Bannon's War Room - Episode 3846： The Left Deems MAGA Illiterate

00:00:00.000 Someone should have told Donald Trump that the president's job under Article 2 of the

00:00:05.400 Constitution — someone should have told Donald Trump.

00:00:14.280 Donald Trump would be able to weaponize the Department of Justice to go after his political

00:00:20.480 opponents.

00:00:22.040 He could even turn the FBI into his own personal police force.

00:00:30.640 That is not how it works in America.

00:00:36.040 That's how it works in dictatorships.

00:00:45.220 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:00:49.980 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.

00:00:54.580 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:00:59.340 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:01:01.300 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:01:02.700 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop

00:01:05.140 it.

00:01:06.140 It's going to happen.

00:01:07.140 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:01:10.060 Mega Media.

00:01:11.060 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:01:17.060 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:01:20.660 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:01:26.420 War Room.

00:01:27.420 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:01:29.700 Banff.

00:01:30.700 Welcome to the War Room.

00:01:37.700 It's Natalie G.

00:01:38.720 Winters hosting today, Tuesday, August 20th, in the year of our Lord 2024.

00:01:44.720 Honored to be coming at you live from Palm Beach, Florida.

00:01:48.500 Like I said, I'll be in D.C. later this week.

00:01:50.380 We're trying to track down Julie Kelly.

00:01:53.080 The studio is going to let me know when we have her up.

00:01:55.580 Until then, you guys saw that cold open question at its finest, if I've ever seen it, which

00:02:01.220 I guess is fitting if you're hosting the DNC in the city of Chicago.

00:02:06.200 After all, it's Saul Alinsky who came up with accuse your enemy of what you're guilty of.

00:02:12.100 And I think Jamie Raskin, for all the years that he's spent bloviating about lawfare and

00:02:17.760 how much of a threat to that very coveted word democracy President Donald Trump is, when the

00:02:23.480 teleprompter went out, you didn't really have much to say because I think everything you

00:02:28.020 say is scripted.

00:02:28.860 I don't know, but you guys here in the War Room, we're not scripted because what we're

00:02:31.660 telling you is the truth.

00:02:33.300 We don't need consultants and pundits and all the executives at the mainstream media telling

00:02:37.920 us what we need our talkers to be.

00:02:41.040 But there is a breaking news story that I'd wanted to get into until we get Julie Kelly

00:02:44.560 up, which we'll discuss later in the show with Mike Benz.

00:02:48.220 But it has to do with a group that you guys know I've done a lot of investigative reporting

00:02:52.180 into, that is EcoHealth Alliance, the New York-based nonprofit that received taxpayer dollars,

00:02:58.400 your taxpayer dollars, a la Anthony Fauci, to fund gain-of-function research at the Wuhan

00:03:02.720 Institute of Virology.

00:03:03.880 Now, you may remember the grand display that you saw bipartisan lawmakers have because they

00:03:10.160 disbarred them from receiving federal funding.

00:03:12.440 But there's breaking news just coming out yesterday that EcoHealth Alliance is still receiving your

00:03:17.860 taxpayer dollars to fund research on pandemic-causing pathogens.

00:03:21.960 Again, a perfect example, not just of the regime protecting its own, but the real buried lead

00:03:26.340 in, I think, smoking gun.

00:03:27.460 With this entire story is that one of the grants that is a $3 million grant that they're still

00:03:32.860 funding is housed at, you guessed it, Georgetown University, the same place where Anthony Fauci

00:03:38.080 went running to after we kicked him out of NIAID.

00:03:42.020 No conspiracies, no coincidences.

00:03:44.340 Someone else who I'm sure knows very well, no conspiracies, no coincidences, is Julie Kelly,

00:03:49.900 who I believe joins us now.

00:03:52.640 Julie, I believe, yes, you're up.

00:03:54.600 Okay, I know you had some breaking news on your Twitter today walking us through how the findings

00:04:00.140 coming out of the Secret Service kind of covering up their missing text messages, how it's not

00:04:05.560 looking good.

00:04:06.640 Can you walk us through the latest on that front?

00:04:09.940 Sure, Natalie.

00:04:10.820 Thanks for having me on.

00:04:11.960 So there are records that appear to confirm what I reported on a few weeks ago.

00:04:18.000 I think you and I talked about this, is that not only did the Secret Service and top DHS

00:04:24.080 officials, of course, the Secret Service is under the purview of the Department of Homeland

00:04:29.900 Security.

00:04:30.500 Not only did they delete those text messages, the Secret Service text messages belonging to

00:04:37.740 at least 24 Secret Service officials, including the director at the time, including Kimberly

00:04:43.260 Cheadle, who was on the Protective Services Bureau on January 6th.

00:04:48.140 They wiped all of those phones, Natalie.

00:04:51.060 They tried to keep that from the DHS Inspector General, Joseph Kofari, who was investigating, wanting

00:04:57.540 those texts, and they had to fess up and say those texts were gone.

00:05:02.980 But also records demonstrate that DHS and Secret Service tried to prevent Joseph Kofari, who was

00:05:11.080 investigating the Secret Service's role on January 6th, tried to prevent him from accessing

00:05:16.580 all of their emails and other correspondence related to January 6th.

00:05:22.540 And then, of course, Natalie, as I think you and I also talked about, and I hinted at this

00:05:28.060 a few weeks ago, but other records confirm that Secretary Mayorkas wanted the, get this,

00:05:38.540 the entire report, investigation, the findings that Joseph Kofari came up with, wanted the entire

00:05:45.200 report redacted before it was released to the public.

00:05:48.880 But we would have gotten a, you know, I think it was a hundred and some odd page report.

00:05:54.920 It's only the title available.

00:05:57.340 Everything else was going to be redacted.

00:06:00.040 Furthermore, DHS wanted partial redactions to the report that went to Congress.

00:06:07.140 Now, of course, you know, top DHS officials should not have any involvement in independent inquiry

00:06:16.940 into their own department's handling of anything.

00:06:20.380 Here, they really tried to prevent Kofari from getting the records.

00:06:23.640 The text messages are gone.

00:06:25.440 Then reject the entire report.

00:06:27.920 And I think once that, that news started to go public, Natalie, and DHS pulled back, allowed

00:06:34.020 the report to be released to the public with some redactions.

00:06:37.920 But we're also going to keep fighting those redactions because we're entitled to know everything

00:06:42.440 the inspector general found about this now.

00:06:46.380 Unfortunately, this trustful, pretty corrupt agency seek service and what, what he found out

00:06:54.040 about what they did on January 6th.

00:06:56.840 I mean, the redactions are so in your face, but I think there's sort of a, a broader, almost

00:07:01.760 systemic cover-up going on.

00:07:03.940 In other words, every time you come on this program, it's not like you're here to report

00:07:07.800 the, you know, talking points that are diligently being provided to you by DHS or FBI.

00:07:12.580 We're kind of getting lucky by being able to piece a lot of this together.

00:07:16.680 How does that sort of square, I think, with this narrative that, you know, MAGA and all

00:07:20.660 these right-wing extremists are being, you know, progressively radicalized and becoming

00:07:24.720 conspiracy theorists, but they're not giving us insight, right, into any of these investigations.

00:07:29.660 How do they sort of reconcile those competing narratives?

00:07:33.960 Well, because by the time we get our facts out and we've been called conspiracy theorists

00:07:39.100 for years, which, of course, those of us who have called January 6th an inside job, those

00:07:45.980 of us who questioned, were very suspicious about all of a sudden these missing text messages

00:07:51.440 from January 5th and 6th, that were deleted on Joe Biden's watch.

00:07:57.140 It did not happen when Donald Trump was still in office.

00:08:00.300 The purge of these texts happened started to begin late January and ran for several weeks

00:08:05.980 as all of these phones were wiped.

00:08:08.780 About the investigation went to look at not only Donald Trump's speech at the Ellipse and

00:08:13.980 the Secret Service presence and role there, Capitol protests as well.

00:08:18.720 And then the big scandal, the so-called pipe bomb, found outside the DNC on January 6th, where

00:08:27.040 Kamala Harris so inexplicably went up to Capitol that morning and went to the DNC and stayed there 0.99

00:08:33.620 until she was evacuated after about one o'clock.

00:08:37.400 What are they hiding, Natalie?

00:08:39.560 And then later today, Representative Barry Loudermilk, who is head of the subcommittee looking into

00:08:46.460 January 6th and the January 6th Select Committee, and Senator Charles Grassley wrote a letter to

00:08:52.580 Mayorkas finding a full accounting of the H.S. Secret Service's stonewalling of the Kafari

00:08:59.700 investigation and expressing concern, rightfully so, he also will thwart an internal investigation into the

00:09:08.380 attempted assassination of Donald Trump on July 13th.

00:09:11.840 So this is a developing, unraveling scandal, not just the pipe bomb, the service text, but now you have

00:09:20.320 that Senator Grassley, I think, very deep concerns, and I think on behalf of all of us at the H.S. and

00:09:28.220 Secret Service will not cooperate in any investigation of what happened on July 13th.

00:09:34.960 You also had some interesting kind of buried leads in the impeachment report that House Republicans

00:09:40.580 put out not too long ago, how it all sort of links to just interagency cover-up, Hunter Biden's,

00:09:46.520 you know, ties to this intricate web. Can you walk the audience through that, too?

00:09:52.400 So it also did confirm, Natalie, that D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves, who was appointed by Joe Biden,

00:09:59.800 he was the one who refused to cooperate with Special Counsel David Weiss when he brought

00:10:05.620 recommendations to charge Hunter Biden for tax crimes committed in Washington in 2014 and 2015.

00:10:12.260 That was further confirmation of Matthew Graves. Now, I'll have a big piece on Matthew Graves, Natalie,

00:10:18.400 because here's a terrifying thought. If Mala Harris wins, there is a very good chance that Matthew Graves,

00:10:25.040 who has been rounding up J6ers since he got into that office on November 2021, 1.00

00:10:30.640 Natalie, his first act after he was confirmed by the Senate was to charge CNN for contempt of Congress.

00:10:37.660 That's the very first thing that Matthew Graves did in office. Since then, he's rounded up.

00:10:43.920 Now, the caseload is 1,500 J6ers. Of course, he brought criminal charges against Peter Navarro. 1.00

00:10:51.080 His wife is a very influential nonprofit, radical nonprofit in Washington. She is extremely close

00:10:58.420 with Kamala Harris. And also, Matthew Graves and Doug Emhoff worked in law firm before Doug Emhoff had to

00:11:09.200 leave after Kamala Harris won, not won, took the vice presidency. Sorry. So there's a very good chance

00:11:15.520 that this out-of-control prosecutor who protected the Bidens, but continues to try to punish Trump

00:11:21.900 supporters, voters, and his closest associates. He could very well take over the DOJ in the horrifying

00:11:29.260 prospect of Kamala Harris winning the election in November.

00:11:35.900 Julie, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with everything that you're working on.

00:11:40.460 Your Twitter feed is always on fire. Where can they go to do that?

00:11:44.960 Thanks, Natalie. My Twitter is Julie underscore Kelly, too, where I do post a lot of breaking news,

00:11:49.900 court documents, etc. My work can be found at my sub-staff, declassified with Julie Kelly. And

00:11:55.620 also, I write for real, clear investigations. And I have several pieces up about the DNC pipe bomb

00:12:01.780 and also Matthew Graves, as well. Julie, thank you so much for joining us. As always,

00:12:07.500 we'll have you back on soon. For sure. Thanks, Natalie. Of course.

00:12:13.380 Warren Posse, you guys know we came out, I would say, on fire against the House impeachment report

00:12:19.000 that they dropped yesterday. Oh, I don't know, about two, three, four years late with evidence

00:12:23.880 that, frankly, they didn't even gather. They copy and pasted from independent media outlets

00:12:28.600 that we've been telling you here in the war room for years. We were, of course, I think crowned the

00:12:32.920 top spread of misinformation by the New York Times for saying so. But they're sort of running cover,

00:12:38.100 running a barrage of op-eds in various conservative news outlets today, saying that if we let Joe Biden

00:12:44.800 get away with these crimes, that we're setting a bad precedent on the global stage, that we're

00:12:50.100 allowing global corruption to continue to proliferate. Now, of course, I immediately thought

00:12:55.040 of Ukraine. But I agree with that framing. I agree with that take. But I think the issue there,

00:13:01.780 the variable that we need to focus on is House Republicans, right? They're the ones who are

00:13:06.000 fundamentally unserious. They're the ones who are not taking this impeachment inquiry seriously.

00:13:10.180 You've seen it with the witnesses they've called, or frankly, not called. You saw it with the

00:13:13.720 whistleblower we had on this show last week talking about how this is pervasive among all the so-called 0.64

00:13:18.900 investigative committees that they have going on up on Capitol Hill, which frankly have produced

00:13:24.040 absolutely nothing in terms of actual results. I know we're used to Fox News setting the goalposts

00:13:29.860 for what accountability looks like. And accountability may look like a strongly worded letter or a harshly

00:13:34.540 worded tweet or a nice viral media clip. We're not living in the Fox News controlled opposition media

00:13:39.260 days anymore. You have the war room. You have actual MAGA grassroots patriots who

00:13:43.500 worked hard, gave you their money to send you to Congress to actually do something, to not betray

00:13:50.420 Gowdy light. I mean, the Benghazi committee makes what these people are looking, people are doing, look

00:13:55.300 like child's play. It's absolutely ridiculous. And these House Republicans that have the nerve, 0.97

00:14:01.220 like Speaker Johnson tweeting over the weekend, oh, another illegal alien was allowed to enter this country

00:14:06.940 who had, you know, 20 plus convictions of murder and gang rape, whatever. Yeah, do something about it. They want to

00:14:13.860 blame it on Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. I'm all for the talking points, but you guys have have

00:14:19.780 responsibility too. We didn't elect you to just tweet angrily about people that we frankly didn't even elect, Joe

00:14:26.640 Biden and Kamala Harris. We certainly didn't elect you to put out strongly worded letters when patriots are being

00:14:32.300 rounded up, sent to prison, Steve Bannon included. And you guys just want to send out a letter that's

00:14:39.000 292 pages, three years too late. I don't think that cuts it. And we're not going to give up on that fight

00:14:45.120 because there are serious crimes that have been committed and we've seen them have policy based

00:14:49.160 ramifications to this day. Look no further than Ukraine and look at the southern border. We're going to drill down

00:14:54.580 on everything immigration and the DNC after this short break.

00:14:59.480 The elites are getting desperate. They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own

00:15:05.040 Orwellian purposes. Their goal? To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank

00:15:11.180 digital currencies, which they control. Imagine your every purchase being called into question,

00:15:17.340 your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country. This is not the America we want,

00:15:22.800 but it is the America they want to create. Fortunately, you can fight back. I believe

00:15:28.400 owning gold is the best solution. Why? Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings. Plus,

00:15:35.220 with a gold IRA from Birch Gold, you can move your IRA or 401k into physical gold without paying

00:15:41.900 any taxes or penalties. To learn more, get a free info kit by going to birchgold.com slash Bannon.

00:15:48.660 That's birchgold.com slash Bannon. Birch Gold is the only gold company I trust to help patriots defend their savings.

00:15:56.840 Let me repeat that. Birch Gold Group is the only gold company I trust to help patriots defend their savings.

00:16:04.020 So take a stand right now. Go to birchgold.com slash Bannon and get your free info kit on gold IRA.

00:16:12.240 My choice. In my perfect world, every Republican is out of the country and all the immigrants come in. 1.00

00:16:18.060 That's what I want. It's never going to happen. That's what I want.

00:16:20.380 But we're all immigrants. We all came from somewhere else.

00:16:22.360 Right. Right. So.

00:16:24.200 Kamala and I are committed to strengthening legal immigration.

00:16:27.960 Maybe a Freudian slip or maybe just saying the quiet part out loud.

00:16:32.020 I think Biden has overseen probably the largest mass invasion, not wave of immigration or whatever

00:16:36.740 euphemistic spin they want to put on it in this country's history and make no mistake.

00:16:42.180 The worst part of it isn't even what's happening now.

00:16:44.080 It's what's going to happen after, no matter who wins the presidency, because they're going to push,

00:16:49.020 as you know, I think probably the favorite word in all of Washington, D.C. is amnesty, amnesty, amnesty.

00:16:53.800 That or a bipartisan comprehensive immigration reform.

00:16:57.160 If you ever hear that, you should be really spooked.

00:16:59.900 Someone who has heard that word probably way too often, he was, of course, a senior advisor to President Trump

00:17:05.000 on all things domestic policy, holding the line on everything trade, immigration, all the fights that matter

00:17:11.800 in a post-Trump America, I would say, is Theo Wold, also now at the Claremont Institute.

00:17:16.620 Theo, we're walking through some of the radical, truly radical, for all the times I've ever said that,

00:17:21.600 I think it's been an understatement, immigration policy proposals coming out of the DNC codified in their platform

00:17:26.720 just yesterday. Can you walk the audience through this U.S. Citizenship Act and just how truly scary

00:17:32.700 and threatening it is?

00:17:34.680 Yeah, certainly. Thanks for having me on, Natalie.

00:17:37.060 I think, I mean, really, to start, it's impossible to understate how radical the Democrats' policy platform

00:17:44.160 announced in this 92-page document really is.

00:17:47.420 And the best place to understand the radicalism is to look at the immigration policy parts of the platform.

00:17:52.940 As you said, they're embracing wholeheartedly the Citizenship Act.

00:17:57.000 That was a bill proposed by House Democrats unanimously, and it does, among other things,

00:18:02.460 among other things. I'm just going to give you the top slices here.

00:18:06.020 15.5 million illegal aliens who entered unlawfully under President Biden will be getting citizenship.

00:18:12.360 Okay, number one. Number two, they'll be giving free housing, free health care,

00:18:16.920 free legal representation to unlawfully entered illegal aliens.

00:18:21.980 And then they do these other things, like this really strange Orwellian phrase they use.

00:18:26.780 They got any mention of illegal aliens or unlawful entry from the Immigration and Naturalization Act.

00:18:32.500 And instead, they use this term, a prospective lawful immigrant.

00:18:38.120 A legally present prospective immigrant is repeated throughout the bill.

00:18:42.700 Essentially, what they're trying to do is eliminate any distinction between citizens and foreign nationals.

00:18:47.220 And they do that in a variety of ways, including expediting the ability of illegal aliens to receive green cards

00:18:53.080 and also wiping away criminal misconduct.

00:18:55.640 So, as you know, under current law, if you have a felony or a series of misdemeanors,

00:19:00.340 you're ineligible to change your status if you're here illegally.

00:19:03.860 Or even if you were to marry an American citizen, you cannot move into a different status category.

00:19:08.640 This bill would change all of that.

00:19:10.360 So, even if you're a violent offender, you will be eligible for U.S. citizenship.

00:19:14.280 And then here's the kicker, the part that I think a lot of Americans will just absolutely find totally shocking,

00:19:20.280 is they will pay for, using U.S. taxpayer dollars,

00:19:23.620 to go and collect illegal aliens who were removed from the country

00:19:27.220 and sent to their home countries of origin and bring them back to the United States 0.99

00:19:31.600 so that those illegal aliens can also be made citizens.

00:19:34.620 This bill is not just an amnesty.

00:19:37.240 This isn't the 1986 Reagan amnesty.

00:19:39.240 This is a fundamental, radical remaking of the United States.

00:19:43.940 No, it's so in your face.

00:19:45.540 I mean, it's effectively dissolving the sovereignty of this country.

00:19:49.560 And just from your perspective, again, like I said,

00:19:51.640 as someone who has been in these rooms hearing the negotiations,

00:19:54.600 how it goes down about immigration policy,

00:19:56.900 you know, from your kind of vantage point,

00:19:58.740 is this Democrats pandering to sort of the, you know,

00:20:01.100 new wave of illegal immigrant vote or the, you know,

00:20:03.800 one of feel-good liberals within their party?

00:20:06.080 Or is this something darker that sort of represents just an unrecognizable shift

00:20:11.080 that the Democratic Party has taken that is just fundamentally anti-American?

00:20:17.460 Yeah, I think it's the latter, actually.

00:20:19.480 I mean, I've seen these negotiations.

00:20:21.500 And I think, you know, where the former point is,

00:20:24.340 is this just, you know, the typical bargaining positioning of the Democrat Party

00:20:27.700 vis-a-vis weak Republicans who, you know, for all intents and purposes,

00:20:31.320 want to give on amnesty, but their base won't allow them?

00:20:33.980 I think some of that's at play.

00:20:35.080 But really what this is about, go and read the 92-page policy document

00:20:38.780 that Democrats unveiled.

00:20:40.040 It really is like a witch's brew, right, of Marxist economic theory,

00:20:44.580 of feminist and queer theory targeting families and children,

00:20:48.160 and then of this open borders policy that really wants to wipe away

00:20:52.080 any distinction between a tax-paying American citizen

00:20:55.380 entitled to the full protection and the privileges of the law,

00:20:58.420 and foreign nationals who may come from any corner of the globe,

00:21:01.300 but suddenly the Democrats want to make eligible for every benefit,

00:21:05.280 every privilege, every right under the Constitution.

00:21:07.800 It is a fundamentally radical view.

00:21:10.680 And here's the thing.

00:21:11.380 We talk about this all the time.

00:21:12.700 Year after year, we'll say,

00:21:14.040 oh, well, you know, the Democrats want to fundamentally,

00:21:16.800 radically remake America.

00:21:18.640 Here it is, folks.

00:21:19.860 They wrote it down for you.

00:21:21.280 They put it in writing how they plan to do it.

00:21:23.740 And the question is, do Republicans have the will,

00:21:26.280 the political will, to stop this?

00:21:28.860 And this amnesty fight is something that I think always comes up,

00:21:32.640 and it seems like Republicans always fail to lack a spine or a backbone

00:21:36.640 or anything resembling that on those issues.

00:21:39.540 You know, even, say, President Trump wins, right?

00:21:42.440 We still have a massive, massive crisis ahead of us,

00:21:45.920 not just in terms of wrangling rhinos,

00:21:48.080 but just logistically dealing with, you know,

00:21:50.140 10-plus million people who are here.

00:21:52.740 And the Democrats are already admitting that they want to give them citizenship.

00:21:55.700 You were on the show just last week talking about how they're giving them,

00:21:58.620 you know, full citizenship rights, including, you know,

00:22:01.160 most importantly, the right to vote just in time for the election.

00:22:04.900 But just sort of walk the audience through the feasibility of mass deportations.

00:22:10.540 And is that really the only solution for this, or is there any other way?

00:22:14.240 No, I mean, I think, so the feasibility question, I think,

00:22:19.000 is probably the wrong place to start the discussion right now.

00:22:22.360 The real place to start is to say, what do we mean when we say mass deportations?

00:22:28.180 Does that just mean, like, a handful of convicted rapists or child sex offenders?

00:22:33.120 Or does it mean a couple of cartel agents or drug dealers?

00:22:36.160 Or does it mean mass?

00:22:37.900 Do we mean the 15 million people who the Biden administration

00:22:41.460 and their co-belligerents in the far left encouraged to come across

00:22:46.240 through the Darien Gap who provided resources, food, water, maps, GPS services,

00:22:51.100 to get them into the country?

00:22:52.480 Do we really mean it when we say mass deportations to remove all of those individuals,

00:22:58.840 anyone who is here unlawfully?

00:23:01.300 And I think that's the real debate even happening right now

00:23:04.620 in closed-door sessions among Republican lawmakers,

00:23:06.960 is can we just buy off a few more, you know, Republican voters

00:23:10.440 by using this term mass, and what we really mean is just a few thousand people here and there?

00:23:14.220 Or are American citizens going to demand, no, no, no, no, no.

00:23:17.220 When we say mass, we mean the tens of millions of people

00:23:20.260 who are here unlawfully, illegally, and the Democrats intend to make voting citizens.

00:23:24.940 We want them removed.

00:23:26.280 And then, you know, on the feasibility question,

00:23:28.140 I think one thing that has not been explored,

00:23:30.100 and I think, you know, it's obviously important to be discreet

00:23:32.480 in these kinds of conversations,

00:23:34.240 is to not give an advantage to the far left or the Democrat AGs

00:23:37.620 who are trying to litigate these questions,

00:23:39.140 but there's a lot of tools now technologically that we didn't have,

00:23:43.120 you know, 10 or 15 years ago to ensure that, you know,

00:23:46.600 illegal aliens who are here using social services, 0.73

00:23:50.300 using emergency rooms don't have access to the largesse

00:23:53.800 of the American taxpayers.

00:23:55.140 So a great example of this is in Florida.

00:23:57.460 They required hospitals to start verifying status,

00:24:01.640 citizenship or resident status,

00:24:03.480 before they, you know, delivered free health care in emergency rooms.

00:24:07.560 And lo and behold, a lot of migrants stopped showing up at hospitals

00:24:12.080 asking for free health care.

00:24:13.820 And I think those are the kinds of tools that we can use

00:24:16.320 to discourage illegal aliens from getting a free ride here in the United States 1.00

00:24:20.020 and really sending home this message that the border is closed.

00:24:23.300 The border is closed and it's time to go home.

00:24:24.920 The DNC is, of course, making a huge display and show of, you know,

00:24:30.680 Republicans for Harris, all the washed up D.C.-based lobbyists,

00:24:35.500 consultant hacks, a lot of them,

00:24:37.100 with ties to the Chinese Communist Party because, of course.

00:24:40.440 But your thoughts, Stephanie Grisham is the big one

00:24:43.300 that they're wheeling out either tonight or tomorrow,

00:24:45.820 on what these people, these Republicans, are endorsing.

00:24:51.100 Yeah, I think that's the right way to put this in context, right?

00:24:54.460 Like every convention has, they'll troop across formers or, you know,

00:24:59.460 they're registered with the other party and look at what they say

00:25:02.300 that's nasty about your party's nominee.

00:25:04.740 What's different now is that these people, Stephanie Grisham, you know,

00:25:07.780 if you recall the former White House press secretary under Trump

00:25:10.220 who never gave a White House press briefing,

00:25:12.760 what's different about these kinds of characters is that it's all,

00:25:16.800 all located in a personal animus.

00:25:19.880 It's about their hatred for Donald Trump.

00:25:22.200 That's it.

00:25:22.960 So they want to get up there and say,

00:25:24.300 hey, look, don't vote for Donald Trump,

00:25:26.420 but remember what they're doing by being on stage.

00:25:30.140 Adam Kinzinger or the former mayor of Mesa, Arizona, John Giles,

00:25:34.020 these people are giving top cover and sanction

00:25:36.500 to the most radical, the most radical policy proposals

00:25:40.780 in the history of any major party nominee.

00:25:44.020 So the Harris-Walls ticket, it is inarguable,

00:25:46.880 is the most radical ticket in the history of the country.

00:25:49.420 It makes Eugene McCarthy, you know, look like Jesse Helms.

00:25:51.940 These people are radical leftists and Stephanie Grisham and Adam Kinzinger and John Giles

00:25:57.160 are going on stage and providing top cover and sanction for that.

00:26:00.440 And really, like, at the end of the day, these people shouldn't be trusted. 0.98

00:26:03.740 They're grifters, they're former, you know, charlatans. 0.67

00:26:06.740 And really, the only reason they're there is because they're motivated by an animus 0.98

00:26:11.120 to settle a personal score with Donald Trump.

00:26:13.100 So true.

00:26:15.960 Theo, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with everything that you're working on,

00:26:20.560 where can they go to check it all out?

00:26:23.060 Yeah, on X at Real Theo Wold and at the Claremont Center for the American Way of Life.

00:26:29.580 A must follow.

00:26:30.980 He's laying out all the radical immigration proposals.

00:26:34.600 Although I guess the scariest part is that the immigration, 1.00

00:26:37.380 the codified platform from DNC,

00:26:38.960 it's not even radical enough for the protesters outside.

00:26:42.340 I guess they don't even, they don't like walls because they're scaling them.

00:26:44.900 But that's the scary part.

00:26:46.040 And that's the youth that's going to take over the party soon enough.

00:26:48.380 But we'll have you back on to get into all that.

00:26:50.200 Theo, thank you so much for joining us.

00:26:51.880 We'll see you soon.

00:26:52.980 Awesome.

00:26:53.320 Thanks, Stanley.

00:26:54.900 Of course.

00:26:56.120 Warren Posse, make sure you check out birchgold.com slash Bannon

00:26:58.980 to get the latest installment of the End of the Dollar Empire.

00:27:02.300 I think we're up to edition number five.

00:27:04.940 And while you're at it, you can check out Sacred Human Health,

00:27:07.780 one of my favorite sponsors.

00:27:09.420 To plug, the grass-fed beef liver is fantastic.

00:27:12.960 So is the magnesium.

00:27:14.540 By the way, just to the point that Theo was making,

00:27:17.000 I believe it was Anthony Scaramucci, rest in peace to him too,

00:27:21.140 tweeting out that three presidents to speak at the DNC this week.

00:27:24.260 In Trumpism, no presidents.

00:27:26.060 He isn't with you.

00:27:26.880 He is with him.

00:27:27.600 And to that, I would say, Anthony,

00:27:29.420 that's absolutely fantastic that no members of the globalist,

00:27:33.120 uniparty, or Democrats,

00:27:34.860 those that are explicit about their party affiliation,

00:27:36.980 let alone the RINOs, 1.00

00:27:38.460 never joined the RNC because we took over the Republican Party.

00:27:41.840 And we certainly don't want to go back,

00:27:43.300 despite your best efforts,

00:27:44.320 to try to claw back all of the victories that we've made

00:27:46.860 through the Trojan horse that is unity.

00:27:49.560 I always love to say this mass weapon of illegal immigration, 1.00

00:27:53.540 these migrants,

00:27:54.780 can always sort of draw, I think, the Trojan horse comparison,

00:27:57.460 except the only distinguishing difference there is that,

00:28:00.220 well, at least the city of Troy actually had fortified walls

00:28:03.720 in a gate that you had to breach.

00:28:05.120 We don't really even have that.

00:28:06.960 We're joined by Mike Benz after this short break.

00:28:46.640 This is a real threat,

00:28:48.040 and Matt Cox would agree that monitoring

00:28:50.080 was the only thing that would have stopped him.

00:29:16.880 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:29:22.420 Welcome back to the War Room,

00:29:27.380 home of misinformation, disinformation,

00:29:30.380 and so much more, I'm sure,

00:29:32.140 with the entity and organization

00:29:33.380 we're about to unpack with Mike Benz shortly.

00:29:36.640 We probably get a very low rating from them,

00:29:39.400 but I'm honored to be on the receiving end of that.

00:29:42.220 But Mike, you guys have a great new report up

00:29:44.640 at the Foundation for Freedom Online

00:29:46.060 walking through this media literacy,

00:29:48.320 again, one of these weird euphemistic terms

00:29:49.900 they love to use, groups that's, per the headline,

00:29:52.800 operating in over 90% of American classrooms.

00:29:56.140 They're targeting the children, imagine that.

00:29:58.260 Can you walk the audience through the new report?

00:30:01.180 Yes, Natalie, this is a very important topic

00:30:03.400 called media literacy.

00:30:05.340 And if you haven't heard that term before,

00:30:07.600 you're gonna be hearing a lot more about it

00:30:09.480 in the months and years ahead.

00:30:11.020 It is a major initiative by effectively rogue elements

00:30:14.900 of the U.S. government to institute

00:30:16.800 a North Korea-style control over the news programming

00:30:20.800 that children and adults later in life experience.

00:30:25.520 Basically, after Trump won the 2016 election,

00:30:28.760 the blob decided that they lost

00:30:31.160 because there was too much alternative news.

00:30:33.900 There were too many Bannon war rooms around,

00:30:36.620 too many Breitbarts or OANs or Gateway Pundits

00:30:39.860 or you name it, and the poor little New York Times

00:30:43.300 and Washington Post were getting outflanked

00:30:45.520 by all this mean, you know, nasty misinformation

00:30:49.020 and alternative opinions on the internet.

00:30:51.800 And so they came together and came up

00:30:54.040 with this branding device called media literacy

00:30:56.280 in order to launder their control back in.

00:30:59.720 Now, you know, when you hear the phrase media literacy,

00:31:02.000 you think that means underprivileged inner-city school kids

00:31:05.520 being taught how to, you know, become literate

00:31:08.920 in reading the news.

00:31:09.820 That is not what it means.

00:31:11.860 Media literacy means if you don't read

00:31:14.100 the right media sources,

00:31:15.960 you are deemed to be illiterate

00:31:18.320 and you need to get your mind right.

00:31:20.660 And so there have now been over a dozen U.S. states

00:31:24.400 since 2016 that have passed mandatory media literacy laws

00:31:28.520 requiring K-12 students in those states' public schools

00:31:32.780 to take media literacy courses

00:31:35.300 to be trained about what they can and can't read

00:31:38.520 and what they can and can't cite.

00:31:40.580 So if you're familiar Wikipedia, for example,

00:31:42.680 the reason that it's such a dystopic, you know,

00:31:45.440 Soviet-style information gulag

00:31:47.700 is because they have a whole blacklist

00:31:50.380 that they curate around the kinds of news,

00:31:53.980 the kinds of news sources that can be cited.

00:31:56.040 So if there's something true posted in Fox News

00:31:58.400 and there's an article,

00:31:59.340 it can't be entered into Wikipedia.

00:32:00.740 They have a cartel over the sources that can be cited.

00:32:04.880 So even if you're right,

00:32:06.160 you can't open your mouth to speak

00:32:07.560 because your citation doesn't come

00:32:09.240 from a regime-friendly source.

00:32:11.880 And Newzella is one of these big media literacy business,

00:32:16.060 for-profit business entities

00:32:17.820 that has now penetrated 90% of U.S. schools

00:32:21.400 with these media literacy programs.

00:32:24.000 And when I say big business,

00:32:25.280 I mean Newzella in 2019,

00:32:27.260 when this was, you know, getting started

00:32:29.440 and ushered in by the U.S. government,

00:32:32.440 they were rated one of the top 500

00:32:34.660 fastest-growing companies in America.

00:32:36.840 They were ranked number 211

00:32:38.500 on the, I think, Fast Companies list

00:32:42.520 of top 500 fastest-growing companies.

00:32:45.160 And they are a professional censorship organization.

00:32:47.940 What they do is,

00:32:48.800 is they translate news articles

00:32:50.980 into age-friendly, you know,

00:32:54.600 texts for kindergartners,

00:32:56.460 first graders, second graders,

00:32:57.840 all the way up through grade 12.

00:33:00.560 And they provide curriculums for teachers

00:33:03.220 to teach students about what kind of news to read.

00:33:06.800 Now, they also have been a big part

00:33:08.820 in the advertising boycott ecosystem.

00:33:11.100 They joined the ADL boycott

00:33:13.260 to get Facebook to change the terms.

00:33:15.640 They wrote a letter to Facebook's advertisers

00:33:17.980 demanding that advertisers stop advertising on Facebook

00:33:21.740 until Facebook takes down

00:33:23.520 hate speech, misinformation, and disinformation.

00:33:26.520 And they even lobby counties

00:33:28.560 to seek federal government grants

00:33:31.340 in order to pay Newzella with,

00:33:33.980 meaning robbing taxpayers

00:33:35.460 from their income tax around the country

00:33:38.120 in order to subsidize

00:33:39.580 a for-profit censorship mercenary firm.

00:33:41.900 And Mike, I want to walk through,

00:33:45.600 there's an interesting synergy, I think,

00:33:47.220 between this story and the news breaking today

00:33:49.840 that lawmakers out in California

00:33:51.900 are wanting to give hundreds of millions

00:33:54.180 of taxpayer dollars to basically create,

00:33:56.360 we always say it's state-sponsored propaganda,

00:33:58.980 but this is blatantly state-subsidized media.

00:34:02.120 But can you kind of walk us through

00:34:03.320 how I would argue this is sort of the logical extension,

00:34:06.000 if not conclusion, of this broader mindset

00:34:08.480 where it's not just media literacy,

00:34:10.040 it's straight up the media?

00:34:11.900 Yeah, it's actually a sister branch of it.

00:34:14.420 So media literacy has a sister branch

00:34:16.820 called media sustainability.

00:34:18.580 And let me put this all together, okay?

00:34:21.000 So media literacy is about control

00:34:23.260 over the kinds of news that you can access

00:34:25.620 on the internet and in the classroom.

00:34:28.200 Media sustainability is about rigging

00:34:30.600 the economics of the news industry

00:34:33.140 in order to prop up the revenues

00:34:35.940 of faltering regime media assets

00:34:38.720 that are becoming uncompetitive.

00:34:40.820 And so there's a two-pronged attack

00:34:43.600 that they've been seeking now for eight years,

00:34:45.900 and we are now well into the maturity of this plan.

00:34:49.340 Literally, these people all got together in a room.

00:34:51.620 I've posted videos of this on my X account.

00:34:54.560 I do weekly subscriber lectures on this exact topic

00:34:57.500 where I go through these meetings these people had

00:34:59.780 in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.

00:35:02.380 And the strategy is to bankrupt alternative news producers

00:35:07.140 and to government subsidize pro-government media news producers.

00:35:16.900 And so part of this prong involves advertising boycotts.

00:35:20.780 As we saw USAID, FFO published a study on USAID,

00:35:25.240 literally having a whole blueprint 31 times

00:35:28.400 in a 97-page document calling for advertiser outreach

00:35:32.360 to get advertisers to kill revenue to places like the War Room.

00:35:37.200 But then the flip side of that is media sustainability.

00:35:39.920 So the New York Times is faltering.

00:35:41.560 The Washington Post is faltering.

00:35:43.460 They're having to cut staff.

00:35:44.680 There are tons of layoffs

00:35:46.100 all over the mainstream media ecosystem.

00:35:48.860 And what they are doing is

00:35:50.160 they are creating a sort of pop-up newsroom

00:35:52.840 of all these different assets.

00:35:54.840 Many of them come through an entity called First Draft,

00:35:57.860 which is tied to the deep state

00:35:59.160 in more ways than I can probably have time to hallucinate here.

00:36:02.420 But essentially what they're trying to do

00:36:04.180 is a North Korea-style, state-funded media surround sound

00:36:09.240 that can drown out the organic news

00:36:13.180 generated by alternative news

00:36:15.200 while killing the revenue to alternative news

00:36:17.980 so they can't produce as much.

00:36:19.260 So it's turning their own knob up

00:36:20.760 and turning down the voices and tongues 0.92

00:36:23.160 of any media institution that opposes the party line.

00:36:27.620 And how much of this do you think

00:36:29.620 is sort of a response to the 2020 election in January 6th stuff?

00:36:33.660 In other words, trying to create an ecosystem

00:36:35.380 where these alternative voices,

00:36:37.340 whatever you want to describe them as,

00:36:39.420 don't have the ability to push back.

00:36:41.960 And to that point,

00:36:43.160 how do you think you'll start to see

00:36:44.720 these kind of state-subsidized media outlets

00:36:47.260 and fact-checking organizations be deployed

00:36:50.140 as we get closer to the 2024 election?

00:36:53.620 So it was actually a response to the 2016 election.

00:36:58.300 And much of this infrastructure was set up

00:37:00.500 under Trump's nose without him really being him

00:37:03.800 or his White House or his federal agencies

00:37:06.580 even really being apprised of any of this.

00:37:08.700 Again, they use these kind of camouflage terms.

00:37:12.120 They'll often wander these through networks

00:37:14.520 with universities that have these government touch points,

00:37:18.420 but that they don't talk about very publicly.

00:37:21.240 And the funding will often be disguised.

00:37:23.820 I remember going into the White House Budget Office

00:37:26.080 while I worked in the White House

00:37:27.440 and telling everyone about these grants.

00:37:29.640 And they said,

00:37:30.440 Benz, there aren't any censorship grants.

00:37:32.040 We just ran a USAspending.gov search.

00:37:34.380 I said, they don't call it censorship, guys.

00:37:36.700 They call it media literacy.

00:37:38.740 They call it digital resilience.

00:37:40.940 This is how they...

00:37:41.520 And so there's this whole sort of academic jargon.

00:37:44.520 Frankly, this is the way Marxism set in across...

00:37:48.640 And many sort of Marxist sympathetic ideologies

00:37:51.280 set in out of growth initially

00:37:54.000 from esoteric academic jargon

00:37:56.600 that was incubated in universities

00:37:58.680 for a decade or two

00:38:00.300 before it got out to the public.

00:38:01.880 And that's effectively what was done here.

00:38:04.360 This thick, laden of jargon.

00:38:07.720 And then you turn around and,

00:38:08.920 hey, there's $45 million that the state of California

00:38:11.540 is giving out to its media buddies.

00:38:14.000 And this is so...

00:38:14.860 I mean, this is part of what I'm here

00:38:16.280 to try to translate for folks.

00:38:19.040 But again, it was really a response

00:38:20.880 to the 2016 election.

00:38:22.680 The whole field of media literacy was born,

00:38:25.860 as they themselves even describe it,

00:38:27.900 the catalyst for it was the 2016 election.

00:38:31.000 Now, they definitely upscaled it all ahead of 2020.

00:38:33.840 These were entities like Stanford and the...

00:38:38.260 Stanford University, the University of Washington,

00:38:40.740 teamed up with DHS to mass censor

00:38:43.400 hundreds of thousands of accounts, effectively,

00:38:46.340 during the 2020 election cycle.

00:38:48.560 And I actually just posted on my X timeline today

00:38:51.120 how the University of Washington

00:38:53.160 is working with the U.S. Embassy in Helsinki

00:38:57.500 to bring media literacy and censorship

00:38:59.480 of disinformation and misinformation to Finland.

00:39:02.520 But it's everywhere.

00:39:04.060 It's all around the world now

00:39:05.820 being run through our State Department,

00:39:08.200 our Pentagon, our intelligence services,

00:39:10.460 laundered through universities,

00:39:12.160 propped up by these aligned private sector

00:39:14.420 mercenary firms like NewsGuard and NewZella.

00:39:17.360 And this is basically a way

00:39:18.860 of having total information control in a democracy.

00:39:22.180 And when a democracy,

00:39:23.520 when power is determined by elections,

00:39:25.640 and elections are determined by hearts and minds,

00:39:28.240 then whoever controls the flow and framing of news

00:39:31.480 controls the hearts and minds,

00:39:33.320 therefore the election,

00:39:35.080 therefore the seats of political power.

00:39:37.720 So this is really the God button

00:39:39.160 that they're going for here.

00:39:40.460 And all of it can be stopped

00:39:41.980 by the House Appropriations Committee

00:39:43.540 or a Republican majority in Congress

00:39:46.960 that is willing to fight on the budget

00:39:48.640 to strip this from the bone 0.99

00:39:50.740 of this totally corrupt house of skeletons 0.86

00:39:54.300 that's sitting in the American Empire's closet.

00:39:56.560 It's so funny you bring this up.

00:39:59.440 I just did a long-form episode drilling down

00:40:01.620 on how you are so right.

00:40:03.060 All these grants for misinformation

00:40:04.980 or whatever nice term they use

00:40:06.840 started popping up around 2016,

00:40:08.800 which I think sort of really deals a death blow

00:40:12.380 to this whole narrative, right?

00:40:13.540 That misinformation is like the greatest existential threat

00:40:16.200 that we've ever faced

00:40:17.260 because they astroturfed it in 2016, right?

00:40:19.960 You never heard the word misinformation

00:40:21.480 before President Trump won.

00:40:23.420 And I think the buried lead in all of this,

00:40:25.560 I think we both sort of broke the story,

00:40:27.960 what was it, a year or two ago,

00:40:29.520 when the National Science Foundation

00:40:31.160 started funding grants,

00:40:32.820 not to even debunk stories, but to pre-bunk.

00:40:36.820 And that right there shows you

00:40:38.140 that they don't even want people

00:40:39.260 being able to form these dissident thoughts,

00:40:43.200 these heterodox ideas.

00:40:45.440 They want to pre-bunk it.

00:40:46.960 I mean, that's on face value,

00:40:48.420 such a radical concept,

00:40:49.800 let alone when it's state-subsidized pre-bunking.

00:40:53.420 I mean, that is next level,

00:40:54.900 almost too radical for the DNC

00:40:56.360 and the protesters outside.

00:40:58.240 But speaking of those protesters,

00:40:59.620 I know you've been kind of drilling down

00:41:01.580 on the interesting convergence and similarities

00:41:03.880 between the BLM riots and stuff that we've seen,

00:41:07.000 kind of the rent-a-riot,

00:41:08.020 as you always describe it,

00:41:09.020 going on overseas and Tim Waltz's ties to all this.

00:41:12.340 We have a few minutes,

00:41:13.160 so I'll let you start off to interrupt you,

00:41:14.900 but why don't you kind of start

00:41:15.860 walking the audience through that?

00:41:17.400 Sure, sure.

00:41:18.020 A quick note,

00:41:18.640 since you mentioned

00:41:19.160 the National Science Foundation

00:41:20.460 and their censorship programs,

00:41:21.700 in the charter document

00:41:23.840 for the National Science Foundation's

00:41:26.020 Convergence Accelerator Track-F program,

00:41:28.280 which gave something like $50 million

00:41:30.140 to U.S. censorship organizations,

00:41:33.720 they say that the purpose of the program

00:41:37.040 is to stop misinformation

00:41:38.520 about democratic institutions,

00:41:40.380 and then they rattle off

00:41:41.880 a list of democratic institutions,

00:41:43.320 and one of them is the media.

00:41:45.320 So this is literally a government program

00:41:47.780 to stop people from slandering

00:41:50.240 the good name of the media.

00:41:52.220 I mean, this is the government

00:41:53.240 literally propping up its propaganda pawns

00:41:57.160 and robbing taxpayers

00:41:58.680 to put that censorship program in place.

00:42:01.860 I mean, if Iran did this, 0.86

00:42:03.520 we would pass sanctions on them

00:42:04.980 for undermining an open society,

00:42:07.020 but when we do it,

00:42:07.980 we call it democracy promotion

00:42:09.580 and counter misinformation.

00:42:11.020 But on this question

00:42:12.720 of the role of Black Lives Matter riots

00:42:15.900 in 2020 in its similarity

00:42:18.320 to the kind of riots,

00:42:20.960 rental riots that are organized

00:42:22.320 by U.S. intelligence overseas

00:42:24.280 and where Tim Waltz fits into this,

00:42:26.760 you know, this is one of these things

00:42:27.940 that to my mind is unsubstantiated,

00:42:30.680 but quite curious.

00:42:32.160 Tim Waltz was a guy

00:42:34.660 who had a very strange start

00:42:35.800 to his career, you know,

00:42:37.700 basically being a, you know,

00:42:39.880 been to China 30 times.

00:42:41.920 He was shipped out to China.

00:42:43.400 What do you mean, Mike?

00:42:44.040 Well, that's totally, totally normal

00:42:46.040 if your business is, you know,

00:42:47.400 in bed with the Chinese Communist Party.

00:42:48.900 I'm going to hold you through the break.

00:42:50.740 I'll stop you there.

00:42:51.800 We'll keep people on the edge of their seat

00:42:53.520 to go through Mike Waltz's,

00:42:55.020 not this time ties to the Chinese Communist Party,

00:42:57.560 but the interesting eccentricities

00:43:01.060 of the BLM riots

00:43:02.220 and how it sort of looks like

00:43:03.860 a color revolution,

00:43:05.140 if we're allowed to say that,

00:43:06.860 we might get a pre-bunked, debunked,

00:43:08.900 whatever form of bunking they want.

00:43:10.460 We'll never stop saying the truth

00:43:11.680 here in the war,

00:43:12.200 and we'll be right back

00:43:13.060 after this short break.

00:43:15.200 Are you tired of progressive corporations

00:43:17.120 that continue to further alienate

00:43:19.340 conservative Americans

00:43:20.340 all the while eroding

00:43:22.520 the future of the American dream?

00:43:24.320 Companies like Starbucks,

00:43:25.640 Strong Army customers

00:43:27.280 to support abortion,

00:43:28.740 or PayPal canceling accounts

00:43:30.760 over political views,

00:43:32.420 Maybelline making a mockery of women 1.00

00:43:34.140 by supporting transgender models,

00:43:36.300 and Bud Light forcing gender ideology on you

00:43:38.940 when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer.

00:44:45.680 how the deep state works?

00:44:47.600 Sixty have voted to move forward

00:44:49.420 with impeachment.

00:44:50.060 And he hasn't presented

00:44:50.980 his first finding.

00:44:52.820 Stephen K. Bannon

00:44:55.260 Government Gangsters.

00:44:57.960 So-called Russia Dossier.

00:45:00.900 A broader conspiracy.

00:45:02.100 President Trump called it

00:45:03.940 a must-see film.

00:45:06.200 Did you like this, sir?

00:45:07.740 What, like with a cloth or something?

00:45:09.120 No.

00:45:09.620 No.

00:45:10.460 Steve Bannon says

00:45:11.700 it's the most important film

00:45:13.240 he's been a part of.

00:45:14.680 It's gonna be a blockbuster.

00:45:18.540 This film is more important

00:45:20.300 now than ever.

00:45:21.480 This is the type of movie

00:45:22.640 that could change this election.

00:45:50.960 Two, we're still joined

00:45:52.020 by Mike Benz.

00:45:52.880 Now, Mike,

00:45:53.700 there's nothing demure

00:45:54.600 about these, you know,

00:45:55.480 censorship zealots

00:45:57.360 in terms of coming for

00:45:58.780 not just the First Amendment,

00:45:59.880 but frankly,

00:46:00.560 the entirety of the country.

00:46:01.960 But I think,

00:46:02.780 I guess there's nothing

00:46:03.580 really demure

00:46:04.100 about these protesters either.

00:46:06.160 But can you walk us through,

00:46:07.640 again,

00:46:07.980 where I had to interrupt you,

00:46:09.000 the sort of convergence

00:46:09.760 between what we see

00:46:10.680 going on overseas

00:46:11.600 and Tim Waltz's

00:46:12.620 kind of overseeing,

00:46:13.500 if not instigation,

00:46:14.800 of riots in 2020?

00:46:17.840 Yes.

00:46:18.400 No,

00:46:18.620 the convergence

00:46:19.320 is not very brat.

00:46:20.700 I mean,

00:46:20.920 essentially,

00:46:21.360 you have this

00:46:22.280 very dirty set of deeds

00:46:24.120 that we do

00:46:24.900 around the globe

00:46:25.960 which involve

00:46:27.000 destabilization techniques.

00:46:28.940 And, you know,

00:46:29.220 you mentioned this phrase

00:46:30.400 color revolution,

00:46:31.280 which was never

00:46:31.960 a dirty phrase

00:46:32.860 until several years ago

00:46:34.580 when folks started

00:46:35.400 to notice

00:46:35.780 the strange similarity

00:46:36.820 between our democracy

00:46:38.920 promotion work

00:46:39.880 around the world

00:46:41.160 and what was happening

00:46:42.060 against Donald Trump,

00:46:44.300 his candidacy,

00:46:44.980 and his presidency

00:46:45.720 here in the U.S.

00:46:47.420 And essentially,

00:46:48.100 there are two ways

00:46:49.440 to overthrow a government.

00:46:50.580 One is top down

00:46:51.660 from the military.

00:46:52.460 Essentially,

00:46:53.320 you bribe

00:46:54.060 a country's

00:46:55.560 military junta,

00:46:56.620 a critical faction

00:46:57.620 of its generals

00:46:58.860 and law enforcement officials

00:47:00.320 to seize the country

00:47:01.800 by force

00:47:02.420 from the top down

00:47:03.180 with the military

00:47:03.940 and run the president out

00:47:05.720 and then install

00:47:07.120 a new president.

00:47:08.280 But the other way,

00:47:09.400 which is the sort of

00:47:10.240 modern technique

00:47:11.080 that's been perfected

00:47:12.040 by the State Department

00:47:12.920 and CIA

00:47:13.580 and psychological operations

00:47:15.620 folks in the Pentagon

00:47:16.580 and our USAID NGO

00:47:19.060 soft power swarm army,

00:47:22.460 is a bottom-up revolution.

00:47:24.180 Instead of the military

00:47:25.380 running the president out,

00:47:26.920 if you can't control

00:47:27.620 the military,

00:47:28.640 then what you do

00:47:29.300 is you get millions

00:47:30.680 of people in the country

00:47:31.840 to take to the streets

00:47:33.060 in protest

00:47:34.260 and you shut down

00:47:35.820 the organs of government.

00:47:37.360 You shut down

00:47:38.100 the transportation,

00:47:39.660 the federal buildings.

00:47:40.820 You shut down,

00:47:41.880 you know,

00:47:42.200 basically the ability

00:47:43.220 of the government

00:47:44.200 to even use instruments

00:47:45.600 of the government

00:47:46.660 to contain the riots

00:47:48.320 while you are simultaneously

00:47:50.360 bribing and threatening

00:47:51.580 those government officials

00:47:52.880 to leave office

00:47:53.820 or defect.

00:47:54.960 This is a very,

00:47:55.620 very powerful formula.

00:47:56.860 This was basically

00:47:57.640 at the heart

00:47:58.160 of the Arab Spring.

00:47:59.540 If folks remember,

00:48:00.440 in Tunisia

00:48:01.200 and in Egypt,

00:48:02.480 this is what we did

00:48:03.200 in Ukraine in 2014

00:48:04.520 with the Euromaidan Square riots.

00:48:07.160 And one of the things

00:48:08.720 that I've been talking about

00:48:10.000 a fair amount

00:48:10.640 in the past few weeks

00:48:11.600 has been the strange similarity

00:48:13.080 between,

00:48:14.460 the strange similarity

00:48:16.160 between the,

00:48:18.020 our literal race riot

00:48:19.740 planning guide

00:48:20.620 from the U.S. Special Forces

00:48:21.900 and what popped off

00:48:24.480 under the governorship

00:48:26.280 of Tim Waltz,

00:48:27.680 who happened to also be

00:48:29.120 the chairman

00:48:30.140 of the Special Forces Caucus

00:48:31.680 in Congress.

00:48:32.980 So there's this 2021

00:48:34.340 prospectus document

00:48:35.600 that the U.S. Special Operations

00:48:37.620 Forces put out

00:48:38.780 about how they would

00:48:40.060 hypothetically cause

00:48:41.400 race riots

00:48:42.200 in a country in Africa 1.00

00:48:44.520 in order to kill

00:48:46.400 a commercial deal 0.99

00:48:47.540 between the Africans 0.99

00:48:49.800 and the Chinese.

00:48:51.460 And this involved

00:48:52.380 essentially

00:48:53.020 bribing assets

00:48:55.060 within crowds,

00:48:56.600 sparking a whole

00:48:57.560 media and social media

00:48:59.160 campaign,

00:49:00.620 quote,

00:49:00.900 inflaming tensions

00:49:02.020 of the Africans 0.81

00:49:03.020 against the Chinese 1.00

00:49:03.920 corporations they worked for,

00:49:05.440 and even economically,

00:49:06.640 you know,

00:49:07.340 bribing the people

00:49:08.420 doing the rioting

00:49:09.640 by having USAID

00:49:10.980 fly in

00:49:11.540 and give them

00:49:12.100 all no-show jobs

00:49:13.620 at USAID job fairs

00:49:15.580 so that while they were

00:49:17.560 boycotting and rioting

00:49:19.240 and shutting down

00:49:20.240 the country,

00:49:20.800 they would still

00:49:21.580 be getting paid

00:49:22.440 instead of by

00:49:23.580 private sector

00:49:24.580 Chinese corporations

00:49:25.480 in Africa

00:49:26.060 by truck drivers

00:49:27.920 in Louisiana

00:49:29.340 and Montana

00:49:30.740 here

00:49:31.340 via their income

00:49:32.300 tax payments

00:49:33.040 to USAID.

00:49:34.360 So,

00:49:34.920 you know,

00:49:35.460 now,

00:49:36.280 that came from

00:49:37.420 the Special Forces

00:49:38.180 prospectus in 2021,

00:49:40.200 and, you know,

00:49:40.800 Tim Waltz

00:49:41.920 was the,

00:49:43.540 you know,

00:49:43.760 happened to be

00:49:44.340 the chairman

00:49:44.880 of the Special Forces

00:49:45.740 Caucus in Congress

00:49:46.920 before he became

00:49:47.860 the governor of Minnesota

00:49:48.920 in 2019,

00:49:50.220 and you also happened

00:49:51.920 to have this strange

00:49:52.780 situation where

00:49:53.840 Minnesota happened

00:49:55.480 to onboard

00:49:56.320 the country's

00:49:58.040 largest population

00:49:59.240 of Somali war refugees.

00:50:02.180 Now,

00:50:02.600 when Somalia

00:50:03.380 brings refugees

00:50:05.100 from a war zone,

00:50:06.480 I'm sorry,

00:50:06.980 when the U.S. Pentagon

00:50:08.500 brings refugees

00:50:09.900 from a war zone,

00:50:10.940 whether that's Somalia

00:50:11.900 or Afghanistan

00:50:12.740 or Syria

00:50:14.080 or Venezuela,

00:50:15.460 it's not a charity mission.

00:50:17.260 And, Mike,

00:50:17.760 we're coming up

00:50:18.360 against the end

00:50:18.980 of the show,

00:50:19.560 so I know the audience

00:50:20.400 is going to kill me

00:50:21.200 for interrupting you

00:50:21.980 like they always do,

00:50:23.260 but we'll have you

00:50:24.160 back on tomorrow.

00:50:25.120 I'm going to make you

00:50:25.680 commit to it on air

00:50:26.900 to pick up

00:50:27.480 where you left off,

00:50:28.620 but in the meantime,

00:50:29.460 I know you've done

00:50:29.920 other media reports

00:50:30.760 on this

00:50:31.240 and X streams on it.

00:50:32.860 If people want to follow you

00:50:33.900 to drill down on this story,

00:50:35.200 where can they go

00:50:35.700 to do that?

00:50:36.920 Follow me on X,

00:50:37.900 at Mike Ben Cyber.

00:50:39.520 I have videos,

00:50:41.880 receipts.

00:50:43.180 You'll see the whole story

00:50:44.680 in 4K HD,

00:50:46.180 so at Mike Ben Cyber

00:50:47.360 on X.

00:50:48.960 Very brat.

00:50:49.900 Mike,

00:50:50.240 thank you for joining us.

00:50:52.160 Very demure.

00:50:52.820 Thank you.

00:50:55.120 Mike Lindell,

00:50:56.280 someone else

00:50:56.860 who I think 0.76

00:50:57.240 is very brat. 0.53

00:50:58.320 I told him 0.98

00:50:58.900 once he shaves

00:50:59.640 the mustache,

00:51:01.340 you're joining us

00:51:02.220 live from Chicago.

00:51:04.820 What's up?

00:51:05.480 What's up?

00:51:06.040 How's it going?

00:51:06.520 The police,

00:51:08.560 I'm just tracking

00:51:09.220 my route for tomorrow

00:51:10.620 of where it can get in.

00:51:12.180 I'll be shaving

00:51:12.680 my mustache off,

00:51:13.780 everybody.

00:51:14.220 Check it out

00:51:14.700 at frankspeech.com.

00:51:16.160 Get over there now 0.76

00:51:17.280 so you can get alerted.

00:51:18.360 But the Chicago police

00:51:19.340 just gave me this,

00:51:20.700 so maybe I can,

00:51:21.600 you know,

00:51:22.080 I might be able

00:51:22.600 to use it tomorrow,

00:51:23.440 whatever.

00:51:23.800 We'll see what happens.

00:51:24.720 But I wanted to quick

00:51:28.900 this possible

00:51:31.100 continue to get attacked

00:51:32.560 and you guys

00:51:33.420 were going to run

00:52:23.100 to steal your line from you.

00:52:24.540 It's a win, win, win, win

00:52:28.680 though I still maintain

00:52:29.860 that you're going to need

00:52:30.400 a better disguise

00:52:31.260 going inside the DNC.

00:52:33.300 War Posse tomorrow

00:52:34.300 will have Mike Benz,

00:52:35.480 Scott Pressler,

00:52:36.900 I'm sure some other

00:52:38.100 great patriots.

00:52:39.340 Until then,

00:52:39.940 have a good one.

00:52:42.020 I want to warn you

00:52:43.080 of a huge change

00:52:44.120 that could be coming

00:52:44.880 to our money

00:52:46.120 and our bank accounts.

00:52:47.680 First,

00:52:48.140 think back to 9-11.

00:52:49.180 Shortly after the government

00:52:50.280 pushed through

00:52:50.920 the Patriot Act.

00:52:52.120 This gave the government

00:52:52.920 power to spy

00:52:53.800 on innocent Americans

00:52:54.920 by monitoring our phone

00:52:56.780 and email

00:52:57.400 and tracking

00:52:58.100 our movement

00:52:58.720 across the internet.

00:53:00.520 Now,

00:53:00.780 Jim Rickards,

00:53:01.740 editor of the

00:53:02.340 independent financial

00:53:03.280 newsletter Strategic Intelligence

00:53:04.980 and New York Times

00:53:06.200 best-selling author

00:53:07.200 is warning about

00:53:08.380 a coming event

00:53:09.280 that could elevate

00:53:10.460 this governmental surveillance

00:53:11.720 to a terrifying

00:53:12.700 new level.

00:53:13.760 In fact,

00:53:14.720 some of the guests

00:53:15.400 I've had on The War Room

00:53:16.280 believe that the government

00:53:17.320 will soon expand

00:53:18.460 their powers

00:53:19.140 to track our every move.

00:53:21.240 If we say

00:53:22.020 the wrong things

00:53:23.000 on social media,

00:53:24.120 donate to the wrong causes,

00:53:25.780 buy firearms,

00:53:26.740 or even vote MAGA,

00:53:28.100 the government

00:53:28.760 may be able

00:53:29.500 to shut us out

00:53:30.380 of our bank accounts.

00:53:32.140 I can't say for sure

00:53:33.340 if this will happen,

00:53:34.760 but it's an interesting

00:53:35.940 and dire warning.

00:53:37.700 Fortunately,

00:53:38.200 Jim Rickards,

00:53:38.920 an American patriot

00:53:39.860 and friend of mine,

00:53:40.680 has made it his mission

00:53:41.780 to educate us

00:53:42.720 on what he believes

00:53:43.940 is coming

00:53:44.440 and how to protect yourself

00:53:46.240 from the possibility

00:53:47.700 of programmable money.

00:53:50.020 Watch Jim's warning video

00:54:17.540 to being energetic
