00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 Mega Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:44.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:00:53.000 I worry about threats.
00:00:54.000 I worry about what's being said online about many, many people.
00:00:59.000 Not just the former president.
00:01:01.000 And he should be doing, if he were really a leader, he should be doing what he can to calm the waters.
00:01:12.000 Not try to just continue to throw red meat out there to get people riled up.
00:01:19.000 And I don't understand why it's so difficult for the press to have a consistent narrative about how dangerous Trump is.
00:01:28.000 You know, the late great journalist, Harry Evans, you know, one time said that, you know, journalists should, you know, really try to achieve objectivity.
00:01:41.000 And by that, he said, I mean, they should cover the object.
00:01:44.000 Well, the object in this case is Donald Trump, his demagoguery, his danger to our country and the world and stick with it.
00:01:55.000 But bigger picture here, Donald Trump says that Democrats are the enemy within.
00:02:00.000 He says they are destroying our country.
00:02:02.000 He's called some of them vermin, using apocalyptic terms, which send bat signals, as we learned on January 6th and knew before then, to groups of people about how high the stakes are and what needs to be done to stop them.
00:02:15.000 So thank God Donald Trump is safe. Thank God he was not assassinated in June in July or this week.
00:02:22.000 But my gosh, there is no comparison on the rhetoric, not even close.
00:02:26.000 And to be clear, there's no place in this country for any sort of political violence.
00:02:29.000 There shouldn't be any place for political threats of political violence even.
00:02:33.000 But it is rank hypocrisy and just truly rich to hear from Donald Trump, of all people, suggesting that the other side is responsible for inciting violence.
00:02:44.000 I'll tell you one thing, though, that I did see yesterday that's so encouraging.
00:02:49.000 And so there's a very good Haitian Creole restaurant that opened recently here in Springfield, and it is thronged with people.
00:03:01.000 It is thronged with not just Haitian immigrants, but longtime Springfield residents who are going out of their way to patronize this restaurant and to show that this is not about some sort of antipathy or hatred or othering of the Haitian people.
00:03:30.000 The Haitian migrants. What it is about is adjustment.
00:03:35.000 And it has required some adjustment on the part of this community and will require more adjustment in months and years to come.
00:03:44.000 At least 33 separate bomb threats, each one of which has been responded to and each one of whom has been found as a hoax.
00:04:02.000 So 33 threats, 33 hoax.
00:04:07.000 I want to make that very, very clear.
00:04:09.000 None of these had any validity at all.
00:04:13.000 Welcome to the war room.
00:04:16.000 It's Natalie G.
00:04:17.000 Winters hosting today, Tuesday, September 17th in the year of our Lord 2024.
00:04:22.000 How's that for a cold open?
00:04:24.000 The Democrats are going to turn your town, your home into a refugee camp.
00:04:29.000 You're going to be told you just need to get used to that adjustment.
00:04:33.000 How's that for a euphemism?
00:04:36.000 That's the new PR spin on the mass invasion of the United States.
00:04:42.000 It's an adjustment.
00:04:43.000 20,000 people being dumped, airdropped overnight into small little town like Springfield.
00:04:51.000 It's going on replicating across the country in every hardcore patriotic MAGA town.
00:04:58.000 I'm sure no overlap, no correlation there.
00:05:02.000 But it's an adjustment.
00:05:04.000 And you better go and eat at the new Creole, the new hot spot in town, the new Haitian restaurant.
00:05:10.000 Wonder what they're cooking there.
00:05:12.000 Did I go there?
00:05:13.000 I guess I did.
00:05:14.000 I don't think I'll be eating there.
00:05:17.000 And by the way, Jonathan Lemire and all of our betters over at MSNBC.
00:05:26.000 Let's let the record reflect one thing.
00:05:29.000 When Donald Trump says there are enemies within and he singles out the Democratic Party.
00:05:36.000 He's correct.
00:05:38.000 And you know who I'd also add to that list?
00:05:42.000 You guys.
00:05:44.000 The mainstream media.
00:05:46.000 Because you guys are hell-bent on the destruction of this country.
00:05:51.000 And in the same breath that you tell us that we need to be okay with the adjustment of our communities.
00:06:01.000 You say that we're the real threats.
00:06:03.000 Hillary Clinton.
00:06:05.000 You guys missed that little laugh?
00:06:07.000 That little chuckle?
00:06:09.000 I didn't.
00:06:10.000 She thinks it's funny to sit on stage and laugh about the second assassination attempt against President Trump.
00:06:17.000 In the same interview with MSNBC's Rachel Maddow saying that you, Americans who spread Russian disinformation, should be criminally charged.
00:06:31.000 Citing the Mueller report as a prime example of the kind of investigations this government needs to continue doing.
00:06:38.000 That's what we're up against.
00:06:39.000 That's what we're up against.
00:06:41.000 That's what we're up against.
00:06:42.000 The only adjustment I'm for, it's called mass deportations.
00:06:47.000 And that's adjusting the number of Haitian migrants, refugees, invaders, whatever you want to call it, in Springfield and Venezuelans and Colorado and in Alabama and in every town across this great country to zero.
00:07:02.000 That's an adjustment that I can get behind.
00:07:07.000 And I think, very honored to be joined in studio by the one and only Mike Davis.
00:07:13.000 I think you agree with me, your thoughts on the cold open and the adjustment that you will probably not be adjusting to.
00:07:19.000 Yeah, I would say this.
00:07:20.000 Remember back in 2022 when Florida Governor Ron DeSantis adjusted 49 migrants to Martha's Vineyard, a population of 15,000.
00:07:31.000 And how did that Democrat wealthy population respond?
00:07:35.000 Well, they called in the military to deport the 49 migrants.
00:07:39.000 And so let's fast forward from 2021 to 2024.
00:07:45.000 You have border czar Kamala Harris sending in 20,000 Haitians to a town in Ohio of 60,000.
00:07:55.000 And look, as a country, we believe in lawful immigration.
00:08:00.000 We believe in controlled immigration.
00:08:02.000 But you can't dump 20,000 people.
00:08:05.000 I don't care if they're from Haiti or Sweden.
00:08:07.000 You cannot dump 20,000 people into a town of 60,000 when they're already struggling.
00:08:13.000 They already have limited social services.
00:08:16.000 There are limited jobs in these small towns.
00:08:19.000 I'm from Iowa.
00:08:20.000 I'm from the Midwest.
00:08:21.000 I'm from these towns that are struggling, right?
00:08:24.000 And it's almost like Kamala Harris and these Democrats are trying to create this resentment.
00:08:32.000 And it creates this division in these communities.
00:08:35.000 Because why would you take 20,000 people from Haiti and dump them into a small town in Ohio that can't take 20,000 refugees from anywhere?
00:08:45.000 They've sort of moved the goalposts, right, where you're only allowed to have the discussion about mass migration if they're eating the cats and dogs.
00:08:52.000 I always say, why don't we, you know, wind the clock back and start the discussion of the dissipating cultural fabric, the economic impacts, the national security threat that mass migration poses.
00:09:02.000 But the fact that it took cat memes to have this discussion, there's this sort of, I think, perverse glee that the mainstream media derives from decimating these towns, right, with floods of migrants from, as we were saying, the most backwards, perverse, voodoo-ridden cultures that exist.
00:09:18.240 Why do you think it takes that to be able to have that discussion?
00:09:22.240 Because these elite Democrats who don't have to deal with the migrant invasion unless they are cleaning their house for two hours a week, they understand that if there is evidence, like Chris Ruffo pointed to evidence on X, where you have these Haitian migrants killing geese and eating them.
00:09:43.500 And you have, there are reports, including a 911 we call, of migrants eating a cat, right, and there are other reports of this, right?
00:09:51.580 So if that gets out there, this is very bad for Kamala Harris before the election that she's mass imported migrants into our community who are eating geese at the park and eating cats and maybe other pets.
00:10:06.780 And that's a bad fact for Kamala Harris, and so that's why you're seeing an angry, visceral reaction from the mainstream, meaning liberal media.
00:10:16.560 They didn't care when these migrants are coming in and raping and kidnapping and torturing and murdering people like Lake and Riley.
00:10:24.860 They don't care that Venezuelan gangs have taken over the suburbs, including in Aurora, Colorado, where they have taken over apartment complexes.
00:10:33.200 They told us that we couldn't believe our lying eyes when they were doing that.
00:10:36.440 This is an invasion.
00:10:38.060 They're trying to replace our workers and replace our voters.
00:10:42.200 They're trying to make it very easy for non-citizens to vote in our election.
00:10:47.160 And then they, you know, if you put up a bill like the SAVE Act to try to prevent non-citizens from illegally voting in federal elections, they say it's not necessary.
00:10:56.340 You're a racist.
00:10:57.180 You're a xenophobe.
00:10:58.480 Well, that's the signal, not noise, right?
00:11:00.040 It's the voting stuff.
00:11:01.380 And we know their policies.
00:11:02.480 They're really, I think, doubling down on courting the illegal non-citizen vote because they know their policies are so unpopular with the American people.
00:11:10.400 It's why they can't pass the SAVE Act.
00:11:12.580 But you guys have a great new add up in Spanish language, which we don't usually air on the war room, but we're going to go there, out of the Article 3 project, kind of stepping up where Congress isn't doing anything when it comes to actually turning the SAVE Act into law.
00:11:25.300 So Denver, let's roll that clip and, Mike, on the other side, I want you to walk us through it.
00:12:01.160 Okay, I took high school Spanish, but you're going to have to walk me through that just a little bit.
00:12:05.880 Why did you guys put the ad out, and why is the mainstream media already melting down over it?
00:12:09.740 Well, I'm glad that they are.
00:12:10.980 Always a good sign.
00:12:11.780 So we put that out through the Article III Foundation, which is the 501c sister organization to the Article III project, which is the C4 advocacy organization.
00:12:23.240 My lawyers have made me say that.
00:12:25.280 But we've put this out there as a public service announcement because we want everyone who is legal to vote.
00:12:33.500 Whether you're voting for Trump or whoever you want to vote for, you should vote.
00:12:36.960 That's your civic duty.
00:12:39.200 That's your constitutional right.
00:12:42.180 It's a good thing for people to vote.
00:12:44.480 But if you are a non-citizen, it is illegal for you to vote in federal elections, in many state elections, but definitely in federal elections.
00:12:54.840 It's also generally a federal crime for non-citizens to vote in federal elections, and it is generally a deportable crime.
00:13:03.920 So I would say if you are a non-citizen, do not vote, because if you do, it's illegal, and you could face criminal charges and deportation.
00:13:14.040 And where is the ad playing?
00:13:15.620 It is playing in key swing states all across the country.
00:13:21.660 It's a million-dollar ad buy initially, and maybe we can raise some more money and play this ad to a broader audience and get out this message.
00:13:32.420 But I think it's already going viral.
00:13:33.840 I think maybe Springfield, you could do a launch party, a watch party there, just a thought.
00:13:37.980 Maybe like a French Creole ad or something.
00:13:40.240 I might not eat the food unless Article 3 Project is catering it.
00:13:44.320 You don't want us cooking.
00:13:46.160 I think I'd go with a Creole.
00:13:48.080 Really?
00:13:48.540 This is some breaking news here in the War Room.
00:13:51.540 War Room Posse, we got Mike Davis with us for more or less the whole show.
00:13:55.080 We're going to see how long he had us to say.
00:13:56.220 There's some new breaking lawfare news against President Trump that we're going to get into after the break, how they went to place Trump, the Trump campaign, and the RNC, yes, you heard that right, under court supervision, requiring them to get approval if they want to do any post-election activity, including recounts and certification, the timing of this.
00:14:15.840 And the judge, that's right, it's Judge Tanya Shutkin, the same one from the whole Jan 6 case with President Trump.
00:14:23.120 She's the same judge overseeing it.
00:14:26.340 Funny how that works.
00:14:28.860 Like I said, we're going to break it all down after the break with Mike Davis.
00:14:31.340 But in the meantime, make sure you're checking out birchgold.com slash Bannon or texting Bannon to 989898, getting the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire.

00:14:57.320 We'll be right back.
00:14:58.040 Mike Davis, so much more after this break.
00:15:00.040 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:01.960 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.280 Their gold, to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.480 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.500 Your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.380 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:25.920 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.220 I believe owning gold is the best solution.

00:16:12.420 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:16:15.700 Bannon.
00:16:20.060 Welcome back to The War Room.
00:16:21.380 We're still here with Mike Davis.
00:16:23.900 In America, that is a country, not a special economic zone like we were covering yesterday.
00:16:28.960 Bill Kristol, all these rhino hacks.
00:16:31.580 Like we were saying, they've infiltrated the Republican Party.
00:16:34.220 We know what it's like to see the word Republican be cheapened, just like they have worked overtime to cheapen what it means to be an American citizen.
00:16:40.800 Flooding this country with refugees and migrants.
00:16:44.760 Taxpayers subsidize, but let's make sure Congress continues to fund the same government that's funding this invasion, right?
00:16:50.580 That's how it works.
00:16:52.160 Let's dangle the shiny toy that's the save act in front of it.
00:16:56.180 I think the War Room posse is a little bit smarter than that.
00:16:59.860 America is not a special economic zone.
00:17:01.920 We're a country.
00:17:02.900 We're a sovereign nation with borders.
00:17:05.160 I think it was Milton Friedman who said, you can't have an open border coexist with a welfare state war.
00:17:10.320 I'd posit you can't have open borders doesn't coexist with an election system that doesn't require identification.
00:17:19.760 But maybe that's all by design.
00:17:22.020 But, Mike, I want to get into the latest kind of installment of Biden lawfare against President Trump.
00:17:28.360 I know there's so many cases that we have to keep track of, but this one's interesting because it was filed all the way back in 2020, a lawsuit, I believe coming out of Michigan, trying to kind of reinstate, but through a much broader lens, the consent decree that was placed on the RNC when it comes to post-election challenges.
00:17:46.820 CNN is saying this could be the sleeper case that, you know, finally gets the Trump campaign.
00:17:51.200 Can you kind of walk us through the importance, but also the Tanya Shutkin tie?
00:17:57.420 Well, yeah, I mean, this is another case before D.C. Obama judge Tanya Shutkin, and they're looking at a consent decree where it makes it more difficult for Republicans to raise questions about the election.
00:18:11.280 And I guess if you don't want a candidate to raise questions about the election, that raises questions about the election, right?
00:18:21.460 And so what Tanya Shutkin is the judge who's been handling Jack Smith's January 6th case in D.C.
00:18:32.900 She's the one who badly got wrong the presidential immunity decision, along with three judges on the D.C. Circuit.
00:18:41.080 The Supreme Court of the United States had to step in in a six to three ruling.
00:18:46.420 The Supreme Court extended a 40-year-old precedent.
00:18:49.980 The Nixon case from the civil context where you can't hold the president of the United States civilly liable for their official acts, not their personal acts, their official acts.
00:19:01.240 And the Supreme Court had to extend that to the criminal context because these lower court judges just completely blew over that key issue of presidential immunity.
00:19:12.680 I have zero confidence that D.C. Obama judge Tanya Shutkin will be an even-handed judge.
00:19:19.620 And she's proven at every step of the way that she's not, particularly when it comes to President Trump.
00:19:26.620 So I would not be surprised if she follows through on this next phase of election interference by putting a consent decree on the Republican Party and the campaigns.
00:19:38.840 I want to take a step back and sort of go look at all this from a bird's eye view, a broader lens, because we know it is all coordinated, right?
00:19:48.180 And there's a story on Axios today.
00:19:51.880 Kind of stole the words right out of my mouth.
00:19:53.780 2020 deja vu, why the election results may take days to count.
00:19:57.680 Now, I'm old enough to remember when we were sitting here back in 2020 in the war room warning you whether it was the Transition Integrity Project,
00:20:04.180 all those Soros-linked Berggruen Institute operatives who, I always say, the buried lead there being that there was a transition that was going to happen in 2020 and seems like there are nightmarish scenarios that indeed materialize unjustifiably, illegally, might I add.
00:20:23.480 But now it's back, right?
00:20:26.060 This narrative that there's going to be delays in election results.
00:20:28.860 Of course, this on the heels of just a few days ago, election workers from all 50 states sending a letter to the post office saying, oh, we're going to have delays in mail-in ballots.
00:20:36.900 They have all the fear porn.
00:20:38.080 Georgia's down there buying panic buttons for election workers.
00:20:41.520 You know, oh, there's never been so much turnover.
00:20:43.380 CBS just admitted last week there might be, quote, mistakes because there's all these new amateur JV election workers on the job because Trump is intimidating them.
00:20:51.380 Last time I checked, it's Trump who's been assassinated almost twice, Kamala Harris, zero, but I guess we'll leave those facts aside.
00:20:59.000 This is part of a broader narrative that they're trying to push for delays in election results, right?
00:21:03.760 What's your take?
00:21:04.660 Yeah, I mean, here's the problem.
00:21:05.800 We've had these states illegally, unconstitutionally change election laws.
00:21:12.140 They used COVID to do it in 2020 where it wasn't passed through the state legislatures.
00:21:16.360 They just had by fiat, they said we're going to mass mail ballots out to voter registration lists, and those lists could have easily changed.
00:21:26.600 For example, if you're on a college campus, people move every year on a college campus, right?
00:21:31.460 And so if you mass mail live ballots out to old voter lists, then the way you stop voter fraud is to have signature verification and election observers.
00:21:47.220 And during COVID, they got rid of the election observers because of COVID, and then somehow they claimed COVID changes your signature.
00:21:56.520 So they made signature verification meaningless.
00:21:59.940 I think the Trump campaign and the RNC have done a very good job in this 2024 election cycle of seeking injunctions ahead of time on these key issues so we don't have to wait until after the election to make these challenges.
00:22:16.440 They have a really good legal effort in both the Trump campaign and the RNC.
00:22:21.140 And so we are better prepared this time than we were in 2020.
00:22:26.540 But there are going to be shenanigans.
00:22:32.360 Here's the problem.
00:22:33.180 If you're not transparent as an election official with the way you're running your process, if you're not letting election observers in, if you're not letting the parties, both parties hire election workers to make sure it's a transparent and fair process, if you're hiding the ball, then it's the election officials who have hurt the election integrity.
00:22:57.120 It's the election officials who have hurt the confidence in the election.
00:23:00.460 So they need to be transparent, and they need to be fully transparent during this process.
00:23:05.540 And people should be able to raise questions and make objections without having Judge Tanya Shukkin shut them down with a consent decree.
00:23:13.300 Yes, certainly no transparency.
00:23:16.100 That is, unless you're the Chinese Communist Party in the 1998 Memorandum of Understanding that they signed with the Carter Center, the same group that's down there playing election monitor and poll watcher and working with the election machines down in, you guessed it, Fulton County, Georgia, and only in swing states.
00:23:31.960 I'm sure no correlation, no collusion there.
00:23:35.280 I want to get your thoughts, though, on this.
00:23:36.500 Yes, we know here in the war room we're always reverse engineering the Democrats' plan, whether it's to steal the election or whatever it may be.
00:23:43.540 But just in the wee hours after the second assassination attempt against President Trump, your favorite, Mark Elias, now I think officially on the payroll of Kamala Harris, good for him, tweeted out,
00:23:56.400 Republicans have a three-part strategy to subvert the elections this November.
00:23:59.760 One, make it harder for you to vote.
00:24:02.800 Two, harass election officials and challenge voters.
00:24:05.300 Three, prevent accurate, timely election certification.
00:24:10.080 Your take.
00:24:11.880 That's rich.
00:24:13.060 That's rich.
00:24:13.900 Coming from Mark Elias, I think it was his law firm, Perkins Coie, that came up with the Steele dossier for the Clinton campaign, the Russian collusion hoax, and then they shopped that to, oh, the FISA court and got illegal spy warrants on a presidential candidate, Donald Trump,
00:24:29.980 and continued with the president of the United States after they lied to the federal FISA courts.
00:24:36.100 I mean, in most circumstances, that would get you thrown in prison for presenting false evidence to a court, but that's just standard operating procedure for the Democrats, apparently.
00:24:47.240 As we always say, it's not a retribution.
00:24:51.860 It's justice, right?
00:24:53.260 And I'm told the State Department is giving out, what is it, a $10 million reward if you can provide them with any evidence of foreign election interference.
00:25:01.940 Maybe there's a nice new business opportunity for the war room posse, because I don't know, I would start probably looking at the State Department and everyone who's worked there, maybe Victoria Nuland.
00:25:09.980 I know she's on hiatus now, but I'd start with her.
00:25:12.900 So, Mike, I'm curious, though.
00:25:14.360 I was going through a democracy docket, which is Mark Elias' obviously his new kind of election shop, and his analysis that of the 200 or so election cases that have been brought overwhelmingly, like upwards of 70 percent or so,
00:25:26.660 they have sort of itemized as wins for their side of the aisle.
00:25:30.280 They'd spin it as, you know, wins for democracy and wins for voting.
00:25:33.120 Do you agree with that assessment, or do you think that, like, how can Republicans reformulate their strategy to have more victories, or is that just, you know, fundraising BS from him?
00:25:43.580 I would say this.
00:25:44.160 The Democrats have always been better at election operations.
00:25:48.040 They've always been better with their election challenges.
00:25:52.120 I think that the Republicans learned the lessons from 2020, and they have substantially improved on that, and they're keeping up,
00:26:00.800 and they're actually doing a very good job this time.
00:26:03.780 I know the lawyers at the RNC and the Trump campaign.
00:26:08.180 One of the lead litigators used to work with me on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:26:12.700 I have full confidence in the team, and I think they're doing a really good job with getting injunctions ahead of the election.
00:26:18.600 That's the key.
00:26:19.100 If you do not get injunctions ahead of the election on these key issues, it is very hard for a judge after the election to throw out the entire election to give you a remedy.
00:26:31.100 So that's why the injunctions are critical.
00:26:33.440 They're getting these injunctions this time, and they're actually doing a pretty darn good job of keeping up with Mark Elias and the Democrats.
00:26:41.400 I mean, he's a pro.
00:26:42.340 There's no question.
00:26:43.060 He's a very good election attorney.
00:26:45.500 He's one of the best, if not the best.
00:26:50.560 He'll do whatever it takes to win elections.
00:26:53.940 Mike, I want you to stay with us.
00:26:55.780 We're going to be joined, I believe, after the break by Scott Pressler to walk through.
00:26:59.540 I think it's National Voter Registration Day.
00:27:02.420 We should qualify here in the boardroom.
00:27:04.420 Citizens only.
00:27:05.880 I know for some people, you guys can tell I'm in our D.C. studio.
00:27:10.940 Might have to shout it a little louder for the Democrats over on Capitol Hill, because apparently they want non-citizens to be able to vote, even though we're told a foreign election interference is an existential threat to this country.
00:27:24.520 Try to square that logic.
00:27:26.840 Don't really think you can.
00:27:29.000 We're joined by Scott Pressler after the break.
00:27:30.820 But in the meantime, you've got to make sure you're checking out My Patriot Supply.

00:27:43.440 Certainly can't rely, I think.

00:27:52.600 It's obvious.
00:27:53.760 The unthinkable continues.
00:27:55.360 Most Americans know something is very, very wrong.
00:27:59.020 The people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop noticing.

00:29:00.560 Go there today.
00:29:01.600 Action, action, action.
00:29:03.980 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:13.420 Welcome back to The War Room.
00:29:15.300 We're joined by Scott Pressler, now the man, the myth, the legend when it comes to voter registration.
00:29:22.800 I don't know how you get any sleep.
00:29:24.320 We're honored to be joined by you now in The War Room.
00:29:26.840 I hear you have some breaking news when it comes to mail-in ballots and just unprocessed applications in the great state of Pennsylvania, where you are.
00:29:34.660 If you want to walk the audience through that.
00:29:36.000 Thank you, Natalie.
00:29:38.400 Well, today is my holiday.
00:29:40.420 Today is national voter registration.
00:29:43.560 And so I do encourage all of the War Room Posse members, please check your voter registration status today.
00:29:51.620 Make sure that you're an active voter registered at your current address with your preferred party, especially if you're in a closed primary state.
00:30:01.360 Now, I have some very concerning news.
00:30:04.280 I was listening to the previous segment.
00:30:06.240 This is about election integrity.
00:30:08.500 War Room Posse, listen to me.
00:30:10.680 In 2022, there was a county called Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, that ran out of paper on Election Day in the 2022 midterms.
00:30:23.080 And so I have been fighting peacefully, asking Board of Elections all across the Commonwealth, how are you going to ensure that your county does not run out of paper going into this election?
00:30:35.940 Now, with that preface, I have more concerning news, Natalie, because I have heard from a reliable source that there are thousands of voter registration and mail-in ballot applications for Luzerne County that have not been processed.
00:30:55.500 Now, mind you, this is the county that is 233 voters away from flipping to a plurality of registered Republicans.
00:31:07.300 This is a county that has been a Democrat stranglehold.
00:31:11.340 And this is also a county that Kamala Harris recently visited, the Wilkes University.
00:31:18.300 So we need to continue to demand accountability and transparency.
00:31:23.500 And I want the viewers at home to know that a right-to-know request has been filed with the Luzerne County Board of Elections for this very information.
00:31:36.360 Like we always say in the War Room, the mistakes seem to go one way.
00:31:40.580 You've obviously tracked election, election law, voter registration since I don't even know when, but you really have your finger on the pulse of all that.
00:31:49.120 But is this sort of activity something that is, you know, novel or unusual?
00:31:54.360 Were we seeing similar patterns like this back in 2020 or 2022?
00:31:58.300 Or why do you think this is happening now?
00:32:01.640 You know, I'm not going to theorize.
00:32:04.120 But as I mentioned to you, this is a county that has had previous mistakes, if you want to call it that, previous incompetence, previous negligence.
00:32:17.180 And this is a Democrat county that we are now about to flip to Republican.
00:32:21.560 But this is why it's so concerning, Natalie.
00:32:25.260 A, the voter registration deadline in Pennsylvania is October 21st.
00:32:30.840 And one of the reliable sources heard inside of the office, which, by the way, now has curtains up everywhere.
00:32:39.880 And you can go to my ex account to see a picture that was taken from inside of the office.
00:32:46.380 But mail-in ballot applications are due by October 29th.
00:32:52.020 If Republican mail-in ballot applications are processed last, they will be mailed out last.
00:33:00.800 And the reason why this matters is, let's say that we have a snowbird, Natalie, who lives in Pennsylvania, but is going to Florida for the winter.
00:33:10.340 If their mail-in ballot is sent to them by November 2nd, well, those mail-in ballots must be in by November 5th at 8 o'clock.
00:33:19.520 This rumor of thousands of applications potentially being unprocessed at this moment when mail-in ballots are being sent out could very well disenfranchise voters.
00:33:32.440 And the last point that I'll make is this state was decided by 40,000 votes in 2016, was decided by 80,000 votes in 2020.
00:33:43.920 And so it's not going to take a lot of disenfranchisement to swing a state either from blue or to red.
00:33:52.780 And so I am asking everybody to contact the Luzerne County Board of Elections and demand information and ask them peacefully and ask them sternly,
00:34:04.020 can you tell us with certainty that every single application has been processed and that they are up to date with both mail-in and voter registration applications?
00:34:13.920 Let's zoom out for a second statewide in terms of mail-in ballot requests.
00:34:22.420 I believe it just started, what was it, just a few days ago.
00:34:25.480 How are the numbers, at least preliminary data, tracking there?
00:34:30.380 Well, it's fascinating.
00:34:31.800 So Democrats are actually down 130,000 mail-in ballots from where they were four years ago.
00:34:39.340 They're down in Philly.
00:34:41.200 They're down in Pittsburgh.
00:34:42.760 And while Republicans aren't necessarily up, it's actually really interesting where Republicans are out requesting Democrats.
00:34:53.620 And two of those counties I can point to in particular are Huntington County and Mifflin County.
00:35:00.620 Those are Amish counties, Natalie.
00:35:03.600 And we have been courting the Amish vote.
00:35:05.800 And one thing that the Amish like, because there is a stigma about voting, it's kind of taboo to vote in the Amish culture,
00:35:14.100 is they love a mail-in ballot because they can have a secret and private mallet delivered to their home,
00:35:21.320 that they don't have to ride their buggy to the polling location.
00:35:24.560 They can mail that ballot in.
00:35:26.820 And so we are using the tools of the Democrats to make sure that our truckers, our hunters, and our Amish can have their votes heard in this election.
00:35:37.480 And so in 11 of the 67 counties in Pennsylvania, Republicans are out requesting Democrats in mail-in ballots.
00:35:46.800 Wow, that's amazing.
00:35:50.120 And I think you are, in some parts, many, many ways we should be thankful for you for doing all that.
00:35:56.660 But how can the Posse help you on your crusade, particularly when it comes to Pennsylvania, but also in their own communities?
00:36:04.500 I remember you were on the show, what was it, a month ago, and you gave sort of a list of actionable items that the audience could call their election offices,
00:36:12.000 whether it was, you know, making sure they had mail-in ballots, could they guarantee that no non-citizens were on voting rolls?
00:36:19.360 Just re-hit us with those questions that the Posse can then go out and call their election officials and ask,
00:36:24.460 just so we have a paper, you know, a track record of where we stand on these issues that are so crucial to making sure the election goes smoothly.
00:36:33.320 I'm going to give two action items and thank you.
00:36:36.440 So, number one, especially if you're in Pennsylvania, but you may do this in all of the swing states or any state,
00:36:43.580 is you want to ask four main questions of your board of elections.
00:36:46.860 A, can you tell us that no illegal aliens are registered to vote?
00:36:50.300 P, B, what is your backup to make sure that if there's a power outage that we have a generator so we can still print on-demand ballots?
00:36:58.620 C, are the machines connected to the internet?
00:37:01.360 Can you tell us that they're not?
00:37:02.540 And D, what is your plan to make sure that your polling locations don't run out of paper like what happened in Harris County, Texas,
00:37:10.720 like what happened in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania?
00:37:14.160 This has happened in other states as well.
00:37:16.560 And now today, again, is National Voter Registration Day.
00:37:20.700 So to the War Room Posse, I challenge you, please print off some voter registration forms for the state that you live in.
00:37:28.500 And I would like you, please, to deliver those forms either to an American Legion or VFW.
00:37:36.460 Bring the forms and ask if you can leave out voter registration forms for our beautiful veterans.
00:37:41.980 B, if you're near a college or university, print out voter registration forms and bring them to a beautiful sorority or fraternity house to engage all of those students.
00:37:53.100 And C, probably the most important, 930,000 hunters in Pennsylvania, 30% of Pennsylvania hunters are not registered to vote.
00:38:03.620 40% of Wisconsin hunters are not registered to vote.
00:38:08.040 Print off some voter registration forms.
00:38:10.900 Visit your local archery store, your gun store, your gun range.
00:38:14.980 Do that today.
00:38:16.820 And we have seen gun store owners across the country who have been very open to us either registering voters or bringing those forms.
00:38:26.620 And that's something that the Posse can do.
00:38:28.880 And that would be a very big help today on National Voter Registration Day.
00:38:34.940 You got to do it for Stephen K.
00:38:37.400 Bannon.
00:38:37.800 We know they put him in prison to try to lock this show up, shut us down.
00:38:41.980 But I think we're just going to come back screaming that much louder.
00:38:47.020 And the best way we can do it is, like you said, registering people to vote.
00:38:49.980 Scott, one more time, if people want to follow you, support your organization, help you in Pennsylvania, go to any of your events, where can they go to do all that?
00:38:58.640 Thank you.
00:38:59.400 I have a state director.
00:39:00.780 We now have 40 staff.
00:39:02.720 If you want me to hire more staff, please, I urge you to visit earlyvoteaction.com.
00:39:09.600 Early, like you're early to something.
00:39:11.680 Vote, like you're voting.
00:39:13.060 Action.com.
00:39:14.700 And you may also connect with me on my X account, at Scott Pressler, S-C-O-T-T-P-R-E-S, 1-S-L-E-R.
00:39:23.560 And if you're not in a swing state, come to Pennsylvania.
00:39:27.900 We want your help.
00:39:28.980 Connect with me.
00:39:29.960 And I'm a big fan of the war room.
00:39:32.180 Stephen K. Bannon, we're thinking of you.
00:39:34.080 And Natalie, thank you for having me.
00:39:37.780 Scott Pressler, thank you for joining us.
00:39:39.640 And thank you for working so hard.
00:39:40.700 We appreciate it.
00:39:42.440 Thanks, y'all.
00:39:43.080 Now, I think the issues that Scott is talking about, right, when it comes to mail-in balloting,
00:39:50.200 the kind of shady election laws, the curtains going up.
00:39:54.320 I've been told democracy dies in darkness.
00:39:56.880 I don't know.
00:39:58.420 But walk us through how I think, like I was saying, that's sort of the progenitor to the
00:40:04.940 lawfare that we're seeing now more directly, explicitly against President Trump.
00:40:09.340 But where we stand on all of those cases.
00:40:12.080 Well, first, I want to say that Scott Pressler is an American patriot.
00:40:16.460 He's a hero.
00:40:17.160 He's on the ground every day fighting in the key swing state of Pennsylvania.
00:40:23.360 It's all action with Scott.
00:40:25.220 So I think that the war room posse should go on his website and support him and his great
00:40:29.700 work and his team.
00:40:30.580 But I would say this on the lawfare.
00:40:33.260 Let's just step back and remember what the Biden-Kamala Democrats have done to Trump,
00:40:38.720 his top aides, his lawyers, his supporters.
00:40:40.340 They've tried to bankrupt Trump for non-fraud in New York.
00:40:46.120 They've tried to throw Trump in prison for the rest of his life for non-crimes.
00:40:51.460 They tried to take Trump off the ballot in Colorado and Maine.
00:40:55.540 The Supreme Court stepped in and stopped them.
00:40:58.560 And so what are they trying to do now?
00:41:01.480 They're trying to destroy the legitimacy of the Supreme Court that got in their way.
00:41:07.100 They're also underfunding President Trump's Secret Service protection.
00:41:12.180 They've turned down several requests from Trump's career Secret Service detail.
00:41:16.840 This has led to two assassination attempts in two months, nearly two months, against President Trump.
00:41:23.580 And this is all not working.
00:41:25.840 If you look at the polling, if you look at Nate Silver, if you look at the models, Trump's
00:41:31.100 going to win comfortably so long as people vote as early as possible and they follow Scott
00:41:36.520 Pressler's advice and register our allies to vote and turn out and vote, especially the
00:41:41.200 hunters.
00:41:41.460 And so I think the next battle in this Biden-Kamala lawfare and election interference is election
00:41:51.160 integrity.
00:41:51.560 And this is what's so critically important.
00:41:54.560 We need to make sure that only people who can legally vote, vote.
00:41:59.540 It doesn't matter who you're voting for.
00:42:01.560 If you're a lawful voter, you should vote.
00:42:04.180 And Republicans should do nothing to try to get people who are going to vote for Kamala not
00:42:09.920 to vote.
00:42:10.360 I mean, that's just not what we do as a party.
00:42:13.760 But we need to make damn sure that people who are not allowed to vote like non-citizens
00:42:19.680 where it's illegal to vote in federal elections are not voting.
00:42:24.280 And that's the big point of the Article III Foundation's public service announcement ad that we've put
00:42:30.780 out last night.
00:42:32.320 The NBC broke that story.
00:42:34.720 And it's critically important.
00:42:36.640 It was a glowing piece.
00:42:38.160 Yeah, very glowing piece.
00:42:39.120 Thank you, Catherine Doyle, for such a glowing exclusive that I gave to you.
00:42:43.640 It was just wonderful.
00:42:45.740 I'm going to give you the next exclusive after that one.
00:42:48.100 But I would say that you ever think, how can I work this hard and still be in debt?
00:42:54.940 The piles of overdue bills, the threatening phone calls and never having money to do anything.
00:42:59.580 It's just won't stop.
00:43:01.920 You're trapped in debt.
00:43:03.880 Done with debt is the way out.
00:43:05.280 But they've developed aggressive new strategies to end your debt permanently.
00:43:09.860 Done with debt stands between you and harassing bill collectors.
00:43:13.700 They tirelessly negotiate with your creditors to lower or even forgive what you owe.
00:43:19.660 And they do it all without bankruptcy or new additional loans.
00:43:23.720 As one client raved, quote, our phone call saved us a fortune.
00:43:29.040 I wish we did this long ago, end quote.
00:43:32.700 Bottom line, done with debt has unique strategies to get you out of debt faster and put more money
00:43:39.000 in your pocket every month.
00:43:41.340 But you need to hurry because some debt solutions are time sensitive and you don't want to miss
00:43:46.220 out.

00:43:48.420 Talk with one of their debt relief strategists for free.
00:43:51.840 Let me repeat that.

00:43:57.800 You have nothing to lose except your debt.
00:44:01.560 Go to donewithdebt.com.
00:44:03.220 That is donewithdebt.com.
00:44:05.620 Do it today.
00:44:06.620 Action, action, action.
00:44:09.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:44:17.840 Welcome back to The War Room.
00:44:20.180 Of course, just a few days out from the second assassination attempt on President Trump.
00:44:24.860 But like we framed last night's show, while we were obviously paying attention to that
00:44:28.420 story of Eric Prince on and Mike Benz on, hopefully later in the week to continue drilling
00:44:33.120 down.
00:44:33.540 We're not going to let that distract from the moment we were in before that happened, where
00:44:38.080 we were about to be able to have that discussion that this country has long been waiting for.
00:44:43.340 On the ramifications of mass immigration, Springfield, of course, being the hot bed that allowed
00:44:49.960 us to start having that discussion.
00:44:51.460 A discussion that, as you guys well know, the rhinos who think American citizenship means
00:44:56.420 absolutely nothing.
00:44:57.400 And so long as you import people who are paying taxes, even though we're told, Mike, right,
00:45:01.140 they don't have any registration or documents, so they can't vote.
00:45:04.100 But they're paying taxes and they shop at Walmart.
00:45:06.800 Those people are Americans.
00:45:08.020 Yeah, it doesn't quite work like that.
00:45:12.720 Just curious, your thoughts on, I guess we already did the immigration stuff, but just
00:45:19.320 on the assassination attempt, the second one, where you think we need to go in terms of
00:45:24.280 the investigation front getting to the bottom of how it happened?
00:45:28.380 Well, let's look at it this way.
00:45:29.880 We had Butler, Pennsylvania, where they did not have enough Secret Service resources to
00:45:35.600 protect the roofs, and we had a sniper get on the roof and almost blow off President Trump's
00:45:42.740 head on national TV.
00:45:43.960 And it was, by the grace of God, it was a millimeter and a millisecond that saved President
00:45:49.000 Trump from having his head blown off on national TV.
00:45:52.180 And then here we are just over two months later, and we have someone hiding in the bushes of a
00:46:00.460 golf course of Mar-a-Lago, where the former president and a leading presidential candidate
00:46:05.460 resides.
00:46:06.760 He's in the bushes for 12 hours, and we don't know that he's in the bushes for 12 hours.
00:46:12.600 And he points a rifle through the bushes, and it just was by happenstance that the Secret Service
00:46:19.720 detail on the hole ahead of Trump on the golf course just happened to see the rifle
00:46:25.840 point through the bushes and fired at him, and this guy ran off, and then they were able
00:46:30.300 to catch him, fortunately.
00:46:31.620 But why was there not perimeter protection of this golf course?
00:46:36.240 Why were there not cameras?
00:46:37.480 Why were there not drones?
00:46:38.580 They say, well, he's a former president.
00:46:41.180 He doesn't get as much protection.
00:46:42.980 OK, does President Obama get protection when he's on golf courses on Martha's Vineyard?
00:46:49.140 It seems like from videos we've seen, he has.
00:46:52.280 And so you have to ask, if you've had Trump's Secret Service detail, the career officials
00:46:57.540 on his detail ask for stepped-up Secret Service protection several times, the political appointees
00:47:04.720 in the Biden-Kamala administration have said no.
00:47:08.740 Trump almost got killed two months ago, and then an assassin gets in the bushes for 12 hours
00:47:16.320 and points a gun at him again.
00:47:17.740 There's a major breakdown at the Secret Service, and it's not at the protective detail level,
00:47:26.320 meaning it's not at the Secret Service agents who are protecting the president.
00:47:30.040 They're doing a very good job.
00:47:31.380 It's the fact that the leadership, the political leadership at the Department of Homeland Security,
00:47:36.840 they're not providing the resources that a former and likely future president require.
00:47:42.740 I mean, I would just say this, and again, this is important, Biden and Kamala are more
00:47:48.200 concerned about protecting Ukraine President Zelensky than American President Trump.
00:47:54.900 And you have to ask very seriously, why is that?
00:47:57.900 How about this?
00:47:58.520 We reappropriate a significant amount of that Ukraine aid, and we put it to protect President
00:48:03.700 Trump.
00:48:04.080 I think that'd probably be a better ROI, if you ask me.
00:48:07.480 But I also want to make the point, because you watch MSNBC, their entire coverage of
00:48:12.060 the shooting, they're already using it to push to avoid a government shutdown.
00:48:15.780 They're saying, well, this is why Speaker Johnson needs to fund the government because of this
00:48:19.140 shooting.
00:48:20.540 Maybe give it a few days, guys, before you start trying to push that.
00:48:23.660 But it's also House Republicans' fault, not just because they've continued to fund these
00:48:28.540 departments with absolutely no apprehension or correction, course correction for the woke
00:48:34.940 weaponization that we have seen under the leadership of people like Mayorkas, the facilitated mass
00:48:39.740 invasion.
00:48:41.280 But when they stand up that sham of a task force meant to investigate what happened in Butler,
00:48:48.320 have you seen anything?
00:48:49.880 Anything substantive really come out?
00:48:52.240 No.
00:48:53.560 And that is what invites additional crazies, although we know the guy supported Biden.
00:48:59.220 If you look at the Biden-Harris bumper sticker on his truck and the 19 political donations
00:49:03.820 he gave to Democrats, only Democrats, no Republicans, I think the question remains, how did the Biden
00:49:10.040 regime support him?
00:49:11.740 I'm, of course, talking about the guy who starred in an Azov Battalion video, was interviewed
00:49:16.180 by every mainstream media outlet under the sun about his efforts to recruit people to fight
00:49:21.100 in Ukraine.
00:49:22.340 The feds say he was on the radar since 2019.
00:49:24.360 But this individual, I think, is a symptom of a much broader problem.
00:49:32.320 But the blame is also, I think, to some extent on House Republicans, because they have allowed,
00:49:38.300 whether you want to call it intentional failure or just pure incompetence, but to wreak like
00:49:43.260 a sewer out of the Department of Homeland Security and Secret Service.
00:49:46.880 And the fact that we're even having to have a discussion about continuing to fund DHS Secret
00:49:52.120 Service at the levels that they're at, not, I believe it's an increase, when they haven't
00:49:58.460 even presented any goods, evidence, or receipt, the frickin' director didn't even resign until
00:50:03.120 she gave that sham of a hearing, which they had to wheel her out to actually come and sit
00:50:07.640 and talk to members of Congress.
00:50:09.680 And she barely said anything of substance.
00:50:13.080 Shame on House Republicans for not stepping up and doing their job.
00:50:18.520 And I mean, frankly, look, if we're having this discussion, we're talking with Eric Prince
00:50:21.580 yesterday saying that, you know, the Secret Service, they have serious questions to answer
00:50:27.500 for what happens in Butler.
00:50:29.820 It's hard for me to square the logic then that the way to keep President Trump safe is that
00:50:34.040 we need to really double down on Secret Service resources and Secret Service assets, because
00:50:37.960 I think they're part of the problem, too.
00:50:39.680 Yeah, I mean, I've always said this.
00:50:41.220 The D.C. swamp is the only place on the planet where the reptiles lack backbones.
00:50:47.460 And House Republicans are certainly in that reptile camp.
00:50:52.400 So that's number one.
00:50:55.040 And I would also say this.
00:50:56.920 Remember, Democrats are awfully quick to say that Republicans are inciting violence with our
00:51:04.580 words, right?
00:51:05.460 But let's look at Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's words and actions.
00:51:09.520 Remember, they have essentially campaigned on the threat, the fact that they're claiming
00:51:15.040 that Trump is an existential threat to democracy.
00:51:18.360 He is essentially Hitler, who must be stopped at all costs.
00:51:24.880 They've tried to bankrupt him.
00:51:28.160 They've tried to throw him in prison for life.
00:51:29.660 They tried to take him off the ballots.
00:51:31.840 And now they're funding his Secret Service protection, underfunding his Secret Service
00:51:35.220 protection twice.
00:51:36.820 And Biden said to put a bullseye on Trump.
00:51:39.240 Two days before this assassination attempt, the D.C. put out a press release saying that
00:51:44.360 Trump was hosting neo-Nazis and white supremacists.
00:51:47.800 Yeah, I think you guys have kind of put that one to rest.
00:51:50.520 At Trump golf courses.
00:51:52.920 And the mainstream media amplified it.
00:51:54.420 Just two days before there was an assassination attempt down at Trump International in West Palm
00:51:59.600 Beach.
00:52:00.920 And what did Kamala mean when she told her supporters to go check out Trump rallies?
00:52:04.940 I don't know about that.
00:52:05.920 We joined by Mike Davis after the break.
00:52:07.880 You owe back taxes, right?
00:52:11.060 Here's the question.

00:53:33.520 And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know
00:53:37.560 of us yet.
00:53:38.760 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission
00:53:43.520 being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:53:49.960 So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include
00:53:54.480 things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting
00:53:59.520 your health.
00:54:00.720 So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements.
00:54:05.780 And of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.
00:54:08.920 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as
00:54:13.880 vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:54:18.440 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far
00:54:24.620 better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:54:30.960 So we have some other amazing products.
00:54:33.040 But if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com.
