Tulsi Gabbard is confirmed as the next Director of National Intelligence, a position that has long been in the works. She is the first woman to be confirmed as a DNI in over 30 years and has a background in the intelligence community. She has been a member of the House Intelligence Committee for over 20 years and served as a prosecutor in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
00:01:05.000Because I know Tase has done tons of exercises with Blackhawks.
00:01:07.000And Jack, I know you have a perspective.
00:01:09.000I just want to say Pete Hex is doing such an amazing job over at the Pentagon already.
00:01:14.000News this morning, folks, that New York Times, Politico, or a couple of other mainstream, I think NPR, all lost their workstations at the Pentagon Media Room, replaced by Breitbart.
00:02:12.000I think Collins, Todd Young, and Lankford, if you've got time today, make sure you make a call, send an email, send a text message, get to their staffs or whatever.
00:02:22.000But Sobek, how important, you're coming from the Intel community.
00:02:26.000How important is Tulsi Gabbard in this moment in time to be the head of DNI, sir?
00:03:26.000She knows everything that she's talking about chapter and verse.
00:03:29.000She knows the FISA Act frontwards and backwards.
00:03:32.000She knows the programs frontwards and backwards.
00:03:35.000And I hear, by the way, that the classified portion of the hearing was even more fiery, at least the stuff they were throwing at her, than the unclassified side that was public.
00:03:45.000And in fact, that she knew every single question that they asked her.
00:03:49.000So there's a lot of nonsense about her being unprepared.
00:04:33.000She laid bare the lies of the intelligence community to the American people going back over a period of 25 years.
00:04:41.000The very first time that they lied about the weapons of mass destruction and Iraq and saying that Saddam Hussein had something to do with 9-11.
00:05:03.000All of the lies that have been told to the American people and the persecutions that have been done, particularly, by the way, even to Catholics.
00:05:10.000And so when you see that coming out of the bat, what she's saying is I am not going to compromise my integrity, even though I promise that I will do this job apolitically.
00:05:22.000Now, when it comes to the committee, interestingly enough, Collins was one of the one of the names going into this that a lot of us were looking at.
00:05:29.000We were reading the tea leaves and saying Collins was the one that's on the on the on the bubble because, all right, Collins has serious misgivings regarding Snowden.
00:05:37.000I mean, you know, of course, Snowden became a huge issue for Langford as well as for Todd Young and a number of others.
00:05:44.000And Tulsi came out and said very straightforwardly, look, we need to establish a better whistleblower process.
00:05:52.000And she said, I don't agree with the way Snowden did what he did.
00:05:55.000But the issue was the whistleblower process at the time was set up to persecute whistleblowers.
00:06:02.000And so you have to look at these things in totality.
00:06:05.000And she said, you know, look, when it comes.
00:06:07.000But hang on, but hang on, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
00:06:13.000I want to go back to Snowden because there are some people may not followed it.
00:06:19.000They went off the chain on Snowden, not because of what Snowden did.
00:06:25.000They went off the chain with Snowden because he exposed how they were spying on the American people and they couldn't lie about it anymore.
00:06:34.000Right. This is why they want to try for treason.
00:06:48.000So what Snowden exposed was the fact that Clapper and Brennan both lied in their testimony to that very committee, the Senate Intelligence Committee regarding the warrantless wiretapping on American citizens.
00:07:03.000And they were never prosecuted for that ever.
00:07:09.000Bannon had to spend four months in a federal correctional institute for essentially a similar crime where they claimed that you refused a subpoena.
00:07:19.000So they actually went up there and lied.
00:07:25.000There's never been any repercussions for them, by the way.
00:07:28.000Don't recall Brennan and Clapper getting pardons.
00:07:31.000Snowden's just saying, just saying, don't recall them ever getting pardoned.
00:07:34.000I'm not sure what the statute of limitations for perjury to the United States Senate is.
00:07:37.000But, you know, there's there's there's things that are going to be under review.
00:07:40.000And that was the big reason that they themselves exposed the dog that's not barking is if you're so upset about Snowden, wouldn't you also be so upset about the Intel directors lying to your faces?
00:07:55.000Or what if, Steve, what if the dirty little secret is they knew about the wiretapping program all along because they were the ones that were read into it and they were the ones who signed off on it?
00:08:07.000And what they're really upset about is that the American people found out about it.
00:08:50.000It's not just that Snowden exposed the program.
00:08:52.000He exposed the farce that has been this Senate Intel Committee for so long.
00:08:56.000And Sulcy Gabbard coming in there and saying, look, sure, we can find ways to fix the process.
00:09:01.000But the underlying truth that was revealed was so much more important to the American people that you can't sit here and say that I'm going to come in as a reformer if I'm going to continue business as usual.
00:09:12.000That's the trap that they were trying to lay for her.
00:09:14.000And unfortunately, you got these guys like Langford from Oklahoma.
00:09:17.000And by the way, Todd Young from Indiana playing his I'm the last Boy Scout.
00:09:23.000I'm the only one who cares about the it's like James Comey all over again.
00:09:27.000I'm the last bishop, you know, the cardinal, whatever they want to call himself.
00:09:30.000And he wants to run around up there saying I'm the only one who truly defends the Constitution while letting these agencies completely run amok of the rights of the American people.
00:09:40.000Jack, before we lose you, two more things I want to hit is real quickly.
00:09:49.000Why is it imperative for this audience to put his shoulders through the wheel to get Tulsi over the top in your in your opinion?
00:09:56.000Well, there's there's two reasons, right?
00:09:58.000Number one, it's because this was the choice of President Trump.
00:10:02.000President Trump's nominees must get across.
00:10:05.000We saw what happened with Matt Gaetz when they've turfed out Matt Gaetz, when they bounced him.
00:10:10.000That was the old guard coming in and reasserting their their weight that they have in Washington.
00:10:17.000At the end of the day, we can't allow those people a foot in the door.
00:10:20.000We have we are doing the work of saving the Republic.
00:10:24.000We are saving the American project from complete implosion and complete destruction.
00:10:30.000We saw the road that we were on to full on communism.
00:10:34.000So these moves that are being made with President Trump at the helm.
00:10:38.000These are the moves that he is designed to save America.
00:10:42.000And so if you want to actually do that, then you must support his nominees all the way through.
00:10:47.000Number two, Tulsi Gabbard, if you if they bounce her, which I don't think is going to happen, by the way.
00:10:53.000But hypothetically, I'll play devil's advocate here.
00:10:55.000If they if they were able to bounce her, then the next person you might get in there.
00:11:01.000It's going to be someone who is, quote unquote, got the resume, someone who spent time in the intel community, someone who really knows the rope, someone who's highly respected in Washington.
00:11:10.000The most dangerous words to any patriot's ears should be when someone is described as highly respected in Washington.
00:11:19.000That's the last thing you want to hear from anybody.
00:11:22.000As I say, never trust anyone who doesn't have at least two hit pieces.
00:11:26.000Jack, the whole Blackhawk situation, any any updates on that?
00:12:00.000You had entire families in some cases.
00:12:02.000And so look, at the end of the day, I understand that this family is looking for with the name of this third pilot who was there, who was under evaluation.
00:12:11.000And I understand and respect, by the way, the service of their their daughter, the service of their wife.
00:12:19.000But at the same time, the American people do deserve answers on this.
00:12:23.000We know the policy typically, even in Iraq and Afghanistan, when when a soldier dies in the line of duty, you get the name within 24 hours.
00:12:30.000And so I can understand wanting to respect the service and we do need to respect the service.
00:12:34.000But the American people also need to be respected.
00:12:37.000And the true story of what actually happened there absolutely has to come out.
00:12:41.000So we'll give the family the time that they need.
00:12:43.000But at the same time, there needs to be a full accounting of what really went on here.
00:13:04.000Jack, there's all kind of talk over the around the White House.
00:13:09.000Don't know if it's happening, but there may be a bigger move on cutting funding for Ukraine.
00:13:13.000What's the latest, you know, on where we stand with President Trump moving a ceasefire, all of it framework for getting out of there?
00:13:21.000Look, I mentioned this yesterday on the show, but I'll throw it out again.
00:13:26.000With Denmark giving that green light on Nord Stream 2, the rumor going around Washington is that there may have been some phone calls going on behind the scenes regarding actually putting this thing to bed.
00:13:38.000Jack Pasovic, where did we get you this weekend?
00:13:40.000Because people are going to be working Article 3 and Bill Blaster to work on Tulsi, Bobby Kennedy, and Kash Patel.
00:13:47.000Where can people find you for your 24-7 breaking news, sir?
00:13:51.00024-7 will be up at Jack Pasovic on X, Truth, Getter, Telegram, everywhere.
00:14:09.000And let them know, let them know that the choice of the American people is Tulsi Gabbard, Lieutenant Colonel Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence.
00:18:51.000Like you said, I've got tons of hours flying in the back of these helicopters and training missions all over the US, all over the world, and real world combat missions in the war zones.
00:19:02.000And another thing is I used to do ground mobility.
00:20:31.000And Pete Hegsup said that this was a continuity of government training mission.
00:20:38.000And the continuity of government mission is a doomsday mission.
00:20:41.000And these guys flying these VH-60 Whitehawks, they fly into the capital and they evacuate VIPs, congressmen, whoever, the secretary of defense, these type of people.
00:20:53.000So these are not your run of the mill pilots.
00:20:56.000These are hand selected pilots with a lot of flight hours.
00:21:09.000These are people that have flown into the hardest.
00:21:11.000This is the best of the best of a group that's already the best.
00:21:14.000Helicopter pilots in the military, both the Navy, the Marine Corps, the Army and the Air Force.
00:21:20.000These are, I actually say, and it's not just my kid brother's a helicopter pilot, but I've seen operations around destroyers with Navy pilots.
00:22:32.000It's, it seems like there's something fishy going on with this.
00:22:35.000I mean, I hate to say it, but it almost seems intentional, you know, that the, the vector of the helicopter, they fly directly into this airliner that's completely lit up.
00:22:47.000So, either that or the DEI has infiltrated all these, every unit and, you know, the DEI equals the confidence.
00:22:56.000Here's the thing, they say that, like the air traffic controller, they say she didn't give the angle, which you should, you know, CGR, you know, bearing 090 or 035, whatever, she didn't give the bearing.
00:23:15.000If you don't say that, and they've had air traffic controllers coming on this also, you got to give the bearing because there's other, you know, there's other, there's other planes and there was one taking off.
00:23:24.000But even with that, for 17, 15, 16, 17 seconds, your constant bearing decreasing range on this and you can see it lit up.
00:23:33.000Even if you got night vision on the, the, the co-pilot, somebody's got the plot.
00:23:38.000We got to get to Bob and Pete and those guys over there.
00:24:16.000Tej, after all those, and Tej was in the, was in the soup, as we say, you came to the conclusion you wanted a coffee because you drink unlimited gallons of coffee when you're in your line of work or as a naval officer or destroyer or in a ready room with the, with the pilots.
00:24:35.000Uh, you want the brew be a little better than burnt Navy coffee, right?
00:24:39.000So you dedicate your life after service to your country for so many decades to coffee.
00:24:44.000Tell me about the, tell me why you've dedicated your life to coffee and what'd you come up with?
00:24:48.000I just want, I wanted to, and it's still teams.
00:24:52.000We always had the best gear and, um, the best guys.
