Bannon's War Room - Episode 3996： Revenge Of The Fact Checkers; Election Judge Blocks Lawsuits Preventing Fraud

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.800 these people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.400 had a belly full of it i know you don't like hearing that i know you try to do everything

00:00:21.160 in the world to stop that but you're not going to stop it it's going to happen and where do

00:00:24.540 people like that go to share the big line mega media i wish in my soul i wish that any of these

00:00:32.260 people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to

00:00:39.820 save my country this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k band

00:00:47.720 miss hutchinson could you look at the exhibit that we're showing on the screen

00:00:56.800 now have you seen this note before that's a note that i wrote at the direction of the chief of

00:01:04.420 staff on january 6 likely around three o'clock and it's written on a chief of staff note card but

00:01:11.100 that's your handwriting miss hutchinson that's my handwriting and why did you write this note

00:01:16.020 the chief of staff was in a meeting with eric kershman and potentially mr philbin and they had

00:01:23.640 rushed out of the office fairly quickly mark had handed me the note card with one of his pens

00:01:29.720 and started dictating a statement for the president to potentially put out

00:01:35.000 and no i'm sorry go ahead that's okay uh there are two phrases on there one illegal and then one

00:01:43.640 without proper authority the illegal phrase was the one that mr meadows had dictated to me

00:01:49.460 mr herschman had chimed in and said also put without legal authority there should have been

00:01:56.200 a slash between the two phrases it was an or if the i can only take so much of that goody two shoes

00:02:04.300 act coming from the performative theater that was the january 6th committee though henceforth i will

00:02:10.000 never call it political theater because that's way too nice a term it's agitprop because these people

00:02:15.340 are actual communists marxists and you can see that they're using those tactics to lie to you and 0.84

00:02:21.180 deceive the american people how's that for an open it's tuesday october 22nd in the year of our lord

00:02:27.140 2024 it's natalie winters hosting live i would say from the belly of the beast i'm in new york though i

00:02:34.040 think washington dc is probably more deserving of that moniker we're going to get into the back and

00:02:40.000 forth that you just witnessed and of course the bombshell new evidence that that letter that you

00:02:44.040 saw flash on screen in true agitprop form was just that completely fake and fabricated a handwriting

00:02:50.820 expert saying that cassidy hutchinson actually didn't create that document that they used in their 0.95

00:02:56.780 performative trials to try to dupe the american people into thinking that president trump was

00:03:01.380 such a threat to democracy and we're going to get into how some of cassidy hutchinson's fellow 1.00

00:03:07.460 we'll call them democracy subverters because that's what they actually are we know they only

00:03:11.780 peddle in projection are also up to the games of censorship especially ahead of the election but

00:03:17.720 before we get into that just because i started the show with some misinformation that was actually

00:03:22.720 being spread by liz cheney and cassidy hutchinson though i guess we don't just live in a two-tier

00:03:27.420 system of justice it's okay when they do it it's obviously not okay when we do it even when our

00:03:32.040 facts are actually correct i am honored to be coming to you as the subject of a very large-scale

00:03:38.360 research report put out by the center for an informed public at the university of washington

00:03:46.100 now you can see the title there rumors rapidly spreading about reissued department of defense

00:03:51.940 directive 5240.01 now before we get into the story that i broke as you know war room is always

00:04:00.140 ahead of the curve and i think the story is a perfect example of that just a little context on

00:04:05.280 the university of washington people may recall an individual by the name of kate starboard one of

00:04:12.000 those uh let's just say the physiognomy checks when it comes to the position that she holds over at the 1.00

00:04:17.660 university of washington um she also works in close concert with our very own government receiving

00:04:23.140 your taxpayer dollars um particularly at cissa we know the tip of the spear when it comes to

00:04:28.320 election censorship and the censorship of virtually any form of information online but she is embedded

00:04:34.200 at the university of washington so it's quite curious to me that you see what is essentially a

00:04:39.400 subcontractor for the federal government coming after me coming after the show and by extension you

00:04:44.920 guys this audience for daring to share this story that i broke um as they alluded to in the article

00:04:50.640 it was on october 3rd but people may recall that uh we had broke on the show that they had done a

00:04:57.800 really interesting i would call it stunning revision of basically civil military code that if you do the

00:05:05.020 reading of it which i will in a sec essentially suggests that there is in some ways a legalization

00:05:11.900 of assassinations particularly coming from dod components in 2020 the phrase was quote under no

00:05:21.860 circumstances shall any dod component or dod employee engage in or conspire to engage in assassination

00:05:28.740 and then they later revised it in 2024 roughly a month ago to say that no dod civilian employee or

00:05:36.660 member of the armed forces will engage in or conspire to engage in assassination

00:05:40.880 with of course the really significant difference there being uh the caveat of quote under no

00:05:47.100 circumstances they took that out and they also took out any reference to dod components

00:05:51.980 um being able to engage in assassination attempts now when i broke this story as i'm sure your jaws

00:05:57.960 probably dropped though i guess with the biden regime we don't really underestimate them

00:06:01.900 it it was one of these stories that i was like how can this even

00:06:05.260 be true in the same vein that they you know revise the doj website to admit child sex trafficking is a

00:06:10.540 crime of concern but what's so funny or frankly dark about this so-called research report that they put

00:06:17.200 out about this show about this story is that they actually melt down in saying that we don't have any

00:06:24.160 evidence to disprove that it's not true uh they it reads early last week rumors started rapidly

00:06:32.040 circulating on multiple platforms across conservative liberty libertarian leaning gun

00:06:36.780 enthusiast and far left communities discussing a reissued department of defense directive that

00:06:41.940 documents procedures around when there is potential use of lethal force against americans a subset of

00:06:46.920 these rumors alleged the directive to be suspiciously timed with the coming election in part these rumors

00:06:52.680 spread may be the result of a data void a situation where there is no reliable information available

00:06:57.400 about a particular topic and search results or social media platforms at this time there are no

00:07:02.340 published fact checks of any of the core allegations or any official statements addressing the rumors

00:07:07.780 so in other words essentially a cutout of the federal government is here to tell you that programming

00:07:13.720 that you've received on war room is just not true because they don't want it to be true that's how uh in

00:07:20.060 depth their fact checks are now right and frankly i wasn't going to continue beating the story like a drum because

00:07:27.260 you know there's so much to get to but the fact that they went out of their way to issue like i said an

00:07:31.800 entire research report coming from the center for an informed public makes me quite curious and i think a

00:07:38.080 little uh it's always shall we say unsettled that i think we we struck a nerve in uncovering what was

00:07:43.560 supposed to be this sort of bureaucratic you know jargon change that no one was supposed to be able to

00:07:48.560 discern or pick up on but um unfortunately here in the war room we don't take any days off and our engine room

00:07:54.880 works very hard now to draw the sort of through line here right all these frankly i would refer to

00:08:02.120 people like cassidy hutchinson liz cheney adam kinzinger take your pick as sort of want to be

00:08:07.780 um political assassins when it comes to donald trump they just frankly don't have the courage i think to

00:08:12.780 actually say that quiet part out loud but there was a story that i saw break and i guess this is my

00:08:18.440 first time back on air since it was published in axios late sunday night um but it has to do with

00:08:24.380 speaker mike johnson now speaker mike johnson an effort to look like he is mr tough i guess the

00:08:33.080 war room rants are making him i guess grovel a little bit for his uh overly inflated salary

00:08:38.760 he leaked the scoop there is that the mike johnson team leaked it it didn't come from the liz cheney side

00:08:44.900 of things but after every single thing that liz cheney has done to this country to the actual 1.00

00:08:52.300 republican party to donald trump to maga to january 6 protesters here's what mike johnson had to say to

00:08:59.480 her he sent her i kid you not a strongly worded text that was his big leak to axios trying to signal

00:09:10.000 to the maga base because i know your phone lines are lighting up sir and i'm very happy to play a

00:09:14.620 small just a little part in that but he had the nerve to think that leaking to axios that he sent

00:09:21.020 liz cheney a mean not even mean we'll get into the substance of it a text that that's what accountability

00:09:26.940 looks like and here's the best part the guy's so weak that in his axios article this was what johnson

00:09:35.160 told them again this isn't a leak coming from the cheney side of things it reads so poorly on him you almost

00:09:40.300 think it would be johnson said the two quote agreed to disagree unquote over whether trump is a threat

00:09:49.020 to democracy johnson decided to text her after quote she said some very uncharitable things

00:09:55.860 those things were in reference to comments that liz cheney made only about mike johnson in reference to

00:10:01.880 potentially not certifying the 2020 election of court or 2024 election of course there's still the media

00:10:07.240 blackout that jamie raskin and a bunch of other top house democrats have said virtually the same thing

00:10:11.780 if not 10 times more radical but of course we see the double standard the two-tier system of justice and

00:10:17.140 media treatment there on full display but for mike johnson to think that you can just agree to disagree

00:10:27.740 with liz cheney on whether or not president trump is a threat to democracy that's not what the maga

00:10:37.580 movement was founded on and there's no better example of that than stephen k bannon you don't

00:10:44.580 compromise on issues like that of such substance of such gravitas frankly it's one of the reasons why

00:10:50.140 stephen k bannon is sitting though he should not be in prison right now liz cheney then of course runs

00:10:56.680 circles around him and proceeds to just drop quote after quote saying you know trump is gonna trump

00:11:01.440 is hitler trump's gonna destroy democracy speaker johnson won't even say anything even remotely 0.77

00:11:07.160 critical of her but i think this story is so beautifully telling in why republicans continue to lose

00:11:14.760 because they think that sending a text message where you agree to disagree on one of the most

00:11:20.740 fundamental questions not just for the future of this country but for the future of western

00:11:25.560 christian civilization he thinks it's a okay to have a disagreement on that how about this speaker

00:11:32.940 mike johnson after what liz cheney did when it came to the note that we just played which by the

00:11:40.280 way it was shown that that was not cassidy hutchinson's handwriting it was if she perjured herself it was

00:11:46.320 not her handwriting or the text messages where she arranged for new arranged for new legal representation 0.94

00:11:51.240 for cassidy hutchinson the best you can do is send one damn text how about this you should be subpoenaing 0.99

00:12:00.800 all these people you should be setting up new committees these people should face the fire and 0.96

00:12:06.160 fury that people like peter navarro and stephen k bannon did it's about damn time that we start making

00:12:11.900 examples of people who thought that they can just sell out this country for whatever it's worth 0.67

00:12:17.180 politically or otherwise and mike johnson is a glaring example of what's wrong denver if you can

00:12:24.440 real quick i want to play the miles taylor package and as you know we've been running war games on this

00:12:32.180 for the past year with election officials and federal officials to do exactly that to show them what you

00:12:37.980 just showed viewers that it will be very difficult to distinguish not just between candidates voices that

00:12:44.600 are real and fake but maybe even local election officials in fact alex this week adrian fontes who's

00:12:51.340 the head election official the secretary of state and one of the main swings swing states arizona said

00:12:57.400 this is his number one concern is the possibility that there will be false information disseminated with

00:13:03.860 deep fakes and it will be really really hard to debunk so we're certainly worried about that in the run-up

00:13:08.660 to election day so look we know creators with malicious intent they likely target people who

00:13:14.540 wouldn't be able to tell the difference and it's hard to do is there any regulation the federal government

00:13:20.080 should be pushing to combat this or does it fall to just fact checkers and to experts like you to try

00:13:26.620 to debunk them well unfortunately alex there were efforts in congress to try to get a bipartisan bill

00:13:34.580 passed to make it a lot harder for people to use deep fakes in an election context but i'm also

00:13:41.680 concerned about the november surprise which is that after the election results are tallied that people

00:13:46.740 might disseminate deep fakes to try to claim the election was stolen fake images of people stuffing

00:13:51.640 ballots fake images of corruption up gotta start putting trigger warnings on these people for you guys

00:13:57.620 you guys may first recall that guy is anonymous the former dhs chief of staff one of the trump

00:14:03.520 turncoats then became miles taylor and now they're laying the predicate for more election

00:14:09.120 censorship by saying that oh ai right that's the new boogeyman but what he said right there whether

00:14:14.700 it was a slip of the tongue or otherwise they are now working actively with election officials to pre

00:14:20.020 and post game what misinformation dumps could potentially look like on election day creating

00:14:25.780 that false pretext to then justify mass censorship where they can then dispel any allegations of fraud

00:14:30.800 it's just that misinformation and that's the issue right people like miles taylor when speaker

00:14:37.880 johnson fails to set precedent about what should happen to people like liz cheney or cassidy hutchinson

00:14:43.480 for lying frankly the republican party more broadly you empower and embolden people like miles taylor

00:14:49.340 to keep coming back with a vengeance to destroy the maga movement and until something seriously

00:14:54.620 change changes it's not going to stop we'll be right back the elites are getting desperate they now

00:15:02.300 want to use the technology behind bitcoin for their own orwellian purposes their gold to dominate our

00:15:08.180 economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies which they control imagine your

00:15:15.160 every purchase being called into question your every move tracked like you live in a communist country 0.57

00:15:21.240 this is not the america we want but it is the america they want to create fortunately you can fight

00:16:09.140 get your free info kit on gold ira here's your host steven k band

00:16:16.060 welcome back to the war room we are joined now by the one and only captain maureen

00:16:27.340 bannon who i think shares the same shall we call it righteous indignation

00:16:33.860 against these feckless republicans because it's not just the democrats right they're part of it

00:16:39.700 but this also could be stopped if we had meaningful reinforcements and a cavalry that actually came

00:16:45.200 when we needed them i know you've been really taking a hard line on the show defending your dad

00:16:50.320 but i'm curious to get your thoughts on again maybe you disagree with me i don't think you do

00:16:55.560 um but on how house republicans in particular have failed to meet the moment when it comes to your dad

00:17:02.560 um i agree with you natalie and i think some have stepped up but i really am disappointed not

00:17:10.420 entirely shocked with the fecklessness and gutlessness of um speaker johnson he the last

00:17:18.700 tweet he did about my dad was on 6 26 and it was the result of the bipartisan legal advisory group

00:17:24.620 and then he went on mainstream media and said that an amicus brief would be filed and it was filed on

00:17:31.600 july 22nd it seems like in the dead of night because nothing was ever mentioned about it and speaker

00:17:38.580 johnson hasn't said my dad's name since then so you know it it really isn't shocking to me but he

00:17:46.220 didn't step up when it counted and i think people and the voters need to remember that

00:17:50.700 and just for for those who are tuning in give a little background we know steve should have been

00:17:56.560 freed a while ago are we still set on the 29th release date despite this sort of back and forth and

00:18:04.080 if you want to give the audience some insight into what that back and forth has looked like when it

00:18:07.660 comes not just um from lawyers or from judges too i'm sure they'd appreciate that so on august 29th

00:18:14.900 2024 a motion was filed for early release and since my dad has been in he's accrued credits for early

00:18:23.900 release to home confinement under the first step act he is eligible now the bureau of prisons had this

00:18:31.380 motion for over 75 days and they waited until friday this last friday to notify him that he was eligible

00:18:39.720 for early release under the first step act however the acting warden came out yesterday and said

00:18:47.140 that you need at least 30 days left in your sentence to establish home confinement and get that all set up

00:18:54.420 and since he now has less than 10 days but at the time that he was notified he had 10 days left in

00:19:01.260 his sentence that early release to home confinement under the first step act was not going to be

00:19:08.260 authorized so you are illegally detaining him bureau of prisons because his release date since he is

00:19:14.160 eligible moved up they're saying that he will now be released on his original release date which is

00:19:20.720 the 29th so next tuesday judge nichols so it went to judge nichols and then judge nichols came out

00:19:27.420 earlier today and denied a renewed request for my dad to be released from jail pending the appeal of his

00:19:34.540 conviction for contempt of congress which i find it very interesting that judge nichols when the trial was

00:19:41.520 going on and my dad was sentenced you know was calling out the precedent that was used by the prosecution

00:19:47.560 in the case for being outdated and then all of a sudden is revoking bail and standing by the his

00:19:53.920 revoke um revoking of the bail to this day so it's just it's very clear that the doj and this

00:20:04.600 administration are politicizing this they want to keep such a strong voice within the maga movement

00:20:11.120 in prison as long as possible so that he cannot play a part in securing a victory for donald j trump

00:20:19.080 on november 5th and i know that everyone in the posse is probably just as angry about them doing this but

00:20:26.280 we need to focus our efforts and instead of getting upset and not doing anything we need to make sure that

00:20:32.920 everyone gets out to vote because that will help donald trump secure a victory on november 5th and

00:20:40.240 i want to make one thing really clear natalie um cnn put out a statement yesterday from my dad

00:20:46.560 and they also said in the article that he was an orderly in the library he was not an orderly in the

00:20:54.920 library i want to make that very clear he worked in the education department

00:20:58.340 um and helped teach some classes while he was in so mo mo mo you've buried the lead because from

00:21:08.400 what i understand he was teaching the inmates on civics and government which frankly i may just have

00:21:14.980 to go i guess i'd have to become trans to be able to get into that prison though i guess kamala harris

00:21:19.100 would pay for the surgery but commit a crime to be able to be taught civics and government by the one

00:21:24.480 only stephen k bannon can you walk the audience through what exactly his job is with the details

00:21:29.020 that you can can provide us so what you said he is teaching government and civics in in danbury and i

00:21:37.480 think that it has been very successful since he's been in there i think that the inmates probably enjoy

00:21:43.880 having him as a teacher you know just like the war room posse loves learning from my dad i think the

00:21:50.100 inmates at danbury love learning from him as well he and i might be a little biased i believe he's a

00:21:56.280 genius so i think that they're very lucky to have been able to study under him for four months but we

00:22:05.660 are ready to have him back behind the mic and back home where he belongs and i wish that it was

00:22:12.580 today and i call on bop and judge nichols to reverse their decision but i i don't believe i think they're

00:22:22.960 going to stand their ground and so so is the harris biden regime they don't want him to be out in order

00:22:32.420 to have a voice to help secure this election of course not this is a regime that loves criminality in

00:22:38.660 all forms whether it's pedophiles illegal aliens human traffickers you you name it and i think

00:22:45.380 steve bannon is the only alleged criminal i would say defender of the constitution and all things

00:22:51.260 maga it's the first criminal that they didn't like and didn't want to release earlier release into the

00:22:56.420 interior of this country in the case of illegal aliens there's a double standard but i think this

00:23:00.720 may be a quadruple if not you know 10x that standard captain bannon if people want to follow you i

00:23:06.880 know you're always ahead of the curve on all things of course with your dad but a lot of other topics

00:23:11.960 too and beloved by ron philipkowski i've seen a lot of love from him lately where can people go to follow

00:23:17.780 you i wonder if he's gonna clip this because he clipped my hit yesterday from war room very quickly

00:23:23.460 after i was on so hi ron if you're clipping this but you can find me on twitter at maureen underscore

00:23:29.600 bannon and also on instagram at real maureen bannon and i'll be providing updates um as best i can

00:23:36.420 maureen thank you so much for joining us thank you for having me on natalie

00:23:41.500 how about that being taught civics and government by stephen k

00:23:46.880 bannon in prison if that is not og honey badger then i don't know what freaking is but speaking of

00:23:54.220 all the ways this horrible nasty regime is trying to deprive you of your rights and frankly give them

00:23:59.200 to illegals or non-citizens however you want to describe them they're doing that it's on full display 0.99

00:24:04.640 when it comes to all things overseas vote we are joined now by jim hoft jim we've got a few minutes

00:24:09.980 before we got to bounce um at least to break but the mainstream media has been melting down there's

00:24:15.440 media matter media matters fact checked after fact checked after after fact check when it comes to all

00:24:20.020 the reporting you guys have been doing on the overseas vote i know the lawsuits by the rnc and gop state

00:24:25.140 committees were basically canceled they were struck down by the judge but can you walk the audience

00:24:31.000 through where we stand on the threat that is the overseas vote absolutely and by the way that was a great

00:24:37.040 segment you just had and um i have to say natalie that you're one of the stars that has risen since steve

00:24:43.340 has been in prison you've done a fantastic job and it's always good to hear maureen and um you know

00:24:48.960 it just i i'm so glad that she's speaking out about this because uh americans uh we want a party

00:24:55.860 that's going to represent us we want a party that's going to represent people when they're down

00:24:59.540 and out and imprisoned um and are our political prisoners um by the regime and uh she's absolutely

00:25:07.840 right mike mike johnson should have been doing much more as all of our congressmen and women should 0.92

00:25:13.000 have been doing so thank you for that segment as far as the uacava votes tomorrow we have a very

00:25:18.440 explosive report coming out and i'll tell you about that tomorrow but um what happened yesterday was

00:25:24.220 there was two key um lawsuits that were uh over overturned that the courts uh rejected them one

00:25:31.840 was in north carolina one was in michigan it was uh jocelyn benson the secretary of state's first time

00:25:39.000 that she's won a lawsuit out of 11 um she's uh she's that bad that she uh loses every lawsuit that 1.00

00:25:46.460 in the state because she's so crooked and tries to do all these different different things to to steal 1.00

00:25:51.820 the vote that's my opinion of course um uh but uh that the judge did say uh that as far as in

00:25:59.340 michigan people don't have to prove that they live in michigan to to fill out a uacava vote um from

00:26:06.240 overseas and have it count in michigan you don't have to even prove that you live there you don't have

00:26:11.920 to prove that you have parents there that you've ever lived there but you can still have your vote

00:26:16.060 count in michigan a swing state same thing with north carolina so that's what happened yesterday

00:26:21.140 it's a travesty of course it's ridiculous um we've been covering these uacava uh ballots uh now for

00:26:29.180 over a month and um i'm so you know it really it's really uh uh you you can tell that the left is

00:26:37.200 freaked out when media matters writes two or three different uh articles about it so um and i know

00:26:42.940 you've been mentioned too so i'm glad that you're you're uh staying on top of this um and democrats have

00:26:50.500 uh signaled that they're uh going to drop uh hundreds of millions into getting the uacava vote

00:26:56.800 out they said that there was nine million uh uacava voters overseas that they were going to target

00:27:02.400 of course that's only i want to hold you there jocelyn benson of course making the rounds on all the 0.55

00:27:08.440 mainstream media nets this weekend talking about election delays where i'm sure they'll happen to

00:27:12.320 find a lot of those uacava ballots it's absolutely wild but like you said i take the media matters uh

00:27:18.660 website and their templates for articles is the counter programming narrative that we run with

00:27:23.940 here in the war room because as you know we're always over the target especially when it comes

00:27:28.960 to election fraud jack smith fanny willis alvin bragg all these hacks they're not going to intimidate

00:27:33.820 this show from talking about election fraud that's our uh bread and butter we'll be right back

00:27:38.580 homes across america are being stolen every day it's called title theft and it's why you need to get

00:27:45.660 home title protection from home title lock dot com today if no one's keeping an eye on your title

00:27:51.740 then it's just are you tired of progressive corporations that continue to further alienate

00:27:56.380 conservative americans all the while eroding the future of the american dream companies like

00:28:01.840 starbucks strong strong army customers to support abortion or paypal canceling accounts over political

00:28:08.440 views maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models and bud light forcing 0.81

00:28:14.460 gender ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer but thanks to public square you don't 1.00

00:28:22.440 have to fund companies like this any longer public square connects you to tens of thousands of businesses

00:28:27.400 that share your value for life family freedom whether you're looking to buy coffee find a new athletic

00:28:52.540 hard-earned money on companies that don't hate you let me repeat that start spending your money

00:28:59.340 on companies that hate you join me and millions of patriotic americans who love truth our country and our

00:29:06.320 constitution at public square dot com download the app now or visit the site at public square dot com

00:29:13.260 that's public square dot com take action today action action action quickly do you expect to get results

00:29:21.220 well you know in 2020 we had the results of our highest turnout election in michigan history within 24

00:29:30.120 hours of the polls closing the unofficial results were completed by 8 p.m on wednesday so we're tracking

00:29:36.180 that again this year we do have more options to process ballots sooner than election day which is where we

00:29:43.700 were restricted in 2020 so i'm optimistic we could see results even sooner but i would estimate end of the

00:29:50.420 day on wednesday as the best guess on how we'll perform but that said we will always prioritize accuracy and

00:29:59.460 security over efficiency understanding how much people want those results we're still going to make sure the

00:30:05.380 process is secure and accurate before we uh put anything out to the public but that said we

00:30:11.540 understand people's energy and excitement and we'll be working hard to ensure those results are ready as

00:30:16.420 soon as possible so my takeaway from that is that secure and accurate is going to be the new uh safe and

00:30:23.780 effective equivalent when it comes to the 2024 election results right now the only thing that you guys are

00:30:29.700 focused with on counting when it comes to ballots is those of non-citizens those of yuakava actively disenfranchising

00:30:37.060 actual americans because frankly you've said as much when you tell us that people who support president trump

00:30:42.740 are not involved not dealing with not supporting democracy we uh we here in the war room we can we can get the

00:30:48.740 quiet part out loud and we know what you're up to and luckily we have people like jim hopped who are

00:30:53.380 on the case jim before we let you go we'll have you back on tomorrow to uh tee up what i'm sure is

00:30:58.660 going to be another explosive story your thoughts on the sort of election day delay discourse um and how

00:31:05.700 they're saying that it could potentially be longer maybe we're looking at now a day at least into the

00:31:09.700 evening of wednesday your thoughts on uh what will happen what will transpire in that time period

00:31:14.340 yeah well when you listen to jocelyn benson the secretary of state of michigan always remember

00:31:19.700 that she's lost uh 10 of the last 11 lawsuits in that state um she's not really for free or fair

00:31:25.620 elections she's she's trying to rig them it's pretty obvious um i think with the delays are already

00:31:31.060 broadcasting it what does that tell us um donald trump will be ahead on election night we may see a re

00:31:36.900 um you know a redo of 2020 i certainly hope that isn't the case we've also heard the same thing

00:31:41.780 from brad raffensperger in um georgia where he's saying till friday now they're going to accept

00:31:47.460 these uacava ballots that are coming in and pennsylvania is also going to be accepting the

00:31:52.100 uacava ballots um for several days after the election so um you know uh we'll see what happens

00:31:59.940 god help us we we need donald trump back in the white house we all know that jim if people want to

00:32:06.820 follow you stay up to date with everything you're working on i know they can just go to the media

00:32:11.060 matters website but if they want to find you elsewhere where can they go to do that

00:32:15.940 that's great thanks natalie it's uh thegatewaypundit.com is our website and then we're on

00:32:20.340 all the socials and um tomorrow we do have a big report on uacava coming um where uh uh enemy of the

00:32:27.620 u.s is using it to um infiltrate our elections and uh we have evidence of that and a video that's

00:32:33.300 coming out tomorrow so talk to you then yes you got it jim thank you thank you for saying those kind

00:32:39.620 words i wish uh stephen k bannon would be hosting every day but i always say i was the only one

00:32:45.060 dumb enough to embark on the uh trying to fill in for him so you're doing a great job well i

00:32:51.780 appreciate that very much sir thank you so much for joining us we'll have you back on soon 0.93

00:32:55.060 warm posse thank you for hanging with me these last few months and of course mike davis who joins us

00:33:04.340 now has also been a war room regular but also a regular of i guess media matters and the washington

00:33:10.740 post i guess how long until you start ending up at all the swanky dc uh cocktail parties of all your

00:33:16.740 new journalist friends there's a new washington post piece up today about you denver you can put it on

00:33:23.220 screen i believe in the first sentence they reference war room and they call our show as

00:33:28.420 coming out of a quote disheveled basement it's probably the kindest thing the washington post

00:33:34.740 has ever said about the war room um but mike davis kind of walk us through this piece and how you're

00:33:40.980 still triggering the left well i think that these left-wing outlets understand that the article three

00:33:48.900 project has been the most effective legal uh advocates for president trump whether it's his

00:33:56.900 judges whether it's against this republican lawfare whether it's election integrity so we're we're over

00:34:04.660 the target at the article three project and now uh i think these democrats are panicking they understand

00:34:12.660 that president trump is going to beat kamala harris like a drum on november 5th so long as trump's 1.00

00:34:19.380 supporters show up and vote and vote as early as possible bank your vote do not wait till election

00:34:25.460 day to vote you do not want to hamas riot or hurricane preventing you from voting on election

00:34:31.700 day i think this has the democrats panicking and they're trying to figure out who the hell i am who

00:34:38.260 the hell we are at the article three project and if we're actually serious about putting these

00:34:44.740 reporters in the gulag well i think you are and i i hope you are i know the audience shares that

00:34:50.820 sentiment but i i do love the sort of competing narratives that they put out about the maga

00:34:55.620 movement right we're also you know these scary sinister nefarious geniuses who know how to destroy 0.97

00:35:00.580 the world but then we're also you know dumb grunge dunes who can't be trusted to execute foreign 1.00

00:35:05.140 policy on anything resembling a world stage i would say the republican party could use a heck of a lot 0.57

00:35:10.820 more mike davis's than uh mike johnson's but i'll stop that there because i know there's also so much

00:35:16.740 more news to get to when it comes to your favorite i'll let you uh use the moniker you typically use in

00:35:22.340 describing our dear friend fanny willis here on the war room but her uh her boyfriend nathan wade

00:35:29.060 there were quite some interesting bombshells in his recent testimony um ahead of congress can you walk 0.95

00:35:34.900 the audience through um what we've learned yeah big fanny willis hired her dumb unqualified boyfriend 1.00

00:35:43.620 nathan wade she paid him 250 an hour in fulton county taxpayer funds seven hundred thousand dollars 0.92

00:35:52.340 and then she took illegal kickbacks from nathan wade in the form of these lavish trips around the

00:35:58.820 world napa the caribbean police she told us that she's a gray goose girl i just i feel sorry for

00:36:06.420 nathan wade he had to put up with this slob all over the world like this but then she got she got caught 1.00

00:36:12.580 doing this and then she went in to the fulton county courthouse and lied about it and this judge 1.00

00:36:17.860 uh scott mcafee or whatever the hell his name is this little weakling uh republican and name only 0.68

00:36:24.500 appointed judge by governor kemp in georgia let her get away with it and now that case 0.81

00:36:30.340 is before the georgia court of appeals because they're clearly clearly going to disqualify

00:36:35.300 the entire office this case is going to get moved to another district attorney's office and

00:36:40.420 any sane district attorney is not going to refile these charges but the problem for nathan wade

00:36:45.780 and fanny willis uh there are many problems but one of the big problems is is that nathan wade 0.66

00:36:51.460 was stupid enough to actually bill his time 16 hours two different meetings at 250 an hour so what 0.92

00:36:59.460 what is that four thousand dollars nathan wade billed fulton county taxpayers to have two separate meetings 1.00

00:37:05.540 with the biden kamala white house including the white house council before they brought this

00:37:11.540 unprecedented bogus indictment against trump and 18 others and then when the house judiciary committee

00:37:18.660 chairman jim jordan and his staff asked nathan wade about these meetings for which nathan wade

00:37:25.220 billed taxpayers four thousand dollars you'd think you'd remember your meetings with the white house 16

00:37:31.460 hours of those meetings nathan wade lied again committed perjury again by pretending like he has no

00:37:38.260 recollection of what was discussed in those meetings here's the bottom line on january 20th after trump

00:37:45.300 is sworn in trump's acting attorney general on day one must open a criminal probe on all of these

00:37:52.260 partisan democrat clowns who have engaged in this illegal conspiracy against trump his top aides

00:38:00.020 like steve bannon who is unfairly unjustly sitting in prison right now peter devoro 0.54

00:38:05.300 can you give the audience some names of the people that you think need to be investigated that are

00:38:10.740 sort of that apparatchik hack class yeah i would say that it's jack smith jay bratt his counselor uh you 0.97

00:38:19.620 have big fanny willis her dumb unqualified boyfriend nathan wade you have big tish james 1.00

00:38:27.780 in new york you have uh the the new york attorney general who's engaged in this uh illegal lawfare and 0.99

00:38:34.980 election interference this criminal conspiracy against rights judge juan mershon his daughter

00:38:41.140 lauren mershon judge arthur ingeron i mean it just it never ends how many people are involved with it

00:38:48.340 with this with this criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 usc section 241 it's not just people

00:38:55.540 inside of government it's also people outside of government who colluded with them who can who

00:39:01.780 conspired with them to push these bogus indictments for non-crimes for the purpose of interfering in the

00:39:10.420 election and so this and again this goes all the way back to 2016 with crossfire hurricane when these

00:39:16.980 democrats made up the russian collusion hoax because hillary had her uh illegal home server as secretary of 1.00

00:39:23.940 state hacked probably by the russians with our nation's most classified secrets most troubling 0.98

00:39:30.500 for hillary is it also had the clinton foundation pay for play foreign bribery schemes they're taking 1.00

00:39:36.580 millions of dollars from foreign governments and entities and in return hillary as the secretary of

00:39:42.500 state is performing official acts so quid pro quo foreign bribery and you say oh how could you

00:39:48.820 possibly think that that the russian collusion hoax was made up to cover up for that well they they

00:39:54.180 did the same thing in 2020 with hunter biden's laptop they had the cia worked with the 51 former intel

00:39:59.940 officials to say hunter biden's laptop of the biden family corruption over 20 million dollars from our

00:40:07.060 worst enemies including china russia uh you know every other hellhole around the world has gone into what 0.98

00:40:14.180 it seems like every biden family members bank accounts they said that was a russian disinformation

00:40:19.700 campaign and when trump was going to declassify he did did declassify and was going to publicly release

00:40:25.780 crossfire hurricane uh they stopped him at the last minute the day he left office and then they did the

00:40:31.540 mar-a-lago raid to go get those crossfire hurricane records and then came the four of the four

00:40:37.620 indictments where they tried to throw trump in prison for life they tried to bankrupt him they tried to

00:40:42.820 throw him off the ballot in colorado and maine they've tried to underfund his secret service

00:40:48.020 detail and almost have his head blown off on live tv this is an ongoing criminal conspiracy that started

00:40:55.700 back in 2016 and is ongoing and there must be severe legal political and financial consequences for this

00:41:04.260 the attempted assassination of trump and the populist maga movement more broadly it's uh it's not a victimless

00:41:11.060 crime and i think that we'll see that uh manifest on january 20th 2025 so long as the war room posse

00:41:17.780 does what they do best which is get out the vote vote and register and sign up mike davis we'll be right

00:41:22.100 back there's a lot at stake in this upcoming election but regardless of who is sitting in the

00:41:28.020 white house the fuse on the economy has already been lit even four years of a conservative presidency will

00:41:34.340 not be enough to turn the tide on our 35 trillion dollar national debt and if the left wins it's like

00:41:40.500 throwing gas on a dumpster fire the election is in the hands of the american people but what you can

00:41:46.260 do right now is protect your savings by diversifying into gold with the help of birch gold group for

00:42:23.620 gold to protect your savings text bannon to the number 989898 today are you tired of progressive

00:42:30.580 corporations that continue to further alienate conservative americans all while eroding the

00:42:36.340 future of the american dream companies like starbucks strong arming customers to support

00:42:42.020 abortion and bud light forcing gender ideology when all you want to do is enjoy a cool beverage but 0.99

00:42:47.940 thanks to public square you don't have to fund companies like this any longer public square connects

00:42:53.780 you to tens of thousands of businesses that share your value for life family and freedom it's free to

00:43:00.180 join plus you get discounts to many of the high quality businesses on that platform start spending

00:43:05.700 your i want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts

00:43:11.380 first think back to 9-11 shortly after the government pushed through the patriot act

00:43:15.700 this gave the government power to spy on innocent americans by monitoring our phone and email and

00:43:21.380 tracking our movement across the internet now jim rickards editor of the independent financial

00:43:26.980 newsletter strategic intelligence and new york times best-selling author is warning about a coming

00:43:32.580 event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact

00:43:38.340 some of the guests i've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers

00:43:43.140 to track our every move if we say the wrong things on social media donate to the wrong causes

00:43:49.300 buy firearms or even vote maga the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts

00:43:55.700 i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's an interesting and dire warning fortunately jim

00:44:02.020 rickertz an american patriot and friend of mine has made it his mission to educate us on

00:44:06.740 what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money

00:44:13.780 watch jim's warning video now before it's censored like i've been in the past go to

00:44:19.700 rickardswarroom.com that's rickardswarroom.com now to see the video here's your host stephen k bann

00:44:32.420 we are still joined by mike davis now mike i know we heard throughout the 2020 election cycle

00:44:40.180 that uh what mark zuckerberg did billions of dollars in the election it's all totally fine nothing to see

00:44:46.420 here but now elon musk though it is certainly different what he is doing the left-wing media

00:44:52.020 is of course in meltdown they're already threatening prosecution i would love to just get your your take

00:44:58.260 on sort of these substantive differences that went on um 2020 versus 2024 and what you think this meltdown

00:45:05.140 over elon musk signals this meltdown over elon musk is panic by the left there's nothing that elon musk

00:45:14.900 is that is that he's doing that's even close to a crime it's not a crime for him to participate in

00:45:21.780 politics and he can offer a million dollar essentially a million dollar lottery prize for people or he does a

00:45:30.740 random drawing for people who sign a petition for constitutional government it has nothing to do

00:45:36.820 with registering to vote it has nothing to do with voting it is perfectly legal what he's doing they're

00:45:42.900 also saying that he's an unregistered lobbyist because he's sending tweets at public officials

00:45:50.340 on x uh you know that's just absolutely silly on its face he's uh he has a first amendment right to

00:45:58.660 speak he has a first amendment right to redress petition to redress redress government and he's

00:46:04.820 doing this very publicly and openly on x so it's not like he has to register as a lobbyist so the

00:46:10.900 american people know that he's getting paid to represent a client he's not he is he's an american

00:46:17.140 citizen exercising his god-given right to speak and redress government as as guaranteed by the the first

00:46:23.220 amendment this is just silly uh we finally have a billionaire on the conservative side uh who's

00:46:30.180 gonna put his money where his mouth is and that is in sharp contrast to the billionaire after billionaire

00:46:35.540 after billionaire after billionaire on the democrat side of the democrats are panicking because our

00:46:40.100 billionaire is better than theirs mike davis if people want to follow you keep up to date with

00:46:46.820 everything you're working on you can give your usual shout out to your gal monica out in colorado

00:46:52.180 before you bounce let's hit it yeah so monica marquez she's the colorado supreme court's chief 1.00

00:46:58.580 justice she was one of the four left-wing justices in the four to three decision by the all

00:47:05.860 democrat colorado supreme court that threw trump off the ballot she's up for retention this year so 1.00

00:47:11.620 we need to throw her out of office so colorado voters vote no on the retention of monica marquez for 1.00
