Summary
A government shutdown is on the horizon. Speaker John Boehner has a hard choice to make. Is he prepared to go on the Hill to get things done or will the government be forced to shut down on March 14th without a deal from Congress?

Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I rise today because I am deeply concerned that we are headed
00:00:06.660
towards a government shutdown, which is on March 14th. And it's not about whether Democrats or
00:00:13.660
Republicans would win politically, because we know the American people will lose. But let me tell you
00:00:18.840
why I'm deeply concerned that we are headed to a government shutdown on March 14th. I'm worried
00:00:24.460
because the Speaker has not brought the 12 individual spending bills the way we should
00:00:31.380
fund the government. In fact, the promise that was made by my Republican colleagues on how we would
00:00:37.340
fund the government. Republicans have made the argument that the last election was about the
00:00:42.620
status quo disappearing. It can't exist. People are fed up. They created Doge, right? Doge, which is
00:00:51.180
going through the federal government and finding fraud, waste, and abuse, so they say, so they claim.
00:00:59.520
But if that's true, Mr. Speaker, if Elon Musk and Doge has found all this fraud and waste and abuse,
00:01:05.220
hundreds of billions of dollars, as they claim, well then, Mr. Speaker, we can't fund the government
00:01:11.360
by CR anymore because the CR would refund all of that waste, fraud, and abuse that Doge has found,
00:01:19.300
which means the only way to fund the government is to fund it by individual spending bills. But we're
00:01:25.660
running out of time, Mr. Speaker. We have a month before the government shuts down. We got to get
00:01:30.320
back to the process of individual spending bills. If we don't, if we don't, then the Speaker will be
00:01:36.120
the one who will have closed the government for the American people. And so I'm concerned. I'm here
00:01:42.880
to work with the Speaker on the 12 individual spending bills. Democrats are at the table
00:01:47.960
to do that. But we have to be honest. We can't tell the American people we're for reducing fraud,
00:01:55.780
waste, and abuse. We're for government efficiency. Look at all these things we have found and then say,
00:02:02.200
but we're going to refund them all with a clean CR. And so, Mr. Speaker, I rise to say,
00:02:08.840
I'm here. I'm willing to stay weekends. I'm willing to work for the next month so that we can fund the
00:02:14.960
government appropriately by the 12 individual spending bills, a promise that my Republican
00:02:20.840
colleagues made. But the Speaker's got to start getting that train moving. Otherwise, he will close
00:02:27.540
the government. Can we go on the Hill today? They had Johnson open to, and I don't think I got it to
00:02:34.000
you, but if we can get Johnson's open to a clean CR for the rest of the year. So, and we'll dip back
00:02:41.520
into this budget hearing. Jody Arrington has been probably one of the guys up there trying to cut
00:02:47.080
the budget most. But they do these 10-year bills and one Congress can't bind another. They do these
00:02:53.820
10-year bills. It's really a theoretical exercise. We're in a financial crisis. It's a turnaround.
00:03:01.820
In a turnaround, the only thing that matters is the here and now. I need to know what action we're
00:03:08.260
taking today. What did Churchill put on the top of the memo? Every day, they would send him stuff.
00:03:14.460
Do this, do that, ba-bing, I got this, I think you do. Action this day. Action this day. Action this day.
00:03:21.460
Take action on it. You have Doge running around, and look, it is a blunt force instrument,
00:03:28.680
and you can already tell the blunt force trauma. Now, I would like to codify some of this and see,
00:03:34.440
because you have things coming out, and like USAID, people have worked on that for years. It's great.
00:03:40.200
It's being exposed now. It should have been exposed to all these committees, and remember,
00:03:46.780
we ran these committees under Paul Ryan. We ran these committees under Kevin McCarthy before McCarthy
00:03:52.680
was turfed out. We lost those fights. The Republicans are the ones that helped cover it up.
00:03:58.220
Democrat money laundering operations. It's all over the place. The cash is all over the place.
00:04:05.920
But like I have said on this show since, I don't know, December when Doge was kind of announced,
00:04:13.880
you have to merge the processes, and I recommended that Doge be a part of OMB. Guess what? It's part of
00:04:20.660
OMB. Office of Management Budget is what works through. It has to manage what the Appropriations
00:04:26.280
Committee comes out with. But Russ Fote and those guys are deep into the details programmatically.
00:04:34.200
What you have to do, and I said this, you had to merge the processes, the Doge process with the
00:04:38.300
Appropriations process. That's Moskovitz. His staff is obviously watching the show. Fine. I love it.
00:04:43.360
I'd love to have a Democrat up there saying it. Now, he's trying to do it from political points,
00:04:47.300
but that's fine. That's okay. He laid out the MAGA case. He laid out what we fought McCarthy
00:04:56.000
about in January of 2023. Remember that? Single subject appropriations bills. Why do we fight so
00:05:02.320
hard for that? Because theoretically, that's where you see in USAID all the nonsense, all the crap.
00:05:09.380
You can argue that at a subcommittee level, even before you go up to a committee level.
00:05:12.840
It's about the process. They say, oh, they're not institutionalists. They want to burn it to the
00:05:17.240
ground. No, we actually are the ones that got into the system to work the system.
00:05:22.800
But since the system's protected, and Hawley just told you, you think Hawley's job's
00:05:26.600
a popular job in the Senate? The guy gets grief every day. That's one of the reasons I like having
00:05:31.980
him on here. You hear it all the time. Hawley's out on the limb. Hawley's on an island.
00:05:40.080
Because he's trying to stand up for working class people in this country.
00:05:48.100
Oh, cash vote's about to start right now. Let's go to... I'll continue this rant after a cash vote. Let's go.
00:05:58.480
We're trying to do this in live television. Let's put in a box right there.
00:06:01.620
So cash, this is the committee level. If they talk, let me know. We'll go to it.
00:06:06.160
the vote of 12 to 10 uh the nomination will be favorably reported to the uh floor uh
00:06:20.080
and uh well some uh i gotta go vote will some senator on my side stay
00:06:36.160
i believe that this country in this congress is in the midst of what has been a slow moving but rapidly
00:06:47.680
accelerating constitutional crisis it began most visibly on january 6th of 2021 when the two norms
00:07:02.560
of this republic the peaceful transfer of power and the renunciation of violence were breached
00:07:14.400
many members of the house and senate voted against certifying the election of the person chosen
00:07:29.840
in president trump today continues to assert that the 2020 election was stolen
00:08:01.040
use the powers of the presidency to implement the policies that he advocates
00:08:06.160
he's not entitled to violate the constitution in his effort to do so
00:08:22.240
the beginning of the trump administration is showing a contempt for the constitution
00:08:28.000
and a lawlessness that is dangerous to the future of our republic
00:08:49.280
removing leaders of agencies including inspector generals against
00:08:59.120
firing government employees subject who have civil service protections
00:09:06.480
threatening to deport people based on their political views
00:09:18.320
these are just some of the actions that the president has taken
00:09:33.600
on monday a federal judge said that the white house defied his order to release billions of dollars in federal grants
00:09:42.560
marking the first time a judge has expressly declared that the trump administration
00:09:58.640
where in addition to acting without the authority
00:10:02.160
the president is indicating he will defy rulings
00:10:07.040
from the third branch of our government to judiciary
00:10:12.480
vance has made very clear his point of view on this
00:10:16.480
judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate powers
00:10:23.760
of course under our constitution since marbury versus madison
00:10:34.480
that the administration is showing maximum contempt
00:10:45.440
for core constitutional values including most importantly the separation
00:11:02.640
there are many in this committee that are fully in support of the policies
00:11:19.140
But the unique responsibility each of us as a United States senator has
00:11:23.720
is to guarantee that in pursuit of those policies,
00:11:28.080
it is done within the constitutional boundaries.
00:11:32.580
This is not just to talk about civic aspiration.
00:11:40.520
It's a recognition that the separation of powers,
00:11:51.640
that the concept that ambition in the executive should be matched with ambition in the legislature,
00:12:04.040
We have fierce debates about important public policy matters.
00:12:11.420
But what allows us to resolve those, despite disagreements, intense disagreements,
00:12:24.060
is the pushing and the shoving, the engagement, the winning and moving forward,
00:12:34.480
losing a fight and falling back, but all within the norms of the Constitution.
00:12:44.100
That's being threatened, and I don't say that lightly.
00:12:48.420
But what has happened on January 6th is continuing.
00:12:51.440
And where we saw the Stop the Steal, the renunciation of the decision that the American people made in 2020 in that election,
00:13:04.920
and the candidates, many of them who came before us, including Mr. Patel,
00:13:09.340
unable to simply say who won the 2020 election,
00:13:20.400
and then with President Trump in his first weeks in office,
00:13:27.720
acting in ways that challenge the constitutional order.
00:13:33.040
I'm voting against Mr. Patel because he is clearly an instrument in that effort
00:13:44.960
to continue eroding the precepts of the Constitution on the separation of powers.
00:13:54.200
My colleagues, this is a very difficult time, particularly for my colleagues on the Republican side.
00:14:03.040
You support many of President Trump's policies, and as I say, that you're right.
00:14:08.940
But it is so essential to each of us as a U.S. senator to make our own judgments
00:14:13.980
about whether the manner in which power is being used on the executive branch
00:14:19.540
is a threat to the power of the legislative branch, the Article I branch.
00:14:27.300
We, each of us, must be custodians of that constitutional order in our role as the legislature in it.
00:14:42.180
My judgment is that the President is showing absolute contempt for the United States Congress,
00:14:50.660
and the next stop is contempt for the United States Judiciary.
00:14:59.320
I cannot vote for a person who signed on to that agenda.
00:15:11.820
The reason I played that in its entirety was I think it sums up perfectly.
00:15:16.420
Remember, this show, this audience, you, the Warren Posse, we're the railhead of this.
00:15:24.560
That the 2020 election was—I keep saying, and people want to, you know, the Republican rhinos and all the Fox News,
00:15:29.920
they just want to kick the—no, no, no, let's not talk about it.
00:15:37.660
It is two different—the 2020 election was stolen.
00:15:42.680
And look at everything that's happened since then against America.
00:15:51.460
Just think about what's happened here over the last 24 hours.
00:15:54.120
Harnwell is going to join me in a second from Rome.
00:16:00.460
Harnwell in the last, you know, been with us three, four years, or I guess four years or longer, almost five years.
00:16:06.040
Since the show started, it's—and everything's come to fruition in the last 24, 48 hours in Europe has been historic.
00:16:15.900
Everything we've talked about on this show, 100 percent, 100 percent, not 99, 100 percent.
00:16:27.140
I can understand if you're not—if you're not with us on the 2020 election being stolen.
00:16:38.280
They can't tell people what their opinions, what they should think.
00:16:53.820
He's going to be an instrument to clean out what has been allowed to deteriorate and become a weapon against the American people.
00:17:04.900
And that's the American Gestapo, the FBI, which has almost no support among the American people today.
00:17:20.160
The show now, and we're glad to do it because I think we're only people to do it, we will cut in and out of these lives.
00:17:25.060
And the show will be a tad choppy as we do it on live TV.
00:17:35.180
It's actually like you could be there during the American Revolution.
00:17:38.440
And remember, you're just not sitting there with your channel changer.
00:17:40.940
What is happening on Capitol Hill today, Bobby Kennedy's vote, Kash Patel's vote, is because of your agency.
00:17:59.200
New York Magazine, which is another—you know, it's a left-wing, very intelligently edited and written.
00:18:05.020
Has a great piece up today on what Democrats could learn from the war room, from me.
00:18:09.540
And it all boils down to a populist movement versus the oligarchs in Silicon Valley, the techno-feudalists.
00:18:18.980
And the key point, the buried lead he's got all the way down towards the end of the article, it's about human agency.
00:18:34.900
It's the way you manifest yourself, your being in the world.
00:18:46.520
Many, many people, and I think most people love their jobs.
00:18:51.300
It's how they—one of the ways they manifest themselves, manifest their being.
00:18:56.260
The oligarchs in artificial intelligence and the whole singularity want to take that from you.
00:19:01.920
They're going to give agency to the algorithm in the algorithmic age.
00:19:09.500
Your agency in this show, today on Capitol Hill, in the Senate, which is the Human Resources Department by the Constitution, advice and consent,
00:19:21.880
they just consented to Kash Patel at the Committee of Jurisdiction, the Judiciary Committee, 12 to 10.
00:19:27.540
It will now go to the floor, and Kash Patel will win the vote on the floor and become the next FBI director.
00:19:36.300
Kash Patel, who you've known for years on this show.
00:19:38.640
Or if you've gone to Trump rallies or read his books or seen him on other of these great podcasts or interviewed by people,
00:19:45.720
seen him on other Real America Voice, Bobby Kennedy the same way.
00:19:49.480
The first time Bobby Kennedy was ever introduced to a MAGA audience was on this show years ago.
00:19:55.500
The book brought to me by Tony Lyons called The Case Against Anthony Fauci.
00:20:00.660
It's about that dick, and it's published like on paper, the old yellow pages.
00:20:11.220
It's just page after page, and it's mesmerizing.
00:20:15.060
Remember, we had him on for a couple hours years ago on a Saturday.
00:20:28.520
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
00:20:35.540
At 1120 a.m. Eastern Time on the, what, the 13th of February.
00:20:47.540
I said, I hopefully didn't open the show with that.
00:20:51.960
I was thinking May when somebody had contacted me for the show.
00:20:58.680
Yesterday, we finally gave the word to Europe, which we should, we tried to many times in
00:21:05.580
the Trump first term, we tried to on this show all the time, that you're not a vassal
00:21:12.980
You have to stand up and be, you know, we're your ally, but we're not there to wet nurse
00:21:18.720
And because you don't pay for your defense, you can give your citizens full health care,
00:21:23.940
uh, free college, uh, pensions at 50, uh, eight weeks off in the summer, fully paid.
00:21:33.740
And that's not right that we're underwriting your defense and you're skiing up in Castaude
00:21:38.260
and, you know, you're hanging out in Tuscany and Provence in the West End of London.
00:21:43.820
You're the elites living high, living high on the hog.
00:21:46.940
You go over there and you see, you go to, you go to London and you see what used to be
00:21:53.820
What's happened to the London, the city with all the wealth from all over the world and
00:22:01.160
Is that, is that what you want your country to turn into?
00:22:04.680
Where the world's global elites just come and just come and do what they wilt in your
00:22:10.060
And you're as a countryman and you as someone that's been there for generations and generations
00:22:14.720
and generations and the families that fought the wars and gone to work and built a society
00:22:19.280
and done everything on the civic society to build it, that you're just cast aside and
00:22:32.500
That's on the different, in the house today, in the house and in these, where they have
00:22:37.260
these conferences, they're doing a budget markup.
00:22:40.040
And until somebody can convince me in something basic, and I used to do this and go into companies
00:22:45.900
that need to turn around, restructuring, debt restructuring, they get in there and they
00:22:48.760
got, every guy's got a different thing and three years is going to be fine and everything
00:22:56.420
That's not relevant because you're not going to be here in three years.
00:22:58.860
You need to get focused on today and tomorrow and the next day and how you're going to make
00:23:04.340
And how you're going to make it through is get down and preserve cash and figure out
00:23:08.000
how you can use the little bit of cash you got and the cash flow you got to get through
00:23:20.680
One of the things of the show is to make things not obscure.
00:23:26.440
Because we understand if we give information that the American people can then take on
00:23:34.220
board and think about and mull over and chew on and think about and they'll come to their
00:23:46.860
We are long the common sense and decency and hardheadedness and grit and determination
00:23:55.260
Because I look back over history, I can see pattern recognition.
00:23:58.080
If you go long the American people, you turn out, things turn out okay.
00:24:07.660
Because they're decent, hardworking, hardheaded, grit with an attitude.
00:24:17.220
And that's why they've freed more people than any nation on earth.
00:24:21.800
They've created more wealth than any nation on earth.
00:24:24.500
They've done more good than any nation on earth in the history of the earth.
00:24:28.240
But what we've had and we've allowed to deteriorate is that we've allowed in becoming a hegemon, this
00:24:39.260
political class with the sociopathic overlords on Wall Street and now this apartheid state
00:24:44.760
that they created among progressive Democrats out in Silicon Valley.
00:24:53.140
And it's coming through, it's going to come through a sith through grass.
00:24:56.580
And the only, it's not a disagreement with Josh Hawley.
00:25:04.920
The jobs, the first wave of jobs artificial intelligence is coming for that are going to be massive and big
00:25:16.260
You can see in the automation of the cars and all that.
00:25:18.500
There will be blue-collar jobs or non-managerial or administrative jobs that will take it.
00:25:24.660
But the big swath is going to come from lower-tier, managerial, administrative, and technical jobs.
00:25:34.000
So as the people under 35 years old who don't always have all the pressure in the world on them
00:25:38.800
because the economy is structured against them, their country works against them,
00:25:49.240
All those entry-level jobs which you go into the workforce in your 20s,
00:25:56.300
and you understand how the world works as you press through into your 20s,
00:26:01.540
those are by and large going to go, and they're going to go pretty rapidly.
00:26:08.580
Elon Musk is saying, and I don't agree with unless it's reviewed and somebody checks it,
00:26:16.460
putting artificial intelligence into these apparatuses unless we sign off on that.
00:26:21.720
But his direction, he's saying, I'm putting artificial intelligence into these different communications
00:26:28.160
and technology and systems because we can cut costs, we can cut manpower by 50% minimum.
00:26:35.940
And that goes basically from the 2.5 million bureaucrats, I don't know, down to a million, two, five, or a million.
00:26:45.240
Why? Because many, many, many administrative managerial positions will just be completely, totally automated.
00:26:51.740
And you'll pay for the people that have the judgment, although they'll come for the people paying the judgment eventually.
00:26:57.460
Because they'll have 10 billion computers at one time, interconnected, and...
00:27:03.460
And so even the judgment of what you're paying a senior partner in a law firm or a senior partner in an investment bank.
00:27:10.640
Most trading, if you notice, in the New York Stock Exchange,
00:27:13.100
remember you used to go down there and you have the guys like on the movie Wall Street
00:27:15.680
and everybody's yelling in the pit and they're yelling, they've got a price, they've got a bid and an ask,
00:27:19.500
and you've got these guys that are able to process it and kind of manage the markets.
00:27:23.040
You notice when CNBC goes there, you don't see, it's like, it's quieter than a church.
00:27:29.780
Or it's as quiet as the empty Catholic churches in Midtown Manhattan.
00:27:36.840
Why? Because all the trading's done computer to computer.
00:27:40.260
You look at most of these hedge funds, it's all computer to computer trading.
00:27:44.220
It's all trading on who's creating the best algorithm.
00:27:51.280
Where is man's position in the algorithmic age?
00:27:56.880
And the people that are driving the algorithmic age, you've seen this.
00:28:03.460
Don't know if, you know, you'd be hanging out with those guys in college, right?
00:28:26.000
Human agency, you're seeing it at every place on Capitol Hill today, and you're seeing it the way.

As President Trump is going to have, he couldn't be more excited, today's reciprocity on tariffs.
00:28:34.460
All that work, all that thinking, boom, personified in Peter Navarro.
00:28:40.180
Peter Navarro is President Trump's wingman on this.

That today happens in the Oval Office and happens because of you.
00:28:59.640
Once you understand, you actually have the power.
00:29:07.200
I think Mitch McConnell, just to stick it to President Trump, he's a no.
00:29:18.280
Just remember, folks, it was only weeks ago they told you all that was impossible.
00:29:23.360
Before this audience fixed bayonets and said, I don't know about that, I think it's not just possible, it's probable.
00:29:41.420
Have you seen the news from economists forecasting a depression?
00:29:51.580
We're in a perfect storm as Social Security and Medicare hit a breaking point with the largest generation hitting retirement.
00:30:03.940

Huge round of parties, get-togethers, all of it.
00:33:23.860
With that receipt for that ticket, then you can get in.
00:33:30.180
In fact, we're working right now outside the studio.
00:33:33.320
Real America's Voice is building for all of us at this location.
00:33:38.880
Remember, before we had to, we can't, you know, disrupt what's going on in the main hall.
00:33:42.480
Now we're going to let it rip last year at National Harbor, so we're kicking out all the jams.
00:33:53.860
Once you get that, you're into the force multiplier.
00:34:08.860
Also, I'm speaking on the 28th of Friday, the 28th of February.
00:34:13.160
In Tarrant County, that's the home of Fort Worth.
00:34:19.160
It's one of the ones always in play down in Texas.
00:34:27.420
I think it may be sold out, but go more if you can put it up.
00:34:39.160
Put on by Patriot Mobile or supported by Patriot Mobile.
00:34:48.540
Also, hey, if you see what's going on in the budget committee, I'm watching this with one eye.
00:34:55.540
I need you to go talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:35:02.280
Look at the process and back of what makes gold a store of value.
00:35:24.860
The reason we want to do that, they get a great brochure.
00:35:37.240
If you haven't gotten strategic intelligence, if you like capital markets and geopolitics,
00:35:45.040
Go to RickardsWarRoom.com and they throw in a free book.
00:35:51.160
You want to get a more sophisticated understanding, read his book.
00:36:06.240
For capital markets and geopolitics, Ben Harnwell, we have maybe the shortest cold open in the
00:36:18.800
To be clear, as part of any security guarantee, there will not be U.S. troops deployed to
00:36:33.560
Ben, tell me about this whole thing, because now it's evolving.
00:36:36.580
Zelensky, we've been laying out a framework for the president that the president thinks
00:36:45.540
He's going to talk to Putin and figure this thing out, as he should.
00:36:48.440
There's been enough nonsense for the Boris Johnsons of the world.
00:36:58.180
He said, again, reiterated, when Pete Heggs has said, hey, Europe's just not at the top
00:37:06.540
Security concerns, there's not Panama Canal to Greenland.
00:37:10.060
You know, maybe in the South China Sea and Taiwan, because 25% of our economy deals with
00:37:19.460
But what you guys doing in Europe, it's, you know, it's not, it's not number one.
00:37:23.260
And you guys are going to have to deal with it.
00:37:24.400
And oh, by the way, President Trump says 5% of GDP should go defense.
00:37:28.460
Ben, you've lived over, you've been in England, you're English, you were at the European
00:37:34.960
You've been in and out of Commons, now in Rome, the Eternal City.
00:37:39.480
What would happen to the European elites if they actually had to pay 5% of GDP for the
00:37:44.880
defense, given that America pays about 3.5% and it's way too much, it's outrageous,
00:37:50.320
it's obscene, because the Europeans have been deadbeats and kind of leeched off us for
00:37:55.860
What would happen if they had to go to 5%, sir?
00:38:02.840
And the whole of continental Europe would go populist, nationalist, the subsequent election,
00:38:09.020
whatever country it is, because they know that Russia is not the threat that the elites
00:38:17.660
I was going to start off, Steve, quoting one of your favorite philosophers about there
00:38:25.860
When in the last few hours, years have happened, literally in the last 24 hours, the political
00:38:31.840
needle on Ukraine has moved more than in the last three years.
00:38:38.560
But so much, so much moving in those 10 seconds.
00:38:43.960
Pete Heggsson finally saying what had been leaked, I think probably on deep background for the day
00:38:52.280
But then he came in at this meeting of defence ministers and went straight on the record with that.
00:39:03.960
Look, Steve, I have to pay tribute to the Warren Posse here.
00:39:08.380
Anyway, this show was the first and pretty much the only voice talking about security guarantees,
00:39:15.860
the binding and the entrapment of the US security guarantees.
00:39:22.220
And I think it's the pressure of this audience that has actually got the Secretary of Defence to come out there and say
00:39:28.300
explicitly security, US provided security guarantees will not involve US boots on the ground because nobody was talking about it apart from this show.
00:39:39.620
And then those people in the media who followed this show.
00:39:41.900
The other thing, Steve, so we have Pete Heggsson finally, and that will make a lot of people that follow this show very, very happy.
00:39:49.980
President Trump, this to some extent is saving the best to last on his social media platform Truth,
00:39:59.500
said yesterday that he had spoken to Vladimir Putin.
00:40:05.140
They spoke for about 90 minutes, and he said that they had agreed to have their respective teams start negotiations immediately.
00:40:14.380
Now, in and of itself, that's not what has got the European press in meltdown from this morning onwards.
00:40:21.360
Every single European newspaper has been writing about this.
00:40:28.260
It's the fact, I think he said the president is sending a message, and we'll go into that.
00:40:35.140
It's the way he rolled out the fact and the in-your-face lack of consultations about that phone call
00:40:42.320
that has got all the European chancellors panicking.
00:40:46.620
Specifically, on one point, Steve, Vladimir Zelensky had been bitching repeatedly to the president
00:40:55.680
that he thought POTUS should speak to him first before Putin.
00:40:59.940
And if you'll notice, in the statement in his President Trump's social media post,
00:41:07.860
he said, I've spoken to Putin, we're going to start negotiations immediately,
00:41:17.580
The next thing I'm going to do, he said, I'm going to have a phone call with President Zelensky
00:41:23.040
For those, Steve, who have eyes to see, that was a massive cutting down to size of President Zelensky publicly.
00:41:33.540
I have to say, I think it was even basically a public humiliation.
00:41:38.960
And I'll say this, Steve, because on this show, we've been sort of,
00:41:41.740
since the inauguration on January the 20th, every time I've been coming on the show,
00:41:47.120
I've been expressing a slight amount of impatience with the way things were going.
00:41:53.860
And we said, Steve, I think the president hasn't made his mind up on how he wants to do this.
00:42:02.520
And in the end, I just think POTUS had had enough of Zelensky's posturing
00:42:09.120
and continuing to say day after day, because this is something that we text about in real time,
00:42:15.860
constantly, Zelensky is constantly pushing out the United States to be paying for its security guarantees.
00:42:22.460
And I think President Trump basically said, you know what, I'm done.
00:42:26.400
I'm not going to wait for General Kellogg to fly to Kiev on, I think, the 20th of February, the third anniversary.
00:42:34.560
I'm not going to wait for Vice President Vance to sit down with General Kellogg in Munich.
00:42:41.620
I've had enough of being hectored and badgered by Ukraine,
00:42:45.540
because they have not shown the United States or President Trump the respect that I think was due.
00:42:52.180
Hence, in the last 24 hours, Steve, we have seen more.
00:42:58.320
And if you want, I can go into just how the European capitals are melting down on this.
00:43:06.360
So one of the things that President Trump has said is that there'll be no NATO membership for Ukraine.
00:43:15.620
And we've been sort of mentioning this repeatedly, that this was really a negotiation tactic of Zelensky is to say, OK, I'll relinquish NATO membership, but I want the U.S. provided security guarantees in their place.
00:43:29.360
But you had this absurd scenario where, for example, Sweden came out this morning saying, oh, look, hang on, you know, we're not, no, nothing's being closed down.
00:43:39.580
It's still possible that Ukraine can join NATO, which is a direct countering of what President Trump has just said.
00:43:48.080
And, you know, you think to yourself, well, hang on a minute, hang on, Sweden hasn't even been in NATO for 12 months yet.
00:43:56.020
It spends just a little over 2 percent of its, 2.2 percent to be precise, of its defense of GDP.
00:44:03.480
So slightly over the minimum target, which, do you know how much that is?
00:44:07.840
It's $12 billion equivalent a year on its defense.
00:44:12.840
Massive free ride, massive free ride at American taxpayers' expense because, like for like, no one is going to invade the United States.
00:44:26.240
So Sweden, with its $12 billion of defense, I think the U.S. racks up in a couple of days in terms of interest payments on its own debt, Sweden will make no difference whatsoever to any incident that takes place in the United States.
00:44:46.740
So there they are in NATO for less than 12 months.
00:44:50.600
And they're directly cutting across what President Trump has said, America being by far the largest donor to NATO.
00:44:58.120
I know we're coming up to a break, but I'll say this, Steve.
00:45:01.480
I will desperately say to President Trump, I think for the health and safety of NATO and the United States, it is to be considered withdrawing America from the alliance and let the Europeans pay for NATO themselves.
00:45:18.660
And finally, on the paying of NATO and the European strategy, I'll close with this and hand back to you.
00:45:27.740
The whole strategy of the last three years was to isolate Russia.
00:45:33.760
And in the last 24 hours, far from Russia being isolated, it would now seem to be that Europe is the entity, is the geopolitical entity, which is now broadly isolated in the world.
00:45:51.260
If the European capitals tried to do what Higgs had formerly said now, which is that they should increase their defense spending to 5 percent, there will be revolutions across Europe.
00:46:08.560
And the European peoples know that the whole Russia thing, the Russia, Russia, Russia thing, sweeping into Ukraine, sweeping into Europe, was a hoax.
00:46:19.860
And all of these governments will be wiped out if they even try to get anywhere near that 5 percent.
00:46:36.240
And I'll be updating that as these developments continue to roll out.
00:46:49.700
What if he had the brightest mind in the war room delivering critical financial research every month?
00:47:01.320
A former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.
00:47:07.940
Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.
00:47:17.320
Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.
00:47:24.360
His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.
00:47:36.560
Right now, war room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.
00:47:42.740
This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.
00:48:12.800
We'll track down getting Bobby's swearing in, make sure we're on top of that.
00:48:17.320
Tulsi's already en route to the Munich Security Conference.
00:48:21.220
Kash Patel moves out of the Committee of Jurisdiction.
00:48:25.300
You just heard Senator Welch there and the folks over the Judiciary Committee moving it
00:48:34.200
They're going to try to delay cash as long as possible.
00:48:39.340
But they are pushing to try to, the Democrats trying to delay this.
00:48:44.080
The Republicans obviously now have the message of President Trump, get on it.
00:48:50.820
Besides all the articles read, yes, you know, people behind scenes, you know, talking to people
00:48:54.960
and trying to convince them, hey, that wasn't convincing anybody.
00:48:58.600
Those arguments held no, but the only thing they responded to is political muscle.
00:49:03.020
And that is the turning point people over at the Human Events Daily, the War Room Posse,
00:49:09.340
others of these grassroots groups with us being either the biggest or one of the biggest,
00:49:14.460
getting up on it on text messages, emails, phones, et cetera.
00:49:18.560
So lesson learned, we need the War Room Posse as a strike force when necessary.
00:49:25.580
We can't, we don't want you to have anxiety to be off the reservation focused on something else
00:49:34.820
This triple lock protection thing is brilliant.
00:49:36.680
24-7 coverage, immediate alert if anybody's messing with your title,
00:49:42.020
and then they've got the million-dollar guarantee of restoration,
00:49:47.720
Go to HomeTitleLock.com, put in Bannon, go check it out today,
00:49:51.980
and ask if you need to, get in touch with Natalie Dominguez or the team over at Home Title Lock
00:49:56.960
to get the details, particularly on the restoration part, so you know exactly what you're getting.
00:50:09.100
President Trump, this may be his baby of all babies.
00:50:11.460
This is the one that he's been, they've been working on.
00:50:20.080
We're also going to cover the Modi by hook or crook.
00:50:22.280
Real America's Voice is also going to be there.
00:50:23.840
No other channel nor the network gives you such immediacy into the command center,
00:50:30.100
which is the White House, where the thunderbolts are coming in the days of thunder.
00:50:34.920
We've got, what, Amanda Head, Natalie Winters, Brian Glenn, producers, all of it over there to give it to you
00:50:42.120
just nonstop for Natalie to do the analysis and get all the scoops about how the resistance,
00:50:51.180
On these tariffs, this is why Jace Medical is so important.
00:50:54.240
President Trump, 10% tariffs right now in China.
00:50:56.400
But hey, as the Financial Times said the other day, there could be a trade war brewing.
00:51:01.920
And President Trump's not going to back down from the CCP.
00:51:04.220
He understands he's got, he's clearing the decks to focus on that.
00:51:08.120
But the CCP is going to use every element, including they control 100% of active pharmaceutical ingredients
00:51:14.880
and 100% of generics, or I guess India has 20%, but they still get the API from China,
00:51:31.400
And I think we're going to have Rosemary on the show tomorrow.
00:51:36.960
She's got some other stuff she's working on that's going to shock you, just like when
00:51:41.580
she exposed that 100% of the supply chains for generics and API were controlled by the
00:51:46.920
She nailed it years before it came out during the pandemic, when it became a national crisis.
00:51:55.100
Get the Jace case for your emergency use, but also talk to them about how you get ahead
00:52:00.020
of the curve in case anything happens in this trade war with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:52:06.500
The budget, I didn't want to dip back into the budget thing because it made me too angry
00:52:13.780
Until somebody can convince me otherwise, it's totally performative.
00:52:17.840
I want to know, Elon promised a trillion dollars in cuts.
00:52:22.020
I understand he's just being the job, so hey, you promised two, then he went back to
00:52:26.680
If you can't get to one right now, you're forgiven.
00:52:34.860
And this budget process that's going through is mostly performative.
00:52:37.860
If somebody can convince me that these $1.5 trillion in cuts are actually happening, anything's
00:52:43.780
happening this year, that between now and September 30, and or next year, which is the budget they're
00:52:56.220
And all I see is in the House Freedom Caucus goes to the president.
00:53:08.300
That's what their short-term forecast about this year says.
00:53:18.960
They try to make it quantum mechanics, but it's not quantum mechanics.
00:53:25.280
Because if we have a gap in cash in and cash out, then we have to create the thing called the fiat currency
00:53:35.020
That's why golds continue to go to an all-time high over and over and over again.
00:53:42.000
Interventions, as people know, they have to do it in people's personal.
00:53:44.340
They lead to pleasant things, but they're not pleasant.
00:53:55.220
Okay, we're going to end with Mike Lindell still on the sick list.
00:54:09.460
The great special that you've all grabbed a hold of, the MyPillow 2.0.

00:54:19.140

00:54:37.180

00:54:50.960
You can go to the MyPillow website, and you scroll down.
00:54:54.940
You scroll all the way down until you see Steve.
00:55:19.380
And it is the best cross you'll ever wear, just like all our products.
00:55:29.300
All the pills, the premium pillows we have on sale.
00:55:32.620
The flannel sheets, we still have some of them.
00:55:34.980
And as you go down, you guys, I want to show you one more thing here.
00:56:02.080
I've been telling you about a very serious threat to your home equity.
00:56:12.900
And about $40 and your title is out of your name and into someone else's.
00:56:17.900
And the scammer who took it will take out loans or, even worse, sell your home behind your back.
00:56:25.340
The best way is Home Title Lock's million-dollar triple lock protection.
00:56:30.620
Now, this service gives you 24-7 monitoring, urgent alerts of any changes.
00:56:36.500

Use my promo code STEVE25 to save 25% and get a free title history report to make sure you're not already a victim.
00:56:56.960
And make sure you check out the million-dollar triple lock protection details when you get there.
00:57:10.920
And let me remind you, this service is 24-7 monitoring, urgent alerts of any changes.
00:57:19.440
And if fraud does happen, their U.S.-based restoration team will spend up to $1 million to fix the fraud and restore your title.
00:57:36.340
And I wanted to share just a little bit more about our brand for those who may not know of us yet.
00:57:41.160
But about six months ago, we decided to launch Sacred Human with really the simple mission being to provide American-made natural supplements without all the artificial nonsense.
00:57:52.360
