00:00:00.000 News into CNN. A new DOJ watchdog report has just been released on the January 6th riot at the
00:00:05.780 Capitol, and this finds that there were no undercover FBI employees at the Capitol during
00:00:11.880 the riot. This finding runs directly counter to speculation from allies of President-elect Donald
00:00:17.580 Trump, who for years have suggested the violence that day was provoked by federal agents.
00:00:23.080 Find regarding any FBI involvement here. Yeah, well, they found no FBI undercover agents at all
00:00:29.120 or no evidence of them participating in the attack or being on the Capitol grounds, but what they did
00:00:33.500 find was some confidential human sources, and I think already that's what we've seen some people
00:00:38.080 on the right latching on to. There were somewhere in the 20s, I think 26 confidential human sources
00:00:44.320 who were somewhere in D.C., but the important thing to note there is that the vast majority of them
00:00:48.500 were not specifically assigned to come to D.C. for this. There were only three or so who were actually
00:00:53.380 tracking individuals and were assigned specifically by the FBI, and you know, people, this is sort of
00:00:59.500 a side gig for a lot of folks, right? So this is something that they might just be living their
00:01:03.660 normal life, and because they support Donald Trump and because, you know, they thought the election
00:01:08.140 was stolen or what have you, might have traveled to D.C. but weren't doing it on behalf of the FBI
00:01:13.200 or for any purpose like that. So I think that we're going to see a lot of that because we've already
00:01:16.980 seen, you know, members of Congress really hone in on this idea that there are confidential
00:01:21.760 human sources in the crowd as well as January 6th defendants themselves.
00:01:26.180 Sure. So I have to say, overall, I'm not surprised by those conclusions in any way. If you've been
00:01:32.340 following this story since January 6th, we knew through the discovery that came out in many of
00:01:38.720 the criminal cases against January 6th participants that the FBI had intelligence from some informants.
00:01:47.100 They had informants who traveled on their own, by their own choice to participate in the rally,
00:01:54.500 some of whom ended up on the Capitol, very few of whom ended up going inside. And the FBI had a very
00:01:59.780 small number of informants who they directed to go and report on those activities. Now, it should be
00:02:06.400 known, the FBI has many, many informants in the extremist communities around this country. That's what,
00:02:13.720 that's part of running an intelligence, a capable intelligence collection program. You have to have
00:02:20.480 informants in these communities. You admonish them that they are not allowed to involve themselves in
00:02:26.360 criminal activity, but you don't control them. They can go pretty much wherever they want lawfully as,
00:02:32.740 as they choose to do so. So I'm not surprised by the conclusions here about that at all. I don't think
00:02:37.400 it'll change the narratives of those people on the Hill who have constantly beaten this false drum about
00:02:43.260 FBI informants starting the riot. I expect that if, uh, if past is, is, uh, any indication of how
00:02:50.940 they handle themselves, they'll just direct all this, their ire at, uh, the DOJ IG now and claim
00:02:56.560 that that person has been, you know, co-opted by Joe Biden or something. They're not going to back
00:03:02.280 off this conspiracy theory. It's very helpful to them, but it is not based on fact.
00:03:07.220 FBI director Christopher Wray, the outgoing FBI director has always insisted there were no
00:03:11.780 undercover FBI agents at the January 6th Capitol rally. According to this report, he told the truth.
00:03:17.260 However, there were 26 confidential human sources or FBI informants in the crowd. Only three of the
00:03:23.380 26 were told by the FBI to be there that day. 23 others came on their own to see the rally.
00:03:29.040 Confidential human sources are not undercover agents. These are people that are paid by the FBI.
00:03:33.980 They belong to groups like the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and others then become paid FBI informants
00:03:39.920 while still being members of their groups. Out of those three told by the FBI to be there,
00:03:44.140 one entered the Capitol, two others entered a restricted area. The report says the FBI did not
00:03:49.060 encourage or authorize any sources to go into the Capitol building or a restricted area. What stands
00:03:54.660 out in this report, Martha, none of the confidential human sources that entered restricted areas,
00:03:59.180 including the building, were prosecuted by the DC U.S. Attorney's Office. Remember,
00:04:03.280 this is an office that is still arresting and prosecuting people almost four years later.
00:04:09.020 The DC U.S. Attorney's Office said to the IG, the DC U.S. Attorney's Office generally has not
00:04:14.480 charged those individuals whose only crime on January 6th was to enter the restricted grounds
00:04:19.600 surrounding the Capitol, which has resulted in the office declining to charge hundreds of individuals.
00:04:24.440 We've treated the confidential human source consistent with this approach. Going forward,
00:04:28.820 the FBI says it will work with the Department of Homeland Security, specifically ahead of January 6th,
00:04:34.080 2025, the next time the election is certified.
00:04:37.800 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on
00:04:49.260 these people. Here's the reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people. The
00:04:55.440 people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do
00:04:59.380 everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
00:05:02.400 And where do people like that go to share the big line? Mega Media. I wish in my soul, I wish
00:05:09.620 that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:05:16.540 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:05:22.740 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:05:26.140 Thursday, 12 December, year of our Lord, 2024. I think we know the reason. Well, if you see the
00:05:38.680 sign in back of me, there's no conspiracies, but there's also no coincidences. I think we know now
00:05:45.960 why Chris Ray resigned yesterday. We've got a all-star lineup this evening through both hours. I want
00:05:53.420 to start with Mike Davis, who happens to be on the road. Mike Davis, your first thoughts at this IG
00:05:59.100 report in the cover-up by the FBI, and particularly Director Ray, sir.
00:06:04.760 It's pretty damning, and they're talking about these confidential human sources within the FBI,
00:06:10.620 these paid informants. It's the Capitol on January 6th, and then the FBI saying, oh, no, no,
00:06:17.200 nothing to see here. We didn't control them. We didn't tell them to go into the Capitol.
00:06:22.000 Well, why weren't they prosecuted like the other January 6th defendants? And that's the ultimate tell.
00:06:31.720 Well, also, the informants, correct me if I'm wrong, the confidential human informants.
00:06:38.820 Ray lied to the panel. They clearly had, they had 26 informants there, confidential human informants.
00:06:45.180 Didn't they, they had to give them information about what was going to happen, right? If this
00:06:52.020 thing was such a, if this thing was such a conspiracy to burn the Capitol and do everything
00:06:56.000 like that, these 26 had to give them information, did they not? Well, if you're paid by the FBI to
00:07:02.420 gather information for the FBI, that would be a logical conclusion for 26 confidential paid human
00:07:10.840 informants at the Capitol on January 6th, that they're paid to be there by the FBI. What did
00:07:16.360 they acknowledge? Three were there at their direction, but said that those three didn't,
00:07:22.300 didn't have permission to go into the Capitol. But why weren't those three prosecuted along with the
00:07:27.500 others? Also, they haven't been prosecuted. Now, DHS, they just, the way this was, this is the IG for the
00:07:36.100 FBI. This doesn't include DHS, military intelligence or others, does it, sir?
00:07:43.140 I don't think so. I think it was just the FBI. I mean, look, there's going to be a full investigation
00:07:48.160 on this and they know it. I think that's probably one of the big reasons Chris Ray decided it was a
00:07:55.740 good day to announce his resignation. He knew this was coming out from the IG and there has to be
00:08:01.680 accountability. Like we've said all along, Steve, there are three categories of people who were
00:08:06.300 there on January 6th. There were people who were there. It was a lawful protest permitted by the
00:08:11.600 National Park Service that devolved into a riot. But there were three categories of people, the people
00:08:16.120 there who were there peacefully and didn't trespass, didn't break the law. It doesn't matter whether you
00:08:21.160 think they're crazy or wrong or right, whatever. They have an absolute First Amendment right to be
00:08:26.680 there. And then the second category are people who trespassed and they should be charged with
00:08:31.520 trespass. And then the third category are people who are violent and they should be treated more
00:08:36.800 harshly. But if you have, if you have paid federal informants in there instigating the violence or
00:08:45.140 encouraging people to trespass, as we've seen on videos, that it seems like there could be an
00:08:51.720 entrapment defense that the FBI should have disclosed to these defendants.
00:09:00.300 Tell me about the investigation. What would you like to see done here? I mean, it's to me very
00:09:05.880 obvious that Ray, out of nowhere and to the shock of all his colleagues that wanted him to provide air
00:09:11.860 cover for at least a year, basically capitulated yesterday. The capitulation was time because he knew
00:09:19.260 this was coming out, right? What would you like to see, the investigation you want to see, because
00:09:25.480 we're six weeks away from Cash running the FBI and Pam Bondi and the rest of the Trump legal team
00:09:32.260 running the Department of Justice. What would you like to see done, Mike, to get to the bottom of this?
00:09:38.140 Well, I think the first thing that needs to happen is, is these, I don't think we've had a
00:09:42.060 new inspector general at the Justice Department for like 15 years. It's the same Democrat
00:09:48.060 inspector general. So I think that inspector general needs to get replaced with some fresh
00:09:53.920 blood there. If this inspector general hasn't been concerned about the weaponization of the
00:10:00.440 Justice Department over the last four years, then he's definitely not doing his job. So on day one,
00:10:07.160 I think the president needs to tell this inspector general, thank you for the service, your service,
00:10:12.060 get the hell out. And then there needs to be a real IG investigation on what's going on at the FBI
00:10:18.900 and throughout the department on this weaponization of intelligence, political enemies. There needs to
00:10:26.460 be a criminal probe, right? And that criminal probe maybe could be led down on the Southern
00:10:32.080 side. And can set up a special grand jury to investigate Crossfire Hurricane and how
00:10:38.420 these Democrats have politicized and weaponized intel agencies and law enforcement to cover up
00:10:44.760 Hillary Clinton's foreign corruption as Secretary of State, and then continuing to cover that up
00:10:51.420 with the Mar-a-Lago raid and this lawfare against President Trump. This is, this all ties back to
00:10:57.740 Crossfire Hurricane. Look, this is why the left, this is why these Democrat operatives and the
00:11:03.840 intel agencies and law enforcement are so terrified that, that Cash Patel is going to get confirmed.
00:11:10.360 Remember they said he was dead on arrival when President Trump named him. And then the Article
00:11:15.880 3 project teamed up with the War Room Posse and we went from dead on arrival to when does Cash start,
00:11:21.860 right? And they're terrified and they should be terrified because he's going to bring
00:11:26.120 serious reforms and accountability to the FBI. Mike, I know it's, once again, it's just a
00:11:33.520 coincidence. What, what, how does this drop on the 12th of, of December, you know, a week or two
00:11:40.760 before Christmas when we had an election five weeks ago? Why didn't this come out, I don't know,
00:11:46.220 maybe in September, the first week of September, sir? It's, it's very obviously politically timed and
00:11:52.240 they're, they're, they're, they look, they didn't think Cash was going to get confirmed. And so now
00:11:56.580 that they're like, oh crap, Cash is actually going to get confirmed. Let's get this out there now. And
00:12:03.620 I think that's what they're trying to do. They're trying, they're trying to get, they're trying to
00:12:07.140 front load this and get this out knowing that it's going to be much, much worse when Cash goes up as
00:12:13.620 the director and uncovers the scandal, this coverup. Mike Davis, article three is on fire. The article
00:12:23.360 this morning in the New York times about Pete Hegseth, the turnaround of Pete Hegseth turned it
00:12:28.320 all around. It got, it got momentum in the back of Cash. It got momentum in the back of Tulsi Gabbard.
00:12:34.920 It looks like we've got momentum to get President Trump's picks confirmed. We've got a long way to go.
00:12:39.760 A lot of bumps, a lot of twists and turns, but we've kind of turned this thing around from the
00:12:44.280 capitulation, quite frankly, the capitulation on Gates, which I'm still very upset about. I guess
00:12:49.840 you could say. Mike Davis, where do they go for article three? Where do they go for you for your
00:12:53.400 always hot Twitter feed, sir? Article three project.org, article number three project.org. You can donate
00:13:01.240 there. You can follow us on social media. The most important thing the war room posse can continue to do
00:13:07.200 is take action on Pete Hegseth. I think Cash is in a good place now. We are almost there with Pete.
00:13:13.840 Take action. Light up both of your home state senators. We've had about 16,000 people make 50,
00:13:21.280 over 50,000 contacts with their home state senators, and that gives these senators a much needed
00:13:29.060 attitude adjustment. So keep lighting them up on Pete Hegseth.
00:13:33.740 Amazing. Mike Davis, thank you very much for your overview. Julie Kelly, Darren Beattie,

00:16:19.960 Then the professors right there, on Chris Hayes last night, the smart people last night in the Alex
00:16:24.360 Wagner show and Chris Hayes show, because the rest of us, and Stephanie Ruhl, they're all sitting there
00:16:30.400 going, oh my God, why didn't he stay? Why did he leave? He capitulated. Ray capitulated. He capitulated
00:16:37.280 to us. He capitulated to President Trump. He capitulated to what he's known he's done. Now,
00:16:43.520 it's just rumor. So I don't know this for a fact, but I'm hearing, you know, the buzz go out that maybe
00:16:49.460 the IG report is sometime in the near future. The IG report on January 6th. Note to self, put this in
00:16:58.840 your notebook. Write this down. Hmm. Interesting. It's just 12 December, the year of the Lord 2024,
00:17:05.560 about in mid-December. Wow. We're about a month after the election. This thing's been done for a
00:17:11.720 while. Hmm. Why didn't it come out like a month before the election? I'm asking for a friend. Curious
00:17:18.260 minds want to know. This is the reason that Ray, as we said earlier, Ray left yesterday,
00:17:28.200 they capitulated. Julie Kelly. We've got Julie Kelly, Darren Beattie, who had been on this from
00:17:33.700 day one, moment one. Julie Kelly, I just imagine when you were reading, when I was reading this,
00:17:40.240 what Julie Kelly would be thinking, I would think your head would be blowing up. Ma'am,
00:17:43.960 your thoughts? I was mostly laughing. I mean, this is what we waited for, an 88-page report
00:17:50.780 that's mostly filler about attorney general guidelines for the use of confidential human
00:17:56.600 sources, filler about the J-6 committee transcripts, which we've already had. So Michael Horowitz claimed
00:18:04.460 he had 500,000 pages of documents, but we get 88 pages of mostly filler, a confession or disclosure
00:18:12.740 about 26 FBI confidential human sources, a figure that defense attorneys are telling me is impossible
00:18:20.160 to ascertain because during court proceedings, the government claimed there was no central database
00:18:26.940 of FBI informants. So unless, as one defense attorney told me, unless Michael Horowitz and his team went
00:18:36.240 to every FBI field office, all 56, and talked to every handling agent who has a source to discuss with
00:18:42.900 them whether they had an informant in the Capitol or involved in January 6th at all, there's no way to
00:18:49.400 get that figure. So Michael Horowitz slips in there. According to FBI documentation furnished to us
00:18:57.260 by the FBI, this is what we conclude, 26 confidential human sources. So it's laughable on its face.
00:19:06.920 There is no way that that figure is accurate. I'm sure Kash Patel, of the many things he is going to
00:19:12.680 investigate, he will look into that as well. Now, but you'll see the chum that Michael Horowitz gave,
00:19:19.220 you know, Fusion Ken and NSNBC and Nicole Wallace and everyone else saying that there's no evidence
00:19:28.060 that there were undercover employees there. Now, first of all, our complaint, and Darren will back
00:19:33.520 this up. What we've been asking about is the use of confidential human sources, informants.
00:19:38.780 Very few people have raised the issue of undercover employees. They're two different categories. And
00:19:45.260 Michael Horowitz knows that. So he intentionally claims, you know, 26 informants, okay, no big deal,
00:19:52.560 but there were no undercovers, no evidence of undercovers. Well, how does he know that too? He
00:19:57.500 doesn't. That's what FBI officials told him when they sat down for interviews with him and then referred
00:20:04.940 to a DOJ policy that prevented undercover agents from being involved in first amendment activity.
00:20:12.620 So this report, as you noted, and I agree with Mike Davis wholeheartedly, it is time for a new
00:20:20.620 inspector general at the DOJ. And Donald Trump is the only individual I believe who could fire
00:20:26.480 Horowitz. I think Horowitz should be fired. And then we get somebody in here who is not going to play games,
00:20:32.040 be a company guy like Horowitz, wait almost four years to give us this BS 88 page report that the
00:20:39.000 media can then pick up and claim yet again, another J6 conspiracy theories down the tubes.
00:20:47.480 Yeah, but it's not down the tubes because you got the confidential. Remember,
00:20:49.880 he went before Congress and said nothing, right? Said nothing. This gets back to Ray and Ray's
00:20:56.600 lack of truthfulness. Ray left yesterday because of this report today. Otherwise,
00:21:02.120 why wouldn't he stick through Christmas holidays? Darren Beattie, and I know we don't have the pipe
00:21:07.780 bomb, but give me your assessment before we get there. Give me your assessment of this overall.
00:21:13.880 Well, there's a lot. You know, I'm glad there's been some time because when you began the segment with
00:21:18.680 all the mainstream media clips of them sort of massaging the headlines and obfuscating the real
00:21:25.560 report, I got so angry. And I was thinking, how am I going to go in without using some kind of curse
00:21:31.320 word? How am I going to contain myself? But then enough time lapsed and I'm back in control of my
00:21:37.640 emotions. So I'm very pleased with that. But it is outrageous. And now I entirely agree with Julie is
00:21:44.120 that the big bait and switch, the big bit of obfuscation here, the lie that the fake news media
00:21:51.160 specializes in is, oh, the conspiracy theorists are still wrong because none of the CHSs technically
00:21:58.920 worked for the FBI. Because as we saw the abundance of riches in the Whitmer case, not only did you have
00:22:05.800 scumbag CHSs like Steve Robeson, but you had actual card carrying employees of the FBI, such as the guy
00:22:14.760 who beat his wife on the way back from a swingers club and the guy moonlighting and leaking FBI
00:22:20.440 investigations. And so you had an abundance of riches there, whereas they're saying nothing to see here,
00:22:26.120 folks, because of the 26 people who are reporting to their handlers in the FBI in real time on January
00:22:33.240 six, none of them were actually full time employees, which is ridiculous when you dig in just beneath
00:22:41.000 the surface of what the substance is. But it makes for a convenient headline for the media to continue
00:22:48.760 to lie and obfuscate and deceive the public on this fed surrection narrative that they've been shoving
00:22:56.440 down our throats now for nearly four years. But this also, but it shows this is the reason Ray
00:23:04.280 punched out. It showed that he had lied to Congress. He had, he had, he had willfully, uh, when they were
00:23:10.200 asking some specific questions, he went out of his way to misdirect or mislead Congress. Uh, so your
00:23:17.160 thoughts on that, Steve, Steve, see, so the first major report that we published that began to reshape
00:23:25.560 the conversation about January six, the opening paragraph, the opening segment
00:23:32.280 was this exchange between Amy Klobuchar and Christopher Wray. This is the infamous darn tootin clip in which
00:23:41.160 Klobuchar basically says, aren't you just kicking yourself that you didn't have any informants and
00:23:46.760 blah, blah, blah. And he said, you know, you can be darned too. And we really wish we had people,
00:23:50.920 but you know, by implication, we really didn't. Well, we have now on record begrudgingly, they were
00:23:56.840 suppressing this report finally came out. It's probably not the full story, even when it comes to the number
00:24:04.120 of CHS is, but even they acknowledge at least 26 and we got so much heat. That's the other thing.
00:24:11.960 I was just thinking about what a complete headache, how many headaches I've had to endure on account of
00:24:18.440 the pushback from challenging the January six narrative. And, you know, I'm not even the, the,
00:24:24.680 the worst case in that regard. There was literally an FBI agent who had his security clearance revoked
00:24:31.880 on the basis of simply sharing one of our revolver news articles with his colleagues. The pushback
00:24:39.960 of those who challenged this particular narrative has been extreme. This is outside of the playpen.
00:24:47.640 You're not in, you know, territory of save conventional stuff when you do this. I think
00:24:53.720 the only more dangerous area is to really dig into the assassination plots against Trump. Other than that,
00:25:00.600 January six is very dangerous stuff and there's commensurate pushback. And I was thinking how,
00:25:06.600 you know, how much of a headache did we get? And one of the things people attacked was in our initial
00:25:12.440 piece saying, you can't just look at who's not indicted. You can't go through the charging documents
00:25:18.600 and extrapolate anything significant on the basis of someone not being indicted. But sure enough,
00:25:24.680 we have the most aggressive dragnet, the most hostile prosecutorial effort, arguably in American
00:25:32.120 history with Steve Sherwin and these others. And is it simply a matter of statistical chance
00:25:38.840 that not a single one of the CHSs was ever charged with anything, including the ones who went into the
00:25:47.160 capital? And does that not belie the IG reports claim that, oh, none of them were authorized to
00:25:55.960 do anything? None of them were authorized. Well, if you go in with the reasonable expectation that
00:26:01.320 you're not going to be criminal criminally charged, that amounts de facto to an authorization. And that's
00:26:07.560 precisely what we see. Yet another thing that confirms what we've been saying is of these CHSs,
00:26:14.360 at least a healthy handful, were in communication with the leadership of the main militia groups
00:26:23.720 imputed to the planning and operation of January 6th by the government, all those seditious conspiracy
00:26:30.360 charges. In fact, what the IG report omits is that one of these FBI informants was none other than the
00:26:37.320 vice president of the Oath Keepers group. And so yet again, it confirms not only that the leadership of
00:26:45.800 these militia groups is utterly compromised, replete with informants of all kinds, but secondly,
00:26:53.320 that the FBI alone, keep in mind, this is not to mention Capitol Police, ATF, Secret Service, DHS,
00:27:02.760 military, all the other groups that absolutely had a hand in this. The FBI alone was very much
00:27:09.320 in a position to know the logistics, the travel plans, and the movements of groups like the Proud
00:27:14.600 Boys. And sure enough, all of these people like Ray Epps, the scaffold commander, the fence cutter,
00:27:20.840 they were all pre-positioned at that exact location before the Proud Boys got there.
00:27:25.640 The FBI alone was in very much a position to know. So even though they're withholding the
00:27:31.400 really important stuff, what they've published is enough to totally vindicate what we've been saying
00:27:36.920 and to utterly damn the reputation of the disgraced figure known as Christopher Wray.
00:27:44.360 Darren, just hang on for one second. I got to ask you about some of the things not mentioned,
00:27:48.040 like the pipe bomb and others. 88 pages. Horowitz, dude, you've had years to do this.
00:27:55.560 Where's my backup? Where are the receipts, bro? You're holding them back. We need to see them.
00:28:01.160 Tax Network USA. Don't let that notification from the IRS sit in your desk. Open it up. Rip it open.
00:28:08.680 Take a look. Call Tax Network USA for a free consultation. Short break. Philip Patrick of
00:28:15.160 Birch Gold and Darren Beattie of Revolver News next. I want to warn you of a huge change that could be
00:28:22.120 coming to our money in our bank accounts. First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government
00:28:27.880 pushed through the Patriot Act. This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans
00:28:32.920 by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet.
00:28:37.320 Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial newsletter Strategic Intelligence
00:28:42.600 and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming event that could elevate this
00:28:48.280 governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact, some of the guests I've had on
00:28:53.400 The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move.
00:28:58.680 If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes, buy firearms, or even vote MAGA,
00:29:05.800 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts. I can't say for sure if this will
00:29:11.560 happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately, Jim Rickards, an American patriot and
00:29:17.560 friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect
00:29:23.320 yourself from the possibility of programmable money. Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like
00:29:31.800 I've been in the past. Go to RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.
00:29:38.840 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:46.360 Okay, welcome back. Darren, there's a whole bunch of things not in there. The guy had 500,000, I don't
00:29:53.560 know, pages of interviews or whatever. It's 88 pages. It seems a little light. Particularly, here's
00:29:58.760 what I don't get, brother. They've been working on this thing for years. It seems like they took more
00:30:05.240 out than they have in. It's 88 pages, a lot of filler. I just don't get this. They've worked on
00:30:12.440 this for so long. It's so rich and deep, a vein to mine. And it seems like they're just giving us
00:30:20.040 the surface, but there's also a whole lot of stuff not in there. Your thoughts?
00:30:25.160 Absolutely. I mean, at the end of the day, this is a limited hangout. There's no ambiguity about it.
00:30:31.480 What's most damning is what's not revealed. And of course, I would be the one to say there's no
00:30:37.960 word about the pipe bomb, and that's the worst thing, but that's true. The pipe bomb is the
00:30:43.040 smoking gun of the smoking gun. It's the scandal that, as I've reported pretty definitively, I would
00:30:49.780 say, implicates the highest levels of the Secret Service going up to Kamala Harris, whose detail it was,
00:30:55.820 who hasn't spoken about it at all, very suspiciously. The Capitol Police, which is on
00:31:01.700 surveillance footage behaving in such a manner as to indicate they knew about this in advance.
00:31:08.140 So the Capitol Police, the ATF, who's a special agent in charge, who is now the head of dignitary
00:31:15.100 protection at the Capitol Police, is the one person that we've named as a key figure instrumental in the
00:31:22.660 cover-up. The pipe bomb exposes the whole thing because of the synchronicity with the Ray Epps
00:31:29.260 orchestrated attack on the Capitol. It's the lynch, but it's what opens everything up going all the way
00:31:34.880 to the very top. So anything that does not discuss the pipe bomb is not serious, in my view. Now, people
00:31:41.740 could say, oh, this is just about the FBI, and you're mentioning other agencies. Okay, fair enough.
00:31:47.060 Let's focus on the FBI. Stephen DeAntuono was the head of the Washington field office of the FBI,
00:31:54.320 appointed by Christopher Wray. His previous employment was running the Detroit field office,
00:31:59.720 where he oversaw the now disgraced and exposed entrapment operation known as the Whitmer kidnapping
00:32:06.600 plot. That was him. Of all the agents in the country, Wray picks that guy to go to Washington and oversee
00:32:13.720 the January 6th stuff, including the pipe bomb investigation. Now, that guy, after a lot of pressure
00:32:19.380 from our reporting, resigns, goes to work for an accounting firm, KPMG. Maybe there's space for him,
00:32:25.980 space there for Christopher Wray. Who knows? But in his retirement, he volunteered testimony to the
00:32:33.880 Judiciary Committee, in which Thomas Massey heroically took our research and reporting and brought it to him,
00:32:41.380 asking him some pointed questions, one of which was, did you ever use geofencing technology to
00:32:48.300 identify the pipe bomber in the same way that the DOJ had used to identify a bunch of other people
00:32:53.300 and indict him? Stephen DeAntuono's answer was, you know, we did try that, but the telecom company came
00:33:01.080 back to us with data, and that data happened to be corrupted. Now, of course, there are multiple sources
00:33:07.080 for this data, so even that was not a believable answer, but it recently came out that even that
00:33:13.100 was a lie, that in fact the data is not corrupted, that it's sitting in the FBI, and it's just waiting
00:33:19.560 for someone like, oh, I don't know, maybe Kash Patel to take the data that's in the FBI and use it to
00:33:26.740 finally identify who the pipe bomber was. The FBI was caught in a lie here. Also, it's known that the FBI,
00:33:35.540 by mid-2022, this is a long time ago, pretty early on, by mid-2022, the FBI had already deleted or was
00:33:44.480 not in possession of the surveillance footage of the pipe bomb location on January 6th. Why is there no
00:33:52.800 discussion of that? They claimed this was their most important and active investigation. It was dead
00:33:59.060 as of mid-2022. So that, in conjunction with the fact that the guy running the investigation for
00:34:06.100 the FBI was caught in a lie, I think to not have that in the Department of Justice's IG report on
00:34:14.740 January 6th renders the whole exercise a complete farce, and it only serves to underscore that if we're
00:34:22.460 doing anything serious, it's going to pull the thread on the pipe bomb. I have all of the last
00:34:28.960 questions. We're in the end stage of this. I have all the things teed up. Everything that the future
00:34:34.220 FBI director will be in a position to do if he, that is Kash Patel, chooses to do so. It's right there on a
00:34:42.560 silver platter. I acknowledge it's a very dangerous game. It's one of the most dangerous, second only to
00:34:49.180 the assassination attempts on Trump, but it's critical to fully expose these criminals in the
00:34:57.520 bureaucracies who set up all the American people by extension, by saying this was a domestic terror
00:35:04.940 act. Therefore, we need to weaponize the national security bureaucracy in order to prevent another
00:35:10.960 January 6th. It was all a lie. It was all a lie from the beginning. It was not an insurrection. It was a
00:35:16.540 fedsurrection. They've invested so much in this. Look at, you know, even that was the reason for you
00:35:23.120 going into prison because of, you know, they got everybody on the basis of this lie
00:35:28.460 because there's so much at stake in it. And that's why it's incumbent on us to bring it to the final
00:35:35.600 step, expose it once and for good, and began the slow and necessary process of restoring legitimacy to
00:35:42.460 our country. That's why I proudly went to prison as a political prisoner because of exactly what
00:35:49.140 Darren Beatty said. And we have to get to the bottom up real quickly, Darren. I know you get a
00:35:53.180 bounce. I just want you to go back through all the agencies and organizations. You can't piecemeal
00:35:57.440 this out. This is why we need a fundamental and thorough investigation. The reason McCarthy would not do it
00:36:02.940 in the house. Go just list the different organizations that we have to investigate on this that had
00:36:07.820 people there, had informants, I had employees there. Can you give me just a short list?
00:36:12.420 I'm going to list the organizations that I know for a fact were involved in the pipe bomb cover-up.
00:36:17.200 That is Capitol Police, ATF, FBI, Secret Service, and in extreme likelihood, DHS. Although I don't know it
00:36:31.280 for a fact, I'm just at a 95 percent. The others is 100 percent. And in the case of the ATF and the
00:36:38.680 Capitol Police, I know the names of them. And in the case of the FBI, I know where the names are
00:36:45.840 and one of the names, and it's going to be teed up for the future director. I've done pretty much all I
00:36:53.340 can do here. It's up to the new administration to take things from the 95 percent and just do that
00:37:01.020 last five percent to expose this once and for all. And that's why I'll need Director Cash Patel. I'll
00:37:07.580 need Pam Bondi. I'll need others to help me take this to the finish line. Yeah, it'll be it. Darren,
00:37:14.740 where they go, by the way, I might want to add DOD, DHS, CIA, others for the broader thing. There are
00:37:20.400 other organizations here involved on that day. It has to go deep. It will go deep. And we will go
00:37:27.560 deep to make sure the American people understand this. Darren, social media, where they go to get
00:37:33.080 the revolver? X at Darren J. Beattie, revolver.news. We have a full write-up and analysis on this
00:37:40.420 IG report. It's up right now, fresh off the press. Revolver.news. Read it. Share it. Support us.
00:37:50.400 Thank you, brother. Fantastic. Great work, as usual. Thank you. What a team. Mike Davis,
00:37:56.520 Julie Kelly, Darren Beattie. Incredible. Hopefully Raheem next hour, maybe, maybe now,
00:38:01.800 if not, with Kim Damar and, of course, Natalie Winters on this. Okay. The way to look at things
00:38:06.320 that are happening now through this three-legged, you know, the three lines of work, the war. And I
00:38:11.640 think, you know, I think the Israeli-Persian front is going to come front and center. I don't know in
00:38:17.140 the next 24 to 48 hours. I would really watch that. I think some, I think they may be getting
00:38:22.820 ready to throw down and throw down a lot harder than they are now that the Persians are on their
00:38:27.060 back foot. On the border, we had Oscar Blue and Ben Burkwam down there today. You see that the Biden
00:38:32.540 regime is exacerbating the invasion. They already started. It's, it's, they're trying to get as many
00:38:38.840 illegal aliens across the border as quickly as possible before, before President Trump takes
00:38:44.440 over and starts the mass deportations. And as I said earlier today, Zero Hedge had a very disturbing
00:38:50.760 story about the debt exploding, largest in history, maybe the biggest first quarter in history
00:38:57.140 on the scale of the debt that's now been generated. Philip Patrick joins us from Birch Gold. Philip,
00:39:03.180 the Zero Hedge story in the explosion of debt already with $36 trillion. Your thoughts, sir?
00:39:10.540 Yeah, we just got the budget deficit numbers for October and November, first two months of the new
00:39:16.220 fiscal year. And once again, of course, Biden has made history not in a good way. This was,
00:39:22.000 as you said, officially the U.S. Treasury's worst start to a year ever. And the numbers are truly shocking.
00:39:28.840 The U.S. deficit exploded a staggering $624 billion, not only 64% higher than the same period
00:39:37.240 last year, but also it was the highest deficit on record ever. And that's even factoring in the
00:39:44.200 COVID and pre-pandemic insanity. And this is what President Trump is stepping into. But it's not just
00:39:52.960 spending. He's got traps all across. Look at foreign policy. You mentioned the war with Iran
00:40:00.560 and Israel, proxy wars with Russia and Ukraine. He added in four years $8 trillion to the national
00:40:07.820 debt. It took Obama eight years to do that, right? Debt service payments are now the number two line
00:40:14.020 item in the federal budget, well ahead of defense spending. And what did we get for it? I mean,
00:40:20.220 that's the key. We got employment numbers inflated by a million jobs. We got GDP reports so out of
00:40:28.520 touch with reality that a lot of mainstream economists think we hit an official recession
00:40:33.340 back in 2022. We've got an invasion at our southern border, right? The greatest migratory influx since the
00:40:40.700 1850s, more than half of the illegals overwhelming public schools, hospitals and clinics. And on top of all
00:40:47.660 of that, we're now facing a second wave of inflation, just like the 1970s. That whole episode lasted over
00:40:55.040 a decade. American families now at breaking point, right? Credit card debt over a trillion dollars,
00:41:01.420 completely unable to afford a home. And on top of that, Trump's first priority before he's even sworn
00:41:08.100 in is going to be the debt ceiling, which currently sits at $31.4 trillion. It's about $5 trillion too low.
00:41:15.200 Now, you know, was this deliberate malfeasance? I don't think Biden's even competent enough to be
00:41:23.000 that evil. But what it does remind me of is the stories we hear from World War I, right? When the GIs
00:41:29.260 finally capture a German trench, the Germans knew they were coming, so they didn't leave quietly. And what
00:41:35.080 they did, they left tripwires and they left landmines behind. And that's what the Trump administration
00:41:40.340 is walking into. It's going to be a rough road. We're going to take a short break. I want to come
00:41:47.280 back. Birchgold.com. To help you comprehend this, we've always found it best for the cadre,
00:41:55.200 for the war of posse, which is the tip of the spear of the most important political movement in the
00:42:00.040 history of this country, is to give you more and more information. We are working on now, Philip and
00:42:06.000 myself and Philip's team, the modern monetary theory, the idea that broke the world. It's the
00:42:14.720 newest installment on the end of the dollar empire. You go to Birchgold.com slash Bannon. You can get
00:42:20.840 it. You can also get access to Philip Patrick and his team and talk to them about precious metals and
00:42:26.480 gold specifically as an alternative and a hedge against times of financial turbulence. Philip's going
00:42:33.680 to join us in a second. I want to make sure everybody goes to Birchgold. What we do with our
00:42:37.060 sponsors is that we get them to commit that the senior people and their companies will be available
00:42:41.060 to the war of posse for questions, for inquiries, the feedback we've gotten about Birchgold has been
00:42:45.180 terrific. Here's what's so disturbing. When I went to federal prison in Danbury, I don't know, a couple of
00:42:51.120 days afterwards, we hit a 35 tree. And as I said, a hundred days later, approximately, we hit the, you know,
00:43:00.800 we hit 30, like 36 tree. And if you go back and look at this number for October and November,
00:43:05.380 it's 624 billion for the first 61 days, we're going to hit another trillion within a hundred days.
00:43:15.400 Now I see pattern recognition every hundred days, another trillion dollars. It's, it's so beyond
00:43:23.640 comprehension of how we are allowing this. This is the, as zero head said, this is the runaway train.
00:43:31.020 And I would tell Elon and Vivek, Hey, doge this baby. Unbelievable. Next.

00:45:03.380 Bannon. That's PatriotMobile.com slash Bannon or call 972 Patriot. Yeah, I mean, it's really been quite a
00:45:12.860 ride in the stock market and Donald Trump is here to celebrate it today. So let's take a look at what's
00:45:18.100 actually happened. If you go all the way back to 1994, really the stock market has almost been on
00:45:22.780 a tear throughout this period. It's up 12 times over, over that timeframe. And four out of the
00:45:28.140 five presidents during that timeframe have actually had great stock market performance. Clinton being
00:45:33.280 the best 15% a year, Obama, almost 14% a year, Trump, almost 14% a year and Biden 12 and a half
00:45:41.600 percent a year. The only kind of loser was Bush who had the dot-com bubble crash and also the
00:45:47.200 financial crisis that really made it hard for him. But stocks have gone up so much that by most
00:45:54.060 measures, they are now very, very expensive. This is how we measure how expensive stocks are by the
00:45:59.160 ratio of the price to the earnings of the S&P. And what you can see is here we are today and stocks are
00:46:05.680 more expensive than they've been any time in the last 120 years, except for the dot-com bubble.
00:46:11.240 They're actually more expensive than they were before the crash in 1929. That obviously doesn't
00:46:16.640 mean they can't go higher. I'm not here to predict stock prices. Hey, Steve, can you explain for the
00:46:22.700 layman out there, uh, more expensive, explain that. That's, that's, that's saying the quiet part.
00:46:29.180 Okay, guys, when I speak, just take it down. It's not that hard. Thank you, Denver. Uh, when they
00:46:35.840 say 1929, oh, it just, you know, it's almost as high as 1929. Here's the thing, Philip Patrick,
00:46:44.020 what I'm going to do in working with your team, I want to put on that graph that Ratner's talking
00:46:48.160 about, the stock market going up, layer on top of the federal debt. Because here's, here's what's
00:46:53.700 happening. And this is why I think you gotta go talk to folks, folks, folks at Birch Gold. The debt
00:46:58.920 is, is now becoming like a second mortgage on, on you. Before people said, nobody cares about debt
00:47:03.800 and deficit. It doesn't affect them. It does now for every household. It's like $225,000 second
00:47:09.340 mortgage for every individuals, like $100,000. That is baked into the overall debt that we're
00:47:14.820 increasing a trillion dollars every hundred days. It's got to be refinanced and the refinancing gets
00:47:18.760 baked into inflation. That's when the inflation numbers up, folks ain't going away.
00:47:22.300 Exactly. Going to have to take the meat ax of this. That's what I said on Doge. You just
00:47:26.900 got the military bill, $900 billion. It ain't going to move a penny. They're trying to chop
00:47:31.920 block Elon and Vivek. Philip Patrick, with the stock market on fire and earnings, I don't
00:47:39.320 know, 30 times, gold going up should make people quite nervous, should it not, sir? There
00:47:46.100 should be some inverse relation to this. You got gold on fire. You've got the stock market
00:47:51.040 on fire. Please explain to us and what should people be thinking about?
00:47:55.640 Yeah, it certainly should. And what they were showing there was Schiller's price to earning
00:48:00.980 ratio. The numbers today higher than they were during the Great Depression. Only in the dot-com
00:48:05.660 bubble were they higher. But it's no surprise, right? It's a result of fiscal policy. People
00:48:12.720 forget for the last 15 years, we've had zero interest rates almost or for a large portion of
00:48:18.140 that. And we pump huge amounts of money through the economy. And what that does is it creates
00:48:23.580 more demand for goods and services, but also assets. And ultimately, it drives prices up. But
00:48:30.080 when prices are not being driven by fundamentals, they're being driven by printed money and policy,
00:48:36.520 it creates a bubble. And ultimately, we know what bubbles always do. They burst. And that's what I'm
00:48:43.000 saying to people. The ability to buy low and sell high in this climate is tough because everything's
00:48:49.960 high at the moment. And it's an effective policy. So for me, it's about understanding the problems in
00:48:55.920 front of us and what's going to be more conducive for the climate in front of us. And what always
00:49:00.560 follows big economic boom is bust. And precious metals in that climate work really well. You're
00:49:07.920 you're correct, by the way. I think the key here longer term is going to be in curving spending.
00:49:13.880 The Doge have a tough, tough job on their hands. I don't see where they get $2 trillion from.
00:49:22.120 Hold it. Hold it. Hold it. This is this is now they got it. It's a runaway train. Elon,
00:49:28.380 Vivek, the thing's going to run. That train is out of control. It's $624 billion, folks,
00:49:36.160 in the first two months. Who's warned you about this? Philip Patrick, Stephen K. Bannon, EJ Antony,
00:49:42.900 Scott Scott Besson, Peter Navarro, Dave Bratt, the entire crew here at the War Room. It's a
00:49:48.640 runaway train and it's not going to stop until just like lawfare. It ain't going to stop until you stop
00:49:54.060 it. Philip Patrick, where do folks go to talk to the good folks over at Birch Gold now more than ever?
00:50:00.160 You should understand what a hedge against tough times are, sir.
