Jack Posobiec joins us on the show to talk about the recent Supreme Court ruling in favor of Jair Bolsonaro, and the implications for the future of Brazil's democracy. We also talk about how the Supreme Court is being used as a tool by the globalist agenda to delegitimize the will of the Brazilian people.

00:02:58.660So, folks, you need to understand, so the Brazilian Supreme Court judge, and people have to understand that Brazil's Supreme Court operates very differently than the way our Supreme Court does.
00:03:06.900It's completely leftist, and it set the conditions to steal the election from the people of Brazil a couple years ago and then install Lula, the criminal, in power.
00:03:17.020He campaigned and explained all of that.
00:03:19.020But Lula was a guy, full-on communist, that they pulled out of prison, put him back on the ballot.
00:03:24.320Then the communist-controlled Supreme Court basically set the conditions so that he would win the election.
00:03:29.380In any case, that year Bolsonaro brought up against them was struck down.
00:03:33.320This was all done, by the way, with the backing of the United States State Department and elements of what Darren Beatty would call the globalist American empire.
00:03:41.620So they set up this massive stolen election down in Brazil because Bolsonaro, remember, he was the Trump of the tropics.
00:03:48.120He was the guy that was pushing the populist national agenda down there in South America.
00:03:53.360And, by the way, Millet, right next door, is basically doing the same thing in Argentina.
00:03:58.060So I would imagine that he would be the next one in the crosshairs.
00:04:01.120But they have a problem because X, formerly known as Twitter, is a huge platform in Brazil and had been a huge platform prior to this.
00:04:10.500Now, when Bolsonaro got on, he was getting tons of support and he was using X to create these massive public rallies that he was going up there and saying, we need to go out and we need to demonstrate in the streets.
00:04:26.680The Supreme Court, this guy, this total psychopath, by the way, Alexandro de Moraes.
00:04:31.520And I don't know if Denver has got a photo of this guy and, like, he looks like, you know, a character from the Harry Potter series with these capes that he wears.
00:04:38.600He's like the he's like the, you know, the witch of the West down there, the witch of the South, I guess.
00:04:43.540And he or he declared it all to be an insurrection.
00:04:47.620Oh, where have I heard that one before?
00:04:49.320So he declares it an insurrection and color revolution style, as we've seen the regime use in place after place after place.
00:04:56.600But then he has another problem because Bolsonaro supporters are still on X and X refuses to comply because in Brazil, X is considered a fault, a foreign social media platform.
00:05:05.960So he goes to Elon Musk and says, I will arrest your representatives in Brazil.
00:05:26.220Take down everyone who's supporting Bolsonaro.
00:05:28.160Take down anyone who's been associated with these.
00:05:30.360And, oh, by the way, a number of secret orders that were told, secret orders that haven't even been released yet.
00:05:36.980If anyone's read about any communist regime, I know somebody who wrote a book on those.
00:05:41.400You would you would not be surprised at all because this is exactly what communist regimes do.
00:05:44.900So basically he was ordering Elon to give over the data of anyone or any account anonymously who participated in one of these rallies so that they could peel off the user data, find that person and go arrest them and throw them in jail.
00:05:56.460So the locking up of dissidents, the locking up of freedom fighters, the locking up of the faithful.
00:06:19.020So now they've taken down X throughout all of Brazil.
00:06:22.140And there's now a fine of something like $9,000 if you use because a lot of people know how to use VPNs and look, you know, War Room and Human Events.
00:06:35.620But they're saying if you're caught using a VPN to access X or any other social media platform to spread this stuff, you will be fined $9,000 per instance for, quote, unquote, technological subterfuge to get around what they call lawful court orders.
00:06:55.480They infiltrate, they seize, and then they purge.
00:06:59.020And we laid this out in Unhumans, that you infiltrate the institutions, so the institution puts out an unlawful order, but they claim it is a lawful order.
00:07:07.380Then they seize all the means of power, and then they systematically begin purging the country of any institution, any individual, any movement that they declare to be a suppressive, that they declare to be a subversive, that they declare to be a dissident.
00:07:39.960It is an open threat to Elon Musk that if you do not commit to censorship operations in the 2024 U.S. presidential election, then guess what?
00:07:50.160This is what we are going to do to you.
00:07:51.820It is an open threat not only to Elon Musk, but also to Donald Trump because of the true social entity, to Getter, to Instagram, TikTok, all the rest of it, that this is what will be done.
00:08:03.640You know, Clarence Thomas and Mike Davis like to remind us of the dead chicken strategy, and that's exactly what they're attempting to do with Elon Musk right now.
00:09:58.300So the way this is being run, you mentioned a color revolution.
00:10:01.920And this is a series of seemingly popular uprisings or movements that are then orchestrated, planned, and used in regimes that are considered, quote-unquote, hostile to globalist interests.
00:10:20.420And then those protests and movements will be used to topple governments.
00:10:24.840When those protests and movements don't work, then they will move to other means.
00:10:30.300So this is what you're seeing in Brazil.
00:10:56.300So he's in office because of martial law.
00:10:58.300And, by the way, numerous members of the regime have mentioned again and again that this has never been about Ukraine, that it has always been about trying to affect regime change in Russia.
00:11:10.540They'll say, well, maybe if we – so this explains why they would commit what would seem like to anyone else a potential suicide move of actually attempting to invade Russia, especially as we're moving into the fall.
00:11:37.220And they explain, though, that it has nothing to do with actually achieving Ukrainian victory or securing Ukrainian peace, which they could have done all the way back in March of 2022.
00:11:49.220But then they sent Boris Johnson over there to scuttle the peace talks that were happening down that were being negotiated by Erdogan in Istanbul.
00:12:16.140And a while back, I think a picture of Victoria Nuland meeting with the heads of big oil, big energy in the United States over there over access issues to the Black Sea.
00:12:27.900And so – and there's rare earth minerals in Ukraine, et cetera.
00:13:19.400And then the deals get signed with the U.S. regime.
00:13:22.960So the deals then would be for the oil, the natural gas rights, et cetera, as you're talking – because the grand prize in all of this is about the energy sales to Europe.
00:13:32.080And this is also where Nord Stream 2 comes in and why Nord Stream 2 was targeted for destruction because whoever controls the energy sales to Europe because they've completely destroyed themselves from an energy perspective.

00:17:30.820Mike Benz, in his latest Tucker interview, made a very provocative statement, thesis, said there is no domestic agenda.

00:17:45.840And so I think Jack has just been reporting on, you know, the connections between big media, Brazil, the CIA, the cutouts, the color revolutions, connecting all those dots.
00:18:01.120On the Republican side, we have rare unity right now on the border invasion, federal government spending, deficit spending on woke and weaponized federal government, and then endless wars.
00:18:13.700And so, Jack, how is the border invasion linked to Brazil, Elon Musk, et cetera?

00:18:26.380So if you go and look at what Elon's been talking about most recently in the past week or so, a few people, myself, Senator Mike Lee, and in drips and drabs, occasionally Speaker Johnson will say things about this.
00:18:41.020And Elon has come in and given a full-throated support to the effort to attach the SAVE Act to the September spending bill.
00:18:52.420So September begins tomorrow, ladies and gentlemen.
00:19:46.160So the minute that Elon Musk came out for attaching the SAVE Act to and using the threat of a federal shutdown, that's when the regime went absolutely too sweet against Elon.
00:20:42.680We can actually get this passed because we have real leverage right now.
00:20:45.860And we all know that if Steve Bannon – we're outside of prison, if he were here right now, this is the number one thing he would be talking about.
00:20:52.780And he and I have spoken over the ridiculous prison email system, so Merrick Garland already knows about the idea.

00:30:24.220The politics is overwhelmingly positive.
00:30:27.900Americans don't believe aliens should be voting, and that goes across all political lines.
00:30:32.960It doesn't matter whether people are Democrats, independents, or Republicans.
00:30:36.820You know, this is a good issue to push.
00:30:40.000Plus, it's fundamentally unfair to Americans when aliens are registering and voting elections because it dilutes their vote.
00:30:49.060And for folks who say it isn't happening, sorry, we not only have had recent convictions, but in Texas, they just removed 6,500 aliens from the rolls just by checking DMV records.
00:31:03.340Virginia just removed 6,300, and remember, not everybody registers through DMV.
00:31:10.860So that tells us there's a lot bigger problem out there.
00:31:15.040And you just have to wonder, why are Democrats uniformly against it?

00:32:31.320What needs to happen is the conservative side needs to take the very specific examples of prosecutions of aliens who have registered voting,

00:32:48.740so the average American understands this is a current and growing problem the more aliens are let into the country across the southern border.
00:34:27.320Clever attorney speak is you say one very specific, hyper-specific thing, but you continue all of the policies of the administration that she's been the second in command of, which have been the following,
00:34:37.940to destroy demand for natural gas in this country, so you never really have to ban fracking.
00:34:44.160You simply destroy demand for it by doing the following.
00:34:47.160Set up incentives through the Biden IRA to wind, solar, and battery storage only, and biomass.
00:34:52.360You block pipelines, such as the Atlantic Pipeline, the Mountain Valley Pipeline.
00:34:56.640You stifle any natural gas production on federal lands completely, which they've done.
00:35:01.320You issue EPA policies calling for the cessation of large combined cycle plants, which produce 41 percent of the nation's electricity by 2035 by making them non-economic, by making them carbon capture adoption or hydrogen fuel compatible, which can happen at $4 billion per power plant, and then make that resource totally non-economic.
00:35:24.680So at that time, they'll say, oh, look, gas is non-economic.
00:35:26.880And then finally, when you look at this, you've got the same phenomenon with coal.
00:35:32.920Coal production reduced in this country by about 80 percent over the last 50 years as we've transitioned from coal to gas for power generation, and there was never one announcement of any federal official on the cessation of coal mining.
00:36:26.180The collection of their policies on anti-federal land use for natural gas production, blocking pipeline transmission of it.
00:36:33.540Oh, and then stepping in front of permits to build more LNG export facilities, which is all fracked gas converted to LNG.
00:36:40.880They've gotten in the way of that 16-month timeout on issuing new permits to construct LNG export facilities, which are inside of the $350 billion of oil and gas we export to make ourselves politically important and sustain a balance of trade.
00:36:55.400So as they keep these policies in place, which they're going to double down on them, they don't need to announce the cessation of fracking.
00:37:02.620It's going to happen anyhow as they stifle demand for gas, which is a sin.

00:40:27.140refurbishments, refurbishments, upgrades, new equipment, are emanating from China vis-a-vis solar panels and battery storage.

00:40:53.340They supply 87% of the solar panels in the world.

00:41:01.30087% of the solar panels, 86% of the lithium-ion batteries for battery storage is supplied by China.
00:41:08.140So they've co-opted about 70% now of the electric power generation equipment supply market in the United States already in only about six years.
00:41:17.700So they're way behind this with black pack money and with support politically and the unitedness and convergence of that party with their way of thinking about a whole variety of things,

00:42:15.880Of the two trillion, 370 billion, the top four commodities are oil, gas, chemicals, and LNG are the top – three of the top four exported commodities, 370 billion a year.
00:42:28.200And the Department of Energy under this administration has put a hold on more LNG export permits, which is going to – if they continue with this, raise the deficit, raise currency instability, raise the cost of the dollar, raise interest rates by abandoning our second largest export commodity, taking it off the table, which is LNG.
00:42:50.540So just how material this is to the economy, it's 12 percent of the entire economy, energy.
00:43:05.540I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.

00:50:50.740He used his money for personal vendettas to get back to the people who held him accountable.
00:50:56.080OK, we've had other situations where Republicans lost because one or two entities sucked up all the money.
00:51:03.000And if that Republican did not mouth whatever liberal talking point the Republican PAC had that they wanted them to push on, whether it's on an economic issue or whether it's on abortion, if they didn't get on board with that, then they didn't get any money.
00:51:20.480And Speaker Johnson needs to learn a lesson that we had to teach our prior chair at the RNC.
00:51:29.320She was more concerned with her own comfort and with her friends getting contacts and getting power than than people winning, than pushing forward our Republican message.
