On this episode of The War Room, host STEPHEN K. VAN NOVAN is joined by host Natalie G. Winters to discuss the latest bomb threats against former President Donald Trump and his supporters, and the hypocrisy of the mainstream media.
00:01:01.000And he should be doing, if he were really a leader, he should be doing what he can to calm the waters.
00:01:12.000Not try to just continue to throw red meat out there to get people riled up.
00:01:19.000And I don't understand why it's so difficult for the press to have a consistent narrative about how dangerous Trump is.
00:01:28.000You know, the late great journalist, Harry Evans, you know, one time said that, you know, journalists should, you know, really try to achieve objectivity.
00:01:41.000And by that, he said, I mean, they should cover the object.
00:01:44.000Well, the object in this case is Donald Trump, his demagoguery, his danger to our country and the world and stick with it.
00:01:55.000But bigger picture here, Donald Trump says that Democrats are the enemy within.
00:02:00.000He says they are destroying our country.
00:02:02.000He's called some of them vermin, using apocalyptic terms, which send bat signals, as we learned on January 6th and knew before then, to groups of people about how high the stakes are and what needs to be done to stop them.
00:02:15.000So thank God Donald Trump is safe. Thank God he was not assassinated in June in July or this week.
00:02:22.000But my gosh, there is no comparison on the rhetoric, not even close.
00:02:26.000And to be clear, there's no place in this country for any sort of political violence.
00:02:29.000There shouldn't be any place for political threats of political violence even.
00:02:33.000But it is rank hypocrisy and just truly rich to hear from Donald Trump, of all people, suggesting that the other side is responsible for inciting violence.
00:02:44.000I'll tell you one thing, though, that I did see yesterday that's so encouraging.
00:02:49.000And so there's a very good Haitian Creole restaurant that opened recently here in Springfield, and it is thronged with people.
00:03:01.000It is thronged with not just Haitian immigrants, but longtime Springfield residents who are going out of their way to patronize this restaurant and to show that this is not about some sort of antipathy or hatred or othering of the Haitian people.
00:03:30.000The Haitian migrants. What it is about is adjustment.
00:03:35.000And it has required some adjustment on the part of this community and will require more adjustment in months and years to come.
00:03:44.000At least 33 separate bomb threats, each one of which has been responded to and each one of whom has been found as a hoax.
00:06:10.000She thinks it's funny to sit on stage and laugh about the second assassination attempt against President Trump.
00:06:17.000In the same interview with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow saying that you, Americans who spread Russian disinformation, should be criminally charged.
00:06:31.000Citing the Mueller report as a prime example of the kind of investigations this government needs to continue doing.
00:06:42.000The only adjustment I'm for, it's called mass deportations.
00:06:47.000And that's adjusting the number of Haitian migrants, refugees, invaders, whatever you want to call it, in Springfield and Venezuelans and Colorado and in Alabama and in every town across this great country to zero.
00:07:02.000That's an adjustment that I can get behind.
00:07:07.000And I think, very honored to be joined in studio by the one and only Mike Davis.
00:07:13.000I think you agree with me, your thoughts on the cold open and the adjustment that you will probably not be adjusting to.
00:08:21.000I'm from these towns that are struggling, right?
00:08:24.000And it's almost like Kamala Harris and these Democrats are trying to create this resentment.
00:08:32.000And it creates this division in these communities.
00:08:35.000Because why would you take 20,000 people from Haiti and dump them into a small town in Ohio that can't take 20,000 refugees from anywhere?
00:08:45.000They've sort of moved the goalposts, right, where you're only allowed to have the discussion about mass migration if they're eating the cats and dogs.
00:08:52.000I always say, why don't we, you know, wind the clock back and start the discussion of the dissipating cultural fabric, the economic impacts, the national security threat that mass migration poses.
00:09:02.000But the fact that it took cat memes to have this discussion, there's this sort of, I think, perverse glee that the mainstream media derives from decimating these towns, right, with floods of migrants from, as we were saying, the most backwards, perverse, voodoo-ridden cultures that exist.
00:09:18.240Why do you think it takes that to be able to have that discussion?
00:09:22.240Because these elite Democrats who don't have to deal with the migrant invasion unless they are cleaning their house for two hours a week, they understand that if there is evidence, like Chris Ruffo pointed to evidence on X, where you have these Haitian migrants killing geese and eating them.
00:09:43.500And you have, there are reports, including a 911 we call, of migrants eating a cat, right, and there are other reports of this, right?
00:09:51.580So if that gets out there, this is very bad for Kamala Harris before the election that she's mass imported migrants into our community who are eating geese at the park and eating cats and maybe other pets.
00:10:06.780And that's a bad fact for Kamala Harris, and so that's why you're seeing an angry, visceral reaction from the mainstream, meaning liberal media.
00:10:16.560They didn't care when these migrants are coming in and raping and kidnapping and torturing and murdering people like Lake and Riley.
00:10:24.860They don't care that Venezuelan gangs have taken over the suburbs, including in Aurora, Colorado, where they have taken over apartment complexes.
00:10:33.200They told us that we couldn't believe our lying eyes when they were doing that.
00:10:38.060They're trying to replace our workers and replace our voters.
00:10:42.200They're trying to make it very easy for non-citizens to vote in our election.
00:10:47.160And then they, you know, if you put up a bill like the SAVE Act to try to prevent non-citizens from illegally voting in federal elections, they say it's not necessary.
00:11:02.480They're really, I think, doubling down on courting the illegal non-citizen vote because they know their policies are so unpopular with the American people.
00:11:10.400It's why they can't pass the SAVE Act.
00:11:12.580But you guys have a great new add up in Spanish language, which we don't usually air on the war room, but we're going to go there, out of the Article 3 project, kind of stepping up where Congress isn't doing anything when it comes to actually turning the SAVE Act into law.
00:11:25.300So Denver, let's roll that clip and, Mike, on the other side, I want you to walk us through it.
00:12:11.780So we put that out through the Article III Foundation, which is the 501c sister organization to the Article III project, which is the C4 advocacy organization.
00:12:44.480But if you are a non-citizen, it is illegal for you to vote in federal elections, in many state elections, but definitely in federal elections.
00:12:54.840It's also generally a federal crime for non-citizens to vote in federal elections, and it is generally a deportable crime.
00:13:03.920So I would say if you are a non-citizen, do not vote, because if you do, it's illegal, and you could face criminal charges and deportation.
00:13:15.620It is playing in key swing states all across the country.
00:13:21.660It's a million-dollar ad buy initially, and maybe we can raise some more money and play this ad to a broader audience and get out this message.
00:13:48.540This is some breaking news here in the War Room.
00:13:51.540War Room Posse, we got Mike Davis with us for more or less the whole show.
00:13:55.080We're going to see how long he had us to say.
00:13:56.220There's some new breaking lawfare news against President Trump that we're going to get into after the break, how they went to place Trump, the Trump campaign, and the RNC, yes, you heard that right, under court supervision, requiring them to get approval if they want to do any post-election activity, including recounts and certification, the timing of this.
00:14:15.840And the judge, that's right, it's Judge Tanya Shutkin, the same one from the whole Jan 6 case with President Trump.
00:14:28.860Like I said, we're going to break it all down after the break with Mike Davis.
00:14:31.340But in the meantime, make sure you're checking out birchgold.com slash Bannon or texting Bannon to 989898, getting the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire.
00:14:42.220And while you're at it, Home Title Lock, too, you guys know, keeping this show going, supporting our sponsors is one of the best ways to do that.
00:16:31.580Like we were saying, they've infiltrated the Republican Party.
00:16:34.220We know what it's like to see the word Republican be cheapened, just like they have worked overtime to cheapen what it means to be an American citizen.
00:16:40.800Flooding this country with refugees and migrants.
00:16:44.760Taxpayers subsidize, but let's make sure Congress continues to fund the same government that's funding this invasion, right?
00:17:22.020But, Mike, I want to get into the latest kind of installment of Biden lawfare against President Trump.
00:17:28.360I know there's so many cases that we have to keep track of, but this one's interesting because it was filed all the way back in 2020, a lawsuit, I believe coming out of Michigan, trying to kind of reinstate, but through a much broader lens, the consent decree that was placed on the RNC when it comes to post-election challenges.
00:17:46.820CNN is saying this could be the sleeper case that, you know, finally gets the Trump campaign.
00:17:51.200Can you kind of walk us through the importance, but also the Tanya Shutkin tie?
00:17:57.420Well, yeah, I mean, this is another case before D.C. Obama judge Tanya Shutkin, and they're looking at a consent decree where it makes it more difficult for Republicans to raise questions about the election.
00:18:11.280And I guess if you don't want a candidate to raise questions about the election, that raises questions about the election, right?
00:18:21.460And so what Tanya Shutkin is the judge who's been handling Jack Smith's January 6th case in D.C.
00:18:32.900She's the one who badly got wrong the presidential immunity decision, along with three judges on the D.C. Circuit.
00:18:41.080The Supreme Court of the United States had to step in in a six to three ruling.
00:18:46.420The Supreme Court extended a 40-year-old precedent.
00:18:49.980The Nixon case from the civil context where you can't hold the president of the United States civilly liable for their official acts, not their personal acts, their official acts.
00:19:01.240And the Supreme Court had to extend that to the criminal context because these lower court judges just completely blew over that key issue of presidential immunity.
00:19:12.680I have zero confidence that D.C. Obama judge Tanya Shutkin will be an even-handed judge.
00:19:19.620And she's proven at every step of the way that she's not, particularly when it comes to President Trump.
00:19:26.620So I would not be surprised if she follows through on this next phase of election interference by putting a consent decree on the Republican Party and the campaigns.
00:19:38.840I want to take a step back and sort of go look at all this from a bird's eye view, a broader lens, because we know it is all coordinated, right?
00:19:51.880Kind of stole the words right out of my mouth.
00:19:53.7802020 deja vu, why the election results may take days to count.
00:19:57.680Now, I'm old enough to remember when we were sitting here back in 2020 in the war room warning you whether it was the Transition Integrity Project,
00:20:04.180all those Soros-linked Berggruen Institute operatives who, I always say, the buried lead there being that there was a transition that was going to happen in 2020 and seems like there are nightmarish scenarios that indeed materialize unjustifiably, illegally, might I add.
00:20:26.060This narrative that there's going to be delays in election results.
00:20:28.860Of course, this on the heels of just a few days ago, election workers from all 50 states sending a letter to the post office saying, oh, we're going to have delays in mail-in ballots.
00:20:38.080Georgia's down there buying panic buttons for election workers.
00:20:41.520You know, oh, there's never been so much turnover.
00:20:43.380CBS just admitted last week there might be, quote, mistakes because there's all these new amateur JV election workers on the job because Trump is intimidating them.
00:20:51.380Last time I checked, it's Trump who's been assassinated almost twice, Kamala Harris, zero, but I guess we'll leave those facts aside.
00:20:59.000This is part of a broader narrative that they're trying to push for delays in election results, right?
00:21:05.800We've had these states illegally, unconstitutionally change election laws.
00:21:12.140They used COVID to do it in 2020 where it wasn't passed through the state legislatures.
00:21:16.360They just had by fiat, they said we're going to mass mail ballots out to voter registration lists, and those lists could have easily changed.
00:21:26.600For example, if you're on a college campus, people move every year on a college campus, right?
00:21:31.460And so if you mass mail live ballots out to old voter lists, then the way you stop voter fraud is to have signature verification and election observers.
00:21:47.220And during COVID, they got rid of the election observers because of COVID, and then somehow they claimed COVID changes your signature.
00:21:56.520So they made signature verification meaningless.
00:21:59.940I think the Trump campaign and the RNC have done a very good job in this 2024 election cycle of seeking injunctions ahead of time on these key issues so we don't have to wait until after the election to make these challenges.
00:22:16.440They have a really good legal effort in both the Trump campaign and the RNC.
00:22:21.140And so we are better prepared this time than we were in 2020.
00:22:26.540But there are going to be shenanigans.
00:22:33.180If you're not transparent as an election official with the way you're running your process, if you're not letting election observers in, if you're not letting the parties, both parties hire election workers to make sure it's a transparent and fair process, if you're hiding the ball, then it's the election officials who have hurt the election integrity.
00:22:57.120It's the election officials who have hurt the confidence in the election.
00:23:00.460So they need to be transparent, and they need to be fully transparent during this process.
00:23:05.540And people should be able to raise questions and make objections without having Judge Tanya Shukkin shut them down with a consent decree.
00:23:16.100That is, unless you're the Chinese Communist Party in the 1998 Memorandum of Understanding that they signed with the Carter Center, the same group that's down there playing election monitor and poll watcher and working with the election machines down in, you guessed it, Fulton County, Georgia, and only in swing states.
00:23:31.960I'm sure no correlation, no collusion there.
00:23:35.280I want to get your thoughts, though, on this.
00:23:36.500Yes, we know here in the war room we're always reverse engineering the Democrats' plan, whether it's to steal the election or whatever it may be.
00:23:43.540But just in the wee hours after the second assassination attempt against President Trump, your favorite, Mark Elias, now I think officially on the payroll of Kamala Harris, good for him, tweeted out,
00:23:56.400Republicans have a three-part strategy to subvert the elections this November.
00:24:13.900Coming from Mark Elias, I think it was his law firm, Perkins Coie, that came up with the Steele dossier for the Clinton campaign, the Russian collusion hoax, and then they shopped that to, oh, the FISA court and got illegal spy warrants on a presidential candidate, Donald Trump,
00:24:29.980and continued with the president of the United States after they lied to the federal FISA courts.
00:24:36.100I mean, in most circumstances, that would get you thrown in prison for presenting false evidence to a court, but that's just standard operating procedure for the Democrats, apparently.
00:24:47.240As we always say, it's not a retribution.
00:24:53.260And I'm told the State Department is giving out, what is it, a $10 million reward if you can provide them with any evidence of foreign election interference.
00:25:01.940Maybe there's a nice new business opportunity for the war room posse, because I don't know, I would start probably looking at the State Department and everyone who's worked there, maybe Victoria Nuland.
00:25:09.980I know she's on hiatus now, but I'd start with her.
00:25:14.360I was going through a democracy docket, which is Mark Elias' obviously his new kind of election shop, and his analysis that of the 200 or so election cases that have been brought overwhelmingly, like upwards of 70 percent or so,
00:25:26.660they have sort of itemized as wins for their side of the aisle.
00:25:30.280They'd spin it as, you know, wins for democracy and wins for voting.
00:25:33.120Do you agree with that assessment, or do you think that, like, how can Republicans reformulate their strategy to have more victories, or is that just, you know, fundraising BS from him?
00:26:19.100If you do not get injunctions ahead of the election on these key issues, it is very hard for a judge after the election to throw out the entire election to give you a remedy.
00:26:31.100So that's why the injunctions are critical.
00:26:33.440They're getting these injunctions this time, and they're actually doing a pretty darn good job of keeping up with Mark Elias and the Democrats.
00:27:05.880I know for some people, you guys can tell I'm in our D.C. studio.
00:27:10.940Might have to shout it a little louder for the Democrats over on Capitol Hill, because apparently they want non-citizens to be able to vote, even though we're told a foreign election interference is an existential threat to this country.
00:29:24.320We're honored to be joined by you now in The War Room.
00:29:26.840I hear you have some breaking news when it comes to mail-in ballots and just unprocessed applications in the great state of Pennsylvania, where you are.
00:29:34.660If you want to walk the audience through that.
00:29:43.560And so I do encourage all of the War Room Posse members, please check your voter registration status today.
00:29:51.620Make sure that you're an active voter registered at your current address with your preferred party, especially if you're in a closed primary state.
00:30:01.360Now, I have some very concerning news.
00:30:04.280I was listening to the previous segment.
00:30:10.680In 2022, there was a county called Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, that ran out of paper on Election Day in the 2022 midterms.
00:30:23.080And so I have been fighting peacefully, asking Board of Elections all across the Commonwealth, how are you going to ensure that your county does not run out of paper going into this election?
00:30:35.940Now, with that preface, I have more concerning news, Natalie, because I have heard from a reliable source that there are thousands of voter registration and mail-in ballot applications for Luzerne County that have not been processed.
00:30:55.500Now, mind you, this is the county that is 233 voters away from flipping to a plurality of registered Republicans.
00:31:07.300This is a county that has been a Democrat stranglehold.
00:31:11.340And this is also a county that Kamala Harris recently visited, the Wilkes University.
00:31:18.300So we need to continue to demand accountability and transparency.
00:31:23.500And I want the viewers at home to know that a right-to-know request has been filed with the Luzerne County Board of Elections for this very information.
00:31:36.360Like we always say in the War Room, the mistakes seem to go one way.
00:31:40.580You've obviously tracked election, election law, voter registration since I don't even know when, but you really have your finger on the pulse of all that.
00:31:49.120But is this sort of activity something that is, you know, novel or unusual?
00:31:54.360Were we seeing similar patterns like this back in 2020 or 2022?
00:31:58.300Or why do you think this is happening now?
00:32:04.120But as I mentioned to you, this is a county that has had previous mistakes, if you want to call it that, previous incompetence, previous negligence.
00:32:17.180And this is a Democrat county that we are now about to flip to Republican.
00:32:21.560But this is why it's so concerning, Natalie.
00:32:25.260A, the voter registration deadline in Pennsylvania is October 21st.
00:32:30.840And one of the reliable sources heard inside of the office, which, by the way, now has curtains up everywhere.
00:32:39.880And you can go to my ex account to see a picture that was taken from inside of the office.
00:32:46.380But mail-in ballot applications are due by October 29th.
00:32:52.020If Republican mail-in ballot applications are processed last, they will be mailed out last.
00:33:00.800And the reason why this matters is, let's say that we have a snowbird, Natalie, who lives in Pennsylvania, but is going to Florida for the winter.
00:33:10.340If their mail-in ballot is sent to them by November 2nd, well, those mail-in ballots must be in by November 5th at 8 o'clock.
00:33:19.520This rumor of thousands of applications potentially being unprocessed at this moment when mail-in ballots are being sent out could very well disenfranchise voters.
00:33:32.440And the last point that I'll make is this state was decided by 40,000 votes in 2016, was decided by 80,000 votes in 2020.
00:33:43.920And so it's not going to take a lot of disenfranchisement to swing a state either from blue or to red.
00:33:52.780And so I am asking everybody to contact the Luzerne County Board of Elections and demand information and ask them peacefully and ask them sternly,
00:34:04.020can you tell us with certainty that every single application has been processed and that they are up to date with both mail-in and voter registration applications?
00:34:13.920Let's zoom out for a second statewide in terms of mail-in ballot requests.
00:34:22.420I believe it just started, what was it, just a few days ago.
00:34:25.480How are the numbers, at least preliminary data, tracking there?
00:35:26.820And so we are using the tools of the Democrats to make sure that our truckers, our hunters, and our Amish can have their votes heard in this election.
00:35:37.480And so in 11 of the 67 counties in Pennsylvania, Republicans are out requesting Democrats in mail-in ballots.
00:35:50.120And I think you are, in some parts, many, many ways we should be thankful for you for doing all that.
00:35:56.660But how can the Posse help you on your crusade, particularly when it comes to Pennsylvania, but also in their own communities?
00:36:04.500I remember you were on the show, what was it, a month ago, and you gave sort of a list of actionable items that the audience could call their election offices,
00:36:12.000whether it was, you know, making sure they had mail-in ballots, could they guarantee that no non-citizens were on voting rolls?
00:36:19.360Just re-hit us with those questions that the Posse can then go out and call their election officials and ask,
00:36:24.460just so we have a paper, you know, a track record of where we stand on these issues that are so crucial to making sure the election goes smoothly.
00:36:33.320I'm going to give two action items and thank you.
00:36:36.440So, number one, especially if you're in Pennsylvania, but you may do this in all of the swing states or any state,
00:36:43.580is you want to ask four main questions of your board of elections.
00:36:46.860A, can you tell us that no illegal aliens are registered to vote?
00:36:50.300P, B, what is your backup to make sure that if there's a power outage that we have a generator so we can still print on-demand ballots?
00:36:58.620C, are the machines connected to the internet?
00:37:02.540And D, what is your plan to make sure that your polling locations don't run out of paper like what happened in Harris County, Texas,
00:37:10.720like what happened in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania?
00:37:14.160This has happened in other states as well.
00:37:16.560And now today, again, is National Voter Registration Day.
00:37:20.700So to the War Room Posse, I challenge you, please print off some voter registration forms for the state that you live in.
00:37:28.500And I would like you, please, to deliver those forms either to an American Legion or VFW.
00:37:36.460Bring the forms and ask if you can leave out voter registration forms for our beautiful veterans.
00:37:41.980B, if you're near a college or university, print out voter registration forms and bring them to a beautiful sorority or fraternity house to engage all of those students.
00:37:53.100And C, probably the most important, 930,000 hunters in Pennsylvania, 30% of Pennsylvania hunters are not registered to vote.
00:38:03.62040% of Wisconsin hunters are not registered to vote.
00:38:08.040Print off some voter registration forms.
