Biden meets with his National Security team in the Situation Room, Iran threatens to attack Israel, Japan's Nikkei plunges 12% in the wake of a weak jobs report, and the Dow and S&P 500 fall more than 600 points.
00:00:00.000It's really bizarre, this story of our Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is claiming to have dumped a dead bear cub, a baby bear, in Central Park years ago.
00:00:28.180Biker ran over it, and then the New York Times story was written by his cousin, 10 years.
00:00:35.820It's all very weird, but you know what?
00:00:38.780In times like these, when little things make sense at all, that's when you want the person right there, sort of as the leveling win, to be Roseanne.
00:00:51.220And Roseanne was there going, what in the holy hell are you talking about?
00:00:58.720Today, President Biden is set to meet with his national security team in the Situation Room to discuss developments in the Middle East.
00:01:05.180Several countries, including the U.S., now advising citizens to leave Lebanon as fears of a broader regional conflict are growing.
00:01:12.180Secretary of State Antony Blinken told his counterparts from the G7 countries on Sunday that an attack by Iran and Hezbollah against Israel could start as early as Monday.
00:01:21.560National Security Council spokesman John Kirby reiterating the U.S.'s support for Israel.
00:01:28.320Now, I don't know what they're going to do or when they're going to do it, but we've got to make darn sure that we're ready and that we have the capabilities in the region to be able to help Israel defend itself and, quite frankly, defend our own people, our own facilities, our own national security interests.
00:01:41.580Plus, the IDF says Israel's Iron Dome successfully intercepting several projectiles fired from southern Gaza just a short while ago.
00:01:50.800Israel bracing for expected retaliation strikes from Iran over last week's killing of a top Hamas leader.
00:01:56.680As the U.S. deploys additional forces to the Middle East, the Pentagon sending an aircraft carrier, warships and an extra squadron of fighter jets to the region in one of the largest deployments since October 7th.
00:02:10.020Now, the White House says the goal is to try to deter Iran from attacking, but if that doesn't work, those forces will help Israel to defend itself.
00:02:19.460Now, the U.S. was deeply involved in shooting down a wave of Iranian drones and missiles back in April, but an Israeli official tells NBC News this time they are bracing for worse, potentially a multi-day attack by both Iran and Hezbollah.
00:02:36.620And remember, both have vowed revenge against Israel following the assassinations of Hamas's political chief in Iran and a senior Hezbollah commander in Lebanon last week.
00:02:48.580Now, this morning, markets are way down all over the world.
00:02:52.920That is mainly about concerns that the U.S. economy may be slowing down, but it is not helped by fears of all-out war in the Middle East.
00:03:02.580And this morning, the U.S. and its G7 allies are appealing for calm, saying that these tensions could escalate a regional conflict.
00:03:11.560Now, to the stock market. Opening this morning, after a rough finish last week, the Dow fell more than 600 points Friday on a weaker-than-expected jobs report.
00:03:20.720Markets around the globe this morning are selling off. Overnight, Japan's Nikkei plunged 12 percent its worst day since the 1987 Black Monday crash.
00:03:30.380Here, investors are responding to that Friday jobs market report on the jobs market, showing that employers added just 114,000 jobs in July, and that was well below the 185,000 forecast.
00:03:45.460The unemployment rate jumped to 4.3 percent, which is still very low, but it shows joblessness has increased more than half a percent since January, and it's something that it just doesn't usually happen in a healthy economy.
00:03:58.240A rise like that is historically a sign that a recession is imminent.
00:04:02.660Bidenomics is working. Last month, we created 187,000 new jobs. In two and a half years, we have created more jobs, more new jobs, than any other administration has created in four.
00:04:21.620Today's numbers reflect the point that President Biden has made many times. America's economy is strong.
00:04:32.660This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:04:38.680Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:04:43.900Here's the time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it.
00:04:50.120I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:04:55.460And where do people like that go to share the big lie? Mega Media.
00:04:59.780I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:05:05.660Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:05:09.400If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:05:15.740War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:05:19.040Good morning. Monday, 5th of August, Anno Domini, 2024.
00:05:56.020As this election now moves towards November the 5th, you will see desperately the regime trying to change the subject and move attention away from the fact, for example, that the Nikkei index has had its sharpest fall since 1987.
00:06:16.260OK, so this is the background, the absolute appalling management of the economy under the present Biden regime.
00:06:23.260What were they talking about? Jason Miller, let's start with you.
00:06:27.180What were they talking about, therefore, on Morning Mika?
00:06:31.500And if this is not anything other than a shiny thing, attempting, it will fail, to distract attention from the spiraling economy.
00:06:41.760What were they talking about on Morning Mika this morning?
00:07:37.500This, of course, we know that when the Middle East catches a cold, the rest of the world gets sick because of the concern about all-out war, about what's going to happen to energy prices.
00:07:46.340But at the same time, we have these terribly weak economic numbers that came out Friday.
00:07:51.460Kamala Harris, and we used to say Bidenomics, but now we know that it's Kamalanomics.
00:08:05.400The Dow is down approximately 1,000 points.
00:08:09.140NASDAQ is down some 600 or 700 points.
00:08:11.780When I looked just a moment ago, all of this is happening at the same time.
00:08:14.860So to your point, though, what we see the mainstream media doing is goofing around about RFK Jr. and stories about dead bears or bear parts.
00:08:24.560I don't know, Bill, maybe you know more about these bear parts, but they're talking about Kamala's VP.
00:08:29.120Folks, we're at a massive crisis point, not just for the United States, but all around the world, all-out war, all-out economic constriction, and people getting very concerned about what's going on.
00:08:40.600Bill, what is your take when you see what's happening right now?
00:08:42.720I think about the working men and women who are looking at this and already plagued with economic uncertainty.
00:08:49.020You know, these are the people who, you know, drive the trucks with the tools.
00:09:06.580We don't have strong leadership on the international stage.
00:09:10.800And now the economic contagion seems to be hitting our shores again.
00:09:14.580And it seems to be we don't have any leadership out of the White House.
00:09:17.620We don't have any leadership out of the Treasury Department or the Defense Department.
00:09:21.880And I think everybody who is watching this, the families in particular, are very concerned about their future and what's going to happen.
00:09:27.960And I think what it really reminds people is that the Biden-Harris failures are the same.
00:09:35.320They've just changed the top of the ticket.
00:09:38.600That all of these people who are living with the plague, the economic failures, the international failures, the school failures, the crime failures, with everything rising,
00:09:48.680none of those circumstances have changed for the working men and women of this country.
00:09:52.540And they begin to see a new face on there.
00:09:55.000And I think that this distraction, PSYOP, that the Democrats in the mainstream media have been trying to do, I think, collapses this week
00:10:01.740because all the realities come to the forefront of what's happening and the failures that have been caused by the Biden-Harris administration.
00:10:45.800What are the Europeans saying when they look to the U.S. and say, what the hell is going on?
00:10:50.660Well, they're obviously, Jason, looking askance at the disaster because they've invested a lot of their credibility, of course, into the continuation of the present Biden-Karmala Harris regime.
00:11:02.560And they're going to be left with some splaining to do.
00:11:06.140So obviously, as you point out, that when America coughs, Europe catches a cold, the collapse in metrics, economic metrics coming out of the United States right now is causing massive concern in London, in Frankfurt, in Germany, around the European capitals.
00:11:27.540But they're not just, by the way, looking at the present American implosion.
00:11:32.980They're also looking at the implosion coming out from the U.K. right now.
00:11:36.560I don't know if you guys have seen this story.
00:11:38.780Elon Musk has warned that the U.K. is heading towards civil war.
00:11:41.800This is up in the north of England to do with the consequences of uncontrolled immigration, the third world illegal invaders, as we call them here on the war room.
00:11:51.420And it's setting off an absolute crisis, political crisis, within the opening weeks of the Labour government.
00:11:59.420So the European capitals are also looking at that.
00:12:01.600They're looking at the United States and having basically rejoiced and led off the champagne when the Tories were kicked out and Labour came in,
00:12:11.680having done similarly when Kamala Harris took over the leadership of the Democratic Party, now formerly the nominee.
00:12:18.500Obviously, the European capitals, having invested so much into both of these political currents, now they're going to find themselves particularly isolated, dramatically isolated, should Donald Trump return in November.
00:12:37.780Bill, one of the things I want to go back to, the Kamala crash, what specifically has happened with this market?
00:12:42.440What this means for Americans is parents are going out and buying school supplies for the kids, going back to school as people are looking at their 401ks, as more people are cashing out their 401ks just to get by every month.
00:12:53.620How is this Kamala crash going to impact the next 91 days in advance of this election, but then even until we have a new president one way or the other on January 20th?
00:13:04.080Remember, we're in August, so a lot of families are trying to go on vacation before the kids go back to school.
00:13:09.560Parents are sitting around the kitchen table after the kids go to sleep, and they're asking, okay, we really need to tighten our belts even more.
00:13:16.920We've already given up what we can because of the inflation in order to keep the kids in after-school programs, get them the things that they need to get an education, and to keep the family afloat.
00:13:26.280Now they're looking at the economic uncertainty, and I think that's really going to begin to concern a lot of families, so the belt tightening is going to happen even more with the families.
00:13:35.860I also think the small business owners are looking at this, who are the engine of economic growth in this country.
00:13:42.220Most of the jobs that come out in the United States come from small businesses, so as these families begin to tighten their belt, it's going to have a ripple effect across the economy into the small businesses.
00:13:53.140Because of inflation, they're already having trouble with credit to be able to expand the business if they're that fortunate.
00:13:59.780But what they're really going to need to start doing is looking at their workforce and asking, do I need to cut back even more to try and save?
00:14:05.680So I just think that this is basically bringing reality back to the forefront of the political discussion in America in terms of around the kitchen table with working families,
00:14:15.900but also with the small business owners who really are the people that we need to be growing right now.
00:14:21.300So, Ben, we have just over 30 seconds left.
00:14:24.060I want to, as Steve would always say, let's separate the signal from the noise here.
00:16:06.040Go to birchgold.com slash band and get your free info kit on gold IRA.
00:16:12.300Question on who's going to be the next president of the United States is whether she can perform almost as well as Joe Biden did among older working class white voters in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
00:16:27.960So that's a $64,000 question, isn't it?
00:16:31.860It's among the I would broaden that $64,000 question now, Joe, to ask the question whether she can perform as well as Joe Biden did in 2020 with young voters, African-American voters and Latino voters.
00:16:44.320Because although she has, there's undeniably, the momentum is with her right now.
00:16:49.780She is performing better than Biden was prior to his decision to bow out and actually better than he was throughout the whole last couple of years with all those groups.
00:17:00.160Her number, though, is his number was way down from where his numbers were with those groups in 2020.
00:17:05.340She has made up, she's overperforming him in 2023, 2024, but she's still not up to the levels that.
00:17:13.900All right, let's go and dive back in back here in the war room.
00:17:19.300Bill McGinley also joined Ben Harnwell, our fearless European correspondent, and also want to bring in Charlie Spearing from the Daily Mail.
00:17:27.340Charlie, as we saw this morning with Morning Joe and Mike, as they were talking through where the state of play is with some of the mainstream polling a month ago.
00:17:35.340Joe Biden was cruising along, everything was fine, and then he runs into a debate champ named Donald Trump.
00:17:41.440And all of a sudden it went from Democrats saying that they need to have some sort of mini primary, need to have some sort of competition to see who that could be.
00:17:50.560Of course, you know, their fearless leader, George Clooney, wrote his op-ed, or at least some really high-paid PR person wrote the op-ed in the New York Times for him.
00:17:57.540Now the media is trying to gaslight us and say everyone needs to rally behind Kamala Harris.
00:18:01.580What is your take on what the media is doing right now and how they've gone from this 180 from we need somebody else to, we better get behind Kamala Harris?
00:18:10.760Well, it's largely a reflection of the Democratic Party.
00:18:13.380I mean, behind the scenes, nobody really believed that Kamala Harris was ready to run her own presidential campaign.
00:18:19.780And that was a big part of why Biden was trying to stay in the race and a big part of why Democrats didn't push him out immediately.
00:18:26.700If Kamala Harris had been ready and if people were confident, then they would have done it much sooner.
00:18:32.040And so what Democrats were talking about behind the scenes is why do we have to anoint Kamala?
00:18:44.520That's famously, that's why Nancy Pelosi sort of held back and, you know, endorsing her outright, just like the Biden campaign and the Clintons did right away.
00:18:52.380So that was definitely part of the discussions behind the scenes.
00:18:56.380But Democrats soon got on board with Kamala Harris and certainly former President Obama and his team did everything they could to rally support behind Kamala,
00:19:05.560even though there was a genuine fear about the look that she could be appointed without having to earn it.
00:19:11.200Yeah, no, and I think the recognition now by many people around the world that Joe's not in charge of the White House and that Kamala is actually one who's behind there pulling the levers, quite frankly, has scared a lot of people.
00:19:24.820That's why we see the enemies making all the saber rattling and making the noise in the Middle East.
00:19:29.460And we see the markets being reflected here.
00:19:32.620Where is the media going as far as who they want Kamala Harris to pick as VP?
00:19:37.180I've really been shocked by this anti-Josh Shapiro outrage over the last few days.
00:19:41.860It seems like he has knives coming at him from every direction.
00:19:44.680And Kamala Harris really has a tough choice here.
00:19:47.800Does she go and say this is a for what potentially could be a smart political play to pick up Josh Shapiro as a possible VP nominee or running mate?
00:19:58.480But then you also have her base, which is the squad.
00:20:01.660And I don't know if Kamala Harris really is, when you look at where she's coming from, she has squad principles, extreme leftist positions.
00:20:10.060What do you think that dilemma is that's going on with the Kamala Harris camp right now, Charlie, on which direction to go?
00:20:17.340The old guard Democrats view Shapiro as the obvious choice.
00:20:20.900They think that he would be the best choice.
00:20:22.620But there's still some people behind the scenes who kind of like Mark Kelly and his nice guy appeal.
00:20:29.040It certainly brings issues like gun violence into the conversation and other topics, you know, being from Arizona that might help pull in voters from Arizona, from that state that, you know, Kamala and the team now see that as much more winnable.
00:20:43.000But right now, it's really unlikely that they would actually go for a Minnesota governor, Tim Waltz.
00:20:49.340His name's still on the list, but I don't see that offering her too many strengths as she feels like Minnesota's already in the bag.
00:20:58.560So, Bill, I want to go to you on this because in that polling that came out this weekend, we saw it from the Morning Joe and Mike segment earlier, is the fact that Kamala Harris is still running well behind where Joe Biden was four years ago.
00:21:08.240At this point, four years ago, I know I was there, August wasn't the most fun during COVID and everything, but President Trump was behind by 10 points in August of 2020.
00:21:18.360This is now, if the election is today, he wins.
00:21:21.220You look at even what the lefties are saying, that Kamala Harris is still trailing well off where Joe Biden was in 2020 with black voters, with young voters.
00:21:29.780Do you agree with Charlie that Tim Waltz is dead from this equation politically, or where do you think Kamala Harris goes?
00:21:35.200Look, I think Waltz is still in the game because of Nancy Pelosi.
00:21:55.120They're just united behind the fact that it's not Joe Biden at the top of the ticket.
00:21:58.680That's not the same as being enthusiastic for Kamala Harris.
00:22:01.920And everybody that she's considering has flaws.
00:22:04.380And the primary flaw is the failed policies that they keep pursuing.
00:22:08.300And so I don't think it matters who she picks.
00:22:10.660I think Donald Trump and J.D. Vance are still going to be able to press the case.
00:22:15.380And when people actually start after Labor Day really tuning into this election, they're going to understand that it's an A-B choice and that Donald Trump and J.D. Vance are going to be the ones to lead America forward.
00:22:26.960Ben, Harnwell, back to you in Europe is our allies and folks around the world are paying attention here.
00:22:33.980Is anyone paying any attention to this VP race in the United States or people just looking at the Middle East beyond the brink of all out war and this economic crash?
00:22:43.640Well, obviously, the news coming out in the Middle East and the increasing tensions between Iran and Israel are probably geopolitically more immediately important.
00:22:55.820But obviously, what happens in the White House is in terms of long term strategic importance, definitely still on the agenda.
00:23:05.340I think that the issue for the European capitals was more the situation that Charlie was saying just also a member or so ago.
00:23:12.460They got Biden out and he was obviously going to lead the party over a cliff in November.
00:23:18.920They got him out. That's what I think the European capitals wanted.
00:23:21.520They wanted to see someone at the top of that ticket who, as far as they're concerned, would be a credible candidate.
00:23:28.500Obviously, to open a bracket, to open a parenthesis, they also have a candidate behind which now it'd be much easier to steal an election, more credibly easier to steal an election rather than Joe Biden.
00:23:41.280I'm going to close the bracket there and move on. But that is obviously another consideration.
00:23:46.240What happens in the V nomination, I think, is of less interest and more of a curiosity point.
00:23:54.380I want to, if I may, Jason, just to come back to what Charlie Spear was saying in his comments.
00:24:00.600Because, and this is to do with the gaslighting of the media, because for the last few months, we hardly heard at all how bad Joe Biden was doing in the polls,
00:24:14.940apart from the specific context that leading lights in the Democratic Party were very concerned about the head-to-head matchup.
00:24:22.880They never really went on about the fact, in the first instance, that Trump was running five points ahead of Biden.
00:24:30.880The latest polls I saw on Axios, I think this morning, basically put Donald Trump and Kamala Harris within a point of one another, well within the margin of error.
00:24:42.580And of course, all the media is now saying, oh, look, this is Kamala Harris.
00:24:45.740She's edging ahead now, and the momentum is clearly with her.
00:24:49.960I repeat, this is a margin of error instance here.
00:24:53.560Yet, to make this point again, when Trump for the last few months was five points ahead, they never told you this, right?
00:24:59.340This is just an illustration, I think, of how the mainstream media is actively carrying water for the Democrats,
00:25:06.800especially in the way up to November, but not only.
00:25:09.940There's not news, obviously, to the war in orders.
00:25:12.440They know how biased, how brazenly unprofessional and biased the mainstream media is on these things.
00:25:20.200You have another data point, I think, Jason.
00:25:22.420So these are the people, the primary source of information for the vast majority of the American public,
00:25:28.920and they will do everything they can to stop you from knowing the truth behind the headlines.
00:25:34.580Yeah, genius point, Ben, and I think that is very important that they're not actually going through and showing that if the election is today,
00:25:46.120But this is going to be a dogfight of a race.
00:25:49.380We've already seen them swap out one candidate.
00:25:52.220Who's to say that if we get another month or month and a half down the road that they don't swap out and do something else again?
00:25:57.240We've already seen the censorship from big tech with regard to President Trump.
00:26:02.880And just a couple days ago when you type in Donald Trump assassination and it wouldn't even come up as one of the – what happened is one of the first things.
00:26:11.220But you're exactly right that this is an all-out gaslighting effort that's been going on.
00:26:16.120Charlie, with your reporting and hearing today that President Biden – I'm assuming it's past 10 a.m., so he's probably awake now,
00:26:22.900although I wouldn't say that's necessarily a given – he's going to be meeting in the Situation Room with his deputy comms director, John Kirby.
00:26:30.500I'm not sure if they'll invite Cringe John Pierre to join, but Cringe and Kirby and the rest of the folks will be in the Sit Room with Joe Biden.
00:26:38.380What is it that you think that they're going to be telling him?
00:26:40.520What do you expect this White House, whether it be Biden or Harris, to come out of this meeting talking about the Middle East and the economy?
00:26:46.840And what do you expect them to say to the country?
00:26:48.620Well, I've definitely heard that Kamala Harris is expected to be in that meeting.
00:26:52.680So she will sort of tie herself to the foreign policy efforts of Joe Biden.
00:26:58.060So it'll be kind of a dual-headed presidency, right?
00:27:01.400You'll have Joe Biden and you'll have Kamala Harris there together trying to make the case to our allies that everything's going to be fine
00:27:10.760and that they're in control of the entire situation.
00:27:13.640But it's a really difficult – it's finally, finally, we're going to see Kamala Harris kind of take some ownership of the Biden administration,
00:27:20.460where typically in these foreign policy situations she kind of takes a back seat and lets Joe take the lead.
00:27:26.560This will be the first time that she's actually in the driver's seat.
00:27:32.120Bill, that's a really good point because there's a positive to that for Kamala Harris.
00:27:36.420There's also a big potential downside.
00:27:38.400If Kamala Harris is out there as the co-presidency, then she owns the foreign policy.
00:27:49.020What's the potential pitfall for Kamala Harris here?
00:27:51.780This is going to be her first taste of actually being top of the ticket because she's going to have to own everything, as you said.
00:27:57.220Typically, she's been standing in the background and hoping for the basically cocooned rollout that they've had both on social media and with the mainstream media.
00:28:04.740And really what she's going to have to start doing is answering questions about all of these bills.
00:28:12.300Another day, another breaking news story buried.
00:28:14.980They rather talk about anything else than what's really going on.
00:28:18.020It's not because they don't know what's happening.
00:28:20.360The media pundits and talking heads just don't want to pay any attention to it.
00:28:24.920And they particularly don't want you paying any attention to it.
00:28:27.480The real stories, you have to look beyond the headlines for them.
00:28:31.380You know the truth is being covered up.
00:28:33.180Prepare for what will come with MyPatriotSupply.

00:30:04.620The Kamala crash and Kamalanomics is very, very real.
00:30:08.180Bill, I want to go back to this for a moment, exactly where we started with this whole Kamala crash, is you are looking all around, because you're in addition to as an election lawyer, you're an outside counsel with the RNC, and you're looking at domestic politics.
00:30:24.560How is this reverberating through the top Senate races and other top House races around the country?
00:30:30.120Are people talking about, focused on the global chaos and this financial crash, or are they all caught up in who's Kamala going to pick as VP?
00:30:38.880They're worried about the kitchen table issues and the small business issues that we discussed before.
00:30:44.220But, you know, today may be the day that Kamala announces her VP pick, and what mood music for the backdrop of this pick?
00:30:51.920That her administration's failures on the international stage and economically are basically going to be the backdrop to what this pick is going to be, who this is going to be, and the rollout that they're going to try and do.
00:31:05.520They're going to do everything they can to try and suppress all of the news that's happening today on the international stage and with economics.
00:31:12.060And they're going to try and cocoon it and say, wow, what a great pick and a stabilizing force.
00:31:46.840Make it a circle of accountability so that you guys make sure that we get the ballots into the pile so that November 5th, Donald Trump and J.D. Vance can take over in January.
00:31:58.620Everything that we're talking about today is simply the backdrop for what we need to do when early voting starts in September in some of these battleground states leading up to November 5th.
00:32:08.840So this is all basically a battle cry for the posse.
00:32:12.320And we want to make sure that people understand that and that they take personal responsibility and do it.
00:32:17.780So on that note, Charlie, I want to go to you.
00:32:19.440There's no one who's a bigger expert on Kamala Harris and her crazy leftist record.
00:32:23.840We know that swapping out Joe Biden for Harris are going to have a lot of the same policies.
00:32:29.520Kamala Harris is going to own everything from that administration, whether it be on the economy, whether it be on the border chaos.
00:32:35.520Actually, I guess I haven't said borders are Kamala Harris once so far today.
00:32:38.920I know we have Paul Perez, president of the National Border Control Council, this next hour.
00:32:43.580But, Charlie, you are the expert when it comes to Kamala Harris's record.
00:32:47.180What should people expect to find out or learn more about Kamala Harris with this leftist record, whether it be as AG of California or even as DA in San Francisco?
00:32:57.300Well, it's important that ahead of her 2020 presidential campaign that failed, she moved to the left of everybody on these issues.
00:33:07.540She's a senator from California, so she was quite comfortable moving to the left.
00:33:11.200All in the hopes of winning over this radical activist Democratic primary electorate in the hopes that they would choose against candidates like Joe Biden and, you know, turn away from sort of the old guard, Bernie Sanders, and turn towards a much more, you know, a much more attractive candidate to run in 2020 against President Trump.
00:33:32.780So, Kamala Harris, and I write a big chapter of this, of my book, covers her entire liberal record, where she stood on the important issues.
00:33:40.840We've seen so many of these videos pop up.
00:33:43.400And until Kamala Harris gets on camera denying these, she's going to have a—she's going to continue to struggle with what is her actual position on these issues, other than just campaign statements to try to wipe away her entire record on this.
00:33:56.500And, Charlie, I want to make sure we're giving you the appropriate plug.
00:34:02.940The book is Amateur Hour, Kamala Harris in the White House, which is great.
00:34:09.180You can get it on Amazon or any of your different places or go to a local bookstore.
00:34:14.420Great title, by the way, in the picture.
00:34:16.660I don't know, Cam, if we're able to put up a picture of Charlie's book, but this is so classic.
00:34:21.780Amateur Hour, Kamala Harris in the White House.
00:34:24.260One of the things, Charlie, I want to kind of focus in on here is when we talk about how far left Kamala Harris went in 2019 and 2020.
00:34:34.420Keep in mind that she literally was trying to raise money for this Minnesota Freedom Fund that ended up bailing out somebody who then went and killed—shot a man at a light rail station just a couple of weeks later.
00:34:46.080And this guy is now serving life behind bars.
00:34:49.040What other items, whether it be with crime or decriminalizing illegal immigration, but particularly on the fiscal side of things?
00:34:58.120We know that Kamala Harris wanted to go with basically the Green New Deal on steroids, not kind of the watered-down Joe Biden version that simply crashes an economy.
00:35:05.980But she wanted to go with the AOC, what was it, $100 trillion to go and rebuild.
00:35:11.320Every building in the U.S. had to be rebuilt within a decade.
00:35:14.160What are some of the more crazy things that jumped out at you when you're doing your Kamala Harris research and coverage?
00:35:19.600Well, not only that, she teamed up with AOC to sort of promote this idea of launching a climate justice initiative,
00:35:26.300where you completely revert the economy to focus on to address these things based on issues of race.
00:35:32.980And so she definitely did that and a whole host of other things when she was sort of in the running to be a possible pick for Joe Biden's vice president.
00:35:42.980She sort of embraced the entire defund the police movement and took radically different positions than she did in her early days when she was known as a law enforcement officer.
00:35:52.480You know, when she was back in California, she endorsed the idea of putting more police officers in black communities.
00:35:59.180But when it came to Black Lives Matter, she completely reverted her record on that, endorsed the defund the police efforts,
00:36:06.740and then eventually was selected as sort of the representative of the Black Lives Matter movement as Joe Biden went into his own campaign with Kamala Harris as his running mate.
00:36:16.940So there's Ben Hardenwell, there's definitely a bit of a be careful of what you wish for.
00:36:23.860As you started off the show saying that in the U.K., many people are saying we've got to get the Tories out.
00:36:29.400Now they have Keir Starmer here in the U.S.
00:36:31.580You have a lot of the mainstream media saying we've got to get rid of Joe Biden.
00:36:34.540Now they have Kamala Harris. What does that mean?
00:36:37.100Let's talk about the U.K. for a moment.
00:36:38.380What will that mean as far as what policies we're already seeing go into place with Keir Starmer and that leftward lurch?
00:36:45.680And what should people in the U.S. then be concerned about with Kamala Harris now effectively running the country?
00:36:51.960Well, just to pick up on that theme of be careful what you wish for, Jason.
00:36:56.820I want to come back to something that Charlie said earlier on in the show.
00:37:01.220I think the importance for the Democratic leadership was removing Joe Biden.
00:37:08.740As was discussed earlier, nobody, but the Obamers were late to endorse her because they didn't want her.
00:37:14.380Nancy Pelosi was late to endorse her because she didn't want her.
00:37:20.020They wanted Biden out because he was going to lead the Democrats off a cliff.
00:40:04.820Donald Trump really needs the House of Representatives, and absolutely he needs the Senate to affect, I think, a substantial reform that he wants to do.
00:40:15.280But I think people are getting disgusted and disillusioned by the GOP.
00:40:19.680Yeah, and we're going to have Carrie Lake joining in this next hour to talk about one of those battleground states and at the border in particular.
00:40:46.160Because it was the most undemocratic process to choose her that we've seen in a long, long time.
00:40:50.860I mean, they basically tossed like around 15 million Democratic primary votes into the can, basically so that the elites, the Democratic oligarchs, the Democratic power players behind the scenes, in a closed door, smoke-filled room, could choose her as the next nominee.
00:41:08.220Listen, they barely had a virtual nominating contest to declare her the nominee.
00:41:14.280For their VP, basically the convention chair, after she makes her choice, is just going to come out and declare that man the VP nominee by fiat.
00:41:24.380I mean, this is the most undemocratic selection process we've seen in a long time.
00:41:28.680And I think it just exposes the truth that the posse already knew.
00:41:35.500This is really about power, and they are going to scratch, fight, and claw to maintain power.
00:41:41.220And we, as the posse, we, as the Republican Party, need to be prepared to stand up to that because they're not going to let go of it very easy.
00:41:49.120This is going to be a long, tough fight.
00:41:52.120At the ballot box, politically, every news cycle, every day, we just have to wake up in the morning to try and win politically, both in terms of comms, contacts, and election integrity.
00:42:03.260We need to make sure that we can prevail on November 5th.
00:42:06.920And so everybody has to put in some sweat equity to make this happen.
00:42:10.920The posse is an integral part of this, and they are full-fledged members of the team, and we need your help.
00:42:18.280All right, so about a minute before we go to break here, I want to put you on the spot.
00:42:21.280Bill, who is Kamala going to pick, and will it move the needle at all on this election?
00:42:26.500She's going to pick Shapiro because they're going to take the calculus.
00:42:29.300They think it's going to deliver Pennsylvania for him, but as many reporters are beginning to show, he's got a lot of stuff in the closet that needs to be fully examined.
00:42:37.860As you know, the spotlight for a statewide office is not the same as the national spotlight, and I think a lot of the issues that he has are going to be brought to the forefront.
00:42:48.460I don't think it's going to be Waltz because he's not exciting enough, and I think Mark Kelly has become disqualified with some of the things coming out, like the balloon company.
00:42:56.540Charlie, real quick, who's your pick on Kamala's, who you think she's going to go with?
00:43:02.020Well, I've been leaning Shapiro for quite some time, but the danger with that is that he perhaps outshines Kamala Harris as a leader, and they can't have that.
00:43:10.400So I can see Kamala's team picking nice guy Mark Kelly as a suitable person who won't outshine her on the top of the ticket.
00:43:17.240Okay, so getting ready to go to the break.
00:43:21.300I do want to get your opinion when you come back, Ben.
00:43:23.520I think the answer, she's going to pick Crooked Hillary.
00:44:53.880I've been joined much of this first hour by Charlie Spearing from the Daily Mail.
00:44:57.540Charlie, before we let you go, I want to make sure that we have your – I want to make sure people know how to follow you, how to follow your writing, how to pick up a copy of your book on Kamala Harris, and also how to track you on social media.
00:45:10.040Yeah, at Charlie Spearing on Truth Social and on X and on Instagram and the book Kamala Harris, Amateur Hour, Kamala Harris in the White House.
00:45:19.640It's available wherever books are sold.
00:45:33.420I know the posse appreciates it very much.
00:45:35.380Let's go and bring in Peter McIlvenna, of course, the host of Hearts of Oak podcast in the U.K., which if you're – I'm sure if you're watching War Room, you know Peter McIlvenna.
00:46:00.300We talked about this a little bit in the opening with Ben Harnwell, who's still with us.
00:46:04.480But the talk about Elon Musk's comments about civil war, what we're seeing with the unrest in the U.K. following the election, what is the real story here?
00:46:14.060And what should people here in the United States or even listening to the show, watching it all around the world, be taking away from these comments?
00:46:20.620Well, for the last six days, we've seen riots all across the U.K., town cities across the U.K., and they began in Stockport last Tuesday, and that was a day after three girls got stabbed to death.
00:46:36.460And the anger that is spilled on from that in Stockport is in Merseyside, which is in Liverpool.
00:46:42.840Sorry, just to focus it in for a U.S. audience.
00:46:46.220So up in Liverpool, up in the northeast of England by Manchester, and we are seeing massive anger.
00:46:52.700And the violence have been described by Prime Minister Keir Stammer as far-right thuggery.
00:47:00.960And we have seen demonstrations in London, in Rotherham, in Middlesbrough, Liverpool, Bolton, Northern Ireland, amongst many other places.
00:47:09.220And this is all to do with frustration at this stabbing of three girls.
00:47:15.480Three girls, their names, Alice Aguilar, and she was nine.
00:47:53.020And this anger from last Monday, the anger kind of fits in and stems from mass immigration.
00:48:03.020Now, where the individual was not an immigrant coming of the U.K., he was actually his parents from Rwanda.
00:48:12.440And Rwanda is a 55-60% Christian country.
00:48:16.360But it's a frustration on people coming into the U.K. and not necessarily fitting in.
00:48:23.840And this boy of 17, Axel, going on and stabbing three girls, killing them, severely injuring many others at a school Tyler Swift event that was happening at a school concert.
00:48:40.400And the anger of the U.K. and the anger of the, I guess, the English population that actually mass immigration and what's bringing in to the values on the U.K., that's not acceptable.
00:48:54.840While I would never condone the mass violence and have not been a part of that,
00:49:00.840I understand the rising frustration with threats to mass immigration, a conversation not being had of where these people go and how they fit into the U.K.
00:49:14.480And just as you've seen over the southern border in the U.S., people coming over not sharing U.S. values.
00:49:21.260We are seeing in the U.K., people coming to the U.K. and not sharing U.K. values of tolerance, of consideration.
00:49:29.600And, of course, the U.K. being based on a Christian Judeo principle in our legal system, in our political system, in our society.
00:49:40.920And many people come in who do not share those values.
00:49:44.820And that's where the frustration is happening all across the U.K.
00:49:49.420And this morning has been no end of developments in this story.
00:49:55.740So, Peter, have there been arrests made with these or are they still trying to figure out who did it?
00:50:02.100Because I'm looking at the Times of London and they literally say that this is either far-right activists or bored teens.
00:50:09.460And it seems to me that there's a big disconnect there with them trying to say that these are people on the far right or just kids who didn't get enough Xbox today in summers that have nothing to do during the summer.
00:50:23.920I mean, we see this every single day here in the United States with these Biden migrant crimes or will Kamala Harris be in the borders are Kamala Harris migrant crimes.
00:50:40.220So, there are all parts to response to that question.
00:50:45.120The last time we saw massive risk riots was 2011, 2012 in our big riots.
00:50:51.040And, of course, back in the BLM riots in 2020 in May and June, we saw three and a half weeks of riots.
00:50:59.200And today the prime minister announced that courts were going to work 24 hours a day.
00:51:05.100Now, our courts have been completely decimated and destroyed by the COVID tyranny that we have faced.
00:51:12.640And I know I'm involved in a legal case of a grooming gang survivor, Elizabeth.
00:51:17.200And we are having to wait three, four, five months for courts to rule on that.
00:51:24.020But yet, Keir Stammer, the new prime minister of the U.K., on the far left, can decide that courts will sit 24 hours a day to be against right-wing extremism.
00:51:37.220But yet, they could not sit 24 hours a day to be against the grooming gang violence that was first exposed in the Times newspaper in 2012 by Andrew Norfolk, the excellent journalist who's highlighted that.
00:51:51.120So we are seeing a discrepancy in the U.K. that the courts are told they must work 24 hours a day for one level of frustration, but they cannot work on the other side.
00:52:03.260And that's where the confusion and frustration lies.
00:52:08.400Peter, I've got to jump in real quick.
00:52:10.620I want to keep you over to the next block, but I do got to make sure before the hour is up, they give the read for our sponsor here at War Room, Birch Gold.
00:52:19.040Petrodollar is crumbling before our eyes.
00:52:21.480Saudi Arabia just declined to renew the 50-year petrodollar agreement.
00:52:25.520What this means is for the U.S. dollar's global dominance is now riding on fumes.
00:52:30.460How much longer until the dollar crashes?
