00:01:21.940 that have harmed americans and put the country back on track the reality is that there is no

00:01:27.300 significant group of undecided voters left regarding the candidates themselves people know where they

00:01:32.960 stand when it comes to president trump and his opponents what remains unclear for some is whether

00:01:38.320 they will actually participate in the voting process these are the individuals who will decide this

00:04:12.800 and trump's family would out and out say what they said takes the threat of violence

00:04:22.640 takes the threat uh beyond where it was even leading up to january the 6th this is an increasingly

00:04:32.720 desperate person an increasingly desperate family

00:04:38.720 who's preparing for civil war you just are 0.84

00:04:44.720 talking about uh they're they're trying to kill him democrats are trying to kill him 0.95

00:04:52.620 um this is it and the lies

00:04:56.520 welcome to the war room dave bratt sitting in with the great stephen k bannon october 7 year of our lord

00:05:05.800 we start every show out of respect for steve in the name of the father the son and the holy spirit amen

00:05:11.820 uh just stunning uh opening with morning mika and joe uh and when our side of the football all political

00:05:21.980 views are my own uh bring up the obvious that violent language on the left leads to violence

00:05:28.500 they go hyperplectic on us they do the same to us this is the new modern world we live in of gaslighting

00:05:38.720 and narcissism uh and up is down and down is up uh and uh i got good news for you uh last week uh the

00:05:48.760 polling in pennsylvania the the folks in the blue collar uh regions of philly uh were way up on the

00:05:56.680 republican uh uh side for uh for voting uh over the weekend uh and and we we gave stats on that in

00:06:05.900 charts over the weekend uh more nbc's kornacki major shifts toward trump uh in latin american community

00:06:13.520 sunday meet the press nbc elections analyst steve kornacki ran down some of the cities

00:06:18.060 reading pennsylvania 70 percent latino was overwhelmingly democrat in 2020 joe biden won

00:06:25.080 by 45 points that's now down by over 20 points hazelton pennsylvania more than 60 percent hispanic

00:06:32.540 2012 democrats won it narrowly now it's double digit trump territory allentown has come down 10 points

00:06:41.960 in its margin uh for democrats uh so shocking news uh that's real clear politics out today coming from

00:06:50.420 the sunday shows uh and so uh we have ej antonian with us uh right now i'm thinking uh economics is

00:06:59.520 driving a lot of these uh numbers uh the hispanic uh culture wants wants a strong america i think

00:07:07.500 again uh it's not seeing that on the world stage it wants uh stability it wants what we all want

00:07:13.080 uh to get rid of inflation and have a crack at the american dream uh ej and tony welcome to the

00:07:19.200 war room brother uh give us a give us a little intuition on what you think may be driving some

00:07:24.760 of these polls and there's more favorable polls coming out not just in uh in pennsylvania what's

00:07:29.400 happening well dave thank you for having me you know one of the key things i think to remember

00:07:33.920 here is the fact that the immigration policy which is also effectively an economic policy

00:07:38.700 of this administration it harms all americans it doesn't matter what color or creed you are

00:07:45.540 and so one of the reasons why we are seeing uh hispanics uh increasingly switch to donald trump

00:07:52.220 and away from kamala harris is the fact that she has done such a horrendous job on the border you know

00:07:57.960 when an illegal immigrant comes over here and murders your family member you don't care if you are the 1.00

00:08:03.420 same skin color as that illegal immigrant or not your loved one is still dead when that illegal 1.00

00:08:08.780 immigrant comes here and essentially robs you of a job or because they're here depresses your wage 1.00

00:08:14.840 growth you don't care if you're the same skin color as they are because you are now demonstrably poor

00:08:20.040 from the failed immigration policies of this administration and so what what i think we need to

00:08:25.860 remember is the fact that these policies are hurting all americans and and again it doesn't matter

00:08:31.940 what you look like it doesn't matter what you believe if you are an american you have effectively

00:08:36.980 uh almost almost everyone who's an american has been harmed by the economic policies of this

00:08:42.560 administration and the immigration policies in particular have had terribly ill effects

00:08:47.780 yeah i think that's spot on and uh you've been reporting uh for the past year uh with navarro

00:08:56.220 etc all these job reports right uh all net new jobs over the past four years illegal immigration

00:09:03.120 foreign-born workers uh all jobs government jobs health care jobs not full-time jobs only part-time

00:09:10.520 jobs uh that's got to be showing up and then what ej i i i was going to take the whole uh two hours

00:09:18.060 today and just go over what the left would have you believe in order to vote uh that way uh and so

00:09:24.680 on the basics just let's just cover the big bullets you did some great work with steve moore the other

00:09:29.600 day on the debt they keep trying to just blatant falsehoods on the debt uh biden and harris they're

00:09:36.240 running two trillion dollar deficits right now inflation's up 25 percent over four years it's never

00:09:41.840 come down right prices never come down give us some of the biggest bullets uh that the american

00:09:46.840 people have to stomach and uh give them the certainty that you can give them on the economic

00:09:51.700 facts and receipts well the fact is that even going by the government's own inflation metrics which

00:09:58.780 grossly understate inflation by the way but but even if we just use those the government's own metrics

00:10:04.400 the dollar has lost a fifth of its value since biden and harris took office i mean that's absolutely

00:10:10.420 insane in less than four years that our currency has lost a fifth of its value this is where the

00:10:16.240 government has gotten all of the money to pay for its runaway spending the two plus trillion dollar 0.94

00:10:21.640 deficits dave that you just mentioned where did they get the money to pay for all of that they are

00:10:26.020 taking it out of your hide right now through the hidden tax of inflation and that tax will continue

00:10:31.780 to be collected from you until all of those debts are paid which is going to be uh for the foreseeable

00:10:37.400 future because those deficits are going to continue for the foreseeable future so that's the inflation

00:10:42.920 front you you are all demonstrably poorer because of the policies of this administration you know and

00:10:48.500 in terms of jobs you're absolutely right we are seeing all of the net job growth since before the

00:10:54.280 pandemic go to foreign-born uh workers and the bls the bureau of labor statistics even admits that

00:11:01.020 a portion of that an unknown portion of that uh are illegal aliens we can only assume given the huge

00:11:06.960 increase in illegal aliens over the last three and a half years that they make up an increasing

00:11:11.720 portion of that workforce and so this is a key reason why americans are so down on this economy

00:11:17.820 they aren't the ones getting the jobs and and you brought up government uh you know last month

00:11:23.260 for the month of september going through that jobs report uh the unemployment rate went down to 4.1

00:11:28.880 but the reason it went down instead of going up was that when we surveyed american households

00:11:34.120 785 000 more people said that they were now working for the government and so what that essentially did

00:11:42.560 was instead of the unemployment rate rising to 4.5 percent it dropped it to 4.1 percent because all of

00:11:49.560 these people again are now now say that they are uh working for the government so this is not something

00:11:55.560 that's sustainable uh this is not something that's healthy this is not uh indicative of economic growth we

00:12:01.500 need to remember that for every single person who's working for the government who's paid for

00:12:06.340 by taxpayer dollars you need many more people working and paying taxes in order to support that first

00:12:13.320 individual salary so you can debate about what that ratio is whether it's 20 to 1 50 to 1 etc but the

00:12:20.160 fact of the matter is we are adding nowhere near enough private sector jobs in order to support

00:12:25.160 all of the government jobs that we're seeing in this economy today

00:12:28.940 yep and then on top of that uh you know in the war room our issues have been fairly constant

00:12:37.980 over time inflation debt the border invasion and the endless wars it's stunning i haven't seen

00:12:45.260 any economist of of note out there calculate the full cost in in human life uh health injuries uh

00:12:54.320 opportunity costs of these endless wars uh so now uh we're printing billions of dollars

00:13:01.380 for wars abroad in the eurasian landmass uh israel uh and fema is now out of money

00:13:08.480 uh and so do you i get the sense that that that's a major issue you got about a minute and a half

00:13:15.400 ej any other issues you see i think that one is just showing uh when the joy fest you know crew goes

00:13:23.240 around uh on these shows it just talks about joy joy joy a lot of the country ain't feeling that vibe

00:13:30.140 right now ej and tony dave you know what the response to hurricane helene is exactly like what

00:13:37.340 this administration has done to the u.s labor market at this point they basically turned the u.s labor

00:13:42.180 market into a temp agency for foreign workers and and for government jobs and now what they are doing

00:13:47.920 with this hurricane is once again putting foreigners above americans and look it's not that we don't 1.00

00:13:53.040 like foreigners you know we love people it doesn't matter where you're from but the fact is that this

00:13:57.960 is america and we put americans first you know if you want to be part of america then come here legally

00:14:04.540 and you can be part of america too you can join this great club but until you are in the club we will put

00:14:11.460 our members first we are putting our own blood sweat and tears into this thing and so we are going to

00:14:18.240 take care of each other first only after we have taken care of our own should be should we be worrying

00:14:23.900 about other people clearly this administration has their priorities completely backwards and people

00:14:29.080 are literally dying in places like western north carolina because of those policies that's not an

00:14:34.440 exaggeration and i i don't say that lightly but it's the truth yeah that's uh absolutely right and uh

00:14:43.280 over the long term right the uh the judeo-christian west and the work ethic and the moral fortitude of

00:14:50.740 the people uh have have contributed a lot to our economy uh back to review that with ej and tony right after

00:14:58.240 the break the elites are getting desperate they now want to use the technology behind bitcoin

00:15:04.420 for their own orwellian purposes their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to

00:15:09.960 use central bank digital currencies which they control imagine your every purchase being called

00:15:16.440 into question your every move tracked like you live in a communist country this is not the america we

00:15:22.680 want but it is the america they want to create fortunately you can fight back i believe owning gold is the

00:16:15.600 back in the war room with ej and tony uh we've been covering the nuts and bolts of the economics

00:16:27.960 kind of kitchen table issues that have done uh but a lot of people forget uh that the judeo-christian

00:16:36.140 west uh and its emphasis on the work ethic and sacrifice for your kids uh for the country uh right

00:16:44.100 now that is being called nationalism uh instead of what it was in the past which was a way of ensuring

00:16:51.500 greatness for our country and for its families and protecting folks uh we used to have an emphasis

00:16:58.460 on education and learning uh the neo-marxist program is out to put a a crushing blow to the nation state 0.80

00:17:08.020 uh to the church uh and to the family to the western family it's all under attack and surely uh that has

00:17:17.880 massive economic consequences that we're feeling right the shaking of the foundations is occurring

00:17:23.460 right in front of us and a lot of people still don't recognize it uh ej how can you explain uh this

00:17:29.580 shaking of the foundations that's going on right in front of our eyes and yet some folks still can't see

00:17:34.420 it well david at the heart of those judeo-christian values is is individualism right because at the

00:17:42.100 heart of judeo-christian um today judeo-christian values excuse me is the individual's relationship

00:17:47.280 with god and so this is not something uh that is inherently collective that's not to say there

00:17:52.660 there's nothing uh collective for example with with organized religion so let's not take this

00:17:56.900 to an extreme but the point is that in within judeo-christian values is the idea of the individual's

00:18:03.940 rights and that means that you can't have a government which is so strong and so centralized

00:18:09.980 as to take those rights away in other words judeo-christian values are inherently anti-socialist

00:18:16.540 and anti-communist and anti-collective they are pro-individual and so in order to establish the kind

00:18:24.180 of socialist or communist uh world that so many people on the left want today they have to first

00:18:30.280 break down those judeo-christian values and that i believe is why they are under attack and those

00:18:36.460 judeo-christian values uh touch everything from you know personal liberties involving free speech

00:18:42.220 to personal liberties involving economics yes amen ej and tony thanks for being with us on the war room

00:18:50.320 we have megan basham coming right up to uh further uh this discussion of the ultimate foundations of the

00:18:57.440 judeo-christian west and as ej was just saying it's a little ironic right uh the judeo-christian west

00:19:06.040 and its legal tradition of individualism uh originated only in western europe and what what

00:19:14.100 do we mean what's probably the most important piece there the most important piece is everyone's made in

00:19:18.720 the image of god and therefore we protect every minority's rights we set that up the christians put

00:19:27.080 that into play it didn't happen anywhere else we're the only one with the constitution like we have

00:19:32.420 it's unique in the world the uk doesn't have it we guaranteed every single minority right in law 0.99

00:19:39.480 what we did not guarantee was minority rule unfortunately the msnbc crowd the loud shriekers 1.00

00:19:46.880 on the market's left they're assuming that they get to rule uh because they're making noise and calling

00:19:54.280 us awful names uh but we need to be proud of our tradition we love everybody uh we love them so much

00:20:00.820 we've given every minority group uh rights in the law life liberty and the pursuit of happiness

00:20:06.360 and there's pieces out now uh axios has a piece up of course today u.s christians pushing back on

00:20:14.200 christian nationalism and then they mentioned violence and a bunch of nasty names and of course none of

00:20:19.700 that's true uh i went to seminary 35 years ago i follow the church uh and the religious makeup of

00:20:27.560 our country uh and and the left is just gaslighting us as usual and the authors of these things right

00:20:35.580 they're talking about this new worth there's christian nationalism is threatening the nation's

00:20:39.960 multi-rational democracy i just went over how all the hispanics are coming over our side of the

00:20:46.000 populist football all the stats in philly all the stats in pennsylvania uh the left is not going to be

00:20:53.900 happy with this right the uh the catholic christians and hispanic community uh they know what's true

00:20:59.620 uh and they're coming our way and ironically all the writers if you go look at the pictures all these

00:21:04.660 folks uh axios pictures and whatever all these people's preaching against christian nationalism they're

00:21:09.380 all a bunch of white liberals right and so it's just a bunch of leftist calling names uh we have a

00:21:16.560 uh another superhero on the show right now megan basham she's written a best-selling book called

00:21:22.720 shepherds for sale having to do with the fall of many in the church uh for not being fully christian

00:21:30.760 and so today i wanted to explore with megan megan you know how do you how do you identify uh the

00:21:37.680 sheeps from the wolves right the good shepherds what what are the criterion you look for because i've

00:21:42.460 heard you on this and i think you're spot on megan basham welcome to the war room thank you

00:21:47.580 well thanks so much for having me dave and you know one of the key ways that i identify it is

00:21:52.640 which of these shepherds is willing to take a stance that will personally cost them among the

00:21:58.900 uh elite and respectable in our dominant uh left-wing culture in the power centers and what you tend to

00:22:05.800 see is those that i think are likely wolves who at the very least we could say they are more hired

00:22:12.300 shepherds that they flee when the wolves are at the door these are the ones who are very happy to

00:22:17.960 um take the spoils of the new york times of msnbc of cnn and when you were just talking with your

00:22:25.880 previous guest about um the judeo-christian ethics and principles that we have codified in our law

00:22:33.200 i think it's really important to note that that when these people on the left talk about christian

00:22:38.080 nationalism what they're talking about is really just christians advocating for their values in the

00:22:44.520 public square the same way their secular neighbors do but what's really disturbing is that you have 0.98

00:22:50.180 this christian leadership this elite christian leadership we're not talking about the rank and file

00:22:54.760 who are leading major institutions like christianity today uh which is the magazine that was founded by

00:23:01.500 billy graham back in the 1950s they're leading other very well known and influential evangelical

00:23:07.220 publications like the gospel coalition and these organizations are actually counseling christians

00:23:13.320 that what you need to do is give your power away that we should not grasp at political power which

00:23:20.120 is really a pretty silly thing to say because uh the common good of politics is how we show love for

00:23:27.140 our neighbor it's not the only way we show love for our neighbor but it's a significant way

00:23:30.780 and so that's really what i covered in my book is that um you see so many of these average churchgoers

00:23:37.020 who are very understandably on the right as they should be because so many of um not exclusively but

00:23:43.180 so many of the rights policies and platforms align with biblical ethics when it comes to protecting

00:23:51.020 the unborn when it comes to um protecting god's created order of male and female protecting the safety

00:23:57.580 of women and women's spaces so what you have now is this gambit from these evangelical leaders who

00:24:03.080 by the way are taking a lot of money frequently from the left um to say well no what we need to do

00:24:08.860 the way of jesus is to give our power away yeah no i agree with you a hundred percent it's a little

00:24:15.700 ironic too because the right and the left you know in this lingo used by the gas lighters you know i just

00:24:22.080 like the term the old term conservative you know abraham was 2000 bc roughly uh moses jesus is at zero

00:24:29.120 uh the left you know i don't think they have any figures where the calendar started at zero uh when

00:24:34.880 their uh when their heroes were born so that's a pretty significant uh date there in history and we

00:24:42.000 want to conserve that tradition and that wisdom and i'm glad you just brought up the word love because

00:24:48.340 this one really gets me right all this love love love there's a love big love sign in front of every

00:24:53.720 mall now uh and that word is not it's being abused right the love of the father uh for us uh required

00:25:01.440 uh the sacrifice of his own son uh that gives you some indication of the judeo-christian west what we

00:25:08.200 mean by love it's not this pithy sugar high uh and i think the left has been exploiting that term

00:25:14.080 uh in just vulgar ways i'd love to hear your comment on that about a minute to go megan we'll hold you over 1.00

00:25:19.580 no i i think you're absolutely right and one of the things that we need to understand is that you

00:25:23.380 cannot have love that is not grounded in truth and for example there is a truth that god created

00:25:29.960 them male and female and if you erase that basic truth then you know no matter how nice and kind and

00:25:35.760 squishy you think you're being you're not actually being loving um lying to your neighbor is not loving

00:25:41.180 your neighbor and it is a lie to tell your neighbor that if they're a man they can become a woman and vice 1.00

00:25:45.580 versa it's a lie to tell your neighbor that there is no spiritual cost to uh murdering their unborn

00:25:52.100 children there are so many issues like this where we have allowed the left to define what love is

00:25:57.500 when in fact where we need to be looking is to the unchanging word of god that tells us what love is

00:26:02.980 because god is love so we don't get to define that he defines that yep right spot on megan i'm

00:26:10.420 gonna have you come back after the break in about 15 seconds we got left but i'm gonna ask you uh you

00:26:16.980 know what what's the sense of urgency for christians not to be discouraged uh to get out to the polls and

00:26:23.280 vote for what you perceive to be god's will and i'd love to hear you comment on that uh after the break

00:29:03.300 back in the war room uh with megan basham uh author of shepherds for sale uh we've been recounting the

00:29:19.420 strength of the judeo-christian west the strength of our nation the strength of our churches the strength

00:29:25.160 of our families uh and what it should be all that is being threatened by the gaslighting leftists the

00:29:32.060 marxists who are out uh to war on all three of those spheres of our life that god has ordained 1.00

00:29:39.080 uh and so i just wanted megan to come on and uh you know just kind of breathe life and give us 1.00

00:29:45.620 confidence in what's at play the uh the the judeo-christian west right has founded this great

00:29:51.840 country not only at the founding but even before harvard yale princeton the motto of harvard in

00:29:56.860 1640 was truth for christ and church uh they trained ministers they framed the constitution

00:30:03.400 they did everything this is a proud heritage we have uh the left is now gaslighting with article

00:30:09.380 after article trying to bring you down to make you feel guilty uh and so megan what uh in closing uh

00:30:16.900 what's what's your uh what's your hope uh for this election what can we do together as a country to

00:30:22.540 restore our greatness make america great uh for christians who love everyone megan basham

00:30:28.480 well you know i think the most important thing to remember here dave is that um we as christians as

00:30:35.060 americans of various faiths if you are someone whose faith is important to you you need to understand

00:30:40.380 that uh we have an administration right now who has been targeting you who has been targeting your

00:30:46.820 beliefs and it is entirely likely in fact in fact pretty much guaranteed that if a kamala harris

00:30:53.540 administration is what we have next that is going to continue and we're going to see it on steroids

00:30:57.820 and the only thing that has really protected christians over the last few years has been

00:31:03.140 that supreme court stop gap otherwise we have just seen an assault on our religious liberties all

00:31:09.160 across the board you can look at what's happening in states like california where they're threatening

00:31:13.620 parental rights um religious parents and their rights over their children to educate them as they

00:31:18.580 wish to protect them from gender ideology from um actual surgical mutilation so these things are

00:31:25.700 really important and i love the way that a pastor friend put it to me we may not agree with every

00:31:31.940 position that donald trump has taken when it comes to issues like abortion but what he has done in

00:31:39.120 appointing those supreme court justices is he has given us as christians the ingredients to make the

00:31:44.720 apple pie so he hasn't given us an apple pie but he said look i've made it possible for you to have

00:31:49.820 flour sugar apples you go make the pie on a state by state level whereas the kamala harris administration

00:31:56.880 would be giving you um well he said an excrement pie so i i actually like the evocativeness of that image

00:32:04.320 um because um you don't have to have perfect candidates as christians but you do want to think

00:32:09.200 very wisely about the um stewardship of your vote because it is a blessing in this country to be able

00:32:16.720 to have a say in our governance and i believe that we as christians will be held to account for how we

00:32:22.280 steward um that political power and that vote yep well said megan and uh i i always just share you know

00:32:31.220 sometimes romans 13 is used uh to to make people passive obey the ruler uh it's important for

00:32:37.800 christians to realize you are the ruler right in our constitution we the people are the sovereign

00:32:43.720 it's not a king it's not a president uh we hire a president to work for us uh to achieve our ends

00:32:52.780 and uh and the structures we set up like megan just pointed out the supreme court and the centrality

00:32:58.980 of the rule of law uh coming straight from moses in our tradition and so uh megan thanks for those

00:33:05.100 fine words of encouragement and uh just keep being a force multiplier and uh we're going to keep this

00:33:10.940 great country in good shape thank you for being with us megan you as well thanks for having me dave

00:33:15.580 god bless you bet you bet all right megan was just talking about uh christians being targeted across

00:33:23.200 the whole country across a variety of uh activities uh there's no one better in in the country to talk

00:33:30.720 uh on this i just read his book again uh and that's the great cash patel and so cash uh thanks for being

00:33:37.780 in the war room with us i just went through your book again uh it it is a masterpiece and just the

00:33:43.240 littlest details aren't details i could have spent a whole chapter reading about nancy pelosi in this

00:33:49.980 insurrection right all the falsehoods given to us but she's more concerned with the optics and the

00:33:55.480 photo op she doesn't want the national guard call in what she wants an abrams tank she wants an abrams 0.89

00:34:01.700 tank out in front of the capitol to show this is what's needed to take down these white christian 0.98

00:34:06.500 nationalists whatever uh and so i just i wanted you to go over you know just kind of a quick tour de

00:34:13.540 force of what the left would have us believe right all the lies from the steel dossier to russia gate the

00:34:19.860 dnc hillary mike flynn uh just the uh the the abuses of our cia fbi uh cash patel uh just give

00:34:29.100 us a give us an overview of what's at stake in this election that's coming up yeah look it's great

00:34:34.660 to be back on the war room thanks for having me on look that's what the book government gangsters

00:34:38.740 and steve bannon's brilliant adaptation to the film government gangsters the movie is all about

00:34:43.680 and that's what i've been taking out on the campaign trail i just got back late last night

00:34:47.800 from the team trump bus tour in georgia we're in wisconsin we're going north carolina we're in

00:34:52.800 michigan we're going all over the place and the message is what you are talking about especially

00:34:57.140 today on october 7th the tragic one-year anniversary of ron and hamas launching a world war

00:35:03.480 into israel our number one allies over there our freedom of religion our freedom of speech our freedom

00:35:08.320 of everything is at stake and what pelosi and these corrupt government gangsters want to do is rob you

00:35:13.300 of the truth that's been the message there was no insurrection they ginned it up pelosi was too busy

00:35:20.100 filming her movie on january 6th in the halls of the capitol that's how scared she was of everyone

00:35:26.100 outside and we know what she said say that again say say that again i remember that from the book

00:35:31.700 say say that again that's a huge deal right and and this is what the deep state does they buried it

00:35:38.360 nancy pelosi on january 6th was recording a movie she as speaker was making and in it she said on video

00:35:48.100 i'm responsible for the security failures of january 6th and the january 6th committee withheld that

00:35:53.960 information for three years as did she and she lied about it we've got the receipts from bowser in the

00:35:59.900 book her own letter where mayor bowser rejects donald trump's authorization of additional national guard

00:36:06.480 and that's just january 6th you got to remember these guys christopher ray illegally surveilled

00:36:11.720 americans in the fisa court 274 000 times in one year that's not my number that's the fisa court's

00:36:20.120 number because during a lot of people a lot of people don't even know what that term is surveilled

00:36:26.820 go go over that real slow-mo to show the people that their liberties are at stake here what is this

00:36:32.920 surveilled thing hey everybody you got one of these everybody's got one and when the justice

00:36:38.040 department surveils you like i did as a national security prosecutor lawfully um they tap into your

00:36:43.940 phone they tap into your email they go get your bank accounts they get your shopping records they get

00:36:49.680 your credit card statements they even sometimes look at your actual mail that's total surveillance and

00:36:55.760 that's what the fisa court allows you to do i used to use it to manhunt terrorists and people who

00:37:01.020 wanted to do harm to the united states of america christopher ray and these corrupt government

00:37:05.380 gangsters use it to surveil their political opponents of those here's the thing you might

00:37:09.840 not know of those 274 000 illegally surveilled americans by chris ray's fbi do you know how many

00:37:17.920 were working political campaigns 40 000 no 40 000 campaigners and that's not my number it's in the

00:37:26.680 fisa court report that's what we're that's why we put out government gangsters we're not making this

00:37:31.680 stuff up and so this is what is at stake for americans our liberties an unconstitutional two-tier

00:37:37.580 system of justice that tossed bannon and navarro into the clink and they are coming after people at

00:37:43.300 school board meetings they're coming after people at houses of worship they being the fbi and doj

00:37:47.240 because that's their operational arm they don't have the policies to take on maga so they do personal

00:37:53.600 attacks and they warp the constitution to go after you selectively and we must fight it and that's

00:37:59.600 been the message on the campaign trail here um i've been privileged to be out there headlining some of

00:38:04.120 these bus tours for president trump i leave again this week for north carolina anyone that's out there

00:38:09.080 that wants to get involved in any town trump force 47.com trump force 47.com we are signing up

00:38:15.220 precinct captains voter registration captains trump force captains we're doing trainings we're having fun on

00:38:20.460 the road we're getting the bus out there we're getting great speakers and all of them have the

00:38:24.700 same message about saving america behind donald trump's leadership and that's how powerful this

00:38:30.000 movement is we're drawing people in we are exposing the swamp's corruption that's at the core of

00:38:35.240 government gangsters the book and if you haven't seen the film do a showing in your hometown war room

00:38:41.060 dot film actually they're right there good that crowd just signed up for their own showing we're

00:38:45.080 going to give it to them for free war room dot film yeah and folks this is not just another movie

00:38:51.860 this is the movie right go i i did a little uh youtube uh research on some of this stuff i went back to

00:38:58.340 susan rice uh and oh we just happened to scoop up mike flynn i didn't know anything about it she said with

00:39:04.460 a straight face looking in the camera i didn't know anything about it and yet what does our congress

00:39:08.700 do three four years later part of this is our own fault right there has been no uh retaliation for

00:39:15.880 gross abuses of the law and so hit on that and then also bring in this abrams tank thing because it's

00:39:22.640 priceless in terms of a story that just encapsulate the the uh the swamp it's priceless yeah look nancy

00:39:29.800 pelosi and company wanted to turn downtown washington dc into downtown kandahar they literally called and i was

00:39:35.780 there with this with the chief as chief of staff of dod they called the sack def and the chairman

00:39:40.120 and pelosi said we want tanks and we said we said what you want an a1 to abram tank where are we going

00:39:47.200 to put this madam speaker and are we going to use a tank on american citizens at the united states 1.00

00:39:52.920 capitol of course not so we didn't do it because it was the disgusting politicization of the day and

00:40:00.780 it shows you the liars that nancy pelosi has now been caught in and these are the people that wanted

00:40:06.980 to kneecap donald trump it's no different for unfortunately for guys like mike flynn who were

00:40:11.880 illegally unmasked and his name was sent to the media which was a felony to disclose that kind of

00:40:18.980 classified information and then again what did they do just like they did with impeachment one

00:40:23.000 they gave a piece of the transcript so they could target someone politically instead of actually

00:40:28.380 using the constitution to target criminals and his life was turned upside down and it wasn't until

00:40:33.140 three years later when i was the deputy director of national intelligence that we declassified all

00:40:38.400 the information the fbi withheld from the american public because they exposed their corruption and

00:40:43.540 and in it was mike flynn's own innocence they withheld it from him just like they did during the

00:40:51.180 russiagate scandal and the fisa court warrant application for carter page this is the doj fbi playbook

00:40:58.200 they will use government tactics and classification systems to hide their corruption they've done it

00:41:03.960 for years and donald trump's the only force that can break through it and so all these things stitch

00:41:08.380 together they might be different acts in different years but they are all the same cover-up tactics from

00:41:13.400 these government gangsters and that's why we got to go out and give the people the truth that's what

00:41:17.520 we're about not what we're doing yep cash you got 20 seconds to go force multiplier you're you're you've

00:41:24.220 got a big brain uh what can people do they can show uh showings of the movies with hundreds at a time

00:41:29.860 yeah what what are some other false real quick 10 seconds how can you force multiply warroom.film

00:41:36.340 warroom.film maybe we'll show up show the movie trumpforce47.com trumpforce47.com sign up

00:41:42.620 let's get this thing done and let's get steve bannon out cash patel american patriot god bless

00:44:08.100 here's your host stephen k bann

00:44:18.800 back in the war room sitting in for the great stephen k bannon keep him in your prayers 30 days

00:44:32.080 and counting on stephen k bannon and an election that will determine the course of western history

00:44:38.080 that's for real whenever i need a jolt of energy and positive thinking and patriotism

00:44:44.860 uh there's one man i go to in washington dc and that's mike davis and so we're glad to have mike

00:44:50.860 davis in the war room uh he's going to respond to a politico piece it's it's too big to handle in a

00:44:57.580 in a in a 24-hour period but if anyone can handle it it's mike uh there how the supreme court could

00:45:04.700 reshape the 2024 race again pennsylvania's mail-in ballots hurricane helene disrupts voting in north

00:45:13.520 carolina georgia's activist election board ballots arriving after election day sleeper case in arizona's

00:45:20.640 election manual bush versus gore redux an untested federal election law another january 6 fiasco

00:45:28.900 uh there you go mike what what uh what what's the most important thing uh the supreme court's going

00:45:36.920 to be looking at what what are the states that are going to matter and uh give us the good good bad

00:45:41.600 in the ugly well here's the good thing so long as trump's supporters register and vote and vote as

00:45:50.040 early as possible bank your vote so you don't have a hurricane or a hamas riot yeah it makes it where

00:45:56.260 you can't so long as trump supporters vote and vote as early as possible we're not gonna have to worry

00:46:02.100 about these election challenges because trump is on a trajectory to win very comfortably in this

00:46:09.240 election so long as his supporters vote as early as possible but if this does get to the courts we

00:46:16.860 are much better prepared this time on the conservative side of the aisle and we're we have uh we have

00:46:23.740 lawyers who are seeking injunctions ahead of time i i've had several shows where we've had various

00:46:30.880 election lawyers come on the war room like steve kenney at the rnc cleta mitchell we've uh the right

00:46:37.200 is on the ball this time getting injunctions to make sure that these election lawyers election officials

00:46:45.340 and election judges follow the law on the books and make sure they follow the law on the books and if

00:46:52.060 they don't we're going to call them out if they follow the law the article 3 project will have their

00:46:57.800 backs if they don't follow the law we're going to call them out with a big loud megaphone and that's

00:47:03.340 very important that's something that we did not have last time and i'll tell you in some of these

00:47:07.820 key states what we have to look out for for example in pennsylvania we need to make sure that people sign

00:47:14.420 and date their mail ballots before they send them in and that is important because that makes it harder

00:47:19.920 for the democrats to harvest votes right so if you have to actually sit down sign these things and date

00:47:27.140 these things and mail them in that reduces voter fraud another thing that we're trying to do in

00:47:33.360 pennsylvania is when they have these military and overseas ballots there's a huge spike in the number

00:47:39.840 of these ballots this year we want to make sure that in pennsylvania they want to make sure that

00:47:46.300 you you provide some sort of social security or driver's license number to make sure that it is an

00:47:52.920 actual pennsylvania voter who is mailing in this ballot from overseas uh in north carolina you have

00:48:01.000 a whole bunch of issues with this flood uh these flooded counties voted uh voted overwhelmingly for

00:48:09.060 republicans right and so you're not going to see this democrat administration kamala harris 0.97

00:48:14.320 and this democrat governor of north carolina work very hard at all to make sure that these north

00:48:20.120 carolina voters in western uh in the western part of the state that's been devastated by this hurricane

00:48:27.020 and the resulting floods you're not going to see these democrats uh lift a finger to make sure that

00:48:31.720 they can vote so that's where the courts could step in in georgia uh you had the election board saying

00:48:37.460 that that that uh election day votes must be hand counted to give assurance to to voters to give

00:48:44.820 assurance about election integrity in georgia of course the democrats don't want that they want to use

00:48:49.540 machines in arizona you have the secretary of state who wants to ignore the votes disenfranchise all the 0.72

00:48:58.240 votes in counties that that dare to question the election and don't certify the results within 16 days

00:49:05.860 of an election so if there is an issue for example in a uh in a republican county and they wait and they

00:49:12.540 don't have that issue resolved in 16 days they just want to disenfranchise all those republican voters

00:49:17.560 like i said the trump campaign the rnc conservative groups we are much better prepared this time than

00:49:25.860 the than we were in 2020 so i would say to to the to the trump voters to conservatives this election uh

00:49:32.640 there are going to be issues but that it's it's going to be a fair election so make sure you vote make

00:49:39.020 sure you register to vote elon musk has been talking about these deadlines make sure you make meet these

00:49:44.180 registration deadlines make sure you vote and bank your vote as early as possible again we don't want

00:49:50.360 another hurricane or a hamas riot making it where you cannot have cannot vote if you wait till election

00:49:56.420 day yep great mike davis uh making it real clear what the left is scared of our side uh wants everyone

00:50:05.580 to follow the rule of law and vote legally and that's it and we'd be very happy with paper ballots

00:50:12.400 as a backup test for every case across the country the left doesn't want that you just heard the great

00:50:18.160 cash patel uh say that a lot of people in dc should be nervous these days the head of the fbi uh ray etc

00:50:25.380 there's been a lot of misdeeds going on for a long time the new york times uh today why legal experts

00:50:33.060 are worried about a second trump presidency mentions our very own uh mike davis uh mike why are they why

00:50:40.840 should the legal experts be a bit worried about a second trump presidency well if they didn't violate

00:50:46.360 the law they shouldn't be worried and as they always say to us remember if a grand jury indicts

00:50:51.100 them for a crime then there's probable cause that they committed a crime and if they're in and nobody's

00:50:56.140 above the law and i i think these lawyers may be concerned that they've been engaged in a criminal

00:51:01.320 conspiracy against rights under 18 usc section 241 the same the same thing they charged trump with for

00:51:09.460 january 6th uh for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election which was allowed by the

00:51:15.280 electoral count act of 1887 and the first amendment you have these democrats who have contorted

00:51:20.780 politicized and weaponized these various statutes federal and state statutes to go after trump his top

00:51:27.640 aides like steve bannon who's in prison right now peter devaro who went to prison to go after trump's

00:51:32.920 lawyers like jeff clark and john eastman and rudy giuliani they politically persecuted his

00:51:37.860 supporters on january 6th they're running this law fair in new york and dc in atlanta i would say to

00:51:44.680 these lawyers they better lawyer up because uh that seems like they're engaged in a criminal conspiracy

00:51:49.480 against rights well said all political views are my own uh but i think uh you're exactly spot on

00:51:58.840 a conspiracy against rights of american citizens uh it's uh next to god uh the rule of law it's

00:52:06.200 it's sacred it's a sacred trust that's been violated uh we don't fix it this country's in
