00:03:25.000 When all the leftist NBC's are getting hyper on the elections and the fears and all that, the machines, right, the machines are not there to make our life quicker or easier.

00:03:42.000 And so to put everyone's mind at ease.

00:05:25.000 And they went out of their way, two of them, to say that culture and religion does not have a place in this, which is just stunning to me.

00:06:18.000 I think we got some new news breaking on the case there in the Senate contest.

00:06:28.000 Well, after a year of lawsuits where Ruben Gallego, Carrie Lake's opponent in the Arizona Senate race, has been spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawsuits to try and keep his divorce records sealed.
00:06:39.000 He lost at the Superior Court level.
00:06:41.000 Then he lost at the appellate court level.
00:06:43.000 And then yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court said, no, the public deserves to be able to see this.
00:06:47.000 And so we finally got those divorce records today.
00:06:50.000 The Free Beacon had actually been suing for a year to get those out.
00:06:53.000 And it really is just shocking and damaging.
00:06:55.000 It shows what a horrible, horrible human being Ruben Gallego truly is.
00:07:00.000 In this lawsuit, you see that Ruben Gallego served his wife, who was days before giving birth, with divorce papers.
00:07:09.000 And in those divorce papers, he also demanded that she pay for his divorce attorneys.
00:07:14.000 And in the records, we find out that Kate Gallego, who was nine months pregnant, again, just days away from giving birth, that she had no idea that divorce papers were coming, did not want to or agree to a divorce.
00:07:27.000 But Ruben Gallego didn't care.
00:07:29.000 Meanwhile, Ruben Gallego is running $40 million plus of television ads saying how he wants to protect women and how Republicans are danger to women.
00:07:38.000 I'm sorry, but who is the real danger to women here? 0.99
00:07:41.000 Because I would argue the real danger to a woman is a man who would walk out on their pregnant wife days before they give birth and then try and give her the bill for the attorney fees.

00:08:59.000 But I heard you the other day on the show, I thought you did an outstanding job of bringing up a certain issue that I just, once you said, I was like, man, we got to spend more time on this.
00:09:09.000 It hit me between the eyeballs. I won by 15 percent, 15 percent, and then lost by two.
00:09:16.000 Leadership in my own party would rather have had me lose my seat than win the seat because I was in the Freedom Caucus, and I didn't think that we should have a trillion-dollar deficits back then.
00:09:28.000 I was a Presbyterian economist, fairly boring. I didn't want illegal immigration, same as now. 1.00
00:09:34.000 And so you brought it up in the context of the leader, the Senate Majority Leader McConnell, and the funding.
00:09:42.000 And these guys, you know, we're fighting for this country, and we're hanging by a hair right now.
00:09:48.000 In the Senate, it'll be a seat or two. In the House, we hope it's a seat.
00:09:53.000 And I saw Mike Johnson finally came out with some funding for Scott Perry, some funding.
00:10:00.000 He's getting pummeled, and we're talking about trying to save the republic time here.
00:10:04.000 So I applaud you for bringing that up.
00:10:07.000 Tell the people, I think what the people don't get is how powerful the Senate Majority Leader is and how powerful the Speaker of the House is.
00:10:15.000 It's two individuals that can actually determine all of this.

00:10:21.000 Well, if anyone knows how bogus polls can be, it's you.
00:10:25.000 And I was telling you this, but if you remember right before your election,
00:10:28.000 Eric Cantor had the Washington Post put out a story that Eric Cantor up 34 points on Dave Brat.
00:10:34.000 Two days later, Dave goes on to trance him.
00:10:36.000 So this is what they do, though.
00:10:38.000 The media and the establishment, the Uniparty, are all complicit, and they set these things up together.
00:10:44.000 They make fake polls to then give to an independent media outlet like the Washington Post to say,
00:10:49.000 oh, this person's way down. They have no chance.
00:10:51.000 They do that to suppress money so that they are not able to raise money.
00:10:55.000 And this is exactly what they've been doing to Cary Lake.
00:10:57.000 They've been saying, oh, Cary Lake's down 10, 11, 12 in our internal polls.
00:11:01.000 On no planet is Cary Lake down that much.
00:11:03.000 We are within the margin of error, always have been.
00:11:06.000 But the Senate Leadership Fund, what really triggered me to finally speak out,
00:11:10.000 is that a memo leaked from the Senate Leadership Fund of their own internal polling
00:11:15.000 that showed Cary Lake was actually much tighter than a lot of the races that they're spending $20 million, $30 million, $40 million on.
00:11:21.000 And their own internal polling showed that.
00:11:24.000 But that, meanwhile, they've been telling all the press and others that, oh, don't invest in Cary Lake.
00:11:29.000 We're not because she's too far behind.
00:11:32.000 And so this is just what they do.
00:11:34.000 And they do it because they can't have people like you.
00:11:36.000 And they don't want people like Cary Lake because Cary Lake does not answer to Senate Leadership Fund.
00:11:41.000 She's not going to D.C. to be able to go to their cocktail parties and go to Joe's Dough Crab and Capitol Grill 0.99
00:11:47.000 and just be able to, you know, have parties with lobbyists.

00:12:37.000 And if you challenge that status quo, because that's what is needed for our foreign policy goals.

00:12:50.000 And then as Mike Benz has been showing just, you know, unbelievably gifted analysts on the intelligence front, we don't really even have a domestic policy.

00:13:07.000 They claim that our foreign policy.

00:13:11.000 They claim our foreign policy and spending wars abroad is the domestic policy because Boeing has a facility in South Carolina.
00:13:18.000 And so how dare you be against giving trillions of dollars to Boeing?
00:13:22.000 How dare you want people in Charleston to be unemployed?
00:13:25.000 Like that's how they try and tie and make that cell work.
00:13:28.000 But if you want to really see who the good members of Congress are and who votes no on this stuff, it's the ones that don't have don't have tons of money.
00:13:34.000 And also go look at the ones who don't take PAC checks.
00:13:37.000 Why is Matt Gaetz able to speak so freely and criticize leadership?

00:13:42.000 Criticize both Republicans and Democrats.
00:13:43.000 It's because he doesn't accept PAC money.

00:13:47.000 And if Republicans really want to change the culture in Washington, here's what you do.
00:13:50.000 You tell people, hey, if you want to be on the banking committee, great.
00:13:53.000 But you cannot accept a PAC check from Bank of America or JP Morgan or tell our committee members that you cannot accept PAC checks from those committees.
00:14:01.000 A PAC check is only $5,000.
00:14:03.000 It's not going to make or break your campaign account.
00:14:05.000 But what that $5,000 represents is a culture in Washington, D.C. that enables them all to be at drinks and to pay to play and meet and have these cocktail parties where they come and hand off their checks and get to say, here's all the funding things I need.
00:14:18.000 And people desperately want to be in that cocktail culture.
00:14:21.000 So I think Mike Johnson, that is the best thing that he could do.
00:14:25.000 And when we get a Republican House, Republican Senate, and Donald Trump in the White House, that is the number one.
00:14:30.000 Actually, it's the number two policy I want to be seeing done.
00:14:32.000 The number one would be to eliminate the D.C. circuit.
00:14:34.000 I think that shouldn't exist.
00:14:35.000 But number two is to eliminate PAC funding of our own members on those committees.

00:17:43.000 Yes, all of the Republicans centralize their money in two entities.
00:17:47.000 It's the Senate Leadership Fund and the Congressional Leadership Fund.
00:17:51.000 They can take their super PACs, can take unlimited personal or corporate money.
00:17:54.000 Senate Leadership Fund has raised $400 million, largely from hedge fund managers and corporations.
00:18:01.000 And then they get to decide unilaterally on who they want to go invest in for the Senate races.
00:18:05.000 And so for the first nine months of this year, they were only investing in at first two races and now three.
00:18:11.000 And they were only doing Pennsylvania with Dave McCormick, who has no money shortage problem, by the way.
00:18:15.000 So they're pouring more money into a state that already has tons of money.
00:18:18.000 And Dave McCormick is a billionaire himself.
00:18:20.000 But then also with Tim Sheehy in Montana, which is a wise investment to do, they ended up expanding that and investing in Ohio.
00:18:26.000 But we're leaving great candidates like Kerry Lake and Sam Brown in Nevada and Mike Rogers in Michigan, Eric Hubby in Wisconsin.
00:18:33.000 They were spending zero there.
00:18:34.000 And why are we more on, not to mention Ted Cruz in Texas, who is an incumbent that we should be helping protect.
00:18:40.000 McConnell is giving him zero dollars.
00:18:42.000 And there's a reason.
00:18:43.000 It's because the consultants behind that PAC and Mitch McConnell, they don't care if we get 53.
00:18:49.000 They want 51 just so they can control exactly what you just said.
00:18:52.000 Just they want to control those committee. 1.00
00:18:54.000 The committee heads because they know they can centralize it there.
00:18:57.000 They don't care if they run up the score on other members.
00:18:59.000 And McConnell's retiring anyway, so he doesn't care if we end up with 53 members.
00:19:03.000 And so that's why they'd rather have people that will go along with what they want and what leadership wants and not cause problems for them and say, hey, by the way, I'm not going to vote yes on this Ukraine funding.
00:19:14.000 And so with Kerry Lake, you're not going to get that because Kerry Lake's not going to answer to whoever the GOP leader is.

00:20:03.000 Now, what this is is basically the Heritage Foundation set out to find 30 of the top conservative social media influencers in the game and connect them with policymakers to drive home the messaging and get out the vote this November.
00:20:19.000 So it just kicked off last night and this morning we had a great presentation by Richard Stern, a war room favorite.
00:20:26.000 We started the day with the economy connecting these influencers to get the points about what Gen Z is most outraged with with Kamala and Joe Biden's economy, the housing market, inflation.
00:20:39.000 We also talked about getting out the vote, how we can use our social media platforms to register and engage with voters.
00:20:46.000 That's a big thing that we do here in the war room.
00:20:49.000 Action, action, action.
00:20:50.000 Always, you know, being force multipliers and getting the vote out.
00:20:53.000 We also heard from former ICE director Tom Holman to talk about immigration.
00:20:58.000 And we also discussed the climate and how the climate hysteria has taken hold of Generation Z and how Generation Z is being hijacked by figures like Greta Thunberg.
00:21:10.000 And we talked about how conservative voices have a part to play in the debate that's going on here.
00:21:17.000 And so we're really trying to get the Gen Z vote out to amplify their voices.
00:21:22.000 These conservative influencers have tremendous power.
00:21:25.000 We know that younger voters typically pay more attention to social media than they do the legacy media.
00:21:31.000 So that's why the role is so critical here.
00:21:34.000 And that's why events like this are so important.
00:21:38.000 Yeah, I'm glad you brought that up, Jane.
00:21:41.000 Say a little bit more about that, because on the on the Harris front, you know, they had a giant, you know, mainstream media psyop against the American people for about 30 days of just endless wall to wall coverage.

00:21:58.000 Right. The young people start putting up these funny means.
00:22:01.000 And I don't think it's going so great on that side of the football right now.
00:22:07.000 What what do you detect? What do you what are you feeling out there when you when you meet with people, when you see the leftist op eds?
00:22:14.000 Are they nervous and full of anxiety like I'm starting to see you get a feel from the young folks there on social media that that's going on, Jane?
00:22:24.000 Jane. Well, just a few years ago, when Turning Point was a much smaller organization than it is now, Benny Johnson once said the left can't meme.
00:22:35.000 And I think that's very true today because much of the left lacks a sense of humor.
00:22:40.000 And I think that's the thing that has turned so many, especially middle ground voters away.
00:22:45.000 You know, they see this hysteria. You see how the left has become these sort of panicked versions of themselves, for example, like the Greta Thunbergs.

00:23:49.000 It was confirmed that he was that he was killed in an operation in the Gaza Strip today.

00:23:59.000 One thing that a lot of people don't realize, like with the Nasrallah, the head of Hezbollah being killed a few weeks ago and now Sinwar.
00:24:06.000 A lot of Westerners look at that and they think of things in terms of a Western army that in a Western army, if the chief of staff was killed or some big general was killed, then the next man up would step into the to their place and everything would continue to run.
00:24:21.000 But what they don't realize is that in terrorist organizations, these leaders tend to hold their positions as lifetime positions or for decades on end.
00:24:30.000 And they don't really train successors. When you knock off the top leadership in these organizations, it really leaves them at a loss.
