh, seeing that he viewed Kavanaugh as a swing vote on the court to try to change his mind and ultimately then to preserve the abortion-on-demand regime of Roe v. Wade.
00:49:24.400 All of this happening in the context, as Mike was saying before he got cut off, of Merrick Garland, the disgraceful attorney general of the United States, of Merrick Garland, refusing to prosecute, refusing to prosecute under black-letter U.S. code, right there in clear, unambiguous language,
00:49:42.900 that protests immediately outside of the home of a sitting Article III federal judge, including, obviously, Supreme Court judges, for the effect, with the intent to try to sway the outcome of an active case or controversy before them, that is illegal.
00:49:59.560 That is illegal, okay?
00:50:01.860 The First Amendment obviously exists.
00:50:04.400 That doesn't mean that you have the right to go to someone's home right there and try to sway the result of an election by chanting for them to be expelled or put in a gulag or God knows something even considerably worse than that.
00:50:17.680 You obviously do not have a right to do that.
00:50:19.420 That's why we criminalize it.
00:50:20.700 The attorney general did no such thing.
00:50:23.200 But that was just, to me, one of the most glaring and shocking examples.
00:50:26.800 I mean, how far back do we actually want to go here?
00:50:29.020 The day after Donald Trump was inaugurated back in January of 2017, the very next day, the very next day, the Women's March is there in Washington, D.C.
00:50:37.440 Remember that?
00:50:38.100 The Women's March, you know, back when Linda Sarsour was still a thing?
00:50:41.920 I see we have our great Mike Davis back.
00:50:43.820 You know, there was the Women's March there in January 2017.
00:50:46.720 They burned down.
00:50:47.680 They vandalized.
00:50:48.440 They broke windows.
00:50:49.400 They looted.
00:50:49.920 The George Floyd, St. George Floyd martyr protest in 2020, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, $2 billion estimated in property damage claims through property insurance.
00:50:59.920 So, you know, you know, Mike, I'll turn it back to you.
00:51:01.740 But, you know, the left just talks on and on about how January 6th was the worst day for, quote, unquote, our democracy since 9-11 and Pearl Harbor, War of 1812.
00:51:10.680 You know, insert your hyperbole of the day, I suppose.
00:51:14.180 But, you know, these are the people whose street thugs and they are their street thugs.
00:51:18.700 We should not mince words there.
00:51:19.640 The Women's March 2017, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, these are left-wing, Soros-funded street thugs of the Democratic Party.
00:51:27.360 They are the ones, Mike, the last I checked, who are burning this country down.
00:51:30.980 And, you know, I have to say that I'm fearful of what they might try to do if and perhaps even just slash when Donald Trump wins the election this November.
00:51:37.840 January 6th was a lawful protest permitted by the National Park Service that devolved into a riot.
00:51:46.360 And there were three categories of people who were there that day.
00:51:48.900 They were there, the people who were there peacefully.
00:51:51.360 And even if you think they're crazy or wrong, they have an absolute First Amendment right to be there.
00:51:57.160 There are people who trespassed or supposedly trespassed.
00:52:00.640 Maybe the police let them in.
00:52:02.340 If they trespassed, they should be charged with trespass.
00:52:05.380 And there were the people who were violent and they should be treated more severely.
00:52:08.800 But guess what?
00:52:09.480 I'm not going to shed a tear about January 6th after the Biden Justice Department politicized, weaponized, contorted a post-Enron obstruction of justice statutes intended to go after corporate fraud to persecute, severely persecute President Trump's supporters on January 6th.
00:52:30.440 It's real Americans in real America, while the same Biden Justice Department gives amnesty to the much more deadly and destructive BLM and Antifa and Hamas and abortion industry activists and trans-terrorists.
00:52:45.780 I don't give a damn about January 6th anymore.
00:52:49.800 And apparently the Supreme Court of the United States is kind of going along with that sentiment after the Fisher decision that reversed this political persecution.
00:53:00.440 By President Biden.
00:53:02.060 That is sick what President Biden has done to these January 6th families.
00:53:06.760 President Biden can go to hell.
00:53:08.480 So can Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, Special Counsel Jack Smith, U.S. Attorney in D.C., Matthew Graves.
00:53:19.720 They have politicized and weaponized our justice system.
00:53:23.620 They have politicized and weaponized our intel agencies.
00:53:26.580 What happened on Saturday night to President Trump is the natural and probable result of Biden's weaponization of his intel agencies, his law enforcement, to go after Trump with these Biden Democrat prosecutors around the country.
00:53:43.340 Biden's extreme campaign strategy is extreme rhetoric.
00:53:46.960 They wanted Trump defeated at any and all costs.
00:53:50.380 They know Trump was going to beat Biden like a drum on November 5th, 2024.
00:53:55.000 So they created this environment that almost took off President Trump's head with the extreme rhetoric, the campaign strategy, and intentionally underfunding President Trump's security detail, denying the Secret Service request, Trump's Secret Service request, for additional security measures, denying that while they beefed up security for President Zelensky.
00:54:19.780 President Joe Biden can go to hell.
00:54:22.180 He's an evil man.
00:54:23.280 He's not going to be in office after January 20th, 2025.
00:54:27.420 And he should thank his lucky stars that the Supreme Court of the United States says that a president is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts.
00:54:36.200 Because guess what?
00:54:37.240 But I guarantee you, if I had my way as the viceroy, I would open a criminal probe on Biden's ass on day one and make his remaining days as miserable as possible.
00:54:49.260 And we have a few seconds left, Josh.
00:54:51.980 What are your closing thoughts?
00:54:53.420 Yeah, Mike, I mean, you said it very well.
00:54:56.640 I mean, if Joe Biden were an intellectually honest man, he would be very happy with the Trump versus United States immunity ruling.
00:55:03.360 He's not going to get there because he's an intellectually dishonest guy.
00:55:06.420 But he really should be, Mike.
00:55:08.740 Very quickly.
00:55:09.480 What are your coordinates?
