00:00:00.000 Why should transgender people vote for you?
00:00:02.400 Because I have a long-standing commitment to fighting for the rights of transgender
00:00:09.560 people, for the dignity of transgender people.
00:00:12.200 I have a long-standing awareness, based on my experience in the community, of knowing
00:00:19.400 the lives that people are living every day that are burdened with fear, that are burdened
00:00:26.560 with unequal access to everything from employment, to a response from law enforcement, to access
00:00:36.320 to health care, to access to housing, I mean, it covers the gamut.
00:00:43.680 And I'm fully aware of it, and again, this is not new to me.
00:00:46.480 That's why, way back when, with the power that I had, I used it in a way that was about pushing
00:00:52.740 for the movement, frankly, and the agenda.
00:00:56.860 And so look at my record to know.
00:00:58.560 When I was attorney general, I learned that the California Department of Corrections, which
00:01:03.420 was a client of mine, I didn't get to choose my clients.
00:01:06.860 Right.
00:01:07.860 A client of the attorney general.
00:01:08.860 A client of the attorney general, of the office of attorney general, that they were standing
00:01:12.820 in the way of surgery.
00:01:15.500 For prisoners.
00:01:17.740 For prisoners.
00:01:18.740 And there was a specific case, and when I learned about the case, I worked behind the
00:01:23.300 scenes to not only make sure that that transgender woman got the services she was deserving.
00:01:29.940 So it wasn't only about that case, I made sure that they changed the policy in the state
00:01:34.560 of California so that every transgender inmate in the prison system would have access to the
00:01:42.040 medical care that they desired and need.
00:01:45.620 And I believe it was not only, I know it was historic in California, but I believe actually
00:01:49.520 it may have been one of the first, if not the first in the country, where I pushed for
00:01:53.880 that policy in a department of corrections.
00:01:58.560 So you can just look at all the work I've done over the years to know, I feel very strongly
00:02:02.980 about this.
00:02:03.980 And at its core, it's a civil rights issue.
00:02:05.760 It's a justice issue.
00:02:08.380 And it's an issue of humanity.
00:02:12.280 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:02:17.180 I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
00:02:18.180 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:02:23.280 You're just not getting a free shot on all these networks lying about the people.
00:02:27.740 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:02:29.720 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:02:31.120 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop
00:02:33.560 it.
00:02:34.560 It's going to happen.
00:02:35.560 like that go to share the big line? MAGA Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people
00:02:43.420 had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save
00:02:51.080 my country, this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:02:58.540 Welcome to the War Room. It's Natalie G. Winters hosting today, Tuesday, July 30th in the year
00:03:10.240 of our Lord 2024. Less than 100 days until the election. I hope you guys, the War Room Posse,
00:03:16.260 are working in overdrive. I'm sure you are. You know, that was Steve's kind of final words before
00:03:22.520 he is serving, soon to be in just a few days, one month in federal prison, thanks to the weaponization
00:03:27.840 of our justice system by President Biden and all of his apparatchiks, Kamala Harris included.
00:03:35.720 Now, of course, there's, I think, a push right now to sort of look at Kamala Harris as just a
00:03:42.020 kind of crazy wine mom who doesn't really know what she's saying, although it's unclear, I guess,
00:03:47.400 she's actually a mom. We're not putting that aside for a second. Like we had Trevor Loudon on the show
00:03:53.500 discussing last week. Kamala Harris is someone who has Marxism and far, far left radicalism ingrained
00:04:01.680 in her DNA from the very jumpstart of her political career. Do not miss her. Do not interpret her as
00:04:08.540 the Trojan horse that's sort of this just left wing cultural icon that they're trying to present her
00:04:14.800 as. And someone who has been really, I think, tracking that quite closely is, of course, Terry
00:04:19.340 Schilling from the American Principles Project. But I think sort of the issue that encapsulates
00:04:25.240 right now how we're viewing Kamala, you know, people love to mock her for her just ridiculous
00:04:29.180 aphorisms and sayings, right? You can be unburdened by what has been. And sure, one way to look at that
00:04:35.220 is someone who doesn't know what they're saying, they're cackling. But that also has deep roots in
00:04:40.360 communist theory. It harkens back, frankly, in my opinion, to the Cultural Revolution and what Mao Zedong
00:04:45.880 wanted to do with destroying the four olds, right? What was it? Culture, customs, habits,
00:04:51.880 and ideas, right? And that's sort of Kamala Harris's, I think, underlying philosophy. You
00:04:57.960 even hear her say that, right? In that clip we just played talking about transgender people being
00:05:02.740 burdened by who knows what. But Terry, you guys at APP have always sort of stood up for the nuclear
00:05:09.380 family in Washington, D.C., which isn't always the most popular position to take. And for that,
00:05:14.880 you guys have received some flack. You yourself, Harris, was tweeting about you. Apparently,
00:05:20.560 you want to ban books. You met with President Trump recently. Can you just sort of walk us
00:05:25.640 through this evolving narrative on the left that is that you guys are the weird ones because you don't
00:05:31.000 want pornography in children's classrooms? Well, no, that's exactly right, Natalie. And these are
00:05:38.080 perverted people, right? There's no other way to say it. You know, if you think that we're weird
00:05:43.080 for wanting to get gay porn graphic novels out of kids' schools, well, you know, you should probably
00:05:49.580 look in the mirror because this stuff is super gross. It's disgusting. And it is perverting the
00:05:56.300 minds of our children. And they want to pervert the minds of our children. That is the big thing.
00:06:01.880 But Natalie, you know, I shared with you the APPO file that we've already conducted on Kamala,
00:06:08.560 and there's still a lot more to come. We're digging up more and more every day. But this is someone
00:06:13.300 that has a radical, not just anti-family agenda, but anti-child, right? America at a minimum, you know,
00:06:20.460 maybe it's not a great place for families, but it should be a great place for children. And that's
00:06:25.200 what we need to get back to. And that's what Kamala wants to stop. And that's why she's attacking
00:06:29.660 President Trump and J.D. and myself. And walk us through just how radical some of those policies
00:06:36.120 are. Well, I can tell you, first and foremost, she supports what's called the Equality Act. This
00:06:44.000 would put gender identity into civil rights law. So we all know that, you know, civil rights law
00:06:48.980 says that if you're black or Asian or whatever, that you can't be denied a job or housing. You have
00:06:54.880 to have open and public accommodations. Well, when you put gender identity in there, it essentially
00:07:00.180 erases all of the protections that we've secured for women and their private spaces, their educational
00:07:06.520 opportunities, their athletics. And so when you put, you know, gender identity into civil rights law,
00:07:11.260 it basically means that if you're a guy and you claim to be a woman, you get access to all of women's
00:07:16.720 private spaces. You get to play in sports against them. We're seeing in the Olympics right now,
00:07:20.780 Natalie, guys are saying that they're women and they're boxing women. They're beating the
00:07:24.700 crap out of them. Like it's, it's absolutely criminal. But on top of that, Kamala's record
00:07:29.680 is so crazy. I mean, you opened up with her bragging about securing the first ever taxpayer
00:07:35.740 funded sex change for a convicted murderer, right? So she's taking money that you and I have worked
00:07:42.200 hard for that we have to pay in taxes and she's giving it to convicted murderers so that they can
00:07:47.700 get a sex change procedure. Like just think about how criminal that is in and of itself. But I think
00:07:52.980 the scariest thing, Natalie, is Kamala wants to take away custody from parents who protect their
00:07:58.920 children from gender transitions, right? They've started off in the schools. The blue states have
00:08:04.560 been passing laws that essentially allow for state sanctioned kidnapping of children if parents are
00:08:10.680 opposed to giving their kids chemical castration drugs like Lupron or even surgeries like mastectomies
00:08:17.200 simply because your child is suffering from gender confusion. It's absolutely horrific when we can't let her get
00:08:22.980 back into the White House. So the good news is we're not going to let her get back into the White House.
00:08:27.860 Well, and drill down, you guys recently rolled out, was it an $18 million ad campaign, if I'm not
00:08:33.560 mistaken? Can you walk the audience through what you're sort of targeting with APP?
00:08:38.920 Yes, ma'am. So we are spending $18 million in the top seven swing states in the country. There are three
00:08:46.280 states that we're focused on for the Senate, Montana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. And then there are four
00:08:51.540 states that we're focused on winning for President Trump, Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and
00:08:57.000 Arizona. And we are going to be making sure that every voter in the country knows just how extreme
00:09:03.900 Kamala is when it comes to confusing children, when it comes to taking away parental rights, when it comes
00:09:09.200 to ruining our schools. You know, only one third of our kids can read or do math at grade level.
00:09:14.080 That's not going to change under Kamala because she wants to empower the teachers unions even more.
00:09:18.520 We're going to make sure that the American people just know just how bad Kamala Harris is going to be
00:09:23.080 for them and their children. And so much of this trans debate, I think, gets caught up in sort of the
00:09:29.340 ideological framework, right, that undergirds it. But there are serious financial incentives. Of
00:09:34.660 course, big pharma, you know, never misses an opportunity. To miss an opportunity, it's sort of,
00:09:39.320 I think, a racket, much like pandemic prevention is, right? The same people who are telling your kids
00:09:45.140 to transition become trans also seem to have a financial stake or at least upside when they
00:09:51.040 actually do. You guys have a new report sort of walking through that very convoluted kind of
00:09:56.860 nest of vipers. Can you walk us through that? Well, the purpose, the name of the report is called
00:10:04.100 the Gender Industrial Complex. And the purpose of the report is to question the entire narrative
00:10:09.700 around the transgender industry, which is essentially that this is the civil rights
00:10:14.720 movement of our time. Well, that's interesting because it's actually a four and a half billion
00:10:19.460 dollar per year industry. They're making so much money off of this. And what they're doing now is
00:10:25.760 they're reinvesting their profits into public relations campaigns, into propaganda in our schools,
00:10:32.480 confusing our children. But also, I think one of the most criminal things is they're putting it into
00:10:37.740 lobbying. They're using this to legislate and change our laws to protect their financial interests.
00:10:43.860 There's big pharma, big oil, and there's also big trans. And the only thing I think that are going to
00:10:49.160 beat any of these evil industries that are destroying our country is what APP founded three years ago on
00:10:54.840 this show, Big Family. And Terry, if people want to support you guys, get the report, where can they go
00:11:02.540 to do all that? It's very easy. Just go to transgenderindustry.com. You can get a copy of the report.
00:11:10.940 You can print it off. If you would like copies, you guys know how to get a hold of me. There's a contact
00:11:15.920 form on our website. We will send you out physical copies. We want to spread this far and wide. And if you
00:11:20.920 have any friends who are trial attorneys who specialize in medical malpractice, please let them know about this
00:11:27.400 report because we want to sue all of these bad people. Terry, thank you so much for joining us.
00:11:34.560 Thanks, Natalie.
00:11:36.640 The next block will have EJ and Tony joining us. But in the meantime, I want to walk through a new
00:11:41.660 story we have up on the warroom.org website broken by yours truly exclusive. Hunter Biden's biofirm
00:11:48.480 partnered with Ukraine Lab on bird flu research funded by Fauci and the Pentagon. You guys may recall I
00:11:56.100 broke the story generally two years ago showing that Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners led the
00:12:02.000 initial funding round for a pandemic data and tracking firm known as Meta Biota, which has since
00:12:09.040 sort of been dissolved into various acquisitions through other Cameroon-based nonprofits, something
00:12:15.000 definitely shady there. But back in 2016 and up until its dissolution, this company was receiving your
00:12:22.840 taxpayer dollars, not just from the National Institutes of Health, particularly the National
00:12:26.840 Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, which was run by Anthony Fauci, but also the Pentagon
00:12:31.760 emails from Hunter Biden's hard drive show former Clinton associates emailing Hunter Biden saying that
00:12:37.820 they would try to make an introduction to the DoD on behalf of the company. But old internal documents
00:12:43.420 from this program that I uncovered that you can read, like I said, on the warroom.org website show
00:12:49.100 that back in 2016, Ukrainian government officials were meeting with representatives just shortly
00:12:54.760 after they received millions from Hunter Biden's technology firm, meeting with these officials,
00:13:00.120 meeting with U.S. Pentagon officials as well to discuss, and I quote, this meeting focused on existing
00:13:07.740 frameworks, regulatory coordination, and ongoing cooperative projects in research, surveillance,
00:13:12.780 and diagnostics of a number of dangerous zoonotic diseases such as avian influenza. Also, other
00:13:21.080 studies that were published under this grant include a 2021 paper that was funded by Anthony Fauci
00:13:28.620 tracking specifically bird flu in Ukraine, and there's a myriad of other studies on the article that you
00:13:34.640 can read that shows something that we were talking about yesterday on the show with Tom Renz, which is
00:13:39.660 that Anthony Fauci in concert with NGO organizations, oftentimes led by Bill Gates, have been funding
00:13:47.360 bird flu research in the same vein, in the same style of COVID-19, the sort of gain-of-function
00:13:52.400 manipulation, learning how to insert whether it's cleavage sites or certain proteins to make this
00:13:58.220 virus more lethal to humans. And I think it goes to sort of the age-old question whether it's the gender
00:14:03.480 industrial complex, the pharmaceutical medical industrial complex, or frankly, even in the case of the
00:14:09.360 secret service going all the way up to the top of the chain of command with DHS, the people who are
00:14:14.700 supposed to protect us are also so intimately, I think, invested in at least purporting, right, to
00:14:21.580 stop pandemics from actually evolving. There's a major conflict of interest there, and I don't know about
00:14:26.660 you guys, but I know the war room posse, I think you guys share my concern that I'm sick and tired of
00:14:31.440 these people, whether it's pandemic prevention or DHS and secret service or election investigators like
00:14:37.360 the DOJ being deployed in Arizona to oversee the elections that are going on today. When they slip
00:14:42.160 up, there's absolutely no accountability, and their mistakes and their errors always seem to go
00:14:47.540 one way. Of course, they lied to us about the economy, too. Inflation, you guys know all too well. We'll have
00:14:52.820 EJ and Tony joining us after the break to walk us through their latest spin and lies on that.
00:14:59.700 The petrodollar is crumbling before our eyes. Saudi Arabia just declined to renew the 50-year-long
00:15:05.700 petrodollar agreement, which means the U.S. dollar's global dominance is now riding on fumes. How much
00:15:12.900 longer until the dollar crashes in value? Nobody knows for sure, but it's always best to be prepared.
00:15:18.580 I believe owning gold is the best solution. Why? Because gold safeguards your savings outside the
00:15:24.880 dollar-connected financial system. So if a crash happens, your hard-earned money will be protected
00:15:30.380 inside precious metals. Plus, with a gold IRA from Birch Gold Group, you can move your IRA or 401k

00:16:02.640 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:10.600 Welcome back to the war room where trusting the experts has had us top $35 trillion in national
00:16:17.280 debt for the first time. And it looks like there's no signs of stopping. It's certainly why you got to
00:16:22.660 go to birchgold.com slash Bannon to get the latest installment of the end of the dollar
00:16:27.160 empire with gold hitting record highs. I would say the time to call Philip Patrick, especially after
00:16:33.900 you read the end of the dollar empire is now. That's, of course, birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:16:40.480 Now, EJ, there's, I guess, some bad news for not just the war impossible for the entire country,
00:16:46.860 which is that the national debt aided and abetted by House Republicans has surpassed $35 trillion,
00:16:52.700 the T, the first time, dollars for the first time ever. Can you walk us through sort of how we got
00:16:59.780 here and how it looks like they're already on pace to add yet another trillion?
00:17:05.500 Certainly, Natalie, and thank you so much for having me. I think one of the things that we need to
00:17:09.540 highlight right away is how Kamala Harris helped cause this absolute disaster for America and for the
00:17:16.620 American people, quite frankly. You know, not only was she the main cheerleader of this
00:17:21.660 administration's runaway spending as the vice president, but on top of that, she was also the
00:17:27.220 president of the Senate as part of her role as vice president. And in that, she cast two tie-breaking
00:17:33.660 votes for two of the three biggest blowout spending bills from this administration. In other words,
00:17:39.860 without her and her being complicit in this spending, we would not have had trillions of dollars
00:17:45.900 going out the door. And again, besides those two bills, she has been the biggest cheerleader for
00:17:50.800 all of the other spending. So where has that gotten us? An additional $7 trillion in debt on top of that
00:17:56.860 running the Treasury's cash balance down by another trillion dollars. I mean, by the time this
00:18:02.280 administration leaves office, which hopefully will be sooner rather than later, we're going to be over
00:18:07.400 $9 trillion down compared to where we were when they took office. I mean, the reckless spending here
00:18:14.800 is just absolutely out of control. And you're absolutely right that it's not simply Democrats
00:18:19.460 who are to blame here. Let's be clear. This is about policy, not politics. There have been plenty
00:18:25.420 of Republicans who signed off on a lot of these catastrophic spending measures. The infrastructure
00:18:30.620 bill was one of the worst because it did absolutely nothing for infrastructure. It just added to the debt.
00:18:37.020 And while it caught a lot of headlines the other day, Natalie, when we passed $35 trillion in debt,
00:18:42.100 the same day, which no one seemed to notice, the Treasury also announced that before the end of
00:18:47.880 the year, the Treasury was going to have to borrow another $1.3 trillion on top of what they've already
00:18:53.920 borrowed this year. So things are just continuing to deteriorate. And you're absolutely right in what
00:19:00.360 you said earlier. People need to protect themselves. I mean, obviously, we need to work to protect the
00:19:05.220 country from this disaster. We need to work to claw back at all just all the disastrous policies of
00:19:11.600 this administration. But I think people need to protect themselves on a personal financial level
00:19:16.580 as well. And can you walk us through some of these other indicators that seem to be slipping,
00:19:22.020 whether it's consumer confidence or just other metrics like that, that sort of show this trend
00:19:27.080 on other levels? Certainly, you know, consumer confidence, that's a really important one that we
00:19:33.180 look at. And one of the disturbing things is not just the fact that current conditions are
00:19:37.920 deteriorating when we look at that survey, but also the fact that the labor market component of
00:19:43.260 that, in other words, when we ask people about how easy or difficult is it for you to get a job,
00:19:48.820 how easy or difficult is it for you to get a raise, questions like that. What we find is that labor
00:19:53.920 market conditions today are at their worst since the spring of 2021. Now, that's pretty significant
00:20:00.840 because we're talking about a time of job losses in a lot of sectors of the economy. We're talking about a
00:20:06.900 period when you had inflation far outpacing wages. And on top of that, we also got some additional
00:20:12.700 survey data today from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which shows a similar downturn in the labor
00:20:19.080 market. We also have private payroll data where companies publish how many people are on payrolls
00:20:25.040 across the nation, for example. And that also indicated a negative number for July. So it definitely
00:20:31.340 looks like the labor market in particular here is starting to crack. Looking at some broader economic
00:20:36.820 indicators, we still have well over a trillion dollars of credit card debt in this country
00:20:42.260 because people can't afford anymore to make it paycheck to paycheck. They're having to go into debt
00:20:47.820 just to put food on the table and pay for other necessities, whether it's their car payment,
00:20:52.640 their rent, you name it. So we definitely see a lot of stress, excuse me, both in terms of federal
00:20:59.520 finance, but also in terms of family finance. That's, again, becoming particularly worrying today
00:21:05.220 because consumer spending makes up somewhere between two-thirds and three-quarters of the
00:21:10.400 economy. So you pull that block out and the rest of the wall is going to fall.
00:21:15.740 I want to link this to another story, which is that I believe it's just reported that illegal aliens
00:21:22.140 are basically outpacing actual American citizen births. If you look at the chart, you can see just
00:21:29.080 under Joe Biden, basically illegal aliens, of course, those are the ones that we know of. So multiply it
00:21:34.540 probably 1020x at least. But like I said, they're outpacing actual citizens being born here in the
00:21:42.300 United States. How do you think the lived economic experiences that, you know, again, we can only go
00:21:48.140 through so many indicators, but when you kind of put them all together are creating an environment where
00:21:53.420 American citizens are not having children and then simultaneously they point to these indicators
00:22:00.180 to say this is why we need to have mass migration, right, to boost up the declining birth rates and to
00:22:06.780 help fix these holes in the economy? How does this create a perfect storm that I'm sure these corporations
00:22:12.100 and that Democrats love?
00:22:14.380 Well, it certainly is a perfect storm, Natalie. You're absolutely right. In fact, it's somewhat of a negative
00:22:18.680 feedback loop, actually, because as people, for example, are becoming more financially stressed,
00:22:24.800 they're deciding to do things like delay marriage, which means delay having kids. And very often it
00:22:29.880 means they're not having kids at all. And so the response to that, at least from this administration,
00:22:35.540 but some prior administrations as well, has been to simply import foreign labor to make up for that
00:22:41.200 shortfall. But that has actually exacerbated the problem in a lot of instances, especially
00:22:47.040 entry-level positions, low-skill positions, because what it's doing is it's driving Americans out of
00:22:53.640 those jobs, which then, again, exacerbates the financial stress for a lot of young people who now
00:22:59.360 aren't starting families, aren't having kids, etc. If you look at, for example, who has gotten all of the
00:23:05.040 jobs in the Biden economy, there are fewer native-born Americans working today than there
00:23:11.100 were before the pandemic. So all of the net job growth that we have seen that this administration
00:23:15.960 constantly crows about has come entirely from foreign-born workers. Again, it's not native-born
00:23:22.660 Americans who are getting these jobs. And actually, Natalie, I think that's another, it's important
00:23:27.240 point for another consideration here, which is the fact that how can we be adding so many jobs to the
00:23:33.720 economy, and yet Americans disapprove so much of how the economy is doing. I think part of that has
00:23:39.620 to do with the fact that they're not the ones getting the jobs. There's some polling coming out
00:23:46.380 from, of course, Democratic pollsters, so I'll believe it when I see the crosstabs, but basically
00:23:51.500 saying that American voters don't necessarily place the same blame that they do on Joe Biden,
00:23:57.760 on Harris, for inflation, and that in some cases they even are seeing a 50-50 split in terms of
00:24:03.280 who Americans think would handle inflation better between Trump or Harris. Kind of going back to
00:24:10.320 what you're talking about in the beginning, how mistaken is that? In other words, how responsible,
00:24:15.760 even going back to her Senate record, has Kamala Harris been for policies that induce more inflation?
00:24:23.740 Great questions, Natalie. I think one of the things that's important when we're talking about these
00:24:27.720 polls is you always want to look at the methodology behind them. And one of the things that we've seen in
00:24:32.440 several of them is a large oversampling of certain demographic groups, which overwhelmingly vote
00:24:38.760 Democrat. So, for example, one I saw, it had a disproportionate amount of young, college-educated,
00:24:45.640 single white women. Again, you're talking about a group that is going to disproportionately vote
00:24:50.500 Democrat. And by oversampling them, you are now essentially biasing your polls so it doesn't
00:24:56.620 necessarily reflect reality, reflect the attitudes of the general public. And again, it's important
00:25:02.940 to look beyond just the headlines of these things and see what's really going on under the hood. In
00:25:08.860 terms of responsibility for inflation, though, again, going back to how we started this conversation,
00:25:14.000 Kamala Harris deserves an incredible amount of blame for the financial mess that so many Americans
00:25:19.700 find themselves in today, and frankly, that the entire government finds itself in today. Because
00:25:24.920 without her, we would not have had literally trillions of dollars in spending. That's not
00:25:30.120 an exaggeration. Again, she was that tie-breaking vote on at least two major pieces of spending
00:25:36.540 legislation. And on top of that, as the vice president, she has been the primary cheerleader
00:25:41.660 for so many other spending bills. And let's not forget, she also was one of the co-sponsors
00:25:47.500 when she was still a senator of the so-called Green New Deal, that whole ridiculous package,
00:25:53.300 which was really just a Trojan horse for more government spending and for more handouts to
00:25:58.560 special interest groups within that green energy lobby. In terms of who's going to do a better job
00:26:04.200 handling the economy, look, the American voter this time around is in a very unique position in that
00:26:10.660 they're choosing between two candidates who have essentially already done the job. Now, you can say
00:26:16.000 Harris hasn't been president, but still she's, at least in some capacity, even if it was just as a
00:26:20.500 figurehead, been in some kind of executive role. So they can ask themselves, how have my finances done
00:26:27.500 under this administration versus how did they do under President Trump? Can my paycheck buy more
00:26:33.300 today than it could when Trump left office, et cetera? And so families, again, have a bit of a
00:26:39.280 unique opportunity in modern American history in that they don't so much have to guess as to what
00:26:44.880 each administration will do. They can look back at a record and ask, how did they actually do?
00:26:50.760 And of course, everything that she did or didn't do on the border at all exacerbates these problems.
00:26:55.880 EJ, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with your analysis, where can they go to do all that?
00:27:01.800 Best place to find me, Natalie, is going to be on X, and the handle there is at real EJ Antony.
00:27:08.040 EJ, thank you so much for joining us. Treasury is projecting borrowing, as EJ was pointing out,
00:27:13.840 740 billion dollars more this quarter, followed by another 565 billion in the final quarter of the
00:27:22.200 year. Total of 1.3 trillion dollars. You know House Republicans are probably not going to put up a
00:27:27.740 fight. We can't even get people like Eli Crane on the Secret Service Task Force. We just get a bunch
00:27:35.480 of rhinos. It's why you've got to go to birchgold.com slash bannon. Like I said, I don't think we trust
00:27:41.580 the experts here in the war room. And I would say for very good reason, whether it's pandemics,
00:27:47.440 public health, you've got to go to warroom.org to read the new story on bird flu linked to
00:27:52.440 Hunter Biden and Fauci. I know, sounds crazy, but I promise you the receipts are there. It's good.
00:27:57.440 And we've got Brian Costello joining us after the break.
00:28:01.740 Are you tired of progressive corporations that continue to further alienate?
00:28:06.020 Let me go again. Here we go. Starting over. Are you tired of progressive corporations that
00:28:14.640 continue to further alienate conservative Americans, all the while eroding the future
00:28:20.440 of the American dream? Companies like Starbucks, strong, strong army customers to support abortion
00:28:25.620 or PayPal canceling accounts over political views. Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting
00:28:32.000 transgender models and Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a
00:28:38.840 cold beer. But thanks to Public Square, you don't have to fund companies like this any longer.

00:29:39.820 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:48.140 Welcome back to The War Room. We're joined by the one and only Brian Costello to give us updates on all
00:29:56.560 things TikTok. Of course, the Chinese Communist Party Trojan Horse, though I think that's too
00:30:02.060 euphemistic a term to describe what TikTok is. It's psychological and information warfare. But you have
00:30:09.000 some updates in terms of some court filings going on and how it's shaping up in the 2024 election cycle.
00:30:16.040 Yeah, thanks for having me on, Natalie. As you would know, it's so where we stand on TikTok right
00:30:22.480 now, is TikTok has, you know, as we know, the Biden administration has a purported ban of TikTok,
00:30:30.640 which we've covered on the show, we don't believe is actually really a ban, but is a workout situation.
00:30:37.120 And on Friday last week, there was a DOJ filing responding to TikTok suit. So this was the DOJ's
00:30:45.100 chance to lay it all on the line. Like, hey, here are the things the American public we know about
00:30:50.440 TikTok. This is why we're banning it. And I don't know if Denver has it. There was a large amount of
00:30:56.580 redaction in the document, and it was put out on a Friday afternoon. So what you can read between the
00:31:02.620 lines there is that the DOJ doesn't want you to know what they actually have on TikTok. If you look,
00:31:09.000 if you scroll down, like page 17 through 21 was completely redacted. And I understand redacting
00:31:16.340 things because you have confidential human sources. But you can put the information and then leave the
00:31:21.640 source out on the document. But I think this is incredibly important. We, as we know, the
00:31:30.320 administration has a pattern of conduct of using social media platforms to influence elections.
00:31:36.480 We have the current October surprise, which became in July, which is a new candidate,
00:31:42.620 Kamala Harris going viral on TikTok as the Biden administration is in, you know, negotiations
00:31:50.720 with TikTok about its fate. We also have some pretty good reporting from some of the war room
00:31:57.580 policy, Laura Loomer, on influencers being paid. And as we know, there's FTC laws that require
00:32:04.240 when you're paying somebody that needs to be flagged as an advertisement. So it looks like we have full
00:32:09.940 bore the Democratic apparatus alignment with big tech using the social media to really influence
00:32:17.900 people towards Ms. Harris this election. And sort of springboarding off of how the other big tech
00:32:25.220 companies, whether it's Facebook censoring the iconic picture of President Trump with his fist in the
00:32:30.840 air, Google censoring search results, you couldn't really even search Trump assassination without
00:32:36.260 basically yielding no no results. Have you seen a sort of similar pattern of behavior coming from
00:32:43.040 TikTok when it comes to that topic, too? Yeah, well, I'm not I'm not on the platform. I try and
00:32:49.020 encourage my kids not to be on it, too. So but yes, you're seeing you're seeing a lot of stuff and
00:32:53.880 it dovetails. And I think this dovetails into like, you know, I don't know if you guys have covered
00:32:58.220 it today, but there's some news on Project 2025. Right. And this is why the GOP needs to be very
00:33:04.260 careful. Right. Information is taken. It's put in Trump's mouth. It's then short form videos are
00:33:10.500 created by this entire NGO network and then they can use. So there's one thing that was in this
00:33:15.720 filing, the DOJ, which was really interesting, that TikTok was caught collecting user data on
00:33:23.200 abortion and gun rights. So why would they be collecting data and sharing it with China on those
00:33:28.800 two issues? It's for one of two reasons to influence elections or to divide the people in
00:33:34.320 the country so they can group people on these things. So, yes, there's a there's a ton of alignment
00:33:39.200 there, too. I thought, you know, crazy. Right. I threw up a tweet today, Natalie, and I think Denver has
00:33:45.200 it. I was just looking at election voting laws by state in chat GPT and chat GPT won't give me
00:33:54.200 any information on state election laws. Like I have one question I just asked. Is it illegal?
00:33:59.700 Is it is it legal for illegal immigrants to vote in Arizona and Nevada? And it won't give me the
00:34:06.180 information like very simple stuff like this. Why is chat GPT suppressoring and censoring information
00:34:12.560 related to state election laws? Right. So there is an all out alignment with the uniparty, the big,
00:34:20.240 you know, the existing democratic apparatus and big tech to make sure that the average citizen
00:34:26.620 doesn't get the right information in front of them, that they're getting skewed information,
00:34:30.680 you know, in many cases paid for by the campaign itself.
00:34:34.040 Well, it was back, I think, in the twenty twenty two midterms that all of the protests outside of the
00:34:40.480 various SCOTUS justices, houses, they were all organized using TikTok. I know the activists were
00:34:47.040 bragging about it, saying that they loved the platform so much. It was election interference,
00:34:51.700 I think, to to a T. But on the the influencer side of things, how do you think since, again,
00:34:58.460 we are seeing predominantly pro Harris content on the platform, how do you think that that is going
00:35:03.720 to influence how the Democrats are going to kind of approach banning TikTok, knowing that it's an
00:35:09.120 issue that might not be popular with younger voters? But how do you think that that's going to shake
00:35:13.040 out? I mean, listen, it should be tremendously concerning to every single person in Congress
00:35:18.400 that the Biden-Harris administration is now in exclusive negotiations with a Chinese propaganda
00:35:26.160 platform about whether or not it fate survives. You know, here's here's the other thing, Natalie,
00:35:31.540 that's that's incredibly concerning. OK, all this redacted. And so remember, this wasn't the DOJ or
00:35:38.120 the National Security Division that went in and started to look at TikTok and prosecute it.
00:35:43.480 Congress demanded they do. OK, so now you see all this information redacted in these filings.
00:35:50.840 That means the Biden-Harris administration had all this information it was covering up.
00:35:56.260 You know, there's even some stuff in there that they have information from
00:35:59.080 FISA 702 text searches and things like that. So they had information on TikTok that they were covering
00:36:07.040 up. I'm going to argue this is Biden signed this thing so fast. He signed it within hours of it
00:36:12.800 being on its desk. Right. This was a tool for them to get into negotiations with them
00:36:18.480 so they can be having conversations that they're not supposed to be having. And think about the
00:36:23.460 position TikTok's in. Right. They got to they got to help them win the election because they're in
00:36:27.320 the process of negotiating with them. And you can't even make this up. The band date is the band
00:36:32.160 date, not the band aid, is January 19th, the day before the inauguration. So worst case best case
00:36:40.320 here is we have a lame duck Biden administration that's negotiating the fate of a trillion dollar
00:36:47.840 company on their way out the door. I mean, how's that going to go with, you know, are they going to
00:36:52.420 put Hunter in charge of that? I mean, it's literally utterly ridiculous. So it is not a ban.
00:36:57.960 And Brian, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with you, always tracking the latest on the
00:37:04.420 TikTok front, where can they go to do that? Best places on X where we do we do get our real
00:37:12.380 information and it's BP Costello on X. Yeah, not not TikTok. I I'm with you on that, not having a
00:37:20.660 TikTok. That would be sacrilege. I think that would be blasphemous if either of us were on
00:37:26.340 or on TikTok. Steve would find a way to to fire me from prison. No, Brian, thank you so much for
00:37:31.360 joining us. OK, Natalie, thank you. Have a good day. You too. We're joined by the one and only
00:37:37.720 Congressman Andy Ogles. Now, Congressman, about what was it, a week or two ago, you introduced
00:37:44.060 articles of impeachment against none other than Kamala Harris. Now, you focus primarily on her
00:37:51.780 actions on the southern border. But you know that when you kind of turn one stone with her,
00:37:56.020 there are a lot of other issues that you can sort of drill down on. Make the case to the audience why
00:38:01.460 you think articles of impeachment against her are justified. Well, you know, there's two sections in
00:38:08.540 the articles of impeachment. The first deals with the southern border, which is really you can't even
00:38:13.460 debate against. I mean, every small town in America is a border town. You've got fentanyl flooding our
00:38:20.240 streets, overdoses galore. I mean, we've got more casualties because of fentanyl than we had during
00:38:26.520 World War II. And then, of course, you look at the crimes against women and young girls, 12, 13,
00:38:31.920 14-year-old girls being raped by illegals. Iowa, New York, Virginia, Louisiana. You had a murder,
00:38:37.500 rape and murder down in Texas. And so what we have is Central and South America emptying their prisons
00:38:43.220 that are flooding our streets with their criminals. You have some of the most violent gangs in the world
00:38:47.300 that have never been here. Keep that in mind. They've never been here before. Now they have
00:38:50.940 footholds in cities all across our country. Why? Because the so-called border czar is inept and was
00:38:57.900 vacant from the job, absent on the job. And so we have to define her and lay out this case against her
00:39:03.840 before this woke corporate media who's against you, they're against me, they're against the posse,
00:39:08.700 they're going to reinvent her into something that she's not. And I'm not going to stand for it. I'm
00:39:13.460 not going to sit idly by and just wait for that to happen. I'm going to lay down the gauntlet.
00:39:18.720 I've got the articles of impeachment. Now, the second part of that that you allude to
00:39:22.080 has to do with her complicity in covering up for the fact that Joe Biden is absent. He is no longer
00:39:27.800 commander in chief. He is not running this country. He's abandoned ship mentally a long time ago,
00:39:32.900 and she knew it and she did nothing about it. She has an oath of office that she should have
00:39:37.480 upheld with the 25th Amendment. Well, and walk us through the latter part of that,
00:39:43.200 of course, reporting coming out over the weekend, since you introduced those articles,
00:39:47.540 talking about how Pelosi, Harris, sort of the whole cohort of those Democratic elites really seemed to
00:39:55.740 have leveraged sort of the invoking the 25th Amendment against President Biden, some truly shady
00:40:01.900 anti-democratic, as they would say, reporting, kind of detailing that situation. You know,
00:40:07.520 you guys always seem in Congress to be wanting to set up commissions and committees to investigate
00:40:12.220 stuff. That seems like something that would warrant an investigation. How are your articles of
00:40:17.420 impeachment or looking in to what happened that led to Biden stepping down? How is that being
00:40:22.700 received by your colleagues? Do you have co-sponsors on this bill or are they laughing it off because
00:40:28.100 they're too busy on vacation for the month of August? Well, I was about to say, you know,
00:40:33.340 I issued the articles of impeachment and then we were sent home for August. You know, I'm one of
00:40:38.520 those that believes that if we haven't done our appropriations bills, if we have unfinished business,
00:40:44.280 like investigating the assassination attempt of Donald Trump, like my articles of impeachment,
00:40:49.180 we should stay and work. We shouldn't go home. That means, yes, you have to cancel your vacation.
00:40:53.960 Yes, you have to cancel your plans. You know what? But we took an oath to do the people's business.
00:40:58.340 So we should be in Washington, D.C. right now. We should be passing our appropriations bills. We
00:41:02.640 should be investigating the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. And we should be talking about my
00:41:06.740 articles of impeachment. Why? Because we do the people's work. We are the people's house. And you
00:41:11.620 can't do that if you're sent home. I think the posse pretty heavily feels that this task force
00:41:18.140 is sort of being set up to fail, similar to the Benghazi Commission in the sense of who is on it
00:41:23.320 or, more importantly, who is not on it, the fact that they're working from home.
00:41:28.300 What are your thoughts on that? Do you think that that criticism is misguided? Or do you think that
00:41:34.540 this task force is going to be able to deliver, which is something that this Congress seems to be
00:41:39.820 empirically unable to do? But do you think that there's going to be any difference of results
00:41:44.680 coming from this group of people?
00:41:46.600 Well, I do think that they're going to be compelled by the will of the American people,
00:41:51.940 by the posse, wanting results. Look, I don't trust the Secret Service to investigate themselves.
00:41:57.480 I sure as hell don't trust the FBI to investigate this. And so there has to be a task force that's
00:42:02.880 set up by the House of Representatives, by the speakers. So our only hope to get to the bottom,
00:42:07.980 to get to the truth, will be this commission. And so with that, that's where you, that's where I,
00:42:12.440 that's where the people need to put pressure on the speaker's office, on the task force to look,
00:42:18.080 this will take some time. I think there's a lot of layers. There's a lot of, look,
00:42:21.820 was it planned? Was it intentional? I don't know. But what I can tell you, I was talking to a general
00:42:27.540 just this past weekend. He said, you know, if you have enough gaps in your security,
00:42:31.380 over time, the enemy will find those gaps. They're going to exploit those gaps. And what you saw
00:42:36.200 on that fateful day when the shot was fired against Donald Trump is that you had gap after gap
00:42:40.900 gap, and you had someone who figured it out, whether it was cleverness, whether it was
00:42:46.700 accidental, or whether it was pre-planned to be determined. But the problem is, and I think why
00:42:51.740 you saw a bipartisan passage of the task force bill, is that Biden is less safe because of this
00:42:58.200 assassination attempt. Kamala Harris is less safe. Anyone who has Secret Service protection,
00:43:02.740 that veil of protection, that aura that was around the Secret Service has been burst.
00:43:08.000 They no longer, I mean, look, imagine the next time that Donald Trump is going to be on stage,
00:43:15.280 and he's walking out into an open field, open arena, and he knows these are the folks who let
00:43:21.420 me down before. So they've got to restore trust in the American people. And, Congressman,
00:43:24.920 we're coming up against a break. I don't trust them. I don't think we should either.
00:43:28.520 I want to hold you through, get your thoughts on some more developments on Thomas Matthew Cooks and
00:43:33.400 his political affiliations. After the break, we will be right back.
00:43:38.300 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:43:43.840 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:43:47.840 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and
00:43:53.920 tracking our movement across the internet. Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial
00:43:59.460 newsletter, Strategic Intelligence, and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming
00:44:05.040 event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact,
00:44:10.880 some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers
00:44:15.320 to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes,
00:44:21.940 buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:44:27.660 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:33.880 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate
00:44:38.520 us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:46.360 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to
00:44:52.300 RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:44:57.440 Government gangsters are the group of individuals, career bureaucrats, who have
00:45:04.220 been installed by what we call the deep state into every agency and department in the United
00:45:09.660 States government. Had Donald Trump not won in 2016, he would not have exposed the flank
00:45:14.780 of the deep state and their weapon of choice, the two-tier system of justice. From Russiagate
00:45:19.340 to Hunter Biden's laptop to Joe Biden's classified documents case to January 6th to the 51 Intel
00:45:24.400 letter and everything in between, we would never have learned that. These people are dangerous
00:45:28.740 and vindictive, learning from their mistakes and perfecting ways to hide their corruption.
00:45:33.500 It is finally time for a straightforward assessment of the state of our nation.
00:45:54.400 Welcome back to the War Room. Today, President Trump shared our very own film, Government Gangsters
00:46:06.440 on His Truth Social, saying he loves it and that you guys should go and watch it. Of course,
00:46:10.540 you go to warroom.film to rent or buy or see if there's a screening or an event near you promoting
00:46:16.180 the film. Kash Patel, all the greats, Stephen K. Bannon, and maybe while you're at it, go to
00:46:21.440 Public Square too. Just stop giving your money to companies that absolutely hate you, that despise
00:46:27.720 you for not just daring to say that you love this country, but remember what they did to you in the
00:46:32.040 days after the 2020 election. If you dared to utter anything about election integrity, they came for
00:46:38.480 you with the full force of their companies shutting down what was it, payment processing apps,
00:46:45.260 you name it, just because you dared to speak out against, frankly, a fraudulent election. We
00:46:51.140 maintain that here in the war room. And as Stephen K. Bannon always says, stolen elections have
00:46:55.620 catastrophic consequences. Now, Congressman, just give me a few minutes. I know you've got a bounce,
00:47:03.320 but we have sort of conflicting reports with the CEO of the social media network, Gab, saying that the
00:47:09.360 the would-be assassin looked to have posts on his platforms kind of expressing a pro-Biden
00:47:14.500 sentiment. The FBI today, in their Senate hearing, Secret Service members saying that it looked like
00:47:20.920 Thomas Matthew Crooks had posted anti-Semitic and anti-immigrant conspiracy theories on social media.
00:47:28.160 How can both of those be true? What do you make of those sort of competing stories?
00:47:32.480 Well, again, that gets back to why you've got to have a task force. I don't trust the FBI. I don't
00:47:39.300 trust the Secret Service. This is, they are both in CYA mode. This, the assassination attempt on
00:47:45.120 President Trump should have never happened. They could have had a drone in the air. There should
00:47:48.840 have been a sniper on that roof. There should have been someone posted in the alleyway. I mean,
00:47:52.560 you don't have to be security expert to realize that this was a incredible, incredible gap in
00:47:58.620 security. The problem is, is that now they've been revealed for who they are, incompetent.
00:48:03.760 And when you have a, you know, the new director, when she took office saying that, you know,
00:48:08.380 her commitment was to diverse equity and diversity, and you see the end result. You have a president
00:48:13.020 who's 6'4", give or take, and you have agents who were 5'6", like protecting his body. The math
00:48:19.500 doesn't work, right? This is incompetence at the greatest level. So you can't trust those two agencies
00:48:24.020 to do their job. We've got to investigate themselves. That's why we should be up in Washington,
00:48:28.520 D.C. for the month of August. That's why we should be getting this work done. That's why
00:48:32.580 we should be impeaching Kamala Harris. We've got to take the fight to them because the corporate
00:48:36.540 media is against all of us. The republic is at stake. And by the way, when I say we should go
00:48:40.640 back to Washington, D.C. and work, I've got an election in two days. So this has consequences,
00:48:45.100 but we've got to get our work done because we made an oath. We made a promise to the American people.
00:48:49.840 And walk us through that upcoming primary. The Never Trump forces are out in their full display of
00:48:55.740 power, trying to make sure that you don't get reelected. Walk us through the latest on that.
00:49:01.760 You know, fortunately, the grassroots, the ground game, you know, we are in the lead. We're going to
00:49:07.660 take nothing for granted. Our kids run cross country and we tell them at the end of the race,
00:49:11.560 no matter where you're at, if you're in the lead, you turn on your jets and you run through the tape.
00:49:15.280 And look, for every dollar we spend, they're spending four or five. It's ridiculous the amount of
00:49:19.960 money they spent to try to take me out. But that's because I'm outspoken. That's because I've
00:49:23.980 been endorsed by Trump. That's because I support Donald Trump. That's why, you know,
00:49:27.620 I want to take out the administration, administrative state that's going to be
00:49:30.820 working against you, me, and during our first hundred days in Congress, when we win the White
00:49:35.360 House and we can win the White House. I'm not afraid of Kamala Harris, but I think we have to
00:49:38.980 expose her for who she is. And so, yeah, so if the posse wants to go to andyogles.com, show some love,
00:49:44.120 show some support, I would certainly appreciate it. They are coming after me with all they got.
00:49:48.000 And it's, they're funded by, my opponent is funded by a never Trump candidate. They can't beat Trump
00:49:53.840 in Tennessee, so they're coming after me. One more time, if the posse wants to support you,
00:50:00.080 vote, if it's legal and they can, how can they volunteer, do all those things that can help you
00:50:05.040 out? Yeah, you can go to andyogles.com. There you can donate, you can volunteer, you can do all
00:50:11.340 those things. You know, there's some groups out there like Americans for Prosperity. They're on the
00:50:16.080 ground. You can volunteer with those guys. But look, we're taking nothing for granted in roughly
00:50:22.320 a day and a half. You'll either have a MAGA champion in the 5th Congressional District or you
00:50:27.400 won't. And that really is going to be determined by you, by the posse and you guys getting engaged.
00:50:31.820 And once we win, we've got to win in November and I'll be out on the road with the president
00:50:35.760 fighting for him all over the country because our country and our republic is at stake.
00:50:40.220 Thank you, Congressman, for joining us. Thank you. Of course. And Mike Lindell, as always,
00:50:48.760 thank you for joining us. I'm sure you have some product or promo updates for the pod. I get so
