Dan Franzese is running against Lois Frankel in Florida's 14th congressional district, and he's got a chance to flip the seat. Stephen and Jon talk with him about why he's a good bet to win, and why he should win.
00:00:57.000He intentionally pushes the boundaries.
00:01:00.000And for me, there's something much more sinister at play here.
00:01:04.000It's not just that I think he's mental.
00:01:06.000It's not just that I think he should release his medical records, which I'm not sure that I would trust at all.
00:01:10.000But for me, it feels like he's intentionally making, driving this point about, you know, making a democracy of our democracy and our institutions making a joke of the office of the commander in chief to really serve the benefit of his real bosses.
00:01:26.000And I'm not talking about the American people.
00:01:28.000I mean, there's still these unanswered questions about his relationship with Vladimir Putin.
00:01:32.000There's still these questions about why he sent a covid test to Putin.
00:01:36.000So for me, there's something much more sinister at play.
00:01:39.000Why the president, the former president is really going to these extremes to really, I think, you know, make the point that the joke is on us as American people.
00:01:48.000I mean, it's a slap in the face of voters, but also to the American people.
00:01:52.000The other thing I would point out, too, is is this feels like to me a base vote strategy on.
00:06:05.000And it was a decisive win over somebody who was outspending us, et cetera, because Dan's right on the issues.
00:06:13.000And Lois Frankel, you know, she's a weak incumbent.
00:06:17.000She's well under 50 percent on our favorables.
00:06:20.000If we can get her unfavorables from 30 to 40 percent in the next three weeks or less than three weeks, Dan's going to win.
00:06:28.000And voters know she's wrong where she wants to have taxpayer funded benefits for illegals.
00:06:33.000She wants to have, you know, biological men play girls sports in high school and college.
00:06:39.000She's against when there was a vote in Congress when they voted, you know, that there should be tough criminal penalties on people that would harm police.
00:07:20.000And it's got significant groups of Catholic ethnic voters and Jewish voters.
00:07:26.000It's typically Florida for those of us who have been there and who know the area well.
00:07:33.000And Dan's the perfect candidate that can pull off the upset here because 60 percent of the voters say the country's on the wrong track.
00:07:41.000And they like the job that Donald Trump did compared to, you know, to the job that Biden, Harris and Frankel have done for the last four years.
00:07:52.000So it's typical of those kind of swing Democrat districts that you're seeing where you can pull off the upset win.
00:07:59.000So do me the cross tabs on, for example, Catholics.
00:08:05.000It's interesting that Catholics seem to be moving swiftly away from the Democrats this year.
00:08:17.000And President Trump, I mean, look at what's going to happen Thursday night in New York.
00:08:22.000Kamala Harris, Cardinal Dolan, they have this Al Smith dinner every four years.
00:08:28.000They did it virtually, I guess, or whatever, four years ago during COVID.
00:08:32.000But every four years, the leading two candidates usually come together for something that's supposed to be kind of lighthearted, etc., or whatever.
00:08:42.000That way they, you know, it's kind of good natured.
00:08:45.000And, you know, in 2016, you had Hillary Clinton there with Donald Trump.
00:09:30.000Dan can tell you, he's been going door to door, working really hard in this district.
00:09:35.000And we've talked about what he's finding at the doors with these voters and the levels of what I would call this lack of enthusiasm, lack of support for Lois Frankel and for the Democrats this year.
00:09:47.000So I think Dan could give you a better answer than I could with the polls in this.
00:09:54.000But she's definitely underperforming, just like Kamala Harris, definitely underperforming.
00:09:58.000Well, we're going to have plenty of time momentarily.
00:10:04.000Tell me why the Republican House committee doesn't pay attention to winnable races like this and why they should.
00:10:14.000Because Mike Johnson, again, put Mike's number up there.
00:10:17.000I want everybody in the posse to call him and say, look, Dan Franzese needs your support in the final three weeks.
00:10:28.000John, explain to me why these Republicans don't kind of get it.
00:10:33.000I think that they focus a lot of resources on like this 40, about 40 competitive races.
00:10:39.000And they're focusing a lot of resources where the Democrats, for example, in New York and California, there's Republicans that have won seats that Joe Biden won.
00:10:51.000And they're they're pouring in tens of millions of dollars there.
00:10:54.000And it used, you know, it used to be that every now and then when you'd have certain leaders in that were heading the campaign committees, they'd look to steal one, whether it was, you know, Tom Reynolds or Tom Davis.
00:11:08.000They would look for districts where where could we take one from the Democrats that they don't expect.
00:11:15.000I go all the way back to what, in 1994, we were going to have the big landslide with Speaker Gingrich.
00:11:21.000And I still work with Speaker Gingrich on his American New Majority project where we took a survey where basically Flanagan, the Republican Flanagan was beating Dan Rostenkowski in Cook County in Chicago.
00:11:38.000And it was about a week after the election, Haley said to me, what do you think?
00:11:43.000And I said, don't tell anybody because he's got three million dollars in the bank and he's not spending it.
00:11:58.000And you look for a race that you can steal.
00:12:01.000And this is the one where, you know, it's right in President Trump's, you know, front yard, not his backyard.
00:12:09.000Because you've got Mar-a-Lago, you've got that part of Palm Beach, plus you've got Lake Worth and other areas in there where Dan knows it really, really well because he's worked very, very hard this year to win the primary and to support President Trump.
00:12:25.000And it's that part of Florida where we could do well and they don't expect it.
00:12:43.000At this point, eight years ago, I was arguing with a lot of pundits about the Hillary lock.
00:12:49.000And, you know, we were down, we were down seven, eight points at this point in the national polls, losing all the battleground states.
00:12:56.000And I was telling people that, no, President Trump could still win.
00:12:59.000And by 78,000 votes in three states, we won this electoral victory and shocked the world and the nation.
00:13:07.000And I think, you know, four years ago, by the way, it was worse with Joe Biden.
00:13:12.000He has down 10 points at this stage, losing every battleground state.
00:13:16.000And, you know, it was a Biden blue wave.
00:13:20.000And the same thing, I said, no, it's going to be really close.
00:13:23.000And when you think about it, out of a record 160 million votes, just by 44,000 votes, 12,000 Arizona and Georgia, respectively, and in 20,000 Wisconsin, we just missed getting President Trump reelected.
00:13:36.000So this time around, I'm not used to having President Trump tied.
00:13:42.000I mean, Marquette came out today with a poll that has Trump at 50 percent and Harris at 50 percent.
00:14:23.000And some people will still vote on Election Day.
00:14:25.000But as Dan's going door to door, we're getting Trump supporters out.
00:14:30.000And the key thing is for President Trump, you know, don't just vote.
00:14:33.000You know, if you're a Trump supporter, don't just vote for yourself, but also bring your friends and family to go vote.
00:14:39.000Get everybody out because we've got to, as President Trump says, we've got to swamp the vote so that they know on election night this race is over and President Trump has won.
00:23:47.000But there's plenty of instances of if when someone retires and they still have money in the campaign kitty, they can do, say, for instance, form a not-for-profit and hire themselves as the executive director for a couple hundred thousand bucks a year.
00:23:59.000There's plenty of precedent for that on both sides of the aisle, by the way.
00:34:19.000You know, these all aren't going to move in lockstep.
00:34:21.000And again, we're talking about a three point margin of error.
00:34:24.000But I think directionally, Trump's doing better in the battleground states than he was in September.
00:34:29.000Although what I expect we were seeing back then was a huge response bias from Kamala Harris's, I won't say great debate performance, but I guess I can say surprise debate performance because she hasn't really been able to replicate that right now with interviews that she's doing.
00:34:44.000Well, the difference, Mark, I mean, let's let's be clear about the difference.
00:34:51.000She took like four weeks off from the media and the campaign trail to rehearse her scripts and everything she said in that debate was rehearsed and scripted.
00:35:04.000But we learned as soon as she got out in the interviews that followed, she was reading from the same scripts and basically revealed to the American people she can't think for herself whatsoever.
00:35:16.000She's a product of Hollywood and California and teleprompters.
00:35:21.000So how does your results match with the Quinnipiacs and the others that are kind of the propaganda polls that we see all the time?
00:35:37.000Like with the one what was the one that had Joe Biden up by what, 12 in Wisconsin before the election?
00:35:48.000And and can your just talk to me a little bit about that, because are you kind of out of step with the rest of the herd or are they coming your way?
00:36:03.000I think objectively looking at the polls, I think two things can be true.
00:36:08.000One that they're fake, but also that they are doing, I think, a little bit better job of being accurate, in my opinion, than they were the last time out, because right now, if you look at the national numbers, Harris is only up about one and a half points and it's moving steadily to the right.
00:36:25.000Right. I think what happened is a whole lot of people.
00:36:28.000The big issue is that the narrative was leading the polling and the narrative was, oh, look at Kamala Harris.
00:36:33.000We have a new candidate. She's so fresh and brave and stunning.
00:36:35.000And all of the pollsters steadily moved left to accommodate that.
00:36:39.000But but we all knew it wasn't going to be enough.
00:36:42.000And she was going to be put exactly in this situation, which is that she has absolutely no substance.
00:36:47.000So those polls are all moving back to the right now.
00:36:50.000And just, you know, to name one of them, like the NBC put out a poll that showed the national popular vote tied.
00:36:56.000They had Harris up five points just a month ago.
00:37:03.000It was plain for everybody to see looking at their crosstabs.
00:37:06.000But on a state level, everybody's really tight.
00:37:08.000I think people have accused the polling industry of what they call statistical hurting, which is everybody's just ducking and making uncontroversial calls.
00:37:17.000But Wisconsin Harris is up only point three right now.
00:39:49.000But the problem is, is that if you're an ideologue, if your entire future hinges on whether Trump wins or not, you're not going to be able to be honest with yourself, in my opinion.
00:40:11.000The thrust now of the Harris campaign is to go after Donald Trump's mental state and age and all that stuff.
00:40:19.000Is that salient at all and anybody's going to make a final decision or is that their last gasp, desperation?
00:40:27.000I think it's desperation just as much as the courting black voters.
00:40:31.000I mean, this is this is a presidential administration where 60 to 70 percent of people said that they saw Joe Biden's apparent mental decline and wanted him to take a cognitive test.
00:40:40.000I mean, voters kind of fall prey to the laser pointer, but I don't think that much.
00:40:45.000And now she's out there, like I said, desperately courting black voters.
00:40:48.000But the writing has been on the wall for months.
00:40:50.000We've put out poll after poll after poll showing Trump's doing better with black voters than ever before.
00:40:55.000And, you know, I do think they have their MSNBC base locked in.
00:40:59.000I think there's a lot of vote blue no matter who folks.
00:41:01.000But none of the stuff she's doing, in my opinion, is really going to be able to move the needle with independence.
00:41:06.000And she's losing independence, just like the new Marist poll put out shows.
00:41:10.000Now they oversampled them by like five or six points.
00:41:14.000But whatever, like independence have shifted massively towards Trump.
00:41:18.000What can she possibly do in three weeks to make up for it?
00:41:21.000I think this is just one more thing that's going to fail.
00:41:24.000All right, Mark, how do the folks get in touch with you?
00:41:47.000Tax Network USA is a patriot owned business specializing in aggressive strategies designed to help solve IRS problems quickly and in your favor.
00:41:58.000After a two year pandemic pause in collections, the IRS has stepped up collection efforts with an army of new agents.
00:45:05.000I want to bring in Aaron Zar right now.
00:45:08.000If you are concerned about being tracked on your cell phone or other electronics by Big Brother or bad guys, I think, Mr. Zar, you have a solution for that.
00:45:26.000Tell us why this business of yours really provides a really important public function.
00:45:35.000Well, we've been in the game for a long time.
00:45:39.000We've been in the game for a long time.
00:45:41.000So next year marks 14 years that Silent has been in business.
00:45:45.000And we've grown a lot because there's overwhelmingly majority of people that are trying to find some sort of solution around mobile privacy or some sliver of hope around disconnecting and being able to control when and how we connect to technology.
00:46:03.000And so our products allow for, you know, we make backpacks and really clean looking everyday accessories.
00:47:08.000So we have exclusive rights on multi-shield and we incorporate multi-shield into a patented closure that allows you to, again, drop your phone inside without turning it on airplane mode or off, which that doesn't really do anything in all honesty.
00:47:25.000You drop your phone inside and it's killing cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, RFID, NFC, EMP.
00:47:31.000So it becomes this very easy-to-have-on-your-body-anytime-anywhere tool that gives you full control over technology.
00:49:11.000And in all honesty, like the scope of disconnecting from tech entirely is impossible.
00:49:17.000But there are great tools like software tools that you could, you could block all cookies.
00:49:22.000You could put, you know, like Firefox as a browser is a nice step in the right direction.
00:49:26.000There's a lot of, there's a suite of privacy and security tools that you could implement in your life, including Silent Faraday bags.
00:49:32.000And it puts you a step in the right direction to having more control.
00:49:36.000If you want to keep going in those steps, then it's going to take incremental change because, you know, like government, big tech, it's, it's nearly impossible to escape, but we're going to have to strike a balance as, as individuals and contributing members of society.
00:49:51.000And what I call freedom lovers, especially with what's going on in this country right now and how divided it is and, and what's at stake with voting next month, you're going to be monitored more than ever.
00:50:05.000And which way it goes is, is yet to be determined, but having tools like, uh, privacy and security in your daily life, um, that instantaneously take your phone off the grid and you're untrackable.
00:50:18.000That is so powerful and so needed today that there's no other way to do it.
00:50:24.000Quickly, one last time for, for your website.
00:50:56.000Somebody exposes the truth just to be labeled a conspiracy theorist realist only to be proven right later on.
00:51:03.000Well, let me tell you about the next thing you should be concerned about.
00:51:06.000Government geo tracking of your phone and other devices.
00:51:10.000We've seen the government use geo fencing to track the devices of individuals on January 6th, leading to unwarranted arrests without evidence of wrongdoing.
00:51:19.000Stop big tech and government overreach.
00:52:01.000I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.
00:52:08.000First, think back to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:52:12.000This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet.
00:52:20.000Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:52:33.000In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:52:41.000If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:52:52.000I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:52:58.000Unfortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:53:10.000Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:53:18.000That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:53:22.000...without all the artificial nonsense.
00:53:25.000Unfortunately, as many of you know, a lot of these big corporate supplements will include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:53:36.000That's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements, and of course the beef liver being our flagship product.
00:53:44.000For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
00:53:53.000And because it is 100% grass-fed and natural, your body is able to absorb these nutrients far better than taking any other synthetic multivitamin or any other synthetic vitamin in general.
00:54:06.000So, we have some other amazing products, but if you'd like to check us out, you can go to SacredHumanHealth.com and cheers to your health.
