Bannon's War Room - Episode 4238： Scale And Executive Action To Take Back Our Country

00:00:00.000 Here's the memo obtained tonight by MSNBC's Ryan Reilly.

00:00:03.240 Quote, colleagues, we understand there's a lot of media reporting and rumors surrounding

00:00:08.360 potential changes at the FBI.

00:00:10.480 This includes reporting and rumors about actions that very seriously impact our workforce.

00:00:15.920 Consistent with our commitment to share information with you as we receive it, Acting Deputy Director

00:00:20.760 Kassane and I want to provide you with an update.

00:00:23.520 Late this afternoon, I received a memo from the Acting Deputy Attorney General notifying

00:00:27.620 me that eight senior FBI executives are to be terminated by specific dates unless these

00:00:32.580 employees have retired beforehand, so eight of them will be out unless they quit.

00:00:38.140 Quote, I have been personally in touch with each of these impacted employees.

00:00:42.660 The memo also directs me to provide by noon on Tuesday the following, quote, all current

00:00:47.680 and former FBI personnel assigned at any time to investigations and or prosecutions relating

00:00:52.720 to events that occurred at or near the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, 2021.

00:00:56.360 And also, secondly, United States versus Hanayia, which is, I believe, a case about Hamas and

00:01:04.240 the October 7th attack.

00:01:06.940 They want a list of all current and former FBI personnel assigned at any time to investigations

00:01:12.620 or prosecutions related to January 6th or that one Hamas case.

00:01:17.400 Quote, these lists should include relevant supervisory personnel in FBI regional offices and field

00:01:21.900 divisions as well as FBI headquarters.

00:01:24.780 For each employee included in the list, provide the current title, office to which the person

00:01:28.540 is assigned, role in the investigation or prosecution, and date of last activity relating

00:01:33.060 to the investigation or prosecution.

00:01:35.240 Upon timely receipt of the requested information, the Office of the Deputy Attorney General will

00:01:39.620 commence a review process to determine whether additional personnel actions are necessary.

00:01:46.140 The acting director of the FBI then tells personnel at the FBI, quote, we understand that this

00:01:51.340 request encompasses thousands of FBI employees across the country who have supported these

00:01:57.280 investigative efforts.

00:01:58.720 I am one of those employees, as is Acting Deputy Director Kassane.

00:02:03.720 As we have said since the moment we agreed to take on these roles, meaning the acting director

00:02:07.860 and acting acting deputy director of the FBI, we are going to follow the law, follow FBI policy,

00:02:13.500 and do what is in the best interest of the workforce and the American people always.

00:02:17.020 We will be back in touch with more information as soon as we can.

00:02:20.180 In the meantime, stay safe and take care of each other.

00:02:24.120 Brian J. Driscoll, Jr., acting director.

00:02:26.780 This past Monday, interim U.S. Attorney Martin issued an email to the entire office stating as much.

00:02:35.360 He said that there would be an internal investigation into our office, and specifically the January 6th

00:02:42.080 prosecutors charging decisions with respect to charging certain violators, or rather certain

00:02:48.440 January 6th defendants with violations of 18 U.S. Code 1512, which is the statute that the

00:02:55.100 Supreme Court ultimately ruled in the United States versus Fisher, or rather Fisher versus

00:02:59.680 the United States, did not apply to the January 6th riots. So we know there's at least some amount

00:03:05.200 of investigation ongoing, whether or not that is criminal, civil, or merely internal, I can't say.

00:03:10.140 As former Trump defense lawyer Emile Bove at the Justice Department, possibly on orders from the

00:03:15.660 White House, has demanded a list of every single FBI agent in the entire country who worked on any

00:03:21.660 January 6th case in any capacity at all. And even though that includes the new acting director

00:03:27.280 and the new acting deputy director, who Trump himself just ham-handedly accidentally appointed,

00:03:32.760 they say the reason they want that list is because they're going to review it for potential

00:03:37.600 personnel action against all those agents. Does this fundamentally change who we are as a country?

00:03:43.220 If FBI and Justice Department prosecutors, FBI officials and Justice Department prosecutors,

00:03:48.380 have now had their careers threatened and in some cases ended, specifically because they worked on

00:03:55.920 lawful cases that didn't please the president, have we already sort of crossed a Rubicon in terms of

00:04:01.100 who we are as a country and what the rule of law is in the United States of America?

00:04:05.980 Absolutely. That's what's happening. I mean, the cruelty of it is this wonderful young prosecutor,

00:04:10.680 idealistic, is gone, right? The second thing is that there isn't, it's clear that it's,

00:04:15.780 quote, my Justice Department, as the president called it. That brings us back to the days when

00:04:21.220 it was J. Edgar Hoover, but instead of J. Edgar Hoover going after Martin Luther King or even the

00:04:26.260 John Birch Society for political reasons, it's Donald Trump doing it to use the Justice Department

00:04:32.340 or the FBI to exact retribution or pursue political enemies. But I got to say, there is a responsibility

00:04:39.560 that we have in the United States Senate as an independent institution to cry foul here. And I really am

00:04:46.560 hoping that my Republican colleagues, who many of whom I have great respect for, see that this is no game

00:04:53.040 anymore. I mean, what the president did with this empowerment, he has no authority to do. What he's doing

00:04:58.180 with the purging of the FBI is showing that he is deadly serious. And I think there was a lot of wishful

00:05:03.780 thinking on a lot of folks that the Trump agenda would be different than it was. But he's made it

00:05:08.380 clear, lawlessness and cruelty, he will use both of those to take care of his need for retribution,

00:05:15.820 but also to privilege the Elon Musk of the world. And there's only a few of them, but those are the

00:05:21.200 ones who are in charge. And by the way, there was an Elon Musk SpaceX person over there at the

00:05:27.580 Justice Department. And is he going to be looking over Kash Patel's shoulder in the purge?

00:05:36.180 This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on

00:05:44.480 these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people, the people had a belly full

00:05:51.780 of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop

00:05:55.460 that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to

00:05:59.440 share the big line? Mega Media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:06:08.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country,

00:06:14.960 this country will be saved. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:06:25.460 Saturday, 1 February, year of our Lord, 2025. You're in the War Room on another workday.

00:06:34.640 You saw Senator Welch right there. Impoundment, impoundment and removal of billets and programs,

00:06:47.980 but really billets in this case. President Trump, the deconstruction of the administrative state

00:06:52.860 is full bore. And the question I have for Rachel Maddow and the MSNBC team and all these defenders

00:07:03.720 of the American Gestapo, we've called them that, what, for two or three years now.

00:07:10.080 Did you honestly think, let me get this right, did you honestly think

00:07:15.680 that you were going to use Gestapo-like tactics against the American people and you were going to 0.55

00:07:22.220 kick down doors and you were going to terrorize families, school board meetings, and you were

00:07:27.620 going to terrorize families of the people praying the rosary outside of these abortion mills, 0.61

00:07:35.160 and that you were going to terrorize, because that's what you try to do, terrorize Trump supporters

00:07:40.920 and MAGA supporters, have the largest quote-unquote criminal investigation in your history that

00:07:46.160 dwarfed anything about the anti-war movement during the 60s, different than anything about

00:07:51.720 finding the communist infiltration in our country in the 30s, 40s, and 50s, you know, anything

00:07:58.360 regarding radical Islamic Jihad, which you missed in the 80s and 90s, and then after 9-11, all

00:08:04.920 these things, all these major moments of infiltration by our enemies, and the largest was going to be

00:08:14.280 against the MAGA movement in American citizens, and you would throw in the Right to Life movement,

00:08:20.580 you would throw in really what should the beginning of Maha, Make America Healthy Again,

00:08:24.680 which was really the school board meetings and the awakening of the American mom to what was going on

00:08:28.980 in the schools? Do you honestly think that would all be done and you would trample on civil rights

00:08:37.360 and human rights and destroy people and bankrupt people and have people commit suicide and feel 0.81

00:08:43.540 like they were other, they were not part of their country anymore? Do you honestly think that that

00:08:47.460 was going to happen and there would be no accountability? Is that what you thought?

00:08:53.540 This is not the Republican Party. There's all kind of, this is, language has to get precise, I think,

00:09:01.600 if you want to understand this historic moment. You can't talk about Republicans and Democrats anymore.

00:09:06.540 That's a label that's meaningless. It's meaningless. The Republican Party and the quote-unquote,

00:09:13.740 you know, limited government conservative, and I realize a lot of you people used to be

00:09:16.960 limited government conservatives, maybe some of you are, but it never, limited government

00:09:20.540 conservative and constitutional conservative year after year, cycle after cycle, you put people

00:09:27.520 back in. And what happened? They shredded the constitution. And the controlled opposition of

00:09:33.180 the Republican Party and the limited government conservative movement just sat there and either

00:09:37.680 were okay with it, worked with it, got along with it, but they never opposed it. They might have sat

00:09:43.100 there and made some speeches and sent some angry letters, but that's not opposing it. That's not

00:09:48.680 opposing it. This is an apparatus that is running the most powerful nation on earth, and they're not

00:09:56.420 going to give it up. Why do you think in those four years, what they did to Trump in the first term

00:10:02.860 was horrendous. But look what they did to Trump after they stole the 2020 election, after they stole,

00:10:10.400 let me repeat, after they stole the 2020 election. They're like the Praetorian Guard.

00:10:14.860 They choose who runs the empire. And the, you know, kind of the Spartacus guys

00:10:23.400 weren't destroyed. It was a resilience. And so now President Trump is back and we're in charge.

00:10:31.760 President Trump's in charge. To show you

00:10:35.340 his commitment and focus and determination. And like I say, when you look at Days of Thunder,

00:10:44.820 you have to have three scales. Scale, depth, and urgency. Scale, the scale of it, the depth of it,

00:10:54.380 every vertical, the scale of it, of all the verticals, the whole waterfront of everything that is,

00:10:59.260 has impacted the country. Everything that's taken away, destroyed the Constitutional Republic that

00:11:06.240 has destroyed our sovereignty, our territorial integrity, our citizens, all of it. From

00:11:13.160 Geneva and the World Health Institute, to where money's going all over the world, to the southern

00:11:19.300 border, to Latin America, to Canada, to the Arctic, to Ukraine, to Beijing, to Tehran, all

00:11:29.260 the capitals of Europe, to Los Angeles, to Chicago, everywhere. The scale of it. It's everything

00:11:38.560 all together. I think I know this pretty well because we've been working on it, I don't know,

00:11:45.280 for 10 years of my life, but for the last four years specifically, very detailed on the return.

00:11:50.320 You've been on the show. You follow the show. Those of you who came in after the election,

00:11:55.980 and so many people come up to you, you gave us hope. You gave us hope. Well, we weren't happy

00:11:59.280 talking to you. We said, here's how we do it. Here's how we do it. And this is the political

00:12:04.160 part where it starts the precinct strategy and rebuilds and rebuilds confidence. And you start

00:12:09.440 with the American Policy Institute and the Peter Navarro books and Project 25. And you build up

00:12:17.140 verticals in policy and also teams and cadres and a vanguard of a cadre. That's a revolutionary

00:12:24.180 movement. And now the scale of it is breathtaking. And I say that someone knows a little bit about

00:12:33.460 this. It's breathtaking. The depth of it is breathtaking. But the most impressive thing

00:12:42.200 is the urgency of it is the urgency of it. President Trump is acting in that saying, there are decades

00:12:50.120 that nothing happens. And then there's weeks that decades happen. This, these are the weeks

00:12:55.500 of Donald John Trump in 47. This is why it's the age of Trump. And they sit there. Do you honestly

00:13:03.980 think we're going to let the Gestapo get away with it? You know, it was a Quentin Tarantino,

00:13:14.260 these guys in Hollywood, they write these fantasy movies, what they would do to the Nazis, all

00:13:18.640 these fantasy movies, fantasy movies that wasn't done to the Nazis, all these fantasy movies,

00:13:23.260 like little nine-year-old boys were, let's have a fantasy movie. We're actually doing it.

00:13:29.800 But what you saw yesterday was nothing short of magnificent. Nothing short of magnificent.

00:13:43.320 And for those of you on the receiving end of this, the blunt force instrument that leaves

00:13:49.540 blunt force trauma, you did this to yourselves.

00:13:57.880 You brought this on yourselves. Action reveals character. You revealed your character over many

00:14:16.900 years because you thought you were untouchable. You thought you were impervious to all this.

00:14:23.140 You treated people like garbage. You destroyed people. You destroyed families. You tried to 1.00

00:14:29.080 destroy movements. You wanted to put Trump in this aspect of it in prison for 300 years. You wanted

00:14:36.700 him to die in a federal prison. Let me repeat this. You wanted him to die in a federal prison. Having 0.87

00:14:42.060 been to a federal prison, it's quite easy to die in a federal prison. You wanted him to die in a federal

00:14:47.620 prison. Did you honestly think there would not be accountability? Well, if you did, you were sadly.

00:15:00.180 Big victory on 5 November. Now the work can finally start on the big issues facing the country. One of the

00:15:06.460 biggest is the national debt and the deficits that drive it. Hey, you think the country's broke? The

00:15:12.840 country is broke. We're just printing money to keep this house of cards going. The strategy remains

00:15:19.360 the same for you. You've got to diversify. Diversify your savings. That's why buy gold from Birch Gold.

00:16:20.780 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.

00:16:23.380 Okay, welcome back. There's going to be much more of this. This had to be taken care of first. And

00:16:33.120 it's not stopped. Somebody contacted me the other day and said, you know, some of the senior guys over

00:16:37.040 there are very worried about their jobs. I said, they shouldn't be worried about their jobs. They

00:16:41.020 should be worried about their criminal defense. This is only the first step. Stage one. Step one.

00:16:46.800 We're not doing it for Trump. We're not doing it for Navarro, Bannon, or any of the thousand of J6 guys 1.00

00:16:55.780 rolled up, men and women. They have nothing to do with it. They're totally irrelevant. This has to be

00:17:03.440 done because it has to be done. We cannot allow this republic to go forward with this cancer. It's a

00:17:09.160 cancer over there. The deep state's a cancer. If they had, you could, you couldn't forgive them, but you 0.98

00:17:18.220 might understand if they'd done an amazing job and the country was both prosperous and peaceful. We're not,

00:17:25.280 we're besieged everywhere. And our enemies have infiltrated us and we underwrite them. You, your tax

00:17:33.140 dollars on to write them. That's why it's such a sham. This is why they're so offended on Thursday.

00:17:42.140 They were offended. You saw them, you see, you see, even with guys like Bennett was, Bennett's a school

00:17:46.800 teacher. Bennett was a school supervisor. There's some calm guy from Colorado. Do you see the viciousness

00:17:53.320 coming through on, on, on, on, um, Tulsi Gabbard about the Ukraine question? Maybe we can play that

00:18:00.920 a minute. We got work to do on Tulsi. I don't want to get too cocky because I think they may try to

00:18:09.520 call cash back because the events took place Friday. That's in perspective. This is how

00:18:15.760 president Trump, I believe is thinking cash hasn't been voted on his committee. Bobby has,

00:18:23.460 has not been voted on his committee. Uh, Tulsi has not been voted on the committee by the committee,

00:18:29.480 the convening, the, uh, the, uh, committee of authority. They go through first.

00:18:37.440 He doesn't care. He doesn't care. It's, it's, it's, it's absolutely important to him, um,

00:18:44.760 to make sure this thing is done and done, you know, done appropriately and done immediately and

00:18:52.080 done expeditiously with urgency. It's scale

00:18:56.860 because he's covering the waterfront in every vertical that we've talked about for years on

00:19:03.600 this show. They've got action plans or taking executive action. Remember the concept we laid

00:19:10.320 out to you? The violence of action, not that it's violent, but it's the violence of action

00:19:16.000 that Poso talks about. He'll be up here at 11. The violence of action, action, action, action,

00:19:23.460 action. You're the protagonist in your life. You're the protagonist in the story. You're driving action,

00:19:27.920 driving action, driving action, make them react.

00:19:31.040 Flood the zone. Action, action, action, flood the zone. Action, action, action, vertical,

00:19:38.940 vertical, vertical, wide across the thing. Scale, scale it, make it big, make it important.

00:19:46.260 They're so used to having power. See how lazy they've gotten? See how pathetic they are? See

00:19:52.320 the bleeding? You see the confirmations? They're bleeding out. Bleat, bleat. And Bobby Kennedy

00:20:01.740 finally having enough of it? Maybe get that clip for me later. Finally having a belly full of it?

00:20:09.300 Calls out Bernie Sanders. All you Bernie bros, I'll tell you, he's pathetic. Pathetic old man. 1.00

00:20:14.540 Totally irrelevant. Taking money from Big Pharma. And at the end, well, I raised $200 million, 1.00

00:20:21.000 only a million. You're pathetic. You're bought and paid for. Pathetic. Go talk about the minimum 1.00

00:20:25.660 wage. Another misdirection play. While you sit there and allow illegal immigrant invasion 0.99

00:20:33.380 come through in the H-1B visas. Glad you jumped in after we took on the oligarchs. Hey, dude,

00:20:41.260 hold my beer. Scale, depth, urgency. Scale, depth, urgency.

00:20:51.000 People around Trump, oh, you can't, you don't do this. Cash has not been voted. They have not been

00:20:55.400 voted to do, you know, you got, boom. How about this? Get rid of them and do it today. I want it

00:21:01.820 done by five o'clock. I want them out. I want them out of the building. What you folks should do,

00:21:07.780 don't worry about your jobs. Your jobs are gone because you've disgraced the institution

00:21:13.320 that you were sworn to uphold. You've disgraced your oath before God Almighty about defending the

00:21:22.520 Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. Turned out you were the domestic enemies.

00:21:27.260 Yes, you will go down in history because history is written by the victors and we are the victors

00:21:33.600 now and we will be the victors in the future and we will write the history.

00:21:36.840 And you are the villains. You're being cast out. Now you cast us out, but we were resilient. We had

00:21:47.120 nothing. We had no control, no access, nothing on any of the institutions of power in this nation.

00:21:53.960 Not Wall Street in the capital markets, not the corporatists in all the corporate power,

00:21:58.520 not the apartheid state in Silicon Valley, not the media in Hollywood, not the media in New York City,

00:22:03.600 the television media. We didn't have pop culture. We didn't have high culture. We didn't have the

00:22:09.840 universities. We didn't have the official churches. We had nothing, nothing, nothing but the indomitable

00:22:18.680 will of this movement, of a populist movement, of sovereign will. That's what populism is. What

00:22:25.460 you saw last night is applied populism. Through a blunt force instrument that happens to be the

00:22:33.240 47th president of the United States, delivering blunt force trauma. You saw him last night. That's

00:22:38.540 trauma. They're traumatized. Blunt force trauma.

00:22:45.480 My mom said, get a taste of your own medicine. They didn't like it. 0.72

00:22:51.360 And they're going to like it a lot less. Yeah, they're going to, they're going to strike back.

00:22:55.640 Of course they're going to strike back. They're quite powerful. They're going to strike back. Got

00:22:58.420 that. They're going to resist and then they're going to strike. That's why action, action,

00:23:03.600 action. Trump gets this. There's an article that they met with his team. I think it was

00:23:08.500 in the Atlantic. He met with his team and they had the executive orders. People were there

00:23:12.800 and they said, look, we have a program to roll these out over the first 30 days or the first

00:23:17.500 60 days. We'll drop one every couple of days and we'll have a press conference. He goes,

00:23:21.140 no, you get, get them ready. I'm one of them out. You know, one, two, three, bang,

00:23:25.080 bang, bang. Let's, let's roll. Let's go. Let's overwhelm. 0.53

00:23:30.920 Let's take on this apparatus and break it. Let's take the Praetorian guard and break it.

00:23:35.060 They don't seem so tough now, do they? Remember how high and mighty they were coming to the

00:23:40.020 microphone and you're this and you're that and having, having press conferences and, and

00:23:44.920 seeing people perp walked and seeing people in jail and the coming, you know, Jack Smith's

00:23:49.180 team came and sat in the front row when I was sentenced and they're laughing and joking.

00:23:54.880 Didn't bother me. Didn't care. The woman who stood and perjured herself in my trial, 0.94

00:24:01.080 it's a simple trial. One would perjure herself, lie, bald face lied, looked right there, bald 0.99

00:24:05.840 face lie. Set up with Jack Smith's, Jack Smith's guys, bald face lie. She scrambled, took a pardon, 0.94

00:24:13.960 begged for a pardon. Just like, just like all of them, begging for pardons. The J6 may don't 1.00

00:24:18.040 look so tough now, does it? Remember how puffed up they were in national TV and ABC news, breaking

00:24:23.980 news. Broadcast television, I think at first, broadcast TV, national TV. This is like Watergate.

00:24:31.680 This is bigger than Iran-Contra. Remember all that? Liz Cheney don't look so puffed up anymore, 1.00

00:24:39.440 does she? Benny Thompson. Remember how puffed up Benny Thompson was? Remember Benny?

00:24:45.380 Remember Kinzinger? Shifty shift. All those lies he told every nun of Rachel Maddow during Russia

00:24:52.920 hoax, all of that. Bald fate coming out. Just came at Intel. This will be damning to President

00:24:56.740 Trump. This will connect it. He's done. He's going to prison. Didn't on the committee. Just a shifty

00:25:03.140 shift. Grab himself a pardon. Not so sure those pardons are going to work. That's the next step.

00:25:09.620 You're just going to say, don't depend on those pardons. Don't count on them. Maybe you can bring

00:25:14.500 them up at your trial. Hey, I was given a pardon. Okay. Interesting. We'll check that out. Seems

00:25:21.200 like an interesting factoid. This was directed by the president of the United States. Let me repeat

00:25:29.420 this theory of the unified executive, unitary executive. He is. So if anyone out there is

00:25:39.460 missing it, and if I was the producers of the Rachel Maddow and all these guys, take your

00:25:45.360 number two pencil out and write this one down. He's the chief executive officer of the United

00:25:52.120 States government. And in that, if he wants to take the money and impound it,

00:25:59.420 he's going to take the money and impound it. Welch gets it. You heard him right there. He's

00:26:05.440 going to take the money and pound it. Number two, he's the commander in chief of the uniformed military

00:26:13.300 services. And if he decides at his sole discretion, let me repeat this, sole discretion,

00:26:22.620 to recall Milley to active duty, him put on a uniform and tell Hegseth and the team over the Pentagon

00:26:31.360 to convene a military tribunal under the uniform code of military justice and try Milley for treason,

00:26:42.600 that will be done. And last but not least, he is the chief magistrate and the chief law enforcement

00:26:54.860 officer of the country. The way that they really built in this kind of last phase, the deep state

00:27:01.520 and made it impervious and acted like they just acted is they had a coup against Richard Nixon. It

00:27:08.160 wasn't CIA and Woodward University. That was all part. But the main part, the central part was

00:27:12.940 Sirica, the federal court in D.C., the House staff lawyers and the Justice Department. Is this ring

00:27:20.080 a bell to anybody? Do you ring a ring a bell? Oh, yeah. I think they did that to Trump, too, didn't

00:27:24.880 they? And Trump's followers. Didn't they do that? Yeah. They laid the blueprint down. Jeff Shepard wrote

00:27:31.080 two books about it. They're brilliant. And Jeff Shepard should know. He was a lawyer in the White

00:27:36.960 House Counsel's Office and reported to the rat, John Dean. He saw it all. And he spent his life 0.92

00:27:43.580 documenting. Ask Monica Crowley. They ran out of the playbook and for years they hived off. They

00:27:48.740 hermetically sealed the FBI in the Justice Department for their own devices. Yesterday, on the 31st of

00:27:58.620 January, in the year of our Lord, 2025, that hermetically sealed institution, the seal was

00:28:05.000 broken. The seal was broken because the chief magistrate of the United States government, the

00:28:13.360 chief law enforcement officer, decided to break the seal. It's obvious the unthinkable continues.

00:28:23.240 Most Americans know something is very, very wrong. The people in charge keep telling you that

00:28:29.340 everything's fine and to stop noticing. But you know better. That's why self-reliant folks are

00:28:35.280 investing in emergency food storage. And you should, too. My Patriots Supply, the nation's largest

00:29:28.580 Go there today. Action, action, action.

00:29:32.240 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.

00:29:34.780 Okay, welcome back. So this is going to continue. They are purging. It's a purge. Some people around

00:29:53.080 the president don't want to say that, but it's a purge. You have to. You have to get the virus out of

00:29:59.820 the body. You have to. We allowed this country, Republicans, conservatives, myself, all of us,

00:30:09.840 we allowed this country to get in a terrible, terrible, terrible place, a dark place run by

00:30:15.180 bad people, evil people. There's not a difference in politics. There's not a difference in, you know,

00:30:22.240 I think the marginal tax rate should be there. No, I think it should be there. No, I think,

00:30:25.200 uh, you know, uh, this ought to be that, that ought to be this, the typical discourse of politics,

00:30:31.080 Obamacare. Remember the, remember the arguments in the tea party that seems so huge in those days.

00:30:36.120 They're so tiny today. This is different. This is how a free Republic, the last best hope of mankind,

00:30:47.460 because here, as Lincoln, Lincoln told us as the last, you know, can this whole, whole idea of

00:30:55.960 self-government work? What can't work if you have an apparatus that thinks it runs the deal and you're

00:31:03.220 just passing through and that's what we have. That's what the administrative state is. And that's

00:31:06.020 the deep states, they're kind of rogue element. And president Trump, yes, we're going after the

00:31:10.920 administrative state and Elon's doing some stuff and investing to Russ vote. And, you know,

00:31:15.800 there's budgets and process and critical paths and all that is all happening, but Hey,

00:31:19.740 you've got a bad element of this. That's deep state. And he ain't going to tolerate it.

00:31:27.380 Let me repeat. They tried to put him in prison for 300 years on just one aspect of it, 300 years

00:31:36.420 to die in prison, to die in prison. And you have people on J six. There was a guy in my cell block

00:31:44.520 across the, my cell and right across in his cell. I think he got 15 years. He's out now, by the way.

00:31:52.200 He's out. And look at these guys that just men and women just walked through the cabin. They didn't

00:31:58.380 care, break you and bankrupt you by legal. They don't care. They don't care. Your life's destroyed

00:32:04.580 and your business is gone. They don't care. They didn't care. They didn't care because they thought

00:32:09.020 you were powerless and you were never coming back. And now they understand that you actually

00:32:13.340 are, I don't know, pretty powerful. And president Trump's the avenging angel.

00:32:21.240 And he don't want to hear it. I think the timing of it is magnificent. Because for Fisher

00:32:30.080 Washington, oh my gosh, cash, you know, the committee and do ba-bing, ba-bang. And oh

00:32:34.520 my, oh my gosh, man, the committee, he doesn't give F-A-F-O. F-A-F-O. Donald Trump. Boom.

00:32:49.920 Yesterday. Had every option in the world to wait. Oh no, the committee will vote cash

00:32:53.860 today. And maybe the Senate floor and thing. He doesn't care. Doesn't care. I want it done.

00:33:01.700 I want to start to, I want to lance the boil and let's drain the pus out of it. And let's

00:33:06.880 do it now. Let's not wait. That's what an adult says. That's what a parent says. That's

00:33:10.920 what someone in charge says. Let's not wait. Let's take action. What did, what did Churchill

00:33:16.760 write on the top of the memos? Action this day. Action this day. Had all kinds of things

00:33:21.240 coming to him. People ended up being, everybody's got an idea. Everybody's got, you know, wants

00:33:25.600 to do this, wants to do that. Have proposals and programs and policies and all of it. Action

00:33:31.900 this day. That's how World War II was. One action this day. That's Trump. That's when so many

00:33:39.160 things happen simultaneously. This is just one aspect of it. You can take it, go back, you know,

00:33:44.480 from, from what we told you, the start stopping the kinetic part of the third world war to

00:33:48.080 the mass deportations, what, what you're doing on securing the border, all of it, but get

00:33:54.360 the military, get the military airlift command, get home and run around, go to the sanctuary

00:33:58.260 cities, get, get the, you know, put one on the hip of the, uh, the secretary of DHS in a

00:34:05.940 bulletproof vest and let her roll. Start rolling up some folks, all hands on deck. The financial 0.99

00:34:12.700 crisis, get, get best and get a vote. Let's get working on this. Elon, start, start taking

00:34:17.260 about billets. Let's just roll. Let's go. Action, action, action. Flood the zone. Keep

00:34:22.600 moving. They have no intellectual response. Don't give them time to organize. People say,

00:34:29.160 well, Steve, shouldn't you learn to have time to reflect? No, no. They've had plenty, they've

00:34:35.440 had decades in charge. Now they're not in charge. So let's make sure they understand how not

00:34:40.700 in charge. They are. Action, action, action. Go to the point of attack. In the point of attack,

00:34:53.920 put your best people and do not flinch, do not falter. Move it. Action, action, action.

00:35:01.220 And then you have, you have all the media and there are all the customs and norms.

00:35:04.700 We have some work to do on this and we're going to kind of play, can I play, let's play Tulsi

00:35:13.060 Gabbard. We've got some work. 202-225-202, excuse me, 224-3121. That would be the Senate.

00:35:22.800 Oh, they get called 225 over at the house and get put to the Senate. They'll be hiding today.

00:35:28.380 They're actually working. I think they're going to be hiding. They're probably not going to pick up

00:35:31.420 your calls. That's get Bill Blaster or, or get Mike Davis in the team. You saw Mike, you saw

00:35:39.440 Mike's response was last night, just loving what's going on. Let's play. We have a little,

00:35:45.100 I think work, we have work to do on Bobby. We have work to do on cash. May have a little

00:35:49.600 more work to do on Tulsi. We're going to get there, but we have to let people know what

00:35:54.120 the stakes are. This is not a free choice. It has to be contextualized. Like the president,

00:36:02.480 this is the team he wants. He gets his team. And if you're not going to vote that way, well,

00:36:07.560 guess what? Actions, ideas have consequences and actions have consequences. Let's go and play Tulsi.

00:36:15.140 Tulsi Gabbard's the opposite of qualified. She may be less qualified for this job than Pete 1.00

00:36:19.720 Hegseth was to, to run the defense department. Yeah, that's a, that's a pretty neck and neck

00:36:25.460 competition there among the various nominees that are up right now about who's least qualified

00:36:31.520 for their jobs. I still think Hegseth wins simply because of the size of the defense department

00:36:37.160 and his inability and inexperience to, to deal with that. But Gabbard, I mean, I think, you know,

00:36:44.340 one of the things that has been so distressing about, about these hearings and you see it,

00:36:49.780 especially with the Gabbard, um, hearing, are any of those Republican senators really behind

00:36:54.700 closed doors, but any of them turn to turn to each other and say, yeah, you know, I'm a little

00:36:58.820 concerned about her views, but she's, she's totally qualified. She's an absolutely credible choice.

00:37:03.580 Um, this is another example, I think of Donald Trump intentionally choosing people who are 0.95

00:37:11.000 unqualified and controversial because he's actually not trying to reform or improve any of these

00:37:16.480 organizations, except in the case of the defense department and the FBI and particularly DNI people

00:37:23.400 could die. And, and the danger at DNI is that the folks who die, if CIA agents in the field die,

00:37:31.280 no one ever gets to know about it. A star goes up at Langley. You will never know their names,

00:37:36.560 but all that is secondary to Donald Trump trying to break and own the, and then own the pieces of

00:37:44.480 these institutions. He views the intelligence community as his opponent. He views the justice

00:37:48.960 department as an enemy. He loathes the FBI, um, you know, as one of the institutions that was charged

00:37:56.840 with, uh, holding him accountable for his actions. And so the idea, I mean, the Republican narrative on

00:38:03.020 this is, well, Americans have questions and concerns about these institutions. And so we have to fix them

00:38:08.320 and we have to bring in kind of out of the box thinking, but that's not what's going on here.

00:38:12.700 And Gabbard, I think is really the example of this is not intended to actually

00:38:18.040 improve these institutions and destroy them.

00:38:21.100 So whether, let me ask you, I've worked very hard to put your own words here in front of the committee,

00:38:26.820 not, you know, fake news, not conspiracy theories on the internet, but the actual things that you have

00:38:34.400 said on February 23rd, 2022, at the very moment that Russian tanks were rolling across the peaceful

00:38:45.340 border of Ukraine for the first time, you tweeted at 11 30 PM, your time, this war and suffering

00:38:54.540 could have easily been avoided if Biden administration slash NATO had simply acknowledged

00:39:01.080 Russia's legitimate, legitimate security concerns regarding Ukraine's becoming a member of NATO.

00:39:08.180 Did you say that? Yes or no? I believe you're reading my tweet, Senator.

00:39:12.120 Yes, is the answer. A few months later, you said on your podcast and I quoted it quote,

00:39:19.160 but this regime change war against Russia that the US and NATO are waging via their proxy in Ukraine

00:39:27.620 didn't begin when Putin invaded Ukraine. They had their eyes set on this objective long before that.

00:39:35.420 Did you say that? Yes or no? I believe you're reading my tweet. There's a lot more.

00:39:40.760 Yes, you are agreeing that you basically said that Putin was justified in rolling over

00:39:46.600 the peaceful border of Ukraine. The first time since World War II that a free nation had been invaded

00:39:54.500 by a totalitarian state. And you were there at 11 30 PM that night to say that you were with them,

00:40:03.760 not us. If you see you're with them, not us, who is us? Bennett, the blood on your hands, bro.

00:40:12.960 I know you're, I don't know, school district superintendent or something out of Colorado.

00:40:20.160 Look at what you said there. What she said is absolutely 1000% correct. Not, you know, not 999, 1000% correct.

00:40:29.280 Look at what Ukraine is today. Exactly what we told you was going to happen. And now Bennett and all these 1.00

00:40:36.640 guys want to run or they want to throw some more money in, but they would basically run. And you're

00:40:42.760 going to sit there. The thing that got me, if you watch historical documentaries, that's like the Nazi 0.84

00:40:49.540 judges back in the thirties, haranguing, haranguing the resistance people they would pick up. You know,

00:40:56.060 they wouldn't let them, they take their belts off and put oversized pants. They try everything to do

00:41:00.340 the humility in front of people. And then these Nazi judges, just like Bennett, haranguing, haranguing,

00:41:05.940 haranguing. Who are you, dude? Some goofball from Colorado. You're going to harangue her. 1.00

00:41:16.620 202-224-3121. If you don't think we need Tulsi Gabbard, you're mistaken. We need Tulsi Gabbard,

00:41:22.800 big league. That was pure calm before the storm. That was centered, unflappable. And they came at

00:41:33.780 her hard. They may hate her. It's interesting. They may hate her more than they hate all the rest of

00:41:39.000 them. There's something about Tulsi Gabbard that triggers them, that triggers a weasel like Bennett. 0.74

00:41:46.640 Look at that. Is that disgraceful? That's the beta male. That's the devil. 0.89

00:41:52.800 Democratic Party beta male right there. You see it. Can't stand up to anything in real life. But 0.55

00:41:58.240 man, you give him a gavel, you put him behind, you give him a desk, give him a nameplate,

00:42:03.720 give him a title. He's a senator from Colorado. He's not a little Weasley, I don't know, school board

00:42:11.840 district chairman or school board superintendent. He's not Superintendent Bennett. He's a United States

00:42:17.720 senator. He's gonna let her know he's just a Nazi judge. This all has to be purged, folks. Has to be. 0.92

00:42:30.980 We're not a constitutional republic if we don't.

00:42:37.640 They see the end of it all. That's why it's so vicious. That's why they're striking out so hard.

00:42:44.160 When I say the end of it all, it's gonna take years.

00:42:47.360 But they are now starting to realize how it could end if we are relentless and determined and focused.

00:43:02.140 that's the question. That's the question before us today. That's what Tulsi Gabbard stands for.

00:43:13.160 That's what Kennedy stands for and Kash Patel stands for. They're now

00:43:17.760 symbolic. It's not just the people themselves. It's symbolic. It's the reason we have to have

00:43:26.020 them. It's not a choice. We have to have them. We must have them. And we will have them.

00:43:31.660 I want to warn you of a huge change that could be coming to our money in our bank accounts.

00:43:37.320 First, think back to 9-11, shortly after the government pushed through the Patriot Act.

00:43:41.420 This gave the government power to spy on innocent Americans by monitoring our phone and email and

00:43:47.400 tracking our movement across the Internet. Now, Jim Rickards, editor of the independent financial

00:43:52.920 newsletter Strategic Intelligence and New York Times bestselling author, is warning about a coming

00:43:58.520 event that could elevate this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level. In fact,

00:44:04.400 some of the guests I've had on The War Room believe that the government will soon expand their powers

00:44:08.800 to track our every move. If we say the wrong things on social media, donate to the wrong causes,

00:44:14.980 buy firearms, or even vote MAGA, the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts.

00:44:21.800 I can't say for sure if this will happen, but it's an interesting and dire warning. Fortunately,

00:44:27.840 Jim Rickards, an American patriot and friend of mine, has made it his mission to educate us on

00:44:32.620 what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself from the possibility of programmable money.

00:44:39.660 Watch Jim's warning video now before it's censored like I've been in the past. Go to

00:44:45.780 RickardsWarRoom.com. That's RickardsWarRoom.com now to see the video.

00:44:51.820 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.

00:44:54.220 Okay, Tej Gill is with us. Tej, by the way, Harnwell is going to be at the top of the hour,

00:45:01.900 Jack Posobiec. We're going to have more to go through. Once again, Tulsi Gabbard, Robert F.

00:45:06.900 Kennedy Jr., Cash Patel. That is the work before us today, obviously. We have to get Tulsi over the

00:45:13.640 hump. If Grace can put up the Senate Intel Committee, I'll maybe do that in the next hour. 0.99

00:45:20.740 Remember, let's get that in the live chat. Let's get that everywhere. The people you should be

00:45:25.780 calling today and work them and work them hard. This one is a no-brainer. Look at her grace and 1.00

00:45:33.140 presence the other day. Just amazing. And she will do an amazing job. You know why I know she'll do an

00:45:38.960 amazing job? The people that have destroyed this country hate her. So just her being there is going 1.00

00:45:45.480 to be, you're three-quarters of the way to a great job. And remember, weasels like Bennett.

00:45:53.920 This is why these guys are so dangerous. All these beta males, they can't do anything in real life.

00:45:59.920 You give them a little power, give them a little taste of power. This is kind of how the Nazis were 0.86

00:46:04.780 just saying. Go look at them. Does Himmler look like a, does he look like an alpha male? Don't think

00:46:12.760 so. Hitler, alpha male? Don't think so. These guys look like, those guys look like alpha males? Don't

00:46:18.320 think so. Kind of like the, you know, a lot of Hess kind of reminds me of Bennett. Just saying. Go back

00:46:25.080 and read it. Go back and study it. They weren't really alpha males in the thing called the real world.

00:46:30.820 Give them a little power. Get a little taste of power. You see what happens. Bad things happen.

00:46:38.200 80th anniversary of Auschwitz. And Auschwitz is just not simply about the Jews. It's everything.

00:46:44.820 You know, it's the gypsies. It's the Catholics, the priests, the Poles, all of it. Give them a little 1.00

00:46:49.440 power. That's what it's going to do. You don't think Bennett, look at him. He's like a Nazi judge.

00:46:54.540 You don't think they had the, if they had the option, if we, the option, be sending her a witness,

00:47:01.200 get them off, go to the gulag. That's what they did. This is how they ran the deal. This is why the

00:47:05.640 FBI was the American Gestapo. I don't take pride in saying that. When I was a kid in the, uh, in the

00:47:13.300 parish, little St. Paul's parish, the most revered, weren't the doctors and the lawyers, the revered

00:47:22.400 guys with a couple of, uh, dads that were FBI agents. Cause you had a lot of mix. You had to

00:47:28.200 be a lawyer and accountant, had a lot of Irish there, a lot of hammerheads. They were the revered

00:47:33.260 guys. They're FBI, part of Hoover's FBI. Revered. Yep. It's interesting that the modern FBI

00:47:42.780 went after, when they say the Richmond office, no, that's, they went after Steve Bannon's

00:47:47.860 parents, traditional Latin mass, tiny parish that was started because the Bishop allowed

00:47:56.020 the Latin mass to be said. And all the people, when the Latin mass came together, they had a

00:47:59.800 tiny little parish and they had some of the Benedictine monks at the military school where

00:48:04.360 I went, went over there and started part time to do it. Cause, and they came from all over

00:48:09.660 and these were the deplorables. This was the blue collar of the blue collar.

00:48:15.140 The families that had, you know, eight and nine kids like the old Catholic families, the 1.00

00:48:18.940 throwbacks and had the kids that all served in the military and some that went to the Naval

00:48:23.420 Academy and some that went to West Point. It is the epitome, the manifestation of the best

00:48:30.920 in this country. People had nothing material. You could tell the kids all had hand-me-downs,

00:48:35.400 but they had something that more than the billionaires families and the billionaires kids.

00:48:41.140 I've seen, I've seen the rich and I've seen the working class poor and what the, what those

00:48:46.720 families got in that parish, you can't replace. There's not enough gold on earth to replace

00:48:51.960 it. It's everything.

00:48:56.140 It's everything. It's everything that's good in this country. I've seen all the wealthy kids

00:49:02.200 and all the wealthy families, all the madness there. And what does the FBI do? They wrote

00:49:07.940 reports. They looked at that. That's, that's, that's white supremacy. That's white nationalism.

00:49:12.800 That's, that's disruptive. That's how evil, the deepness in the evil, it's evil. What was 0.96

00:49:19.840 in the building? That's why that building, no cash. It's not a museum to the deep state.

00:49:23.880 You're just wrong there, sir. That building, which is brutalist architecture. It is such a

00:49:31.260 scar on Pennsylvania Avenue. It has to be taken apart brick by brick and the earth salted

00:49:41.560 around it like Carthage and nothing ever again, ever put there as a memorial to what was allowed

00:49:52.480 to take place in the late 20th and early 21st century forever. Nothing could ever be built

00:50:01.600 there. And just a small plaque in the middle to remind people that both political parties

00:50:08.720 and the American people and have these things in Hollywood with the FBI shows. First thing

00:50:15.000 I told kids, you got to go to Hollywood. First thing is take all the intellectual property.

00:50:19.040 It's a disgrace. You have these shows and these people are all like superheroes. No, no,

00:50:24.900 no. They're evil. It's evil. It's evil. When I'm in prison and you have these, the holiest people, 0.98

00:50:33.580 the nicest people you will ever meet for praying the rosary outside of an abortion mill and you get 0.87

00:50:42.740 five years in a federal prison and the way they were rousted and jackbooted and kicked down their

00:50:49.700 doors and intimidate their families, intimidate their little children so that psychological scar is

00:50:53.740 always there. And you want mercy, you will not get mercy. I'm sorry. You will get justice. Yep.

00:51:02.780 Unleavened with mercy. Accountability and justice. You must. It must happen. This republic, we can never

00:51:12.040 get this. We can't get onto the road to the constitutionality. You can't get onto the road

00:51:16.320 of what the framers and the revolutionary generation had in mind until that is done.

00:51:24.220 And that's why it must be done. It's not Trump. It's not about Trump. It's about something far

00:51:28.880 deeper. It's about what Trump is for the ages. Yep. Very imperfect. A very imperfect instrument.

00:51:43.700 And it's the imperfections that highlight the greatness. It's where we are. We're not backing

00:51:54.440 off this at all. If they think we're going to back off, they are mistaken. This has to play out

00:52:04.560 to its logical conclusion. That's what Trump's on the hero's journey. Yep. Speaking of the hero's

00:52:14.040 journey, the right stuff. What a way to end. I got some pretty big heroes on the other side.

00:52:18.720 Tej Gill, Jack Posobiec, the one and only Ben Harnwell, all join us in the war room after a short

00:52:26.780 90-second commercial break.
