On September 10th, a bill passed the House of Representatives that would allow non-citizens to vote in the upcoming midterm elections. But the Senate has yet to act on the bill, and Democratic leaders are reluctant to take it up.

00:01:15.000That has to do with Russia and every country under the sun trying to interfere in the United States elections.
00:01:20.000Despite tacitly admitting in that very same press release that no foreign country has actually done any demonstrable efforts to influence the outcomes of any United States election.
00:01:40.000Because in the same breath, the Democrats also don't want to pass the SAVE Act.
00:01:44.000The very same act that's going to prevent non-citizens, foreigners from voting in the upcoming election.
00:01:50.000If you want to talk about foreign election interference, how about we talk about illegal immigration and mass migration and the importation of voters at record rates we haven't seen for decades.
00:02:01.000But I know we can't talk about that because then we'll get called racist according to the mainstream media, right?
00:02:06.000Well, here in the war room we think that the SAVE Act is a prerequisite to have anything that actually resembles an election, election integrity.
00:02:15.000That's the opening salvo for what we want.
00:02:18.000But Speaker Johnson is, of course, back up to his old tricks of cheapening legislation that Americans deserve and need to defend and safeguard our election against the actual national security threat that is non-citizens voting, turning it into a shiny toy.
00:02:34.000Even though they passed this bill last year, now apparently the only way that Americans are entitled to have safe and secure elections is if we attach it to another CR that's going to fund the government at a rate that is going to only plunge us into further national debt,
00:02:47.000where the only ROI that we get on that is DEI programs in the military and DEI programs abroad.
00:02:54.000I know we've been calling our members of Congress on the show to make sure that we pass the SAVE Act, but we're not going to accept the false pretense that Speaker Johnson and Republican leadership has thrown down,
00:03:05.000which is that the only way we can have the SAVE Act is if we attach it to a CR, let alone we already have Joe Biden coming out saying he's going to veto it.
00:03:17.000And by the way, by the time it's actually implemented, early voting will have already started.
00:03:23.000I believe we're joined now by Congressman Corey Mills, who's come out pretty firmly and staunchly as a no on this CR.
00:03:31.000Now, Congressman, can you sort of walk us through your opposition to the bill, where your colleagues stand on it, and just what sort of the future looks like for the CR?
00:03:44.000It looks like we don't have Congressman Mills, so we'll start with another member of Congress that we have up.
00:06:06.000I'm just curious, is there any discussion going on now to push the SAVE Act through independently?
00:06:13.000And are we correct to say that they are using, they're exploiting the SAVE Act as a shiny toy, in some ways a sort of sword of Damocles,
00:06:21.000where you're damned if you do, damned if you don't.
00:06:24.000But in reality, even if they pass the CR, it's just, it's Christmas morning for the lobbyists and the Mike Johnson and the Republican leaderships of the world.
00:06:33.000But what about the SAVE Act independently?
00:06:35.000Could you see a vote ever coming on that to push it through to the Senate?
00:06:54.000They could vote on the SAVE Act tomorrow.
00:06:56.000And I think that's what we ought to be saying to them.
00:06:59.000The SAVE Act is on your desk, Schumer, and we want to vote on it.
00:07:04.000We want people to be on the record voting against the idea that only U.S. citizens vote in U.S. elections.
00:07:13.000Now, the CR itself, I, again, I'm not sure whether it will come to the floor.
00:07:20.000If it does come to the floor, I'm not sure it will pass.
00:07:22.000There's a lot of uncertainty around the CR today with or without the SAVE Act.
00:07:27.000Congress, and I think there's also something particularly sick about voting on the CR tomorrow where you just have, you know, House GOP members putting out their Afghanistan report yesterday talking about how DOD failed routinely from every second, every inch of what happens in Afghanistan every day.
00:07:49.000Yet in the same breath, they want to continue to fund that very same Defense Department at unchecked levels that we've never seen in the history of this country.
00:07:58.000So I know you were involved with the Afghanistan report.
00:08:01.000Can you sort of walk the audience through the top lines of what you guys discovered and that what is a 300 page report?
00:08:08.000Well, I will tell you, Chairman McCall used his experience as a federal prosecutor to good effect with this report.
00:08:15.000It is laid out formally as an indicting document, and that's exactly what it does.
00:08:21.000It indicts the State Department, and frankly, it really indicts the NSC, the National Security Council, and Jake Sullivan.
00:08:30.000I will tell you, all roads lead to Jake Sullivan.
00:08:34.000There are some fascinating documents or findings in this document.
00:08:39.000For instance, the ambassador was the first person to leave.
00:10:38.000We need President Trump to be back in the Oval Office so that we can once again stand with strength through peace,
00:10:45.000where our adversaries understand that we will not bow to them, that we will stand as the beacon of freedom that we have been for 250 years.
00:10:53.000I think that that decision in Afghanistan, that withdrawal, changed the world, not only those 13 families' lives, but the world.
00:11:05.000Well, Congressman, you repeatedly say, you know, the word indictment and indictment on Jake Sullivan and all the top brasses in the State Department.
00:11:13.000And I definitely think that that's more in the territory of what certainly this audience wants when it comes to actual accountability.
00:11:19.000I'm not really sure what, you know, 300-page reports and strongly worded letters and nice soundbites on Fox News necessarily give those families in terms of condolences and, you know, feel-good moments.
00:11:32.000So what would you say to the audience who's watching this?
00:11:35.000And I know it's not, you know, your committee or your report, but who's watching this and saying,
00:11:39.000that all sounds nice and good, but if you guys can't indict them, you guys have the power of the purse,
00:11:45.000why aren't you leveraging that and going after these people's salaries, going after the woke programs,
00:11:50.000going after the intentionally America Last embeds within the Defense Department?
00:11:55.000Why is it just 300-page documents that, respectfully, I don't think a lot of Americans take the time to read?

00:12:05.000We have tried to go after the salaries of many of the Biden administration.
00:12:09.000We have had conservative amendments to cut funding.
00:12:14.000And frankly, if it's a very conservative amendment, our bill, we tap out at about 60 votes.

00:13:41.000If MSNBC wants you to win your race and has you on to do happy talk interviews,

00:18:28.000You know, the idea that you're going to try and do a policy rider for the SAVE Act, which they think is going to somehow get through the Senate, be signed into law, and have the implementation time to actually impact election integrity is a farce.
00:18:44.000It's a way for them to continue to do the D.C. status quo of kicking the can down the road.
00:18:48.000So when I look at the probable what ifs or I look at the guaranteed certainties, the certainty is this.
00:18:54.000A continuing resolution at the Pelosi COVID emergency spending levels is going to be a $2.45 trillion expense in 365 days.
00:19:05.000It's going to be a $6.3 billion a day expenditure or $77,000 plus per second.
00:19:13.000This is what is going to eliminate our middle class and the average American.
00:19:17.000We promised America in January of 23 that we were going to give 12 single-point appropriation bills that was going to get the necessary spending cuts while also putting policies in place like H.R.1 Low Cost Energy Act to guarantee that we have economic growth strategies.
00:19:34.000This is not doing the definition of insanity by kicking the can do the same thing repetitively over and over and over and expecting a different outcome.
00:19:41.000Go back to the 117th Congress, the 116th, the 115th, the 114th.
00:19:45.000It's the same thing where it's the continuing resolution around September and then an omnibus that drops all the pork possible at the end of the year.
00:19:53.000This is the same thing under Pelosi and it's the same thing under this leadership.
00:19:57.000And so I'm not going to continue to play these games by drowning the American people or going down the D.C. status quo and not prioritizing what America feels today when it comes to an economic prosperity.
00:20:09.000Look, President Trump himself has just recently put out on truth that if there is no guarantee of the SAVE Act, which the president's already said that he's going to veto, the Senate's already said that they're not going to take it up.
00:20:24.000And that that's been obvious since the SAVE Act was actually passed.
00:20:27.000And I want to make this clear to the American people, because here's another kind of wool being brought over your eyes, is that the SAVE Act has already passed.
00:20:35.000It passed July 10th of 2024. So this isn't an attempt to try and get it passed.
00:20:40.000This is an attempt to try and attach it so that it puts people into what you said, which is that damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario where they try to act as if we are against election integrity.
00:20:50.000Let me be clear. I'm the co-sponsor of the SAVE Act. I voted yes on the SAVE Act, as did five Democrats who joined a House Republican conference majority.
00:21:00.000So I'm sorry to tell the people, but this is the wool being pulled over your eyes.
00:21:04.000And the continuing resolution does nothing more than continue to fund the Department of Injustice and all the others to include the open border policies.
00:21:12.000We have gone against with H.R. to secure the border act for 19 months. If attaching a policy was so great, then why not stop treating the symptoms and recognize the disease?
00:21:22.000It's not just the illegals voting in our actual elections. It's the illegals coming across our border, period.
00:21:28.000That's why we have more angel families, fentanyl overdoses, child sex exploitation.
00:21:33.000I mean, all of these things that can be nipped in the bud if we can get H.R. to across, but the Senate won't take it up the same way that they won't take up the SAVE Act.
00:21:40.000So I'm not going to continue. I've never voted for a C.R., a minibus, omnibus or I don't care if you call it a short bus.
00:21:45.000At the end of the day, we have to get some physical responsibility, limited government and put the American people first.
00:21:51.000Your colleagues really seem to want to die on the hill of funding the very same DHS that is pumping their districts full of, you know,
00:21:59.000Haitian refugees that are killing people's pets, ducks and geese. It seems like there's enough defectors now within the Republican Party.

00:22:12.000It seems like you guys have enough Republican defectors to sort of prevent the C.R. from passing, but certainly not going to stop Speaker Johnson.
00:22:20.000I know history has a way of repeating itself from probably kowtowing to Democrats to try to pick up those outstanding votes.
00:22:27.000What do you think the future of this bill looks like?
00:22:31.000Well, I think that it looks just like the ones that he passed recently where he puts a clean C.R. on the floor so that he can continue to fund these physically irresponsible numbers by getting the Democrats to jump on board.
00:22:43.000They've already said they'll support a clean C.R. You know, this is the whole farce is that he wants to make it look like this is a bipartisan effort with the SAVE Act.
00:22:51.000And the reality is, is that, you know, the Democrats already said they'll pass a clean C.R.
00:22:55.000And that he told me there's at least 14 Republicans who would sign a discharge petition.
00:22:59.000I think that we have to have as the American people go forward.
00:23:03.000This is why I've said this for a long time.
00:23:08.000Our seven Article 27 Amendment constitutionality, our freedoms, our liberties, our physical responsibility, our limited government by eliminating the federal government from our day to day lives to return to the state and individual rights as it is under the 10th Amendment is what matters.
00:23:21.000And I'm not going to continue to do the D.C. dance where we act like this isn't something that continues to happen and that three clean C.R.s hasn't already passed under this leadership.
00:23:30.000Congressman, what can the audience do to help you in your crusade to make sure that the C.R. doesn't pass?
00:23:44.000Look, we know for a fact that the 435 members up here shouldn't be dictating to the American people.
00:23:49.000It's the call to arms where everyone basically gets on the phone and starts actually reaching out to the representative to say, hey, this is my concern and this is what I've heard.
00:23:57.000Don't be tricked into thinking that the SAVE Act has not been passed already.
00:24:02.000Don't be convinced that this C.R. is somehow going to give us another fight at the apple after the president comes in.
00:24:09.000This is the problems that we keep kicking the can and this frivolous out of control spending, which has now got us at $36 trillion.
00:24:15.000And I want to just bring something up, Natalie.
00:24:17.000This is the first time in American history as a result of our debt that we're going to spend more money in servicing the interest payments on our debt than we'll spend in our entire national defense spending.
00:24:28.000With this C.R., we're going to spend $3 billion a day just in our interest payments alone.
00:24:35.000And if we want to continue to be the America who has prosperity, the shining beacon on the hill or the area that we're actually going to be able to lead the world, then we can't do that if we bankrupt ourselves and trying to continue what D.C. is doing with their out of control spending.
00:24:48.000And Congressman, just give me two minutes on what is, I think, the glaring hypocrisy of the Afghanistan report being released, obviously way too late, but yesterday.
00:24:59.000And then in the same breath, your colleagues wanting to continue to fund that radical America last government.
00:25:04.000That has blood on their hands, quite literally.
00:25:08.000And I hope that we never forget the 13 brave heroes who sacrificed their lives.
00:25:13.000You know, this is the Harris administration with Biden at the, you know, eating ice cream, sniffing children moment in the basement that is continuing to try and run away from this because they know that this blood is on their hands.
00:25:25.000I'm not going to continue to fund them at the levels that they're requesting so they can continue to do harm or they can continue to utilize lawfare of the Department of Injustice or they can continue to allow Secretary Blinken, who we had to almost hold in contempt of the Congress, to release the 23 cable dissent members.

00:25:49.000And I can tell you that while the report is great, a report is not accountability.
00:25:53.000I have not seen a single person from the DOD removed who has actually lost their rank or anyone from the State Department who's been removed.
