00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 Mega Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:47.000 Peter K. Navarro in with one of my blood brothers from the White House.
00:01:01.000 Man, we fought the battle.
00:01:04.000 He was one of the guys inside the White House.
00:01:09.000 Pure Trump.
00:01:10.000 Pure Trump as they come.
00:01:12.000 We had a lot of fifth column sappers that we had to deal with.
00:01:17.000 Bill really fought the good fight in there.
00:01:20.000 He's with us now.
00:01:21.000 He's doing some work for the RNC.
00:01:23.000 But, Mr. McGinley, you look marvelous, sir.
00:01:28.000 Right back at you, Peter.
00:01:29.000 You look great.
00:01:30.000 It's great to see you.
00:01:31.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:01:32.000 So we're going to work through this.
00:01:35.000 I think the first thing you want to talk about is that democracy in America no longer revolves around the fulcrum of election day.
00:01:46.000 It's election season.
00:01:47.000 What do you mean by that?
00:01:49.000 And give us an idea of where you can, where the battlegrounds are part of this election season.
00:01:57.000 Yeah.
00:01:58.000 So I think everybody's pretty familiar with the battleground states, so why don't we tick them off?
00:02:02.000 Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia.
00:02:07.000 I would include Virginia and Minnesota in that.
00:02:11.000 North Carolina.
00:02:12.000 And North Carolina, right?
00:02:13.000 You know, the Democrats have come out and publicly said they're going to contest North Carolina.
00:02:18.000 But, you know, bring it on.
00:02:20.000 But as you said, it's no longer an issue of just election day on November 5 where everybody's going to cast their ballots then.
00:02:27.000 The Democrats in particular through their dark money operations have really kind of established this get out the vote operation that places a premium on early voting.
00:02:37.000 And I think it's time that Republicans especially are going to not follow suit but take advantage of all the different ways that people can vote.
00:02:46.000 You want to change the system?
00:02:47.000 First, you've got to win the election, seize power, and then you can change the system.
00:02:53.000 So what do the listeners need to do?
00:02:56.000 Number one, you guys need to go out there and check your voter registration.
00:03:01.000 Let's make sure that your voter registration is up to date, okay?
00:03:06.000 Make sure that ten of your friends, families, and neighbors have gone out and done the same thing.
00:03:11.000 If they're not registered to vote, get them to register to vote.
00:03:15.000 Number three, get out there and figure out all of the different ways that you can cast your ballot.
00:03:21.000 I know that there's been a strong preference for election day, but we've seen in too many elections, on election day there's a snowstorm, there's a rainstorm, something comes up with the kids.
00:03:30.000 You suddenly get pulled out of town on business travel.
00:03:32.000 Any number of reasons why people don't cast their ballot.
00:03:35.000 We need to stop that.
00:03:37.000 You need to bank your vote.
00:03:38.000 You need to figure out the early voting option that works best for you.
00:03:42.000 Number one, you trust it.
00:03:43.000 Number two, you make sure that you cast that ballot, that your registration is complete so that your vote's going to be counted.
00:03:49.000 And you need to get your friends, family, and neighbors to do the same thing.
00:03:52.000 I want to issue a challenge to the posse today.
00:03:55.000 I've done it on a couple of shows before.
00:03:57.000 Let's make sure that you're doing at least 10 other people to go through that kind of checklist of what to do.
00:04:04.000 Then once you get your ballot cast, I want to make sure that you guys are signing up to help be part of the poll watching program.
00:04:11.000 So that go to protect the vote dot com.
00:04:15.000 If you live in a battleground state, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Minnesota, Virginia.
00:04:27.000 I want you guys to make sure that you go to protect the vote dot com and sign up to be a volunteer poll watcher.
00:04:33.000 You're going to get some good training about what to look for, how you can do it, the compliance with the state laws, the reporting system and everything else.
00:04:41.000 We really need your help.
00:04:42.000 We also need you to go to Trump force forty seven dot com.
00:04:47.000 We need you to be a volunteer.
00:04:49.000 You get your 10 to 15 friends, family and neighbors to register to vote, cast their ballots early.
00:04:55.000 We also need you to become part of the get out the vote volunteer army that are going to turn everybody out to make sure that, as President Trump says, his margin of victory is too big to rig.
00:05:07.000 We need to win this election and we need everybody's help is we're going to talk through, Peter, as we go through some of these other topics.
00:05:16.000 This is your election.
00:05:18.000 This is nobody else's election.
00:05:20.000 The time has come today to take ownership of this election.
00:05:24.000 Make sure that you are doing what you can within your universe, within your network of friends and family, and make sure that you are taking action, action, action.
00:05:33.000 And we're going to continue to talk about this today.
00:05:35.000 But the time for half measures is over.
00:05:37.000 As Steve says, action, action, action.
00:05:40.000 And so you really need to get get on this and happy to repeat those websites.
00:05:44.000 Yeah, that's what I want to do now.
00:05:45.000 So let's take them take them slow.
00:05:48.000 Sure.
00:05:49.000 Because we had Pete Hoekster from Michigan on it.
00:05:51.000 He mentioned is this Trump force forty seven dot com.
00:05:54.000 Trump force.
00:05:55.000 Let's get that up on the screen, Denver.
00:05:57.000 Trump force forty seven dot com.
00:05:59.000 Numbers forty seven.
00:06:00.000 Yes.
00:06:01.000 Yes.
00:06:02.000 What is what exactly is that?
00:06:04.000 That's who runs that site and what does it do?
00:06:07.000 Campaign and RNC run that site.
00:06:09.000 Basically, what they do is they help organize and train the volunteer army.
00:06:13.000 That's going to go to Trump force forty seven dot com.
00:06:17.000 What can I first do?
00:06:18.000 I sign up.
00:06:19.000 You sign up for it.
00:06:20.000 After you sign up, you're going to be contacted by somebody in state with the campaign to help you understand where the training is, what the next steps are.
00:06:29.000 And let's say I live live in Nebraska and I want to help in Michigan.
00:06:34.000 Can I do that in any way?
00:06:35.000 Well, I mean, anybody can make phone calls to people in other states to say, hey, they have that operation.
00:06:41.000 Yeah. OK.
00:06:42.000 Yeah. I mean, it's not just neighbors and people who live in the same precinct.
00:06:46.000 You can make phone calls, you know, on your mobile phone from anywhere.
00:06:49.000 All right, Posse.
00:06:50.000 So let's let's put it on your list to look at Trump force forty seven dot com.
00:06:56.000 Now, the second one, protect the vote dot com.
00:06:59.000 That's correct.
00:07:00.000 All right. Well, who runs that site?
00:07:02.000 What does that one do?
00:07:03.000 That's the election integrity for the battleground states, the states that are going to determine the president.
00:07:08.000 And who's who's in charge of that?
00:07:10.000 That's going to be RNC and that's RNC as well. Yeah.
00:07:13.000 And that's where you're going to get the training in order to get into the polling places to be eyes and ears.
00:07:18.000 We need intelligent people who exercise good judgment, who are going to be professional about their observations.
00:07:25.000 We need you to sign up.
00:07:27.000 We've had a great amount of volunteers sign up on the site, you know, Trump force forty seven and protect the vote dot com.
00:07:35.000 But we can never have enough. OK. Right.
00:07:37.000 And there's good follow through.
00:07:38.000 There's good follow through.
00:07:39.000 OK, now, here's a really important question, Bill, because you claim it's no longer about election day.
00:07:47.000 It's election season. You said we need poll watchers.
00:07:51.000 What about Dropbox watchers?
00:07:53.000 Do you know which states they allow Dropboxes in and whether they have a Dropbox watch?
00:07:58.000 There's quite a few of the battleground states that allow Dropboxes.
00:08:01.000 There's active efforts underway to get clarity on how that can be done.
00:08:07.000 Arizona had some problems last year with and a consent decree with some folks who showed up to watch Dropboxes.
00:08:14.000 They actually got I think some people there were some court cases on it.
00:08:18.000 So the Arizona mafia out there run by the Democrat Party to do everything they could to stop people from watching Dropboxes.
00:08:27.000 Yeah. And, you know, it's a gap, you know, because there's a lot of state, you know, every.
00:08:31.000 I mean, look, Bill, that's where all the stuff in the ballot box stuff comes from mostly. Right.
00:08:36.000 Right. But let's let's back up for a second.
00:08:39.000 A lot of state laws allow for poll watchers in the ballot in the polling locations.
00:08:45.000 Right. You have Democrats, you have Republicans standing there.
00:08:48.000 You have election workers who are either volunteers or paid staff from the county registrars running the volume that the polling place.
00:08:57.000 But what we need is we need to have the same type of transparency with Dropbox.
00:09:02.000 Yeah. Right. And so, you know, Democrats should go and watch, too.
00:09:06.000 We've seen the movie.
00:09:07.000 But, you know, there's a lot of states that are that are kind of like purposely blocking this.
00:09:11.000 And so we are actively working to get guidance.
00:09:14.000 I've heard they move.
00:09:15.000 In some states, they move the Dropboxes inside so you can't film them.
00:09:19.000 Is that you know anything about that?
00:09:20.000 Well, Dropboxes inside in the county registrar's office is frankly better than having them out in a parking lot.
00:09:25.000 Yeah. Right.
00:09:26.000 Because there you're going to have individuals around and and there's going to be some sort of monitoring there.
00:09:32.000 But the bottom line is, is that what we really need and I don't want this to be lost with the posse.
00:09:39.000 There's nothing for us to fight over in a close election if you don't cast your ballot.
00:09:44.000 If you don't cast your ballot, we lose.
00:09:47.000 If you don't cast your ballot, we lose.
00:09:51.000 Yeah.
00:09:52.000 And so to me.
00:09:53.000 So take a few minutes off from blasted out on social media all the time and and cast your ballot.
00:10:01.000 That's right. Yeah.
00:10:02.000 Figure out how to do it.
00:10:03.000 What's convenient for you.
00:10:04.000 Walk the talk.
00:10:05.000 That's right.
00:10:06.000 Walk the tweet.
00:10:07.000 The Democrats call it spreading the vote.
00:10:09.000 Yeah.
00:10:10.000 And what they do is they contact their voters and help them figure out the most convenient way for them to cast their ballot.
00:10:16.000 Republicans need to do the same thing.
00:10:18.000 Is it early vote in person?
00:10:20.000 It's multilevel marketing.
00:10:21.000 Yeah.
00:10:22.000 Really?
00:10:23.000 Yeah.
00:10:24.000 Some will do bail in.
00:10:25.000 They'll do absentee ballots or election day.
00:10:28.000 But make sure that you cast your ballot.
00:10:30.000 You have to vote.
00:10:31.000 So we have something to litigate over if this is a close election, which I think everybody believes it will be.
00:10:37.000 OK.
00:10:38.000 Protect the vote dot com and Trump force forty seven dot com.
00:10:44.000 Trump force forty seven dot com.
00:10:46.000 You can volunteer.
00:10:48.000 You can volunteer at both of those, right?
00:10:50.000 That's right.
00:10:51.000 And let me give you one more website because I know you love websites.
00:10:53.000 Go for it.
00:10:54.000 Swamp the vote.
00:10:56.000 USA dot com.
00:10:58.000 Swamp the vote.
00:10:59.000 USA dot com.
00:11:00.000 What's that one?
00:11:01.000 That's something where the posse can go to look up their state and figure out all the different ways to cast their ballot.
00:11:07.000 Oh, OK.
00:11:08.000 It's a convenient way for you on that one.
00:11:10.000 That's right.
00:11:11.000 And that's it.
00:11:12.000 But it's a convenient way for you to figure it out so that you can make a plan and frankly, help your friends, family and neighbors do the same thing to get their ballots in.
00:11:20.000 All right.
00:11:21.000 What I want to do now is talk a little bit deeper about the dark money that's going in, how the Soros money and this, that and the other thing.
00:11:33.000 There's a something blue site.
00:11:35.000 What is that?
00:11:36.000 Act blue.
00:11:37.000 Act blue.
00:11:38.000 So tell me, tell the posse more importantly, what you know about this, this dark money and how many millions or billions are we up against here?
00:11:49.000 Sure.
00:11:50.000 Basically, you know, we've talked about this a little bit before on the war room, but it's it's worth repeating.
00:11:57.000 The Democrats have really built a dark money empire out there.
00:12:01.000 A lot of people have read the stories about a group called Arabella Advisors that manages some really large national dark money groups from the New Venture Fund, Hopewell Fund, Windward Fund and others.
00:12:16.000 And there's also been some other groups that have received some financial support from Arabella Advisors.
00:12:22.000 And this is all based upon the 2020 IRS 990 forms that they have filed.
00:12:27.000 But there's some others that are kind of independent of that, but have really received some strong support from some of the biggest dark money vendors.
00:12:35.000 And one of the things that really when you say dark money, what does that mean?
00:12:41.000 I mean, it's money that is not disclosed.
00:12:44.000 In other words, the donors are not disclosed.
00:12:46.000 How do they do that?
00:12:47.000 Some of the spending.
00:12:48.000 How do they do that?
00:12:49.000 Because they're 501c3s, they're 501c4s.
00:12:51.000 These are groups.
00:12:52.000 You've got nonprofits tax exempt spending money on political activities.
00:12:59.000 Well, they would characterize a lot of it as not political, but all of these.
00:13:03.000 So how does that work?
00:13:04.000 Give me an example.
00:13:05.000 All right.
00:13:06.000 So a lot of these groups.
00:13:07.000 Let's talk some figures first.
00:13:08.000 Let's put the data on the table and then we'll get to that.
00:13:10.000 So in terms of national spending, just the money that these groups were transferring between each other in 2020, $691 million and change.
00:13:20.000 That's almost as much as President Trump raised into his presidential campaign alone.
00:13:24.000 And that's just the money that was flowing between the national groups.
00:13:28.000 Now, when you burrow down and you get a little bit deeper into the battleground states from 2020,
00:13:33.000 and this is looking at the 990s of a lot of these national groups compared to some of the organizations with addresses or activities in the battleground states.
00:13:42.000 The breakdown from 2020, and this included the Zuck Bucks at the time, in Georgia, they transferred down approximately $64 million into Georgia alone.
00:13:52.000 And who does that go to?
00:13:55.000 It goes to local nonprofits or nonprofits with robust operations in Georgia.
00:14:01.000 Some of it includes the Zuck Bucks, which in some states they can no longer do.
00:14:05.000 I mean, weren't some of those nonprofits running the Dropbox scams?
00:14:10.000 Some of them were driving the voters there, sure.
00:14:12.000 I mean, a lot of these are get-out-the-vote operations, and what they do is—
00:14:16.000 And that's legal for nonprofits?
00:14:18.000 It depends upon how you do it.
00:14:19.000 I mean, you know, we can do a whole seminar, and we'd have to spend more than two hours on a Saturday to kind of go through how this works.
00:14:25.000 Do we do that as well?
00:14:28.000 There are some groups that focus on specific segments, like some will be like a gun rights group.
00:14:35.000 You said we're outspent by in the dark.
00:14:37.000 Everywhere.
00:14:38.000 But, I mean, is it 2-1, 10-1?
00:14:40.000 Oh, I think it's—I think it's at least 10-1.
00:14:45.000 10-1.
00:14:46.000 Yeah.
00:14:47.000 I just don't see us getting anywhere close.
00:14:49.000 All right.
00:14:50.000 We're going to be right back with the great Bill McGinley.
00:14:53.000 We're getting really dark today.
00:14:56.000 It's dark money.
00:14:57.000 We'll be right back.

00:16:23.000 Do this today.
00:16:25.000 Did you know there is nearly $1 trillion of infrastructure and pandemic funds yet to be spent?
00:16:32.000 That's right.
00:16:33.000 There's a massive amount of money that the lame duck administration is pushing hard to spend in their last few months.
00:16:39.000 If Biden can push out these funds, we could see another prolonged inflation surge just like during COVID.
00:16:46.000 And I'm sure you remember the terrible effects that high prices had on Americans and still do.

00:17:48.000 Peter K. Navarro in with the great Bill McGinley.
00:17:52.000 Before we go back to Bill, I just wanted to encourage everybody to go to Apple Podcasts and subscribe to The War Room.
00:18:04.000 You got a QR code on the screen.
00:18:07.000 What we really need to do is build the War Room audience.
00:18:12.000 You are the force multiplier here.
00:18:14.000 Subscribe.
00:18:16.000 You'll get the podcast free downloaded.
00:18:19.000 And then what you really need to do is share that with 10 friends out of the McGinley rule.
00:18:26.000 If we get our message out, we win.
00:18:29.000 All right, Bill, you know, we're talking a little bit about the dark money.
00:18:34.000 I just want to finish up with that.
00:18:35.000 As I understand it, the Democrats are using these nonprofit organizations at taxpayer expense for political purposes.
00:18:44.000 They exploit loopholes.
00:18:46.000 There's nothing we can really do about that in the next 60 days.
00:18:50.000 But what we can do is what basically everybody can get out and volunteer to help the president.
00:18:57.000 I mean, the most significant force, the most important force, the great equalizer in politics against the dark money is our volunteer army.
00:19:06.000 It's the posse.
00:19:07.000 It's the posse getting out there, turning people out to vote, voting themselves and basically combating the messaging to get Donald Trump and J.D. Vance's message out there and to vote Republican up and down the ticket.
00:19:18.000 The president's going to need a Republican House.
00:19:21.000 The president's going to need a Republican Senate.
00:19:23.000 As you remember from our time in the White House, if we don't have the Senate, nobody gets through.
00:19:28.000 Nobody gets through.
00:19:30.000 What he means by that is that we can't get our cabinet secretaries and undersecretaries appointed by the Senate.
00:19:38.000 And therefore, the swamp controls the bureaucracy.
00:19:41.000 That's correct.
00:19:42.000 Yeah.
00:19:43.000 And so what we want to do is we want to tell them what you did in the White House.
00:19:46.000 Yeah.
00:19:47.000 So I was cabinet secretary.
00:19:48.000 So I ran the Office of Cabinet Affairs, which helped coordinate amongst the different departments and agencies that made up the cabinet of the United States.
00:19:56.000 And so we would help people like you, Peter, with a lot of your policy initiatives and others in the White House.
00:20:02.000 They would put it before President Trump.
00:20:04.000 President Trump would make the decision.
00:20:06.000 And then one of the things that we would do is track to make sure that the policies were being implemented in the various departments and agencies and educate the White House about that.
00:20:16.000 But we also ran the cabinet meetings.
00:20:18.000 We used to, you know, President Trump, when I was there, had 19 cabinet meetings, which was more than President Obama had in eight years, him being there.
00:20:26.000 President Trump loved to have cabinet meetings.
00:20:29.000 He enjoyed discussions with his cabinet.
00:20:32.000 He would take questions from the press at the top of the meeting.
00:20:35.000 And there would be a pretty big press.
00:20:37.000 Those were fun to go to.
00:20:39.000 How long did it take him to get a full cabinet, which speaks to this notion of why we need to win the Senate?
00:20:43.000 I think we I think, you know, inaugurated or sworn in January of 17.
00:20:50.000 I think it was April when we had a full cabinet.
00:20:53.000 And that's when we had our first cabinet meeting.
00:20:55.000 Yeah. And we lost a few along the way that we couldn't get confirmed.
00:20:58.000 Yeah.
00:20:59.000 Well, there were a couple who withdrew.
00:21:00.000 Yeah.
00:21:01.000 But they were replaced and put in.
00:21:03.000 But, you know, part of the fifty one forty nine voting rule or.
00:21:08.000 It depends.
00:21:09.000 Yeah, it used to be.
00:21:10.000 And then, you know, everybody pulled the nuclear option.
00:21:12.000 But, yeah.
00:21:13.000 So the vice president could be the tie breaking vote on some of these nominations like Kamala Harris has been.
00:21:18.000 And so, you know, getting them, these men and women through the Senate and the confirmation process is critically important.
00:21:25.000 It's been distressing to me, Bill, that the committee on the Senate side, the Republicans, have not been adequately funding some of the Republican candidates where we can flip seats.
00:21:43.000 And I think Mitch McConnell is doing that because they're Trump people.
00:21:47.000 Thoughts?
00:21:48.000 Look, I think any any contested election needs to have a Republican candidate on the ballot.
00:21:55.000 If President Trump is able to develop a wave election and a wave election means we get low propensity, low information voters to turn out.
00:22:03.000 Yes.
00:22:04.000 It's not just an overwhelming vote for President Trump.
00:22:08.000 There could be some seats that we're not tracking right now that could get incredibly close or we could win.
00:22:13.000 And how about the ones we know that are contestable?
00:22:17.000 I mean, you got the tester seat in Montana.
00:22:22.000 You've got Carrie Lake fighting in Arizona.
00:22:26.000 You've got a seat in Pennsylvania that that could be flipped.
00:22:31.000 But in a lot of these states, even though there's more Democrat seats at risk, those candidates are running behind in the polls to Trump and their opponents.
00:22:44.000 Right.
00:22:45.000 And I'm not seeing the Republican Senate committee.
00:22:48.000 Is that what you call it?
00:22:49.000 Yeah, the NRSC.
00:22:50.000 Well, what the hell's going on there, Bill?
00:22:53.000 Look, I think that they have limited resources and they're trying.
00:22:56.000 Why?
00:22:57.000 Because the fundraising hasn't come in.
00:22:59.000 Why?
00:23:00.000 Because you're not doing it.
00:23:02.000 Well, you know, Democrats for the last number of cycles have outraised Republicans.
00:23:09.000 I mean, look at 2016 where President Trump won.
00:23:12.000 Hillary Clinton greatly outraised President Trump, but he was able to win in 2020.
00:23:18.000 Where's all that money coming from?
00:23:20.000 All of their money?
00:23:21.000 Yeah.
00:23:22.000 They've got it.
00:23:23.000 They've got a motivated base.
00:23:24.000 Some of it, I think, is under investigation to try and figure out what's going on.
00:23:28.000 I'm not prepared to make any statements on that.
00:23:29.000 Yeah.
00:23:30.000 But I think there are some people reviewing it.
00:23:32.000 But the bottom line is that, you know, if people can afford $10, $15, $20, which I know is really hard given the Biden-Harris inflation.
00:23:39.000 Yeah.
00:23:40.000 And the stagnant economy where the judge job growth just isn't there.
00:23:44.000 Yeah.
00:23:45.000 For American workers.
00:23:46.000 So we recognize the sacrifice.
00:23:48.000 And to volunteer.
00:23:49.000 But when I say that people need to go out, cast their ballot, vote for Republicans up and down the ticket.
00:23:57.000 Because we need it.
00:23:58.000 And let me just say this.
00:23:59.000 It's equally important in the local races as well.
00:24:01.000 How many times have we seen now where communities have been destroyed, where businesses are leaving, where families are fleeing or living really in very bad conditions because a local prosecutor won't enforce the law?
00:24:16.160 Violent criminals are let out on cashless bail to be recidivist and to terrorize the nation, the neighborhoods again.
00:24:23.180 I think a lot of people who have never really kind of been touched by that are beginning to be touched by that.
00:24:28.140 And it's something that the Democrats in the media don't want to talk about, what a material impact it has on on the economy of an acute of a community, but also really what happens to these families and how it impacts the education of their children.
00:24:43.560 Children who are fearful about going to school are not going to learn.
00:24:47.340 Right. Parents who are worried about whether their children are going to be safe on the streets are not going to allow them to do the activities that are going to give them intellectual, emotional and physical growth.
00:24:56.740 So city councils, city attorneys, all of it matters, all of it matters.
00:25:02.220 It all matters. Right. But especially matters top of the ticket.
00:25:05.540 President Trump and J.D. Vance. We got just a couple of minutes left, Bill.
00:25:08.720 Is there something that we didn't cover here that you want to hit?
00:25:15.200 It's all hands on deck. All hands on deck. It's all hands on deck.
00:25:19.180 The posse, nobody does it better than the posse. The problem is sometimes they're not given options.
00:25:26.060 So we got some options today from Bill McGinley.
00:25:30.260 We got TrumpForce47.com.
00:25:35.300 You've heard that from Pete Hoekstra in Michigan.
00:25:37.560 And the other one was we have protect the protect the vote dot com that protect the vote dot com.
00:25:46.240 And the first one that everybody the first stop is TrumpForce47.com force 47 dot com.
00:25:53.920 And if you're looking for information about how you can cast your ballot, swamp the vote USA dot com.
00:26:00.700 That's the one. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
00:26:01.800 So you can get some guidance on what's happening in your state.
00:26:04.240 You're confident that the RNC has righted the ship after Ronald McDaniel was summarily ejected?
00:26:16.340 I've said this before. I'm a college football fan.
00:26:20.240 There's one of the greatest coaches ever.
00:26:22.440 There's how you're currently performing and then there's what's your potential.
00:26:26.320 Yeah. Right. He calls it the capability gap. Right.
00:26:29.800 To me, that is what we need to close between now and Election Day.
00:26:34.200 Right. And the capability gap in the in the get out the vote operation, volunteers chasing ballots,
00:26:40.700 curing ballots from Republican voters that may have a mistake and the election officials won't accept them.
00:26:46.020 We need to protect our voters and we need to have election integrity.
00:26:49.440 We need to give people faith in the process and confidence in the results.
00:26:52.820 And as President Trump says, we need this margin of victory to be too big.
00:26:56.840 Bill, do you think the RNC culture now, did they understand how important get out the vote is?
00:27:02.620 Yes.
00:27:03.860 This whole thing, posse, where it was a badge of honor to vote on Election Day, got to rip that badge off, friends, because it ain't working.
00:27:15.760 And as Bill said earlier, stuff can happen.
00:27:19.120 Look at Carrie Lake running for governor and her opponent, who was the secretary of state in charge of ballots,
00:27:26.040 pulled the plug on people being able to vote that day.
00:27:30.820 And she lost a race, which which should have been a cakewalk.
00:27:34.140 Bill, once more, give everybody the Web sites.
00:27:37.280 Say goodbye.
00:27:38.380 If you watch the clock there, you got 46 seconds.
00:27:40.520 No problem.
00:27:41.380 On X, I am at WJ McGinley and on getter at McGinley WJ.
00:27:47.680 All right, man.
00:27:48.680 This man's a patriot.
00:27:49.780 It was a pleasure to serve with him.
00:27:52.120 I hope to see him with Trump 47 in the future.
00:27:56.800 And you're my brother, man.
00:27:58.400 It's a pleasure.
00:27:59.060 All right.
00:27:59.500 We'll see you next time.
00:28:01.100 Posse, we'll be right back.
00:28:02.380 We're going to go to Hunter.
00:28:05.160 It's obvious the unthinkable continues.
00:28:07.780 As most Americans know, something is very, very wrong.
00:28:12.380 The people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop noticing.
00:28:16.320 But you know better.
00:28:17.820 That's why self-reliant folks are investing in emergency food storage.

00:29:14.160 Action, action, action.
00:29:17.360 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:26.760 Hey, Peter K. Navarro in for Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:30.700 We're going to switch gears a little bit now.
00:29:35.160 Steve's sitting in prison for a misdemeanor.
00:29:39.340 A crime which the Department of Justice has long said isn't a crime at all.
00:29:46.120 I went to prison for four months for a misdemeanor.
00:29:49.440 I was the only guy in prison down in Miami for a misdemeanor.
00:29:55.140 I was the only guy who served all four months.
00:29:58.340 No time off for good conduct.
00:30:01.020 First step back.
00:30:02.240 Second chance.
00:30:02.900 They stuck it to us as well as they could for a misdemeanor for defending the Constitution was that misdemeanor.
00:30:12.420 I will beat them at the appeals level.
00:30:17.960 Now we have Hunter Biden pleading guilty to a charge.
00:30:23.020 Second time he's guilty of a felony.
00:30:28.080 And we want to bring in Mark Paletta to explain just what went on there.
00:30:33.140 Tell us a little bit about Jason Galanis as well.
00:30:37.460 Mark, the floor is yours, brother.
00:30:39.980 Talk to me.
00:30:40.480 Hey, Peter.
00:30:42.180 Good to see you.
00:30:43.920 Enjoyed working with you in 45 and look forward to hopefully working together in 47.
00:30:50.840 You know, look, there's two tiers of justice in this country.
00:30:55.400 And we see it on display right now.
00:30:57.040 Hunter Biden should be going to jail for a lot longer.
00:31:00.580 Right?
00:31:00.760 The Biden Justice Department.
00:31:01.840 And I'd actually say that Trump, you know, the career prosecutors during the Trump years protected Hunter Biden.
00:31:11.300 Let the, you know, the charges, all of his crimes, right?
00:31:15.780 He didn't pay taxes for many, many, many years.
00:31:18.640 And the statute of limitations expired on lots of it.
00:31:24.420 So right now he just, yeah, I think he's facing up to, this is not paying taxes he was charged with.
00:31:29.980 But only for part of the taxes he didn't pay.
00:31:33.960 Because the Justice Department let those years lapse.
00:31:37.020 You have like five years.
00:31:38.520 Right?
00:31:38.840 And so that is outrageous.
00:31:40.580 You, right?
00:31:41.780 You and Steve Bannon are the first people to, you know, serve time, right, for contesting your subpoena.
00:31:47.160 And here's Hunter Biden, who will no doubt, right, be pardoned or commuted by his father on the way out the door.
00:31:55.800 And so I represented, as you just referenced, Jason Galanis, who was Hunter Biden's partner, along with Devin Archer.
00:32:02.160 Jason Galanis got 15 years, okay, for his part in, it was a tribal bond offering that Hunter Biden was involved with, financially benefited from, okay, along with Devin Archer.
00:32:15.520 Jason Galanis got 15 years, okay, he pled guilty, but he's sitting in prison.
00:32:21.680 He testified before the committee, the House Oversight Committee and Judiciary Committee, was mentioned 103 times in their report about real-time, like, you know, evidence of Joe Biden working with his son Hunter on deals with the Chinese government, the Harvest Fund,
00:32:39.480 where Joe Biden was agreeing to go on or showing his interest on going on the board after his vice presidency to help them.
00:32:46.420 I think they ultimately gave $5 million.
00:32:48.420 They were looking for $15 million into Hunter's business ventures.
00:32:53.180 We saw Jason talking about how Joe Biden got on the phone with Yelena Batterina, right, a Russian oligarch, to help Hunter close a deal.
00:33:01.540 We saw five days later Yelena Batterina signing up for, I think, a $20 million or $10 million investment in one of Hunter's ventures.
00:33:09.980 So, you know, he's not going to be held accountable for any of that, right?
00:33:14.340 And so that's the thing.
00:33:15.860 Like, he's pled guilty.
00:33:18.000 I think it's up to 17 years he could technically serve for the crimes charge and many millions in fines.
00:33:27.200 But this is a small fraction of what he should be held accountable for.
00:33:33.740 And so, you know, we're going to see, as I said, Joe Biden is saying he's not going to pardon him.
00:33:38.300 This is Joe Biden, right?
00:33:39.500 We don't believe a word he says.
00:33:40.940 Okay, he lies all the time.
00:33:42.080 And so I believe he will pardon his son on the way out the door.
00:33:49.400 I'm curious whether he'll pardon himself and his brother James as well, because what you just outlined is an indictment against both of them for the crimes that were committed while Joe Biden was vice president.
00:34:08.400 And Hunter basically used Joe Biden for influence peddling.
00:34:13.620 In terms of—was there something about this guilty plea where Hunter wanted to plead but maintain his innocence?
00:34:22.780 Did I get that wrong?
00:34:23.900 Do you know anything about that?
00:34:25.500 Yeah, that's an Alford plea where you go in and you—again, it's something along the lines of where you're saying,
00:34:30.520 I'm innocent, but I'm going to plead to the charges, the judge rejected that.
00:34:34.360 The government, you know, again, let's not forget, right?
00:34:38.000 What happens here is David Weiss and the whole Justice Department crew went easy on Hunter Biden for years and years and years.
00:34:45.180 Let's not forget that.
00:34:46.820 That is exactly what happened.
00:34:48.620 They protected Joe Biden and his son Hunter, okay?
00:34:52.060 Once it blew up—
00:34:53.840 Was this Alford plea—hang on just for a second.
00:34:56.120 Was this Alford plea for this latest charge or for the gun charge?
00:35:00.740 No, no, no, no, for this charge.
00:35:01.660 The latest charge.
00:35:03.000 Yeah, he fought and was convicted.
00:35:04.400 So this judge—is this judge the same judge as the judge in the gun charge or is this another court in a judge?
00:35:12.500 Yeah, this is another—this is out in California.
00:35:15.060 The other judge was in Delaware.
00:35:16.380 Okay.
00:35:17.120 Yeah, federal judge.
00:35:18.240 So we've actually—the only thing that's actually providing justice is not the Justice Department.
00:35:26.540 It's the judges.
00:35:28.200 Somehow we got two judges that are forcing the Justice Department to do his job.
00:35:34.620 Have I got that right?
00:35:36.660 Yeah.
00:35:37.240 I mean, I think it's a little bit of after it blew up in federal court when they tried to give Hunter a sweetheart deal.
00:35:44.000 I think that's when the Justice Department was exposed enough that they needed to do something.
00:35:50.000 And, you know, they have already let, you know, tons and tons of crimes expire.
00:35:56.300 And so they got—you know, Hunter, I think he embarrassed everybody, right?
00:36:00.040 And so the Justice Department brought the gun charges.
00:36:03.340 They won in court in Delaware.
00:36:05.240 And then on the tax charges, they indicted him.
00:36:08.400 They brought a bunch of information, right?
00:36:09.940 I think this week they submitted their evidence.
00:36:12.680 I think Hunter Biden saw how bad it would look, you know, and lots more information.
00:36:19.140 And he pled, I think, knowing, of course, that his father would pardon him on the way out the door.
00:36:25.140 So, you know, it just shows you, Peter, the two tracks, the two tiers of justice in this country.
00:36:34.200 You know, Jason Galanis serving 15 years, Hunter Biden not even being indicted.
00:36:40.680 You know, Jason Galanis went to the Justice Department, went to the Southern District of New York, went to the SEC, said, I have information on Hunter Biden.
00:36:47.440 And guess what?
00:36:47.960 They didn't want it, OK?
00:36:49.360 Then, when the House of Representatives was looking into all of these dealings, Jason Galanis had been approved for home release, home confinement under the COVID law, right, under the COVID provisions.
00:37:06.080 Oh, interesting.
00:37:06.880 Yeah, they didn't let him go.
00:37:08.920 And denied him.
00:37:10.020 And they kept him in prison.
00:37:11.240 So it made it much more difficult to cooperate with the committee.
00:37:14.420 And I had to go down.
00:37:15.480 I went down to Montgomery prison several times to meet with Jason.
00:37:18.700 And he testified in a transcribed interview before the committee in prison.
00:37:22.580 And he also sat for a hearing, a congressional hearing, where he provided evidence.
00:37:28.800 Again, the committee provided information on all of these deals, real-time emails showing Joe Biden working with Hunter Biden on deals as vice president.
00:37:39.700 These were in 2014, 2015, that he's working with his son on deals with the Chinese government and with the Russians.
00:37:49.480 And so to see Hunter Biden not charged at all in that case, OK, and then have the Justice Department.
00:37:57.400 And again, this is all written up.
00:37:58.860 I refer to the posse to read the Judiciary Committee, you know, House Oversight Committee report on their inquiry.
00:38:05.920 Again, Jason Galanis has mentioned 103 times.
00:38:09.780 And there's a whole section on their retaliation against him in prison to keep him from being released so he couldn't cooperate with the committee in a more, you know, convenient way.
00:38:21.400 So I'm thinking with this debate coming up, it would be interesting to ask Kamala Harris, if you are elected president, will you pardon Joe Biden if he ever gets indicted, which wouldn't happen under her?
00:38:43.940 But would you pardon Hunter Biden?
00:38:45.480 That would be a really interesting question to see how she'd handle it.
00:38:48.140 But the more interesting question would really be to Kamala Harris, have you ever discussed pardoning Hunter Biden with the vice president, with the president, Joe Biden?
00:39:03.380 That would be really interesting.
00:39:05.640 That would be really interesting because, you know, when Biden stepped down, he refused to step down, he refused to step down.
00:39:13.160 And it would be really interesting if one of the things that finally sealed the deal is if Kamala Harris promised to pardon Hunter Biden.
00:39:24.360 It wouldn't surprise me at all.
00:39:29.440 Any last thoughts on all of this craziness, sir?
00:39:33.660 And then tell folks how to get in touch with you.
00:39:35.720 Sure, Peter.
00:39:38.040 Again, two tiers of system, as Bill McGinley just said, all hands on deck.
00:39:44.360 You know, President Trump needs to win in November.
00:39:48.000 The Justice Department has been out of control for many, many years.
00:39:51.700 I'm at Mark Paoletta on X.
00:39:54.760 I'm at the Center for Renewing America with Russ Vogt.
00:39:57.740 You could find my materials there.
00:40:00.000 We're talking about Russ's guys.
00:40:01.540 Cool.
00:40:02.000 Yeah.
00:40:02.160 That's cool.
00:40:02.640 Yeah, we just actually say hi to Russ for me.
00:40:05.960 We had to get Russ back on here soon.
00:40:08.340 Yeah, he's a great friend and a great leader.
00:40:12.140 Great patriot.
00:40:13.620 All right, Mark, I do appreciate it.
00:40:15.740 We'll we'll get you on again the next time.
00:40:18.740 Hunter Biden pleads guilty.
00:40:20.740 And we speculate on that pardon, which is 100 percent.
00:40:26.020 All right, brother, you take care.
00:40:27.480 Thanks, Peter.
00:40:28.060 OK.
00:40:28.360 All right.
00:40:30.280 But this is a heck of a show.

00:40:36.760 I want you to really scan that QR code that Denver is going to put up for the till we get to the the outbreak here.

00:40:53.920 So that's got to go download that on the podcast.
00:40:58.360 OK, and then send that to at least 10 of your friends, because that's a clinic.

00:41:19.000 Hunter Rome's free.

00:44:20.700 What a great show today.
00:44:21.740 I want to just emphasize once again how important it is to download the War Room on podcast.
00:44:32.360 And today's episode, I really need you to get out to your friends.
00:44:36.220 That's your assignment.
00:44:38.160 At least 10 people, I need you to share the first half hour, the 11 o'clock hour, with Bill McGinley.
00:44:44.480 It's all about winning the election.
00:44:46.780 It's election season, not election day.
00:44:49.520 And we need to get out to vote.
00:44:51.140 I want to bring in now Catherine O'Neill from Meriwether Farms.
00:44:56.600 This is the place to get your beef.
00:45:00.220 What's the beef, Catherine?
00:45:02.300 Talk to me.
00:45:04.060 Hi, Peter.
00:45:04.700 How are you?
00:45:07.120 Can you hear me?
00:45:07.680 I'm doing great.
00:45:08.720 I could use a cheeseburger right now.
00:45:11.660 It's lunchtime.
00:45:12.540 Awesome.
00:45:12.760 But I'm going to have to wait for a minute and rely on my warpathcoffee.com.
00:45:18.440 But anyway, talk to me about what you guys do out there.
00:45:22.840 Out in Wyoming.
00:45:24.160 The great state of Wyoming.
00:45:26.540 So I'm actually here in the plant today.
00:45:28.480 No soy burgers there, right?
00:45:29.760 Oh, no way.
00:45:31.000 No way.
00:45:31.580 We don't have soy here.
00:45:32.920 No, I'm actually here in our processing facility today helping the crew.
00:45:38.260 So we're working overtime to make sure you guys get your orders in perfect condition.
00:45:43.800 But today we have another burger special like you guys all love.
00:45:48.020 So if you go to meriwetherfarms.com, you'll see it right on the homepage.
00:45:52.660 It's a burger special, 30 pounds of burger.
00:45:56.220 I always keep 50 to 75 pounds in my deep freezers, Peter, just because, you know, we're going into rough times.
00:46:05.080 So you guys ask for this deal all the time.
00:46:08.180 So we're bringing it to the posse today.
00:46:11.880 Meriwetherfarms.com.
00:46:14.480 Is that all beef hot dogs that I see there?
00:46:17.880 What do you got there?
00:46:19.100 You don't let any piglets on this farm, right?
00:46:22.360 No, no, no.
00:46:23.640 Those are all beef snack sticks.
00:46:26.200 They're actually delicious.
00:46:27.540 They have no nitrates, no preservatives.
00:46:30.500 You know, all of our beef doesn't have any hormones.
00:46:34.100 I'm actually going to show up our new packaging that we just got done.
00:46:37.580 These are our single-serve beef sticks.
00:46:40.460 You can open them like a Slim Jim.
00:46:42.880 They're really convenient and easy to eat.
00:46:46.480 So you don't have to buy 30 pounds of those.
00:46:48.960 You can get them in the custom bar, okay?
00:46:52.440 That's right.
00:46:53.160 Just shut it.
00:46:53.880 That's right.
00:46:54.740 That's cool.
00:46:55.720 How long have y'all been in business?
00:46:57.560 How long have you guys been in business?
00:46:59.160 Yeah, so we've been in business for about three years.
00:47:02.460 But collectively, our team has about collectively,
00:47:06.600 I would say, 60-plus years of experience.
00:47:11.120 We have some really great people, great Americans working for us.
00:47:15.440 And so it's an honor to serve the Rune Pasi really great beef.
00:47:20.320 It's interesting that you do both grain-fed and range.
00:47:27.440 Yes.
00:47:28.060 That must be hard to keep track of.
00:47:30.640 But you have that on your menu at your website and everything like that.
00:47:33.380 You make your choice, right?
00:47:34.480 Absolutely.
00:47:35.300 Yeah.
00:47:35.420 No antibiotics, no hormones, none of that stuff.
00:47:38.160 Nope.
00:47:38.740 None of that crap.
00:47:40.500 You know, we offer both products.
00:47:42.620 I mean, generally, our customers prefer the grain-finished,
00:47:45.220 which, by the way, we grow all of the crops that we feed them.
00:47:48.800 We grow it right on our farm.
00:47:50.420 So, you know, most people prefer a grain-finished product
00:47:55.600 just because of the marbling and the extra flavor.
00:47:58.860 But for those people that do enjoy a leaner cut,
00:48:02.260 we are offering a grass-finished product in the next few weeks.
00:48:06.900 So, you know, you can have the best of both worlds in one location.
00:48:11.840 All right.
00:48:12.480 Give me the website one last time.
00:48:14.760 Yeah, absolutely.
00:48:15.640 It's meriwetherfarms.com.
00:48:17.420 You don't need a discount code.
00:48:19.320 The burger deal is right there in front of you.
00:48:21.460 You'll see it right on the homepage.
00:48:23.360 30 pounds of ground beef.
00:48:24.960 Buy it now.
00:48:26.000 It typically goes pretty quickly.
00:48:30.040 All right.
00:48:30.860 You're the best.
00:48:32.180 Bye-bye.
00:48:32.640 Thanks so much, Peter.
00:48:33.680 Have a good one.
00:48:36.020 All righty.
00:48:37.740 All righty.
00:48:39.040 My favorite mustache, Patriot.
00:48:42.260 I can't remember if any of the founding fathers had mustaches.
00:48:48.960 But if they did, it would have been Mike Lindell's mustache.
00:48:52.440 Mike, what do you got for us today?
00:48:54.300 Have at it.
00:48:55.200 Thanks, Peter.
00:48:55.980 And speaking of elections, everybody, check out LindellPlan.com.

00:49:11.180 You just vote all year.

00:50:12.520 I'm going to run that today, too.
00:50:14.180 Get there.
00:50:14.720 Save up to 80% all the sleepwear and stuff that we still have.
00:50:18.920 That will be done today.

00:53:33.100 Hey, War Room.
00:53:35.240 Hope you're all doing well.
00:53:36.360 My name is Trevor Comstock.
00:53:37.760 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human.
00:53:39.880 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.
00:53:44.240 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:53:54.520 So, unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:54:05.940 So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements.
00:54:11.160 And, of course, the beef liver being our flagship product.
00:54:13.600 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:54:23.900 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:54:36.440 So, we have some other amazing products.
00:54:38.380 But if you'd like to check us out, you can go to SacredHumanHealth.com.
00:54:42.100 And cheers to your health.
