00:00:01.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:06.000 Pray for our enemies,
00:00:08.000 because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:11.000 Here's another time I got a free shot
00:00:13.000 at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:16.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:18.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:19.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:21.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:22.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:23.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:26.000 MAGA media.
00:00:28.000 I wish in my soul,
00:00:30.000 I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:33.000 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:37.000 If that answer is to save my country,
00:00:40.000 this country will be saved.
00:00:43.000 War Room.
00:00:44.000 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:00:52.000 Tuesday, 18 February, Year of our Lord 2025,
00:00:55.000 second hour of the morning show.
00:00:57.000 What we're going to talk about here now is going to have major implications.
00:01:03.000 And this is one of the reasons I've been yelling and screaming for Doge
00:01:07.000 to get what I call cross the Potomac,
00:01:10.000 to get to the Pentagon.
00:01:12.000 And Doge is doing two things right now.
00:01:14.000 And we're trying to ascertain, you know,
00:01:16.000 how it's coming out because we need this.
00:01:18.000 That's when Dave Brat's going to join us here in a minute.
00:01:20.000 Because the, um, how do I say this?
00:01:24.000 The, um, the cat's kind of out of the back.
00:01:28.000 You've seen the Hill newspaper starting Sunday morning and really coming from the Senate.
00:01:32.000 They're talking about the most important thing, as we've told you, is midnight on the 14th of March.
00:01:40.000 We have a problem.
00:01:42.000 We have an issue.
00:01:44.000 Issue number one, we've already hit the debt ceiling.
00:01:48.000 Janet Allen told us that in the first couple of days of January.
00:01:52.000 It's kind of her love tap on the way at the door.
00:01:54.000 What does that mean?
00:01:55.000 It means we can't raise any more debt technically, but we're using emergency measures.
00:01:59.000 And as you know, emergency measures can last a long time, could be years,
00:02:03.000 because you can manage the cash flow coming in to pay off your interest
00:02:07.000 and any obligations you have.
00:02:08.000 And then all the way through Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, it all works out.
00:02:12.000 Now, there may be some contractors at the bottom of that waterfall that you have to stretch, right?
00:02:18.000 But hey, you got the Pentagon, you got the DHS, you got some people who have been contractors a long time.
00:02:24.000 And if they get stretched, you know, they get higher payments, etc.
00:02:27.000 So it's doable.
00:02:28.000 Number two, technically on midnight, midnight on the 14th of March is equivalent to midnight on 30 September.
00:02:35.000 It's the same fiscal year.
00:02:37.000 We have not approved a new budget.
00:02:39.000 We're working off of Joe Biden's numbers.
00:02:41.000 And right now, that process is the process that we're going to have to, you know, somehow to pay any bills the next day.
00:02:50.000 And I mean any bills.
00:02:51.000 You're going to have to have a, wait for it, either a CR or you're going to have to bundle together some of these appropriations bills.
00:02:59.000 Remember, this audience drove the single-subject appropriations bills in the House.
00:03:03.000 And Andy Biggs tells us this.
00:03:05.000 And Eli Crane tells us this.
00:03:06.000 I think they've completed seven or eight that are about 80% of the budget.
00:03:11.000 Now, the Senate hasn't exactly jumped in here and done, you know, their job totally.
00:03:15.000 So it's kind of all over the map.
00:03:17.000 But right now, and this is key, at midnight on the 14th, three things will happen.
00:03:23.000 If we kick down, and they're talking about, they're raising the flag right now for a year-long CR.
00:03:28.000 Number one, it will be in President Trump's first year, you will have Joe Biden's budget and Joe Biden's numbers and Joe Biden's priorities.
00:03:36.000 Just embrace that.
00:03:38.000 Number two, the Congressional Budget Office tells us, and War Room did its own math, it's at least a $2 trillion deficit this fiscal year.
00:03:48.000 Number three, and here's the one that's as hard as those two are to embrace, the third one to me is the kill shot.
00:03:57.000 All of the work of Doge, and here I'm not talking about their programmatic work of actually taking programs for it.
00:04:04.000 I'm talking about all this running around with audits and, you know, the $7 trillion in treasury, you don't know where it's going.
00:04:10.000 And all of this, everything, all the dust you see kicked up, all the waste, fraud, and abuse, you would actually technically be paying for that, all of it.
00:04:21.000 None of it would come out, and you would pay for all of it.
00:04:23.000 So all the Doge work to date would be for naught until next fiscal year.
00:04:28.000 And people are already telling me, well, you know, in the appropriations process in July, you know, Doge is going to make presentations, going to be part of it.
00:04:33.000 Not good enough.
00:04:35.000 So we have a mess.
00:04:37.000 Number one, to get that $2 trillion down, which we have to do because it's not sustainable.
00:04:42.000 The Congressional Budget Office came out, and they did a 10-year forecast.
00:04:46.000 And we don't totally agree with everything you say, but directionally, it's correct.
00:04:50.000 Debates about dynamic scoring and all these technical things can make it different.
00:04:54.000 But what they say is you basically have 1.8% growth in over 10 years is $2 trillion a year, right, given the current tax structure.
00:05:02.000 And guess what?
00:05:04.000 In 10 years, it's $52 trillion.
00:05:06.000 And I don't know.
00:05:08.000 Interest is, you know, double what the Pentagon is at that time, time and a half.
00:05:14.000 Neil Ferguson actually has a chart at his new theory of the case is that any nation has an interest payment higher in defense will collapse.
00:05:22.000 It's different than the – this time it's different, which is about total debt to GDP.
00:05:26.000 This is interest payments via defense.
00:05:29.000 We're checking it out, but it sounds, unfortunately, quite logical.
00:05:34.000 So what is President Trump doing?
00:05:36.000 Number one, and tie it back to Rubio's opening statement in a Senate confirmation, the post-war international rules-based order is over.
00:05:44.000 And that is basically spread out to the United States around the Eurasian landmass in NATO and Western Europe, around the Gulf Emirates in Israel and the Middle East, in the Malacca, in the South China Sea, down in Southeast Asia, and up with Korea and Japan.
00:05:57.000 That's the four hot nodes.
00:05:59.000 We have commercial relationships.
00:06:00.000 We have trade deals.
00:06:01.000 But all of it is underwritten by an American security guarantee in American troops or American naval and air forces.
00:06:08.000 Your sons and daughters of MAGA.
00:06:10.000 Now, in every one of those trade deals, we're upside down.
00:06:12.000 Every one of those commercial relationships were upside down.
00:06:14.000 That's for the globalists who make their money doing that where you get gutted.
00:06:18.000 That is what MAGA is saying, America first.
00:06:20.000 We're not doing it anymore.
00:06:21.000 President Trump's geostrategic thinking is that, hey, what?
00:06:25.000 Hemispheric defense is the Monroe Doctrine 2.0.
00:06:28.000 And guess what?
00:06:29.000 We're going to start by taking back the Panama Canal, cut off the Chinese, the People's Liberation Navy from teaming up with the Russians in the Caribbean.
00:06:36.000 And we're going to go all the way to the Arctic.
00:06:38.000 The new great game of the 21st century, like Afghanistan was in the 19th or Persia was in the 19th between the Russian Empire and the British.
00:06:46.000 This is going to be the Arctic.
00:06:49.000 And in that regard, you have Greenland, maybe Canada.
00:06:52.000 You've already got Alaska.
00:06:53.000 But Greenland to Greenland to the Panama Canal gives a forward deployment of American power, naval power.
00:07:02.000 You block the Russian submarines, the fast attacks and boomers coming out of Murmansk and out of Archangel right there between Greenland and Iceland.
00:07:09.000 And guess what?
00:07:10.000 The Russian Navy is our baby.
00:07:12.000 We got it.
00:07:13.000 The Russian Army, that sounds like a problem for France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
00:07:18.000 You deal with it.
00:07:20.000 This is why we need a peace accord.
00:07:22.000 This is why we need peace between these powers.
00:07:24.000 Now, President Trump, when he looks at geostrategically, the hemisphere.
00:07:27.000 Also, you go to the three island chains in the Pacific, in the vast desert that is the Pacific Ocean.
00:07:33.000 And the United States is pretty well protected.
00:07:36.000 You add an Iron Dome, if it's even feasible, and you have a hermetically sealed hemisphere.
00:07:42.000 You get Bolsonaro down in Brazil, and you get Mille out of that crypto mess in Argentina.
00:07:48.000 Got some allies.
00:07:49.000 You run the Chinese Communist Party out of the Amazon.
00:07:51.000 We got it.
00:07:52.000 When you look at that, there's a problem.
00:07:55.000 And that problem is the southern border of the United States of America.
00:07:57.000 And that is a failed state just south of us in Mexico.
00:08:03.000 The Mexican drug cartels are a kinetic force in that plan, and they must be eradicated.
00:08:08.000 To make the hemispheric defense work, you've got to take care of your problems inside that hemisphere.
00:08:14.000 Number one problem, Mexican drug cartels.
00:08:17.000 Todd Bensman, your reporting on this is amazing, because last night the Central Intelligence Agency, I guess it got leaked out.
00:08:24.000 The CIA is now repurposing some assets, and they're looking to get involved with the Mexican drug cartels in some sort of kinetic activity.
00:08:34.000 Coupled with, you've got the 10th Mountain, you've got the 7th Special Forces, you've got guys down training, pre-positioning.
00:08:41.000 What do we have on the war that's coming, folks, and it's going to be a kinetic war against the Mexican drug cartels, sir?
00:08:48.000 Well, the Washington Post is out with a very important story, and their reporting usually is good on CIA.
00:08:56.000 And they're saying that the CIA is realigning from protecting Ukraine's borders in its war to protecting our borders down in Mexico.
00:09:07.000 Now, CIA has always been down in Mexico doing intel operations in support of Mexican and U.S. law enforcement regarding the cartels.
00:09:18.000 But what it looks like here is a major treble down where they're going to really be enhancing and increasing their ability to infiltrate the cartels to provide intelligence against the cartels in a more dedicated, committed fashion, a wider, broader way to do counter-narcotics operations with the Mexicans.
00:09:45.000 And possibly even to do covert actions themselves, infiltrating the operatives into the cartels.
00:09:53.000 So this all just fits in with a lot of other puzzle pieces that have been coming out in bits and dribs and drabs here and there about that all kind of point to the fact that the United States is resetting the table for something that is probably going to look like what we did with Colombia against the FARC.
00:10:16.000 All during the 90s and into the early 2000s where the Colombians went to war with FARC, which is a major cocaine smuggling organization and an insurgency against the Colombian government.
00:10:32.240 Leftist, of course, it looks like it looks like they're going to require the Mexicans to drop their hugs, not bullets policy of the last six, seven years and make it a bullets, not hugs policy.
00:10:47.240 Hang on.
00:10:47.680 We're going.
00:10:48.340 It looks like that's where it's going to go.
00:10:49.320 Hit that again.
00:10:49.860 Number one, the Washington Post and David Ignatius is spokesperson, spokesmodel for the CIA.
00:10:55.420 The Washington Post is literally the typist for what the CIA wants.
00:10:59.020 so it's more than it's more than just news media it's a marketing campaign it's just when langley
00:11:04.720 tells them to type up they type up so when it comes from the post this is holy writ number one
00:11:10.460 number two music to my ears let's focus on the ukraine border the not you know not in the vital
00:11:16.000 national interest of the united states the eastern russian speaking border between those two slavic
00:11:20.900 entities and now focus on our border uh and uh and and you're right we've done this before but now
00:11:27.940 you're seeing special forces and what the seven special forces group you got the 10th mountain
00:11:32.920 division you've got cia you've got the air flights going over something's happening they're getting
00:11:38.940 something's getting ready to happen and they've told the mexicans you're not going to hug this one
00:11:43.220 out we want to see your best forces and we got the least corrupt the federales are all owned by the
00:11:48.780 cartels so you went to basically one of the naval forces down there we call them marines they call
00:11:53.260 it naval infantry to really those are going to be our partners down there when we drop the hammer
00:11:57.880 blow to these folks uh todd bensman yeah that's right so the the green berets uh sent a uh small
00:12:08.120 contingent at least initially of trainers down into uh near the bay of campeche uh in the south to help
00:12:17.520 the mexican navy train for counter uh counter cartel operations non-conventional uh which tells you that
00:12:30.280 something is up obviously uh and that particular force the mexican marines i mean the the navy the naval
00:12:39.220 marines are probably the most insulated of all the mexican military forces from corruption that's
00:12:47.500 that tells you something that they selected them they're probably going to be the tip of the spear
00:12:52.160 and whatever happens now i've told you already selected them number one these are the guys hang
00:12:57.560 on these are the guys they brought up to the border to secure before 10 000 of them todd you know this
00:13:02.560 is the one that's the least infiltrated by the cartels the cartels control the political process down
00:13:06.760 there the cartels that they are they are a part of the political landscape in uh remember they tell you
00:13:14.540 it's lead or gold right and people down there choose the gold not the lead uh and this is the
00:13:19.580 problem and the federales are up to the next this naval infantry is the least is the most pristine
00:13:25.740 you would agree for actually being a tip of a spear folks bottom line when trump looks at
00:13:33.100 hemispheric uh defense he looks at the u.s navy this is a very alfred thayer mahan strategy
00:13:39.740 right all the way from the first island chain over the vast pacific greenland the the the gap up there
00:13:46.340 from archangel the the the um panama canal but he understands we got our backyard what we should
00:13:54.900 have done instead of being in afghanistan and ukraine and all this finally you have somebody
00:13:59.180 and they're pre-positioning for a fight okay and they're not going to be a law enforcement fight
00:14:04.480 where the cartels actually un outgun the cops you're bringing in you're bringing in some heavies
00:14:10.780 who are going to drop some they're going to pound ground and pound these guys like they've never been
00:14:15.900 hit before and we're going to see how tough the cartel is cartels tough against civilians they're
00:14:21.240 very tough against the law enforcement that's outgunned by these guys both on our side of the border
00:14:26.840 right because these people are vicious and the other side of the border hang over a second todd

00:17:46.280 getting the confirmations uh approved also um i want to talk i'm gonna go back to ben into into um
00:17:57.020 ben's been here in a moment bridge colby it's not been scheduled it's kind of firestorm between uh
00:18:04.080 you know the tucker carlson the charlie kirk kind of the new guys on the new right
00:18:07.420 kurt mills other good about this guy bridge colby you know i do know bridge i've read his book i've
00:18:14.040 talked about his book at length the strategy of denial and bridge is not a you know if you read
00:18:20.560 josh rogan's book uh chaos under heaven which is she and trump in the first term and he's got you
00:18:27.000 know he's got these definitions of groups he's got the you know the accommodationist which is the wall
00:18:32.360 street crowd you've got the realist which is kind of the maddest crowd you got the hardliners kind of
00:18:36.540 the pompeo crowd and then he said you had a total new new group that never been done in american
00:18:41.960 history and that was the super hawks the super hawks were navarro miller and bannon and they
00:18:47.720 don't believe in the legitimacy of the chinese communist party you want to see the chinese
00:18:51.000 communist party taken down 100 that's why i'm the only civilian in american history ever be fully
00:18:56.680 sanctioned by the chinese communist party as you guys know one minute after high noon on the 20th
00:19:02.820 of january 2021 mike pompeo matt pottinger peter navarro stephen k bannon those three were still
00:19:08.700 government officials i was not um all of this revolves around the ccp and the threat to the
00:19:18.780 ccp and the in the um the criminals in beijing we have two existential threats to us right now
00:19:24.780 our own making our debt in our financial situation and also an existential threat in the chinese
00:19:30.800 communist party bridge colby is far from perfect but here's what i like about bridge colby i like this
00:19:36.460 a lot about him number one he's one of the earliest voices of kind of what i call the
00:19:40.060 the establishment because he has established guys grandfather's william colby might have heard that
00:19:45.620 name before by the way to tie it back to todd benson when todd benson's william colby's grandfather ran
00:19:50.980 the cia back in the days when it delivered some hammer blows uh before before the church commission
00:19:57.120 um they talk about the cia in mexico a guy named either lee harvey oswald or somebody pretending to be
00:20:04.640 lee harvey oswald actually went to the um uh to visit i think the cia and the cia reported on this
00:20:13.140 in mexico i believe todd it was september or early october of wait for it 1963 so the cia has been very
00:20:20.760 involved in mexico for a long time and and knows his way around there and now it's going to be utilized
00:20:26.040 to action for our defense bridge colby uh is not a super hawk you can't be a super hawk and be in
00:20:33.360 position he's going to go in it's just not i keep telling my super hawk colleagues the committee on
00:20:37.120 the present danger other guys you know the frank gaffney's and our colleagues who hammer every day
00:20:41.620 about the ccp the brian kennedy's it's just not realistic at that level the pentagon in this
00:20:47.000 administration you're going to get a let's take down the ccp that is our responsibility to continue
00:20:52.660 to drive that narrative to eventually it becomes accepted wisdom here in the imperial capital we're not
00:20:59.900 there yet bridge colby is about the strategy of denial that's his that's his book to deny now it's
00:21:05.120 very focused on east asia and he may not look at as we look at the chinese congress party as having
00:21:10.020 designs on all the eurasian landmass he doesn't think by the theory our theory of the case that they
00:21:14.940 really are the controlling element of the mullahs in persia or the kgb in russia and that's why saudi
00:21:20.720 arabia the meeting yesterday is so vitally important to break them off from their their sphere of
00:21:25.460 influence but bridge colby is one of the first guys say we've got to get out of ukraine and and
00:21:29.900 this is sensitive bridge colby agrees with i think not just tucker and kurt mills but stephen k bannon
00:21:35.360 we can't get into a war with persia we just can't given the bad track record we've had over the last
00:21:41.000 30 years in the middle east it's been a disaster right now there has to be other means and this is
00:21:46.140 why the saudi arabia meeting is quite symbolic to have it in riyadh and to have russia and the united
00:21:51.840 states coming together there has to be other means than an air attack or a ground invasion
00:21:57.540 into persia to stop what they're clearly trying to do and i say this as a young man that spent a
00:22:03.540 couple of three days off the coast of persia during the iranian hostage crisis in the workup for that
00:22:09.540 failed uh endeavor and i will tell you you don't understand that part of the world until you've been
00:22:15.100 there and you see it's like the landscape from the moon it's vast it's barren uh and it's not
00:22:20.620 appropriate for america to go to war in persia just not in our allies israel there has to be
00:22:27.280 another way and a guy like bridge colby i think can work and this is one of the reasons being blown
00:22:31.000 up right now he's not perfect on china but he's good enough for right now he's been pretty perfect
00:22:36.600 on ukraine and i think he's pretty damn good on persia and right now in that slot which is all
00:22:41.200 important slot uh i'm a big supporter let's get bridge in there and then we'll figure it out
00:22:46.440 because the other alternatives i don't see any better right now given the reality of where we
00:22:52.180 are so bridge colby and right now they haven't scheduled it but this is something we'll be
00:22:56.360 reporting on as we go forward todd bensman uh the other thing before we go to the post anything else
00:23:03.500 on this because you've been at the tip of the spear and folks we're connecting dots here you've got
00:23:07.900 hex has sent the military to the border they're sending training the seventh special forces and 10th
00:23:13.660 mountain are as tough as we got right they're down there training people quote unquote you got
00:23:18.920 the cia taking an ad out in the in the washington post saying hey guess what we we're listening to
00:23:24.880 we're listening to war room we're listening to the maga we're listening to the election results
00:23:29.680 we're not we're out of ukraine and we want to help defend our country against the chemical warfare of
00:23:35.380 the chinese communist party we're all in so that's a big development it's happening now the deportations
00:23:41.720 bensman you're the first guy to mention and this gets back to the two the two bills and not the
00:23:47.020 reconciliations lindsey graham's telling the president over the weekend this will tie to my
00:23:51.640 breath thing he told the president of the weekend say hey look this this this continuing resolution
00:23:56.720 is not going to have any more money for you what we need to do we need to get this one bill done we
00:24:01.400 need to get it done now we need 175 billion dollars to secure the border uh and to and to basically do
00:24:09.260 you want to deport uh 10 million people you need 175 billion dollars and you need it now oh by the
00:24:14.860 way let's throw in 125 billion dollars on top of the eight top of the 900 125 billion dollars on
00:24:23.640 military and they're going to say they say banner will shut you guys up they're going to say this is
00:24:29.280 all for hemispheric defense you want hemispheric defense you want you want the uh you want the uh the
00:24:34.780 panama canal you want greenland you want naval forces you want to drive out the cartels you want to
00:24:39.180 have three island chains that's not in our budget because our budget still ties to the post-war
00:24:45.180 international rules-based order todd bensman how's deportations going any closing thoughts
00:24:50.500 on taking on the cartel sir right before i get to the deportations i just want to point out
00:24:56.820 the washington post which is now breaking the story i guess about the cia troubling down in mexico
00:25:03.100 also is carrying a story uh talking about how wow there's nobody's coming across but trump keeps
00:25:11.000 putting troops down on the border and what are they going to do they've got nothing to do they're
00:25:15.260 twiddling their thumbs but what they're not realizing uh that maybe they want to have uh 500
00:25:24.080 uh troops of the 10th mountain division uh in fort huachuca as a credible threat to the cartels when
00:25:36.120 kinetics when fireworks start up down there because that that's a light infantry division uh yes they'll
00:25:44.500 probably have them scaling cliffs in arizona going after drug traffickers and whatnot but if
00:25:50.140 the cartels decide to cross in and do something to our law enforcement etc they're going to be
00:25:56.740 having to contend with these guys i just wanted to point out that there is a reason other than you
00:26:03.660 know tracking drug traffickers and and shutting down uh you know illegal immigration for a group like
00:26:11.380 that to be in fort huachuca 500 of them with all their gear and ammo uh so regarding the the
00:26:18.560 deportations i just wanted to point out like there is pearl clutching going on around the globe
00:26:24.560 over the fact that we are cuffing and leg ironing immigrants on these flights everybody's going crazy
00:26:34.440 india is just absolutely beside itself with outrage over a couple of flights that came in and
00:26:41.720 everybody was was handcuffed usually uh young men handcuffed uh when they come in there and i just
00:26:48.400 the new york post piece that i have out today is just pointing out that there's a damn good reason
00:26:53.740 for that just a few years ago when the biden administration was trying to shut down the
00:26:59.440 migrant camp under the del rio bridge they did air deportations on the haitians and didn't restrain
00:27:06.500 them and as a result they tried to hijack flights midair they rioted on these planes they tore the
00:27:13.040 every the stuffing out of every seat and attacked the pilots attacked ice agents mutinied on buses
00:27:20.800 took over buses that were on their way to laughlin air base uh for the deportation flights and they
00:27:27.400 learned their lesson and i just point out that that is the problem you don't want to have a hijacking
00:27:32.760 or a riot at 40 000 feet hello yeah hey uh todd by the way the cover of your book is that uh from
00:27:41.700 the international bridge that amazing picture this book one of the most important books of the 21st
00:27:46.720 century because this book did more than any to show people the reality of what biden had done at the
00:27:52.620 border overrun how joe biden unleashed the greatest border crisis in u.s history full stop by todd

00:30:15.300 okay there's a um there's a tweet out from lavrov i think on rt so take it away that's worth that
00:30:26.440 state tv and uh in uh russia but saying how uh they've already agreed to ambassadors asap and
00:30:33.760 to take apart any kind of diplomatic restraints on getting together why is this important look
00:30:39.620 we're we're not rebecca sunnybrook's farms we understand the russians are as tough to get the
00:30:44.680 leadership they're kind of a follow-on from the bolsheviks and stalin these guys kind of ran the
00:30:48.700 deal at yalta and other places but it's a beginning of a directionally you've got europe in paris
00:30:55.660 talking about their own defense the key takeaway is that we're not looking for protectorates we're not
00:31:02.600 an empire we have a revolutionary uh basis for this country we're anti-imperial
00:31:09.460 and now it stops the start time to start acting anti-imperial in paris what you're seeing is
00:31:16.580 they're having a discussion and they're coming to the conclusion the smug elites in europe is they
00:31:20.320 can't afford and never could afford their own defense this is why we bailed them out in world war
00:31:26.900 one we then went back and bailed them out again in world war ii we then went back and bailed them out
00:31:31.360 again in world war in the cold war and guess what no thanks told smugness of what the heartland of
00:31:37.600 america did so now it's time for them to fend for themselves there's no more they're not a protectorate
00:31:44.180 they're not a vassal state that's not what we're looking for they're going to come quickly to the
00:31:47.660 conclusion they're not going to have health care they're not going to have six weeks of vacation in
00:31:51.720 summer they're not going to have retirement at 50 on full pensions not going to have any of that
00:31:56.300 if they got to pay for their defense and they're going to have an awakening of the reality of being an
00:32:02.200 ally not being a vassal state uh at the same time we pivot here to take care of business in this
00:32:08.900 hemisphere ben harnwell uh there's a lot of tough look the the russians are as tough as they get the
00:32:15.060 guys that run that are just a notch down they're a little bit the junior varsity criminal sect that
00:32:20.020 the the guys in beijing have perfected right but we got to deal with them and it's going to be a
00:32:25.980 tough negotiation but it's a start your thoughts sir steve you you mentioned that the united states
00:32:31.520 isn't looking for protectorates i have to say if you look at the telegraph article from yesterday
00:32:37.220 outlying the plan uh supposed plan the u.s administration plan for ukraine and the rare
00:32:45.700 earths and the minerals um which you and i both don't even go there that article that well the point
00:32:52.720 is that is moving into protectorate territory pain and simple that's in your face yeah so there are
00:32:57.760 there are different things circulating right now um about no no no but that's look look look look the
00:33:04.340 minerals they're not worth it they're not worth it this walk away we're going to be adamant walk
00:33:09.040 away there's no minerals this is not the walk away that's a whole thing to get you're going to have
00:33:13.200 there you're going to have to have protection walk away if companies want to do it god bless them let
00:33:17.340 them go over there and do it i'm sure that the mineral rights will be something that's a long-term play
00:33:21.560 that's that's a that that's to suck you into that i understand president trump's thinking
00:33:25.720 he's tired of doing this in iraq he's tired of doing in afghanistan he's tired of doing where the
00:33:30.780 where the american elite has and you end up like costing nine trillion dollars the net present value
00:33:35.920 of nine trillion dollars in afghanistan and iraq and we have nothing i understand the thought but in
00:33:41.340 ukraine it's just cut cut it and let's get the hell out of there let let the let the german let the german
00:33:46.700 mining companies let the french mining companies the italian mining companies let them deal with
00:33:51.520 it but no that that's uh that's not a play and look maloney here's the key it was the
00:33:57.640 it's a trap here's the thing ben i gotta bounce a talk about our debt the finance minister of the
00:34:05.540 party that may actually win it won't be alternative for deutschland but maybe the christian the christian
00:34:10.160 democrat right this guy's a pretty low-key guy he's i'm pretty sure it's him he's the one that's
00:34:16.120 saying hey sovereign debt crisis sovereign debt crisis is and you know this the french government
00:34:21.520 got turfed out because of this the british government got turfed out because of this
00:34:25.220 the german government's kind of getting turfed out because of this in italy she's eventually
00:34:30.020 going to get turfed out about this the bond market has taken out more governments than howitzers just
00:34:35.020 remember that it's one of the things we have to worry about here when you get 36 trillion debt and
00:34:38.860 you add in a trillion dollars every hundred days the global capital markets get a vote and what
00:34:43.680 they're talking about is a sovereign debt crisis at the very moment they got to sit there and start
00:34:46.920 talking about the defense they never paid for in their lives it's a joke ben we'll get on back on
00:34:51.260 this tomorrow thanks for standing up late last night to do the breaking news out of uh out of riyadh
00:34:55.180 and out of paris uh we'll have much more of this in the evening show but ben will we'll let ben have
00:34:59.760 the night off we're ben you're putting up stuff 24 7 where folks go thanks steve getter getter under my
00:35:07.220 profile at harnwell i've got a great article at the top of my feed right now uh indicating talking about
00:35:13.000 this thing that starmer care starmer the uk prime minister was calling for in paris yesterday which
00:35:18.320 was the u.s uh stop gap um basically the u.s would be underwriting um the uk on the security
00:35:26.620 guarantees very very dangerous territory and that's following through no it is i mean it's following
00:35:32.020 through on on the biden regime's trickery and it's dying days
00:35:36.480 the atlanticist we're a pacific power and we're looking for hemispheric defense the atlanticist
00:35:46.800 which i hate to say is kind of racist but hey i'll throw it out there the atlanticist days are over
00:35:53.140 we're finished we don't want to hear about it and all you get up here in washington c they don't think
00:35:57.960 the pacific exists they don't care about uh the western hemisphere all they care about is their
00:36:03.480 buddies in northwest europe and in places like uh paris places like uh milan places like the city
00:36:11.180 of london and then greater london all of it that day is over ben harnwell thank you so much brother
00:36:16.160 thanks steve got in rome
00:36:18.640 dave bratt now we bring it back here wall street journal folks understand big article today they've
00:36:26.300 targeted our own former co-host peter navarro dr peter navarro in the white house they've targeted
00:36:31.260 navarro is he's the problem you know trump's got this kind of master plan but it's navarro's the
00:36:36.800 problem and particularly he's going to destroy the agriculture and manufacturing sector when the
00:36:41.700 murdochs come for you they roll hard baby and they're trying to they're trying to alinsky they're
00:36:47.000 trying to alinsky our own peter navarro dave bratt you got a whole series of charts and analysis you
00:36:52.340 want to walk us through what he got for us brother yeah well i i love this show it's like cramming for
00:36:58.200 an exam every time i come on because it's just uh exciting and hearing you connect the dots they
00:37:03.760 all just flow right the war to the border invasions to the economy uh i think you mentioned uh the other
00:37:10.740 day uh neil ferguson right a great oxford historian who connects the dots uh that when your interest
00:37:18.040 payments get bigger than your defense sector uh your economy's in decline and and roughly that's just
00:37:24.380 true intuitively right if you look at western civilization uh you need two things to be
00:37:29.300 successful you know empire or country or whatever and that's a sound economy and a strong military if
00:37:35.960 you're missing any one of those you're in trouble rome got in trouble precisely because they got over
00:37:41.280 their skis right uh their their spending on on wars and defense uh overcame their ability uh to generate
00:37:49.040 revenues and so at the beginning of your show i i love the autocratic breakthroughs right this this is
00:37:57.880 great autocratic breakthroughs and and they're accusing trump uh and and our team of this the
00:38:03.960 autocratic breakthrough we're doing is we're taking apart the autocracy right we're going away from empire
00:38:09.320 toward hemisphere uh go back to western civ name me an autocrat who doged himself right who voluntarily
00:38:17.200 downsized his military downsized his federal employees uh downsized the workforce i don't think
00:38:23.840 rome did that i don't think napoleon did that i don't think lenin stalin hitler did that they were
00:38:29.980 all the opposite and the left wants the big state our team is getting it straight so our our interest
00:38:36.600 payments on the debt are not bigger than defense and the other day on the show by the way uh interest
00:38:42.040 payments over the next decade the only thing bigger is social security then the interest
00:38:47.000 payments then underneath that medicare non-defense discretionary medicaid defense discretionary
00:38:52.840 everything else is under interest i just want to make sure people know niall ferguson's tremendous
00:38:58.460 historian but the mac daddy in this a guy named paul kennedy he wrote a book that was a must read when
00:39:04.920 i came out of the pentagon and went to harvard back in the mid 80s it was towards the end of president
00:39:09.520 reagan's administration he wrote the rise and the fall of great powers if i can strongly recommend to
00:39:14.880 this audience you get a book it's in paperback he's a british naval historian that's absolutely
00:39:20.380 brilliant he went he went through essentially i don't think he does any china he does the history
00:39:25.540 of the west empires and rising powers he always ties it back the the the fall part comes from this
00:39:33.580 comes from you've spent too much money on arms too much money you've diverted too many you know
00:39:38.520 swords it's it's swords the plowshares the swords and it's how you finance it he gets to the part of
00:39:44.800 it's not just the aggregate amount of what you're doing and the manpower you're killing right your own
00:39:50.160 best guys but he gets into how you finance it the rise and the fall of great powers and baby it is the
00:39:56.900 united states today and that's what these elites that run this nation have not got they have not learned
00:40:01.620 the true lessons of history that have been out there to learn right and this is what america first
00:40:07.120 means dave bratt your thoughts yeah and so you know the conservatives are dumb to quote our vice
00:40:14.640 president who i thought was funny the other day uh but the laughter is smart now i'm going to get to
00:40:19.420 that in a little little analysis here but the wall street journal you know they're just silly and it's
00:40:23.640 all about framing on our on our good friend peter navarro uh yesterday they say uh reciprocal trade
00:40:30.180 uh they're calling that maximalist tariffs reciprocal trade which means just fairness right it's like
00:40:36.500 aristotelian fairness it's like the golden rule but hold it hey wall street journal do you think
00:40:40.740 they're not silly hang on but they're but they're not hang on they're not silly it's actually very
00:40:47.480 well thought to be curious the thing we're not talking about tariffs this is a new is trump has a
00:40:53.700 new geostrategic concept you see it playing out in saudi arabia in the negotiation and here with the cia
00:41:01.020 in the military going down these are the actions of a new geostrategic realignment he also has a
00:41:06.700 geoeconomic realignment it's not tariffs we're not talking about a 25 tariff on a mexican avocado
00:41:13.540 we're not talking about a part made under the hood in canada that goes back and forth 20 times
00:41:17.940 it's different than that he's talking about what we talk about here that civic society has provided for
00:41:23.720 the greatest market in mankind's history and trump thinks like hey if you're going to get a skybox at a
00:41:28.900 sporting event or if you're going to get a front row see the concert you got to pay a premium to get
00:41:32.360 through the golden door it's got to be a premium and if you're not going to pay that if you if you
00:41:37.100 bring your manufacturing here and make it here then guess what you don't probably have to pay the
00:41:42.660 premium but it is to a degree the wall street journal is smart to attack this because they're free
00:41:48.320 traders right this is the the economist the financial times of london they're really the papers and
00:41:54.520 magazines that inspired the wall street journal were built in the time of free trade these these
00:41:59.680 were ideological almost religious uh fights and i guess the the 18th late 18th and 19th century in
00:42:06.700 in britain when london was the was the centerpiece of the world and the fights here you know from the
00:42:11.780 corn laws and everything ahead this was british politics for 150 20 years it's one of the reasons
00:42:17.180 we had a revolution remember our revolutionary generation would have been on the ground floor of
00:42:21.580 empire when they do clive and these guys are doing india they're doing north america and these guys
00:42:25.980 said hey look we see how a worthless aristocracy has corrupted commons has corrupted commons taking it
00:42:33.900 away from the little guy and they have they give these monopolies to their buddies like the british east
00:42:40.620 india company and they saw this coming what in british history what's not done enough is the power of
00:42:45.760 these monopolistic companies to basically drive international strategy and geo strategy in north
00:42:52.140 america here and this is what the revolutionary generation is about this is what alexander hamilton
00:42:56.240 got now he wanted to replicate a little bit later but these guys understood it these were smart lawyers
00:43:02.520 they were real estate speculators they were free booters like sam adams and john hancock they understood
00:43:07.240 exactly what was going on and they said hey guess what we'd rather opt out even to the point of being
00:43:12.980 hungish traders to have our own deal here because we see what's happening with this worthless aristocracy
00:43:18.880 in london we see how the corrupted commons will never be free we will never be free we will co-opt it
00:43:24.620 and that is what we owe the revolutionary and the framers they had an ability to have a pretty damn good
00:43:31.080 deal and they risked it all for future generations down to the current day and this is what this fight's
00:43:36.580 about today we have almost the exact same fight right and now we've allowed these oligarchs and the
00:43:42.600 concentration well if a revolutionary generation walked into washington dc today they walked that
00:43:47.520 square and they would spit they'd be so mad about what we what we've allowed to deteriorate
00:43:52.660 short commercial break we're going to return with dave bratt professor dave bratt in the war room in just a
00:43:58.960 moment

00:45:51.980 all of his brilliant analysis because i've uh i've been yelling and screaming into this microphone and
00:45:56.220 taking away all his uh all his airtime uh we're also going to have updates on the resistance you know
00:46:01.540 the supreme court all the legal the federal judges everything they're trying to do on doge uh brett and i
00:46:07.400 are actually going to take some time besides his charts we're actually going to take some time and
00:46:11.600 walk through process we're going to walk through the cr that's coming uh and we're going to talk
00:46:16.640 about the two reconciliations everything else president trump and the economic team are trying
00:46:20.180 to do uh so that's all five to seven nine plus we got a special i didn't know this until last night
00:46:26.820 in the middle of the night the manifesto the young woman wrote in in nashford the christian school
00:46:32.140 is not like a three-page back it's 900 pages michael patrick lay he's doing an extraordinary
00:46:37.980 job out there in nashville he's going to be on we're going to get into this cult of this uh this
00:46:43.340 um i don't know this transgender cult that's murdering people this stuff's over the top there's
00:46:48.520 something wrong here it's happening all over the country we're going to have some of the experts on
00:46:52.440 to break it all down at six o'clock and day brett's going to be with me besides economics
00:46:56.540 and um more updates on on geopolitics day brett closing thoughts uh no charts dave you're going
00:47:04.220 to save them for tonight there's the hook the war and posse is going to want to be here to see it
00:47:07.680 all and brad's going to be with us all day tomorrow in cpac cpac.org yep slash war room 76 a ticket all
00:47:16.020 day you get a hot lunch you get to see us all everybody will be there making presentations bill
00:47:20.320 mcginley's going to join us i think i'm going to try to get scott presser in by video brad's going to
00:47:25.120 be there grace chung making a guest appearance you know what it does take get grace out of la
00:47:30.860 uh so this is how big it is day brett closing thoughts yeah good the the wall street journal
00:47:37.400 article uh didn't even make a trade argument right they they first mentioned navarro's prison term
00:47:43.200 hegseth i mean great economic analysis right wall street journal and then the buried lead comes out
00:47:49.740 about two-thirds down the article and they start talking about what they really want they want
00:47:53.740 exemptions and carve outs etc and so that's where i'm saying they're off course compared to the left
00:48:01.840 right the left is brilliant let me read you a few lines i'm going to skip all the charts but i'll just
00:48:05.900 read a few sentences people may not know this economists don't know this well i remember something
00:48:10.500 smart from my training uh but back in the days they changed the definition of manufacturing and
00:48:17.760 investment and this is going to shock you when you hear this the definition of manufacturing has
00:48:23.160 evolved over time to include more than just physical transformation of materials and now also includes
00:48:29.180 services engineering logistics and technology computers big tech etc are now counted as manufacturing
00:48:36.580 but it's more than that capital investment is counted as manufacturing but here comes the bombshell
00:48:41.920 yes this is all brought to you by artificial intelligence by the way green investment is part of u.s
00:48:48.020 manufacturing and it's a key driver of job creation and a more sustainable economy uh how is the green
00:48:56.000 investment part of u.s manufacturing you might ask the answer tax credits the inflation reduction act
00:49:02.660 ira offers tax credits on clean energy etc so all this when i show you the charts brookings and all of
00:49:09.640 our fair weather friends are showing don't worry about it manufacturing still going up right it's
00:49:14.440 just employment all the jobs numbers are going down you know don't worry about those human beings
00:49:18.720 manufacturing's going up jobs are going down well that's because manufacturing has been redefined by
00:49:24.520 the left in the government statistics yes i'm going to get into that with you later today but
00:49:29.520 if you don't understand that they can lie with the statistics you can't lie with the human beings and
00:49:34.340 the jobs right because they're easy to count very hard to lie and i'm going to show you charts on that
00:49:38.600 lie at five as well we'll break it all down also talk about the deficit debt all of it in the cr all
00:49:46.420 the games being played right now because we've got it we can't have austerity for the people and tax
00:49:51.480 cuts for the wealthy it's not going to work right it's not going to work so we got to figure this out
00:49:55.020 collectively how about that day brad social media we'll see here at five social media sir
00:50:00.120 yep brad economic getter and now on x whoa on x still ban on x here thank you dave brad sea at five
00:50:10.900 mike lindell yeah it's a very special day for you sir we're so glad to have you as a partner and as a
00:50:18.520 friend and a colleague why is this day important in the in the history of mike lindell well eight years
00:50:23.780 ago today uh february 18 2017 is the day i gave my life to jesus christ and my book which by the way
00:50:31.500 you're all going to get when you go into cpac free tomorrow um the uh and this week um in my book i
00:50:37.700 tell the story of that i said my book's called what are the odds from crack addict to ceo i always use
00:50:43.420 mathematics my whole life to prove that god exists i said wow what's the odds of that happening and one in
00:50:48.260 a million or a one in a billion or when do you add them together and it becomes a miracle well i remember
00:50:53.900 in 2017 being in the white house here's this next crack addict and i go live with president trump to
00:51:00.280 the nation and all my friends at home are going what is this crack addict doing on tv with the
00:51:05.320 president jesus is real because this would be impossible and so eight years ago today when those
00:51:11.780 things kept happening i go this is i did a full surrender to jesus christ and i forgave myself for a lot
00:51:17.640 of things that happened way back in the day and i was able to then go forth to something i couldn't
00:51:23.000 do and that was speaking in public two months after that i spoke at us bank stadium 60 000 people and
00:51:29.400 led them in prayer that is something there's no way i could have ever done and so it's a it's a very
