A deed fraud ring targeted elderly victims in Queens and got away with over a million dollars before they slipped up and got caught. We talk to Natalie Dominguez, from Home Title Lock, about the latest installment of the New York Deed Theft Ring.
00:02:44.000But this is a white collar crime and many of these rings tend to be ordinary people,
00:02:49.000former white collar workers that are, you know, banding together to get these things done on a large scale and very quickly.
00:02:55.000And in this case, it was five members that we know of so far.
00:02:58.000One of the guys was the creative guy, right?
00:03:01.000He'd go out and he'd scope out these properties, find potential victims,
00:03:05.000and he'd create, you know, fake IDs and any, you know, bank cards or social security cards,
00:03:11.000things that they would kind of need to go through this quickly.
00:03:13.000And then another person was a former mortgage broker who had the real estate knowledge
00:03:18.000and she would place these properties, you know, for sale online way lower than they were worth to get investors and buyers very, very quickly.
00:03:26.000And then the third guy was actually a disbarred attorney.
00:03:29.000Keep in mind, everyone in this ring was I think the youngest person was 48 and the oldest person was 67.
00:03:35.000So it's not a bunch of these, you know, young little guys running around disbarred attorney.
00:03:39.000And he'd create, you know, fake title transfer documents, any of the legal documents that were kind of needed to aid in this process.
00:03:45.000And then two of the other crew members from what we understand would, you know, pretend to be the homeowners, meet up for sellings and stuff.
00:03:52.000And then they would launder this money through out of state banks.
00:03:55.000So with all this in mind, I think the craziest part to me is that even though they all took part in the same crime, right,
00:04:02.000they're all being charged separately in New York because there's no single defined crime for title theft and deed fraud.
00:04:08.000One of the members is being charged with grand larceny and they're getting like nine years.
00:04:13.000And then one of them is only getting three years and they're being charged with stuff related to the fake legal documents.
00:04:18.000And in New York, you know, it was just this last year that they even made it, you know, punishable to begin with by making it harder for these criminals to get away.
00:04:27.000So it's not just a civil issue and they're actually arresting these people.
00:04:31.000But in this case, they caught the criminals in the cases that we hear about on the news.
00:04:35.000They catch the criminals. No one really talks about the other stories where the criminals just get away with it.
00:04:41.000Like Matt Cox did for years running around the US, ending up on the Secret Service list.
00:04:45.000It's what what are the homeowners going through in this aftermath?
00:04:50.000Right. Because now they have to hire lawyers with their money and go to court to get things reversed.
00:04:55.000Despite people thinking that because people are being prosecuted criminally, it just fixes the problem.
00:05:01.000It doesn't. And it's a lot to deal with alone for the homeowners, especially when the targets of these crimes are generally elderly or disabled or people that just aren't around.
00:05:12.000And now all the burden is on them to fix this, even though there are people finally going to jail for it.
00:05:21.000And that's it then. So this is the situation like day by day, week by week.
00:05:27.000These stories are coming out in the press of people who have the title deeds to their properties fraudulently stolen from them.
00:05:35.000And many times they're not even aware this has happened.
00:05:37.000What do they do if they're listening to your analysis here of how these things take place and they're concerned and they feel that they want to take precautions so that this doesn't happen to them?
00:05:49.000Yeah, absolutely. So one way they can do it is by going into the county office, you know, once a week and checking on their titles.
00:05:55.000But that's really hard for most people. I don't think I've ever gone into the county office to look at my title.
00:06:01.000Honestly, the law really isn't on homeowners side.
00:06:05.000And that's kind of the scary part is that's what they're supposed to be there for to help protect us.
00:06:10.000But instead, criminals are getting away with this.
00:06:12.000So because the law isn't on the homeowner side, home title lock wants to be.
00:06:16.000We monitor your home. We alert you of any changes that are being made in or anything that's filed in relation to your property, whether it's, you know, a mechanics lien or anything that shouldn't be there.
00:06:27.000We notify you. We're not monitoring you or monitoring the property.
00:06:31.000And then we have our team of restoration experts, US based that gets anything fixed for you, even if it's just something like, you know, your wife's title, your name is supposed to be on the title with you, but it's not.
00:06:42.000You know, we help you do that. So your title doesn't get clouded in the future.
00:06:45.000But really, we just want to help prevent the nightmarish aftermath that comes to homeowners when they don't know these things are happening and that all of a sudden their house has been sold and now they have to go unravel this altogether.
00:06:57.000So Posse members can go to our website, home title lock dot com, use the promo code war room.
00:07:02.000You can get 30 days of protection for free and a free title scan to make sure that your title is not clouded.
00:07:08.000There's nothing there that shouldn't be. And then you can call us.
00:07:11.000Ask us any questions you want. We can give you a deep dive into your title title scan.
00:07:16.000Again, home title lock dot com promo code war room. We are here for you guys.
00:07:23.000Natalie Dominguez, thanks very much, as always, for coming here on the show and updating us.
00:07:29.000Thanks. We'll be back to you soon. Thanks. God bless.
00:07:34.000OK, so we're going to talk. I think we're going to Missouri now to discuss to talk to Bill Igle about the latest developments there.
00:07:43.000Bill, good morning. Good morning. Thanks for having me. Pleasure to be here.
00:07:47.000Thanks. Thanks very much for coming on the show. What's going on there now?
00:07:51.000Well, we got a gubernatorial primary that's going to happen about a week.
00:07:55.000And I tell you, we've got a message that's going out. I just got and secured the endorsement of Donald J. Trump for my candidacy to be the next governor of the state of Missouri.
00:08:03.000And the reality is, I'm running against a couple rhinos here in the state of Missouri. We've got a guy, Mike Kehoe, that has come out in favor of abortion, or come out in favor of amnesty for illegals in the state.
00:08:14.000Well, I'm talking about detaining and deporting every single one of these 70,000 illegals in our state. Then we've got another guy, Jay Ashcroft, who has taken a bunch of money, a bunch of soccer bucks, while Mike Kehoe has taken money from Bill Gates' family.
00:08:29.000So while we've got some of the most liberal politicians in our state working against the Republican brand here in the state of Missouri, we're working with Donald Trump. We're on his side. We're trying to bring it home here in the final week.
00:08:39.000Well, congratulations, obviously, on the endorsement from Donald Trump. Well, what can you tell me a little bit more about specifically to the state of Missouri about the dynamics that we see in terms of the national agenda? How are they playing down there?
00:08:57.360Well, the ideas that we have, we have kind of a rhino problem here in the state of Missouri. And so our establishment, the status quo is very strong in Jefferson City down in our capital.
00:09:07.360And so we've really run a campaign of ideas here for the state of Missouri that folks are buying into. We're surging in the polls.
00:09:13.360Our immigration stance is a big part of that. Of course, we've gotten national attention for the reality that I'm going to be unafraid to say that we're deporting and detaining and arresting every single one that we can get our hands on. That's probably the centerpiece of our platform.
00:09:26.180But we're also talking about cutting property taxes, personal property taxes. Missouri is one of the few states in the country that actually has, we charge a property tax for the crime of owning a car every December 1st. So it's been a fantastic campaign so far.
00:09:41.260And as we close in on these final days, I think we're going to do very well.
00:09:47.140Cutting one moment to the national dynamics, how there's been some talk. This is something I mentioned when I was last guest hosting on the show.
00:09:54.740The mainstream media is going so hard against J.D. Vance trying to suggest that he's a drag now on the ticket given the switcheroo that they made at the top of the Democrat ticket.
00:10:09.000Great. What's your personal empirical observation in Missouri on this, the Trump-Vance versus cackling Kamala and whoever her winning rate is going to be? The actual dynamics there. How is J.D. going down in Missouri?
00:10:28.000Well, I think he's doing very well in Missouri. I think Missouri loves the pick of J.D. Vance for vice president.
00:10:34.420I mean, as far as the only people that I know of that are not thrilled with a J.D. Vance pick, these are the leftists that we're trying to defeat here in the state of Missouri.
00:10:42.380And I know they're saying all these things about J.D. Vance, but aren't these the same leftists that say that men can get pregnant?
00:10:49.500So I really don't put much stock into that. Missouri is a solid Trump state.
00:10:54.180We're going to deliver our electoral votes for the president here in January.
00:10:58.080I'm actually a part of the Electoral College. I'll be voting directly for him and J.D. Vance as vice president.
00:11:03.540We're excited about that. Missouri is going to be a leader on this front.
00:11:06.300How many electors are there from Missouri?
00:11:13.280There are 10 electors from the great state of Missouri.
00:11:18.400Eight congressional states and two U.S. senators.
00:13:02.180So a couple of years ago, we passed Mike Moon's legislation that was going to ban these transgender hormone therapies and surgeries for children under the age of 18.
00:13:10.320And we couldn't have done so soon enough.
00:13:13.280I mean, these barbaric procedures are destroying our children physically and psychologically.
00:13:17.780So the courts came out and affirmed our right to pass such a law and put a prohibition out there against this nonsense and this barbaric, just terrible procedures.
00:13:25.460I've talked to some of the survivors, young women who were subjected to these treatments, and they're facing a lifetime of medicalization from these woke leftists that are trying to destroy our kids.
00:13:37.120So I was glad to see the courts take that side.
00:13:40.340They came down on the right side of this issue.
00:13:41.940We're going to protect kids in the state.
00:14:45.360Okay, so we're going to go to a break, a quick break now.
00:14:47.680We'll be back in two minutes with Sam Faddis.
00:14:50.380Let's talk about Venezuela and the Senate hearing on the laxism security.
00:14:57.540The petrodollar is crumbling before our eyes.
00:15:02.680Saudi Arabia just declined to renew the 50-year-long petrodollar agreement, which means the U.S. dollar's global dominance is now riding on fumes.
00:15:12.580How much longer until the dollar crashes in value?
00:15:15.120Nobody knows for sure, but it's always best to be prepared.
00:15:18.580I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:16:13.680Before we discuss the developments in Venezuela, I would just like to ask you for your first reactions to the Senate hearing that's taking place right now on the Secret Service lapses defending President Trump in Pennsylvania.
00:16:30.900What's your first reactions to what's been said?
00:16:33.300Well, look, everything that you're hearing in these hearings and everything that you've heard since the shooting tells you the same story.
00:16:42.880We have an emotionally disturbed 20-year-old who wandered around in the midst of security doing pretty much everything you could think of to attract attention to himself, then climbed up on a roof in broad daylight and took a shot at Donald Trump.
00:16:59.620And only by the grace of God, and only by the grace of God, and I mean that literally was Trump not killed.
00:17:07.520This is obscene, catastrophic, almost unbelievable, the complete absence of security.
00:17:17.360So there's not so much an issue here of, wow, we got to dig into this and figure out what went wrong.
00:17:23.960Everything went wrong, everything went wrong, and I'm glad to see the Secret Service director went away, but there's probably six additional layers of command that need to be relieved.
00:17:41.920The supposed best security service, protective service on the planet couldn't stop a rank amateur who did everything imaginable to attract attention to himself.
00:17:57.420Yeah, my first response to just switching services one moment is that, for example, if the organizations like the FBI spent less time on hammering little old grannies playing the rosary in Latin and punishing down traditionalist Catholic, they might have had more resources, I think, to defend the former and future president of the United States.
00:18:26.720I'm not someone who naturally leans towards conspiracy theories, but, you know, I don't think it's credible to believe.
00:18:35.280In fact, you said the words, I think you said it was unbelievable.
00:18:38.480I mean, it is unbelievable, and I struggle to believe this, the official narrative.
00:18:45.060There were too many lapses, like, as I said on the show last week, I think we actually saw an instance of this in real life in the news.
00:18:54.540The police, the ordinary police, will shoot you dead if you have a gun, excuse me, a knife, a knife, you have a gun, you're walking around the street, and they tell you to drop it, and you don't drop it.
00:19:08.100And even if there are no potential hostages or hostages or anyone imminently in sight, they will shoot you dead if you don't drop that knife.
00:19:17.320And we're expected to believe that these trained Secret Service counter snipers are sitting there with the crosshairs on this guy, waiting for authorization to do something.
00:19:32.100And that authorization is declined because the guy hasn't engaged yet.
00:19:36.980Sam, I don't, I literally can't believe this.
00:19:40.440It requires, it's a request on behalf of the American authorities that requires too much credulity on my part to be able to believe this.
00:19:51.100But I saw that we cut to the live feed earlier with Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, who was doing his best, you know, to try and get somewhere.
00:20:07.960Okay, so Venezuela, you know, and I'm hoping that some facts will emerge that will suggest that this wasn't just one lone, I'm fed up with these lone wolf sort of excuses, one after another.
00:20:56.700And you have the opposition in Venezuela saying literally in these words that there's a stolen election and they're out protesting, they're burning vehicles and what have you.
00:21:08.860The mainstream media isn't calling anything an insurrection, however.
00:21:12.000Look, so you've been following this in Venezuela.
00:21:14.160What's your analysis of what's gone on in the last 24 hours?
00:21:17.920Well, I concur with you fully that there's something rich about the idea of people like Blinken, who've told us to ignore the evidence of electoral theft and fraud on our own soil.
00:21:34.760Now, now trying to stand up and be taken seriously in talking about Venezuela's elections.
00:21:42.560That's there's something I don't know.
00:21:49.360But but but look, the this is not a there's no ambiguity here about Venezuela.
00:21:57.340It is a thuggish totalitarian regime in bed with the Iranians, the Russians.
00:22:03.280Oh, and by the way, a whole host of drug networks.
00:22:06.660I mean, this is a criminal enterprise.
00:22:08.760The signs that they were going to steal this election have been crystal clear for a long time, like they Maduro stepped in some time ago and threw out everybody on the National Election Council that has to certify the election and replaced it with his guys.
00:22:26.360He forced the number one opposition candidate off the ballot.
00:22:30.420I mean, we could just go on with this all day.
00:22:33.160He's been telegraphing this and now he won't release the results.
00:23:10.240Well, clearly, all the polls beforehand and the after, you know, the exit polls and every other piece of evidence shows that the opposition candidate got somewhere in the neighborhood of 70 percent of the vote.
00:24:25.900OK, so I think Hugo Chavez came to power in 1999.
00:24:31.580So when I was like the 25th year, right, of Chavez in Venezuela, what do you think the time frame would be in seeing whether these protests might roll out and grow into something more regime threatening?
00:24:49.000Or whether it will just dissipate and we'll just get we'll go back to get used to the to to to to to the idea of the third mandate for Nicholas Maduro?
00:25:02.820What's the time frame of watching this, do you think?
00:25:07.220Look, I think you're going to know in the next 24 to 48 hours which way this is going to break.
00:25:11.240And I think you put your finger on something very important.
00:25:33.580Well, the only way they're going to do that is if outside forces in the United States would be at the head of that list, make clear to them that we need you to do this and also probably make some sort of deal with them, to be blunt.
00:25:48.620I mean, a lot of these guys are going to worry that if Maduro goes, they're going to get prosecuted.
00:25:53.600So, you know, I mean, this is going to come down to some horse trading.
00:25:58.320But this is – I know none of this sounds very ideological, but that's the reality.
00:26:04.520The people who command these forces – the only other wild card would be here.
00:26:09.000There are some reports about cops and soldiers switching sides and taking off uniforms.
00:26:13.760If you started to see something broad brush like that in the ranks where the generals couldn't command their people anymore, then maybe that takes it in a different direction.
00:30:22.440One gets absolutely pilloried by the mainstream media.
00:30:26.700The other gets hazaned, rose petals thrown down before them.
00:30:32.780And then you see Antelie Blinken coming out and talking about the importance of voter integrity.
00:30:39.060I can only say that that is an act of gaslighting, the primary purpose of what he said.
00:30:44.460You know, you could take what he said this morning, basically, you could take one of Rudy Giuliani's indictments, just cross out a few words, a few keywords, and put that in Tony Blinken's speech.
00:33:02.980I just want to make sure any voters in Maricopa County are aware.
00:33:07.440If you check in to a voting location, and so you scanned your ID, you're all checked in, and then they tell you, you know, the printer's down, and they try to send you to another location,
00:33:18.740it is hugely important that those workers, the clerks at that desk, check you out.
00:33:25.960If they don't know how to check you out, do not leave that location, that vote center.
00:33:31.620Wait for the text to come and fix the equipment issue, because if you leave without checking out, and then you go to another location,
00:33:39.080you'll have to vote a provisional ballot, because they'll see that you checked in somewhere else, okay?
00:33:43.900So the Maricopa did try to address this by training people to check people out, but I've had two locations this morning where the people didn't know how to do that.
00:33:53.760So it's very important that, you know, like the Hotel California guys, right, if you've checked in, and they're not letting you check out, stay on site until the equipment is fixed,
00:34:05.080so that you can cast about, and we're absolutely sure it will be counted.
00:34:08.480And we will follow up with Maricopa after this.
00:34:12.040We're already, you know, talking to them to make sure that this gets better addressed in training, so this does not happen in the general.
00:34:19.260Gina, Arizona's obviously a very important state now, as we start concentrating on the elections in 2024.
00:34:29.520It's considered to be one of the six key swing states.
00:34:33.620Have you seen anything today, have you heard anything today on the election integrity dynamic that causes you concern?
00:34:46.180Yeah, so that last issue I just talked about, that issue possibly, you know, cost Abe Hamide his seat in the attorney general race, right?
00:34:59.700So we had an equipment failure that was obviously large and catastrophic, and the clerks in 22 had not been trained how to check people out.
00:35:08.200So we were concerned how many people were on that provisional ballot list that might otherwise have voted.
00:35:14.500Maricopa County, you know, assures us that they caught those people.
00:35:18.020You know, what you would do then is say, this is the list of voters that checked into this location that went down.
00:35:23.080Here's a list of voters that checked into another location and voted a provisional.
00:35:27.900But again, you really have no way to be 100% sure if that person voted at this location or not.
00:35:33.260So then you're having to go to the person and ask them for, like, a declaration.
00:36:47.620So if you get on the line by 7, stay in the line, even if it's a long line, you will get to vote as long as you're on that line by 7.
00:36:55.000And you can go to Arizona, all spelled out, .vote to find the location nearest you for any of the 15 counties.
00:37:02.060And may I give the email for the hotline if you're having any issues.
00:37:07.820I want to make sure we don't give out the phone number, because if we do give out the phone number, then the left will hammer it and take down our war room.
00:37:15.160But if you go to Arizona, all spelled out, .protectthevote.com.
00:37:22.240If you're having an issue, go to Arizona.protectthevote.com.
00:37:27.380Type in your issue, and we will get on it.
00:37:32.700We're going to bring this home in November.
00:37:34.140So the other advantage, of course, to sending an email rather than phoning is that you then have a record, a trace of any complaints or anomalies that you're highlighting.
00:37:48.440And then, of course, that could be very useful for the campaign.
00:38:39.820Somebody exposes the truth just to be labelled a conspiracy theorist, only to be proven right later on.
00:38:47.340Well, let me tell you about the next thing that you should be concerned about.
00:38:51.060Government, geo, tracking of your phone and other devices.
00:38:54.200We've seen the government use geofencing to track the devices of individuals on January the 6th, leading to unwarranted arrests without evidence of wrongdoing.
00:39:04.680Stop big tech and government overreach.
00:40:06.860We have this article that you have written for thefederalist.com.
00:40:16.040Yes, Kamala Harris ran Biden's utterly disastrous efforts to increase mass migration.
00:40:23.980Would you like to give a quick word and explain what the background of this is?
00:40:29.140Because, of course, the Harris campaign now, as indeed the Biden administration, are trying to memory hole the fact that Kamala was given responsibility for the southern border.
00:40:45.740And you've written this excellent article, which I have in front of me, detailing chapter and verse.
