Evan Power, the chairman of the Florida Republican Party, joins the show to talk about the impact of Marley Hornick's lawsuit challenging Florida's voter ID law, and why he thinks the Supreme Court should have been more involved in the matter in the first place.
00:01:10.400Then I want to get to the good news that you guys have got down in Florida.
00:01:13.660But do you have an instant take on that, seeing as we're dealing with the same state here on her initiative with the legal actions on eligibility?
00:01:23.020That was all news to me, so I'm happy to learn a little bit more.
00:01:27.000But it's all news to me, so I don't really have an opinion yet until I can look into it.
00:01:31.860I have to say, it was news to me as well, revelatory.
00:01:35.580I mean, I had always assumed that the onus was on petitioners to prove, to demonstrate.
00:01:41.900But then, of course, to recap, if you're just joining us for the first time after the break, what Marley Hornick was saying is that's very difficult to do when citizens aren't allowed to know the citizen status of other residents in America.
00:01:56.960So casting the obligation, which is apparently the situation in law, on the states to demonstrate that those who voted had an eligibility to do so, I think is a game changer.
00:02:08.260And I'm absolutely amazed, amazed to be hearing about this for the first time now.
00:02:13.220It's something I think the RNC should definitely have been on, I think, from 2020 onwards, at the very least.
00:02:20.300We've been talking a lot about voter integrity in the show so far.
00:02:25.660We had Ken Paxton on at the beginning of the show talking about illegals being registered to vote.
00:02:31.500It's not all pessimism and bad news, though, even though I think those two very much have their place as we come up to November.
00:02:39.860You guys in Florida have some excellent news.
00:02:43.420You really need to give yourselves a pat on the back and take a victory lap.
00:02:48.020Tell me today, please, Evan, about the voter registration success that you've had down in Florida.
00:02:56.180So we've registered a million more voters than Democrats here in Florida and put that in perspective in 2020.
00:03:02.300Democrats had 100,000 voter advantage.
00:03:04.720So that's a 1.1 million shift in just four years.
00:03:08.120And in our primary elections on Tuesday, we turned out R plus 14 here in Florida.
00:03:12.860So Republicans are doing a tremendous job here in Florida.
00:03:15.360Yeah, as I say, you need to give yourselves a pat on the back.
00:03:21.020I think that's probably one of the best results I've seen so far on a state-by-state basis.
00:03:27.220And you're confident it will have a positive manifestation on November 5th, right?
00:03:32.300Yeah, we are unified here in Florida, and you see the enthusiasm on the ground.
00:03:36.820If you turn out R plus 14 in the primary, we hope to do that in the general.
00:04:47.760I mean, you did say, I think it was on Monday, that you have generally quite a tight shift down there.
00:04:52.340But tell me what progress is being made in terms of cleaning up the dirty voter rolls, removing the dead, removing the illegals, and what have you.
00:05:04.280So I think what happened here in Florida is we had an election integrity law about two years ago that required voter roll maintenance.
00:05:10.580And we cleaned about 600,000 Democrats off the rolls that were not supposed to be there.
00:05:15.320And so that's a big piece of how we got to our million voter advantage.
00:05:20.060But it's also important to know that, you know, every supervisor is doing that on a regular basis here in Florida.
00:05:25.100So I think we have what we consider the gold standard.
00:06:17.060So you're giving assistance there, Mutilade, down in Georgia.
00:06:21.620Do you have any other, just before you go, do you have any more updates on that kind of assistance to the six swing states?
00:06:31.900Well, I think we have volunteers who are calling into a lot of those states.
00:06:35.960We're obviously going to send volunteers into Georgia.
00:06:38.020I think what's important for us is to show people what we've done in Florida and how successful we've been and try to replicate that across the country.
00:06:45.360Because we've really become the beacon of freedom and the beacon of winning elections.
00:06:48.880So we want to share that with our neighbors and the swing states.
00:06:53.040Everyone, Power, I'm very, very grateful you've come on the show again to brief us on this.
00:06:58.740And congratulations as well on your results down there in terms of those voter registrations.
00:07:07.580Briefly, where do people go if people want to help or they have some time to assist with the great state of Florida helping Georgia now, a swing state?
00:08:07.340So, Todd, I saw yesterday in the news, it was all fanfare that I think it was Panama was fishing out illegals trying to cross the Rio Grande and flying them back.
00:08:32.380Just for a little bit of background on that, I did just return from Panama and Colombia this week, earlier this week.
00:08:39.280I haven't even shaved my trail beard yet.
00:08:41.400But the Panamanian government, there's a new president who has promised to close the Dairian Gap, but he's asked for US help with the air deportations.
00:08:55.520And the Biden-Harris administration agreed, we're going to give you money for that, even though it was just a paltry $6 million, to do air deportations, which is the key ingredient to any sort of real deterrence.
00:09:10.800And so there was a plane that shipped about 38 criminal alien Colombians back in the Associated Press and all the big newspapers and everybody's like, wow, look, Biden-Harris finally stepped up and they're doing something.
00:09:29.040But what people don't realize about that is that Panama has been shipping one plane a week back to Medellin, Colombia, filled with criminal aliens, 35 or 45 in each plane, for more than two years straight.
00:09:48.600So if the US government paid $17,000 or whatever for that flight, great.
00:09:55.180But you're not going to – that's not deterrence.
00:09:57.820That is – you need many, many, many more flights.
00:10:01.620You need dozens of flights a week to actually create deterrence.
00:10:07.020And so the Associated Press and all these different news organizations that are all breathless about how great the Harris-Biden administration is on this subject, it's irrational exuberance is what I just said in the tweet because this is just a routine for Panama that's been going on for a long time.
00:10:27.020And I have that from the chief of Cinefront, an exclusive interview that I conducted a week or so ago with him in his offices in Panama City.
00:10:40.700That's basically your conclusions of your direct in-person research down at the Daring Gap.
00:10:49.700Yeah, they're taking a routine flight that's been going on for years and saying it's something new.
00:10:55.380They're reframing it as some kind of a hard immigration stance.
00:10:59.600The truth is that the Biden-Harris administration has turned what was a country lane, a slow country lane of 5,000 or 10,000 a year through the Daring Gap and turned it into a major multi-lane superhighway into the United States.
00:11:16.900That's moved over a million and a half, probably closer to 2 million people from around the world into the United States through that gap.
00:11:25.240They made it, what they say, safe, orderly and humane.
00:11:30.880So I don't think they're that – it's not really in their hearts to reverse all of their good works that they've done there in the Darien.
00:11:40.900The fact that, however, that they're portraying this as a significant movement of the needle illustrates to me, Todd Bensman, that they know – when I say they, I'm talking about the MSM Democratic Complex, which is basically all the same thing, just working in different areas of the field, right?
00:12:01.100When they're spinning this kind of news, it illustrates to me that they know that they've got a problem when it comes to the southern border, that this is a fundamental weakness.
00:12:11.760So even though they're now saying, oh, you know, cackling Kamala was never the border, so it's all under control, you know, it's actually the Republicans who are frustrating Biden's initiative to try and tighten up.
00:12:26.160They know that they know that they have a problem on the southern border, that the southern border as an election issue is a problem for them, which is why they're putting their hands in front of them to stop them from falling.
00:12:38.320I mean they've recognized this as an Achilles' heel, a major Achilles' heel since last fall when we saw record numbers, you know, 10,000, 12,000, even 14,000 a day successfully crossing and being allowed to admit into the United States over the border.
00:12:57.020However, they moved very forcefully, they certainly did not need a Lankford bill in the Senate or any piece of legislation at all to slow this flow.
00:13:06.980They could have done it at any point in the last three years, and they finally facing electoral problems for this campaign.
00:13:15.100They went to Mexico in December and cut a deal, and it's the Mexicans that are slowing the flow on their southern border.
00:13:27.560I just reposted a big bunch of reporting that I did back in January and February about this, that the Mexican government has been rounding up tens of thousands of immigrants off of our border.
00:13:42.320They're scraping their side of our border clean, loading them up onto aircraft and buses and shipping them down into southern Mexico where they're creating a kind of a Gaza strip behind militarized roadblocks and hardly letting anybody out.
00:13:58.340And that's why our border is looking pretty good right now, and you're going to see Kamala Harris talk about it, about, well, what crisis?
00:14:12.320The point being is that they're doing that for just the election optics, and if Harris wins November 5, I think you're going to see Mexico unleash, you know, open the floodgates again.
00:14:27.400Harris is a big open borders proponent.
00:14:31.220I think it's all just – it's a fake, artificial thing, and it proves that they didn't need a Senate piece of legislation to shut that thing down.
00:14:40.420They could have done it with just Mexico in a diplomatic move.
00:14:45.000Let's stand by for the break that we've got coming up, Todd.
00:14:48.380I saw something in the press this morning that even Brazil is tightening up on illegals going into Brazil.
00:14:54.580But America is the only country not doing anything about this.
00:16:27.920You've just come back from the Daring Gap and you've broken this news on Twitter.
00:16:32.860We'll give out the reference to that just a moment or so ago.
00:16:36.220I just want to synthesize here because all the media is doing like a wall-to-wall propaganda,
00:16:42.800pro-Harris, pro-Tim Walls here, basically suggesting that immigration, the southern border,
00:16:52.180that the crisis is no longer a hot-button election issue coming up to November.
00:17:00.060What I'm picking up from you is that this is absolutely not the case.
00:17:03.620It's still resonating, at least with the southern, like Arizona, for example,
00:17:08.420and with the southern votes, the swing votes that are going to determine the outcome in a fair, honest election.
00:17:20.320The media might have diverted its eyes for very much the anger and disgust of Americans down there confronted with this daily.
00:17:29.640That's not going away, and they're not going to be deceived by articles, propaganda pieces in the Associated Press that Panama is now sending people back.
00:17:40.640What the administration has done is electoral campaign politics.
00:17:47.460They could have done this at any time.
00:17:49.300I'm glad to see that the numbers are down.
00:17:52.700That's good for America, but it is an artifice.
00:19:07.380You're one of the most informed people commenting on the state of the crisis down on the southern border in America today, in the news today.
00:19:15.760I very much don't believe you to be wrong at all.
00:19:17.740In fact, you've just broken this news that no one else has done, literally since we've been live on air.
00:19:23.840Once again, where did they go to get that text, that tweet, that post on X?
00:19:32.380I've got a photo up there of these chained up Colombians I took on my last day in Panama as I was driving back to Panama City.
00:19:42.060I've never seen in all the time any photo of immigrants chained up, but they put one plane load together a week, and they've been doing it for years.
00:19:56.020In order to deter the illegal immigration, to truly deter it, they need to have ten of these things a day.
00:20:02.960They need to be sending everybody back to all these different countries.
00:20:06.660And until I see that, I don't believe that there's going to be any true deterrence in the Darien Gap, which, by the way, is extremely important because that's the passageway through which all of the people on the U.S. terror watch list are coming through, or a great many of them, hundreds of them.
00:20:24.980Big national security issue down there.
00:20:27.420I've been advocating for air deportations for years out of Panama.
00:20:31.980I just want to see the U.S. government, you know, treble down on their investment there and be real about it.
00:20:40.960You know, I just want to close Todd Benzman with picking up what we had at the beginning of the show with Attorney General Ken Paxton down in Texas telling the war in posse of an investigation.
00:20:53.200He's just concluded or is in the process of concluding, highlighting the fact that various organizations are registering illegals to vote in November.
00:21:05.500So this is really what it's all about.
00:21:07.160It's just a supply of extra votes for the regime.
00:21:10.620That's why what you're doing here is really – it is – your eyes here are focused on, I think, the number one issue of national security that confronts the United States today.
00:21:21.680Todd Benzman, thanks very much indeed for coming on the show.
00:21:38.200You've got something to tell the war in posse, right, about the importance of joining, volunteering, to try and get out the vote ahead of November.
00:21:52.880Yes, well, what we want everybody to do is just sort of to add on what Mo said the other day, is to make sure that you join, you sign up, and you get involved.
00:25:46.360I mean, if there's one theme that Democrats have been touching on all week at their really outright demonic and satanic convention in Chicago, and I use those words deliberately.
00:25:57.260I mean, referring to the Planned Parenthood abortion-on-demand cart that was literally outside the convention facility earlier this week.
00:26:03.960All of the pro-Hamas nonsense outside.
00:26:07.120Some protesters even had a Taliban flag, for God's sake, yesterday.
00:26:10.580I mean, this is satanic, demonic stuff.
00:26:12.720But their way of trying to cut through that obvious fog and get their message across has been to distract and obfuscate the actual issues and to instead try to redirect this entire convention conversation to just talking about the joy of Kamala Harris.
00:26:28.380They're trying to project this joy de vivre, I guess you might say.
00:26:31.680You know, as you just said, they're trying to make it out that there's all these pink unicorns and people are just happy there.
00:26:38.320No one is buying the fact that this or the argument, no one is buying the argument that the current Democratic Party meetup, this conclave at the United Center in Chicago, is just some grand unifying moment.
00:26:50.620You know, when Joe Biden was shivved last month in July, we all knew that Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi were two of the leading coup plotters.
00:26:58.660Now Barack Obama gets there earlier this week on Tuesday evening and says that one of his best decisions was to name his friend Joe Biden as his running mate.
00:27:07.920That same friend Joe Biden who literally cut bait, he jetted out of Chicago right after his own speech on Monday to get to California so that he missed Barack Obama's speech.
00:27:18.380When Obama and Michelle spoke, by the way, Ben, as you recall, Kamala Harris and Tim Walz weren't even there.
00:27:23.960They went 90 miles north to Milwaukee for the fairly obvious reason that Kamala Harris is technically still the vice president to a nominal putative boss, Joe Biden, the president of the United States.
00:27:34.740And she didn't want to offend her boss by appearing in the same room as Barack Obama, the guy who just couped him.
00:27:41.380Then Joe Biden on Monday saying that he's not angry at the coup plotters.
00:28:55.000Go to HomeTitleLock.com today and make sure your title is safe.

00:31:09.900Look, you know, every year at these political conventions, you know, both parties manage to get someone from the other party who then speaks at their convention and says, you know, I am of the other party, but I'm voting for this party for this reason.
00:31:21.400You know, Republicans had some Democrats speak at their convention, too, or people at least who are Democrats as recently a year or two ago.
00:31:26.500That's not necessarily, at the end of the world, kind of a terrible thing.
00:31:33.020I mean, for Adam Kinzinger, there's no movement.
00:31:35.040There's no movement to support this ludicrous, insane man who was ground zero of the Russia collusion delusion.
00:31:41.220You know, the infamous hoax that was laundered by the Hillary Clinton campaign through the Tony law firm, Perkins Coie, ultimately trying to be one of the great gaslighting operations in the history of the American Republic.
00:31:52.340But there's no movement for Adam Kinzinger.
00:31:54.040You know, on a similar note, Ben, this same week, I think it was earlier this week, I saw the headline.
00:31:59.300It was the former Fourth Circuit federal judge, J. Michael Ludig, who has now, you know, finished his intellectual journey, I guess we can say it, intellectual backsliding, I might say.
00:32:08.820And he has now come out in full throttle support for Kamala Harris, Tim Walsh, 2024.
00:32:13.920Once upon a time, Judge Ludig was actually a renowned conservative judge.
00:32:18.300He had people like John Eastman, Ted Cruz, Noel Francisco clerked for him, Ben, that was also 25, 30 years ago.
00:32:24.120I mean, you know, J. Michael Ludig has not been a conservative luminary, I mean, since I was like in middle school, I mean, probably at the latest there.
00:32:31.980And in the intermediary years, J. Michael Ludig actually sold out.
00:32:36.200He left the Fourth Circuit to go take a general counsel position at Boeing, taking multiple millions of dollars a year.
00:32:42.000By the way, Boeing has had some pretty major legal issues.
00:32:46.080The last time I checked, I should probably note for the war room posse that all of that happened, to my knowledge, while J. Michael Ludig, who was this former conservative judge who the left has now fallen in love with, that all happened when he was the in-house general counsel at Boeing.
00:33:00.660I think that there were some very, very reasonable questions to ask there.
00:33:36.160I mean, she made a better girlfriend to Willie Brown than Doug Emhoff made a husband to his first wife before he knocked up his nanny or whatnot there.
00:33:45.400But, I mean, Kamala Harris is less popular overall than—
00:33:57.440And I was thinking of Doug Emhoff, someone whose heart is very close to babysitters, the passion for babysitters.
00:34:06.360So I thought that intervention—I didn't know if it was someone that was having a joke at their own viewer's expense.
00:34:13.120But I thought it was very—it was nicely edited together.
00:34:16.720Yeah, and, you know, look, Doug Emhoff, you know, I probably should just say this as a Jewish American as well.
00:34:24.660It is disgusting that this current manifestation of the Democratic Party is trying to put out Doug Emhoff as the face of the Jewish community,
00:34:33.400trying to essentially run a block-and-tackling mission to make it out to be that the Democratic Party is not somehow a pro-Hamas, pro-Jihadi, deeply anti-Israel, anti-American, anti-Western civilization party.
00:34:56.940His daughter, Ella Emhoff, is literally fundraising for Hamas.
00:35:00.760I mean, this is the guy who gets up there and talks about how Kamala makes a nice brisket on Passover, making these ridiculous, you know, Yiddish-adjacent jokes about a couch in Brooklyn.
00:35:43.700For any Democrats who are watching this show, I just want to sort of riff now of what Josh was saying.
00:35:50.960We're going into a break in just a moment.
00:35:52.580But if you're a Democrat and you're just tuning in to the war room and you're hearing this, we say this normally about the GOP, how it treats its voters, its members.
00:36:03.460But if you're a Democrat and you're listening to this, this is how dumb the Democratic establishment thinks you are.
00:36:08.940That you're going to be swayed by this, by a few platitudes, a few photo ops.
00:36:17.280That is how, whilst running policies 100% to the detriment of what you're interested in, that is how dumb they think you are.
00:36:26.560And look, it's just the same on the Republican side.
00:36:29.040This is why we have this America First movement, MAGA movement, which is peeling off, sort of taking over, has taken over the GOP under the political leadership of Donald Trump and Steve Bannon, right?
00:36:53.920Everyone else is basically controlled opposition, even within that, like AOC.
00:37:00.680You listen to this, and this is how dumb they think you are.
00:37:05.520Yeah, no, they think that you are absolutely stupid.
00:37:09.260They think that you are watching Joe Biden say that he's not angry at Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and that you're supposed to just sit there and clap along like a bunch of dumb seals at SeaWorld.
00:37:18.200I mean, they think that you can watch Barack Obama refer to Joe Biden as his friend after he just pulled a Brutus stabbing Caesar operation in front of the whole world to see.
00:37:27.600They think that you're dumb enough to be like, uh-huh, uh-huh, pink unicorns, you know, like kumbaya, bro.
00:37:35.980I mean, this is all part also, Ben, of this broader leftist, globalist, elitist conceit and hubris whereby they think that the deplorables, people on the American right, the global right in general, are just so stupid and that the American people more generally are just gonna sit there and believe their own lying eyes.
00:37:54.540But you'll notice one thing that the Democrats are not talking about at their convention this week.
00:37:58.640What they're not talking about is the actual track record.
00:38:01.380I mean, watching this convention, my thought over and over again is, you know, they're pretending like the past three and a half years have literally not happened.
00:38:08.680I mean, how many times have they talked about their economic policies?
00:38:11.840Has the word Bidenomics been brought up a single time?
00:38:14.420I don't think so because that went over like a lead balloon when they launched it as a trial in the fall of 2023.
00:38:20.520They're not talking about the economy.
00:38:23.100They're not talking about how the world is on fire in multiple hotspots from South America to the Middle East to Russia, Ukraine, to the East China Sea.
00:38:32.100They're not talking about any of the issues, Ben, because they can't do it.
00:39:22.740Sticking with the theme of today's show, which is voter integrity and voter integrity and the prospect of illegals voting, we heard from Attorney General, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton at the beginning of the show with his investigation.
00:39:40.360That is a story that we're going to keep our eye on.
00:39:42.600We have Frank LaRose now from Ohio, Secretary of State.
00:39:45.680Frank, down the line, good morning to you.
00:39:50.180We're removing noncitizens from the voter rolls and actually referring them for prosecution because a law that's not followed is, well, it's not a law.
00:41:48.060If you're not a citizen, please understand that you are risking being charged with a felony, which makes you subject to immediate deportation.
00:42:09.560We're simply trying to establish who's a citizen and who's not, because Ohio's constitution requires it and federal law requires it.
00:42:17.080Yeah, it might sound obvious, but I sort of heard for the first time on the show today that actually that is the case.
00:42:26.340It is that the law requires states to confirm that people voting are eligible to voting.
00:42:33.380It's not, the obligation isn't with people who are petitioning the state when they suspect voter fraud having taken place, of demonstrating that non-voters have voted.
00:42:42.960Because, of course, it's very difficult to, in fact, it's impossible for Americans to know the immigration status of other Americans, private information.
00:42:53.320But the law clearly states that it is, the onus is with the state to assert the eligibility of those voting.
00:43:01.720Yeah, for federal elections, it is, for federal elections, it's clearly the state's responsibility.
00:43:08.040Although the law gives us, as secretaries of state, that responsibility, the federal government doesn't help us carrying out that responsibility.
00:43:17.140I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:43:22.440First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:43:26.440This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:43:35.300Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author,
00:43:42.440is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:43:48.520In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:43:55.900If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:44:02.940the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:44:06.920I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:12.460Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:44:19.200and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:24.780Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.
