Bannon's War Room - Episode 4288： LIVE From CPAC 2025 Evening

00:00:00.000 The men and women at the FBI, I have your back because you have the backs of the American people.

00:00:05.420 You will be held to the same high standard.

00:00:09.160 Any deviation from that standard will not be tolerated at this Federal Bureau of Investigation.

00:00:14.840 The men and women at the FBI who make us safe deserve better.

00:00:19.080 And they are going to get it with our leadership and your support.

00:00:23.060 God bless America and God bless every one of you.

00:00:25.500 I love this country.

00:00:30.000 Everyone go to the Waldorf.

00:00:43.280 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

00:01:01.740 Pray for our enemies.

00:01:03.740 Because we're going to medieval on these people.

00:01:05.660 You're just not going to get a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.

00:01:11.300 The people have had a belly full of it.

00:01:13.260 I know you don't like hearing that.

00:01:14.680 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that.

00:01:16.380 But you're not going to stop it.

00:01:17.320 It's going to happen.

00:01:18.600 And where do people like that go to share the big line?

00:01:21.980 Mega Media.

00:01:23.340 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.

00:01:28.020 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?

00:01:32.540 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.

00:01:38.800 War Room.

00:01:39.740 Here's your host, Stephen K.

00:01:41.700 I see some familiar faces over there.

00:01:57.780 Is that Mike Davis?

00:01:58.800 Mike Davis.

00:01:59.480 Mike Davis.

00:02:00.600 Mike Davis.

00:02:01.680 Right there in the far right.

00:02:03.260 There's Mike Davis.

00:02:04.340 Far right where he belongs.

00:02:05.580 Far right.

00:02:06.560 Wow.

00:02:07.660 I thought Pam Bonney or somebody may say a word.

00:02:09.580 Carly Bonney, you still crying?

00:02:13.540 Carly Bonney, there's no crying.

00:02:14.980 Carly Bonney, she's wiping those tears of joy away.

00:02:18.220 Carly Bonney, there's no crying in the War Room, baby.

00:02:21.140 Carly, come on up. 1.00

00:02:22.120 Come on up.

00:02:27.300 The Midnight Rider, folks.

00:02:29.000 Carly Bonney.

00:02:30.720 Oh, my goodness.

00:02:31.260 What are you crying for?

00:02:33.500 All right.

00:02:33.980 Let me tell you guys a story.

00:02:35.720 Hey, there's a place in Ronkonkoma called the America First Warehouse.

00:02:41.920 Yes.

00:02:42.380 And Cash was out there, you know, signing his book, and I couldn't wait to meet him in person

00:02:46.680 because, you know, we talk online and stuff and share, like, crazy memes and things.

00:02:52.140 And I got to ask him a question, and I said, when President Trump wins again for the third

00:03:00.420 time, what position would you like to have?

00:03:05.220 Is there some place that you think you would fit?

00:03:08.680 You know, because at that time, we all thought he would be great for the CIA.

00:03:12.380 And he was so gracious, and he said, let's just see what happens.

00:03:18.020 Wherever I'm wanted, wherever I'm needed, I'll take the job gladly.

00:03:22.000 Wow.

00:03:22.360 Isn't that great?

00:03:22.940 And I got all verklempt then, and now seeing this now, I'm verklempt again, and I don't

00:03:30.140 know.

00:03:30.360 I can't stop crying because this just...

00:03:32.560 You're verklempt.

00:03:33.120 Just talk.

00:03:33.680 Talk amongst yourselves.

00:03:35.220 This was a hard one, guys.

00:03:37.040 This was a fight.

00:03:39.020 You do a better imitation of Mike Myers than Mike Myers does.

00:03:41.680 Okay.

00:03:42.380 Let's go to the main stage.

00:03:43.860 We got Eric Bolling up here.

00:03:45.100 We got a huge announcement we're going to make in a moment.

00:03:46.660 Let's go to the main stage.

00:03:48.140 Mike Benz taking down USAID and the CIA with Match Lab.

00:03:52.700 Let's go.

00:03:53.460 Let's hear it.

00:03:53.940 So we're hearing optimism from you.

00:04:00.240 I like it.

00:04:03.180 If I may defend myself.

00:04:05.960 I wanted to give you one more shot to really clarify things.

00:04:11.920 Vigilance is eternal on this.

00:04:16.940 Take a vacation if you feel you need to.

00:04:19.760 Drink your champagne.

00:04:20.800 If you're an Eagles fan, you know, do a little touchdown dance.

00:04:27.320 But then get right back to work.

00:04:29.980 Get right back to work.

00:04:32.060 Are we going to do that?

00:04:33.200 Are we going to get right back to work?

00:04:35.420 Thank you, Mike.

00:04:36.220 Thanks for being with us.

00:04:37.420 We appreciate it.

00:04:38.120 Are we losing a step here, Harry?

00:04:54.400 Harry used to be able to hit the fastball.

00:04:57.620 I'm picking on Harry.

00:04:58.440 Harry's great.

00:04:59.260 Okay.

00:04:59.640 Welcome.

00:05:00.080 We got major, major, major news.

00:05:02.600 Eric Bolling.

00:05:05.800 And I don't know who approved this.

00:05:07.280 I don't know how SIG, I don't know how the SIGs did this.

00:05:09.260 I was not consulted.

00:05:10.340 No, no, no.

00:05:11.500 Naturally.

00:05:14.380 Bolling, tell us what's going to happen on Monday.

00:05:16.920 So, I'd like to preempt this with, I found out yesterday what's going to happen on Monday.

00:05:22.700 And I found out through a press release.

00:05:25.120 Turns out, I will be, I've been doing a podcast for the past four months called Bolling.

00:05:30.000 And it will be carried now on Real America's Voice.

00:05:33.000 And the best news of all of this, it leads into the war room.

00:05:36.340 This hour of the war room.

00:05:37.120 Four to five.

00:05:38.040 So, four to five.

00:05:39.140 Eric Bolling is going to be tee up the war room.

00:05:41.040 We're going to try to do a live changeover.

00:05:43.240 Can I just say one thing?

00:05:45.180 I just showed someone a DM I had with Andrew Breitbart the day he passed.

00:05:50.220 The day we found out he passed.

00:05:52.300 And it was a couple days after Steve Bannon, Andrew Breitbart, Eric Bolling, and Ann Coulter

00:05:57.720 had drinks and cocktails over at Del Frisco's across the street from Fox.

00:06:02.380 I remember that.

00:06:02.820 What an honor it was for me, and little did I know this many years later, that I was

00:06:09.220 in the presence of just some absolute wonderful people.

00:06:12.300 And Steve, you've been a hero of mine.

00:06:13.960 And I really look forward to four to five to five to six.

00:06:17.960 But hold it.

00:06:18.820 Who signed off?

00:06:19.880 Now, think about this lineup.

00:06:22.040 Ten to noon, you got war room.

00:06:24.160 Noon to two, you got Charlie Kirk.

00:06:26.120 Two to three, you got Jack Posobiec.

00:06:28.140 Three to four, you got Steve Gruber.

00:06:30.320 Four to five, Eric Bolling.

00:06:32.380 Five to six, back of the war room.

00:06:34.360 You got John Solomon, six to seven.

00:06:36.460 And Stinchfield, seven to eight, right?

00:06:39.060 Yep, yep.

00:06:39.700 That's like nine hours.

00:06:40.720 I was at eight.

00:06:41.320 Stinch is seven to eight.

00:06:42.380 I don't want him at seven to eight.

00:06:43.360 You got, that's nine hours of madness, right?

00:06:46.940 What a lineup of Real America's Voice.

00:06:50.080 Eric, what's the show going to be like?

00:06:51.740 Tell us what to expect.

00:06:53.180 Well.

00:06:53.560 What's different?

00:06:54.340 What's different in your show now than when you were on Fox and the Murdochs?

00:06:57.980 The Murdochs never let you cover anything.

00:06:59.880 So let me just tell you something.

00:07:01.060 I've spent the better part of 20 years measuring every word out of my mouth because I, when you watch any legacy media news person, I don't care if they're opinion or news, they're a journalist and they're giving their opinions on TV.

00:07:18.140 Everything they say runs through, you know, the censorship in their own mind because the minute it comes out, they feel that they're, they've exposed either the company or themselves to either litigation or losing an advertiser.

00:07:32.360 You do not get what they're feeling.

00:07:38.360 You're getting the very much watered down and censored version of it.

00:07:42.420 What's been approved by corporate.

00:07:43.660 What's been approved. 0.98

00:07:44.600 And if God forbid you say something that hasn't been, you get your butt hauled up to, that's one thing I'd be careful of, you get your butt hauled up to the second floor. 0.76

00:07:53.400 I went to the next place who happens to be one of the sponsors of this and I got censored day in and day out.

00:08:00.640 I had sent the great Senator Mike Lee on the show and Mike wanted to come on and talk.

00:08:04.960 He called me up at home and said, I want to talk about cutting off Ukrainian funding. 0.66

00:08:08.360 He's like, I am so sick of this.

00:08:10.340 So I brought him on the show.

00:08:11.620 We did nine minutes with Mike Lee about cutting Ukraine funding.

00:08:17.000 It was a pre-tape show at eight o'clock.

00:08:19.360 I'm watching three minutes of that interview went up and nothing to do with Ukraine.

00:08:23.200 Three minutes.

00:08:23.820 Three minutes.

00:08:24.280 They cut six, two thirds of the whole interview.

00:08:26.260 You cut a U.S. Senator six minutes.

00:08:28.180 And he didn't know.

00:08:29.140 No one told him.

00:08:30.000 And I called him.

00:08:30.760 I said, Senator, I just got to let you know.

00:08:32.460 He was livid.

00:08:34.280 Wow.

00:08:34.680 Really, really pissed.

00:08:35.420 Wow.

00:08:35.580 That's what he wanted to do.

00:08:36.480 He wanted to come and talk about it.

00:08:37.500 But you get censored.

00:08:39.240 It doesn't matter on the right, on the left.

00:08:41.180 You get censored.

00:08:42.040 Here, you're getting organic and truth.

00:08:45.440 You're getting the truth, Steve.

00:08:46.660 Wow.

00:08:47.960 Eric Bolling.

00:08:48.820 Okay.

00:08:50.360 We're going to go in the audience a second.

00:08:52.080 Burquam, you're there.

00:08:52.920 We're going to hang on.

00:08:53.760 And Jane Zirko.

00:08:54.480 I want to start, though, with Posobiec and come across Cash Patel as FBI director.

00:08:59.360 What is the first thing that Cash does, Jack Posobiec?

00:09:02.560 Look, the first thing.

00:09:03.900 Oh, we've got a hot mic here.

00:09:04.880 The first thing I want to see Cash Patel do, as soon as he's able, declassify, declassify,

00:09:11.980 declassify.

00:09:13.340 Let's get everything out there.

00:09:14.960 The assassinations, 9-11, Epstein, anything that the FBI is sitting on that vault.

00:09:20.820 I want to see Cash Patel go right over to that vault.

00:09:23.720 J6, J6, all J6.

00:09:26.220 All of it.

00:09:27.000 Throw the doors way open.

00:09:29.520 And by the way, let's see all of the FD302 forms from those J6 interviews.

00:09:36.420 And let's match up those 302 forms, the custodial interviews, with what those agents said on the

00:09:43.040 stand in court, because I'm pretty sure that Pam Bondi would agree that perjury is a felony

00:09:49.680 in the United States.

00:09:50.960 All right.

00:09:52.800 Carly, Cash Patel, what should you do first?

00:09:56.380 Well, I'm just going to coin a phrase.

00:09:59.840 The hunters have now become the hunted.

00:10:03.140 Well, I need the hunted.

00:10:04.020 Oh, you're saying, you're saying go after those guys.

00:10:06.240 What do you mean by that?

00:10:07.140 That sounds, that sounds ominous.

00:10:09.740 Well, did anyone read Government Gangsters?

00:10:12.300 You know, the left was screaming about it, but that's a playbook.

00:10:16.100 And they're right.

00:10:17.600 They're right. 0.76

00:10:18.880 Everything in that book, these are crooked people.

00:10:21.060 Who are the worst hunters? 0.54

00:10:23.340 I want to see Adam Schiff go down.

00:10:28.860 Let's cut back to Pam Bondi at Cash's swearing in. 1.00

00:10:34.020 Please place your hand on the guitar and raise your right hand.

00:10:48.800 I do solemnly swear.

00:10:50.600 I do solemnly swear.

00:10:53.840 That I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

00:10:58.160 That I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

00:11:01.300 Against all enemies, foreign enemies, and defend the Constitution.

00:11:04.780 Against all enemies, foreign enemies, and defend the Constitution.

00:11:06.940 A little cut at the end.

00:11:07.980 A little cut at the end.

00:11:09.020 No one can touch.

00:11:10.040 I think Cash, if I can continue the conversation, I think Cash should immediately audit the FBI.

00:11:17.460 Follow the money.

00:11:18.540 You want to know what's going on anywhere?

00:11:20.060 Follow the money.

00:11:21.140 And we will find out where the money was spent, how it was spent.

00:11:24.200 And once you start pulling at some of those threads on the sweater, it starts to unravel very quickly when there's a dollar attached to it.

00:11:31.000 And someone could go to jail for fraud.

00:11:33.420 Well, and Eric, to your point before that Senator Lee was talking about, we need a full audit of all the Ukraine funding.

00:11:41.100 All the money that's going on.

00:11:42.500 Now, Zelensky, and I was over there in Kiev last week.

00:11:45.800 And Zelensky says he didn't get all the money.

00:11:47.960 Okay.

00:11:48.260 So who got the money?

00:11:49.940 Not all the money.

00:11:50.200 He only got $77 billion of $172 billion.

00:11:53.360 So how many billions went into the pockets of kickbacks of politicians and organizations in Washington, D.C.?

00:12:01.080 And I'd love to see Cash Patel and Pam Bondi get together with Ed Martin, your new U.S. attorney of Washington, D.C.,

00:12:10.400 and start tracking every dollar of that Ukraine funding because I got a thinking, I got an interesting suspicion that the name Vindman might be coming up.

00:12:21.960 Oh, wow.

00:12:23.220 You think somebody walks back through there?

00:12:24.660 And his wife losing her mind on Twitter that he didn't get the pre-pardon.

00:12:29.500 She seemed, oh, very upset about that.

00:12:32.260 Me think the lady doth protest too much. 1.00

00:12:35.340 Before we go to break, we got a minute or two.

00:12:37.200 Let's talk about this Ukraine situation, right?

00:12:39.480 You're very familiar with what happened.

00:12:41.920 Scott Besson's over there.

00:12:43.300 They're talking about minerals.

00:12:45.120 Zelensky was very rude to Besson.

00:12:47.140 He's been disrespectful for the president.

00:12:49.180 The president's called him a dictator.

00:12:51.000 If the audience haven't heard, what's the breaking news about where is President Trump going to go and on what day he's going to go?

00:12:56.860 Why is this symbolic?

00:12:57.920 So this is reported.

00:12:59.320 It has not yet been confirmed by the White House, but this is reported from European sources.

00:13:03.720 And we know that President Trump has already said that he plans to go to Russia, and he said that Putin, he also plans to welcome him to the White House.

00:13:14.660 There's reporting from European sources now that President Trump plans to travel to Moscow, Russia, for a sit-down with Putin on May 9th of this year.

00:13:26.260 So in just a couple of weeks for that sit-down.

00:13:29.160 And for folks who don't know, May 9th is significant.

00:13:32.040 That is the end of World War II, Victory Day, as it's celebrated in Russia, the Battle of Berlin.

00:13:40.560 Their heads are blowing up right now, right?

00:13:43.360 Well, the heads are blowing up because President Trump has decided to actually put peace and the interests of war ahead of the corrupt interests and the special interests.

00:13:53.400 And he's decided, and I talked about this on stage today, that unfortunately World War III is going to have to be canceled.

00:13:58.860 Social media, social media, where do we go to get you?

00:14:02.840 Bowling, the show's called Bowling, Eric Bowling, at Eric Bowling everywhere.

00:14:07.140 And by the way, at 4.57, watch the show because Steve and I are going to have a little conversation about what's going to happen.

00:14:15.060 We've learned so much from this guy, I can't speak enough.

00:14:18.540 So 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, the show kicks off in the lineup of Real America's Boys.

00:14:23.320 Let's hear it for Eric.

00:14:24.680 Thank you, guys.

00:14:25.900 Thank you.

00:14:26.260 Carly Bonet, where are we going, Telegram, to get you?

00:14:29.440 Telegram, it's Midnight Rider, Carly Bonet.

00:14:31.680 It's Carly Bonet across the board except for Facebook and Instagram.

00:14:35.620 Boo.

00:14:36.340 You're not verklempt anymore?

00:14:37.880 You're good?

00:14:38.580 I'm getting better.

00:14:39.460 You're better?

00:14:39.920 Okay.

00:14:40.200 Let's hear it for Carly Bonet, Midnight Rider. 0.68

00:14:43.160 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:14:45.100 We're going to be back.

00:14:46.100 Real America's Voice of the War.

00:14:47.400 We're going to be in a moment.

00:14:48.260 Thank you.

00:14:49.260 Have you seen the news from economists forecasting a depression?

00:15:03.320 I'm not talking recession.

00:15:05.360 I mean depression by the year 2030.

00:15:08.600 We're in a perfect storm as Social Security and Medicare hit a breaking point with the largest generation hitting retirement. 0.62

00:15:15.580 A smaller workforce means a smaller tax base.

00:15:20.420 Pair that with our growing national debt and rising cost of living, and you've got a problem, and I mean a big problem.

00:15:27.560 So what are you going to do now to protect your family for the future?

00:17:14.120 Yes.

00:17:14.560 I spent 365 days in combat in Vietnam.

00:17:19.020 The communists shot at me. 0.86

00:17:28.280 Can you please tell me your name and what brings you to CPAC?

00:17:30.540 My name is Karlyn.

00:17:31.700 I'm from Central Illinois, and we are going to turn Illinois red this year.

00:17:36.480 I'm leading the precinct strategy.

00:17:38.660 So if anyone doesn't know anything about Dan Schultz's precinct strategy, dad, this is

00:17:42.320 he.

00:17:42.340 I love the precinct strategy, but when are you guys going to get strong enough to shut

00:17:46.160 up Pritzker?

00:17:47.020 I'm so tired of hearing him.

00:17:48.700 We are going to do it.

00:17:48.880 We have a group of young men over here at Make Illinois Great Again, a booth over here,

00:17:54.020 and they are got...

00:17:55.020 Where's the Make Illinois Great Again crowd?

00:17:56.940 Where are they?

00:17:57.720 Are you here?

00:17:58.560 Let's say...

00:17:59.280 Why do you want to make Illinois great again?

00:18:00.900 Come and tell me.

00:18:01.900 Come and tell me.

00:18:04.180 Because Illinois is a great state.

00:18:06.400 It's full of great people.

00:18:06.940 Amen.

00:18:07.500 It's full of conservatives.

00:18:09.340 Everybody south of I-80 is with this crowd.

00:18:16.160 All right.

00:18:16.760 Can you please say your name?

00:18:17.360 What brings you to CPAC?

00:18:18.600 Oh, I met with Mr. Bannon for five minutes when he was in Springfield, Missouri, and I got

00:18:23.380 a quick introduction, but I didn't get to follow up with you.

00:18:26.440 And I'm a former liberal, former atheist, former president of the ACLU, and I still need to

00:18:31.340 talk to you.

00:18:31.900 Wow.

00:18:32.220 Wow.

00:18:32.500 What convinced you to change over?

00:18:34.300 Wow.

00:18:35.080 I was an atheist, and I had a rattle encounter with God.

00:18:38.240 Jane, make sure you should go see Moe right over here, right over in the bullpen. 1.00

00:18:41.740 Your name, and what brings you to CPAC?

00:18:45.480 My name is Rafael.

00:18:46.640 I come from California.

00:18:48.560 We love Trump in California.

00:18:51.140 Tell me about your pin.

00:18:52.300 It says, abolish the Department of Education.

00:18:54.680 Do you guys want to abolish the Department of Education?

00:18:59.380 Tell me your name, and what brings you to CPAC?

00:19:01.440 I'm Patty Hall, and I am at CPAC from St. Pete, Florida to see Steve Bannon and celebrate

00:19:07.600 the delicious victory.

00:19:09.480 Amen.

00:19:10.360 Jane, hang on for one second.

00:19:12.080 Does that summarize CPAC right there?

00:19:14.080 Oh, man.

00:19:14.420 Everything international.

00:19:15.240 That's all music to my...

00:19:16.700 I mean, I'm too...

00:19:17.340 Matt Schlapp, the head of CPAC.

00:19:18.940 I'm too...

00:19:19.460 Actually, Mercy Schlapp's the head of CPAC, but we have the spokesmodel. 0.99

00:19:23.180 Matt Schlapp joins us.

00:19:24.080 Can I tell you, I'm cynical, and I look at this, and I say, well, Illinois's hard, and

00:19:27.620 this community's hard, and California.

00:19:30.280 Do you know what Donald Trump is teaching me?

00:19:32.900 Have hope and believe.

00:19:34.920 Amazing things can happen.

00:19:36.540 So I love the fact that you guys are digging in.

00:19:39.260 We just got done talking about our panel about politics, and Steve and Jack, you guys know

00:19:44.500 this.

00:19:45.260 The one thing we have to do as patriots, people who believe in freedom, is we'll let the

00:19:50.700 RNC and all those guys do their thing.

00:19:53.400 We got our own thing to do.

00:19:54.920 It's a little bit different and distinct, and the one thing we have to be is entrepreneurial.

00:20:00.840 We have to be creative, and there's all kinds of people that are willing to come our way

00:20:05.460 that, you know, maybe weren't willing to before.

00:20:07.820 Hang on.

00:20:08.160 I want to say, this celebration, a couple of days, right?

00:20:12.360 Yesterday was a glorious day.

00:20:14.000 We just saw Kash Patel get sworn in and start his run as head of the FBI.

00:20:20.620 McConnell steps down yesterday.

00:20:21.980 But this started four years ago.

00:20:24.660 Talk about the decision of bringing President Trump to Orlando, you know, first a little

00:20:29.680 hesitant, and then him coming.

00:20:30.920 That was the starting point.

00:20:32.000 47 days after he went to Mar-a-Lago.

00:20:34.480 Talks about that.

00:20:35.340 Because that was the first step in the journey that leads us here today, 32 days into President

00:20:41.320 Trump's second term.

00:20:42.260 So this lady who was up here said she was a former atheist, head of the ACLU.

00:20:46.860 I don't know where she went.

00:20:48.340 But she got to talk to Steve Bannon.

00:20:51.840 I'm lucky.

00:20:52.920 I get missives from Steve Bannon when he is inspired to tell me something he thinks CPAC

00:20:58.220 needs to do.

00:20:58.900 And the one thing that I don't think we ever had any daylight on is Donald Trump wasn't

00:21:05.780 too old.

00:21:06.560 Donald Trump wasn't a has-been.

00:21:08.240 Donald Trump didn't have his chance.

00:21:09.720 It was time to look for someone else.

00:21:11.660 We felt the opposite.

00:21:12.700 We thought everything about 2020 meant you had to double down.

00:21:17.120 So I did something we do at CPAC.

00:21:18.900 I'm a Midwestern boy, by the way, raised in Kansas mostly by kind of like eight expat

00:21:24.960 New Yorker parents.

00:21:26.700 And I have this thing my parents taught me, Jack.

00:21:29.740 You invite someone to come to something, you're being polite.

00:21:33.120 You're saying I'd sent Donald Trump a letter.

00:21:35.080 I didn't think it was controversial. 0.97

00:21:36.720 Hey, we're going to have this CPAC in Orlando because, no offense, Washington, D.C. sucked 0.95

00:21:41.680 under that virus.

00:21:42.820 And everything was closed down.

00:21:44.240 They were trying to close this down.

00:21:45.360 I said, we are not closing down CPAC.

00:21:47.600 We'll go to any jurisdiction that will be open.

00:21:50.040 The only one we could find was Orlando in this hotel.

00:21:53.080 Turned out to be a Pritzker hotel, by the way.

00:21:55.360 That's a whole other story.

00:21:57.100 But the, so we invite Donald Trump.

00:22:00.460 And you know what happened to me, Steve?

00:22:01.660 This will shock you.

00:22:02.940 I had board members that said, well, Donald Trump is an insurrectionist.

00:22:08.160 And he's an election denier. 0.98

00:22:10.120 And he's a felon.

00:22:11.500 And do you know he's being investigated in Georgia and New York and even DOJ?

00:22:16.000 You need to rescind.

00:22:17.600 Your invitation.

00:22:18.880 Rescind it.

00:22:19.860 So I said, I don't even understand why.

00:22:21.560 How do you, how do you rescind it?

00:22:23.080 I can't go get the letter.

00:22:24.560 How do you call Donald Trump and say, yeah, I'm going to be an Indian dinner?

00:22:29.360 Kidding, kidding, kidding.

00:22:30.140 I couldn't even imagine it.

00:22:31.840 And besides that, that would have been morally wrong and repugnant.

00:22:34.820 And why would I do that when he's the only guy and clearly divinely inspired to save my country?

00:22:42.600 So we stuck by him. 1.00

00:22:44.080 Those board members, those board members were thrown out on their ass, Steve. 1.00

00:22:48.840 Okay. 1.00

00:22:49.020 Amen.

00:22:50.620 The single best speech I think President Trump has ever given is that Orlando speech.

00:22:56.700 It's called the come retribution speech.

00:22:58.840 And it is Old Testament, right?

00:23:00.900 It is righteous ignignation about Trump knew the election was stolen, right?

00:23:06.340 He knew the Republican Party did not back him up and having it stolen, right?

00:23:10.580 You just had the J6 guys all being hunted down. 1.00

00:23:13.280 He was angry when he said that, but he was hopeful in saying, I'm coming back.

00:23:18.200 I'm going to run.

00:23:19.100 And that was the first step in the journey that leads us here today.

00:23:21.800 That's the truth.

00:23:22.820 And the other thing is I'm going to, I'm going to say this in a way that doesn't get me in

00:23:26.400 any trouble, but can you imagine having the presidency ripped from your hands, having

00:23:31.300 to read that Joe Biden got 81 million votes, ha, ha.

00:23:36.280 And, and now you're a former president. 0.96

00:23:39.040 And now all these people that were kissing your butt and wanting jobs and wanting to get 0.99

00:23:43.300 on the board of this and wanting to get invited to a Christmas party. 0.96

00:23:46.140 They're all starting to put quotes out in the paper.

00:23:48.260 Remember that?

00:23:48.760 I remember that.

00:23:49.380 Putting tweets out, separating themselves.

00:23:51.620 He had his chance.

00:23:52.540 I love him, but it's not his chance.

00:23:54.520 He's an insurrection.

00:23:55.420 It's not his time.

00:23:56.220 And, and, and I remember too, is, is Matt, what, when you invited him and you kept inviting

00:24:02.020 him and there were the CPACs around the country and Grapevine, which I understand going back

00:24:06.140 to Grapevine, they said CPAC is getting too Trumpy.

00:24:10.660 They said, what is this guy doing?

00:24:12.520 What is Matt Schlapp doing?

00:24:13.760 Why does he keep inviting him?

00:24:15.140 And now he's got Bannon coming in and he's got the war room posse and all this stuff.

00:24:19.460 It's becoming way too Trumpy.

00:24:21.340 Let me tell you something.

00:24:22.420 They weren't becoming too Trumpy.

00:24:24.140 It's that Matt Schlapp could see the direction of America because America was going Trumpy.

00:24:30.680 Amen.

00:24:33.360 I look, let me tell you, I have a lot of sins to confess to.

00:24:37.920 I have a lot of sins of being involved in the swamp and involved with the establishment

00:24:43.300 Republican party.

00:24:44.680 I guess I was hoping it would be more conservative.

00:24:47.380 And then I had this realization.

00:24:49.480 It wasn't going to be more conservative.

00:24:51.140 And still someone came in and started just dominating it and showing it how to fight and showing

00:24:57.800 him how to have muscles and literally taking on people like John McCain and Mitt Romney

00:25:03.980 and all those who had, you know, they were the perfect candidates before.

00:25:08.440 And here's the great irony of the whole thing.

00:25:10.360 This is the part I love the best.

00:25:11.520 But all their predictions about the votes we would lose if Donald Trump was our standard

00:25:17.980 bearer and if he acted that way, all of those demographic groups improved and they embraced

00:25:24.300 them.

00:25:24.560 They were all wrong.

00:25:25.080 They were wrong about everything.

00:25:26.080 We're going to lose African-American men. 1.00

00:25:29.260 We're going to lose Hispanics. 1.00

00:25:30.760 We're going to loon suburban women. 1.00

00:25:32.820 We're going to lose Native Americans. 1.00

00:25:35.900 Wrong.

00:25:36.620 Here's another thing about 2020.

00:25:39.180 Remember all those mail-in ballots, right?

00:25:41.940 The top Trump.

00:25:42.800 We went 63 and a half million votes to 74 million votes in 2020.

00:25:47.800 OK, 74 million votes.

00:25:49.580 Biden got more.

00:25:51.000 Those votes did not come back and vote in 22, right?

00:25:54.300 They said, OK, they don't vote in midterms, right?

00:25:56.340 They don't vote in presidentials.

00:25:57.720 It did not.

00:25:58.460 They did not come back and vote this time.

00:26:00.460 You know why?

00:26:01.500 They were made up, right?

00:26:03.320 Those are phony ballots, phony votes.

00:26:05.280 This is Trump's third term.

00:26:08.280 Now, I happen to think he should get a fourth term, or at least fourth victory.

00:26:12.280 We only got two minutes left.

00:26:13.680 President Trump's coming tomorrow.

00:26:15.340 Tell us, what do you anticipate?

00:26:16.940 I know you've talked to him.

00:26:18.520 What time is it going to happen?

00:26:20.140 What has to happen logistically because the Secret Service will be here?

00:26:23.200 Sierra's trying to get me in trouble. 1.00

00:26:24.940 He wants the Secret Service to knock on my door.

00:26:27.080 Did you tell the war room what time the president is speaking?

00:26:31.100 You're a White House veteran.

00:26:32.420 Anytime, all day.

00:26:33.280 You've got to be a little careful, you know, the time will change.

00:26:35.840 We all have to be flexible.

00:26:37.200 They're going to flip all the room.

00:26:38.460 They're going to put a bunch of security in place.

00:26:40.240 But let me just say one thing.

00:26:42.540 God bless these Secret Service agents who have been protecting Donald Trump.

00:26:46.120 Good, good.

00:26:46.240 I think the Secret Service became woke.

00:26:50.460 But I know, and Jack and Steve know, and you all know, he had dedicated men and women around him that were fighting not only the bad guys that like to put a bullet in him, but also their own agency so that they could stay by the man.

00:27:06.300 And they were agents that literally ruined their careers potentially because they wanted to save Donald Trump.

00:27:12.140 So tomorrow, if you're a little bit frustrated at the security, you're a little bit frustrated at the lines, we're doing it for one reason.

00:27:20.320 We want this man safe.

00:27:22.260 Amen.

00:27:22.540 And so what I expect Donald Trump to say tomorrow is, you know, he's not a celebration guy.

00:27:32.240 He's not going to sit around and talk about how great this is and we can rest.

00:27:36.180 Look at those blue binders.

00:27:37.760 I don't even know how many he's signed.

00:27:39.520 I'm not the smartest guy.

00:27:40.780 I can't even remember all this progress.

00:27:42.960 I have to read it.

00:27:43.940 I have to keep a checklist to get back into good mood because, like, I can't believe what's going to happen.

00:27:47.960 They say that he's coming up on FDR's record.

00:27:51.600 Oh, yeah.

00:27:52.160 I mean, he's coming up on his record.

00:27:54.380 Executive orders.

00:27:55.600 Well, he had three and a half terms, too.

00:27:57.520 Like, this is really fast.

00:27:59.160 So here's one thing I'm very happy of.

00:28:02.400 Here's one thing I'm very happy of.

00:28:03.880 I keep saying it's great that he's signing him, but why doesn't Thune and Johnson take every blue binder and put it in the budget?

00:28:11.980 Yeah.

00:28:13.920 Oh.

00:28:15.060 Wait, wait.

00:28:15.800 Let's go.

00:28:16.620 Wait, did you hear what happened when the speaker took the stage?

00:28:20.740 You know what he said?

00:28:22.040 We're taking the blue binders and putting them in the budget.

00:28:24.120 Oh, right.

00:28:24.640 I love that.

00:28:25.020 I mean, that's a big step.

00:28:26.760 What's your social video, Matt?

00:28:28.040 We've got to bounce.

00:28:28.800 At mschlapp.

00:28:30.180 Thank you all.

00:28:30.820 We love you for being at CPAP.

00:28:32.040 That's that.

00:28:32.660 CPAP.

00:28:33.180 Let's give it up.

00:28:34.400 Thank you.

00:28:34.780 Short break.

00:28:37.180 The insurrectionist.

00:28:38.580 How well do you sleep at night?

00:28:40.980 Real peace of mind comes from knowing your family is prepared for tough times.

00:28:45.720 My page applies.

00:28:47.500 America's most trusted name in emergency preparedness.

00:28:51.140 Let me repeat that.

00:28:51.960 My Patriot Supply is America's most trusted name in emergency preparedness.

00:28:57.500 They're offering a limited time discount on their supersized mega three-month emergency food kit.

00:29:03.760 This isn't your typical survival food.

00:31:15.120 Bannon.

00:31:15.480 Okay, we got insurrectionists and convicts up here now, so we're rolling on a Friday, mainstream media.

00:31:28.680 I got to do something to divert the attention from my salute.

00:31:32.220 No, it's just a wave.

00:31:33.120 Just kidding.

00:31:34.480 Okay.

00:31:35.100 Stuart Rose, Margaret Casey.

00:31:36.380 First of all, let's start at the end.

00:31:38.080 Tell us about why, what happened at the press conference today.

00:31:41.840 You guys didn't see it, but you guys had a press conference at 1 o'clock at the Capitol.

00:31:45.760 So I go back after I did the meet and greet, clean up, having some meetings.

00:31:49.660 And look, we got MSNBC always on the tube.

00:31:52.040 And they got these guys down at a press conference.

00:31:54.380 And the thing, Proud Boys and Insurrectionists sued DOJ, right?

00:31:58.840 And their heads are blown up.

00:32:00.380 So tell us about the law.

00:32:02.860 What did you guys do today?

00:32:03.820 Why did you go down and sue the DOJ?

00:32:06.420 Yeah, so my name is Brian Mock.

00:32:08.020 I'm one of the original 45 Jan Sixers that got thrown in the gulag down here back in 21-22.

00:32:14.960 Tortured by our government to turn over.

00:32:17.440 When you say you were tortured, give us some details.

00:32:19.740 What do you mean tortured?

00:32:20.720 The government done torture people.

00:32:22.320 Come on, man.

00:32:22.940 That's the United States of America.

00:32:24.320 They literally deprived us of every single constitutional right that we have.

00:32:29.020 I was defending myself against the government.

00:32:31.400 And all I had to do that with was a pen, a piece of paper, and a pocket constitution that I had bartered with another guy to get.

00:32:39.740 When I demanded my discovery, they sprayed me, they beat me, and they threw me into solitary confinement for over 100 days straight.

00:32:50.200 All of this in an effort to get me to say that Donald Trump was responsible for what happened on January 6th, which was an utter lie.

00:32:56.860 They deprived us of food.

00:32:58.720 They deprived us of water for punitive reasons.

00:33:02.500 For up to three days at a time, they shut down water in cells.

00:33:06.000 Hold on, hang on.

00:33:06.860 Tell people what solitary—look, I was in a cell block in a cell.

00:33:10.420 The shoe is nothing compared to what you—tell what solitary confinement is what, and how does it work on you psychologically?

00:33:16.980 Solitary confinement, anything over 15 days by international standards is considered torture.

00:33:22.940 Reason being is they put you in a cell where you have five steps that you can take.

00:33:27.940 Think about living in your bathroom without the ability to shower.

00:33:31.480 You never see a person—your little slot in the door opens up on occasion and some crappy food comes through.

00:33:38.860 They are supposed to do that three times a day.

00:33:41.140 Very rarely did I see that actually happen three times in a day.

00:33:45.080 You would walk five steps, turn around, five steps, turn around, and you would try not to think about your kids.

00:33:51.300 You'd try not to think about the girlfriend that left you.

00:33:54.040 You'd try not to think about your house being lost, your job gone, your reputation,

00:33:57.800 the fact that all of America thinks that you're these evil insurrectionists when we did nothing but stand up and get attacked by our government.

00:34:05.020 Through that process, you start to go insane.

00:34:07.460 There is absolutely nobody in this planet that can sit and take solitary confinement. 0.77

00:34:12.500 Your brain starts to go crazy.

00:34:13.980 You think that you are dead at some point.

00:34:17.380 You ask, what happened?

00:34:18.960 If you don't have God in those moments, you will go insane.

00:34:23.160 And at one point, I broke down and asked God, why me?

00:34:28.440 Of all these people that went to Jan 6, why was I the one that ended up in solitary like this?

00:34:33.280 And he answered me.

00:34:34.020 He had answered me twice in solitary when I prayed, and he said simply, because you can endure.

00:34:39.820 And that was when I knew there was no way in hell that I was going to roll over and take a plea deal.

00:34:52.580 When they offered me 30 to 36 months and begged me, my lawyer begged me to take a plea deal, I fired him.

00:35:01.860 I turned it down.

00:35:03.120 They hit me with a superseding indictment.

00:35:04.860 They charged me the 1512.

00:35:06.320 They tacked on two more BS charges.

00:35:07.820 It took me up to a sentencing guideline range of 20 years when I rolled into court.

00:35:13.660 Hold it.

00:35:14.100 And this was all, I want to make sure everybody understands this.

00:35:16.940 They were tortured.

00:35:17.620 This was in D.C.

00:35:18.920 Right?

00:35:19.340 A lot of it.

00:35:19.920 And this was solely to do one thing.

00:35:22.260 To get you to rat out Donald Trump.

00:35:24.940 Correct?

00:35:25.440 If you had done that, you walked out.

00:35:27.280 All that torture, solitary confinement, all of it.

00:35:29.680 It was all designed, if they told us all we had to do was sign a piece of paper that said, yes, we're guilty, Donald Trump told us to do it, and they would take us out of that facility.

00:35:41.160 You see what they're prepared to do to destroy Trump?

00:35:45.580 They'll take any American, and they will use any American to try, they will destroy them to try to get to Trump.

00:35:51.620 No doubt in your mind?

00:35:52.760 Oh, 100%.

00:35:53.440 I'm considered one of the worst of the worst of January 6th.

00:35:56.640 My sole crime, when I was leading officers off the Lower West Terrace and patting them on the back and helping them away, one officer threatened to shoot me.

00:36:05.940 I've got it on video.

00:36:07.180 You can hear from the body cam next to it.

00:36:08.800 He threatened to shoot me.

00:36:09.600 I've said the same thing from day one.

00:36:11.040 It took me three years to find the video.

00:36:12.400 That officer threatened to shoot me.

00:36:15.000 Split-second reaction.

00:36:16.440 I went out like this, pushed a shield.

00:36:18.800 He happened to be standing on another one that was discarded.

00:36:21.320 He slipped and fell.

00:36:22.720 But what happened was MSN, NBC, CNN, you name it, was lined up here.

00:36:27.720 They took that image, and for six months they built a full fake case against me and took still-framed pictures.

00:36:35.240 That's what you've seen.

00:36:36.380 Everything you've seen of January 6th, 100% is false.

00:36:40.200 I've seen all the videos.

00:36:42.400 They literally take these little still frames, and they have changed time stamps and doctored this.

00:36:47.780 The Jan 6th committee literally left 120 minutes out of the entire record to fool the American people into believing that there was an insurrection.

00:36:57.500 You think this is the reason they went on their belly and begged for pardons out of the White House?

00:37:02.400 Oh, absolutely.

00:37:03.640 Absolutely.

00:37:04.220 They had to.

00:37:05.400 These people committed crimes.

00:37:06.980 This is the single biggest conspiracy in U.S. history.

00:37:10.540 When the facts come forward, you have to demand right now that we get a real Jan 6th investigation led by Jan 6ers who know exactly what the hell happened.

00:37:19.060 We want to hear that?

00:37:19.880 You guys want to see that?

00:37:23.540 A real investigation?

00:37:27.100 Stuart, tell your story.

00:37:28.380 So very much like him, I was spent over a year in solitary confinement.

00:37:33.500 A year in solitary confinement?

00:37:34.600 Today of my arrest, my only priors were traffic tickets, speeding tickets.

00:37:38.240 But they decided to put me in solitary confinement to try to coerce you.

00:37:41.760 That's the whole point is break you down, try to coerce you into a false confession against yourself,

00:37:47.440 but then also, even worse, to test a lie, to bear false witness against other people.

00:37:53.320 And like you said, the only person I could have bore false witness against was President Trump.

00:37:57.280 Because I was the leader of the Oath Keepers.

00:37:58.480 Other guys in my organization were coerced into rolling over, and some did, bore false witness against me.

00:38:04.180 But I refused to bear false witness against President Trump, and I got 18 years.

00:38:08.420 The guys who bitched out, who took plea deals and agreed to lie, they got probation only, and then they got a pardon, unfortunately.

00:38:16.360 So, but the point is, though, is all of this was a fake conspiracy, but President Trump is a designated kingpin, the target.

00:38:23.320 Enrique Tarrio, leader of the Proud Boys, myself, leader of the Oath Keepers, we were cast as his lieutenants,

00:38:29.660 and all of our men as the shock troops of J-6, all completely false nonsense.

00:38:35.080 Our men, when they went inside, went inside 20 minutes after Congress had already recessed, and then they helped police.

00:38:40.980 Harry Dunn was about ready to open fire on Trump supporters with an AR-15.

00:38:44.660 Our guys stepped in between and de-escalated it.

00:38:47.940 And he first admitted that they helped him in his first 302 through the FBI, but on the stand, he recanted and said,

00:38:54.000 Oh, I was confused. There was some other group of guys that helped me, not them.

00:38:58.220 They were violent.

00:38:59.380 And then they had Officer Lazarus get up on the stand and lie and say, Yes, I saw that.

00:39:04.160 Both of them said they were together.

00:39:05.340 Well, later on, Steve Baker proved that at that time, Officer Lazarus was under the Senate in the Senate tunnels, could not have been where he said he was.

00:39:13.140 They'd been caught red-handed committing perjury.

00:39:15.100 I want to see those two officers who committed perjury on the stand, prosecuted for perjury,

00:39:19.960 then they can make a deal and roll over on the prosecutors who suborn their perjury.

00:39:23.480 Do you guys want to have a full congressional investigation with open testimony?

00:39:26.780 Are you guys prepared to testify and have all the evidence against you presented?

00:39:33.740 Absolutely.

00:39:34.200 And you're prepared to stand up and take whatever consequences?

00:39:37.140 Absolutely.

00:39:37.460 You're prepared to do it?

00:39:38.000 No question.

00:39:39.280 No, just a congressional.

00:39:40.660 And then if Congress decides they can refer criminal charges over to DOJ,

00:39:45.480 and you want those fully executed and prosecuted?

00:39:49.140 Absolutely.

00:39:49.700 I'll help.

00:39:50.320 I'll yell a law degree.

00:39:51.280 I'll put it to some good use.

00:39:52.500 Put me to work.

00:39:53.740 Yep, absolutely.

00:39:54.820 Barry Loudermilk's office.

00:39:56.540 You need to write and call to Barry Loudermilk's office and demand that he has us.

00:40:01.900 Brian Mock, at Brian Mock, P-P-O-W on X.

00:40:06.100 Hit me up.

00:40:07.360 Tell him, Barry Loudermilk's office.

00:40:09.860 Write him.

00:40:10.680 Call him every day.

00:40:11.980 We need a Jan 6th actual investigation.

00:40:14.740 I've got 20 guys lined up right now.

00:40:15.560 I think it's got to be more than a subcommittee.

00:40:18.280 I think it's got to be a major committee.

00:40:22.540 Let the Democrats have a ranking member.

00:40:24.300 Let them have what the Jan 6th didn't have.

00:40:26.400 Let them have a ranking member.

00:40:27.960 Let them have minority counsel. 0.92

00:40:29.440 Let them cross-examine witnesses.

00:40:31.200 Let's get it on.

00:40:32.240 I think our facts.

00:40:34.080 Do you guys believe this was a Fed's direction?

00:40:37.200 Absolutely.

00:40:38.000 100%.

00:40:38.440 Absolutely.

00:40:38.960 Before I turn to your attorney, just give me two minutes on why do you think.

00:40:42.660 What is your evidence to show that you think you guys were in trouble?

00:40:45.700 I'll tell you what they did not let us show.

00:40:47.300 At my trial, we could not show video of Ray Epps the night of the 5th telling people to

00:40:53.840 go into the Capitol doing what we were accused of doing, articulating a plan and trying to

00:40:57.920 recruit people.

00:40:58.660 Could not show that to the jury.

00:40:59.920 Couldn't show the jury the video of him whispering in Ryan Samsel's ear right before he pushed

00:41:04.440 over the first barricade.

00:41:05.640 We were not allowed to call Ray Epps as a witness.

00:41:07.720 We were not allowed to mention his name to the jury.

00:41:09.560 Why couldn't you call Ray Epps?

00:41:11.740 Good question, right?

00:41:12.680 So what they won't let you do at trial tells you a lot.

00:41:15.980 We couldn't show video of an Oath Keeper cop helping Tariq Johnson escort other officers

00:41:21.060 out of the Capitol.

00:41:22.660 They couldn't watch the video of that.

00:41:24.140 They wouldn't listen to his testimony.

00:41:25.560 The judge forbid him from testifying.

00:41:27.860 Okay.

00:41:28.260 Well, and if you step back from that, if you look at what the lead up to January 6th was,

00:41:32.760 you will find without a doubt in my mind, because I've seen the evidence, Nancy Pelosi colluded

00:41:39.840 with Milley at the Pentagon, with the FBI, and set up chief son of the Capitol Police

00:41:47.140 and us through all of this.

00:41:49.220 We have seen the facts.

00:41:50.260 And chief son, by the way, the Capitol Police agree with you, right?

00:41:53.500 He 100% agrees.

00:41:55.100 He was set up.

00:41:55.980 Okay.

00:41:56.300 Today, you guys went to the Capitol.

00:41:58.220 You had a press conference.

00:41:59.360 You announced something.

00:42:00.080 I want to say something.

00:42:01.240 This gentleman right here, Mark McKenzie, is one of the finest lawyers in the country.

00:42:05.920 Only takes on clients that he believes in 100%.

00:42:12.320 McKenzie, I think you kind of shocked people taking on these.

00:42:14.940 These are a couple of convicts here.

00:42:16.340 Aren't they insurrectionists?

00:42:17.260 You know, I've been pardoned now myself, so I can associate with known criminals.

00:42:23.200 Well, you know, the persecution of the J6 defendants had absolutely nothing to do with

00:42:28.360 justice, had absolutely nothing to do with truth.

00:42:30.820 It had to do with intimidation, fear, and control.

00:42:34.160 It wasn't just for the 1,583 J6ers. 1.00

00:42:37.460 It's for all of us out there that if you stand up, you stand up against tyranny, we will crush

00:42:42.600 you. 0.99

00:42:43.080 We will destroy your lives. 0.99

00:42:44.600 We will ruin everything that you've built in your entire life. 0.98

00:42:47.580 We'll take your businesses away from you. 0.57

00:42:49.660 We'll take your freedom away from you. 0.80

00:42:51.060 I can't tell you how many of these fine gentlemen I've talked to who were just there to support

00:42:55.360 their president, just there to support what they knew and I knew was a stolen election.

00:42:59.980 People that had no more than trespass charges, misdemeanor trespass charges against them,

00:43:05.280 had 45 SWAT officers kick in their doors, point machine guns at their minor children, drag

00:43:11.440 their family out and put them in the snow, put them in prison, put them in the hole for decades

00:43:17.460 in their lives, hundreds of days, years in some cases, not because it's what they deserved.

00:43:23.420 It's because they wanted to terrify the American public.

00:43:26.380 They wanted to get people to roll on Donald Trump because he was a threat to them that

00:43:30.200 he is now.

00:43:31.320 We have it now.

00:43:32.340 We've won the presidency.

00:43:33.940 We've got the Attorney General on our side.

00:43:36.000 We've got the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.

00:43:38.620 We've got Tash Patel as of today sworn in.

00:43:43.240 We're going to find the truth and the truth is so shocking.

00:43:46.520 It will appall the American people.

00:43:48.520 We'll never let this happen again.

00:43:50.560 Okay.

00:43:51.580 Hang on.

00:43:54.500 Your family has been involved in the Department of Justice and the justice system in this country

00:44:01.340 for decades and decades and decades.

00:44:03.760 Have you ever seen DOJ or FBI turned against a group of people like they turned against the

00:44:10.060 folks that went there for J6 and President Trump's folks?

00:44:13.420 Well, you know, Nancy Pelosi and Mark Milley wanted to have an insurrection that day, but

00:44:17.140 it wasn't the insurrection of these people against the government of the United States.

00:44:20.440 It was a government of the United States, an insurrection against the people, and that's 0.62

00:44:24.460 what it was designed to be.

00:44:25.700 There has never been anything like that.

00:44:27.660 You think back, and I don't want to take up too much time, you think about what happened

00:44:30.860 this year, July 13th.

00:44:33.120 They expected to kill President Trump.

00:44:35.080 That next week, they staged the coup against Joe Biden.

00:44:38.320 They put in Kamala Harris. 0.93

00:44:39.420 These people are genuinely evil.

00:44:42.120 They had every intention of, by the week of January 20th, having a dead Donald Trump,

00:44:47.660 a couped Joe Biden, a stooge Kamala Harris as a presidential candidate, and all without

00:44:53.620 a single vote being cast.

00:44:55.340 And these are the people that would call Stuart Rhodes and my friends here insurrectionists.

00:45:00.840 But what man means for evil, God will use for good.

00:45:03.700 Just as Joseph was enslaved and sold in slavery, same thing here.

00:45:07.560 The more they attacked President Trump, the stronger he got.

00:45:11.020 Let me ask you a question.

00:45:12.200 Are you prepared to prove that in court, sir?

00:45:14.360 You're one of the finest lawyers in this nation.

00:45:16.320 You just talked a big game right there.

00:45:18.060 Do you have the evidence to prove what you just said in a court of law for these men?

00:45:22.160 Absolutely.

00:45:22.800 Absolutely.

00:45:23.240 These folks have now, now that there's some honesty in the government, now there's some

00:45:26.560 ability to get discovery.

00:45:28.780 These people have video.

00:45:30.320 For example, Stuart just talked about where two corrections, two police officers couldn't have

00:45:34.900 been in the same place because one is filmed in the tunnel.

00:45:37.080 I could talk to dozens and dozens and dozens of J6 political prisoners who all talk about

00:45:43.280 altered evidence, faked evidence, hidden, exculpatory evidence.

00:45:46.460 So you're representing all these guys individually?

00:45:48.860 What's the lawsuit going to be?

00:45:50.120 And the audience wants to know how they can help.

00:45:52.160 We've got millions at home.

00:45:53.640 Where do they go?

00:45:54.340 How do they get information?

00:45:55.320 Because you guys fired up about this?

00:45:57.360 Absolutely.

00:45:58.360 You know, and I'll go ahead and give you my websites, McCloskeyLaw.com.

00:46:09.240 My phone number is, I'll give you my cell phone number because I talk to everybody and myself.

00:46:14.180 314-580-3185.

00:46:17.360 Give me a call.

00:46:18.700 This is my life's work right now.

00:46:20.480 You know, when I got law-affared, we were the first people in the country, my wife and

00:46:24.500 I, to get law-affared back in June of 2020.

00:46:27.560 Before the election, we had a Soros-funded prosecutor that wanted to burn us for doing

00:46:32.320 nothing more than defending our homes against an Antifa mob.

00:46:35.340 They wanted to send you to prison for how long?

00:46:37.300 They wanted to send me to prison for four years.

00:46:39.680 Felony.

00:46:40.440 Cost me my law license.

00:46:41.980 Cost me my career.

00:46:42.860 You know, and we said, before it ever happened, we said, you know, the entire country is letting

00:46:47.700 BLM and Antifa do whatever they damn well please.

00:46:50.400 And we made a pledge that if they came our way, we weren't going to take it sitting down. 0.62

00:46:54.900 So we held them off on our front lawn with two guns against 350 enraged monsters, and

00:47:01.340 they charged me with a felony.

00:47:03.620 And your wife.

00:47:04.600 And your lovely wife.

00:47:05.560 And my wife.

00:47:06.280 Oh, she's over there right now. 0.99

00:47:08.720 And by the way, ladies and gentlemen, when you look at the video and you see the look on

00:47:11.960 her face, I may be intimidating, but God, she's something else.

00:47:15.460 She was ready to shoot. 0.98

00:47:16.560 I'm just kidding.

00:47:17.940 Okay, where did we go?

00:47:19.260 Get more information about you.

00:47:20.460 And Stuart, where did we get more information about you?

00:47:22.180 Yep, you can follow me on X at Brian Mott, P-P-O-W. 1.00

00:47:27.040 And then my gifts then go, help Brian Mott.

00:47:30.040 I've been completely wiped out by this.

00:47:31.640 This has cost me about a million dollars, my career, my house, everything.

00:47:35.800 Right now, I'm out here fighting for this on the road.

00:47:38.120 I can't afford to do it.

00:47:39.140 The only way that I'm putting gas in the tank to sit out here and meet with congressmen

00:47:42.760 and senators to try to get this done is through that give, send, go. 0.99

00:47:46.240 So if you can do anything on that, I appreciate it.

00:47:49.540 But we're here because this should have never happened.

00:47:53.800 But more importantly, we're going to make damn sure it never happens again.

00:47:57.560 Amen.

00:47:59.340 Stuart, where do people go?

00:48:00.980 Well, actually, I now work for Condemned USA.

00:48:04.080 I'm a national spokesman.

00:48:05.600 They're a great outfit that goes out there and helps political prisoners.

00:48:08.140 Like Tina Peters in Colorado, Jeremy Brown is still being held.

00:48:12.640 We've got to free Tina Peters, right?

00:48:14.560 Right.

00:48:15.420 And Jeremy Brown in Special Forces' Oath Keeper is still being held.

00:48:18.440 They're refusing to acknowledge President Trump's pardon applies to his case when it clearly does.

00:48:22.820 So you have a lot of problems still with deep staters inside the DOJ and inside of federal law enforcement and the courts.

00:48:29.520 So they need to be corrected.

00:48:31.160 You're right.

00:48:31.660 Impeachment needs to happen.

00:48:32.880 So we're fighting for his release.

00:48:34.440 Hopefully, God willing, that will happen soon.

00:48:35.980 I also have a give, send, go.

00:48:38.140 Give, send, go.com forward slash golf alpha foxtrot five bravo.

00:48:42.720 If you want to help me get back on my feet, I'd appreciate it.

00:48:45.320 But more importantly, donate to the cause of all these guys, getting them back on their feet.

00:48:50.120 And please donate to Condemned USA.

00:48:52.040 Mark, one more time.

00:48:52.920 Where do people go to find out more about you, more about this case?

00:48:55.280 McCloskeyLaw.com, 314-580-3185.

00:49:00.260 You can catch me on Rumble on Mark McCloskey on fire.

00:49:04.200 Are these people insurrectionists?

00:49:05.940 Are they patriots?

00:49:08.160 Are they patriots?

00:49:10.440 Are they patriots?

00:49:12.560 Thank you, guys.

00:49:13.600 Appreciate you.

00:49:14.260 Appreciate you.

00:49:14.840 Appreciate you.

00:49:15.360 I'll talk to you guys afterwards.

00:49:17.020 You guys are ranting.

00:49:17.940 I'll do it.

00:49:21.620 Jane Zirkel, what do you got?

00:49:23.000 Can you please tell me your name and what brings you to CPAC?

00:49:26.480 El Bromo, not Ibrahim. 0.76

00:49:29.340 And I'm at CPAC because it supports the mega movement and our superstar president, Donald J. Trump.

00:49:35.180 Are you excited to see him speak tomorrow?

00:49:37.280 Very much so.

00:49:38.600 Your name and what brings you to CPAC?

00:49:40.680 Hi, Stacey from Texas.

00:49:42.600 Just want to shout out to all of the RAV chat family.

00:49:45.880 Get your RAV badge right here.

00:49:48.440 We love to see it.

00:49:49.440 We love to see it.

00:49:50.260 Your name and what brings you to CPAC?

00:49:52.020 Sandra Salz from Houston, Texas, and the DNA of my fathers and mothers in the old country brought them here, and I'm here to share and strengthen the DNA of freedom here.

00:50:06.680 All right, all right.

00:50:07.800 Your name and what brings you to CPAC?

00:50:09.580 I'm Karen Henry from Houston, Texas, Paris County, and I'm here to get fired up.

00:50:14.700 We started a PAC in Houston.

00:50:17.680 Actually, it's not a PAC.

00:50:18.600 It's a 501c4.

00:50:20.860 Fireduptovote.com because we've seen how Harris County has been captured by the rhinos and the negative liberals. 0.72

00:50:27.860 We want to get people fired up to vote.

00:50:30.560 Are you guys fired up?

00:50:33.960 Your name and what brings you to CPAC?

00:50:36.100 I'm Jennifer Breitenbach.

00:50:36.700 I'm from Leland, North Carolina in 2020, third, fastest-growing town in the United States.

00:50:43.860 I'm here because of the communists, the whole travesty of what happened to people who were using the constitutional rights on January 6th.

00:50:54.660 Amen.

00:50:55.520 Retribution time.

00:50:56.580 Back to you, Steve.

00:50:57.840 Bert Berkwam, what do you got?

00:50:59.260 Hey, real quick.

00:51:00.080 I know we see Mike Lindell up there.

00:51:01.420 We got some exciting news going on when it comes to election.

00:51:03.980 Talk to me real quick.

00:51:04.640 Hey, my friend Mike.

00:51:05.880 We just want to let you know that there's a bill coming out to make elections secure again, and it's going to be sponsored by Pete Sessions out of Texas.

00:51:14.900 So if you're a congressman or a senator and you're watching and you want to hop on the bill, contact Pete Sessions for hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots, chain of custody to secure our elections again.

00:51:25.440 And then, Steve, you got a special guest here that made something special for you.

00:51:29.940 Wow, look at that.

00:51:31.080 This is Steve's dad.

00:51:32.820 Oh, wow.

00:51:33.400 And I drew it.

00:51:34.560 Thank you so much.

00:51:35.740 And so I just want to give it to you.

00:51:37.140 Wow.

00:51:37.480 Hang on.

00:51:38.160 Mo will be there.

00:51:38.780 We'll talk to you afterwards.

00:51:39.620 Thank you so much.

00:51:40.320 That's so lovely.

00:51:41.420 Thank you.

00:51:41.940 That's a great, that's a great, great artistic.

00:51:45.220 Fantastic.

00:51:47.140 Germany on Sunday, what's going to happen?

00:51:49.940 Christina Anderson, member of European Parliament, alternative for Deutschland.

00:51:54.300 What's going to happen on Sunday?

00:51:55.360 Well, I guess we're going to have to find out, right?

00:51:57.920 So my party, AFD, which, and thank you so much for all the support you guys have given us.

00:52:04.740 We will come in a strong second.

00:52:07.780 But...

00:52:08.220 Strong second?

00:52:08.720 We're not going to win this thing?

00:52:10.420 Unfortunately not.

00:52:11.580 Unfortunately.

00:52:12.020 Not yet, anyway.

00:52:13.080 Not yet, anyway.

00:52:14.260 But hold for it.

00:52:15.460 Wait for it.

00:52:16.680 So what the Christian Democrats, who will come in first, will actually do... 0.66

00:52:20.340 Will they form a coalition government with the alternative for Deutschland?

00:52:23.940 Exactly.

00:52:24.620 You will?

00:52:25.260 Well, no.

00:52:26.380 They won't even ask us.

00:52:27.980 That's the thing.

00:52:29.360 So they are left with, once again, having to form a coalition with the left of the Greens.

00:52:33.040 AFD is the MAGA of Germany. 0.80

00:52:35.180 Why won't they form a government?

00:52:36.900 I know.

00:52:37.480 Well, we would love to.

00:52:38.700 And if we did, I can guarantee you things would change in Germany, just as they are changing now in the United States.

00:52:45.380 And there's one more thing I would like to say.

00:52:47.560 Because last year, when I was here, I only had one ask of the American people.

00:52:52.440 One simple request.

00:52:54.240 And it was to put Donald Trump back in the White House.

00:52:57.320 And here I am today, thanking the American people for having done just that.

00:53:03.140 You guys are so awesome.

00:53:04.360 Let's hear it for AFD!

00:53:07.620 Hold it.

00:53:08.280 The reason I called...

00:53:09.320 Mike Lindell just got back from two hours in the White House.

00:53:12.420 This is how things have changed.

00:53:13.640 We're going to show tomorrow footage.

00:53:16.500 Mike Lindell was in the press briefing.

00:53:19.080 President Trump let him come up to the podium.

00:53:21.400 And he ran a press briefing.

00:53:23.040 The media's heads were blown up.

00:53:25.560 Now, my only problem is, you didn't use promo code WARROOM.

00:53:30.800 Tell us about it, Mike, at two minutes.

00:53:32.480 Yeah, it was great at the White House.

00:53:37.480 Our president, the stuff that I brought him, he'd already done most of it.

00:53:41.280 I said, wow, you're getting it done before even people ask.

00:53:43.600 It's unbelievable.

00:53:45.340 And, yeah, it was a blessing.

00:53:47.120 Then I was brought down to the press room.

00:53:48.940 And there was media there.

00:53:50.460 And I got to go up there.

00:53:51.700 He wasn't along on that.

00:53:53.080 But I got to go up there.

00:53:53.960 And the first lady asked me, or, I mean, this one gal, I think she was from ABC or something. 0.67

00:53:58.540 She goes, Mr. Lindell, you know, the president this morning, he said to the governors, he said that he wants to go to paper ballots hand counted.

00:54:06.520 And she said, you must have talked to him before.

00:54:08.300 And I said, no, he did that all on his own.

00:54:10.100 I talked to him afterwards.

00:54:11.160 Do we want paper ballots hand counted one day voting?

00:54:15.720 So it was awesome.

00:54:17.960 And, you know, it was just so blessed to be in there and to see him back in there.

00:54:22.080 I had not been there, everybody, since January 15th of 2021.

00:54:26.380 What?

00:54:26.800 Your last time you went to the White House was 15 January 2021?

00:54:31.260 With that famous picture when I'm standing outside looking like a spy.

00:54:36.280 Has a lot changed, folks, over those four years?

00:54:39.320 Think about those dark days.

00:54:41.320 Think about your own life, right?

00:54:43.240 We are victorious, right?

00:54:46.360 Are they ever going to beat us?

00:54:49.040 And I want to thank you, Steve, because I'll tell you, like I said at CPAC here this morning, what's changed from back then to now is our voice has gotten huge.

00:54:59.060 There was a time I could maybe go on two outlets, and this was one of them, the War Room with Steve, back in 21, to be able to get on there and speak out the truth.

00:55:07.640 And so God bless you for that, and thanks for helping save our country.

00:55:11.720 No, no, no.

00:55:12.260 Hey, it's all you guys.

00:55:13.860 Remember, the whole world's media is here for one thing.

00:55:17.280 They see enough of her over in Strasburg.

00:55:19.580 They see enough of Mike Lindell and all those horrible commercials on Fox and Newsmax.

00:55:25.260 Why do you advertise on them?

00:55:26.720 Just stick with War Room, baby.

00:55:28.020 Yeah, here's War Room. 0.73

00:55:28.440 Oh, they hear me enough.

00:55:30.000 They even hear President Trump enough.

00:55:31.720 They're so tight, he's so in their head.

00:55:33.160 It's you they're worried about, you know why?

00:55:37.020 You can't be beaten, you can't be defeated, and you can't be bought, right?

00:55:43.800 We're going to see you here tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.

00:55:46.660 I'm going to give you all something really special since it's so cold.
