Kristi Noem gets grilled by the Senate Judiciary Committee, and the Democrats are still not ready to ask serious questions about Marco Rubio, Elizabeth Warren, and other 2020 Democratic nominees. It's a total waste of time and energy.

00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 Here's one time I got a free shot
00:00:13.000 at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul,
00:00:30.000 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself,
00:00:34.000 what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country,
00:00:40.000 this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room.
00:00:44.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:51.000 Okay, it's Friday, 17th January,
00:00:53.000 year of our Lord, 2025.
00:00:54.000 We're going to try to juggle today.
00:00:56.000 We've got Kristi Noem being grilled over at the Senate. 0.99
00:00:59.000 I just once again want to give everybody a shout out
00:01:02.000 who have been at the Ramparts this week.
00:01:05.000 Complete preparation by the nominees.
00:01:10.000 Full spectrum dominance.
00:01:12.000 I think the biggest thing,
00:01:13.000 the thing that shocked me the most is that
00:01:15.000 how ill-prepared the Democrats are to actually ask serious questions.
00:01:19.000 If you think about it,
00:01:22.000 Marco Rubio laid out a quite a unique vision
00:01:27.000 that the Washington consensus does not believe in this fetish of the postwar international rules based order.
00:01:33.000 He made a very compelling case had been gamed by the global elites,
00:01:37.000 the party of Davos, and particularly the Chinese Communist Party,
00:01:40.000 in conjunction with Wall Street and Big Tech.
00:01:43.000 No real pushback on that from the Democrats.
00:01:46.000 Pete Hex has talked about a warrior ethos and really a revolution in military affairs.
00:01:52.000 No pushback on that.
00:01:53.000 You had a bunch of heritans sitting there talking about some personal foibles of Pete, 1.00
00:01:59.000 but nothing substantive.
00:02:01.000 Another total waste.
00:02:02.000 Scott Besson and Russ Vogt.
00:02:06.000 Russ Vogt at OMB.
00:02:07.000 Scott Besson at Treasury.
00:02:08.000 Laid out kind of MAGA economics,
00:02:10.000 how they're going to cut the budget,
00:02:11.000 what they're going to look for.
00:02:13.000 No substantive pushback.
00:02:15.000 Some yammering about taxes,
00:02:18.000 and you know worse than taxes.
00:02:20.000 Cut taxes for working class and middle class people 1.00
00:02:22.000 and raise them for the wealthy.
00:02:24.000 If the wealthy can't,
00:02:25.000 if the oligarchs and the wealthy cannot help us close this budget deficit
00:02:29.000 because it's all their donors down here driving this big spending,
00:02:33.000 then somebody's got to pay to close the gap.
00:02:36.000 Scott Besson did an amazing job.
00:02:38.000 Doesn't totally agree with my theory of the case,
00:02:40.000 and we know Scott very well.
00:02:42.000 It's interesting that two of our kind of contributors,
00:02:44.000 Russ Vogt at OMB,
00:02:46.000 and Scott Besson is going to be Secretary of Treasury,
00:02:50.000 and they did a fantastic job, virtually no pushback.
00:02:54.000 Pam Bondi.
00:02:55.000 Oh, and one last thing.
00:02:56.000 Wyden of Oregon embarrassed himself, humiliating.
00:02:58.000 Not understanding tariffs.
00:03:00.000 Not really understanding trade. 0.96
00:03:02.000 Looked like a buffoon in front of Professor Besson, 0.94
00:03:06.000 who kept his calm the entire time. 0.96
00:03:10.000 Pam Bondi, you saw that over and over and over again.
00:03:14.000 The 2020 election was stolen.
00:03:15.000 Here's the answer.
00:03:16.000 You want the answer?
00:03:17.000 The answer was stolen.
00:03:19.000 Okay?
00:03:20.000 You know who agrees with that?
00:03:21.000 The American people.
00:03:22.000 Because they rendered a verdict on November 5th,
00:03:25.000 and that verdict is we're going to return the guy that should have been in the office the full time.
00:03:29.000 We're going to return him.
00:03:31.000 Now, what's shocking, and this is what I think for the Democratic Party,
00:03:35.000 it shows you the rot, the laziness that they've had for years.
00:03:40.000 Because remember, in Biden's farewell address to the nation, it was all about the oligarchs.
00:03:44.000 All about the oligarchs.
00:03:46.000 Let's talk about that for a second.
00:03:47.000 President Trump's had no power for the last four years, correct?
00:03:51.000 You've been with him from the beginning.
00:03:53.000 Remember in January, February, March, April of 2021, no power.
00:03:58.000 Approval ratings in the 20s.
00:04:00.000 Abandoned by the Republican Party.
00:04:02.000 They were just going down to make sure that the line was still in the cage, right?
00:04:05.000 No power.
00:04:07.000 Who's had power for the last four years?
00:04:09.000 Joe Biden.
00:04:11.000 The oligarchs, the oligarch nature of our nation, and it is, that is our theory of the case,
00:04:17.000 was started with President Obama and how he took care of the 2008 financial crisis.
00:04:23.000 The great concentration of wealth and power, and if you don't think wealth and power is concentrated,
00:04:29.000 we've been in Appalachia for two days with Ben Berquam about the flood.
00:04:32.000 And what has happened to those folks there?
00:04:34.000 No relief.
00:04:36.000 In six-degree weather, ten-degree weather, they're living in tents.
00:04:41.000 We're in East Palestine today.
00:04:42.000 In two years, what has happened?
00:04:44.000 Don't take it from me.
00:04:45.000 Take it from the people we've been interviewing the first hour of the show.
00:04:48.000 Nothing.
00:04:51.000 Total and complete contamination from a corporation who the executives should be charged
00:04:58.000 with criminal negligence.
00:05:01.000 Criminal negligence.
00:05:04.000 Criminal negligence.
00:05:06.000 And what has happened to the folks in East Palestine?
00:05:09.000 Nothing good has happened for them.
00:05:11.000 They've been abandoned.
00:05:12.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:05:13.000 That was the word that every one of them used in the first hour of the show.
00:05:17.000 So Obama started this with the concentration with how he dealt with the financial collapse of 2008, which he did not create.
00:05:28.000 That was created by the Bush regime. 0.84
00:05:30.000 Bush 43.
00:05:32.000 As we say over and over again, the worst president in American history except for James Buchanan.
00:05:36.000 But Biden, you don't think they nurtured the oligarchs?
00:05:43.000 They created the oligarchs.
00:05:44.000 They were in power.
00:05:46.000 Can I bring up a sore subject?
00:05:48.000 Silicon Valley Bank.
00:05:49.000 Remember the bail on Silicon Valley back?
00:05:51.000 We talked about that over and over and over again.
00:05:54.000 I don't know.
00:05:55.000 I'm gonna pick some random names.
00:05:57.000 Peter Thiel, David Sachs, Marc Andreessen.
00:06:00.000 Right?
00:06:01.000 Any more?
00:06:02.000 Facebook?
00:06:03.000 You want them all?
00:06:04.000 Remember when your taxpayer money, the person making, I don't know, $45,000 a year, you bailed out the bank.
00:06:10.000 Why?
00:06:11.000 Oh, all these great companies, these great startup companies, not gonna be able to make payroll.
00:06:15.000 As we walk through here, there's plenty of cash in the venture capital community.
00:06:20.000 They just had to make their own payroll.
00:06:23.000 The bailout of Silicon Valley Bank was a bailout of the oligarchs.
00:06:27.000 Why is that?
00:06:28.000 Because the oligarchs worked at the time for the Democratic Party and the globalists.
00:06:37.000 Remember, all the platforms.
00:06:40.000 This show, I might add, as you know, we are banned in perpetuity on the following platforms.
00:06:46.000 Facebook, YouTube, Twitter.
00:06:48.000 What? Instagram, TikTok.
00:06:49.000 TikTok.
00:06:50.000 Can I go?
00:06:51.000 Can I go to any more?
00:06:54.000 Remember, President Trump was too.
00:06:57.000 Because oligarchs, they thought they'd use, and you look at the FBI reports.
00:07:01.000 Look at everything that's coming to DHS.
00:07:04.000 They use the oligarchs and they use social media to destroy us.
00:07:07.000 And now, and now that we have won, the populist movement has won, has gotten it back, and President Trump has won, they've all surrendered.
00:07:16.000 And they're saying, oh, Steve, well, you've lost this.
00:07:18.000 You know, you have all these, you have all these, you know, you got, you got TikTok's gonna be up there.
00:07:24.000 And Mark Zuckerberg's gonna be up there.
00:07:26.000 And Elon Musk is gonna be up there.
00:07:27.000 And Bezos is gonna be up there.
00:07:29.000 They're all gonna be on the podium.
00:07:31.000 All gonna be up the podium.
00:07:34.000 Folks, those guys being on the podium and sitting together is the equivalent of the USS Missouri in September of 1945.
00:07:46.000 That is a, they're there to sign a surrender document.
00:07:49.000 They didn't support President Trump, they're not gonna support President Trump in the future.
00:07:52.000 These people are totally and completely transactional, 100% transactional.
00:07:57.000 They will flip just like they were in service to Biden and these radical Democrats, they're gonna be in service to him again.
00:08:05.000 The moment Hakeem Jeffries takes the House and becomes Speaker of the House, first thing he's gonna do, try to impeach President Trump.
00:08:11.000 He knows he's gonna be with him, Bezos, Zuckerberg. 0.94
00:08:14.000 Mark Zuckerberg is flat out, let me be brutally frank, he is a criminal.
00:08:18.000 It should be charged, it should be charged with crimes after a full and complete and fair investigation by a special prosecutor in paneling a grand jury of American citizens and following totally the rule of law.
00:08:32.000 Of what he did in the 2020 campaign, he is a criminal.
00:08:34.000 So when people sit there and tell me, oh my gosh, look at there, they all control President Trump, they don't control anything.
00:08:40.000 They're running like little nine-year-old boys up there.
00:08:43.000 That is the moral equivalent of September 1945, the Japanese Imperial High Command sitting right there and Trump is the equivalent of General MacArthur.
00:08:54.000 He's sitting there, they're signing their surrender document. 1.00
00:08:57.000 Those idiots gonna be sit up there mocked and ridiculed. 1.00
00:09:01.000 It's like in Rome when they used to come back from the wars. 1.00
00:09:05.000 Marcus Aurelius used to come back from the wars and drag the Visigoth chiefs in back of them, right? 1.00
00:09:12.000 That's what that is.
00:09:14.000 Trump won, MAGA won, and they lost.
00:09:18.000 And they're up there to kowtow, to kowtow to President Trump and the MAGA movement.
00:09:27.000 The gall of Joe Biden and the gall of Rachel Maddow.
00:09:31.000 Rachel Maddow, oh my gosh, I got a cold chill down my spine.
00:09:34.000 Ma'am, respectfully, you were all for Facebook when they were suppressing the voice of the populist movement.
00:09:42.000 You were all for Twitter when it was suppressing the voice of the populist movement.
00:09:45.000 We got FBI, we have FBI interviews that prove that in whistleblowers.
00:09:50.000 You were all for Amazon.
00:09:53.000 You were all for all of these guys when they're working for you.
00:09:55.000 But as soon as they flip, and here's the reason they flip, they understand you're not coming back to power anytime soon.
00:10:02.000 They understand that.
00:10:04.000 They get it.
00:10:06.000 They've surrendered.
00:10:07.000 President Trump's going to have them all sitting together.
00:10:10.000 It looks like the Japanese Imperial High Command.
00:10:14.000 They're there to sign a surrender document, an instrument of surrender.
00:10:19.000 They've been broken.
00:10:21.000 These powerful oligarchs have been broken.
00:10:26.000 And how were they broken?
00:10:27.000 By you, the American people.
00:10:31.000 Think of what we've shown you.
00:10:32.000 You see some pattern recognition here.
00:10:34.000 You see what's happening in Appalachia.
00:10:36.000 See what's happening in Georgia, in North Carolina, in East Tennessee and Virginia.
00:10:40.000 Do you see that?
00:10:42.000 Those folks have been abandoned.
00:10:44.000 I'm not saying that that's coming from their voice.
00:10:46.000 They've been abandoned and now they're freezing.
00:10:49.000 In sub freezing temperatures, sometimes as low as the teens and what said was gonna be six degrees in the mountains.
00:10:55.000 They have nothing.
00:10:57.000 They've been abandoned.
00:10:59.000 And look at East Palestine.
00:11:02.000 Look at the pleas of those people.
00:11:04.000 Those people are not looking for a handout.
00:11:06.000 Those people never looked for a handout in their entire lives.
00:11:11.000 The entire system rests on you.
00:11:14.000 The entire thing.
00:11:15.000 When those oligarchs are sitting up there, the entire system rests on you.
00:11:19.000 We sit here with Russ Vogt and Scott Besson and the front page of the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times of London.
00:11:24.000 The entire, the entire system rests on your shoulders.
00:11:31.000 You are the full faith and credit of the United States government.
00:11:34.000 It's not the Securities and Exchange Commission.
00:11:36.000 It's not the FTC.
00:11:37.000 It's not the Federal Reserve.
00:11:39.000 It's not the Treasury Department.
00:11:40.000 It's not Congress.
00:11:41.000 It's you.
00:11:42.000 And are you treated?
00:11:45.000 Are you treated like any, are you given the respect?
00:11:49.000 Are you given the respect that you deserve as an American citizen, regardless of your race, regardless of your color, regardless of your ethnicity, regardless of religion?
00:11:58.000 Are you given that respect?
00:12:00.000 I'm gonna give you the short answer.
00:12:02.000 The answer is no.
00:12:03.000 Why?
00:12:04.000 Why is that?
00:12:09.000 Because money seeks power.
00:12:13.000 And that's what we have here.
00:12:15.000 Who's the first one to talk about oligarchy right here in this show? 0.55
00:12:19.000 And you think I'm like Biden sitting in a quiver?
00:12:21.000 Dude, we've had no power for four years.
00:12:25.000 We didn't bail out Silicon Valley Bank.
00:12:28.000 You bailed them out.
00:12:30.000 They should have had to make payroll on their own money.
00:12:32.000 You have people making $32,000 a year to bail these people out.
00:12:35.000 You bail them out all the time.
00:12:37.000 Like Obama bailed out Wall Street.
00:12:40.000 Anybody in Appalachia get a bailout?
00:12:42.000 Anybody with the last three days been down, they get a bailout?
00:12:46.000 They get a bailout in Western Carolina.
00:12:47.000 They get a bailout in East Tennessee.
00:12:48.000 You get a bailout in Georgia.
00:12:49.000 You get a bailout in Georgia.
00:12:50.000 You get a bailout in Virginia.
00:12:53.000 They bail out East Palestine. 0.96
00:12:54.000 No, they did not.
00:12:56.000 You know what they've come to do?
00:12:57.000 They've come to the defense of a criminal corporation, Norfolk Southern.
00:13:04.000 Has Norfolk Southern done what they were supposed to do?
00:13:06.000 The lies and misrepresentations.
00:13:08.000 A complete set of lies and misrepresentation from the EPA.
00:13:12.000 From FEMA.
00:13:14.000 From these corporations.
00:13:15.000 Has anybody ever been held accountable?
00:13:19.000 Who bears the burden here?
00:13:20.000 Who bears the burden of this corruption?
00:13:22.000 This malfeasance?
00:13:23.000 This criminal negligence?
00:13:25.000 Who bears the burden?
00:13:27.000 Hard-working people in Appalachia.
00:13:31.000 People who have never looked for a handout.
00:13:34.000 People whose kids serve in our military.
00:13:37.000 Back through every patriot's grave.
00:13:39.000 And how about East Palestine, Ohio?
00:13:45.000 Look at what's happened in two years.
00:13:46.000 Nothing.
00:13:47.000 Biden, before you talk about oligarchs.
00:13:53.000 Before you talk about those guys all work for you.
00:13:57.000 In your service.
00:13:58.000 In your service.
00:14:00.000 Sir.
00:14:02.000 In MSNBC.
00:14:03.000 Ma'am.
00:14:04.000 Miss Maddow.
00:14:06.000 So shocked.
00:14:07.000 Cold.
00:14:08.000 A cold bolt went down my spine.
00:14:10.000 Are you kidding me? 1.00
00:14:11.000 How dumb do you think people are? 1.00
00:14:13.000 It's offensive. 1.00
00:14:15.000 Let's have an adult conversation.
00:14:18.000 The oligarchs, we broke them.
00:14:20.000 And they surrendered.
00:14:23.000 And you don't like it.
00:14:25.000 Zuckerberg. 0.98
00:14:26.000 Zuckerberg's a common criminal. 0.89
00:14:28.000 And should be in prison.
00:14:29.000 For what he did in 2020.
00:14:31.000 And you think it makes any difference?
00:14:32.000 He's taking off the censors.
00:14:34.000 Oh, I'm going to do this.
00:14:35.000 I'm going to do that.
00:14:36.000 And have the chairman of UFC on his board.
00:14:38.000 And he's all bro-ing out.
00:14:39.000 Growing his hair.
00:14:40.000 Doing kung fu. 0.96
00:14:44.000 Get ready, bro.
00:14:46.000 Because in a prison yard, you better do some kung fu. 1.00
00:14:51.000 We're going to take a short break.
00:14:52.000 We're going to turn to East Palestine, Ohio. 0.88
00:14:55.000 And the citizens thereof.
00:14:56.000 In a moment.
00:15:00.000 Big victory on 5 November.
00:15:02.000 Now the work can finally start on the big issues facing the country.
00:15:05.000 One of the biggest is the national debt.
00:15:08.000 And the deficits that drive it.
00:15:10.000 Hey, you think the country's broke?
00:15:12.000 The country is broke.
00:15:13.000 We're just printing money to keep this house of cards going.

00:16:19.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bann.
00:16:27.000 See what drones are doing in changing the face of warfare,
00:16:30.000 whether it's in Ukraine and other battlefields around the world.
00:16:33.000 We are very concerned about the weaponization of those drones
00:16:37.000 and what it could mean to the security here in the United States.
00:16:40.000 I've proposed comprehensive legislation to extend authorities
00:16:44.000 beyond just the FBI and DOJ and Homeland Security
00:16:48.000 to local law enforcement.
00:16:50.000 You mentioned in your comments about security for the Super Bowl,
00:16:54.000 which is incredibly important.
00:16:56.000 But we have to remember that that threat exists for all games.
00:17:00.000 In fact, one of the biggest supporters of my legislation is the NFL.
00:17:04.000 In fact, we just had a recent playoff game that was delayed
00:17:08.000 because of drones that flew into that playoff game. 0.75
00:17:11.000 That's Peters of Michigan.
00:17:14.000 When they start getting nasty, we'll come back to it.
00:17:16.000 We want you to see.
00:17:18.000 I think we've done a good coverage.
00:17:19.000 You guys have been fantastic.
00:17:20.000 The calls into the senators.
00:17:22.000 The number is 202-224-3121.
00:17:25.000 Man, the ramparts again today.
00:17:27.000 This is why everybody's pushed through.
00:17:29.000 So far, everybody's going to get approved.
00:17:31.000 Of course, we've got Tulsi.
00:17:33.000 We've got Bobby Kennedy.
00:17:34.000 We've got Kash Patel.
00:17:36.000 They're laying in wait.
00:17:38.000 I'm a huge believer in this flood the zone concept.
00:17:41.000 I don't like the fact that we're going to bring these other ones out,
00:17:44.000 onesies, twosies.
00:17:45.000 It doesn't work.
00:17:46.000 But just remember, we've got a lot of work to do.
00:17:48.000 Call the Senate today.
00:17:49.000 That's the switchboard number.
00:17:52.000 Let them know that you're thinking.
00:17:56.000 It's your thoughts.
00:17:57.000 You're free men and women.
00:17:58.000 But you're thinking about the nominees so far, what they've had to say,
00:18:01.000 the resistance to that, and what you believe about pushing across
00:18:05.000 President Trump's entire slate.
00:18:07.000 Like I said, this is the preamble to the days of thunder.
00:18:09.000 Days of thunder started high noon on Monday.
00:18:12.000 I think we're looking at, they're trying to get a hundred executive wars.
00:18:17.000 Remember, we've talked about three things.
00:18:19.000 You know, you've got the war, the kinetic wars, the kinetic part of the Third World War
00:18:23.000 and the Eurasian landmass, Ukraine being number one.
00:18:26.000 President Trump got a ceasefire.
00:18:27.000 A lot of folks not happy with that ceasefire.
00:18:30.000 We're going to go to Jason Jones in Bethlehem here in a moment.
00:18:34.000 A lot of people not happy, particularly people in Israel on the right,
00:18:38.000 that think the job should get done.
00:18:39.000 A lot of our contributors are not particularly happy.
00:18:42.000 We try to get them in.
00:18:43.000 We've got this situation in South Korea.
00:18:44.000 The Chinese Communist Party has had the, with this coup d'etat,
00:18:48.000 has had the president arrested.
00:18:50.000 Colonel Mills will be back tonight.
00:18:52.000 We're going to talk about that.
00:18:53.000 It'll be Saturday morning in Korea.
00:18:55.000 John Mills is going to get a complete update today.
00:18:58.000 You should know that everything we've been talking about in South Korea
00:19:00.000 is getting a lot of play in South Korea with the patriots.
00:19:04.000 So you've got the kinetic part of the Third World War.
00:19:06.000 You've got the financial crisis, which is the existential crisis.
00:19:09.000 You heard vote and you heard Besant yesterday.
00:19:12.000 Magnificent just presentations throughout.
00:19:16.000 Then you've got the deportations, the immigration, everything Steve Miller,
00:19:21.000 Homan, and that's what Kristi Noem is being grilled about a little bit today, 0.99
00:19:24.000 but not much.
00:19:26.000 Here's the reason.
00:19:27.000 The Democrats are just not prepared.
00:19:29.000 You can't personalize it.
00:19:31.000 If you personalize it, you have Pete Hanks, he's not perfect,
00:19:34.000 not a perfect instrument, right?
00:19:36.000 Donald Trump's not a perfect instrument.
00:19:37.000 Steve Bannon's not a perfect instrument.
00:19:38.000 Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson, nobody, right?
00:19:41.000 But there are massive policy differences, and you're seeing taking shape
00:19:47.000 really the MAGA direction of our government and what they think of the economy.
00:19:53.000 Here's the reason.
00:19:54.000 Here's what's different in 2016.
00:19:55.000 We've had four years to get ready.
00:19:57.000 Yes, I'll say the project that shall not be named, Project 2025,
00:20:01.000 which is just an over, you know, you had Heritage, you had AFPI, you had others,
00:20:06.000 all working to do these policies and, most importantly, to train and network with the people.
00:20:10.000 Remember, let's go back.
00:20:12.000 President Trump and the three areas that he's got to deal with right away, right?
00:20:17.000 He's also got three ways they're going to do it.
00:20:19.000 Executive orders.
00:20:21.000 Then legislation.
00:20:23.000 Executive orders just last in the time of president.
00:20:25.000 Can direct the federal bureaucracy to do what he wants.
00:20:29.000 If OLC, remember, Office of Legal Counsel has to give an opinion on it,
00:20:33.000 has to be in the Constitution.
00:20:34.000 Remember the travel ban, which I was working with.
00:20:37.000 President Trump is one of the co-authors.
00:20:38.000 Remember the travel ban, all the meltdown of the travel ban.
00:20:40.000 We had a letter from OLC giving us an opinion.
00:20:43.000 We knew the Supreme Court would back it.
00:20:44.000 And guess what?
00:20:45.000 Wait for it.
00:20:46.000 Supreme Court backed it.
00:20:47.000 That's where we're not going to see 100 executive orders on Monday.
00:20:51.000 We'll probably see, I don't know, 50.
00:20:54.000 Unwinding a lot of what Biden did day one to initiate the invasion of our country.
00:20:59.000 A lot of that will be reversed.
00:21:00.000 Some on the trade tariff side.
00:21:02.000 Those 50 will have OLC opinions to them.
00:21:05.000 They'll be fully vetted, are the ones you see.
00:21:08.000 The second part is legislation.
00:21:10.000 That is this whole thing between one reconciliation bill, two reconciliation bills.
00:21:13.000 They're fighting all the time over there.
00:21:15.000 The government shuts down 60 days from Monday at midnight.
00:21:19.000 The government shuts down on March 20th.
00:21:21.000 We run out of money again.
00:21:23.000 They're hustling away at the appropriations committee.
00:21:25.000 The Doge guys are working because remember the Doge cuts have got to come in the appropriations committee.
00:21:31.000 I'm not feeling great about that.
00:21:33.000 Why am I not feeling great about that?
00:21:35.000 I'm not feeling great about that because the House Freedom Caucus, the Hawks, our buddies, the Hawks.
00:21:40.000 They put a deal on the table, a proposal.
00:21:43.000 It's got a debt ceiling increase, two years, two years, four trillion dollars.
00:21:49.000 Hmm.
00:21:50.000 Let me do some math here.
00:21:52.000 Let me do some arithmetic.
00:21:53.000 Four million, two years.
00:21:55.000 That's two trillion dollars deficit per year for two years.
00:21:59.000 Right. Hmm.
00:22:00.000 Yeah. Right.
00:22:01.000 Not feeling good about that.
00:22:04.000 That looks to me like forty trillion dollars.
00:22:07.000 Of course, I project and I've never been wrong in these numbers.
00:22:12.000 I project we actually may be at forty trillion dollars one year from Monday.
00:22:16.000 Because right now we're about a trillion dollars every hundred days.
00:22:20.000 You know, it says that's right.
00:22:22.000 The first four months of this fiscal year starting on October 1st, I think we had a record.
00:22:27.000 We're now at almost a trillion dollars right now.
00:22:33.000 And the third is personnel.
00:22:35.000 That's the cabinet.
00:22:36.000 That's these confirmations.
00:22:37.000 You've got a power of three.
00:22:38.000 You get three thousand people hit the deck place running.
00:22:40.000 President Trump announced yesterday that one thousand.
00:22:44.000 One thousand of the three thousand just need a security clearance.
00:22:46.000 One thousand will hit the beaches on Monday at high noon.
00:22:51.000 One thousand of the three thousand.
00:22:54.000 Senate confirmations.
00:22:55.000 We may have one, maybe Marco Rubio by noon.
00:22:58.000 But they're coming.
00:23:01.000 Remember that three thousand is to control or to oversee.
00:23:04.000 Basically, two point five million civilians, two point five million military roughly.
00:23:09.000 But wait for the contractors.
00:23:11.000 Eighteen million contractors.
00:23:12.000 Nine million of those.
00:23:13.000 And some executive nine million are the folks that clean the buildings.
00:23:17.000 Nine million executives of the executives.
00:23:19.000 About five million, I think, are in some sort of manager, real manager position.
00:23:22.000 So that makes sense.
00:23:23.000 About 10 million people overall.
00:23:25.000 To run an apparatus that spends, I don't know, six and a half trillion dollars a year.
00:23:31.000 Takes in four and a half, five trillion.
00:23:34.000 That's the gap.
00:23:35.000 Anybody gives you happy to even have Freedom Caucus and they give you happy to talk about all these wins.
00:23:41.000 Are we going to do even Freedom Caucus in their memo said over 10 years?
00:23:44.000 I'm not interested in 10 years.
00:23:46.000 I'm not interested in 10 years.
00:23:48.000 I built my career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, my own firm, doing restructurings, bankruptcies, digging companies out that were good companies that had a capital structure problem.
00:23:57.000 That's what we have here.
00:23:59.000 I don't care about 10 years.
00:24:00.000 I care about this year.
00:24:02.000 I care about next year.
00:24:03.000 So Doge, Elon, Vivek.
00:24:06.000 Vivek's not going to be the senator from Ohio, I don't think.
00:24:08.000 I think he's going to be the lieutenant governor.
00:24:11.000 So Vivek got a lot of work to do.
00:24:13.000 He got offices over at OMB.
00:24:14.000 They're consultants to OMB.
00:24:15.000 They got Russ Vogt.
00:24:17.000 And guess what?
00:24:19.000 Appropriations, single, single subject appropriations bill.
00:24:22.000 We fought for that.
00:24:23.000 That's where McCarthy's gone.
00:24:25.000 We've got that.
00:24:26.000 And we've got 60 days to the government shuts down.
00:24:28.000 No more CRs.
00:24:29.000 No more.
00:24:30.000 None.
00:24:31.000 The null set.
00:24:32.000 We want to see all 12 appropriations bills.
00:24:33.000 And this is where Doge has got to come in and give us, you know, you committed a trillion dollar cuts.
00:24:37.000 And then you need to see those cuts.
00:24:39.000 The tariffs, the trade, President Trump thinks of this very differently.
00:24:43.000 Not just internal revenue, but external revenue.
00:24:45.000 He doesn't look at tariffs just as I'm going to put a 10 percent or 20 percent tariff on an avocado coming from Mexico.
00:24:51.000 That's not how he thinks.
00:24:53.000 Fees and duties and tariffs.
00:24:56.000 He thinks of the United States as a, like, premium seating at a concert or a sports event.
00:25:02.000 Through the golden door is the most lucrative market in mankind's history.
00:25:05.000 And guess what?
00:25:06.000 He's going to charge a tolling fee.
00:25:07.000 Tolling fee.
00:25:08.000 Yep.
00:25:09.000 That's what it's about.
00:25:10.000 That's what you could see across the board tariffs.
00:25:11.000 You could see a memorandum of understanding on Monday.
00:25:13.000 You could see some in days of thunder.
00:25:15.000 Day one.
00:25:16.000 Three of our contributors.
00:25:18.000 Peter Navarro, the senior counselor for trade manufacturing.
00:25:21.000 Scott Besson, the secretary of treasury.
00:25:23.000 And Russ Vogt, the head of OMB.
00:25:25.000 Those brothers have been spending some time on this.
00:25:27.000 And President Trump.
00:25:28.000 And President Trump has, I think the French called it idea fix.
00:25:31.000 He's got very fixed ideas when he talks about trade.
00:25:33.000 He talks about getting access to this country.
00:25:35.000 To the citizens of this country.
00:25:37.000 Should be at a premium.
00:25:38.000 And he's going to charge a premium.
00:25:41.000 I'll take you one.
00:25:42.000 I'll take you next step.
00:25:44.000 First, I don't want any foreign capital in this country. 1.00
00:25:47.000 None.
00:25:48.000 Foreign capital means foreign influence and foreign power.
00:25:52.000 However, maybe in the stock market, maybe, but it should be a premium there.
00:25:57.000 Every financial transaction in the United States from a foreign government, foreign power, foreign fund.
00:26:02.000 Like the Norwegian's got a trillion dollar sovereign wealth fund.
00:26:05.000 For sovereign wealth fund wants to buy a share of stock here.
00:26:08.000 Should be to some 10% premium.
00:26:11.000 Don't throw it in the kitty.
00:26:13.000 Quickly, the corporations in this country, the four and a half trillion corporations only pay 500 billion in taxes.
00:26:18.000 500 billion dollars.
00:26:20.000 You, the citizens.
00:26:22.000 Did I mention full faith and credit of the United States government?
00:26:24.000 Did I mention that?
00:26:25.000 You.
00:26:26.000 The folks in Appalachia.
00:26:27.000 The folks in East Palestine.
00:26:28.000 The folks that go to work every day.
00:26:30.000 The folks making, I don't know, what's the average salary here?
00:26:32.000 50,000 bucks.
00:26:33.000 Can't live on 50,000 bucks.
00:26:35.000 You're going to run your credit card up at 29, 25% APR.
00:26:38.000 You're going to run your credit card up and you're going to run it into bankruptcy.
00:26:41.000 You're in the bankruptcy trying to make ends meet.
00:26:44.000 But for the average guy making $50,000 a year, man and woman,
00:26:49.000 you're supporting the entire system.
00:26:51.000 The entire post war international rules based order.
00:26:54.000 All of it.
00:26:55.000 Rest on your shoulders.
00:26:57.000 You pay the taxes, your pension funds in the in the in the in the venture capital funds in the in the hedge funds in the money managers.
00:27:05.000 Larry Fink's trillion dollars coming from pension funds of teachers and firemen.
00:27:10.000 And basic shmendrix to go to work every day.
00:27:13.000 So you underpin.
00:27:15.000 Why do they come here to invest?
00:27:17.000 What is not the SEC?
00:27:19.000 It's not the FTC.
00:27:20.000 It's not the Treasury.
00:27:21.000 Singapore's got that.
00:27:22.000 Tokyo's got that.
00:27:23.000 Hong Kong used to have that.
00:27:25.000 Munich's got it.
00:27:26.000 The city of London's got it.
00:27:27.000 They come here because of the social stability.
00:27:30.000 They come here because of the work self organizing that you do every day.
00:27:35.000 What Burke called the little platoons.
00:27:37.000 That's where they come here.
00:27:39.000 And shouldn't you get something for the effort?
00:27:41.000 Isn't your sons and daughters on patrol in the Hindu Kush?
00:27:46.000 Aren't your sons and daughters on the carrier battle groups in the Red Seas?
00:27:49.000 Aren't your sons and daughters deployed with the 101st Airborne Brigade in Romania?
00:27:53.000 Aren't your sons and daughters in Germany?
00:27:55.000 Aren't your sons and daughters in South Korea?
00:27:57.000 Aren't your sons and daughters on patrol in the South China Sea?
00:28:01.000 The entire system rest on your shoulders.
00:28:06.000 All of it.
00:28:07.000 Not some of it.
00:28:08.000 All of it.
00:28:09.000 Not in Davos.

00:30:34.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Band.
00:30:37.000 Okay, I'm going to go to East Palestine in a minute.
00:30:42.000 The Supreme Court has upheld the ruling on TikTok.
00:30:45.000 We're going to get on that tonight in the evening show, late afternoon evening show.
00:30:49.000 We'll have Brian Costello and other experts on here to go through all of that.
00:30:55.000 Also, Frank Gaffney, we're going to have a bunch of folks from the Victory Coalition.
00:31:00.000 We're going to talk about the ceasefire.
00:31:02.000 It seems to be some folks, particularly on the right in Israel and the right here in the United States.
00:31:09.000 The Hawks are not happy with this.
00:31:11.000 Tom Cotton is not happy with this.
00:31:13.000 So we'll break all that down in the five to seven hour.
00:31:16.000 Let's go to East Palestine, Ohio.
00:31:18.000 Ben Burkwam.
00:31:19.000 Here's the question, Ben, for the audience.
00:31:20.000 And look, I really appreciate you folks hanging with us and really speaking from the heart.
00:31:25.000 I thought Norfolk Southern, you know, besides my rant, I thought Norfolk Southern had a big settlement and everything was taken care of and they were going to make up for the activity, the mistakes they made and the lies they told over and over again.
00:31:39.000 But they were given a lot of money and everything is going to be better.
00:31:42.000 Everything is going to be remediated.
00:31:44.000 Ben, can you go around and just ask the folks just to hear it from the heart?
00:31:47.000 Did that happen?
00:31:49.000 Did that happen?
00:31:50.000 Yeah.
00:31:51.000 Before we do that, I was trying to show out the window.
00:31:53.000 Actually, we have a Norfolk Southern train going by us as we speak.
00:31:56.000 So the question is timely.
00:31:57.000 I'll go around the room.
00:31:59.000 Thank you, Steve.
00:32:01.000 The $600 million that Norfolk has offered as a class action suit, they've thrown such a broad net that it's going out over 20 miles.
00:32:11.000 About 55,000 households, 455,000 people that are partaking in that.
00:32:19.000 Now, we sold our house at a loss and I moved my family out the day after the train derailment.
00:32:26.000 We threw away all of our clothes, beds, furniture, put everything that was left into storage and we moved about six times before we bought another house.
00:32:38.000 We sold our house for a loss.
00:32:41.000 When I went down to talk to them, I had all my receipts, everything, and I laid it out.
00:32:48.000 And they said, well, you sign up, you sign off all your rights, your medical rights, your rights to any claims in the future against it, and we don't know how much you're going to get.
00:33:03.000 It just depends how many people participate.
00:33:06.000 We can't give you any guarantees, but before we give you a number, you have to sign off on your rights.
00:33:13.000 Hang over a second.
00:33:16.000 Hang over a second. 0.73
00:33:17.000 Hang over a second.
00:33:18.000 Ben, I'd like to go around the room.
00:33:19.000 Hang over a second.
00:33:20.000 Hang over a second. 0.73
00:33:21.000 Hang over a second.
00:33:22.000 I thought it was $900 million for the cleanup and then there was additional, I don't know, over 20 years, 25 million bucks a year.
00:33:29.000 My math may be wrong, but I thought it was bifurcated into two sections, one to clean up.
00:33:34.000 Is where we spent the time with you guys, is the locale around the derailment and what I call the central part of East Palestine that had the most damage, are you guys getting the remediation first from the $900 million?
00:33:48.000 Is that coming through either FEMA or EPA?
00:33:51.000 Is that happening?
00:33:52.000 Is it to your sign off and your liking?
00:33:56.000 Do you guys have premium access?
00:34:00.000 Go ahead, ma'am.
00:34:03.000 What we were told was they were starting at the furthest point first, doing senior citizens that were single, then senior citizens that were married, then coming in and doing single individuals, married individuals.
00:34:17.000 Then married with children.
00:34:19.000 So if you think about it, that means the people of East Palestine mostly are getting their money last, which would make sense because that means the bulk of the money is going to sit in a bank account and gain interest for them for how long before it gets distributed.
00:34:33.000 I have friends who are down in Chippewa who already got their money.
00:34:37.000 Not anything close to what they said you were going to get, not even in the thousands, and they're within 10 miles.
00:34:44.000 But the attorneys got their money.
00:34:46.000 But the attorneys got their money.
00:34:47.000 Yeah, for sure.
00:34:48.000 For sure.
00:34:49.000 And by the way, Steve, $70,000 is the cap.
00:34:51.000 Am I correct on that?
00:34:52.000 Right.
00:34:53.000 And they subtract.
00:34:54.000 This is the insane part.
00:34:55.000 They subtract out what they've already paid to relocate you in a hotel.
00:34:59.000 Am I right on that?
00:35:00.000 Any of your supplies or anything you turned in as a receipt.
00:35:04.000 We've got a guy on Social Security over here who they're dropping his Social Security because he was given $6,000.
00:35:10.000 They consider that income.
00:35:11.000 Now they're reducing his Social Security.
00:35:13.000 Anyone who's on Social Security or disability will lose it for that year because it's going to be considered income.
00:35:20.000 So then you're going to have to reapply the following year.
00:35:23.000 So, you know, I know people who, I kind of do this for a living, but, you know, they had to put it in somebody else's name, you know, in the family because that way they wouldn't lose their Social Security.
00:35:34.000 You know, that they worked their whole life for, their disability, you know.
00:35:38.000 Go ahead.
00:35:39.000 Yeah.
00:35:40.000 Go ahead, Steve.
00:35:41.000 Let me ask you.
00:35:42.000 Do you folks have any, like, Norfolk Southern's got high-powered white shoe law firms.
00:35:48.000 The government's got very sophisticated law firms.
00:35:51.000 The real estate interests there have very sophisticated lawyers.
00:35:54.000 The real estate interests.
00:35:55.000 Is there anybody collectively representing your interest?
00:35:59.000 No.
00:36:01.000 No.
00:36:02.000 The lead counsel for the class action is supposed to represent our interest.
00:36:08.000 However, they had a so-called toxicologist get on a town hall and tell our residents there's zero long-term health risk and zero cases of cancer will come out of this.
00:36:19.000 You can Google the guy right on LinkedIn and see that his former employees were Dow Chemicals, Exxon, Chevron, and a couple major polluters.
00:36:28.000 That's the one representing you?
00:36:30.000 Yeah.
00:36:31.000 That's what our attorneys representing us put out there.
00:36:34.000 Most of us that live the closest, that we're in the most contaminated homes and have to relocate.
00:36:38.000 Zero dollars.
00:36:40.000 Zero is what I'll get.
00:36:42.000 And people will still be stuck in these contaminated homes.
00:36:45.000 Okay.
00:36:46.000 Here's a question.
00:36:49.000 When you say contaminated homes, of the $900 million settlement between the government or the EPA and Norfolk Southern, has any remediation work started in the central locale around the derailment and around that central part of the business district and those other areas where President Trump and we went independently when we were there?
00:37:11.000 Has any remediation started there at all or has that just still been left like it was from the time of the derailment essentially?
00:37:19.000 Yeah.
00:37:20.000 And Steve, just to clarify, so it's the $600 million is what you guys are talking about for the settlement, correct?
00:37:25.000 That's the class action.
00:37:26.000 That's what's actually going towards the, for the people.
00:37:28.000 That's what the people.
00:37:29.000 Okay.
00:37:30.000 Hang on.
00:37:31.000 One at a time.
00:37:32.000 One at a time.
00:37:33.000 One at a time.
00:37:34.000 One at a time.
00:37:35.000 One at a time.
00:37:36.000 One at a time.
00:37:37.000 One at a time.
00:37:38.000 One at a time.
00:37:39.000 One at a time.
00:37:40.000 I have his attorneys on Skype, so he's here.
00:37:41.000 But it's not only that.
00:37:42.000 It's not only that they're not paying.
00:37:43.000 They're also intimidating people if you speak up.
00:37:44.000 Well, because I did speak up.
00:37:45.000 It seems like I've gotten phone calls and threats of all sorts because the people that apparently think that everything is well here, which it's not, they didn't want to wait around for their distribution.
00:38:00.000 it to happen immediately and it hasn't it hasn't happened and i was one of the ones who was blamed
00:38:06.520 for it because i spoke up and said this is not this is not good enough for the people this town
00:38:12.020 they need to have medical treatment not just medical monitoring for at least 20 years they
00:38:17.160 need to have that and every single family that wants to be relocated needs to be relocated
00:38:22.800 that is out of this contamination and lonnie you so back to the contamination what have they done
00:38:29.460 to your satisfaction at all to clean up and make you feel safe nothing nothing um i want to say
00:38:36.980 that the 600 million dollar settlement that's their insurance policy that's paying that that's not
00:38:43.660 norfolk southern paying that that's their insurance policy we're not even worth what the cost is of
00:38:51.280 that remediation that's taking place right now last i heard i think it was what over a billion dollars
00:38:58.860 that they've spent here so far our lives aren't even worth that it's unfathomable to me that
00:39:07.620 they're spending more money to clean it up than they are taking care of us and making our lives 0.99
00:39:12.820 whole they're still finding contamination to this day 14 more pockets of chemicals in our soil just
00:39:18.820 back in november um they still just found it in our wetlands like two years and we are still
00:39:24.740 have contamination here and steve real quick i want to get to this young lady's been waiting here she's 1.00
00:39:28.740 19 she was 17 when it happened hi oh i'm sorry i'm i'm jenna and i um tested positive for vinyl chloride
00:39:39.500 and benzene too um around when they started norfolk southern started to dig near where i live
00:39:49.140 i began to have seizures i have a picture i had i spent a week in the hospital um sorry if i cough
00:39:58.740 um they couldn't find anything and um i'm sorry um they couldn't find anything wrong and all they said
00:40:10.040 is it might be um called a hang on one second we say test but hang on we say you tasted positive
00:40:18.600 ben just ask her when she says she tested positive for vinyl chloride and benzene what does that mean
00:40:26.500 yes it's in my system in my blood yes the cdc actually sent down a memo to our local doctors
00:40:37.340 and told them to not test us for vinyl chloride um when people started testing positive and when
00:40:43.080 we talk about what dr chai has done for the community he could write blood tests for his
00:40:48.280 patients he's a chiropractor but he can still do that so his patients he had to write them
00:40:52.940 prescriptions to be tested because no one else here would test uh for vinyl chloride in our systems per
00:40:58.500 the cdc and i actually i'm a nurse i used to work at one of the local hospitals so i have a lot of
00:41:04.680 friends who are still there i went in to get my blood work done and they slid a memo over to me
00:41:10.380 that stated do not test for norfolk southern vinyl chloride for east palestine residents do you have
00:41:17.140 a copy i'm kicked hang on hang hang do you have a copy of that memo with my phone but they were this
00:41:25.060 is a local hospital that was told do not test do not test and the five thousand dollars that they're
00:41:30.820 giving for medical no she doesn't no first of all five thousand dollars isn't going to pay an er visit 1.00
00:41:36.360 but the thing is you might as well take it because in 10 years when you're sick you're never going to
00:41:42.320 prove that it was this norfolk southern has millions of dollars to fight in court they're going to say
00:41:46.880 well did you ever smoke did you ever go to a bar where they smoked you live next to a factory you you
00:41:52.200 have a power plant down the road so you're never going to prove it so you might as well just take the
00:41:57.220 money and say thank you because that's all you're going to get you're never going to prove in 10
00:42:01.160 years that this came from here by the way the statutes of limitation steve are up in about a
00:42:05.980 month for anyone less than a month yeah that's good go ahead steve hang on ben ben we have limited
00:42:12.960 time hang on we have limited time here's what i'd like to hear just go around at high noon on
00:42:19.040 monday president trump is takes the oath of office as the 47th president of the united states president
00:42:26.100 trump came out there i actually would argue that that was the pivot point on the primary when he
00:42:31.840 really gathered the forces of maga and then drove to victory in the primary and then the presidency so
00:42:36.500 east palestine has a major political aspect to it what would those people in their own voice just
00:42:44.240 keep it short i want to hear from everybody in the 10 minutes we got left what do they want to see
00:42:50.800 what what what are they asking specifically of president trump to do
00:42:54.940 national disaster relief for east palestine and the surrounding communities because like i said i live
00:43:03.420 in darlington that cloud came down on us we were given no help whatsoever and i just recently and i have
00:43:11.480 it in a text message was texted by a east palestine fireman and his wife and told i had no business coming
00:43:19.080 east palestine and taking their resources okay i just want to say do god's will listen to god
00:43:25.800 i think congress what does that mean ma'am i think the people should have to answer in public
00:43:33.080 i'm sorry ben what does she mean when she says do god's will what does that mean i will say this
00:43:40.600 the disaster has brought the community together some people went the other way but it's unfortunate but
00:43:47.880 in these kind of situations people turn to god and i think that when we turn our back on god
00:43:54.220 these things happen but the righteous god hears the righteous so i think that's very important we got
00:44:00.160 to bring god back into our country thank you i just think that it should be investigated and these
00:44:06.000 people's questions should be answered in front of congress on live tv they've been avoiding it for
00:44:12.260 two years and we just can't get justice here there's no justice in east palestine 0.88
00:44:17.400 okay i say if people want to help make sure you call your local politicians the things that we still
00:44:24.960 need here is we still need relocation the very least we deserve is medical insurance that covers
00:44:30.680 these chemicals and we need to have safer regulations and chemicals and we also need research money
00:44:37.980 if people want to help you can donate to galam research group at the university of california san diego
00:44:45.160 and help us get answers not only for ourselves but for you too i would ask president trump to please
00:44:53.520 stop norfolk southern from forcing families back to homes to watch their loved ones die from chemical
00:45:02.840 exposure and i ask him to stop that and to help the sick and the ones that want out get out
00:45:11.900 immediately immediately help these people reimburse people that's given their homes lot taking loss on
00:45:20.360 their homes and they're still not whole they if you want to stay in town just i yep hang on hang on
00:45:29.160 hang on a second hang on a second what do you mean ben hang on go back to what do you mean norfolk
00:45:35.280 norfolk southern forcing people to go back to their homes to see their loved ones die what does that even
00:45:41.480 mean i have a 90 year old korea moore veteran stepfather my mother's 83 with parkinson's norfolk
00:45:51.480 southern after the epa deemed us a special circumstance we had michael regan in the home we had shared
00:45:58.920 brown bill johnson they all acknowledged the chemical smells what happened next they relocated
00:46:06.480 us it'll be two years february 28th nothing's been done to clean the home nothing's been i begged
00:46:14.420 for testing of the home not from norfolk contractors i've had independent testing that shows contamination
00:46:22.860 over and over and over and it gets higher each remediation because as they're cleaning this up
00:46:30.320 they're not doing it properly and they are re-exposing residents so now all of a sudden they decide that
00:46:38.980 they're no longer paying for our relocation even though their contractors norfolk southern contractor
00:46:47.300 recommended tearing my home to the ground and the other two houses beside me and you are forcing
00:46:54.900 me back because you know that you put me in a home that i cannot afford the rent for now i have to take
00:47:03.280 my family back because i'm telling you my family will die in that house it is horrible this needs immediate
00:47:12.800 action they need stopped
00:47:15.200 thank you ma'am we'll make sure that the president hears that dr andrew weldon from
00:47:24.440 dr andrew weldon from purdue university was here a number of times and he uh took some of the studies
00:47:33.040 that i had done because i had paid for myself on my shop i'm not too far from where her house is so i know
00:47:39.240 exactly what her house smells like uh fortunately i got all my stuff out however he just said yeah
00:47:45.320 they didn't test your property correctly we confirmed it was contaminated for months federal
00:47:50.420 government didn't act in a proper way that helped the community recover safely that was from dr andy
00:47:56.300 weldon five minutes ago anyone else to president uh hey ben i want to see we have to bounce but
00:48:02.520 yeah go ahead sir go ahead i just want to see president trump show up show back up here to
00:48:09.500 east palestine we need to support and darlington you want him to return is what you want and then to
00:48:18.300 be able to address your grievances personally okay yes yes hey ben ben ben we've got to go i want
00:48:29.340 to talk about maybe getting some folks and we'll stick around for the five or five to seven show
00:48:33.280 i want to continue this i also want to talk to him like we're doing the conference call with the
00:48:37.280 working group in appalachia tomorrow i want to get some of the folks here and we want to get on a
00:48:42.600 conference call tomorrow and get kind of a punch list so we can talk to the president about it and
00:48:47.080 make sure president trump's fully informed and of course lee zelden the epa and and other folks okay

00:48:58.320 been heart-rendering i want to thank you i thought we thought it was very important today to return
00:49:01.760 to east palestine because quite frankly your tragedy i think changed the direction of american
00:49:07.140 politics and really led i think a lot to this victory you're going to see that's going to be
00:49:12.180 culminated on monday and something has to be done it's it's unacceptable what has happened to you
00:49:18.580 and so we will put our shoulder to the wheel and figure this out for you or together how's that sound
00:49:23.880 okay love you guys ben uh i'll return to you maybe we get some folks on the five to seven
00:49:31.220 car right after the show okay thank you guys very much appreciate all of you uh doing this this morning
00:49:35.440 really appreciate it
00:49:36.320 okay see right there is that any different appalachia you see pattern recognition 0.96
00:49:43.020 you're treated like garbage 0.97
00:49:45.400 you're telling me a citizen in this country should be like that 0.99
00:49:49.920 think about that for a second you think that's appropriate you think what's happening in appalachia
00:49:56.920 is appropriate because that's the way the system works let me repeat the entire system rest on your
00:50:05.260 shoulders not some of it all of it the entire american empire the entire apparatus that your sons and
00:50:12.680 daughters employed all over the world what they tell us the other day 150 countries 125 or 135
00:50:19.700 000 just army personnel you add it all up 150 000 150 countries a trillion dollar defense bill
00:50:27.120 um deficits as far as the eye can see don't take it from me house freedom caucus deal two year
00:50:35.020 two year lift on the on the debt ceiling and four trillion dollars and they're the biggest hawks going
00:50:40.160 let's just do the math it looks like two trillion dollar deficit every year right
00:50:43.180 hate to bring that up
00:50:47.080 this is the crisis we've gotten ourselves into and who pays for it who pays for it who pays for it you
00:50:53.680 you pay out of pocket your pension fund goes to support your sons and daughters your kin
00:51:01.560 or all over hell's half acre but when it comes time for something people have never asked for a handout
00:51:08.420 in their lives and you've got corporate welfare what did laura loomer call the uh the broligarchs 1.00
00:51:13.980 welfare queens yeah in silicon valley runs as an apartheid state an apartheid state how many african 0.52
00:51:24.580 americans how many blacks were in silicon valley how many hispanics were in silicon valley and i'm not
00:51:28.400 talking cleaning up buildings i'm talking as executives and programmers tell me not many you
00:51:35.220 know why it's an apartheid state that's techno feudalism let's go to bethlehem to have jason 0.69
00:51:40.340 jones so jason got about two minutes can you give us something what first off tell us where you are
00:51:45.960 why are you there and what's the feeling on this ceasefire that's going on in the holy land sir
00:51:50.960 well steve bannon i'm about 20 meters from the very birthplace of our lord and savior jesus christ
00:51:56.720 i'm here because during the war uh our organization the vulnerable people project
00:52:01.400 um granted to a jobs program to keep christians in bethlehem that felt that uh pushed to leave
00:52:07.820 because the streets of bethlehem of course are empty i was in the place of our lord's birth the
00:52:13.520 church of nativity for hours by myself um we've also delivered food packages and trucks of food to
00:52:20.900 the churches in gaza and evacuated the christians and so that's why i'm wounded christians in gaza and
00:52:25.920 that's why i'm here they're happy that the war is over you know the most vulnerable christian
00:52:30.680 community in the world are the christians of course in gaza and the christians in the west bank
00:52:35.920 they're facing what they call ecclesiast side which is the eradication of the oldest christian 0.56
00:52:41.380 community in the world i met a gentleman today whose family had 800 years of greek orthodox priests
00:52:47.940 in their family i just interviewed another gentleman who said that in his home the bedroom his bedroom
00:52:53.720 him and his ancestors going back to 500 a.d have slept in the same same bedroom so you have
00:53:00.280 christian communities that were literally their ancestors were in the upper room in the book the
00:53:04.440 book of acts so the end of this war was something that gives them a lot of hope and they place a lot
00:53:09.480 of hope in president trump in the weeks and months leading up to the election i was in pennsylvania
00:53:15.000 working with the syrian christian community um that was eager to support president trump because they knew
00:53:22.000 that um their communities in syria were facing ethnic cleansing and ecclesiast side as well
00:53:27.400 wow um it's terrible what's happened over to the christians no doubt hey jason can you give people i got
00:53:35.880 breaking news here sure yeah i don't know about this man do the dangerously cold temperatures
00:53:42.620 expected monday president like trump's inauguration is moving indoors sources tell uh kate sullivan
00:53:48.420 and caitlin collins at cnn expect trump and vance to be sworn in inside the capital rotunda
00:53:54.440 come on man where's that grit and determination and toughness what is what's the temperature when
00:54:01.480 jack kennedy got uh i know i know reagan in the second term i think was inside the capital but man
00:54:07.480 reagan was i don't know
00:54:08.620 i don't know about that we're going to check into that one
00:54:13.480 not feeling good about that of course it's cold it's january
00:54:18.800 don't know about that at all
00:54:22.640 i don't think that's the right stuff we'll dig down on that recommendation of president trump and
00:54:31.240 the inauguration team biden all of you get out on the west side let's have an inauguration
00:54:36.700 biden who stole it in 20 like gutless cowards remember they had like 100 people there
00:54:42.580 with the mask on that's a travesty we need to be up and we need to be bold on monday
00:54:48.600 so when president trump puts his hand on the king james bible
00:54:52.760 takes the oath of office of the 47th president united states
00:54:57.400 we can fire off the football let's get back up it ain't going to be that cold
00:55:01.860 is this because the oligarchs are there are they too tender coming from silicon valley are
00:55:07.760 they too soft they can't sit in the cold then don't come sign the surrender document somewhere

00:55:47.780 by monitoring our phone and email and tracking our movement across the internet now jim rickards

00:55:59.300 selling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate this governmental surveillance
00:56:04.480 to a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the war room believe that the
00:56:09.800 government will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we say the wrong things on social
00:56:16.160 media donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga the government may be able to shut us
00:56:22.820 out of our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will happen but it's an interesting and dire
00:56:29.920 warning fortunately jim rickards an american patriot and friend of mine has made it his mission to educate
