00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 Here's the time I got a free shot
00:00:13.000 at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul,
00:00:30.000 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country,
00:00:40.000 this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:53.000 What's your sense of things as we sit here now,
00:00:55.000 finally, on election day?
00:00:57.000 Well, I think most Democrats believe that their best path is still to get 270
00:01:02.000 via the blue wall of the three Great Lakes states,
00:01:05.000 plus the Omaha Congressional District.
00:01:07.000 But I will say in the last couple of days,
00:01:09.000 you do hear some chatter about the possibility that Georgia may come online for Democrats,
00:01:14.000 and it may have to because Wisconsin is looking nip and tuck for Democrats.
00:01:19.000 Keep in mind how close the Wisconsin margins were four years ago.
00:01:22.000 Steve just laid that out.
00:01:24.000 Look, there's certainly hope, as there is every four years among Democrats,
00:01:27.000 that Dane County, Madison can get a little bigger and offset the party's rural decline in the rest of Wisconsin.
00:01:33.000 And maybe that's the case once again tonight.
00:01:35.000 But there are concerns among Democrats that Wisconsin is going to be a challenge,
00:01:40.000 and at least will take a day to count all the votes there.
00:01:43.000 But with hope that Georgia can come through with a strong election day performance,
00:01:48.000 especially on my African-American voters in the metro Atlanta area.
00:01:53.000 You know, on the Republican side, still a belief that Trump will carry Pennsylvania
00:01:59.000 and that effectively Trump will block her path early in the evening by carrying Georgia,
00:02:04.000 North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, which won't leave her anywhere else to go.
00:02:08.000 But I can tell you from being in Pennsylvania all last weekend,
00:02:11.000 Harrisburg State College, you know, Allentown, Philadelphia, and Scranton,
00:02:17.000 the Democratic ground game there is extraordinary.
00:02:20.000 And the presence of basically every liberal activist from across the Northeast
00:02:25.000 knocking on doors in Pennsylvania over the weekend,
00:02:29.000 I think threatens to overwhelm the Republican ground game in that state.
00:02:34.000 The sheer presence of ground soldiers in Pennsylvania on the Democratic side is unlike anything I've ever seen.
00:02:41.000 This is a campaign that is out of American history,
00:02:44.000 and I hope it will be consigned to the ash can of history tomorrow because Donald Trump has been saying,
00:02:53.000 you know, elect me and I'm going to be your dictator.
00:02:56.000 I'm going to tell you what to do.
00:02:58.000 I'm going to use the Justice Department and army soldiers and all sorts of presidential power to bully you
00:03:05.000 and make sure that you never say a word against me.
00:03:08.000 Even if Trump doesn't win, the Defense Department and NASA are going to need a new arrangement for all their rockets
00:03:15.000 and for all the multi-billion dollar contracts Elon Musk's companies have with the U.S. government.
00:03:22.000 The U.S. government is going to have to either, I mean, unwind from all of those contracts
00:03:29.000 or Elon Musk's companies are going to have to unwind from him.
00:03:34.000 This is an untenable reality in national security terms.
00:03:40.000 Now that we know what we know about Elon Musk.
00:03:43.000 More sophisticated and sober and thoughtful, I know that sounds crazy, than Donald Trump.
00:03:48.000 Donald Trump is pure chaos.
00:03:49.000 I mean, isn't everyone?
00:03:50.000 I know, I know.
00:03:51.000 But in terms of election meddling, disinformation and so forth, you have an actor in Elon Musk
00:03:55.000 who actually lawyers up with real lawyers for achieving the end means or the end that he wants to achieve.
00:04:03.000 And then you bring in the fact that, as you mentioned, the Wall Street Journal has reported his frequent conversations with Vladimir Putin.
00:04:10.000 His own social media following is at 200 million people that he can reach with disinformation.
00:04:15.000 And we know where his treasure is, so is his heart.
00:04:18.000 He wants Donald Trump to win this race and he's going to influence it by any means necessary, legal or otherwise.
00:04:23.000 And she's made it very clear that she's going to use the presidency to do everything she can to make our lives better
00:04:31.000 and to make this a better country, light instead of darkness.
00:04:35.000 So compare that to another candidate, Donald Trump, with that angry racist rally who has shown us who he is,
00:04:44.000 what kind of America she wants, and who has threatened to make this country, just as you've been saying, into a fascist dictatorship.
00:04:52.000 We've never had that kind of choice before, ever, in American history.
00:04:57.000 That's the choice tomorrow. I hope we never have to face such a choice ever again.
00:05:02.000 Here's the most worrisome part for me, Joy, is this.
00:05:05.000 We know the influence disinformation can have on the election itself.
00:05:09.000 Right.
00:05:10.000 You know Russia, China, Iran, all the foreign actors want to cause chaos and disinformation.
00:05:14.000 It's verifiable that Elon Musk is amplifying that disinformation going into tomorrow night.
00:05:20.000 The most worrisome part is the day after the election.
00:05:23.000 Sure.
00:05:24.000 Or tomorrow night when Donald Trump declares victory.
00:05:26.000 Which he will.
00:05:27.000 And now to have an ally with Elon Musk, who amplifies the false conspiracies of a Donald Trump victory,
00:05:35.000 or helps Donald Trump contest this in states.
00:05:37.000 Yeah.
00:05:38.000 We're repeating four years ago what led to January 6th, fueled by disinformation and lies.
00:05:43.000 And we expect it from Donald Trump, but I think we're late to the game to realize
00:05:47.000 Elon Musk might be an even greater purveyor going into this January 6th than Donald Trump.
00:05:51.000 And we're talking about enforcing our laws because there are laws against voter fraud.
00:05:55.000 It's already a crime.
00:05:56.000 So the voter suppression laws were passed in the absence of both fraud and a lack of laws to enforce voter fraud.
00:06:03.000 But I find it ominous that the chatter is such that we need to platform the message that the laws will be enforced on Election Day.
00:06:15.000 What are you seeing and hearing?
00:06:18.000 So, look, let me start with some good news.
00:06:20.000 You know, tens of millions of Americans have already voted.
00:06:23.000 They have gone to the polls in early voting states.
00:06:26.000 They have gotten their mail-in ballots and they have returned them if they want to vote by mail.
00:06:31.000 And tomorrow that concludes with in-person voting on Election Day.
00:06:36.000 Now, that won't be the end of the vote counting process and people are going to need to have a little bit of patience around that.
00:06:42.000 But, you know, democracy is working.
00:06:45.000 Now, it is not because Donald Trump wants it to work.
00:06:48.000 It is not because the Republican Party is doing anything but trying to throw sand in its gears.
00:06:53.000 But it is working because in our system of elections, which relies on tens of thousands of election workers around the country,
00:07:01.000 they are doing their job and voters are voting.
00:07:04.000 So I want to always be realistic about Donald Trump.
00:07:07.000 He will lie.
00:07:08.000 As you said, he lies about everything and he will lie about the outcome of the 2024 election, just like he lied about the outcome of the 2020 election.
00:07:15.000 But just like in 2020, his lies were met in court and they lost and they will be met again in the court of public opinion and in court if necessary.
00:07:25.000 And they will lose again results until the the count is finished in the central account facilities.
00:07:31.000 So in Milwaukee, you'll see 100 percent of precinct reporting before you see the numbers that come out of those early votes in person and those absentee ballots,
00:07:39.000 which my guess is are heavily weighted towards Harris supporters in Green Bay.
00:07:43.000 They won't report anything until they've counted the the absentee ballots and the in person election day votes.
00:07:49.000 So that means that you're going to see a red mirage where it seems like Trump is doing better than he actually is because they haven't counted and reported those absentee ballots yet.
00:07:59.000 And then the blue shift with those those ballots are introduced to add to the totals that could be in the middle of the night.
00:08:05.000 It certainly was in 2020.
00:08:06.000 Oh, my God, they got the old playbook.
00:08:11.000 OK, Natalie Winters is in the house here as my co-host.
00:08:14.000 We have folks from around the the nation.
00:08:17.000 We're going to focus a little bit on on Pennsylvania kick things off.
00:08:21.000 Natalie, Mike Allen.
00:08:23.000 Hey, Mike, come on, man.
00:08:25.000 He starts off lead story in Axios, which is the Axios and Morning Joe is kind of the conventional wisdom for the political class here in town.
00:08:33.000 Starts off with a big red mirage blue blue wave.
00:08:38.000 Right. Yeah.
00:08:39.000 The enemy is a little low, low IQ.
00:08:41.000 I like it when our enemies are better high IQ and don't just repeat the same old tired talking points.
00:08:47.000 Right. Because it's a difference.
00:08:48.000 It's a difference.
00:08:49.000 Low propensity, low information voters don't mean that people have lower keys or stupid.
00:08:53.000 It just means they're not, you know, they're not interested in politics.
00:08:56.000 It's different with the political class here in town.
00:08:58.000 They actually are low IQ.
00:09:00.000 I think so. I think they're evil.
00:09:01.000 Evil can carry you through through the finish line.
00:09:03.000 And when you have every ounce of government power at your disposal.
00:09:06.000 But I think we see it in how they can frame narratives.
00:09:08.000 And they do that with, of course, full spectrum dominance over every institution.
00:09:12.000 And I think that that extends that critique goes all the way to the count rooms.
00:09:15.000 And unfortunately, tonight, when we see the signature verification processes.
00:09:18.000 But I think we need to lay down right now a very important sort of set of facts when it comes to this whole concept of a red mirage, which is, first of all, these absentee mail-in ballots, right, are significantly down as compared to numbers in 2020.
00:09:31.000 So, first of all, the actual lag time of when we should see these results coming in is going to be shorter from the get go.
00:09:37.000 Second of all, the order of magnitude, right, of the impact of these ballot dumps will also be more, I would say, negligible in the sense that it's not as high of a quantity of ballots, compounded with the fact that when you've seen the early vote numbers, of course, that's in person.
00:09:52.840 The chasm between Democrat and Republican is not as pronounced as it was in 2020.
00:09:57.940 And I think the most important point here, too, is that Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, they have all adopted changes in law as to how they count the ballots so they can start processing and both counting them earlier in the day, in some cases days before election day.
00:10:14.080 So you're not going to see these same delays.
00:10:16.320 So it's curious that they're still using this.
00:10:18.220 This is my whole theory of the case that President Trump in 2020, if he stood up at 11 o'clock at night, it was 800,000 votes up in Pennsylvania.
00:10:25.240 Many more eyes would have been on how they stole it from 2 o'clock in the morning to 6 o'clock in the morning.
00:10:31.480 We're not going to let that happen again.
00:10:33.160 OK, we understand they don't have a firewall.
00:10:35.420 Natalie's analysis is absolutely 100 percent correct.
00:10:38.460 We also understand they're running the old playbook, the old playbook.
00:10:41.140 Hey, guys, Mike Allen, old playbook is not going to work.
00:10:43.700 And to that point, you played that clip of them going after Elon Musk.
00:10:47.460 Rachel Maddow dedicated 20 minutes, 30 minutes of her show to attacking him.
00:10:51.580 And she's twitching the entire time.
00:10:53.300 Tweaking out, as we said.
00:10:55.160 But the other buried lead of her programming was that she had on one of these senior advisors to the David Brock kind of media matters apparatus group that is Project 65, which exists solely to intimidate Trump lawyers.
00:11:07.020 And the fact that they have, right, we were talking about yesterday, double the amount of DOJ so-called poll watchers embedded in every swing state but in 86 counties across the country shows you that they know this knife fight ballot warfare style election is going to come down to the legal lawfare side of things.
00:11:24.500 And like that guy said, pay attention to the words he uses.
00:11:27.280 Ballots introduced late at night like 2020.
00:11:30.760 Exactly.
00:11:31.260 That was his phrase.
00:11:32.400 That's his phrase.
00:11:33.080 That's not what that was not gateway pundit.
00:11:35.840 Whereas it's election day votes coming from Republicans.
00:11:38.540 And there's an important distinction.
00:11:39.480 They still use the term all votes.
00:11:41.160 OK, all votes don't count.
00:11:43.740 Only certifiable chain of custody votes from American citizens.
00:11:48.140 And these guys continue their mantras, all votes, the tells right there.
00:11:52.220 Jack Posobiec is out in Arizona.
00:11:54.820 Jack, you've got the game to oversee all of Pennsylvania.
00:11:59.020 We're hearing tremendous reports out of there.
00:12:01.680 But tell me what we got.
00:12:04.780 Well, Steve, that's right.
00:12:05.920 I'm manning the Pennsylvania desk here.
00:12:07.860 And it's very interesting because we've got a slew of reports, a lot of mixed reporting coming out.
00:12:12.620 One thing is clear, though, the rural areas and just consistent rural areas are big and rural areas have huge lines for Trump right at 7 a.m.
00:12:23.620 We've got some machine issues that we're dealing with in Johnstown and low turnout in Philadelphia.
00:12:32.560 So tell me.
00:12:33.660 So, Jack, what is this?
00:12:35.280 We've got field reporters everywhere.
00:12:37.300 Is this a populist uprising in rural Pennsylvania that we have, it looks like demonstrably, a big turnout already, at least in the morning before people go to work?
00:12:49.420 Steve, not only is it a populist uprising, you look at some of these images that I'm getting out.
00:12:53.340 And we're talking about Upper Bucks.
00:12:55.060 I'm talking about Gilbert.
00:12:56.660 I'm talking about areas near Gettysburg.
00:12:58.940 The lines that are coming in, it's mostly men.
00:13:01.620 What I see in these lines, it's a lot of men.
00:13:03.740 They were talking about how women voted early.
00:13:05.260 These lines, it's men, it's the muscular class.
00:13:08.120 They're getting up there before they have to work a shift, before they have to drive a truck, before they have to go and work on the farm.
00:13:14.340 Anything they have going on, that's the type of men you see that are working, that are showing up in these lines right now.
00:13:20.780 It's a massive uproar.
00:13:22.040 I mean, Upper Bucks County.
00:13:24.080 We've never seen lines like we're seeing in Upper Bucks County.
00:13:27.320 Meanwhile, I got my brothers down in Philly.
00:13:29.560 He's seeing nothing.
00:13:30.320 But I do have a contact down in South Philly in the Rocky Wards and the Rocky divisions.
00:13:35.000 And they're saying the GOP divisions of Philadelphia are voting, and they're voting strong.
00:13:39.520 Okay, but we need to get your brother.
00:13:43.680 We need some photographic evidence of that, because Democrats are going to lie.
00:13:48.360 Remember, the only way they win is it.
00:13:51.300 Okay, perfect.
00:13:52.720 We'll push it out.
00:13:53.580 They only win if they cheat, like in 2020.
00:14:00.580 We're going to be back at the Willard Hotel tonight, and a big F.U. to Jack Smith, Nancy Pelosi, and CNN and MSNBC.
00:14:09.600 Suck on this.
00:14:10.640 And Merrick Garland.
00:14:11.480 And Merrick Garland, my boy.
00:14:14.200 Live from the roof of the Willard Hotel.
00:14:17.860 Overlooking the Ellipse.
00:14:19.340 Who'd have thunk it?
00:14:20.480 Okay, we've got a lot to get to.
00:14:21.780 They want to thank Birch Gold.
00:14:23.920 Birch Gold.
00:14:24.320 By the way, they had the great story about the war room here in Vanity Fair.
00:14:28.380 The Steve Bannon's Blueprint for War.
00:14:32.640 And they actually go through.
00:14:33.980 You look a little different.
00:14:35.020 Yeah, no, it's that area grande.
00:14:36.980 It's Wicked.
00:14:37.460 It's the new movie coming out Wicked.

00:14:53.420 On game day 2024.
00:14:56.220 Short break.
00:14:57.540 Back in the warm in a moment.
00:15:00.180 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:02.400 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.860 Their gold?
00:15:07.760 To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.900 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.920 Your every move tracked.
00:15:19.540 Like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.660 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:26.360 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.660 I believe owning gold is the best solution.

00:16:58.620 What have you guys been up to?
00:17:00.040 Because everybody's telling me you're the rock star of this get-out-the-vote effort in Pennsylvania.
00:17:05.860 And tell us what's happening today, what you see so far in the first couple hours.
00:17:10.700 Yeah, Steve, I appreciate you having me.
00:17:12.780 So P.A. Chase, we've been in the field for about two and a half months.
00:17:16.160 We've got 120 full-time ballot chasers.
00:17:19.660 And our objective from day one has been to knock 500,000 doors.
00:17:24.240 I'm happy to report on your show, Steve, that as of 9.45 a.m. Eastern time, we did knock our 500,000th door.
00:17:31.680 So we're going to keep grinding until 8 p.m., but we mapped it out pretty well.
00:17:36.080 What we're seeing on the ground is pretty wild.
00:17:38.580 I mean, there are two things we care about.
00:17:40.980 One, you know, Republicans competing when it comes to mail-in voting.
00:17:45.040 And then two, trying to figure out, you know, how the Democrats are going to gain the system and how they're not.
00:17:51.480 And I have to totally agree with what Jack Posobiec said.
00:17:54.540 I mean, Philadelphia right now, they're just not seeing the turnout, you know, both in their mail-in returns and today when it comes to Election Day.
00:18:02.480 And, Steve, let me just give you these numbers.
00:18:03.900 I think it's important for everybody to understand this.
00:18:06.380 Joe Biden beat Donald Trump by 1.4 million mail-in votes.
00:18:12.600 Okay, we're just talking mail-in votes.
00:18:14.700 Let me go over the numbers right now of where we are with returns, okay?
00:18:17.840 Democrats have returned 1 million ballots, and we have returned roughly 600,000.
00:18:25.180 So think about that, Matt.
00:18:26.580 We're down 400,000 when four years ago we were down 1.4 million.
00:18:33.800 So the Democrat argument is, oh, well, there was COVID.
00:18:36.700 So that's the excuse.
00:18:38.300 Look, they need to set record turnout to be able to compete with us.
00:18:43.060 And their whole infrastructure, their whole system is built on them voting early and running up the score.
00:18:49.620 They fail.
00:18:51.160 And so the only way we lose today, and I mean this wholeheartedly, is if our people don't show up.
00:19:01.040 Hang on one second and tell me, Denver, when it's ready.
00:19:04.340 I hear you, but I talk to a lot of Democrat operatives and media people, and they're a little bit arrogant today.
00:19:12.220 In fact, Jonathan Martin was on Morning Joe with this.
00:19:16.740 He's never seen a ground game like the Democrats have had.
00:19:21.160 They've got this amazing ground.
00:19:22.420 Let's play this clip, and I want you to comment, and I'm going to bring Poso in.
00:19:25.320 Let's go ahead.
00:19:26.080 Let's play it.
00:19:27.200 What's your sense of things as we sit here now, finally, on Election Day?
00:19:31.600 Well, I think most Democrats believe that their best path is still to get 270 via the blue wall of the three Great Lakes states plus the Omaha Congressional District.
00:19:41.280 But I will say, in the last couple of days, you do hear some chatter about the possibility that Georgia may come online for Democrats,
00:19:49.280 and it may have to because Wisconsin is looking nip and tuck for Democrats.
00:19:53.800 Keep in mind how close the Wisconsin margins were four years ago.
00:19:57.060 Steve just laid that out.
00:19:58.660 Look, there's certainly hope, as there is every four years among Democrats,
00:20:01.560 that Dane County, Madison can get a little bigger and offset the party's rural decline in the rest of Wisconsin.
00:20:07.680 And maybe that's the case once again tonight.
00:20:09.900 But there are concerns among Democrats that Wisconsin is going to be a challenge,
00:20:14.320 and at least will take a day to count all the votes there,
00:20:18.140 but with hope that Georgia can come through with a strong Election Day performance,
00:20:22.800 especially among African-American voters in the metro Atlanta area.
00:20:27.780 You know, on the Republican side, still a belief that Trump will carry Pennsylvania
00:20:32.820 and that effectively Trump will block her path early in the evening
00:20:36.820 by carrying Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, which won't leave her anywhere else to go.
00:20:42.740 But I can tell you from being in Pennsylvania all last weekend,
00:20:45.840 Harrisburg State College, you know, Allentown, Philadelphia, and Scranton,
00:20:50.920 the Democratic ground game there is extraordinary.
00:20:54.620 And the presence of basically every liberal activist from across the Northeast
00:20:59.440 knocking on doors in Pennsylvania over the weekend,
00:21:03.140 I think threatens to overwhelm the Republican ground game in that state.
00:21:08.900 The sheer presence of ground soldiers in Pennsylvania on the Democratic side
00:21:13.620 is unlike anything I've ever seen.
00:21:14.820 Okay, Jonathan Martin's a smart guy, of course he's a guy,
00:21:19.020 but the buried lead there, Pasovic, when I get you back in,
00:21:22.320 he said the numbers, Democrats he talked to, the number's 270.
00:21:25.920 That means they've, North Carolina, according to them,
00:21:29.540 North Carolina and Georgia are gone, Arizona and Nevada,
00:21:32.520 and that means they've got to hold the whole blue wall.
00:21:35.400 And he just countered himself because he looks like Wisconsin's weak
00:21:38.020 because for her to get to 270, it's got to be Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Nebraska too.
00:21:43.120 So Cliff, Jonathan Martin's up in your, he's up in your grill.
00:21:48.220 He's saying he's never seen a ground game like this.
00:21:50.460 It's going to overwhelm Cliff Maloney, your response, sir.
00:21:54.540 Yeah, I mean, listen, there's a difference between effort and results, right?
00:21:58.160 I'll give them credit, Steve.
00:21:59.540 They've got twice as many people as 2020.
00:22:01.900 They're spending twice as much money and they're getting half the result.
00:22:06.240 And so I always like to say, look, I'm glad that we've knocked 500,000 doors,
00:22:10.600 but let's talk about results.
00:22:11.820 And the one thing I'll say publicly on your show, Steve,
00:22:14.760 that a lot of political consultants will make fun of me for being public about this,
00:22:19.460 we average about 20% of mail-in votes when you look at the statewide candidates,
00:22:24.340 Republican versus Democrat.
00:22:26.160 And from the get-go, when I launched this Pennsylvania Chase program, I've said,
00:22:30.680 if Donald Trump can get 33% of all the mail-ins compared to the Democrat opponent,
00:22:36.980 who is now Harris, I think he wins this election and I think he wins it strongly.
00:22:42.600 And so when these results hit tonight, the Democrats can keep yapping and they can keep
00:22:46.880 being confident and act cocky.
00:22:49.500 I'm going to look at the numbers.
00:22:51.020 And if Donald Trump is at 33% or even close to it, I think we're in a great position for
00:22:56.140 victory because we've cut into their domination of these mail-in votes.
00:23:00.960 Cliff, where do people get you?
00:23:04.940 We're going to get you back on.
00:23:06.340 Where can people get you the website, social media, all of it to follow you today?
00:23:10.180 Sure.
00:23:10.880 Sure.
00:23:11.160 I'm on X at Maloney, M-A-L-O-N-E-Y, and then P-A-Chase.com.
00:23:17.480 That's P-A-Chase.com.
00:23:20.080 We'd love to win Pennsylvania.
00:23:21.660 We do that.
00:23:22.420 We think we win the White House.
00:23:23.480 Steve, you're a patriot.
00:23:24.520 Appreciate everything you've been through and everything you do for our cause.
00:23:27.580 Thank you, brother.
00:23:30.180 Also, a magnificent piece up in Breitbart.
00:23:32.280 Well, Grace and the team, let's push that out on social media.
00:23:34.840 Thank you.
00:23:35.280 Jack Posobiec, your thoughts.
00:23:37.220 Jonathan Martin's analysis, Cliff Maloney's comeback.
00:23:41.060 Thoughts?
00:23:43.200 Well, I mean, it's as simple as this, right?
00:23:45.840 They didn't put up the numbers that they did in 2020.
00:23:49.460 So if you want to go to the tail of the tape, let's go to the tail of the tape.
00:23:53.120 And I see a million votes in 2020, and I see, what, 600, 700,000 in 2024.
00:24:01.280 The votes just aren't there.
00:24:02.800 So don't sit there and tell me that you've got some amazing ground game when your turnout
00:24:07.340 is down and Republican turnout is steady.
00:24:10.460 And by the way, not only is Republican turnout performing, but, oh, wait a second, in the early
00:24:15.660 vote, we were not targeting high propensity voters.
00:24:19.680 We were never targeting people that normally vote.
00:24:22.380 And what are we seeing today, Steve?
00:24:24.280 Not only did we see it in the early vote, so it's Peter Thiel, right?
00:24:28.000 Zero to one, turn something into nothing, turn someone who's a non-voter into a voter.
00:24:32.780 Not only did we do that with all of these votes, that's the hard way.
00:24:36.040 That's playing on hard.
00:24:37.400 We did that in Pennsylvania to generate this delta between us and the Democrats.
00:24:44.000 That's way, we thinned their firewall down.
00:24:47.220 So it's paper thin.
00:24:48.280 Their firewall is paper right now.
00:24:50.560 And more to the point, I'm getting messages across the rural areas.
00:24:55.320 I'm bringing my dad out.
00:24:56.540 I'm bringing my kids out.
00:24:57.660 I'm bringing my brother out.
00:24:58.980 They all love Trump, but they never voted before.
00:25:01.440 There are first-time voters that are crawling over broken glass and broken fentanyl needles
00:25:08.660 all across Pennsylvania in the rural areas to vote for Trump today.
00:25:12.440 Let me just remind you of the history.
00:25:15.380 The 1.4 versus the 400,000, or the 700,000, you got a 700,000 vote gap, six or 700,000 vote
00:25:22.300 difference.
00:25:23.860 Those are low propensity voters they got in 2020 because of Trump hate and COVID.
00:25:28.760 They didn't, and oh, by the way, we won 15 house seats that day, and we won 19 of the
00:25:38.840 20 bellwether counties.
00:25:40.640 And oh yeah, Biden got 81 million votes versus Obama's 66 million.
00:25:46.900 I can give you statistical anomaly after statistical anomaly, but hey, they all hated Trump.
00:25:52.600 I got it.
00:25:53.520 In 22, none of them showed up.
00:25:55.700 None of those people voted, okay?
00:25:57.820 And we won the popular vote for the House, not the way you determine, but the popular vote
00:26:01.640 by five or six million votes.
00:26:02.920 But they said, hey, they only come out because they hate Trump.
00:26:05.240 It was all Trump.
00:26:05.840 They wouldn't come out.
00:26:07.400 Now we come to the early vote count in Pennsylvania.
00:26:11.960 Guess what?
00:26:13.120 They're not there.
00:26:14.620 And now you're telling me today that low propensity voters that have never showed up
00:26:19.480 before and haven't shown up since and haven't showed up in the early vote and had every
00:26:24.960 chance to kind of either walk in there and get a mail in or whatever, and you're going
00:26:29.200 to convince me today they're going to turn out and vote?
00:26:33.900 This is the con and the scam.
00:26:36.980 In rural Pennsylvania, in the MAGA movement, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is risen up.
00:26:43.440 You must bring everybody today to vote.
00:26:47.600 And if we get low propensity voters, particularly low propensity men, and I can tell you in
00:26:51.940 Philadelphia, because what I'm hearing, and you see the numbers, African American men and
00:26:57.060 Hispanic men detest her.
00:26:59.620 I am not making the case they're going to vote for President Trump.
00:27:02.560 I think some will.
00:27:04.220 But I will tell you, they ain't going to vote for her.
00:27:08.220 That's the un-really written story of this, that the mainstream media refuses to talk about.
00:27:14.720 But African American men in places like Philadelphia are saying, hey, I've had a belly full of
00:27:19.220 this, okay?
00:27:20.260 And I'm not supporting this anymore.
00:27:22.040 The same thing that kind of hit Hillary Clinton, but I think even bigger.
00:27:25.200 There's a number of people have to call and a website they have to go to.
00:27:28.120 Yes, 717-999-5868.
00:27:32.560 If there's any Election Day shenanigans going on in Pennsylvania, you know the way they come
00:27:36.620 for you is trying to demoralize you.
00:27:38.760 By taking away your vote, you've got to call that number.
00:27:40.920 Remember, there's also a website that people can check out.
00:27:43.740 Don't just DM Scott Pressler, the site.
00:27:47.220 Let me pull it up real quick.
00:27:49.580 It is pa.protectthevote.com.
00:27:54.580 Special request from Scott Pressler.
00:27:56.220 Don't just DM him.
00:27:57.140 File the report.
00:27:58.020 Let's get that to Denver, too.
00:27:59.580 If we can type that up and get it to Denver.
00:28:00.700 Scott Pressler's got the world on his shoulders today, so we don't need to bug him with everything.
00:28:04.740 But Sobik's sticking around.
00:28:06.380 We've got Alex DeGrasse and Cash Patel.
00:28:09.320 We're on fire here early in the morning.
00:28:12.260 More room.
00:28:13.500 It's obvious.
00:28:14.520 The unthinkable continues.
00:28:16.120 Most Americans know something is very, very wrong.
00:28:20.300 The people in charge keep telling you that everything's fine and to stop noticing.
00:28:24.500 But you know better.

00:29:31.740 Cash, you've been out on the bus.
00:29:33.380 You've also been with the president.
00:29:34.980 You're down there today.
00:29:35.900 Give me your assessment of what you're seeing and hearing so far.
00:29:40.300 Steve, great to be with you.
00:29:41.500 And for the first time in media history, I am going to use notes because y'all are making me do numbers.
00:29:47.320 So let me drop some knowledge on you right now.
00:29:49.740 In 2020.
00:29:51.000 Hold it.
00:29:51.200 Hold it.
00:29:51.540 Stop.
00:29:52.180 Stop.
00:29:52.580 Hold it.
00:29:53.860 He's the—Cash is the new Raheem.
00:29:57.640 Brilliant guy.
00:29:58.740 Very lazy.
00:30:00.020 Very—
00:30:00.740 We don't want punditry.
00:30:02.580 No punditry.
00:30:03.540 Let's get to some facts and analytics.
00:30:05.240 Go ahead, Cash.
00:30:06.440 Just straight numbers.
00:30:07.440 No highfalutin nonsense here.
00:30:09.440 In 2020, War Room, in 2020, in the final total voting average of all the polls, Donald Trump, at this point, trailed by 8.4 percent.
00:30:20.060 He would go on to lose the election in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin by a total of 43,000 votes.
00:30:28.880 He would go on to lose the election by a total of 43,000 votes in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin.
00:30:33.760 Are y'all listening out there in Georgia, in Arizona, and Wisconsin?
00:30:37.080 Move your asses and get to the polls.
00:30:39.900 Today, today, Steve, in that same voting average of all polls, Donald Trump is down one point.
00:30:46.620 One point.
00:30:47.200 Now, let's bring it home to my home state of Nevada, the silver state.
00:30:53.500 Y'all better be listening.
00:30:54.560 They call you Battle Born for a reason.
00:30:56.360 Steve, there are 2.4 million registered voters in Nevada.
00:31:01.920 Of that, 1.4 million live and reside and register in Las Vegas.
00:31:07.780 Steve, already in Clark County, which is Las Vegas, over half of the registered voters have voted.
00:31:16.880 Over half.
00:31:18.680 And statewide, the Republican votes versus the Democratic votes are plus 45,000.
00:31:26.660 This time, in the last election cycle, we were down 145,000.
00:31:34.080 Now, Nevada, we're not done yet.
00:31:36.100 We promised Donald Trump.
00:31:37.600 We promised Donald Trump.
00:31:38.920 Our chairman, Mike McDonald, and Seagal Chata, and great warriors out there promised her we would deliver the silver state for the first time.
00:31:46.340 And so, here's where it counts, Nevada, to Donald J. Trump.
00:31:49.580 Clark, Douglas, Lyon, Elko.
00:31:52.660 You haven't gotten out the vote.
00:31:54.020 Those are Donald Trump's counties, and those are America First counties.
00:31:58.120 Get out the vote.
00:31:59.300 Get your ranchers.
00:32:00.320 Get your friends.
00:32:01.440 And get to the polls.
00:32:02.540 And get those ballots submitted today.
00:32:05.440 It is on you.
00:32:06.900 And here's the good news about Nevada, Steve.
00:32:08.960 I haven't even talked about independents.
00:32:11.580 Independents have also voted at a record level.
00:32:16.140 And they traditionally split essentially 50-50.
00:32:19.600 Steve, even if we have independents in the state of Nevada, vote 65-35 for Kamala Harris over DJT.
00:32:29.900 The silver state still goes to DJT if our men and women show up.
00:32:33.860 War room posse, let's go.
00:32:35.200 Hang on.
00:32:35.400 I want you to stay in the studio.
00:32:37.700 I'm going to go to grass.
00:32:38.320 I'm going to put somebody back in here.
00:32:39.380 Hang on.
00:32:39.940 John Ralston is the Mac Daddy of Nevada.
00:32:44.620 And he goes through your analysis last night and says, but however, at 0.2%, the Culinary Union and the Harry Reid machine, what he calls the Democratic apparatus, is going to pull it out in a win for Harris.
00:32:57.540 Your thoughts, sir?
00:32:58.220 Steve, Clark County, Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada, the number of voting for Democrats, 274,000.
00:33:08.000 The number of Republicans, 254,000.
00:33:13.160 That is up by a six-figure amount from the last election cycle.
00:33:19.200 Now, I'm the only Indian that sucks at math, but that don't look like nothing like 0.02%, especially when Republicans are up 43,000 votes.
00:33:26.760 So, listen, I love all the pollsters and the pundits and the pros, and this is why I love coming on the war room.
00:33:32.780 I don't do any of this for a living.
00:33:34.320 I don't make any money on this.
00:33:36.000 I'm on the ground with the war room posse in Nevada.
00:33:38.640 And you guys better wake up in Georgia and Pennsylvania, where I was yesterday in Wisconsin.
00:33:42.260 This will come down to the wire.
00:33:44.280 Get out the votes.
00:33:45.100 All of these numbers show us, Steve, that Donald Trump has the votes.
00:33:48.760 Now you've got to get your butts to the polls.
00:33:53.260 Cash, you stay right there.
00:33:54.460 Jack Posobiec, thoughts on cash in Nevada and also any updates on what you're hearing in Pennsylvania?
00:34:02.200 Look, I am hearing in Pennsylvania now.
00:34:05.160 Look, cash is fantastic with numbers.
00:34:07.840 Look, they don't call them cash for nothing.
00:34:09.740 You know what I'm saying, folks?
00:34:11.040 That's a guy from Vegas.
00:34:12.220 That's a guy who knows how to run his numbers.
00:34:13.880 But look, we know the culinary unions, Las Vegas and Nevada, is crooked as a $3 bill.
00:34:19.000 Go watch Godfather 2 if you want to learn how the gaming board works out there.
00:34:22.980 But as far as the state, we know that the voters, the regular people in Nevada and the same deal in Pennsylvania, it's very similar, actually, because both of these states are machine states.
00:34:34.460 And when I say machines, I don't mean voting machines.
00:34:36.320 I mean political operations, areas where there are jobs in public and private sectors that are controlled by unions.
00:34:43.720 And those have cut deals with politicians for years.
00:34:48.040 In Pennsylvania, where I'm more familiar with, Josh Shapiro is currently the governor, but he's in the head of the machine.
00:34:52.880 The machine is run by a guy named Bob Brady in Pennsylvania.
00:34:55.600 He was the former Democrat Party chair.
00:34:57.740 He was also the congressman there from Philadelphia for a long, long time.
00:35:01.860 So the question is, will the machine turn out ballots or not?
00:35:07.420 Detroit's the same way.
00:35:08.400 Milwaukee, not so much, but it has a little bit.
00:35:10.040 So in Philadelphia, one of the things that I am seeing, Washington Square West now, some of those center city areas, they were a little slow to get started.
00:35:18.800 Now they are starting to see lines pump out in Philadelphia.
00:35:22.360 So what does that mean?
00:35:23.680 Many poll watchers in Philly.
00:35:25.540 And we've also got information that the fake Democrat, and I've got the picture up, the fake Democrat election officials wearing voter protection gear are all up in Philadelphia now.
00:35:36.220 Those are not election officials.
00:35:39.000 They are not there.
00:35:40.760 Those badges are illegal.
00:35:42.260 They're fake.
00:35:42.820 Josh Shapiro is doing nothing about this.
00:35:44.680 One thing I want to throw out, by the way, that we're telling people, do not wear MAGA gear to the polls.
00:35:50.780 You cannot look.
00:35:51.680 I know we love the hats.
00:35:52.960 You cannot do this.
00:35:54.200 They will put you out of line.
00:35:55.260 So what do you do instead?
00:35:56.660 We're launching something called Operation Old Glory.
00:36:00.580 Wear an American flag shirt.
00:36:02.400 Wear an American flag hat.
00:36:04.060 That's not political.
00:36:04.940 They can't make you take that off.
00:36:06.900 And studies show that the sight of the American flag, the Star Spangled Banner, can shift attitudes of the people who see it and the people who are around you.
00:36:15.980 So do a little bit of last minute.
00:36:17.720 There's a little bit of last minute spreading the good vibes of patriotism and the red, white, and blue.
00:36:23.280 So wear your American flag gear when you go to the polls today and you need to be going out.
00:36:28.980 And then once you're done, be a vote multiplier.
00:36:31.800 So we have the force multiplier.
00:36:33.660 You have the vote multiplier.
00:36:34.480 Your chat groups, your group chats, your – whether it's soccer or church or sports or just the families, whatever it is, harass your friends.
00:36:46.200 Get out and vote for Trump.
00:36:47.800 This is the last chance you will have to do it.
00:36:50.260 So just do it today.
00:36:51.160 It's one day.
00:36:51.800 I know it might feel icky.
00:36:52.960 Just do it.
00:36:54.300 And if you can stay at the polls, stay at the polls and help people because there's a lot of first-time voters who don't know what they're doing.
00:36:59.280 You know, they're going to have questions.
00:37:00.920 Be a force multiplier.
00:37:04.560 Jack Canberra, second.
00:37:05.400 You talk about gear and the wearing of gear.
00:37:07.800 Let's go to our own Ben Burquam in Maricopa County outside of a polling station.
00:37:13.080 Ben, you've come across email, a missive for ICE.
00:37:19.380 I want you to explain what's happening here about ICE agents.
00:37:22.580 Yeah, Steve, we broke this story last night.
00:37:26.860 I got contacted by my ICE contacts.
00:37:29.200 They want to remain anonymous, but there's a memo that was sent out.
00:37:32.340 I've confirmed it went out to at least Arizona and Pennsylvania.
00:37:36.060 The first time this directive has gone out to ICE, as far as I know from ICE contacts, that's what they said.
00:37:41.160 They've never had this before.
00:37:42.520 They're being told directly they cannot wear their uniforms or their badges when they go to vote today.
00:37:48.240 And they believe, I asked them why, they believe speculation is that if there are illegals or non-citizens at the polls, it might cause consternation.
00:37:58.260 It might suppress.
00:37:59.780 It might concern those people.
00:38:01.680 This is absolutely outrageous.
00:38:04.060 And again, we have the memo.
00:38:05.640 I have it.
00:38:06.460 I just gave them my word I wouldn't release the actual memo.
00:38:08.900 This came from directors at ICE down to the guys on the ground.
00:38:13.100 Absolutely outrageous.
00:38:16.680 Give me that again.
00:38:18.240 This was an email, a memo to ICE staff that said what?
00:38:22.420 The email memo.
00:38:23.440 Yeah, this is an email memo that went out to all ICE agents in Arizona and Pennsylvania.
00:38:27.860 Those are the two states we know of for sure that said they are not allowed.
00:38:32.320 When they go to vote today, they're going to have to change their clothes.
00:38:35.060 So if you're an ICE officer or an ICE agent and you're going into work today and you want to vote,
00:38:40.740 you have to change your clothes to go in to vote so that you don't offend somebody in line that may be here illegally,
00:38:47.440 that may be here as a non-citizen, or that may just not like ICE.
00:38:50.360 They're given direction from their superiors that they cannot wear their uniforms or their badges when they go to vote today,
00:38:57.920 at least in Arizona and in Pennsylvania.
00:39:00.260 We're trying to track down if the other swing states or other states have sent out the same memo,
00:39:04.320 but at least in those two states.
00:39:06.020 You talk about a slap in the face to our ICE officers who've been neutered by Kamala Harris and Joe Biden for the last four years,
00:39:12.100 haven't been able to do their job.
00:39:13.340 Now they're told they can't even wear their uniforms when they go in to vote.
00:39:15.760 They don't want to, because they don't want to spook the illegal aliens that they got in there to vote.
00:39:20.900 Come on, man.
00:39:22.260 This is obvious, because let's start talking like adults and stop talking like kids.
00:39:26.040 You don't send this email out.
00:39:28.000 The ICE agents should be proud to wear their uniform, just like Border Patrol, just like the military, just like police.
00:39:34.100 You should be proud of that.
00:39:35.260 That's right.
00:39:35.660 You're supporting the democratic process.
00:39:37.520 You're supporting what this country is built upon.
00:39:40.520 We're proud of that.
00:39:41.780 You know why they're not.
00:39:42.920 You know exactly why they're not.
00:39:44.460 Come on, man.
00:39:45.040 Tell me about Arizona.
00:39:46.880 I got a text message from the first couple that voted up in, I think, Maricopa County early.
00:39:54.500 I think it was the 6 a.m. crew.
00:39:56.460 What are you seeing?
00:39:58.860 Yeah, well, I want to bring Jordan out here.
00:40:01.140 So we've got lines.
00:40:02.200 We're in Scottsdale right now.
00:40:03.620 We've gone across several different polling locations already.
00:40:06.740 Nine o'clock, there's lines out the doors in many of them.
00:40:09.440 And it really comes down to the complexity of this ballot here.
00:40:13.200 Jordan, you were just in there voting.
00:40:14.560 Talk to us about how long it took you.
00:40:17.240 Yeah, that's right.
00:40:17.820 So it's a 80-80 contest ballot.
00:40:21.100 It's two pages front and back.
00:40:22.540 So it's actually a four-page ballot.
00:40:24.180 And it took me about 30 minutes.
00:40:25.860 I timed it to fill it out.
00:40:27.680 And keep in mind, you know, I'm one of the more intelligent people out here in Arizona.
00:40:31.780 That's questionable, bud.
00:40:32.540 Yeah, well, Ben doesn't think so.
00:40:34.340 Hold, hold, hold, hold.
00:40:35.220 Don't get in.
00:40:35.780 No, no, no.
00:40:36.320 Hey, hey, hey, hold it.
00:40:38.020 Reviews are still.
00:40:38.720 Did he just say that?
00:40:40.040 Reviews are still out.
00:40:41.080 Trust me, brother.
00:40:41.840 Reviews.
00:40:42.240 You do work for Gateway Pundit.
00:40:43.840 So reviews are still out on that.
00:40:45.240 But keep going.
00:40:45.760 Continue on.
00:40:46.580 Yeah, so it's concerning because Maricopa County estimated that this ballot would take
00:40:54.240 about 10 to 12 minutes to fill out.
00:40:56.920 That's far from the truth.
00:40:58.220 It takes a lot longer than that, especially if you're voting every single ballot or if
00:41:02.380 you're not an informed voter who knows exactly who they're voting for and how they're voting
00:41:07.740 on each ballot proposition, on each retention election.
00:41:11.780 So, yeah.
00:41:13.140 No, but hang on.
00:41:16.020 Hang on.
00:41:16.400 It's a full stop.
00:41:17.340 They were told at first it was going to take 8 to 10 minutes.
00:41:21.000 Then in the early voting, it took 18 to 22 minutes.
00:41:25.580 They said they were going to – and Swoboda and Harmeet went and tried to force them to
00:41:30.980 open up more places people can vote.
00:41:33.720 Is it – is it – is your – how long did it take you to vote?
00:41:37.460 You said it was 15 minutes, or how long did it take you to actually vote?
00:41:40.140 It was – it was actually 30 minutes.
00:41:44.020 Like, I – I went through every single contest.
00:41:46.980 Didn't take too long to think on each one, but going through the ballot and filling out
00:41:51.000 every bubble, it took me 30 minutes.
00:41:53.080 Yeah, and I timed it when I got here.
00:41:54.540 It was – it was at least that long.
00:41:55.900 And that's the big concern, Steve, is now you've got – you're going to have lines that
00:41:59.460 are two and three hours long.
00:42:00.600 Again, like we saw in 2022 when they shut down the printers, the potential is the same for
00:42:05.240 today, the one bright spot is Republicans for the first time are 200,000 votes up over
00:42:11.680 Democrats.
00:42:12.560 But all of this being said, just like Cash said, just like Jack said, it really comes
00:42:17.480 down to Republicans showing up today and being willing to sit in line for three hours.
00:42:23.120 Well, you also – there's other things you can do about going to other things.
00:42:25.720 We'll get to that.
00:42:26.280 But people in Arizona have to know there may be delays on Election Day.
00:42:30.400 You're going to have to at least initially get it out.
00:42:32.960 Okay, short break.
00:42:34.420 We've got Arizona.
00:42:35.460 We've got Pennsylvania.
00:42:36.560 Jenny Beth Martin is going to tell us about Georgia.
00:42:38.600 I've got Alex DeGrasse on the house.
00:42:42.380 There's already some controversy about the house, about Hakeem Jeffries.
00:42:45.700 Hakeem Jeffries coming back to D.C. to claim the crown.
00:42:49.280 Today, we're going to get into all that.
00:42:50.960 Home Tidal Lock.
00:42:51.740 Make sure you're talking about crowns in your castle.
00:42:54.300 90% of your net worth.
00:42:56.820 That would be 9-0.
00:42:58.480 It's tied up.
00:42:59.860 For most people.
00:43:01.720 In your home.
00:43:03.980 If someone was coming in and kind of get access to your title and take out a second,
00:43:08.420 the bank doesn't want to hear some tale of woe.
00:43:11.160 Okay?
00:43:11.520 They want their money.
00:43:12.840 So make sure you go to hometitlelock.com slash band and check out today
00:43:16.140 the Home Tidal Lock product line.
00:43:20.020 Short commercial break.
00:43:23.400 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.
00:43:28.900 First, think back to 9-11.
00:43:30.760 Shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:43:33.780 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email
00:43:38.980 and tracking our movement across the internet.
00:43:42.100 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence
00:43:46.560 and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:43:54.940 In fact, some of the guests I've had on the war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:44:02.940 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:44:09.740 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:44:13.740 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:44:19.160 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming
00:44:26.000 and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:44:31.820 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:44:37.360 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:44:39.380 That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:44:42.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:44:49.920 Okay, welcome back.
00:44:50.920 Obviously, a lot going on.
00:44:51.640 We're juggling a lot of balls.
00:44:54.460 What's happening in Pennsylvania?
00:44:55.760 You have some breaking news, Natalie Winters.
00:44:57.820 Yes, lots of breaking news.
00:44:59.300 In Allegheny and Luzerne County, earlier there were delays.
00:45:02.160 Election judges were late.
00:45:03.600 There were some issues with long lines.
00:45:05.180 But just now it's breaking that in two counties, Bedford and Cambria, there are, you guessed it, if you're getting deja vu, that's correct.
00:45:13.260 Software malfunctions with the, you guessed it, I'm going to say the D word, Dominion voting machines, so much so that in Cambria...
00:45:20.300 Her name is Natalie Winters.
00:45:21.540 Can you please give me...
00:45:22.440 You can sue me, not Steve.
00:45:24.140 She's just a consultant.
00:45:25.220 I don't even know the girl.
00:45:26.460 She just wandered in here.
00:45:27.840 No, Dominion, don't come after me.
00:45:28.820 How about metaphorically?
00:45:29.540 I'm not a machine guy.
00:45:30.840 I've been saying that.
00:45:31.620 I'm not a machine guy.
00:45:32.600 You know, we're not machine people.
00:45:34.040 We're not machine people.
00:45:34.680 But they make it hard to not be, right?
00:45:37.100 That's what I would say.
00:45:38.360 But that...
00:45:38.840 This is...
00:45:39.480 I'm getting deja vu all over again.
00:45:41.860 But I want to trigger you more.
00:45:42.800 I got...
00:45:43.240 I got...
00:45:43.520 Okay, go ahead.
00:45:44.060 Are you ready?
00:45:44.420 Continue on.
00:45:45.340 So the solution, the panacea to the unforced error on Dominion's part is, you guessed it,
00:45:51.840 an emergency box where you can put your ballots in.
00:45:54.780 And we have footage of the lady telling everyone that that's where they can leave it.
00:45:57.980 But to give you a little bit of good news, I feel like I only bring back...
00:46:01.320 That's great news, actually.
00:46:02.640 Yeah.
00:46:02.960 Well, is in Philly, York, Westmoreland, Allegheny, Lehigh, Cambria, Wyoming, and Lackawanna, and
00:46:08.920 all those counties, Republican poll watchers were not being let in, rightfully so, to their
00:46:12.740 rooms.
00:46:13.540 The RNC sued, and they have all been at this point let in so they can observe.
00:46:17.960 So I think it's very important that for those war room posse members who are in the count
00:46:21.760 of these ballot emergency boxes that they've set up, you need to be very diligent and scrupulous
00:46:26.660 in counting how many ballots it was supposed to be.
00:46:28.520 So the posse that went to the not-to-get-the-vote but did the election integrity and all the
00:46:31.940 training, hey, you're going to have your turn in the barrel.
00:46:34.340 It's going to be intense.
00:46:35.220 The militia men of the 2024 election, metaphorically.
00:46:38.660 Now, Watley did a good job.
00:46:40.340 He went in there.
00:46:40.900 They're kicking down the door.
00:46:41.940 They're not going to take...
00:46:42.440 This is not 2020.
00:46:44.060 These guys are on point.
00:46:45.780 They went in, and now we've got guys in the room, right, in those counties.
00:46:48.920 Well, and there's no pandemic.
00:46:50.060 Exactly.
00:46:50.420 But they're still using the same playbook.
00:46:52.580 They're using 2020 playbook.
00:46:54.420 Let me go to Alex de Grasse, Sabato's saying they're going to win by one, take the house.
00:47:01.400 And there's all kind of rumors that Hakeem Jeffries is not hanging in New York.
00:47:04.120 He's coming back to D.C. today to kind of coordinate his becoming Speaker of the House
00:47:09.740 tonight, obviously not legally, but with a win.
00:47:14.460 You have information that counters that.
00:47:17.300 What is it?
00:47:17.740 Yeah, I've got a couple bits of information.
00:47:20.620 This is breaking news, Steve.
00:47:22.540 Guam, where the presidential vote doesn't count officially, but is taken every year.
00:47:28.220 President Trump is out running 10 points where he was in 2020.
00:47:32.380 Exit polls show for the first time in over 20 years, Guam legislator is going to fit...
00:47:37.900 The state-led, you know, the territorial legislator is going to flip Republican.
00:47:41.180 So he lost by about 14.5%.
00:47:44.520 He's now down around 4%.
00:47:47.980 There's 85% reporting.
00:47:50.100 So that's a huge metric.
00:47:51.480 I'm sure you spoke about New Hampshire.
00:47:53.800 I'm going to bring you to Florida quick, Steve, where they...
00:47:57.860 Hang on.
00:47:58.200 Ho, ho, ho.
00:47:58.940 Slow down.
00:47:59.380 Hang on.
00:47:59.820 Slow down.
00:48:00.280 Take a deeper...
00:48:01.380 No.
00:48:01.560 In fact, Dixfield notch, which we lost in 16, 2-1.
00:48:07.560 Trump got smoked in 2020 with no votes for Trump.
00:48:11.400 They split last night 3-3.
00:48:13.160 Also, New Hampshire, I'm hearing in New Hampshire, there's massive turnout.
00:48:16.620 Is that what you're seeing from people getting information to you, sir?
00:48:20.520 It's a massive turnout.
00:48:21.640 I think races will be really tight in New Hampshire, especially in the rural areas, Steve.
00:48:27.220 Tons of men out early and first, which is good.
00:48:31.700 Like I said yesterday, we focus on the morning.
00:48:34.940 We focus on post-work.
00:48:36.520 Those are the two in the lunch hour.
00:48:38.240 Those are the three kind of focal points for Republicans to kind of get people out.
00:48:43.580 The numbers that we're seeing in general in New Hampshire, New York, it's through the roof on Republicans.
00:48:48.160 By 9 a.m., Republicans were leading on Election Day votes by thousands and thousands and thousands of votes,
00:48:54.800 county by county, in all of the swing seats in New York, just in terms of who's cast their vote.
00:49:00.340 That's what we know, right?
00:49:01.060 We don't know who they voted for, but we know who voted and if they're a Republican or Democrat.
00:49:06.280 In Florida, Steve, this just broke because we're tracking this real time as sort of a metric to apply elsewhere.
00:49:13.860 All that talk about Florida, Steve.
00:49:15.560 Republicans, including mail ballots, including early vote, are up right now by 1 million votes as of 1030 in the morning.
00:49:25.720 1 million votes on the Democrats.
00:49:29.620 3.9 million Republican votes versus 2.9 Democrats and 1.9 independents.
00:49:36.380 That is as of, yeah, 1030 in the morning.
00:49:39.560 Hold it.
00:49:42.060 Give me that one more time.
00:49:43.140 I want people to hear that of what we've done in Florida through registration and get out the vote efforts.
00:49:47.620 Hit me with that number again.
00:49:49.080 3.9 million Republicans have voted as of 1030 a.m., and that includes early in person as well as mail ballots.
00:49:55.940 And Democrats are only at 2.9.
00:49:58.120 So we're already leading by 1 million votes.
00:50:01.720 And there's 1.9 million independents.
00:50:05.280 So going in through early vote, margins down 20 percent.
00:50:10.160 Maybe you have to get this information, but I want it.
00:50:14.860 Do we have any indication?
00:50:16.280 Because I think as we roll out tonight, one of the earliest things I think we'll see about direction will be the Commonwealth of Virginia.
00:50:24.760 And particularly, I think on the House side, it's Vindman, my favorite guy.
00:50:29.280 Vindman in Virginia 7.
00:50:31.380 Do we have any indication so far of the intensity or lines or whatever is happening in Virginia 7?
00:50:38.540 That's a tough one for us to win.
00:50:41.360 It's just north of Fredericksburg.
00:50:42.660 It's almost where the deep state starts to live.
00:50:47.040 So it's a huge amount of government, federal workers there.
00:50:49.660 Vindman's twin brother, the twin that actually may be almost as obnoxious as—
00:50:57.100 Worse.
00:50:57.420 You think the guy running's worse than the Schmendrick?
00:51:01.120 They're the two most obnoxious twins I've ever met, right?
00:51:04.760 Or ever seen.
00:51:05.320 One of them put up on Twitter, Alex, he got a hack DM that everyone got.
00:51:11.040 And he thought that it was election interference from Elon Musk trying to shut him out of election commentary.
00:51:16.340 So when we say our enemies aren't that high IQ, case in point.
00:51:21.260 But you know what I said?
00:51:22.280 He's 0 for 2 on the whistleblowing.
00:51:24.220 Whoa.
00:51:25.660 God.
00:51:26.060 You put the knife in, don't you?
00:51:29.460 Metaphorically.
00:51:29.960 Do we have anything on the—do we have anything on Virginia 7 right now?
00:51:34.300 Numbers in the rural areas, in the MAGA areas, lines are long.
00:51:37.700 It's so important, Steve, that people stay in line.
00:51:40.820 Do not leave.
00:51:42.500 Well, you know, get more people to the line.
00:51:44.520 Text everyone you know.
00:51:45.780 That's going to be a tight race.
00:51:46.900 We feel good about that.
00:51:48.000 On a side note, Vindman just went on CNN and said while he's been traveling around Virginia's 11th district.
00:51:53.680 This was yesterday, the day before the election.
00:51:55.700 I saw that.
00:51:59.020 I said, yo, dude, I know you're from Ukraine, but it would be nice to maybe go through the Commonwealth and find out where these congressional districts are.
00:52:06.660 A goofball.
00:52:07.860 Alex, stick around for a second.
00:52:09.180 We've got Poso at the top of the air.
00:52:10.520 He's got breaking news about provisional ballots.
00:52:13.940 Quite important.
00:52:14.440 We're already there.
00:52:15.100 The machines are kicking in.
00:52:18.220 Do not get out of line.
00:52:19.420 This is a PSYOP.
00:52:20.680 They want to make it as painful as possible for you to vote today.
00:52:24.800 Just hang in there.
00:52:25.740 Hold the line.
00:52:28.660 Today on game day.
00:52:30.000 Here in the War Room.
00:52:31.000 Short commercial break.
00:52:32.040 We're going out with Billy Strings.
00:52:33.440 When the man comes around, we're going to be back after a 90-second commercial break.
