00:00:00.000 What technical services division determined was going to be the event perimeter?
00:00:04.600 Those are questions that we are asking.
00:00:07.400 I mean, you're sitting here today.
00:00:10.160 Come on, Director.
00:00:11.600 Everybody said this.
00:00:13.620 You knew you were going to be asked that question because it's been asked multiple times.
00:00:17.780 So this is an easy one.
00:00:20.200 What did they determine was going to be the event perimeter?
00:00:22.800 So you should know that.
00:00:23.940 I mean, this is not, gee, I've got to wait until someone else tells me.
00:00:27.120 What was it?
00:00:27.860 Again, I don't want to speak to specifics of the event.
00:00:32.340 Okay, this is a specific.
00:00:35.180 I understand.
00:00:35.960 This is a specific that you ought to know.
00:00:38.300 As someone who said the buck stops with me, I'm going to stay in my job.
00:00:41.900 I'm going to give the answers to the American people.
00:00:44.180 And I know what happened.
00:00:46.380 Except for you're not going to tell us.
00:00:48.320 You're not going to tell the American people.
00:00:49.560 And you yourself said in an interview that that foments this notion of conspiracy theories.
00:00:55.820 Guess what?
00:00:56.340 But when you sit here and repeatedly tell people, hey, I have to wait, as frustrated everybody on this committee, guess what?
00:01:06.920 It undermines your credibility and whether you're really going to get to it.
00:01:11.400 So I'm going to ask you again.
00:01:12.440 What did the technical service division determine was going to be the event perimeter?
00:01:19.280 We are still gathering reports.
00:01:21.060 We are interviewing individuals.
00:01:22.100 You know what it is, though.
00:01:23.540 No, you're just not going to tell us, right?
00:01:25.040 When I have those details, I will most certainly share those.
00:01:28.260 Was the gun already on the roof or did the shooter carry the gun up with him?
00:01:32.380 I do not have that information at this time.
00:01:35.020 Director Cheadle, because Donald Trump is alive and thank God he is, you look incompetent.
00:01:40.460 If Donald Trump had been killed, you would have looked culpable.
00:01:44.120 There is no aspect of this that indicates that there has been any protection to Donald Trump.
00:01:49.520 The threat was identified before he took the stage.
00:01:52.880 And the shooter was only killed after Donald Trump himself was killed.
00:01:57.420 Not only should you resign if you refuse to do so, President Biden needs to fire you.
00:02:02.200 Because his life, Donald Trump's life, and all the other people which you protect are at risk.
00:02:07.360 Because you have no concept of the aspect that the security footprint needs to be correlated to the threat.
00:02:16.140 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:02:21.040 Pray for our enemies.
00:02:22.880 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:02:26.340 You're just not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:02:30.600 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:02:32.500 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:02:33.940 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:02:36.620 It's going to happen.
00:02:37.680 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:02:41.300 Mega media.
00:02:42.660 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:02:48.060 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:02:51.200 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:02:58.060 In the War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:03:06.240 Dave Bratt in the War Room with Stephen K. Bannon.
00:03:09.680 We open every show out of respect and honor for Steve, who has the full armor of God on and the sign of the cross behind him every day.
00:03:17.900 In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
00:03:21.540 It's an honor to be with you.
00:03:23.200 As Stephen K. Bannon would say, there are decades when nothing happens, and then there are weeks when decades happen.
00:03:32.380 And we are in one of those weeks.
00:03:34.600 We have a jammed War Room show.
00:03:36.940 We have so much to cover.
00:03:38.160 It's not possible to get through it all.
00:03:39.840 But we have a star-studded cast of War Room favorites.
00:03:46.200 One of them is one of my best friends, perhaps my best friend, up in the swamp.
00:03:51.760 And that is Congressman Andy Biggs.
00:03:53.640 He's with us.
00:03:54.220 You just saw the clip, him opening the show.
00:03:57.300 And I just want to give him a shout-out because I suffered under the hardships.
00:04:01.520 And I want you all to support him on the War Room as time goes by in several ways.
00:04:07.020 But one is, he's one of the few in the War Room.
00:04:09.440 The big three issues are always the border invasion, the $2 trillion deficits on the administrative state, and the endless wars.
00:04:16.980 Andy Biggs is 100 percent on every issue all the time, and his credibility.
00:04:21.620 You just heard him questioning people on their credibility.
00:04:24.980 And there's no one that has a longer track record of telling the truth.
00:04:28.940 And, of course, you pay a tremendous price up in the swamp for that.
00:04:32.800 And so, Andy, why don't you just tee us up?
00:04:36.460 What were the two or three bullet points you want to share with us from Oversight today?
00:04:41.540 And thank God for you, and thanks for being on the War Room with us today.
00:04:45.840 Andy Biggs.
00:04:47.360 Hey, Dave.
00:04:48.020 First of all, before I get to the bullet points, you've got to tell the world, this man, his office was right next to mine when he was in Congress.
00:04:55.600 And we had very loud discussions about what was going on here.
00:05:00.160 And it hasn't changed, Dave.
00:05:02.360 It's only gotten worse since you left.
00:05:04.740 And so I blame you for leaving because it's only gotten worse since you left.
00:05:08.640 Good to be with you.
00:05:10.040 But let me just tell you, when we start talking about what the Secret Service knew and didn't know and how they were supposed to protect and they didn't protect and they acknowledge.
00:05:20.120 And you've got Director Cheadle basically saying, yes, it was a horrific, catastrophic, cataclysmic failure, but doggone it, I'm going to stay in my job.
00:05:28.760 I find myself saying, well, she's been in for 29 years.
00:05:31.720 I think there's a pretty good-sized bump up in the retirement salary when you move to 30 years.
00:05:36.960 So maybe that's part of the deal, right?
00:05:38.940 I mean, so just leave that as part of your context.
00:05:43.640 But here's the ultimate factor here.
00:05:48.760 What they call the blast radius, which is how you determine your perimeter, was, in my opinion, abnormally small.
00:05:58.440 The second thing is you actually have videos of a person who she described as merely suspicious, who's got something in his hands, climbing up the side of the building, army crawling on the building, people yelling and screaming to law enforcement.
00:06:18.480 And she says, well, gee, that's just suspicious.
00:06:20.400 And so we were going to go ask him a few questions.
00:06:23.800 That's nutty as they can be.
00:06:25.540 The third thing is when we start looking at this, you and I have been to many of these high-profile events with people like President Trump and other high-profile leaders.
00:06:37.600 If there is a suspicious individual, it is normal, it is routine to say, we're going to hold you here.
00:06:46.740 They don't even tell you why.
00:06:47.940 They just say, we're going to have a hold.
00:06:49.840 And I can't tell you how many times we've been going someplace and say, we're going to have a hold.
00:06:53.320 And what's the hold do?
00:06:54.360 It allows Secret Service or the local law enforcement to determine if you've got a very serious threat or not.
00:07:03.160 And they chose not to invoke a hold on President Trump when they had all of this information well in advance.
00:07:11.560 And if Trump doesn't ever take the stage, this shooter never shoots.
00:07:15.860 And they should have been able to then clear the roof.
00:07:19.340 So let's just put it down to this, Dave.
00:07:22.740 Massive, massive failure here.
00:07:25.980 And Dave, I did ask the question, was this guy a lone gunman?
00:07:33.220 Did he act alone?
00:07:34.820 And she wouldn't answer that.
00:07:36.780 She said, oh, we've got to talk to the FBI about that.
00:07:39.380 You know, Dave, these are all serious questions about something big like this.
00:07:46.540 Do you have – there's breaking news.
00:07:49.340 I don't want to throw it at you if you haven't seen it.
00:07:51.900 But I was just scanning the papers.
00:07:53.960 And they say, this guy, this shooter, had a connection with someone who worked near the FBI on their tracking them.
00:08:04.460 And have you heard any – where can the war room go to find the best information on this?
00:08:10.800 I've heard that.
00:08:13.320 I don't know if that's one of these what I call faith-promoting rumors or not yet.
00:08:17.360 So I don't really know where you go to find out more about it.
00:08:22.000 If it's real, it's going to develop over the next couple of days.
00:08:24.880 But I will just tell the war and posse, you've got to stay on top of this because – and really sift through the information because there's some stuff that just is patently untrue.
00:08:36.740 And then there's some other stuff that is highly plausible, but we haven't seen enough evidence to corroborate it yet.
00:08:43.900 And then we're all getting stoned on the evidence from the Secret Service.
00:08:48.480 So it's – everybody needs to be on their toes.
00:08:51.680 We're going to be on our toes and keep trying to lay it out there in my social media.
00:08:55.220 And I know you will, and I know the war room will as well.
00:08:59.280 Right, right.
00:09:00.320 Hey, I hate to ask you this, but I got a bunch of our friends come on this show.
00:09:06.840 You're one of the very few where the war room posse gives you 100 percent grade.
00:09:11.100 Your credibility is through the roof.
00:09:12.480 And so yet I have to pose to you the hardest question for members of Congress is how do we regain our credibility?
00:09:22.020 All political views are my own, right?
00:09:23.340 I'm not talking red or blue.
00:09:24.480 But Congress, the Republicans, if there are never any consequences for awful behavior, in this case, catastrophically bad behavior, right?
00:09:36.500 When it comes to $2 trillion deficits, Ukraine, corruption, et cetera, laptops, FBI, CIA, three-letter agencies, the Congress has not held anyone responsible yet for anything.
00:09:51.340 And so part of this, you know, do you expect more or less bad behavior when the price is zero, right?
00:09:59.900 At a low price, they're like, hey, why should we stop doing this?
00:10:03.580 And does our leadership have an action plan for real this time to lay down some consequences so we don't get more of this horrific behavior?
00:10:13.520 Well, I did talk to the speaker today and I told him that, look, I'm OK with him setting up his commission, his little commission, which should look like, should look a lot like the J6 committee, right?
00:10:27.060 I said, I'm OK with that.
00:10:28.260 I'll support that.
00:10:28.940 I said, but if you really want to get something done and get to the bottom of it, you're going to get – you're going to hire some investigators to come in, real people who know Secret Service, who know protections, details, stuff, and they can get to the bottom of this and reveal this to us.
00:10:46.360 And you support them with subpoena authority and then we hold people accountable.
00:10:51.700 But look, Dave, the first thing you can do, the closest we've come to holding anybody accountable is when my Holman rule went through on Mayorkas to remove his salary and then to impeach Mayorkas.
00:11:07.840 But the Senate didn't give us help.
00:11:10.420 Congress has one purse string, one leverage point, and you know this as well as I do.
00:11:16.640 And it's really a twofer because if you start defunding some of these agencies, these wrongdoers, these people abusing the system, these bureaucrats, guess what?
00:11:27.760 If you start defunding them, you do two things.
00:11:31.520 You actually provide a disincentive to all the other bureaucrats that are doing crappy stuff, right?
00:11:37.900 So that's one thing.
00:11:39.080 And the second thing is when you actually start reducing spending, how about that for a change?
00:11:44.640 Where you actually start taking away the money from the authoritative administrative state.
00:11:53.680 Those are the two things.
00:11:54.940 And so I guess that's a long way of getting back to I've introduced so many pieces of legislation.
00:12:01.160 I know you did when you were here.
00:12:02.900 And did we ever see any of that go through?
00:12:05.260 No, no.
00:12:06.880 Our own colleagues, they like the status quo.
00:12:11.780 I mean, and so I never want to sugarcoat this with anybody.
00:12:17.520 I'll keep pushing.
00:12:18.660 I know there's a segment of our team that will keep pushing.
00:12:21.880 But we've got a lot of folks that really, they just can't bring themselves to do it, Dave.
00:12:28.700 And that's the sad, sad truth.
00:12:32.240 Yep.
00:12:32.420 Hey, I just want to put a plug in for one of our friends whose name is Stephen K. Bannon.
00:12:39.280 And I don't ever want America.
00:12:41.700 I don't care if you're Democrat or Independent or Republican or whatever you are, to forget how this man was put in prison, right, over just the most corrupt committee set up ever.
00:12:52.980 He wouldn't bend the knee to a falsehood.
00:12:56.220 And then it goes into the court system.
00:12:58.540 And so, you know, at the end of his term, you know, Joe Biden, you know, I don't know what his health condition is, his spiritual condition.
00:13:05.520 But I just hope whenever anyone up there mentions goodwill to you or to the Republicans, please use Stephen K. Bannon as a memory.
00:13:16.820 If you believe in goodwill and civility and working together, good.
00:13:20.860 Let Stephen K. Bannon out of jail as a political prisoner, and then we'll talk.
00:13:25.440 And so I just please keep spreading that around because the war room, you know, without Steve here in his chair, it's just the country's not the same.
00:13:36.140 That's right.
00:13:37.140 And, you know, we love Steve.
00:13:38.640 And Peter Navarro got the same treatment, you know.
00:13:42.540 So tomorrow, for people in the posse, I'm the chairman of that subcommittee on crime.
00:13:50.120 We have the Bureau of Prisons director, Colette Peters, coming in tomorrow.
00:13:55.960 And I've already told her I'll be I am requesting formally an opportunity to go visit Steve in in the federal institution that he is in right now.
00:14:09.480 I know he doesn't want visitors, but the reality is I want to go.
00:14:13.400 I want to see how he's being treated and I want to see what's going on there.
00:14:17.480 And we're not going to forget this.
00:14:19.540 And we have asked we filed resolutions and and other pieces of legislation with regard to both Peter Navarro and Stephen K.
00:14:31.300 Bannon to try to facilitate a fair release.
00:14:36.880 We're just it's an uphill climb.
00:14:38.880 You know that.
00:14:39.780 Yeah, it is.
00:14:40.400 Yeah, well, and Andy Biggs, one of the morally best guys on the Hill.
00:14:46.660 And, you know, the left talks about retribution after they put political prisoners in.
00:14:51.500 Right.
00:14:51.720 So what does justice look like?
00:14:53.700 Democrats, please show us.
00:14:55.320 Please show us a better day.
00:14:57.200 Andy Biggs, God bless you.
00:14:58.520 Keep fighting the fight.
00:14:59.940 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:01.880 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.180 Their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.280 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.400 Your every move tracked like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.300 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:25.840 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.120 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:30.480 Why?
00:15:30.840 Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings.
00:15:34.160 Plus, with a gold IRA from Birch Gold, you can move your IRA or 401k into physical gold without paying any taxes or penalties.

00:16:12.960 War Room.
00:16:13.920 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:22.020 Dave Bratt in the War Room with Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:24.760 We haven't had enough time to do capital markets and geopolitics like Steve is so good at showing us what's coming around the corner.
00:16:34.720 And so I'll just give a quick one-minute overview, right?
00:16:38.780 We've had 70 years in a row of productivity going down, down, down in this country.
00:16:44.700 That is the real economy.
00:16:46.560 Productivity is what we're making.
00:16:48.040 How much stuff do you make per hour?
00:16:50.320 The CBO, the Congressional Budget Office, has us shrinking for another 30 years.
00:16:56.820 On top of that disaster, the Federal Reserve printed $9 trillion.
00:17:02.380 I think their balance sheet's down to $7.5 or only $8 trillion on their balance sheet.
00:17:08.480 We're running $2 trillion deficits per year.
00:17:12.380 The debt is now at $35 trillion with $2 trillion deficits for the next 10 years.
00:17:19.160 So we will have $50 trillion in debt within the 10-year budget cycle.
00:17:24.760 We all know those facts.
00:17:27.080 And now the left is Trump-proofing the economy, right?
00:17:31.040 If you're watching the markets right now, I go out to FinViz, et cetera.
00:17:35.680 There's a lot of red there lately.
00:17:37.620 Something is starting to crack, right?
00:17:39.640 We don't want it to crack, but they printed all the money.
00:17:43.560 They've done all the fiscal spending, right?
00:17:45.560 The Keynesian stimulus to prop up this administration.
00:17:48.900 All the deep state is in on that game.
00:17:51.340 The timing of the jobs numbers, we've been covering that over and over and over.
00:17:56.080 You all know about how false the job numbers are in the first place.
00:18:00.280 I'll spend more time on this deep dive coming up.
00:18:03.500 But with that said, check out Birch Gold, right?
00:18:08.420 Right now, in turbulent times, with the numbers I just gave you, those are all real.
00:18:13.900 The petrodollar is crumbling before our eyes.
00:18:16.780 Saudi Arabia just declined to renew the 50-year-long petrodollar agreement,
00:18:22.340 which means the U.S. dollar's global dominance is now riding on fumes.
00:18:26.620 How much longer until the dollar crashes in value?
00:18:29.680 You've already lost 20% or 30%.
00:18:31.940 Nobody knows for sure, but it's always best to be prepared.
00:18:34.960 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:18:37.920 Why?
00:18:38.320 Because gold safeguards your savings outside the dollar-connected financial system.
00:18:43.680 So if a crash happens, your hard-earned money will be protected inside precious metals.
00:18:48.980 Plus, with a gold IRA from the Birch Gold Group,
00:18:51.680 you can move your IRA or 401k into physical gold without paying any taxes or penalties.

00:19:13.180 So take a stand right now.
00:19:14.540 Go to birchgold.com backslash Bannon and get your free info kit on gold IRAs.
00:19:20.560 In the war room, we don't give financial counsel, but everyone should have gold as part of their
00:19:26.860 portfolio.
00:19:27.660 So go visit Birch Gold and find out what the right portfolio alignment is best for you.
00:19:34.400 Right now, I think we have, is Catherine Engelbrecht on deck?
00:19:39.840 Cameron, Catherine, are you with us?
00:19:43.020 I am, Dave.
00:19:43.880 Good to be with you.
00:19:45.020 Great.
00:19:45.520 You too.
00:19:46.240 Thanks for being on.
00:19:46.960 Catherine, one of Steve's favorites, one of the war room heroes.
00:19:52.300 Catherine, why don't you bring us up to speed on what you've been working on?
00:19:55.040 And thanks so much for being on the war room today.
00:19:58.120 Oh, thanks so much for having me.
00:19:59.700 And just hearing the earlier comments about Steve, he's in my constant prayers.
00:20:06.060 And you're right.
00:20:06.800 The war room is, we're carrying on, but he is sorely missed.
00:20:10.900 So what Troy the Boat's working on.
00:20:12.820 So we've got all manner of things as it relates to election integrity.
00:20:15.820 I mean, there are endless twists and turns, it seems, on the political side.
00:20:20.560 But as it relates to election process, we have stayed hyper-focused on the core needs.
00:20:27.320 Number one, get the voter rolls as accurate as they can be.
00:20:30.520 Number two, look at the gaps we have in polling places and other positions across the continuum
00:20:38.080 of elections and make sure that we have volunteers ready to go and make sure that people know that
00:20:42.720 the need is there.
00:20:44.340 And then more broadly, we're about to launch another app called Vote Alert, which will be
00:20:48.040 a way for people to connect and report what they're seeing on the ground.
00:20:52.760 And we're reaching out to the Latino community in a Spanish version of True the Vote called
00:20:57.300 Voto Ernesto.
00:20:58.040 So we are just, we are blinders on and working for the best process that we can be a part
00:21:06.580 of, despite all of the never-ending changes.
00:21:12.860 And of course, one of the biggest changes, lest I forget, is in Wisconsin, where they have
00:21:17.280 reintroduced Dropboxes.
00:21:18.780 And Dropboxes will also be a big part of what we are focused on in the coming months and making
00:21:23.880 sure that we have eyes on, and this time, already working in conjunction with sheriffs
00:21:29.280 to make sure that they're looking at the feed at the same time we are.
00:21:35.080 Catherine, we're all very grateful to you and the Army or the Posse out there that are
00:21:40.540 doing this unthanked work, right?
00:21:43.720 You don't get all the glory.
00:21:46.220 And we're so thankful to you.
00:21:48.000 As Steve would say, right, you're sitting there doing heroic work.
00:21:53.020 Where should the Posse go?
00:21:54.220 What are the first, most important one or two things you would recommend when it comes
00:21:57.980 to action, action, action?
00:22:00.580 Where do you call the Posse?
00:22:02.360 What are the one or two most important bullets you'd shout out?
00:22:06.440 First, go to truthevote.org and sign up, because we communicate routinely through email as we launch
00:22:13.040 new projects and as we explain where we are with the projects that are ongoing.
00:22:18.000 So check that out.
00:22:19.460 You'll also get all the information on all of the live webinars and trainings that we
00:22:23.960 do throughout the week.
00:22:25.500 The second would be to check out IV3.us.
00:22:30.580 That is an app.
00:22:31.820 You can also find it from our website.
00:22:33.640 But that's an app that gives citizens access to their local voter rolls where they can see
00:22:38.440 the problems that they're facing, just how many ineligible records there are.
00:22:42.320 And then we give you a step-by-step solution to help bring those to the attention of the
00:22:46.600 county.
00:22:47.160 So at present, we've got about 35,000 people looking at the rolls.
00:22:51.500 We've helped to challenge over 700,000 in over 1,300 counties across the country.
00:22:56.820 So it's a huge victory for the war room posse and patriots all across the country that are
00:23:03.560 choosing in and not just sitting on the sidelines and accepting the imperfections when we still
00:23:11.260 have opportunities to make it better for all of us for November.
00:23:14.920 Yeah, right.
00:23:17.140 Catherine is a hero in the ranks, right with Stephen K. Bannon.
00:23:23.620 Catherine, it's hard to keep up with all the politics right now.
00:23:26.860 It's been the craziest week ever.
00:23:29.140 But what special motivation might you give us?
00:23:32.480 I saw the $50 million dump going to the left.
00:23:37.560 I saw Soros coming out with certain backings.
00:23:41.200 What else might you want to reference to motivate us?
00:23:44.660 Because we cannot sit back and think, you know, hey, the polling was good a week ago,
00:23:50.080 et cetera.
00:23:51.860 It's a done deal.
00:23:53.060 It's not a done deal.
00:23:54.180 We don't even know what the Dems are going to do at their convention.
00:23:56.760 All political views are my own.
00:23:58.020 So what might you use to motivate the posse to say, hey, the game ain't over.
00:24:03.460 We're on the 10-yard line.
00:24:04.400 We got 90 yards to go.
00:24:06.560 Well, I think the posse can feel it just like I feel it.
00:24:09.140 This battle is so much more than politics.
00:24:11.700 This is a spiritual battle that we are in.
00:24:13.920 And so we have to keep trained on the signal through the noise.
00:24:17.820 The noise will continue.
00:24:19.700 But the signal is get out, vote, serve, and pray.
00:24:23.920 Do what you can do.
00:24:25.460 And if we all do a little bit, we will be OK.
00:24:28.600 We can turn out and support in numbers that will eclipse any of the, you know, any of the
00:24:35.300 manipulations that they may have in store.
00:24:37.920 But we must turn out in force.
00:24:40.100 We can take nothing for granted.
00:24:41.820 We can leave nothing on the field.
00:24:43.980 But in the end, I believe this is more a spiritual battle than anything else.
00:24:49.200 And so we just we have to keep focused on what is right and true.
00:24:52.860 Let the rest of it go.
00:24:53.980 Keep our heads down and keep working.
00:24:56.320 Yep.
00:24:58.120 Catherine Engelbrecht, thanks for being with us.
00:25:00.640 Stay up there for one second because everybody just take a look.
00:25:04.440 You know, this is the best part of being in this movement.
00:25:06.960 Right.
00:25:07.120 The grassroots.
00:25:08.200 I started off in it 10 years ago.
00:25:10.380 The swamp kicked me out.
00:25:11.880 But Catherine Engelbrecht.
00:25:13.380 Right.
00:25:13.540 Just a look on her face when you get to hang out with people like that.
00:25:17.440 Right.
00:25:17.680 When you go to your grassroots meetings, you're meeting the salt of the earth, the best people.
00:25:22.600 And there is a spiritual war going out.
00:25:24.940 We want all people to join us on the good side.
00:25:27.600 Right.
00:25:28.180 We don't hate anybody.
00:25:29.960 Right.
00:25:30.280 We love everybody.
00:25:31.320 But we will fight to defend our families and our kids and our country.
00:25:35.860 Right.
00:25:36.020 Catherine, I heard you weighing in.
00:25:37.420 Fire away.
00:25:37.980 No, I mean, I just couldn't agree more.
00:25:39.760 This is this is not about party.
00:25:42.500 It's about principle.
00:25:43.820 It's about liberty.
00:25:45.220 It's about it's about our future.
00:25:47.340 And we have work to do.
00:25:48.940 So we cannot get caught up in the cycle time and the endless spirals.
00:25:53.240 I mean, it's important to stay in touch and hear what's happening for sure.
00:25:57.140 We've got to keep up.
00:25:58.100 And mercy knows something new is every hour, it seems.
00:26:01.640 Yeah.
00:26:01.780 But we have to find a balance between that and rolling up our sleeves and putting on our
00:26:05.560 waiters and jumping into where we are on the front lines, because I'm telling you,
00:26:09.520 we need the help.
00:26:11.600 Yeah.
00:26:12.000 Well, you just said it best.
00:26:14.720 We all just need to show up and overwhelming.
00:26:18.100 Right.
00:26:18.260 As Stephen K.
00:26:19.160 Bannon always says, two thirds of the country is with us.
00:26:22.600 Right.
00:26:22.740 That's right.
00:26:23.200 If everyone gets out of the church pews and starts taking action and all the passive
00:26:29.060 folks that have just been laying easy and the CEOs and the wealthy who have taken advantage
00:26:36.480 of this situation, we're calling you all join this team to save the country for the rule
00:26:42.540 of law, for freedom, for liberty, for freedom of speech.
00:26:46.880 The CEOs are scared to speak out these days of freedom of religion, Christianity.
00:26:52.440 If you want to pray at school, if you want to pray at school, you're in trouble.
00:26:55.760 They can read the crazy books in the public library.
00:26:58.640 I saw Kirk Cameron the other day.
00:27:00.480 They can read the drag queen books in the public library.
00:27:03.360 You can't read the Bible to a group of kids in the library.
00:27:07.200 If that's the policy of your library, your library's got it wrong.
00:27:11.120 And so, Catherine Engelbrecht, I see why Steve loves you so much.
00:27:14.300 Your blessing to the war room and to the country.
00:27:16.560 Keep up the great work, and thanks for being with us on the war room today, Catherine.
00:27:21.280 Thanks so much for having me.
00:27:22.520 Keep the torch going.
00:27:24.300 We will.
00:27:25.680 Thanks to you.
00:27:26.980 Thank you, Catherine.
00:27:28.340 All right.
00:27:28.820 We got Alex deGrasse coming up.
00:27:32.520 Is Alex up?
00:27:33.920 Pull up Alex if he's there.
00:27:36.160 And we'll go to him right after the break.
00:27:39.400 But Alex deGrasse with team Elise Stefanik, the executive director.
00:27:44.740 He's going to lead us across the host of the politics happening these days.
00:27:50.620 Some polling stuff on the presidential candidates, the vice presidential candidates.
00:27:55.980 He's got the latest breaking news to share with us.
00:27:59.660 Stay tuned with the war room.
00:28:01.220 And make sure that the ratings on this show don't go down by one.
00:28:04.980 They should be doubling.
00:28:06.400 We need to double down like Catherine just said.
00:28:08.600 Spread this platform to all your friends.
00:28:10.600 See you in one minute.

00:29:16.820 Do it today.
00:29:17.300 Lydia, I was reading your article today, your column, about Kamala Harris being a DEI candidate.
00:29:23.960 And if so, so is J.D. Vance.
00:29:26.120 And you write that the two of them, Kamala Harris and J.D. Vance, have a few things in common.
00:29:30.980 They were both raised by tough, charismatic matriarchs.
00:29:32.860 They both pursued legal careers.
00:29:35.320 They both sought in one high elected office.
00:29:37.560 They both come from backgrounds that are underrepresented in the halls of power.
00:29:42.420 And now they're both engaged in the core work of politics, translating their stories into power.
00:29:49.060 We've got to ask why one of these two remarkable Americans stands accused of getting where she is based on DEI.
00:29:55.900 You say the answer, you fear, is written on their faces.
00:29:59.440 I'm afraid it is written on their faces.
00:30:03.740 And I think it's really important for us to think about the way in which race plays a role in our politics.
00:30:09.600 And it's very clear that there will be an attempt to try and paint Kamala Harris as being some sort of, you know, like super lefty, black progressive.
00:30:22.960 And the great irony of that is that's not who she is.
00:30:26.300 They're going to try to do it, but it's not going to work.
00:30:28.560 And when that doesn't work, I think the Reverend is absolutely right.
00:30:32.460 Their next resort will be to out-and-out racism.
00:30:36.700 And when I think about how that's going to play, I think a lot about my grandmother, who was a conservative Republican, white Republican from Wisconsin,
00:30:46.340 for whom over-displays of racism were just too nasty and disgusting to countenance.
00:30:53.620 Sadly, she passed.
00:30:54.740 But that's part of why she could never vote for Donald Trump the first time she didn't vote for a Republican in a presidential election in her lifetime as an adult.
00:31:03.700 And I think that that's a big part of what is going to be a problem for Donald Trump in running against Kamala Harris.
00:31:10.060 He's going to have to treat the race issue like a very delicate stick of dynamite.
00:31:15.420 And I don't think he's capable of that.
00:31:17.680 I think out-and-out racism just doesn't fly.
00:31:19.780 And the gender stuff has changed, too.
00:31:22.240 I mean, we're talking about an election that's happening in a post-Dobbs environment and really sort of fully post-MeToo as well.
00:31:29.180 And I think it's just going to become a lot harder for him to caricature and paint Harris in the ways that he was able to caricature and paint Hillary Clinton.
00:31:39.420 I have been privileged and proud to serve as vice president of the United States with Joe Biden as president of the United States.
00:31:47.200 We have a fighter, a leader with skill, vision, determination and compassion.
00:31:57.880 The Biden administration did task a vice president, Kamala Harris, with the issue of migrant crossings, naming her the so-called border czar.
00:32:05.020 Now, migrant encounters in the southern border have skyrocketed since Biden took office.
00:32:08.740 We're confident this border's secure.
00:32:10.640 The border is secure.
00:32:14.080 She's very politically astute.
00:32:16.400 And vice president Harris is uniquely qualified.
00:32:19.980 I look to her as a successor.
00:32:25.380 To see what can be unburdened by what has been.
00:32:29.960 Based on what we've just been able to see, and because we've seen it or not doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
00:32:34.440 But just limited to what we have seen.
00:32:36.080 I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by what has been.
00:32:40.220 You know?
00:32:41.860 That's it.
00:32:42.480 Dave Bratt in the war room with Stephen K. Bannon, joined by Alex DeGrosse with Team Elise Stefanik, the executive director for Team Stefanik.
00:33:06.500 He's a friend of the show.
00:33:08.440 He's been on.
00:33:10.500 Before he digs into it, I just always have one plea for the Democrats.
00:33:16.400 If you want to illustrate what real justice looks like, right?
00:33:21.520 Lady Liberty, blind, you know, blindfolded justice is blind.
00:33:27.300 We're a nation under law.
00:33:30.140 Pardon Stephen K. Bannon, right?
00:33:32.400 Who's a political prisoner right now by a corrupt committee set up that had no minority representation.
00:33:39.000 No equal treatment of the folks on the committees.
00:33:45.140 And that's a good point.
00:33:46.340 I hope everyone in Congress asked that question.
00:33:48.720 To President Biden right now in a lame duck session.
00:33:52.120 And to Kamala Harris, the vice president.
00:33:57.140 Perhaps the presidential nominee on the Democrat side.
00:34:00.100 What do you want justice to look like?
00:34:01.900 If you want to just play straight justice, just show us.
00:34:05.280 And that might bring the country together.
00:34:06.960 I'm not a utopian.
00:34:09.620 And there's no feelings in the war room.
00:34:12.280 But that's the question I want to ask.
00:34:14.420 Alex, tee us up.
00:34:16.780 What are you seeing out there on the political horizon?
00:34:20.420 What's coming at us here?
00:34:22.720 Well, thanks, Dave.
00:34:23.640 It's certainly an honor to be here sitting next to Steve's chair.
00:34:26.800 And we all think about him.
00:34:28.160 And as I'm out of the trail across the country at the convention, you know, people stop.
00:34:32.060 They know I've been on the show.
00:34:33.080 They want to talk to you about Steve.
00:34:34.060 I just was in Indiana, was in Michigan.
00:34:36.380 And the amount of voters that are praying and sort of have taken the call to action are involved, are working as poll watchers, which is actually the most important thing that many of us can be doing to be involved and to secure your vote.
00:34:50.280 But it's certainly just great to be part of the movement, great to be here.
00:34:53.340 So the Kamala, it's very interesting because I think strategically, Dave, I think we just have to be very sober about the reality, which is, A, I think she is overall a weaker candidate.
00:35:02.840 The numbers show that.
00:35:03.980 I think there's positives and negatives for the Democrat side.
00:35:06.680 But what's important is we've had a lot less time to define her.
00:35:10.020 And President Trump's been putting this out on truth.
00:35:12.160 It's sort of like we've been scammed.
00:35:13.520 You know, we've spent this money.
00:35:14.460 We've attacked Biden.
00:35:15.400 They're kind of swapped.
00:35:16.600 They swapped him out.
00:35:17.780 And now we've got Kamala, right?
00:35:19.800 And so that is an interesting dynamic.
00:35:22.140 So it's important for the party, whether you're a committee member, a town committee member involved, a donor, anyone to be out there talking and pushing what we're going to talk about on Kamala Harris.
00:35:32.660 I mean, she is the enabler in chief.
00:35:34.560 And you see the media out there.
00:35:36.000 They're talking about, well, you know, they're not going to attack her as much.
00:35:39.280 It's all a scam.
00:35:40.700 They're doing anything they can to protect Kamala and to run interference.
00:35:44.880 She has owned every single one of Joe Biden's policies, which I understand the policy knows the policy knows full stop.
00:35:51.760 But her instincts are even worse.
00:35:53.600 I mean, she's actually way to the left of Joe Biden.
00:35:56.540 That's the reality of it.
00:35:57.700 And it's on us as Republicans at all levels of the party to get out there and push that message.
00:36:02.980 I think if you want to talk about some of the polling, we've seen in some polls she might be outperforming President Biden by one or two percentage points in a lot of polls, underperforming him by one or two points.
00:36:14.080 This is a sort of a stagnant race with President Trump leading outside the margins in both the national polling average as well as more so in the battleground states.
00:36:23.200 Now, I think two interesting developments in the last few hours, Dave, if I can.
00:36:27.980 One, it looks like I just got an email alert from fellow leadership.
00:36:32.440 And they're talking about it's moving very fast on the Hill.
00:36:35.120 I think there were some questions.
00:36:36.720 Is there going to be another candidate?
00:36:38.040 Is there going to be someone at the convention?
00:36:39.700 Of course, based off the DNC rules, there easily could be.
00:36:43.420 But you're seeing swing state Democrats, these sort of frontline Democrats, that's what they call them, in these sort of targeted seats that we're targeting.
00:36:50.560 They're falling in line pretty quickly.
00:36:52.240 I'm looking in New York.
00:36:53.260 Almost all of them have endorsed Kamala in some capacity, whether it be candidates or the seats that we're targeting.
00:37:00.060 And so I think this is sort of wrapping up quickly, more than we probably would have expected,
00:37:03.920 because I would have thought the Democrats would have considered another option, maybe a more conservative option or another direction to sort of rid them from the Biden administration's stake.
00:37:14.260 Kamala is, as the vice president, the lowest approval rating and job performance of any vice president in the history of polling in modern day.
00:37:22.660 So since essentially the 50s.
00:37:24.820 So, you know, we feel great about the fact that she owns all of Joe Biden's record and all of these policies.
00:37:31.840 But I think you talked about the $53 million, Dave, and sort of how quickly the Democrats are moving.
00:37:37.440 I think you're going to see, and one of the things that we always spoke about with Steve and myself on this show was with Joe Biden,
00:37:43.040 they really had an enthusiasm problem where their core Democrat support was sort of not enthusiastic to get out to vote for him
00:37:50.720 at levels that they really needed to be in a competitive race.
00:37:55.700 And we're seeing the Dems in a certain segment of the Democrat base are very motivated.
00:38:00.480 You're seeing that with the money.
00:38:01.480 You're seeing, I'm reading now, these alerts I'm getting about all these calls,
00:38:05.300 and especially among the African-American community and the Democrat on that side of things,
00:38:09.120 they are fired up like you can imagine.
00:38:11.760 And this is not going to come easy.
00:38:13.100 I mean, we are in a great position on this race, but things are going to heat up.
00:38:17.240 I think it's going to get really tight just because of the fundamentals and how this is going to work out with their money
00:38:22.860 and everything else, the fact that we're starting over.
00:38:25.700 But being a poll watcher, being a volunteer involved with the campaigns,
00:38:31.420 whether it's just President Trump's campaign, your local races, which are in many cases the most important,
00:38:36.440 House, Senate, all of that's going to be key.
00:38:38.980 But with Kamala, we have to educate people and we have to stay on matches
00:38:42.100 because there's a lot you could talk about or personal life just that.
00:38:44.640 It's not worth it.
00:38:45.600 The most important thing is two fronts.
00:38:47.840 A, what she's going to do as president if she becomes president, all of it disastrous.
00:38:51.700 And B, what she's done as the enabler-in-chief, all of Joe Biden's records.
00:38:56.020 And again, what just broke Dave as I've been sitting here for the last 30 minutes
00:38:59.140 is she's apparently turned down a meeting with Bibi Netanyahu.
00:39:02.820 So for our Jewish viewers, for our Christians that are focused and support the Israel relationship,
00:39:08.840 I mean, Kamala is a disaster for the state of Israel.
00:39:11.700 She is pro-Hamas, much more than Joe Biden, who I believe was even pro-Hamas,
00:39:16.320 obviously with the holding the weapon sales and things like that.
00:39:19.500 So I think they're going to move very quickly to wrap it around Kamala.
00:39:23.720 I think things are going to get hot.
00:39:24.740 We cannot get complacent.
00:39:26.100 I think she's a weaker candidate because of how disastrous she is as a person
00:39:30.380 and politically how she speaks and her struggles, just like Joe Biden in many ways.
00:39:34.720 But this is sort of a new animal, and it's going to be coming on all of us to kind of get after it hard.
00:39:39.900 Yeah, everybody's kind of with you on that, on the percentages.
00:39:44.980 But the one thing hanging out there, right, and I saw how the unit party can move, right,
00:39:50.160 my own races and whatever.
00:39:53.020 When the establishment moves, the one person who's out there with immense power,
00:39:58.220 all political views are my own, is President, former President Obama.
00:40:01.600 He hasn't committed yet that I've heard, and he's out there.
00:40:06.940 And, you know, the way the establishment always works, the unit party on both sides,
00:40:10.920 they just wait.
00:40:12.100 They may make it look good for appearance's sake.
00:40:14.560 You know, Kamala's good, and, you know, we're all going to be with her.
00:40:17.840 But then all of a sudden something emerges, right, in a few weeks or something.
00:40:21.940 Oops, we had no idea of this fact.
00:40:24.640 Oh, my word.
00:40:26.340 You know, and is that scenario plausible at all,
00:40:30.100 that Obama is waiting out there with an alternative candidate?
00:40:35.040 100%.
00:40:35.400 I think it is the most telling that Obama hasn't endorsed.
00:40:39.500 I think those guys are really pulling the strings.
00:40:41.680 They have been on Biden.
00:40:42.740 They are now through the DNC and other sort of forces at play.
00:40:46.760 And I think it's just – I'm surprised that they're moving quickly on the hill in a regard.
00:40:51.340 But ultimately, to your point, it doesn't matter.
00:40:52.960 That sort of noise.
00:40:53.840 And that's going to be a problem for them because Kamala is a disaster in these swing districts.
00:40:58.840 I mean, her positions – I mean, she openly said there's no such thing as an illegal immigrant, right?
00:41:03.660 Undocumented immigrants are not criminals.
00:41:05.200 I mean, that's on video.
00:41:06.560 So many of the policies that Joe Biden sort of supported, she has come out – she has said it.
00:41:11.440 We have video.
00:41:11.920 She has said it.
00:41:12.820 So we're going to be playing that around the country and really hammering her despite what MSNBC says that we somehow can't attack her or this or that.
00:41:20.340 Go ahead.
00:41:21.420 Let me keep you going on that one line, right?
00:41:24.280 So I haven't seen the mechanics of this convention spelled out.
00:41:28.480 But the newspapers and all the usual suspects are laying out the narrative, the New York Times, the Post, and whatever.
00:41:35.240 And 50 heads of the state committees have all agreed to support Kamala, et cetera.
00:41:40.080 So they're making it look like it's a done deal.
00:41:44.120 But when you go to that convention, are all those delegates still in play?
00:41:49.060 Can they still vote individually?
00:41:50.780 Do you know what the mechanics of that look like?
00:41:53.760 Yeah, the mechanics are the delegates that were bound by Joe Biden per the DNC rules.
00:41:58.480 They're not automatically bound by Kamala.
00:42:00.840 So actually they are open delegates, which is why this is still being branded as an open convention because it is,
00:42:07.260 although Kamala has, to your point, the establishments, quote unquote, some of the establishment support among everything else.
00:42:13.540 And I think ultimately there's still tons of delegates that we're just not sure of.
00:42:17.740 And I know that there's delegate meetings happening and people are talking and I'd be interested to hear what they're talking about.
00:42:23.880 But it's fascinating because I think anything is on the table, to your point.
00:42:28.360 And we could see a baby switch here.
00:42:29.800 Yeah, well, yeah, I just remember when I was in Virginia politics in the U.S., you had the checkwriters and the grassroots.
00:42:38.460 The grassroots would always come to the aid and do the right thing for the country.
00:42:42.300 And then the checkwriters wouldn't come in.
00:42:44.720 And this time, to my great joy, the Republicans were all happy together.
00:42:51.600 It looked incredible.
00:42:52.640 And on the Democrat side, I just find it very hard to believe that everybody's in a joy unity moment right now.
00:43:01.220 I think there's some folks out there that still want their hands on power.
00:43:05.540 And so we'll be back with Alex DeGrasse in a few seconds.

00:44:34.880 The scandal of the century.
00:44:37.200 Our president lacks the mental fitness for office and Mary Peltola covered it up.
00:44:43.160 Peltola met privately with Joe Biden.
00:44:45.560 She witnessed Biden's mental failures up close, but allowed crisis to rage under Biden's frail leadership.
00:44:52.700 Mary Peltola ignored our concerns.
00:44:55.520 He's one of the smartest, sharpest people I've met in D.C.
00:44:58.460 Tell Mary Peltola to stop defending Biden when she knows the truth.
00:45:07.180 Dave Bratt back in the war room with Stephen K.

00:46:52.740 We're back on with Alex DeGrasse with Team Elise Stefanik.
00:46:58.500 You know Elise Stefanik, the Harvard grad, taking on Harvard and the other Ivy League universities that were out of control.
00:47:07.200 So proud of her and the work she did.
00:47:09.480 She took a total leadership role there.
00:47:12.940 And so, Alec, make sure you say hey to Elise from the war room.
00:47:17.020 And for me, I used to sit with her in Congress, and she's just a great person.
00:47:21.880 And so why don't you close, Alex?
00:47:23.540 I think you had some breaking news you wanted to share and some additional polling numbers.
00:47:30.820 Sure.
00:47:31.260 So we just showed that ad, and I think that ad's important.
00:47:33.540 We just had the latest poll just come in, Forbes poll, which is a national poll, and does have Trump up 11 points on Kamala, 51 to 40, which is good.
00:47:41.880 You want to be over that 50 level that's really strong and sort of unheard of for a Republican in a national poll.
00:47:49.040 But changing gears here quickly, we showed that ad, and that ad is running in 10 districts, 10 of our top targets, each specified towards the said Democrat incumbent.
00:47:59.740 And it's interesting because we're talking about Kamala, and that's sort of the word of the day, of course.
00:48:04.100 But the reality and what's behind the current, so the signal, not the noise, of course, is the fact that all these Democrats, many of them who called on Joe Biden to even step aside.
00:48:13.600 They were, as of three, four weeks ago, fully complicit, propping up Joe Biden.
00:48:19.460 They were meeting with him.
00:48:20.480 They were going on TV talking about how he was smart.
00:48:22.760 They're all in on it.
00:48:24.000 They were all in on the con.
00:48:26.020 Voters across this country understand that.
00:48:28.240 It's incumbent on the posse to let everyone know what he's done.
00:48:32.860 It is the scandal of the century, many of us believe, and I think that we all agree with that as well.
00:48:38.720 So we have to get out there and explain because President Trump needs a House majority, a sizable one, because we have an aggressive agenda that they want to pass.
00:48:48.540 And President Trump's agenda, you can find it on his website, I want to say.
00:48:51.820 Right on the money.
00:48:52.500 President Trump's agenda, right?
00:48:54.540 And they want to get that through.
00:48:55.580 So they need a Republican Congress and a Republican Senate.
00:48:57.940 And we just can't only focus on just President Trump, which is the most important, of course, the Congress and the Senate.
00:49:04.460 We all work together as one team.
00:49:06.700 And these seats, like Mary Paltoa in Alaska, President Trump went to Alaska.
00:49:12.660 There's no excuse.
00:49:13.440 We have to take that home.
00:49:15.340 We've got candidates running.
00:49:16.260 We've got to get it done for the Republicans there and all these top targets.
00:49:19.700 So the key is we're hitting Kamala, but we're focusing on Joe Biden.
00:49:23.920 So I think, Alex, we've got to jump.
00:49:27.860 Yeah.
00:49:29.080 Thanks for being with us, Alex de Grasse, team, Elise Stefanik.
00:49:34.640 Say hey to Elise for all of us on the War Room.
00:49:37.040 Thanks for joining us, brother.
00:49:38.980 Now to Mike Lindell.
00:49:40.560 Mike, what's the deal of the day for the War Room posse?

00:50:53.600 And the War Room posse has helped MyPillow and my employees over the last, I don't know how many years now,

00:51:24.060 It helps the War Room and helps Steve feel secure that we're still in support and sponsor this great show.
00:51:32.260 Dave, thanks for having me on.
00:51:33.800 You guys are awesome, and you've been doing great filling in.
00:51:36.400 Thank you, and God bless.
00:51:37.840 Yeah, you're awesome, Mike.
00:51:39.420 Mike Lindell, please support Mike.
00:51:41.500 He supported us.
00:51:42.780 He supports Steve.
00:51:44.340 I want to give a special shout-out to our friend Peter Navarro.
00:51:47.440 Cannot wait to see him back.
00:51:50.300 I hope he's getting some days of rest and relaxation and enjoying his freedom after being, again, a political prisoner of the United States of America.
00:52:03.020 Just unbelievable.
00:52:03.960 Peter Navarro, the man responsible for starting to restructure the economy to help people like Mike Lindell bring jobs back to America, employ Americans, America first, make America great again.
00:52:20.540 We can do it.
00:52:21.560 All of you need to stay vigilant.
00:52:23.220 This is no time to rest.
00:52:24.660 We believe in this great country.
00:52:27.340 We believe in individual rights and liberty, and we believe in God Almighty who has given this great gift.
00:52:33.040 God bless you all.
00:52:34.100 See you tomorrow.
00:52:34.740 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:52:40.420 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:52:44.920 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:52:52.440 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:53:06.500 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:53:13.880 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:53:24.920 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
