00:02:58.660 So, folks, you need to understand, so the Brazilian Supreme Court judge, and people have to understand that Brazil's Supreme Court operates very differently than the way our Supreme Court does.

00:34:25.240 It's clever speak.
00:34:25.980 It's clever attorney speak.
00:34:27.320 Clever attorney speak is you say one very specific, hyper-specific thing, but you continue all of the policies of the administration that she's been the second in command of, which have been the following,
00:34:37.940 to destroy demand for natural gas in this country, so you never really have to ban fracking.
00:34:44.160 You simply destroy demand for it by doing the following.
00:34:47.160 Set up incentives through the Biden IRA to wind, solar, and battery storage only, and biomass.
00:34:52.360 You block pipelines, such as the Atlantic Pipeline, the Mountain Valley Pipeline.
00:34:56.640 You stifle any natural gas production on federal lands completely, which they've done.
00:35:01.320 You issue EPA policies calling for the cessation of large combined cycle plants, which produce 41 percent of the nation's electricity by 2035 by making them non-economic, by making them carbon capture adoption or hydrogen fuel compatible, which can happen at $4 billion per power plant, and then make that resource totally non-economic.
00:35:24.680 So at that time, they'll say, oh, look, gas is non-economic.
00:35:26.880 And then finally, when you look at this, you've got the same phenomenon with coal.
00:35:32.920 Coal production reduced in this country by about 80 percent over the last 50 years as we've transitioned from coal to gas for power generation, and there was never one announcement of any federal official on the cessation of coal mining.
00:35:46.720 They didn't need to do that.
00:35:48.180 The Dems went after it in 16 other ways to completely suppress and make impossible economically demand for coal.
00:35:54.980 That's what they're going to continue to do.
00:35:56.920 That's what she's done in four years in the White House sharing it with Biden.

00:36:01.800 So this is – this is – for lawyers speaking, we're not going to ban fracking.

00:36:40.880 They've gotten in the way of that 16-month timeout on issuing new permits to construct LNG export facilities, which are inside of the $350 billion of oil and gas we export to make ourselves politically important and sustain a balance of trade.
00:36:55.400 So as they keep these policies in place, which they're going to double down on them, they don't need to announce the cessation of fracking.
00:37:02.620 It's going to happen anyhow as they stifle demand for gas, which is a sin.
00:37:07.120 Yeah, so they can make any statements they want.
00:37:10.440 Let's do a 20-second clip here and get your response on the flip side of it, Dave.

00:37:19.300 And in 2019, you said, quote, there is no question I'm in favor of banning fracking.
00:37:25.360 Fracking, as you know, is a pretty big issue, particularly in your must-win state of Pennsylvania.

00:38:03.640 Electrify everything, electrify stoves, electrify home heating, stop producing gas on federal lands,
00:38:11.560 stop exporting it by the DOE shutting off permits to build new LNG terminals, which they've done now,
00:38:19.500 16-month time out on those, and by forcing the shutdown of gas-fired power plants,
00:38:24.440 which produce 41 percent of our electricity to begin with.
00:38:27.260 So with those policies underway, with her full support doubled down on and continued,
00:38:33.200 there won't be any demand for gas because it will then be deemed, oh, it's simply too expensive to harvest.
00:38:39.040 You know, we've shut off the federal lands capability of escalating the supply of it.
00:38:43.700 We've made it too expensive by, oh, additional EPA regulations on methane and propane emissions,
00:38:49.000 which are coming, to make it impossible economically to harvest natural gas.
00:38:53.240 So they won't have to announce a cessation of fracking, which is now the dominant way of producing it.

00:42:28.200 And the Department of Energy under this administration has put a hold on more LNG export permits, which is going to – if they continue with this, raise the deficit, raise currency instability, raise the cost of the dollar, raise interest rates by abandoning our second largest export commodity, taking it off the table, which is LNG.
00:42:50.540 So just how material this is to the economy, it's 12 percent of the entire economy, energy.
