Trump is already making moves to consolidate power within the executive and judiciary, and it s not hard to see how he s going to do it. It s a simple matter of delegitimizing the other two branches of government and consolidating power in the hands of the president.
00:00:00.000Meanwhile, it's already making moves to carry out another common aspect of autocracy, subjugating the federal legislature, issuing a truth social command to the Republican senators who will be vying for leader by demanding that they agree in advance to recess, appoint his cabinet and that they approve no more Biden judges to the federal courts.
00:00:20.160You can presume that all three aspiring Russian Republican leaders, I should say, John Thune of South Dakota, Rick Scott of Florida and John Cornyn of Texas will all meekly promise to comply.
00:01:05.000He's doing that so the Senate won't have to vote to confirm his appointees.
00:01:10.340If the Senate is in recess, he can make recess appointments.
00:01:14.040He can just install people in their positions without the Senate ever voting for them, even though the Senate would definitely vote for them if they took a vote.
00:01:23.500He's telling the United States Senate to shut itself down so he can operate independently and on his own, even though they don't have any intention of stopping him.
00:01:33.900He doesn't even want to give them a say.
00:01:36.300I draw your attention to this because of all the discussion we have had as a country about Trump's dictator on day one promises, his authoritarian values and promises and threats.
00:01:50.200One of the things that hasn't been talked about very much is that we have a three part system of government.
00:01:58.600Right. Co-equal branches of government, the judiciary, the legislature and the executive.
00:02:03.240We have a three part system of government.
00:02:05.280But what's the first rule of authoritarianism?
00:02:07.580It's that there's one guy in charge, right?
00:02:11.560It's that there can be no other source of authority in the government other than the dear leader.
00:02:17.360So if there has to be a Congress, well, it certainly certainly shouldn't be a Congress with any power.
00:02:22.800It shouldn't be a Congress that has any role in governing.
00:02:27.160And frankly, same thing for the courts, right?
00:02:29.140This is something that I've been trying to raise flags about in advance.
00:02:34.980And so I can, you know, sometimes you can just feel something is getting traction or not getting traction.
00:02:38.840Like you can tell this is not getting traction, but I'm just going to keep saying it because this is what's coming.
00:03:00.080It's about consolidating the executive branch so there's no source of authority and no directive force in the executive branch at all, other than the president himself.
00:03:09.160That is about consolidating the power of the executive branch.
00:03:13.300But also look to him to disempower, to hollow out, to neuter, to sideline the other two branches of government.
00:03:24.040This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:29.140Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:34.220Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:38.460The people have had a belly full of it.
00:06:43.560I mean, the president of the United States is elected by all Americans to run the executive branch.
00:06:50.860It seems like it's the people, the Democrat operatives in the Justice Department and elsewhere who are the ones who are subverting the Constitution.
00:07:00.020They are openly calling for undermining the duly elected president of the United States and ignoring his lawful orders.
00:07:10.380And I would say this to the Justice Department employees, if the president of the United States gives any executive branch employee a lawful order, including at the Justice Department, because you work for the attorney general of the United States who works for the president of the United States, if you don't want to follow that order, you should leave.
00:07:31.600If you have a policy disagreement with that lawful order of the president of the United States elected by all Americans, you should resign and run for Congress, because the American people didn't put you in the Justice Department as a faceless, nameless bureaucrat to undermine our democracy.
00:07:48.980Mike Davis, what he's referring to, there have been three major articles and more coming out every day, but there's been an article about the lawyers at the Justice Department are very nervous and they're focused on what they can do to subvert Trump.
00:08:07.100There's an article today saying the scientists, everybody in the scientific community over in all of the administrative state that's associated with HHS, you know, like CDC, FDA, all of it, all the scientists are thinking if they don't resign en masse of how they use science, trust the science to stop Trump.
00:08:28.200And I think most disturbing is those who are, Mike, there's that article coming out of, about the Pentagon, about the Pentagon lawyers are reviewing about lawful orders.
00:08:39.080You should review and get your resume out and start sending it out and just leave, just leave.
00:08:45.120This, it's quite obvious, is it not Mike Davis that they intend to not just resist, but to obstruct President Trump as commander in chief, as chief magistrate and as chief executive of the government, sir?
00:08:59.200Well, if they do that, they're going to get fired and they should get fired.
00:09:02.540And if they actually obstruct justice in the process, they should be prosecuted.
00:09:07.120I don't know who these people think they are, where they think that they're going to stand in the way.
00:09:12.380They think they're delusional enough where they think they're protecting the American people from the duly elected president of the United States who just won in a landslide with 312 electoral votes.
00:09:25.200All seven swing states and some D.C. bureaucrats in the Justice Department, some left-wing wacko who's probably still wearing a Ukraine face mask and has had 15 COVID shots, thinks that they know what's best for the American people instead of the president of the United States.
00:09:42.780Eric Prince, you talked, you addressed the new senators last night over on Capitol Hill.
00:09:52.340Your thoughts, particularly the Defense Department, where right now they're going through and they have their lawyers saying, oh, we really got to figure out what's a lawful order.
00:10:01.360Didn't we go through this with Milley?
00:10:02.840Milley, and my strongest recommendation to the president, I think Mike Davis would support this, is to, on day one, recall General Milley to active duty, which the president's commander-in-chief has full authority to recall him to active duty and make him face a court-martial, court-martial him.
00:10:20.720And let's see what a military tribunal says about Milley's activity as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from June of, let's pick some random dates, from June of 2020 until the 19th, the 20th, high noon on the 20th of January of 2021.
00:10:54.980Look, there needs to be a culling of the senior ranks.
00:10:58.580You have as many general officers now as we did during World War II when we had 10 times as many troops.
00:11:05.000So there's a reason we have so much bureaucracy and so much ineptitude.
00:11:09.220It's because it's a massive blob of a committee.
00:11:11.520President Trump needs to consolidate and severely reduce the massive Pentagon bloat, both civilian population and especially amongst general officers and colonels.
00:11:21.820We need a lot more teeth and a lot less tail.
00:11:25.300You have about 12 tail for every tooth you have in the Pentagon right now.
00:11:29.760So the whole Pentagon needs to go on a diet, including Mark Milley.
00:12:15.040And just contrast him to Jake Sullivan, who is a Senate staffer who never did anything difficult or dangerous in his life.
00:12:21.560He literally hung around the swamp and floated to the surface versus Mike Waltz, who is a combat leader.
00:12:27.860His men loved him, served well in Army Special Forces.
00:12:32.080That's the right person to be helping guide the president's policy about sending people committing troops or not as to what is America's interest.
00:12:41.900The second and third layer of bureaucracy in the Pentagon.
00:12:45.020Look, the whole thing needs a massive culling.
00:12:47.560They're used to kind of doing their own thing because you have an entire military that has got used to a culture of no accountability.
00:12:54.200No one's been fired for the debacle that's Afghanistan or Somalia or Yemen or any of these things.
00:13:02.280There's nothing like a massive firing that needs to reshape their minds and reshape their thinking.
00:13:10.060If we had significantly few officers after that, fine, because there's a lot more than we need right now.
00:13:18.140And I would rather have those funds applied to actually next generation lethality.
00:13:24.500That should be the mission of the Pentagon, not to how green they are or social engineering or ESG or DEI or anything like that.
00:13:32.300It is how well you can slay the enemies of the United States if it comes to that, because that's what actually builds deterrence and reduces the necessity of deploying troops in combat for the first time.
00:13:43.500Like Senator Tuberville says, why don't we get ready to fight some wars if we have to?
00:16:16.100Scott Besson is going to join us in a minute with the – from the Wall Street Journal, Markets Hail, Trump's Triumph, Markets Hail, Trump's Triumph.
00:16:41.980When markets get turbulent or we go through turbulent times financially, economically, gold has been a hedge for 5,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:16:55.800I don't know, five, six, seven installments, all free, kind of a master class, according to Vanity Fair, a master class in macroeconomics, all for you.
00:17:10.860We give you access to Philip Patrick, so go ask him, the precious metals – does it make sense as an investment opportunity for you or as a hedge against inflation?
00:17:23.040Make sure you go talk to Philip Patrick and the guys at birchgold, birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:17:34.840I'll get to Brother Walls in a minute because the war room posse is always on point, and I think they've got a little concern about him being a neocon.
00:17:54.280So I wrote a piece in Town Hall on October 26th when it published on General Milley laying out the case against him, how he was insubordinate and undermined President Trump.
00:18:08.300And the biggest problem that General Milley may face is he allegedly was – he allegedly told China that he would give China a heads up before the President of the United States took any military action against China.
00:18:26.240And if that is true, not only is that criminal, that borders on treason, if not treason itself.
00:18:36.840And the fact that the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff thinks that it's his job to tell our enemy if the president is going to launch a surprise attack so our enemy could be prepared for that surprise attack, I don't know how you can look at that anything other than treason.
00:18:56.140Talk to me about – by the way, there will be a lot we'll have to say about Milley over the next weeks and months ahead until we get to January 20th that he can be dealt with.
00:19:08.760You know, when I volunteered for President Trump's policy platform committee for the Republican National Committee, I was the constitutional law lead on that committee.
00:19:21.780And I worked with Congressman Mike Waltz.
00:19:26.840Senator Black, Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee, was the chair.
00:19:31.020They were very hands-on, very much involved with Trump's RNC policy platform, and it's very much an America-first agenda.
00:19:40.580President Trump transformed the RNC platform, transformed the party, and Marsha Blackburn and Mike Waltz were very much the tips of the spear on that effort.
00:19:52.040So I am a huge fan of Congressman Mike Waltz with his military service, with his commitment to President Trump, his commitment to America-first.
00:20:01.380Mike Waltz will make a fantastic national security advisor for President Trump.
00:20:05.460Eric Prince, is Mike Waltz a neocon or America-first, brother?
00:20:17.780I am very, very thankful he's in that seat.
00:20:19.900So you can tell our audience, because people think very highly of you, you're saying he's America-first, and dovetail with what Davis said, because he rewrote the platform to comport with President Trump's America-first tendencies, direction, policy.
00:20:38.800And if it comes time to commit troops, he's going to commit them all in, no half measures, none of the managed nonsense conflict we've dealt with for 25 years.
00:20:49.620If we're going to send troops into battle, you know, Clausewitz said there's two kinds of courage to fight a war, individual soldiers' courage to go storm that hill.
00:20:59.580But the other part of that is the moral courage of leaders to commit their people to an uncertain outcome and to give them the authorities and the responsibility to see it through and to finish it.
00:21:10.680We have bureaucrats that have been managing—
00:21:16.940Mike Waltz will have a war department mentality, not a defense department mentality, and that's what we have to have.
00:21:24.140Okay, but we've got to have guys—hopefully this guy's the guy, but, you know, since Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, American fighting men and women don't lack courage.
00:21:36.800What they lack is leaders who know how to make sure that their lives are well—if they're going to give their lives to the country, it's well spent.
00:21:44.620The problem is they throw these lives away like they don't count for anything.
00:21:48.820Eric, real quick, I know you've got to bounce.
00:21:50.740I'm going to get this done before the bottom of the hour.
00:21:52.200You wrote an amazing tweet about NGOs, and you believe they should be prosecuted for working and conspiring to basically lead an invasion of our country.
00:22:05.680In 1996, Congress expanded the RICO Act, racketeering influence in corrupt organizations, to include provisions of the Immigration and Neutrality Act.
00:22:15.240And what it says is it says that the INA makes it unlawful to encourage illegal immigration or employ illegal aliens, which violations were included as a predicate offense under RICO.
00:22:26.800So what it does is it gives the attorney general—this is not a new law.
00:22:30.240This is a 1996 law that's never been enforced—to go after the NGOs, which are systematically organizing mass invasion of our country through illegal immigration.
00:22:41.280It's not organized crime, it's industrialized crime, and the NGOs are at the center of it.
00:22:46.220This gives the means for people to prosecute them, and they should.
00:22:51.300And the second tweet I sent out was about the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which stripped—it exempted members of the Communist Party from protection, from civil rights protection, as employees of the United States.
00:23:04.040So the Communist Control Act of 1954 deprived the Communist Party of its legal rights.
00:23:10.220We have a lot of actual communist and super-socialist sympathizers in the U.S. government right now.
00:23:16.060It's another means for President Trump to employ existing law to help drain the swamp.
00:23:21.660I just wanted to bring that to people's attention.
00:23:23.180And particularly Rachel Maddow's production staff.
00:23:30.060Mike Davis, about the NGOs, is Eric Prince onto something here?
00:23:35.320Can we actually start an investigation of how these NGOs worked in unison, right, worked in unison to exacerbate the invasion of our southern border, sir?
00:23:46.800There should absolutely be a criminal investigation of this.
00:23:50.740What happened was Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on day one destroyed President Trump's border, destroyed the best immigration system we've had in this country in decades.
00:24:03.220And they intentionally, illegally allowed a mass invasion.
00:24:08.480Over 10 million illegal immigrants into our country, they used mass parole, which is illegal.
00:24:14.880We have unvetted and unvettable fighting-age men from all over the world, the worst trouble spots around the world.
00:24:23.340Venezuelan gangs raping and kidnapping and robbing and murdering people.
00:24:30.100And even if President Biden has presidential immunity for what he did, that doesn't mean these DHS officials and Justice Department officials and these outside NGOs are off the hook.
00:24:44.280How should that investigation commence?
00:24:49.920Because we really want action, action, action.
00:24:52.640We want to take it from the theoretical to the practical.
00:25:14.480He is the head of the executive branch.
00:25:17.760There is a longstanding precedent on this.
00:25:20.280Mark Paoletta has written extensively on this.
00:25:23.860And the president can and should order his acting attorney general to open a probe.
00:25:28.340The president can and should order his DHS to start the mass deportations immediately.
00:25:38.060And, frankly, the president should order his military to repel an invasion if he has to.
00:25:42.720Eric Prince, before I let you go, you really got things going, the conversation going with that amazing tweet.
00:25:51.620We think you're 1,000 percent correct, and we're going to make sure we drive that.
00:25:55.360A question before you go from our audience.
00:25:58.120Would you be open to serving President Trump in the country, our beloved republic, as either DNI, CIA, or maybe deputy national security advisor?
00:33:42.640I've got to get the HVAC in by December 31, or it's going to cost me $7,000 more based on some methane rule—sorry, Freon rule.
00:33:56.100And on January 1, the same HVAC is $7,000 more.
00:34:02.340And, you know, that's why we've gotten this incredible affordability crisis.
00:34:07.420And just imagine that at every layer of government.
00:34:10.620And I think what's exciting here, you know, no one has been more terrified about this debt stack and the coming refinance we've got to do.
00:34:22.240But for the first time, if you think about it just a very simple equation, government equals spending minus taxes, all we ever hear is the tax side.
00:34:34.780And now, if we can address this spending side, and Eli's saying $2 trillion, that I think if we could get $100 billion a year over 10 years, that scores of $1 trillion in this cockamamie CBO scoring.
00:34:54.380And that'll stabilize the bond market, and we can go from there.
00:35:54.020We should not see legislatures trying to put too many pet projects into the bill.
00:36:01.940And President Trump is resolute on this.
00:36:06.660And I've been saying we have to reprivatize the economy.
00:36:10.420And I predict that this month, November, December, big business optimism under Biden and Harris has been fantastic.
00:36:21.520Small business optimism has been terrible.
00:36:25.080I predict that we're going to see a surge in small business optimism.
00:36:28.880And when I was out as a surrogate for President Trump, and I get all this pushback from the establishment media, they said, oh, the economy is great.
00:36:42.720And I said, no, the economy is not great.
00:38:20.240I-R at K-E-Y-S-Q is the mailbox for our firm.
00:38:24.940And I will try to respond to anybody who contacts me.
00:38:28.440Scott Besson, thank you very much for being there as an advisor to President Trump, writing this great article and laying out the thoughts of a growth strategy, because we need one.
00:39:12.460So Judge Juan Mershon was supposed to rule on a mistrial motion today after the Supreme Court held last June that not only is the president of the United States, any president, immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts,
00:39:32.060these prosecutors also can't take evidence and use evidence that's subject to presidential immunity.
00:39:38.580And that's exactly what Alvin Bragg and Matthew Colangelo, a Biden-Harris Justice Department political operative,
00:39:46.320and this Democrat Judge Juan Mershon, whose daughter, Lauren Mershon, is raising money off this case requiring Judge Mershon's recusal.
00:39:53.540They let in evidence of President Trump's conversations with his White House top officials, Hope Hicks and Madeline.
00:40:03.280Those conversations are clearly subject to presidential immunity.
00:40:07.320They clearly could not come into evidence.
00:40:10.840Bragg and Colangelo fought hard against Trump's lawyers to bring them into evidence, and Judge Mershon let them in, of course, because he's a hack.
00:40:19.000And so now Judge Mershon has to declare a mistrial in this case.
00:40:23.460There are so many reversible errors in this case.
00:40:27.90034 campaign finance felonies for a businessman settling a nuisance claim from seven years prior and putting it in his private books as a legal expense.
00:40:40.140I don't know what the hell else you would call it.
00:40:59.600Does he really think that he's going to send the president-elect of the United States to Rikers Island instead of letting the American people send President Trump back to the White House?
00:41:11.220He just – the verdict came in on Mershon and this crowd in New York, and it was a landslide of the American people, including African-American men, Hispanic men, Hispanics overall.
00:41:29.900How did they try to defend sending him to Rikers Island, sir?
00:41:33.380They can't, and if they – if Judge Mershon does this, he – what is he – is he looking – I'm not advocating for this, but is he looking for a civil war?
00:41:45.280What the hell does Judge Mershon think will happen if this partisan Democrat judge, corrupt judge, because his daughter is raising money off of this case requiring his recusal?
00:41:57.180What does Mershon think is going to happen if you send the president-elect of the United States to Rikers Island on bogus charges when the American people just elected that president-elect in an overwhelming landslide, 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states?
00:42:16.820It is time for Judge Mershon to back off, to take the country back from the cliff.
00:42:23.080This is very dangerous where this is heading.
00:44:52.920I'm quick on the trigger here this morning.
00:44:55.200Davis, since you make their heads blow up, I think more than anybody, maybe even more than President Trump's.
00:45:01.760Matthew Colangelo, Alvin Bragg, Big Tish James, they're in your crosshairs, metaphorically, are they not, as a major investigation of what went down here?
00:45:12.640I actually think this may be bigger than even the National Archives, the White House, and what Jack Smith did in South Florida.
00:45:22.320I think this one stinks to high heaven because they tried to get the states involved.
00:45:26.400I think we got a lot of good ground we can cover on this one on a major investigation of a criminal conspiracy against President Trump.
00:45:45.400And actually, Steve, we've been talking about this on this show for over two and a half years since Joe Biden ordered the unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful home raid on President Trump for presidential records Trump was allowed to have in the office of former president under the Presidential Records Act.
00:46:05.220And that's what this whole lawfare against Trump is about.
00:46:09.280Trump, remember what happened in 2016, Hillary Clinton, as the Secretary of State, had her illegal home server with our nation's most classified secrets.
00:46:20.980More problematically for Hillary, it had evidence of the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes.
00:46:29.440They're taking tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation.
00:46:33.040It pays for their lavish lifestyle for the Clintons.
00:46:36.380They're taking this money from our foreign adversaries, foreign entities.
00:46:42.060What did Hillary do as Secretary of State in exchange for those donations?
00:46:45.940And maybe that home server had that evidence, but Hillary took bleach bit to it.
00:46:53.740Remember, she famously tried to destroy that evidence.
00:46:58.180But maybe, just maybe, the Russians hacked her illegal home server, and they had that evidence.
00:47:04.060And the Clintons, the Obama White House, Joe Biden as Vice President, Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, maybe they were worried that that server would leak before the 2016 election.
00:47:37.640If this hacked material came out with the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes, they wanted to be able to say it was a campaign dirty trick by Trump.
00:48:20.800That would have swung the election if people knew about this corruption.
00:48:23.680And so Trump had to fight for four years to get the crossfire hurricane records declassified.
00:48:31.300The day before he left office, he declassified them via presidential order.
00:48:37.020Then they ran to Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff from the intel agencies and law enforcement, and said, you can't release these.
00:48:47.380So Mark Meadows, the day they left office, January 20th, 2021, the day they left office, Mark Meadows sent a memo saying, okay, do your Privacy Act review and then get out these crossfire hurricane records.
00:49:03.900Instead, they raided Trump for crossfire hurricane.
00:49:06.780They raided him, and then they indicted him for espionage for having his presidential records, which he's allowed to have.
00:49:13.220Remember, they put the cover sheets for the classified documents.
00:49:16.860They staged them to take a photo of staged evidence to put out to try to hurt Trump politically.
00:49:23.420Unfortunately, Jack Smith drew Judge Cannon, and Jay Bratt drew Judge Cannon.
00:49:28.460And so they knew that Cannon was going to be a fair judge.
00:49:31.420And so they did this unprecedented second indictment of the same defendant in a different venue in D.C. for January 6th.
00:49:40.660And then they worked with these other prosecutors, Fannie Willis and her boyfriend, Nathan Wade, Tish James up in New York, Alvin Bragg and Matthew Colangelo from the Biden Justice Department.
00:49:51.240They ran this lawfare because they tried to destroy Trump financially, politically, legally.
00:49:59.000They wanted Trump to die in prison instead of going back into the White House to declassify crossfire hurricane.
00:50:05.920And when it looked like that wasn't going to stop them, they underfunded his Secret Service protection.
00:50:10.740And Joe Biden said he's the gravest threat toward democracy and put a bullseye in his head.
00:50:15.340So you tell me what President Trump should do on day one.
00:50:19.100I think he should publicly release crossfire hurricane on day one so the American people can see the biggest scandal in American history.
00:50:28.360Law enforcement and intel agencies working with a presidential campaign to take out a rival and then take out the president of the United States.
