Summary

Trump is already making moves to consolidate power within the executive and judiciary, and it s not hard to see how he s going to do it. It s a simple matter of delegitimizing the other two branches of government and consolidating power in the hands of the president.

00:00:00.000 Meanwhile, it's already making moves to carry out another common aspect of autocracy, subjugating the federal legislature, issuing a truth social command to the Republican senators who will be vying for leader by demanding that they agree in advance to recess, appoint his cabinet and that they approve no more Biden judges to the federal courts.
00:00:20.160 You can presume that all three aspiring Russian Republican leaders, I should say, John Thune of South Dakota, Rick Scott of Florida and John Cornyn of Texas will all meekly promise to comply.
00:00:33.320 Apparently, Rick Scott already has.
00:00:35.820 Let's Trump play the Putin daddy ship forward by humiliating them to the cheers of his oligarchs and his base.
00:00:44.580 He's going to have a Republican controlled Senate.
00:00:47.300 They will confirm his his appointees no matter who they are.
00:00:50.660 So why is Trump now telling the Senate to go into recess to shut themselves down so they can't vote to confirm his appointees?
00:01:02.820 Why is he doing that?
00:01:05.000 He's doing that so the Senate won't have to vote to confirm his appointees.
00:01:10.340 If the Senate is in recess, he can make recess appointments.
00:01:14.040 He can just install people in their positions without the Senate ever voting for them, even though the Senate would definitely vote for them if they took a vote.
00:01:23.500 He's telling the United States Senate to shut itself down so he can operate independently and on his own, even though they don't have any intention of stopping him.
00:01:33.900 He doesn't even want to give them a say.
00:01:36.300 I draw your attention to this because of all the discussion we have had as a country about Trump's dictator on day one promises, his authoritarian values and promises and threats.
00:01:50.200 One of the things that hasn't been talked about very much is that we have a three part system of government.
00:01:58.600 Right. Co-equal branches of government, the judiciary, the legislature and the executive.
00:02:03.240 We have a three part system of government.
00:02:05.280 But what's the first rule of authoritarianism?
00:02:07.580 It's that there's one guy in charge, right?
00:02:11.560 It's that there can be no other source of authority in the government other than the dear leader.
00:02:17.360 So if there has to be a Congress, well, it certainly certainly shouldn't be a Congress with any power.
00:02:22.800 It shouldn't be a Congress that has any role in governing.
00:02:27.160 And frankly, same thing for the courts, right?
00:02:29.140 This is something that I've been trying to raise flags about in advance.
00:02:34.980 And so I can, you know, sometimes you can just feel something is getting traction or not getting traction.
00:02:38.840 Like you can tell this is not getting traction, but I'm just going to keep saying it because this is what's coming.
00:02:44.660 We're already seeing it.
00:02:46.500 Watch for moves early on to consolidate power for him, not just within the executive branch, which they are obviously doing.
00:02:55.040 Right. This whole thing about firing all the civil servants, firing all the rear government employees.
00:02:59.360 What's that about doing?
00:03:00.080 It's about consolidating the executive branch so there's no source of authority and no directive force in the executive branch at all, other than the president himself.
00:03:09.160 That is about consolidating the power of the executive branch.
00:03:13.300 But also look to him to disempower, to hollow out, to neuter, to sideline the other two branches of government.
00:03:24.040 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:29.140 Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:34.220 Here's one time I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:38.460 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:03:40.420 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:03:41.820 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:03:44.500 It's going to happen.
00:03:45.760 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:03:49.160 Mega media.
00:03:50.080 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:03:55.960 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:03:59.700 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:05.960 War Room.
00:04:06.920 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:04:09.300 It's Tuesday, 12 November, in the year of our Lord, 2024, one week from the massive landslide that brought us to power.
00:04:24.500 Remember, the month of November, December, seize the institutions.
00:04:29.120 You know, Rachel Maddow and those folks have mocked us for you.
00:04:31.300 Oh, we're anti-institutionals.
00:04:33.320 We want to burn it down.
00:04:34.220 No, that's not true.
00:04:35.080 We want to get control of these and reform them and reconstruct them.
00:04:40.440 And that is exactly what we're going to do.
00:04:42.540 And they're multiple centers of power.
00:04:44.180 Sorry you don't like it, but that's what's happening.
00:04:47.600 I've got both Eric Prince, who addressed the new senators last night on Capitol Hill.
00:04:53.160 Mike Davis is with me.
00:04:55.640 Scott Besson has a major editorial in the Wall Street Journal about Trump's economic plan.
00:05:01.100 Scott will be joining us.
00:05:02.600 Jack Posobiec.
00:05:03.300 We're all over the Senate situation today.
00:05:06.020 The number is 202-224-3121.
00:05:10.680 They're back at work today.
00:05:11.980 It's not a federal holiday.
00:05:13.060 We need everybody up and manned up or to go get Bill Blaster, download the app.
00:05:17.940 I need you to call both their offices on Capitol Hill and their local offices.
00:05:23.180 You need to tell them, first and foremost, number one, if you don't demand that the vote's public,
00:05:28.680 we need you to come out and say publicly who you're supporting.
00:05:32.120 You cannot let your senator hide like some cockroach under a rock.
00:05:37.800 They must come out and tell us exactly who they're supporting.
00:05:42.320 They also have to commit their senator, whoever they're voting for or whoever you're voting for,
00:05:46.340 you have to make them commit to give President Trump these recess days.
00:05:51.100 And number three, hey, no Cornyn, no Thune.
00:05:56.440 No Cornyn, no Thune.
00:05:57.580 They're McConnell puppets.
00:05:59.280 Mike Davis, Rachel Maddow, they're in full meltdown.
00:06:01.900 Now it's a way from retribution to we're actually going to consolidate power because President Trump's a dictator.
00:06:08.540 Isn't it the Constitution?
00:06:10.800 Correct me if I'm wrong, Davis, because you're one of the lawyers he depends upon.
00:06:15.000 In winning the presidency, he's the chief executive of the actual government himself.
00:06:21.400 He is the commander-in-chief of the military.
00:06:23.700 He's the senior civilian figure.
00:06:25.320 He's the commander-in-chief of the armed forces.
00:06:27.500 And he's the chief magistrate.
00:06:30.420 One thing that they don't like to talk about, he's the chief magistrate also.
00:06:34.180 Is anything President Trump doing right now or the activities of his people, anything outside the Constitution, Brother Davis?
00:06:42.400 Not at all.
00:06:43.560 I mean, the president of the United States is elected by all Americans to run the executive branch.
00:06:50.860 It seems like it's the people, the Democrat operatives in the Justice Department and elsewhere who are the ones who are subverting the Constitution.
00:07:00.020 They are openly calling for undermining the duly elected president of the United States and ignoring his lawful orders.
00:07:10.380 And I would say this to the Justice Department employees, if the president of the United States gives any executive branch employee a lawful order, including at the Justice Department, because you work for the attorney general of the United States who works for the president of the United States, if you don't want to follow that order, you should leave.
00:07:31.600 If you have a policy disagreement with that lawful order of the president of the United States elected by all Americans, you should resign and run for Congress, because the American people didn't put you in the Justice Department as a faceless, nameless bureaucrat to undermine our democracy.
00:07:48.980 Mike Davis, what he's referring to, there have been three major articles and more coming out every day, but there's been an article about the lawyers at the Justice Department are very nervous and they're focused on what they can do to subvert Trump.
00:08:07.100 There's an article today saying the scientists, everybody in the scientific community over in all of the administrative state that's associated with HHS, you know, like CDC, FDA, all of it, all the scientists are thinking if they don't resign en masse of how they use science, trust the science to stop Trump.
00:08:28.200 And I think most disturbing is those who are, Mike, there's that article coming out of, about the Pentagon, about the Pentagon lawyers are reviewing about lawful orders.
00:08:37.780 Hey, here's what you should do.
00:08:39.080 You should review and get your resume out and start sending it out and just leave, just leave.
00:08:45.120 This, it's quite obvious, is it not Mike Davis that they intend to not just resist, but to obstruct President Trump as commander in chief, as chief magistrate and as chief executive of the government, sir?
00:08:59.200 Well, if they do that, they're going to get fired and they should get fired.
00:09:02.540 And if they actually obstruct justice in the process, they should be prosecuted.
00:09:07.120 I don't know who these people think they are, where they think that they're going to stand in the way.
00:09:12.380 They think they're delusional enough where they think they're protecting the American people from the duly elected president of the United States who just won in a landslide with 312 electoral votes.
00:09:25.200 All seven swing states and some D.C. bureaucrats in the Justice Department, some left-wing wacko who's probably still wearing a Ukraine face mask and has had 15 COVID shots, thinks that they know what's best for the American people instead of the president of the United States.
00:09:42.780 Eric Prince, you talked, you addressed the new senators last night over on Capitol Hill.
00:09:52.340 Your thoughts, particularly the Defense Department, where right now they're going through and they have their lawyers saying, oh, we really got to figure out what's a lawful order.
00:10:01.360 Didn't we go through this with Milley?
00:10:02.840 Milley, and my strongest recommendation to the president, I think Mike Davis would support this, is to, on day one, recall General Milley to active duty, which the president's commander-in-chief has full authority to recall him to active duty and make him face a court-martial, court-martial him.
00:10:20.720 And let's see what a military tribunal says about Milley's activity as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from June of, let's pick some random dates, from June of 2020 until the 19th, the 20th, high noon on the 20th of January of 2021.
00:10:39.220 Eric Prince, your thoughts.
00:10:41.340 Yeah, he acknowledges that he was in contact with the Chinese counterparts.
00:10:45.700 Is that really within the Constitution for him to be doing that?
00:10:51.400 I don't think so.
00:10:52.160 That's not his role.
00:10:54.980 Look, there needs to be a culling of the senior ranks.
00:10:58.580 You have as many general officers now as we did during World War II when we had 10 times as many troops.
00:11:05.000 So there's a reason we have so much bureaucracy and so much ineptitude.
00:11:09.220 It's because it's a massive blob of a committee.
00:11:11.520 President Trump needs to consolidate and severely reduce the massive Pentagon bloat, both civilian population and especially amongst general officers and colonels.
00:11:21.820 We need a lot more teeth and a lot less tail.
00:11:25.300 You have about 12 tail for every tooth you have in the Pentagon right now.
00:11:29.760 So the whole Pentagon needs to go on a diet, including Mark Milley.
00:11:32.660 Get that up.
00:11:33.220 What about this over the Pentagon?
00:11:37.720 They're going through right now and getting the lawyers to see about the, quote, unquote, lawful orders.
00:11:42.460 How intense is the obstruction of President Trump as he tries to put in America first policies in the Pentagon?
00:11:50.480 He has not announced his Pentagon, his Secretary of Defense.
00:11:55.060 He has announced that Congressman Walls will be National Security Advisor.
00:11:59.420 Marco Rubio will be the Secretary of State.
00:12:02.660 But talk to me about the Pentagon itself at the second and third tiers going through right now and trying to Trump proof the Pentagon.
00:12:11.660 Well, first, let me talk about Mike Waltz.
00:12:13.780 It's a fantastic pick.
00:12:15.040 And just contrast him to Jake Sullivan, who is a Senate staffer who never did anything difficult or dangerous in his life.
00:12:21.560 He literally hung around the swamp and floated to the surface versus Mike Waltz, who is a combat leader.
00:12:27.860 His men loved him, served well in Army Special Forces.
00:12:32.080 That's the right person to be helping guide the president's policy about sending people committing troops or not as to what is America's interest.
00:12:41.900 The second and third layer of bureaucracy in the Pentagon.
00:12:45.020 Look, the whole thing needs a massive culling.
00:12:47.560 They're used to kind of doing their own thing because you have an entire military that has got used to a culture of no accountability.
00:12:54.200 No one's been fired for the debacle that's Afghanistan or Somalia or Yemen or any of these things.
00:13:00.540 So nobody's used to being fired.
00:13:02.280 There's nothing like a massive firing that needs to reshape their minds and reshape their thinking.
00:13:10.060 If we had significantly few officers after that, fine, because there's a lot more than we need right now.
00:13:18.140 And I would rather have those funds applied to actually next generation lethality.
00:13:24.500 That should be the mission of the Pentagon, not to how green they are or social engineering or ESG or DEI or anything like that.
00:13:32.300 It is how well you can slay the enemies of the United States if it comes to that, because that's what actually builds deterrence and reduces the necessity of deploying troops in combat for the first time.
00:13:43.500 Like Senator Tuberville says, why don't we get ready to fight some wars if we have to?
00:13:49.960 We don't want to.
00:13:50.640 President Trump's a man of peace, but can actually win those wars.
00:13:53.540 Okay, short break.
00:13:54.320 Davis and Eric Prince are going to stick with me.
00:13:57.080 We're going to talk about the investigation into NGOs that have exacerbated the invasion of our beloved republic.
00:14:06.000 Scott Bess is going to be here to talk about President Trump's economic plan in the pages of the Wall Street Journal.
00:14:11.620 Jack Pasoba could join me later.
00:14:14.160 We're on a jihad in the U.S. Senate, 202-224-3121.
00:14:19.200 Light your senator up today.
00:14:20.980 Number one, their vote must be public.
00:14:23.500 Number two, they must back a candidate who gives President Trump the recess days he needs.
00:14:28.800 We say, hey, they're 15 in the first hundred.
00:14:32.220 And last but not least, no Thune, no Cornyn, no McConnell.
00:14:36.380 Short commercial break.
00:14:37.500 Johnny Kahn takes us out with American heart.
00:14:40.160 Johnny Kahn of Breitbart.
00:14:42.480 Be back in a moment in the war room.
00:14:46.620 So I suggest you take a look inside.
00:14:54.400 Because I think you've changed already.
00:14:58.860 You went in line.
00:15:00.240 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:02.320 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.700 Their gold to dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.860 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:18.000 Your every move tracked.
00:15:19.300 Like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.680 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:26.360 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.640 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:31.000 Why?

00:16:13.480 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:16.100 Scott Besson is going to join us in a minute with the – from the Wall Street Journal, Markets Hail, Trump's Triumph, Markets Hail, Trump's Triumph.
00:16:32.000 Amazing piece.
00:16:33.220 Scott's a market guy.
00:16:34.280 Amazing piece from the Wall Street Journal.
00:16:37.460 We'll have a scout on here to dissect it.
00:16:41.360 Birch Gold.
00:16:41.980 When markets get turbulent or we go through turbulent times financially, economically, gold has been a hedge for 5,000 years of man's recorded history.
00:16:51.560 You want to find out why?
00:16:52.560 Go to birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:16:54.180 We have the end of the dollar empire.
00:16:55.800 I don't know, five, six, seven installments, all free, kind of a master class, according to Vanity Fair, a master class in macroeconomics, all for you.
00:17:05.960 But talk to the folks at Birch Gold.
00:17:07.480 Talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:17:09.860 Make sure you go check it out today.
00:17:10.860 We give you access to Philip Patrick, so go ask him, the precious metals – does it make sense as an investment opportunity for you or as a hedge against inflation?
00:17:23.040 Make sure you go talk to Philip Patrick and the guys at birchgold, birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:17:27.960 Okay, Mike Davis.
00:17:29.080 I've got Mike Davis, Eric Prince starting things off here.
00:17:31.500 Mike, two things.
00:17:34.840 I'll get to Brother Walls in a minute because the war room posse is always on point, and I think they've got a little concern about him being a neocon.
00:17:43.420 Rubio's bad enough.
00:17:44.900 But tell me about General Milley.
00:17:46.360 You are very – you have – you and I have been on this from the beginning, but you've actually taken to kind of a legal level.
00:17:53.340 Tell me about General Milley.
00:17:54.280 So I wrote a piece in Town Hall on October 26th when it published on General Milley laying out the case against him, how he was insubordinate and undermined President Trump.
00:18:08.300 And the biggest problem that General Milley may face is he allegedly was – he allegedly told China that he would give China a heads up before the President of the United States took any military action against China.
00:18:26.240 And if that is true, not only is that criminal, that borders on treason, if not treason itself.
00:18:34.940 China is certainly our enemy.
00:18:36.840 And the fact that the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff thinks that it's his job to tell our enemy if the president is going to launch a surprise attack so our enemy could be prepared for that surprise attack, I don't know how you can look at that anything other than treason.
00:18:56.140 Talk to me about – by the way, there will be a lot we'll have to say about Milley over the next weeks and months ahead until we get to January 20th that he can be dealt with.
00:19:05.040 Is Waltz a neocon, sir?
00:19:08.760 You know, when I volunteered for President Trump's policy platform committee for the Republican National Committee, I was the constitutional law lead on that committee.
00:19:21.780 And I worked with Congressman Mike Waltz.
00:19:25.500 He was the co-chair.
00:19:26.840 Senator Black, Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee, was the chair.
00:19:31.020 They were very hands-on, very much involved with Trump's RNC policy platform, and it's very much an America-first agenda.
00:19:40.580 President Trump transformed the RNC platform, transformed the party, and Marsha Blackburn and Mike Waltz were very much the tips of the spear on that effort.
00:19:52.040 So I am a huge fan of Congressman Mike Waltz with his military service, with his commitment to President Trump, his commitment to America-first.
00:20:01.380 Mike Waltz will make a fantastic national security advisor for President Trump.
00:20:05.460 Eric Prince, is Mike Waltz a neocon or America-first, brother?
00:20:12.660 Audience wants to know.
00:20:13.800 There are a lot of questions out there.
00:20:15.620 He is a serious America-first guy.
00:20:17.780 I am very, very thankful he's in that seat.
00:20:19.900 So you can tell our audience, because people think very highly of you, you're saying he's America-first, and dovetail with what Davis said, because he rewrote the platform to comport with President Trump's America-first tendencies, direction, policy.
00:20:38.460 Yes.
00:20:38.800 And if it comes time to commit troops, he's going to commit them all in, no half measures, none of the managed nonsense conflict we've dealt with for 25 years.
00:20:49.620 If we're going to send troops into battle, you know, Clausewitz said there's two kinds of courage to fight a war, individual soldiers' courage to go storm that hill.
00:20:57.960 We have a lot of that in America.
00:20:59.580 But the other part of that is the moral courage of leaders to commit their people to an uncertain outcome and to give them the authorities and the responsibility to see it through and to finish it.
00:21:10.680 We have bureaucrats that have been managing—
00:21:12.420 Since World War II, yeah.
00:21:14.580 Enough.
00:21:15.120 Yeah.
00:21:15.520 Since World War II, we've got—
00:21:16.940 Mike Waltz will have a war department mentality, not a defense department mentality, and that's what we have to have.
00:21:24.140 Okay, but we've got to have guys—hopefully this guy's the guy, but, you know, since Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, American fighting men and women don't lack courage.
00:21:36.800 What they lack is leaders who know how to make sure that their lives are well—if they're going to give their lives to the country, it's well spent.
00:21:44.620 The problem is they throw these lives away like they don't count for anything.
00:21:48.820 Eric, real quick, I know you've got to bounce.
00:21:50.740 I'm going to get this done before the bottom of the hour.
00:21:52.200 You wrote an amazing tweet about NGOs, and you believe they should be prosecuted for working and conspiring to basically lead an invasion of our country.
00:22:02.660 Can you explain that?
00:22:03.460 I want Mike Davis to jump in.
00:22:05.460 Sure.
00:22:05.680 In 1996, Congress expanded the RICO Act, racketeering influence in corrupt organizations, to include provisions of the Immigration and Neutrality Act.
00:22:15.240 And what it says is it says that the INA makes it unlawful to encourage illegal immigration or employ illegal aliens, which violations were included as a predicate offense under RICO.
00:22:26.800 So what it does is it gives the attorney general—this is not a new law.
00:22:30.240 This is a 1996 law that's never been enforced—to go after the NGOs, which are systematically organizing mass invasion of our country through illegal immigration.
00:22:41.280 It's not organized crime, it's industrialized crime, and the NGOs are at the center of it.
00:22:46.220 This gives the means for people to prosecute them, and they should.
00:22:51.300 And the second tweet I sent out was about the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which stripped—it exempted members of the Communist Party from protection, from civil rights protection, as employees of the United States.
00:23:04.040 So the Communist Control Act of 1954 deprived the Communist Party of its legal rights.
00:23:10.220 We have a lot of actual communist and super-socialist sympathizers in the U.S. government right now.
00:23:16.060 It's another means for President Trump to employ existing law to help drain the swamp.
00:23:21.660 I just wanted to bring that to people's attention.
00:23:23.180 And particularly Rachel Maddow's production staff.
00:23:30.060 Mike Davis, about the NGOs, is Eric Prince onto something here?
00:23:35.320 Can we actually start an investigation of how these NGOs worked in unison, right, worked in unison to exacerbate the invasion of our southern border, sir?
00:23:46.800 There should absolutely be a criminal investigation of this.
00:23:50.740 What happened was Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on day one destroyed President Trump's border, destroyed the best immigration system we've had in this country in decades.
00:24:03.220 And they intentionally, illegally allowed a mass invasion.
00:24:08.480 Over 10 million illegal immigrants into our country, they used mass parole, which is illegal.
00:24:14.880 We have unvetted and unvettable fighting-age men from all over the world, the worst trouble spots around the world.
00:24:23.340 Venezuelan gangs raping and kidnapping and robbing and murdering people.
00:24:28.240 This is unacceptable.
00:24:30.100 And even if President Biden has presidential immunity for what he did, that doesn't mean these DHS officials and Justice Department officials and these outside NGOs are off the hook.
00:24:44.280 How should that investigation commence?
00:24:49.920 Because we really want action, action, action.
00:24:52.640 We want to take it from the theoretical to the practical.
00:24:55.280 How would you do that?
00:24:55.980 How would you go about it?
00:24:56.720 Well, if I were President Trump, I would order my acting attorney general on day one to order a probe.
00:25:06.940 And, you know, you hear these Democrats say that the president can't order his attorney general to open probes.
00:25:12.860 He absolutely can.
00:25:14.480 He is the head of the executive branch.
00:25:17.760 There is a longstanding precedent on this.
00:25:20.280 Mark Paoletta has written extensively on this.
00:25:23.860 And the president can and should order his acting attorney general to open a probe.
00:25:28.340 The president can and should order his DHS to start the mass deportations immediately.
00:25:38.060 And, frankly, the president should order his military to repel an invasion if he has to.
00:25:42.720 Eric Prince, before I let you go, you really got things going, the conversation going with that amazing tweet.
00:25:51.620 We think you're 1,000 percent correct, and we're going to make sure we drive that.
00:25:55.360 A question before you go from our audience.
00:25:58.120 Would you be open to serving President Trump in the country, our beloved republic, as either DNI, CIA, or maybe deputy national security advisor?
00:26:07.040 I love the country.
00:26:10.160 I am bought into the republic fully.
00:26:13.000 And if the president needs help, I will certainly raise my hand and help again.
00:26:20.700 Eric, you're off today.
00:26:22.140 We hope to track you down the next couple of days.
00:26:23.880 You'll be in South Florida.
00:26:25.240 We will hook up with you, connect with you down there, sir.

00:26:59.380 You saw that on the story yesterday with President Trump's pulled in two directions on retribution, either unity or revenge.
00:27:08.540 I think Mike Davis is in the revenge camp.
00:27:10.800 I'm just kidding.
00:27:11.440 Mike Davis is a good man.
00:27:12.600 He's a good and quality man.

00:29:37.500 Welcome back.
00:29:38.280 Scott Besson joins us.
00:29:40.420 Scott Besson joins us now.
00:29:43.580 Scott Besson joins us now.
00:29:45.740 I'm here in the world's financial capital.
00:29:48.020 Scott is not today.
00:29:49.120 He's down in South Florida.
00:29:50.580 Amazing piece in our beloved Wall Street Journal, Markets Hail, Trump's Economics.
00:29:55.600 But I like the subtitle of the poll quote from there, Scott, if you can please talk to our
00:29:59.160 audience about it.
00:29:59.700 But President Trump will repair the Biden damage and his pro-growth agenda will drive private
00:30:06.120 investment.
00:30:06.580 Scott, I want to walk you walk this audience through the activist Trump MAGA base.
00:30:13.420 What do you mean that this is the land?
00:30:16.140 You've been on here for now over a year, maybe two years, talking about, hey, we got one last
00:30:21.260 shot to have a pro-growth agenda before what Biden and the radical Democrats have done with
00:30:28.740 the debt, the deficit, the capital markets that we don't have the chance.
00:30:31.680 What do you mean by that?
00:30:32.680 Why do you say we have one last shot to have a pro-growth agenda?
00:30:37.100 And what would that pro-growth agenda be, sir?
00:30:40.680 Steve, great to be with you.
00:30:42.420 As we've talked about many times before, I got involved with this campaign for two reasons.
00:30:50.560 Donald Trump's the most transformative political figure of this century.
00:30:54.340 But two, as a financial analyst, I could see that the way the Biden administration was racking
00:31:02.380 up the debt during their four years, that if there's a tipping point where you cannot
00:31:08.900 grow your way out of it.
00:31:10.240 There's a tipping point where you're too heavy to ever get on the treadmill, you're going
00:31:18.420 to have a heart attack.
00:31:19.980 And their agenda, I believed, was to, it was deeply cynical, was to turn us into a European
00:31:28.560 style social democracy where you had to, the only thing you could do to stabilize the debt
00:31:34.860 was higher taxes.
00:31:35.860 And now, with the red wave, President Trump coming out swinging on deregulation, we have
00:31:45.580 an incredible opportunity to turn this around.
00:31:49.760 Now, it's not going to be easy.
00:31:51.880 You know, I've said this is going to be like landing on an aircraft carrier and a Cat 5,
00:31:57.400 the hurricane, with the mess they've left us.
00:31:59.980 But the more I hear about the plans and the people who are on board, I get very optimistic.
00:32:08.340 And I've been on here several times saying we have to reprivatize the economy.
00:32:14.720 Biden-Harris plan was an old-style central planning, you know, bordering on Soviet-style plan.
00:32:22.600 It didn't work in the 60s and 70s under, you know, the best and the brightest.
00:32:26.900 And, you know, we got the great inflation.
00:32:30.580 And now, you know, I wanted to write a couple of things in that piece.
00:32:35.000 One, I wanted to call out these Nobel laureates who have just consistently wrong.
00:32:41.060 And they don't care.
00:32:44.000 They just keep publishing twaddle.
00:32:45.900 One of them is married to the Janet Yellen's—is Janet Yellen's husband.
00:32:51.660 And they said that the Biden-Harris spending wouldn't cause inflation.
00:32:57.780 We have the worst inflation in 40 years.
00:32:59.960 But now we have a chance to deregulate.
00:33:04.080 And, you know, Steve, I think your viewers are most affected, and we read most about taxes.
00:33:11.780 But the really insidious part of the Biden four years is just this regulatory burden.
00:33:19.500 And it just kept taking it up and up and up.
00:33:23.100 And they're suppressing, you know, what we call in economics animal spirit and adding cost onto whether you are a company or a homeowner.
00:33:36.900 You know, perfect example, I'm buying a new house.
00:33:41.060 It needs HVAC.
00:33:42.640 I've got to get the HVAC in by December 31, or it's going to cost me $7,000 more based on some methane rule—sorry, Freon rule.
00:33:56.100 And on January 1, the same HVAC is $7,000 more.
00:34:02.340 And, you know, that's why we've gotten this incredible affordability crisis.
00:34:07.420 And just imagine that at every layer of government.
00:34:10.620 And I think what's exciting here, you know, no one has been more terrified about this debt stack and the coming refinance we've got to do.
00:34:22.240 But for the first time, if you think about it just a very simple equation, government equals spending minus taxes, all we ever hear is the tax side.
00:34:34.780 And now, if we can address this spending side, and Eli's saying $2 trillion, that I think if we could get $100 billion a year over 10 years, that scores of $1 trillion in this cockamamie CBO scoring.
00:34:54.380 And that'll stabilize the bond market, and we can go from there.
00:34:58.160 It's an incredible opportunity.
00:35:04.100 If we don't take advantage of this opportunity now, what's going to happen?
00:35:08.120 If we don't put in—and by the way, it's going to be tough.
00:35:10.480 We're going to have to hammer through the pro-growth strategy, particularly President Trump.
00:35:15.040 You've got the debt ceiling.
00:35:16.860 You're going to run out of money December 20.
00:35:18.700 That'll be kicked into the Trump administration.
00:35:20.780 He'll want to get his hands on that.
00:35:21.900 And Elon's promising these massive cuts from waste, fraud, and abuse.
00:35:26.500 But the tax cuts revert immediately.
00:35:28.560 If you don't get these pro-growth strategies in the first 100 days, not a good thing, correct?
00:35:37.540 Well, we've got to be in the course to have everything done by this summer.
00:35:43.680 But I think the good news—and this is serious.
00:35:47.380 We've got to get it done.
00:35:48.380 There is no fooling around.
00:35:54.020 We should not see legislatures trying to put too many pet projects into the bill.
00:36:01.940 And President Trump is resolute on this.
00:36:06.660 And I've been saying we have to reprivatize the economy.
00:36:10.420 And I predict that this month, November, December, big business optimism under Biden and Harris has been fantastic.
00:36:21.520 Small business optimism has been terrible.
00:36:25.080 I predict that we're going to see a surge in small business optimism.
00:36:28.880 And when I was out as a surrogate for President Trump, and I get all this pushback from the establishment media, they said, oh, the economy is great.
00:36:42.720 And I said, no, the economy is not great.
00:36:44.980 The aggregate numbers are great.
00:36:46.840 The top 10, 20 percent have never done so well.
00:36:49.700 Big companies have never done so well.
00:36:51.940 The bottom 50 percent of wage earners have gotten crushed.
00:36:54.940 And small businesses have gotten crushed.
00:36:57.060 And I think that we can go back to the 2016 to January 2020 pre-COVID model where everyone does well.
00:37:09.160 And so I'm predicting a surge in small business optimism.
00:37:13.840 And, Steve, you know me.
00:37:16.060 I'm a Wall Street guy who loves Main Street.
00:37:19.460 And Main Street has to drive this Trump boom.
00:37:24.660 It's going to be Main Street, small business, private enterprise.
00:37:31.560 And, you know, I think we could really see something powerful here.
00:37:35.680 I think we need to have a big push in bank deregulation.
00:37:41.800 Community banks need to be allowed to lend to their communities.
00:37:47.000 And, you know, I think that we've got to get a lot of the lending back into the banking system and let our banks lend.
00:37:56.900 They're dying to make loans.
00:37:58.560 I had lunch the other day with a top 20 bank CEO.
00:38:03.780 And they got plenty of liquidity.
00:38:06.200 It's just the regulators won't let it out.
00:38:08.340 Scott, where do people go to follow you on social media?
00:38:15.060 I know you're putting up all your articles, everything you're writing and supporting President Trump.
00:38:18.420 Where do they go?
00:38:20.240 I-R at K-E-Y-S-Q is the mailbox for our firm.
00:38:24.940 And I will try to respond to anybody who contacts me.
00:38:28.440 Scott Besson, thank you very much for being there as an advisor to President Trump, writing this great article and laying out the thoughts of a growth strategy, because we need one.
00:38:41.120 Thank you, brother.
00:38:42.640 See you, Steve.
00:38:45.380 If you take out the federal spending of Biden, we're at negative growth.
00:38:49.360 Remember, all those jobs are kind of government or government-adjacent jobs.
00:38:52.220 Pretty big news just broke Mike Davis, Judge Mershon, the New York courts.
00:39:01.960 There's breaking news about President Trump and your favorite, Letitia James, and the lead prosecutor for Manhattan.
00:39:11.520 What do you got for us, sir?
00:39:12.460 So Judge Juan Mershon was supposed to rule on a mistrial motion today after the Supreme Court held last June that not only is the president of the United States, any president, immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts,
00:39:32.060 these prosecutors also can't take evidence and use evidence that's subject to presidential immunity.
00:39:38.580 And that's exactly what Alvin Bragg and Matthew Colangelo, a Biden-Harris Justice Department political operative,
00:39:46.320 and this Democrat Judge Juan Mershon, whose daughter, Lauren Mershon, is raising money off this case requiring Judge Mershon's recusal.
00:39:53.540 They let in evidence of President Trump's conversations with his White House top officials, Hope Hicks and Madeline.
00:40:03.280 Those conversations are clearly subject to presidential immunity.
00:40:07.320 They clearly could not come into evidence.
00:40:10.840 Bragg and Colangelo fought hard against Trump's lawyers to bring them into evidence, and Judge Mershon let them in, of course, because he's a hack.
00:40:19.000 And so now Judge Mershon has to declare a mistrial in this case.
00:40:23.460 There are so many reversible errors in this case.
00:40:26.800 It's a bogus case.
00:40:27.900 34 campaign finance felonies for a businessman settling a nuisance claim from seven years prior and putting it in his private books as a legal expense.
00:40:40.140 I don't know what the hell else you would call it.
00:40:41.860 This case is a dog.
00:40:43.200 Let's see what Judge Mershon does.
00:40:45.740 I don't know why there needs to be a delay for another week.
00:40:48.880 And then a week after that, if he doesn't declare a mistrial on the 19th, Trump will be sentenced on November 26th.
00:40:57.300 So let's ask Judge Mershon this.
00:40:59.600 Does he really think that he's going to send the president-elect of the United States to Rikers Island instead of letting the American people send President Trump back to the White House?
00:41:11.220 He just – the verdict came in on Mershon and this crowd in New York, and it was a landslide of the American people, including African-American men, Hispanic men, Hispanics overall.
00:41:23.920 The verdict was you guys are wrong.
00:41:27.140 President Trump's innocent.
00:41:28.560 We want him back in the White House.
00:41:29.900 How did they try to defend sending him to Rikers Island, sir?
00:41:33.380 They can't, and if they – if Judge Mershon does this, he – what is he – is he looking – I'm not advocating for this, but is he looking for a civil war?
00:41:45.280 What the hell does Judge Mershon think will happen if this partisan Democrat judge, corrupt judge, because his daughter is raising money off of this case requiring his recusal?
00:41:57.180 What does Mershon think is going to happen if you send the president-elect of the United States to Rikers Island on bogus charges when the American people just elected that president-elect in an overwhelming landslide, 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states?
00:42:16.820 It is time for Judge Mershon to back off, to take the country back from the cliff.
00:42:23.080 This is very dangerous where this is heading.
00:42:27.180 Mike, can you hang on for one second?
00:42:31.020 I want to talk about actually going on offense on this very topic, because I think there is a vast conspiracy against President Trump.

00:44:40.100 Action, action, action.
00:44:42.260 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:44:48.840 Welcome.
00:44:51.760 Welcome back.
00:44:52.920 I'm quick on the trigger here this morning.
00:44:55.200 Davis, since you make their heads blow up, I think more than anybody, maybe even more than President Trump's.
00:45:01.760 Matthew Colangelo, Alvin Bragg, Big Tish James, they're in your crosshairs, metaphorically, are they not, as a major investigation of what went down here?
00:45:12.640 I actually think this may be bigger than even the National Archives, the White House, and what Jack Smith did in South Florida.
00:45:22.320 I think this one stinks to high heaven because they tried to get the states involved.
00:45:26.400 I think we got a lot of good ground we can cover on this one on a major investigation of a criminal conspiracy against President Trump.
00:45:35.440 I'm not a lawyer, right?
00:45:37.200 And I don't play one in the war room.
00:45:38.560 I bring in guys like Ewan McGinley.
00:45:41.400 Am I too far off base here, sir?
00:45:44.740 Not at all.
00:45:45.400 And actually, Steve, we've been talking about this on this show for over two and a half years since Joe Biden ordered the unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful home raid on President Trump for presidential records Trump was allowed to have in the office of former president under the Presidential Records Act.
00:46:05.220 And that's what this whole lawfare against Trump is about.
00:46:09.280 Trump, remember what happened in 2016, Hillary Clinton, as the Secretary of State, had her illegal home server with our nation's most classified secrets.
00:46:20.980 More problematically for Hillary, it had evidence of the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes.
00:46:29.440 They're taking tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation.
00:46:33.040 It pays for their lavish lifestyle for the Clintons.
00:46:36.380 They're taking this money from our foreign adversaries, foreign entities.
00:46:42.060 What did Hillary do as Secretary of State in exchange for those donations?
00:46:45.940 And maybe that home server had that evidence, but Hillary took bleach bit to it.
00:46:51.240 She took hammers to the smartphones.
00:46:53.740 Remember, she famously tried to destroy that evidence.
00:46:58.180 But maybe, just maybe, the Russians hacked her illegal home server, and they had that evidence.
00:47:04.060 And the Clintons, the Obama White House, Joe Biden as Vice President, Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, maybe they were worried that that server would leak before the 2016 election.
00:47:15.800 So what happened?
00:47:16.520 You had Perkins Coie come up with the Steele dossier, a fake Russian collusion hoax.
00:47:22.900 They laundered it through our intel agencies and our Justice Department.
00:47:26.700 They got illegal spy warrants through the FISA courts on then-candidate Donald Trump.
00:47:32.580 They continued to spy on him as the President of the United States.
00:47:36.280 And why did they do this?
00:47:37.640 If this hacked material came out with the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes, they wanted to be able to say it was a campaign dirty trick by Trump.
00:47:46.660 He was colluding with the Russians.
00:47:47.920 And you say, that sounds crazy.
00:47:49.860 How could you possibly think that?
00:47:51.340 Well, guess what?
00:47:52.620 These Democrat operatives did the same thing in 2020 with Hunter Biden's laptop of the Biden family corruption.
00:48:00.580 Remember, the CIA worked with the 51 former intel officials to say that this had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign.
00:48:08.540 The laptop couldn't be trusted.
00:48:10.360 They deplatformed the New York Post.
00:48:13.060 The government worked with the big tech platforms to take the New York Post off big tech, off the Internet, right?
00:48:19.580 So you couldn't read the story.
00:48:20.800 That would have swung the election if people knew about this corruption.
00:48:23.680 And so Trump had to fight for four years to get the crossfire hurricane records declassified.
00:48:31.300 The day before he left office, he declassified them via presidential order.
00:48:37.020 Then they ran to Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff from the intel agencies and law enforcement, and said, you can't release these.
00:48:43.700 You'll violate the Privacy Act.
00:48:45.580 That is a crime if you do that.
00:48:47.380 So Mark Meadows, the day they left office, January 20th, 2021, the day they left office, Mark Meadows sent a memo saying, okay, do your Privacy Act review and then get out these crossfire hurricane records.
00:49:01.940 Well, guess what?
00:49:02.980 They didn't do that.
00:49:03.900 Instead, they raided Trump for crossfire hurricane.
00:49:06.780 They raided him, and then they indicted him for espionage for having his presidential records, which he's allowed to have.
00:49:13.220 Remember, they put the cover sheets for the classified documents.
00:49:16.860 They staged them to take a photo of staged evidence to put out to try to hurt Trump politically.
00:49:23.420 Unfortunately, Jack Smith drew Judge Cannon, and Jay Bratt drew Judge Cannon.
00:49:28.460 And so they knew that Cannon was going to be a fair judge.
00:49:31.420 And so they did this unprecedented second indictment of the same defendant in a different venue in D.C. for January 6th.
00:49:40.660 And then they worked with these other prosecutors, Fannie Willis and her boyfriend, Nathan Wade, Tish James up in New York, Alvin Bragg and Matthew Colangelo from the Biden Justice Department.
00:49:51.240 They ran this lawfare because they tried to destroy Trump financially, politically, legally.
00:49:59.000 They wanted Trump to die in prison instead of going back into the White House to declassify crossfire hurricane.
00:50:05.920 And when it looked like that wasn't going to stop them, they underfunded his Secret Service protection.
00:50:10.740 And Joe Biden said he's the gravest threat toward democracy and put a bullseye in his head.
00:50:15.340 So you tell me what President Trump should do on day one.
00:50:19.100 I think he should publicly release crossfire hurricane on day one so the American people can see the biggest scandal in American history.
00:50:28.360 Law enforcement and intel agencies working with a presidential campaign to take out a rival and then take out the president of the United States.
00:50:39.240 Mike, real quickly, Article 3's got a special page up.
