Bannon's War Room - Episode 4008： MAGA Makes A Stand Against Illegals Voting

00:00:00.000 this is the primal scream of a dying regime pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on

00:00:10.680 this people here's not got a free shot all these networks lying about the people the people have

00:00:17.280 had a belly full of it I know you don't like hearing that I know you've tried to do everything

00:00:21.060 the world to stop that but you're not gonna stop it it's going to happen and where do people like

00:00:24.780 that go to share the big line mega media I wish in my soul I wish that any of these people had a

00:00:33.040 conscience ask yourself what is my task and what is my purpose if that answer is to save my country

00:00:40.840 this country will be saved war room here's your host stephen k bann

00:00:47.600 welcome back honwell here at the helm filling in for the last time for stephen k bannon well one

00:01:00.940 of the things that you might have spotted last week which was slightly unusual was prime minister

00:01:06.420 modi of india sitting down with president xi of china I don't think those two had a sit down with

00:01:13.220 one another for about five years a lot of tensions between those two geopolitical rivals but there they

00:01:19.400 were and who was sitting in the middle of them president putin this is the movement forward of

00:01:25.600 bricks we've been talking about it for some time here on the war room jim rickard good morning come on

00:01:31.340 thanks for coming on the show tell me bricks is dismissed but it does seem to be moving forward

00:01:36.960 that's exactly right you know ben I figure the war room posse is getting plenty of

00:01:41.880 coverage on the u.s election and rightly so but I thought we could turn to bricks a little bit may

00:01:46.640 actually be more important in the long run although it got very little coverage in the united states

00:01:51.300 because the u.s actually is worried about what's going on so bricks uh brazil russia india china

00:01:57.260 south africa but they've added uh 17 additional members in the last couple years for last year

00:02:04.180 egypt ethiopia uae and iran and they added 13 new members this year so now they're up to 22 i'm not

00:02:10.660 going to list all the names but some of the big ones important ones are included malaysia turkey

00:02:15.420 and indonesia of course one of the largest oil producers in the world so this thing is really

00:02:19.500 taking shape they're big announcement people have been waiting for the new bricks currency they did

00:02:25.080 not announce that that may be that may be years away but they did something equally important they

00:02:29.580 created a bricks payment system clearance and settlement of securities transactions and a digital

00:02:35.660 ledger of you know what one country owes to the other etc so it's a payment balance of payment

00:02:41.460 recording system uh again all uh using blockchain technology which has been around a long time

00:02:46.680 um the the importance of that is now they're completely outside the dollar system it doesn't

00:02:52.180 mean they'll never do another dollar transaction but recall they've been uh russia at least and some

00:02:57.140 of the other countries have been kicked out of the dollar system so if you kick somebody out of the

00:03:01.540 club they're going to start their own club and that's exactly what they've done um now this uh is

00:03:06.040 mostly trade oriented i don't want to suggest it's the end of the dollar but it's the it's kind of the

00:03:11.140 beginning of the end you know sterling in 1913 was the global reserve currency and by 1944 it was a footnote

00:03:17.740 well that that took 30 years these things play out over time this this could move uh very very quickly

00:03:22.520 but uh one uh really important element so let's say russia ships something to ships energy to china

00:03:28.820 and china pays them in chinese yuan uh and then china ships um manufactured goods to brazil and

00:03:34.900 brazil pays them in their local currency and you're keeping all this on a ledger the central banks in

00:03:39.880 each country can pay this can pay the sellers and the buyers uh but the countries then have a ledger

00:03:45.200 where they owe each other a certain amount well you have two problems there one is you might have

00:03:49.860 too much of the currency that more than you can really spend if you have a big yuan balance but you

00:03:54.580 don't need that much from china what are you going to do with the excess the other thing is

00:03:58.060 you have exchange risk if russia has a big yuan balance from china and the chinese yuan devalues

00:04:04.920 russia could lose money on that so how do you solve that the answer which is you know 5 000 years old

00:04:10.140 is gold in other words if you have too much of the other guy's currency you can just buy some gold sell

00:04:15.380 for dollars and buy gold um or just buy gold directly i should also mention they set up a new

00:04:21.020 commodities exchange that that includes gold so you can buy gold local currency and then just have the gold

00:04:27.500 uh and that obviously solves your foreign exchange problem so this is uh apart from uh pointing to

00:04:33.860 the end of the dollar at least in uh trade as a trade currency it's extremely bullish for gold

00:04:39.280 jim can i just wheel back a bit to the geostrategic aspects of this you mentioned turkey in your

00:04:46.900 introductory remarks my understanding is turkey has applied to join right i don't know if it has joined

00:04:52.400 yet it's applied to join um and also venezuela applied to join but was vetoed interestingly

00:04:58.760 enough by brazil so there are internal um dynamics within the the anti-america movement as it's moving

00:05:07.180 forward um tell me how do you think this is going forward and what how important is this i think it's

00:05:11.940 absolutely huge this maneuver on behalf of president erdogan in turkey huge regional power in and of

00:05:18.900 itself controlling the bosphorus there um but also as a nato member how important is this um for turkey

00:05:26.800 as a regional hegemon if it is able to play successfully both sides off one another it's extremely

00:05:33.460 important in turkey is a major economy obviously it's the kind of geopolitical crossroads of the world

00:05:38.580 in the in the geographic sense you know controlling the bosphorus and access to the black sea etc

00:05:43.220 but uh yeah turkey will have a foot in both camps a nato member remember they've been rejected by the

00:05:49.040 eu they they wanted to join the eu for decades and we're pretty much told they couldn't so they're now

00:05:54.640 turning in a different direction but they could have a foot in both camps and you're right ben these

00:05:59.160 countries have applied but what happened at the brick summit last week is that they were green lighted they

00:06:04.200 said okay you're in now there's a process you know it's like joining a club you might have to

00:06:08.060 give a few references and go for an interview but uh but they're they are they are now on track to uh

00:06:13.540 to join and they will be joining uh very shortly but yeah it's it's enormously uh enormously significant

00:06:19.080 and again if you look at who's buying gold just to kind of pivot back to gold for a minute uh you know

00:06:24.720 russian china have you know quadrupled their gold reserves in the last you know 12 years so that that's

00:06:29.820 pretty well known but recently just recent months net buyers of gold include turkey um uzbekistan

00:06:37.540 kazakhstan and um and others in other words the members of the bricks or prospective members of the

00:06:43.420 bricks are out buying gold as fast as they can uh you know u.s you know people in the u.s don't seem

00:06:49.180 to really uh understand the role of gold and they're not really into it etc that's okay um the central

00:06:55.220 banks get it they've been net buyers for uh 13 years at this point but the the bricks members are are

00:07:01.400 are the biggest buyers of gold recently as i said it's not a classical gold standard but it's using

00:07:06.620 gold as a way to deal with foreign exchange exposure but they got to buy gold and that's very bullish for

00:07:12.680 gold in this last full week before the u.s elections i just want to flag this up that uh for the war

00:07:20.840 imposter that's listening to us they're seeing these countries in bricks but you know they have tensions

00:07:26.400 between them they have regional rivalries right but what is the glue cementing the this anti-american

00:07:33.900 that's what it is an anti-western anti-american explicitly moving together is the incompetence

00:07:39.500 of the present regime that has forced these uh they're not countries that aren't natural allies

00:07:45.140 to work together and that's extremely dangerous and it's something i think people americans across the

00:07:50.740 country across political divides should be contemplating very seriously over over the next

00:07:56.320 you know ben you're exactly i i sat in a secure conference room doing a tabletop war game in

00:08:02.080 the pentagon with u.s treasury officials present sitting you know one seat away from me i warned

00:08:06.380 them about this 10 years ago and it wasn't specific to the bricks i said sanctions are

00:08:10.940 powerful financial sanctions are powerful but you can overuse them and if you use them too much

00:08:14.900 you're going to create a reaction which is hey you know how many times can you hit the punching

00:08:18.660 bag before the punching bag walks out of the room and that's what's happened we've overused our

00:08:22.840 sanctions russia is not some you know middle power it's the largest nuclear power in the world second

00:08:28.300 largest oil producer in the world largest land mass in the world you know etc strategic metals you can

00:08:33.460 go on and on and on you can't just steal 300 billion dollars of russian assets in the form of u.s

00:08:40.060 treasury securities which we've done by the way uh and expect that there's not going to be a reaction

00:08:44.580 so this is a very big deal for all those reasons jim ricoch what what a great way for the the paladins

00:08:52.720 of the international rules-based order to underline their support of the international rules-based order

00:08:58.900 than just walking over right over every single principle look where do people go uh to keep up with

00:09:04.840 your unprecedentedly precise geopolitical insights yep thank you man we have a landing page it's uh

00:09:13.320 meltdown24.com it's meltdown number 24.com meltdown24.com you go there you can subscribe to

00:09:21.560 uh strategic intelligence which is our flagship a newsletter we have videos and a lot of other

00:09:26.420 information so it's uh meltdown24.com jim ricard thanks very much as always for coming on the show

00:09:33.920 catch up again with you soon god bless for now thanks um over to to north carolina now michelle

00:09:41.160 morrow the the candidate for the superintendent of public instruction michelle uh you look happy

00:09:47.660 and optimistic i gather you're uh you're giving the opposition a run for their money here

00:09:53.100 yeah i think when you have even obama coming and shilling for my opponent then you know that you're

00:09:59.600 over the target congratulations at least for fighting such a um such a strong campaign we obviously

00:10:08.100 i hope you'll get yourself over the line next week tell me a bit about the the recent developments

00:10:13.680 then well you know there are eight days for us to be able to save our students as well as our state

00:10:20.740 and our nation and i think that um the left is a little bit nervous because they recognize that the

00:10:25.760 majority of people want a quality education they want their kids to be safe and they want them to

00:10:31.660 be prepared for adulthood and my opponent has nothing to share there's no solutions just dump

00:10:38.200 more money into it and if you can just vote against michelle morrow everybody's going to be able to read

00:10:43.680 and do math and i think um the the voters of north carolina are smarter than that and i think we're going

00:10:48.740 to have a red wave here in north carolina and we're going to be an example for the rest of the

00:10:53.580 nation hopefully now we've spoken a lot about oklahoma i think um ryan walters what he's done

00:11:00.000 there would you just remind the war in posse especially those who are joining us for the first

00:11:05.020 time exactly what your intentions would be as superintendent of public instruction specifically

00:11:12.440 with regards to to perhaps reintroducing the bible as uh in classrooms yeah absolutely so here in north

00:11:20.940 carolina we have we're really in a crisis only one out of every four of our students is reading or

00:11:28.000 doing math at um grade level we have some of the lowest math and reading proficiency rates ever recorded

00:11:34.180 in our state we've had an incredible um increase in violence within our classrooms including almost

00:11:40.500 1500 teachers assaulted in the classroom last alone and we have just a political that is that is

00:11:49.160 usurping our children's ability to get a quality education and i believe that we have got to

00:11:53.960 restore the moral family values that have made not only north carolina a great place to live but also

00:12:00.600 are the foundation of who we are as a nation um i've often heard it stated that um that

00:12:07.140 god chose the nation of israel but the united states actually chose god in terms of when we created

00:12:14.920 the greatest government document ever written the constitution it was based on his principles of

00:12:19.880 right and wrong it was based on his um breakdown of even the the three branches of government and um

00:12:26.300 and we have got to teach our children the truth the truth about history and i think that when we look

00:12:31.640 at history the best historical document ever um for the entire world and creation from creation onward

00:12:38.680 is the bible itself so looking at that as a historical perspective i have been working with people that

00:12:44.020 right now it's on the books that there is an elective there is that every school should be offering a bible

00:12:49.740 elective in middle and high school and that is not happening here in north carolina and it's time

00:12:54.880 for us to get back to um making our public schools be focused on the truth of world history as well as the

00:13:01.680 truth of the united states history and teaching our kids the truth about civics and government so they

00:13:06.700 understand that it's not the constitution that gives us our rights it's our god-given inalienable rights and

00:13:12.480 the constitution is basically to protect us from an overreaching government the likes of which we

00:13:18.240 have seen firsthand especially in the last four years that's an idea really as revolutionary today

00:13:25.200 as it was when thomas jefferson first published it on the 4th of july you know i think that that

00:13:31.400 exposition that you've just given is and it is a revolutionary idea it it's america that has that idea

00:13:37.500 um and it ought to be illuminating the countries around the world um i very strongly believe that

00:13:44.760 and you know they've heard your exposition there um and they'll see the coherence between what you've

00:13:50.500 been saying now when you first came on the show outlining your your candidature while you're standing

00:13:55.940 and it's actually great to see as you've been coming on over the months to see the momentum

00:14:01.280 building up behind you eight days left michelle where do people go uh how do they give you some

00:14:07.820 support as as the uh as the sands trickle down the hourglass what can they do to help make sure

00:14:14.960 that in north carolina there will be a superintendent of public instruction as strong as there is over in

00:14:21.680 oklahoma well they can go to my website you can donate because um the political machine i think we are

00:14:28.940 figuring it out looking at all of the money that's being spent and it is millions of dollars on the

00:14:34.760 other side so you can go to my website it's morrow the number four nc.com that's m-o-r-r-o-w the number

00:14:41.300 four nc.com and if everybody wants a change in all of public education north carolina is going to be

00:14:49.120 and i'm great for it michelle moore thanks for coming on the show you've done a sterling job

00:14:58.480 holding the the elites are getting desperate they now want to use the technology behind bitcoin for

00:15:04.460 their own orwellian purposes their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank

00:15:11.160 digital currencies which they control imagine your every purchase being called into question

00:15:16.840 your every move tracked like you live in a communist country this is not the america we want

00:15:22.820 but it is the america they want to create fortunately you can fight back i believe owning gold is the best

00:15:29.920 solution why because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings plus with a gold ira from

00:16:13.280 know about donald trump and also what they know about kamala harris comes from the work of the

00:16:19.300 newsroom of the washington post and other major institutions like the new york times they need

00:16:24.220 the resources to do that work they continue to do outstanding investigative journalism they very

00:16:29.160 much believe in their mission of holding the powerful accountable that includes politicians and

00:16:33.940 certainly includes the president of the united states or people who aspire to be president of the united

00:16:38.020 states which is the most powerful position in the world uh so i want to support uh that kind of work

00:16:44.320 and so i maintain my subscription i understand that people are deeply upset and want to register their

00:16:49.220 concern but um i think we need i i think people should try to imagine the world without a washington

00:16:55.020 post without the kind of work that they're doing every day and uh that would be we would be weaker as a

00:17:00.380 democracy the post may come makes contributions with its journalism every single day to this democracy

00:17:05.720 and uh i hope that we still have the post around to do that kind of work times and many in our quote

00:17:11.420 unquote liberal media have done so much to kind of normalize this guy who is so abnormal and it is

00:17:18.820 deeply frustrating to watch the media make the same mistakes large parts of the media with present

00:17:22.980 company and other exceptions so much of our media make the same mistakes as 2016 uh it's insane it's like

00:17:29.640 2016 didn't happen i look one of the reasons i set up uh my media company zeteo is because i want to say

00:17:34.240 the g word genocide when we talk about gaza i want to say the f word fascism when we talk about maga i 0.92

00:17:39.600 want to say the r word racism when we talk about donald trump too many in our industry still shy away

00:17:45.660 from what is in front of our eyes there's a lot at stake in this upcoming election but regardless of

00:17:50.720 who is sitting in the white house the fuse on the economy has already been lit even four years of a

00:17:56.400 conservative presidency will not be enough to turn the tide on our 35 trillion dollar national debt and if

00:18:02.820 the left wins it's like throwing gas on a dumpster fire the election is in the hands of the american

00:18:08.180 people but what you can do right now is protect your savings by diversifying into gold with the

00:19:55.480 stephen k van

00:20:00.160 welcome back so we have brian kennedy now chairman of the committee of the present danger along with a

00:20:10.180 guest he's bringing on to the war room heather honey president of the election research institute

00:20:15.340 good morning both of you thanks for coming on the show

00:20:18.040 good morning thanks for having us um heather tell me a little bit about these lawsuits that you're filing 0.99

00:20:27.700 in pennsylvania yeah so we have one case in federal court in the middle district of pennsylvania where

00:20:35.580 six members of congress uh have challenged the pennsylvania department of state's policy to not

00:20:44.240 attempt to verify the information on uocava applications so uocava voters submit uh their

00:20:52.980 application via something called a federal postcard application and on there they are required to include

00:21:00.060 a driver's license number uh if they don't have a driver's license they can include a social security

00:21:05.920 number and the department of state has taken the position that that the counties should not attempt

00:21:12.840 to verify that information but should instead just email them in most cases or send them a ballot without

00:21:20.200 any sort of verification of identity or eligibility

00:21:23.660 heather could you just tell us uh just go break that down once again please about this this this

00:21:33.200 lawsuit so that the war room posse can fully digest its significance

00:21:37.780 sure so this this lawsuit is regarding the process for uocava applications and uocava is the

00:21:45.860 uniform and overseas citizens absentee voting act so this is how people who are in the military but

00:21:52.740 also who are u.s citizens who are overseas are able to have certain privileges that make it easier for

00:22:00.120 them to vote and um so most people believe that uocava is mostly used by the military but in pennsylvania

00:22:09.640 um out of the 34 almost 35 000 uh uocava ballots that have been sent so far only 17 percent of them

00:22:21.040 are sent to the members of the military and their military military family members so that's 17 percent all the

00:22:28.080 the rest of them have been sent to uh applicants who purport to be u.s citizens who are overseas

00:22:36.560 and uh in fact uh about 15 and a half thousand of those so 1 500 of those are applicants who indicated

00:22:46.460 that they are overseas and that their intent to return is uncertain or they have no intention of

00:22:53.620 returning to the united states let me ask brian brian how are you involved with this yeah yeah ben the uh

00:23:03.700 heather and i and a bunch of other folks because we didn't see the rnc doing enough in places like 0.67

00:23:10.260 pennsylvania just jumped in there and tried to examine what's really taking place on the ground

00:23:15.720 one of the things was this whole ua cop issue the democrats are saying that there are

00:23:21.100 eight million people abroad who should be eligible to vote the u.s census said there's something like

00:23:27.300 under three million people who should be eligible to vote and we were colleagues of mine were talking

00:23:33.280 to heather about how best to deal with this just you know the disparagement disparaging excuse me the

00:23:39.780 disparity between the the eight million and the three million we were just looking at pennsylvania

00:23:44.700 and in pennsylvania i think there's going to be 32 000 ballots sent out to people living abroad

00:23:52.700 and i think if i've got the numbers right about 15 000 aren't even registered to vote

00:23:58.140 in the state of pennsylvania so the department of state in pennsylvania is going to send ballots out

00:24:04.100 32 000 15 000 of them are not even registered to vote many of them say they're never going to return to the united states

00:24:12.420 but they're going to be sent a ballot they can fill it out put it in an envelope mail it in

00:24:18.500 and when it gets to the department of state it is very likely to be counted and heather's lawsuit

00:24:24.680 is really designed to push the the government to examine whether or not the department of state

00:24:33.240 i mean under the black letter of the law the department of state can't actually be doing that

00:24:38.180 to people who are not even registered to vote and so this system we have in place is is extremely

00:24:45.160 corrupt and screwed up so part of this whole effort has been to simply examine whether the election can

00:24:55.400 be stolen you look at the uh the madison square garden rally and it was super i loved it and there's a 0.96

00:25:03.040 sense of victory in the air but this election is not over with yet there are still a lot of twists

00:25:09.400 and turns and pennsylvania is a big battleground state and if in pennsylvania they're going to be

00:25:17.340 accepting ballots from people overseas who are not registered to vote have no have no intention of

00:25:24.680 ever living in the united states again that could be decisive in this election if it is close now i think

00:25:31.480 again it could be a red wave and a blowout election but the democrats are very determined to win this

00:25:38.220 and if they have been using methods to stuff the ballot box whether it's it's you know we're not seeing

00:25:47.280 drop boxes so much but if it's mail-in ballots and they're pushing that and they can combine that

00:25:53.420 with these uocompa votes that could be decisive and so for the people of pennsylvania however positive

00:26:00.300 you think things may be there's a lot going on in the background that you're just not seeing

00:26:05.600 and the need if you're a republican and you want donald trump to be president the need in pennsylvania

00:26:12.560 to get people out to vote to overcome this potential either theft or exploitation of the system

00:26:20.140 is absolutely critical right now ben and that's one of the reasons i wanted heather on the show because 1.00

00:26:25.400 she is knee-deep in the details of this fighting every day for these kind of things

00:26:30.200 and um i thought it was important for the war room audience to know that this was going on

00:26:35.920 and you've done a great service in doing so brian let me just ask you both this question we're dealing

00:26:42.780 seeing as we are dealing with americans overseas and as you said brian people who may not have any

00:26:48.800 intention ever to come back to the united states what is their tax paying status are they still paying

00:26:54.300 income tax to the irs abroad well here here's the problem right we're not verifying that these people

00:27:02.180 are who they say they are so if you are a u.s citizen and you live overseas you have certain obligations to

00:27:10.180 the irs but what we found in 2020 is that there were far more people who were voting via uocava than

00:27:18.200 there were people who filed individual tax returns from overseas and i think just to kind of follow up

00:27:24.500 on on what brian said our issue isn't whether or not these people should be eligible federal law says

00:27:30.860 that they that if they are real people and if they are really u.s citizens that they are eligible to vote

00:27:38.380 what we're simply saying is the department of state is removing any guardrails on the system that would

00:27:45.060 allow these county election officials to determine if these are fraudulent the the iranian terrorists 1.00

00:27:50.820 have you know already shown us that they are interested in exploiting the uocava vulnerabilities

00:27:56.760 and the department of state is is is not allowing the counties to even verify if these applicants are

00:28:03.840 in fact valid they are not allowing them to do that and and in light of the the fraud that was

00:28:09.940 uncovered in lancaster county it's obvious the unthinkable continues most americans know something

00:28:16.540 is very very wrong the people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop

00:28:23.000 noticing but you know better that's why self-reliant folks are investing in emergency food storage 0.94

00:28:29.200 and you should too my patrons apply the nation's largest emergency preparedness company are the ones you

00:29:09.280 hope is not a plan my patriot supply is a plan time is running out to prepare for what's coming

00:29:17.720 mypatriotsupply.com go there today action action action

00:29:23.140 welcome back uh with brian kennedy and heather honey look i've got a question for you because

00:29:38.080 i'm quite familiar with the concept as i think most people around the world are no taxation without

00:29:43.620 representation it's a strange inversion to have uh representation without taxation as my understanding

00:29:50.140 is americans wherever they are in the world no matter what their tax paying status is in other

00:29:56.520 countries they are always and everywhere obliged to pay income tax um to the iris no matter how long

00:30:05.520 abroad they've been living right so it would seem to me to be a relatively easy thing if the political

00:30:12.480 will was were there and this is something i think we're looking forward to to the next trump

00:30:17.240 administration to resolve so just tee this up you have the iris roles you know who's overboard who's

00:30:22.840 paying tax if no people aren't paying taxes no reason for them to be voting in elections despite you

00:30:30.120 know and obviously a whole range of issues that come out of this um brian kennedy can you just um

00:30:37.120 thank you for bringing heather onto the show today just tell me something here do you think how

00:30:41.740 feasible is this because again people following this this this show this transmission are so angry

00:30:49.000 that here we are eight days before an election and and things like this are still being teed up that

00:30:55.340 that could have been done if the political will had been there four years ago right and and we don't

00:31:02.120 have that political will ben um look i think i think it's important to realize that if there's a single

00:31:08.460 lesson from the 2020 election is that once ballots get into the system meaning once they're in the mail

00:31:17.020 once they're in the drop box once they get into the counting centers they're going to be counted

00:31:22.520 and the democrats know this every lawsuit they file is designed in one one way or another to to get us

00:31:29.600 there and so the point about these uacombo votes is if that's just pennsylvania maybe maybe 15 000

00:31:37.320 people who are not registered and it's still you know a week to go if if there are people who keep

00:31:43.380 on sending in ballots they get them emailed to them they print them out send them in and it's you know

00:31:49.600 10 000 20 30 40 50 000 that can be decisive in an election that's just pennsylvania that's not georgia

00:31:58.440 nevada arizona michigan or any of the other swing states the democrats have made a big play here

00:32:04.940 it doesn't matter about the irs it doesn't matter about the laws once you get a ballot into the

00:32:10.320 system it's going to be counted and it could be decisive and i want to point out please go ahead

00:32:18.960 i'm sorry yeah so what we have what we've asked for in our lawsuit the relief that we're seeking

00:32:25.020 is to have the federal judge order the department of state to take the information they already have

00:32:31.080 on all of these applications and attempt to verify it attempt to match it to the social security

00:32:36.740 administration attempt to match it to the motor vehicle database right now the department of state

00:32:41.780 in pennsylvania is not doing that and we believe that this federal judge will see that the law requires it

00:32:48.980 and it will be invisible to the voters so all this talk about trying to disenfranchise

00:32:53.600 any lawful voter is is utter nonsense we are protecting the votes from dilution we are protecting our

00:32:59.400 military voters heather herney president of the election research institute thanks for coming

00:33:05.780 on to the show just quickly where do people go on social media to stay up with your work and your

00:33:10.920 your investigative work here your research sure uh it's election research institute.org

00:33:18.780 perfect and social media for yourself i don't

00:33:24.600 uh thank you ben it's uh present danger china.org and on x it's brian t kennedy one and on getter it's

00:33:40.980 brian t kennedy thank you ben thanks brian thanks heather thank you both very much catch up again

00:33:46.560 with you soon god bless for now thank you quickly over to a higher now and secretary of state frank

00:33:53.400 welcome to the show thanks for coming back on tell me about this lawsuit um that your state

00:34:00.220 has just presented the department for homeland security with yeah thank you ben and this week

00:34:05.860 in particular of course we're keeping our our thoughts and prayers uh on steve and and we look

00:34:10.560 forward to all look forward to seeing our friends soon uh we had no choice but to sue alejandro mayorkas

00:34:16.200 and the u.s department of homeland security because they have been withholding citizenship data from us

00:34:21.160 they are required under federal law to make that available to us so that i can do my duty my duty

00:34:26.400 to the people of ohio of making sure that only american citizens are registered to vote they left

00:34:31.920 us no choice so last week we filed a lawsuit against them to get this citizenship data so that we can

00:34:36.940 maintain our clean voter rolls in the buckeye state

00:34:39.300 incredible um and and the lawsuit itself uh that has now been formally presented has it

00:34:47.240 that has yeah it was filed in the federal courts here in ohio last week may may or may not bear

00:34:53.800 fruit for this election but regardless i have an important election to run in 2025 in ohio and again

00:34:59.180 in 2026 and so we need to get the u.s department of homeland security to follow the law and actually

00:35:04.740 make citizenship data available not just to me but to other secretaries of state for the purpose of

00:35:09.580 removing non-citizens from the rolls as well well secretary la rose i have to say this this whole

00:35:16.140 theme on the show today seems to be the the the fact that non-citizens are voting and the courts

00:35:23.560 are um to one degree or another being complicit in this obviously everyone on the war wishes you the best

00:35:29.080 of luck on this where can they go to stay up with uh with the progress that you're making

00:35:34.240 against alejandro mayorkas yeah so we'll be sharing it on social media on all the different platforms

00:35:41.080 truth x uh facebook etc it's just at frank la rose and we'll be sharing updates and and again we've

00:35:47.580 removed over 700 non-citizens from the voter rolls this year alone in ohio so when the left says

00:35:52.520 non-citizens don't try to register we've got proof that they have in ohio and they're going to face 1.00

00:35:57.520 the consequences for doing so frank la rose thanks very much as always uh for your coming on the

00:36:04.060 show today uh catch up again with you soon god bless for now thank you ben god bless thank you

00:36:10.040 um quickly now uh because we have so many guests to hit in in uh in not very much time left mark

00:36:18.760 mitchell rasmussen reports uh look i saw on uh i don't know i look at it every day i saw on polymarkets

00:36:25.720 that the lead now of kamala harris under donald trump has now descended to 35 points

00:36:34.000 that is say donald trump has a 35 point lead over kamala harris tell me as a professional

00:36:39.320 oh i just hear that i hear that we've just uh we just we've lost temporarily mark mitchell we'll get

00:36:47.720 him back up on the line let's go onwards to tage gill tage warpath coffee uh tell us today uh what's

00:36:55.060 going on in hey hey how you doing uh tell us about the office yeah yeah it's uh it's warpath.coffee

00:37:58.560 any sugar you can drink it straight black it's smooth even our dark roasts are smooth you don't

00:38:02.920 need to have any uh milk or sugar and this coffee is compatible in all the major forms of production

00:38:10.800 right you can have it in this production machine you can have it in that that maca that you put on

00:38:15.320 the stove you can have it as instant right it works across all uh yep all variations yep and we've got

00:38:24.040 k-cup pods the pods the keurig pods whatever you want to call them k-cups we have those we got

00:38:29.220 we sell ground we sell whole bean we've got everything like i said we have flavored coffees we've got

00:38:35.080 chocolate um vanilla hazelnut we're about to drop and then we have pumpkin pie you know we always

00:38:41.920 release that for the fall then we're about to drop a peppermint mocha so and then we've got

00:38:49.300 the breakfast blend which is a medium roast and it's a super smooth it's it's super smooth coffee

00:38:55.800 it's it's incredible then we have a summer blend which is a medium roast with a jamaica blue mountain

00:39:01.380 bean base and that one is that's my favorite that's what i drink at home and then we also have

00:39:05.520 the dark roast which is the mariner's blend and we actually created that roast for steve bannon uh when

00:39:11.500 we first started working with you guys steve steve loves that coffee the mariner's blend

00:39:15.300 tate just before you go tell me something um i'm reluctant to say this on air because if the italian

00:39:22.900 authorities were to find out they would forcibly deport me but i actually have an espresso

00:39:28.580 espresso machine um in my kitchen do you are you nespresso machine compatible as well

00:39:35.320 nespresso no we're not we just you know whole bean ground or cake up secured pods we don't have

00:39:43.780 the little nespresso pods we just we don't have enough demand for that to make them that's why

00:39:47.900 you know you know what you call that you call that standards beneath which you refuse to go uh

00:39:53.600 take my hat off to you look once again where do they go to to make their order the posse where do

00:39:58.900 they go go to warpath.coffee that's the website warpath.coffee and use promo code warroom we created

00:40:07.060 that promo code for the warpath or the warroom posse and it's it's always 15 20 off and we have

00:40:14.720 big sales it'll match all the sales so always use promo code warroom whenever you're buying

00:40:20.660 coffee from us and then the uh the warroom will get credit for that sale so always use promo code

00:40:27.700 warroom we're path.coffee tage tage gill thanks very much indeed catch up again god bless thanks tage

00:40:34.800 uh mark mitchell um i gather we uh we the connection has been restored listen every day i check rasmussen

00:40:42.520 reports to see how the uh how the statistics are playing i also check polymarkets and we've been

00:40:48.300 speaking about that this morning um donald trump had a 35 point lead over carmel harris that is a

00:40:54.760 she's 35 points behind according to polymarkets now you have flagged up in bahar in the past how these

00:41:01.600 uh betting markets can be manipulated by large uh singular bets what is your just give me your quick

00:41:08.860 um take on the fact that since you were warning the warroom posse about this it has since emerged

00:41:15.080 that the bulk of the um the movement on polymarkets has been determined by four bets placed overseas by a

00:41:23.040 a hedge trader in france do you still give these betting markets any credibility

00:41:28.220 yes yes and no i think they absolutely show a signal in fact if you only had to pick between

00:41:35.780 mainstream media and the betting markets i think the betting markets have done a better job of

00:41:40.680 interpreting the polls than the mainstream media has it's pretty incredible the sequence in which

00:41:47.060 i mean all of this came crashing down on kamala harris because you did start to see like everybody kind

00:41:54.060 of probably could tell that she never was going to get over the hump because the polling lead that she 0.85

00:41:58.360 had was entirely fake but what happened is before the polling even broke down the betting markets

00:42:04.980 started looking at the existing polling and donald trump was tied in every single swing state for

00:42:10.120 like two months on the real fair politics aggregate if there's a lit yeah just hold on we'll be

00:42:16.700 continue this point two minutes after the break i asked my friends at tax network usa about this irs

00:44:37.300 do it today action action action

00:44:39.960 here's your host steven k vann

00:44:43.680 welcome back um mark mitchell just before the break um you were you were saying how you actually

00:44:57.040 find these betting markets to be a more reliable indicator than a lot of people give them credit for

00:45:03.320 just just on this point though on the fact that such a huge margin was added in to the odds by

00:45:09.600 a particular a presumed specific individual putting down over 45 million um dollars obviously

00:45:18.120 non-america because uh non-american because american in the land of the free you're not allowed to make

00:45:24.540 well there's vpns and there's money laundering and who knows right but at the end of the day

00:45:29.620 the betting market is going to be right at the end it's just a matter of how long whatever whale can

00:45:35.200 hold out and i do think early especially in the swing states there were people absolutely keeping

00:45:39.580 those markets locked in but then they just couldn't anymore because they're interpreting the polls as

00:45:44.200 a trump win so right now all the signs and indications are stacking up for a trump win

00:45:48.900 we've been at trump plus two this entire time people have been watching our daily tracker it's

00:45:53.580 had a few hiccups in the last day or two it's back up to a trump plus one today i'm pretty sure the

00:45:58.380 average is going to be trump plus two we've the we're the only pollsters who have been saying that

00:46:02.740 the media has been cherry picking other pollsters to say that trump is winning but right now the

00:46:07.360 betting markets show that trump's going to have a massive win all the election prediction models

00:46:12.640 nate silver decision desk 538 all show possible trump win and i think our polling does as well

00:46:18.480 with trump plus two nationally he's probably going to pick up almost all the swing states

00:46:21.980 and our polling in the swing states has been favorable to trump too we actually just ran virginia last

00:46:27.100 night and the results are coming out today and we have trump only down two points in that state and

00:46:32.020 everybody's watching the early returns and saying well you know um of course maga is cannibalizing 0.97

00:46:39.640 their votes with early in person but i we asked how do you plan to vote this year and people in

00:46:45.260 virginia who say that they're going to vote in person on election day they go trump 51 to 44 so all

00:46:51.640 the signs are really starting to add up there's going to be a trump outperformance of the poll something

00:46:56.220 i've been saying for weeks i think it's going to happen and i think polly markets is wise to it and

00:47:00.920 you're not going to hear it on msnbc cnn or any of the networks because they still want to give

00:47:05.740 kamala harris this fake narrative that she could win 1.00

00:47:09.800 so you've got wasmussen reports predicting this you've got polly markets predicting this i tell you

00:47:17.920 who else thinks that donald trump is going to win the the plutocracy that owns the la times and

00:47:25.760 washington post right and they're the non-endorsement of there's no way there's no way if they didn't

00:47:32.180 think trump was going to win there's no way they wouldn't have endorsed um kamala because that's not

00:47:37.700 a popular move with their readership mark mitchell uh thanks as always you've been heroic in the in
