00:00:00.000 It's free van in one.
00:00:01.140 I should wear that.
00:00:01.660 There you go.
00:00:02.160 There you go, Jack.
00:00:02.840 Have a great show.
00:00:03.840 Have a great weekend.
00:00:05.780 All right.
00:00:06.040 Thanks.
00:00:06.240 You too, Eric.
00:00:07.320 All right.
00:00:08.480 Okay.
00:00:09.120 War Room starts now.
00:00:13.560 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:18.440 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:23.660 I got a free shot.
00:00:24.940 All these networks lying about the people.
00:00:27.840 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:29.940 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:31.340 I know you've tried to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to
00:00:33.500 stop it.
00:00:33.980 It's going to happen.
00:00:35.260 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:00:38.640 MAGA Media.
00:00:39.980 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:00:45.400 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:00:49.180 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:00:55.380 War Room.
00:00:56.380 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:00:59.480 All right, folks.
00:01:05.460 Jack Posobiec here, sitting in for the great Stephen K.
00:01:09.120 Bannon.
00:01:09.560 Today is April 11th, 2025.
00:01:12.980 Anno Domini.
00:01:14.140 Steve, taking a little bit of sabbatical right now.
00:01:16.360 He's off recording a show with Bill Maher for HBO.
00:01:20.440 We know that's going to be a knockdown, drag out interview.
00:01:22.920 And he's going to give it to him, I'm sure, about President Trump's latest policies and
00:01:27.460 about how all of this, everything since War Room Pandemic Episode 1, everything has been
00:01:34.180 building to this moment about the singular confrontation with China since President Trump
00:01:39.140 came down that escalator almost 10 years ago.
00:01:42.940 It'll be 10 years in June, June 16th.
00:01:45.360 It has always been about China and restoring the dignity and the prosperity to the working
00:01:52.120 men and women of this country about rejecting the false song of globalism that saw China and
00:01:58.580 places like Shenzhen and Shanghai and the Chinese Communist Party built up while our own cities
00:02:04.720 were destroyed, our deaths of despair went up, and our fentanyl deaths went up.
00:02:09.300 Oh, by the way, also flooded by who?
00:02:12.180 The Chinese Communist Party.
00:02:14.260 But we do have breaking news.
00:02:16.520 And so I was planning on talking about China some more.
00:02:18.960 We have breaking news right now out of Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:02:22.920 Yes, the very same Butler, Pennsylvania from all the way back, July 13th, 2024.
00:02:28.480 Today, we've got the news now that a Butler man, a new individual, has just been arrested
00:02:35.860 out there in Pennsylvania, accused of threatening to kill President Trump, to kill ICE agents,
00:02:42.040 as well as kill Elon Musk.
00:02:44.840 This individual, we're told, was stockpiling body armor, weapons, ammunition, and has been
00:02:51.720 saying that I was buying one gun a month since the election.
00:02:54.980 Also, he used the moniker online on YouTube, Mr. Satan.
00:03:00.460 There is a quote that I want to read from him here.
00:03:03.200 And he says, we just need, and I don't want to say this, and this is heady stuff, but look,
00:03:08.100 this is what we're up against, folks.
00:03:10.120 This individual says, we just need to start killing people.
00:03:14.340 Trump, Elon, all the heads of agencies Trump appointed, anyone who stands in the way.
00:03:19.980 I'm reading directly from the Department of Justice release here, the criminal complaint.
00:03:23.820 He says, remember, we are the majority.
00:03:27.720 MAGA is a minority of the country, and by the time it's time to make the move, they will
00:03:33.340 be weakened.
00:03:34.520 Many will be crushed by these policies.
00:03:36.940 They want revenge, too.
00:03:38.540 American Revolution 2.0.
00:03:40.680 And the comments just get worse and worse after that.
00:03:44.120 Now, I wanted to bring on here to walk us through this pathology and also what's going
00:03:48.960 on, the co-author of both books, Unhumans, The Secret History of Communist Revolutions,
00:03:54.320 How to Crush Them, and Butler, The Truth About How President Trump Survived His Assassin,
00:03:59.760 Two Assassination Temps.
00:04:01.140 Joshua Lysak now joins us on The War Room.
00:04:03.680 Joshua, how are you?
00:04:06.260 Put me on, Jack.
00:04:07.000 So, Joshua, when we're looking at this pathology, the fact that this individual is targeting Elon
00:04:14.120 Musk, targeting President Trump, has become so violent.
00:04:18.680 Is this a pathology that we're seeing among the left since they've fallen out of power?
00:04:23.720 It goes to before that, actually.
00:04:27.900 It's just a more recent and reactionary version of it.
00:04:31.840 When we go back and look at as far back as 2015, 2016, 2017, before and during the 45th
00:04:40.840 presidency, Donald J.
00:04:42.040 Trump, what we witnessed was language of violence.
00:04:46.660 So we know that there's an organization called Indivisible that has been running, organizing,
00:04:51.760 throwing off a lot of these protests that have been happening recently, recently.
00:04:56.780 But the language that they have been using has been used for a very long time.
00:05:01.000 And we've seen violence against Trump supporters, up to and including murder, for a very long
00:05:07.520 time.
00:05:08.120 And if we go and look at their websites, it looks, in my opinion, it looks like the language
00:05:14.520 of physical action is used ambiguously.
00:05:19.620 So they'll use language like fight back, stop the coup, take action on your home turf.
00:05:29.040 It sounds a bit territorial, doesn't it?
00:05:32.420 But then, of course, they'll have this little statement like, our commitment to nonviolence,
00:05:36.180 which you have to click through a menu and get way, way down further to find that.
00:05:40.000 But leading up to the assassination attempts of President Donald J.
00:05:43.960 Trump, then candidate, just this past year, what we observed was that same language of
00:05:49.300 fight, attack, stop, do whatever it takes, juxtaposed with the imagery of Trump being literally
00:05:59.080 Hitler or like literally Julius Caesar, like literally a dictator.
00:06:03.820 And those adverbs, or rather bad verbs, used way too much.
00:06:08.540 And so it's very clear they're saying, stop, fight back, defend, attack, do whatever it
00:06:14.740 takes, force them to stop, fight.
00:06:17.740 Next to pictures of, let's say, one of the popular images last year was Trump with the
00:06:22.900 Hitler mustache.
00:06:23.440 It's pretty clear what it is they want someone like Thomas Matthew Crooks or Ryan Wesley
00:06:29.440 Roth to do, but they remain plausibly deniable or being able to have plausible deniability
00:06:36.360 to say, oh, we didn't say literally attack, we meant figuratively.
00:06:40.280 Look, there's our statement against violence.
00:06:42.880 Well, and this is something that I want to get into because, so we wrote the book Unhumans
00:06:47.840 about how the left had embraced violent communism.
00:06:51.680 And then what, four days later, four days after the book comes out, President Trump is
00:06:57.840 under bullet fire.
00:06:59.660 Corey Comparatory is killed in the stands.
00:07:02.360 Other individuals are shot.
00:07:03.980 And President Trump is saved only by the grace of God and a miracle that we all saw there
00:07:09.980 in Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:07:11.140 And so one thing that, so we wrote another book called Bulletproof all about this.
00:07:15.400 And what's interesting, though, and people need to understand it.
00:07:18.960 So Thomas Matthew Crooks did not live in Butler, Pennsylvania himself.
00:07:22.900 He lived in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, about 45 minutes to an hour away from Butler Park,
00:07:28.220 essentially to the south-southwest.
00:07:30.160 And so, Joshua, in the context of writing the book Bulletproof, and we both traveled out
00:07:36.300 to Butler, we also received information regarding potential communications that Thomas Matthew
00:07:42.760 Crooks was having in the lead up to that shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:07:47.700 And I'm sure the question on everyone's mind is, do you think, or is it possible there is
00:07:54.660 a connection between these two individuals?
00:07:59.300 That is the question of the day.
00:08:01.120 Our hypothesis, which we ran via a social experiment, was that there is such an impossibly low odds
00:08:12.380 that all of the things that happened that day, July 13th, in Butler, it's the odds of it
00:08:18.560 all happening by chance, that all of those security affairs happening simultaneously, so impossibly
00:08:24.460 rare, that it defies explanation.
00:08:27.920 And we used ChatGPT 4.0, and it spat out an impossibly long number, saying the chances are
00:08:35.220 one in 0000.000000, off almost into infinity, basically.
00:08:42.000 You're more likely to be struck twice by lightning in the same day than to see what happened there
00:08:47.180 naturally.
00:08:47.880 And when we begin to peel back the possibility of a direct connection, what we don't see
00:08:55.240 is something like a smoking gun, but what we do see is blood in the stands.
00:09:02.820 What we do see is a perpetual insistence that we have to fight back, we have to stop.
00:09:08.740 And what we do see now and then were, let's call them deep state apparatchiks, these people
00:09:14.880 who are unelected and unaccountable, working deep in the government, who've got a bone
00:09:19.080 to pick with the president, with Donald Trump.
00:09:22.740 And so it would be easy to try to spin up some sort of a grand web of things to try to
00:09:28.340 explain it all.
00:09:29.340 But generally, at the end of the day, history is made and history is changed by very small
00:09:35.500 groups of people who are highly motivated to do something.
00:09:38.940 They have motive, they have means, and they have opportunity.
00:09:42.640 What they do all have in common, or rather in this case with Thomas Matthew Crooks in
00:09:47.400 Butler and then Ryan Wesley-Ruth in West Palm Beach, Florida, is the three of them do share
00:09:53.440 those three, the motive, the means, and the opportunity.
00:09:57.860 President Trump was briefed on Thomas Matthew Crooks.
00:10:00.240 He came away from that briefing, that private briefing from the FBI, believing that Crooks was
00:10:05.020 motivated by being, quote unquote, very liberal.
00:10:08.100 Of course, Ryan Wesley-Ruth wrote this whole manifesto calling for assassination, calling
00:10:14.060 for overthrow and prevention of Republicans having any control in the government.
00:10:18.900 So they certainly seem that they possessed the same worldview.
00:10:22.800 We can certainly get into the details of potential connections.
00:10:26.620 But at this point, we don't see anything direct and we don't want to grasp at straws.
00:10:30.540 We want to say, here's what we know and here's what we don't.
00:10:33.260 And here's what we still need to find out.
00:10:35.780 Well, I think that's safe.
00:10:37.720 And obviously, the close proximity to both of them is going to ask or have people asking
00:10:44.180 a lot of questions.
00:10:45.260 This individual, Ralph, by the way, we just found out in a couple of days ago in a disclosure
00:10:50.040 from the DOJ that he actually was attempting to procure anti-aircraft missiles, Stinger missiles,
00:10:57.840 as well as rocket propelled grenades from contacts who, and this is a very key phrase,
00:11:03.020 he believed to be associated with the military of Ukraine.
00:11:07.540 We know that Ryan Routh, this was so for folks following, and I know there's a lot of names
00:11:11.300 that Routh was the second attempted assassin of President Trump.
00:11:16.120 This was the one down at West Palm Beach at Trump International Golf Course, who had himself
00:11:22.040 been a prior Ukrainian volunteer and a member of the Ukrainian International Volunteer Center
00:11:28.920 while in Kiev, then travels back to the United States and apparently at some point was using
00:11:34.920 encrypted text messaging software to try to reach out to a procurer of armaments to try
00:11:42.280 to find some kind of anti-aircraft missile to use this to do what?
00:11:46.260 His target was Trump Force One, Trump's aircraft during the campaign, and we remember, of course,
00:11:52.380 and this is something where I suddenly, wait a minute, the research from that period is coming
00:11:56.800 back to me.
00:11:57.880 We knew that there were all of these rumors at the time of threats to President Trump's
00:12:02.900 aircraft, credible threats, threats so credible that at one point the campaign, and it's been
00:12:07.700 widely reported at this point, was actually using decoy aircraft to have to travel on, and it
00:12:14.800 is possible that some of this information may be connected to Routh.
00:12:19.080 Now, his trial is still yet to come, and so not all of the information is out, but Joshua,
00:12:23.180 two minutes before the break here, just summarize it for us.
00:12:27.060 This is an unhuman plot.
00:12:29.880 This is an unhuman pathology, and these people, they aren't interested in conversation anymore.
00:12:35.840 They want us dead.
00:12:38.020 Absolutely.
00:12:38.500 And you yourself went to the, it was to the Republican National Convention there last
00:12:44.520 year, just days after President Trump survived the assassination attempt, and you had people
00:12:48.300 on Human Events Daily interviewing protesters, anti-Trump protesters on the streets, and you
00:12:53.180 could not find a single person out of likely thousands of people, thousands of people, protesters,
00:12:59.320 Democrats, liberals, progressives, ironically having signs that had like the peace sign and love
00:13:06.100 Trump's hate sorts of slogans over here saying, no, in fact, we are not willing to denounce
00:13:12.020 violence against President Trump or then candidate Trump or Trump supporters.
00:13:16.700 And of course, now famously, something close to a majority of registered Democratic voters
00:13:23.180 do in fact wish death upon the president and upon Elon Musk and upon his closest associates.
00:13:30.360 And this is why you do not see widespread condemnation of Thomas Matthew Crooks.
00:13:36.160 This is why we see, in fact, an embrace of characters like him, like Luigi Mangione, like
00:13:43.260 this individual who, upon being asked to vacate his seat, decides, I'm going to whip out a
00:13:48.920 knife and stab this guy in the heart, the Austin Metcalfe scenario.
00:13:53.160 It's just a troubled situation.
00:13:54.240 And by the way, in the situation where not only that, we see hundreds of thousands of
00:13:59.020 dollars flowing to his accounts.
00:14:04.060 Joshua, tell us again, what about where are the books?
00:14:06.980 Where can people get them?
00:14:07.840 And where can people follow you?
00:14:09.760 Yes.
00:14:10.040 Unhumans and Bulletproof are both available through Amazon and elsewhere.
00:14:13.240 Fine books are sold, including in bookstores.
00:14:15.640 And I am at Joshua Lysak on X, frequently retweeted by Poso and other War Room Posse folks.
00:14:22.300 All right.
00:14:23.860 Go give him a follow, folks.
00:14:25.180 Joshua Lysak, this book, Unhumans, The Secret History of Communist Revolutions.
00:14:29.500 If you don't, if you're not interested in communism, you better wake up because communism is interested
00:14:35.160 in you.
00:14:36.140 We'll be right back here in the War Room.
00:14:37.880 I think you changed already.
00:14:41.220 You went and lost your pride.
00:14:45.160 But I'm American made.
00:14:48.900 I got American power.
00:14:52.300 I got American, baby.

00:15:03.480 And you don't buy gold when the economy has already collapsed.
00:15:07.080 Clearly, others are heeding this advice as gold hit an all-time high the first part of 2025 multiple times.

00:16:12.740 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:16:20.980 All right, Jack Sobek back here on The War Room.
00:16:24.480 I want to bring in now the People's Pundit, Rich Barris, because, you know, I was watching CNN a little bit earlier today.
00:16:31.720 Don't worry, folks, we watch it so you don't have to.
00:16:34.720 And, Rich, your boy Harry Enten's up there saying he's shocked.
00:16:38.760 He's shocked.
00:16:39.560 He's getting shocked because all of a sudden he says, wait a minute, the Republican Party, even after all the trade war, even after a week of tariffs, et cetera, taking it to the Chinese Communist Party, he was sure.
00:16:51.920 He was sure that the American people would be turning on Trump, that it would all be over.
00:16:58.700 But that's not actually what's happening.
00:17:01.160 Rich, tell us what Harry Enten found as such a shock today in the polls.
00:17:06.000 Gee willigers, Wally, you know, holy Toledo, Batman.
00:17:10.380 This guy's filled with these.
00:17:11.540 It's like watching a 50s sitcom or something, even though he's probably half my age.
00:17:16.440 He looks like he just got out of high school.
00:17:18.440 Look, this is confusing and very difficult to poll people on tariffs.
00:17:22.440 You and I have talked about this over the years.
00:17:24.300 We've polled on tariffs quite a bit.
00:17:26.240 There's a right way and a wrong way to do it.
00:17:28.220 You have to get to the context of how people view these things and these issues like tariffs and how those views will impact how they vote.
00:17:36.840 So if you're Harry Enten, you're going to be confused because you think the Reuters poll is a good poll.
00:17:41.900 I don't know what to tell them.
00:17:42.980 But the bottom line is, especially in the Midwest, the American public for long has felt that other countries get the better end of unfair trade deals that have hurt them.
00:17:55.040 And if you ask them whether or not they're willing to deal with pain in order to take things back the way they used to be, they will do it.
00:18:03.320 They are willing to do it.
00:18:04.620 Obviously, this is not 2017 or even 2016 anymore.
00:18:09.640 Obviously, the American public knew what they were going to get.
00:18:12.600 Donald Trump's been talking about tariffs as a presidential candidate, Jack, as a presidential candidate since 2016.
00:18:19.880 And he's been talking about tariffs as an average citizen for decades, decades.
00:18:26.180 They knew where he stood on it.
00:18:27.760 The media has been effective at how they're rolling with this.
00:18:31.240 But what does this matter?
00:18:32.640 Because Trump and an issue like tariffs has changed the way that the American public views the two parties, whereas the Democrats used to be viewed as the party for my entire polling career.
00:18:44.880 It was always who do you trust more or who do you think cares about people like me more?
00:18:51.300 And it was always the Democratic Party because they were always the party of the working, you know, the working man and woman, the little party of the people, little guy, the party of the people.
00:19:01.180 Yeah, we're for the little guy.
00:19:02.740 Republicans are for the elite.
00:19:04.120 So so all of a sudden what Harry found.
00:19:07.280 Yeah.
00:19:07.840 After the tariffs comes out.
00:19:09.520 And I just want to I want to click in on this, that all of a sudden it's it's now a tide where 50 percent of people for the first time ever actually believe.
00:19:20.300 We believe that it's the Republic and this is the Trump Republicans.
00:19:23.600 Let's be very clear about this.
00:19:24.980 It's the Trump led Republican Party.
00:19:27.140 The Trump coalition actually has the best interests of all Americans at heart for the first the first time since they've been doing the poll.
00:19:37.460 That's astounding.
00:19:38.780 Who can't stand the tariffs?
00:19:40.200 And it's a great example.
00:19:41.800 They're losing their minds.
00:19:43.620 The tariffs are such a good issue to explain this because who's mad about the tariffs?
00:19:49.080 Well, Jamie Dimon and J.P. Morgan, I mean, that's who's mad about the tariffs, right?
00:19:53.680 It's not the U.A.W.
00:19:55.300 It's not U.A.W.
00:19:56.260 President Sean Fain is coming out and praising a Republican president.
00:20:00.120 Folks, that doesn't happen ever in our lifetime.
00:20:02.860 And it just doesn't happen.
00:20:04.740 And it's not Gretchen Whitmer who went to the White House, a Democratic governor.
00:20:08.920 It's the panicans, all the panicans, all the panicans are running around saying Trump's going to lose everything.
00:20:15.260 Trump's going to lose the midterms.
00:20:16.420 And suddenly Trump's numbers are actually going up because the American people can understand that if you're not someone who's directly involved in doing business with the Chinese Communist Party,
00:20:29.220 if not one of these people that's been sending our foreign direct investment to places like Shenzhen and Shanghai and all of these places over at Chongqing,
00:20:36.820 building the Three Gorges Dam and all that, oh, that big, beautiful dam.
00:20:39.820 I certainly hope there aren't any cracks in that dam any time.
00:20:42.980 So I know the rainy season is coming, folks.
00:20:45.540 Just saying.
00:20:46.300 I'm just saying.
00:20:47.180 It's coming up, the plum rains of China.
00:20:49.320 I remember it well from when I lived there.
00:20:50.900 It just rains for a month straight.
00:20:52.680 But people need to understand that this was all – and I think, Rich, what do we keep saying?
00:20:58.000 You've been screaming it from the rooftops for half a decade, probably a decade plus.
00:21:03.040 The working class voter in this country is not stupid.
00:21:07.800 They're busy.
00:21:08.640 They're not stupid.
00:21:11.000 They understand China's getting richer.
00:21:13.600 We're getting poorer.
00:21:15.100 Will somebody please do something about it?
00:21:17.560 That's the way they look at it.
00:21:19.660 And I got to tell you, if you followed our polling throughout the primary season, then you would have – you would have seen this coming because, like, you really just brought it up.
00:21:29.480 You said this is – make no mistake.
00:21:31.180 This is the MAGA Republican Party that when people are answering this question, this is what they're really considering.
00:21:37.000 This is what they're thinking about.
00:21:38.560 Well, going back to the spring during the Republican presidential primary in 2024, we could already see Trump on that question in our polling start to tie, start to inch ahead when we would ask specifically about people.
00:21:53.240 Who do you think cares about people like you?
00:21:56.760 We could see him inch ahead of Biden, inch ahead of Harris.
00:21:59.940 And we blew the whistle back then, and we said, this is huge.
00:22:03.060 This doesn't happen.
00:22:04.080 Everybody paid attention.
00:22:05.540 Few did.
00:22:06.420 But now here we are, Jack.
00:22:07.860 I mean, the bottom line is, if you look at that question, folks, you'll see that college-educated voters haven't budged.
00:22:15.500 If you look at Harry Enten's segment, he'll show – he even points that out, plus 18 for Democrats three years ago, plus 18 for Democrats now.
00:22:24.000 It's all come from the middle and the working class, which actually are plus nine Republican.
00:22:30.040 And somebody had asked me, well, how could it be even if there's so many more college-educated voters?
00:22:35.420 And I think it's dawned on me.
00:22:38.760 People don't realize, unlike what that would-be assassin just said, there are far more of you than there are of them, far more.
00:22:46.800 In a state like Michigan, it is 65 percent non-college degree.
00:22:50.520 In a state like Pennsylvania, it's 60 percent non-college degree.
00:22:54.380 Georgia, 63 non-college degree.
00:22:56.760 We can go all through the battleground states, and you will see it's the same thing in that national poll.
00:23:01.980 The reason why it's tied is because there are more non-college, there are more working class, there are more middle class than there are of the elites or the credentialed class.
00:23:13.200 No, and this is what it's like.
00:23:15.160 I always talk about coming from Pennsylvania, and I'm from the eastern side of the state.
00:23:19.260 But then you kind of get to Lancaster, and suddenly a whole new state begins, and you're like, whoa.
00:23:25.920 You get out of that Acela bubble, and the rest of the state don't look like the Philadelphia area.
00:23:31.120 It don't look like the southeast.
00:23:32.460 Welcome to Pennsylvania.
00:23:34.140 Yeah.
00:23:34.660 And, you know, this is the Amish country.
00:23:38.160 Right, and that's where the Rust Belt is, especially up to the northeast, across the area, and then down to the Pittsburgh area.
00:23:43.300 That's where it is, too.
00:23:43.980 Because, look, you know, even the majority of the people, they're not invested in the market the way they used to be either, by the way, to all the pandicans out there.
00:23:53.640 They don't have money to buy the dip.
00:23:55.660 They don't have money at all.
00:23:56.640 You're talking about people in this country.
00:23:58.400 They want their salary to mean something, and they want to have to stop using credit cards to make basic ends meet in this country.
00:24:07.340 This is the economic situation that put Trump in office.
00:24:10.840 Now, you can have a good-faith debate about whether tariffs are the right answer, and this is the right way to go about things, et cetera.
00:24:17.540 But what you can't have a debate about is the fact that this is exactly what President Trump said at every single stop.
00:24:25.180 He was, we were going to deport the illegals, and we're going to raise tariffs.
00:24:28.740 He was very clear about this.
00:24:30.560 He said it so much that somebody actually took a shot at him as he was trying to say it.
00:24:35.360 And look, and again, I just want to point out that everything you read from that would-be assassin is right out of the mouth of CNN, right out of the mouth of MSNBC.
00:24:45.840 And he even brings up a well-known now liberal media talking point that, oh, yeah, we'd just be able to do this because even his own voters are starting to not support him anymore.
00:24:56.960 First of all, that's ludicrous.
00:24:58.680 That's, you know, that's absolutely ludicrous.
00:25:00.460 Of course they are.
00:25:01.300 But where did he get that from?
00:25:03.120 He got it from a CNN.
00:25:04.280 He got it from MSNBC.
00:25:05.740 He got it from the rest of the media that is helping Wall Street, you know, induce this panic.
00:25:10.720 And by the way, just as a newsflash for everybody out there who is staring at their 401k or may be worried about their 401k, they want you to panic.
00:25:19.460 Believe me when I tell you that Jamie Dimon and JP Morgan would love for you to panic and sell.
00:25:26.220 They love it when markets crash.
00:25:28.080 They love it when there's recession.
00:25:29.740 They love it when there's a crisis.
00:25:31.300 Those are buying opportunities for these guys.
00:25:34.600 They get richer when you panic and it crashes than they do when things are good.
00:25:39.500 And that is just the sad reality of Wall Street.
00:25:41.940 It's the sad reality.
00:25:43.520 It's a demon of our own design, folks.
00:25:46.200 We make these panics.
00:25:47.760 We create them.
00:25:48.560 We make them.
00:25:49.480 And then we, you know, people like them ride them into their millions.
00:25:53.160 And we saw this in COVID.
00:25:54.660 We saw it in COVID.
00:25:56.180 Scourge McDuck and their coins.
00:25:58.120 Okay, right.
00:25:58.780 We saw it in COVID.
00:25:59.540 This was the entire COVID process all over again.
00:26:02.800 And now, you know, tariffs of the new COVID.
00:26:04.860 Oh, oh, we got it.
00:26:06.140 Everybody needs to sell.
00:26:07.340 And then so who sells, right?
00:26:09.020 The people who sell are the people that aren't involved in the hedge funds.
00:26:12.200 They're not involved in this stuff at the higher level.
00:26:13.980 They're the ones saying, oh, my gosh, something's going on.
00:26:16.960 You know, you got to pull out.
00:26:18.160 So they pull out because they're trusted.
00:26:19.840 You know, they're trusted influence of choice, whichever it is, is telling them to sell.
00:26:23.160 Then the hedge fund comes in, gobbles that all up.
00:26:26.000 And then, boom, stock goes right back up the minute they stop talking about it.
00:26:29.740 And I wish I wish that after that these types of panics that are generated by social media,
00:26:35.160 that after the COVID experience that people – and look, this audience, the war room posse, the war room audience, they get it.
00:26:42.300 They totally understand all of this stuff.
00:26:44.840 That's what Steve does here day in, day out.
00:26:47.040 He also explains about the bomb market, and he explains about more governments than howitzers, et cetera, et cetera.
00:26:52.020 That's why people understand in the war room audience because you have the financial literacy.
00:26:57.660 But, Rich, it's so true at just the last minute, but, you know, we could go off on it for much longer.
00:27:03.160 They don't want you to be financially literate in this country, do they?
00:27:07.000 Oh, absolutely not.
00:27:08.520 They call it dumb money on Wall Street.
00:27:10.700 Now, listen, I'm ashamed to say I was once a part of it.
00:27:14.180 I was.
00:27:14.840 I didn't always use my skills for what I now think is a better cause.
00:27:20.940 Once upon a time, the easy way or, you know, the more attractive way when you're young is to use it to make money.
00:27:28.600 And they call regular America dumb money.
00:27:31.940 By the way, listen, real quick, you guys should watch the movie Dumb Money.
00:27:37.360 It's great, but it's a great example of when, for once, the little guy stuck it to the hedge fund managers.
00:27:44.160 Rich Barris, Rich Barris, where can people go to follow you, brother?
00:27:47.640 Yeah, peoplespundit.locals.com, folks.
00:27:51.320 Peoplespundit.locals.com.
00:27:53.380 No dumb money over there, brother.
00:27:55.560 The People's Pundit here live in the War Room.
00:27:59.800 We'll be right back.
00:28:00.840 We're going to Minneapolis, another place that's been broken by this cabal, but perhaps can be fixed by the truth.
00:28:08.080 What if he had the brightest mind in the War Room, delivering critical financial research every month?
00:28:17.500 Steve Bannon here.
00:28:18.640 War Room listeners know Jim Rickards.
00:28:20.300 I love this guy.
00:28:21.740 He's our wise man, a former CIA, Pentagon, and White House advisor with an unmatched grasp of geopolitics and capital markets.
00:28:28.860 Jim predicted Trump's Electoral College victory exactly 312 to 226, down to the actual number itself.
00:28:38.760 Now he's issuing a dire warning about April 11th, a moment that could define Trump's presidency in your financial future.
00:28:46.360 His latest book, Money GPT, exposes how AI is setting the stage for financial chaos, bank runs at lightning speeds, algorithm-driven crashes, and even threats to national security.
00:28:57.840 Right now, War Room members get a free copy of Money GPT when they sign up for Strategic Intelligence.
00:29:04.600 This is Jim's flagship financial newsletter, Strategic Intelligence.
00:29:09.420 I read it.
00:29:10.520 You should read it.
00:29:11.580 Time is running out.
00:29:12.440 Go to RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:29:14.280 That's all one word, Rickards War Room, Rickards with an S.

00:29:20.080 That's RickardsWarRoom.com.
00:29:22.560 Do it today.
00:29:23.220 All right, Jack Posobiec back here in the War Room.
00:29:35.800 You're live.
00:29:36.620 And I want to talk about a case that, you know, a lot of people don't talk about it anymore.
00:29:41.800 It's a case that I've talked about on social media a lot over the past couple of years.
00:29:45.500 It's a case that, you know, really captured the nation a couple of years back, but also one that people just really haven't been following.
00:29:51.740 And that's the case of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin.
00:29:57.220 And this has gotten a lot of attention.
00:29:59.120 People have been asking about it, the White House press briefings.
00:30:01.420 There's been a big push from a lot of people for a federal pardon for Derek Chauvin.
00:30:06.180 And there's a lot of questions that are now starting to actually come up regarding the trial itself, the original trial of Derek Chauvin several years ago now.
00:30:18.000 And so one of the things that happened at that trial, which was reported on later in a documentary called The Fall of Minneapolis, and by the way, the entire state, of course, was run by the great and illustrious Tim Walls at the time, was that was regarding this, the use of the neck restraint.
00:30:36.000 And we all remember the video of George Floyd, remember the moment, remember how he felt.
00:30:42.660 But the question was, was this an authorized neck restraint or not?
00:30:46.720 And what the documentary The Fall of Minneapolis found was actually it was authorized at the time.
00:30:52.680 Well, wait a minute.
00:30:53.220 If this was authorized, then why isn't it on the police department?
00:30:56.440 Why are they going after one guy?
00:30:57.800 Well, the we have with us the producer of that documentary.
00:31:01.000 She's an investigative reporter from Alpha News based there in Minneapolis.
00:31:06.520 It's Liz Collin.
00:31:07.920 Liz, you've been doing the yeoman's work on this case.
00:31:11.900 Tell us what you've uncovered and the roller coaster that it's been since then regarding the use of the neck restraint and the police department's testimony in Derek Chauvin's trial.
00:31:23.540 Plus, by the way, a new court ruling that just happened this week.
00:31:26.940 Yeah, good to see you again, Jack.
00:31:28.200 Thanks for thanks for having me on.
00:31:29.540 But you're right.
00:31:30.160 It seems almost every day a little bit more of the truth is coming to light in Minneapolis.
00:31:35.200 And really appreciate the spotlight you've given this and given us to our work over at Alpha News.
00:31:41.500 But I was with the CBS station for many, many years in Minneapolis and left mainstream media really just to be able to tell the truth about this case.
00:31:51.020 So bothered how this this lie was pushed, not even, you know, throughout Minnesota, but throughout the country.
00:31:58.500 And it spread across the globe, to be quite honest, lies by so many people.
00:32:03.180 And now we have Derek Chauvin, who remains in prison, serving a nearly 21-year prison sentence.
00:32:10.620 Tu Tao, another former Minneapolis police officer, remains in prison.
00:32:14.500 Alex King and Thomas Lane, both rookie police officers.
00:32:18.080 They are out of prison at this point, but lifelong felons due to what took place that day in May of 2020.
00:32:28.300 But specifically, we're focusing on Katie Blackwell.
00:32:31.080 She was one of several Minneapolis police officers to take the stand in Derek Chauvin's trial.
00:32:37.360 And specifically, she says during Chauvin's state trial that she does not recognize the technique that Derek Chauvin is using.
00:32:46.920 We used about 30 seconds of her testimony in that documentary, The Fall of Minneapolis, which was released back in 2023.
00:32:55.460 We were sued by Katie Blackwell just this past October, so nearly a year later, for the documentary.
00:33:01.340 And also for my book called They're Lying, The Media, the Left, and the Death of George Floyd.
00:33:06.920 That's the first piece of work we put out surrounding all of this, just trying to get the truth out in any way we possibly could.
00:33:15.000 And she specifically takes issue with how she's depicted on the stand.
00:33:20.200 She says that she was defamed through the fall of Minneapolis and the book.
00:33:24.360 Well, just this week on Tuesday, Judge Edward Wall with Hennepin County ruled in our favor to have that lawsuit dismissed.
00:33:32.440 And what's quite interesting with this, as part of our order for dismissal, we gathered dozens and dozens of police officers that called her testimony into question.
00:33:41.840 They signed sworn court declarations to say this was a part of training.
00:33:47.500 In fact, 14 actually used the word perjury that Katie Blackwell, who has since been promoted twice, keep in mind, since Chauvin's trial.
00:33:55.200 She's now the assistant police chief in Minneapolis, that she perjured herself during that trial.
00:34:01.600 So the judge in his 58-page order that he put out his ruling on Tuesday, again, in our favor, throwing this whole lawsuit out.
00:34:09.540 Our attorney called it garbage from the very beginning.
00:34:11.940 But in many ways, this is really going to mean quite a few things, I think not only for Chauvin, but for the other three officers as well.
00:34:23.360 The ruling saying things like each statement that Judge Blackwell complains about or Blackwell that complains about is substantially true using that language throughout this ruling.
00:34:35.380 And under the facts, it is possible to interpret Blackwell's testimony as incomplete or misleading by omission.
00:34:42.340 There's specifically about 10 different references to her testimony not being truthful in this order.
00:34:48.520 So we do believe that perhaps more things will fall and perhaps likely soon here with all of this, Jack.
00:34:57.340 So I want to just get this clear for the audience, for the members of the posse that haven't been following this.
00:35:03.340 And this case, you know, took place all the way back.
00:35:05.980 It was April of 2021.
00:35:07.620 So I believe almost exactly – I think about it.
00:35:10.360 I have to look at the date.
00:35:11.120 We're almost coming up on the exact four years to the day since this case was decided.
00:35:17.500 And so – yeah, April 20th, 2021.
00:35:19.140 And so this officer who is actually the training commander – so the person who was in charge of all the training for the Minneapolis Police Force is going up there saying that she doesn't recognize the neck restraint that Derek Chauvin employs on George Floyd in this situation.
00:35:36.460 And now you have all these people coming forward, current and former officers, saying that this is exactly what they were trained to do and exactly what she personally trained them to do.
00:35:49.580 And yet she goes up on the stand in this high – I mean I shudder to think of a case since, you know, OJ that's more high profile than Derek Chauvin and George Floyd.
00:35:58.100 And essentially says that the opposite of what the truth is, you know, essentially just lies.
00:36:05.340 And this is a massive bombshell.
00:36:08.220 So she sues you and says this is defamation.
00:36:12.140 None of this is true.
00:36:13.400 Judge comes in and says, no, this isn't defamation.
00:36:15.780 And in fact, it looks like there is a legitimate basis.
00:36:21.480 And by the way, this isn't just a First Amendment thing.
00:36:23.180 The judge actually comes in.
00:36:24.700 Walk me through that because I believe the phrasing was found – yeah, basically this legitimate basis, significant amount of truth from your statement in the documentary.
00:36:36.900 Yeah, and this is really what's remarkable, Jack.
00:36:38.840 So you have the media, no surprise, Minnesota's largest newspaper that the Star Tribune owned and operated – actually I should say operated – by a former commissioner of Governor Tim Walz.
00:36:50.500 But they are spinning this, that, you know, this had nothing to do with the truthfulness of her testimony, sort of nothing to see here.
00:36:55.720 And this is what the Minneapolis Police Department – they say that this did not question the truthfulness of her testimony.
00:37:01.420 In fact, that is not true at all.
00:37:04.460 In 10 different areas of this order by Judge Wallet, in fact, does exactly that.
00:37:10.920 Again, using that phrase, substantial truth.
00:37:13.840 The core implication of Collins' statement, it's true, whether it's the book or the documentary.
00:37:20.820 So let's not only forget that all of these officers, they come forward, 34 officers in all of these signed court declarations, 14 of them saying that she perjured herself.
00:37:30.460 We could have had – honestly, we could have had many more officers, but at some point we didn't want to waste the court's time with too many things we were submitting in this order for dismissal.
00:37:39.160 But there are also pictures of Katie Blackwell herself actually using this restraint herself during some riots that took place after a hockey game years ago that appear in a Minneapolis Police Department yearbook.
00:37:52.800 We have dozens upon dozens of pictures that were submitted to us and also used in the cases of these officers, of officers using this same restraint.
00:38:02.180 But I also want to let people know that the MRT, the maximal restraint technique, which you can hear the officers talking about in the body camera footage – again, the body camera footage is kept away from the public for at least two and a half months.
00:38:14.300 There's a reason for that, that we're only allowed to see that viral cell phone video from May of 2020.
00:38:20.560 But all of that is kept from the public.
00:38:22.900 And again, it's easy to see why.
00:38:26.260 And MRT is not allowed – Judge Peter Cahill, in Derek Chauvin's case, does not allow the maximal restraint technique into his state trial because they say that they can't find proof that the last time MRT was taught that he signed his name in for that training.
00:38:44.200 So therefore, he did not allow MRT in trial.
00:38:48.680 Again, as crazy as that sounds, but these are a lot of different tactics and techniques that I think need to be questioned.
00:38:56.380 Also, I want to remind your audience, it's Attorney General Keith Ellison, who's leading the prosecution of Derek Chauvin and these officers.
00:39:04.940 And in fact, the Hennepin County Attorney's Office quickly came out and said that they did not feel comfortable charging these three other officers specifically after this happened.
00:39:16.000 And this is when you have Governor Tim Walz come into the picture, and he takes the case away from Hennepin County and gives it to Attorney General Ellison.
00:39:27.920 But you're right, we're approaching nearly five years now since this has all happened in May of 2020.
00:39:33.920 And it is remarkable how people still to this day, that the media in Minnesota, continue to cling to this narrative, to these lies.
00:39:43.940 In fact, yesterday, the Star Tribune called the type of reporting I do abhorrent.
00:39:50.260 And I quickly fired back saying, you know, sorry, I do believe in facts and actually talking to the people involved.
00:39:57.400 So that's what you consider abhorrent reporting in Minnesota, if you can believe it, Jack.
00:40:01.920 Imagine if we had a Liz Collin in every major city in America.
00:40:08.360 What you're doing is actual, on-the-ground, hard-nosed reporting, getting the facts, talking to real people, talking to officials, talking to whistleblowers, people who want to come forward.
00:40:20.900 And, folks, Alpha News, I mean, you've done so much reporting on these charity scandals and other Tim Walz and other things that have gone on in the city and in your state.
00:40:29.840 And then, of course, you have this establishment media that's just so against you.
00:40:35.160 Because the problem is, Liz, is that you are abhorrent to their control of the narrative and their control of the truth writ large.
00:40:43.960 This is why, by the way, you know, people kept asking when Tim Walz was nominated as vice president over Little Josh Shapiro, my governor in Pennsylvania.
00:40:51.800 They said, well, how come all of this stuff is coming out about Tim Walz?
00:40:56.240 Why hasn't the local media in Minnesota ever covered any of this stuff?
00:41:00.700 Why didn't the local media tell us these basic facts that, hey, there was a case that was just found that said the judge just ruled that, in fact, there is truth to the claim that Derek Chauvin's neck restraint was, in fact, approved and authorized by the police department at the time that he used it, five years ago.
00:41:20.260 This would be massive news if we had lived in a society where the truth actually was put on the front page.
00:41:28.080 But as we learned during COVID and as we learned during so many other things, that doesn't quite seem to be the case.
00:41:33.140 So, Liz, what is it? Is it money? Is it power?
00:41:36.240 What do you think is really driving this determination to completely control the narrative, just from your perspective?
00:41:43.560 You know, I think especially here in Minnesota, money and power certainly plays a big role.
00:41:47.720 But there is a lot of fear that permeates the air in this state.
00:41:52.660 I feel like I'm from here, so I'm speaking as a native Minnesotan.
00:41:56.300 But that Minnesota nice thing, that's a real thing.
00:41:58.200 Nobody wants to upset the apple cart.
00:41:59.980 Nobody wants to be the bad guy.
00:42:01.440 Jack, I am fine being the bad guy.
00:42:03.460 That's a role that I accept.
00:42:06.140 But that is the problem, you know, especially even this case, for example.
00:42:10.320 It changed so many lives.
00:42:12.080 Really, I think, none for the better.
00:42:14.520 I have yet to find anybody that thinks that this was the rise of Minneapolis after these lies were told.
00:42:22.680 So I think that that is also part of it.
00:42:25.120 We are portrayed, you know, as a very blue state.
00:42:28.100 I will tell you that is not the case.
00:42:30.080 You know, definitely more purple than anything else.
00:42:32.100 But also just a couple specks of blue, basically like many other states, right?
00:42:36.980 And surrounded by a sea of red.
00:42:39.540 And everything gets cast, it seems, in, you know, the political lens these days.
00:42:44.260 But I really am a fact-based person.
00:42:47.100 There are, you know, there is such thing as the truth.
00:42:49.520 And there is such thing as lies.
00:42:51.520 But to let people get away with what they have over the years here is actually the thing that's abhorrent to me.
00:42:58.020 Yeah.
00:42:58.660 It's so ridiculous.
00:42:59.720 Folks, go give her a follow.

00:46:04.940 It's awesome.
00:46:06.460 Thank you.
00:46:09.980 So tell us what you got, John.
00:46:11.960 Yeah, you betcha.
00:46:12.700 So the FBI documents from the Crossfire Hurricane Russia collusion paper were first classified in January 2021,
00:46:21.640 but the FBI scooped them up, kept them from the American people for another four years.
00:46:26.240 Donald Trump declassified them a second time a couple of weeks ago.
00:46:30.500 Kash Patel transmitted them to the Congress for the first time,
00:46:34.700 all the declassified documents from the FBI files on Crossfire Hurricane.
00:46:38.500 We got a set.
00:46:39.320 We posted them up at JustTheNews.com.
00:46:41.620 There's some really big things in here.
00:46:43.380 We learned new things about the informants who were wearing wires on the Trump campaign
00:46:47.420 and some of the problems they had, the amounts of money they were paid to snitch.
00:46:50.880 But perhaps the most important one is the one we put out just a little bit ago, about two hours ago.
00:46:55.800 It is a FBI interview with the former director of the National Security Agency,
00:47:01.420 the main electronic spy agency in America, Mike Rogers.
00:47:05.260 He was appointed by Barack Obama.
00:47:07.060 He carried into Donald Trump's tenure.
00:47:10.480 And in an FBI interview in June of 17,
00:47:13.100 he told the FBI emphatically that the Washington Post story that claimed that President Trump had pressured him to claim there was no evidence of Russia hacking in the 2016 election wasn't true.
00:47:27.080 That's what the Washington Post emphatically declared.
00:47:30.200 By the way, that story, a claim that Donald Trump pressured the NSA to make a claim that wasn't true, won the Pulitzer Prize in 2018.
00:47:40.120 It was part of a package of stories that won the Pulitzer, the top prize in journalism in 2018.
00:47:46.400 Mike Rogers says that story was categorically false.
00:47:49.400 In fact, it's not only false by his recollection when he talks to the FBI.
00:47:53.120 There was a written record of what President Trump and Mike Rogers talked about.
00:47:58.800 It was nothing like what the Washington Post reported in that story,
00:48:02.460 then submitted it for an award, and then captured journalism's highest award.
00:48:06.220 So for the first time, we can prove that an individual story in the Pulitzer packages of the New York Times and Washington Post is demonstrably false.
00:48:15.140 It is the very person who was on the phone, says the Washington Post wrote falsely what happened in that.
00:48:20.440 He also says there is a memo validating what did happen on the phone far less, far more innocuous, far less sinister than the Washington Post did.
00:48:29.540 Now, it's not just a historical footnote, too,
00:48:31.900 because right now, President Trump has sued the Pulitzer Committee for refusing to withdraw those Pulitzer prizes.
00:48:39.860 He's gotten discovery from the Florida court, and this will be a really significant new fact in his case.
00:48:46.460 All the documents are up at justthenews.com.
00:48:48.840 You can read Mike Rogers' CO2.
00:48:50.540 You can read all of the informant reports for Christopher Steele and Stefan Halpern,
00:48:56.020 all the documents we've been waiting for for five years, finally, in the public domain.
00:48:59.880 Well, John, I want to commend you on your work here, and everyone needs to go to Just the News and check this out immediately.
00:49:07.280 By the way, I was meeting with the senior administration official last night,
00:49:12.880 and I was actually told that there are a number of these FBI memos that are now being discovered across the government on various issues,
00:49:22.780 things like this, but other things as well.
00:49:25.060 I can't get into all of them right now, but there were times, apparently, throughout the Biden regime and throughout other instances like this,
00:49:31.740 this would have been Trump's first term, where memos were memorialized by the FBI and in other departments and bureaucracies,
00:49:39.780 where people would go to the IG, and that nothing would actually get moved on,
00:49:44.400 and yet these are memorialized and can be used now, and a lot of them are being discovered.
00:49:50.420 Are you hearing that as well?
00:49:52.080 Absolutely.
00:49:52.940 All sorts of interviews, all sorts of interrogations, all sorts of intercepts,
00:49:57.920 you know, were recordings that the FBI would have made that were exonerating the people who recused the wrong during the Trump years.
00:50:04.920 What's most remarkable about this document, this Mike Rogers document,
00:50:08.820 is that it would have clearly been responsive to the House Judiciary, the Senate Judiciary Committee,
00:50:13.440 the House Intelligence Committee, going all the way back to 2018, and the first time we learn about it is in 2025.
00:50:20.300 The game of keep away that James Comey and the FBI played from the congressional oversight from the American public,
00:50:29.420 from the Trump administration, really catastrophic, because it put us through unnecessary pain,
00:50:35.180 unnecessary torment and political crisis when there was no basis for any of these allegations.
00:50:43.420 And I think you take a look at this one, you're not only reminded that it was a deep state, right,
00:50:47.680 not only the FBI and James Comey and Andy McCabe and Peter Strzok,
00:50:51.700 but it's also the media and their friends in the media.
00:50:54.600 The New York Times and The Washington Post were no friend to the truth when it came to the Russia collusion story,
00:51:01.180 the Hunter Biden story, the Ukraine impeachment story.
00:51:04.340 And we're now beginning to get a strong sense of just how much the effort was to mislead the American people,
00:51:10.480 really extensive stuff.
00:51:12.180 And I just want to mention one other thing.
00:51:13.800 In the documents we made public last night, we remember Mike Flynn was opened up on as a criminal investigation
00:51:19.520 in August of 2016.
00:51:22.920 It was one of the big angles of Russia collusion.
00:51:25.460 And we now can emphatically show, without doubt, that the FBI knew that the story that it opened up on Mike Flynn
00:51:33.280 about an allegation that he left a foreign event alone as a three-star general and the head of the DIA
00:51:39.880 with a Russian woman, i.e. a honeybot, that was the allegation, was emphatically not true.
00:51:46.180 And the FBI knew it was not true long before.
00:51:49.460 No, of course.
00:51:50.200 And I remember when that happened.
00:51:51.860 John, we are just about out of time.
00:51:54.120 Thank you again, folks.
00:51:55.320 Go and check out Just the News, justthenews.com.
00:51:58.560 Let's get Mike Lindell.
