Trump returns triumphant to the Justice Department after being indicted for the first time in over 370 years. President Donald J. Trump, the 47th President of the United States, returned triumphant in a historic moment. He also promised an end to the weaponization of government.
00:07:49.640Friday 14, March in the year of our Lord, 2025, and what a historic day.
00:07:58.960President Trump returning to the Justice Department, the font of so much evil and chaos in the last, I don't know, six or seven years.
00:08:08.840I want to go to, I've got, so many of the people that helped bring about today, Boris and others are going to try to get them up during the next couple hours.
00:08:17.680I want to go to Mike Davis, the viceroy.
00:08:20.320Mike, put it in perspective, what we saw today at the Justice Department.
00:08:24.820I want to just keep it at the historical nature of what we witnessed today on the 14th of March in the year of our Lord, 2025, sir.
00:08:33.180What we witnessed is a president of the United States who was hunted by this Justice Department for four years, and they tried to throw him in prison for the rest of his life under a bogus legal theory.
00:08:53.720And they worked with other prosecutors around the country, Democrat operatives around the country, to bankrupt him, throw him off the ballots, throw him in prison, take off his head.
00:09:08.160President Trump went to the Justice Department after winning the election on this lawfare issue and showing the Justice Department that they work for the president of the United States.
00:09:27.180President Trump went over there and told the deep states that the deep state is over.
00:09:36.100The reason I said the last seven or eight years, as you know, Mike, it revved up to an unbelievable level under Garland in the Biden regime.
00:09:50.840And the reason it's bad, we had John Yoo follow you today.
00:09:54.520And John Yoo walked through that paper he had written for Civitas about ending really the ending Watergate and the quote unquote reforms that came in Watergate that took away the president of the United States and the office of the president being the chief magistrate and the chief law enforcement officer.
00:10:11.160Did President Trump make a pretty bold answer?
00:10:12.960I mean, it was like Caesar coming back from a campaign walking in there.
00:10:16.520Did he make a bold enough statement that that that whole concept, that the Justice Department, the FBI, all of this is totally separate from the office of the president and the executive branch of the government, sir?
00:10:28.460I think it was Caesar walking to a foreign country and conquering it and then showing the foreign country that they are conquered by holding up their heads and putting them on a stake.
00:10:40.940And I think that was so important today for this Justice Department that was so politicized and weaponized, starting under President Obama on steroids under President Biden, that there is a new sheriff in town and his name is Donald J.
00:10:57.700And there are going to be Trump and Trump and Trump, and there are going to be severe, severe legal, political and financial consequences for the way they politicized and weaponized our intel agencies and law enforcement to go after him, to go after his family, to go after his supporters like his January 6th supporters, to go after his top aides like Peter Navarro and you, Steve Bannon.
00:11:21.040And there are going to be consequences for this. And Pam Bondi and Todd Blanch and Cash Patel and Amo Bovee are going to make damn sure that happens.
00:11:31.240So you have three lines of attack as President Trump goes on offense. Number one, he's cleaning out the Justice Department and getting real professionals in there, number one.
00:11:40.700Number two, he's taking it to the law firms that control the town, right? Perkins, Coy, Covington and Burley.
00:11:47.760And they're just going to be the first to essentially put him out of business.
00:11:51.340And number three, he's he's he's moving with a dispatch to basically take on the administrative state to downsize it, to take not to spend all the money that's inappropriately appropriated or see his executive things.
00:12:06.620But the federal judiciary is fighting back. So we're at total war right now with the legal apparatus and the in the neo-Marxist federal judiciary.
00:12:16.300Would you agree with that, that this is now you can't get any more intense than we're right now, sir?
00:12:22.680Yeah, these are going to be some this is going to be a bumpy landing, but we need to land this plane. Right.
00:12:28.380And landing this plane means getting these left wing radical activist judges the hell out of their way.
00:12:37.660They're trying to sabotage the president of the United States, exercising his core Article two power, executive power under the Constitution.
00:12:48.080President Trump ran on the fact that he's going to do exactly what he's doing.
00:12:52.540And you have these radical activist judges who are ignoring the will of American voters on November 5th.
00:12:59.600These activist judges are the insurrectionists.
00:13:03.900They are the saboteurs and they are the election deniers.
00:13:07.060And we're going to have little patience for them.
00:13:10.180And that's why it is so critically important for the Supreme Court of the United States, led by Chief Justice John Roberts, to get these judicial saboteurs the hell out of the way.
00:13:22.920Because once the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary loses its legitimacy, it loses everything.
00:13:31.920Do you think that your law clerks are going to go enforce your orders?
00:13:35.740Because if you lose the American people's public confidence in the judiciary, you have nothing.
00:13:41.580So remember that when you are trying to figure out at the Supreme Court on the emergency docket, whether you are judges upholding the separation of powers, including the president's Article two powers, or if you are rattled law professors grading civil procedure exams.
00:13:57.620We want judges with judgment on the Supreme Court, not law professors.
00:14:05.960Mike, it's a Friday afternoon in March.
00:15:16.080The company I trust to help you diversify into physical gold is Birch Gold, the company I buy my gold from.
00:15:23.480Birch Gold specializes in helping you convert an existing IRA or 401K into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical gold for no money out of pocket.
00:16:49.500A year later, they said that actually saved the administration because the level of corrupt things that we learned after that turned out to be.
00:16:57.520That they were doing, in fact, really bad things.
00:17:00.800He was a terrible person, did terrible things, and persecuted people.
00:17:05.460And all in the guise of being an angel.
00:17:43.680But put in perspective the fight that everybody had, this long fight and journey back to this day to have President Trump walk in there.
00:17:53.720And, folks, particularly if you've just joined the show over the last couple of months or in the 24 campaign, this has been ongoing for four, actually for five years since the start of the show, but really for the last three or four years during the Biden regime.
00:18:05.980So, Julie, where were you a year ago, ma'am, and who were you with?
00:18:10.760So, one year ago, March 14, 2024, I was in a Florida courthouse in the courtroom of Judge Aileen Cannon related to Jack Smith's federal indictment against the president in the documents case.
00:18:25.060Todd Blanche and Emil Bove also were there representing the president in that case.
00:18:30.440And so were Jay Bratt and David Harbaugh representing Special Counsel Jack Smith.
00:18:37.920And now, fast forward a year later, Todd Blanche is the deputy attorney general.
00:18:43.100Emil Bove is the number three at the Department of Justice.
00:18:55.420And, of course, Special Counsel Jack Smith resigned in January, is under investigation as well, and has lawyered up to the tune of at least $140,000 in free legal services by a law firm whose security clearances were just stripped by Donald Trump.
00:19:12.720Steve, if you wrote this as a screenplay and you gave this to a Hollywood producer, they'd laugh you out of the room, as you and I were just saying, off camera.
00:20:02.860Mike, Mike Davis, I want to bring you – Julie, hang on.
00:20:05.260Mike, President Trump today – and if I get some time, I'll try to break it down even more tomorrow on the Saturday show – he sent a couple of shots across bow.
00:20:14.420I mean, Trump was not walking down memory lane.
00:20:18.500He gave the litany, right, of what they had done against him.
00:20:23.640But he's always – the guns are always trained downrange.
00:20:28.260If you're MSNBC or CNN or others, the Weissmans of the world, what did you take away from today, sir?
00:20:35.800I love it because these Democrat operatives who pretend the Justice Department is supposed to be independent of the president,
00:20:45.880what they really mean is the Justice Department is supposed to be independent of Republican presidents.
00:20:53.460And Democrat presidents, like Joe Biden, can have their deputy White House counsel, Jonathan Hsu,
00:21:00.920waive Trump's claim of executive privilege and unleash lawfare against President Trump, his top aides and his supporters.
00:21:09.120I love that President Trump isn't your typical country club Republican.
00:21:14.120He's not going to turn the other cheek, and nor should he.
00:21:19.780I've seen – I'm going to let you go here, but I need this question answered.
00:21:23.780I've seen some articles and social media.
00:21:26.920Of everything they're melting down on, the thing that has, I think, triggered these guys the most is going after the law firms.
00:21:34.760I've seen a number of prominent people on the left say this is the end of rule of law.
00:21:39.120Has he hit something to the core of how the imperial capital runs, and someone's never, ever thought of doing this and never even conceived it,
00:21:48.380is to actually go over to the source of where the vipers make their living, and that's these incredibly powerful Democrat operative hangouts,
00:21:59.020of which not only do you get people to come back in to be the Justice Department and the U.S. attorneys and all of it,
00:22:05.460and all the different councils because folks got to understand every cabinet's got a council that's hugely powerful.
00:22:11.960All the alphabet agencies have councils and their whole staffs, but also this is a breeding ground and a training ground for that first line of federal judges that are so radical.
00:22:20.940Is this the thing that's triggering them the most because I've seen so much vitriol and so much outrage that he's actually going after the firms themselves?
00:22:29.640I think it's fantastic, and it's giving the Democrats a healthy dose of their own medicine because they did the same damn thing to law firms that represented President Trump and his aides and his allies after 2020.
00:22:44.740They went after law firms like Jones Day, so Jones Day couldn't represent the president of the United States, and so what's nice, let's remind people what Perkins Coie did, right?
00:22:58.140They made up the Russian collusion hoax.
00:23:03.780They presented it to the FISA court knowing it was a lie.
00:23:07.660They got spy warrants on the leading presidential candidate, Donald Trump.
00:23:12.880They spied on him as the president of the United States.
00:23:16.700Perkins Coie shouldn't be anywhere close to a classified document.
00:23:21.340They should not have security clearances.
00:23:24.700They should not be doing business with the government.
00:23:28.440Frankly, a lot of them should be in federal prison, and I hope that that's the next step in this accountability by President Trump and his, and I say, yes, his Justice Department because they work for him.
00:23:40.800You believe these should be investigated and litigated, and if found responsible, incarcerated, you actually believe we should go that far and that deep?
00:23:52.180I have called for more than three years to open a criminal probe under 18 U.S.C. Section 241, Conspiracy Against Rights, along with many other serious federal felonies, a special grand jury to investigate Crossfire Hurricane and the cover-up of Crossfire Hurricane, which was the lawfare against President Trump over the last four years.
00:24:17.120And this is an ongoing criminal conspiracy going back eight years, and every person who was part of this conspiracy should be investigated.
00:24:26.020They should lawyer up, and if they are, if there's evidence that they participated in an illegal criminal conspiracy or other federal crimes, they should be indicted.
00:24:47.900You can follow us on social media there.
00:24:50.920You can donate, and then the most important thing the posse does is take action.
00:24:54.980And I say this sincerely to the Biden Democrats and Obama Democrats who ran this lawfare against Trump, his aides, his allies, his supporters.
00:25:18.140I mean, now we're going on offense, and it's going to get very gnarly, folks.
00:25:22.940This is why you need the Julie Kellys.
00:25:24.940You need the Mike Davises on the outside.
00:25:28.480Tell us where we stand on all this, ma'am.
00:25:30.280So what's happening now is related to the Perkins-Cui lawsuit against the president seeking to really overturn his executive order to prevent Perkins-Cui from entering government buildings or having government contracts.
00:25:47.480So there was a hearing, and we talked about this the other day, but that hearing, that temporary restraining order, vacating parts of that executive order issued by former Chief Judge Beryl Howell.
00:26:02.460And what appears is that she is building or is going to allow Perkins-Cui to build a constitutional due process rights violation case that I think she will eventually issue a preliminary injunction preventing that executive order from taking hold.
00:26:21.340But we're expecting, I think, going after these law firms has been very successful.
00:26:28.920Perkins-Cui in this long motion, crocodile tears about how they're losing business, how they're losing potential employees, lawyers, et cetera.
00:26:39.520So the damage is already being done to Perkins-Cui, which is exceptional, of course.
00:26:44.660But I do want to go back for a moment to the president's speech at the Department of Justice today.
00:26:52.000People have to recognize that there is still a large element of DOJ officials, employees, FBI agents, and investigators who have deep contempt for this president, for his new team, for the MAGA movement.
00:27:08.340Now, they have, I think, acted with great speed in getting rid of some of the worst offenders, George Toskis, obviously the New York FBI field director, James Dennehy.
00:27:19.120But this is going to be tough setting.
00:27:21.520And I would urge patience with people who I already see some criticism.
00:27:26.020But this is a very difficult task ahead for Attorney General Pam Bondi and her team.
00:31:20.540John Yoo say that today about John Yoo thinks it thinks it could take, you know,
00:31:25.020it could take up to six months or a year to get some of these in front of the front of even appellate courts because they're going to try to slow it down.
00:31:31.180Then it's stopping President Trump on the rifts, on the reductions and forth.
00:31:34.720Otherwise, it's coming through doge or coming through programmatic changes he wants to make.
00:31:38.080Also, the money about holding back the money as chief executive.
00:31:41.980Remember the unitary theory of the executive where he's chief executive.
00:31:46.420You're going to start seeing it next week because a moment ago on the Senate floor, Schumer and those guys surrendered.
00:31:55.220President Trump's government will go on with no gap.
00:31:58.300OK, we didn't love the CR, but we're prepared to live with it to keep progress going.
00:32:02.740And remember, what did Schumer say last night on Chris Hayes when he came right off the floor, said how he was going to vote?
00:32:10.020His number one, his number one thing he said is, I'm afraid that Trump would shut down the courts.
00:32:15.880And that's where we're having our victories.
00:32:17.400Last but not least is then the confirmation, not just of confirmation inside main justice in the in the the district, the U.S. attorneys.
00:32:28.900But it's also the confirmation of new judges, because how many of these names you see keep popping up all the time, particularly in Washington, D.C.?
00:32:38.080And we know that the left is judge shopping and venue shopping to get these radical neo-Marxist judges.
00:32:43.580All of that, all of that, all of that is kind of this, the legal warfare that's going on, and particularly in this kind of judicial, judicial insurrection.
00:32:54.100Julie Kelly, given that as the strategic map, where do we stand right now?
00:32:59.640Because we're at war. Trump triumphantly returned against all odds with the team, the team of the kind of the pickup team that we had, because a lot made folks understand the major law firms cut us all off.
00:33:13.460We were D bank, D platform, no credit cards.
00:33:16.340But also I've had, you know, prominent lawyers my entire life on doing deals and transactions and everything.
00:33:24.120In fact, I'd never been sued until I started working for Trump.
00:33:27.480But, you know, the big law firms canceled you, because they said, hey, our clients, you know, we're afraid of Trump, we're afraid of you guys.
00:33:35.820All the law firms, this is why what Boris did in the first 18 months or two years is truly heroic, because he kind of had to put together a pickup team that won every day.
00:33:46.660So where do we stand now that the tide's turned, we're on offense, I understand some people want to see guys walk out in shackles, be perp walk tomorrow.
00:33:54.420But there's got to be a reality here of how this game is played, ma'am.
00:34:15.380Some judge, I assume in Washington, D.C., signed off on search warrants to allow the DOJ, this is before Jack Smith was appointed, to allow the DOJ to get both Donald Trump and Mike Pence's phone data, their government cellular phone data.
00:34:50.280What in the hell is going on here, ma'am?
00:34:52.320They turned over President Trump's phone to the FBI to be swept?
00:34:58.640Apparently that's what this looks like.
00:35:00.780And this is what Senators Grassley and Johnson have discovered.
00:35:04.920And now they are confirming that per this letter.
00:35:08.140I will be looking into this and posting this.
00:35:10.800And then keep in mind, of course, this is starting in the spring of 2022, when not only did they start this, what they're calling Operation Arctic Frost, which was the official name – where did they come up with these names?
00:35:24.180Official name of the investigation into the president for January 6th.
00:35:28.880But they also, in February of 2022, opened the investigation into President Trump in the documents case.
00:35:35.320So this is all happening at the same time.
00:35:39.480So this is Merrick Garland's Department of Justice.
00:35:42.320This wasn't Jack Smith, because he was appointed in November of 2022 after the president announced he was running for office.
00:35:48.500This is all under Merrick Garland, Joe Biden, Jonathan Suh, who Mike Davis just mentioned, who we know from the documents case.
00:35:58.280There's email correspondence between Jonathan Suh, the National Archives, and other – and DOJ to concoct the documents case.
00:36:07.760And now it appears we have more evidence of how invasive the January 6th investigation.
00:36:13.880I'm curious what judge in Washington, D.C. signed off on that search warrant.
00:36:22.060One of them could be the chief judge at the time, Beryl Howell.
00:36:26.380Julie, the reason they did this is they never thought in a billion years – they controlled the entire apparatus.
00:36:38.540They controlled Wall Street, Silicon Valley, the corporations, the donors.
00:36:42.320In those years – and this is why, folks, 21, 22 into 23, and particularly 21 and 22, they were dark years.
00:36:52.300The specter of darkness was over us because they thought they had every – they had control of everything culturally, financially, politically.
00:37:00.040And this is why they thought they were going to destroy Trump and end the MAGA movement by taking Trump and all of his leadership around him and either imprison them, bankrupt them, or in some cases, like President Trump, assassinate Julie Kelly.
00:37:16.880And going back to what we were talking about, the pervasive resistance in this Department of Justice, this letter indicates there were 13 FBI offices involved in this Operation Arctic Frost.
00:37:29.020We know that every single one of the 56 field offices were involved in the January 6th, the J. Sixer investigation and arrests, conducting armed raids across this country for years.
00:37:40.700And this does not even account for 93 U.S. attorneys' offices, extremely powerful offices, where you still have Trump haters and certainly MAGA haters embedded in those offices.
00:37:54.320And, of course, still in top offices as well in Washington, D.C.
00:37:59.800So Cleaning House is going to take a long time.
00:38:02.700They are getting on offense but also on defense because every day there's a new lawsuit filed that is taking up Department of Justice resources that otherwise could be used to pursue different investigations.
00:38:16.720But I have no doubt that that's ongoing now.
00:38:21.480There might be a little bit of a slowdown because of all of these lawsuits.
00:38:25.180But those are going to get settled and these investigations into these corrupt prosecutors, especially at the top, the prosecutors and FBI officials and agents who tried to do this to Donald Trump, who did it to people like you and Peter Navarro and, of course, almost 1,600 J. Sixers.
00:38:44.120I have no doubt that the president, especially given his tone and his approach and what he said today, is as committed more than ever to making sure that what he called those thugs in the DOJ get their comeuppance.
00:39:01.160Hey, one thing I can guarantee this audience, he is all in.
00:40:03.960And Schumer knew his fear was they would shut down the courts.
00:40:08.460And that's the one place I think they're winning.
00:40:10.300Before I let you go, John, you said this morning, he says, look, this could take six months to a year to get these things adjudicated even to the next level, given the types of, you know, what they're coming at.
00:40:21.480And the first round judges that line a neo-Marxist, how radical they are and how they're almost like they're almost prosecuting the cases, right?
00:40:34.020Oh, they absolutely are prosecuting the cases.
00:40:37.280We saw that with the San Francisco judge who said he was holding an evidentiary hearing and wants to haul in a top White House official to face cross-examination by lawyers representing government employee labors.
00:40:54.920What I'm going to be following next week, Steve, and I'm sure I'll be back on Monday, is Judge Tanya Chutkin set a deadline late Monday.
00:41:01.860She wants the Department of Justice to explain why they want to claw back $20 billion that the Biden administration and EPA hid at Citibank a few days before the November election out of the eyes of Republicans in Congress and a potential, of course, Donald Trump White House.
00:41:22.800She is going to want evidence of fraud or some sort of criminality to justify Lee Zeldin asking for our money back and halting releasing really hundreds of millions of dollars that appears every few weeks to these eight selected politically connected climate nonprofits that were chosen by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's EPA.
00:41:46.400This is a huge scandal, and Tanya Chutkin put not feet to the fire to one of the big climate nonprofits who got $6.97 billion.
00:41:59.680She wasn't excoriating them and asking them, how dare you come and file a lawsuit against the government demanding that this money is yours and we need to give it to you?
00:42:53.780And thank you for having me on so much and always supporting my work.
00:42:57.440The reason why the war room or posse or anyone knows about these judges is because you have had me on so often to talk about what's been happening.
00:43:06.120And now I think it's a rude awakening to a lot of Americans how corrupt and partisan and shameless these judges are when it comes to abusing their power to try to destroy the president.
00:44:05.340It's a personal supply of prescribed emergency medications that puts the power back in your hands, whether it's an unexpected illness or a global disruption of supply chains.
00:44:16.560You can act fast and protect yourself and your loved ones.
00:44:19.700This February, show them you care in a way that really matters.
00:46:20.040Yeah, Steve, thanks so much for having us on and for covering our case.
00:46:24.040So in New Jersey, I was a participant in a Red Rose Rescue with Father Fidelis Mosinski of the CFR Franciscans, Father David Nix of the Archdiocese of Denver, and Sister Imalatia.
00:46:39.360And we all were praying inside the abortion facility, handing out roses, offering assistance to the mothers, staying in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the womb.
00:46:49.180We were unjustly arrested because we had a necessity to protect the lives of others who were undefended by the police and by the government in Morristown, New Jersey.
00:47:01.820Today we had our trial attempting to fight for the rights of the unborn and to use an affirmative defense of others.
00:47:11.540I don't want to burst your bubble too much here, Steve.
00:47:14.440There were wonderful things, and there were some rough things.
00:47:17.480The good side, there were people from all across the country praying.
00:47:21.820There were people united in prayer for the defense of life.
00:47:24.960We had three excellent rescuers, two Catholic priests and a religious sister who spoke the truth on the stand and were firm witnesses for the truth about the sacredness of human life.
00:47:36.300We have an attorney, Vincent Sansone, a passionate Catholic Italian pro-lifer who spoke for the babies in a wonderful way.
00:47:46.280The downside is that we had a judge who admitted to the courthouse, and he chose not to look at what we were saying substantively,
00:47:57.340but he tried to say that the value of human life is somehow this subjective belief that we happen to hold because we're Catholics.
00:49:08.740I mean, Steve, you were giving us media coverage, and here at Catholics for Catholics, we get people in the streets physically and also getting people praying across the country.
00:49:26.420We had members of Congress as well who were sending letters behind the scenes to the judge letting them know to back off the case as well as the Office of Faith at the White House was extremely responsive to us and trying to get the good word out about this.
00:50:15.660You can tell that their faith is a living faith.
00:50:18.260And to think that the apparatus in New Jersey, after the president of the United States pardons them, they're going to take them right back just to show state power can break religion, that state power can break your beliefs.
00:50:32.540Why was Will—talk about the judge, about what he said in the courtroom about these beliefs about human life, sir.
00:50:40.840So at one point, the judge, they brought in a witness from the abortion mill clinic who just tried to sway the judge in one direction.
00:50:46.640And as I understand it, you know, the judge really just shot down any kind of defense that this was a religious motivation, which is the entire premise of which the priests were actually doing this, right?
00:51:00.820They came back, and then the sentencing came out, as we know, that, yes, they're assigned probation, which, ironically, Father Fidelis and Will basically told the judge, you know, we're not going to abide by the rules of the probation.
00:51:14.620So you can do what you want with this, kind of, you know, give them the finger in that sense, right?
00:51:19.120Nor are they going to pay the fines of $158.
00:51:22.140But it's just that attitude of, look, this is what truth is.
00:51:26.780You know, a life begins in the womb, and we need to stand by it.
00:51:30.280How ironic, too, Steve, you love history, that this is Morristown, New Jersey.
00:51:35.000Literally, the courthouse is a block away from where George Washington headquartered his troops during the Revolution, you know, which is pretty insane.
00:52:18.340If you think of the right stuff, Will Goodman, the other priest, John Yepp, President Trump, Pam Bondi, Emma Bovee, Todd Blanche, Boris Epstein.
00:52:54.700A former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.
00:53:00.820Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.
00:53:10.720Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.
00:53:18.320His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.
00:53:29.800Right now, War Room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.
00:53:36.560This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.
00:53:55.700I'm really trying to fill this gap of quality supplements.
00:53:59.800And, of course, the beef liver being our flagship products.
00:54:03.020For those who don't know, beef liver is loaded with highly bioavailable ingredients such as vitamin A, B12, zinc, CoQ10, etc.
