00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul,
00:00:30.000 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself,
00:00:34.000 what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country,
00:00:40.000 this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room.
00:00:44.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:00:53.000 Welcome back.
00:00:54.000 I was just talking in the break to Ralph Reed.
00:00:57.000 He's going to come back on the show.
00:00:58.000 We're going to dig into this some more.
00:01:00.000 I'll just close with this point.
00:01:03.000 It is absolutely,
00:01:04.000 this thing in the New York Times is absolutely so essential.
00:01:07.000 And here's why.
00:01:08.000 The Catholic Church in Europe used to be such an important voice.
00:01:12.000 But from the Second Vatican Council onwards,
00:01:14.000 it started to sacrifice its position,
00:01:17.000 started to cut deals with secular modern views.
00:01:21.000 And it is now a cultural irrelevance.
00:01:23.000 It's now sort of totally overwhelmed with wokeism,
00:01:26.000 with Marxism, and what have you.
00:01:28.000 What is interesting to me about this article,
00:01:31.000 and Denver very kindly put it up earlier,
00:01:34.000 is that evangelicals in America are countercultural,
00:01:38.000 almost uniquely in the world.
00:01:40.000 They are now moving into this countercultural space
00:01:43.000 that was previously occupied by the Catholic Church.
00:01:46.000 And here's the thing with Christianity.
00:01:48.000 If you fight against the prevailing wind,
00:01:52.000 people will pay attention and they will flock to you.
00:01:55.000 This has importance to the United States,
00:01:57.000 has importance to the political sphere,
00:01:59.000 as well as specifically also to MAGA.
00:02:03.000 Not a religious movement,
00:02:04.000 but it has a vast army of people there
00:02:07.000 who believe in Jesus Christ.
00:02:09.000 What is happening here,
00:02:11.000 this movement behind chaps,
00:02:13.000 guys getting involved in Christianity,
00:02:15.000 this will transform the United States.
00:02:17.000 And this is outside of one election or the next.
00:02:21.000 Now, I'm going to hand over now to Dave Bossie,
00:02:23.000 who's been a stalwart, not only for MAGA,
00:02:27.000 but goes back to the days of the Tea Party itself.
00:02:30.000 Dave, good morning to you.
00:02:33.000 Good morning, Ben.
00:02:34.000 Thanks for that show.
00:02:36.000 Look, what you were just talking about
00:02:38.000 is incredibly important,
00:02:39.000 and I'm going to be listening the next time
00:02:41.000 you talk about that topic,
00:02:43.000 because what's going on in the church
00:02:45.000 is truly troubling for every Catholic in America.
00:02:51.000 It certainly is.
00:02:52.000 Have a great show,
00:02:53.000 and I look forward to catching up again with you soon.
00:02:54.000 God bless.
00:02:55.000 And God bless to the posse.
00:02:56.000 Hey, thank you.
00:02:57.000 Thanks very much, Ben.
00:02:59.000 Look, first of all, for all of you,
00:03:01.000 thanks for listening today.
00:03:03.000 Thanks for joining us.
00:03:05.000 I am David Bossie sitting in for the War Room.
00:03:09.000 Steve Bannon and I, eight years ago this week,
00:03:16.000 were locked arms and working every second of every day
00:03:24.000 to defeat crooked Hillary Clinton.
00:03:27.000 Steve and I and that team had the honor of trying to develop the strategy
00:03:34.000 and the tactics needed to help Donald Trump win the presidency in November of 2016.
00:03:43.000 And so we are now eight years on.
00:03:48.000 The election could not be more important.
00:03:50.000 You know, Steve and I said back then,
00:03:52.000 it's the most important election of our lifetime.
00:03:54.000 And it was true.
00:03:56.000 But today we have an existential threat, and that is Kamala Harris.
00:04:02.000 Kamala Harris is a radical's radical.
00:04:05.000 She is someone that America has never seen before.
00:04:09.000 And so what I've done, and I've made a lot of films with Steve Bannon,
00:04:16.000 a lot of films with Steve Bannon, some of the greats.
00:04:19.000 And so I made a film, and I want everybody to be able to get a chance to see it.
00:04:25.000 What I'd like to do is I'm going to talk about it in just a second.
00:04:28.000 Let's just play the trailer for everybody, Kam.
00:04:30.000 Is that okay?
00:04:31.000 The total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more Border Patrol
00:04:36.000 and more asylum officers.
00:04:38.000 I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence.
00:04:40.000 I don't think he knows what he said either.
00:04:42.000 Kamala definitely covered up his cognitive decline.
00:04:47.000 And it was a rapid decline.
00:04:48.000 When Joe Biden and Kamala Harris came into office,
00:04:51.000 they inherited peace and prosperity.
00:04:53.000 All they had to do was nothing.
00:04:55.000 Just not screw it up.
00:04:57.000 I am radical.
00:04:58.000 I do believe that we need to get radical.
00:05:00.000 We went from safe streets to record crime.
00:05:02.000 Are you for defunding the police?
00:05:03.000 How are you defining defund the police?
00:05:05.000 We went from $2 gas to $4 gas.
00:05:07.000 Would you ban offshore drilling?
00:05:08.000 Yes.
00:05:09.000 There's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking.
00:05:10.000 We went from stable prices to record inflation.
00:05:13.000 They are killing us without killing us.
00:05:15.000 That is called Bidenomics.
00:05:19.000 The very first task that Joe Biden gave Kamala Harris was to be the border czar.
00:05:25.000 Do you plan to visit the border?
00:05:28.000 Not today.
00:05:29.000 She's not going to have any border security.
00:05:33.000 I want a number.
00:05:34.000 How many people have you led into this country?
00:05:36.000 Does anybody know?
00:05:38.000 None of you know.
00:05:39.000 None of you know.
00:05:40.000 We're in the middle of a war in this country.
00:05:42.000 It is a war between those of us who love the United States of America and a fringe minority
00:05:47.000 who hates this country and what we stand for.
00:05:49.000 We've got to let people know who brung it to them.
00:05:52.000 Raise your hand if you think, President, Trump's policies on the economy would be better for your family.
00:05:57.000 All right.
00:05:58.000 So that is everybody.
00:06:02.000 The chaotic and deadly U.S. evacuation from Afghanistan stunned Americans and the world.
00:06:11.000 Afghanistan.
00:06:12.000 Yes.
00:06:13.000 Were you the last person in the room?
00:06:15.000 Yes.
00:06:16.000 It was because of Kamala Harris's failed leadership while you had people hanging off the airplanes.
00:06:20.000 When Putin saw how incompetent we were, he said, wow, I'm now going to go into Ukraine.
00:06:26.000 This is what Russian President Vladimir Putin unleashed on Ukraine.
00:06:30.000 It's almost like they intentionally tried to set the Middle East on fire.
00:06:33.000 Hamas terrorists went door to door, slaughtering anyone they could find.
00:06:36.000 I'll tell you what, we had a safe world.
00:06:38.000 Now we have a very, very dangerous world.
00:06:43.000 We're going to get rid of these people that have destroyed our country.
00:06:46.000 He's doing this for one reason and one reason alone.
00:06:48.000 It is a rescue mission for the American dream.
00:06:51.000 Trump's rescue mission, saving America.
00:06:54.000 This is a rescue mission.
00:06:57.000 We're going to make America great again, greater than ever before.
00:07:12.000 42 days.
00:07:13.000 42 days to save America.
00:07:16.000 That's what we are all about.
00:07:19.000 Everybody listening to this show, we have to put our shoulders to the grindstone.
00:07:23.000 We have to work every minute of every day.
00:07:26.000 If we want our children, our grandchildren and future generations to have what we have.
00:07:32.000 And I grew up in the 80s and so I'm incredibly jaded because I know what the world looked like under communism.
00:07:45.000 I know what the world looked like when the Soviet Union was in full power.
00:07:49.000 And so we need to not go back to that, which is what we're going to get if Kamala Harris gets elected.
00:07:55.000 So 42 days.
00:07:56.000 In 2020, the election was decided by 43,000 votes in three states.
00:08:03.000 This election in 2024 could be even closer.
00:08:06.000 That's the scary part.
00:08:08.000 And so we need to make sure that every vote, every legal ballot is counted.
00:08:15.000 We need to make sure that we're knocking on the doors.
00:08:17.000 We need to make sure that we are working the ground game because that's what's going to make the difference here.
00:08:22.000 Nothing else.
00:08:24.000 The TV ads aren't going to matter.
00:08:25.000 It's going to be the ground game.
00:08:27.000 And so that's why we made this film.
00:08:29.000 That's why, folks, I really urge you to go to TrumpSavesAmericaMovie.com.
00:08:36.000 TrumpSavesAmericaMovie.com.
00:08:38.000 Go to it and watch this film today.
00:08:42.000 And then make sure, not just that you watch it and your family, make sure you send it around to your friends, family, neighbors, to make sure they understand what's at stake.
00:08:53.000 What Kamala Harris is going to do on the economy, on foreign policy, on border and immigration, on crime, what she's going to do to destroy our energy sector even further.
00:09:04.000 What she's going to do to destroy Wall Street even further.
00:09:08.000 Have the inflation crisis.
00:09:10.000 Have all of the problems that we know now after four years of Biden are going to be exponentially worse under Kamala Harris.
00:09:18.000 So we need to save our country.
00:09:19.000 We need to save it in the next 42 days.
00:09:22.000 What I want to do is talk to you guys just a little bit about the polling because I'm going to set up the next couple conversations.
00:09:29.000 Look, we have in Pennsylvania, let me just say this, in Pennsylvania it's a dead heat.
00:09:38.000 Every poll has either Trump up or a tie.
00:09:42.000 Trump is going to win Pennsylvania if we do our jobs.
00:09:47.000 I'm just going to fly through and we'll go back to the states.
00:09:50.000 But in Arizona, another battleground state, Trump has never been behind.
00:09:55.000 Trump is leading in every single poll, and even in the New York Times, which is no friend of anybody that listens to this show, they have him up five.
00:10:05.000 He has never been behind.
00:10:07.000 He is going to be able to win Arizona.
00:10:10.000 In Georgia, Trump has never been down ever in the state, and he's up anywhere from three to five.
00:10:18.000 Wisconsin, it's a dead heat.
00:10:21.000 And one thing that you know about Wisconsin, the New York Times, which did battleground polls in every state, didn't release one in Wisconsin.
00:10:29.000 It's very interesting to me.
00:10:30.000 How would they just choose that to not do one?
00:10:33.000 Why? Because the numbers aren't good for Kamala Harris in my book.
00:10:36.000 And let's just not forget, in 2020, the Washington Post, the corrupt media biased Washington Post, put out a poll within a week of the election that said Joe Biden was up 17 points.
00:10:55.000 What did that do?
00:10:56.000 It suppressed Donald Trump's vote.
00:10:58.000 That was election interference by a media entity without question.
00:11:04.000 Biden, with the help of Zuckerberg and the Zuck Bucks, didn't win by 17.
00:11:10.000 He won by 20,000 votes.
00:11:13.000 One point.
00:11:14.000 It's outrageous what they do.
00:11:17.000 It's outrageous what the mainstream media does and what they did to Donald Trump in 2020.
00:11:21.000 They're doing it again right now in Nevada.
00:11:25.000 It's a dead heat.
00:11:26.000 You know, I think what Donald Trump has done with the economic message, the no tax on tips, he is going to win back that state and it is going to be in the win column for Donald Trump.
00:11:39.000 North Carolina, it's a dead heat.
00:11:41.000 Trump is up and is absolutely going to win North Carolina.
00:11:45.000 I don't think that one is as tricky as all the media pundits are going to make it out.
00:11:52.000 Michigan.
00:11:54.000 Michigan is is literally a dead heat and shouldn't be.
00:11:58.000 It's within the margin of error.
00:11:59.000 They basically Harris up three.
00:12:01.000 It's the hardest to win, but is absolutely doable.
00:12:05.000 Donald Trump is in better shape today in Michigan than he was in 2016 and in 2020.
00:12:12.000 And he just barely didn't pull it off.
00:12:15.000 So we have an opportunity in Michigan.
00:12:18.000 We have an opportunity in Virginia.
00:12:20.000 Virginia is even within the margin of error.
00:12:22.000 It has him down four points in Virginia.
00:12:25.000 So we're Donald Trump.
00:12:26.000 The point of this message is Donald Trump is on offense.
00:12:30.000 Kamala Harris is on defense.
00:12:33.000 Donald Trump, if we do this right, can win and win handily.
00:12:38.000 These states, every single one of them is vital that we do the work.
00:12:42.000 And it's vital that you guys understand the work that has been done and needs to be done.
00:12:49.000 So I'm going to introduce our special guest who just walked in and I want to pick, let him just go.
00:12:56.000 And Congressman Matt Gates, how you doing, Matt?
00:12:58.000 Good to be with you, Dave.
00:13:00.000 So this offense versus defense battle space that you just described, I think it is showcased by what you see on the trail today.
00:13:10.000 Donald Trump is giving an economic speech in Savannah, Georgia today.
00:13:14.000 Kamala Harris is having meetings with staff today, right?
00:13:18.000 So here you have President Trump going into probably one of our softer areas in Georgia.
00:13:22.000 We're not going to do as well in Savannah as we do in Rome, right?
00:13:26.000 But he's going there.
00:13:28.000 And I think what you're seeing from a very effective campaign is in places like Savannah, in places like Philly, it's an economic message.
00:13:36.000 Indiana, Pennsylvania last night.
00:13:38.000 Sure, but it's an economic message.
00:13:40.000 And then in some of the more rural areas, it's an economic message and also this immigration message where rural areas are seeing this invasion.
00:13:48.000 Absolutely.
00:13:50.000 The nature of where they live faster, right?
00:13:52.000 Like if you live in New York City and they dump 20,000 Haitians there, it probably changes the fabric of New York City less than if you do that in rural America.
00:14:03.000 So I think immigration in the rural areas is a principal focus.
00:14:07.000 The economy in the burbs and in the urban areas, President Trump is running all the right place.
00:14:12.000 He certainly is.
00:14:13.000 And look, when we come back from the break, I don't think we have time for it, Cam, right now.
00:14:19.000 We have a short Maddow clip, and then we have Michael Watley, the chairman of the RNC, coming on as a guest.
00:14:27.000 Well, when we come back, let's go through these states.
00:14:29.000 I want to talk to you the different ways we get to the requisite number of votes we need through those states.
00:14:34.000 Without question, we're going to get to the path to 270, and what we're going to do is we're going to have Michael on to tell us what the RNC is doing in the ground game.
00:14:44.000 Because nobody's been able to figure this out, right?
00:14:48.000 We're going to get right from Michael what is going on in the ground game in every one of these battleground states, and we're going to hear it right from him.
00:14:56.000 Terrific. Can't wait.
00:15:00.000 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:02.000 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.000 Their gold? To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.000 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.000 Your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.000 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:25.000 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.000 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:30.000 Why? Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings.

00:16:12.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:20.000 Well, good morning.
00:16:21.000 Thanks for having me sit in.
00:16:23.000 This is Dave Bossie along with my dear friend, Matt Gates, congressman from Florida, one of the all time great sitting in with me just joining us.
00:16:33.000 And we have a we have a special guest that we're going to want to get right to, which is the chairman of the RNC, Michael Watley, who has been handpicked by President Trump to run the RNC during this election cycle.
00:16:48.000 And somebody who has put his life on hold and put his shoulder to the grindstone to make sure Donald Trump wins this November in in 42 short days.
00:17:01.000 So, Michael, thank you for being here.
00:17:04.000 And we really appreciate it.
00:17:05.000 Well, it's good to be on with both of you guys.
00:17:07.000 It's, you know, definitely good to talk to patriots and everybody around the country.
00:17:12.000 And look, we're in a great position to win this campaign.
00:17:15.000 We feel really, really good about where we are on the ground.
00:17:18.000 We feel really, really good about having the best candidate who is running a great campaign.
00:17:23.000 The polling seems to be settling out where it needs to be settling out.
00:17:27.000 And, you know, all the numbers that we're seeing in terms of voter registration, the activity levels we're seeing in terms of, you know, the the absentee ballot requests in states like North Carolina and Pennsylvania, we're we're seeing very promising numbers right now.
00:17:43.000 But the biggest thing that that we're tracking is Donald Trump out there talking to every American voter.
00:17:51.000 Kamala Harris hiding in the basement just like Joe Biden was.
00:17:55.000 And we're starting to see that resonate.
00:17:58.000 Her honeymoon is over and we're getting really into the maelstrom of the last 45 days.
00:18:04.000 Michael, let's just get this audience loves data.
00:18:10.000 They love the numbers.
00:18:11.000 And that's what we want to give them right here.
00:18:13.000 So if you if you could and I don't know if you have these handy, I happen to.
00:18:18.000 But in Pennsylvania, in Pennsylvania, where Donald Trump did not win by 80,000 votes.
00:18:26.000 OK, in 2020, 80,000 votes.
00:18:29.000 Could you walk us through the data of the voter registration?
00:18:33.000 What has closed?
00:18:35.000 What those numbers are in and just if you could run through a couple of states real quick, because this is important.
00:18:40.000 When you lose by 80,000 votes, you have and you you you eliminate big numbers on voter reg over the last four years.
00:18:49.000 Tell us what's going to what's going to happen.
00:18:51.000 Yeah. Look, you look at Pennsylvania and right now, you know, when in 2020 we were we were 685,000 voter registration deficit with the Democrats.
00:19:00.000 Right now, it's less than 350,000.
00:19:03.000 So we've essentially cut that margin in half.
00:19:06.000 You look at a state like Nevada, where it was 87,000.
00:19:09.000 Now it's 17,000.
00:19:11.000 You look at North Carolina, where we have cut it in half since the 2020 election cycle.
00:19:16.000 So, you know, we're making substantial gains in voter registration in every one of these battleground states.
00:19:23.000 And we're seeing it, you know, look at a state like Florida, where eight years ago we were hundreds of thousands of votes behind the Democrats.
00:19:32.000 And now we're a million registered Republicans more than Democrats.
00:19:38.000 I know, Mr. Chairman, and we're so grateful for all those those new Floridians.
00:19:42.000 My only concern is, did we drain Republican votes out of the Midwest?
00:19:45.000 I feel like every time I'm talking to a new Floridian, they've come from from like they're escaping the wicked witch of the Midwest and Gretchen Whitmer and coming down.
00:19:56.000 So I hope there's there's enough Republicans left in the Great Lakes states.
00:19:59.000 But but, you know, Pennsylvania really seems to be where this election is coming down.
00:20:03.000 And I know you've done a terrific job putting us in the best possible position on registration.
00:20:08.000 But I'm also looking at the absentee ballot requests, the vote by mail requests.
00:20:14.000 And the last time I was checking the data, we were in a substantially better position now with the universe of ballots that can be voted than we were four years ago.
00:20:24.000 Is that is that what you're assessing at the RNC?
00:20:26.000 Yeah, that's exactly what we're seeing.
00:20:28.000 Look, and Democrats are going to have an advantage in the absentee ballot numbers.
00:20:33.000 We're not going to win it outright.
00:20:34.000 But when we talk about one hundred and fifty thousand fewer in terms of the differential day over day as we're tracking this on a daily basis.
00:20:44.000 And I expect that that number is going to continue to get better for us as we move through it.
00:20:49.000 You know, Donald Trump has made a big push when it comes to the early voting in in the in the mail in voting in Pennsylvania.
00:20:57.000 You know, he put together a video which we released all across the country, but really targeting in on Pennsylvania where he said, look, it's great if you want to vote by mail.
00:21:06.000 It's great if you want to vote early. It's great if you want to vote on Election Day.
00:21:10.000 The key is you've got to make a plan.
00:21:12.000 You need to execute that plan and you have to deliver that vote.
00:21:17.000 And so we're we're seeing it, you know, and you look at his rally just yesterday in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
00:21:24.000 You know, what a fantastic crowd.
00:21:27.000 The the electricity is there.
00:21:29.000 I've talked to the people who ran Pennsylvania back in 2016.
00:21:33.000 They're telling me this feels a lot like it did in 2016.
00:21:38.000 Much better than it was four years ago, Michael, I, I, I see 2016.
00:21:45.000 I see the energy. I see the desire to win.
00:21:49.000 I had the honor of of traveling with President Trump just a few days ago and spending some a lot of time with him.
00:21:58.000 He is in a really, really good place.
00:22:02.000 I I have not seen him this energized, this dynamic, this focused.
00:22:08.000 I mean, he is singularly focused.
00:22:10.000 And so I'm I'm incredibly proud to have him leading us once again.
00:22:18.000 But it's this this election, just like in 2016, it was really about him.
00:22:23.000 I mean, all of us. I mean, Steve is famous for saying this.
00:22:28.000 But in 2016, Steve said Donald Trump was ninety nine percent of why we won.
00:22:34.000 And we all of us combined were one percent.
00:22:36.000 I think it's it's that the same or more.
00:22:39.000 I give Hillary a few percentage points.
00:22:41.000 We might hope to give Kamala Harris a few now as well.
00:22:46.000 Michael, the next thing I'd like to have you address, because the campaign, unlike 2016,
00:22:52.000 in 2016, we did not have this extensive.
00:22:55.000 I built Steve and I built a ground game in very short order with the RNC when the camp,
00:23:01.000 when we were able to take over the campaign and get it, get the RNC righted.
00:23:06.000 But but we never ran an overseas ballot operation this year.
00:23:12.000 This year, the campaign, the Trump campaign is running a vibrant operation overseas.
00:23:18.000 And so I don't really know how much the RNC is is playing a part of that.
00:23:23.000 But can you help us expand on that a little bit?
00:23:27.000 Yeah, look, so we are definitely talking to registered voters overseas and trying to make sure that they are aware of the process for it.
00:23:34.000 There are a number of allied groups that are out there doing the same, particularly, you know, in places like Israel, you know, where we've got such a sizable percentage of people.
00:23:46.000 And so there are a few different groups that are on the ground that we are aware of, you know, and they're independent efforts, so we can't necessarily coordinate with them.
00:23:56.000 But I'm very glad that they're on the ground and they're out there pushing on this thing.
00:24:01.000 You know, overall, I think that the numbers that we're seeing in terms of the overseas ballot applications is down.
00:24:10.000 And I think that that ultimately is going to inure to our benefit.
00:24:14.000 But we do definitely want to make sure that we're talking to those voters who want to come in and support Donald Trump, that they have the mechanisms for it.
00:24:22.000 Absolutely. One of one of our former colleagues at the RNC, Solomon, you one of the greats who has has really helped the Trump campaign put this together over the last several months.
00:24:38.000 Solomon has been working diligently with me and others to help make sure that this is an effort, a real robust effort, because this when you when we say we lost by forty three thousand votes in three states, hundreds and thousands of votes in independent countries across the country across the world can have a major impact, especially in these battleground states.
00:25:02.300 So, yeah, we're going to leave no stone unturned. Yeah, we're going to leave no stone unturned when we think about kind of of how we're going at turning out the vote this time.
00:25:12.200 You know, really, and when when Laura and I took over the RNC back in March, you know, we made a fundamental decision at the RNC.
00:25:20.300 We were going to focus on two things and only two things. We're going to get out the vote and we're going to protect the ballot.
00:25:25.560 And so when we talk about getting out the vote, it really, truly is going to every American family and having that conversation with them, taking our base voters and turning them into ambassadors through the Trump force forty seven program and then getting our low propensity voters and dynamiting them off the couch.
00:25:46.480 Michael, thank you so much. Can you hold on for us over the break with a massive tax hikes proposed by Harris and almost 40 percent top income tax rates?
00:25:55.560 Seven percent increase to the corporate tax, a capital gains tax on unrealized gains and the fact that she's proposing to add almost two trillion dollars to a current two trillion dollar deficit.

00:29:11.620 Welcome back.
00:29:12.680 Thanks for joining us today.
00:29:14.480 We are now pleased to have Maureen Bannon join us on the show.
00:29:21.220 Are you there, Mo?
00:29:22.700 I am.
00:29:23.280 Thank you so much for having me on this morning.
00:29:26.420 Oh, man.
00:29:27.160 Our pleasure.
00:29:27.640 What are you talking about?
00:29:28.300 And we still have Michael Watley, the chairman of the Republican National Committee, with us, talking about the ground game.
00:29:36.860 And I think, Matt, Congressman Gates has a question for you.
00:29:39.440 This is exciting.
00:29:40.040 You've got Maureen Bannon, Dave Bossie, Chairman Watley, myself.
00:29:43.260 This is the greatest assembly of MAGA talent since Steve Bannon dined alone.
00:29:47.220 So it's awesome to have this panel.
00:29:50.660 So, Mr. Chairman, you were largely selected for this role because President Trump saw that you were the most aggressive state party chairman on election integrity.
00:29:59.500 You've been widely recognized as one of the national experts on this question.
00:30:03.860 And I think the concern of a lot of the war room and, frankly, me, is that we're going to do everything right in Pennsylvania and could potentially be out-balloted by ballots that are submitted without an actual human being intending to cast those votes.
00:30:20.480 And so walk us through the Watley game plan on election integrity and in those moments where they're pulling up to these large ballot processing centers without the type of chain of custody that you've been able to really advocate for in states like Georgia, how should we be watching that?
00:30:40.220 What's the game plan to be resilient against being out-balloted despite our better candidate and our better message and our better campaign?
00:30:47.740 Yeah, I think there's really two key parts of this.
00:30:50.720 The first is what happens before Election Day, and that's us fighting every day to get the right rules of the road in place, the right laws, the right regulations.
00:31:00.580 And so, you know, we have worked across the country to try and make sure that basic premises like only American citizens can vote.
00:31:08.740 You have to have a voter ID, basic protections on mail-in ballots, which are the biggest concerns that you've talked about that we continue to see.
00:31:17.740 And we need the states to clean up their voter rolls.
00:31:20.340 Where the states have been able to work with us, like Georgia, Wisconsin, North Carolina, great.
00:31:25.420 But if not, we're going into court.
00:31:27.280 We filed 115 lawsuits in 27 states around the country.
00:31:32.460 We've gotten a couple of really good wins up in Pennsylvania to make sure that we're putting those guardrails on the mail-in balloting.
00:31:40.680 Talk about that.
00:31:41.640 Talk about what relief.
00:31:43.880 Yeah, just talk about the relief you got in Pennsylvania.
00:31:46.660 That will be of great interest to folks.
00:31:48.240 Well, I think there's really a couple of wins that we've had.
00:31:50.940 The most recent one basically says that if the ballot is not dated or if the date is not right, then they're not going to accept that ballot because they've got to be in before Election Day.
00:32:00.520 But there's a lot of things that you have to do in order to demonstrate that the ballot is legal.
00:32:06.780 We want a signature requirement, a witness requirement, things along those lines.
00:32:11.080 And the dating on it is very important.
00:32:13.980 The key is that you had counties in Pennsylvania.
00:32:15.920 It's amazing that wasn't the law already.
00:32:18.560 Can you imagine?
00:32:20.280 Yeah, I mean, even on your tax return, you've got to have the date and the postmark and all this stuff.
00:32:26.380 And it's crazy that's something we had to go fight for.
00:32:30.200 It is.
00:32:30.520 But I'm glad you did it.
00:32:31.880 It probably helped.
00:32:33.480 Yeah, the second big thing we fight for is you've got to be in the room.
00:32:36.920 We need to be in the room whenever votes are cast, whenever votes are being counted.
00:32:41.320 And we have recruited hundreds of thousands of volunteers all across the country.
00:32:45.960 Last count, we were over 175, 180,000 volunteers, including over 12,000 of them in Pennsylvania alone.
00:32:53.740 We also are recruiting thousands of attorneys to make sure that we're there on the day to make sure that we're getting transparency here.
00:33:03.640 Yeah, that could not be more important.
00:33:06.720 You know, in 2020, in the days after the election, when they were counting the ballots in Philadelphia,
00:33:12.640 President Trump sent Pam Bondi, the former attorney general of Florida, and Corey Lewandowski and a few others to Philadelphia to be able to watch what was going on in 2020.
00:33:26.160 And even though they went to court and had a court order to allow them in the building to observe, the police and the officials in Philadelphia would not allow them in, regardless of a judge's order.
00:33:43.340 It was outrageous.
00:33:44.720 And that's one of the things we have to steer away from.
00:33:47.780 And I'm so glad that we have people like you who are fighting every day.
00:33:52.260 I mean, we have, as you said, we have hundreds of lawsuits out there, and we're going to be continuing.
00:33:56.700 Well, how can people be a part of it?
00:33:58.220 Chairman, why don't you lay out, if people are inspired by the infrastructure you've set up to get us in the room and they want to help, what should they do?
00:34:06.340 Go to protectthevote.com and sign up.
00:34:09.780 Protectthevote.com.
00:34:11.060 We will get them in.
00:34:12.180 We will get them registered.
00:34:13.240 We will get them trained.
00:34:14.560 And we will get them deployed so that they can serve as ballot workers or ballot observers.
00:34:19.160 You know, thanks, Matt.
00:34:22.360 That is, this audience, they're action-oriented.
00:34:26.200 They want to know what they can do individually, down to the person, what they can do to make a difference, and that is it.
00:34:34.300 Michael, would you just give them the website again and tell them how they can go find training and then be deployed?
00:34:40.440 Yeah, protectthevote.com.
00:34:42.380 You go to that, and you'll get signed up and registered.
00:34:45.220 You know, and I've got to give Pam Bondi a ton of credit.
00:34:47.620 Her, Matt Whitaker, Laura Trump, and I have been doing a national Protect the Vote tour.
00:34:54.400 We've done over 25 different events in all of the battleground states, and we are going to continue to work hard to work with the press, to work with the public, and work with our Republican base.
00:35:06.200 Get them signed up and get them active in our election integrity team.
00:35:09.980 Thanks.
00:35:12.700 Maureen, I know you were telling me earlier that you had had a conversation with your dad.
00:35:16.980 Obviously, we all have about the importance of the ground game.
00:35:21.080 I have, and he has two main focuses while he's been in Danbury, and I know everyone misses him.
00:35:27.880 I miss him significantly.
00:35:29.360 However, his main focus is he wants the audience and the posse, and even those that aren't watchers of war room, spread the word.
00:35:39.460 We need to get out the vote and focus on election integrity.
00:35:43.660 But if we don't focus on getting out the vote first, we need to do that first before we focus on election integrity.
00:35:52.200 Because in certain primaries and battleground states, we had a lot of Republicans that did not go out and cast their ballot.
00:35:59.040 I know in the state of Minnesota, in the Democrat primary, Amy Klobuchar had 303,000 votes cast for her, and she had four people in her primary.
00:36:09.760 In the Republican primary, there were eight, and among those eight candidates, there were only 198,000 votes cast.
00:36:17.060 So we need to focus on making sure we have Republicans registered and that we get them out to vote.
00:36:23.780 And listen, if you're a part of this audience, you need to be voting early.
00:36:30.660 Election Day, we need you calling everybody in your phone, texting everybody in your church group, standing outside the grocery store waiting for people if you have to, and getting them out to vote for President Trump.
00:36:43.240 Okay?
00:36:44.020 You get your business taken care of in advance.
00:36:46.280 That's early.
00:36:46.580 Early, absolutely.
00:36:47.320 If you're a part of the posse.
00:36:48.820 Look, we're going to win Election Day.
00:36:51.100 We're going to win Election Day big.
00:36:52.300 But what Chairman Watley is going to be watching is do we cut into the lead the Democrats will have on the mail vote substantially with the early vote?
00:37:01.560 If we turn out our people in person early with ID where you can watch your vote counted, isn't that, Mr. Chairman, the way we're going to know that our big wins on E-Day are going to carry us to victory?
00:37:13.460 And let me just say this, Michael.
00:37:14.860 One of the other things that Michael and the campaign need to really know is by guys like me, Dave Bossie, Matt Gaetz, voting early, he doesn't have to spend resources.
00:37:26.920 The campaign doesn't have to spend vital resources to chase our ballot because I'm going to vote on Election Day.
00:37:32.680 No, no, no, no.
00:37:33.520 They need to know my vote is in the bank.
00:37:36.600 And so they don't have to spend any money on mail sending me a postcard saying, don't forget.
00:37:43.120 They don't have to have anybody knocking on my door or ringing my phone because I will have already voted.
00:37:48.260 The posse must vote early.
00:37:51.320 Michael, please.
00:37:53.280 Yes, you could not agree more.
00:37:54.920 We're going to make sure exactly like you just said it.
00:37:57.100 We're going to make sure that we are out there.
00:37:59.400 We are going to know before Election Day kind of what numbers we need to hit because we're tracking all of these things.
00:38:05.600 We always win Election Day.
00:38:07.140 We know that.
00:38:07.760 But it's a matter of how much are we going to have to win by.
00:38:10.700 And every single opportunity we have to bank our vote, as you just said, is going to make sure that we have the resources to get through Election Day.
00:38:20.020 And the way you need to look at it in the posse, let me just add this.
00:38:25.000 The Election Day vote is the infantry, OK?
00:38:28.240 If you are part of the posse, you are part of the special forces.
00:38:32.640 And, Chairman, actually, Mo, I'll kick it to you.
00:38:35.160 You had something you wanted to add on that point?
00:38:36.520 I was just going to reiterate what you said.
00:38:38.700 In person, early.
00:38:40.340 Early in person.
00:38:41.960 Don't rely on the United States Postal Service.
00:38:46.320 No.
00:38:47.300 In person, early.
00:38:48.980 So we know where our votes are cast.
00:38:51.020 And, Mr. Chairman, we see something happening with the Hispanic vote in these Sun Belt states.
00:38:57.460 You know, I look at a path that's, you know, you get North Carolina, you get Georgia, and then you head out west.
00:39:04.040 You see the growth in the Hispanic vote in Arizona and Nevada.
00:39:08.320 I think it's the immigration message and the economy message driving that.
00:39:12.900 But do you have an assessment as to why we seem to be really cresting with the Hispanic vote at just the right time?
00:39:18.700 You know, it really is those two issues.
00:39:21.800 It is the southern border.
00:39:22.960 You know, the folks that have come here legally, they do not like seeing 10, 15 million illegal immigrants come across that southern border.
00:39:31.420 And also the economy.
00:39:33.460 You know, when you think about Kamala Harris cast the tie-breaking vote on $2.5 trillion worth of spending that sent gasoline prices, grocery prices, and housing prices through the roof.
00:39:42.760 This really affects them, and it affects their family, and they don't like it.
00:39:47.260 You know, they are also very culturally conservative.
00:39:49.860 I think we're going to have the Hispanic vote, a majority of them voting for Donald Trump.
00:39:55.400 It's the first time that we're going to see a majority go Republican since George W. Bush back in 2004.
00:40:02.920 And we seem to be even doing better against Harris.
00:40:05.660 Like, do you think that there's something unique about Harris as opposed to Biden driving away Hispanic voters?
00:40:09.960 You know, I just think that it's their policies.
00:40:12.920 Let's just be honest.
00:40:13.580 They're getting a chance to see her right now, and she does not represent their values.
00:40:19.360 The introduction has not gone well.
00:40:22.100 Her radical agenda, when the president has framed her as a radical leftist, and he calls her a comrade, he calls her a communist,
00:40:32.160 they don't, the Hispanic population around the world is coming here legally for a reason, to get away from that.
00:40:39.480 And so, and Michael's exactly right, culturally as well, they are for us.
00:40:44.220 Michael, I just want to say thank you for being a guest here today.
00:40:47.680 We're going to have to go to a break, and I know you have a lot to do.
00:40:50.760 I just want to say, as we're sitting here, President Trump just tweeted about the film that Matt Gaetz and President Trump is a star of,
00:41:00.520 Trump's rescue mission, Saving America.
00:41:02.980 He just tweeted.

00:41:08.120 Michael, thank you so much for being here today and talking straight to the posse about what you're doing.

00:41:15.860 America is standing on the brink of an election meltdown, and Jim Rickards, editor of Strategic Intelligence,

00:41:36.960 He's uncovered what he calls the Democrats' secret plan to keep Trump out of the White House, even if he wins.
00:41:42.480 This isn't some far-off theory.
00:41:44.100 He's warning that this meltdown could lead to a 50% market crash, the total collapse of the U.S. dollar, and violent riots in our streets.
00:41:51.200 The stakes are higher than ever, folks, and if you're not prepared, you could lose everything.

00:44:15.740 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:23.280 Welcome back.
00:44:24.600 Thanks for joining us again.
00:44:26.340 This is David Bossie and Matt Gaetz and Maureen Bannon.
00:44:30.840 Joining you today from Washington, D.C., I'm sitting in Steve Bannon's seat,
00:44:36.420 and it just reminds me of what Steve and I and the rest of the team was able to do with President Trump in 2016.
00:44:46.220 The path to 270, because that's all that matters.
00:44:50.300 You know, Steve and I had lots of conversations about what we needed to do and how we needed to do it,
00:44:58.300 but none of them did we get, in none of them did we get wrapped around the axle on what the vote was going to be in California
00:45:08.100 or how we were going to get beat in Illinois in the raw totals, vote totals.
00:45:12.420 It didn't matter.
00:45:13.560 We wanted to get to 270, and that's what this is about.
00:45:17.080 It's only about the path to 270, which we have.
00:45:21.400 What do you think, Matt?
00:45:22.520 It's down to seven states.
00:45:23.880 I mean, this election is really down to seven states, and most of the paths you've got to win four of them.
00:45:30.280 There is an exception to that where there is an Atlantic time zone strategy
00:45:35.700 where if we won Pennsylvania and North Carolina and Georgia, the race is over.
00:45:43.540 There's no way I think Harris gets there if we win those three.
00:45:48.080 Now, if things don't go so great in Pennsylvania, now all of a sudden you've got to win four states.
00:45:53.880 And so now you've got to lash Georgia, North Carolina, and you've got to have a sunbelt strategy is another path
00:46:00.940 where you pick up Arizona and Nevada.
00:46:03.520 That's where those Hispanic votes are so key.
00:46:06.040 And then I think where it could be the third path would be some sort of Great Lakes strategy.
00:46:13.840 And that Great Lakes strategy is, I think, really driven by this economic message where these folks are getting hammered
00:46:21.340 and where Harris's policies are crushing people, her policies to ban fracking, to get rid of the gas-powered car,
00:46:28.560 to get rid of ICE, to have an open border, to tax unrealized gains.
00:46:32.640 That's right.
00:46:32.940 And, you know, that's that working-class union Great Lakes strategy.
00:46:37.180 So as you look at those three, what I really wanted to get in is do you think it's going to come down to that
00:46:43.160 or do you feel kind of a 26 – do you feel an energy where they're all going to break one way?
00:46:49.080 Or do you think some could break either way?
00:46:49.940 So in 2016, let me just say this.
00:46:51.500 Steve and I used to just sit around.
00:46:53.100 We didn't sit around a lot because we were on the move so much, but we sat on the airplane, we were in cars, we were moving.
00:46:59.620 But we decided – you know, one of the things that I focused on was the path to 270 and that strategy with him.
00:47:05.240 And we looked at Pennsylvania – we looked at the voters of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota
00:47:13.280 as very similar that entire belt, okay?
00:47:17.800 There's a reason that everybody puts them in one category.
00:47:21.200 Once we thought we were going to be able to lock on to Pennsylvania and like a dog on a bone,
00:47:27.720 Donald Trump was not going to give that up.
00:47:30.040 And he – we spent a lot of time and energy there.
00:47:33.380 Historically, that is where Republican campaigns go to die, okay?
00:47:36.900 Donald Trump saw it differently.
00:47:38.960 And we saw that between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia was Alabama, okay?
00:47:43.620 And we went there and we went there in a big way.
00:47:46.900 So we spent our time there and that's why Minnesota closed.
00:47:50.400 We didn't pick it up in 16, but it closed.
00:47:52.840 Michigan, Wisconsin, that's why those states came the way they did was because of the strategy we used to talk to the voters about the issues that they cared about.
00:48:02.180 So we're going to see this again.
00:48:04.240 We're going to – I believe right now in my heart we're going to win Georgia and Arizona.
00:48:08.320 I think those two were in very, very good shape.
00:48:10.760 Well, Georgia's where we had the best election integrity upgrades.
00:48:13.380 Without question.
00:48:14.360 And that's why the left is bellyaching about it.
00:48:17.360 You wouldn't feel as good about Georgia if we didn't have those.
00:48:19.520 And that's why the things that, like, Watley's talking about, the things that the Trump campaign have done, not over days and months, but over years, okay, years of vigilance has put us in this position to be able to win.
00:48:33.220 And that's so important.
00:48:34.280 So we are really going to work very hard at the path to 270.
00:48:38.780 What I'd like to do, Cam, is maybe come back and maybe Matt and I and some others can go through in a show where we get to the – do the path to 270 and really drill down into that.
00:48:49.140 I think that would be –
00:48:49.760 And the election's underway.
00:48:50.880 People are voting.
00:48:51.640 Yep, absolutely.
00:48:52.620 I got to run.
00:48:53.640 Hey, thanks, Matt.
00:48:54.580 Really good to see you.
00:48:55.680 Mo, what do you think of that?
00:48:57.200 Well, I agree with both of you.
00:48:59.640 And in certain states, early voting has start.
00:49:02.360 So the path to 270 has already started.
00:49:05.280 And I think that, like you said, it's going to come down to certain states and be like – I believe it's going to be like 2016 all over again.
00:49:13.140 That's my personal view.
00:49:15.200 I haven't really discussed that with my father.
00:49:17.340 But I believe that it's going to be like 2016.
00:49:20.200 Attention, yeah.
00:49:25.360 Mo, thanks so much for that.
00:49:27.240 And I know we have a special guest that's there, I think, with you.
00:49:33.460 We do.
00:49:34.320 So I know my dad has talked a lot about getting out the vote and election integrity, but also a way to support the War Room is to support our sponsors.
00:49:43.160 And we have one of our great sponsors here with us, Mike Lindell.
00:49:46.780 And I think that you are actually home right now in the great state of Minnesota.
00:49:52.480 That's what it looks like.
00:49:54.760 For a little bit, I believe.
00:49:56.700 It's always where in the world is Mike Lindell.
00:49:59.360 Right.
00:50:00.680 Well, thanks.
00:50:01.740 Thanks, Maureen.
00:50:03.560 Yeah, and everybody, you've probably seen over the weekend what happened with our products.
00:50:08.820 The media attacked us because we gave a special to the War Room posse of 1488 for the standard MyPillow that these box stores had canceled on us.
00:50:19.980 And they said it was a Hitler thing because it's the eighth letter in the alphabet.
00:50:24.160 All this craziness.
00:50:25.980 So what I want to do is I put all of our classic pillows on sale.
00:50:31.580 They've never been on sale before on TV.

00:51:44.300 And I want to toss it back to Dave Fossey in the studio.
00:51:49.140 Thanks, Mike.
00:51:49.900 Thanks, Maureen.
00:51:50.900 It was great to have you on both today.
00:51:53.240 Thanks to Matt Gaetz and Michael Watley for joining us.
00:51:56.940 I just want to leave you with President Trump's tweet.

00:52:11.760 Tell your neighbors and family about it today.
00:52:14.160 Trump Saves America.
00:52:14.920 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:52:20.800 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:52:25.300 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:52:32.820 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:52:46.520 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:52:54.400 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:53:05.280 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:53:10.700 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:53:23.340 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:53:28.920 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:53:30.920 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:53:36.820 Hey, War Room.
00:53:37.880 Hope you're all doing well.
00:53:38.800 My name is Trevor Comstock.
00:53:40.120 I'm one of the co-creators of Sacred Human, and I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.
00:53:46.900 But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:53:58.100 So unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:54:08.180 So that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements, and of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.
00:54:16.440 For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:54:25.900 And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:54:38.480 So we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com, and cheers to your health.
00:54:46.360 700,000 Americans every year.
