Transcript

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 Mega Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Banff.
00:00:52.000 You would think he would be careful about trying to demonize and target people.
00:00:57.000 Public figures that maybe you may disagree with.
00:01:02.000 Because when people hear that rhetoric, some people can say he's right.
00:01:06.000 They're the enemy and they may do anything.
00:01:09.000 So not only do you have to fear government, you have to fear people that will take things into their own hands,
00:01:15.000 including the people that tried to assassinate him.
00:01:18.000 It raises the likelihood of a dangerous environment.
00:01:23.000 And we should not belittle that in any way on either side of these political debates.
00:01:28.000 Yeah, he's not looking to take down the temperature.
00:01:30.000 He's ramping it up.
00:01:32.000 Donald Trump at the lead.
00:01:33.000 You've quoted General Milley calling Donald Trump a fascist.
00:01:36.000 You yourself have not used that word to describe him.
00:01:39.000 Let me ask you tonight.
00:01:40.000 Do you think Donald Trump is a fascist?
00:01:42.000 Yes, I do.
00:01:43.000 Yes, I do.
00:01:44.000 If these guys win, your life is going to be engulfed, whether you like it or not, by politics.
00:01:52.000 It's going to be engulfed by chaos and violence.
00:01:55.000 Your dreams of starting things, doing things, getting rich, making a life for you and your family,
00:02:01.000 they will be engulfed in the flames of Trump and Musk.
00:02:05.000 There's a weird irony.
00:02:06.000 There's two pieces to it.
00:02:08.000 You almost have to act like you are behind, but play like you're winning.
00:02:14.000 Democrats need to be like, we are pro-democracy.
00:02:17.000 We are going to win.
00:02:18.000 Carville wrote a great piece.
00:02:19.000 He said, we're going to win.
00:02:20.000 And I think that there's got to be a little of this, as Tug McGraw said for the Mets,
00:02:25.000 you've got to believe.
00:02:26.000 I mean, you've got to believe.
00:02:27.000 And you have to believe in goodness.
00:02:29.000 And you have to believe that the good guys win.
00:02:31.000 If the good guys don't win, and guys like Trump win,
00:02:34.000 guys like Trump, a bad guy, a bad human being,
00:02:37.000 a decent soul on every level by every measure of the people closest to him.
00:02:42.000 Guys like that don't win in this country.
00:02:45.000 And you've got to believe that.
00:02:46.000 And I believe it.
00:02:47.000 I believe it in my heart.
00:02:48.000 All right.
00:02:49.000 Good morning.
00:02:50.000 Welcome to the War Room.
00:02:51.000 Next week, Tuesday, Steve Bannon will be back.
00:02:55.000 Our thoughts and prayers continue for him, with him.
00:02:59.000 We open this show out of respect for Steve in the name of the Father,
00:03:02.000 the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
00:03:03.000 Men, make sure you are spreading this platform to everyone you know before next Tuesday.
00:03:12.000 We want the numbers to go through the roof.
00:03:15.000 You are the base of this country.
00:03:18.000 You just heard what they are saying about you.
00:03:21.000 The Reverend Sharpton is saying this language is toxic on both sides and it creates a dangerous environment.
00:03:30.000 And then you have the Democrat presidential candidate calling the other candidate a fascist.
00:03:36.000 If we had a press, I would love to hear them ask her, could you please define what a fascist is?
00:03:44.000 And I would love to hear her answer.
00:03:46.000 And, man, it'd be like probably like, you know, I'm in the middle class or something.
00:03:50.000 I want to help the middle class or what is a fascist?
00:03:53.000 I don't know.
00:03:54.000 I mean, it has become language games.
00:03:57.000 All political views are my own.
00:03:59.000 President Trump was the president for four years and there was nothing.
00:04:04.000 Instead, what we have is Steve Bannon in jail underneath the current administration's Justice Department and Peter Navarro in jail and out of jail.
00:04:13.000 And President Trump with lawfare after lawfare after lawfare.
00:04:18.000 All of it has proven unfruitful, right?
00:04:21.000 But it has tied it down.
00:04:23.000 They are doing political brinksmanship that the country has never seen before.
00:04:29.000 The other day in an auditorium, a couple of Christian folks said, Jesus is Lord.
00:04:34.000 And the presidential candidate on the left said, you're in the wrong you're in the wrong hall.
00:04:41.000 That has never been uttered by a president of the United States straight out.
00:04:47.000 Christians do not belong in the room.
00:04:50.000 It's 100 million people you're talking about.
00:04:53.000 150 million people you're talking about.
00:04:57.000 Citizens of our country.
00:04:59.000 And the left is bringing up the words, right?
00:05:01.000 And, you know, just a quick review.
00:05:03.000 I didn't intend to spend any time on this.
00:05:05.000 So we also had a cold open with CNN showing they still have a path to the White House, right?
00:05:12.000 If they can pull off, you know, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, et cetera, they own the White House.
00:05:19.000 And so everybody needs to stay at it.
00:05:22.000 And then Mark Halpern, we might get into that later in the day, too, has a story.
00:05:26.000 Oh, there could be a bomb and, you know, the October surprise.
00:05:31.000 There's a huge story out there that could end this whole race if it's true, if it's true.
00:05:36.000 Right. And so he does at least acknowledge the bar is high now for for him, maybe.
00:05:42.000 Right. Tucker interviewed him and he had some interesting comments.
00:05:47.000 But the language games are very scary.
00:05:51.000 Fascism, just so you know, is the is the combination of the state along with the corporatists.
00:05:56.000 All the corporatists right now, the Magnificent Seven, are all on the left.
00:06:00.000 The Fortune 500 is all scared.
00:06:02.000 The CEOs are scared stiff.
00:06:04.000 Most of them are on the left.
00:06:06.000 Harris said, I have the Fortune 100.
00:06:08.000 Right.
00:06:09.000 So the fascist piece requires a big state.
00:06:13.000 Us Madisonian constitutional types, we want the separation of powers and a small federal government.
00:06:20.000 And we have lost. Right.
00:06:22.000 Unfortunately, the Republicans, we have lost this game.
00:06:26.000 We have seven trillion dollar budget now.
00:06:28.000 Our government sector is bigger than China in percentage terms. Right.
00:06:33.000 We're 18 percent of GDP.
00:06:35.000 China's only only a communist totalitarian surveillance state.
00:06:40.000 Their government sector is only 14 percent.
00:06:43.000 Imagine what we can do with our 18 percent of GDP government.
00:06:47.000 And so all that is just a response to that opening.
00:06:51.000 It is stunning.
00:06:53.000 We Madisonians are losing.
00:06:55.000 There's a great book by Glennon, Mike Glennon on double government.
00:06:59.000 You ought to go read that. Right.
00:07:01.000 The three letter agencies are running our world.
00:07:04.000 Us Madisonians have been left in the dust.
00:07:06.000 All powers now in the executive and the executive is being run by globalist elitist powers.
00:07:13.000 I don't know where President Biden has been lately and what he is running.
00:07:18.000 OK, all that to set up the show.
00:07:21.000 We are going around the horn today.
00:07:23.000 We got some great guests with us.
00:07:24.000 Great grassroots leaders.
00:07:26.000 We're starting off with Josh McCune, the chair of the Georgia Republican Party.
00:07:32.000 And you've heard the news.
00:07:35.000 They have a majority down there in the committee now.
00:07:39.000 And so that's great news.
00:07:41.000 And so, Josh, bring us up to speed what you're hearing on early voting in Georgia.
00:07:47.000 And just go around the horn because the audience loves this stuff.
00:07:50.000 Thanks for being with us.
00:07:51.000 No, thank you for having me.
00:07:53.000 We are experiencing record early voting.
00:07:57.000 And when I say record early voting, I mean in Republican areas.
00:08:01.000 We've spent the last year trying to share this message of how important it is for Republicans to get out early and vote.
00:08:10.000 Georgia's got 7.2 million active voters.
00:08:13.000 As of yesterday, 2.1 million, about a third of all Georgia active voters, have voted in this election.
00:08:20.000 And what we are seeing is historic levels of turnout in Republican congressional districts and particularly rural Georgia.
00:08:29.000 Our rural Georgia counties are turning out in very large numbers.
00:08:33.000 Townes County, a small county that voted 80% for Donald Trump in 2020.
00:08:39.000 Over half of all registered voters have voted.
00:08:42.000 And we're seeing that all over the state.
00:08:45.000 On the other side of the coin, Democrats in Georgia, in order to win, really need to get 30% or more of the total vote to be from black voters.
00:08:57.000 And what we are seeing is black voter enthusiasm is down.
00:09:01.000 Yesterday, only 20% of those voting, about 200,000 voted yesterday, were black voters.
00:09:08.000 Overall, the black vote share right now is 26%, which is very low.
00:09:13.000 So you put those two things together, high rural turnout, high turnout from ex-urban communities that are heavily Republican,
00:09:22.000 flat turnout or lower turnout than expected from the urban centers of the state.
00:09:28.000 Right now, things are trending towards a Trump victory.
00:09:30.000 We've just got to continue to get our people out and vote.
00:09:34.000 We've got more to do between now and November 1st when early voting closes.
00:09:37.000 And then, of course, we also have some work to do on Election Day.
00:09:41.000 But we're very excited about where we are.
00:09:43.000 We think things look really good today.
00:09:45.000 Yeah, that's very interesting.
00:09:50.000 And it goes a bit against the narrative that we've been reading when it comes to black, brown, Hispanic, blue collar voters moving toward Trump in significant percentages.
00:10:05.000 So the story you're telling us is that black and maybe Hispanic voters, they're just not coming out and voting for Harris on the Democrat side.
00:10:18.000 And Stephen Bannon has said that his view, and he stated in Georgia and Pennsylvania and some of the key states, black and Hispanic men are turning on the issue of mass incarcerations from Harris and on Harris's refusal to mass deport illegal aliens taking jobs away from American citizens.
00:10:42.000 What's your read on what's going on down there?
00:10:46.000 So I think it's two things.
00:10:48.000 I think we're going to see Donald Trump score a historic margin among black voters here in Georgia.
00:10:54.000 You know, with only 25, 26% of the vote share, you're still talking about half a million black voters have turned out already and voted in Georgia.
00:11:04.000 I do think I've never seen the level of enthusiasm from black voters for a Republican candidate like I've seen for Donald Trump.
00:11:12.000 I mean, I talk to a lot of people about this every day and he is scoring points.
00:11:17.000 Yes, criminal justice reform, but I'm going to tell you, immigration is a huge part of this.
00:11:22.000 And the idea that wages are being depressed because of this black market labor that's flooded into the country.
00:11:28.000 Economic situation hasn't gotten better.
00:11:30.000 You talk to black men and they say, you know, why am I at the back of the line?
00:11:35.000 Why are illegal aliens being put in front of me?
00:11:37.000 So those are issues that I think are also driving particularly younger black men towards President Trump.
00:11:44.000 Yeah. And when you say black men, Hispanic men being put at the back of the line, is that the hiring line or the benefits they see the illegals getting the phones, the hotels, the food cards?
00:12:01.000 Is it is it just the they don't feel valued by their party?
00:12:06.000 The party always promises them the sky and then they don't deliver.
00:12:10.000 I personally am also very concerned about the poor, poor kids in the cities and the illiteracy rates are just through the roof.
00:12:19.000 So what what issues are resonating there?
00:12:22.000 Because that really does matter.
00:12:24.000 I had a conversation with a middle aged black mother of two high school aged children, and this is what she said to me.
00:12:31.000 She said, Josh, I don't understand why our disabled veterans are being treated so poorly and illegal aliens are being put up in hotels and apartment complexes and we're spending all this money.
00:12:42.000 You know, we had this terrible hurricane come through Georgia.
00:12:45.000 Same conversation with quite a few black men.
00:12:48.000 Why are we getting seven hundred and fifty dollars from FEMA when our homes have been destroyed and our lives have been totally upended?
00:12:54.000 We're American citizens.
00:12:55.000 Nobody's putting us up house.
00:12:57.000 Nobody's putting us up in a hotel while we figure all of this out.
00:13:01.000 So I think it's a combination of seeing illegal aliens put to the front of the line in the sense that we're we're paying taxes and it's being used to put these folks in front of us in all these different ways, whether it's benefits, whether it's job opportunities.
00:13:18.000 I think it's across the board.
00:13:20.000 Sure.
00:13:21.000 Yeah.
00:13:22.000 Yeah.
00:13:23.000 Yeah.
00:13:24.000 We got about a minute to go, but I'm also very interested.
00:13:28.000 You know, this populist realignment.
00:13:31.000 Right.
00:13:32.000 The old Republican Party is kind of decaying of the rich Republican folks that all the riches I just got done saying in the cold open are on the left now.
00:13:42.000 All the corporate magnets are all on the left and we're synthesizing and have a growing black, brown, Hispanic, blue collar majority of middle class voters and workers and Christians.
00:13:55.000 And so, you know, the black family has always been the home of the strong faith.
00:14:01.000 Right.
00:14:02.000 The black moms and dads and the churches are just part of Americana.
00:14:09.000 And do you see anything happening there with Harris?
00:14:13.000 You know, just denigrating straight up.
00:14:16.000 Christians, you're in the wrong room.
00:14:18.000 Have you heard anything there?
00:14:19.000 Because this shocks me.
00:14:22.000 Yeah.
00:14:23.000 I mean, people of faith.
00:14:24.000 We've had a lot of faith events.
00:14:25.000 President Trump was here yesterday, had a big rally in Duluth.
00:14:28.000 But earlier in the day was in Zebulun, Georgia, rural Georgia, with a Believers in Ballots event.
00:14:35.000 He's been doing several of those.
00:14:36.000 Yep.
00:14:37.000 When you have a candidate like Kamala Harris, who has declared war on Catholics, war on, you know, people of faith more broadly in this country.
00:14:45.000 Yes, it's striking a chord.
00:14:47.000 As a Catholic myself and a member of the Knights of Columbus, what she has said about that organization is just absolutely desirable.
00:14:54.000 Yeah.
00:14:55.000 It's unreal.
00:14:56.000 After the break, more with Josh.
00:14:58.000 Right back.
00:14:59.000 Stay tuned.
00:15:00.000 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:02.000 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.000 Their gold?
00:15:07.000 To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.000 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.000 Your every move tracked.
00:15:19.000 Like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.000 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:26.000 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.000 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:31.000 Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings.

00:16:13.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:23.000 Back in the war room, Dave Bratt sitting in with the great Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:27.000 We're going to have Linda Sinkowitz in the war room again, a crowd favorite and no stranger.
00:16:32.000 She's going to cover the waterfront.
00:16:34.000 She's got a ton of issues.
00:16:36.000 Why don't you just start off, Linda, Maricopa voting and then just take us through it.
00:16:42.000 And I'll kind of interject when I get excited.
00:16:45.000 Fire away.
00:16:46.000 Okay.
00:16:47.000 So Maricopa County has approximately 2.4 million voters.
00:16:52.000 About 400,000 have already voted.
00:16:55.000 And in order to request your absentee ballot, it ends at 5 p.m. tomorrow.
00:17:02.000 So if you wanted to request your ballot, you need to do it by then.
00:17:06.000 And the return ballots all have to be in by 7 p.m. on election day.
00:17:12.000 Now, one of the things about this ballot, and I've heard it from a number of friends of
00:17:17.000 mine, is that the ballot is huge.
00:17:20.000 It's one sheet, but apparently it's like this long.
00:17:26.000 The front half has all the contests with the federal and state people who are running for
00:17:33.000 office.
00:17:34.000 The back has like 45 judges that they have to vote for.
00:17:40.000 Wow.
00:17:41.000 And they have all kinds of questions.
00:17:43.000 So the average number of contests that are on a ballot are 79.
00:17:49.000 So here's the issue.
00:17:52.000 You don't want to be standing in line on election day.
00:17:56.000 You actually want to go ahead of time because it is taking from what I am hearing about 15
00:18:04.000 minutes per person to vote.
00:18:06.000 That's a long time.
00:18:07.000 Whoa.
00:18:08.000 That's a long time.
00:18:09.000 That is huge.
00:18:11.000 So you need to go and vote early and make sure all your friends and neighbors are voting early.
00:18:21.000 So my call out to the posse is a couple houses either direction, cross the street, make sure they are voting.
00:18:30.000 Your church members, make sure they're voting.
00:18:33.000 It is your job.
00:18:35.000 Take this.
00:18:36.000 You want to get 10 people to go and vote.
00:18:40.000 10 people you know, you want to make sure that they go and vote in Arizona.
00:18:45.000 It is critical that they get out and vote.
00:18:50.000 Yeah.
00:18:51.000 So it's crazy.
00:18:52.000 I can't even imagine.
00:18:53.000 Good.
00:18:54.000 Lead us through the punch bowl news, the punch bowl news.
00:18:59.000 Okay.
00:19:00.000 So punch bowl news.
00:19:02.000 The first question was, does your vote by mail make it easier to cheat?
00:19:07.000 59% of the people say yes, yes.
00:19:11.000 Yes.
00:19:12.000 And 39 say it's very likely 33% say not likely in 16%.
00:19:18.000 It's, it's no big deal.
00:19:20.000 So another one, um, that is out there from punch bowl happens to be about the media, whether the media is, is, it's talking about or blaming or people are blaming the media as inciting violence.
00:19:38.000 Because it's believed 79% of the people believe the media is responsible for creating all the negative stuff that's going on.
00:19:49.000 Wow.
00:19:50.000 And honestly, I agree.
00:19:51.000 Wow.
00:19:52.000 I absolutely agree with that number.
00:19:54.000 Yep.
00:19:55.000 Yeah.
00:19:56.000 Um, 50, 51% of likely voters believe that if Kamala Kamala Cackler, I'm sorry.
00:20:05.000 Um, if she wins, um, that there's going to be violence and 26% say very likely.
00:20:12.000 And on the other side, 47% say it's likely if Trump wins, there's going to be violence and 23% say very likely.
00:20:22.000 When have we ever seen voting turn to violence?
00:20:27.000 Yeah.
00:20:28.000 This, this is just, just absolutely insane.
00:20:32.000 And it is the media that's pushing this.
00:20:35.000 The media every time you turn around is pushing it.
00:20:38.000 And we used to, I believe we used to have like sensors.
00:20:42.000 If you say something in an ad that's not accurate, it gets pulled, right?
00:20:47.000 Yeah.
00:20:48.000 I've seen ads recently that are 100% inaccurate and they're playing over and over and over again.
00:20:57.000 I think that's probably one of the most infuriating things is seeing, um, lies that are presented by one side or another that have been debunked.
00:21:07.000 Yeah.
00:21:08.000 We still see them on a daily basis.
00:21:10.000 It's like, what is going on?
00:21:13.000 Yep.
00:21:14.000 Linda, I, the one thing I forgot to ask about that, uh, doesn't get covered enough.
00:21:19.000 The Senate majority leader, right?
00:21:21.000 The Senate majority leader fund, the Senate leadership fund.
00:21:25.000 Uh, how much are they helping out your state for your Senate, U S Senate candidates, uh, house candidates?
00:21:32.000 Are your folks getting equal shares?
00:21:34.000 What, what's the buzz out there?
00:21:36.000 We're in Connecticut.
00:21:38.000 Nobody cares about Connecticut.
00:21:41.000 Uh, the only one that might be getting, I mean, the only one who might be getting some help is George Logan.
00:21:48.000 Um, he might be getting some help because of some of the stuff that I've seen.
00:21:52.000 Um, other than that, I don't see anything as far as coming into Connecticut and we could make a difference.
00:22:00.000 Um, you know, I believe that there's a couple of them.
00:22:03.000 Yeah.
00:22:04.000 I saw reports this morning, you know, they're supporting their buddies and Carrie Lake is not getting $1.
00:22:09.000 Uh, and it's almost as if they're willing to give in in the house.
00:22:13.000 Scott Perry, uh, in Pennsylvania of all things is not getting leadership support until like a week or two ago.
00:22:19.000 Uh, and, and the entire house of representatives that is at stake.
00:22:23.000 And so, you know, I, I just wonder if the grassroots is, uh, is, is talking about this because for me, it's, it's, it's, these parties are so out of touch with the base and the people.
00:22:35.000 Uh, it's hard to imagine.
00:22:37.000 Hey, bring us up.
00:22:38.000 Yeah.
00:22:39.000 Linda.
00:22:40.000 Well, I was going to say here in Connecticut, our, you know, Connecticut, the GOP and the DNC could care less about what we're doing.
00:22:48.000 And we're, we're going to be making some headlines in the next week or so that, you know, we need people to wake up.
00:22:54.000 Our elections need to be fair and we need to have qualified people running the elections.
00:23:00.000 And here in Connecticut, we have a number that are not.
00:23:03.000 And, and again, across the country, people that should not be running elections.
00:23:07.000 Yeah.
00:23:08.000 Well, speaking of that, hit OCAVA.
00:23:10.000 What's the latest on the OCAVA issues coming up all over the place?
00:23:14.000 OCAVA.
00:23:15.000 Okay.
00:23:16.000 So with OCAVA, that is for the overseas ballots.
00:23:19.000 And define that.
00:23:20.000 Yeah.
00:23:21.000 Define that for everybody.
00:23:22.000 Right.
00:23:23.000 Right.
00:23:24.000 Start from scratch.
00:23:25.000 Okay.
00:23:26.000 So OCAVA would be the overseas ballots for military, their families or other people who live outside of the United States.
00:23:32.000 About six weeks ago, the DNC sent out a memo that they wanted to register 9 million Americans around the world.
00:23:44.000 Well, the problem is, is there's only 4.4 million and only 2.8 are qualified to vote.
00:23:51.000 So huge problem there.
00:23:53.000 And then they are pushing through votes.
00:23:56.000 Say that again.
00:23:57.000 Just say that again.
00:23:58.000 Say that again.
00:23:59.000 Say that stat again.
00:24:00.000 The eight and the four.
00:24:01.000 Just go over that again.
00:24:02.000 Okay.
00:24:03.000 They're trying to get 9 million Americans registered around the world.
00:24:08.000 There are overseas.
00:24:09.000 Overseas.
00:24:10.000 Yeah.
00:24:11.000 Overseas.
00:24:12.000 There's only 4.4.
00:24:14.000 And out of those, there's only 2.8 that are eligible.
00:24:18.000 But this is what they're doing is that through vote forward and some of their other nonprofits, they're pushing to have them sign up even if they don't live in the United States.
00:24:30.000 They are telling them, pick a zip code.
00:24:33.000 You don't even have to live there.
00:24:35.000 They don't have to show ID.
00:24:37.000 They don't have to show social security number.
00:24:39.000 They don't have to show driver's license.
00:24:41.000 Nothing.
00:24:42.000 There is no guarantee that you're getting someone who is registering that one is a citizen in your state, let alone a U.S. citizen.
00:24:52.000 So the RNC has challenged Minnesota Secretary of State Benson because of his unlawful guidance of overseas ballots on non-residents.
00:25:05.000 And they've also challenged a North Carolina law allowing people overseas that have never resided in North Carolina to go and vote, which is against their constitution.
00:25:17.000 On that issue, is there a way after the fact to check these CAVA voters against the state voter rolls or to audit them?
00:25:33.000 You're saying, I mean, they can register and pick any state they want to.
00:25:37.000 So the last logic is going to be they're going to go to the swing states.
00:25:41.000 So that's obvious. And then is there any way to audit to make sure eight million people didn't vote when there's only three million possible and to go individually down by these voters?
00:25:54.000 Is there a checkoff box where, you know, they're an OCAVA voter?
00:25:58.000 Yes, there is one and it is state by state. So you'd actually have to go through that particular thing.
00:26:05.000 But it's not just the OCAVA voters we have to worry about. It's all the illegals that are actually registering and voting out there.
00:26:15.000 I had a whistleblower contact us from a university contacted us.
00:26:21.000 University here in Connecticut is giving them stipends, is giving them fellowships, grants.
00:26:27.000 And they're, quote, looking for a way to pay undocumented students without using a Social Security number or employment.
00:26:37.000 It's pretty telling on what's going on here. So I'm actually sending out my certified letter today to the president of the university under FOIA saying, I want that list.
00:26:48.000 And I want everything concerning the illegals on our on our universities as well.
00:26:54.000 So, I mean, yeah, it's unbelievable. All right.
00:26:56.000 Linda, back with back back with Linda Sinkowitz right after the break.
00:27:00.000 We're just starting to scratch the issues on the illegal aliens voting back with more on that.
00:27:06.000 Stay tuned. There's a lot at stake in this upcoming election.
00:27:10.000 But regardless of who is sitting in the White House, the fuse on the economy has already been lit.
00:27:15.000 Even four years of a conservative presidency will not be enough to turn the tide on our thirty five trillion dollar national debt.
00:27:23.000 And if the left wins, it's like throwing gas on a dumpster fire.
00:27:26.000 The election is in the hands of the American people.
00:27:29.000 But what you can do right now is protect your savings by diversifying into gold with the help of Birch Gold Group.

00:28:00.000 Coincidence?

00:28:04.000 Get your free info kit on gold and trust Birch Gold to protect your savings.
00:28:09.000 Text Bannon to the number nine eight nine eight.

00:29:39.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:46.000 Back in the war room with great Stephen K. Bannon and Linda Sinkowitz is in house.
00:29:52.000 We've been covering all the issues on voter integrity.
00:29:55.000 The biggie where the left all political views are my own is just in the face of the American people has to do with illegal aliens voting.
00:30:04.000 It's against the federal law. There's been suits put in place so that the states have to cooperate with the federal law.
00:30:13.000 Those have been blocked. The whole this whole process we covered yesterday can be simplified very easily.
00:30:20.000 They just get the machines with the paper ballot verification and compare that all with the state voter rolls.
00:30:27.000 And then you got free and fair elections. That doesn't want anything to do with free and fair elections. Right.
00:30:31.000 So they just gaslight us. And we need we just need to come back with that basic formulation.
00:30:36.000 The machines are supposed to make the elections safer.
00:30:39.000 You have a paper backup and you compare that with the voter rolls in the states and we're fine and they don't want any part of it.
00:30:46.000 And so they're pushing this illegal voter scheme as well.
00:30:51.000 Linda, what's the latest reporting on on that issue?
00:30:56.000 OK, well, first of all, people should know with the Department of Justice, they're suing Alabama.
00:31:01.000 They're suing Virginia for taking off the illegals from the voter rolls.
00:31:06.000 Well, have have the help America Vote Act and the NBRA, the National Voter Registration Act, basically says within 90 days of an election, you cannot be removing people or doing your maintenance.
00:31:19.000 It does not include people who are not eligible to vote.
00:31:25.000 Therefore, the illegals should be removed immediately.
00:31:29.000 And say that again, that's a key piece of information for people across the country.
00:31:37.000 So in a lot of states, there might be language or law that says you're not supposed to do any cleaning of the voter rolls 90 days prior.
00:31:45.000 But that does not apply to illegal immigrants.
00:31:50.000 Right. It does not apply to illegal immigrants.
00:31:53.000 It does not apply to anyone who is ineligible to vote.
00:31:57.000 That would be like having Donald Duck put on the put on as a voter.
00:32:02.000 It should immediately be removed.
00:32:04.000 So there's cases that have come up with that.
00:32:09.000 So the fact that the Department of Justice is doing this loss, these lawsuits is absolutely ridiculous.
00:32:16.000 As far as anybody being able to find out who the illegals are, every secretary of state has access through the federal government.
00:32:26.000 You can go on our website, fightvoterfraud.org, and look at the letter that was sent to the Nevada Secretary of State from the RNC, giving them direction on how they can find the illegals with the help of the U.S. government.
00:32:42.000 So it is your secretary of state that should have been looking into this.
00:32:47.000 And thank you to the thousands of people that have been sending the letters in over the last month and a half, letting them know there is a way for your secretary of state to do their job.
00:32:59.000 But then the Department of Justice gets involved and says, no, you can't take them off, which is ridiculous.
00:33:04.000 So keep fighting. Keep fighting.
00:33:06.000 All right, Linda. Great job, as usual.
00:33:09.000 How do people contact you and what should they be contacting you for?
00:33:14.000 What information?
00:33:15.000 OK, so you can go to fightvoterfraud.org.
00:33:18.000 If you have any questions you want to help out, please go to our website.
00:33:23.000 We also have data that you might be interested in.
00:33:26.000 Still, we're giving it away free to everybody.
00:33:29.000 If you want to do the printouts for illegals or non U.S. citizens to tell them not to vote, we have a printout.
00:33:36.000 You can print it off our website, get it out, disseminated everywhere.
00:33:40.000 And we also have a video.
00:33:42.000 Don't lose the American dream.
00:33:44.000 So there's a number of different things people can do.
00:33:46.000 But basically, put it upon yourself.
00:33:49.000 You need to get 10 people to go and vote.
00:33:53.000 Do that.
00:33:54.000 And we will take back our country.
00:33:57.000 So thank you.
00:33:58.000 No, that's right.
00:33:59.000 That is right.
00:34:00.000 Now's the time.
00:34:01.000 Spam your whole email list, all your texts.
00:34:04.000 Get everyone you know.
00:34:06.000 Get your kids working on it.
00:34:07.000 Get your church.
00:34:08.000 Get your pastor to preach on voting.
00:34:11.000 It's a command.
00:34:13.000 We're the sovereign in this country, right?
00:34:15.000 The people, we the people are the sovereign.
00:34:17.000 So it's it's just crucial that we play our role as the sovereign in this great country.
00:34:23.000 Thank you so much for being on again today.
00:34:26.000 We're going to pivot right over to John Laro in Virginia to take off right where Linda Sinkowitz just left.
00:34:33.000 She was just mentioning the lawsuits in Virginia.
00:34:36.000 John, welcome to the war room.
00:34:38.000 Why don't you bring us up to speed on the the where the status of these lawsuits?
00:34:45.000 They sound weak to me.
00:34:46.000 I've heard they're weak, but this is how the left fights constantly.
00:34:50.000 It's just through lawfare and tying up resources and valuable time, et cetera.
00:34:54.000 And so just let us know the status in Virginia and then across the country, as you know.
00:34:59.000 Thanks, John.
00:35:00.000 Yeah.
00:35:01.000 And thank you, Linda.
00:35:02.000 You did a great job of setting this up.
00:35:04.000 Right.
00:35:05.000 There this all started at least for us in Virginia earlier this year.
00:35:10.000 Our team did an analysis and we crunched the numbers.
00:35:14.000 We get data from the Department of Elections that says whether or not and how many removals have happened because somebody has self-declared as a non-citizen.
00:35:22.000 So we took that data and we correlated against voter history records and we published a blog post on it.
00:35:28.000 And we've been continuing to update that data.
00:35:31.000 That sparked quite a bit of controversy because we found that there were indeed non-citizens that were being removed from our voter rolls that had actually voted in the past.
00:35:41.000 Our current analysis.
00:35:42.000 So as of October 1st, which is the latest data set that we've gotten, there were 3533.
00:35:51.000 So 3533 removals that had never been that hadn't been reinstated.
00:35:56.000 Right.
00:35:57.000 From the voter rolls because somebody had self-identified as a non-citizen.
00:36:02.000 Right.
00:36:03.000 Of those 3533, there were 537 that were actually they had a voting history in the past.
00:36:11.000 And that voting history, the 537 individuals that had a voting history accounts for about 1296 ballots over the last period that we have for our data.
00:36:23.000 Our data reaches back to 2019 for the voter list data.
00:36:28.000 So there is evidence of actual non-citizens who are registered, who have cast ballots.
00:36:34.000 And the Department of Elections, to their credit, has when these individuals have been identified through either a procedure with the Department of Motor Vehicles or they have a jury duty questionnaire or they have some other official interaction with the state.
00:36:52.000 Right there, they fill out a document or they fill out a form that they are self-identifying as a non-citizen that gets sent over to the Department of Elections.
00:37:01.000 The Department of Elections removes that person from the voter rolls and puts them into a temporary status.
00:37:06.000 They then send out a notification and a cancellation notice to that individual.
00:37:11.000 They have 14 days to respond to that or they can go into their registrar's office and they can correct their record if it was a mistake for them to be identified.
00:37:19.000 And this is a longstanding program that was put in place in 2006 under Democratic Governor Tim Kaine.
00:37:26.000 And it was actually, I believe it was Ken Cuccinelli's bill when he was in the Senate in Virginia.
00:37:33.000 And that was pushed through the Virginia legislature.
00:37:37.000 Tim Kaine signed it.
00:37:38.000 It's been an ongoing system.
00:37:40.000 And what Linda had mentioned is correct.
00:37:43.000 In the NVRA, the governing law that has this quiet period, right?
00:37:49.000 The quiet period was always intended to protect legitimate registrations from last-minute changes right before an election.
00:37:58.000 That's what the quiet period is for.
00:38:00.000 It was never intended to protect otherwise illegitimate records that shouldn't be on the roll in the first place, right?
00:38:07.000 So there is an exemption in NVRA Section 8 that says any corrections, right, in which if you've got Mickey Mouse on your registration list, Mickey Mouse should be removed.
00:38:19.000 That is a correction that needs to happen.
00:38:21.000 That's not something that's covered under the quiet period.
00:38:23.000 That's why you can remove, you know, when people die, right?
00:38:26.000 When there's all sorts of exemptions to the quiet period, and one of those exemptions is for corrections.
00:38:32.000 And so that's what this is, what the state has been doing with this program is they've been making the corrections.
00:38:38.000 Like, this person should never have been on the roll in the first place.
00:38:41.000 They self-identified.
00:38:42.000 They had a, you know, plenty of opportunity to correct that statement if it was a mistake.
00:38:48.000 They chose not to correct it, or they, you know, didn't care and just let it lapse, right?
00:38:54.000 So they got removed from the voter roll.
00:38:55.000 So there's a process that has been, a longstanding process that Virginia has been using.
00:39:01.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:39:03.000 Go ahead.
00:39:04.000 I want to ask you on that process because it sounds to me like some of these numbers, the 5,000 you're talking about, are due to your work.
00:39:13.000 And so why isn't this happening organically from the state mechanisms and data cleanups?
00:39:21.000 You know, we got electronics now that can put us on Mars, and we can't detect illegal aliens.
00:39:28.000 So first of all, why isn't that happening?
00:39:30.000 Secondly, how do you identify the folks who should not be on the voter rolls?
00:39:35.000 Yeah, so there's a couple of distinctions here, right?
00:39:38.000 So the state has information.
00:39:41.000 When somebody goes to a DMV and they fill out a form and they select the box that says, I'm not a citizen, that information ends up going to the Department of Elections, right?
00:39:50.000 It goes through the mechanisms of the state process.
00:39:53.000 It ends up in the hands of the Department of Elections.
00:39:56.000 The Department of Elections then instigates this process where the person is kind of moved into a temporary status and to be removed from the rolls.
00:40:03.000 They send out the confirmation postcards or they have the registrars try and contact that person to see if they can correct the record, et cetera.
00:40:11.000 So that's the state procedure, right?
00:40:13.000 Now, the state has official records that have been, you know, every year they do their yearly wrap up of, you know, all the statistics from the Department of Elections.
00:40:24.000 So you can look at the total aggregate numbers of how many people have been removed from the voter rolls for whatever different reasons, right, over the course of a year just by going to the Department of Elections website and looking up their historical annual reports.
00:40:38.000 What number is that approximately?
00:40:40.000 What number is that total?
00:40:42.000 Off the top of my head, I don't know that number off the top of my head.
00:40:45.000 I do know what our numbers were.
00:40:46.000 And your 5,000 was out of what?
00:40:48.000 Was out of how big of a population?
00:40:49.000 Yeah.
00:40:50.000 So the numbers that we ran is a little bit different than what you'll find on the annual reports.
00:40:55.000 We are using the data provided by the Department of Elections.
00:40:58.000 Our organization purchases what's called the monthly update service, which is a transaction log of all of the transactions that have happened to the voter roll in the last month, monthly period.
00:41:12.000 I apologize for my German shepherd who is barking at the mailman at the moment.
00:41:16.000 I apologize for that.
00:41:19.000 Gage, knock it off.
00:41:24.000 So anyway, so we purchased data from the Department of Elections that we get at the first of every month.
00:41:32.000 And that data includes a transaction log that says here's the number of various transactions that have happened in the registered voter list for the last 30 to 60 day period.
00:41:41.000 One of those.
00:41:42.000 Great.
00:41:43.000 Hey, John, we're going to break.
00:41:44.000 We're going to go to break back.
00:41:45.000 You can go pet your dog.
00:41:47.000 Right.
00:41:48.000 Let me stay with us.

00:43:26.000 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.
00:43:30.000 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:43:35.000 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:43:43.000 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author,
00:43:50.000 is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:43:56.000 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:44:04.000 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:44:11.000 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:44:15.000 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:21.000 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:44:28.000 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:33.000 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:44:39.000 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:44:41.000 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:44:45.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:50.000 All right, back in the war room with the great Stephen K. Bannon.
00:44:55.000 We have John Laro finishing up.
00:44:58.000 He's done some outstanding work.
00:45:01.000 John, if you aggregate, the bottom line at the end of the day,
00:45:05.000 what's so key about what you're doing is this is not theoretical or statistical.
00:45:10.000 I mean, you have actual names of folks that are not authorized to vote, illegal, etc.
00:45:17.000 They need to be removed.
00:45:18.000 It's also official government data.
00:45:20.000 It's not data that I've used a commercial source.
00:45:22.000 It is data coming directly from the Department of Elections, right?
00:45:25.000 So we are not inventing any data.
00:45:27.000 We're not trying to inject anything.
00:45:29.000 The research that we did was just taking the data that we have purchased from the Department of Elections
00:45:35.000 and then collating that with voter history information, which we also purchased from the Department of Elections,
00:45:40.000 and showing what the statistics are.
00:45:42.000 And this coincides with what the the Yunkin administration has put out.
00:45:46.000 They put out their own statistics covering a different period of time.
00:45:50.000 We don't have the data for the time that they were talking about.
00:45:53.000 But it shows that we're getting similar trending and numbers, which is important.
00:45:58.000 Yeah. And so in in bottom line, at the end of the day, what are we talking about?
00:46:05.000 Is this a significant number that we should be worried about that can shift elections?
00:46:10.000 What what's your what's your takeaway at the end of the day?
00:46:14.000 I mean, number one, you want to follow the law and have accurate logs.
00:46:16.000 So you're doing that.
00:46:17.000 And then how big is this? How big is this problem?
00:46:20.000 Well, so it's it's big enough that, I mean, it it's not infinitesimal, right?
00:46:25.000 We hear from the left like it's a myth that never happens.
00:46:27.000 No, it does happen.
00:46:29.000 And in Virginia, what we can see is we can see that it is happening at a small but a consistent rate.
00:46:36.000 And there have been a number of elections in Virginia alone where they were decided by a handful of votes.
00:46:45.000 Right. So anything more than a handful does have the potential to theoretically affect, you know, the outcome of races.
00:46:51.000 But again, the real thing is we just want to have accurate voter lists.
00:46:55.000 Right. And the ones that we have identified and that the Department of Elections have identified, keep in mind, are only the self-identified noncitizens.
00:47:04.000 There is no. Yeah, I was going to ask you that. Yeah.
00:47:07.000 Go over that one. Yeah.
00:47:08.000 So they have to check the box that says I'm not a U.S. citizen.
00:47:13.000 If they do if they lie on that, is that what what kind of a crime is that?
00:47:18.000 So I believe it's a class six felony for lying on an official form.
00:47:24.000 Right. Because all of these documents. Right.
00:47:26.000 So if you fill out a jury duty questionnaire, if you fill out anything at the DMV, right, you are under penalty of law that you would need to be filling that out correctly.
00:47:34.000 Same thing with registration documents. Right. So there is some issue with, OK, if something got filled out by mistake, you know, that's part of the reason that they send the correction notification.
00:47:44.000 They allow the person to say, no, this was a mistake. I accidentally hit the wrong box or the touch screen was off. Right.
00:47:51.000 They get the ability to correct that. But it is. I mean, it is an official document that is kicking this off.
00:47:57.000 And it is from the person's interaction and they are self-declaring.
00:48:00.000 So we don't have any statistics as to the people who are not self-declared, who are who may aren't. Right. Right. Right.
00:48:09.000 I know that's interesting, too. Hey, good.
00:48:12.000 Hey, John, thank you for coming to the war room. This is very, very illuminating, very helpful.
00:48:18.000 So how do people reach you and what's your call to action right now with a couple of weeks to go?
00:48:24.000 Sure. So so we are an organization that tries to encourage voter participation in the entire voting process.
00:48:29.000 So that includes being poll watchers or election officers.
00:48:32.000 So if you do have the time to go and actually volunteer to be a poll watcher, that would be very, very important.
00:48:38.000 You do have to go through some training with your local locality in order to do so.
00:48:42.000 You can find us at EPEC dot info, E-P-E-C dot info or at digital poll watchers dot org.
00:48:49.000 That's the technical blog where I write all the results for for all this analysis.
00:48:53.000 And you can find us there. We really appreciate being on the program.
00:48:57.000 So thank you very much for taking the time. Thank you, John Laro.
00:49:00.000 Thank you very much, brother. Great work.
00:49:03.000 We're pivoting over from Brian to Wisconsin.
00:49:07.000 We have Brian shimming in the chair of the Wisconsin GOP with us.
00:49:13.000 And I think we have a clip we're going to run to tee him up.
00:49:16.000 So, Denver, you got that clip. Let it fly.
00:49:19.000 Say more about why you think that is.
00:49:21.000 The people that Trump mobilizes to vote really do turn out for him.
00:49:27.000 But they seem to drop out of the electorate in the midterm.
00:49:30.000 My suspicion is it keeps the Kamala Harris campaign up all night long.
00:49:35.000 That there's this cohort that hasn't been capturable.
00:49:39.000 Correct.
00:49:40.000 Brian shimming, Wisconsin's Republican Party chair, is shaking the trees to identify those hidden Trump voters.
00:49:47.000 And crucially, get them to the polls.
00:49:50.000 How many potential Trump supporters are there in Wisconsin who have never voted before?
00:49:55.000 Well, I spoke at President Trump's rally the other day and I said to the folks there,
00:50:00.000 Look, there are hundreds of thousands of people in this state who think like us.
00:50:05.000 They act like us. They live like us. They believe like us. But they don't vote.
00:50:11.000 And I truly believe that.
00:50:13.000 Is it risky to rely on this sector of these low propensity voters who have been so unreliable in the past?
00:50:19.000 It's risky not to.
00:50:22.000 Great piece. Brian shimming.
00:50:24.000 Welcome to the war room.
00:50:25.000 Thanks for being with us.
00:50:26.000 Thanks for all the hours and the hard work you're putting in.
00:50:29.000 I cannot tell the folks out there how challenging and frustrating that can be.
00:50:34.000 But you do it with a smile on your face.
00:50:37.000 Bring us up to speed.
00:50:38.000 How are we looking in in Wisconsin?
00:50:40.000 And what's your what's your prognosis and what should what should we have our eyes on?
00:50:44.000 Be careful about.
00:50:46.000 So it gets to this, Dave, and thanks for having me on.
00:50:49.000 And didn't I look all calm on 60 minutes?
00:50:52.000 I.
00:50:53.000 Yes, very good.
00:50:54.000 Well done.
00:50:57.000 But it I just didn't want to try to fact check me and then it ended up wrong.
00:51:02.000 Yeah.
00:51:03.000 So the you know, the truth of the matter, Dave, is that here we are.
00:51:08.000 I always say Wisconsin has had 12 races in 24 years that have been decided by less than 30,000 votes.
00:51:15.000 So that's close.
00:51:16.000 Ron Johnson's, as you know.
00:51:18.000 Yeah.
00:51:19.000 Twenty six thousand.
00:51:20.000 Scott Walker lost by less than 30.
00:51:22.000 Our attorney general lost by less than 20.
00:51:25.000 So so we have a history of close races here.
00:51:28.000 And my attitude as chairman of the party has been, look, we're not leaving things on the table.
00:51:35.000 We have to go get new voters.
00:51:37.000 As I said, hundreds of thousands of them, I believe, out there in churches and gun shows all across the spectrum.
00:51:45.000 This is what I say to everybody.
00:51:46.000 I was on the road for four days over the weekend.
00:51:49.000 I was in Milwaukee yesterday and I've said to the president, look, they're out there, but we have to go get them.
00:51:56.000 Republicans have to get out of their comfort zone and going, well, we're right.
00:52:01.000 You know, they just we got to talk to them the right way and they'll show up.
00:52:04.000 We have to go get them.
00:52:06.000 So one of the things I came out in favor of when I first took over as party chairman a little under two years ago was early vote.
00:52:13.000 Not because I love early vote.
00:52:14.000 I like voting on Election Day.
00:52:16.000 I like voting on a piece of paper.
00:52:17.000 I'd eliminate a lot of things probably right now if I had the choice.
00:52:21.000 But I also have early vote on the books in this state.
00:52:24.000 So I can't afford those luxuries.
00:52:26.000 So I'm telling people, hey, go out there.
00:52:28.000 We know.
00:52:29.000 Yeah.
00:52:30.000 No, that's it.
00:52:31.000 Back with much more with Brian shimming, Wisconsin Republican chair doing yeoman's work out there, bringing folks into the fold.
00:52:39.000 Stay with us over the break.
