this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going to
00:00:09.960
medieval on these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people
00:00:16.560
the people have had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to
00:00:20.640
do everything the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and
00:00:24.060
where do people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of
00:00:31.900
these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer
00:00:39.000
is to save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k ban
00:00:47.380
but the flip side is also true and the flip side is that 2020 was a dress rehearsal
00:00:58.340
2020 was the middle school musical version of an insurrection this time as neil katchel's piece
00:01:05.620
that you led with uh in this segment indicates this time they've professionalized the strategy
00:01:10.840
this time the other side is prepared and the preparation is to create chaos now mark talks
00:01:18.860
about three different stages of this process and i think of it as a before during and after and if
00:01:24.600
you think about the before where we are right now all of these lawsuits the rnc has filed something
00:01:29.060
like 126 lawsuits in 26 different states where it's involved in in 126 lawsuits those are designed
00:01:37.060
primarily as press releases they're designed to plant the seeds of doubt now to sow those seeds
00:01:44.500
of doubt then to in the during intimidate the voters manipulate through the what used to be
00:01:50.960
non-partisan processes of election administration and which are now installed with political partisans
00:01:57.720
who believe in that lie that mark was just describing about 2020 and then the after all the after is to
00:02:04.180
build on the foundation of all of those seeds that you've planted and that you've frankly curated
00:02:09.240
between now and the election and so we're in a better position because teams like marks are prepared
00:02:14.900
but we're in a worse position because those who are seeking to derail the process you know courts are
00:02:21.820
going to play a role lawyers are going to play a role but the reality the optimistic take here is that
00:02:27.280
voters get to fly the plane and unless we get 537 vote margins like we did in florida in 2000
00:02:34.420
voters more than courts and lawyers are going to decide this election they have the potential
00:02:39.820
to decide this election we've seen extraordinary turnout already but the reality here but we cannot
00:02:46.560
have rose-colored glasses the reality here is that 2020 was disorganized 2024 is organized the attempted
00:02:54.340
revolution may not be as televised this time but it is going to be organized this is really straight
00:03:01.440
out of mein Kampf the parts where hitler is talking about uh american immigration uh and american
00:03:07.980
restrictions on non-white immigration and really i think the philosophical question as a philosopher
00:03:15.000
uh what i wonder and what i ask is uh why aren't people more alarmed why aren't people more alarmed by the
00:03:22.840
rhetoric that we're seeing this would have been disqualifying in 2016 but and we've read this again
00:03:29.880
and again about the history of fascism we read that for this from victor klemper's work on the the
00:03:36.140
language of fat of nazism it becomes normalized you become inured to it and the function of this
00:03:43.980
normalization is to normalize the practices now the rhetoric has been normalized the next move history
00:03:52.060
tells us is for this rhetoric to normalize the practices it's far and away it's far past time to
00:04:00.620
label this what it is and what we're seeing is a fascist social and political movement there are many
00:04:07.180
varieties of of authoritarianism uh the kind of authoritarianism that vilifies lgbtq plus citizens that
00:04:17.020
that is based around immigration and immigrants as criminals and vermin that labels any supporter of
00:04:24.480
democracy with a small d as a marxist that claims that marxists are controlling the institutions and
00:04:31.140
says that we need violence to root them out the kind of extortion that we're seeing essentially trump is
00:04:37.340
saying uh if you don't elect me this country is going to plunge into violence when he says bloodshed what
00:04:43.240
does he mean one of the things he means is he's encouraging his supporters uh to plunge the
00:04:48.660
country into violence that's a kind of extortion that we're familiar from our fascist past so
00:04:54.440
authoritarianism doesn't identify the target narrowly enough uh what we're dealing with now is fascism
00:05:01.240
saturday 19th of october anna dormini 2024 harnwell here at the helm filling in for steve bannon welcome
00:05:12.840
to the war room um we're going to start up straight away now in cherokee county atlanta georgia with
00:05:20.180
jenny beth martin founder of the tea party movement um jenny beth hey i can see you've got a huge group of
00:05:28.060
people around you welcome all to the war room folks jenny beth i know you're deeply engaged now
00:05:34.700
in getting out every single maga vote um ahead of november the 5th tell me give me some updates
00:05:40.460
how's it going down there well ben thanks so much for having me over i think over a million people
00:05:45.840
now have voted in georgia already but these trump supporters behind me and all around the entire state
00:05:52.480
are not leaving anything to chance we are doing everything we can to get out the vote for trump
00:05:57.240
this morning these people are going walking with our super pack tea pretty patriot citizens fund
00:06:02.800
turning point action is on the ground here america first works is on the ground i believe that elon
00:06:09.340
musk um america pack is on the ground and then of course the trump campaign is on the ground everyone
00:06:15.620
is committed to doing everything we can to get out the vote for trump and that means talking to people
00:06:20.920
who always vote and making sure they go ahead and vote and bank that vote and then the people who
00:06:26.780
maybe vote sometimes but not all the times making sure they go vote and then the people who are still
00:06:33.220
undecided talking to them about why trump is the right person to lead our country for the next four years
00:06:39.440
and the people who are with me right now are committed to doing that we've got somebody who has never done
00:06:44.820
anything with activism with with me we have a state representative charlie's bird who is with me we have a man
00:06:53.060
who moved to georgia whose son goes to georgia tech and he moved to georgia recently from illinois because he
00:06:59.700
understands that states with a lot of freedom and choice are better than states that lock down and um we are all
00:07:07.100
committed to doing everything we can to get out the vote for trump jenny beth um let's just go to
00:07:13.800
those statistics once again on the first day of voting i think 300 000 votes were cast up until
00:07:20.360
yesterday i know you just said it in in your introduction let's hit that figure again one
00:07:24.200
million votes now have been cast let me talk to some of the people who are perhaps charlie's let's
00:07:29.100
start off um with her let's tell me tell let me let me talk to some of the folks that you've got
00:07:34.540
okay okay all right unplug that and then charlie's ben wants to talk to you so just talk really loud
00:07:40.620
into the mic will you unplug my my earpiece so okay ben just say hi to ben on the other side luke
00:07:48.920
the other side the other side nope the other side to your right sorry about that ben and everyone
00:07:54.300
okay go ahead hi ben how are you hi hi hi charlie's thanks for coming on to the war room today
00:08:01.080
and this is this is the beauty of spontaneous live television can you can you hear me now charlie's
00:08:08.880
yes yes great fantastic welcome on to the war room the the i just want to point out the the
00:08:16.800
improvisation of the spontaneity of live television broadcasting charlie's tell me where about uh are
00:08:22.920
you from atlanta i am in woodstock georgia um and i serve the 20th district as a state legislator
00:08:31.900
in the house of representatives excellent excellent tell me something about the momentum that you're
00:08:38.500
picking up down there ben it's important to note that charlie's was one of trump's first supporters
00:08:45.020
in georgia back in 2015 and has been with him the entire time that is correct and then what are you
00:08:52.520
hearing from people around around the state they are quite excited to uh get out and vote and
00:08:59.600
particularly for trump which is quite exciting it certainly is exciting here in cherokee county
00:09:05.520
as the reddest county in all of georgia and we are thrilled that all of these people are here to
00:09:11.440
get out the vote excellent excellent now charlie's i was particularly interested in the fact that you were
00:09:19.140
supporting donald trump right back from the moment when he descended the golden escalator just tell me
00:09:24.880
what was it that first attracted you to him absolutely applaud for that absolutely applaud that
00:09:31.040
it was um so i had been serving in the house of representatives and we have seen presidents come
00:09:42.500
and go and for a change we were going to have the ability to vote for a businessman uh so that he is
00:09:50.300
out to elect as president and we have been doing the same thing over and over again and getting the same
00:09:55.840
results and i made the decision to jump on board at the very beginning with trump and of course as a
00:10:01.780
conservative it was highly unusual and many people asked me what are you thinking and i said we have to
00:10:09.160
make a change superb absolutely superb charlie's um and finally my question to you what first attracted
00:10:17.380
you to him you're still obviously clearly a hundred percent um in favor of donald trump as the nominee
00:10:24.020
as the next president of the united states just any doubting um georgians who are listening to the
00:10:30.940
show today what would your message be to them he loves this country of america the united states of
00:10:38.220
america means everything to him and that was the number one draw because that's what we need
00:10:44.060
someone that wants to be right here and take care of our own citizens as opposed to globally so that's
00:10:50.560
what drew me first and then having the opportunity to meet him he is a kind a soul for sure and certainly
00:10:57.720
enjoyed meeting him he had a smile and a rarely very warm handshake which really drew me to him
00:11:05.700
that's absolutely fantastic now as a state legislator i'm sure he's very grateful for your support
00:11:12.340
just before um i move on to someone else where do people go um to keep up with your work charlie's
00:11:18.200
as as a state legislator legislator in uh in georgia
00:11:22.440
your your twitter account oh and the house freedom fund yes i am also the chairman of the georgia
00:11:31.860
freedom caucus which of course was started in uh at the federal level so um being the chair of the
00:11:38.340
georgia freedom caucus you can go to the georgiafreedomcaucus.com you can go to charlie's
00:11:43.860
bird.com certainly i have all my stuff there and we are rooting 100 for the a beautiful outcome for
00:11:51.460
donald j trump as president well well thank you very much mom thank you very much indeed um jenny
00:12:02.420
but let me talk now to the guy who's standing to your right you're dave i'm the guy to the right yeah
00:12:08.740
and he moved to georgia from illinois and his son is a student at georgia tech bless his heart
00:12:15.140
yeah because i'm a dogs fan but that's okay and he he supports trump and he loves war room
00:12:21.620
absolutely good morning ben how are you hey dave thanks for coming on the show yes sir glad to be
00:12:29.060
here so so you live now in georgia you've moved from illinois permanently you now permanently live in
00:12:35.540
georgia absolutely ben forgive me but i'm just leaning in a little bit so you can hear me yeah we
00:12:40.760
lived i lived up there all my life and uh did my duty you know knocking on doors up there and whatnot
00:12:47.160
but uh i tell you what where we have a chance to really move the needle or or keep things uh kind of
00:12:54.920
roll back uh things a little bit is here in georgia and and some of the other southern states as i see it
00:13:00.440
so yeah we're here my wife and i and one of my sons is here as well so but dave thanks very much for
00:13:07.080
coming on the show it's great to hear these stories of momentum um especially in this battleground
00:13:11.880
state jenny beth just tell me what do you want the war and posse to do at this late stage i think there
00:13:16.680
are 18 days left now before election day what's your appeal to them so there are three different
00:13:23.080
things that you can do if you are in georgia or one of the swing seats you can get involved and go
00:13:28.360
knock on doors if you're in georgia go to knock for trump.com then if you are outside of georgia
00:13:36.760
and in a swing seat you can help us um by do by we'll connect you with turning point
00:13:42.920
action or with america first works so we will we'll do that by going if you go to um i wanted
00:13:49.400
to say the wrong website but if you go to win elections.com win elections.com and march to victory.com
00:13:56.920
so we've got two different websites win elections.com is for swing seats and then march to victory is
00:14:02.840
anywhere else if you're outside of a swing state then what we can help you do is make phone calls
00:14:08.840
and send text messages to voters inside the swing seats we've still got to reach the voters who have
00:14:14.760
absentee ballots or mail-in ballots and have not turned those back in urging them to turn them back in
00:14:20.760
and then people who have not voted yet and are undecided we need to be talking to them and letting
00:14:26.440
them know why normal everyday americans across the rest of the country are supporting donald trump
00:14:31.880
we understand he cares about america first and he cares about americans first it's not to say he
00:14:38.440
won't we aren't going to be a country that is a superpower we're still a superpower and have
00:14:42.920
those obligations but we can't can't take care of those obligations if we don't take care of america
00:14:48.280
and americans first and we need to communicate that to our fellow americans who are undecided
00:14:54.440
it's obvious the unthinkable continues most americans know something is very very wrong
00:15:07.000
the people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop noticing but you
00:15:11.400
know better that's why self-reliant folks are investing in emergency food storage and you should
00:15:18.120

00:15:58.840
plan my patriot supply is a plan time is running out to prepare for what's coming my patronsupply.com
00:16:07.960
go there today action action action there are a variety of attacks
00:16:13.800
underway on georgia's elections many of them are coming from within for instance one of the cases
00:16:19.640
adams was filed by one of the superintendents who's charged with counting and protecting and certifying
00:16:26.840
georgia's elections and so far the courts have been resilient giving a firm message back that says
00:16:34.040
we mean it when we say you can't make changes to these elections too close to election day
00:16:39.640
because that would cause chaos so so look mika the real risk here is that voters will hear some of
00:16:45.640
these stories see about the 120 plus lawsuits that the rnc has filed nationwide and they'll begin to
00:16:53.080
question the integrity of our elections and the answer is this our elections are conducted across the
00:16:59.720
country in a very decentralized way by highly trained dedicated people many of them volunteers and in
00:17:07.240
state after state we've seen officials say we've looked at our machinery we've conducted our training
00:17:13.240
we are confident in the process and that's the message americans should take away not these lawsuits
00:17:19.720
raising claims that aren't true that end up being rejected by the courts but that of course takes a little
00:17:25.320
bit of time welcome back folks stay tuned to the show today because we're going to be returning to
00:17:32.040
georgia specifically a little later on the show we'll be returning to jenny beth martin um for now
00:17:37.720
however um let's go to another battleground state a key battleground state in this race north carolina
00:17:43.960
uh we heard before that georgia had broken its record when it started early voting this week had bagged
00:17:50.920
300 000 uh early votes on the first day voting and another record has been broken in north carolina
00:17:59.000
350 000 uh 350 000 ballots were cast on thursday uh clita mitchell you're you're there in north carolina
00:18:06.280
i i gather you've added to that vote count today yes i went early this morning ben nice to see i went early
00:18:14.680
this morning and my husband and i were in line uh 20 minutes before the polls opened and we were
00:18:20.680
in line there was a line and it took about 45 minutes to get through the line after the doors
00:18:27.240
opened and and able to vote and i was almost number 3000 and one of two polling places in my county and
00:18:35.480
the thing that is happening is that trump voters are all going to the polls early and i cannot stress
00:18:42.600
enough how important that is historically it's been the democrats who go and vote early and for the first
00:18:49.160
time uh republicans in north carolina were matching the democrats in terms of turnout on in early
00:18:57.080
voting and it's such an important thing to do to vote early bank your vote because apparently there's
00:19:03.800
about a 10 drop off of support of people who say i'm going to vote for my this candidate but if you wait
00:19:11.240
until election day things happen your kids get sick your car gets a flat tire there's about only 90 of
00:19:18.120
those supporters actually get to cast their votes so it's really important to go early vote in person
00:19:24.040
i'm a big believer in voting in person ladies and gentlemen i do not believe in putting a ballot in
00:19:29.240
the mail unless there's no other alternative but uh so i but i had a friend yesterday a neighbor who
00:19:35.400
voted at a different polling place in our county and she said that the whole line was full of trump
00:19:41.000
supporters took her two hours and that they all said president trump told me to come and vote early so
00:19:46.520
that's what i'm doing i don't i'm not leaving i'm staying in this line until my vote is in that
00:19:51.400
tabulator so it's great let me ask you this hurricane helene which shook north carolina shook the country as
00:19:59.640
well emotionally tell me has that had any residual effects in the voting turnout that you have been able to
00:20:07.000
discern well there were apparently big turnouts even in those red counties in western north carolina
00:20:14.520
uh most of the counties are big trump country uh there's one uh area ashville north carolina is
00:20:21.480
pretty left wing but um but we are worried about that i was just asking this morning if they were
00:20:27.800
from the state uh republican party if they were recruiting people to send to western north carolina
00:20:34.680
because there are places that were polling locations that just don't exist anymore or that you can't get to
00:20:40.520
them and we have to remember that all of the election boards in north carolina are controlled
00:20:46.440
by democrats because the state election board and the local election boards are controlled by the
00:20:51.400
party of the governor we have a democratic governors that means every county election board is controlled
00:20:56.520
by democrats well we've had a couple of democratic county election boards democrat controlled who have
00:21:01.960
violated the emergency election law that was passed by the legislature a week ago and have not added
00:21:09.160
additional polling places because these are democrat controlled counties county election boards but the
00:21:14.200
counties themselves are republican so we're trying to figure out what to do about some of the ways that
00:21:20.840
the democrats manipulate the election but there are a lot of people at the head of the north carolina
00:21:26.280
election integrity team is on the ground this weekend just trying to find out what's going on in those
00:21:31.800
different counties and what we might need to do in terms of sending volunteers there to make sure that we help
00:21:36.200
help help help make certain that those people who've lost everything we hope that they won't lose their right
00:21:42.280
to vote i know you're deeply engaged now in making sure every vote comes out in support of president trump
00:21:51.160
the maga movement generally um what are you asking people to do right now in the 18 days left i think before
00:21:59.480
election day i know you've got a new website uh to assist in these efforts tell us about that
00:22:06.200
we have a new website that we just uh started just went live on uh wednesday it's called vote fair
00:22:13.160
2024.com and it has something really important uh jenny beth mentioned it and i want to tell everybody
00:22:21.960
vote your whole ballot look at a sample ballot before you go vote because this map shows the uh all of the
00:22:30.360
election related ballot issues that are on the ballots in various states i just voted in north
00:22:36.200
carolina we have a ballot measure that i voted for that says it's a constitutional amendment that says
00:22:42.520
only citizens can vote in north carolina in north carolina elections all of these states that you're
00:22:48.840
seeing there are multiple there are about four categories of election related ballot issues rank
00:22:56.840
choice voting is something that the left wing is putting on the ballot in several states idaho uh
00:23:04.360
arizona uh a lot of several different states we go to that website click on your state learn about
00:23:13.240
if you've got any of these ballot issues and we'll tell you whether it's good or bad
00:23:17.400
uh because the left wing spends hundreds of millions of dollars putting these these terrible uh ballot
00:23:24.920
issues on we do have in eight states ballot issues like the one i just voted for north carolina saying
00:23:31.400
only citizens can vote and we want to get that in every state constitution in every state in the country
00:23:37.880
but do go look that up go study this and know how you what's going on in your state and vote your
00:23:45.320
whole ballot like for instance in north carolina it was very very important for us to elect donald trump
00:23:51.800
and make sure that he gets north carolina's electoral votes but i got to tell you we have a
00:23:56.520
an attorney general's race congressman dan bishop who is a great uh mega republican who's coming home
00:24:03.560
to run for north north carolina's attorney general he would be the first republican attorney general
00:24:08.920
since reconstruction it's really important for dan bishop to win because he's running against a fellow
00:24:15.320
uh house member u.s house member who voted against protecting women and uh and protecting women in
00:24:22.840
sports he pro he voted against the save act to say that only citizens can vote he is a very left-wing
00:24:29.960
person and if he gets elected attorney general that's bad for our state
00:24:35.640
glita mitchell i know that you're you're um you're very engaged and making sure the votes get out today as
00:24:41.000
well and so i won't keep you too long just before you go where do people go to keep in touch with what
00:24:46.680
you're doing on social media and to learn more about these initiatives like your website um which
00:24:52.600
is the platform you would direct people to i i send them to my twitter x account at cleta mitchell
00:24:59.400
and i i just put something up a day before yesterday about this whole problem with yo kava
00:25:05.240
overseas voting i like to tell people what's going on and what the threats are and so if you'll if you
00:25:11.720
want to follow me and learn about that it's at cleta mitchell on x and then again go to the website uh
00:25:17.880
that we've posted and we're going to be posting urgent election news uh over the next two weeks and
00:25:24.040
telling people what's going on but please go out and vote get other people to uh come to the polls with
00:25:31.720
you and vote your whole ballot remember those judicial races remember those ballot questions
00:25:38.360
find out about your in maricopa county for instance uh justin heap is running for county recorder that
00:25:45.240
impacts how the ballots are going the elections are run so please vote your whole ballot go get a sample
00:25:51.880
ballot be ready go vote go vote as soon as you can superb cleta mitchell thanks very much for coming
00:25:59.640
on the show catch up again with you soon god bless absolutely thank you ben thanks cleta now i know
00:26:05.320
we've only got a minute to go to the break now we have some breaking news colonel harvey uh thanks for
00:26:10.840
coming on the show today now i know that drone images uh of the assassination of hamas leader yaya
00:26:18.040
sinwar have been seen by everybody people will be concerned therefore that a similar drone attack has
00:26:24.360
been launched on uh bb netanyahu's home can you just tell me something in about 10 20 seconds and then
00:26:32.200
we'll carry on over the break is is uh the prime minister okay yes he was not home at the time but
00:26:39.880
reportedly three large drones uh with warheads were targeted at caesarea in the home of prime minister
00:26:47.240
not yahoo two were intercepted and one did land but it did not cause any harm to individuals but
00:26:54.120
there was damage on the ground and shocking shocking developments and these drone attacks
00:26:59.880
they're going to affect the united states as well stand by after the break two minutes to find out more
00:27:04.600
about that there's a lot at stake in this upcoming election but regardless of who is sitting in the
00:27:10.120
white house the fuse on the economy has already been lit even four years of a conservative presidency will
00:27:16.520
not be enough to turn the tide on our 35 trillion dollar national debt and if the left wins it's
00:27:22.520
like throwing gas on a dumpster fire the election is in the hands of the american people but what
00:27:27.880
you can do right now is protect your savings by diversifying into gold with the help of birch
00:27:33.320
gold group for millennia gold has stood firm in the face of greedy governments economic upheavals
00:27:38.520
and global strife and it can protect you now birch gold will help you convert an ira or 401k
00:27:44.840
into an ira in physical gold tax free and penalty free and it doesn't cost you a penny out of i want
00:27:50.920
to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts first think back
00:27:56.680
to 9 11 shortly after the government pushed through the patriot act this gave the government power to
00:28:01.720
spy on innocent americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet
00:28:08.040
now jim rickards editor of the independent financial newsletter strategic intelligence
00:28:13.720
and new york times best-selling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this
00:28:19.000
governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the
00:28:24.200
war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we say
00:28:30.520
the wrong things on social media donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga the government
00:28:37.160
may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's
00:28:43.560
an interesting and dire warning fortunately jim rickards an american patriot and friend of mine has
00:28:49.160
made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the
00:28:55.240
possibility of programmable money watch jim's warning video now before it's censored like i've been in the
00:29:03.320
past go to rickardswarroom.com that's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video here's your host stephen k bann
00:29:20.040
welcome back colonel harvey let's pick up from what we're saying here firstly let's discuss this
00:29:25.000
this drone thing um in israel and then i want to underline here uh that they're on staying on the same
00:29:31.160
subject of drone warfare this is now starting the shadow is now starting to reach over the united
00:29:38.600
states itself on the united states mainland um colonel harvey just tell us again um about what has happened
00:29:46.360
in israel with regards to the official residence of prime minister there was a strike today uh a large
00:29:56.040
volley of drones and missiles fired again at israel but three were targeted at the home of the prime
00:30:03.240
minister uh bb notanyahu and two of those drones were intercepted and one did land uh the prime minister
00:30:11.720
and his wife were not home and did cause some damage on the ground but no one was injured but this is a
00:30:18.440
uh significant escalation keep in mind that after the death of sinwar you know the vice president uh
00:30:27.960
the president of the united states um secretary of defense uh others in europe have called for and
00:30:35.800
this is an opportunity for a ceasefire um misguided for sure um the leadership through and through
00:30:43.640
uh of hamas and hezbollah which hezbollah is now being led on the ground by an iranian general um
00:30:51.000
is these people are are determined to destroy israel and any pause any ceasefire would only be to the
00:30:58.040
advantage of them being able to recover and then plan to start an attack once again um you don't have a
00:31:05.560
partner to negotiate with there now the issue here is that you know iran is directing the operations in
00:31:13.640
lebanon so this goes directly back to tehran and they have targeted the prime minister and this
00:31:20.600
is just going to feed into the need to retaliate retaliate and defend israel in order to reestablish
00:31:28.120
deterrence it's an important uh element and additionally the new hamas leader kalid mashal who
00:31:35.560
resides in gutter uh is refusing to consider a ceasefire on his end and you know we i don't
00:31:43.480
think we want one um on our from my perspective it's not a a good strategic outcome at this point
00:31:49.720
in time but importantly everyone should know that the leader is in qatar he's protected by the qatari
00:31:57.640
government and the qatari government can survive only because the united states provides it the
00:32:03.000
protection we got the largest base in the middle east there in gutter and you know we are not making
00:32:10.040
any demands on gutter to turn over any of these leaders that are there these multi-billionaires
00:32:15.240
that are living there and directing this onslaught against israel colonel harvey let's come to the united
00:32:22.120
states um now there's a there's a development here over over langley air force space right which has
00:32:29.880
resulted in the fact that they've actually stopped doing the f-22 nighttime training flights
00:32:35.560
launching them from a different base this is how serious this is and it's the same thing about the
00:32:41.480
drone warfare tell me what is going on on united states territory with these drones over a over
00:32:49.160
military installation well it's not just at langley air force base which is uh you know the u.s air
00:32:56.280
force fighter wing uh base that you know covers the eastern seaboard uh we have a lot of military
00:33:03.320
capabilities you know state of the art aircrafts there and for this whole year there have been
00:33:09.160
drones flying uh aperiodically over the base now these are not just small hobby drones that you might
00:33:17.160
see with you know a real estate agent filming uh with some cameras on it or a small drone that might be
00:33:23.000
over a football game and taking some you know video these reportedly according to the commander commander
00:33:30.840
at langley air force base 20 foot long drones okay uh now maybe they may be off because of some
00:33:38.280
you know visual uh problems but and they're flying in swarms with a dozen or more of these large drones
00:33:45.800
and they show up for a while there seem to be orchestrated and then they leave and we're just now
00:33:51.480
finding out about this in reports this week but you know there's been nothing done about it there have
00:33:56.440
been meetings um they haven't shot any of these down they haven't uh been able to follow them and
00:34:03.560
you know there's a lot of uncertainty but given the state-of-the-art warfare that's going on you know
00:34:09.160
we have enemies that have infiltrated this country you got china you've got iran you've got terrorists
00:34:14.920
these capabilities are very important and they could be lethal and i don't think we're taking this
00:34:20.360
seriously enough colonel harvey the first question um has the answer i guess nobody knows and the first
00:34:28.600
question is who's behind this um but the second question is is is even more bizarre why haven't
00:34:36.120
these are as you point out these are 20 foot long military drones they're not hobby things they're not
00:34:41.320
something like that you i could buy off amazon for a couple hundred dollars um why haven't any of these
00:34:47.880
things being shot down well they the lawyers say that it's risky that you could have some damage
00:34:56.040
collateral damage falling on a home or something because these are relatively large so you have that
00:35:01.640
issue you would think you might be able to track those and follow them uh to a bed down location because
00:35:08.360
there's a dozen or more of them flying you know i would think that we have that capability here domestically
00:35:13.640
um the fbi um the federal aviation administration and secretary i mean the defense department air
00:35:22.520
force have all met and tried to consider what they could do um nets don't work because they're flying
00:35:28.600
at three and four five thousand feet up in swarms and there um i don't think they're taking this seriously
00:35:35.800
enough and i don't think enough assets have been directed at it um but they're keeping us in the dark
00:35:42.520
uh but we know this continues to be of concern to the military and it's of concern to the fbi but
00:35:48.920
they haven't resolved it the fbi is obviously too busy following little old ladies celebrating the mass
00:35:57.400
in latin all right fair enough colonel harvey thanks for coming on the show before you go where do people
00:36:03.240
go to stay up with your stay up to date with your amazing output derek harvey d-e-r-e-k-h-e-r-v-e-y dot org
00:36:11.880
as well as on social uh true social it's derek harvey and then on twitter it's colonel d harvey
00:36:20.600
thanks very much for giving us this update thank you ben god bless god bless for now um okay so now
00:36:31.400
let's have a development from president donald trump himself who has called uh one of the judges or the
00:36:39.080
judge in charge of one of his cases and tanya chupkin the most evil person because she has ordered
00:36:46.280
the release of 1 889 pages a little over two weeks before the election now you might be thinking
00:36:56.440
well hang on how can they do that isn't there a 60-day rule here to stop uh either prosecutors or
00:37:02.600
the magistracy from doing such such a thing against a political player in an election there is that rule
00:37:08.440
uh mark perleter thanks for coming on the show tell us a bit about the 60-day rule what it's supposed
00:37:13.480
to achieve and what is judge chupkin's explanation for riding roughshod over these legal protections
00:37:24.360
ben thanks for having me on good morning uh president trump has every right to be furious uh
00:37:29.880
this has been going on for years um the 60-day rule is to make sure that you know there's no political
00:37:37.400
interference with it with an election right 60 days out from an election if you haven't kind of got your
00:37:42.760
case together you're going to hold off until after what chupkin does is is kind of or willing or
00:37:48.280
willing and speak right to say oh no if if uh if i held it it actually is election interference it's
00:37:55.000
just complete garbage right and you can see from all of her conduct this entire you know case this case
00:38:01.480
should have never been brought president trump didn't do anything wrong right and then the supreme court
00:38:06.440
right slaps down you know jack smith says that there's this very broad presidential immunity
00:38:13.160
which everyone knew about because of the the the posture of the case they didn't have to rule
00:38:18.520
very very broadly they basically said you know there is this sort of uh core immunity and then
00:38:24.520
presumptive immunity and then private conduct what jack smith does right is he rushes back into court
00:38:30.520
right with a new superseding indictment keeps in in in the case two of the charges that the supreme
00:38:37.320
court had ruled in the fisher case uh had twisted the law right in terms of uh uh uh uh an official
00:38:45.800
proceeding uh you know interfering with the official proceeding and then calls all of his presidential
00:38:51.640
conduct private conduct to get around the supreme court ruling and so uh and then to kick it off to
00:38:58.600
show how much of this is kind of election interference how much jack smith and the judge are hellbent on
00:39:05.320
ruining trying to impede just uh uh uh uh president trump's reelection is that usually when you do a
00:39:12.040
superseding indictment or an indictment the the defendant gets to answer and say this is wrong this this you
00:39:18.200
know this is this is why this is wrong this is my objection and then the and then the defense files
00:39:22.840
a response what she allowed jack smith to do right was to file a motion on on presidential
00:39:28.520
immunity which was this this filing this 165 page filing and then these documents that she just
00:39:34.440
released uh as you said 1800 uh pages which is clearly election interference mark let me read her
00:39:43.400
the sentence the killer sentence here of her so-called justification and the warming posse can decide for
00:39:49.880
themselves she says this if the court withheld information that the public otherwise had a right to
00:39:56.760
access solely because of the potential political consequences of releasing it that withholding
00:40:04.040
could itself constitute or appear to be election interference give me 30 seconds mark pater
00:40:10.360
because that sounds to me like an attempted october surprise in judicial garb it is an october surprise um
00:40:19.240
there is no right for the public to have anything right the defendant in a criminal trial is the defendant
00:40:24.840
who has a right to a fair trial so this is this idea that the public has to know this information
00:40:29.800
is nothing other than we want to get this information before the american people so that we can try and
00:40:35.080
ruin donald trump's chances as we know it's you know we need to keep focus but this is not going to work
00:40:41.320
right they are throwing everything at donald trump they are trying to stop him and it has failed
00:40:45.880
repeatedly time and time again and there needs to be an investigation into this president trump needs to shut
00:40:50.760
this down back in two minutes after this short break america is standing on the brink of an election
00:40:58.360
meltdown and jim rickards editor of strategic intelligence the man who predicted the 2008 financial

00:44:16.840
slash bannon tnusa.com slash bannon tnusa.com slash bannon is your host stephen k bann
00:44:29.480
welcome back folks um now mark taylor to this being a u.s district court judge i guess that's um that's
00:44:39.160
doj right can the war room posse reasonably conclude that this unprecedented release of documents and of
00:44:49.400
course in the united states as in the uk a man is innocent until proven guilty is is this unprecedented
00:44:56.920
release of these simple accusations never been determined yet in court um might it be reasonable
00:45:05.960
for the war impossible to assume that the doj specifically mary garland might be behind this
00:45:11.720
um and then my follow-up question to answer is slightly anticipating your answer of course is this
00:45:18.040
does this not um corroborate everything you said on this show earlier on in the week about the absolute
00:45:24.760
necessity for donald trump to exert operation operational control over the doj from day one
00:45:31.960
yeah ben you know jack smith works for uh merrick garland merrick garland is behind all of this and
00:45:39.480
is fine with all of it it's unprecedented in so many ways even left-wing commentators like ely hone
00:45:44.920
has said that this is outrageous and jack jack smith is breaking every rule to get to donald trump
00:45:50.920
so yes this is the biden doj it's been weaponized and weaponized and weaponized against the american people
00:45:58.360
and biden's political enemies and it's it's unprecedented and it's despicable uh yes donald
00:46:04.680
trump as i've written as we talked about yesterday or the day before uh you know the president is the
00:46:10.760
you know is the chief executive who supervises and controls the department of justice and on day one
00:46:16.840
my recommendation is the president should fire jack smith shut kind of completely terminate this january 6
00:46:23.320
office right they should set up a special task force to review all the convictions uh that have come
00:46:29.720
about because of this this this attack um and whether there's uh pardons or commutations uh but the
00:46:37.480
prep you know of of of the people who have been um unjustly convicted uh were sentenced and uh and
00:46:44.360
the president should as i said and as every other president has done uh assert operational control over
00:46:50.760
the department of justice this goes all the way back to our foundings george washington adams jefferson
00:46:55.960
but even in the modern day presidents you know are required to under the constitution supervise and
00:47:02.280
direct the department of justice it's the department of justice works for the president the fbi works for
00:47:07.880
the president and so this has been just it just so just the the weaponization that we've seen to go
00:47:14.920
after the american people and political opponents is unprecedented um some people listening to this
00:47:22.600
show mark pellet will be saying you know at the end of the day i don't want to see a politicized
00:47:28.360
weaponized doj and to that end i don't think donald trump should continue to use it and my question to you
00:47:36.280
is have we um in answer to that that question that people will be posing have we not has america not
00:47:42.520
moved beyond that stage now and isn't that the appropriate thing for president trump to do in
00:47:48.360
coming into his second administration to do exactly what you said to keep this weaponized doj and turn
00:47:56.280
it on the very people who've been responsible in the present administration for its weaponization
00:48:02.760
yeah the way i look at it ben what the biden people have done has been to contort the law
00:48:08.680
to make up uh you know violations uh to get smacked down by the by the supreme court for inventing
00:48:15.480
things or breaking all norms what i'm talking about are people who have broken the law people who have
00:48:20.600
conspired to use the law to take out political opponents that's completely different right that is
00:48:26.760
enforcing the law that is making sure that you have the your priorities of what is important okay uh to
00:48:33.480
look at the going after you know the department of justice is nothing right when you when you saw uh
00:48:41.560
pregnancy clinics getting you know uh attacked and desecrated and threatened right and the department
00:48:47.960
justice does nothing as president of the united states president trump should say yes i'm gonna look
00:48:52.440
at that i will prosecute those people on the anti-semitic attacks across the country where the department
00:48:57.960
justice has done nothing the president can say that is a new priority okay so on this stuff
00:49:03.320
with this election interference with this election attack you know jack smith right has been violating
00:49:10.200
department of justice procedures he had been conspiring right to bring these charges against
00:49:14.920
the president so that's not weaponization in my view that is applying the law okay that's been broken
00:49:20.120
or at least investigating it and and looking into people in that regard my predator um just quickly
00:49:25.960
because we've got two minutes now before the break uh my final question to you is looking at judge
00:49:31.960
chuckkin's uh reasoning here uh on releasing this information it would appear to me that would that
00:49:39.000
would if that logic were to be applied generally this six two day rule would not exist at all
00:49:44.920
uh if withholding it might affect the outcome of an election right um what can donald trump do
00:49:52.520
to judge chuckkin what it would be what would be a legitimate response on behalf of the president of the
00:49:57.960
united states to do on day one of his new administration to a judge who has done something
00:50:03.240
like this well again i think judges can be impeached right so that would be starting the house of
00:50:09.640
representatives he could ask the house of representatives to look into her conduct if you
00:50:13.400
look at all of her conduct it's clear that she is trying to get donald trump and use the criminal
00:50:19.080
justice system to get donald trump one quick going back through history right because they've been around
00:50:23.640
a while uh i i think i've mentioned this before but an independent counsel right indicted cap weinberg on
00:50:29.800
the friday before the 92 elections to get george bush and a judge a different judge after the election
00:50:36.600
dismissed those indictments okay he believed in the rule of law but but the point is is that uh i think uh
00:50:43.160
judge chuckkin has been arm in arm with jack smith trying to get donald trump changing the procedures of
00:50:49.000
how uh criminal uh trials are done uh in order to get the the the smith information out there to try and
00:50:55.880
harm donald trump but i think uh just judges are appointed for life uh you know they can be impeached
00:51:03.000
uh if the president wants to go to the the the house of representatives say look into this election
00:51:08.360
interference that this judge uh you know uh engaged in during this past election cycle
00:51:14.680
mark paletta um most people think the conventional view is that the republican party will take the
00:51:23.320
senate but lose the house of representatives i like your idea of an impeachment against judge
00:51:28.360
trickier here folks to make that happen you need to have also uh to control of the house of
00:51:34.120
representatives republicans need to take both houses those down ballot elections uh couldn't be more
00:51:40.360
important if something like this might have hope of going ahead final 30 seconds mark paletta where
