00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:08.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 You're just not going to free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:15.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:17.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:27.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:48.000 Thank you for your reaction.
00:00:53.000 Wall Street Journal just dropped a story under this headline.
00:00:56.000 Quote, Trump draft executive order would create board to purge generals.
00:01:00.000 The panel could upend the military review process and raise concerns about the politicization of the military.
00:01:06.000 Quote, the Trump transition team is considering a draft executive order that establishes a warrior board of retired senior military personnel with the power to review three and four star officers and to recommend removals of any deemed unfit for leadership.
00:01:20.000 If Trump approves the order, it could fast track the removal of generals and admirals found to be lacking in requisite leadership qualities, according to a draft of the order review by The Wall Street Journal.
00:01:30.000 But it could also create a chilling effect on top military officers, given the president elect's past vow to fire woke generals, referring to officers seen as promoting diversity in the ranks at the expense of military readiness.
00:01:45.000 So it looks like President Trump is going to get his own generals after all.
00:01:52.000 Yeah, you can suck on that Atlantic and MSNBC.
00:01:55.000 You're in the war room.
00:01:56.000 It's Natalie Winters hosting today, Tuesday, November 12th.
00:02:00.000 Just one week after history was made in the year of our Lord 2024.
00:02:05.000 Got a packed show for you.
00:02:07.000 Mike Benz is going to be joining us later on.
00:02:10.000 But we are going to go behind enemy lines.
00:02:13.000 Yes, that's right.
00:02:14.000 I said it.
00:02:15.000 The enemy within.
00:02:16.000 We're going to flesh out the contours of what is shaping up to be the resistance.
00:02:21.000 Resistance 2.0 that is coming after Donald Trump already.
00:02:26.000 I'm not just talking about the rhino senators that are just a stone's throw away from me.
00:02:32.000 You know, they always love to say that we can't just love our country only when we win.
00:02:39.000 Right.
00:02:40.000 Well, how about this?
00:02:41.000 You can't destroy this country, invade it, loot it, pillage it, absolutely tank it and get away with it.
00:02:51.000 That's going to be the new mantra.
00:02:53.000 Right.
00:02:54.000 Moving forward.
00:02:55.000 And no amount of Soros funded DAs or weird woke perversions of what criminal justice means is going to change what the punishment is and rightfully so for treason.
00:03:08.000 And I'm looking at you, Mark Milley, but I'm sure there's a pretty deep bench of people just like you.
00:03:14.000 It'll be interesting to watch them rat each other out.
00:03:17.000 But here's the thing, right?
00:03:20.000 We sat here and I know Steve and I told you that you're going to see a chorus of voices in the same way that the Atlantic tried to tell you that, oh, we need a pandemic amnesty.
00:03:32.000 It was just a mistake.
00:03:34.000 It was the fog of war.
00:03:36.000 You're going to see that same type of refrain coming from all of these people, the ones who are, I don't know, being advised to leave the country.
00:03:45.000 Yeah, those people saying that, oh, the deep state, the weaponization of government.
00:03:51.000 No, no, it's actually a good idea.
00:03:53.000 Don't persecute.
00:03:54.000 Don't prosecute us for that.
00:03:56.000 Well, the day has come because the Atlantic and all their genius has put up a story today.
00:04:05.000 There really is a deep state.
00:04:08.000 That's the headline.
00:04:10.000 And I want to read a synopsis.
00:04:13.000 Again, this isn't war room.
00:04:14.000 This is the Atlantic, the railhead of the globalist propaganda regime.
00:04:18.000 Operating within the federal health agencies is an actual deep state, albeit a much more benign and rational one than what Trump has talked about.
00:04:27.000 Whether you know it or not, you've likely seen this deep state in action.
00:04:31.000 Full stop.
00:04:32.000 Yeah, I've seen this deep state in action.
00:04:35.000 And I'm not just talking about COVID for the four months that I had to sit in this chair.
00:04:41.000 This audience has seen the deep state in action, right?
00:04:45.000 But thank you, Atlantic, for explaining this to us.
00:04:48.000 I'll keep going because it only gets more maddening.
00:04:50.000 It was the reason Trump's preferred treatment for COVID during the early phases of the pandemic.
00:04:56.000 Hydroxychloroquine was not flooding pharmacies, and it was why COVID vaccines were not rushed out before the 2020 presidential election.
00:05:03.000 Both of those efforts were stopped by civil servants despite overt pressure from Trump and officials in his administration.
00:05:10.000 Public health officials didn't buck Trump to sabotage him.
00:05:14.000 They did so because both measures were scientifically unsolid.
00:05:19.000 Well, I'm glad the Atlantic has finally admitted that the deep state exists because I don't know about you.
00:05:26.000 I only heard for years this show get dragged through the mud and be titled the number one spreader of misinformation for making those exact same claims about COVID.
00:05:36.000 And I'm not even adjudicating in the post-game analysis world where we were also right on the origins of COVID-19, too.
00:05:44.000 But what you're seeing develop is essentially, we use an intel term, a limited hangout for the deep state.
00:05:51.000 In other words, the deep state is benevolent.
00:05:54.000 The deep state is kind.
00:05:56.000 We need the deep state in order to keep the crazies in check, right?
00:06:00.000 Again, I'd go a step further.
00:06:02.000 The deep state didn't just, you know, try to meddle their hand in post-pandemic prevention.
00:06:07.000 No, no, no.
00:06:08.000 You guys caused and created the pandemic.
00:06:11.000 I'm looking at you, Anthony Fauci, who, by the way, it's been awfully quiet lately.
00:06:15.000 I've never seen him miss an opportunity to give his analysis that absolutely no one asked for, right?
00:06:20.000 There's never a microphone that he won't run to.
00:06:23.000 I haven't seen him giving any post-election analysis.
00:06:27.000 But here's why this is scary, in my opinion, because this deep state, the permanent political class, the in-your-face state, whatever you want to call it, they're very much like, shall we say, a hydra in the sense that when you chop off a head, and I think we chopped off a head metaphorically on November 5th, just a week ago, it only grows back and multiplies, right?
00:06:51.000 You get two more.
00:06:52.000 And in this case, you're getting civil society and the guardrails of democracy.
00:06:58.000 Now, to the whole guardrails of democracy crowd, I'd ask you, you want to know what an actual guardrail of democracy looks like?
00:07:07.000 A wall on the southern border?
00:07:09.000 Where were all of you guys when this country was being invaded?
00:07:13.000 Here's a pro tip.
00:07:15.000 When you guys are having your post-game analysis, trying to understand your autopsy of why you guys lost the election, it's really this simple.
00:07:23.000 You guys hate America, and the American people know it, but I digress on that, right?
00:07:29.000 They're not even really traitors in the sense that if you line them up, you do the columns of what they've done to help this country versus what they've done to help other countries, I think you basically have a zeroed out on the pro-America stuff, evidenced, of course, by their aversion to anything that's America first.
00:07:47.000 But these people are effectively foreign agents, right?
00:07:50.000 I mean, the policies that they've put out, whether it's the southern border, the endless forever wars, immigration, you name it, basically are as much, I think, if Xi Jinping were writing the executive orders, I'm not sure he would have changed much coming out of the Biden regime, right?
00:08:06.000 But here's the crazier part, and here's where we're really going to get into strategy, which is so imperative for this audience to be ahead of the curve, because you guys are the tip of the spear in fighting back, being the counter-resistance, because you know all too well these hack Republicans we have up on Capitol Hill aren't going to do anything to help us.
00:08:23.700 You guys maybe remember Rosa Brooks of Transition Integrity Project Infamy, she founded it, and she's back with a vengeance, these people just won't go away, but they held the war games simulating a Trump victory, a Trump loss, a Trump administration, she has a new piece out today, and I want to read you what is a very important line that will dictate, arguably, the next four years of your life, the opening salvo, like I said, of the resistance 2.0.
00:08:52.880 Our exercises suggested that the best means of pushing back against autocratic Trump administration actions lie in the realm of politics and culture.
00:09:04.460 They don't want to put it through the courts because they don't think that the Supreme Court necessarily has their back.
00:09:12.120 Reading further into her piece,
00:09:13.940 We can, for instance, find ways to throw sand in the gears whenever possible.
00:09:18.300 She goes on saying that these Democratic donors need to create even larger, vaster, dark money networks to prop up and defend the forthcoming wave of whistleblowers.
00:09:39.440 We know that's always been their predetermined and beloved tactic of ways to subvert the Trump administration, shouldn't be lost on anyone, that just a few months ago, the Office of Legal Counsel, or Special Counsel, rather, reworked the guidelines when it comes to whistleblowers, right?
00:09:54.540 They might not have taken the House, though there are some still active races going on, but I'm sure they'll try to flip the margins.
00:10:00.020 Mark Elias is tweeting up a storm today trying to flip races.
00:10:02.680 So they can't legally impeach him, right, through traditional levers of power, but they will wage a full-scale shadow impeachment warfare campaign, right?
00:10:12.980 Because the object of impeachment, the goal, the objective, isn't even really the impeachment articles or the Senate trial.
00:10:20.340 It's to demean and to throw, as they say, sand in the gears, deny and stop the momentum that the Trump-MAGA movement has built.
00:10:30.220 So they'll kneecap him any way they can, and their preferred tactic, it's a word you hear Rachel Maddow saying a heck of a lot, and it's something that Steve and I have been drilling down on, is this idea of civil society and protests.
00:10:43.780 We're going to get into Norm Eisen later, because he has some brilliant, as you could just imagine, I'd say evil genius, but I don't think he's a genius, just evil, ideas how to further subvert American democracy.
00:10:56.120 But here's the thing, right? If they don't have the traditional levers of power here in the United States to go after President Trump, they will outsource, as they always do, their subversion and their attacks against President Trump to the global stage, more precisely, the globalist stage.
00:11:15.560 I want to read a couple of recent headlines for you guys.
00:11:19.180 On the same exact day that President Trump won, overwhelmingly, might I add, to rub it in, the WHO put up an article.
00:11:28.200 For example, WHO study lists top endemic pathogens for which new vaccines are urgently needed, and they put 17 pathogens that they think are money needs to be used to go find the vaccines, and we always know when they try to discover the vaccines, they're reverse engineering the cure to the next pandemic.
00:11:46.760 And all their returns seem to go up quite nicely, right?
00:11:50.240 Sure, no conflicts of interest there.
00:11:51.720 Then, just today, the WHO demands urgent integration of health and climate negotiations ahead of COP29.
00:12:00.500 And when you read the article, it really brings to fruition everything that we have warned about for years on this show, saying that climate change intersects with public health.
00:12:08.820 And because of that, we need to have a coalition of every country that's working together to stop these made-up crises in the name of, oh, I don't know, making people like Klaus Schwab and Antonio Gutierrez even more powerful and having influence over your life.
00:12:22.200 And then, the best part, also breaking today, global pandemic treaty negotiations to conclude by May, the WHO says.
00:12:31.340 Right, if they can't rely on their apparatchiks here, if they're busy in the civil society column, they're going to double down, triple down, quadruple down on the globalist superstructure to wage war, partly against Trump, but also against you, the MAGA movement.
00:12:47.360 And today, you have the NATO chief coming out, melting down, saying that, oh, the Ukraine war is really important for United States territorial sovereignty.
00:12:57.520 Yeah, maybe you should put out a statement about America's southern border.
00:13:01.880 Is that in your vocabulary?
00:13:03.720 Probably not.
00:13:05.760 Yeah.
00:13:06.580 Well, Norm Eisen put out a very telling tweet today.
00:13:11.440 And that is, quote, the future of American democracy may look uncertain, but there are proven strategies for responding to a liberal democracy.
00:13:22.020 We should look at lessons learned in Central Europe and Turkey.
00:13:25.600 And he points to Poland and Hungary in this long-form Brookings Institution report about all the ways that the United States has, catch this, waged color revolutions across the globe to bring about their perverted version of liberal democracy.
00:13:41.440 Which brings us back to, I think, the opening of this show, and where their version of liberal democracy is generals like Mark Milley getting to run the show and pretend that they're real alpha men,
00:13:55.560 when in reality, they're hiding at nice swanky DC cocktail parties while they're sending your children and grandchildren to die to defend the borders of other countries and then demeaning you and calling you Nazis, fascists, and Hitlerian for daring to support a candidate who, catch this, has the wild concept of putting America first.
00:14:16.200 And he's not just saying that you're politically unwise, he's attacking you, your character, and your soul.
00:14:22.980 Oh, and by the way, if you're Christian, you're also a crazy bigot, zealot, religious Christian nationalist.
00:14:29.940 So, you know what, Norm Eisen, you have all your playbooks about color revolutions and all these playbooks, all these strategies.
00:14:36.500 Oh, we're going to drill down and we're going to let our audience know exactly what you guys want to do.
00:14:40.140 But it didn't work on November 7th, and it's not going to continue to work because you haven't met this audience yet, and we don't give up without a fight.
00:14:55.000 Just ask Kamala Harris.
00:14:57.780 We'll be right back.
00:14:59.060 The elites are getting desperate.
00:15:02.400 They now want to use the technology behind Bitcoin for their own Orwellian purposes.
00:15:06.860 Their gold?
00:15:07.740 To dominate our economy by forcing everyone to use central bank digital currencies, which they control.
00:15:14.900 Imagine your every purchase being called into question.
00:15:17.920 Your every move tracked, like you live in a communist country.
00:15:21.800 This is not the America we want, but it is the America they want to create.
00:15:26.180 Fortunately, you can fight back.
00:15:28.480 I believe owning gold is the best solution.
00:15:31.040 Why?
00:15:31.360 Because it keeps you in control and safeguards your savings.

00:16:12.860 Use your host, Stephen K.
00:16:15.240 You're back in the war room, the show that was actually just named by Axios as one of the top post-Trump victory MAGA media spaces leading the charge.
00:16:31.020 Yeah, we know that Axios, you could have told us that a few years ago, but thank you for catching up.
00:16:36.220 Might I just also add, on a serious note, I'd like to dedicate the honor that Axios just bestowed upon us to none other than Merrick Garland, who thought that he could throw Stephen K.
00:16:49.460 Bannon in jail and break this show.
00:16:51.900 We just emerged as one of the, if not the most powerful shows in the media ecosystem.
00:16:58.900 That's not just MAGA, but for the entirety of this country.
00:17:02.000 How's that for getting out of prison, Merrick Garland?
00:17:08.700 You tried to destroy this show, and we're going to take so much damn pleasure in reporting on the wholly justified probes into the crimes that you committed.
00:17:19.700 Opening bid, what you did to Stephen K. Bannon, we'll then go to the southern border.
00:17:24.300 Then we can go to what happened overseas.
00:17:26.280 And then maybe we'll go to your family and your finances, because I'd love to see who's been paying you.
00:17:32.780 And we're going to take a lot of joy in reporting on that at the tip of the spear of MAGA media.
00:17:37.820 And that's not me being narcissistic.
00:17:39.860 Axios says as much.
00:17:41.240 Yeah, Axios, which you probably read and you should get used to reading, because maybe we'll break it in Axios that we're investigating you.
00:17:48.440 So thank you, Merrick Garland, for making this show grow so much.
00:17:52.640 It's the Biden version of the Streisand effect.
00:17:56.240 If you throw a host in prison and suddenly it skyrockets and rips and roars like it never has before.
00:18:03.560 So thank you, Merrick Garland.
00:18:05.100 Shout out to you.
00:18:06.560 And I guess we'll throw Lisa Monaco and Matthew Graves and all those wonderful people in there, too.
00:18:10.700 So on that note, I think we are joined now by Mike Benz, who we're going to get into what CISA's future should look like, this sort of incoming censorship information warfare.
00:18:22.500 But I'm curious, though, just before we get into all that on the color revolution stuff, Norm Eisen's, I mean, quiet part out loud.
00:18:31.220 Talk about an example of that tweet saying that he needs to use his same color revolution playbook here in the United States.
00:18:37.740 Your thoughts on sort of this concept of civil society emerging as the hotbed of resistance?
00:18:42.200 Yeah, well, this is stock and trade intelligence work is that you cloak the operations of a shadow government in the nonprofit, nonprofit, NGO, university, activist, civil society space.
00:18:57.220 I mean, this is this is what the CIA got in trouble for in the 1970s and then put on steroids starting in the 1980s for doing.
00:19:04.740 And the fact is, is Norm Eisen was born in this world, created by it, molded by it.
00:19:10.820 Norm Eisen was the U.S. ambassador to the Czech Republic and claimed that one of his proudest achievements was effectively leaning on the government of the Czech Republic to prosecute the enemies of the U.S. embassy there.
00:19:23.900 He is part of a post 2010 flock of State Department global puppeteers who've who've sort of crafted this doctrine that they call transitional justice, which is the idea that after the State Department floods the zone with cash and media and assets to tilt an election in a foreign country,
00:19:47.980 a close election that they narrowly win, a close election that they narrowly win in order to achieve a state of democratic stability where they don't need to worry about the other side ever winning again,
00:19:57.780 they engage in this program they call transitional justice, which is the idea that when a country transitions from an autocratic leader to a democratic leader,
00:20:08.100 you have to use the justice system against everyone from the previous political party so that they can't win the next election because they're all in jail.
00:20:18.240 So, for example, if you look at this is what was done in the Czech Republic, this is what's happening right now in Poland.
00:20:24.580 In fact, one of the CIA's top cut out a civil society institution called the National Endowment for Democracy, which calls itself an NGO,
00:20:33.200 but it is 100 percent funded by the U.S. State Department and is formally accountable to the House Foreign Relations Committee.
00:20:41.200 I'm sorry, the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and was created in a letter from our CIA director in 1983
00:20:48.260 that it was set up for the express purpose of getting back the powers the CIA had lost in the 1970s.
00:20:55.140 They wrote a direct article with the audience being the new the new prime minister of Poland who had narrowly won an election,
00:21:04.180 giving him a list of names of everyone to round up from the previous political party to ensure populism is stamped out and does not rise again.
00:21:13.640 It's explicitly using the criminal justice system to to prosecute the people that they cannot honestly defeat in the political process.
00:21:23.660 So that was done under the banner of an anti-corruption probe under the under the banner of transitional justice all over central and eastern Europe from about 2010 to 2016.
00:21:35.380 And when Trump won the election here, that same flock of dirty diplomats took that same template that they had crafted in their little Frankensteinian incubator zone in central and eastern Europe and deployed that against Donald Trump.
00:21:51.180 So lo and behold, Norm Eisen goes from doing that transitional justice strategy to win politics through prosecutors in central and eastern Europe.
00:21:58.160 And then he takes it home to be, you know, Mr. Prosecute Trump here.
00:22:02.520 And so it's no surprise that he would he would post that.
00:22:06.220 I think what's so shocking about it is that he posted in the context of Alvin Bragg needing to keep his criminal case alive because prosecuting Trump is the only way to get rid of him because we can't beat him.
00:22:20.180 Well, like you always say, there really is no, I think, sizable distinction between domestic and foreign policy.
00:22:26.240 But I'm curious, your thoughts. There's a lot of discussion among the MSNBC crowds of the world saying how it was disinformation and misinformation that caused Kamala Harris to lose with the corollary to I think if they embrace that idea, logically, you would think that they'll double down on their censorship efforts and try to launch these programs.
00:22:47.300 Probably globally, you know, probably globally, you've always tracked a lot of this comes, you know, from from British funding or British manpower.
00:22:53.820 But I'm just curious your thoughts on how you think they will be able to continue to wage, you know, censorship warfare in a post Trump victory era.
00:23:05.400 Yeah, they have two main strategies for this.
00:23:07.500 There's there's the the the there's the state strategy and then there's the global strategy.
00:23:13.380 So the state strategy is going to involve a whole swarm of new state laws, California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Illinois, all the big blue states.
00:23:24.260 There's going to be a big push by the censorship industry activists there to codify laws that put restrictions on the kind of content that social media platforms can host.
00:23:34.540 And their goal there is going to be to balkanize the country and create a sort of market disruption so that the only tech companies who are allowed to proliferate that kind of content there,
00:23:46.080 lest they lose their ability to operate in the state or suffer heavy revenue fines, are going to be the ones who comply with those content restrictions.
00:23:54.160 They're also going to use a push around something called media literacy, which is those states are going to box out social media platforms that allow free speech and box out news institutions like the like the War Room
00:24:07.700 in order to prevent them from being accessed in public Wi-Fi's in order to be able to prevent them from being cited in in high school or middle school or elementary school exams.
00:24:18.980 You already see this a major push to to start that effort began in 2021.
00:24:25.560 It really began in 2017, but it's escalated dramatically in the past few years and it will fall on effectively the legal system to enforce the First Amendment against these states,
00:24:36.900 which are going to try to create state level restrictions on what the platforms can host.
00:24:41.520 But that's one battle at home.
00:24:43.780 The second battle is that we are we are about to witness a replay of the transatlantic flank attack,
00:24:50.080 as I call it, from the immediate aftermath of the 2016 election.
00:24:54.760 They blame the 2016 election on free speech.
00:24:58.080 And that that is what gave rise to the creation of the censorship industry that spans all of NATO and now beyond,
00:25:05.040 which is that they were out of power after 2016.
00:25:09.420 Just like just like now, Democrats lost the executive branch.
00:25:15.060 They lost the House and they lost the Senate all there in 2016.
00:25:19.500 And so what they did in order to get the ball rolling on censorship is you had these exiles from the Hillary Clinton State Department
00:25:27.340 and the John Kerry State State Department take their special set of skills,
00:25:31.600 which is back channeling with foreign regulators and foreign diplomats to do shadow diplomacy,
00:25:37.820 to essentially leverage their financial heft, to leverage the favors that they can repay once they return to power
00:25:45.720 in order to get foreign governments to institute censorship restrictions on American companies
00:25:52.280 that were hosting pro-Trump content or pro-Trump accounts.
00:25:57.340 So that was the sort of transatlantic flank attack 1.0.
00:26:02.840 You are going to, mark my words, you are going to see an exodus from Tony Blinken State Department
00:26:08.160 and they are going to go straight into civil society jobs at Brookings, at the Atlantic Council, at CSIS,
00:26:16.340 at the Council on Foreign Relations, at the Penn Biden Center, at Stanford University,
00:26:22.580 in the Harvard Belfer Center, and you name it.
00:26:26.380 They are all going to get their little purchase there and they're going to take that residual influence
00:26:30.620 and they're going to be making back channel deals with NATO, with the European Union,
00:26:36.560 with the governments in Brazil, in Australia.
00:26:39.420 And they are going to try to do that Brazil strategy that they were able to successfully do under Brazil
00:26:44.560 and to make it so that the only platforms that are allowed to have global dominance on social media
00:26:50.500 are the ones who do not allow their political enemies to have a voice.
00:26:54.740 And there will be a constant fight between the Trump administration's diplomatic efforts through the government
00:26:59.480 and the blobs' censorship diplomatic efforts in the shadow government.
00:27:06.340 I think they say that the supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.
00:27:12.480 It's the supreme art of war is to censor your enemy without fighting.
00:27:17.100 And I think you are so correct.
00:27:18.560 They're going to find a way, like they always do, to outsource this warfare to whatever globalist entity it may be.
00:27:25.340 Mike, if you can hang with us through the break, I want to get your thoughts on what you think the future of CISA should be.
00:27:31.000 I know the war room, and I'm sure the audience joins me, fully endorses disbanding it.
00:27:36.180 This country's been okay since 2018 without it.
00:27:39.260 A lot of these problems started, I think, when we had CISA come up so they could, what, lie to us about election results?
00:27:45.560 Because they're not doing very good on the cybersecurity stuff.
00:27:49.460 I don't know about that, but maybe that's all by design, right?
00:27:52.020 I think we also got Philip Patrick joining us, Mike Lindell.
00:27:55.380 But more with Mike Benz and the, don't get me wrong, forthcoming massive amount of information and censorship warfare because you guys were so effective on November 5th.
00:28:09.500 But, hey, it's a fight we're willing to fight.
00:28:12.300 We'll be right back.
00:28:13.220 I've been telling you about cyber scammers who try to steal Graceland.
00:28:17.080 The FBI calls this house stealing, and it's a real threat.
00:28:20.960 If you own a home or any real estate, pay close attention.
00:28:25.380 When was the last time you checked the title to your home?
00:28:28.460 With an average of 90% of your net worth in your home, criminals are targeting homeowners like never before.
00:28:35.420 They can transfer your home title, take out loans in your name, and leave you with a financial nightmare.
00:28:42.180 Act now to protect your home's equity with triple lock protection from Home Title Lock.

00:29:14.920 Please do this today.
00:29:17.440 In the War Room, here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:26.180 You're back in the War Room.
00:29:27.620 We're still joined by Mike Benz.
00:29:29.720 Mike, your thoughts on how we can best, once and for all, kill the censorship industrial complex, at least the government side of things.
00:29:38.720 Do you think we need to disband CISA?
00:29:40.740 Is it focusing on State Department?
00:29:42.740 Your thoughts.
00:29:43.640 All of it.
00:29:45.600 Actually, my foundation, FFO, is going to be putting out a comprehensive list of every single government department, every single government agency, and every single government program involved in Internet censorship.
00:29:58.340 From the State Department, to the Pentagon, to the IC, to the National Endowment for Democracy, to USAID, to HHS, to DOJ, to DHS, to the National Science Foundation.
00:30:09.520 That will be published next week, and we will continue to update and add more details for interested citizens to find out more at some point next week.
00:30:23.160 But, effectively, it's everywhere.
00:30:25.580 I mean, you mentioned CISA, for one.
00:30:28.580 CISA is one of the most corrupt institutions in its infant history.
00:30:35.760 It was only created in late 2018, basically just in time for the 2018 midterms.
00:30:41.380 It was created as a sort of political accident because of the intensity of Russiagate and the idea that we needed to secure our cyber systems against Russian hacking of the DNC-type events,
00:30:57.600 which turned out to not even necessarily be charitable and say it was—at best, it's unsubstantiated.
00:31:07.760 At worst, it's the opposite of what happened.
00:31:11.360 But the fact is, is CISA is a laundromat for rogue actors in the CIA and NSA to get domestic jurisdiction for black ops.
00:31:20.760 And very quickly, it was only born again in 2018, and by mid-2020, they had already seized long-arm jurisdiction over all opinions on the entire Internet by U.S. citizens
00:31:35.060 by mission creeping their way from saying that cyber threats, cybersecurity has to cover tweets containing misinformation or disinformation or malinformation,
00:31:46.580 true facts that simply lead people to a misleading conclusion.
00:31:50.760 Because tweets on the Internet containing misinformation or YouTube videos or Facebook posts undermine public faith and confidence in our democratic institutions,
00:32:00.060 which are required for a healthy democracy.
00:32:03.660 And so it's really, if you tweet that Trump is innocent of Russiagate,
00:32:08.460 then you are committing a cyber attack on the integrity of the Justice Department,
00:32:14.380 which is a hallowed institution of our democracy.
00:32:18.700 And so it needs to be censored by our cybersecurity agency.
00:32:23.300 This is the sort of thing that the CIA and NSA would not be able to get away with because they're not allowed to target domestically.
00:32:29.100 But if you take a bunch of rogue hackers and rogue black ops planners from CIA or from NSA,
00:32:36.000 and you park them at DHS, suddenly everyone from coast to coast becomes a fair game target as long as they are allowed to operate.
00:32:46.680 This is not some hallowed institution that's been around for 250 years like the State Department or like the Defense Department itself.
00:32:53.760 It is a brand new baby and it has been a twisted little sister from the day it was born.
00:32:58.940 This thing needs to go back in the box and if they want to continue to have some domestic role in cybersecurity,
00:33:06.940 they should put their names in a resume and apply for it or apply for themselves in a brand new congressional vote
00:33:13.260 and see if that holds up in a democratic vote at that point.
00:33:18.160 But for now, the first step is saying sayonara to censorship.
00:33:22.980 Mike, we'll definitely have to have you back on when you put that report out.
00:33:28.340 In the meantime, if people want to follow you, stay up to date with everything you're working on,
00:33:32.040 where can they go to do that?
00:33:33.760 Best place is on X.
00:33:35.280 It's at Mike Ben Cyber.
00:33:36.880 I'm highly prolific on there, so check me out.
00:33:41.260 Thank you so much for joining us.
00:33:42.660 We'll definitely have you back on.
00:33:43.780 How about this, CISA, metaphorically?
00:33:49.580 Burn it down and salt the earth around it.
00:33:53.240 I think that's what CISA's future should look like.
00:33:56.140 That's what we call justice.
00:33:58.540 Speaking of justice, you know, turbulent times are ahead of us.
00:34:03.560 Stephen K. Bannon always said, luckily, we got the best guys in the business.
00:34:07.620 Birch Goldfield Patrick joins us now.
00:34:09.840 We've focused on how all the federal agencies are actively working to subvert President Trump's agenda, right?
00:34:15.440 The concept of Trump-proofing.
00:34:17.560 It seems like the Treasury Department, the Fed, all those lovely actors are engaging in those same tactics.
00:34:24.060 Can you walk through how difficult they're going to make this transition,
00:34:28.800 trying to convert it into essentially a Pyrrhic victory for Donald Trump?
00:34:33.360 It's going to be a tough job for a number of reasons.
00:34:36.480 First of all, he's going to be fighting a machine, bureaucratic inertia, roadblocks along the way.
00:34:42.240 That's to be expected.
00:34:43.680 But we also have to remember the fiscal basket case that President Trump is walking into.
00:34:50.320 Washington borrowed $762 billion from July through September.
00:34:55.400 In the up-and-coming quarter, so the first quarter of President Trump's presidency,
00:35:00.980 they're planning to borrow another $823 billion.
00:35:04.120 That is the largest amount ever for a single quarter.
00:35:08.720 The overall federal shortfall was $1.83 trillion for the fiscal year of 2024,
00:35:15.220 the third highest now on record.
00:35:18.300 So the key takeaway here is to look at the numbers.
00:35:21.760 They are going up $762 billion to $823 billion.
00:35:26.760 That is the wrong direction.
00:35:29.280 Now, there's two ways out of this.
00:35:31.400 There's austerity, higher taxes, lower spending, and a broad economic contraction or growth, right?
00:35:37.740 Make smart investments funded by debt that improve the economy.
00:35:41.960 To look at it from President Trump's perspective, I'd say, broadly speaking, he's an upside guy, not a downside guy, right?
00:35:48.920 He's a dealmaker.
00:35:50.020 He likes the idea of leverage, and he's used it successfully.
00:35:53.220 So the hope now is that economic growth will outpace debt growth.
00:35:58.640 But it is a long-term goal, and there are short-term costs associated with it.
00:36:04.020 But like you say, they are putting up roadblocks, and they're going to make the job difficult.
00:36:10.320 I saw a good example of this.
00:36:11.820 I saw Scott Besson interviewing, actually, on The War Room, and he was talking about how Yellen had spiked the cannons.
00:36:17.960 This is a really good example.
00:36:20.540 She moved virtually all borrowing to the short end of the curve, which was actually more expensive than long-term debt.
00:36:28.240 From a financial standpoint, it is nonsensical.
00:36:31.460 It's like paying your 7% mortgage on a 29% credit card.
00:36:36.600 But I think the intent was very clear.
00:36:39.000 The first thing she wants to hand the Trump administration was a huge pile of short-term debt that immediately needs to be refinanced.
00:36:48.500 Pardon this expression, but it is the fiscal equivalent of taking a dump on the desk and walking out the door.
00:36:54.640 But that is what President Trump is dealing with.
00:36:57.460 But people have to understand it is spiteful, and it shows the Biden administration's priorities.
00:37:03.560 They are willing to burn the country down around them if it keeps their party in power.
00:37:08.700 Well, it didn't work.
00:37:10.460 President Trump has a tough job to do.
00:37:12.800 If anyone can do it, he can.
00:37:14.900 But the one nice thing to hear is we're not being gaslit by the administration.
00:37:20.480 They're being truthful.
00:37:21.660 Elon Musk has come out and said, look, we have to reduce spending.
00:37:25.200 We have to live within our means.
00:37:27.200 It's going to involve temporary hardship, but it will create long-term prosperity.
00:37:32.200 I've been waiting to hear these words for four years, and I'm very excited.
00:37:36.920 We have good leadership, but it's going to be a very tough job.
00:37:42.540 Obviously, the debt ceiling deal is sort of a poison pill.
00:37:46.240 You already have Powell saying he doesn't want to step down.
00:37:49.020 What are other roadblocks that you think this audience needs to be on the lookout for when it comes particularly to fiscal issues, the economy?
00:37:56.040 Look, I think the Federal Reserve are not looking like they're wanting to play ball.
00:38:03.620 We're seeing debt financing increasing, even though the feds are dropping interest rates.
00:38:08.700 Jerome Powell obviously saying he's not going to step down.
00:38:11.840 If he starts to say, look, Trump's policies, tariffs are inflationary.
00:38:15.040 That may be a rationale to keep rates higher and obviously restrict growth in the economy.
00:38:21.580 But I think he's going to be dealing a lot with a lot of it.
00:38:25.940 And we've just got to remember the problems that he's inherited.
00:38:29.680 We have $36 trillion of debt.
00:38:32.380 Debt service payments last fiscal year were $1.2 trillion.
00:38:36.340 That is hand that that will handicap the administration that's coming against funds they have to invest in the economy.
00:38:44.940 So I think all around it's going to be a tough job and they're going to make it even tougher for him.
00:38:52.820 Philip Patrick, if people want to get in contact with you, Birch Gold, speak to people on the team, where can they go to do that?
00:38:59.720 Really simple.
00:39:00.560 Birchgold.com forward slash Bannon.
00:39:03.700 Birchgold.com forward slash Bannon.
00:39:06.340 That'll get them access to a free information kit as well as the End of the Dollar Empire series.
00:39:12.420 I think we're going to be working on a new installment soon.
00:39:16.200 And to reach me at Philip Patrick on Getter.
00:39:21.820 Philip, thank you so much for joining us.
00:39:23.920 We'll have you back on soon.
00:39:26.260 Thanks, Natalie.
00:39:27.060 I look forward to it.
00:39:29.540 Of course.
00:39:30.300 And Warren Posse, I got some good news for you guys.
00:39:33.880 President-elect Donald Trump has selected none other than our very own Bill McGinley as White House chief counsel.
00:39:42.080 Shout out to Bill.
00:39:43.120 Shout out to this audience.
00:39:44.340 It shows you how important and critical you guys are to this wonderful MAGA movement.
00:39:51.120 Got to support the show.
00:39:52.380 Obviously, Birchgold.com slash Bannon.
00:39:54.500 You ought to be checking out PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon.
00:39:58.240 I think Bannon's easy enough to remember.
00:40:00.660 Support companies that don't hate you, of course.
00:40:02.700 HomeTitleLock.com slash Bannon.
00:40:05.120 And SLNT.com slash Bannon.
00:40:08.960 If you know, you support the show.
00:40:10.600 Tip of the spear of MAGA Media is Axios.
00:40:13.840 You know how much it pained them to have to write that headline probably.
00:40:18.400 Just one other fun fact for this audience.
00:40:21.040 You guys know we track everything that Mark Elias does.
00:40:24.120 I'm his number one fan.
00:40:26.280 There's this group called Contest Every Race.
00:40:29.860 And it's this far left progressive.
00:40:31.920 They describe themselves as anti-fascist.
00:40:34.180 So that tells you everything you need to know about them.
00:40:36.740 But they're propped up by Democracy Docket, which is Mark Elias' organization.
00:40:40.700 And in, I believe, 230 races, where they say election deniers were running, they put forth
00:40:50.900 entirely astroturfed candidates, you know, dark money.
00:40:55.180 No one knows who's funding them to compete against these so-called election deniers, right?
00:40:59.960 These democracy subverters.
00:41:02.020 And they had 42 candidates across primarily swing states.
00:41:06.220 And you guys are going to love this.
00:41:07.520 In every single race that they put up, these fake democracy LARPing crisis actor, false
00:41:14.280 flag, whatever you want to call them people, empty vessels, listless vessels, deep state
00:41:19.740 subcontractors, I could go on.
00:41:21.900 They lost every single race, every single one.
00:41:26.220 And I think there's a beautiful metaphorical significance that the so-called democracy subverters
00:41:32.920 beat out the dark money, left-wing, socialist, Marxist, communist hacks in every single race
00:41:40.260 that they were propped up by the Mark Elias' of the world.
00:41:44.920 And that, my friend, is the power of the MAGA movement.
00:41:48.420 It's the power of this audience.
00:41:50.260 And you know who else we need to make sure is receiving some of that wonderful power?
00:41:54.560 That is the Senate.
00:41:55.960 You guys know it's 202-224, not 5, 224-3121.
00:42:02.500 Like I said yesterday, President Trump endorsed Thune's primary opponent in 2022.
00:42:09.160 Case closed.
00:42:10.960 We don't want him.
00:42:11.920 Certainly don't want Cornyn.
00:42:13.000 He's probably even worse.
00:42:14.700 We want Rick Scott.
00:42:16.100 You guys have a reputation to uphold.
00:42:18.400 And a reputation is that you can get speakers deposed.
00:42:23.520 Just ask Kevin McCarthy.
00:42:26.100 And maybe ask Jeff Miller, too.
00:42:27.620 Because I don't think they're probably doing too well, especially with Bill McGinley emerging
00:42:31.660 victorious on all things chief counsel.
00:42:33.600 But it's 202-225-3121.
00:42:38.040 Call your senator to make sure that they, A, don't vote for anyone whose last name is Thune
00:42:45.700 or Cornyn.
00:42:46.220 But more importantly, no secret ballots.
00:42:47.900 It's offensive to all the election integrity activists in this audience.
00:42:52.740 If we're going to run our Senate elections behind closed doors without verifiable chain
00:42:56.300 of custody ballots, how can we demand that our country do the same?
00:43:01.260 Right?
00:43:03.000 Or maybe these people never actually cared about election integrity.
00:43:05.880 That's probably also true.
00:43:08.320 I don't think Mitch McConnell's done much to move the needle on that.
00:43:11.380 So let's make sure we don't repeat decades more than America last.
00:43:16.540 Are you tired of progressive corporations that continue to further alienate conservative
00:43:21.320 Americans, all the while eroding the future of the American dream?
00:43:25.660 Companies like Starbucks, strong, strong army customers to support abortion or PayPal canceling
00:43:31.900 accounts over political views.
00:43:33.960 Maybelline making a mockery of women by supporting transgender models and Bud Light forcing gender
00:43:39.360 ideology on you when all you want is to enjoy a cold beer.
00:43:43.720 But thanks to Public Square, you don't have to fund companies like this any longer.

00:44:26.600 Join me and millions of patriotic Americans who love truth, our country, and our constitution
00:44:31.520 at PublicSquare.com.
00:44:33.800 Download the app now or visit the site at PublicSquare.com.
00:44:37.840 That's PublicSquare.com.
00:44:39.780 Take action today.
00:44:41.760 Action, action, action.
00:44:43.820 The voters that came out that made the difference in 2020 in Milwaukee, in Detroit, in Philadelphia,
00:44:52.600 in Atlanta, working-class voters, white, Hispanic, black working-class voters came out,
00:44:59.840 made the difference, gave Joe Biden the margin of victory in those swing states.
00:45:05.140 It didn't happen this year.
00:45:06.480 And David's point is, of course, there are a lot of people that were really stretched,
00:45:10.680 that were working-class.
00:45:12.540 And there wasn't, as Reverend Al said a month ago, there wasn't the excitement where he had
00:45:18.860 seen it four years ago in Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia.
00:45:22.220 I would like to put out a missing persons alert for the 10 million Democratic voters that didn't
00:45:31.100 show up a week ago, except I guess that implies that they're people, and that's not quite the
00:45:36.660 case because, as we know on this show, they never actually existed in the first place.
00:45:40.520 By the way, my favorite part of that clip, what is it?
00:45:43.060 He says, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, and one other, only the largest hotbeds of election fraud
00:45:50.680 in the history of this country, let alone in 2020, they don't even realize maybe that's why their
00:45:56.180 viewership has cratered.
00:45:57.380 Catch this, 50%, 50% since election day.
00:46:03.660 Hey, well, we'll take the converts.
00:46:05.220 Speaking of other people, Norm Eisen, I think he might be watching the show because he just
00:46:10.260 tweeted out, Trump's win should not be viewed as a personal or ideological triumph for MAGA.
00:46:19.120 Well, I don't think you get to dictate how we internalize our victory, and Norm, I'll humbly
00:46:24.680 push back and say, it was a triumph for MAGA.
00:46:28.780 Just ask Kamala Harris and just ask, I don't know, every swing state, yeah, that's right,
00:46:33.380 seven for seven, but speaking of Norm Eisen, and it maybe sounds like I'm obsessed with
00:46:38.640 him, it's not that, it's just that Norm is the railhead of the color revolution vanguard
00:46:43.400 of the resistance 2.0, he's behind the impeachments, the lawfare, all that stuff.
00:46:48.520 So, of course, he did a long thread today talking, he's sad that Jack Smith is not proceeding,
00:46:54.660 he's been lobbying for him to continue with his case against President Trump, but he thinks
00:46:59.680 that Bragg and Mershon should continue with their two separate cases against President
00:47:05.100 Trump, because he thinks that it doesn't pose a threat, I'll read his words, but those don't
00:47:11.160 raise the same kind of risk or a major distraction of a president's time and day-in, day-out work
00:47:16.900 life is sitting for a trial.
00:47:18.440 It would basically consist of his lawyers taking a little time to explain the argument, share
00:47:22.840 the briefs with him, and the like.
00:47:24.180 That's hardly unmanageable.
00:47:27.580 So Norm Eisen, Mr. Democracy, Democracy, Democracy, who literally spends every 15 seconds of his
00:47:35.340 life telling us that Russia is imminently going to destroy the United States and that Ukraine
00:47:40.960 is like the most important issue that we must care about.
00:47:43.320 He thinks that we live in a geopolitical time where the president, the president, President
00:47:50.580 Donald J. Trump, has enough free or spare time to undergo two criminal prosecutions instead
00:47:58.600 of focusing on tackling the Chinese Communist Party, focusing on ending what's going on in
00:48:03.600 Ukraine, focusing on tamping down the fire in the Middle East, focusing on securing our
00:48:07.760 southern border, focusing on rooting out and expelling domestic terrorists.
00:48:11.620 I'm not just looking at college campuses when I say that.
00:48:14.800 Focusing on rooting out the enemy within, getting the military under check and under control.
00:48:19.340 Norm Eisen is so sick and twisted, and that whole group of lawfare apparatchiks are so America
00:48:25.800 last and hate this country so much, not just saying because they all want to move to Canada,
00:48:30.440 hate this country so much that they would rather see President Trump be stuck dealing with
00:48:35.660 lawfare than allow this country to thrive and succeed.
00:48:41.620 And that is quite telling.
00:48:44.660 That is the epitome, not just of America last, but of America never.
00:48:49.500 And these selfish globalist traitors who have taken advantage of this country for way too damn long.
00:48:55.760 It's on full display.
00:48:58.960 And we're really enjoying watching the freaking out and the panicking.
00:49:03.180 Maybe we'll use it as evidence in your trials.
00:49:06.280 Until we get to that point, we have Mike Lindell, who I think for the, I don't know if it's the first time in war room history,
00:49:11.580 but is joining us from, I think, from the sky in an actual airplane that's in flight, which is pretty cool.
00:49:17.840 Mike Lindell, hit us with the latest, all things MyPillow.
00:49:22.920 Well, I'm going to hit you with the pillow.
00:49:24.520 I'm going to tell you guys, I'm heading to California.

00:49:32.860 But in the meantime, the war room posse, you guys were giving thanks.

00:50:42.960 Natalie, I can't thank you enough.
00:50:44.480 You've done such a great job in the war room posse heads to keep my pillow going.
00:50:48.840 God bless you all.
00:50:49.700 Mike, thank you so much for joining us.
00:50:54.020 Something tells me we will have you back on very soon.
00:50:59.940 And Warren posse, don't worry, Steve is back.
00:51:02.180 He's hosting the 6 p.m.
00:51:03.440 He just, shall we say, was out on assignment up in New York.
00:51:07.320 I got PTSD to him being away for four months hosting.
00:51:11.220 But thank you, as always, for hanging with me.
00:51:14.560 We're going to keep drilling down on all things resistance, all things color revolution.
00:51:19.940 We're going to keep trolling Mark Elias and Norm Eisen, who think that Trump's win should
00:51:24.920 not be viewed as a personal or ideological triumph for MAGA.
00:51:28.940 I don't think the losers get to determine the conditions of victory, right?
00:51:34.560 I remember when I sat here in this chair and said that victory, some would call it justice,
00:51:40.520 will be Stephen K. Bannon providing live commentary on the trials of people like Hillary Clinton
00:51:46.820 and Jack Smith, throwing Merrick Garland for good measure.
00:51:52.300 That's what justice, not retribution, looks like.
00:51:56.000 And all the mainstream media that's melting down, they had a huge piece today.
00:51:58.940 Trump is only putting loyalists in his cabinet.
00:52:02.960 Yeah, with the BS you guys have thrown at him for nearly a decade, no wonder why he wants loyalists.
00:52:11.600 I mean, should he put World Economic Forum embeds or United Nations loyalists in instead?
00:52:17.400 Would that make you happy?
00:52:20.060 I'm sure it would.
00:52:22.360 But come January 20th, there's going to be a different tone here in Washington, D.C.
00:52:26.880 And it's going to go a little something, not like Billy Strings.
00:52:31.520 I think that's who's playing.
00:52:32.840 I honestly don't even know who that is.
00:52:34.660 It's going to go like America first.
00:52:39.240 We're restoring the republic.
00:52:41.960 And we're keeping the republic.
00:52:43.200 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money and our bank accounts.
00:52:49.420 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.
00:52:53.920 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the Internet.
00:53:01.420 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level.
00:53:15.480 In fact, some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:53:22.880 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.
00:53:33.900 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning.
00:53:39.440 Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.
00:53:51.760 Watch Jim's warning video now, before it's censored like I've been in the past.
00:53:57.520 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:54:03.380 We'll include things like preservatives, artificial ingredients, and other additives that really aren't benefiting your health.
00:54:10.360 So, that's why we created Sacred Human, really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements.
