Stephen K. Bannon joins me in the War Room to talk about the latest Trump assassination attempt, Kamala Harris and why she's not good enough to be president of the United States, and much, much more!

00:03:10.000This is a woman who has positioned herself as Southeast Asian, South Asian, Indian, and only sporadically would refer to her Jamaican heritage.
00:03:22.000So he raised the question, of course, you know, all hell broke loose after he did that.
00:03:28.000But he went into the lion's den, as he always does.
00:03:42.000But when she sits with these people, including the National Association of Black Journalists, as she did in the last day or so, the softball questions that she is getting, she is still unable to answer.
00:03:56.000I do not know how this woman is still so bad at this.
00:04:01.000I mean, look, if you do not have the intellect, which to me, clearly she does not have.
00:04:08.000She is not capable of being president of the United States.
00:04:11.000Again, she is the latest ghost that the system is running.

00:04:17.000And because she's not too swift, it does make her the perfect puppet for them, right?
00:04:23.000Just as Biden was corrupt and senile, that made him the perfect puppet.

00:17:54.000The Save Act is a great bill that would secure our elections from illegal aliens voting in their require voter ID.
00:18:01.000But this CR, this continuing resolution that we're going to vote on today, it's going to screw our country more times over than a ditty freak off.
00:19:34.000Obviously, Crooks took a headshot initially when a trained professional would have never done that.
00:19:41.000A trained professional would have taken a center mass torso shot.
00:19:44.000And as far as this this guy, Ruth, just just recently, I was looking at his setup where he was going to take his shot, Mike, and we would we would call this in the military an FFP, which stands for final firing position.
00:19:59.000And just a couple observations, you know, I think one of the reasons that he put his barrel through the fence, which was ultimately what got him caught, was because he probably didn't want to shoot into the the chain link fence.
00:20:15.000You know, that could have easily deflected the trajectory of his bullet in, you know, in the military, in the service.
00:20:22.000Even swats swat snipers are trained to cut a hole, whether it's through vegetation or a wall or a fence.
00:21:49.000And the signal being sent to myself, the Secret Service and everybody else around the world, the Iranians, the Russians, the Ukrainians, anybody that would want President Trump dead is send your professionals because the amateurs are getting very close.
00:22:05.000I think one of them even got a headshot that clipped President Trump's ear.
00:22:21.000They're trying to destroy the Supreme Court that stopped the Biden-Harris plan.
00:22:26.000And now you have the Biden-Harris administration intentionally underfunding Trump's Secret Service protection.
00:22:33.000They're treating President Trump like he's President Carter in a nursing home instead of President Trump, the leading presidential candidate.
00:22:42.000So talk about your thoughts on the Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security, the political appointees there and Biden and Harris themselves.
00:22:52.000Why are they not providing President Trump the Secret Service funding and protection he needs to ensure he is not assassinated?
00:23:00.000Well, you know, it's interesting because I'm back here on War Room, and I remember months and months and months ago, Steve Bannett called it.
00:23:30.000And so that's something that, you know, I know, you know, Steve didn't say lightly.
00:23:35.000But any one of us watching that situation could have seen that that was definitely a possibility.
00:23:41.000And I do think that there's many people, Mike, within this government that would love to see President Trump dead.
00:23:46.000I mean, we know how just radical this environment has become up here.
00:23:51.000We know how swampy it is, and we know how terrified they are of President Trump coming back because of how he's shown his ability to actually, you know, maintain and follow through on his promises to drain the swamp.
00:24:04.000So, you know, what I think needs to happen, and this is the advice that I'd get the president, is that he needs to beef up his private security package.
00:24:12.000I know he already has a little bit of private security, but the reason I would do that is I would make sure I got individuals that were loyal to me and that are plugging security holes that the Secret Service continues to clearly leave open.
00:24:26.000And also individuals loyal to him that can watch the watchers and make sure the Secret Service isn't, you know, putting him in any harm's way, putting him in a bad way.
00:24:37.000And I hate to say that, you know, it's 2024.
00:24:40.000I never thought I'd say this in our country with our Secret Service, but I just don't think at this point they can be trusted.
00:24:46.000Yeah, and that's a scary thought, Eli.
00:25:38.840Actually look at who has the most threats against them and then assign whatever assets possible and necessary to make sure that nobody gets anywhere near the president with any type of weaponry in the future.
00:25:52.260It's amazing to me that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will spend whatever it takes to defend Ukraine President Zelensky, but they are refusing to provide the necessary protection for American President Donald Trump.
00:26:08.740Eli Crane, how do people find you online, on social media?
00:31:03.020We used our regulatory power for good under President Trump.
00:31:06.120And when COVID hit, we put Title 42 in place.
00:31:08.460And that allowed for the immediate deportation of illegal aliens when they crossed the border.
00:31:13.140And in fact, people forget about this.
00:31:15.200But when President Trump was in the Oval Office and when we were running Title 42 out of HHS, we were deporting 90 percent of illegal aliens within two hours of them crossing that border.
00:31:26.360So when Joe Biden and when Kamala Harris inherited the Oval Office and put their hand on that Bible and took that oath, they inherited the most secure border in American history.
00:31:34.940We've got to have that context in mind when we think about what they've done to it now, letting over 10 million illegal aliens into this country.
00:31:42.440I mean, the human toll, not just the financial, the economic, the public health crisis they've caused on our border.
00:31:48.700Let's talk about national security for a second.
00:31:50.520They've let tens of thousands of illegal aliens from known areas of terror hotbeds, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Jordan, Syria.
00:31:58.520And not one single media outlet seems to be interested at all in where are these people?
00:32:09.140There's never been a better advertising or marketing campaign for the human smugglers, the coyotes, the cartels than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's open border policies.
00:32:18.640And we've got to get President Trump back in that White House to shut that border down.
00:32:29.600They ripped up Remain in Mexico and all the other – Title 42.
00:32:33.340They ripped – for the first day, I actually sued them.
00:32:36.240I was the first former Trump official to turn around and sue my old agency, HHS and DHS, because they ripped Title 42 to shreds, saying disregard it for everybody under the age of 18, completely in violation of federal law.

00:32:50.600But from their first day in office, they did everything in their power to throw the entire southern border of the United States wide open.
00:32:58.560They want to fundamentally remake this country, and we can't let them do it.

00:33:05.620We passed a historic bill last session that makes it, for the first time ever, a state crime to illegally enter this country.
00:33:12.380I'm actually thinking we should do more.
00:33:13.900I want the state of Texas to stand up a border protection unit.
00:33:16.100But the reality is no matter where you live, whether you're on a border state or not, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' open border policies are making you less safe.
00:33:24.540You are more at risk for terror attacks, for violent crimes.
00:33:27.660Illegal aliens are literally raping and murdering American citizens at unprecedented rates, and they must – this must not be allowed to continue.
00:33:36.640And we're hearing, oh, wait, that's – it's just not happening.
00:33:39.400We're not – we had in Colorado, my adopted state out in Aurora, Colorado, there are Venezuelan gangs who have taken over entire apartment complexes in the suburbs of Denver.

00:34:52.400I have never seen – I mean, DHS has never removed people faster than what we saw from the white, liberal, elitist.
00:35:00.780You know, in Martha's Vineyard from when they got what was effectively, what, one busload of illegal – we get that many illegal immigrants in Texas every five minutes.
00:35:09.660Okay, but it was a national scandal, and they deported these people, and somehow the national media didn't call them, you know, xenophobes or racists.
00:35:16.180I don't know what's with the double standard there.
00:35:18.140And look, you almost either have to laugh or – because if you don't, you will cry about this because the gravity of the situation – I don't think anybody in America has yet truly come to terms with this unchecked, unmitigated mass migration of over 10 million illegals.
00:35:41.880She's been the most lawless vice president in American history, and there has never been a president and a vice president who have done more to throw open the entire southern border of the United States.
00:35:51.200And we here in Texas, we're trying to share the love, as it were.
00:35:54.480We've been busting these people all over the place.
00:35:56.080I know you've been a fan of that policy, trying to let the rest of the country, all these liberal blue cities – I mean, the Big Apple couldn't handle even a small taste of the Biden and Harris border crisis, right?
00:36:07.460They go begging Joe Biden for relief while they're putting illegal aliens up in five-star hotels, treating illegal aliens now in 2024 better than American citizens.
00:36:21.820We have a legislation going through the House and the Senate.
00:36:26.600It's not going to go through the Democrat Senate, but because the Democrats clearly have no problem with noncitizens illegally registering to vote.
00:36:35.720We have 6,000 of them illegally registering to vote in the state of Virginia that Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin has been able to identify so far.
00:36:45.360And down in your home state of Texas, nearly 2,000 noncitizens, according to your governor, Greg Abbott, have actually voted.
00:36:54.200And the numbers may even be higher than that.
00:36:56.720Governor Abbott put out an announcement very recently.
00:36:58.880We purged over a million people from our voter rolls who were ineligible to vote, and I think the numbers are as high as around 6,000 of those were not legal residents in the state of Texas.
00:37:09.300And we know because in a lot of states you can get Social Security cards without being eligible to vote at the federal level.
00:37:15.840You can get driver's licenses in many states without being eligible to vote.
00:37:19.160So people are using this combination of identifications.
00:37:25.840And, in fact, we've got now Biden's, my former agency, and talk about the deep state and the regulatory state.
00:37:31.420He's weaponized HHS on this issue of election integrity and is actually now forcing some of the private electronic medical records companies, or at least trying to do this, to put voter registration information on your electronic medical records.
00:37:44.600This is how far the state is going to reelect Joe Biden, or I guess in this case reelect Kamala Harris, the most far-left socialist, leftist, progressive candidate that any major party has ever put forward.
00:37:58.540We absolutely have illegal aliens voting in our elections.
00:38:01.520We absolutely have them being registered to vote in violation of law, and it's being done intentionally.
00:38:21.980So you came in there, and I would say that you took a sledgehammer to some of those regulations, those mindless regulations.
00:38:30.400What should happen in a second Trump administration government-wide on regulations?
00:38:37.680When people hear the term regulation, it sounds like their eyes kind of gloss over, their ears kind of plugged.
00:38:41.300It sounds very boring, but here's the reality.
00:38:43.760I firmly believe that the unaccountable, unelected bureaucrats in the executive branch agencies being allowed to both write and enforce laws by whim, by edict, that's definitional tyranny.
00:38:55.640And it's the biggest single threat to our constitutional system of divided government.
00:39:00.020Everybody remembers the cartoon Schoolhouse Rock when they were a kid, how a bill becomes a law.
00:39:03.720Congress has to agree with the Senate, has to agree with the president.
00:39:06.040And that was supposed to keep government small.
00:39:08.280The bar was really high to deprive you of any freedom or of any liberty.
00:39:11.720But the reality is Congress only votes on about 5 percent of federal law these days, 95 percent of the laws and rules that govern you, including taxes, including crime law.
00:39:20.800These are just written by acting mid-level bureaucrats sometimes, bankrupting small businesses, creating crimes for people to live under.
00:39:29.140And so what I'm excited about having Trump back in the White House, one of the many reasons for is I think he's going to continue his aggressive deregulation agenda to put people back in power, force the Congress to do their jobs, and stop letting the unelected bureaucrats do what they do.
00:39:43.700And I just tell people, think about all the horrible things that Joe Biden has done since he got in office and Kamala Harris, and then ask yourself a question.
00:39:50.320How many of those things were voted on by the Congress?
00:39:52.780We basically have an imperial presidency right now, and we've got to put the Constitution, make that the supreme law of the land again.
00:39:59.220Well, you know this from your time in Washington.
00:40:01.480You've done many stints in the executive branch.
00:40:03.540There is a key office in the executive office of the president.
00:40:06.920It's called the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs or something like that.
00:40:13.260Talk about how, what would you, if you got appointed as the, I think it's a Senate-confirmed job, so it would be a very tough Senate fight.
00:40:21.200Maybe not as brutal as mine, but let's say you got confirmed to a post like the director of OIRA, when I'm the viceroy, when I'm the viceroy, what would you do in that post with these regulations executive branch-wide?
00:40:33.960I think if I were the head of all regulatory policy for the executive branch, you'd have mass resignations like we have never seen from all of the deep state bureaucrats who would know what's coming.
00:40:42.420No, look, we have got to neuter the power of these bureaucrats.
00:40:45.640You see, it's all the weaponization you see at the Department of Justice, the criminalization of free speech, the damage they're doing to our energy sector and to our water and to border security.
00:40:55.900It's all being done by executive fiat.
00:40:57.920We need to sunset every regulation on day one, okay, if they're not retrospectively reviewed.
00:41:03.040We need to take away bureaucrats' authority to even make these regulations, okay?
00:41:11.640Everybody at Tony Fauci's kind of level, they need to be term limited, and that kind of action should happen on day one if somebody, you know, like myself or others that believe in freedom are backing them.
00:41:23.140President Trump is going to be bringing in a whole lot of people who believe in liberty, who believe in the Constitution, and who want to take just a wrecking ball to the reckless and out-of-control, rabid, leftist, unaccountable bureaucrats in the deep state.
