Bannon's War Room - Episode 3810： Kamala Picks Liberal Minnesota Governor For VP

00:00:00.000 authoritarian is elected how do you defend the constitution how do you defend the rule of law

00:00:06.000 and it turns out to be difficult uh and you can't stop everything an authoritarian would do if armed

00:00:14.080 with control over the executive branch but you can do a lot of things to delay and uh and and

00:00:22.880 deflect and diminish the damage that that authoritarian might try to do uh and uh you

00:00:31.200 you've got some of it up on your screen or you did it's uh it includes i think the ultimate

00:00:39.440 response is that the american people have to demonstrate that they reject living in an

00:00:45.680 autocracy uh so uh that starts with polling uh donald trump cares about his polls uh and he

00:00:54.480 needs support well beyond his minority mega base in order to have uh the kind of uh soft power that 0.59

00:01:05.440 the president has went back by the public uh but yeah i mean we may need demonstrations uh

00:01:13.440 uh disciplined and peaceful uh demonstrations uh in large numbers that last a long time

00:01:23.920 potentially or there may need to be a general strike i mean the people may need to

00:01:30.000 show uh with their uh with their with their feet and where they go and what they say

00:01:36.640 that they don't want to be governed by a despot but i mean there are there are lots of things to do

00:01:41.280 before that i mean there are there are legal uh there are litigation strategies if the president steps

00:01:50.240 over the line uh there's use of uh every power of congress uh to avoid funding things uh that trump

00:02:00.320 wants to do that are abuses of power uh there there is the need to organize self-defense for the defenders of

00:02:09.360 democracy uh he has the power to target his political enemies with prosecutions with tax audits uh with uh

00:02:18.960 with with with regulations with antitrust uh he can say go you know go get this person or that person uh he

00:02:27.040 said i'm gonna prosecute the biden crime family uh and we need to organize networks of lawyers and

00:02:37.840 and accountants and cyber security experts and physical security experts uh and and and uh

00:02:45.440 crisis communications teams to jump in and help the victims of this kind of retribution

00:02:53.040 we saw in 2022 that they refused to certify the elections in cochise county arizona and in several

00:02:59.680 places in pennsylvania i sued them we won the folks in cochise county subsequently got indicted for it

00:03:05.440 and you might think that would serve as a deterrent for 2024 but you know as donald trump proved the

00:03:11.280 loyalty to his crimes and misdeeds is stronger than people's instinct for self-preservation

00:03:16.800 briefly mark what can people who are concerned about this do to try to make sure it doesn't happen

00:03:22.240 yeah so we all play a role so first of all you know thank you for calling this out lawyers we go to

00:03:26.480 court but you know making this public is the big part of the battle and i'd ask every person listening to

00:03:32.000 this to to speak out on this you know don't stay silent you know you all have a town square you

00:03:37.600 don't all have millions of viewers like rachel maddow but each and every one of you can post on

00:03:41.440 social media you can attend these canvas board meetings you can file comments in georgia uh before

00:03:47.040 the state election board in your own counties you can know who is on these boards and you can attend

00:03:52.240 their meetings every citizen has a role to play here and if we all do that i am confident that we will

00:03:58.080 defeat these efforts and kamala harris will be sworn in as the next president united states so the wall

00:04:03.920 street wall street journal is now uh also confirming it is governor walls and there's a source nbc news

00:04:11.360 also confirming that most of the news agencies lining up cnn uh most news agencies lining up saying that it

00:04:19.120 is going to be uh governor walls i will say the one thing that that causes uh concern just electorally about

00:04:26.960 what he does bring to this ticket was when we had steve kornacki on was it yesterday yeah that was

00:04:32.160 i believe it was yesterday and and i asked him i said will he help bring uh rural voters the the the

00:04:39.120 white rural voters that joe biden actually did better with older older voters and he showed me that

00:04:46.960 he showed us all in the 2022 race that was not the case in fact uh joe biden did better than him

00:04:53.360 uh in those areas barack obama did much better than him in those areas so we will see perhaps he will

00:05:00.880 have a reach uh to those uh those rural voters in a way that he didn't even in his own governor's race

00:05:08.320 uh that that that will remain to be seen uh but but uh we we shall see again it looks like uh

00:05:16.320 it looks like tim waltz is going to be the running mate this is the primal scream of a dying regime

00:05:26.400 pray for our enemies because we're going to medieval on these people

00:05:31.440 here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have had a

00:05:36.640 belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything in the world

00:05:40.400 to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do people like that go

00:05:44.560 to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people

00:05:51.840 had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my

00:05:59.520 country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:06:06.640 tuesday 6th of august and dominie 2024 harnwell here at the helm filling in for steve bannon political

00:06:22.800 prisoner of the jill biden regime um so we had a lot of interesting things there in the cold open

00:06:29.760 um or yeah i don't know what we'd do without msnbc um so in the last hour it has been confirmed that

00:06:38.800 the fourth piece of the jigsaw is now in place carmela harris has named her veep it is governor

00:06:46.000 tim waltz of minnesota uh we'll have mike lindell on the show in a little bit just to give us the view

00:06:53.120 from minnesota on that nomination uh but there's a lot of disinformation coming out regarding just how

00:06:59.680 popular the the new democratic ticket is so and we've got a lot of guests today uh stephan on the

00:07:07.760 supreme court minnesota as i say the economy first however we've got mark mitchell from rasmussen reports

00:07:14.400 who has taken the temperature of the nation and it is not what they are folks are saying on msnbc

00:07:21.200 mark good morning to you now i gather that your latest results um uh in terms of the six swing

00:07:29.800 states uh aren't out yet but you do have something on on the national perspective as to how this ticket

00:07:37.460 is going down and it's not the case that carmela harris has knocked the biden advance ticket into a 1.00

00:07:46.140 three-cornered hat could you break it down for us uh what's the news here for the war in posse good

00:07:50.820 morning mark what what i think you're going to see over the next couple of days is palpable

00:07:56.800 desperation i think the plan was to try and ride the kamala harris coronation as long as possible to 0.95

00:08:04.320 keep the positive news in the press and then to selectively highlight polls that all seem to be

00:08:09.960 dumping right now that have kamala harris up but what's interesting is if you look at the multi-way

00:08:15.620 matchups on real clear politics there's no data since august 2nd and if you look at the two-way

00:08:21.420 matchups you see i think one or two polls that are up to august 4th um but if you know i have a big

00:08:29.200 reason to suspect the accuracy a lot of those polls and it's not the kind of thing you're going to be

00:08:34.260 able to go in and look at the cross tabs but if there was a week in 2024 where polls that had

00:08:41.080 malicious waiting shifts where polls were over sampled democrats this would be the week to do

00:08:47.400 it and i think that's what you're seeing because what we're doing that no other person in the industry

00:08:51.960 is doing is polling every night and then plotting the results of what we see and if denver could put

00:08:57.580 that chart up this is up to date as of last night's numbers you can visibly see kamala harris has a bounce 0.99

00:09:05.380 and those numbers have faded night by night right now donald trump is beating kamala harris in last

00:09:11.800 night's data by five points the night before it was seven points there was a period seven or eight

00:09:17.640 days ago where donald trump was down for for two days under kamala harris that's when she was getting

00:09:23.080 all this positive press she got the embalm endorsement those results have faded and donald trump

00:09:28.540 looks like he's settling back into exactly where we said he was going to settle into which is about a

00:09:34.160 three to five point range comfortably outside the margin of error and quite frankly not much

00:09:39.620 different than biden's numbers let's do that again real back let's have that statistic again

00:09:44.240 because we only really heard that donald trump was leading joe biden by five points after

00:09:53.300 kamala harris overturned that result because the press really suppressed this all we knew that the polls

00:10:00.400 weren't uh from the mainstream media all we knew that the the polls weren't that favorable to towards

00:10:05.760 biden was the fact that leading democrats like nancy pelosi like barack obama was saying the polls aren't

00:10:11.840 looking good uh joe needs to consider his position we weren't really ever told that that donald trump

00:10:17.800 was running at a five point national advantage um until kamala comes in she's the nominee she takes it 1.00

00:10:26.440 up to herself to like a half point one point lead and that's when we told how great the candidate she is 1.00

00:10:31.500 because she overcame this massive lead now what you're saying is that was like basically a blip

00:10:37.660 um a honeymoon period over a few days but it's already dissipated and donald trump has resumed

00:10:44.660 what did you say between a five and seven point lead that is absolutely astonishing mark mitchell

00:10:49.060 astonishing yeah and we're not surprised at all we had donald trump up over joe biden from five to

00:10:55.420 ten points all spring all the way back to december we knew it was going to tighten up some but here we

00:11:01.720 are with kamala harris and she had her bounce and now it's faded again and she's maybe doing about a 1.00

00:11:06.900 point better maybe two points when there when joe biden was doing but this is this election in my

00:11:13.240 opinion is a referendum about the maga platform versus the democrat machine in what logic is this

00:11:20.900 woman with a very short list of accomplishments going to step in and and change the way in any 1.00

00:11:26.160 the race in any particular way i'm not even seeing a pickup in the in the minority demographics that much

00:11:33.080 to be honest with you um she's doing a little bit better with younger voters obviously because

00:11:37.440 their candidate's not a cadaver anymore but i think those will fade as well

00:11:41.160 and i think what's causing all the desperation now is that their plan of extending this bounce as

00:11:48.900 long as possible with some selectively chosen potentially suspect polling is now the new cracks in

00:11:56.220 the market because they have been losing majorly on the second biggest issue uh border security um 49

00:12:04.280 percent of voters said that as the borders are kamala harris did a poor job only 33 gave her a good or 0.99

00:12:09.360 excellent rating but now the number one issue the economy it looks like i i think the democrats thought

00:12:16.220 they were gonna skate by on this sort of nebulous feeling that the economy was all right while the

00:12:22.260 elites selectively said well isn't it great the stock market's up the stock market is crashed now and that

00:12:28.120 really changed the narrative because it is all about the economy in all of our numbers and especially

00:12:33.640 in the swing states how's the economy going to play in pennsylvania like not well mark tell me um of the

00:12:41.220 two parties which um which party or which candidate does the american people support more when it comes

00:12:49.880 to uh the handling of the economy and the way you said i think border security was second on the issue

00:12:54.640 where does where does the management of the economy come yeah we have fresh new numbers i will say we've

00:13:01.040 been polling on the topic of bidenomics which kamala harris is fully supported and 27 of voters said

00:13:08.300 that bidenomics would help biden get reelected 46 said hurt a pretty strong signal but now we have

00:13:14.940 numbers that actually have kamala harris in the questions uh will kamala harris's economic policies 0.94

00:13:20.680 be better or worse than joe biden's policies only 22 say better 38 say worse so voters are looking at

00:13:29.120 kamala harris and saying she's going to do even worse than bidenomics and the independent numbers

00:13:34.300 are horrible 15 say better 37 say worse but then when asked will donald trump's economic policies be

00:13:41.360 better or worse than joe biden's policies 51 say better that's even more than the 49 to 50 support

00:13:48.840 that donald trump's getting in our election matchups 38 say worse so he's got a 13 point uh advantage

00:13:55.660 margin on that and among independents 48 say better 33 say worse even a quarter of democrats

00:14:02.520 say that donald trump's policies will be better than joe biden's and every time we ask party trust

00:14:08.400 on the issues of inflation or economy um republicans lead by a high single to low double digits margin so

00:14:15.020 people trust republicans and donald trump significantly more than democrats and biden or harris whoever they

00:14:21.980 want to throw in that seat on the economy right mark mark we've got about 30 seconds coming up to the

00:14:26.820 break um do you have any breakdown you're mentioning about the the the provisional lack of depth in terms

00:14:33.760 of the crosstops but do you have any instinct of how these questions are playing in those six

00:14:39.100 swing states we've got about 19 seconds yeah i in our polling donald trump was winning in every single

00:14:46.460 swing state the tightest was michigan i don't think the vice presidential politics are going to have

00:14:51.560 much of an impact and every single one of those swing states pulled the same on the issues so i think

00:14:57.060 it's economy in the port the elites are getting desperate they now want to use the technology

00:15:03.440 behind bitcoin for their own orwellian purposes their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to

00:15:09.860 use central bank digital currencies which they control imagine your every purchase being called into

00:15:16.520 question your every move tracked like you live in a communist country this is not the america we want

00:15:22.900 but it is the america they want to create fortunately you can fight back i believe owning gold is the best

00:15:30.000 solution why because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings plus with a gold ira from

00:16:12.620 here's your host stephen k band

00:16:15.340 welcome back folks we're going to go to in a few moments to dave bratt have a breakdown

00:16:24.040 on the latest to do with the disintegration of biden's economy of jill biden's economy

00:16:30.880 um but before let's finish off with mark mitchell who was before the break just sort of uh giving us

00:16:38.120 an analysis of how important the economy is in the forming of especially for independence i guess

00:16:45.320 of how they're going to vote and how that plays particularly in those six swing states that's

00:16:51.300 going to decide the fundamental direction of the electoral college mark i would like to finish the

00:16:56.960 point you were making on that yeah i think joe biden's administration and by extension kamal harris

00:17:03.760 has been a party for the elites and that has shown up time and time again in our income and education

00:17:10.360 numbers and even the most recent economic polling lower middle class voters middle class voters

00:17:16.400 they trust trump more on the economy than kamala harris and joe biden and that's just a fact

00:17:22.540 and what's interesting too is the swing states all just look the same on the issues it's identical even

00:17:28.880 michigan economy's number one borders number two it's about 30 and 20 you add them up that's half

00:17:36.060 the country throw in violent crime and government corruption you're up to the 60s and i think that

00:17:41.100 those are mega issues and we had in the swing states trump leading and every single one in a

00:17:46.980 multi-way michigan plus one wisconsin plus three pennsylvania plus four and that was in a poll that

00:17:52.620 had trump only up three again i think he's up three or four points we'll see in our final poll

00:17:58.860 thursday and we'll continue to poll nightly but i just don't see what's changed so much that's

00:18:04.980 really going to play into the swing states she didn't even pick a running mate from pennsylvania 1.00

00:18:10.560 and right now in our polling and in other people's polling too trump is up in pennsylvania she picked 0.99

00:18:15.940 somebody from minnesota which should be safe democrat now i know there's a whole bunch of reasons why

00:18:21.580 you'd pick a vice presidential candidate but like tell me what it is like i don't think they really have

00:18:27.940 a strategy and i think they got caught flat-footed with this economy and i think a lot of people have

00:18:33.900 accused and maybe rightly so that the economy didn't partially collapse until all this positive

00:18:41.040 polling for the democrats came out but i'm just not seeing it in my polling there was two days right

00:18:47.760 where donald trump was being beaten by kamala harris he's won eight of the ten other days and is now

00:18:54.280 winning and the trend just like we saw on that chart is clear i just don't think that races change that 0.99

00:19:00.540 much and like until somebody tells me a hypothesis of why they think kamala harris is that much better

00:19:06.620 than joe biden i i think the polls that i see make sense and other people in the aggregate you should

00:19:14.000 you know raise an eyebrow and a question mark when looking at those and i think there's a lot more room

00:19:19.120 for the economy to degrade i've been following our own unemployment rate very closely and it is

00:19:24.760 ticking up it is now eight point four percent in our numbers more than twice the official rate up from

00:19:30.780 seven point nine uh you know just a month ago and the unemployment rate among 18 to 39 year olds is 14

00:19:37.100 15 that should be kamala harris's best demographic trump is winning with those people mark i just want to

00:19:44.440 balance of what you're saying there because in the cold open we had some talking head on msnbc

00:19:49.320 referring to maga being this is the scare talk about donald trump being an authoritarian figure

00:19:55.240 there was so many things we don't have time to break down each error that guy mentioned he did

00:20:00.760 mention however that maga was a minority and that reminded me immediately something that steve bannon

00:20:05.140 always says on the show maga is not a minority in america it's a majority um it may not always be

00:20:11.280 visibly uh a majority but the the issues that maga champion are are clearly um two-thirds of where

00:20:18.880 the american public are i think that is confirmed in what you were saying that the economy and the

00:20:23.780 border number numbers one and two uh in the hierarchy of people's uh uh issues of of uh of choosing how

00:20:33.520 they're going to vote their priorities um and this is even more so of course in those six swing states

00:20:39.660 obviously you know we may throw in arizona there on on the border security issue obviously uh mark where

00:20:45.160 do people go to to get hold of your latest uh poll uh on rasmussen reports if they want to study this

00:20:51.460 in more detail themselves yeah on the kitchen table issues the country is center right the left accuses

00:20:58.780 those positions of being alt-right and conservative and they convince people to vote for other reasons yeah

00:21:05.200 follow us on rasmussen underscore poll at twitter and also youtube we go into the numbers in a lot

00:21:10.940 more depth we have a really great video about the economy uh that we put out yesterday i'd love

00:21:15.180 everybody to check it out mark micksell thanks so much for joining us today god bless happy to be here

00:21:20.740 thanks um dave bratt uh the economy there we're hearing is as it has always been and normally in the

00:21:28.900 in the one or second top first or top position of people's uh priorities and the results the polls

00:21:36.320 are showing that increasingly showing that especially in the um the six swing states however just talking

00:21:42.480 to you in the break you have a reason to that that steve would be uh would be cheerful right now right

00:21:47.220 yeah well ben i i first want to applaud you ben for doing a great job and uh you know sharing the

00:21:54.360 ban and language like you just did this thing is not the old red blue uh political debate all political

00:22:00.280 views are my own this is about a populist america we have 75 of the people on board uh and you just saw

00:22:07.660 mark mitchell in that polling uh he said as much trump is up you know 20 25 on the economic meat and

00:22:14.580 potato issues and so i just wanted to take a a few minutes today just to go over the charts because it

00:22:20.680 would make steve so proud right he is the leader of leaders on this stuff he saw way over the horizon

00:22:26.920 made all these play calls four years ago uh peter navarro as well me i came on board ej and tony but

00:22:35.220 just a great economic team and so i just want to reel through a few charts on this stock market tumult

00:22:41.240 uh you're going to hear you know the dead cat bounce and the market's going up a little bit today

00:22:45.300 uh there's more to come right and it's it's just not my opinion so if denver wants to just put up

00:22:50.620 the charts uh what what caused this uh and you're only going to hear this news here right you're not

00:22:55.340 going to hear this from the mainstream media at all uh first the federal reserve printed nine trillion

00:23:01.400 dollars in money uh they are not fixing things right now they destroyed price stability and the

00:23:07.800 federal reserve destroyed economic growth uh they did it no 708 and they did it now in a second bubble

00:23:13.520 you would think they would learn uh secondly the federal government is doing two trillion dollar

00:23:19.320 uh government spending deficits right seven trillion spending the republicans are in on that

00:23:25.100 with the democrats it's ruining our economy the kids won't have a future uh third all that money 1.00

00:23:31.740 back in 0708 went to the housing bust similarly all that money they printed is still sloshing around

00:23:37.120 uh that's why there might be a little more time here uh but uh schiller right who won the noble prize

00:23:42.620 and finance uh has the p e ratio right that's the price of the stock market to the earnings or profits

00:23:49.180 uh 20 percent off meaning the stock market is 20 percent uh still overvalued there's there's way more

00:23:56.680 room to fall uh and the chart you're looking at right here this comes from warren buffett right this

00:24:02.020 shows same thing uh that that little dotted gray line in the middle of the graph you can see

00:24:06.640 uh that's the uh long run historic average that's where the stock market should be that blue line

00:24:12.880 uh is where we are right now at the far right we're 59 percent uh percentage points according to

00:24:19.200 warren buffett above the historic norms meaning the stock market is still overpriced uh and that's

00:24:25.700 probably why warren buffett is selling right now along with uh jamie diamond at jp morgan and a few

00:24:31.520 other notables uh next chart uh this is the biggie we've been on the war room forever why is this

00:24:37.360 really happening uh because uh federal reserve behavior and government spending has caused a

00:24:43.240 decline in productivity for the last 70 years 70 years of productivity decline that's the real

00:24:50.720 economy right there you're looking at there's no way of hiding from that one you're not going to see

00:24:55.020 that from any other folks except records records later he'll be awesome on all the jap

00:25:01.000 japan uh and the currency uh issues i'm gonna let him you know he'll that's his expertise uh next

00:25:07.200 chart denver uh this uh is why productivity is down uh china's cleaning our clock the top graph is

00:25:15.840 china has a hundred trillion dollars in capital to work with the united states only has 70 trillion

00:25:22.240 they're a smaller economy with more capital how did that happen next chart uh denver as stephen k

00:25:28.980 bannon would say we've been shipping our jobs overseas there's the mighty united states of

00:25:33.680 america in the middle of that graph big thick blue portion and then you see the shrinkage of our

00:25:38.560 industrial might uh over time and now we're anemic we've sent all of our jobs to china uh and all of 0.97

00:25:45.540 our capital along with it and that's why our productivity is low and is is crushing us last

00:25:51.460 couple charts denver real quick you may not know uh chinese uh the chinese government is smaller than

00:25:58.560 the united states government their their government sector is only 14 of gdp they're a communist surveillance

00:26:05.580 state uh totalitarian state with a smaller government than the united states our government

00:26:11.360 is 18 of gdp china is only 14 it's stunning last chart is just inflation uh what's this got to do with

00:26:19.900 your life well this one shows the the top 10 percent own 90 of the stocks right so the populist

00:26:26.720 americans are getting crushed the top 10 own everything and this is all this whole story is on top of the 0.77

00:26:33.580 inflation pain you've already lost 20 to 30 percent of your retirement and you already know what's in

00:26:40.720 your grocery basket right at home you've lost 20 to 30 percent due to inflation and so that's it steve

00:26:46.000 harnwell all of this was play called uh by peter navarro steven k bann and me aj and tony and we

00:26:53.380 don't want to say we told you so but president trump is saying that this morning uh we told you if you

00:26:58.620 ignore the fundamentals like this for long periods of time this is where you end up

00:27:02.640 they've brought that was a magisterial synthesis on just what's going on in the economy right now

00:27:08.480 and it's not what you're going to hear if you're tuning into msnbc right now the important thing

00:27:13.140 especially for the six swing states but not only across the united states when the economy does

00:27:17.940 badly just make this point absolutely obvious right when the economy does badly it's not an

00:27:22.580 abstract it's we're talking about jobs we're talking about unemployment if you have a job we're

00:27:27.120 talking about how much you're actually going to be able to earn with that we're talking about

00:27:30.500 inflation that hits uh that reduces the spending power of what you earn all of these things are

00:27:35.440 wrapped in with that but when the economy does badly you suffer from it and that's why it's so

00:27:39.920 important that as mark vision said earlier that uh that that uh donald trump is 25 points ahead now

00:27:46.420 on the economy they've got where can people go to to follow you your analysis uh and and the graphs

00:27:52.160 that you'd produced earlier yeah just uh brad economics on getter and uh i'll be on again tomorrow

00:27:58.860 you're doing a great job ben hardwell thanks uh for the european and international coverage you're

00:28:03.760 doing great god bless you thanks very much we'll we'll tune in tomorrow watch you tomorrow morning

00:28:09.420 another day another breaking news story buried they rather talk about anything else than what's

00:28:17.040 really going on it's not because they don't know what's happening the media pundits and talking heads

00:28:21.920 just don't want to pay any attention to it and they particularly don't want you paying any attention

00:28:27.160 to it the real stories you have to look beyond the headlines for them you know the truth is being

00:30:56.260 good morning to you thanks for coming on the show and today last week you will recall we discussed

00:31:02.220 um the biden regime's uh supposed proposals and plans for reforming the supreme court which i think

00:31:12.220 we all why what widely agreed was somewhat of a smokescreen to distract uh the news cycle from a lot of

00:31:21.640 negative uh coverage going their direction however there has been a response from the supreme court

00:31:28.220 uh this morning and justice neil gorsuch himself issued a two-word basically statement and to uh

00:31:37.340 to the democrats be careful right be careful can you um can you just sort of recap what the situation

00:31:43.520 is here um and why these proposals were never going to go anywhere anyway uh justice neil gorsuch my

00:31:52.760 former boss is releasing his new book today called overruled and so you can go buy it online now it's

00:32:00.460 uh it's already uh very popular in the pre-orders and let's make it a new york times bestseller because

00:32:07.520 justice gorsuch talks about the importance of the rule of law in this book and in this book he talks

00:32:14.660 about how we have too many laws in this country and we have laws that are even made up by administrative

00:32:19.480 agencies bureaucrats not through our elected members of congress and it entraps and snails

00:32:25.060 everyday americans we talk in this book he talks about fishermen in florida families in montana

00:32:30.540 monks in louisiana a young internet entrepreneur in massachusetts how they try to navigate this legal

00:32:37.660 maze and they get tripped up in this system and it's a system that's not fair it's not what our founders

00:32:42.920 intended and the whole point of the supreme court of the united states is to protect real americans in

00:32:50.600 real america everyday americans including unpopular americans justice gorsuch talked about

00:32:56.540 how popular americans don't need independent judges they don't need judges with lifetime tenure

00:33:02.780 and pay protection they don't need judges who have to worry about their next jobs popular people

00:33:08.600 for them it doesn't matter it's the unpopular people among us who need independent judges and

00:33:13.820 that's the point that justice gorsuch is making as he's promoting his new book called overruled and

00:33:20.660 the point is is that we need an independent judiciary if we lose the independent judiciary it's going to

00:33:26.320 destroy our country right we the founders understood this very well when when we established this country

00:33:33.000 is to protect the judiciary is to uh is their their main job is to protect us from the government and

00:33:38.960 that includes government's tyranny and anarchy before the failure of government with anarchy you

00:33:45.440 saw this with kamala harris and tem waltz during the blm riots tem waltz the new vp pick the governor

00:33:51.480 of minnesota you had kamala harris bailing out blm writers and tem uh tem waltz encouraging these blm

00:33:58.600 riots even getting the minneapolis mayor to criticize him and it's just that this is what

00:34:02.980 happens when you have government tyranny government anarchy and that's why we need an independent

00:34:08.420 judiciary a strong independent judiciary can i just point out that the overruled i think it's a play of

00:34:16.100 words here it is two separate words right overruled which i thought was it was it was a cute um uh concept

00:34:23.780 yes so we we want an independent judiciary but the but the democrats response to this to the general

00:34:30.060 politicization of the courts not just at the supreme court but below it down but i think

00:34:34.820 like a tide coming in also to the supreme court uh certainly from roe versus wade um onwards the

00:34:42.240 democrats proposals with their their rolling system of two appointments every presidential mandate every

00:34:49.040 four years for for a supreme court i think that you said speculated would then have a

00:34:53.700 about 18 um justices on it not all sort of uh working on it or pronouncing on on the same case

00:35:00.600 any one time it's quite confusing but the oh but the oh the upshot of that mike davis is that would

00:35:05.620 actually be an increasing uh pressure of politicization on america's highest court at the

00:35:12.060 very time that most people would like to see the debate um de-escalating yeah make no mistake about

00:35:19.060 this after president biden and kamala harris tried to bankrupt trump they tried to throw him in prison

00:35:25.120 for life they tried to simply take him off the ballot the supreme court of the united states stepped

00:35:30.560 in and stopped this grotesque overreach by biden and kamala harris so what was biden and kamala harris's

00:35:37.720 response they intentionally underfunded president trump's secret service detail they denied several

00:35:44.420 requests from trump's secret service detail to beef up protection for american president donald trump

00:35:50.320 while kamala harris and joe biden beefed up secret service protection for ukraine president zelinski

00:35:56.240 president biden said to put a bullseye on trump's head and uh what did they think was going to happen

00:36:02.920 and we saw what happened in pennsylvania where president trump almost had his head blown off

00:36:08.320 on national tv when that failed to stop president trump now kamala harris and joe biden

00:36:13.200 are trying to destroy the supreme courts that stopped them this is tyrannical they talk about

00:36:19.020 president trump being a dictator you can't become a bigger dictator than what joe biden and kamala harris

00:36:25.000 are trying to do by trying to destroy the supreme court this is what happens in marxist third world 0.98

00:36:30.740 hellholes like venezuela madura must be blushing down in venezuela watching joe biden and kamala harris 1.00

00:36:37.420 trying to destroy the supreme court that got in their way

00:36:40.340 mike thanks for for coming on the show this morning just one more uh time if you would kindly

00:36:47.700 could you just uh flag up that book of your former boss once again for the warring posse

00:36:52.960 he's going to be very happy because i i'm not getting a cut of this it's called over

00:36:57.940 ruled by neil gorsuch justice neil gorsuch along with my friend and former colleague jane janey

00:37:04.820 nitza his his former law clerk this is a powerful book it talks about how the the law our legal system

00:37:12.180 is rigged against real americans and real american you can order it today go into any of your bookstores

00:37:18.040 today it releases today let's make it a new york times bestseller and your own contacts article

00:37:25.820 three project.org article number three project.org you can donate there you can take action there you

00:37:31.780 can follow us on social media and thank you very much ben for being the next man up today

00:37:36.940 mike davis thanks very much uh to your good self for coming on the show today catch up with you again

00:37:42.400 soon god bless um okay let's quickly go because we heard dave bratt right just a few moments ago with

00:37:50.000 what i called a magisterial synthesis uh as he discussed the collapse in the markets the collapse

00:37:56.160 in the economy and what that actually means for real working americans uh i hope you flagged up that

00:38:03.200 there was someone talking who was in absolute command of the subject we're going to have a compare and

00:38:10.220 contrast now denver if you would if you wouldn't mind what else are you going to do to fix this problem

00:38:17.140 with inflation all right thank you well let's start with this

00:38:20.720 prices have gone up and families and individuals are dealing with the realities of of that bread costs

00:38:37.140 more that gas costs more and we have to understand what that means that's about the cost of living

00:38:43.720 going up that's about having to stress and stretch limited resources that's about a source of stress

00:38:52.440 for families that is not only economic but is on a daily level something that is a heavy weight to carry

00:38:59.260 so it is something that we take very seriously very seriously and we know from the history of this

00:39:05.380 issue in the united states that when you see these prices go up it has a direct impact on the quality

00:39:11.620 of life for all people in our country so it's a big issue and we take it seriously and it is a priority

00:39:18.440 therefore

00:39:18.860 oh my lord um compare and contrast with with dave that that's all i can say on getter i call your 0.95

00:39:31.660 vice president um an incompetent um cackling hyena um politics aside you know we do have democrats we 0.59

00:39:42.960 do have progressives listening to the showtime put the let's put the debate the rancor just to one 0.97

00:39:49.780 side for for a moment that is the person that you that the democrats have chosen to to lead the nation

00:39:56.060 and therefore also the economy for the next four years um and that is you as dave buck was saying

00:40:00.880 we're talking about your job your earnings your the purchasing power of your salary your your savings

00:40:08.240 your retirement in the hands of a woman who has literally zero zero idea literally zero idea what 1.00

00:40:16.280 she's talking about she even had to look at her notes on that she uh in a 60 minute response had no

00:40:21.960 idea what she was saying um and that is your future and your children's future and your

00:40:26.940 grandchildren's future in the hands of a woman who has zero idea what she's talking about okay um 1.00

00:40:34.160 josh hammer hammer time here on the war room josh hammer good morning to you good morning um let's

00:40:40.740 talk a little bit about she's picked tim waltz from minnesota we'll have mike lindell on um shortly to

00:40:47.780 discuss the the minnesotan view on on on the governor there what's your first take on this

00:40:53.840 however do you think it's going to affect her standing in the polls this is going to have a blip

00:40:58.720 uh on her results right now how might this affect the dynamic in the campaign of the next four months

00:41:04.400 or might it not affect the campaign whatsoever yeah i i think it's probably not going to have a

00:41:10.480 massive effect in the polling that would be my best guess but to the extent that it will have an

00:41:15.360 effect i think it's going to hurt her i think this is definitely an unforced error and you you won't

00:41:19.200 necessarily see that in the national horse race polling but you definitely will see when you start

00:41:23.040 looking at the state by state electoral college projections look she had a fairly perfect candidate

00:41:28.860 to choose on paper in in josh shapiro the governor of the commonwealth of pennsylvania he is very popular

00:41:35.140 there in pennsylvania i'm not saying he's a moderate guy he is not he he is basically just as liberal as

00:41:41.360 any of the rest of them but he nonetheless has high favorabilities there he won statewide in 2022 over

00:41:46.800 doug mastriano by a very large margin pennsylvania in the 2024 election is really battleground ground

00:41:53.500 zero so she she had the perfect candidate there she she's enrolling the candidate later today in 1.00

00:41:58.120 philadelphia literally josh shapiro's hometown so my very first thought then is the fact that the heckler's

00:42:04.760 veto from the hamas hezbollah wing of the democratic party seems to have worked the democratic party

00:42:10.820 elites are terrified they are terrified of the kafia clad radicals in dearborn michigan the people 1.00

00:42:17.060 protesting chanting from the river to the sea death to jews death to christians death to america death to

00:42:23.180 western civilization they are terrified of their own radical left-wing base and the very key point here

00:42:28.480 i think that that's important for the war room posse here to understand the hamas hezbollah wing that

00:42:34.500 the democratic elite has just capitulated to in not choosing josh shapiro it's the exact same wing

00:42:40.520 from the black lives matter antifa rioters there in the summer of 2020 it's the exact same ring

00:42:45.420 from the women's march anarchists who vandalized and looted in washington washington dc the day after

00:42:51.420 trump's inauguration back in january 2017 it was literally the first instance the second instance

00:42:57.080 and the third instance the exact same people time and time again the democratic party at this point

00:43:01.300 is essentially completely completely in the thrall of in the very mall of in the throat of their far left

00:43:08.880 street thug wing and it is appalling that we have reached this point but i think that's the only

00:43:13.400 explanation ben because tim walls adds nothing to this ticket whatsoever from what i can tell at

00:43:18.380 least josh shapiro would have added something josh i'll give you my take on this in two minutes after

00:43:23.620 the break that's why she didn't go for josh shapiro americans spend billions on supplements every year

00:43:30.460 hoping they'll make up for poor diet or help us avoid serious health problems later if you trust

00:43:37.380 supplements for your health know that harvard health found zero evidence they work none zero

00:43:43.300 so what works what can make you healthier now and later is a daily diet rich in fruits and vegetables

00:43:51.220 field of greens was created by doctors for people who don't always eat right field of greens is not a

00:43:57.860 supplement let me repeat this field of greens is not a supplement it's real organic whole fruits and

00:44:04.000 veggies in a delicious daily drink but unlike the others each fruit and veggie in field of greens was

00:44:09.980 medically selected to support your vital organs there's a heart health group a liver and kidney

00:44:16.520 function group metabolism and healthy weight and so on and so on and so on and only field of greens is

00:44:23.580 backed by a better health promise just add field of greens to your daily routine and at your next checkup

00:44:30.320 your doctor will notice your improved health or your money back let me repeat that you take field of

00:44:36.720 greens to your daily routine and at your next checkup your doctor will notice your improved health or will

00:44:42.880 give you your money back visit field of greens.com and use promo code bannon for 15 off and free shipping

00:44:50.260 that's promo code bannon at field of greens.com government gangsters are the group of individuals

00:44:57.320 career bureaucrats who have been installed by what we call the deep state into every agency and department

00:45:04.320 in the united states government had donald trump not won in 2016 he would not have exposed the flank of the deep state

00:45:11.140 and their weapon of choice the two-tier system of justice from russia gate to hunter biden's laptop to joe biden's

00:45:16.780 classified documents case to january 6 to the 51 intel letter and everything in between we would never have learned that

00:45:22.680 these people are dangerous and vindictive learning from their mistakes and perfecting ways to hide their

00:45:28.260 corruption it is finally time for a straightforward assessment of the state of our nation

00:45:36.420 you

00:45:52.680 welcome back um josh i'll tell you i'll speculate the reason i think carmel harris didn't go for josh

00:46:02.040 shapiro i think he's too ambitious not too ambitious um i think from her point of view she she's probably

00:46:09.980 um responding with a certain degree of weakness with regards to her own position her own position

00:46:15.620 vis-a-vis the democratic party post november if she loses uh josh shapiro is widely considered to be a

00:46:23.700 pretty ambitious fellow just as she is and i think you know i i don't think tim waltz will talk to

00:46:29.420 mike lindell shortly i don't think he's a man considered to be dripping with charisma uh so i think

00:46:34.840 from her perspective this is before the market's downturns and all the rest of it from from from her

00:46:40.200 reasoning her perspective um tim waltz was a safe pick for her uh that didn't represent any threats

00:46:49.440 yeah i i think that's actually probably very well said ben i mean look you even had josh

00:46:56.520 shapiro's own home state rival john fetterman who was leaking i mean he was so ostentatiously

00:47:01.880 leaking it frankly might as well have been an official pr release i mean it might as well just have said

00:47:06.240 you know fetterman opposes josh shapiro because of allegations of ruthless ambition and you know

00:47:11.560 the fact that josh shapiro i mean just on friday at this press conference did it did a total 180

00:47:16.180 on this op-ed that he wrote in college about the israeli-palestinian conflict he pulled the 180

00:47:21.380 on that he was just like oh i was 20 years old who cares i mean he's clearly someone who was willing

00:47:26.040 to say and do anything just to advance his rise of the democratic party totem pole we saw that as well

00:47:31.860 with school vouchers which he allegedly supported and then came out opposed to after the

00:47:36.200 teachers union said that they were opposed to it so he he's a very ruthless career politician no

00:47:41.380 doubt about that just as gavin newsom and so many of these others are tim walls is is it is an attempt

00:47:46.540 at a do no harm candidate unfortunately for democrats tim walls did a lot of harm in the summer of 2020

00:47:53.120 when he was the arsonist frankly with the entire saint george floyd you know summer of love riots

00:47:59.340 those riots that spread nationwide and to an extent even internationally in the summer of 2020

00:48:04.160 they started right there of course in minneapolis and tim walls was there all along egging it on

00:48:09.500 doing absolutely nothing encouraging it if anything so the kamala harris tim walls ticket

00:48:14.480 then if anything this is the ticket of the black lives matter and tifa riots of the summer of 2020

00:48:20.600 it creates a golden opportunity i think for the trump vans ticket to run as the party of civilizational

00:48:25.840 sanity and pro-law enforcement and law and order i i for one personally hope that they run on that and

00:48:31.440 take that opportunity yeah um i always i'm always grateful for an opportunity on this show to bring

00:48:38.680 up those those riots uh those mostly peaceful protests um also because there's a great illustration

00:48:45.820 that the feds did very little when uh when the left was attacking were attacking government buildings

00:48:52.100 burning courthouses and all the rest of it and of course the moment anything takes place in washington

00:48:56.860 dc versus the temple of democracy then you see an absolutely different perspective um and it's the

00:49:04.620 same thing in the uk right now by the way josh i don't know if you're following this the riots going

00:49:08.460 out again getting out of hand in in the uk you've got courts convening now 24 hours a day um which is

00:49:15.540 something you know because they people coming out writing letters of the time saying you need to have

00:49:20.300 five-year sentences given straight away to all these protesters no one said a peep of course judge when we

00:49:26.660 had our own equivalent of of of the blm protest and you had statues being pulled down not a peep um

00:49:33.680 because obviously the left are allowed to come out and to protest against the government the right

00:49:37.940 they're never allowed to do that there's there's a fundamental disequality which reminds me of

00:49:42.280 something we heard in the very beginning of this show so uh one msnbc talking head coming out talk

00:49:47.880 saying that the threat about donald trump was that he might imprison uh his political opposition

00:49:53.440 um and hit i hit them with tax audits um and you're just thinking is is this just a solely an

00:50:00.600 exercise in gaslighting um or or do they think that we're not appreciating the the double standards

00:50:07.600 here uh of course they're threatening donald trump who never did any of these things in his first term

00:50:11.980 they are accusing and fear-mongering that donald trump might do in a second time exactly what joe biden

00:50:17.240 himself is doing and has done in his term and of course there's no kickback from them okay so um so

00:50:25.580 so you don't see a particular because obviously what we're interested in now um in the next few days is

00:50:30.160 whether there's going to be a blip in carmela's fortunes you're you're you're not uh having appointed

00:50:36.620 um tim waltz in minnesota governor there as her winning mate so you're not foreseeing any particular

00:50:43.240 movement on the needle with regards to this nomination this is important i think um at least

00:50:49.120 at this stage in the campaign yeah i i bet i i would be absolutely shocked i mean tim waltz you

00:50:54.520 know even for people like myself who cover this thing day in day out is a somewhat obscure politician

00:51:00.060 he manages to fly largely under the radar now he's enacted a very transformative progressive left-wing

00:51:06.000 agenda in minnesota you know he has a legislature that he basically fully controls you know you know

00:51:11.580 in many ways he has done to minnesota what some of the other conservative right-wing governors across

00:51:16.260 america have done to their states he has really kind of transformed minnesota into a bastion of 0.60

00:51:20.460 of left-wing socialist anti-american values but he's managed to do so in a way that that somehow does not

00:51:27.020 really get him a lot of attention i i say that because i think his name id is actually relatively

00:51:31.320 low as far as all the people that kamala harris could have possibly chosen to be to be her running

00:51:36.520 mate and i i just don't see it i mean i don't see what kind of boost this could possibly provide

00:51:42.040 you know minnesota is a state that has not voted for the republican party at the presidential level

00:51:46.100 in quite literally decades it is it is a very safe state there so maybe they takes it out of play i mean

00:51:52.640 maybe there was some chance that the jd vance pick could have put it in play for the trump campaign

00:51:56.500 but the much more important point is that this makes pennsylvania very much in play once again if they

00:52:01.700 if they had actually picked josh shapiro i do fear that have potential at least to take pennsylvania

00:52:06.820 off the table that is clearly not the case now they are very much willing to capitulate to their 0.60

00:52:11.660 hamas wing at the expense of keeping pennsylvania in play i think it's a very dumb decision by them but

00:52:16.300 i know that i am personally happy for it i i'm looking forward to the vice presidential debates now

00:52:21.640 between these two i think jd vance is is gonna wipe the floor with timbers uh senior editor at large
