00:00:00.000 But he got it to put the deal on their plate, not ours.
00:00:05.860 Stephen Bannon, take it.
00:00:08.860 Eric, great week.
00:00:10.340 Thank you, sir.
00:00:10.840 Appreciate you.
00:00:11.980 Eric Bolling, the great Eric Bolling.
00:00:14.280 Pirate King, Eric Bolling, we should say.
00:00:17.620 We're going to get back to the vote in a second.
00:00:19.820 What I want to do is I want to kick off War Room with a historic moment.
00:00:24.640 President Donald J. Trump, who was indicted, I don't know, 90-some times,
00:00:30.480 by the Justice Department or their affiliates for over, what, 370 years in prison.
00:00:37.700 They wanted him to die in prison.
00:00:39.140 President Trump, the 47th President of the United States,
00:00:41.500 returned triumphant to the Justice Department, a historic moment.
00:00:46.360 Let's go ahead.
00:00:46.920 We're going to play.
00:00:47.480 We've cut this together.
00:00:48.380 We're going to play it.
00:00:48.980 Then we have Mike Davis and Julie Kelly.
00:00:50.940 We're going to break it all down for you where we stand with fighting the Democrats
00:00:54.780 as they try to stop the 47th President of the United States administration.
00:00:58.780 Let's go ahead and roll it.
00:01:00.160 The President also promised an end to the weaponization of government.
00:01:05.660 Our weaponization inquiries are ongoing.
00:01:08.420 They include matters relating to J-6, improper prosecutions under the FACE Act,
00:01:13.580 and the case against Colorado Elections Clerk Tina Peters.
00:01:17.400 Under General Bondi's watch, the weaponization has stopped, period.
00:01:22.880 The Department's focus is now squarely on our core mission, keeping the American people safe.
00:01:30.100 And I told you when I got this job that we would crush violent crime,
00:01:34.740 that we would take the fight to anyone who wishes to do harm to our way of life and to hurt our citizenry,
00:01:41.180 that we would go to the ends of the earth to bring them back to face American justice produced right here in this very hall,
00:01:47.980 in this very building.
00:01:49.480 To that effort, we have done just that.
00:01:52.360 And a special shout-out, I know my Boston contingent is here on St. Patty's Day.
00:01:56.400 Thank you for the great work you guys have been doing, and across the rest of the FBI.
00:02:00.180 On stage, we have, this is 180 kilograms, it represents, not real, of fentanyl, okay?
00:02:08.780 So this is one, this represents one kilo of fentanyl.
00:02:12.740 In its pure form, this one kilo can kill half a million people.
00:02:18.880 The 180 there, in pure form, could kill 90 million people.
00:02:27.080 That is the population of California, Texas, and Florida.
00:02:32.400 That's what we're dealing with in our country.
00:02:35.540 That's why angel moms go around the country.
00:02:38.140 That's why Donald Trump has taken such a hard stance against cartels securing our borders,
00:02:44.940 getting these gangs and drugs out of our country.
00:02:48.620 But look at that.
00:02:49.600 That can kill three states in its pure form.
00:02:52.860 That should terrify everyone.
00:02:57.080 Oh, hold me close, hold me tight.
00:03:00.980 Hello, everybody.
00:03:11.460 How are you doing?
00:03:12.780 I'm going to shake it.
00:03:13.980 Good to do it again.
00:03:15.800 Oh, wow.
00:03:17.800 You look like such a nice person.
00:03:19.440 That's a rough picture.
00:03:20.860 That's a rough picture.
00:03:22.220 We're waiting on J.D.'s to go up.
00:03:24.000 That's right.
00:03:24.900 Okay, thank you.
00:03:25.820 Thank you.
00:03:55.820 Thank you.
00:04:25.820 America into a corrupt communist and third world country.
00:04:29.940 But in the end, the thugs failed and the truth won.
00:04:33.440 Freedom won, justice won, democracy won,
00:04:36.160 and above all, the American people won.
00:04:39.780 There could be no more heinous betrayal of American values
00:04:43.480 than to use the law to terrorize the innocent
00:04:46.980 and reward the wicked.
00:04:48.660 And that's what they were doing at a level
00:04:50.340 that's never been seen before.
00:04:52.880 And it's exactly what you saw with Joe Biden,
00:04:57.260 Merrick Garland and their cronies
00:04:59.820 to do the building of the last four years.
00:05:03.340 They ripped, what they've ripped down is incalculable,
00:05:08.460 but what you're gonna build up is likewise
00:05:10.580 something that will be breaking all sorts of records.
00:05:14.220 They set loose violent criminals
00:05:16.020 while targeting patriotic parents at school board meetings.
00:05:19.280 They dropped charges against Antifa and Hamas supporters
00:05:24.240 while labeling traditional Catholics
00:05:26.840 as domestic terrorists to Catholics.
00:05:29.720 We did very well with the Catholic vote,
00:05:31.380 so I wanna thank them for that.
00:05:34.300 A case, I will not use a bad word.
00:05:36.740 I promised, I promised my wife I would never use a bad word.
00:05:40.960 So, just a little bad.
00:05:42.340 The case against me was bulls**t.
00:05:44.340 And she correctly dismissed it.
00:05:47.960 She correctly, she correctly...
00:05:54.340 Look at Emil, he's looking, he said, that's interesting.
00:05:57.340 But these two guys were warriors.
00:05:59.920 You got a warrior here.
00:06:01.340 You got two warriors, I can tell you that.
00:06:03.260 You got a whole bunch of them.
00:06:04.300 But, and they wouldn't quit.
00:06:08.640 They wouldn't take no for an answer.
00:06:10.260 They just wouldn't quit.
00:06:11.260 The American people have given us a mandate
00:06:13.680 and really a far, just a far-reaching investigation
00:06:18.820 is what they are demanding into the corruption of our system.
00:06:22.180 And that's exactly, I'm sure, what Pam and Cash
00:06:25.520 and everyone else mentioned here
00:06:27.920 and not mentioned is going to be doing.
00:06:30.740 We will expel the rogue actors and corrupt forces from our government.
00:06:34.700 We will expose and very much expose their egregious crimes
00:06:39.780 and severe misconduct of which was levels.
00:06:43.260 You've never seen anything like it.
00:06:45.300 It's going to be legendary.
00:06:47.140 It's going to also be legendary for the people
00:06:49.240 that are able to seek it out and bring justice.
00:06:53.760 We will restore the scales of justice in America
00:06:56.520 and we will ensure that such abuses never happen again in our country.
00:07:04.440 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:07:09.320 Pray for our enemies.
00:07:11.320 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:07:14.320 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:07:18.640 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:07:20.640 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:07:22.040 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:07:23.800 but you're not going to stop it.
00:07:24.720 It's going to happen.
00:07:25.960 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:07:29.400 MAGA Media.
00:07:30.760 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:07:36.200 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:07:39.960 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:07:46.200 War Room.
00:07:47.160 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:07:49.640 Friday 14, March in the year of our Lord, 2025, and what a historic day.
00:07:58.960 President Trump returning to the Justice Department, the font of so much evil and chaos in the last, I don't know, six or seven years.
00:08:08.840 I want to go to, I've got, so many of the people that helped bring about today, Boris and others are going to try to get them up during the next couple hours.
00:08:17.680 I want to go to Mike Davis, the viceroy.
00:08:20.320 Mike, put it in perspective, what we saw today at the Justice Department.
00:08:24.820 I want to just keep it at the historical nature of what we witnessed today on the 14th of March in the year of our Lord, 2025, sir.
00:08:33.180 What we witnessed is a president of the United States who was hunted by this Justice Department for four years, and they tried to throw him in prison for the rest of his life under a bogus legal theory.
00:08:53.720 And they worked with other prosecutors around the country, Democrat operatives around the country, to bankrupt him, throw him off the ballots, throw him in prison, take off his head.
00:09:06.480 And this is justice today.
00:09:08.160 President Trump went to the Justice Department after winning the election on this lawfare issue and showing the Justice Department that they work for the president of the United States.
00:09:21.400 They now work for Donald J. Trump.
00:09:24.520 And this is a critical lesson.
00:09:27.180 President Trump went over there and told the deep states that the deep state is over.
00:09:36.100 The reason I said the last seven or eight years, as you know, Mike, it revved up to an unbelievable level under Garland in the Biden regime.
00:09:48.780 But it was bad from day one.
00:09:50.840 And the reason it's bad, we had John Yoo follow you today.
00:09:54.520 And John Yoo walked through that paper he had written for Civitas about ending really the ending Watergate and the quote unquote reforms that came in Watergate that took away the president of the United States and the office of the president being the chief magistrate and the chief law enforcement officer.
00:10:11.160 Did President Trump make a pretty bold answer?
00:10:12.960 I mean, it was like Caesar coming back from a campaign walking in there.
00:10:16.520 Did he make a bold enough statement that that that whole concept, that the Justice Department, the FBI, all of this is totally separate from the office of the president and the executive branch of the government, sir?
00:10:28.460 I think it was Caesar walking to a foreign country and conquering it and then showing the foreign country that they are conquered by holding up their heads and putting them on a stake.
00:10:40.940 And I think that was so important today for this Justice Department that was so politicized and weaponized, starting under President Obama on steroids under President Biden, that there is a new sheriff in town and his name is Donald J.
00:10:57.700 And there are going to be Trump and Trump and Trump, and there are going to be severe, severe legal, political and financial consequences for the way they politicized and weaponized our intel agencies and law enforcement to go after him, to go after his family, to go after his supporters like his January 6th supporters, to go after his top aides like Peter Navarro and you, Steve Bannon.
00:11:21.040 And there are going to be consequences for this. And Pam Bondi and Todd Blanch and Cash Patel and Amo Bovee are going to make damn sure that happens.
00:11:31.240 So you have three lines of attack as President Trump goes on offense. Number one, he's cleaning out the Justice Department and getting real professionals in there, number one.
00:11:40.700 Number two, he's taking it to the law firms that control the town, right? Perkins, Coy, Covington and Burley.
00:11:47.760 And they're just going to be the first to essentially put him out of business.
00:11:51.340 And number three, he's he's he's moving with a dispatch to basically take on the administrative state to downsize it, to take not to spend all the money that's inappropriately appropriated or see his executive things.
00:12:06.620 But the federal judiciary is fighting back. So we're at total war right now with the legal apparatus and the in the neo-Marxist federal judiciary.
00:12:16.300 Would you agree with that, that this is now you can't get any more intense than we're right now, sir?
00:12:22.680 Yeah, these are going to be some this is going to be a bumpy landing, but we need to land this plane. Right.
00:12:28.380 And landing this plane means getting these left wing radical activist judges the hell out of their way.
00:12:37.660 They're trying to sabotage the president of the United States, exercising his core Article two power, executive power under the Constitution.
00:12:48.080 President Trump ran on the fact that he's going to do exactly what he's doing.
00:12:52.540 And you have these radical activist judges who are ignoring the will of American voters on November 5th.
00:12:59.600 These activist judges are the insurrectionists.
00:13:03.900 They are the saboteurs and they are the election deniers.
00:13:07.060 And we're going to have little patience for them.
00:13:10.180 And that's why it is so critically important for the Supreme Court of the United States, led by Chief Justice John Roberts, to get these judicial saboteurs the hell out of the way.
00:13:22.920 Because once the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary loses its legitimacy, it loses everything.
00:13:31.920 Do you think that your law clerks are going to go enforce your orders?
00:13:35.740 Because if you lose the American people's public confidence in the judiciary, you have nothing.
00:13:41.580 So remember that when you are trying to figure out at the Supreme Court on the emergency docket, whether you are judges upholding the separation of powers, including the president's Article two powers, or if you are rattled law professors grading civil procedure exams.
00:13:57.620 We want judges with judgment on the Supreme Court, not law professors.
00:14:05.960 Mike, it's a Friday afternoon in March.
00:14:09.840 Mike, can you hang on?
00:14:11.900 I've got a couple of questions I want to ask you on the other side.
00:14:13.920 Mike Davis, we always said it was going to come down to this is going to be a huge element.
00:14:21.560 President Trump marches into the Justice Department today.
00:14:26.280 Do you think why some of these people, they are vapor-locked right now?
00:14:30.300 What a dramatic, dramatic afternoon.
00:14:33.760 And Todd Blanche and Cash Patel and Pam Bondi.
00:14:38.240 Own the moment.
00:14:41.120 We're going to take a short commercial break.
00:14:44.460 But I'm American made.
00:14:48.560 I got American part.
00:14:51.140 Short break.
00:14:52.100 I got American made.
00:14:56.280 You don't go out and buy a life jacket when the boat is already sinking.
00:15:03.840 And you don't buy gold when the economy has already collapsed.
00:15:07.620 Clearly, others are heeding this advice as gold hit an all-time high the first part of 2025, multiple times.

00:16:12.180 CNN and MSDNC, who literally write 97.6% bad about me, are political arms of the Democrat Party.
00:16:22.720 And in my opinion, they're really corrupt and they're illegal.
00:16:26.680 What they do is illegal.
00:16:27.920 It makes no difference how big a victory I had.
00:16:31.240 I can have the biggest victory in history.
00:16:33.700 It was a great honor for me to fire, I will tell you this, a great honor to fire James Comey.
00:16:40.360 A great, great honor.
00:16:41.680 That was nothing.
00:16:42.480 There was no better day.
00:16:44.020 A lot of people said, oh, that's too bad you did that.
00:16:47.000 And they said that's going to be.
00:16:48.760 And you know what?
00:16:49.500 A year later, they said that actually saved the administration because the level of corrupt things that we learned after that turned out to be.
00:16:57.520 That they were doing, in fact, really bad things.
00:17:00.800 He was a terrible person, did terrible things, and persecuted people.
00:17:05.460 And all in the guise of being an angel.
00:17:09.160 But he wasn't an angel.
00:17:10.220 A couple of things.
00:17:13.960 Number one, they got to the 60 votes.
00:17:16.200 We'll have a report on that.
00:17:17.340 Alex DeGrasse will join us.
00:17:19.260 We'll have a report on that.
00:17:20.380 Another historic win for President Trump today in the United States Senate.
00:17:24.140 His government stays open.
00:17:26.640 Julie Kelly joins us.
00:17:27.560 Mike's with us.
00:17:28.340 Julie, you've covered it.
00:17:32.720 And Boris is going to call in.
00:17:34.060 Boris was there today.
00:17:35.900 This is for you guys.
00:17:37.160 For Mike Davis, Julie Kelly.
00:17:39.020 Of course, Boris put together the team.
00:17:41.400 Julie, people might have forgotten.
00:17:43.680 But put in perspective the fight that everybody had, this long fight and journey back to this day to have President Trump walk in there.
00:17:53.720 And, folks, particularly if you've just joined the show over the last couple of months or in the 24 campaign, this has been ongoing for four, actually for five years since the start of the show, but really for the last three or four years during the Biden regime.
00:18:05.980 So, Julie, where were you a year ago, ma'am, and who were you with?
00:18:10.760 So, one year ago, March 14, 2024, I was in a Florida courthouse in the courtroom of Judge Aileen Cannon related to Jack Smith's federal indictment against the president in the documents case.
00:18:25.060 Todd Blanche and Emil Bove also were there representing the president in that case.
00:18:30.440 And so were Jay Bratt and David Harbaugh representing Special Counsel Jack Smith.
00:18:37.920 And now, fast forward a year later, Todd Blanche is the deputy attorney general.
00:18:43.100 Emil Bove is the number three at the Department of Justice.
00:18:46.000 Donald Trump is president.
00:18:48.720 Jay Bratt retired in disgrace and is under investigation.
00:18:52.940 Not sure where David Harbaugh is.
00:18:54.580 I'd like to find out.
00:18:55.420 And, of course, Special Counsel Jack Smith resigned in January, is under investigation as well, and has lawyered up to the tune of at least $140,000 in free legal services by a law firm whose security clearances were just stripped by Donald Trump.
00:19:12.720 Steve, if you wrote this as a screenplay and you gave this to a Hollywood producer, they'd laugh you out of the room, as you and I were just saying, off camera.
00:19:21.760 It's so incredible to be surreal.
00:19:28.940 You're sitting there and you're on fire.
00:19:31.580 Mike Davis is the viceroy and one of the senior advisors.
00:19:35.560 Boris is one of the senior advisors.
00:19:37.100 And we've got Emil Bove is the savage.
00:19:40.460 We've got Todd Blanche as the deputy.
00:19:42.800 Our own Pam Bondi is the attorney general.
00:19:45.880 And President Trump returns to triumph.
00:19:49.200 And Cash Patel is FBI.
00:19:50.280 And Cash Patel is – it's unbelievable.
00:19:53.160 It's incredible.
00:19:54.780 Now, if you had pitched this in a Hollywood – to a Hollywood studio, you've been thrown out for – it's too over the top.
00:19:59.260 You never have a Hollywood ending like this.
00:20:01.420 It's just incredible.
00:20:02.860 Mike, Mike Davis, I want to bring you – Julie, hang on.
00:20:05.260 Mike, President Trump today – and if I get some time, I'll try to break it down even more tomorrow on the Saturday show – he sent a couple of shots across bow.
00:20:14.420 I mean, Trump was not walking down memory lane.
00:20:18.500 He gave the litany, right, of what they had done against him.
00:20:23.640 But he's always – the guns are always trained downrange.
00:20:28.260 If you're MSNBC or CNN or others, the Weissmans of the world, what did you take away from today, sir?
00:20:35.800 I love it because these Democrat operatives who pretend the Justice Department is supposed to be independent of the president,
00:20:45.880 what they really mean is the Justice Department is supposed to be independent of Republican presidents.
00:20:53.460 And Democrat presidents, like Joe Biden, can have their deputy White House counsel, Jonathan Hsu,
00:21:00.920 waive Trump's claim of executive privilege and unleash lawfare against President Trump, his top aides and his supporters.
00:21:08.160 I love this.
00:21:09.120 I love that President Trump isn't your typical country club Republican.
00:21:14.120 He's not going to turn the other cheek, and nor should he.
00:21:19.780 I've seen – I'm going to let you go here, but I need this question answered.
00:21:23.780 I've seen some articles and social media.
00:21:26.920 Of everything they're melting down on, the thing that has, I think, triggered these guys the most is going after the law firms.
00:21:34.760 I've seen a number of prominent people on the left say this is the end of rule of law.
00:21:39.120 Has he hit something to the core of how the imperial capital runs, and someone's never, ever thought of doing this and never even conceived it,
00:21:48.380 is to actually go over to the source of where the vipers make their living, and that's these incredibly powerful Democrat operative hangouts,
00:21:59.020 of which not only do you get people to come back in to be the Justice Department and the U.S. attorneys and all of it,
00:22:05.460 and all the different councils because folks got to understand every cabinet's got a council that's hugely powerful.
00:22:11.960 All the alphabet agencies have councils and their whole staffs, but also this is a breeding ground and a training ground for that first line of federal judges that are so radical.
00:22:20.940 Is this the thing that's triggering them the most because I've seen so much vitriol and so much outrage that he's actually going after the firms themselves?
00:22:29.640 I think it's fantastic, and it's giving the Democrats a healthy dose of their own medicine because they did the same damn thing to law firms that represented President Trump and his aides and his allies after 2020.
00:22:44.740 They went after law firms like Jones Day, so Jones Day couldn't represent the president of the United States, and so what's nice, let's remind people what Perkins Coie did, right?
00:22:58.140 They made up the Russian collusion hoax.
00:23:01.540 They made up the Steele dossier.
00:23:03.780 They presented it to the FISA court knowing it was a lie.
00:23:07.660 They got spy warrants on the leading presidential candidate, Donald Trump.
00:23:12.880 They spied on him as the president of the United States.
00:23:16.700 Perkins Coie shouldn't be anywhere close to a classified document.
00:23:21.340 They should not have security clearances.
00:23:24.700 They should not be doing business with the government.
00:23:28.440 Frankly, a lot of them should be in federal prison, and I hope that that's the next step in this accountability by President Trump and his, and I say, yes, his Justice Department because they work for him.
00:23:40.800 You believe these should be investigated and litigated, and if found responsible, incarcerated, you actually believe we should go that far and that deep?
00:23:52.180 I have called for more than three years to open a criminal probe under 18 U.S.C. Section 241, Conspiracy Against Rights, along with many other serious federal felonies, a special grand jury to investigate Crossfire Hurricane and the cover-up of Crossfire Hurricane, which was the lawfare against President Trump over the last four years.
00:24:17.120 And this is an ongoing criminal conspiracy going back eight years, and every person who was part of this conspiracy should be investigated.
00:24:26.020 They should lawyer up, and if they are, if there's evidence that they participated in an illegal criminal conspiracy or other federal crimes, they should be indicted.
00:24:35.820 They should be thrown in prison.
00:24:37.240 Mike Davis, the Vice-Roy, I'm with you.
00:24:41.980 Where do we get you, sir, on Article III and social media?
00:24:46.160 Article3project.org.
00:24:47.900 You can follow us on social media there.
00:24:50.920 You can donate, and then the most important thing the posse does is take action.
00:24:54.980 And I say this sincerely to the Biden Democrats and Obama Democrats who ran this lawfare against Trump, his aides, his allies, his supporters.
00:25:04.400 Lawyer up, because justice is coming.
00:25:07.240 Mike Davis, the Vice-Roy, thank you very much.
00:25:11.300 Honored to have you on here today of all days, sir.
00:25:14.260 Thank you.
00:25:14.940 Julie Kelly, where do we stand in the fight?
00:25:17.280 It continues.
00:25:18.140 I mean, now we're going on offense, and it's going to get very gnarly, folks.
00:25:22.940 This is why you need the Julie Kellys.
00:25:24.940 You need the Mike Davises on the outside.
00:25:28.480 Tell us where we stand on all this, ma'am.
00:25:30.280 So what's happening now is related to the Perkins-Cui lawsuit against the president seeking to really overturn his executive order to prevent Perkins-Cui from entering government buildings or having government contracts.
00:25:47.480 So there was a hearing, and we talked about this the other day, but that hearing, that temporary restraining order, vacating parts of that executive order issued by former Chief Judge Beryl Howell.
00:26:02.460 And what appears is that she is building or is going to allow Perkins-Cui to build a constitutional due process rights violation case that I think she will eventually issue a preliminary injunction preventing that executive order from taking hold.
00:26:21.340 But we're expecting, I think, going after these law firms has been very successful.
00:26:28.920 Perkins-Cui in this long motion, crocodile tears about how they're losing business, how they're losing potential employees, lawyers, et cetera.
00:26:39.520 So the damage is already being done to Perkins-Cui, which is exceptional, of course.
00:26:44.660 But I do want to go back for a moment to the president's speech at the Department of Justice today.
00:26:52.000 People have to recognize that there is still a large element of DOJ officials, employees, FBI agents, and investigators who have deep contempt for this president, for his new team, for the MAGA movement.
00:27:08.340 Now, they have, I think, acted with great speed in getting rid of some of the worst offenders, George Toskis, obviously the New York FBI field director, James Dennehy.
00:27:19.120 But this is going to be tough setting.
00:27:21.520 And I would urge patience with people who I already see some criticism.
00:27:26.020 But this is a very difficult task ahead for Attorney General Pam Bondi and her team.
00:27:32.320 Yeah, hang on.
00:27:35.760 I'm going to hold you through this.
00:27:37.980 I've seen the same thing with some of our folks in the MAGA movement and even in the war in posse.
00:27:43.860 Like, we're guys walking out being perp walked out.
00:27:47.760 These, our team is working around the clock to try to get this done.
00:27:52.100 And it's very difficult.
00:27:54.140 And they're being fought intensely internally.
00:27:57.260 Short break.
00:27:58.400 Julie Kelly on the other side.
00:27:59.660 Another victory today for the Catholics praying at abortion centers.
00:28:05.480 All next, in the war room.

00:29:38.420 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:29:40.540 Okay, I want to go through the five-prong attack,
00:29:47.860 because I always want to make sure that you guys have a mental map of what's actually happening in a construct,
00:29:53.260 so then all the news that comes your way, you can kind of put it into a vertical or a segment to kind of think it through.
00:30:02.600 The five things going on, DOJ is both the cleaning out of the rat's nest.
00:30:07.500 What Julie Kelly's talking about, they're now in beds.
00:30:12.720 Anti-Trump program, anti-Trump, anti-MAGA, anti-all of you.
00:30:18.460 It's the cleaning out the rat's nest and the process of getting confirmations, everything from the U.S. attorneys.
00:30:23.300 And when I say rat's nest, it's not just main justice.
00:30:26.860 It's the U.S. attorneys, particularly the big ones, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York.
00:30:31.620 The U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C., in L.A., then throw in Philadelphia, Chicago.
00:30:37.860 I mean, these are huge apparatuses.
00:30:40.640 They all have to be purged.
00:30:43.020 And these people are going to be leaking nonstop, the rats, before they get purged and fighting every step of the way.
00:30:50.880 Right?
00:30:51.140 You've seen this in the Epstein situation, where either SDNY local or FBI local,
00:30:59.520 I think people are trying to figure out the suppression of some of this information.
00:31:03.040 But that's just one of many.
00:31:05.700 That's the fight.
00:31:06.420 The other is the law firms.
00:31:08.240 And you see right now, the judges are working with these law firms to build up due process or other cases.
00:31:14.900 They're going to stretch things out.
00:31:16.240 It's always they're trying to buy time.
00:31:17.600 They're trying to buy time.
00:31:18.520 You heard John Yoo say that.
00:31:20.540 John Yoo say that today about John Yoo thinks it thinks it could take, you know,
00:31:25.020 it could take up to six months or a year to get some of these in front of the front of even appellate courts because they're going to try to slow it down.
00:31:31.180 Then it's stopping President Trump on the rifts, on the reductions and forth.
00:31:34.720 Otherwise, it's coming through doge or coming through programmatic changes he wants to make.
00:31:38.080 Also, the money about holding back the money as chief executive.
00:31:41.980 Remember the unitary theory of the executive where he's chief executive.
00:31:45.040 He can make this decision.
00:31:46.420 You're going to start seeing it next week because a moment ago on the Senate floor, Schumer and those guys surrendered.
00:31:55.220 President Trump's government will go on with no gap.
00:31:58.300 OK, we didn't love the CR, but we're prepared to live with it to keep progress going.
00:32:02.740 And remember, what did Schumer say last night on Chris Hayes when he came right off the floor, said how he was going to vote?
00:32:10.020 His number one, his number one thing he said is, I'm afraid that Trump would shut down the courts.
00:32:15.880 And that's where we're having our victories.
00:32:17.400 Last but not least is then the confirmation, not just of confirmation inside main justice in the in the the district, the U.S. attorneys.
00:32:28.900 But it's also the confirmation of new judges, because how many of these names you see keep popping up all the time, particularly in Washington, D.C.?
00:32:38.080 And we know that the left is judge shopping and venue shopping to get these radical neo-Marxist judges.
00:32:43.580 All of that, all of that, all of that is kind of this, the legal warfare that's going on, and particularly in this kind of judicial, judicial insurrection.
00:32:54.100 Julie Kelly, given that as the strategic map, where do we stand right now?
00:32:59.640 Because we're at war. Trump triumphantly returned against all odds with the team, the team of the kind of the pickup team that we had, because a lot made folks understand the major law firms cut us all off.
00:33:13.460 We were D bank, D platform, no credit cards.
00:33:16.340 But also I've had, you know, prominent lawyers my entire life on doing deals and transactions and everything.
00:33:24.120 In fact, I'd never been sued until I started working for Trump.
00:33:27.480 But, you know, the big law firms canceled you, because they said, hey, our clients, you know, we're afraid of Trump, we're afraid of you guys.
00:33:35.820 All the law firms, this is why what Boris did in the first 18 months or two years is truly heroic, because he kind of had to put together a pickup team that won every day.
00:33:46.660 So where do we stand now that the tide's turned, we're on offense, I understand some people want to see guys walk out in shackles, be perp walk tomorrow.
00:33:54.420 But there's got to be a reality here of how this game is played, ma'am.
00:34:00.020 Yes, there absolutely is.
00:34:01.520 I'm so glad that you just articulated that, because not only is there a strategy in place, of course, there's still internal resistance.
00:34:09.220 And then you're dealing with these lunatic judges who you and I have talked about for years.
00:34:13.600 There's just breaking news I saw now.
00:34:15.380 Some judge, I assume in Washington, D.C., signed off on search warrants to allow the DOJ, this is before Jack Smith was appointed, to allow the DOJ to get both Donald Trump and Mike Pence's phone data, their government cellular phone data.
00:34:33.400 That was turned over.
00:34:34.900 I'm just reading this now.
00:34:36.080 This is per a letter from Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson.
00:34:39.340 Hang on, hang on.
00:34:42.760 We just literally got this just to – this came in.
00:34:45.840 Mike Davis got it to us right when he jumped off.
00:34:48.520 We just got it to Denver.
00:34:50.280 What in the hell is going on here, ma'am?
00:34:52.320 They turned over President Trump's phone to the FBI to be swept?
00:34:58.640 Apparently that's what this looks like.
00:35:00.780 And this is what Senators Grassley and Johnson have discovered.
00:35:04.920 And now they are confirming that per this letter.
00:35:08.140 I will be looking into this and posting this.
00:35:10.800 And then keep in mind, of course, this is starting in the spring of 2022, when not only did they start this, what they're calling Operation Arctic Frost, which was the official name – where did they come up with these names?
00:35:24.180 Official name of the investigation into the president for January 6th.
00:35:28.880 But they also, in February of 2022, opened the investigation into President Trump in the documents case.
00:35:35.320 So this is all happening at the same time.
00:35:39.480 So this is Merrick Garland's Department of Justice.
00:35:42.320 This wasn't Jack Smith, because he was appointed in November of 2022 after the president announced he was running for office.
00:35:48.500 This is all under Merrick Garland, Joe Biden, Jonathan Suh, who Mike Davis just mentioned, who we know from the documents case.
00:35:58.280 There's email correspondence between Jonathan Suh, the National Archives, and other – and DOJ to concoct the documents case.
00:36:07.760 And now it appears we have more evidence of how invasive the January 6th investigation.
00:36:13.880 I'm curious what judge in Washington, D.C. signed off on that search warrant.
00:36:19.380 I have a few names in mind.
00:36:22.060 One of them could be the chief judge at the time, Beryl Howell.
00:36:26.380 Julie, the reason they did this is they never thought in a billion years – they controlled the entire apparatus.
00:36:38.540 They controlled Wall Street, Silicon Valley, the corporations, the donors.
00:36:42.320 In those years – and this is why, folks, 21, 22 into 23, and particularly 21 and 22, they were dark years.
00:36:52.300 The specter of darkness was over us because they thought they had every – they had control of everything culturally, financially, politically.
00:37:00.040 And this is why they thought they were going to destroy Trump and end the MAGA movement by taking Trump and all of his leadership around him and either imprison them, bankrupt them, or in some cases, like President Trump, assassinate Julie Kelly.
00:37:16.400 Correct.
00:37:16.880 And going back to what we were talking about, the pervasive resistance in this Department of Justice, this letter indicates there were 13 FBI offices involved in this Operation Arctic Frost.
00:37:29.020 We know that every single one of the 56 field offices were involved in the January 6th, the J. Sixer investigation and arrests, conducting armed raids across this country for years.
00:37:40.700 And this does not even account for 93 U.S. attorneys' offices, extremely powerful offices, where you still have Trump haters and certainly MAGA haters embedded in those offices.
00:37:54.320 And, of course, still in top offices as well in Washington, D.C.
00:37:59.800 So Cleaning House is going to take a long time.
00:38:02.700 They are getting on offense but also on defense because every day there's a new lawsuit filed that is taking up Department of Justice resources that otherwise could be used to pursue different investigations.
00:38:16.720 But I have no doubt that that's ongoing now.
00:38:21.480 There might be a little bit of a slowdown because of all of these lawsuits.
00:38:25.180 But those are going to get settled and these investigations into these corrupt prosecutors, especially at the top, the prosecutors and FBI officials and agents who tried to do this to Donald Trump, who did it to people like you and Peter Navarro and, of course, almost 1,600 J. Sixers.
00:38:44.120 I have no doubt that the president, especially given his tone and his approach and what he said today, is as committed more than ever to making sure that what he called those thugs in the DOJ get their comeuppance.
00:39:01.160 Hey, one thing I can guarantee this audience, he is all in.
00:39:08.040 On this one, he's all in.
00:39:09.240 And it's going to be a fight.
00:39:10.360 This is Alien versus Predator.
00:39:12.220 They're not going to quit.
00:39:13.440 But this is why they're so freaked out about going after the law firms.
00:39:16.520 It was such a brilliant play.
00:39:17.480 But, folks, they're not going to quit.
00:39:18.580 We had John Yu on this morning brilliantly walk through the whole this is ending the Watergate era, right?
00:39:25.780 You have to do it, cauterize that.
00:39:27.700 But, Julie, he did say, particularly on the rifts and the money, he said, hey, I think they're going to try to build cases.
00:39:35.060 This could take a while.
00:39:36.100 He says, don't.
00:39:37.240 And I know the White House.
00:39:38.520 I know the White House and others are related to the financial part of this.
00:39:43.440 And the cutting of money and downsizing the government.
00:39:46.900 They're going to be dropping bombs, I think, as early as next week.
00:39:50.660 We have not even begun to fight on this, taking on the administrative state and downsizing.
00:39:55.460 So, President Trump's administration is going to go.
00:39:58.360 It's all gas, no brake.
00:40:00.560 And that's why it's such big.
00:40:01.820 This vote tonight is so huge.
00:40:03.960 And Schumer knew his fear was they would shut down the courts.
00:40:08.460 And that's the one place I think they're winning.
00:40:10.300 Before I let you go, John, you said this morning, he says, look, this could take six months to a year to get these things adjudicated even to the next level, given the types of, you know, what they're coming at.
00:40:21.480 And the first round judges that line a neo-Marxist, how radical they are and how they're almost like they're almost prosecuting the cases, right?
00:40:33.500 Your thoughts.
00:40:34.020 Oh, they absolutely are prosecuting the cases.
00:40:37.280 We saw that with the San Francisco judge who said he was holding an evidentiary hearing and wants to haul in a top White House official to face cross-examination by lawyers representing government employee labors.
00:40:50.780 That's insane.
00:40:52.400 We also see this in Washington.
00:40:54.920 What I'm going to be following next week, Steve, and I'm sure I'll be back on Monday, is Judge Tanya Chutkin set a deadline late Monday.
00:41:01.860 She wants the Department of Justice to explain why they want to claw back $20 billion that the Biden administration and EPA hid at Citibank a few days before the November election out of the eyes of Republicans in Congress and a potential, of course, Donald Trump White House.
00:41:22.800 She is going to want evidence of fraud or some sort of criminality to justify Lee Zeldin asking for our money back and halting releasing really hundreds of millions of dollars that appears every few weeks to these eight selected politically connected climate nonprofits that were chosen by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris's EPA.
00:41:46.400 This is a huge scandal, and Tanya Chutkin put not feet to the fire to one of the big climate nonprofits who got $6.97 billion.
00:41:59.680 She wasn't excoriating them and asking them, how dare you come and file a lawsuit against the government demanding that this money is yours and we need to give it to you?
00:42:09.700 No.
00:42:10.260 She was holding DOJ's feet to the fire.
00:42:12.400 How dare you ask, how dare you tell Citibank to give the EPA our money back?
00:42:19.360 So that's what I'm going to be covering next week.
00:42:22.680 The Viceroy and the Julie Kelly are on the case.
00:42:27.420 And, of course, Boris's team that he put together, this pickup team, now runs the Department of Justice's main justice.
00:42:32.680 They're so freaked out that Weissman and these folks have their own podcast because main justice.
00:42:37.960 And you all see the freets on once a week, it's a freakout.
00:42:43.220 Julie Kelly, where do they go for all of your – I mean, you've got to go to your substack.
00:42:47.480 You've got to follow you on social media.
00:42:49.380 You are on fire, girl.
00:42:51.900 Thank you.
00:42:52.620 Well, thank you, Steve.
00:42:53.780 And thank you for having me on so much and always supporting my work.
00:42:57.440 The reason why the war room or posse or anyone knows about these judges is because you have had me on so often to talk about what's been happening.
00:43:06.120 And now I think it's a rude awakening to a lot of Americans how corrupt and partisan and shameless these judges are when it comes to abusing their power to try to destroy the president.
00:43:17.040 So a lot more to come on that.
00:43:19.080 But Julie underscore Kelly, too, at Twitter, X, and declassified with Julie Kelly, substack.
00:43:24.500 We've got more J6 stuff to go through next week.
00:43:28.740 Unbelievable.
00:43:29.520 Huge victory today in New Jersey.
00:43:32.940 Legal.
00:43:34.740 Abortion.
00:43:35.600 Next.
00:43:37.660 Health isn't just a personal issue.
00:43:39.680 It's a family issue, a community issue.
00:43:42.280 We're living in unpredictable times.
00:43:44.080 Supply chains can break down.
00:43:45.400 Hospitals can get overwhelmed.
00:43:46.820 And let's not even start on the natural disasters.
00:43:50.040 These aren't hypotheticals.
00:43:51.220 They're happening.
00:43:51.860 You see it here in the war room, and we all know it.
00:43:53.800 The question is simply, are you ready?
00:43:57.660 That's where Jace comes in.
00:44:00.320 This isn't just a kid.

00:44:43.520 We're standing on public property, and we are witnessing, as Father Nolan said, to the kingship of Christ, the queenship of Mary.
00:44:55.600 We're witnessing to the truth that human life belongs to God.
00:45:00.800 It's sacred, and from the first moment of its existence, it deserves legal protection.
00:45:09.500 And unfortunately, in the state of New Jersey, unborn children are not...
00:45:14.800 Three victories today, and these victories all come back to you.
00:45:24.300 I want to make sure in the audience, remember, it all gets back to you because you're the political muscle of all this.
00:45:30.820 President Trump does not return to the Justice Department triumphant today.
00:45:35.440 Triumphant and celebratory, but understanding the hard work we have in front of us without you.
00:45:40.640 Chuck Schumer does not surrender, and Chuck Schumer surrendered today without you.
00:45:47.900 And the Democrats are in complete disarray now.
00:45:51.260 And these holy men whose crime was praying the rosary in front of these abortion mills, no victory today without you having their back.
00:46:04.460 Let's bring in, we've got John Yep, Catholic for Catholics, and Will Goodman.
00:46:07.960 And Will, you were the one that were going to go back.
00:46:10.800 You were in prison with me in Danbury.
00:46:13.140 You were about to be sent back to prison today at a state level.
00:46:16.940 Tell us what happened, sir.
00:46:20.040 Yeah, Steve, thanks so much for having us on and for covering our case.
00:46:24.040 So in New Jersey, I was a participant in a Red Rose Rescue with Father Fidelis Mosinski of the CFR Franciscans, Father David Nix of the Archdiocese of Denver, and Sister Imalatia.
00:46:39.360 And we all were praying inside the abortion facility, handing out roses, offering assistance to the mothers, staying in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the womb.
00:46:49.180 We were unjustly arrested because we had a necessity to protect the lives of others who were undefended by the police and by the government in Morristown, New Jersey.
00:47:01.820 Today we had our trial attempting to fight for the rights of the unborn and to use an affirmative defense of others.
00:47:10.080 And so it was a bit bittersweet.
00:47:11.540 I don't want to burst your bubble too much here, Steve.
00:47:14.440 There were wonderful things, and there were some rough things.
00:47:17.480 The good side, there were people from all across the country praying.
00:47:21.820 There were people united in prayer for the defense of life.
00:47:24.960 We had three excellent rescuers, two Catholic priests and a religious sister who spoke the truth on the stand and were firm witnesses for the truth about the sacredness of human life.
00:47:36.300 We have an attorney, Vincent Sansone, a passionate Catholic Italian pro-lifer who spoke for the babies in a wonderful way.
00:47:46.280 The downside is that we had a judge who admitted to the courthouse, and he chose not to look at what we were saying substantively,
00:47:57.340 but he tried to say that the value of human life is somehow this subjective belief that we happen to hold because we're Catholics.
00:48:06.300 I tell you, he just froze up.
00:48:12.400 Let's go to John Yepp and try to reboot.
00:48:15.140 Let's try to reboot Will if we can.
00:48:16.780 I know he's on the road.
00:48:18.180 John Yepp, we just lost the last part of Will.
00:48:20.740 Can you put it in perspective for us?
00:48:22.000 And particularly, your call, Catholics for Catholics, of people to show up was amazing,
00:48:28.360 but also people from the country.
00:48:30.060 We had you guys on yesterday to pray.
00:48:32.500 It was the power of prayer today that works, sir.
00:48:35.500 John Yepp.
00:48:36.840 Absolutely.
00:48:37.580 The video you just saw of Will Goodman and there's two other priests in the car, Father Fidel and Father Dave,
00:48:43.540 those are some of America's finest.
00:48:45.480 They are men who actually stand by their convictions and are willing to go to prison, very Bannon-esque, if you will.
00:48:51.800 And they were about to go be sent right back to prison just after President Trump, mind you, had pardoned them,
00:48:58.460 and a judge was going to throw the book at them and send them to jail.
00:49:01.740 They are in that car driving back home today because of this audience.
00:49:07.160 That's a fact, 100%.
00:49:08.740 I mean, Steve, you were giving us media coverage, and here at Catholics for Catholics, we get people in the streets physically and also getting people praying across the country.
00:49:18.480 That is what happened today.
00:49:20.800 Thousands across this nation were following this case this morning.
00:49:24.900 Social media was blowing up.
00:49:26.420 We had members of Congress as well who were sending letters behind the scenes to the judge letting them know to back off the case as well as the Office of Faith at the White House was extremely responsive to us and trying to get the good word out about this.
00:49:41.080 So this is a victory.
00:49:43.060 Yes, there still is probation that they're coming after these guys for.
00:49:46.040 We get it.
00:49:47.000 But they're back in that car.
00:49:49.100 They had pizza afterwards after the courthouse at a nice restaurant.
00:49:52.800 That is only instead of rotten prison food because the pressure that we put up there on this day, that's a win.
00:49:58.820 No, I can tell you, at Danbury, and there's some good men at Danbury.
00:50:04.720 There really are.
00:50:05.420 There's so many good men there.
00:50:06.780 But, you know, they're convicts.
00:50:08.680 They're inmates.
00:50:09.700 These guys were the holy—I mean, the way they comport themselves.
00:50:14.040 It is live Christianity.
00:50:15.660 You can tell that their faith is a living faith.
00:50:18.260 And to think that the apparatus in New Jersey, after the president of the United States pardons them, they're going to take them right back just to show state power can break religion, that state power can break your beliefs.
00:50:32.540 Why was Will—talk about the judge, about what he said in the courtroom about these beliefs about human life, sir.
00:50:40.840 So at one point, the judge, they brought in a witness from the abortion mill clinic who just tried to sway the judge in one direction.
00:50:46.640 And as I understand it, you know, the judge really just shot down any kind of defense that this was a religious motivation, which is the entire premise of which the priests were actually doing this, right?
00:50:58.620 But, you know, they took a break.
00:51:00.820 They came back, and then the sentencing came out, as we know, that, yes, they're assigned probation, which, ironically, Father Fidelis and Will basically told the judge, you know, we're not going to abide by the rules of the probation.
00:51:14.620 So you can do what you want with this, kind of, you know, give them the finger in that sense, right?
00:51:19.120 Nor are they going to pay the fines of $158.
00:51:22.140 But it's just that attitude of, look, this is what truth is.
00:51:26.780 You know, a life begins in the womb, and we need to stand by it.
00:51:30.280 How ironic, too, Steve, you love history, that this is Morristown, New Jersey.
00:51:35.000 Literally, the courthouse is a block away from where George Washington headquartered his troops during the Revolution, you know, which is pretty insane.
00:51:45.000 Not just headquartered them.
00:51:48.020 The winners in Morristown were actually arguably worse than Valley Forge.
00:51:52.700 We were just farther along in the Revolution.
00:51:54.860 John Yepp, where do they go for Catholics for Catholics?
00:51:57.040 Brother, you are on fire.
00:51:58.740 Where do they go?

00:52:18.340 If you think of the right stuff, Will Goodman, the other priest, John Yepp, President Trump, Pam Bondi, Emma Bovee, Todd Blanche, Boris Epstein.

00:52:35.780 Big League.

00:52:54.700 A former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.
00:53:00.820 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.
00:53:10.720 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.
00:53:18.320 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.
